The location was excellent. Close to a number of food outlets, great staff and very accommiodating. Breakfast was okay but didn't have a large variety. I would for sure stay there again. Had a local restaurant attached which was nice.

All the staff were wonderful rooms were clean and breakfast was wonderful. The lady working the breakfast buffet was a treat. Very friendly. Front desk staff were very helpful and even texted us after we arrived to make.sure everything was good

Quiet, well noise proofed room, cosy bedding, best sleep quality which was needed for all family members. There was almost no one at the swimming pool. My kids thoroughly enjoyed the pool to themselves.

Stay here often with work. First choice in Leduc. Semi Parking, grocery store, fast food, laundry service, in-house pool, gym, restaurant. Airport shuttle and friendly staff. Best Hotel Breakfast in Edmonton Airport Area.

Located within this superb hotel, Barney's Pub & Grill is a must. The selection of food and wines is excellent, Don't miss the “wine wall” which allows you to pour your own wine and is charged by the ounce. Our server Dylan was a star (This guy is going places!) displaying superb customer service skills and suggestions for wining and dining. Thank you Barney's….Great Job!

Great hotel, very clean. A few issues with the stay. Parking is a long narrow lot so the vehicle was very far from the front door. The room was quiet and clean. The bed was comfortable. Went to the pool in the evening. The few towels were damp and likely used before we got there. No staff checking to refresh while we were there. Other guests arrived and there were no towels. In the morning it was very cold. Went out to warm up the vehicle and came back in to grab some fruit from the breakfast. There was nothing easy to grab so asked for a to go container to take some cut up fruit but was told we couldn't have any if we weren't staying. Was told by the staff we could get a go bag from the front desk. They refused saying they couldn't provide it if the breakfast was open! We ended up going elsewhere to buy something to go. I was supremely annoyed.

Had a quick layover so wanted to be somewhere close to the airport. The shuttle was quick, room was clean and quiet, and breakfast was included. It was a great place to stay at an affordable price point.

I have stayed here many times. The hotel is always clean and well maintained. The breakfast is always good. The staff are caring and friendly. It has a nice pool and the internet works well. It is in a great location, will good access to shopping and a shuttle to the airport.

Great hotel, located just minutes from the airport. Rooms were clean and spacious. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Our kids loved the pool, especially the waterslide. Breakfast was great with lots of variety. The staff was very welcoming and pleasant.

The lounge had the best food ever and the breakfast was unbelievable. The staff was friendly and helpful and the room was clean. The whole hotel was very clean we had a very pleasant stay and would return in an instant

The staff are always very pleasant to deal with. This is our second year in a row booking and staying at this hotel. Staff are very accommodating. Rooms are clean and the close proximity to shopping is appreciated.

We have stayed here 3 years in a row for a week. Pool was closed this stay which would have been nice to know ahead of time as that is one of the reasons we choose this hotel but other than that no complaints really. Beds were comfortable, it was quiet, parking was no issue, very good little breakfast buffet, and it was clean. We had the kitchenette room and it was spacious and cozy. It is disappointing that the attached restaurant does not allow minors as I stay there yearly with my son for a hockey camp.

Rose at checking got everything off to a great stay. Set me up with information with info on near places to eat. Informed us of pool hour as I had a 11 year old grandson with us. She got me booked with airport shutle so I could go pickup my daughter and 2 grandkids at airport. She did everything She could to make things go smooth. Very kind and a pleasure to deal with

I just stayed at a hotel in Edmonton which wasn't a Best Western...and I will continue to search for Best Western Hotels where available (especially the Plus hotels ,they are always the best,and NEVER been disappointed)

Have stayed at Best Western Plus Edmonton Airport several times, always excellent service, clean rooms, good food. Always a wonderful experience. We recommend this hotel to all of our friends and family.

Food was delivered to the table greasy. I literally poured oil off the bottom of the tray. The platter was 40.00, and after it was ordered, that and two drinks, including a pop, was over $50.00……The table was dirty and I had to ask it to be cleaned as well.

This Hotel is one of the most great places in Leduc. I noticed THAT the other best western in Leduc doesn't offer to the client nothing for free no even a bottle of water, $20 for breakfast , $5 a cup of coffee... but this BW Plus Edmonton Airport Hotel have great room, prices increible and an amazing breakfast buffet incluided!!! YOU MUST BOOK HERE ONLY if you are in LEDUC !

This hotel is always nice and clean. It has a nice pool with a water slide, and a hot tub. It has a well equipped gym. The food at the resturant is great. The hot breakfast is always the same, but it is a good breakfast. I would recommend this hotel.

We love this hotel, rooms are spotless and well appointed. Bed is very comfortable with a variety of pillow densities. The front desk staff are very friendly and accommodating. Barney's Pub provides excellent food in restaurant and for take out. The hotel was very booked up but we never heard a sound from our room.

Excellent hotel. Great service right from the front desk clerks, breakfast attendant and servers in the restaurant. The breakfast buffet was one of the best we have had. The hot tub and pool were very clean. We would definitely recommend this Best Western to our family and friends. Also if you are a beer lover check out the Pour your own Beer wall in the Barney's restaurant

Best Western Plus is a perfect little hotel in the city of Leduc, just minutes away from the international airport. We have consistantly enjoyed all services it offers. Staff are helpful and courteous and the rooms are clean and comfortable. This is our preferred hotel when passing through Edmonton.

Fantastic hot breakfast included with stay . Waterslide , hot tub , and shuttle service to and from the airport . As a family with two small children we are are really impressed with the service and amenities of this hotel .

Hotel is very conveniently located near Edmonton with many restaurants around it. Hotel is very clean and the staff are caring and friendly. Great customer service is a dying art that this team could teach other organizations as they are the experts in anticipating client needs, being helpful, and pleasant and providing a resort-level of service. highly recommend this hotel. It is always clean and maintained. The staff are very friendly and helpful. It has a very nice pool area with a slide and hot tub. it has a well equipped gym. there is a hot breakfast buffet. It has good access to shopping and is only a few blocks from downtown Leduc.

Business trip for work award ceremony. Paid $50 more for a bigger nicer suite. But all the extra amenities that I asked for and got didn't work. Fireplace wasn't working with manual buttons or remotes

Express check in is an added bonus. Room was clean. Bed was very comfortable. Shuttle service is reliable and efficient. Staff are friendly and eager to assist in any way. I arrived after 6pm and departed before 6am, so I really didn't get to partake in any of the hotel's other amenities.

The king room was clean, well appointed and spacious as was the rest of the hotel. Excellent room rates for a location so close to Edmonton International Airport. Front desk staff was super friendly and welcoming.

Hotel was great. But the catalytic converter from our rental car, parked in the hotel parking lot, was stolen overnight. Turns out we parked in an area of the lot not covered by surveillance. And also turns out there have been/continue to be such thefts in Leduc and Edmonton. As visitors to Alberta, we were not expecting this. Hotel was completely unconcerned. Because of this (the theft, lack of parking lot complete surveillance coverage or other security, and the total lack of hotel concern), we will NOT be back. Otherwise, a nice hotel, great breakfast, nice exercise room. But the catalytic converter cancels all that for us. A shame.

We stayed at this hotel because they had a really good group rate for a slo pitch tournament we played in in Leduc. It was very easy to get to and from the ball diamonds here. The group rate was an excellent price. Beds were comfortable, breakfast was pretty good, and the pool/hot tub were great. Because of our schedule for ball, we were going to miss the hot tub in the morning, so they opened it a little bit earlier for us. The staff were very polite and accommodating, especially at breakfast. Our air conditioning worked well in our room. Overall, nothing but positive things to say about this hotel.

I had a great stay here! I booked this hotel because it had what I needed. I wasn't getting in until 8pm so I wanted a restaurant attached, and pool! The restaurant/pub was excellent, open late and great service. The hotel itself was nice, clean, quiet and check in was easy and the lady at the front was very nice. I just enjoyed staying there and I would stay again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our getaway with our granddaughter in this very well kept hotel near the airport in Leduc. The pool with water slide and hot tub were a definite hit!!! We had a wonderful breakfast on the morning of our checkout and were able to use the pool again after breakfast!!! A great time was had by all!!!

We have always had the most amazing staff check us in as we always stay here when we have to travel. They have a big breakfast that is very fresh and tasty. The kids loved the make your own yogurt bar

Our recent stay was for a sports tournament, hotel was very clean and the rooms were very nice. We all slept well in the comfy beds. My only complaint is that our room was not made up while we were gone for the day.

Probably the cleanest hotel I've ever stayed at. Staying at hotels for hockey and softball tournaments give me anxiety bc I'm constant looking at the floors, beds, surface, bathrooms, pool, etc. Hands down this has to be one of the cleanest hotels I've ever stayed at.

The price was reasonable for what you got, nothing super fancy. The breakfast was good, and lots of selection for everyone. The fitness room was good, the equipment was maintained and up to date. The hot tub was very nice and warm, the pool was more like a puddle. Good for kids though since it doesn't get too deep. Check in and check out too forever because the front staff were so short staffed and overrun with people. They were not very helpful. My room wasn't ready until 5, which was annoying.

Where to start… very difficult to book, then we were put on a different floor then our team, you are needing another key for the pool. Which they neglected to inform at checkin. Breakfast seating is minimal, and you are not allowed to take to your room.

Our room wasn't ready upon a late check in and there was no signage during early pool hours to indicate unsafe levels of chemicals after a high use night. We went in the pool not knowing, were asked to leave and come back at a specific time, came back and entered the pool again at the time indicated only to be pulled out again 20 minutes later because levels were still unsafe even though there was nothing to indicate that to us. Night maintenance on the pool, better communication and signage is recommended.

We were really happy with this hotel stay and that they provided an electric vehicle charger. This allowed us to save 30 minutes of driving, as we didn't have to drive into Edmonton to charge. The kids had a great time at the pool and the breakfast was tasty.

This Hotel has it all for the small business conference! Breakfast included with your stay (great variety & quality of food)! Barney's Pub has a great atmosphere and the guest rooms are up to date! The Conference room was well equipped and the catered food and beverages we really good quality! I am sure our meeting will be returning to this location!

this hotel always provides a good stay. the staff is very friendly and helpful. It has a great breakfast. The pool area is great and the other amenities are always in good working order. I highly recommend this hotel.

While the room was phenomenal and the guest service was great the breakfast was horrible. From Hard pancakes to dried out meat and soggy hash browns. And lip prints on the juice glasses. The ladies were great while having breakfast but would probably opt out of it next time.

This property has updated decor and is very clean throughout. The staff are friendly and efficient. Our room was a bit smaller than we are used to but it lacked for nothing and everything worked and was provided. The pool/hot tube are extremely clean and the hot breakfast was delicious. We will stay at this property again if we have to attend another virtual conference as it was a helpful way to get into “conference mode”.

We recently stayed at this hotel over the weekend and were a little less than impressed. I have stayed at several hotels here in the city and although they all have their pros and cons, this one I felt really missed the mark in a lot of ways. The customer service from the front desk was disappointing, a couple of the ladies we spoke to were incredibly unhelpful and borderline rude. The entire hotel and our room smelled very strongly of bleach as well as all the bedding, linens and towels which was off putting. The TV remote is locked to just about every feature and the brightness on the TV is set to the dimmest possible, making it hard to watch. There were a couple burnt out bulbs in our suite and it didn't seem very clean in general. Breakfast was difficult, only on for an hour and it was almost impossible to reach the kitchen. All in all, it's not the worst hotel but it isn't one I'd recommend.

This was my first time to Edmonton Canada and it's one for the books. Friendly staff and it's a plus that it's connected with the bar called Barney's. They have a pool and fitness room. Laundry Mat is next door as well.

Excellent service by the staff. We were very happy with the personal service we received from the whole staff, but particularly the front desk staff. Breakfast was good and the staff excellent! Covid regulations were in place every where in the hotel

Last time when I tried to book over there the front desk staff was really rude. Now there was a new staff member and she was so friendly and helpful. Even they being busy the hotel was quiet and with a great price! The bed is great! We have back pain and after the night of sleep we were totally fine. The only thing that they missed was some gluten free options for the breakfast.

The staff at the desk was amazing. Every person my family an I dealt with has peen very helpful and friendly, expect for their rude under trained manager named Gail. My family and I stay here very often and Gail always puts a damper on our stay. I wish her staff could train her to be as courteous and they are to everyone

All amenities are within walking distance to the hotel. The airport shuttle was always on time. Just be sure to let the front desk know ahead of time that you require it. The staff were always friendly.

Family of 4 with 2 young children. Stayed one night, with 2 private 1 hour pool times. Great pool. Good room for the family with 2 Queen beds, TV, mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker with complimentary coffee and tea, shower/tub. Convenient, large breakfast provided. Enjoyed our stay!

Have stayed at the Leduc location numerous times. Without fail, they always make it seem like I've made it home again. From the folks at check in to the folks in the restaurant. Everyone including housekeeping to the airport shuttle driver make sure that everything is taken care of. Can't say enough good things about the BW Leduc. It's home away from home.

Crackers on floor around all furniture, chocolate bar crumbs and wrappers in fridge, food in dresser drawers. Took lots of pictures. We had two rooms booked as one was for my son on his wedding which we were promised a 1pm check in and he didnt get in until 3:30 which only gave him less then an hour to get ready for his own wedding.

Love this hotel and the convenience. It is located in the heart of Leduc and close to all shops.. 20 minute drive to south common. Value of money is amazing for this hotel. Very clean, comfortable and great service. Vasim at Barney's Lounge is outstanding, great customer service.

Absolutely disgusting room. Used dirty nail clippers left on bed. Hair clips on the floor. Dirty chocolate crumbs on night stand. Floor was disgusting. Did not have have room to move me too. Completly gross hotel. Would never stay at this dump ever again.

So when I entered the hotel, I politely asked for a room upgrade, I was charged a fair price on which was upgraded room. At 1:45 I heard a door open, I looked over at the entrance way, saw a light come down the little entrance way from the hallway. I sat up and heard the door quickly close with a loud bang and click of the locks. I called down to front desk after being asked a couple questions like whom was it which I did not see and did they come into the room. It was determined it was housekeeping at that time of night??? I didn't sleep the rest of the night, the next morning contacted Best Western Care Center, they took my story and information. I was told that someone from the hotel would contact me. It has now been 3 days since the incident, still no contact. I've stayed at this hotel before and have been okay. So just when you book please keep in mind, don't ask for an upgrade and maybe just maybe you might have housekeeping join you in your room at night. If there IS an issue, the hotel will not contact you nor try to make it right. Good luck and good night...

We enjoyed out stay. Clean and modern rooms. The staff was friendly and helpful. Lots of parking. Central to Leduc and close to the airport. Pool is a bit small. We ordered take-out from the restaurant, which we enjoyed.

We stayed 2 night at one of the best!!! The service was friendly and prompt. They took the time to remember us and great us every time we passed the desk. The room was clean, comfortable and well stalked. The breakfast was hot and fresh. Last the pool area was fun! Overall an amazing stay!!!

Great stay as always but the breakfast needs to change up. It's not like your regular BW breakfast. All hotels need to start making the double rooms have two king beds. Once kids start getting older they don't want to share beds. But all in all the stay was good.

We rate 10/10 for breakfast variety&presentation; 7/10 for the service because the ?*?breakfast attendant on the morning we stayed. The BW Plus Edmonton airport put out some excellent healthier options not seen in other hotels or Best Western I stayed in North America (we are long time BW member and an active traveller). We were impressed. Highlights are: eco-friendly-no-waste real plates+cups+utensils setting, plain yogurt put into individual glasses with a touch of sweeten oats/fruit preserve/honey, cut fresh fruits put into bamboo skewer in addition to regular whole fruits and so glad to see customizable plain oat porridge, freshly baked in-house muffins (they were still warm and so so fragrant), french-toast bowl and flaky croissant/pastries; fresh chopped tomato and green onions on the side of egg-tater tots-ham, again so glad the Management of BW Plus EA eliminate the trans-fat, sodium laden gravy & biscuit. Our utmost appreciation to whoever made the breakfast selection Just wondering whether a cleaning staff sitting in front of the guest elevators watching her cell phone with high level noise plus the whole cleaning cart (dirty towels hanging out) is the BW Plus EA way to tell guests of their relax atmosphere. The driver that pick us up from the airport, a gentleman named Khary (hope we spell his name right); he inquired about our check out time and flights to make sure we have the transport and pointed out all the shops & restaurants within walking distance from the BW Plus EA once he knew this was our first time staying here. He made us feel warmly welcome and comfortable. ?*? No smile (unwelcoming frown) to us but good morning, big smile for every one else, even when I tried to include her when complementing the freshly baked muffin to the kitchen staff who was replenishing the omelette (who was smiling and friendly), I was met with unfriendly flat lips of that breakfast attendant/server/cleaning lady. Really??

It's nice having an on site restaurant when you work / travel all day. When you get back to the room after a long day of work, last thing you want to do is drive more Especially if you want to have a couple drinks to unwind The room have nice crisp clean sheets and the shower was a little larger then the normal room

Great staff, rooms were clean. Prior to arriving the day before the pool heater went down. They worked fast to get it up and running again and was working when we checked in. Breakfast was great for a buffet style. We went as a hockey team for a tournament, party room rental and pizza was great. Just overall a great stay, no hassles and very acomadating!

We were there for a hockey tournament, the staff was awesome, and really good with our children. The breakfast was great, all the kids plus another team all were able to eat on time for an early morning game. There was also alot of choices for the breakfast. Also there is a bar attached to the hotel, with a beer wall. Cant go wrong with this hotel.

Best western Leduc was a nice place to stay for business class prices. Comfortable beds. Right in town walking distance to shops and eating. There is an onsite bar and slide too great for entertaining our whole team!

What a wonderful start to our holiday. Effective friendly staff we arrived were able to leave our vehicle at the hotel. Took a timely shuttle to the airport. No issues concerns just a very smooth early morning. Even were able to have a lite breakfast to go as we left before the breakfast started. Couldn't have asked for more!

We were on our way home, and had a break down. We've never stayed the night in Leduc before, and were pleasantly surprised! This Best Western is close to many stores/restaurants down the street and within close proximity if venturing out to Edmonton. Our room was great, the front staff were pleasant - they offered us the best rate without us asking and happily accommodated our late check out, until our ride could arrive. Included was a hot breakfast, but it was so much more than the usual “hot breakfast” that most hotels offer. We even arrived a few minutes after the breakfast area closed, and the staff went above and beyond, catering to us. And bonus....I love Christmas - their decorations were on point! Well done!

Excellent 5 Star Property. Great location for visiting the Aga Khan Garden located in Devon, Alberta at the University of Alberta Botanical Garden. Good service, good value for your money and excellent breakfast.

I stay at this location on a regular basis and it is always a welcoming stay. Staff are great and always helpful and the atmosphere in the lounge is relaxed also with a great staff. I would highly recommended not only staying here but enjoying some of the food and drinks while staying.

Very nice hotel and the staff are flexible to accommodate your vehicle if you going on holidays. We got there around 3 am and they help us to park our vehicle and bring us to the airport. Very nice and excellent service

Last visit the customer service receptionist went above and beyond to ensure we got a room after I'd made a reservation at the wrong Best Western. The bar and grill onsite “Barney's” has great ambience and tasty food!

never in my life have I ever walked into a such a dirty room. The room stank and the bed unmade and garbage.... obviously not cleaned from the previous occupant. No upgrade or compensation offered. Not impressed!

We had an enjoyable night away from home with our Granddaughter, as we decided to use our points so she could enjoy the pool and some quality time with her “Oma and Opa”!! The staff were very kind and it was a treat for her to stay in a hotel for the first time. The beds were super comfortable and it was a very special time for us all!

My wife and I stayed here for 2 nights in Oct. 2019. Best Western had recently awarded us a free night anywhere in their chain, so we decided to pay for a second night and take a little out-of-town trip for our 32nd anniversary. It worked out fine. The reservation process was a bit complicated. As we had a freebie we had to reserve by phone through the central BW reservation service located in the USA. My telephone agent was pleasant but a bit challenged by the facts that Canadian residents don't live in a state and don't have a zip code. But we eventually sorted it out. I received 2 email confirmations, one for the free night and the second for the paid night. So I called the Leduc hotel and asked them to amalgamate the 2 reservations and to make that we didn't have to check out of one room and check into another for our second night. The local person on the phone assured me that they'd take care of it, but during check-in the front desk had no record of this request and seemed completely unaware that we were staying a second night. Once aware, they made copious notes and assured us that we'd have the same room throughout our stay. Outside of that little complication, check-in was smooth. The front desk staff greeted us warmly and couldn't do enough to make us feel comfortable, especially when they found it was our first time at this particular hotel. As we had a freebie, we were assigned to the lowest tier room available, a standard room with one king bed. But our “low-end” room really wasn't all that bad. Despite being close to the main entrance on the ground floor, there was surprisingly little noise and the view out the window was interesting. While not oppressively small the room was a bit tight in places, especially the closet. But there was still space for all the features you'd expect in a mid-range hotel: decent-sized work desk with office chair, flat screen TV, microwave and large mini-fridge, comfy upholstered chair with ottoman, floor lamp, and night tables on each side of the bed. Bathroom was small but functional with toilet, towel racks and bathtub with shower. The sink and vanity were located outside the bathroom area, a design feature that I personally like as one person can brush their teeth while other showers. The king bed was super-comfy and we slept well on the fresh smelling linens. Our only complaint about the room was the minimalist lighting; even when we turned on every LED bulb (and there were quite a few of them) the room still seemed dark. The included breakfast was excellent by hotel standards. There was a good variety of both hot and cold items. Food quality levels were high and everything we sampled was quite tasty. The freshly cut fruit was a pleasant surprise as was the handcrafted yogurt. Service was excellent in the breakfast room, the ambience inviting, and everything we ate sat well in our stomachs. Like the rest of the hotel, staff kept the breakfast area clean and clutter-free. Speaking of staff, special shout-out to the lady from housekeeping who refreshed our room just after breakfast so we could go back to bed and sleep in. Parking was ample at the hotel and there were several features that we'd like to try out during future visits. In particular the property has a water park with hot tub, fitness room and bar/lounge, all accessible without walking outside. While we had our own vehicle, it was nice to see that the hotel had its own airport shuttle bus and was also located on the municipal bus route to the airport. There are lots of eateries close by and the airport's new Premium Outlet Mall (with its gigantic food court) is less than 10 minutes away by car. In summary, we got exactly what we wanted: a quiet romantic getaway in a reasonably priced hotel just 30 minutes away from our Edmonton home. Based upon price, service levels and staff friendliness, we rate this hotel at 4 stars out of 5. While we might get a slightly more spacious room in the future, we plan to return every few months to *keep the romance alive*.

We needed a hotel near airport to have a 5hrs of sleep and this hotel was perfect . fast in fast out all with a big smile ( was the same person.) and we got directions to a gas station on way back to airport that saved us time.

Lacks quality for price. Room was not clean and smelled bad and we were unable to get air ventilation because windows did not open. Lots of noise with people running around halls drunk late at night. for the price we expected a lot better.

Clean and well maintained hotel. Convenient location...stayed there for one night. no issues. Beds were comfortable and clean. Good sleep. Food was not bad either. Reasonable prices. Staff was welcoming.

We were in town for a wedding and our room was not avalable due to plumbing issue. Best Western rebooked us in another best Wwestern in the area and insured our stay was not inturupted. They did a great job.

Used this hotel for a stay and fly. Great amenities quick service and nice to have the option to leave vehicle while gone. Staff was quick to rectify an issue where we received incorrect room. Shuttle drivers were helpful and professional.

Was expecting less than what website advertised but it was the complete opposite. Nice, clean hotel with an awesome breakfast. Lots of options. Pretty much everything you can think of. Pool & Hot Tub were perfect temperature. Rooms were great. They were able to accommodate my early arrival/check-in. All-around great experience. Will definitely come back.

Another comfortable stay at this location. Hotel is close to the airport and to south Edmonton. Staff is always friendly, in both the hotel reception and in Barney's restaurant and lounge. I stay at this location on a regular basis.

Nice clean modern hotel. Accommodates youth sports teams well. We had our boys ball team stay there plus a couple other teams stayed there the same time. The pool was packed and they let us stay in it until after 11 PM. After we put the kids to bed we were allowed to party in the breakfast area without any hassle.

We have to say that we enjoyed our stay. So much so that we went from 2 days to 7!! We loved the breakfast, pool and our room! The staff was always helpful and the housekeeper staff courteous! It will be hard to visit again and stay at our daughters!! We may have to book a night or two at BW Plus!

Location & facilities met our usual expectations of the Best Western brand. Very comfortable & clean guest room; very good free breakfast; friendly staff; reasonable value for the cost; easy access to & from other attractions.

This property never fails to meet my expectations. The breakfast bar is excellent as is the staff at the property. Many stores and other restaurants within walking distance as well. I will be sure to come back when I need to stay close to the airport area again.

I have been staying here for many years and have never been disappointed. The staff have always been pleasant and professional. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The location is great. Close to the airport. The shuttle service is great to and from the airport.

I stayed here while my daughter was at the Alberta Challenge hockey tournament. It was a nice, clean and comfortable hotel. The family section of the restaurant is 'meh', but the food was decent the one night we did eat there. The breakfast was also not bad. My son enjoyed the pool, which was important for us. I stayed the first two nights on my own before my husband and son drove out to join me. I felt very safe in the parking lot and in the hotel.

Stayed with family. The pool was great , room were wonderful. Breakfast was fantastic. kids loved it. The general environment for this hotel was very nice. The facilities look new. Great place. I recommend it.

We have stayed here a few times and have always found it to be a nice hotel. It has been renovated recently so it is in good shape the rooms are quite nice and the free breakfast is decent. This trip however we were completely unable to use the pool area (it has been busy in past trips but this was insane). I am so dissapointed in the parents out there who think their kids own the world and who think sitting by the pool drinking alcohol and ignoring their kids is acceptable supervision. We paid the same amount of money to stay here as you did and we should also be allowed to enjoy the pool and hot tub. Is floating toys in the hot tub, running and screaming at the top of their lungs and playing volleyball over peoples heads really necessary and essential for your kids to have fun. Shame on you parents who are so selfish, ignorant and oblivious of others. Your children are going to grow up to be a bunch of self centered, inconsiderate jerks just like you are.

I stay over at the hotel 50 times or more a year, for the past 4 or 5 years. The front desk staff are always the best, today when I called on short noticed the young lady had the room booked and ready in record time. Thanks everyone and I'll be back everytime I come to Edmonton.

Overall an excellent hotel. I would like to take this time to thank an employee, Veronica. I checked out at about 4:45am to make a 7am flight. In my rush I left a bag of my HEART MEDICATION on my bed. I didn't realize it until I had arrived at the airport. I called the hotel and spoke with Veronica. I told Veronica that I had left a bag of medication on the bed. I didn't tell her how important the medication was for me. Veronica called me back, she located the bag and made arrangements for the shuttle driver to deliver it to me. Within 20 minutes I had my medications in hand. Both Veronica and the shuttle driver showed a high level of dedication and customer service. Thank You!!

After over 7 stays in a year at the other Best Western in Leduc I was unfortunately booked into this location. I was a nightmare from check-in. The first staff member could not figure out how to enter my Best Western Gold rewards number in the system or look up my file. She didn't ask if I wanted the bonus points or the free welcome gift at check-in that comes when Gold Status. The breakfast coupons were missing for the last 4 days of my stay - I had to go back for them. The first room was across from the ice machine and close enough to the lobby that I could hear everything/ I would have gotten as much rest IN the lobby on one of the upholstered chairs. People whistling, conversations at the desk, people coming and going, the elevator. I explained the situation and asked for a other room, they moved me to a room diagonally across from the fitness centre which opens at 5am and equal distance from the lobby, so as you can guess, NOTHING about the noise issue was solved. Back to the desk. It takes 3 of them to find me a room after I ask to speak to the GM or be moved to another hotel. I'm moved to the second floor. Finally, no lobby noise, no fitness centre. Only to realize that this location just has horrid, I mean NO, zilch, zero, NADA sound proofing so you hear everything in the hallway, the room across, the rooms on both sides. People talking down the hall. I was supposed to be here 8 days. Have sent an email asking the person responsible for our bookings to move me to another hotel tomorrow. I will NOT be back to this location. They need new staff and soundproofing. I do recommend their other Leduc location quite highly though - they are awesome!

This is your typical Best Western. Rooms are a bit on the small side but clean and nice. Pool area is great with a waterslide and hot tub, lots of natural light and open until 11pm. Breakfast was good with lots of options and room to sit. The attached restaurant does not allow minors which was surprising however they will accomodate you by sitting in the breakfast area outside the restaurant. Location is great - along the main road with lots of amenities close by. We stay here for a ball tournament and the park was less than 10 minutes (driving) away.

Got in quite late April 26th. Welcoming. Friendly. Helpful. Room was immaculate. Housekeeping staff very accommodating, understanding and pleasant. Breakfast buffet included. Simple & delicious. A little for every morning taste. All the kids in the restaurant seemed to be enjoying breakfast. Again, staff friendly smiles and accommodating. The place is clean and tidy. Relaxing place to stay. Close to amenities. Hard to believe it's so close to airport. Rarely heard a plane. That was our second stay at this hotel. Will plan to stay there again.

We stayed a night before flying out and again on our return. We booked two rooms and both were very clean and comfortable. Great value with airport shuttle, free parking and breakfast included. The service at the front desk was friendly and efficient. We arrived late and the front desk staff suggested we leave our luggage at the desk and check in later so that we could catch the restaurant before it closed. The restaurant on site offers a nice menu of pub type food. The service was exceptional on our second night. We arrived late and were able to order a nice hot meal after a long flight. The server was very helpful and made great meal suggestions. We will be sure to stay again when flying out of Edmonton.

We quite enjoyed this hotel. My 4 year old was excited for the water slide and my husband enjoyed the fitness room.The staff was very helpful and friendly. There is an ATM on site which is also helpful. We will definitely stay again!

The hotel and staff are not just polite, they are all very professional towards us and each other they went out of their way to accommodate us in every way! Very pleasant to be greeted at the front desk and to not have to wait The restaurant and staff were excellent the food is great with a decent variety. The pool and exercise equipment are well maintained and clean and always kept up with lots of towels. We didn't bring are kids or grand babies this last time but have and they every much enjoyed the pool and slide and hot tub The halls and stairwells are very clean. The appearance outside as well as inside is very nice and clean. We have always found available parking. The idea that we were asked if we'd like to have shuttle transportation is great! If we don't want to take our car we can park it there, this is always a nice option. They have always asked if we would like a wake up call and or a shuttle to airport. The staff whether in the lobby or the restaurant or even cleaning rooms are all very helpful, professional and very accommodating. We have had many stays because my husband works in another country and even had our family come to meet us there in the restaurant. We would and have recommended this hotel to our friends and family.

Can't say enough good things. Free shuttle from the airport. Hotel is clean and welcoming. Breakfast in the morning is a great start to the day with a good selection of food. Rooms are big and comfortable. The pool/water slide is clean and awesome. Does get busy and full but not much you can do there. The restaurant attached to the hotel has great food and a beer wall. There is a grocery store/Tim hortons/Harvey's/kfc all within half a block for other food choices. Can't say enough good things about the hotel especially with the price.

This property is the greatest Best Western I have stayed at to date, I am a platnium rewards member who stays at a lot of hotels. The decor is modern, rooms are fresh and clean. WiFi is more than adequate to stream HD videos. Breakfast is even better than most hotels. The onsite lounge is awesome! The have a pour your own craft beer wall that charges by the ounce. I had the wings and pizza, and can recommend both. Price was more than fair and only a few minutes form the Edmonton Airport.

Offered us a wheelchair for our daughter with a broken foot, when we didn't have one! She is only 8 and was just using her crutches. The wheelchair made our entire trip more enjoyable and we were very grateful for it! The staff was very nice, great pool and waterslide, it was just overall a great weekend for us there!!

Large comfortable room with keurig coffee. Excellent breakfast included as well as heated pool and hot tub. Very clean throughout with helpful staff. Allowed me a late checkout without hesitation. Each time I return to edmonton, this will be where I stay.

This hotel is very easy to find with lots of parking. I found the hotel staff very friendly and very accommodating to my request to have a quiet room away from kids and swimming pool. The restaurant inside the hotel has excellent food and a great place just visit with friends or family.

This is a very nice hotel. A dynamic entrance way is your first surprise. Spacious lobby and helpful staff. My room was exactly as expected from the booking. Spacious and clean with a desk for writing at, a chair to relax and twin queen beds. The bed was very comfortable and I had a good sleep. The bathroom was clean and I liked that the sink was seperate from the toilet and shower. They had a pool, hot tub and an exercise room but I did not have the time to use these. They had a hot breakfast buffet and, I was especially happy to see, hot oatmeal. They also had dried fruit and nuts to add ti tge oatmeal. Thumbs up from an oatmeal eater! They also have a 24 hour schuttle to the airport. All in all this is a very nice hotel to stay at.

Booked a group block for my daughters volleyball team. Was able to book for a group rate in short notice, they were so accommodating! Hotel is very clean, modern decor, beds are very comfortable, pillows & duvets were new, fresh & clean! Our whole team was so impressed with breakfast. Food was tasty, good selection, breakfast area was comfortable & clean. We will definitely be return guests!

We stay at the Best Western Plus to visit relatives in the area or to catch a flight to different destinations and it is always a pleasant experience. Newly renovated, always clean and beds are comfortable. Close to the airport and free shuttle with kindhearted Jack! Overall, this is a great choice when you're in Leduc!

This was a really good hotel. Employees were really friendly and the Hotel itself looks very clean and nicely designed. The pool area is really good with a hot tub and a slide. Our room was clean, the beds were comfy and the airport shuttle was on time and organized. The breakfast that was included was very good with lots of options and freshly made. The breakfast area was very clean and neat looking with a fireplace in the center of it. For the price and the location that is this close to the airport I would say this is your best bet. Would 100% stay again.

I had no reservation but had stayed there before and really enjoyed it. So I took a chance and just walked in after arriving late from a long flight. I was exhausted so getting registered and into my room quickly was a relief. Quick service, spotless rooms, really comfortable beds and great breakfast and reasonable price. I highly recommend.

I have stayed mostly to the hotels near the airport but this hotel offered the best. Clean room, nice amenities and good breakfast. Staff are friendly and feels at home. Eveything you needed is in this hotel.

My time spent at both Leduc, AB locations have been excellent. Outstanding facilities, very clean and customer service that is very experienced. Both locations are surrounded by a variety of other businesses should you need to purchase anything and proximity to the Edmonton International Airport is minutes away by shuttle service. Thank you.

I must have lived at this Best Western for close to a month while working at the airport nearby. Every aspect of it was awesome. Friendly staff (accommodating of the fact that I checked in and out numerous times - they would often save me the same room!), beds have to have been among the most comfortable I've stayed in (and I stay in hotels 3 weeks a month), good breakfast (as far as hotel breakfasts go). Didn't personally go in the pool/hot tub but heard good things. Just overall a great hotel.

My family and I belong to a major 5 star hotel chain that's international. As of late partly due to smaller communities we've explored BW and they have been a delight. We will continue to use their hotels particularly the Plus in future . Never disappointed. Speaks to outstanding leadership as this hotel chain is awesome.

I kept using this hotel due to the location and shuttle service to the airport. The staff have been polite and professional. The food is good and service quick and the prices are reasonable. It is close to shopping and services.

We stay at this hotel every time we go to Leduc to visit the grandkids, so we're here a few times a year. The staff at the hotel are always tops with service and responding to requests. They are knowledgeable in the procedures and I've never had anyone have to ask how to do something, or having to check with a manager. Problems are handled very quickly and without fuss. All the staff at this hotel are professional and well trained. Good job everyone :)

We stayed at the Best Western Airport for 3 weeks. The staff are super friendly and competent. The place is very clean with comfortable beds. There is plenty of parking on all sides of the hotel. Breakfast is reasonable with plenty of choices and coffee is good - at least they don't use powdered eggs. The pool is very clean and waterslide is fun. It is located within a 2 minute walk of the Co-op grocery store and a handful of restaurants which makes it very convenient to walk. City centre is an 8 minute walk. I did have an odd experience parking in the lot behind the restaurant. The wifi antennas erased my vehicle's connection to the key fob. This happened every time I parked overnight back there. Parking in front of the hotel is fine. The hotel does not have a guest laundry but there is a laundromat right across the parking lot from the restaurant. Overall it was a good experience.

We stopped over as our flight was delayed and we didn't feel like driving an hour after traveling day. Staff were friendly, decor and condition of the room were really good, bed was very comfortable and we slept like royalty! The free hot breakfast was superb, we will be back!

The check in reception was great. We were able to sit outside the bar because we had our so that was underage. The food was really good and service was great. The room was comfy and clean. The wifi worked well. Upon check out (we leafy at 5:20am as we had a flight to catch) we had to wait a long time for the reception to come. I had to go to my room to call the front desk. Which I wasn't very happy about. The shuttle to the hotel was on time and the gentleman was friendly and helpful.

This hotel always provides great value overall. And, sometimes, something extra, like breakfast Sunday morning with a group of minor hockey league players whose energy was infectious. All you can ask and more.

The hotel was in a great location. Easy to get on HWY 2 North. Not far from the hockey arenas and Rec Centre. Very clean new hotel. Had a great sleep. Very busy. Had to clean up tables so we could eat breakfast.

Every single employee I encountered at this hotel was the epitome of exceptional customer service. I can't even begin to express how refreshing it was to experience such friendly, helpful, gracious and diligent staff during my stay. The room was very comfortable and clean with a great assortment of amenities. The location is perfect and is walking distance to many stores and restaurants. I will absolutely recommend this hotel to friends and family and will be staying here again without hesitation if I ever come through Leduc again. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Recently renovated, this hotel is beautiful...great staff, beautiful rooms (lots of Outlets!)..restaurant and bar -terrific! (Try the curry dumplings....and can't miss the beer “wall”!) Catering for our meeting was outstanding, as well. Highly recommend!

The Team at this hotel is outstanding, from check in, housekeeping, food service and conference facilities, it's clear, customer service is top priority. When visiting check out the beer and wine wall.

We arrived at the airport and called for the shuttle which never arrived!! Thankfully the taxi man asked one of the shuttle services driver to call the hotel to see what was happening!! It ended up that this driver, from another hotel, ended up taking us to our hotel after waiting for 45 minutes!! When we finally checked in the front desk staff did not seem overly concerned about our problem. The hotel itself is excellent with very comfortable beds and a lovely breakfast in the morning. We were given a weeks parking free to compensate for the non arriving shuttle !

Stayed a few nights and all was good, rooms clean, breakfast excellent lots of variety, My only complaint would be they advertize a restaurant attached to the hotel but no minors allowed, there is an area outside of the restaurant, (where breakfast is) that they will serve you but not quite the same, odd for a mid priced, what i would call family friendly hotel.

Its a little ways from the airport but the shuttle service was well organized through the frontt desk assistant. A 4:25 am pick up was on time. On arrival the desk assistant was very helpful in explaining the various services available and polite. The room was clean and quiet.

I stayed here one night on a business trip. My inbound flight was delayed significantly by weather and I arrived quite late at night. The staff was very helpful in ensuring that a hotel shuttle was still available even well past midnight. The check-in experience was smooth. The exterior and interior of this hotel appear brand new and are very clean. The bed was very comfortable and there were lots of outlets, etc. Overall the room was spacious and enjoyable. The breakfast had all of the usual items I've come to expect from Best Western (including hot items as well as pastries/fruit/yogurt), and everything was fresh.

They cheerfully checked us in early when we asked for early check-in when booking our room. The airport shuttle service was friendly as was the the service staff. They served a hot breakfast as well as a continental breakfast. Our king suite was roomy and clean. An excellent experience overall.

I usually have difficulty sleeping the first night in a hotel, but I had one of the best sleeps ever! We only stayed the one night but I couldn't believe how comfy the bed was and how great the pillows were. Everything else met our expectations. We will be looking at staying here again!

Best Western Plus always seem to offer the same great customer service and comfortable rooms in all their locations.The Edmonton Airport location offered great value and was close to the airport for convenience. I would highly recommend them!

The evening prior to my departure I was informed that I would receive a cold bagged breakfast in the morning prior to departure because I was leaving prior to the hot breakfast. I did not receive the bagged breakfasts because they were not available. Breakfast was one of the attractions. My mother is disabled and I requested a room change to to closer to the entrance/exit, elevator and pool. My request could not be accommodated so my mother had to walk far distances to check in, check out and to go to the pool. But the service was friendly and the rooms were comfortable and clean.

Our stay here was pretty good the place is clean and the pool and hot tub are great especially for the kids. The only downfall is the air conditioner in the room, it woke us up every 20 mins when it kicked it, it was super loud. Im not sure if ours was defective or what but it made for a crappy sleep. Breakfast was good, Barneys was a good place to go for a drink as well.

I am a Best Western Rewards Card holder for a reason because no other Hotel change can hold a light to Best Western Plus Hotels.I have stayed at Best Western Hotels all over the world and I know what I am getting each time. Thank you BW. I have stayed at other Hotels like the Hilton, Marriott Hotels around the world and have had bad experiences with their staff. Best Western Plus Hotels are Guests first.

Very nice hotel with a great location. I was in Edmonton for 2 weeks for work and stayed here throughout my trip. Very friendly staff, breakfast was great, and the rooms were very clean and comfortable. Pool and hot tub were fantastic to relax in after a long day. I would definitely recommend and would stay here again next time I am in the Edmonton area!

Best Western in Leduc that's our stopping spot when we go through that area.The service at the front desk is always very helpful and knowledgeable. Making sure our points are current. The lady at breakfast is very sociable and friendly and provides great service. We had great room service just before midnight and food was fresh and tasty.

I needed a place to stay with my two young kids before an early morning flight. This hotel did not disappoint! From the moment we checked it, they helped us book the right shuttle time, made sure we had an Express check out, and pointed out the family friendly spots for dinner! The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great - and early enough that I could feed my kids before we had to rush off to catch our flight. We didn't get a chance to use the pool and waterslide, but we will use this location again so it's on our list. Best part according to my son? They had a Cars coloring book in the hotel shop he was able to buy for the plane ride! Thanks again for a great stay!

This was one of those work trips where I left wishing I had had more time to hang in the hotel! For me, other than the bed in the room being so comfortable that I could have happily stayed in there for days, the highlight for me was the hotel's buffet dinner. My co-workers and I were the first ones to arrive when they opened it up on the night we stayed (I think it was a 5:30pm start?), and it was just awesome. A ton of salads, veggies, meat options, and a great spread of desserts -- it was one of the best hotel buffets I've ever had. The staff was friendly and helpful. I was especially pleased that the hotel provides free shuttle service to the airport, which was arranged and executed without any issues whatsoever. Absolutely would recommend this hotel, especially if you are in Leduc for business!

We are never disappointed when staying at Best Western and this 4 night stay was no exception. We arrived early and our room (suite) was ready, the welcome and checkin by reception was quick, courteous and efficient. Our room was on the top floor which was also a "quiet" floor. Hope our 5 year old grandson didn't disturb the other quests when he visited us. The room was well appointed with a kitchenette, fireplace, and large screen TV. The bedroom had a very comfortable king bed which made for a restful sleep. We had the hot breakfast which was one of the better ones we've had in our travels. We also used the indoor pool and hot tub which was bright and clean. The pool was a bit cool for our liking but was enjoyable none the less. We also had dinner one night at the pub attached to the motel and were very pleased with the service and food quality. Our server was very helpful as she explained the wall of beers. The food was good and the service excellent. We think we have found a new regular stop when in the Edmonton area visiting family!

To start this review let's go to the front desk. The people at the desk were friendly, helpful, and kept a smile in there face. The motel is clean and fresh inside and out. The room is really clean and the bed very comfortable. The restaurant that is inside the motel is responsible and the food pretty good. The staff there is awesome. They have a 24hr airport shuttle and your about 5 minutes from the airport. Over all great place to stay for business and leisure.

I just wanted to leave a review from when I trained and stayed at this hotel for a bout a month. We used the hotel nearly everyday and the front desk staff were extremely nice and helpful. One person that sticks out the most is Nicole. Great attention to detail and very friendly! The rooms were great as well!

Clean and newer feel to the hotel. Close to restaurants, a plaza and entertainment. Free buffet breakfast, pool and exercise room. Staff was friendly accommodating in replacing all of our misplaced breakfast vouchers. I would recommend for a few nights stay.

The room was in pristine condition and the staff were very understanding and helpful with my changing work schedule and booking. Would happily stay here again. The beds were very clean and well made and the selection of coffee and tea in the room was lovely.

We usually stay at the Denham Inn and Suites when visiting Edmotonon. However, this time we decided to try the new property in Leduc. We were very pleased with our choice. It is a very nice property, just up the street from the Denham Inn. We were greeted in a pleasant manner when we arrived, and were treated to a Suite upgrade when we mentioned that we were Gold client. Overall, the room was very comfortable and the bed was super comfy. Breakfast was delicious and hearty. While we did not use the pool (and waterslide) or Fitness room, both appeared to be well maintained. We will definitely stay here again.

We stayed here with a group and everyone enjoyed their stay. Friendly staff, comfortable beds, quick service to the airport. We rented a car in Leduc which was 1/3 of the price of the airport dealers. This hotel was very close to the car rental. Everything worked smoothly! Would stay here again.

Imagine going to sit at the in-room desk, pulling out the work chair and finding an old pair of sweat pants from some previous guest on the chair! Just after, found a ladies hair clip on the in-room lounger chair! This was our second stay at the hotel and we were pleased the first time, but I really have to question the level of detail on cleaning/housekeeping when the room attendants obviously didn't even check the room for debris and clothing left by past guests. Obviously the desk chair hadn't even been checked, let alone wiped clean, and the lounger chair hadn't been checked, let alone been vacuumed. This hotel has won a housekeeping award in 2016 (displayed in the lobby), so this is particularly disappointing. On the plus side, we do love the pool and I love the beer wall in the attached pub. The included breakfast is a lot better than you get at other similar places. They just lost 2/5 points due to the lack of cleaning of the room. Room 106, May 20-21.

Had a quick stop in visit. The stay was amazing! Very clean rooms and very friendly staff. Stopped in at Barneys restaurant which is attached to the restaurant which was also very good. Comfortable clean rooms!

I recently had the opportunity to stay her for 3 nights midweek while attending some local training. I found the front desk staff to be particularly helpful, attentive and generally pleasant. I realize this is something that should be expected, however, it is nice when you walk in and they immediately greet you, make small talk or ask if they can help in any way. It was so prevalent, that it was recognizable and worthy of comment and praise. The shuttle drivers were quick and amenable, even joining in some conversation once prompted. The breakfast buffet was quite good. Breads, croissants, cakes, scrambled eggs, sausage & ham, as well as baked beans provided good solid start to the day, but if you preferred yogurt and fruit they had a selection of fresh cut melons & pineapples, along with hand fruits. It was the same breakfast each morning (missed the option of bacon as well as some cheese) but other than daily variations, it was consistently good eating! The rooms are large and the beds comfortable, although I found reading lights by the bed missing, an the overhead lights above the beds had odd places to turn them on and off (high up on the wall, well off from the bed), so they must be accent lighting - not practical. Temperature control was fine, but man, those heaters/air-conditioners going on/off all night long makes for a noisy interrupted sleep. And then there is the lighted light switch that stays on all night. It reflects in the mirror, drilling a hole through your eyelids all night long. Needless to say, the sleep I experienced was not as restful as I would have liked. I did have some clothes set aside to dry clean, and found what looked like a dry-cleaning bag, but no forms, and no mention in the amenities book. Room service is from associated restaurant, from which I ordered the Cowboy Pizzas, and they were good. The automatic 17% gratuity is not appreciated although they do mention it at the end of your order so you are at least pre-advised so as not to tip again on the bill when you sign for the food. I'm not complaining, as I did appreciate the morning papers, and the breakfasts, and the friendly front counter staff enough to still rate this above average and with possibilities of staying here again.

Jack at the front desk is amazing! Very welcoming! Great memory in remembering guest's name and he always makes you feel at home. Room is always clean and service is superb. Love their room amenities and one of my fav is the hair dryer. Unlike other hotels where hair dryers are only loud, this one works efficiently without the loud noise. Yup, small thing but means a lot. Thank you Best Western Leduc!

Great hotel, great deals, friendly staff. Best Western has the best beds by far. The kids loved the pool and waterslide. Lots of options for breakfast, and it was fresh and always a full selection. Would stay again.

Very nice hotel. Free shuttle picked us up at the airport after midnight which was great. Also able to get 1 PM checkout which was much appreciated. Good breakfast, very comfortable bed. Would definitely stay here again.

Clean, comfortable and a quite room. Only stayed for one night after a long drive. Beds were comfy. Highly recommended for a short stay. Breakfast area was packed with lots of people and had to wait for your turn sometimes. Overall nice place to stay for a short stay.

A group of workers in town for a meeting. This was a great spot to stay very close to the airport which was very convenient as we were only in for a short time. Stephanie was very helpful when I called the hotel directly to book 6 rooms. We requested early check 12:00 in so that people could change for the meeting she said she would do her best but could not guarantee. When we got the Stephanie was there to meet us and had everything organised . Check in took about five minutes. We used the pub lounge for lunch and dinner the food and service was great . Jenn and Temple looked after us. This is a great spot close to the airport the staff is friendly and efficient the rooms are clean and quite . Would highly recommend this place to anyone

overall this hotel is a good time , recommend the Barney Ceasar in Barney lounge. a good time had by everyone. if you are flying out of Edmonton this location is amazing. I would stay here again if I was staying in Leduc

Great stay. The staff were quite welcoming when we arrived. However, the indoor pool was cold and the eggs from the buffet breakfast had quite a different, unpleasant taste. The laundry facility is not located in the building. You actually have to go across the parking lot into another building to access laundry which was inconvenient.

Only stayed for one night but wished was more, great room, staff very friendly and helpful, definitely recommend to anyone going to be in the area. Easy access to the airport if you are planning a trip, shuttle to airport definitely a plus

We stayed for 2 nights for our grandsons hockey tournament near by. We had a terrific time the room was very clean staff was so pleasant and helpful. The pool was fun and so clean. Not busy at the pool we actually had it to ourselves by luck both nights and grandma loved going down the water slide while I watched and soaked in the large hot tub. Great weekend at the best western would stay again!

Good stay at hotel.Kitchen staff did great job. The front desk staff did't really care especially The Manager TAHA!!! I was checked in by him , i was waiting for check in and he was on call and i actually didn't like that attitude..So , disappointed with check -in!!!! They got my wrong email , so i can't fill out any survey and they offered me ((((250)))) BW points for this mistake..wow

Only stayed one night. Flew in, shuttle picked me up within 5 min from airport. Pleasant staff. Better than expected room (clean, large, modern). Breakfast was really good. I don't usually write reviews, but I felt this hotel and staff deserved it. Very good value - will be my go to hotel from here on in!

Gorgeous, classy hotel, luxurious, comfy beds, beautiful rooms, thick towels, great staff, close to the airport with free shuttle (tip the driver-he deserves it!) The front desk staff are professional and friendly, and the lounge/grill has great food. No need to go anywhere else. This hotel also has a pool...I will definitely be back!

This hotel, which has been recently renovated, and its staff, were not only very nice but also quite perfect in every respect. When I am next in the area, I would choose to stay there with them for sure.

Excellent experience from beginning to end. We only stayed one night and chose this place because of the waterslide and pool......the kids had a blast. We are work out people and used the fitness center in the morning......awesome little gym! Everything (not only the fitness area) was new or newly renovated which was very impressive.

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Very nicely newly renovated. Big pool with alide bug hot tub. Definitely will stay again. Price was great. Would definitely recommend to other families. And close to airport.

I travel to edmonton 18 times a year and compared to the other hotels i have stayed in,this hotel is by far the best. Jack and Hanna at the front deck are always polite and make you feel welcome from the minute you walk thru the door. The breakfast is amazing,super comfy rooms,pool,exercise room i recomend this hotel to all my friends and people i meet at the airport.

This hotel had recent renovations, the room was new and clean and well stocked. The pool area was awesome. We were there with our kids and they loved the pool and water slide. The staff were friendly, the breakfast was delicious and we were pleasantly surprised with the level of service at the breakfast bar.

I travel here from time to time basically always on business. Have been coming here a few years now and the recent renovations have been a good improvement. Staff are nice and polite. Rooms pretty clean and nice. I find the beds pretty good too.

The service was good but the rooms have serious design flaws. The night light was so bright that I had a hard time falling asleep. The internet speed is fine. The breakfast food was decent, but the coffee was extremely weak.

Obviously, recently renovated, and done well. Rooms are slightly tight, but so well laid out that you do not notice. A great feature is the number and accessibility of plug-ins and charging connections. No having to unplug lamps to charge your phone. Breakfast is very good, though lacking in my favourites of oatmeal and cereal. The attached restaurant is excellent, with good food - and you have to try their 'beer wall'! This has become my new favourite airport hotel!

Front desk agent sincerely was very nice and helpful. The hotel waa clean and the beds were super comfy. The pool water was a bit cold but the kids enjoyed it anyways. Would definitely stay here again.

This hotel is close to the airport, with a convenient shuttle bus. It's not in Edmonton, but it is in the little town of Leduc, which is right next to the Edmonton airport. There's not much in Leduc, but what do you need? Within walking distance there is the downtown grocery stores and big box retailers

My kids and I stayed here as part of a large group that rented out the majority of a floor. We thought the room was clean and tidy. Beds were comfy with ample pillows (big super fluffy pillows). My kids enjoyed the pool. They need a sign to say where the pool is located but we found it. Unfortunately the “shallow” end is 3' deep so it wasn't ideal for my 3 year old. But I brought her life jacket and she enjoyed jumping off the edge while I caught her. The slide looked awesome. We very much enjoyed the free breakfast that was included with our stay. The only downfall was they didn't serve bacon both mornings that we were there (who doesn't offer bacon for breakfast?), staff was friendly and helpful. They could use more staff in the breakfast room as it gets really busy and hard to find a clean table. Over all we were very happy with our stay and would consider staying again.

This hotel has been recently renovated. Has a great location 5 minutes from Edmonton International airport. Rooms are clean and bed is plush with great pillows. Definetly would stay again. There is a real good "free" breakfast in the morning...and if you like to relax in the evening to have a meal or drink in the lounge the hotel offers this service. No need to leave the hotel because access is easy near the lobby entrance.

The size of the room was smaller, especially with a wheelchair and the number in our group but the pool and lounge more than made up for it. For how booked it was, you would have never known. Very good staff, quiet hotel

I booked this hotel because it had a pool with a water slide. Upon arrival I was informed that it was out of service until the following day. The next day I was told it would be another day before it was repaired, so requested a late checkout so that my child could use it. On the third day, I was told it would not be available until the evening. It was very disappointing and had I known beforehand I would not have booked this hotel.

We have stayed in this property many times over the years. We stopped using it because it was aging badly. Over the past 2 yrs or so it has been renovated extensively and we tried it again when A great pool, hot tub and water slide were added. However it has now begun its decline again. Pool is grimy and rooms are showing their age despite the renos only being completed in the last few months. Obviously the Reno was to accomadate a sale. It was a Days Inn for years and is now a Best Western Plus, but does not deserve that Branding. We won't be staying here again despite it being a great location to visit our family.

The rooms are very nice. It is easy to get to and from the hotel. The staff are very good and accommodating. The internet is very fast and the breakfast is very good. There should be video surveillance installed in the parking lot.

Excellent hotel and service, good breakfast, and nice pool with waterslide and hot tub. I attended a conference there as well, and everything was convenient. No complaints.It is also fairly convenient for the airport for those flying.

I loved the hotel's convenient location by Edmonton airport, as well as its friendly staff, VERY clean rooms, and lovely hot breakfast. Would recommend! It seems to be a newly renovated hotel, and this is quite apparent for the exterior appearance.

Stayed here for work and really enjoyed my stay. The rooms were very nice and they had very comfortable beds. The breakfast was amazing especially since it was free! The staff was also very friendly. Definitely recommend

Overall, I would recommend staying at this location. This hotel is only a few minutes from the airport and at the time of this review, in great shape, with up to date decor. The staff was very helpful and caring. The restaurant attached to the hotel has reasonable prices with a decent selection and very clean.

All good and plan to stay again. Staff are very friendly and I ENJOY and look forward to my next visit. Alot of hoitel could learn from Best Western on how to treat customers. VERY Happy and pleased to be staying here.

Great place and very close to the airport. Breakfast was free and amazing and we ate supper in the hotel cafe so that was a extra treat to not have to drive somewhere. The pool and whirlpool was very clean and so relaxing.

Everything was great about this hotel. We used the swimming pool, Grandsons loved the waterslide. Great service, awesome reno's, felt like a new hotel. For the price, great value, the free breakfast was amazing. 24 hour coffee in the lobby is a nice touch. We fly out a lot and I can't wait to use the free airport shuttle service.

I've been staying in this hotel in town to attend some important matters and I received a excellent accommodation the front desk staff is awesome as well as the over all staff they are all friendly.i recommend this hotel to be stayed with when you are in town..

However on the check in was when the clerk advise I didn't have a reservation and didn't listen when I offer to show my confirmation. Fortunately the manageress step in and advise she found it. Room was clean and everything was as it should be. Interesting when they call the name still shows up as Days Inn as the billing also. May give it another try. Was missing some of the usual BW courtesy.

Room was very clean, very professional. Food for room service... not good at all... Had chicken wings which was about the same everywhere... Fish and chips, fish batter was undercooked and almost raw, fries where very odd top layer of fries were excellent and then as you got to the bottom, they were raw and undercooked.

The staff went out all to ensure that we were comfortable and that my mother who has trouble getting around had everything she needed. The rooms are very large and she was able to move around easily and the breakfast selection is great.

I loved the soft bed and excellent selection of different pillows from which to choose. The room was great, obviously remodeled with care and thought for the traveler's comfort. Spent time in the restaurant which had a great atmosphere, food, drinks and entertainment. Had my family been with me we would have spent hours at the pool enjoying the incredible slide, maybe next time! Fast friendly service at the front counter. I'll be back!

We stayed at this hotel the night before an international trip. The hotel was great, we were able to leave our vehicle on site while we were gone for a reasonable cost, the transfer to the airport was on time and fast and when we landed, the transfer back to the hotel was prompt for pickup. Very pleased with the service overall.

All around a positive experience. The staff were professional and friendly. Rooms were modern and crisp and clean. Didn't use the facilities due to the short stay, but was impressed with the overall experience. I would recommend.

My stay has always been excellent. It suits me because of what I do.The rooms are clean and since the renovations they are great.I also like because it includes a breakfast which is great because I do not have to go looking for food.The staff are great,location is excellent with easy acess and close to where I need to go. .

I stayed here just before they became a BW Plus and was amazed at the great job that has been done with updating and renovations! The staff is proud of their "new" hotel and it shows. Great customer care, great location -highly recommend!

I chose this hotel because I got a good price on Expedia and it was close to the airport. When i arrived, the man at the desk was very informative and welcoming. They asked me if I wanted a wakeup call and if I wanted to make a reservation for their free shuttle service. The room is very nice and modern. They also offered a makeup remover wipe which is not something that is typically offered at other hotels i've stayed at so that was a nice touch. The breakfast that's INCLUDED in the price was bacon, eggs, pancakes etc. Way more than I was expecting. I decided to write a review because I was expecting an average hotel for the price but it surpassed my expectations.. I have nothing bad to say about this hotel, definitely would recommend if you need a hotel close to the airport!

Very nice, comfortable stay. Hotel has been recently renovated and rooms are very nice. Had a standard room with 2 doubles. Good size and comfortable beds. Free continental breakfast daily (with voucher), although selection isn't the best. Nice little fitness room, and a decent sized pool and slide as well. All in all, for Leduc this is probably one of the best options available and it is a great location close to lots of Leduc amenities and near the airport. Will definitely stay here again.

My stay was for 1 night and it was a good one, great comfortable bed. Overall the room was cleam and nice. The pool and hot tub just down the hall. The breakfast was oh so good with a good selection to chose from.

The new Renovated Days Inn in Leduc Is beautiful,,I stay there every month on my way to work hands down from me it's a 5 Star,,the staff is wonderful and the Buffett breakfast is awesome.I only stay at Days Inn,,even tho some places are a little cheaper but for me it's quality over quantity.
