Best Western Plus Lawrenceburg

Probably the newest/nicest hotel you will find in this area, but I had a few issues with the rooms. For a new hotel, it was rather noisy. I stayed on the 2nd floor and could hear footsteps from above. Also, easily could hear people having conversations in the rooms next to me. The bathroom was pretty beat up. The shower had excessive amounts of repair caulk and it looked like maybe the shower floor was taken out and replaced with a new base. It flexed and creaked when standing in the shower like it was going to fall through the floor. The television/cable TV provider they use is very complicated. Hard to find channels for live TV and the remote is just funky. The lobby and breakfast area is really nice/clean and the staff I met and spoke to were very friendly. The location is far enough away from town so that it is quiet, but only a few minutes to a ton of restaurants and stores. I will stay here again

From the guest services staff to the breakfast services and housekeeping staff - there are none better. The entire staff far exceed even the highest standards. The rooms and hotel are clean, very presentable and safe. You will not go wrong selecting this hotel for your stay!! 5-Star+

I had the best stay here. The rooms were very clean. The employees were all so nice and helpful. We enjoyed our visit and will definitely be back in the future. The breakfast was amazing and it was nice how they served your restaurant style breakfast!

FRESH & CLEAN - EXCELLENT Continental breakfast. The server even helped my 10-yr-old son make some pancakes. The room looked like it had never been used before. The grounds were well manicured. SIDENOTE: I personally LOVED the OPEN BIBLE near the front door & the subtle Christian theme throughout the hotel. There was a picture of 3 trees in the bathroom & it simply said "TRINITY" underneath the picture.

I would recommend this hotel to anyone the cleanliness was great the staff was excellent. The worker went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. We will definitely stay here for future family visits

I booked in short notice, coming in from MI for a family funeral and it was no problem whatsoever getting a room. l called for early checkin and the staff allowed that. Everything was extremely clean, comfortable room and bed. Nice shower and sink. Staff very friendly and accommodating. The coffee was very good, didn't have to run out to DD! I would definitely go back here.

The staff was wonderful from check-in to breakfast. I was greeted in a friendly considerate manner upon arrival in the evening after a long drive. The room was immaculate, and I was welcomed by a personal note in my room. Breakfast was served by Billy, who was friendly and polite. Breakfast was great and served quickly. I appreciate the room staff/management contacting me after I accidentally left some items behind. Overall, I highly recommend the Best Western Plus.

An excellent hotel - wonderful and warm reception from the lady on the front desk. Clean and modern room with everything you would need. The hotel was spotless. The only element that let it down was breakfast - a limited selection and what was there was poorly stocked. Not enough though to undo 5 stars for what is an excellent hotel.

Excellent stay! The room was plenty large enough for our group of 5. For a routine stay, I would have no issues. I would have liked to have seen an extra blanket for the pull-out sofa bed without asking for kne but we made it all work anyway with no real complaints.

This is a great motel if you are in in the Lawrenceburg, TN area. The rooms are all being renovated. They are clean and the queen beds we had were very comfortable. The breakfast was among the best that we have ever had in a motel. Billy will take your order and bring your food to your table! We highly recommend this motel!

My husband and I came down to visit the kids and grandkids and decided to book a room for the weekend. The staff was super friendly, the rooms were very clean and we enjoyed an excellent complimentary breakfast both mornings.

Very clean since it is so new. Nice pool area, friendly staff and a Mexican restaurant within walking distance. Laundry room has only 1 washer/dryer. Near many stores and easy to get to despite the small town.

We drive from Ohio for a family reunion in Loretto and 8 members of our family all had wonderful experiences. Breakfast was incredible and the server was even better!!! Front desk staff was so helpful and friendly. Great place to stay.

Hotel was great, the rooms were large and comfortable and the staff was amazing. Breakfast was the best around!!! We were there for a week for a baseball tournament. Everything was close by, the kids used the pool and had a nice area out back to run around while the parents hung out under a gazebo. This hotel is highly recommended!

This place is near the edge of town, a little hard to find, but is a modern and excellent property. Staff was very friendly. Room was great. Breakfast was served by a waiter/cook, who was very informative about the area. Unfortunately, the hotel wasn't very close to the historic downtown or to Davey Crockett State Park.

Everyone was very polite, helpful, and professional. I was very satisfied and look forward to my next visit. Very clean, all amenities worked, and staff was very nice. Best place I've stayed in a very long time.

I have never stayed at this location, but it was definitely one of the nicest Best Western Plus Hotels that I have stayed at. Full breakfast, indoor pool, nice fitness center and high speed internet. A relatively new hotel, so its decor and grounds were immaculate. The staff was very helpful with directions to the places we wanted to see. Great location. Near to restaurants, shopping, the David Crockett State Park, movies and local theater. If I'm ever back in the area, I definitely plan to stay at this hotel.

Very clean and nice hotel. Be sure to eat the free breakfast! It is one of the best I have ever had that was free. You will feel like you have sit down in a restaurant. Make sure to try Billy's chocolate gravy! It is awesome and made from scratch! You will not leave hungry!

I travel every week and this was the best stay and service that I've ever received. The whole entire staff made me feel like I was at home! The hotel was very clean 10/10. They served the breakfast and the bacon was cooked perfect.

Great place to stay. Rooms were nice. Breakfast with Billy was fantastic such a great selection of food, you can tell he puts love into cooking the food.. This is second time I have satyed at this location this year. Would definately recommend it to anyone staying in or around Lawrenceburg.

This Best Western is great! The rooms and public spaces are clean and welcoming. The greatest asset this location has is staff. Everyone I dealt with was welcoming and helpful. Great breakfast. Reasonable price.

The room was well lit with plenty of plugs and charging ports. Large screen TV with lots of channels. Beds were cleaned and comfortable and the little kitchenette worked great for our family. The Pool was heated perfectly and very clean. Breakfast was great with everything expected from yogurt, cereal, bagels and waffles to hot eggs Bacon, sausage, chicken filets and biscuits & gravy. Conveniently located to many good restaurants and entertainment. Good location to tour the Amish community, see the Old Jail Museum or visit David Crockett State Park with aviary and museum. I highly recommend this hotel .

Thinking we might have a dismal stay at this hotel because the location was so remote, we experienced a very pleasant surprise. This is by far one of the BEST hotels I've stayed in in quite a while. It was super clean, staff was extremely nice and pleasant. For future guests visiting this hotel, I highly recommend that you eat the breakfast provided by the hotel and get the opportunity to meet Mr. Billy of "Billy's Kitchen". He's an absolute gem. He provides the best breakfast experience and sets a great start to your day. He's awesome. He's a great attribute to this hotel. If we're ever in this area again, I will definitely stay at this hotel again and again. Great stay off a remote path!!!!!!!

We used to stay at another hotel chain, that said "no pets", but, we began seeing all types of them being allowed in. As someone who is highly allergic to "dog dander", as well as our daughter, that is extremely important to us. So, we tried Best Western Plus and so far, we have been completely happy, impressed and satisfied. I/our family thanks you and we hope you continue to stay this way. We love staying with you, the friendly staff, cleanliness, and amenities are impeccable.

It was our first time to stay at a best western plus, Pleasantly surprised at how nice and clean the hotel was. the staff was great. Hot breakfast was delicious. The server, Mr Billy, very courteous and attentive. Hotel also has a really nice heated pool and an outside covered veranda area. If your coming to this area, whether business or pleasure, I highly recommend this hotel.

We stayed here for 4 nights and we highly recommend this Best Western in Lawrenceburg Tn. A great hotel with awesome people from the folks at the front desk, to house keeping,Donna in our case who was great. Now let's talk breakfast, the man in charge is Billy, a fantastic person who will come to your table and take your order, prepare your meal and bring it to your table nice and hot. Billy will keep checking on you to make sure everything is good. You don't find this kind of service in any restaurant at least none Ivey ever been to. The hotel is very clean, comfortable beds, big showers and plenty of space in the rooms. We really recommend Best Western in Lawrenceburg. Probably the best in the area.

Lawrenceburg doesn't have many choices for hotels, but you can't go wrong with this choice. The best breakfast, great price and nice room. Billy made breakfast amazing and took our order like we were at a restaurant.

We were doing business in a town about 20 miles away. This hotel was the closest one that had good reviews. We were not disappointed. The hotel looks pretty new. The Breakfast was pretty typical but only served until 9:30am. If you are from the west coast, this maybe too early? The staff was very friendly.

Was passing through on the way to Florida and need somewhere nice and clean to stay. The breakfast was amazing and Billy was outstanding! The rooms were very clean and quiet! The beds were comfortable and we are very happy that we stopped here to rest during our trip!

Best breeakfast the waiter will blow your mind with his perfect attitude and service. The bed was as soft as we like but everything else was perfect. The indoor pool temp is perfect but not very big. Make sure you walk slowly near the pool on a wet floor.

I stayed at this fantastic location one night, May 5, 2022. From the friendly, smiling, helpful staff, to the immaculately clean, comfy, modern room, to the gracious manager, to the hot, fresh, free breakfast, I have never stayed in a better hotel at this price point. This is easily a 4 star hotel masquerading as a 3 star. Anyone considering staying here will get more than their money's worth!

This hotel was brand new and you can tell. It is spotless, the staff is incredibly friendly. The fitness facility was great and the breakfast we excellent. The chef was very kind and was willing to make anything at your request! Highly recommended.

Staff was extremely helpful and friendly, breakfast was hot and served to you, room was very clean. Taller toilets and a walk-in shower made it easy for adults. Swimming pool was clean, but the "heated" pool was cool and didn't feel very warm at all. Nice place to stay.

(Copied from my goog le review) This hotel was a lifesaver! My husband and I scheduled an overnight trip to TN and went to stay at the Richland Inn. The reviews weren't bad online but when we got into our room it was awful! The musty smell, the bed from 1980 (or older) that creaked and was saggy, and the dead bugs all over the room. Luckily we weren't charged but we went over to this Best Western Plus and it was phenomenal (and only $30 more). Pristinely cleaned rooms, comfy king bed, front desk staff was friendly but my favorite part of the whole stay was Billy who helped me get breakfast! THE SWEETEST MAN! He came to greet me when I was making coffee and asked me how my stay was, asked me what he can get us fro breakfast. Served it on a plate and tray to take up to the room. The gravy was homemade by him and it was true southern milk gravy with sausage, so good! I chatted with him before going back to the room with food, he was a doll and made my morning. Cannot recommend this hotel enough!

Parking is great. They have room for larger vehicles who travel with trailers etc. Rear has nice quite area to sit, eat, etc. Landscaping is clean cut. Temperatures in rooms are very easy to control and cool or heat quickly.

I really enjoyed my two nights at this Hotel, Pool was excellent and enjoyable. Breakfast good and even found paper plates in the Sundries shop for the pizza I had delivered. Definitely would recommend.

My husband and I were in the area for the sprint car races at Thunderhill Speedway and wanted a place to stay for the night. The hotel is easy too find and looked really nice as we drove up. The lobby is bright and welcoming and the staff were very friendly. Our room was on the third floor overlooking the picnic area and woods. The room was nicely decorated, clean and comfortable. If we are ever in the area again we will definitely stay here again.

Excellent hotel, friendly staff, comfortable bed and delicious breakfast. We actually had a waiter who served our breakfast to us. I definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again. It also had the most beautiful flowers surrounding the building.

This is a very clean and friendly Best Western. After staying at a Best Western in Helen GA. which was horrible. All Best Westerns are not created equal. Priced great! Breakfast good. Town cute. We stayed only the 1 night. I was traveling with other family members and they worked with me to get us close together. Way to go!

The hotel was immaculate and every employee greeted us and looked (gasp) happy to be of service. The desk clerks were happy and ready with advice to answer our questions. The housekeeping staff greeted us every day, and even when they thought no one was looking, they seemed to really enjoy working there. The biggest surprise was the delicious breakfast, made to order! Not warmed over rubber eggs and half cooked bacon. This breakfast included delicious scrambled eggs, bacon, biscuits and gravy (I liked the sausage gravy, my wife the chocolate gravy). They even made us a cinnamon waffle (and it was great)! We were told the Breakfast Attendant comes even on his day off to check to be sure the customers are being served in keeping with his high standards, and one morning on of the owner-operators of the hotel was assisting with breakfast. A first-class small town hotel--and we will be back!

Very Clean. Great Staff. Quiet. If you have not experienced homemade sausage gravy, or chocolate gravy and biscuits in a while, make this a go-to destination. Nestled just outside of town, it is super quiet. We stayed in one of the suites, and the mattress of the fold-out couch was super comfy.

We had a wonderful stay. They have an indoor pool and a very adequate fitness center. The entire hotel was very clean and our room was spacious. Our bed was very comfortable and all of the linens were new or like new. Breakfast was included and was great. Billy's Kitchen was the cafe where Breakfast was served. Scrambled eggs,waffles,bacon,sausage,fruit,cereal,breads,and biscuits with homemade gravy. On Saturdays, he made chocolate gravy! Billy was one of the friendliest people I have ever met and made our stay even better. The entire staff was very nice and helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel.

We came here because of great reviews. I reviewed hotels from several area cities. We drove out of our way to stay in Lawrenceburg hoping BW would live up to recent reviews. It sure did! People were friendly. Entire hotel was clean and our granddaughter enjoyed the pool. Billy is the breakfast man who prepares your breakfast whether its waffles, eggs, bacon or sausage, all brought to your table. If you enjoy being well cared for, this is the place to stay. Very clean rooms. We stayed here twice as it was about the halfway point for a trip we were taking. It is so clean and staff is friendly. Billy is the breakfast host and he is so wonderful. That man deserves a raise and to be able to be there forever. He is so friendly and sweet and a great cook. Would definitely stay here again!

My husband & I spent a romantic night away at the BW Lawrenceburg on March 5, 2022. It was fantastic. The room was beautiful and decorated with lovely colors. It was so clean!! I cannot say enough about the housekeeping staff. We enjoyed our time there so much and will definitely be recommending this hotel to our friends and family. However, the absolute best part of the stay was the breakfast!! Real waffles with bacon, sausage, fruit, etc, etc!! The breakfast attendant was the most wonderful gentleman!! He made the entire meal so wonderful and so much fun! I hope his supervisor knows just what a gem he is to the BW Team!!! I completed the online review that the hotel asks you to fill out. Yesterday, I ran into the sweet breakfast man! I told him how wonderful he made our trip!! I told him I did one review & I would definitely be making a point to review them on TripAdvisor. If you have to come anywhere near Lawrenceburg, TN, stay at the Best Western!!! You will not be sorry!!!!!!!

We love staying here when we come to Lawrenceburg and it is a great location. Very friendly staff and very helpful! The rooms are nice and comfortable. Breakfast is great. Mr. Billy does a wonderful job with breakfast and keeping everyone fed.

I am happy to say that this hotel actually had a full working staff! Since 2020, we have had many hotel experiences with skeletal staffed hotels. The attentive and cordial staff really made our weekend! Oh! And to get a warm delicious breakfast served with such quality and hospitality made our stay even better! Hotels have skimped on the hot breakfasts these last few years and continue to do so. Not this place! Beds were comfortable, bathrooms were clean, and you could have your room tidied up if you wanted unlike other hotels that just tell you to come to the desk for more linens (because of Covid and staffing issues). You will enjoy your stay! Book today!

This facility is very well kept up. Everything was very clean and the staff was very accommodating. They serve a full breakfast and the gentleman that works in the breakfast area (Billy) makes sure that you get a hot fresh breakfast every time.

Wonderful new hotel in Lawrenceburg, location is perfect with local resturant located right next door. Breakfast at hotel with Billy is a must!! Far enough off road that you don't have alot of road noise.

Hotel is new, so the property is in great condition. Staff were pleasent and helpful. The highlight was the breakfast. Food was fresh and hot. Billy was an outstanding host and made you feel at home. We will stay again, just for the breakfast.

The hotel in general and the rooms were very clean and the décor was nice. A bit pricey for Lawrenceburg due to an event the weekend we were there, but definitely worth the price compared to other hotels in the area.

My daughter was getting married and I rented 2 rooms to accommodate us for the wedding! We have stayed at this hotel several times! The staff is very friendly and they allowed us to check out a little later so we could get the bride ready for her big day!

Staff was very nice. Clean rooms and great breakfast. Bed was big enough for my daughter and I. The only problem I saw was the pillows were not soft. I know they only have so few to use in a hotel. I will just bring my own next time

For a motel named Plus,NOT You can hear the elevators doors opening and closing. Room doors opening and closing walls are very thin. The air conditioner air is pointed right toward the bed and you can't adjust it away. The tv cable subscription is very basic no HBO very limited channels. Large gap under the door when closed. Alot of money for a suite with very little comfort

This is a beautiful and clean hotel!! Everyone was so friendly and helpful during our stay. The inside pool was so clean!! We enjoyed a delicious breakfast!! We will definitely be back. We enjoyed our stay so much!!

The hotel staff were all very friendly and helpful. The young man running the breakfast, Billy, was running it like a restaurant. He made sure you had everything you needed, from hot homemade biscuits and gravy to a little morning small talk.

We stayed 2 nights with my family of 4. The quick check in was great, being is was later in the evening. We were at the pool when our pizza delivery showed up, and the front desk knew where to direct the delivery driver. The complete staff was very courteous and helpful in filling any needs that we needed. The complimentary breakfast was treated as a sit down and get waited on, and was better service and menu than most sit down restaurants. The complete hotel was very clean and decorated nicely. Overall, this was a great stay!

We spent 9 nights in this hotel. it is clean and comfortable, however it isn't a five star hotel. It advertised to have 100 channels on tv but there was only 62 and no movie channels. With Covid being as bad as it is, none of the employees and very few of the guests had on face masks. The hotel is pet free and smoke free but on our last night there a lady came out of a room on the first floor with a dog on a leash when i was going outside. She walked the dog to do his business on the grass by the covered pavlion out back. we were on the back side of the hotel on the third floor. the neighboring rooms had children who were loud and hit the walls half of the night. They ran in and out slamming doors too. Children run up and down the halls yelling. They come out of the pool area and dont dry off leaving water all over the tile floors and elevators. I almost fell in the water puddled up all over the floors. The housekeepers start cleaning way too early and woke us up at 7:30 and 8 several mornings. A group of construction workers were out at the pavilion on our last night there drinking with open containers visible. They threw beer caps and cigarette butts all over the ground by the pavilion and also had corn hole games set up and we had listen to bags hitting the corn hole frames until 9 pm. They walls are very thin and you hear everything going on outside and in other rooms. Several times in the afternoon and night there would be noone at the desk if you needed something. I saw one particular housekeeper going in rooms with do not disturb signs on doors. The breakfast was good but they ran out of almost everything on Labor Day and it was Thursday before they got more supplies in. Billy in the breakfast area is amazing. He prepares breakfast from scratch and goes out of his way to be helpful. He even got me clean towels one day when I couldnt find anyone else. He has an awesome personality. Stacey and Tess, desk clerks, go above and beyond to be helpful and truly care about the guests. While it is a nice clean and comfortable hotel, they are alot of issues that need to be fixed to make it the 5 star hotel you should be getting for $125 plus a night. The weekends are more like $150 and for price you should definitely have a true 5 star hotel.

This is a very new hotel in Lawrenceburg. Our room was furnished with taste and was very cozy. The room was very clean, the bed was comfy. The bathroom was huge. The service was obliging and very friendly. We highly recommend this place.

Why stay anyplace else in Lawrenceburg. Clean new and nice people. Good breakfast with such a nice fellow serving. Didn't try the pool but it looked nice and it looked clean of course it's a new hotel but everything is clean and the people are nice I don't give out five stars very often this is the place

I don't think anything could have made this stay more enjoyable. This hotel is well kept, brand new, quiet, and the people are great. This is honestly what Hampton Inns used to be back in the day, and Best Western has taken the approach and doubled down on it. You have converted a former Hilton property connoisseur, and I look forward to my next stay at a BWP. The woman checking me in (last name Daugherty, I believe) was very kind and welcoming to us upon our arrival. Billy in the breakfast area is a total hospitality star. He embraces his role as a representative of the Best Western Plus and making the stay as enjoyable and good as possible. It is clear he takes ownership of his area and the engagement he has with the guests is great. Whomever hired him for the hotel is a genius. Honestly two of the nicest people I have come in contact with in my last 8 years of business travel. I stayed at a Best Western out of necessity due to the distance to other hotel options, but I am so glad that I did!

The hotel was very clean and the service was great. Billy, who cooks and serves breakfast, was very friendly and the food was made fresh daily and served quickly. If you are ever in the area this is a good place to stay.

I brought my elderly parents to Lawrenceburg, TN to enjoy a multi-day Gospel Music event at the Crockett Theater. We stayed at the Best Western Plus, and it was an amazing wonderful experience! Every staff member was incredibly helpful and kind! The physical building was extremely clean and appealing in every way. Mr. Billy works at the breakfast included in your nightly stay, and he is a wonderful jewel that obviously genuinely loves serving people! He actually "took orders" for breakfast and brought it out to us in the very comfortable breakfast room! We thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of our stay, hope to return again next year, and would highly recommend this property to everyone!

My husband and I initially stayed for three nights but then stayed another three with no hassles or inconveniences! Knowledgeable staff made our visit to Lawrenceburg so much more intriguing...we stayed longer than we had planned!

From check in to check out, our 3 night/4day stay was outstanding! Tessa ,at the front desk and Billy, our breakfast host, is the epitome of hospitality! Our room was clean and very comfortable. I would like to see a lighted makeup on the bathroom wall. Our breakfast was prepared by Billy after he came to our table and took our order. He has a great memory! The structure itself is new and well appointed. Indoor pool. Given the Tennessee location, I would have thought it would have had an outdoor pool. There is a very nice picnic area at the back of the hotel. Lighted parking area. However, where you turn into the drive up to the hotel, there are no street lights no Best Western Sign. I'm thinking the property in from the hotel is possibly not owned by the hotel.

My wife and I enjoyed this hotel. It was clean and well maintained. The staff went over and above to help us enjoy our time there. We have never been to this area before but the staff had a list of eating places prepared that helped. They also were very friendly and helpful with any needs we had. We were blown away with the kindness and hospitality.

Best hotel stay in Lawrenceburg. Great amenities and staff. Staff was friendly, kind and helpful. Southern hospitality at its best. Only complaints: I wish there was more shelving areas in the shower stall and better lighting in the bathroom. Will definitely stay here on return trips.

This was my first visit to Lawrenceburg and we could not have been happier with our stay here. So thankful for the amazing service from Billy (breakfast), Tessa (front desk), and the manager/owner. Everyone at the hotel was super helpful and accommodating. The facility was very clean and comfortable. I don't know the next time that I will be visiting this area, but I would definitely stay here again and will now consider other locations of BW+ when traveling!

We stayed here for baseball tournament. Best hotel we have stayed in. Billy was excellent! He is a fav for sure for the Crossville Hawks. I even forgot my weddings rings...the office called and returned. Superb service!

Stayed here June 25 and 26. Check in was fast and easy. Everyone we encountered was very professional and friendly. Room was clean and spacious, bed was comfortable. Five stars for Billy's breakfast. We sat down at a table in the dining area; Billy came over and took our order. There was a menu board listing the breakfast items to choose from. Billy was professional and very courteous. Thank you Billy. Thank you Best Western employees for a perfect very relaxing stay.

First time to stay at this hotel. It was fantastic! Quick and easy check-in with friendly front desk staff. Room was spacious and clean, bed was very comfortable. Hot breakfast was absolutely amazing!

The rooms were spotless. Very modern. Outlets everywhere. Two TVs. We used the sofa bed and it was great. The staff is very friendly. Great breakfast. The breakfast staff was VERY friendly. You don't find nice people that love what they do any more.

Great room, staff, and amenities. The assistant manager, housekeeper, and breakfast attendant went above and beyond. The front desk rep was a sweet, helpful young lady. This trip was so great. Being in hotel business over 10 years, I hope they do not forget I left the room ready for housekeeping. I hope I was a memorable guest, as they were staff.

The hotel was beautiful! Updated and modern style, and was very clean. And the whole staff was especially kind and helpful. My husband and I stayed one night for our five year anniversary. We loved swimming in the pool and enjoyed biscuits and gravy for breakfast. We wish we could've stayed longer and plan to return again!

We had a overnight stay and it was very enjoyable. Great facility, friendly staff, extremely clean. We came in late and staff was accomadating. Our room had a walk in shower, no it was not a handicap room. Just very spacious. There were laundry items available. There was a pool and a gym available.

We had a wonderful experience in this exceptionally clean and well run Hotel. The employees were well trained and very personable and helpful. If you have breakfast you are likely to meet Billy a very welcoming cook and server. There are some good restaurants and bars in the area that also have good food. We will definitely stay there again on our next trip.

We need to stop overnight about 4 times a year for business and finally we have the perfect stay. Beds and pillows very comfortable, clean, quite, large bathroom. They have a heated pool, which I didn't have a chance to enjoy; perhaps next visit.

This hotel is so nice and clean. They are always so helpful. The breakfast is amazing. So thankful for the staff going above and beyond to make the stay so enjoyable. The pool is nice and perfect for kids to have a sleepover.

My friend and I stayed one night. After driving from Florida for 10 hours in very ugly weather, we took our things to our room on the second floor. After getting everything organized, I went to use the restroom and found urine on the toilet seat. Not just a little dribble but a lot. So I called the desk, she said someone would be right up. After about 10 minutes the front desk calls and says you can move to another room. No I don't want to move, I want someone to come clean. Another 10-15 minutes goes by and nothing. I went down to the first floor to use the bathroom and staff at the desk says we are trying to get someone in to clean....are you kidding me. I told them, give me the cleaning product, I'll do it myself. So I did and about 30 seconds after completely cleaning the toilet because there was MORE urine under the seat the woman from housekeeping shows up and says I'm here to clean. I told her, I had already cleaned it and THEN she proceeded to tell me it was almost for sure a maintenance man that did it because they do it all the time. I told her, it wasn't fresh it was days old and she then said that's very possible because the room hadn't been rented the night before. This hotel is brand new and beautiful so why would the maintenance man have been in the room. Bad enough experience but then for the cleaning person to stand there and make stupid excuses was so annoying after all that. So I thought I'd give Best Western a chance to respond, I went to their site and wrote the same as I did here, their response was someone will contact you soon. Soon to me means same day and even within the hour if you're truly concerned. It's now been 12 hours with no response and that's why I felt the need to come here.

Had to make last minute trip due to death in family. Decided to stay at the new Best Western Plus in Lawrenceburg. Hotel was great, clean rooms, great breakfast, and friendly staff. Would definitely stay there again.

I rented two of the queen suites to celebrate my daughter's 6th birthday. We had a fantastic time swimming, ordering dinner in and eating in the lobby, watching a movie in our suite and spending time with our friends and family. The breakfast was wonderful. They do not have a buffet due to COVID restrictions but Billy made sure everyone was well fed and had all they needed. It was a great new hotel close to home and we had a blast. The staff was exceptional.

The quality of service was more than exceptional. The room was perfect. Breakfast service was amazing. I can't say enough great things about my stay. I will be back very very soon. So glad they are here.

Beautiful hotel excellent breakfast. Modern decor. It was a nice stay over the other options in the area. Nice and quite. Beds are on the firm side and not very comfortable along with the pillows. Price on web site is not correct

Best Western Plus in Lawrenceburg is a beautiful new hotel, well decorated, clean and welcoming. Staff was amazing. Very friendly, professional and helpful. Indoor pool. Great breakfast. This hotel is perfect for family and business groups. State of the art business center and meeting rooms.
