Best Western Inn at the Rogue

We chose the Best Western because we were desperate to charmed our EV but all the other elements made it a good choice. David on the desk was welcoming and helpful, the hotel had ensuring we needed, even some takeaway beer on offer after a long day's drive. Charmers worked well and the full breakfast was more than adequate. I'd go back.

Great hotel in a quiet location. We always stay here when traveling in the area. There is a pool that our kids enjoy. The rooms have all that you need. Breakfast is included. The location of the hotel is close to Grants Pass and Medford and it is so much nicer staying at the Inn at the Rogue than lodging in either of the previously mentioned towns.

We were her for three nights with our dog. The employees could not be nicer! Good price and the coffee is always on! We will stay here every time. Nice walking trail across the street at the river and the town is 3 blocks away.

Our stay at the best Western by the rogue was fantastic. The check-in was stress-free and the rooms incredibly clean and comfortable. I love the smell of the shampoo and conditioner. Dan at the front desk was amazing! The breakfast buffet incredible! They had two different types of waffle makers, as well as two different types of waffle batter. Plus an assortment of pastries, eggs, sausage, potatoes, yogurt, and much more. I was at the coffee bar at least three times!

Room dated and meh. Had to haul luggage up the stairs because there is no elevator. Breakfast awful powdered eggs and weird sausage. Utensils and dishes not replenished even after asking. At least the hotel is a walkable distance to a great Mexican restaurant.

We stayed 2 nights and the staff was incredibly friendly. The room was clean and the breakfast was fine. Parking was a little tricky in front of the hotel if you have a larger vehicle, but there was room on the side and in the back.

This is a great hotel, especially if you have a dog. There is a great park directly across the street that is great for walks. It is right on the Rogue. The room was very clean and spacious. Good distance from Grants Pass for dinner. Great Mexican restaurant right next door.

We have stayed at some beautiful, clean Best Western hotels. Based on the reviews, I called the Best Western at the Rogue. It was a disappointment from the first of the phone call. I asked if there were king rooms available and the clerk said yes. He asked if I was a Best Western rewards member and I said no. He sad they only had double queens available. When we arrived at the hotel, music was playing very loudly. The desk clerks were friendly and helpful. They said they had no first floor rooms available (the parking lot was almost empty). We are seniors and there is no elevator. The room itself is a good size. The single sink is in the bedroom area. There is a slight musty odor in the shower. The carpet needs replacing or cleaning. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The breakfast is the usual hotel fare.

I would recommend this BW Inn to anyone traveling. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was clean, quiet and comfortable. There is a Mexican Restaurant next door that has great food and we were walked over by a front desk staff member who was very helpful to us after a long day of travel. Breakfast was the usual fare, with a lot of space in the dining area for guests. We will definitely stay here again!

This is a very clean hotel, friendly staff, with easy access from highway, yet quite. Nice pool area, good breakfast. It doesn't have an elevator, but the stairs are not to difficult to access. The bed was great. AC worked very well. Although not a BW Plus, it exceeds some that are.

I cannot praise the entire staff enough!!! They consistently with smiles, answered questions, helped with local eateries, places to walk, extra coffee for our room, etc. We enjoyed walking along river greenbelt,, swimming in the pool, breakfast has variety for everyone. Even almond milk. Location was extremely convenient for us. We were in town for a wedding. Definitely would stay again.

If you ever have a chance to travel in southern Oregon, try to stay at this BW on the Rogue. They pay attention to the little things and it adds up to an exceptional experience. Having spent the previous night at a place that didn't pay attention to much, this was most welcome.

I enjoyed my stay here. The room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was good with lots of choices. Staff was friendly and efficient. I had a problem with my room keys and they handled it quickly. I recommend this hotel

Room 106 was filthy. It looked like dog feces had been smeared all over the carpet. We asked to move, but the hotel was full. We were moved the following day and assured that the cost would be reimbursed. 1 month later, the manager will not respond. We have stayed here many times and were never unhappy. But this was absolutely disgusting. It seems they have now blocked me from reviewing on their website.

The hotel is a great find. The bed and pillows were super comfortable and the room was uber clean! It's right across the street from the Rogue River with a kayak launch. It's in the tiny town of Rogue River. We walked to great restaurants, especially the Taquiera next door was fabulous and Bacis Pizza. Gas prices are $.50 more than right down the road. Definitely try the Zip, Dip, Sip package. It was amazing. We wish we stayed here longer. It's a gorgeous area with so much to do! This hotel is perfect!

Staff very friendly smiling helpful. Rooms very nice and clean beds super comfy. Pool clean and heated to right temperature. Art in rooms and cooking areas locally themed and beautiful instead of the typical cheap generic pictures on wall. Nice location. Attention to detail for example furnishings look nice and not like cheap plastic, spa had real tile in it. Parking was ample and close. This hotel is a gem. Fair price and god value. Will recommend to others for sure. Thank you for putting on our faces!

Great service. Friendly faces. Clean rooms. Pool/ hot tub, breakfast and internet. It was a pleasant surprise to us. We were thinking it was going to be just a place to crash before we made our way home to LA. But this is a good spot. Close to the Oregon Vortex. Convenience store next door. Restaurants and a gas station down the street. Would recommend to anyone passing by.

This hotel was perfect for travellers. It is just off the freeway, has a large carpark, which is very handy if you are towing, and the rooms are very clean. The beds are comfortable, and the rooms have everything that you need. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was good! We had a great night's sleep, and will be staying here next time we travel!

My daughter and I stayed at the Rogue river best western last weekend. When we arrived they greeted us and gave us information about the hotel and town. They were incredibly nice and knowledgeable. We stayed 2 nights and we saw the manager several times. Really great staff and management! I will be going back!

Best Western at Rogue River is an excellent place to stay, very safe, secure, and clean facility. High quality mattresses very clean and well kept. A good night sleep depends on how secure someone feels and the Best Western at Rogue River will exceed expectations.

We are on a road trip to visit friends and we found a great hotel to stay and refresh before we continue on the journey the next day. The staff was friendly and welcoming. I would definitely recommend a visit.

A warm welcome by Sandra at the front desk. Christmas decorations twinkled round the tree and from a charming ceramic miniature Christmas village. All staff were helpful and our night's rest felt refreshing. Best of all the breakfast room was managed by Deloris, who kept the tables and buffet spotlessly stocked with hot coffee, freshly scrambled eggs, and sausage. She showed interest in the visitors and especially kind to a family with a toddler. We enjoyed a restful stay at Inn at the Rogue, Best Western.

Nice midi price hotel.....BUT....you're not in Grants Pass as the address states. You're in Rogue City, about 8 miles south of Grants Pass with very few amenities nearby. We had hoped to do some evening things in Grants Pass but decided not to due to the distance. SECOND, there's no elevators. We were stuck with a 2nd floor room. I explained that my wife had just had knee replacement surgery and that stairs would be tough. Receptionist couldn't have cared less. It would have been nice if the lack of elevators would been noted when we made our reservation. Lastly, extremely poor lighting in the parking lot and the parking spaces seem prime for theft.

I would definitely recommend staying here. The rooms were spacious, comfortable and clean. But I've never stayed at a hotel where everyone that worked there was so friendly and helpful!! It makes all the difference!!! So nicely decorated for Christmas too!

This hotel has the most friendly and thoughtful staff I've ever encountered. Made the stay so enjoyable. Breakfast was top notch and we will definitely come back next time we visit family in Rogue River!

The staff at this hotel is excellent. On our second day it snowed and the hotel lost power.could have been miserable but because of the staff it wasn't they even managed to put out breakfast and it was warm although I did miss the biscuits and gravy lol

Very helpful staff and clean and tidy rooms. The grounds are easy to navigate and having EV charging was a plus. Did not use pool or gym but they also looked clean and inviting. Breakfast was a bit lackluster but basic enough to be satisfying.

Best western is always my go to stay when I am traveling! The service is always great and the rooms are always clean and up to my standards. It's always easy to check in and check out. Hot tubs are super hot and that's our favorite out favorite!!

Good location for visiting the area. Close to Grants Pass, 25 minutes to MFR. River and bridge are beautiful. Clean with good amenities. Quiet but mobile workers with equipment are sometimes loud in the morning. Hotel has no elevator so request ground floor if you have large suitcases. Breakfast was average but good selection that changed daily. Employees were awesome!

The location of the hotel is awesome, just off of I-5 but on the other side of the Rogue River so the freeway noise isn't bad. Great park across the street for walking the dog. Great doggie friendly hotel. Great Mexican restaurant next-door as well as a convenience store and a dispensary. Gas station across the river at the freeway onramp.

This was our first visit to this excellent motel. We have nothing negative to say about it. Clean, comfortable, and quiet. As with many Best Western Motels our laptop had to be connected several times, but once the connection was made we were happy. The breakfast was very nice as was the breakfast room. It is a short drive across the bridge to a variety of restaurants.

Over all happy with this place. The staff went above and beyond for me. I stayed in a pet room with my dog. It was very clean and there was no smell. The bed was very hard though and so were the pillows. Over all a nice place.

Super clean without perfume cleaning odors. Best breakfast bar - bar none. Great doggie amenities. Also, the hotel was pretty full, especially with tons of other Jack Russells for an event but the rooms are very quiet, you can't hear people next to you or above you.

Traveling solo and a female my most important need is to be safe. The staff and motel set up with inside rooms exceeded any expectations I had. Complimentary breakfast was perfect for clean and healthy diet too and smelled wonderful! The location is just over the bridge to Palmerton Park and the Mexican restaurant is not even a block away. Wonderful stay and I'm fussy!

When started to check in I was a the wrong Best Western. Night desk called and found me a room at Rogue Best Western. When checking in they were so helpful and accommodating. Great room, breakfast and easy check out

The hotel was clean, the staff friendly and accommodating, the breakfast had great options for hot and cold, the pool and spa was kept clean. The location was perfect to all excursions and had a country feel to it. The hotel is a short walk to the Rogue River.

Every little detail was covered. Seriously if it could done, they did it. The staff was more than nice. I asked someone working in the laundry room if I could swap some decaf coffee for some normal coffee. He dropped what he was doing to help me with a smile. So polite. The rooms were so nice and clean. I cannot say enough nice things about this place!

Clean, quaint, very nice hotel w/an amazing little spread for breakfast !! There were so many choices !! I also loved the location, the staff was great and they allow dogs so we WILL be back soon. Definitely recommend!!

This hotel was very clean and close to what we were looking to do. Kyle at the front desk was amazing and extremely helpful. The only downfall was there was no elevator, although Kyle was kind enough to carry our bags up the stairs.

We've stayed here in the past and it was good so we choose it again. The rooms are clean, staff was friendly, and pool was clean. The breakfast was nothing compared to other Best Western's we've stayed at. The eggs were "OK" but needed to put them in an English muffin to help with the taste. Bacon was so thin and crispy, we couldn't eat it. Not a super big selection, but it was descent. The location was fine for us but not many places near by for food. We've stayed here in the past and knew they had a GREAT Mexican restaurant across the parking lot that we could walk to. We have classic cars and once parked, we didn't want to drive. If you need food choices and don't mind driving, then you'd be fine. All in all, it was fine and we would stay here agin.

I always stop at the Best Western in Rogue River, Oregon on the way to my daughter's house. As an older woman travelling alone, I always feel safe and well taken care of here. Also appreciate the great breakfast, so convenient right there so I don't need to make another stop along the way.

Smelly rooms, dirty carpet, rough check in, pool opens to late, Reno's done by unprofessional people paint in rooms was not even straight line meeting the roof, Color to dark like there trying to hide something, on stairways big gaps where carpet meets base boards. Looks like owner must have done the Reno's himself to save money.

The rooms were exceptionally clean and the staff was very friendly and very helpful and kind. The staff gave directions to the best food in town and anything happening in town that we could visit. A small town with beautiful homes and older but so clean and tidy. Restaurants had such friendly people

I liked everything about my two night stay. Clean, comfortable rooms. Good shower and filling breakfast. All the staff were friendly. As in most other motels, rooms aren't cleaned every day. Wifi was good, no problems. I'd return.

We like this hotel for it's location, friendly and professional staff, clean surroundings, and good breakfast. It's not huge or super fancy, but offers all the amenities. Pool, exercise room, great breakfast, wi fi, frig in room, gift shop, VERY CLEAN too. Best of all, it's affordable.

Everyone we had interaction with was very friendly. We felt welcomed. Good accommodations for our dog as well! Whenever we needed anything they ensured we got it. Would most definitely recommend to stay there.

We were looking for a quick stay on our way back from dropping off some stuff in Portland and stayed in Rogue River. It was clean and comfortable. The Internet was a tad slow but the bed more than made up for that. Not a rock hard brick that many places have but a comfortable cloud that allowed us to sleep in comfort. It's nice to wake up refreshed rather than stiff and sore, especially when you had a bad back. We will stay here again.

Very well managed property, really clean and nicely furnished. Amazing staff, very friendly and helpful. Good variety of breakfast foods kept well stocked and neat right up until it closed. It was a positive experience in every way.

Great hotel. Provides full amenities. Very clean and the rooms are well decorated with up to date furniture that is in very good shape. Provide a full hot breakfast that still includes such things as eggs, biscuits, sausages and much more. The staff was superb with great attitudes. Only drawback is that it dose not have elevators but the staff offered to carry my baggage without hesitation. On my next trip to California will make the point to stay there on the way and back. Great experience - great hotel.

If you just need a place to lay your head, nothing fancy, this fits the bill. The free breakfast is nothing to write home about, so breakfast out is a must. The hot tub is nice, but loud and splashy and opens a little late in the morning.

From the moment we contacted Best Western Inn at The Rogue until the time we said goodbye, our experience was top-notch. This hotel is extremely clean, the staff are superb - so helpful and friendly. The breakfast is very good quality, and plenty of it. The pool, exercise room and laundry were all in excellent working order, well maintained, and sparkling clean as well. The internet works well. Fridge in room, microwave, and a gift shop in case you forgot something. The rooms were quiet, and though the hotel was near or at capacity, you couldn't tell. Kids and pets (under 80 pounds) are welcome. I highly recommend this location and will stay here again anytime I am in this area.

We called while on the road into town (emergency visit) and the clerk helped us find our way and was very welcoming when we arrived. It was nice to see a smiling and very helpful face when we arrived. The morning staff was friendly, helped me with the business center and was on top of cleaning so everything was fresh and clean. The breakfast was great, the staff was there making sure everything was ready for anyone eating, tables wiped etc. I slept great, it was quiet (inside & outside) and the parking lots are well lit.

During a trip from Seattle to LA with my wife and dog, we stayed at this hotel on our first night, after a 7+ hour drive. The second floor room in the middle of the floor was quiet, the staff was courteous, the queen beds were very comfortable, and there is a park across the street to bring the dog (though there is a lot of goose poop throughout the park). The breakfast was fine for a hotel in this price range, and the dog fee ($30) was reasonable. We had a decent takeout meal - including margaritas to go - from Taqueria La Guacamaya, a short walk from the hotel on the same side of I-5.

The hotel was clean and welcoming. No security cameras anywhere in the parking areas. The staff was friendly & helpful HOWEVER I was surprised at check in when I was charged $15 because I was checking in before 4pm. This is insulting, unnecessary & ridiculous. The rooms are extremely noisy - you can hear the TV & normal conversations in the rooms next door & walking in the room above - ALL NIGHT LONG!!!! The area surrounding the hotel does not seem to be a very good area. I won't return to this property... The best part was the pet friendly room did not have carpeting - THAT WAS GREAT!

The hotel was clean, comfortable & staff was very friendly. But we arrived early after a 6 mile drive and were charged $15 even though our room was ready. That was not cool & was offensive. The best part was the pet friendly room did NOT have carpet so my dogs were not obsessed over mystery smells in the room. Breakfast was good, we didn't need any help during our visit. BE AWARE! The walls & floors are not sound insulated well at all. We could hear normal conversations in the room next door but the people above us sounded like a herd of stomping elephants ALL NIGHT! Until 3:30am so needless to our nights were not quiet or restful

Hotel is clean. Staff is friendly. Continental breakfast is amazing. Hot tub. Pool. Workout room. Close to everything in Rouge River including the River and great walking and bike trails. Great restaurant right next to the Hotel (*Walking distance). The Hotel is also Pet friendly.

Always a pleasure when I stay here. Friendly staff. Good options for breakfast in the morning. Rooms clean and well stocked. My only issue is the beds. I don't find them very comfortable and they sound like they have a plastic mattress topper.

The staff was exceptional at every point of contact. The GM, Brian was extremely helpful getting me familiar with the area and working with me on a last minute change of plans. Tiffany and Liam always had a smile at the front desk and were willing to answer any questions and address my needs with a positive attitude. Michael prepared the breakfast served every morning and was so friendly and kind. He also was very helpful. The room was clean as was the hotel. It's close to everything you need food, shopping and entertainment. I'm from Vegas and I'm use to good service and hospitality. I would put this team up there with the best. I've already booked my 2nd stay there and plan to continue using this hotel as opposed to the Air BnB's which I typically would yous, solely due to this experience.

This was a great place to stay. Close to city center. Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice rooms, clean and fully stocked. Full breakfast in the breakfast room. Check in and check out were very fast and easy. I would stay here again if I'm ever back up this way.

The room was clean with no carpet on the floor. The hotel was conveniently located with easy on and off highway. Dog friendly with walking trail nearby and great mexican restaurant across street. Breakfast was on time and had something for everyone.

We have stayed at this location several time especially in the winter traveling south. Great place to stop before hitting the pass into CA. Clean nice room. Quiet hotel. Good service. Bonus points for a return visit.

We love this place, we go often and get the jacuzzi room. A very comfortable room with a great view. Easy walk to the cute town of Rouge River over the bridge over the beautiful Rouge River, anytime of of the year it's a nice place to visit.

Comfortable stay. I liked the former beddings and the hot breakfast. Internet speed was good. Parking is ample. Check in check out process is really simple. Cleanliness is also upto the mark in this hotel

It was a dark and stormy night when we checked into the Best Western in at Rogue River. but it was well worth it. It was a good place to stay and we will stay there again when we visit the area. The staff was helpful and friendly and the breakfast was very good.

We made this reservation at the last minute and were not disappointed. It was a good stop. the rooms was very good and clean and the breakfast was also very good. We had eaten dinner before we stopped so not away of any restaurants in the area. Would definitely stay here again when traveling through Grants Pass.

We've stayed here many times and have always had a good experience. Very clean, comfortable, quiet and great staff. However, it would be nice if the room had USB ports in the lamp or bedside clock. Hopefully that could be done by the time we come back. Overall, good experience and I highly recommend staying there.

Beverly maintains an outstanding cafe for the hotel complimentary breakfast. Best of any I have been to. Waffles, eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, cereals, bagels and muffins. Fresh fruit and juices.Plus lots of smiling faces from all of the friendly staff. All amenities with this hotel are upgraded. Beds are extremely comfortable.

I stayed one night with my 4 month old puppy and the room and hotel area was awesome. Across the street is a great park for walking the dog. Next door is a dispensary, a market/deli and a great Mexican restaurant; all in great dog walking distance. Wonderful bridge over the Rogue River to walk the dog on and take pictures from. We will absolutely stay there again and I'm recommending it to anyone with dog traveling with them.

We chose this hotel as a layover on the way to California from Washington. It's new, so I felt more comfortable with knowing the carpet/bedding wouldn't be old. Also, the breakfast at Best Westerns are generally decent. Unfortunately, it started out kind of bad. We checked in extremely tired at around 10PM. It was a dark, stormy and rainy night. We had been driving all day. When we got there, we walked in and my husband stated my name (on the booking) and the guy at the counter asked for my ID. I gave him my driver's license and he gave me a form to fill out with a booking number and name. It was NOT my name. So, I told him, it wasn't and his response was "Oh sorry, your names ALL SOUND ALIKE." .... The name on the form was an Asian name and I am Asian too. The name was NOTHING like my name. I was so surprised that this person (on 10/5) would say something like this. I just looked at him, filled out the form and checked into our room. ....Bad start. The walls are paper thin. The guests that checked in after us at 1030PM, came in with a crying tired baby/toddler. You could hear the crying continuously for about 45 min until she fell asleep. Then the family proceeded to blow dry for 15 min straight. It was really loud. The rest of the stay was GREAT! The beds were comfortable. Room was warm. Everything was clean. We got a handicap room and it had a huge bathroom and lower bathroom sink for kids. ;) Breakfast was great! It's definitely worth it for a family of 5 to stay here. The lady that works in dining area is AMAZING. So nice and friendly. Jokes with you and is super kind. The ladies that clean the rooms are also SO SO nice. I felt so welcomed. There was also a guy fixing/cleaning things that was super nice. Kudos to the staff at this place besides the night check in person.

Beautiful property with nicely appointed rooms and public areas! The staff is super friendly and helpful! And the breakfast is wonderful!!! Easy to find, and easy to get to as well. In a beautiful area with lots of things to do like wine tasting and rafting the Rogue.

My son and I stayed at this lovely Best Western on the Rogue in July 2021. The staff there is terrific! Helpful, considerate, friendly and hard working! We want to give a special shout out to these folks: Courtney, Renee, Gina, Brian, Cassie, Jerimie, Lyllyan and Debra. So many thanks! We will definitely stay with you when we are again in Grants Pass!

Right off I appreciated how easy it was to find the Motel. On top of that they had plenty of parking. Although we arrived when check-in normally occurred, our room was not ready. I understood with COVID they were understaffed. They said we could wait for our room, but we chose for them to call us since we were visiting friends. Breakfast the next morning met our expectations and check out was quick & easy. Two days later I realized I left an article of clothing. I called them and they had the item and offered to mail it to my home.

This hotel was well kept, had friendly staff, and great breakfast. Will definitely stay again. The kids enjoyed the pool and I enjoyed the ease of access, the cleanliness, and comfort of the room. Good spot.

We booked a suite because we wanted a balcony, and ended up with the “Master Suite”. It was very spacious with a separate bedroom with TV, living room with TV (both TVs with streaming capability) two separate bathroom sink areas - one with the commode in a separate room. There's also a jacuzzi tub / shower and a nice, well stocked, kitchen area. It did have a balcony - the only room that does, which overlooked a small pool. It was on the 2nd floor with *NO elevator.* While certainly capable of carrying our luggage, we prefer not to - which is why luggage has wheels :)) The manager said none of the older hotels with only two floors have elevators. This BW is across the street from a small park on the river and there are beautiful pictures in the suite of the Rogue River. Breakfast included waffles, hard boiled eggs, cereal & pastries. To summarize, while very nice, since there's NO elevator I doubt we'd stay again.

The location of the hotel is good… but the NUMBER of DOGS and the odor of marijuana was excessive. So many people traveling with large, noisy, aggressive dogs is enough to make me think twice about staying at a hotel that accepts dogs. The neighboring property is a marijuana dispensary, so this may likely be the cause of the STRONG odor in our room.

They are ripping people off - trying to charge extra for breakfast. Several people are angry in the breakfast room. We saw on guy throw his cold egg on the floor. This hotel's web site states clearly as their policy, 'full breakfast' or if no staff available - a Grab and Go, hot breakfast. BUT no grab and go offered. Instead, to our amazement, they try to sell you a jimmy deans breakfast sandwich. They have a whole stack of them in their freezer/fridge next to the front desk. I have never heard of a best western that charges for breakfast in addition to the hotel room and at the same time has no hot breakfast in their breakfast room. Also didn't see a single mask being worn in their hotel - so the is not a pandemic related issue. Instead just some kid who insists we have to pay extra for breakfast. Corridors also stink of pot.

These folks were really helpful and the room was excellent and clean. Ice machine, internet and TV all worked perfectly. Checkin was slightly delayed due to maid shortage (post COVID) but they were working their butts off and it only cost me 2 minutes. The layout of the parking was weird, and I moved my car from it's original spot. Huge pickups, van's, or any trailer may have trouble with parking here.

Never expected to find a place without an elevator. Had been on the road for awhile and had luggage and ice chest--stacked it on luggage cart only to find out we would have to pack it up the stairs. Also, this place is not in Grants Pass--it is in Rogue River. Not the best of beds--

I stayed here June 16th and want to say thank you to front desk Nick for his patience and pleasant attitude. He is an excellent example of what customer service should be. I stay here every time I travel north to visit my family in Washington State. I also want to say thank you to Kim for a job well done quickly preparing my room for me, even though I arrived early on June 6th. As I again stayed here when I returned to California.

Easy to find off the highway. Nice outdoor pool and pretty big breakfast to go menu even with COIVD. All staff were super friendly. the only downsides were the beds were very hard and the hallways smelled very strong of marijuana.

I loved the staff and the hotel was spotless. However by the 4th night I could barely walk. The beds need to be replaced. They are not comfortable and caused lower back and leg pain. It was fun trying to walk down stairs with that. There is no elevator. I didn't think that mattered until I began to have pain. My brother had the same issue. However, my son did not. So, I guess it depends on how sensitive your back is to poor quality mattresses. If you are not sensitive, then I highly recommend this hotel. It was wonderful service and very pretty scenery.

Due Covid , relatively quiet. Next to a pot shop ! Decent rooms . Friendly front desk staff . Had to walk up stairs to second floor with luggage !! Pre packaged breakfast sufficient but hardly qualifies as hot breakfast per their ad . Would come back .

The stay was excellent. Other than jo pool and spa access it couldn't have been any better. Way to go best western. My three teenage daughters even enjoyed their stay for the week. And if you can satisfy three teenage girls, you're definitely doing something right. Thanks again best western inn at the rogue

My husband and I have stayed at this hotel a few times now and have never been disappointed. Everyone is always so nice, the rooms are always clean and the location is perfect for a quick getaway. We will definitely return again!

Great experience. room very clean and smelled fresh, bathtub was free of dust so it had been cleaned. wifi worked well. breakfast was satisfying. Staff friendly and attentive - I got the princess treatment. very very quiet and parking lot felt safe.

Excellent place to stay while visiting family and friends in the area. Affordable, clean and comfortable. My grandkids were a little disappointed in not being able to use the pool. They love staying in hotels and swimming is the highlight of their experience.

Staff, lobby, breakfast were great but that's where it ended. Rooms are gross, feels dingy and unsafe. Super noisy. Reeked of cigarette smoke. Worth MAYBE $60/night, not over $100. Stay somewhere else

This hotel is in a small town right off the interstate. It is small and well maintained. The lobby and staff are nice and the room was really clean and the bathroom was really clean and seemed newer. Only complaint was the TV was small and beds were a bit soft... but that's pretty much every hotel with their beds

Best Western Inn at the Rogue is one of my favorite hotels to stay at for many reasons. First off they have the friendliest and most helpful hotel staff I've ever seen. Always a genuine smile on every one of their faces and always go above and beyond to ensure my stay was as pleasant as can be. I like the way they've adjusted to the pandemic, making sure the guests and staff are exercising social distancing guidelines to ensure the safety of the hotel staff and guests.

A perfect hotel experience. CLEAN lobby, CLEAN amenities, CLEAN hallways, CLEAN rooms, CLEAN KIND and GENUINE staff and mgrs. Service and hospitality THE BEST!!! I LOVE staying at this hotel! It's also a quiet hotel, or at least I've never heard much ruckus. Thick or solid walls and floors. Just saying, quiet is nice.

We were impressed that the hotel was so accommodating by allowing us to order breakfast for the next day despite us arriving at midnight due to road conditions. We thought we would not be able to get breakfast the next day and then were surprised they were able to provide us with everything we had requested, even though we understood they might not be able to. We were grateful we could chose breakfast from a list of items instead of being provided a breakfast of the hotel's choice as we have experienced at other hotels.

It was a great stay here! All staff was very diligent about their covid precautions (masks, plexiglass, sanitizing cards before giving them back, hand sanitizers easily available, great to-go breakfast available). I felt very safe and welcomed for my stay. Hotel was easy to find off the highway. The lobby was cutely decorated and had a nice fire welcoming you in. Room had all the typical hotel amenities you expect from a hotel. There was a great Mexican Food spot next door and a good selection of alcohol to choose from the hotel shop. Definitely would stay again!

Very nice hotel to stay in this area. Next to HW 5 but very quiet. City visitor center is cross from the road with a park next to it. A trail along the Rogue River you can hike/run/bike. Very nice view. The room is very good and clean. The heater is very quiet. Highly recommend.

Motel was recently remodeled and very nice. Would definately stay again if in the area. Eateries are not real close but that's ok because they sell things to eat. We purchased chicken pot pies at the hotel and made them in the room microwave. Very convienent.

The entire room and property was very very clean and well run, and they definitely took COVID precautions seriously. The breakfast was quite limited due to the current historical moment, however I felt safe and well cared for staying here.

I wasn't able to go south on I-5 due to fire closure at Central Point, so I went north to find a place to stay. I was very happy to get the last room here. It was very clean and comfortable and I felt safe from both Covid and the fires. The staff was very nice, the breakfast had a good variety.

The bed and pillows were comfy, the room was very clean. It was quiet and restful. All staff were outstanding. I was very impressed with the efficiency and personal service of the staff. They were all outstanding. Breakfast was ready at my requested time, my bagel was hot and toasted as well. I always have a great experience there.

Really pleased and relieved to stay overnight while driving from Seattle to LA. Very competent staff, quality snack food and great comfort. Loved the 3 min walk to the river. Waded right into the water for quick refresh. Bonus: Awesome fresh roasted espresso 2 minute drive across bridge into town@ TailHolt Coffee Co. Looking forward to a longer return visit.

We stayed Best western at the rouge, great place to stay, staff is amazing and friendly, stayed 2 nights really good Mexican restaurant next door called La Guacamaya so good and fantastic service. I recommend the hotel and the restaurant. Will come again

All staff was friendly and courteous! Housekeeper Kim went above and beyond to ensure we had enough towels and serviced our room as soon as we asked (we left the room late during the day). The front desk staff made us feel comfortable and also went above and beyond for any requests that we had. The room was very clean upon check in and is pet friendly (we traveled with a service dog). I would recommend this establishment every time.

Service was fantastic, during covid they made us feel safe and comfortable throughout are stays there. Just a beautiful area with wonderful staff. I've traveled for 25 years for work and this location and staff is the best I've ever encountered. They deserve recognition for their efforts.

I just stayed at this hotel on 7/2 and was so pleased with my experience. The hotel was clean, tastefully decorated and comfortable- everything you want in a hotel. The very best though was Sonya- she was so friendly, kind and quick to help with anything we needed. She really was such a pleasant individual that made our hotel experience just that much better. My daughter and I both had smiles on our faces and noted her name because she stuck out to us above the rest of the hotel experiences on our trip.

This hotel and town has to be filled with the most friendly humans on earth. From the front desk to the housekeepers, everyone was amazing. I cant say is was the best, Best Western but the people made it a wonderful stay. Our dogs were welcomed with a pet pack of goodies. The main downside was the outdoor area was too small so we had to take our dogs to the park across the street, but that park is great.

Love this place so close to the Rogue River. Nice path to take walks along the river. Staff is great! The breakfast area is well taken care of by staff, except the breakfast is prepared now individually during COVID-19. We have stayed here many times.

In our travels, we often stay at best western - we tend to sleep well, convenient locations, affordable price and good loyalty point values. This one is no exception - no wait actually this one exceeded most others. And we were not the only ones that thought so. During our stay, we heard the front desk talking to a few repeat visitors. Easy to get to off I-5, located south of the town (less than 10 mi) of Grants Pass and convenient to stores and restaurants. We stayed for 2 nights as it worked out well for us to visit the Oregon caves as well as continue on our road trip down to Medford. Plenty of free parking around the hotel - we parked behind it. Check in was pleasant - greeted as a member and choice of points or water. Front desk friendly w/ tips on restaurants in the area and asking us if we needed any ideas on other things to do - very personable. Room was clean, quiet and we slept well both nights. Although the breakfast room had quite a few selections, we just grabbed a banana and had some coffee/tea as there weren't any other choices for our vegan diet. The ladies in the breakfast room were friendly and answered our questions. We were just starting to get our bearings in the area when it was time for us to move on. Upon checkout, we were presented with a coupon to get extra points for another stay at the Rogue. We will keep this for our next trip up into southern Oregon. Thank you BW Inn at the Rogue!

So clean and so friendly and went out of their way to make our visit comfortable. Because of the virus they made up our breakfast and delivered to our room. Everything was so clean and a good area to walk our dog.

Edit review 3/27/2020 I stayed at the Inn at the Rogue two nights ago. I checked in at 7pm and had to checkout. The clerk understood my needing to leave and told me he was refunding the amount I paid. I did get a refund on the room. A day and a half later the hotel started billing my credit card for random amounts. I called the hotel and asked what was going on. The female clerk told me they changed their minds and decided I had to pay half. Then they said they found ashes on balcony and said someone was smoking. I don't even smoke. I tried to tell the staff that they just can't charge whatever they want to whoever they want because of their lack of business due to coronavirus and lost revenue. The female staff member was very unaccommodating and rude. The general manager was not in. I was forced to call my c.c company and dispute charges. I would probably have agreed to the half night but after just getting random charges and no help. Avoid this hotel. 5 miles further is alot better hotels and restaurants.

We have stayed at Best Western Inn on the Rouge 3 times since January. Each time we where lucky enough to get Quinn as our front desk rep. He is very professional and has a great sense of humor. We hope he will be there on our next trip through Grants Pass Oregon. He is a great asset to your company.

Very nice B/W; friendly staff especially the young ladies at check-in and in the breakfast room; not busy on a Sunday night but very quiet with inside carpeted corridors; carpet appeared to be new and the facility was recently remodeled; hotel was clean and the room was comfortable with a great king-sized bed, real coffee mugs, small sitting area, strong wi-fi, TV, microwave, fridge etc etc. Breakfast was very good-hot and cold choices and they use real dishes and cutlery! Our first stay here on our annual migration but it won't be our last. No elevator. Highly recommended.

If there was one Best Western to most capture our loyalty, this is the one! From check-in with Quinn, (who kept me calm when I realized I had been accidentally booked at the wrong BWstrn), to a very helpful Deborah in the neat & tidy breakfast bar, to Brenda in housekeeping who went the extra mile, to Cassy who made check-out seamless, our experience here was exemplary as usual. This property which is a mere 7 miles south of Grants Pass is far enough from the hustle but close enough to the bustle in order that it creates a wonderfully tranquil yet operable oasis to our frequent & harried trips from South Arizona to Northwestern Oregon. Immediately upon entering, you are shrouded in warmth, organization & cleanliness that is so inviting; from the perfectly appointed lobby to the spotless & large breakfast area to the very clean, spacious & well laid out critter-friendly rooms, I couldn't think of one thing to improve this lodging experience. Thank you so much BW Inn at the Rogue-you got this hospitality thing down. See you again on our return trip!

This hotel is off the beaten path but don't let that fool you. Beautiful views and the Rogue River is right across the street. Very well maintained and reasonably. Not the hustle and bustle of being in town. Great breakfast and pet friendly. Restaurants are within a 1/2 mile and are exceptional. I would recommend the Italian Restaurant (Paisano's Italian Kitchen). I lived in Italy and the food is delish. If you like peace and quiet this is the place for you.

Nicest Best Western in the valley. Perhaps anywhere. It is always very nice and clean and the staff is the best. A little out-of-the-way in Rogue River but that is a good thing. You cannot beat this hotel for cleanliness, amenities and helpful staff. Just stay here

I stayed for 4 nights at the Best Westetn in Rogue River in December. My first impression was a beautifully and warmly decorated lobby. Friendly, very accommodating staff, which was everyone I encountered. Employees took pride in their jobs which was so refreshing. Clean and tasteful rooms with microwave and refrigerator. Breakfast was very good with several choices. Check in and out fast. Plentiful easy parking.

We have stayed here twice recently (Nov/Dec) both times we were welcomed from the staff, treated well and enjoyed our stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable. we appreciated having seating options beside just on the bed. The breakfast areas was never busy and the food items were kept well supplied. I was impress over hearing a conversation with one employee at the front desks to another employee who called in sick. That spoke volumes to me about what kind of business this was and how it was run. When I asked the manager and the front desk manager who was more important as I wanted to complement them on how well their hotel was run they both said I was the most important person. The manager followed that with saying his house keeping staff was as important as any other other staff members. Quality run place in my book.

Very happy with our stay while visiting Grants Pass. Very nice hotel and room was very nice. The location was a nice drive away from the city. The Mexican taqueria next door was an excellent place for lunch and dinner. The breakfast buffet at the hotel was superior to others we had experienced in the past. We frequently stop at this BW on our way from California to Washington and back again. We enjoy a well managed hotel where people correctly do the jobs they're assigned to with good attitude. This was true this time from reception to breakfast room to housekeeping. An additional bonus was the recent addition of 2 EV Charging stations. There is a Tesla Supercharger in Grants Pass, but we don't like the restaurants close by. (Tesla owners usually have their meals coincide with their car is charging, about 45 minutes). Now we no longer have to stop at the GP supercharger. We will patronize the restaurants of City of the Rogue. Thank you BW! I sincerely hope other BWs will follow suit. The presence of EV charging stations sometimes helps determine where we will stay overnight. We have stopped here many times in the past, way before EV charging was available.

Rouge River Best Western is always my No. 1 pick when travelling northbound from SoCal to Washington. Always clean and quiet, comfy beds, nice size rooms, interior corridor. Staff always friendly and helpful. Stayed in Room 210 and the fridge had a freezer compartment. Heating system is quiet. See you again next year!

While this property is very near the Rogue River, it's not very accessible to any type of view. The hotel itself is clean, modern and comfortable. It is a bit isolated with limited businesses nearby. It still deserves an excellent rating for the quality.

Lovely motel, nice pool, park next door along the river excellent way to relax after a long drive. Great little Mex restaurant with in walking distance. Very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was good the coffee was great!

Stayed here while visiting family. Pleasant facility close to the river. All the usual amenities. Would definitely return in the future. Pet friendly with a park directly across the street. Rooms equipped with all the necessities. The only issue I experienced was the quality of the WiFi which was poor, but since we were visiting family it really did not hinder our trip.

The staff at this Best Western go out of their way to ensure guest comfort. The lobby has a beautiful fireplace with comfortable seating, and the nearby bridge over the Rogue River is picturesque. Beds are comfortable and breakfast is great. When we asked for a local restaurant, we were advised to try Taqueria Guacamaya, a Mexican restaurant within close walking distance. What a wonderful place, family run and fun! Highly recommend this Best Western for long-distance travelers looking for a quiet, comfortable stay.

Smaller then most Best Westerns, but they went above our expectations.. clean pet friendly room and our fur son got his own little treat bag.. took a short walk to the Rogue River.. would recommend this Best Western, great staff..

Stopped here for a night, it was clean, staff were friendly. Two story with no elevator, so make sure if you have trouble with stairs, ask for a ground floor room. It was Clean, the tv remote was not working is the only negative of the room. The breakfast was so so, bacon was like rubber and few other choices.

The stay was great except for the bed which was hard and caused a backache. Staff was very helpful and personable. It was great having a free breakfast but the food was just okay. The location is perfect.

This is our new place to stay on trips between Nevada and Washington. The location is convenient, and quiet. The staff were all very friendly, and the rooms were very clean. The breakfast was good, with enough choices to make anyone happy.

This place is exceptional. They hotel is very clean and well kept. The staff is very well mannered and welcoming. Clean, comfortable and great value. The hotel is located right across the street from the Rogue River. Beautiful. Walking distance to great little Mexican restaurant. The staff was terrific; so helpful with recommendations for meals and activities. Free breakfast was good.

This Bw is on an easy access from the freeway and just minutes from the town of Rogue River, a delightful place on the famous Rogue River. You are situated well for daytrips to Ashland, the Shakespearean center, and Crater Lake recreational area. We've stayed there several times and enjoy the area very much.

A few miles out of town which was ok for us. Nothing fancy but clean, good parking and very friendly staff. Breakfast looked pretty good even though we didn't eat there. Only negative we noticed was no elevator so if you aren't capable of dragging your bag up the stairs you need to request the bottom floor.

We stayed here for a night and the hotel was so clean and the staff were very friendly especially Riley and Heather who were our housekeepers during our stay. The breakfast was delicious, everything about it was wonderful but I have to say the Jacuzzi tub was the greatest.

This has to be the nicest team I have ever encountered. It is a nice BW location next to the Rogue River, with a nice little town walking distance. This is a very clean and updated location. I would not hesitate to stay there again. In fact its on my list to stay again.

Everyone seemed to be happy to be working there, This is not always the case with a lot of motels. Breakfast was all that anyone could want. Just be careful of the cobblestone drive up area. They can not control the weather.

Room was clean, fresh and well appointed. Staff was friendly. They serve a good breakfast with plenty of choices. Beds were comfortable. There is a pool and spa. The only drawback is there is no elevator so if stairs are a problem ask for a room on the first floor. They will help you carry your luggage; they offered numerous times. Highly recommend.

Staff is very friendly. Make you feel as if they know you and very pleasant. We have stayed in the past and always return to this place. Previously, we had an extended stay and the staff was like family!

Everything about this hotel was wonderful! The staff was very helpful and welcoming. The manager went out of his way for us. Being as we had heavy bags and found out there was not elevator, I asked for a room on the first floor and they were more than willing to accommodate. The added bonus was the pool! It was heated to 86 degrees, not overly chlorinated, perfect! I would definitely stay there again if I was in the area.

I always stay at the Best Western Inn at the Rogue if I am any where near it. It is one of the few hotels that you do not hear the people stomping above you nor do you hear doors slamming all night. It is the quietest hotel I have ever stayed at. Whenever I am there I usually work 10-12 hour days. A quiet place, a comfortable bed and a refrigerator is top of my list. They have all three!!!!

This is tops! A quiet, restful sleep. From the friendly staff to the comfortable, clean rooms, it is a favorite stop. The setting in Rogue River is beautiful. The little town fun to visit. The staff was so friendly and accommodating and breakfast excellent. Next time we must take time to swim in the pool.

This property deserves a better rating and I would have rated it as being Excellent except for one negative: no elevator. To offset that lack, the staff offered to assist us with our bags, which was a kind gesture. A minor problem with one machine in the guest laundry was met with immediate attention and satisfactory remedy, The whole property exhibits a cleanliness that reflects an attention to detail that one hopes for, but doesn't always get. Plenty of hot water, nice shower, quickly flowing drains all rate an "excellent". The breakfast offered good variety of hot and cold items and the choice of porcelain or paper plates/cups and stainless or plastic utensils, which is a nice touch not usually found in "regular" Best Western properties. Towels were fluffy and bedding delivered a restful sleep. The staff (hats off to Natasha) clearly reflects that customer service and satisfaction are high priorities. If only they had an elevator........

We stay at this hotel several times a year when visiting family. The staff is always friendly. Everyone always has a "good morning" for you. Brian, the manager, has responded quickly to any concerns. He also went out of his way to assist when we had car trouble.

Have to say the front desk creq was awesome! Cassie and her coworkers are very helpful! Heather in housekeeping is amazingly beneficial to visitors and your company! Anything we needed she knew where to get, on site or not! Definitely our place to stay when we need a night out!

This hotel is not in Grants Pass. It's in a very small town, with not much restaurant selection around the hotel. If you care about such things, drive a few miles farther to Grants Pass. Front desk staff was very helpful.

Really nice place located near the center of the cute city of Rogue River. Excellent walkability to local restaurants, shopping and the Greenbelt walking and biking paths. Friendly staff, modern and clean rooms topped off with a full breakfast. Nothing could have been better.

This is a good choice to stay while visiting this area. The staff went out of their way to be helpful, the breakfast bar was kept clean and supplied, but choices were average, and the rooms were clean and functional.

We had a great weekend with my family and grandkids at the Rogue River Best Western, the grandkids enjoy the swimming pool some great restaurants nearby I had a great time playing and fishing on the mighty Rogue River

I would like to start this review by singling out one of the front end staff personal (BRANDON WARNER).In my opinion he is a very big asset to this company. Brandon seems to know all phases of the business. He is very out going, friendly and knowledgeable about the area. He makes you feel comfortable like being at home. He always seems eager to help customers and other employees with any needs.That being said I think he was very well trained by the newly appointed assit. manager Cassy. I stay at this hotel for work related reasons. Our company gives us the choice to stay at any hotel we like with in reason. I work nights so i sleep during the day which i know adds extra work for the staff, they all go out of their way to work real hard on trying to be real quite. The whole staff BRIAN, SIERRA, NATASHA,MITCH, the other BRANDON,the whole breakfast staff and all of the HOUSE KEEPING and MAINTENANCE STAFF (wish i could remember all their names they all deserve credit on making this hotel stand out).Hope I didn't leave any one out they all make a great team. The hotel is very well maintained,clean and very well staffed. Like i said earlier I get to choose were i can stay at and I would not stay any where else if I can help it.

We usually stay at their sister site but they were booked. We were happy to not only stay at this nice place, but loved the location. All staff was so friendly and Kassie was outstanding! She made sure to make our stay pleasant. Our room was big, clean, and comfortable. The breakfast was perfect for my hungry husband. We walked to dinner and enjoyed seeing the park across the street. We are moving to Rogue River so won't be staying but will suggest to other visitors.

I booked this location because it was across from the Rogue River and the bridge in the city of Rogue River. Beautiful view. Clean room, friendly staff, good breakfast, good value. I'm really glad we stayed.

I booked the a handicapped room at this BW, thinking it's in Grants Pass, not Rogue River, but as it turned out, it was a good error. It appears to be an older motel, acquired & renovated by BW. All staff is incredibly cordial-front desk, breakfast room, housekeeping. They're actually glad to see & help guests. It's convenient to I-5 but away from traffic noise. I didn't use the pool--teens cannonballing into it--or the hot tub--full & no room for me. Breakfast is adequate & will give you a good start to your day. Note: there's no elevator, so book the 1st floor if you have any mobility concerns.

Rooms were clean and good sized. Staff was friendly and helpful. express check out was easy and convenient. Breakfast was really good. Location was great with food options within walking distance. We enjoyed our stay.

This is a great hotel located in a pretty little town on the beautiful Rogue River. There's a very enjoyable walking path just across the bridge: Rogue River Greenway. It's safe to walk on alone and features some nice suprises. It's a great path for bike riding too. Take a nice walk in the morning before coming back to the hotel for a complimentary hot breakfast.

The staff here is amazing! Very friendly and helpful! From breakfast to bedtime, we really enjoyed our stay! Rooms were clean and comfy. Even close to the Interstate it was really quiet! Thanks for a great, relaxing stay!

Room was very clean and I could see their attention to detail in how much they take care of the rooms. The front desk person was very knowledgeable in the area so was great for sight seeing. The continental breakfast was amazing and the perfect start to a busy day. Check out was smooth and they were very flexible with my check out time. My experience overall was spectacular and i would recommend this hotel to anyone of my colleagues or my family and friends.

The people were very friendly and took very good care of our rooms and gave us great service. I am very pleased to say that this is one of the best visits that I have had to rogue river and its all because of the hotel that I stayed in.

This was our first stay at this hotel and we were pleasantly surprised. The room was very comfortable and the employees all very helpful and nice. The breakfast was very good. We were on the first floor and, though it is an older hotel, we did not hear people walking around upstairs. The hotel was full so I'm sure there were people up there. This was one of my worst experiences EVER at a best western property. Hotel TOTALLY under construction BUT wanting TOP DOLLAR for a noisy room with NO WORKING BUSINESS CENTER. Had it not been for the amazing front desk clerk i would have for sure left. And of course my points. As i am a diamond member i stay at a lot of best western properties and this one was TERRIBLE!!!!

Nice clean comfortable room. Breakfast is OK, nothing fancy but it's decent. That is really all I have to say but this review is making me use at least 200 characters so I am filling up the space explaining this to you...lol

We enjoyed this motel very much: close to I5, yet quiet (no freeway noise); clean; luxurious towels and nice people. We especially want to throw flowers at Gabby's feet. She staffed the eating area and kept it attractive, as if we were the only ones to eat there. The sausages were delicious. And, Gabby recommended a visit to the park with parking across the street from the motel for an up-close view of the Rogue River. She was helpful and an excellent Hostess. Thanks.

We stay here whenever we are in the area. It's a hidden jewel about 15 minutes from Grants Pass & Medford - close to everything. But it is located in a quiet area with much to offer. If you like to walk the river and then walk to get great Mexican food then come home to a comfy room - then this is your hotel!

Always love staying here. The rooms are nice, get the room with the heart tub. Right next door to a fantastic Mexican restaurant. Right off the I-5. Across from Rogue River. Golf not to far away. Just a perfect place to stay and relax for a few days. Definitely will be returning.

We were thoroughly impressed. The rooms were clean and comfortable, but the service took it to a new level. Natasha greeted us warmly and let us use the breakfast room for our dinner. She even brewed hot water for our soups! When we were ready for the hot tub, she had towels ready for us. At breakfast, the gal in the café was friendly and kept everything well stocked. At checkout, cierra was smiley and kind. This place gets all the stars. :)

Stayed here again and still our favorite place to stay. Pet friendly, clean rooms, staff was friendly. Hotel is right across the street from the Rogue River and a small park area that is nice for walking our dog. They have raised their pet fee and upon check in your fur baby receives a welcome bag with hotel rules they must follow, along with a few goodies. A nice place to stay and will stay here again.

Great location. Easy to find. Clean and friendly service. Nearby food choices are a plus. Family visit in beautiful country. Views and nearby attraction are wonderful. Crater Lake is spectacular anytime of year.Klamath Falls is a do not miss.

Rooms were nice, clean and fairly priced. Breakfast was very good for a continental. Disappointed that they didn't have an indoor pool, or at least a heated outdoor pool especially during spring break.

When returning through Oregon we selected the Inn at the Rogue (River) as our overnight destination. We couldn't have been more pleased. The front desk staff at checkin and checkout were incredible and welcoming. This got our stay off to a very good start. The room was spotless and spacious. Everything that was needed for a quiet night sleep. This is located within a short block from I-5 and access on and off was easy. The location was on the opposite side of the street from the Rogue River which gave it a very pretty and secluded feel. Would stay there in future when in that are and be pleased to recommend this to others as well. Also very reasonable rate.

I have been here several years ago and said if we ever needed to stop someplace in the area, it would be here. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The decor, the hotel and the rooms are well maintained and always fresh. the beds were comfortable, the Jacuzzi was hot and the breakfast was good. They had good recommendations for local cuisine. We were a last minute stop in and they were so helpful. We will definitely be back when traveling through again.

They charged $30 to have my Veteran's Therapy Dog stay with me. I've NEVER ever paid close to this. Justified it by providing a bag: with a sheet (great idea) a couple poop bags, and collapsible water bowl. Of course all these items were wasteful and justified maybe a $15.00 fee. Additionally, here is no designated dog area for dogs to relieve themselves, so wandered the limited parking lot's small planting strips.

Occasionally driving from our home in California to Eugene, OR we regularly stay at this hotel as a stopover. This past month because of storm conditions we were here 3 nights rather than 1. Everyone was very helpful and friendly, the room was clean and nicely furnished and comfortable. The hotel is convenient to places to eat as well as to stores in nearby Grants Pass. The breakfast is good. The hotel is just off I5 but far enough away from the freeway so as not to hear any noise. We had requested a ground floor room and the hotel accommodated that request. The bed was comfortable. We will definitely continue to stop over at this hotel.

We had not planned on staying here. I had relied on TA reviews before we booked the day of stay. We were extremely pleased wit this motel. It was extremely clean and they had a great included breakfast.

We absolutely love this hotel! From relaxing location to an exemplary staff experience, we always make sure to time our trips to stop here. Walking in is warm and comforting and the check-in staff are sincere and willing to go beyond to make sure all your needs are met. Although not in Grants Pass, there is a lovely backroad 5 miles into town. Rooms are always spotless and breakfast is sufficient. Bonus: VERY PET FRIENDLY! The only hotel we have stayed at that literally gifts you a “doggy bag” full of nifty treats n' things. Thanks again Best Western Rogue River-you all nailed it!

My husband and I have stayed in this BW quite a few times. This hotel is located about half way between our home in California and our kids' home near Seattle. We like the location away from Grants Pass. It's quieter, even though it's not far from I 5. The distinctive bridge you need to cross to get to the hotel makes it very easy to find. There's a small village near the hotel with a few shops and restaurants. A convenience store is located next door. The staff is efficient and friendly. The rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable. (A while back when I stayed here the mattresses were covered in plastic, making an annoying noise every time I moved in bed. Fortunately the plastics are gone!). Breakfast is typical Best Western, served in a pleasant room next to the hotel entrance. There's quite a variety of items, so it would be difficult to go away hungry. One negative is the lack of elevator. While this was not a problem for us, it's good to be aware if you're not able to carry your suitcase up the stairs. We will stay here in the future if possible, when our travels take us to Washington again!

This was our second time passing through Rogue River on a roadtrip from Seattle around the Southwest and back. We arrived around 6pm, to find Cierra at the front desk, who was friendly, knowledgeable and amazingly happy to help us. What can we say? Where else on a roadtrip can you find a king size room with a jacuzzi right there in the middle of the room for you to enjoy? (Strangely, as well as a bath tub and shower). Breakfast was your usual traveler buffet fair, but there's a pretty good Mexican place in walking distance for food. Thanks to everyone at the hotel for making our trip great. The rooms were clean, well set up with microwave and a fridge. We couldn't ask for anything more - especially at the price.

While a little pricier than other pet-friendly hotels, the pet assigned rooms here are cleaner than other hotels and there is good access for outdoor areas for pets. Staff is friendly, and accommodating. Included breakfast is very good.

Great experience. My room was very clean and bright. The hotel is conveniently located in town across from a beautiful river. They offer a hot breakfast and good coffee. Everyone was friendly. A few of the impressive Best Western Inn at the Rogue team include Brian, Kassie, Takashi and Lyssa. There are somewhat less expensive options nearby, but I recommend staying at Best Western Inn at the Rogue, Grants Pass, Oregon.

Room was great. BUT, I got sick and had to leave early. I checked out having my slip in hand I went home. They told me to contact Travelocity but they did NOT emphasis that you MUST do it that day. I got charged for not being there. The manager was rude when I tried to explain it to him. I did not get angry but he was terrible to me on the phone. I was trying to calm him down. He said they had to hold my room, BUT I checked out! NEVER will I stay there AGAIN. My parents live in Rogue River and it's convenient, I'll drive to and from Grants Pass instead. I also think $30 a night is ridiculous for a small dog, especially since you are in a pet room. No place to walk the dog either. Sorry but don't stay here the rooms are fine but the management is terrible, so I am making a statement. I lost $250

I would like to say that my family and I came to Oregon this Thanksgiving to celebrate with my brother and his family. Brian, Sierra and the rest of the staff were so accommodating since we checked in from 11/21-11/24. First, I had called ahead to ask if they would accept cash since an issue came up with my card and Sierra told me of an alternative. Then my son wasn't able to get all his vacation days approved so we had to check out a day early. Brian the manager told me I would have to contact the online website I booked my reservation through and speak to them about the changes. Brian attempted to make the call while I was still processing my check in. But he was unsuccessful in getting through so I had to call once we were settled in. Also, I requested a room on the 1st floor near the elevator for my disabled father and they gave us a special needs room on the first floor. We also requested extra towels and the staff brought them within 5 minutes. Plans fell through to have our Thanksgiving celebration at my brother's house so we ended up having it in the room. As we were attempting to have our celebration in our room the microwave got too hot and gave out. The lady at the front desk that morning brought us a new one within 10 minutes. We were so relieved. There was a rain and snow storm going on that day. Which caused a black out that lasted five hours from around 11pm until 3:10am. Not much we could do there. The following morning the staff was extra attentive(not that they weren't the whole length of our stay)to make sure everything was fine and we didn't run out if food or had to wait because of the power outage the night before. I really appreciated all their hard work. I just wanted to say that my family and I really enjoyed our stay at Best Western Inn at the Rogue. The staff was very professional, attentive and super friendly! Big thank yous to Brian, Sierra and the rest of the staff. Everyone was super friendly and you made our experience a 5 star experience. We will definitely be telling our friends and family about your hotel.

The hotel was clean. The staff was pleasant. The breakfast was average, but they did offer dairy free milk which was most appreciated. Nicer than expected being in this area. Located near the highway which was also Nice

We loved our room, we were on a corner with 2 windows and a nice breeze. The room was clean and offed luxury soaps and glass wear instead of paper/plastic. Cecilia checked us in quickly and offered exceptional service.

We enjoyed a comfortable night stay at this hotel but the stay also included dealing with some repair work that started next to our room. We were told that a pipe had burst that day and there was a hole in the floor and all of the rooms beyond ours were closed off. They did not tell us this until after we checked in and headed to our room. There were no unusual smells or noise in our room but we didn't see any workmen there during our stay. The location was easy access as it was just off of I-5 and across the river. It was pretty along the river. There was some noise from trucks in the lot next to the hotel. I would stay there again but only after checking about any repairs or remodeling being done.

The room was very clean. Shower was hot with LOTS of pressure.(Perfect) Breakfast room was clean with a variety of food. I am a supper picky eater and I even found some food I like. Internet password was very clear and hooked up easily. Staff went out of there way to make sure the little bit of construction that was going on did interfere with my stay. I give it a very enthusiastic thumbs up!!!

This hotel is located about 7 miles south of Grants Pass, just off of I-5 and across the river. Our room had 2 queen beds. It was very clean and comfortable. The room was very quiet. There's plenty of parking. The free breakfast was very good.

We had a lovely time! Only thing we would change is the chairs in our room the "arm rests" of the chairs are too low so they kind of hit the body in an uncomfortable place (but I have a little more fluffy than the average bear). But other than that...Beautiful clean rooms, extremely friendly helpful staff (I called a few times before our stay with questions and every person I talked to was such a pleasure), and we will totally stay there again! Oh and your local water tastes so good especially with the slices of lemons. :) Thank you!!

This facility along with the staff keeps us coming back year after year twice We stay here each year for two nights coming and going up and down the coast). Can't imagine staying anywhere else. Highly recommend.

My daughter and I were on a road trip of Universities in Oregon. We needed to stay in Rogue River to visit relatives. There are only 2 hotels in this small town. We checked the AAA rates and when we went in to register we were told the rate was $179.00 for 2 queen beds. We told them that we had just checked AAA and it was $100.00, plus a few cents. Another guest came up to check in and he also confirmed that he had seen $100 on AAA. They honored the rate, but if they could have charged us $179 they would have! So be careful, have your facts and argue. Other than this, this hotel is a great place. Pool and Spa and free breakfast. It is right on the river near the riverwalk. Don't walk alone on the river walk. Lots of homeless using drugs. We were shocked at the extent of the homeless problem throughout Oregon. It is bad enough in California.

We stayed at the Best Western at the Rogue for just one enjoyable night. Fast and efficient check in. No elevator so asked for a first floor room. Room very clean and comfortable. Staff diligent and friendly. Excellent breakfast buffet. Staff keeping a close eye on everything. We stayed at a different hotel every night for two weeks and this was the best. Good job!

I thought this hotel was in Grants Pass, but I think it really is in the town of Rogue River, which is about 7 -9 miles from the center of Grants Pass. It is located off of Exit 48 on I-5, while the main town of Grants Pass is off of Exit 55. The hotel address states it is in Grants Pass, but I would not consider it as being in Grants Pass. That being said, this was a very nice hotel, I had no complaints about the room or the check-in and check-out process. In fact, everything about the room and the service was very good. The room was very clean and roomy, the towels were thick and soft, and the bed was very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again, although I wish it was closer to the town of Grants Pass. The hotel has easy access to/from I-5. The complimentary breakfast was very nice. However, the waffles that you make yourself seemed a little doughy compared to other waffle makers at other hotels we have stayed at. They were still good but not as good as what we normally expect. Also, the little pastries they offer were on the dry side and not very tasty. If you are more interested in a nice place to stay than the complimentary breakfast, this is definitely a place you should consider.

My wife and I stayed at the Best Western at the Rogue thinking it was on the Rogue River. We found out that the hotel is across the street from the river and most rooms do not have good views. The room was comfortable and the service was friendly.

Came out for a wedding and stayed here. Our group enjoyed it! The staff was friendly and helpful to us. The breakfast crew, Rochelle and Lissa, were a joy in getting us through each morning. We would stay here again.

Okay, I love this hotel and stayed again two times this August 2018. The first stay was the usual pleasure (August 4th). Friendly staff. Accommodated my desire to be on ground floor near the pool. Perfect as usual. The second stay (August 26th) was booked well in advance with a request for a dog-room and an adjoining room on the ground floor. I was traveling with my daughter, son-in-law, two babies and a dog. On check-in I was told they could not provide us with adjoining room, nor did they have the rooms adjacent! (Kids go to sleep early and we could have had some adult time in the dog room). I suggested they might have informed me in-advance so I could have searched for alternative accommodations, since I had made it so clear I wanted adjoining rooms, and got a ho-hum "what're you gonna do about it?" attitude from the front desk. I also raced to get to the pool at 9:30 p.m. before the 10:00 p.m. close. I wanted a moment to relax in the hot tub after such a long day (two babies and me in the back seat). I hear the door to the pool area pushed open and the same desk manager stuck his head in and Loudly announced, "One half hour till close!" nothing more, like he was announcing closing-time at a cheap bar. I was the only one in the pool area so he could have surely 'reminded' me in a more professional fashion. I still love the place but can't go all-in because had this stay been my first experience here I for sure wouldn't stay again. Maybe a little brush-up reminder to the desk that folks who come in regularly have an expectation of a welcoming/professional stay. I do hate surprises.

They are pet friendly which is a plus. We always stay here when traveling to the coast. The room was clean, the staff is friendly, and the breakfast was good. On the downside the rooms could use a little freshening up and the odd numbered rooms on the first level seemed a bit noisy, when compared to the even number rooms. Overall it's a nice place and I will stay there again as well as I would recommend. Easy access on and off the highway as well it's across the street from the Rogue River.

This hotel is in a great location along I-5 just off the Rouge River. The rooms are clean with microwave and fridge. The bed is very comfortable with plenty of power and USB outlets near the bed to power your devices and CPAP machine. If you want to eat out; there is a nice little mom and pop Mexican restaurant within walking distance. If you want more of a selection, Grants Pass is a mere 10 minutes away.

I stay here twice a month for business, this is a excellent hotel and a very friendly and professional staff, with clean and comfortable rooms. I would highly recommend staying here when traveling in southern Oregon.

From friendly, professional staff, to excellent free breakfast this hotel is great. The beds, sheets and pillows are very comfortable. The hotel is very clean. The hallway is in the interior and the place is quiet. What more can you ask for? My overall stay was excellent.

Easy check in and out. Clean, quiet and affordable. Breakfast was what you'd expect, nothing fancy. My only real complaint is twice when I went for coffee it was empty and I had to let someone know. Understandable but not at 6:30 AM when it starts at 6 AM. I would stay again.

This hotel needs an elevator and pillows other than feather pillows, but that was the only down side to my stay. Everything was perfect otherwise. The jacuzzi room was beautiful and huge. Very elegant and romantic. I was even granted late check-out on request. It was great!

This Best Western is one of the best we have stayed in. I had to call the front desk late one evening about a noisy guest above us. Alissa handled the situation, and I want to acknowledge her help. Everyone at the front desk were extremely easy to deal with. The breakfast room is very large and can accommodate a large number of people. The breakfast selections were excellent, as well. Will definitely stay here again if we are in the area.

I stay here frequently. It is convenient to the free way and far enough off the freeway that it is quiet. I love that the Rogue River is across the street. The hotel is clean, the rooms are comfortable and clean. The staff is always friendly and extremely helpful. Ideally situated to Grants Pass and Medford. I highly recommend.

This hotel is out of town from Grants Pass, which was perfect; easy to get into town for needed items. Quiet location away from traffic with a walking path beside the river. I would stay here again if in the area.

Been on the rogue River is amazing. Such beautiful scenery. I felt very safe. Great place to take a walk. Good food is close by. The weather was perfect while I was there even though it drizzled a little bit.

A recent guest to RR, traveled down from Salem to speak at the local library. When she arrived both she and her daughter were exhausted. As reported to me the room was lovely, staff very kind and efficient, bed was great, view was lovely, and the Continental breakfast was great (saved her the cost of purchasing breakfast in town). Great location for easy access to the freeway.

Picked this hotel in Rogue River OR as a random stop on a summer road trip, and boy are we glad! Easy off and on nearby I-5. The lobby staff at checkin was very helpful, with several dinner suggestion in the nearby area. We chose the "hole-in-the-wall" Mexican restaurant next door hoping for the best, but prepared for Pacific Northwest style Mexican (read: too mild, too boring) but we were very pleasantly surprised! The food was great and typical of good So Cal Mexican food. Our room was comfortable and clean and quiet. Would highly recommend this hotel.

We stopped overnight at this Best Western and were mainly pleased with it. We had a roomy suite with a comfortable king bed and had a good nights rest. The breakfast was quite good and the staff very efficient. I downgraded one star because the toilet would run without constant jiggling as the plumbing inside it needed to be replaced.

This hotel is opposite the downtown area. A one minute walk to the most delicious little Mexican restaurant and an easy walk across the bridge into town. This hotel also had brand new Frigidaire air conditioning units which were whisper quiet and appreciated for a good nights sleep!

My family of four stayed here for a friend's wedding last month - along with most of the wedding party and guests. The staff were extremely helpful and kind, the rooms clean and well stocked, and the pool and hot tub were a huge hit. If I am back in this area again, I will definitely stay here.

Nice clean hotel with large rooms - stayed 3 people in room 107 (two queen beds). The beds are good. Large room - Frigede, coffee maker, table and 2 chairs. Very Friendly staff. Breakfest is included??and fine.

Typical friendly and clean Best Western right off the I5 at Rouge River. Two stories with good wifi and TVs as you would expect in all the rooms. There is an included free buffet breakfast. More than continental but nothing extravagant. Biscuits and Gravy seemed to be present each day with either fried or scrambled eggs and alternating bacon or sausage. They have a waffle machine which produced decent waffles and decent coffee and all the rest. The staff was very friendly. There is only one ice machine on the first floor, so I always had to walk down stairs but this in no way bothered me but if you are older you may want to stay on the first floor (of course they have elevators). There is a lovely walking trail right along the Rouge River just across the street, so you can take advantage of that if you wish. As I was visiting my father who lived about 2 miles away this was a great base of operations and a modest price.

The room was clean and smelled fresh. Everything is in good working order. The window opened for fresh air. The prices are affordable. The breakfast is good and the coffee is good. The staff is helpful and pleasant to deal with. The river is across the street, which is not busy, and you can go walking there. There is a convenience store right next door.

We traveled up to grants pass to see the area, and visit family. The hotel had a nice breakfast. The walls seemed to be super thin, so you could hear other guest walk down the hall. On the last night that we stayed, we ordered pizza. The staff of the hotel let us use the dining room to eat in!

Everything about this BW makes it one of my favorite places to stay when traveling in this area, the staff are always friendly, the beds are firm, and it is right across the street from a beautiful walking path.

This is nice hotel with very friendly staff and a good location to explore the area. The rooms are quite large and the beds were comfortable. We had two good nights sleep and there is a pool to cool down in. There is a free breakfast which is adequate. There are plenty of restaurants within easy walking distance and some reasonable bars. We would recommend both Mexicans and try the Cattlemans for a drink !

Traveling with an elderly woman who uses a wheelchair is not the easiest thing to do, but the staff at this Best Western made sure we had everything we needed and was totally comfortable. The location is beautiful and the rooms were everything we had hoped for. Can't say enough about our wonderful stay there.

Clean hotel very near I-5 freeway access. Free breakfast with excellent, out of the ordinary free breakfast. Rooms clean, beds sagged in both sides. Pets allowed. Friendly staff. Excellent location for all that Rogue River offers.

Great little hotel off the freeway close to the river. Nice Mexican restaurant across the street with good food and reasonable prices. Rooms have USB outlets and freezer compartment in the fridge, both of which we find very useful. Good water pressure and forceful shower head. Rouge River have highly chlorinated drinking water so bring bottled. Breakfast was typical with sausage patties, biscuits and gravy, and scrambled fake eggs. Plenty of seating area. The only negative is with the city of Rouge River in that the homeless have taken over the beautiful river walk and picnic area. We started to walk the trail but turned around, very disappointing. Overall this hotel is a good location and all priced.

The staff is so friendly and helpful. Had my dog with me and they are pet friendly with a doggie gift bag. Nice area to walk with my dog. The rooms are more sound proof than many. Restful sleep and stay.

We always stay here on road trips heading back from Seattle. Rooms are spacious and beds are comfy. Very clean and staff is accommodating. There's a great Mexican restaurant across the parking lot and fuel and grocery store are just across the highway. The GM Brian is always very friendly and accommodating. Nancy provides a decent breakfast and great conversation to get your day going. A friendly place indeed.

Driving from Rohnert Park, CA to Seattle. We always try to stay at Best Westerns but had never stayed her before. I made a reservation the day before for a king suite. Check in was a breeze and the room was ready. I commend Kassey, the front desk clerk for her efficiency and friendliness. She is a benefit to the organization. The room was great. The hotel was quiet, clean and extremely comfortable. We had a great night sleep, very quiet and peaceful. Good selection of channels on the TV.I had an opportunity to talk with the GM Brian, upon checking out in the. He was friendly and answered all of my questions. A great little breakfast with delicious sausage. They set a standard for Best Western Plus. We will stay here again.

Loved our room, very clean. Very spacious very pretty Nice kitchen. With table and chairs. Beautiful counter tops, well supplied Very clean. Sweet staff on check in too! We will definitely stay here again!! You should plan on staying here when you can!

Checked in late night. Brian was extremely helpful. We were able to use the lower price I found online, no problem. In the morning, Nancy had breakfast going. She had everything well stocked, very clean and helped make me waffles. Both Brian and Nancy were quite informative about the local attractions as well as offering general knowledge as to each town. (we're here to look at property to buy to relocate). The rooms here are great. Bed is very comfortable. Room also has a comfy chair with hassock. A desk. A refrigerator and microwave. TV. Little coffee pot. Iron and blow dryer. A very clean bathroom with tub. Outside has hot tub and pool. There are also upgraded rooms available as well. We stayed in a room with a kingsized bed, so, it was just a basic room. Freshly painted and very clean. Stayed two nights.

The BW Inn at the Rogue Near Grants Pass is an excellent motel at a reasonable rate. The service is exceptional We would like to mention Kate, kassie, and Evan in reception as well as Amy for Breakfast and Robin, Heather and Cindy in housekeeping as well as the maintenance Man Bill. The cleanliness is of the upmost highest quality. I have never viewed such a clear and spotless pool in my seventy years of existence. The food at breakfast time has so many choices from waffles to eggs, cereal,toast, yogurt , biscuits and gravy as well as a meat choice of the day of either sausage links, patties or bacon . They have assorted beverages and I have gotten coffee at many various times of the day and night. I would like to mention that an outstanding business is contingent upon the leadership provided to that business. Brian as General Manager can be proud of his staff and for the quality of his property at the Inn at Rogue River.

Stayed here New Years. Kate was beyond wonderful. Showed up after a not so great experience in Medford Best Western. She saved the day. Kate was fast, efficient and charming. Everything one would want in a service industry. She moved the room closer to the hot tub. Offered help with bags, had a recommendation for dinner that was SPOT ON. She is the type of employee that a business is lucky to have! The room was nice. Comfy beds and pillows. The lighting in the bathroom was odd. Dim at best? Hot water, clean bathroom. Great and well stocked breakfast. I would recommend anytime.

First let's be clear about one thing: There are no 4 or 5 star hotels near Grant's Pass. This hotel gets 3 stars on many sites; my rating compares it to other similar hotels. It's truly excellent! It's in a quiet location, 6 miles south of Grant's Pass and one block from the Rogue River. The staff members are friendly and efficient. The included breakfast has scrambled eggs and meat, fresh fruit, breads and cereals. The rooms are spacious, clean, and nicely furnished. We liked the fact that the toilet and tub were in a separate room from the sink and makeup area. The bed was comfortable; we had a good 9 hour sleep. There are extra plugs in all the lamp bases and 2 USB charging ports by the bed. There's a fridge and microwave and a nice quiet heating system. The internet is free and fast. We stay at this hotel every time we are in Grant's Pass and will continue to do so. By the way, we paid $74 plus tax for one night in a standard room.

We just finished a two week stay at this very fine hotel. If you are ever in this area or even as far as Medford, Oregon. It is worth the extra minutes to stay in this hotel that provides excellent service and meets the needs of every guest that is there.

Very quiet, friendly staff, great breakfast! The Mexican restaurant next door was a plus!! Great food and friendly people. I would definitely stay here again. The rooms were clean and quiet. The front desk friendly also.

This was the first time we had stayed with Best Western with our pets and it was great. They even gave us a pet care package with poop bags and treats. It was very sweet of them. The rooms are clean and perfect for humans and pets. The staff were great and the breakfast was hot and yummy. We will stay there again.

The hotel is very nice. Room was clean and quiet. It was a pet friendly room because I travel with service dogs. There were many travelers with dogs while I was there. Breakfast was good. Always had hot water for showers/baths. My only problem was I had some Christmas gifts hidden under one of the beds. They went missing while there during my first visit. They claim they were never found in the room but I brought them in and didn't take them out.

The Best Western Inn at the Rouge in Grants Pass Oregon, or Rogue River City, as it is sometimes referenced, is a fine hotel destination. The hotel interior is warm and inviting. The location is right off Interstate 5, but you feel like you are a million miles way in a secluded river setting. The staff is friendly and caring. Definitely a great place to stay!

Although the price initially seemed a little high, the inclusion of the services made the hotel very reasonable. We had spent the previous night at a different hotel, which was less expensive, but which had no pool or breakfast. Adding a hot breakfast made the Best Western actually less expensive than other hotels when you consider the cost of breakfast for three people.

Good value, quite location, super staff, we will be back. We love this location near the Rogue River in the small town of Rogue River. It is listed as Grants Pass, but is out side of town. We stay here when we have to fly out of Medford.

It's super clean. Very quiet. The breakfast bar is always great. And above and beyond - the staff is always there to help, with anything you need. Especially Brian, Kate, And Kassie. Just an outstanding place ... Period

The reception staff is extremely helpful, explaining the areas in the hotel, showing us 2 comparable units, giving us the low down on the restaurants in the very small town of Rogue river and assisting in other ways. Our stay was excellent and on the way out we got a bonus for our next stay which we will use next year.

Pleasantly surprised. Expecting a continental breakfast, but it was actually pretty substantial. Staff were super friendly. We appreciated the hot tub, after a long day of skiing at Crater Lake. Room was clean, and best of all- I got the first solid night of sleep on our trip, as they don't use strong smelling cleaners that trigger my asthma. Big thanks to them for that! Tip: check out the excellent taqueria that's almost next door. Definitely worth a visit.

This is the best and pretty much the only place to stay right in Rogue River. It's just across the river from the town of RR so you can just walk, technically the city is Grants Pass but trust me you are in Rogue River. I love this hotel, they have a great breakfast, comfy beds and super nice art work of the city's sights in the halls and the rooms. the poll is a nice treat in the summer when it's 100 degrees too!

We've stayed at the Best Western Inn at Rogue River, Oregon, several times now and plan to stay there each time we travel through that area. We like the fact that there are very nice pet rooms. Everything was perfect!

My wife and I travel frequently to visit family and friends, and always choose a Best Western. This one is one of our favorites! The lobby is clean and inviting, with a cozy set-up if you want to just sit and relax. There's a free-to-guests computer in the lobby, and free wi-fi in the guest rooms. Rooms are always clean and well-supplied with the amenities, and breakfast is delicious. The staff is professional, courteous, and always friendly. Conveniently located to restaurants, banks, and other shopping needs. Absolutely a fantastic deal!

Beautiful hotel, but they never seem to remember to get my wake up call put thru. This has happened 2x Breakfast is great and the rooms are always clean and quiet. I don't think they forgot to wake me up on purpose.

I had good initial impressions. The hotel was clean and staff was great. The room was good too, until I sat on the bed. It was lumpy, hard, and not level odd enough. I took out my iPhone because I thought I was crazy and sure enough I was right. If the point is to find a nice place to get some sleep I cannot recommend this place. Unfortunately, several people in my group all agreed. We started by talking about how we got poor sleep and eventually all agreed the lumpy, uncomfortable bed was the issue. I've never experienced that before in a hotel.

Best Western Inn at the Rogue in Grants Pass is a nice place to stay when in the area. Entire hotel is very clean, comfortable rooms and beds. The breakfast room is very pleasant with nice options for breakfast. They even offer gluten free/allergy options on request. Staff is very friendly and helpful

This hotel was a bit older, but the rooms have been renovated and they are very clean. There was a slightly musty smell but room overall was satisfactory. Brady, the check in clerk was very helpful and directed us to a great place to eat. Breakfast was ok- not outstanding.

Loved the location and Staff. Quiet, serene area just far enough away from the Interstate to escape the road noise while still being easy on / off. Great breakfast buffet. Our new "home away from home" when visiting Grants Pass.

The Best Western on tbe Rogue River in OR is a very nice place to say. The location is terrific. Local restaurants are OK and both Grants Pass and Medford are reasonably close with many things go do and many restaurants to choose from.

This is a very nice hotel, had no problems whatsoever. Nice location and easy to find from I-5. Rooms are clean and if you use a "Do not disturb" sign, the housekeeping team leaves you a little note telling you that they respect your sign and if you need fresh towels to let the front desk know.

I stay at this hotel many times, its very clean, quiet and professionally managed. I find when you stay at some hotels you get to know the staff pretty well and you can tell that the staff really cares about the product they put out. They run a great hotel, great location (right on the Rogue river) perfect setting and great breakfast.

Arrived late, left early. Linens were clean, rooms were nice and neat. Allowed pets, which was nice and they had a designated pet area outside! Breakfast hot and cold continental- standard across many hotels! Older building but room had been updated. Bed was comfortable 3.8 stars. Probably will stay here again when visiting Grants Pass!

We have stayed here on several occasions and typically have no complaints. This time we checked in and went to our room on the ground floor, it was clean but there was a strong urine odor. My husband went to the front desk where they switched our room. We went in to the second room , it was clean, but the tile in the entry seemed sticky. I went to use the microwave and the door was dirty and thought they needed to clean that. Went to sit in the chair and it was as if food exploded on it, found that a bit gross. The next morning I got up and saw a little bug crawling on the floor, which turned into a line of little bugs--ants, what I thought seemed sticky obviously was something not cleaned up. I do like this hotel and this is the first time we have had any complaints. As I said they did move us right away, but perhaps a look at cleaning is in order. They are a pet friendly location and on all previous stays have been clean, and no odor in the rooms so I would say this visit was not the norm. I will stay again.

Clean hotel located right off the freeway. Beds were comfy, room was clean. Internet worked very well. Rooms were quieter than most hotels. We did not hear our neighbors, but you could hear a little highway noise. Not bad though. Complimentary breakfast was pretty standard, waffles, cereal, eggs, sausage etc. Staff was friendly. Great Mexican restaurant next door. Dog friendly hotel, all rooms accessed by interior corridors, ran into some not so friendly dogs in the hallway. 2 stories, no elevator but staff available to help if you need it.

A good location for our exploration of the area but limited access to restaurants or shops. Our room, 122, was well maintained and had a good selection of facilities although unusually for this trip had no complimentary water. We did try to walk into town to eat but unfortunately it was closed!

Great little Best Western in rogue River, Oregon. The hotel is across the street from the Rogue River. Clean, quiet, good beds rooms, Just outside the little town of Rogue River, made a nice stop over for a quick trip to Medford from the Oregon Coast.

A Quiet , clean hotel. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The wifi internet is easy to use. The HD TV had all the channels you could probably want. It is conveniently located just across the Rogue River from downtown and just off Interstate 5

Best Western Inn at the Rogue has nice, bright, clean rooms right in beautiful Rogue River. The breakfast is great - a buffet of hot and cold items served on real plates with real flatware. This hotel has a friendly, helpful staff and is in the best location to visit Rogue River.

We arrived at this beautiful hotel, looking to book into our rooms. Apparently the company we booked through made an error and only booked two people per room. Evan, the front desk rep, was extremely gracious and accommodating. He put us completely at ease and very capably took care of us. The hotel is so lovely...clean, modern, amazing service and so comfortable. Sooo happy to be able to rest here tonight with our family in this stunning Oregon location! Paula was amazing getting us checked into this gorgeous place considering we were walk ins with no booking. Rooms were clean and the stay here is worth it just for the scenery alone!! Gorgeous river walking distance from the hotel, and a great price (especially if you have AAA) to top it all off. Kate checked us out in the morning and we will definitely be back for a longer trip in the future!

It is not a luxury hotel but it was a nice place to stay on our US tour. It was also very pleasant to be able to swim outdoors. Raiden on the front desk was very helpful. We ate across the parking lot at the Mexican place which was tasty.

The Best Western at Rogue River is a favorite getaway for me. It offers a pool, fitness center, wifi and internet, and is just across the river from the little town of Rogue River. I eat at Bee Gees Restaurant and love shopping at the Pharmacy, just behind the restaurant. It's like an old time department store. The town offers other interesting venues, as well.

This has been the best hotel I have stayed in on this trip. It lacked nothing, and everything was as it should be from the fabulous breakfasts to the cleanliness of everything, and the friendliness of all the staff.

O.K. ...My wife loves coffee in bed, And I have to roast it before we step out of the house and onto an airplane. Though 5 star is great, not for roads trips thanks... Best Western is consistent and this place is a better than average BW hotel. The front desk are Oregon friendly, as are the cleaning staff. Though dinning in the area is sparse, it suits the midway point and the price point between Grand Pass and Medford. And there is no traffic around. Good for wine tours in that sense.

I've stayed here 4 times this year with my dogs and have been extremely pleased with the accommodations and the friendliness of the staff. I would be happy to recommend this Best Western to all my friends, especially my friends with dogs.

Staying here for a couple of nights on the way to see Crater Lake. This is a comfortable hotel with friendly staff and good large clean rooms. Rooms have all the usual amenities (except a safe), aircon is effective and not too noisy. The complimentary breakfast is a nice bonus and is very adequate. There are several restaurants in town across the bridge about a quarter to a half mile away which you will need as the hotel does not offer dinner - unless of course you like Mexican food in which case there is a place next door!

Well run facility. Front desk staff (e.g., Kate and others) were excellent - friendly, helpful and professional. Hotel was incredibly clean (lobby, room, breakfast area, pool area, etc.). Good variety of hot and cold items for breakfast. Kudos to the Management and the staff for such an excellent job and thank you for our enjoyable stay.

This property will definitely be on our list for next time. The rooms are very well appointed. All of the staff are very accommodating. The breakfast has quite a few choices, to please any palate. We recommend this to other travellers.

Had a good stay , great location. Nice Mexican restaurant right next door . Beds are alittle hard is my only complaint . Very easy to get to. Stayed in the pet room which was nice had no carpet on floors .

We look for hotels that will provide ease to the community and a quiet location. This hotel met our expectations. the community was small and charming. The hotel staff was gracious and gave several recommendations for dinner options. We enjoyed the Paisano's recommendation. We enjoyed our stay. We would definitely come back if in the area!

Clean, comfortable, friendly and affordable. Nothing fancy, but we weren't looking for ambiance here. For a place to stay on the way to our destination, it was great. Good service, decent breakfast and a short walk to the river and bike trail, too.

Made our reservation online. We were minutes away. We literally showered , watched a rerun of Forrest Gump and were asleep by 10:30. It is nothing fancy. But for a hundred $$, it got the job done. Breakfast: cold scrambled eggs, terrible sausage. So I opted for a yogurt, Raisin Bran and lots of water. Again, it got the job done. Staff was very friendly!

This is a nice quiet , clean, place to stay. Great staff who are very helpful. Location is great right next to the Rogue River. we have stayed here on previous occasions and will continue to use this hotel when visiting Oregon. The Mexican restaurant within walking distance has great food.

This particular Best Western is the best one we've encountered so far (we are frequent Best Westerners). When we arrived we realized that we booked the wrong dates. Was that an issue with them? Absolutely not. Room was very clean, comfortable, and quiet. The complimentary breakfast was good, well staffed and very clean. Kudos especially to Paula Turley (I hope I didn't massacre that spelling) at the front desk who made us feel as if we were checking into a 5-star luxury hotel. Not only did she accommodate us in spite of our booking error, but she was so very welcoming and professional. She gave us a great restaurant recommendation (River's Edge), and even called to make a reservation for us. All this at a Best Western. Totally impressed and will stay there again when we are next in the area. You rock Paula! I hope to see you again on our next visit.

A great place to stay, very good room, great staff, good breakfast, helpful. My husband dropped a hearing aid outside the entry; the staff found it and is sending back to us. Great service. We have stayed there a number of times and plan to continue to do so.

Best hotel we've stayed in for the money. Have received much less for much more money at other hotels. The town of Rogue River is so quaint and peaceful. The location of this hotel makes for easy access to Grants Pass and Medford.

We had a great stay on our stopover from San Francisco to Seattle. Hotel is great. Food and gas nearby. We will stay again if down this way. Check in and check out easy. Rooms clean and comfortable and breakfast is served.

Clean, friendly and comfortably situated across the street from the Rogue River. Traveled with both my dogs and boy oh boy talk about pet friendly!! The staff loves animals and made sure to make extra bacon and sausage so they could have left overs for the dogs.

This Best Western is better than the most recent Best Western Plus where we stayed. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and comfortable. The amenities were reasonable.The room had two queen beds, a small table for the laptop, several lamps, A smaller than average sized flat-screen TV, a refrigerator, a coffee maker and a microwave oven. Each bed had three pillows. There is a good free breakfast and the parking is also free.

This hotel is a little jewel. Sparkly clean and comfortable. The location is between Grants Pass and Medford so I could use it as a central base for business meetings in the area. The staff was very friendly and helpful - they genuinely made you feel like a welcomed guest when you arrived. As an added bonus, the Rogue River is just across the street! The front desk suggested a wonderful family-style Mexican Tacqueria restaurant a short walk from the hotel. It was fantastic - we ate there both nights! (There is an awesome salsa bar!) This was my first stay at this particular hotel but the next time my travels take me to Southern Oregon, I will definitely stay here again.

The putter appearance is very simple and parking was a little confusing. Other than that the inside was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The staff was very helpful and nice. Location is great and not too far from Grants Pass.

A good BW hotel with a very friendly and skilled staff. All request and questions were met qualified, fast and with a smile. Rogue River is a good stop-over and a good stop when visiting e.g. Crater Lake, as we did (1½ hour drive to the rim of Crater Lake).

My wife and I stayed at six different hotels over a ten-day road trip. We had the best overall experience at this hotel. The premises are clean and well-maintained. The staff are very friendly, down-to-earth, genuinely caring, and helpful. It is apparent that they enjoy their jobs.

My wife and I have stayed at this Best Western several times during our visits to the Rogue Valley. It's not fancy but the rooms are clean and well maintained, the staff is friendly and the location is convenient. Also, the room prices are quite reasonable. Breakfast is ok but not a strong point.

The room was clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. The towels were a nice quality. Glasses instead of paper cups, as I like it. Selection of pillows. Appliances worked. Ice machine was easily accessible. There was a park on the Rogue river, right across the street. This hotel had the friendliest employees I have ever encountered at as hotel. We were greeted every time we were passed and with a smile and a genuine friendliness. The breakfast was better than average. LOVED this experience. Will stay here again if we go back to this area.

I have stayed here a few times over the years and it just gets better and better. Rooms are large and clean, pool was warm, staff was friendly, my dog is welcome, breakfast was as good as you get at a roadside diner (good enough), and located across the street from the Rogue River. About half way between San Francisco Bay and Seattle so it makes for a welcoming break. I'll be back.

When we got to Grants Pass, we had been on our amazing road trip for 21 days! It was a pleasure to stay there, and we enjoyed the atmosphere and the help offered by the staff. While we were nearing the end of our trip, and were a bit tired, our stay revived us! Thanks to the staff of Inn at the Rogue!!

Right across from Rogue river, just south of Grant's Pass. Clean, spacious rooms. Friendly staff. Paula recommended a restaurant and even called in reservations for us. Breakfast was constantly being refilled and kept full. Not much in the immediate area, you have to drive a few miles into town for restaurants.

Everything about this Inn especially when it comes to Service and Pleasantries is superb. Clean, comfortable beds, food presentation at breakfast, the nice attitudes of its personnel and of course when you leave - you will be rested. There are negatives - just two: lots of spaces to park, but away from the front door and not well lite. Night people looking to take are happy to see "NO to LITTLE Lighting & Security around the Hotel". Aside from that - you will want to come to stay at this Best Western Hotel. Not just once - but again & again. Some nice people work at this facility.

This might be the only decent place in Rogue River to stay, but that doesn't mean the hotel rests on it laurels. The room we stayed in was spacious and fully appointed, and the beds comfortable. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. A hot breakfast is included, and for American tastes it's probably quite adequate. For foreign visitors it's, well, somewhat foreign. It would be worth getting a room on the upper floor (first or second depending on which country you're from). A heavy-footed overhead made things rattle in our room.

I am so glad I chose this hotel rather than the one a few miles down the road, it was a realy nice setting and location in the cute town of rogue river Oregon. my girls enjoyed the pool and hot tub a lot, it was a clean and quaint motel with friendly staff, I would stay there again and again!!

All employees were friendly and helpful. Room was clean and all amenities were available (coffee maker, shampoos (etc). Air conditioner worked very well! I would totally stay there again if the need arose. I'd recommend anyone stay there, too. Easy freeway access and gas station close by.

This was our first visit to the area on our way back to our home in Northern CA. with our positive past stays at Best Western Hotels, we picked this motel and were not disappointed! I would definitely recommend to anyone interested in visiting this lovely location.

I cannot say enough good things about this hotel. From the minute you walk into the lobby you are greeted by employees that obviously enjoy their jobs. The rooms are clean along with the rest of the hotel. The breakfast is served hot and plenty of it, even the coffee is great. The breakfast staff led by Lucia ensure you will start your off right. This is our second stay and we will stay again when we come through.

Friendly, efficient staff. Quiet, well-maintained property with comfortable, nicely-furnished and well-maintained rooms. AND at breakfast we were treated to real metal flatware and porcelain plates/bowls/mugs! What a treat since hate to use disposal items. Great experience and we plan to stay again whenever we travel to Oregon.

No elevator and my hubby has some difficulty with stairs, The desk clerk helped us carry bags up to our room ( she volunteered to help) and upon check out a really nice maintence/custodian guy helped us carry bags down. I think his name was Jeremy. It was such a nice experience to have great customer service! Thx BW this is why we are loyal BE customers!

This is the 3rd year in a row at this hotel. All security features worked and building is in very good repair. Breakfast was presented well and kept full and at the correct temp. Choice of real dishes and utensils , beside paper/plastic is nice. Room was clean and a quite quiet ac unit, that actually held a reasonable temp. All staff were very polite and helpful.

Rooms are spacious and clean! The Staff was helpful and hospitable. The Breakfast was hearty over all exceeded our expectations. The bedding was too hard for our liking but that is just us!!!! Near shopping, dinning and river very nice.

As always, Best Western is it reliable place to stay. Was here for rafting and zip lighting and was very happy to have this cool comfortable room to come back to you. The staff was very accommodating him and I would recommend this to anyone

This is an old hotel that hasn't been updated much since I stayed here 20+ years ago as a kid. It's now just a low-to-middle-end Best Western. This was the second Best Western for this trip, and it was much worse than the first. It's clean, there's nothing specifically wrong with it, it's just a little below average. If you're just staying for a night while passing through, and it is a good deal for that night, there's nothing wrong with staying here.

This hotel has excellent rates, a super serving staff, great food, a clean and well organized hotel with a clean pool, clean grounds. The staff is very professional and go out of their way to accommodate all visitors. This is our second year coming here and we will be back again next year. Thank you so much for making our stay so comfortable.

The pool was warm and clean with ample size pool towels. Loungers and the hot tub were also great. the staff was friendly and knowledgable of the area. My room was clean and comfortable. The wifi was fast.The gift shop had great beverage choices and hats and t-shirts

Room was clean and staff were super helpful and friendly. Nice walk down to the river and breakfast was good with very clean breakfast room. Would love to go back to this town and hotel. The rooms have fridges and microwave which is nice when on a long road trip.

This hotel was a gem of a find in the Rogue River area. The staff was amazing and extremely friendly and courteous. Christina was so helpful and just positive in every way. She made us feel right at home. This by far one of the most dog friendly hotels we've stayed at. The location was perfect for our three-day excursion along the Rogue River which was a jump-off point for many of the fun activities we we had planned. The value was well worth the stay as well. Rooms were clean, housekeeping was attentive, pool was well-kept, and the breakfast was good as well. We would highly recommend this place and it's top on our list of return venues.

Over the years, we have stayed at several hotels in Grant's Pass. The BW Inn at the Rogue is not only THE best hotel in Grant's Pass, but also one of the best hotels we have stayed at within this category of hotels. The staff was AMAZING! After a looooooong drive on a very hot Sunday, we arrived exhausted and were immediately greeted with understanding and compassion by Kate. Note...there is NO ELEVATOR in this 2 story hotel. Thankfully, we were placed in a first floor room because we had 2 weeks worth of luggage. We don't like first floor rooms (the noise is always a problem) and were very nervous about overhead foot traffic. No problem in spite of a hotel full of guests. The rooms were very quiet and we never head a peep from any of the guests or staff. The beds were comfortable, the room was a nice size for 3 adults and we loved the fact that the vanity was located outside the bathroom so people could get ready while one person showered. Everything was exceptionally clean. The "complimentary" morning breakfast had a wide variety of choices including cereal make your own waffles, Chobani yogurt, toast, some fresh fruit, scrambled eggs and other various items. I would consider it an above average offering for a hotel. Ate breakfast by the pool while a young family enjoyed a morning swim. Very clean and inviting area. The hotel is located across from a park and the Rogue River. We took a walk there after eating dinner at the FABULOUS Mexican restaurant located within a 2 minute walk from the hotel. Upon check-out, Kate (the same Kate who had been there the night before), Paula and Kassie took a few moments to chat with us and bid us farewell. We greatly appreciated how friendly and caring all of the staff treated us and the others we watched them encounter. Side note...on this same vacation, we spent the night at a Best Western PLUS in Kent, WA. It was almost $100 more per night than the Rogue Inn and not nearly as nice. If you are in the Grant's Pass area and need a place to stay, our family HIGHLY suggests this BW.

We stayed one night on the way to WA. The staff was super sweet and helpful. Carried our bags upstairs (there is no elevator) and gave our dog a cookie! There is a nice park right across the street that is perfect to watch the river and let the dog run for a bit. Would not hesitate to stay here again

Fabulous staff and very clean hotel. Stayed 2 nights with exceptional service from the staff. No elevator but a very short walk up. Offered to carry our bags. Not necessary. Breakfast is good with a variety of choices suitable for everyone. Close to restaurants and a great walking trail after a long day in the car. Definitely would stay again.

I've probably stayed in a few hundred Best Western hotels around the country and I think this one is one of the best. Excellent and helpful check-in staff who gave a great Mexican restaurant recommendation which was outstanding. Very clean room on the first floor and it was very quiet and the hotel was completely full on a Saturday night. This stay was for only one night as we were on a road trip to the Napa Valley, but I would stay here again without question. Highly recommended!

I came in ready for a nice stay and unfortunately caught a bad cold leaving me with a fever and feeling pretty bad. I only wanted to sleep. The room they had for me was upstairs. There is no elevator and two flights of stairs when I was dragging wasn't something I looked forward to. The two ladies behind the desk noticed and offered a downstairs suite to help out. Amazing attention and wow was I thankful. Room clean, good breakfast. Can't sing their praises enough for what they did.

The location is beautiful.The service is great. They have a pool and a weight room. The breakfast didn't have the healthful options I would have liked, and the coffee wasn't great, but overall it was a good place to stay.

I was here as part of a reunion, and found the staff to be very welcoming, particularly Kate at the front desk. She was there when we checked in and out, and was very helpful. Comfortable and spacious room, nice breakfast in the morning. Plenty of parking and a quick walk to shops etc. I would definitely stay there again if in the area.

I was quoted $80 per night. Becuz I have AAA, Best Western Rewards, and multiple rooms. I made reservations in March. Office claimed that the petson working there, did not take into acct the special event wkend. I was expecting them to honor the quote. They took my credit card number by phone. And it was given in good faith. I reserved 3 rooms fir 2 nights. Then I pd for another room for friends who forgot their credit cards, and live in Wash State. Richard and Debbie Hatch in room 107. None of us recd the price quote that was given.

This hotel is without a doubt one of the cleanest and most comfortable I have stayed in. It is top of the line. The beds are extremely comfortable, not too hard and not too soft. The continental breakfast had an excellent selection and was very tasty. It is offered from 6:30 to 10 and they keep bringing a good supply up to the end. The rooms seem to be recently upgraded and they are very quiet. It is located across the street from the Rogue River. We.will definitely be going back when our travels bring us to this area again.

We did not know what to expect when we arrived in Rogue River, Oregon for our nights stay. Boy, we were very impressed. Although we arrived later in the day, the hotel staff were friendly, the room was roomy and very clean. The only drawback was that we could not get delivery of food from the local restaurants at the time of day we arrived. Not the hotel's fault. Will definitely stay again. Breakfast was delicious too.

Our room at the Best Western Inn at the Rogue was very clean & comfortable. We stayed 6 days and were able to feet at home immediately—the staff was welcoming and very helpful. Getting up in the morning and enjoying a complimentary breakfast before we set out on our adventures was another plus. On days where the thermostat crept toward ninety the pool was so refreshing. The next time we are in this area we plan to stay here again, for sure.

Great property....clean, good location, ...everything you'd expect from a BW. The people make it great! Brian Paine, in particular, made our stay much more enjoyable with helpful hints and willingness to assist us in any way possible. Although there is no elevator in this property, Brian provided help transporting our cases of wine up and down from the second floor. It was also nice to be remembered and recognized each time we entered.

The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. We were on the first floor and overall the hotel is quiet. Breakfast was good, real plates and coffee cups not Styrofoam, nice touch. Across the street from the river, makes for a nice close place to walk the dog. Overall nice place and would stay there again.

This location is not a place you would want to stay if you want to get a good nights sleep. We stayed there to check out the areas around it for a possible move to Oregon. The small town is a little quaint across the bridge, but the Motel is nothing to be desired.

Manager Brian Paine was super helpful, cordial, and accommodating, in sorting out a reservation issue (not of his or the hotel's making). He and the folks at reception made us feel quite welcome. It was a great stay and we would recommend this hotel to all who pass through.

We stayed at this hotel on a road trip through Oregon. We were particularly impressed with it because, unlike many places, this one offered a comfortable couch in the room along with adequate lighting so that we could read in the room. The staff were attentive and helpful and gave us some good recommendations for places to eat dinner. If you want to stay there, though, you should be aware that even though the address is in Grants Pass, the hotel is located very close to the exit for Rogue River.

We stayed at the Inn in April and appreciated the handycap facilities in the room. The grabbars were where they should be, making access to shower and toilet easy.Most places we stayed at had them any which way, but not where they were of use.

We stayed for 2 nights at the Inn at The Rogue. Room was small but comfortable and clean. Had queen beds that were also comfortable (firm beds with pillow top). Staff was friendly. Breakfast was standard BW - always good, not fancy. Note: outdoor pool - could not use because the weather was too cold, though it was June. Liked the setting on the Rogue river. If you are a fisherman, it is ideal.

We checked in very late and had the best night's sleep on their plush mattresses. The rooms are very quiet, clean and comfortable. We had 2 queen beds and had lots of space, did not feel crammed into the room. Breakfast was fresh, hot and had some of the best pastries-not your usual grocery store/Costco selection. Will stay here again! Easy access to the Interstate, wonderful park along the river to walk the dogs.

Had a wonderful suite upgrade just because of my point status. The room was lovely, clean and comfortable. The full breakfast was outstanding, There was an attendent who kept everything full and clean.. A wonderful experience

Have stayed at Best Westerns fore years and this location was below standards. The carpet in the room was extremely dirty and heavily stained. Pillows old, lumpy and hard. The upholstered chairs also need to be cleaned. The rest of the room was pleasant. Had issues with the free full hot breakfast, had to request refills on the hot items and bread selection. The waitperson was not having a good day and all of us trying to enjoy the start of the day did notice. I did bring these issues to the attention of the gentleman at the check out desk.

We stay there at least twice a year. They do everything they can to make your stay comfortable & are accommodating to your needs. Big shout out to Brian & Paula for being so helpful & nice. The breakfast is very good & I absolutely love their coffee. The rooms are clean & the beds are comfortable. See you guys again when we visit our parents in Rogue River! You have become our home away from home!! Thank you soooo much!

Was a very nice Best Western. Wish we would have had more time to stay, and use the amenities. But we were inroute to another place. Will definitely put this on the list to stay at again in the future when we visit the area.

I was traveling with my dog, and they have specific rooms for pets. My room didn't have carpeting, which I really like, because pet rooms with carpet can be really smelly. The room was very clean, with nice amenities. Even though the hotel was full, it was so quiet! I really appreciate this, because I'm a light sleeper.

We came upon this hotel quite by chance after an enforced 200 mile diversion, and were made most welcome by the friendly staff. The hotel is situated close to the river itself, and within a few minutes walk across the bridge from the town centre. The accommodation was very comfortable, and the hot breakfast excellent.

I'm pretty picky when it comes to hotels & this hotel although older was very clean, quiet, it had nice comfortable beds, a nice breakfast bar. The staff was very friendly & accommodating. I seriously have no complaints & would not hesitate to stay there again.

Great place to stay with your dog. There is a Grassy area for your Dog just outside the buildings door for late night early morning Dog business. Great small park just across street with river access so your dog can play in it, you can also put Boat. Try the Mexican restaurant next to hotel its a Great place to eat

We stay at this hotel to visit friends that live nearby. It is really the only hotel in this area. The rooms are nice, roomy and newly refurbished. The breakfast is fine with quite a few options to choose from. We didn't use the pool but it looked nice and we heard that the kids loved it.

The staff was excellent and courteous,, conducted themselves in a professional manner,, we experienced a booking-problem the manager on duty fix the problem immediately without any excuses. Our housekeeper Jordan was very professional and accommodating to any of our request.

The Hotel is located across the street from a park and the Rogue River. The hotel provides easy access to highway 5 and they across the river from the town of Rogue River. Beautiful Quiet location. The Hotel is small but still has all the amenities for an enjoyable trip.

We have stayed here before and find it clean, quiet, and comfortable. Excellent staff. A convenient little store next door. They offer a free breakfast as well. We live in the next town and when our AC has failed in summer we stay here on the warm nights. I like the fact it is not over run by noisy unsupervised kids.

Nice friendly staff. Hotel has recently been renovated, rooms are clean. Very little noise during the night. Easy access to freeway and located in a beautiful town. Water pressure in shower is only issue I had during our last stay. Local restaurants are within walking distance of the hotel.

Overall this is a very nice property but I am highly recommending this motel based on the quality of their pet rooms. The room we had was exceptionally clean and pleasant, so much so that I could not tell that it was a pet room at all. The staff were all friendly and accommodating and the breakfast above average.

This is a very nice Best Western property. Rooms were already very nice - clean; comfortable bed; no mystery odors - and they were updating with new furniture while I was there. All staff were helpful and friendly during my stay, but it was what happened after my stay that was even more exceptional. I left an expensive piece of equipment behind and didn't notice it until I got a call from staff. Brian very carefully packaged it and sent it to me. This equipment has some fragile pieces and I was concerned about it arriving intact. Not to worry. Brian nestled each piece in protective "bubbles". Over decades of traveling for work I have occasionally left things behind. This is only the 2nd time I recovered the lost item. It is the first time a hotel has contacted me about an item and to have them handle it so carefully - well, I will figure out a way to come back just for fun. I recommend Paisano's Italian Kitchen in Rogue River for lunch or dinner. It just gets better and better and it was wonderful to start with.

Despite the zipcode, this hotel is located 10 miles south of Grants Pass in the village of Rogue River. That may not matter to you if you're traveling Interstate 5 and just want an excellent place to drop anchor for the night for a reasonable price. On the other hand, if you are going to Grants Pass, and have business in the town itself, understand that you will drive 10 miles to get there. All that being said, the reviews don't lie. This is a nice place. I strongly suggest you eat dinner at Piasanos wihich is a half mile walk into town. Trust me: after a long day of driving the walk to and from the restaurant feels really good.

When being greeted by two funny and cheerful ladies like Paula and kassie it makes the rest of the stay that much better. Pool is a little small but perfect for your kids and warm. Hot tub is in the perfect location. Would like an outside shower to counter the high chlorine in the pool, could put it in the corner by the hot tub.

Stayed at Best Western Inn at the Rogue for 2 nights whilst on a coach trip with other couples. The allocated room on the ground floor was comfortable as were the beds. Free breakfast was also on offer. Recommended

The Best Western Inn at the Rogue was a nice hotel. No free breakfast, but they do have a restaurant attached for meals. The rooms were clean, and smelled fresh. I was worried about highway noise, but it never bothered me. The only complaint I have, mold in the bathtub area. Walking distance to restaurants and shops, across the beautiful Rogue River.

Kate at the front desk is amazing. I have traveled for both work and pleasure and have stayed in several 5 star hotels. I have never received the amazing service Kate provides everyone I've stayed in Rogue River. She goes way above and beyond for every guest. Best Western in Rogue River is clean, quiet, and extremely comfortable at such a reasonable price. I highly recommend Best Western in Rogue River Oregon.

This is a great place to stay. Good location, friendly staff and very clean rooms. I have stayed here many times and have always been satisfied. I often have my dogs with me and the proximity to walking trails and a meadow makes for easy exercise.

The staff was always available to assist us with requests. The room was very comfortable and clean. Great location, near the river. We stayed for two nights and we will return to the Best Western Inn at the Rogue the next time we visit Grants Pass. My sister also had a room there and she was very happy. The breakfast was nice too!

We stayed April 29-May 1, 2017. The room was outdated, but CLEAN. It also had carpet, which is a negative. The bed was very comfortable, not super hard but not too soft either. The shower and toilet are in a separate room, but the sink is in the main sleeping area, which is not always convenient. A large refrigerator and microwave were provided in the room, as well as a coffee pot. We've stayed here before and were confident that we would be happy with the decision.

My first impression when walking in to the lobby was very positive. The staff was friendly and checking in was easy. The room was a bit on the small size for two queen beds. Instead of a desk it had a small table and two chairs. The room was quite clean. Had a good sized fridge. The microwave was small. Lots of TV channels including all of the HBO channels. Lots of accessible outlets. The only real downside to the room was the noise. Being an older hotel there was not much in the way of soundproofing. I did not eat breakfast but I did notice the breakfast room had real dishes and real high quality flatware. The pool was located outside, Appeared to be plenty of parking. However if you are towing a trailer it might be tight. All in all this place went the extra mile to make it a good place to stay. Rather than cut corners to save a little money they went ahead and spent the money on the extras that make it a nicer place to stay. It is a good location whether you are just stopping for the night or spending several days exploring the Rogue River area.

If you are looking for a comfort stay and exceptional customer service from ALL the staff, this is the place to stay. From the minute we walked in to the lobby, though there were two people in front of us, we were warmly greeted. The housekeeping staff the next morning were so cheerful, you would want to join them just to share their joy. The breakfast staff attentive and ready to ensure you got a good hot breakfast. Looking forward to staying there again and exploring the town.

We make an annual "trek" to visit with friends and family as well as a stay at the "family farmhouse" in WI. We go through many states to visit those we are close to. We always try to make it a point to visit Best Western Inn at the Rogue, Grants Pass, OR as well as a stop at Yaks Restaurant in Dunsmire, CA. This makes our trip most memorable and we feel at home and special. After a trip this year of 9,666.6 miles this year this was truly appreciated :-)

This was one of four BW's we stayed in along our way on our on trip. This hotel was renovating the lower level of the building so we stayed on the second floor. The hotel does not have an elevator. That said, the stay was great. Pleasant reservation staff, large room with spotless bathroom and comfy beds. Very quiet as hotel is located away from the freeway. Breakfast was good. Would definitely stay again if in the area.

Nice spot for what we were needing. Simple, clean, wifi was nice given the spotty reception in the area. Mini fridge in room was nice and handy, good standard breakfast complimentary. There wasn't a lot immediately nearby the hotel, but there was a nice river walk out front.

I have used this Best Western before and came back to it. If you want to go out to dine, you will either have to settle for a small Mexican restaurant nearby or drive into town a few miles away. Fortunately, a decent free breakfast is available onsite. Rooms are very good, and I have never had any difficulties with the staff. I am rating sleep quality down a bit only for this trip, as fumes from remodeling were strong in my room.

Check in was fast and efficient, rooms are very clean. Continental breakfast is served in the morning with 4 different choices of coffee. Hotel comes with a microwave, refrigerator, personal coffee maker, iron and ironing board in the room and a blow dryer.

Nice Best Western, close to I-5 on the Rogue River, walking path across the bridge. Nice to have a place to walk after a long drive. Clean and comfy hotel. Nestled in the woods by the river, some highway traffic noise, but not bad.

Very nice Best Western. Great location off of I-5. Easy to find, but far enough away from the freeway that you hear no noise. It's very clean, they take a pet, and there's the usual BW breakfast. Friendly, efficient staff. I stayed here to check out the hotel as we will be staying here in September when we do a tour with our old cars.

We showed up on a Friday around 3pm to check in for a two night stay. The internet was not working, wireless or hard wired on the guest computer. The hotel staff said they would look into it but no one seemed that concerned. I felt like they were just waiting for it to fix itself. We don't have smart phones with data so we rely on wireless internet. Having it not working during our whole stay was very disappointing. Other than the internet issue, the staff was very nice and helpful, I would rate them a 5. The room was nice and clean, the heater in the room worked and was not loud. The TV had lots of good channels to choose from. The breakfast was average, but not bad. And I liked the fact that the hotel was out of the way. No elevator to the second floor that I saw, but I am sure you could get a first floor room if you cant use the stairs. Overall a decent hotel but I wished the wireless internet was working!

Only misses an excellent rating because a bit near the main road, so road noise is a minor issue. Very welcoming and efficient staff, especially Kate on reception. She gave us good local information and took the trouble to check my BW points .. I had left my card at home. Great breakfast.

Any time we are traveling through Oregon to California we make a stop here. Always welcoming, good breakfast and we can bring our two little dogs!! Convenient, easy parking, staff are always helpful and interested in what we need.

Came down to Rogue River for a family visit. Staff was super helpful & friendly even though we did not have a reservation and needed a room last minute. The hotel accepts pets. Hot breakfast was good & there was a great selection even though we ate very close to the 10 a.m. cutoff for breakfast. I'd certainly stay there again if I'm in the area

We've stayed here twice now, and have been very pleased. Access from Hwy 5 is easy; the rooms are clean, with comfortable furniture, good heat/cooling;free breakfast with a good selection. The desk people are all friendly and very helpful with restaurant suggestions, etc. Be sure to check out the river walk that's just across the bridge -- especially nice after a long drive on 5.
