This hotel is located at almost the highest hills and the view is to die for. We visited with 2 little kids and the stay was rather comfortable. The staff was cooperative and helped us whenever needed, even with the kids. The hygiene is on point, no dirt anywhere, whatsoever. The food here tastes great, you won't miss home when it comes to food. Special mention to Bhim Singh (supervisor), and Aastha. They served us like their own, took care of even the smallest things (like a small spoon with the baby's food), and bonded with the kids so well. Overall, a wonderful place for a staycation with amazing staff and a mesmerising view.
Very gud rooms nd service food is als gud

Excellent Experience with nice food and view
We stayed 3 nights in Best Western Revanta, Mcleodganj. Great location, just 5 km from the busy town square yet in a serene isolated spot. Clouds entering the room each afternoon was an unbelievable experience, just sit out in the balcony soak in the calmness and sip your beer or coffee. Staff was exceptional, especially Kuldip the restaurant manager taking care of smallest of things during all meals. Thanks to rest of the staff the GM Harish, bell-boy Parvindar and others. Try the Pahari Mutton, awesome dish and even the Lemon butter sauce fish.

This was our second stay at the Best Western and we intentionally chose this hotel after our first stay last year.. You talk about the staff, food, ambience, view, location, etc.. Every single thing has been taken care of!! Highly courteous staff.. They provide much better services than a few five star properties as well.. The wide variety of food.. Staff members like Bhim Singh and infact all of them are here to provide the best in class service!! We enjoyed the mesmerizing Friday evening live music performance by Aman.. Junior Mohit Chauhan or Arijit.. He added stars to our stay here.. Thank you BW Revanta!! We will be back soon😊

The hotel is located at one the best place, the view from the room is unforgettable. The ambience of the hotel is very good, very well maintained & peaceful with no unnecessary noises. The services matched the value. They also provided us with Jain food option of every dish they had in their buffet & sometimes extras also & the taste was great. The Dining area, pool, play area were all very clean & maintained.

It was very nice experience and the view was so beautiful just loved it the food was also fantastic 💖
Beautiful hotel, warm staff, peaceful location - that should summarise our stay in this hotel. We stayed 2 nights. The location of the hotel is excellent, very peaceful, though slightly away from "everything". Which can be good or bad, depending upon one's preferance. The valley view from the Terrace is beautiful, you can see Dhauladhar range from there. Sunset from the hotel is also very pretty and if you don't want to go to Naddi Sunset viewpoint, you can very well see it from here. Naddi sunset viewpoint is 10-15 mins drive. The ROOMS are very spacious and clean and well kept. Ameneties very good. The Hotel has a SPA, Gym, Indoor play area. What touched us most was the warmth of the staff such as F&B Manager Kuldeep Singh, Executive Chef Tek Chand, Akash among others. All the staff was smiling and welcoming. Coming and bonding with the guests... FOOD - very good food. They took efforts to even make some local dishes upon our request and serve us though we had Buffet Dinner included in our plan. CONS: The only blot is when there was some medical emergency for us and we sought Reception's help, they kind of cold-shouldered us. Thats what has taken away one star from their rating. These things happen rarely but in such a place, at such a moment for a guest, that could mean a lot. Overall, we would recommend this place and would like to come back.
Dear Guest, Thank you for taking the time to share such a detailed and thoughtful review of your stay with us. We are delighted to know that you enjoyed the peaceful location, beautiful valley views of the Dhauladhar range, spacious rooms, amenities, and especially the warmth and hospitality extended by our team. Your kind words for Kuldeep Singh, Chef Tek Chand, Akash, and the entire staff truly mean a lot to us. We will be sure to share your appreciation with them, as it will encourage them to continue creating memorable experiences for our guests. We are also very pleased that you enjoyed the food and our efforts to prepare local dishes specially for you. Creating personalized experiences is something we genuinely value. At the same time, we sincerely regret the disappointment you faced during the medical emergency situation. Please accept our heartfelt apologies for the lack of support you experienced from the reception team at that moment. Your feedback is extremely important, and we are addressing this internally to ensure our guests receive prompt care and assistance in such situations going forward. We truly appreciate your recommendation despite this experience, and it would be our pleasure to welcome you back again for another peaceful and memorable stay. Warm regards, Harish K Sharma General Manager

Excellent service excellent housekeeping team
The level of detail, the team gives, is on another level!! I particularly want to write about the restaurant appreciation here, because not only me and my family were mesmerised, but the food, the helpful hospitality, the manner to serve was so beyond expectations and truly lovely !!! For every meal, I wished my appetite was more than usual just to eat and savour more than I could ever do✨ Thank you so much for giving such a lovely & memorable experience...
This was my fourth consecutive stay at this hotel, and it remains my top recommendation for anyone visiting the area. There is a rare sense of consistency here—the service is always seamless, the food is excellent, and the views are simply breathtaking. The atmosphere is incredibly peaceful; waking up to the sound of birds chirping is the perfect way to start the day. A special thanks to the manager, Mr. Harish Sharma, whose attention to detail and polite demeanor ensure every guest feels valued. Another highlight is the weekend live music at the rooftop restaurant, 'Skyeline'—Mr. Aman is a fantastic performer and truly steals the show. I have recommended this hotel to numerous friends, family members, and colleagues, all of whom have had wonderful experiences. It's a guaranteed 'thumbs up' every time.
The property is located in such a scenic atmosphere with snow peaks one side and valleys on the other side. Food and beverage team were exceptional in their service and hospitality. Food was great especially their local delicacies like pahadi gosht and home style chicken curry. Great selection of drinks, cocktails and mocktails. Camp fire on demand and live music added a great touch to their facility. Overall we had a wonderful experience.

The service team and chef are truly professional in their manners and courtesy. The rooftop with live concert is excellent proposition to be in. The group property should be in your bucket list for stays where available across. Thank you Team BW+ 👍😊

We have had a lovely experience at Best western Plus Reventa They have great food, very decent staff - Ms Fiza, Mr. Punit and Mr. Prem and also they're so loving and playful towards kids so we adults can have good time at dinner or breakfast…. Great Ambience and overall a lovely stay here.
We have had the best stay in Best Western Plus Reventa. Amazing hospitality and service by staff members - Ms Jaspreet, Mr. Vishal, Mr. Anil The ambiance is great in every corner. View from the terrace will be held in your heart forever. Overall a beautiful experience ❤️
As the name suggest, it was best in every aspect. Especially the front facing staff Fiza and Prem were very kind enough to welcome us and while we left the hotel. Rooms were pretty clean and warm enough to give us much needed relief from the scorching cold outside. Food represented variety of dishes well explained attended by Neha and Jaspreet. Just like the scenic atmosphere at Mcleodganj the experience at Best Western was unmatched.

Kick started my first solo trip in style ! Beautiful views from the balcony , comfortable rooms , great people ! Nice food too .Very warm , hospitable , helpful staff .Harish ,Jaspreet , Fiza , Abhishek and all others are beautiful beings with a keen readiness to help always .Even the staff at the gate , the repairs boy whom I had to call at night for the exhaust fan , the valet - all are amazingly well trained , well mannered and helpful .The only concern is that it's not suitable for every pocket .Wish were s little easy on the pocket ! If possible I would certainly repeat the visit . Safe and hassle free for solo female travelers specially for senior citizens. I gifted my poetry book to the hotel which was placed in their cute library . Loved my stay ! Miss them all . All my best wishes . I highly and whole heartedly recommend it .

Best western revanta connects you to the nature as the view from the room is very beautiful and stunning. There are many activities to do here and you can spend a quality time with your beloved ones. The service is up to the mark as all staff is very supportive and they are available all the time. The food here is delicious and the food is hot evey time you order. I would like to go visit here again as everything here is very good let it be the location, the food, the service, the house keeping, the room and of course the view. It was more kind of a home then a rental room. I would recommended everyone to come here at least once.

Best holiday experience with great location of hotel, nice ambiance and great food. Buffet and dinner spread is good, to name a few amongst the great team Jaikar, Shubham at front office, Bhupinder and Neha and Lucky at the restaurant . Highly recommended
Though it is a good property, situated at the outskirts of Meclodganj, 2.0kms from Dal lake and 3.0kms from Naddi. We had faced insects on their mattresses, it may be because of weather but it hamper our experience. They can also upgrade their toiletries. Behaviour of staff is good and welcoming.
And of the the best property in dharmshala very cooperative staff specially reception staff dilip ankush and shubham😉😉😉😉😉
