We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Very kind , professional and hospitable staff. Breakfast on 5th floor in grand cafe western with attached Terrace views was superb. My Review of Best Western Dalhousie We had a really nice stay at Best Western Dalhousie. The hotel is in a beautiful location and the views from the property are absolutely amazing. We recently stayed at Best Western Dalhousie as a family and had a wonderful experience. From the moment we checked in until our departure, the hotel delivered a comfortable and enjoyable stay that made our holiday even more memorable. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The food was consistently excellent, with a good variety and quality that catered well to families. What truly stood out, however, was the warmth and professionalism of the staff. I would especially like to recognize and thank: • Mr. Karnail Singh • Harish Sharma • Ms. Sukhpreet Kaur • Ajay Sharma Each of them went above and beyond in ensuring that we were comfortable and well looked after throughout our stay. Their attentiveness, courtesy, and willingness to help are a great asset to the hotel and played a significant role in making our stay so enjoyable. The only area where the hotel missed an opportunity to truly delight us was at the front desk. Despite the availability of valley-view rooms and our willingness to pay for an upgrade, the request was unfortunately not accommodated. A more customer-centric approach in such situations would elevate the guest experience even further. That said, this was a relatively small disappointment in an otherwise excellent stay. Overall, Best Western Dalhousie offers a great combination of comfortable rooms, quality food, excellent service, and genuine hospitality. It is definitely worth the money spent and is a property I would happily recommend to families looking to spend quality time together in Dalhousie. We look forward to visiting again.

Location of the Hotel is very good and overall atmosphere was good. Rooms were neat and clean and staff was very polite and disciplined. As such all the staff members were good but particularly Karnail Singh was very courteous and polite. I will recommend others to stay in Best Western its value for money hotel. Just they need to be alert in giving mineral water to the customers!!

My wife and I stayed at Best Western Dalhousie from 10–12 April 2026 in a Superior Room, and unfortunately, it turned out to be a very disappointing experience. The room we were given had a window that opened directly onto a massive rock face covering the entire view. It created a highly claustrophobic and uncomfortable feeling, with no sense of openness at all. I requested the manager for an upgrade to a Mountain View room and was willing to pay any additional charges, especially since I was genuinely feeling uneasy in that room. However, my request was declined, and I was only offered a change for the second day, which did not help our immediate situation. Another major issue was the approach to the hotel. The road leading up is extremely steep—almost a 45-degree incline for about 200 metres—which made it very difficult for us to step out. As senior citizens aged 74 and 71, this was a serious inconvenience. We had chosen this property based on our consistently good experiences with the Best Western brand in other countries, where rooms and views have always been excellent. Sadly, this stay did not meet those expectations at all. It was quite surprising that such a property, with rooms lacking proper openness, is part of the chain.

We did offer you a Mountain View room for the next day, 11th April, but we understand you chose not to change at that point. Your feedback is very important to us. Location - is far from Dalhousie. If you want peace, then best place to stay but if you want to enjoy hustle and bustle, its quite far, around 3 km and the way is bumpy and complete dark. Rooms - are fair, but no gallery, so you can see a view from glass but to breath fresh air, you need to go to 5th floor or out of hotel Service - i would say average (according to Best Western). Housekeeping was good, they lady (Archna i think) was very prompt in working and took action swiftly bad part was they keep shutting down AC from main room, you need to call them again and again to start it. God know what they are saving doing this rubbish activity. In night it was very tough to breath even cos they switched AC off. i lived 3 days, and not less than 5 time i asked to switch that on. Food quality is not good, Non veg item they serve are quite not tasty and deliver cold food. Which is again NO-NO Glass crockery they use is broken - Thank god it didn't hurt any one but be very careful when getting glasses. Check thoroughly.

Visited for Honeymoon! The scenery from my room was epic, right in the heart of valley of Dalhousie. Hotel staff was so friendly and helpful. Room was so spacious, nice, clean and comfy. Room service also up to the mark. Food in the hotel restaurant was very delicious and good.

I was given a room upon arrival and they made my stay extremely comfortable....I even went short on online payments due to an issue with my banking but MR Jai prakash came forward to help me... when ever you visit pls ask for him and I am sure he will be of use

Amazing stay and very prompt service. We took the package with dinner and breakfast had absolutely no complaint with the food and loved the spread. The valley view from the deluxe room is absolutely lovely and and perfect to wake up in the morning sipping tea.

Stay was good, hotel is easily accessible. Near to mall road & few other popular tourist spots. Good service, breakfast, have nice facilities including indoor games. They don't have pool. Would recommend this hotel if looking for decent comfortable stay.

Rooms are good and big, mountain view and good hospitality. Food is very tasty and terrace garden is very big. Staff is very polite and service is awesome. I recommend to stay for 2 nights and 3 days in this property. Rooms have fixed glass inspite use sliders for fresh air
