Best Western Plus Dauphin

The room was clean and well maintained. The front staff were very friendly and polite. The hotel was clean and inviting. There were no issues with check in. It was quick and fast. Easy access to the pool. The internet speed was awesome as I was able to complete my work efficiently.

The room was great. Pool and hot tub were awesome. Everything was very clean. The staff and service were phenomenal. Breakfast was pretty decent. We had the king bed and kitchenette. We would definitely return to this place in the future sometime

The staff is excellent and the service is remarkable. The breakfast choice are plenty! I have stayed in the same hotel for 30 nights in the past calendar year, the staff is always willing to help and offer anything you need during your stay. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone and everyone!

The outside property is very inviting when you drive into the parking lot. The entrance and common area are very clean and lots of room. Staff is wonderful and rooms are spacious. I like the idea of the EV plug in, I have a Hybrid. The Breakfast has a nice variety.

This hotel is immaculate! They had a lovely outdoor area - where you could bbq or spend time with group. Rooms were spacious. Big breakfast seating area. The pool chorine levels were high but nice size pool and good waterslide. Would definitely recommend for families

This is the nicest Best Western I have ever stayed at. Check in process and front desk crew were flawless. The hotel was clean and laid out nicely. Rooms were fantastic. Breakfast - Awesome! Outdoor area for sitting was a nice treat. Honestly everything was just perfect.

Customer service was horrible. The chemical smell was so strong in the pool that my son got sick. The beds are very uncomfortable and the hotel is extremely loud. If you want to get sleep I don't recommend booking this hotel. Evening staff was extremely rude.

Great hotel in Dauphin! Very clean. Someone is always cleaning and the hotel is very well-maintained. The staff are all so kind and lovely. The room is comfortable and has great blackout blinds. The pool area is clean and my daughter had a lot of fun swimming and using the waterslide. The complimentary breakfast has a lot of variety of hot foods, cereal, waffles, yogurt and pastries. There is also a great Nescafe machine that makes lattes, cappuccinos, and other yummy coffee and espresso drinks.

Exceptional place to stay. Clean, many extras such as full breakfast buffet and very friendly employees. Lots of parking. Rooms are a nice size with a bar fridge and a microwave. Beds are very comfortable and the pillows were the best. I wish I had one of those pillows at home.

I rate this hotel as poor because of the price rate! This hotel was as average as any Best Western we have stayed at except it was new. The room had 2 separate rooms with a double bed in each room. Great for kids but we would have liked at least 1 room to have a bigger bed (at least Queen size). The price was outrageous for the room but if we wanted to stay in Dauphin we didn't have much choice. We have stayed in Best Western hotels from Vancouver to Niagara Falls and Dauphin to Phoenix Az. and have never paid $260.00 a night anywhere except here. Wasn't worth the money.

Overall, it is a nice and clean hotel with all the amenities but the price was $242 when I'd say it's worth more like $142. Other than price, no complaints at all. It says I have to write more charactes to submit, so that's what I'm doing but I have nothing more to add.

Most comfortable bed I have slept in years. Good blinds to keep out the light. The pool was cool and the hot tub actually hot. the staff was friendly and there was always someone cleaning. This is the first hotel I have stayed in with 2 tv's! It was raining so I had to stay in so that was great.

The service delivery at the facility was awesome! Drawing from a memorable encounter that I had with a member of the Management staff who served me at the facility, I believe they must be doing a good job in instilling excellence in the staff.

Check in and out was easy and fast. Room was clean, exactly as expected. Both elevators work. Breakfast was great. Make your own waffles, fresh fruit, cereal, toasted bagels, omelettes, coffee is great, couldn't ask for anything more. The putting green in the lobby is a great addition! Price is in line with other area hotels. You won't be disappointed.

Although it is a newer hotel, I have stayed here a few times and I find the rooms extremely loud. If you stay on a lower level, it seems no matter who is above you, you constantly here the noise. I rarely have a restful night's rest here. Pool area is nice, and although they have a nicely equipped workout room, the treadmill is consistently broken.

Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Dauphin be it for business or pleasure. Was able to use rewards points to book a suite with a kitchenette and kings size bedroom. Excellent room to have space to have family or friends visit during our stay.

It is a treat when you see an obvious pride of ownership at the property. Grounds are immaculate. No random weeds or litter. The inside is spotless and organized. The management is constantly tweaking and innovating which is nice to see.

I required a last minute stay in Dauphin for work. It had been a while since I had been in the area and decided to stay the Best Western Plus as it was the newest hotel. I was very impressed that a smaller town had such a beautiful hotel. It was clean, fresh, comfortable. The staff were friendly. The hot breakfast in the morning was impressive. They make fresh omelettes and have a great selection of items. Next time I will make sure to pack a bathing suit to enjoy the hot tub, pool and waterslide.

Always love staying here. Rooms are clean and quiet and updated. My one recommendation is that the bathroom lights are far too dim. Hard to put on makeup

This is a newer hotel in Dauphin so it has the new feel to it but the rooms are big and offer all the amenities that you would come to expect. There is a pool and large size hot tub that is deep in depth. The waterslide is perfect for your kids or anyone enjoying the feel of the slide. There is coffee available at all times situated near a sitting area where you can meet with friends. The hotel is easily accessible off the main road but we could not hear any road traffic noise. I appreciate the ability to start my day with a hot breakfast. This hotel has always had great choices with eggs, waffles, meat, hash browns/potatoes along with yogurt, cereal, milk, toast, coffee/tea. It has been a great way to start the day BUT Found out in this stay, that on select days, FRESHLY MADE OMLETTES. What a great idea. There is a staff member who will prepare a freshly cooked omlette with onions, sausage, peppers, mushrooms, tomatoes, cheese. Prepared to order and brought to your table. Breakfast has always been good at this hotel but this was above expectations. Add that they offer a soup on select days in the early evening, it helps with your food budget. for those that have a long stay ahead, this hotel also offers an BBQ that would allow you to cook something in case you were getting tired of restaurant food. This will continue to be our hotel of choice in Dauphin.

I have tried others and this is the best in town. By far! It is nice and close to all the main strip. The place was clean and the staff was really nice. The breakfast was great. They have lots of parking.

It was so nice, the smell is so brand new, super clean all over inside our room. We highly recommend to everyone and hoping to come back again this coming Spring. There's no more I can say but please keep up the good work guys. And thank you for having me to this review... Adios!!!

We went out early in the day so that our Grandkids could swim; however the pool was too cold. Other than that it was an excellent accomodation. Your staff is terrific. Have told many of the great stay we had.

This is a newer hotel that is in wonderful condition. Rooms and common areas are very clean and there is lots of variety for breakfast. Espresso machine in lobby is a very nice touch. Beds comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

A very new, very clean hotel, the entrance is very nice to look at, right into the lobby. Front desk service was very helpful and check in and check out was seamless. The room was roomy (We stayed in the suite), and with a king sized bed in its own separate room, made traveling with the kids that much easier! It also came with a full sized fridge and flattop stove (with dishes, silverware, pots and pans). The Microwave worked great and there's enough storage space to move right in! Breakfast (complimentary) was done right! Lots to choose from, nothing was understocked, and runs for the full 4 hours 6 - 10 am. There is a pool with a slide that handled the volume of several hockey teams quite well, and the fitness center is on another floor, away from any noise! Service was great, amenities were perfect and although we were only there for 2 days, we could have easily stayed longer!

hotel staff had complementary hot and warm soup in the afternoon. Perfect after a cold and chilling days of work. Washroom had well placed heated tiles, Room was very clean and well maintained. Will definitely return

My wife is a nurse and she did a shift at the hospital from 7am to 7pm on Jan 1. We were told the previous day to call an hour ahead so that my 1.5 yr old daughter and I could check in around 7am but the front desk person denied my request as there was no note on file or confirmation number. I was fine with that but he made no effort to verify or check with previous staff. We were very disappointed with his level of customer service. Other than that, the rest of the staff were amazing and the hotel was very nice and clean.

The hotel was clean and with complete amenities. The staff are very nice and accommodation specially their general manager, Tim. He answered my queries promptly and assisted us. Kudos to the Team Best Western Dauphin

I recently stayed here with my family, and hosted a small birthday party for my daughter. The kids swam, and I rented the small meeting room next to the pool. Everything was perfect. The pool area was clean, well stocked with towels. The pool bathroom was convenient, and clean as with the pool shower. No complaints with our hotel room. Entire hotel is spotless- A+ housekeeping staff. Shout out to JC at front desk who was so helpful.

Stayed in Best Western Hotel in Dauphin with my boyfriend and it's our favourite hotel so far! We loved the breakfast service. There was a chef who was making omelettes for us, I had asked for a second one and he didn't hesitate to make me one!

Great location and great service. The young lady at the front desk was very knowledgeable and had great customer service skills. Informed by about the extras that the hotel had to offer. Have stayed at this location in the passes and was also a great experience. I'll be back!

If you ever travel to Dauphin Manitoba, stay at the Best Western Plus. It is one of the best experience I have ever had in a Best Western. The staff is so friendly and helpful, the hotel is extremely clean, and the breakfast is awesome. I would recommend this 100%. I have to say it is one of the nicest Best Westerns I have ever stayed in.

This hotel is exceptional. Mind-blowing! Everything here is just very good. Every facility and feature of the hotel is in pristine condition, as though they have never been used. The housekeeping and the front desk staff were unbelievable. Extremely nice people, always willing to help and knowing what they could do to give us a memorable stay. The breakfast, internet speed, the gym, pool, washrooms, elevators, floors, walls, staff, parking space...everything is easily 10/10 for me. I believe this is the very best of all Best Western Hotel franchises in entire North America, and definitely one of the best hotels anyone can lodge.

We realy enjoyed our stay at the best western in Dauphin. Rooms were bright and clean, Breakfast was very good and the staff were amazing. always with an eye out to help. Lot of towels in the pool area, Free slurpies on checjk in. The only thing I found a bit annoying were the tiny Shampoo bottles. Hard to get the stuff out but it smelled great.

Family business and visit with friends. Parents passed away and I come each year to ensure their site and headstone is okay. It also gives my the opportunity to see friends. This hotel is great a I can also bring my dog and know he'll be okay.

Check in was fast. Room was nice and clean. Bed was very nice. Breakfast was very good. Only complaint was Air conditioner vent blows right on to the person in bed. Bed is 24 inches from air vent. Had to switch air cond. off for night because of cold draft. Complained to front desk at check-out and they told me they had 3 rooms with that same problem. Not sure why the beds don't get moved to different location or the problem with the vent gets fixed.

I always bring my family at Best Western Dauphin, staff are helpful and friendly, managers are accommodating. Breakfast is the best and the pool is fun. Hotel rooms are clean and all areas are clean. My kids enjoy the coffee vendo by the entrance. Overall, this hotel is exceptional.

This hotel is located on the south end of the town and close to major stores and restaurants. Its very clean and welcoming featuring a water feature, putting green, coffee station and televisions it the lobby with plenty of seating. The room was very clean and comfortable. We travelled with a small dog and this location was perfect. There is green space to walk the dog with litter bags and a garbage can. There is also and outdoor seating area with a BBQ. They have gone above and beyond to make this a comfortable location. The breakfast was also great. Plenty to choose from - hot and cold. and they never ran out of food. Staff worked hard during breakfast to clean have seating for the next people.

We stayed here during our travel to Riding Mountain. Breakfast is really good. Kids enjoyed the pool. Hotel is quite..perfect for relaxing. Also the location is close to the mall, safeway, walmart at gas station. Staff are friendly. My kids even said.. “ this is a 10 for the records”. Totally agreed.

We had an amazing stay at this location! The hotel is definitely new and has great services and amenities. The pool and hot tub were great and the free breakfast was the best I have ever had at a hotel. The staff were also extremely kind and accommodating. The beds and pillows were absolutely amazing and the room was spotless. We will 100% be returning to this location.

Awesome hotel. Everything is new so you don't have any issues with things not working. Staff is great and helpful. Free slushies and popcorn for kids. Nice pool, hot tub and water slide. You can purchase swim diapers at the front desk if you forget them which is extremely helpful if you are forgetful. Breakfast is included. There was a made to order omelet option the morning we ate there. It was a nice touch.

When you first enter the building the floors & rugs are very clean looking. The staff there are super friendly and they have some snacks & drinks down at the front that are very accessible to get. The housekeeping, fitness centre, breakfast & pool are just the cherry on top

We always enjoy our time at Best Western Dauphin. Pool temperature is great and the hot tub was fabulous. Our children always have a blast at the pool. Staff is always great, breakfast was awesome! Highly recommend this hotel for families.

This is a fairly new hotel and beautifully laid out in the inside. The staff, from cleaners, kitchen to desk clerks were all very pleasant and accommodating. The breakfast buffet is exceptional, from cold cereals, various types of bread for toast, waffles, scrambled eggs to hard boiled eggs and yogurt. Juices, coffee, milk and tons of fresh fruit. My grandkids spent most of their free time in the Pool and Slide area, and they loved it. My oldest granddaughter made use of the gym and said it was small, but there was everything she needed there. The rooms are spacious, clean and bright, with huge window letting in sunlight. Internet was great, lots of towels and toiletries in bathroom plus a microwave and small fridge. Big chair and footstool for this old girl to relax and watch TV. Next time my granddaughter says she's bringing her little dog after seeing other people walking their dogs outside. Great place!

Clean, pleasant crew, excellent breakfast, accomodating. I arrived late around 1:00 AM. the night clerk was there and helped in every possible way. To me when a property is in the hands of pleasant people who seem to be looking for ways to be helpful you have a great place to stay. Everything well kept and up to highest standards.

The cleanliness of the room was phenomenal. The staff was very accommodating, and friendly. My one and only disappointment was the free continental breakfast. But really, it came with the room so I should not complain. (free food, coffee, juice, and fruit!) Great stay. Will come back for sure.

Myself and kiddo enjoyed this stay she loved the pool great breakfast and very clean atmosphere, this is the only place I would stay at in the future hands-down. In addition management including all the staff everyone was great and went out of their way to assist guide or direct any of your questions you may have regarding all the amenities within the hotel ! We enjoyed our stay here. The hotel is very clean and well maintained, as are the rooms. The service was great. There was complementary popcorn and soup, which I didn't take advantage of but thought was a nice touch, but my husband did, and he enjoyed both. We stayed in a king guest suite. It was very spacious, and well stocked. My husband also took advantage of the fitness room, pool, and complimentary breakfast, and enjoyed them all. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again if passing through.

No issues at all, and the amenities were excellent. The hot breakfast was excellent, pool and exercise facilities clean, quick check in, popcorn was fresh and tasty, cream of broccoli soup was hot. There were no issues at all, so I would have preferred not to have to write 200 words (which is the minimum allowed according to the error message when I tried to submit this with only 50 words).

Great rooms, nice and clean. The rooms are big with high ceilings and ample lighting which I like. The breakfast is good, it's not always the same thing. They switch it up each day so that's nice. Overall, it's a great place to stay.

The cleanliness of the room was amazing, beds were incredibly comfortable, staff very helpful and friendly, the hotel was very easy to navigate. The continental breakfast was fresh and hot, tables were constantly being cleaned in the dining area, and when I realized I forgot my toothbrush, they gave me a complimentary one.

This is the newest hotel in Dauphin. Everything here is in great shape from the rooms to the pool to the breakfast area. The rooms are quite large even with 2 queen beds and quite comfortable. The breakfast has plenty of options including the waffle maker. There is a waterslide included with the pool and a deep hot tub for relaxing. A very unique option that I have not seen in any other hotel. They offer homemade soup Sunday to Thursday which is a nice addition when you have travelled a distance to get there and don't want to go out for a bite to eat. For the kids, there is also popcorn available (adults too). If you want a nice weekend or night away, I strongly suggest this hotel.

Because they are doing a phenomenal job. We travel frequently and the BW+Dauphin was an amazingly pleasant experience. The front desk friendly and accomodating. The breakfast staff THE BEST EVER! the hotel is meticulously clean everywhere so appreciated. The rooms are well appointed and comfortable, spoiler alert you may need a wake up call the beds are sooo comfy we slept in and we never sleep in. Enjoy your stay here.

Very clean hotel, great staff and great room. The room was very clean. AC worked great. Fridge and microwave worked well too. Quiet in the room. Blackout curtains in the room helped with a restful sleep.

Our family and friends stayed for 2-4 nights to attend our sons wedding. The hotel was a Dream come true. All our family and friends needs were met from pets , wheelchair accessible , toddlers , & a love of swimming. The patio area was an amazing feature & we reserved it for 2 of the 4 days ! Breakfast was a highlight for each of our guests & we could not stop talking about the friendliness of the staff ; who seemed just as excited as all of us on the wedding day !!

Great hotel brand new condition staff are friendly, they even help you with breakfast if you need it. Nice to have a facility of this caliber up north. There are not a lot of choices like this on Hwy 5, 10 and 6 so this was a treat.

My wife, daughter, two grand kids and several other family members stayed here for a few days for a celebration of life. The front desk personnel were friendly and efficient. The decor in the lobby as well as the rooms were very nice. Even the stairways were clean and carpeted. The rooms were spacious, clean and modern! I am a light sleeper and found it very quiet. Fluffy pillows and comfortable beds. The continental breakfast was very tasty and provided a fine assortment to please most pallets (including fresh fruit, yogurt, variety of sweet treats, etc...). Far exceeds most comparable hotels! The staff were accommodating and even offered to make my young grandson's waffle. The pool area included a slide that entertained my 9 & 11 year old. Again very clean and has a hot tub. Lots of parking on the outskirts of south Dauphin right on Hwy #10. Eateries within walking distance as well as shopping nearby. You will no doubt enjoy your stay!

First time in Dauphin for work, and I decided to bring my family. My kids had fun with the indoor pool. Breakfast was good too. The staff are friendly! Their beds are excellent. It is so comfortable and we had a great sleep.

This motel was very clean and breakfast was great. The beds were incredible, so comfortable. The tv in the room was awsome, like 3D. The room had at least 10 foot ceilings, made the room seem much bigger. The room was a good size anyway. There was room for 4 people to sit without sitting on the beds.

Wrong info was given at the time of reservation, the wrong type of room was booked. When I called to confirm our room on the day of arrival I explained the situation to the supervisor and she was amazing to deal with, coMpletely understanding and was able to accommodate our needs even though the hotel was almost fully booked. Great staff and amenities, highly recommend this hotel!

Stayed with my wife and child June 23 and 24th, 2022. All aspects of the hotel impressed us. Very clean and well-appointed rooms, comfortable beds, great hot breakfast with a variety of options that changed day to day. I had a few requests from the staff that were quickly met. Even had a full blackout blind which you don't find in many hotels. There was absolutely no noise at night and we all slept well. Well worth the daily rate.

The BWP is beautiful and clean. I stayed here once before. Last night was the WORST night that I have ever experienced in a hotel room. My heart is racing, I am so tired. I stayed in this hotel with my 92 year old mother. We were in Dauphin for a high school graduation. After supper I returned to our room. The noise in the hallway and the room across from us was constant and had at least 6-8 young kids in it, with no adult supervision. The kids ranging from age 10 yrs old -16 yrs old, They ran in the halls ALL NIGHT. The noise was non stop...banging doors and literally running down the halls and outside and back in. These kids plus others were on the other floors as well. ,,,with parents? I don't know, My inlaws were on the 1st floor and experienced the same disruption. The room across from the reception desk had been booked till 1:00 am, for get togethers and meetings, which sounds like a monthly occurrence, Some nights they are asked to leave this "meeting room" and go to their rooms but the noise continues! Obviously the manager would like a full hotel and allows this behavior. I lost all respect for these people who take advantage of a good thing. I work hard for my money and when I go to a hotel I would expect some type of security, rules and respect for fellow travelers. The front desk receptionists were very understanding and sympathetic but I am so disappointed in human behavior and the lack of respect from these young kids/teenagers. I was awake ALL NIGHT. I did call reception and walk to reception just after 11:00 pm. One older man from the "meeting room" was yelling at these kids too. total kayos. I called reception again at 6:30 am and I was in the hall asking these kids to quiet down. one of the staff finally came to my aide. I finally fell asleep at 7:00 and woke at 8:30 for the drive home ( 3 hours) I will NEVER stay here again. Rooms are clean and beautiful. but not for long.

I stayed overnight with my son. The hotel was very clean and the staff were very helpful. There was a good variety of options for the free breakfast! I plan to stay again! The hottub was excellent. The kids were all having a great time on the waterslide!

the room was nice and clean overlooking a field and when the sun was going down, it was very pretty. the bed was by far the best bed I have ever slept in at a hotel...so comfortable. the desk clerk was sweet and informed me of everything I needed

This hotel is great. Clean and comfortable. The beds are very comfy. The breakfast was great. The food was hot and the selection was good. All of the staff were fantastic. I would definitely stay here again.

We were tired and very sore. The staff came and helped unload our luggage from van to room! We didn't ask for help. They saw the need and stepped up. Kindness is so appreciated and is not even given. Here we received it in bucketfuls!

Decided to go on a little vacation with the family (3 kids 4 and under). The pool was amazing, the room was huge, and the staff was so amazing and pleasant! Breakfast was great and the gentleman serving was so pleasant and helpful.

Love the hotel- room I had (318) was awesome- 2 big TVs! Fridge and microwave and little bar area...perfect. Bed was great. Love having a real breakfast in the morning (sausage, hashbrown, etc) so a person actually has fuel for the day... they even had complementary soup and popcorn in the evening!! Only downside was the hottub was down and getting service folks and parts from Winnipeg is apparently really tough these days.... I get it.

Hotel is very clean with friendly staff. Very accommodating for our hockey team with pool and conference room to gather! Have stayed here in the past and will definitely stay again for future hockey trips!

We stayed here for a hockey tournament, which you can envision is very busy with many many kids and lots of freedom given to them. The staff were all very kind and friendly. No one seemed annoyed at the level of crazy going on in the hotel. My only comment would be that when checking in, the staff didn't direct us where to go (and I have a terrible sense of direction) and basically checked us in, not anything extra or friendliness. They weren't rude, but didn't seem overly friendly. I wish we would have known ahead of time the hot tub wasn't running, and it was empty which seemed VERY dangerous (especially as lots of kids were swimming without an adult present -- I was there to watch my kids and our team had adults present, others did not).

I have been staying at the BW in Dauphin during visits with my mother who was in a care home there. Sadly we lost our mother early March and staff at the B.W. in Dauphin became aware of it and to my surprise, the staff left a vase of live flowers in my room with a note offering their condolences. I never expected this and was touched by it. What a classy and considerate thing to do, thank you for your thoughtfulness.

My family stayed for one weekend in March for a hockey tournament close by. The rooms were clean, the breakfast was very nice and incredibly convenient, but most of all the customer service was exceptional. We had to make a few changes prior to our stay over the phone and the staff were pleasant and helpful, doing everything they could to accommodate us. Upon arrival, however, staff went above and beyond our expectations with their courtesy and kindness, amidst a very full hotel packed with adolescent hockey players. I would absolutely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for accommodations in the area. Good value for the money, which I find to be as rare as good customer service in recent years. Excellent experience.

Excellent hotel very clean and the free breakfast in the morning had lots of choices. I would recommend staying at this hotel to anyone staying in the Dauphin area. Nice big parking lot which made parking the car very easy.

First time staying at this hotel, my kids really enjoyed staying there. Loved the pool and the easy service for a hot breakfast. Will be staying here again and would recommend anyone traveling to Dauphin to stay here.

From the minute I walked in the door, the experience was amazing! From the simple personalized greeting at the front desk to the friendly staff. With hot soup ready for all guests around supper time and a great breakfast in the morning. I would highly recommend staying here if you are ever in the area.

Staff and service has always been fantastic at this hotel. The beds are very comfortable and the rooms are very spacious. Staff are always helpful and always make booking a room quick and painless. Would absolutely stay here again.

The only thing went wrong was a hockey team in the middle of the night (teens) jumping and wrestling in the room above us. The staff exceeded our expectations by dealing with them promptly. Again that was not their fault at all.

I spent a couple nights here for work and was pleasantly surprised with my stay. The room was very clean, staff was extremely professional and friendly. Fitness centre was better equipped than most hotels I've stay at which is greatly appreciated due to the frequency of travel required for my job. Also the continental breakfast was far better than most any other hotels as well. All In all of you're passing through Dauphin I'd highly suggest staying here.

Our stay at the Dauphin Best Western was, clean and excellent. They took care of the details, even having cake and cookies in the room when we arrived. If heading to this area again, we would definetly stay here!

Me and my family stayed at the hotel over the Christmas Holidays. The hotel was very clean, modern and all of the staff were exceptional....especially the staff that served us breakfast. I would highly recommend the hotel and will look forward to returning one day.

This hotel is a beautiful place. It is brand new, and was such a great stay! We had one of the bigger rooms, it was perfect for us and we really enjoyed having it and the price point was great too. Breakfast was perfect for our hockey boys, and the pool and use of the meeting room for our group was also great! Thx for the great stay BW dauphin!

Our stay at the Best Western Dauphin was great! They had very friendly, helpful staff, and the new hotel is beautiful. It was very clean and the kids loved the pool. Our team stayed there and we had access to the conference room! The pool area is kid friendly, the continental breakfast was fresh and I can't say enough about the staff. They were wonderful! Well done Best Western Dauphin!

Great BW in Dauphin. Nice greeting from friendly front desk staff. Room was clean and well appointed. Very quiet too. The beds were very comfortable with nice clean crisp sheets. The room was very clean and everything worked well. Good shower and nice breakfast in the morning.

Stayed in Dauphin, Mb for business. It's a new, beautiful facility. We had an unfortunate experience in the Thompson, Mb hotel leaving us to question our return to a Best Western. After this experience, we may reconsider.

We came to Dauphin for my son‘s hockey. Staying at this hotel made it extraordinarily good. It is truly, I think, the highlight of Dauphin. The rooms were great nice and large the bed was awesome the best pillows I've ever slept on. The staff was all super friendly and helpful.

Everything is brand new and gorgeous. Room was comfy, especially the bed. Everything was spotless. The breakfast was fantastic in terms of variety and quality. All staff were extremely professional and competent, throughout my stay. I will definitely return to this hotel. Extremely good value for the money.

New property in Dauphin - very nice overall. Enjoyed my stay even though it was only 1 night. Will definitely be back. Hot breakfast was good (omelette, hash browns and bacon). Other options were available as well. Bed was very comfortable and the room was squeaky clean. Great work by the staff - keep it up!

Pierre and Jeff are the best staff ever !! They seriously deserve a raise !! Give them a raise !! Best ever . They gave us great breakfast sandwiches and even showed us photos of their foster pets that they saved !! 10/10

Excellent hotel, I would highly recommend it to anyone! Staff were friendly and professional, and the room was gorgeous. I have not been to Dauphin before, but I do not lab on returning soon. I have also told several people that they need to go to Dauphin, they should stay here!

Stayed on the third floor above the main entrance. The wind shook something on the outside of the building hard enough that it rattled audibly all night like someone throwing stones against it. The noise was loud enough that it was extremely difficult to sleep. The building is brand new, presumably, there is something that needs to be tightened?

Staff at this hotel are very accommodating, any requests I had they acted promptly. The breakfast was amazing and the staff serving it were very kind. The variety was excellent. I would recommend this hotel

Very clean presentable rooms, friendly staff. The hot breakfast was enjoyable. The pool services were open during our stay and were an enjoyable way to relax after a long day. There was easy access to coffee and water at all times and the front desk had options for drinks and snacks. Overall it was a very enjoyable stay.

Nothing about this place disappoints!!! The staff is super friendly and always smiling. The rooms are spacious. The entire building is very bright and clean. Would highly recommend and definitely would stay here again!!

My daughter, grandson and I visited the hotel for a 2 night stay. Everything was perfect. The exceptionally clean rooms and common areas. The breakast was great. The pool awesome. The staff were so friendly and kind. Thanks for a great mini staycation.

Stayed at this hotel for a night away with friends. Virtually a brand new hotel having only been opened last year. First impressions are it is very modern and clean. Rooms are very nice and no issues what so ever. Has a pool w/water slide and hot tub. Free popcorn at the front desk for everyone was a nice little perk. A hot breakfast has returned and was excellent. Staff kept the all the food stocked and the area very clean. One employee who was taking care of all this did a fantasy job, was on the ball for everything. There is still some construction outside building a patio and bbq area which will only enhance the hotel in my opinion when completed. All in all I would recommend this hotel to everyone. They went above and beyond I would say.

We only stayed one night, but it was one of the best hotel experiences we've had, mainly because there's nothing like new! Everything worked, we had no issues, the staff were great, and the hot breakfast was a pleasant surprise. If and when we return to Dauphin, we will definitely stay here again.

This is a very new Best Western, less than a year old. It is a nice building although the details are maybe not quite as nice as other brand new BWs I've stayed at in the last few years. Still generally clean and comfortable. You walk in and it looks nice, it's a welcome sight after a long drive. I had an interesting room with 2 queens and the bathroom in the middle which was convenient when the kids went to bed... the layout created a bit of separation between us and then. It was somewhat suite-like, with two TVs but no real sitting area other than an armchair. Still, the extra space was handy to have. The room was nicely appointed although having the sink outside the bathroom was a bit awkward. The bed was more comfortable than the ones I've slept on at other Best Westerns, nice soft mattress and big fluffy duvet. It made for a comfortable sleep although with the layout of the bedroom, I slept right by the door and the sounds from the hallway kept waking me up. It wasn't that loud out there either, just that there wasn't much of a buffer between the bed and the hallway. There is a complimentary breakfast which was great, the two men serving it were super friendly and helpful, they were a real credit to the hotel. I found the coffee a bit weak but that's just me... everything else was A-OK. The breakfast room is sunny and pleasant. There is a really nice pool area, it is not huge but it is big enough and really pleasant with saltwater swimming pool and spa. There is even a waterslide which adds to the fun. The pool area is one of the best I've seen at a Best Western, I'm not normally a big hotel pool guy but this is one I could hang out in for a long time. It was a little on the messy side, lots of hairs on the waterslide stairway which icked me out a little... but apart from that it was clean and well kept. There was also a nice patio area with a grill available for use. Location is so-so, it is on the edge of town as all rural BWs seem to be. So you're close to the fast food joints around there but everything else is driving distance. Service was generally pleasant and friendly, and our stay was good value for the money. I'd come back the next time that I'm in Dauphin.

Our family of three stayed over the August long weekend. We visited clear lake and this hotel was a nice budget friendly place about 45 mins away. The room we were initially given was very noisy at night. Our room door would shake every time a staff opened laundry room door which was right across our room. The staff at the hotel was very nice and professional about it and changed our room for next day (we got an upgrade!). The maintenance manager was very friendly too. The breakfast was likely the best we've had at a budget hotel. The gentleman serving at the breakfast was super nice! Apart from the noisy room on first night, it was a great stay. I feel the service is what matter and the hotel staff really made up for that first night.

Customer service is #1! Rooms and hotel are modern, relaxing, beautiful, new and very clean - well appointed with everything you need. The hot breakfast was delicious and the service was very efficient. Wifi connection, pool, hot tub and water slides were great! , So very pleased with our experience. Highly recommended!!

We spent one night at the Best Western Plus in Dauphin on our way to Riding Mountain State Park on Saturday, July 24th, 2021. The hotel is very clean and the staff is very friendly. The location of the hotel is perfect with a big parking lot. The town of Dauphin is very pretty and easy to access from the hotel. Breakfast was good and one person from the team came to ask us if everything was fine and if we needed anything else. That is a first and we were very pleasantly surprised. We will go back because the entrance of Riding Mountain park is only 13 km away from Dauphin and it is very easy to go there for the day and then spend the night in Dauphin.

I was impressed with the friendliness of the staff. Everyone wanted to be helpful. The rooms were comfortable, clean and roomy. Loved the mattress! Would definitely suggest Best Western Plus Dauphin to friends and family.

We enjoyed our stay. Rooms/ hotel was clean friendly staff. Only complaint is the half hour swimming time slots. We understood why it was like that but we were disappointed as that was the whole reason for staying at this hotel. That is not staffs fault though so I do recommend this hotel.

Our family spent the weekend at BW plus in Daughin. Loved the cleanliness of the facilities, plus the ambience of the lobby. In the middle of a pandemic the staff were all smiling and welcoming. The pricing is very competitive and when traveling with kids, the complementary breakfast is a good add-on.

stayed in a huge king bed room with couch, was very comfortable and quiet. Black out blinds made sleeping very easy as well! also rented meeting room which was perfect for our needs, and the General Manager Timothy Spiller was amazing and was very helpful. I highly recommend this hotel for stay and meetings.

Check in was so quick and friendly. I did not want to be lingering in a crowded areal so that was a plus. The pool areas was well maintained by a hard working friendly staff member. In times of Covid people who attend sometimes forget their manners end be one rude. The person working was so gracious. I must tell you about the breakfast staff... wow. So friendly and efficient! They had people in and out and distanced so fast I could hardly believe it.

My family loves to stay at the Best Western. The staff are always super friendly and the hotel is amazing- nice and new and clean! The pool temperature could be a little warmer but my family loved the pool and waterslide and of course, the hot tub. The breakfast is top notch - lots of options!

We have travelled all over the world and can honestly say this hotel is as good as the best when all criteria are considered---friendly and helpful staff, cleanliness, room and facilities, breakfast, cost etc. Congratulations. A real credit to small town friendly Manitoba. We will definitely be back.

Our one night stay was short but wonderful. All of the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. The room was fresh and clean and the beds extremely comfortable. Since it was facing south it afforded a beautiful view of the mountain to wake up to. We were very pleased with the overall experience.

My husband and I LOVED our stay at this Best Western! We are generally drawn to these hotels because of the cleanliness, friendliness of staff and the experience. When we asked if we could see multiple rooms to decide how we could work setting up our playpen for our baby to sleep, the staff was very willing to show us another room! Very accommodating!!!

A beautiful facility with modern styling. Cleanliness is only outshined by the willingness of staff to go above and beyond. After experiencing major vehicle failure, staff made every effort to ensure we were taken care of with an extended check-out time and lunch.

Good service. Love new grab and go breakfast. The room is very nice and clean. Just a little complaint about my upstairs ... I could hear him walk every step and woke up many times because of that. Good thing he goes to bed early but he wakes up super early, at 4:30am - yes I knew all his routine because I could hear everything ! Otherwise, really enjoyed the stay and staffs are all very nice and friendly !

Great new hotel. And comfortable place to stay. The hotel is in the south end of Dauphin near McDonald's and Boston pizza and Tim Hortons. It is clean and the staff are very friendly. Breakfast ago was excellent. I would stay here again.

Very clean, spacious room. Comfortable couch in seating area of my room with King Size Bed. Pillows are fluffy, just the way I like them. No difficulty for this side sleeper. I felt I was sleeping on a cloud. I appreciated the room darkening shade on the window. Stayed during a snow storm, and I was grateful to find that the Manager, Tim, had shoveled a path along side each side of everyone's vehicles to allow easy access. You sir, are a Gem! The road to the site had also been promptly plowed before my 8:15 am departure. I was given a delicious breakfast "to go" with a hot breakfast sandwich, danish, granola bar, fruit, yogurt, and juice. Thank-you to all staff, Jen, Janett, Tim and the helpful young man who packed my breakfast. I will definitely be back!!

Good: Prompt and professional service. Clean room. Hand sanitizer available in convenient areas. Nice decor. Poor: No bed bug protector on mattress. Mattress is a BeautyRest and was very very firm. Pillows over stuffed and difficult for side sleepers. Noise travels through rooms very easily. No coffee at breakfast. Food served at breakfast needs to be better quality. Maybe keep symptomatic individuals on one floor by screening (including temp checks) on every point of entry?

The overall experience was great. Everything was clean and fresh. Beds were very comfortable and there were plenty of extra pillows and large plush towels. a large screen TV, and a beautiful view of the Riding Mountain. The staff was very courteous and helpful. Will definitely be back.

Very new hotel in Dauphin! There for work purposes and this hotel would be the best one to stay at in terms of cleanliness and safety! Since it's new too, it smells really nice! Beds are so comfortable. I like it too that they serve hot breakfast. It would be my go-to hotel in Dauphin! Staff were friendly and accommodating & helpful with our needs!

We stayed for a family trip and had a wonderful time! The rooms were spacious and clean, the pool was fantastic, but the real game changer was the staff. The man working the breakfast was so attentive and focused on customer service. Very impressed with the team and the safety regarding covid. We'll be back!

Brand new hotel. Everything was clean. Staff were well trained and did a good job. The continental breakfast was very good and the staff running it were exceptional. Rooms are nice and have a blackout curtain.

This was the second best hotel stay we have had over our years of traveling. I do not know if it is because the place is almost brand new but we loved our stay. The room was very, very nice. We really liked our bed and pillows. There was a lot of space in the room.The room was very comfortable.Great TV reception. Loved the shower and the bathroom layout. We had requested a main floor room which we got. We have stayed at a few hotels in Manitoba in the last couple of months. Every hotel has been different during this Covid time. They have made it safe but much more comfortable at this hotel than anywhere else we stayed. We were served breakfast and Chris (the person serving) was amazing. Nice, friendly, polite. He mad me a waffle and for my husband toasted a bagel. It was so nice to be able to sit at a table to eat and get to pick what we wanted to eat, not be given a bag with whatever they want to give you. Plus there was a nice variety of food. They have a pool and an outdoor patio, that were open though we did not sure them. The internet was quick. They had luggage carts. It was perfect for us. You do have to wear masks in the lobby and hallways. Cost of the room is higher than most.
