SureStay by Best Western St. Pete Clearwater Airport

My experience with sure Stay hotel was amazing. I went there with my wife unfortunately she suffered a severe asthma attack and passed away. I cannot tell you how much that the staff recognized not only my loss but the respect for privacy as I started my grieving. They actually made me feel like I was part of their family. I cannot Express in words my gratitude. For a place that sees so many people come and go on a daily basis, they really do care about their customers. As for the hotel itself it was amazingly clean, the laundry facilities were spotless, and the whole property felt like it wasn't a hotel but an actual resort. The breakfast is amazing and the variety compares to none. There are make your own waffles, English muffins, white and wheat bread, blueberry and chocolate muffins, raisin bread, bagels and cream cheese, and The toasters actually had a bagel setting so they weren't burned on both sides, multiple kinds of yogurt two kinds of cereal,and always scrambled or fried eggs, sausage or sausage patties, hash browns, and twice a week they do biscuits and gravy. The beautiful lady that sets up the breakfast is always amazing every morning and always greeted me with a smile. When I say the place feels like a resort it really does. The pool is always sparkling, the palm trees beautiful and the grounds extremely well kept. I want to recognize especially Maxine, the head housekeeper, that became a very fast friend with my wife and upon her passing was very caring for my own well-being. Jen and I love to stay at hotels. This one was Jen's favorite. I would highly recommend this hotel to anybody. The staff, the rooms, the breakfast, the customer service, the caring and Love by the staff is without compare, and are completely amazing. Best Western you should pay attention, cuz you don't have a five-star staff here, you have a 10-star staff. The manager, Shina does an amazing job leading this crew. And her and the staff of this hotel are shining stars and I hope that Best Western uses this hotel as an example for all their hotels. In Espanol.. Mi experiencia en el hotel SureStay fue maravillosa. Fui allí con mi esposa; lamentablemente, ella sufrió un ataque de asma grave y falleció. No tengo palabras para describir cómo el personal comprendió no solo mi pérdida, sino que también respetó mi privacidad al comenzar mi duelo. Había opciones para preparar tus propios waffles, *muffins* ingleses, pan blanco e integral, *muffins* de arándanos y chocolate, pan con pasas, *bagels* con queso crema (y las tostadoras tenían una función específica para *bagels*, así que no se quemaban por ambos lados), varios tipos de yogur, dos clases de cereales y siempre había huevos revueltos o fritos, salchichas (en enlace o en tortita), tortitas de patata (*hash browns*) y, dos veces por semana, servían *biscuits* con salsa *gravy*. La amable señora encargada del desayuno era maravillosa cada mañana y siempre me recibía con una sonrisa. Cuando digo que el lugar parece un *resort*, es porque realmente lo parece. La piscina siempre está reluciente, las palmeras son hermosas y los jardines están extremadamente bien cuidados. Quiero destacar especialmente a Maxine, la jefa de limpieza, quien entabló una rápida amistad con mi esposa y, tras su fallecimiento, se preocupó mucho por mi bienestar. A Jen y a mí nos encanta alojarnos en hoteles. Este era el favorito de Jen. Recomendaría este hotel a cualquiera sin dudarlo. El personal, las habitaciones, el desayuno, el servicio al cliente y el cariño y amor que demuestra el equipo no tienen comparación; son absolutamente maravillosos. Best Western debería tomar nota, porque aquí no tienen un personal de cinco estrellas, sino de diez estrellas. La gerente, Shina, hace un trabajo increíble liderando este equipo. Tanto ella como el personal del hotel son excepcionales, y espero que Best Western utilice este establecimiento como ejemplo para todos sus hoteles.

Decía que las camas eran tamaño Queen y cuando llegue la recepcionista dijo que sólo manejaban tamaño full en ese hotel, me guié por eso para escoger entre ese hotel y otro de menor valor, las fotos parecen de hotel renovado pero en realidad es un hotel viejo, mi reserva fue para 4 personas y solo habían dos toallas en la habitación, solicité más y me dijeron que no habían, el desayuno estaba regular, he tenido mejores en otros hoteles de best western
