Best Western Plus Brunswick Inn & Suites

The place was a big disappointment. Turned down the linens to go to bed and there was dried blood on the Duvet. Called the front desk at 10:30 at night and waited for a clean Blanket and changed bed ourselves. Then woke at 6:00 am to shower for we were on a time schedule and NO hot water. Husband and I took cold showers. Rushed to breakfast that was just ok. Talked to girl at front desk about no hot water and her reply was, “ Why did you not call down here and we would have put you in another room to shower.” My reply, at 6am I want to change a room to shower? The Manager is extremely unprofessional and arrogant. The Owner of this hotel needs to know what kind of people they put in charge! The manager was told when I was at the front desk that our room had no hot water by the front desk girl and seen my frustration and he posed himself as Maintenance not Manager. Avoid this hotel there are many more right in that area that are way better! Offered 30% off stay and I said we needed more than that and the girl stated we had to take that up with management later at 9:00 am and I said we would be gone way by then. She said to call management later. I did and like I said Unprofessional and Arrogant!

I am commending staff for providing remarkable hospitality, the beds were comfortable, bathrooms were clean, towels were clean, bedrooms were very well kept, (e g, furniture, including office chair, desk, television, refrigerator, and microwave were all well maintained.)

This hotel is right of of I-95 and about one hour south of Savannah. They offered everything I needed. A comfortable room, a hot breakfast, internet and free parking. The breakfast offers a variety of options and includes many types of coffee options. Food included eggs, biscuits, pancakes, waffles, cereal and toast options. You will get a better price for your room if you are a Best Western rewards member and book your room on their app. The mattress on our bed was exceptional. We had a great breakfast and got back on the road the next morning.

Affordable option if you're transiting 95. The room was clean. Breakfast options were good, and the coffee machine even provided an option for cappuccino or cafe latte. Staff was very attentive and helpful. There was one restaurant in walking distance and plenty more within an easy drive. It's worth a drive or walk through historic downtown Brunswick.

Front desk was very helpful and had a smile on his face. The rooms were clean it was close to a great restaurant. Just off the highway so it was easy access. Breakfast was hot and my daughter liked the variety of coffee mixes. Only stayed one night but would go there again

Mr. Allen, the manager was extremely helpful and caring. We had to extend our stay due to a death in the family. He went above and beyond helping us take care of extending our stay. Any time he seen us come in or leave he asked how we were and if we needed anything.

This BW is about the best I have stayed at. The staff was very friendly. At check in the front desk staff were super pleasant. Check in was fast. They have a map with all the restaurants and grocery stores in the area. The woman staffing the breakfast area was super. She kept the hot food chafing dishes filled. The asked if I needed more coffee and bused my table. The room was very clean and well done with refrigerator and microwave. Stay here if you want a great stay.

The staff was extremely pleasant & welcoming. Room was very large. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was very good - good selection & hot food was hot. Will definitely stay again at this hotel again.

This is the absolute worst best western I've ever been in. Looks more like a motel than a hotel. The bathroom looks disgusting - dirt/ grime accumulation everywhere, tub pain peeling. I asked the front desk if all the rooms look like this and was told yes. They should change the name from best western plus to best western FAIL. Booking.com had it listed as 8+rating- compared to a penitentiary maybe.

This was a very clean hotel. It felt very safe. The staff was friendly. It was quiet. The beds were very comfortable but the pillows not so much. They use the small square pillows and even though they provide four per queen bed, the pillows weren't very comfortable. That would be the only complaint, but not enough to not give it 5 stars.

Room had roaches in it; after they sprayed the room, it created more roaches. Spoke with the General Manager, what a nasty foreign guy. He would not listen and started yelling. The washer machine did not work for the entire 2 weeks of my stay.

The staff was really nice and room was very clean. Staff made us feel safe and welcomed. The halls and breakfast room were quite humid. We had a small issue with the door when leaving but the staff was attentive to fix it.

We usually stay in Best Western properties when traveling, but the Brunswick location far surpassed our expectations. The hotel had been updated a couple of years ago but looks brand new. Everything was spotless, the beds were very comfortable, the breakfast was very good and the service was excellent. Highly recommend.

Hotel was easy to find, just off 95. Room was nice but carpet smelled, it was the last room so we got a discount next day off our price, booked directly on Best Western web site . Breakfast had a lot of options . I was upset on a comment a breakfast lady made to me when I took breakfast to go, I do not eat until 10 am and took 2 yogurts and milk and a pastry .. Not very welcoming people work there . No other issues but will not stay again

The young woman at the front desk was very accommodating with my request for a "quiet room." We received a nice room on the first floor on the non-traffic side of the building. The 2-queen bed room was nicely done, even with pictures on the wall. As mentioned in a previous review, the lighting in the room is terrible. There is one standing lamp behind a chair, one light on the desk, and one lamp between the two beds. It is impossible for the person on the far side of the bed (away from the lamp) to be able to read anything with the available light. The shower was great: excellent pressure and heat. However, the tub is "missing" a grab bar on one side. That is, there should be one at each end of the tub. The breakfast room is huge, and the selection at breakfast of two meats (bacon and sausage patties) was very nice. There were lots of other things to eat, of course. The coffee was excellent. The older gentleman that "worked" the breakfast room was great!

Stayed here one night. Got a great rate using my points. Fast checkin, neat and clean room. Breakfast was fine, just very crowded. Good location near I95. Walked to Toucan's Ale house for dinner, which was nice after a long day on the road.

Front staff was very pleasant. Check in was smooth. Room was very clean. Good Wi-Fi. Very quiet. Breakfast room is keep clean and well stocked. They offered scrambled eggs, sausage, a waffle/pancake station, breads, muffins, oatmeal, yogurt, and fresh fruit. Very good hotel right off of 95.

Pleasant enough hotel if you are just looking for a place to spend the night. Rooms are clean, beds are comfortable, staff is pleasant and helpful. Full breakfast buffet in the morning is a plus. Plenty of parking in a well lit lot and several choices of places to eat.

Normally, I'd rank this as a 2.5 star hotel, but I'll give it a 3 because of the staff. Still, not much to see here. The location is good, since there are gas stations and a Dollar General down the road (though you're better off going to the Family Dollar not that far away either). There are convenience stores nearby, of course. As for the room itself, it's okay. The shower was all right, but I hate it when the water doesn't go down the drain the way it should. Why hotels don't instinctively know to pour some drain-o down the drain at least once a quarter per room doesn't make sense to me. I don't like having to ask for things, since the staff has other things to do. The floor didn't pass the white sock test either. If nothing else, the "high" beds were great for sleeping. The room size wasn't cramped and it came with a fridge and a microwave. There was plenty of parking, too. Other than that, not much to report. Dust in the corners. The TV was huge. There. That's it. Good enough for an overnight stay, but nothing more.

We were traveling from FL to NC and found this Hotel online. We didn't want to spend alot. We had to turn around to stay there and so glad we did. Check in was a breeze and we were given a detailed printed info sheet with shops and restaurants in the area but was recommended to try Tocans Restaurant in the next parking lot. The Hotel lobby and hallways were very clean and well kept. Our room was very spacious with a king size bed, which proved very comfortable, and a sitting area with a couch. There was an outside pool and fitness room plus a laundry room. Breakfast was very good. Everything was fresh and plentiful. It is the usual fare, scrambled eggs, sausage, juices, cereal. Fruit, bagels, bread, muffins, and pastries. It was very clean and well cared for. They even had hazelnut creamer, a plus for me! I was really pleasantly surprised it was only a 2½ star. I try to avoid them at all cost.

The Room was newly decorated and modern. Beds were very comfortable. Everything was Fresh and clean. Good location. Breakfast was outstanding and plentiful. Best we've encountered on the road. Staff was friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this property.

This is the third time we have stayed at this location. We stay here because it's a good stop after nine hours of driving and puts us three hours away from Walt Disney World property. We have always been impressed with the staff, the cleanliness, the very comfortable beds, and the breakfast offerings that we take advantage of so that we can jump back onto interstate 95 as quickly as possible and get to our destination. I'm happy to report that since we started staying here from the time that it opened that the quality and the service has stayed consistent. I would definitely recommend staying here as we will on our next road trip to Walt Disney World.

This was my third stay in this hotel. We had absolute GREAT experiences on our previous trips (all stays in 2022). Unfortunately, this visit was really bad. Upon entering our room there was a very bad odor. As we unpacked we noticed the bed sheets seemed damp. We thought it was because the sheets were not fully dry. After the first day we realized there was a serious moisture issue. Our clothes were damp and the smell was overpowering. I'm not sure if there was a recent piping issue or what is going on. It was not like this during our last visits. We have returned home and now I am having sinus issues. :( I do hope this issue is taken care of soon.

Our room was extremely damp on arrival, so I lowered the temperature on the thermostat to see if the AC could bring down the humidity. We kept dropping the thermostat until I woke up at 2am sweating and dropped it to 67F. Took me two hours to fall back asleep, with no help from the dreadful pillows. There's also an awful musty smell because of the damp. Clearly, there's some fundamental issue with moisture in our first floor room. We had some friends in 2nd and 3rd floor rooms and they were marginally better

Very nice except that there are no outside entrances to the rooms -- you have to trudge through the lobby and down an interior hall to your room. Our room was large, clean and comfortable. Everything worked in the room. The breakfast was very good and included eggs, bacon, sausage and biscuits. There was always a very attentive breakfast attendant on duty. In a 10 day trip across Georgia this was by far the best hotel we encountered.

Check in was a breeze in this attractive hotel. Clean clean clean. HVAC was quiet, very good night's sleep. Staff friendly, plenty of parking. Nice clean safe area. Will definitely stay here again on our travels.

A refreshing change from so many of the other corporate chains. Everything from the lobby to the elevator to the rooms was noticeably cleaner and better thought out than so many we stayed in on our 4 week road trip. Even the color scheme was prettier and less drab (why is everyone painting everything gray these days?). I love the shower, a comfy bed, and a better than average breakfast made for a wonderful stay

The bathroom had grime build up all over the tub as I couldn't let me little children take a bath and we didn't even take a shower it was that bad. Multiple hairs on shower chair, toilet rocks when you sit on it and not properly secured to floor(I'm not an obese person). The breakfast had good reviews..no the coffee was not drinkable,the eggs were not edible, the waffles were decent. They have old 70-80 Yr old cleaners that look like they can barely walk and we're sitting on their phone in room instead of cleaning properly.front desk staff on 4/22/22 said to go down the road to get bleach wipes to clean the room properly when we arrived at almost 9pm.. even the bathroom near the lobby was disgusting I guess they hire cleaners who don't care. They would not refund me or move me to a room that was properly cleaned/not in dire repair,first room was disgusting and second wasn't much better . There were multiple open rooms as well as I saw people coming way after us in the night. Booked through a third party website never again.stay away from this hotel. Wouldn't pay over $40/night for this place.

I booked four nights in two separate third party web sites. When I checked in, I confirmed that I was going to be there for 4 nights. I went out the next day and when I came back, my room key didn't work? When I went to the front desk, I was treated like I robbed the place. They could not find the second reservation at first and when they did, there was no apology. I told sternly that I should have checked in a second time? No empathy and no customer service. I am also a Best Western awards member, they did not care, they did not want to see the card, so what is the point of being a Beat Western awards member? I will never stay here again

This corner of Brunswick has lots of hotel options. Staying at the Best Western Plus was a very good choice. Clean rooms, well maintained breakfast area. Plenty of parking. Quiet rooms too! A fast and efficient front desk staff. Everything that you want from a hotel off the I-95 highway.

The Best Western Plus Inn & Suites, Brunswick had a clean, comfortable room and courteous service. ( I don't recall if they had a good, hot breakfast selection or just sandwiches to put in the microwave. We would stay here again if we're back in the area

This was a great place for an overnight stay on the way down I-95. The room was clean, quiet, and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was waffles, pancakes, and an assortment of fruits and breads. Front desk folks were friendly and efficient. I'd stay here again.

We stayed at this hotel passing through to Daytona Beach (approx 2.5 hrs away) The lobby was clean and the night clerk was very attentive and respectful. We stayed in room 330 which was right next to the ice machine/soda machine which was super convenient. It was so nice to have a working ice machine, thank you for that! So many hotels, especially because of COVID turned off their ice machines. Our room was very clean. Our bed was super comfortable. Since we got in so late we didn't get up in time to have breakfast but when we checked in the night clerk told us what was offered such as waffles, pancakes as well as the usual hotel free breakfast items which sounded like a nice amenity. The member rate was $107/ night for a king room. I would definitely stay here again.

This hotel is clean, well designed for this category. The staff were great. Really good value. Glad we gave it a try. We will consider BW again for future stays and will keep this hotel in mind on our next trip.

We always stay at this BW when we travel even thought there are many options in the general area. Wonderful staff (friendly, efficient), clean well appointed rooms, good choice of breakfast foods, easy on and off the highway.

I have had more hotels rooms in the past few years than I would like to admit. This Best Western met all of my expectations of a comfortable home away from home. The bed was very comfortable and the staff friendly. When I pass through Brunswick, will stay again

We were very pleased with the cleanliness of the motel and room. Very pleasant staff at checkin and checkout. The breakfast was great; nice selection of foods. Restaurants and gas stations were close bye Also, easy to get off and back on the highway.

First time travelling since Covid started and on our way from Canada to our place in Florida. We did not feel that health and safety protocols were being followed except for in the breakfast dining area. Cleanliness/sanitation should always be a priority. Repairs needed for sofa and box spring. Floor vibrated throughout late evening and into the morning which is a serious concern causing both of us to get motion sickness.

Hotel adequate for 1 night stay. If you need breakfast, lots of choices. Staff very friendly and helpful. Beds were fine. Our room (214) was on the shabby side. Bathroom: tarnish on towel racks, hole/water damage in ceiling, floor dirty in corners and edges, looked like some mold. Refrigerator was smelly. Beds are fine

The hotel was very clean and nicely decorated. The room was large, and the beds were very comfortable. The location was very convenient, and the price we paid was excellent! Due to COVID, the breakfast did not seem as good as others were have had at other hotel locations, but we were still able to eat breakfast there. My only concern was that the hotel website said that staff wore PPE, which was not the case. Also, guests wearing masks was not enforced. Tables in the breakfast are were social distanced however.

Easy access on off Interstate 95. Close to Brunswick and St. Simon's Island. Problems with card door locks (as did others in this hotel). Big problems with tub drains backing up into tubs with dirty water.

After reading all of the reviews on TripAdvisor, which is the Best Western Plus for our stay on the second night of travel to Florida. We were not disappointed. Check in went smoothly, thanks to Ansley, who was also helpful later on when we had questions. The lobby was clean, the room was clean and the beds were comfortable. We walked over to the Toucan restaurant only 900 feet away for dinner. The only negative thing was the coffee in the room wasn't good and neither was the coffee good in the lobby. But we do not choose our hotels based on the breakfast or coffee, we choose them based on cleanliness and a good night's sleep.

We had a room with 2 queen beds. The room itself was clean and comfortable, nothing out of the ordinary on the positive or negative side to report. The thing about this hotel that stands out the most is the breakfast. We stayed here on a road trip and it was among several hotels we experienced that week. This was by far the best breakfast! Lots of choices, including a waffle maker AND a pancake maker, fresh fruits, pre-made egg/cheese or egg/sausage/cheese sandwich options wrapped in paper, fresh fruits, assortment of beverages, etc. All fresh and replenished by a helpful staff member who stood there the entire time to assist folks. Very well done and appreciated! Friendly, efficient staff at front desk too. It was a better value, at $99, than some other hotels we stayed at for upward of $120.

Drove to Florida for Christmas at Disney and was able to book a room here with my BW points. Very nice room, easy check in. Plenty of choices for food in the area. Free breakfast not bad. Would stay here again.

The simple things made this location not as good as it could be. None of the soda vending machines were working, the TV was VERY hard to navigate through channels because of a sub-standard on-TV guide, and the bathtub was dripping. On the good side, hotel was clean, staff was friendly and breakfast was better than expected with the pandemic in full swing.

Nothing to complain about. Extremely clean; totally touchless check-in and out. Clean, large breakfast room with tables far apart. Helpful worker in breakfast room, ready to assist. Many food choices, hot and cold. Comfortable beds with many pillows. Quiet heating system.

Last night my husband and I stopped into the Best Western in Brunswick, Geargia. Upon walking in there was an older lady speaking with another guest with a somewhat attitude. Whatever, I don't know the full story. When it was our turn she just had a general bad attitude no matter how friendly we were. Again whatever, just check in and go to our room. She said we got the last room. Awesome, it's late and we're tired. Upon entering our room the first thing I did was attempt to turn the a/c down as it was hot in there. The a/c did not work. We aren't staying in a room without a/c so we need a refund and to look somewhere else. We were in the room for maybe one minute total. We returned to the front desk for a refund where she said “sorry, no refunds, it's after 4pm” (whatever that means). I told her we were not leaving without a refund and I will call police if need be. Her response was “you're done, it's canceled”. Except she didn't do anything or even look at the computer to cancel. I asked for proof which she refused. There is still a hold on my credit card for it so I guess I have to wait and see. Her name was Maryann and she was not a nice person at all, very unprofessional. We ended up at the Hilton a block away where they were professional and friendly with a nice room. No more Best Western for us.

Efficient staff, clean rooms, easy access off the interstate, nearby dining. Everything a traveler is looking for! Best Western has a great rewards program and shows it. Internet works great for business travelers. Stay here with the worry!

Checked in on a Wednesday about 5 pm. Check in was quick and easy. Checker recommended Toucan's Ale house and a 10% discount, which they honored when we picked up a take out order. Noise from the room above and a loud tv somewhere made it a bit difficult to fall asleep, plus a lot of noise the next morning as well. Not horrible, but a bit annoying. Very busy the next morning, and breakfast was somewhat limited on the hot food side of things. For an out the door price of $110 it is about what I expected.

This location was very clean and the rooms have been recently updated. The price of the room also includes a breakfast. There are also some very good locatios near by for food and a drink. Excellent place to stop

Nice placd to stay. If you're on a motorcycle, the parking is not the best. You have to park in a place where you might feel you bke security is lacking. Because I live on a low carb diet program, the breakfast didn't work for me. Most of the items were micorwave food and a waffle maker. So, the breakfast is only for those that really don't care what they eat. The bed was nice, very comfortable. I recommend you stay on the thrid floor unless you don't care about all the noise you will get from those above you.

This motel is in a nice location but seems to be going down hill quickly. Have had multiple good stays but the last couple visits this summer have been disappointing. AC not working in breakfast area for two weeks making it miserable. Noisy toilets. Parking lot always filled with trash from lazy guests. It's a shame given the convenient location to highway and to restaurant/bar. I may give them one more chance but things have changed for the worse.

This is probably the best Best Western I have stayed at. It is very clean and has a good breakfast included. Pricing was very competitive. We stopped halfway on our drive down to Florida and probably will make this our go to place!

We have stayed here several times in the past. It is convient in our return trip from Virginia. Staff is always friendly, rooms always clean. The guy that helps with breakfast in the morning is great too!

Stayed at Best Western Plus 7-19 thru 7-21 chose Best Western after a stay the night before at a Motel 6 which was a drug haven I wanted a safe clean place for my wife to feel safe and secure Best Western provided both. Clean well equipped rooms great breakfast 24 hour service .Will make Best Western my go to stay for all future trips

We have stayed at this BW location multiple times. This will be the last time. We arrived on Thursday. I reserved 2 rooms for 4th of July weekend for work. Both of the rooms had no cold water. The water in the sink and shower were either very warm or scalding. We asked management about it. The nice person at the front desk said that she could get maintenance to look at it in the morning or she could change our rooms. We said in the morning would be fine, we needed to get to bed so we could start our early morning. Maintenance came and did not fix the issue, but when we called the hotel they told us it was fixed. When my husband went down to the front desk to let them know, the rude female at the desk informed my husband that we could check out or she could give us another room. We have had problems with this same person before making a smart comment and she is still working here. We could not get our things moved to the other two rooms before housekeeping was trying to come in and clean the room that had no cold water, so they could rent it out to someone else. While my husband was back and forth at the front desk, he heard another man at the desk complaining that there was not cold water in his room. They obviously have an issue and my husband overheard them talking about it like they knew what the problem was, but were not in any hurry to fix it. Oh yes and the handicap railing in the bathroom was coming away from the wall where they did not find a stud in the wall to screw it to. The beds are comfortable.

Overall the hotel is still serving it's purpose though it is starting to show it's age. bedspreads worn, furniture soiled and dinged up, just general need for an upgrade. Third floor ice machine out of order with all indications that it has been that way for a long time. No way to run a hotel. Breakfast seriously lacking. Other similar businesses have found better ways to provide a better meal such as cafeteria style.

Great place to stay. Staff has always been polite and it is very convenient to where you need to go. The beach is close, as is College of Coastal Georgia, as well as several restaurants and places to shop.

My fiancé and I booked here for a weekend getaway. The hotel was clean and the staff was exceptionally friendly! For the price I was definitely impressed with this hotel and we will definitely be looking at coming to stay again!!

Good location, quiet rooms. Could use updating of furniture in the room. Pull out couch was frayed on the edges of the cushions. The leatherette footstool was frayed on the edges and a couple of holes on top. The fitted bed sheet had small holes in the middle. Everything was very clean though.

Traveling down I95 we decided to hunker down near Brunswick. The Best Western was easy to find. The room was clean and large. The staff was friendly and helpful. One negative... we didn't like the fact that people down the hall could see into the bathroom when the door was open. Overall I still would recommend.

Rooms were clean with plenty of hot water. Lady at the desk that checked me in was very helpful. They also have a free breakfast each morning all for under 100 dollars. Great location and well lighted outside for safety.

The room appeared to be clean and well cared for. My problem was with the breakfast room. It was a disaster from covid safety standpoint. Guests were handling everything including equipment and were jammed into an L shaped area. It did not appear that any attention was paid to keeping this service covid safe. I saw nothing different that the usual manner of service. I was very upset and disappointed with the breakfast room situation.

Have stayed at this hotel several times traveling to visit family. Was a positive experience, comfortable and clean room. Staff was friendly and efficient. A restaurant within walking distance is good too.

Advertises as a new hotel. 2009 is not new. It was just an average room. Adequate for the night and location was decent. Pillows should be replaced. Should have stayed at the Hampton next door. Check in person was behind a shield but did not have a mask on.

I was driving and needed a hotel for one night. This Best Western was really nice. The hotel was clean and updated, the staff friendly and helpful. My room was comfortable and clean. There was a refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker. The bathroom was nice. I didn't eat at the breakfast buffet in the morning. The internet was fine. I would stay at this hotel again.

We had a King room with sofa bed, which was impeccably clean, and had good space and furnishing. There was a decent basic breakfast, given the limitations of COVID-19. There were signs all over asking people to maintain social distancing, there was a plexiglass barrier at Reception, and good spacing of tables at breakfast, but there was no masking requirement. Our problem was with the hotel not wanting to honor the rate shown on our emailed confirmation, which was $25 less than the rate the hotel was trying to charge. I showed both the evening desk clerk and the morning desk clerk the emailed reservation confirmation sent by the hotel itself, which showed the rate for the room I booked over the internet. It took over an hour of discussions both on the night of check-in and on the morning of check-out. In the morning, the desk clerk said she just wanted to call her Manager, who she was certain would authorize her to adjust the rate, based on the email confirmation I showed her. However, he told her to phone Best Western, and they were not answering her call. We were trying to get an early start on our long day's drive, and were instead stuck waiting well over half an hour at checkout. I showed the morning clerk that when I went into Trip Advisor and checked for rates, again I was offered the discounted rate that I accepted the previous day. It is strange that the desk clerk the previous evening confirmed the correct rate, but the wrong rate showed up the next morning. AND it is inexcusable that the Manager did not immediately authorize the morning desk clerk to make the rate adjustment. There was a Joyce Levine staying at the hotel last night, and the hotel was confusing us, since my last name is Levine. But since I had already set the record straight the previous night when the desk clerk called and asked to speak to Joyce, this is also inexcusable. This hotel need to clean up its act.

This property is very well maintained, clean, and has coffee or hot chocolate available in the lobby at all times. The staff is courteous, polite, and talkative. The room was also clean, comfortable, and well furnished.

Check in was easy. The room was nice. The mattress was comfortable but the pillow was terrible. Used the express check out. Make sure you asked about directions. There was no where on the app to click for directions. Our gps directed us to the wrong exit and then took us through every road (maybe a slight exaggeration) in Brunswick. It took 30 minutes to find our hotel.

We were staying in the area for a night and this hotel was in a good location. The girl checking us in was friendly and polite. It was a short drive to St. Simons to see a few sights. The room was comfortable and clean enough, but the water pressure in the shower was terrible. The heating/cooling unit was a little noisy but not a deal breaker. We had to leave early so did not get any breakfast. We would stay here again if in the area.

We stopped here on our way back home. Very conveniant location. Nice, clean and quiet rooms. The check in and check out was fast and easy. The staff was friendly and professional. We would definetly stsy here again.

Best Western Plus held up to all of its advertised commitments. Everything was very clean and everyone was polite. Without having reservations we were able to pull up and check in within 5 minutes. The served their complete breakfast line.

I did a search for inexpensive hotels in the immediate area and Best Western was the lowest price. I was therefore quite surprised to find such a nice facility and room. Very surprised. The bed was a bit soft, perfect for me. Very comfortable. The room was quiet, the bathroom facilities quite nice. Thank you.

We've stayed at this property more than a few times in the past, and specifically try to stay there whenever we're en route to or from Florida. Rooms are always nice and fresh, year after year. Lots of restaurants withing 5 minutes,and the front desk has a list with directions. One of the better COVID-limited breakfasts I've encountered.

Front Desk Staff, Victoria is a Joy to see everytime we stay here. She always makes sure we have what we need. Breakfast is standard but is good quality. Yogurt, bagels, muffins, pastries, breakfast sandwiches and a waffle maker. Coffee is not so great and could be better but at least they have it. However, there are several Dunkin Donuts in the area and they have GREAT coffee!!!!

With all the hotel options in the area you would think we would have had a better stay. My wife and I are both retired military combat disabled veterans...My wife has a SMALL Service Dog. We booked this hotel 2 months prior to our arrival 2 adults, 2 grandchildren headed to Disney for a week, upon check in Maryann at the front desk thought she was the Enforcer of the ADA! She literally asked my wife what my disability was...which is illegal; she is ONLY allowed to ask what service the dog provides. Maryann then proceeded to tell us how she worked for an agency that supplied service dogs to veterans world wide and she knew all about service dogs. Then she informed my wife the dog Must be with her at all times and can't be left in the room unattended...it's a service dog, the animal is Always with her!!! Her comment to my wife was "four on the floor". Meaning the animal must be on the ground at all times...her dog is 6lbs she carries him so not to be stepped on...he provides the support she needs! My wife would not confront her on this as it was a long trip and grand kids were tired. We got up to room and no linens for pullout couch, called Maryann and we have to go back to front desk to pickup linen, then walk to housekeeping to see if they have pillows and blankets. Got pilllows..No blankets...really? We booked 2 months in advance, my spouse and grandkids are checking in and you make them go back/forth to get basic linen and NO blanket!!! Why can't extra linens be in closet like other hotels? This is a Plus hotel? Positive note...hotel was clean...all other personnel were super friendly! Breakfast Attendant was the sweetest! We will Never stay here again.....my wife was so upset!

Very nice motel in a great location. Easy off and on from the 95 yet quiet. Walking distance to restaurant bar. Clean, well kept rooms. Friendly staff. Good breakfast. We have stayed here a couple times now & will be back.

I arrived late & went straight to bed. The next morning when getting ready to shower I found there was a dirty rag in the bathtub. Looking further I see hair in the bathtub walls, shower curtain, etc. I was provided another room to shower & they gave me a discount and I appreciate that... I would have rather paid full price for a clean room.

Clean, modern and a great place to stay! We will stay again! We just switched from another hotel chain, and we are happy we did. Close restaurants! And gas stations, this is a great exit to stop for an overnight stay.

This is the noisiest hotel that I've ever stayed in. You could hear every mechanical component(HVAC, plumbing and electrical) in the place. In addition, we could here every noise, and I mean every noise, made by the party beside us. We got, maybe 2 hours sleep all together. The walls of this place must be constructed of rice paper. At 3:45 am the front desk offered to have us change rooms(what was the point) or they could ask the couple next to us to tone down the noise. Tone down average level noise? Later the manager offered to comp me $20.00 for the lost nights sleep. Later, when I followed up on this they refused(lied). Bottom line, this is the worst hotel experience of my life, what was really disappointing was the lying afterward. P.S. If you should choose to stay at this facility, avoid room 115 at all cost!

We've been staying in Brunsick GA on our way to family for years and while this property itself is clean and comfortable and worth the $, the staff, while pleasant can be a challenge in getting your bill correct the first time. Eventually it gets done but it shouldn't involve phone calls and attitude in the process.... Sometimes its worth the extra travel time to stay in Richmond Hill.

We have stayed at this Best Western a few times over the last few years. It's because of its location off from 95 and we are a rewards member. The front desk employees are never welcoming or very pleasant. The lady in the breakfast room is delightful and very helpful..

I recently stayed at the Best Western Plus Brunswick Inn & Suites. It is very close to the beach at St. Simons Island, GA. It was a very close and easy drive. I chose this hotel due to the price and location, both were great! The staff at this hotel were all very friendly and helpful. The room was very nice, comfortable, and very clean. The check in was extremely quick and easy. The free breakfast in the morning was great. The breakfast staff member was extremely friendly and very helpful and attentive to all guests needs. I will definitely stay here again!

Stayed overnight for business. Check-in was quick, Front desk very friendly. Room was extremely clean, bed very comfortable. I travel a lot for work, and it was nice to not have a lot of outside noise. Very quiet. I highly recommend this hotel, and maximum stars! Will definitely be coming back.

Nice quite hotel very pleasant staff rooms are very clean, nice outside pool and a nice gym the room rate is fair. Close to good restaurants the Ale House restaurants just down the street. Convenient to Saint Simon's Island and the beach.

On our way to Florida we did a stop at this hotel. It was clean, quite, and convenient. Staff was very nice. Breakfast was good hot foods and cold. Little bit more price than I expected but usually we are towing a trailer and camp so its sticker shock I guess. Seems like the are close to price with other hotels in area. No indoor pool. Free wifi and HBO.

Driving through the area on our way to Florida. Have never stayed at a Best Western before, but we'll consider this option in future travels. Clean room, very comfortable bed, friendly staff, lots of choices at breakfast. Only complaint was that we couldn't get the TV remote to work. Could be a problem for some people!

No hot water in the shower until someone else in the hotel turned theirs off, then scalding. Temperature controleer did not work. Front end staff was indifferent and cold. Made me feel like I was bothering her.

This place was perfect! Nice Decor, place is well maintained, clean, smelled good! Nice Front desk person, Bed was great, it was quiet and they said they were full, so that's pretty special! The only thing is the water pressure was a little low and at first we thought there was no hot water, but it came :)

We stopped at this Best Western on our way to Florida. The staff were pleasant and welcoming. The hotel is clean. Our room was clean and well maintained. The bed was super comfortable. I would come back again just to sleep on this mattress. The breakfast was what we expected. Will definitely stay here again. Easy to find off the Highway.

We just loved every employee that we encountered in Brunswick. They were all so welcoming and accommodating. The bed was heavenly, the breakfast was delicious, and there was no noise so we slept like babies. We were able to walk over to the Toucan Ale House for a bite to eat. The food was great and it was nice to be able to walk over after being in the car for ten hours.

I had a business trip in Brunswick, unfamiliar with the area. I just needed a simple room with breakfast. this hotel was excellent in my book. no complaints. friendly staff, exceptional breakfast, clean. I would have stayed there again but they increased the rate and I am on a strict budget. but this hotel is great. good work best western

We found this location on our way down from SC to Orlando, and then stopped there again on our way back. It's exactly halfway, and rather than struggle through 9 hours of holiday traffic, we opted to break up the trip. The hotel (like other Best Western Plus locations we've been to) is up-to-date, clean, spacious, and well-maintained. It's also a good deal if you would rather not spend more $ on the "no-free-breakfast" Marriott brands, or suffer the lesser quality of "Quality Inn" level accommodations.

Great service especially at breakfast. Always greeted professionally. Have stayed here several times when traveling on vacation and like this one as one of the best to stay at. The front receptionist is great too.

It was an easy access to Rt 95 as we were heading south.... there were warm cookies to great you..... the room was clean with a comfortable bed... there was good water pressure in the shower... the staff was very Friendly and helpful... I was glad that a hot breakfast was included

My room was clean, bed very comfortable, room was dated but for one night who cares. My room was ground floor facing main street and freeway so there was traffic noise. Staff friendly, very good hot breakfast with lots of choices.

We arrived late at night around 11pm. It is an easy on/off of I-95. This location needs updating in the lobby and eating area. The room was just ok. It was sold out, but we had reservations. They have is an accessibility room. Which made it difficult to shower the kids as the shower head was handheld. Breakfast wasn't al that great compared to other hotels we stayed at on our road trip to Florida. But for the price I guess you get what you pay for.

I stayed at this property Thursday the 7th of November on a one night stay business trip. This is a very nice hotel that puts the guest first. Hotel was well maintained, staff was very attentive and breakfast was good. I would recommend this hotel and I will stay my next time in Brunswick, GA.

I had a great stay at this best western and room was really cleaned and breakfast was really nice with choices of pancakes and waffles. Internet was really fast. Hotel staff was really helpful and knowledgeable.

its seldom that u cannot find anything wrong with a hotel but this time was one of those times. we stayed on a quiet 1st floor and it seemed like we were the only ones around. plenty of bath counterspace for his and hers, spacious room, close to restaurants, great breakfast and special kudos to the little breakfast hostess who went out of her way for everyone. anyone who did not leave this lady a gratuity ought to be ashamed. that's customer service. front desk excellent too.

Had an issue at check in and using my card. The lady at front desk had a really smart mouth and was t really helpful at all. At one point she made the statement that “she couldn't stand outside my room all night to make sure I paid when I checked out. I'm not sure what that was about....”

We enjoy the Brunswick Best Western Plus as a stopover on our way to Florida. Tucan's is next door, a fabulous bar & grill and Willie Jewell's has teriffice BBQ across the street. Seconds from I-95 and gas stations, this place has all of the traveling amenities we need. The rooms are spacious, modern & clean with a very large flat screen TV. Bathroom soaps and shampoos are good quality and the staff is helpful 24/7. Decent hot/cold breakfast buffet with lots of clean tables and custodial staff ensuring the area is clean and organized. Great place to stay and we will continue to make it our go to stop for the night.

Clean, quiet, no smell in the rooms, convenient to highway, I pulled over when I got tired and found the nearest hotel and was there five minutes later. There were many restaurant options in the area as well.

We called for a late check in, after on the road & finally getting to the hotel after midnight we checked in with 2 adults & 1 (17) child. We made resv. weeks prior. We arrive & the 2nd bed (pullout couch) wasn't made, there were no sheets, pillows nor blankets. Went to the front desk & the young lady apologized & stated we don't have any pillows left but I can get you sheets & a blanket. 6 hours later we get up & took a shower, discovered the room had mold in the bathroom. Went to the front counter, MaryAnn was extremely HOSTILE, DISRESPECTFUL, & DEFENSIVE stating no one complained last night. She ARGUED with us that she was there all night, we continued to explain that she wasn't there when we checked in. Even went to our resv. to see when we checked in and said yea I wasn't here, exactly what we said. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE WHAT SO EVER. DISGRACEFUL. We stated that our room needed to be changed because of the mold & we haven't requested a handicap room. MaryAnn stated not in her hotel. She said show me, we did and there it was MOLD. MaryAnn said THAT'S ON US & they would fix it. MaryAnn stated that we need to call Expedia and cancel our resv. & rebooked with a new room. Which was wrong according to Hotel.com. What!! just change us out the room with MOLD. My spouse called Hotels.com which we told MaryAnn we used, the room was already paid for so if we canceled, we would have to pay a higher rate and we wouldn't get a refund. All we needed was a room change from the MOLDY ROOM. MaryAnn even had to go verify the mold was there. I waited at the counter until my spouse came back. After going back and forth with MaryAnn I asked to speak to the manager, she stated I'm calling him. I called Best Western Corp. & as I were explaining this horrible incident to them I walked back into the hotel, overheard MaryAnn speaking to someone about how, “irritate we were, she tried to help us, we booked through a 3rd party, she asked us to leave, we refused, she already called the police.” I said WHAT, WE NEVER TALKED ABOUT LEAVING!! We simply asked to be moved to a room without MOLD. She fabricated the entire story to the owner to FORCE us to leave instead of MOVING US TO A DIFFERENT ROOM. REALLY!! I HAVE NEVER BEEN TREATED LIKE THIS. IS THIS BECAUSE OF MY PIGMENTATION. She yelled at me, get the HELL out of my HOTEL, all while I had the customer service rep on the phone Eric, he said I can't believe this, SORRY. He heard all of this & apologized however an apology is NOT going to suffice.

I reserved with a church group. I'd called to try to change my reservation due to death in the family, the clerk was rude and unhelpful. I got in late to find dirty linens on the bed and dust everywhere. My husband was putting away his clothes and a roach crawled out of the drawer. The next morning I asked that all of the linen and accessories be changed. The clerk said she'd let the staff know. I returned from church to find the same dirty linen on the bed. I took the dirty linen to the clerk who was rude when she took it and replaced it with another soiled blanket. This will be the last Best Western we ever stay at.

Drove up from Florida's Gulf Coast headed for New England. Hotel is just of I-95. Was able to get a King size in an Executive Suite. Very nice, very reasonable, great breakfast. Great night, will stop here again.

My husband and I were visiting the area for a family event and arrived later than we planned. We had stopped at two other hotels which were both booked up and someone suggested we try the Best Western. Fortunately for us we booked the last room available which turned out to be a blessing. The room was clean, the beds very comfortable, the staff helpful. Next morning the breakfast selections were good and the breakfast lady was pleasant and helpful. Got a nice AAA discount too!

I checked in to the Best Western Plus Brunswick Inn & Suites, 126 Venture Drive, Brunswick GA 31525 on Tue 11 Jun 2109 with a reservation for the next two nights. The remote for the TV did not work and we could not dial a local number from the room phone. We left the hotel early on Wed 12 Jun to handle the affairs for my mother's funeral. Upon returning, we learned that the hotel had checked us out (our room keys didn't work), even though our suitcases were still in the room. The front desk (Mary Ann) reprogrammed our keys, and we were able to get back into our room. Later on Wed, I went downstairs and made a reservation for my daughter (Mary Ann was still at the desk) for Thurs-Fri (13-14 Jun). Because of our experience on Wed, I re-verified my daughter's reservation two more times. My daughter arrived at hotel the around 2300 on Thursday night. Whitney was at the front desk. My daughter told Whitney that she had a reservation, and that her dad (me) was in the hotel. Whitney told my daughter that she had no reservation and that her dad (me) was not in the hotel. My daughter call and woke me up, and I walked down to the front desk and showed Whitney my room key. Whitney then called the Manager (Mr. Allan Allen). After approximately 20 more minutes, Whitney issued the room keys to my daughter. The remote for the TV in my daughter's room did not work, nor did the room phone. From my daughter's room, I called Mr. Allan Allen at 912-580-0628 from my cell phone to express my dissatisfaction with how his staff had treated my daughter; and requested the appropriate compensation. He said that there was nothing he could do and advised me to "call corporate". On 14 Jun, I checked out of this hotel early because of your unsatisfactory service. I "called corporate" and logged my complaint with Kayla (employee # 16925) at 1507 hours. Kayla provided me with a customer care file number and advised that Customer Service would call back after investigating. On 15 Jun, Mary Ann (from Best Western Plus Brunswick GA) called me and attempted to explain what happened. I communicated that I knew what happened because I was at the front desk at witnessing it. No one else from Best Western Customer Service contacted me. On 22 Jun at 1030 hours, I contacted Darius at Best Western Customer Care. He said the case was closed since Mary Ann had called me back. I remain dissatisfied. This experience contributed undue stress to my family during our time of bereavement. I have worked for the US government for over 40 years and have traveled worldwide. This was the poorest customer service I've ever received.

Came in late in the evening and on arriving in the room it reeked of cigarette smoke. Called the front desk and asked for another room and was informed that there were no other rooms and that there was no way it smelled like smoke because if someone had smoked it would have set off an alarm and that we were probably smelling the new carpets. Once I insisted that I could tell the difference between new carpet smell and smoke she reluctantly stated she would be up. She showed up some time later with a spray bottle of air freshener and tried to convince us it was not that bad while spraying the supposedly new carpet with the air freshener. We asked for a refund and went across the street to the new La Quinta (which was much nicer, less expensive, and ironically DID smell like new carpet, a huge improvement from the prior room). Would not waste my time here.

Newly furnished, new carpets, quiet, very clean, comfortable beds, a/c operated by thermostat on wall. Right off I-95, efficient check-in and check-out. Good breakfast with scrambled eggs, sausage, and bacon and a conscientious attendant. I took away a star because the coffee was weak and there was no half and half, only artificial creamers. Ended up using 2% milk from the cereal area. We would definitely stay here again.

Great hotel. Just renovated, close to highway, restaurants, gas. A few minutes from St. Simon's & Jekyll Islands. Room was clean, bed very comfortable, nice flat screen TV. Breakfast was good plus there is an assistance to help you with dining questions and clean up. We will continue to stay at this hotel.

Brunswick is on the mainland near St. Simon's Island. This hotel is just 10 minutes from the island. There is also a nice bar/restaurant close, Toucan's. The hotel was accommodating. We stayed in a regular room, but understand there are more equipped ones available. Only one elevator, but is quick. The breaskfast is a full assortment, with a staff member to assist and wait upon your needs. It is convenient to reach from the exit. Will stay there again if we need to at any time.

We stayed at Nest Western Plus in Brunswick, Ga on our way home from NC. The hotel was wonderful! the service was great! The room was clean and everything worked as it should! We will definitely stay there again during our travels!

Was in town for an overnight business trip. The staff was very professional, the property was very clean and easily found, the room was very clean, no hassle checking in or out of the hotel. I highly recommend this property.

Gal at check-in desk could work on guest attitude relations... maybe smile and not sound like a recording with the check-in litany. Breakfast coffee was awful "instant mix" stuff... why? Internet awful! Constant dropped connections... makes a difference... this is simply a cost cutting thing... signs of times too come probably. Signage... just head for the Waffle House sign and you will be there. Brunswick needs some upgraded hotel stock or new entries. All are getting tired! Best place to eat... the Millhouse Steakhouse! Year after year!

It was a great roadside hotel with excellent room, adequate amenities and good values.Better than average breakfast room. While Brunswick town did not have many attractions,the area's Islands were interesting places to visit.

The hotel building is very modern, everything in it is really very nice. There was only one problem - it was hard to find it from the highway 95, I would really recommend to add some signs with the directio to the hotel. Not far from Saint Simmons Island,off 1-95. A lot of shops & restaurants not to far..Beds ok,A/C was very loud & cold.Breakfast decent just a little late for us,we like to get on the road early. We waited for this now.6:30 we usually don't.

Rooms were very clean, smelled fresh and the staff was friendly. The breakfast was ok, I would probably opt to go somewhere if I had it to do all over again. The location is excellent and close to everything.

Easy check in. Staff efficient and helpful. Friendly greeting coming and going. Ample room with very comfortable beds. Room made up daily. Amenities refreshed daily. This property was a very good value. Property was also located in an excellent spot and was a great base for seeing the Georgia coastal lowland sights.

We've stayed in Best Western hotels across the country and this was the worst. Bed creaked and rocked so bad when rolling over I thought springs were breaking. TV stations faded in an out and there was no hot water in the morning. For what they charged it was definitely not worth it. I wasn't even asked how our stay was when checking out. I had to tell them I wasn't happy. I don't think this hotel meets corporate standards.

I have stayed at this property a number of times traveling the I95 corridor. I have learned to book this place way in advance. Clean, quiet and consistently a good place to stay. I am usually a solo female traveler and feel safe here. Breakfast is always good with an assortment of breakfast offerings.

The hotel was clean and the front-desk staff very friendly. The hotel is rather new, so just walking on the floor created an echo in the room. Upon our arrival, the neighbor next door did not like our entering the room and banged on the wall. It was 6:30 pm! The beds were OK. They are on platforms and my son had to slide off of the bed, which always sounded like he was falling onto the floor. I am sure it was loud for the people below us. But that is a design flaw in the hotel, not a problem with our stay. The hot breakfast was good and the attendant very friendly and helpful, a plus when traveling with a child.

If you're en rooute to (or from) Florida on I-95 Brunswick is a convenient overnight stop--and this BW is a great place to spend the night. It's our third or fourth time stopping there, and it's always a pleasant experience. Nice clean rooms--well maintained--good breakfast and several restaurants within walking distance if you're tired of driving. Even though close to the Interstate the rooms are nice and quiet.

I pulled this hotel off a Priceline referral on Google while traveling from Buffalo to Florida. It was much better than we anticipated for the money, which was very reasonable, and we found it clean and comfortable. The free breakfast was an added plus. We would definitely stay there again.

We always stop at this hotel on our way home from Disney because we know we will welcomed to a clean room and a wonderful service with a hot breakfast in the morning before heading at the door for them remaining 800 miles ahead us!

Mattress poor; sirens all night; breakfast bar food was cold; no indoor pool or jacuzzi; lobby uninviting lacking a lounge area to relax...... room was neat and clean; gentleman tending breakfast bar was conscientious about keeping area clean.

The hotel was well situated and was clean. Staff were fine ... not overly friendly but polite. Breakfast was a reasonable choice. The only issues, which were not major, were that there was a youth group staying so the breakfast room was very busy and noisy and we were accosted in the parking lot by someone with a sob story about needing 12 dollars ... an obvious con artist who was polite when we refused but it made us very wary and was not the fault of the hotel.

I didn't feel super safe at first as it was not well lit walking in. When I went to get in my bed there were Dorito crumbs on the sheets. I called and the manager was very nice and changed the bedding for me. The room had a mildew smell. At 3am the trash collectors collected the trash and the loud bang woke me up. My teenager couldn't fall asleep as I don't think he felt comfortable. It just wasn't worth the 129 a night I paid. This was worth about a 70 a night type room. The location was nice and close to the highway.

I chose this Best Western because of its location to I95 but also because the Toucan Ale house is right next to it. And I like that restaurant. I like a hotel. Motels are OK but I like the structure of a hotel. This Best Western is very well maintained and smells clean. Breakfast is served here and is very good and fresh. This trip, however, there was no meat with the eggs which disappointed me. The breakfast room staff woman was very kind, helpful and friendly. The clerk at the desk, Mary Ann, was also very friendly and helpful. I'll be back.

The staff at this hotel were the most pleasant, helpful and the breakfast the next morning was lovely. We stayed at three different hotels on our trip to the States and this was the best hotel of all and that includes Universal! If I am ever to go back to the States again I will stay at a Best Western Plus!

Friendly staff, quite location, very clean, upscale from typical Best Western. We had advance reservations so we were welcomed and ready to move right in our room. Next time we travel I-95 to/from SW Florida we will stay there.

What a nice place to stay. One of the flea set places we've stayed in a while. Great price for the area and a great breakfast as well. If your on interstate 95 heading north of South you will have no regrets if you stay at this Best Western

The staff were pleasant. I arrived with my family, my sister and her family, and we were placed in a room across the hall from them. Their room was nice. The AC was cold, and it smelled clean. Our room felt damp, smelled musty, and it was too hot. The AC was on low, so we turned it up to high and went to bed, figuring it would take time for the room to cool off. It was slightly cooler when I got up at about 2:00 am, but still hot and smelly. I couldn't sleep, but didn't want to wake everyone up to change rooms at that point.I took a shower, but with no bathroom fan and an AC unit that didn't remove mousture, the room just got more damp. I found a big moldy spot beside the dresser and realized that the AC problem in the room was not new. Reading reviews confirmed that the room was rented out even though the hotel was aware of the problem (because I read how other reviewers had reported it from the same room). It makes me angry that I couldn't sleep and emerged from the hotel smelling like mildew, when the room shouldn't have been offered to guests in the first place. My husband and sons also complained of poor quality sleep and the smell.Also, both soda machines were out of order. I had to go to the hampton next door to get a coke. My sister's stay was very good according to her. The breakfast buffet was excellent, and the woman who manages it is a model employee. This was my first stay at a Best Western. We stopped on a road trip to sleep, and I was unable to sleep, so the value just wasn't there for me. Breakfast was great, but with so many other nearby options, many for less money, I can't imagine staying again.

We had 2 Queen beds since that was the best deal, so we had our own beds. The room was clean and they were accommodating with early check in and immediately sending maintenance to fix air conditioner, but the front desk was ready to move us if it wasn't a quick fix. The switch was just jammed but he cleared it and we were good to go.

This is an older hotel that has been redecorated poorly. The positives are good internet, tv, and soft bed. The negatives are the AC which does not conform to the actual temperature. Also the decorating is terrible. Breakfast was fine, but could use more fruit. The shampoo and conditioner was tiny and only good for one person and poor quality. Overall it was OK for one night, but below our recent BW stays at the other chain locations.

This hotel was clean and best it did the job for an overnight stay. The front desk staff was very helpful in the check-in process. While checking in the printer was not working properly and could not get the receipt. Well she was about to bring it to the room but we were walking out five minutes later to go eat. Outstanding service.

I have stayed before and once again was so impressed by the staff and cleanliness. Great breakfast. Hats off to the manager of the breakfast room. Hot coffee 24/7. Just a pleasure to stay. Right off I95, terrific place to stop before heading home.

The bed is placed within inches of the air conditioner, which means you have cold air blowing up your nose all night. Why? The room is massive—big sitting area! So rearrange the furniture! Not sure if this applies to all rooms, but it is so in room 303. Also, the carpet is wet under the AC. Staff probably isn't aware of this, but guests walk on their bare feet. Yuchh. Rated 2, not 1, because all else was OK. But I'll not be back.

The hotel was easy to get to. The whole place was oddly narrow, but the room was quite attractive. Unfortunately the narrowness meant if you were sharing the room and so much as a closet door was open, you had to wait for that door to be closed to get wherever in the room you were going. The room was very clean. Our main problem was with the way the hotel handled a problem with the people next door. The first knock on the door, we opened it and there was a kid there who seemed to have gotten the wrong room. No problem, except that the door banging continued and we were tired, having been on the road for hours. We eventually called the desk and staff said they could see them on camera and did come up to speak to them. The problem guests were the children of the family next door who claimed they weren't doing it. Eventually, the banging on the hallway door stopped, but the noise continued as things were dropped, thrown or banged into in the room next door (we couldn't tell which). It was impossible for either of us to sleep more than a little. The next morning we asked a staff member why they weren't moved and the staffer said there was nowhere else for them. We realized we were putting her on the spot and she was working hard with no authority over the situation so we let it go. The hotel needs a way to deal with guests who create problems for other guests. It would appear that these guests right to not control their kids was worth more to the hotel than ours to get a night's sleep. If they had no where to move them and for some reason couldn't ask them to leave, we should have been comped at least part of the cost of our room. Then there was breakfast. Let's just say choices were limited and off we went to find breakfast. The room was nice, the staff did their job but it was not a good experience.

This was my first time staying at a Best Western Plus (8-11-18) and I must say I was very impressed. The room was excellent and the amenities great. The staff was friendly. The breakfast buffet the following morning was excellent! Ms. Pat was one of the friendliest breakfast room directors I have ever come across during my travels. All in all, an excellent stay and when I come back to the St. Simon's area again, I will stay again. (P.S. Not far from St. Simon's beach--10-15 min, ride.)

Nothing Special but clean and comfortable. The breakfast did include eggs and sausage although they were microwaved. Hot coffee and hot water (for tea and cocoa) are available all the time and there is single serve coffee int he room. A little outdated but a good value.

We stopped for one night at the Best Western so we did not have to drive all the way home. It was OK - nothing special. The hotel is pretty dated. Definitely book through Priceline - the prices were about $30 less for the same room!

I had late check out which was noon. Bob from housekeeping would not stop knocking on my door even with the do not disturb sign. He kept saying this was his last room, I don't care if its your last room to clean you're knocking on my door even before regular check out time. The front desk lady only kept saying sorry. I don't need someone knocking on my door while I'm trying to shower and change. Worst service from a hotel! The front desk people when i checked in were nice no problems there. The bed was firm and pillows were so small. The AC was sooo noisy and walls were soo thin!

Stop over with family, very nice, "safe" location, super clean, breakfast staff was absolutely superb, food was fine, rooms very nice, very nice rooms, super clean too, looks new, but I do believe the property is 8 years old, but maintained awesome

We made reservations at this Best Western for a quick getaway. We are Platinum Best Western Members so we usually stay in a Best Western and have rarely had a problem. First we didn't get the type room we requested. When we entered the room we were hit by a musty smell but thought maybe it was because the air conditioner was not on. When I opened the bathroom door I found water on the bathroom floor and pee on the toilet seat! ???? since there were no other King bed rooms available and we didn't trust the cleanliness at that point, we checked out and found a room at another hotel.

This is a good hotel choice for Brunswick, GA. It's just enough off Hwy 95 so that you don't hear traffic. The hotel itself is modern looking, clean and has all the necessary amenities. The Hot breakfast in the morning is better than most comparable hotels. I recommend a larger suite with a wet bar for just a couple dollars more, if you're into that. If not, I'm sure the other rooms will be fine.

Do not stay here. The room we stayed in was dirty, the air conditioner didn't work properly so the room was humid, musty and had a smell. But the worst was that they had't changed the bedsheets from the previous guests and they were soiled. When I asked for another room - was told there weren't any. I left a handwritten note for the general manager open checkout and didn't get a response. Which reinforces that this BW property doesn't care about the guest experience. I sent an email "I care Reflections @ best western" and am interested in what there response might be.

Hotel is old. Mirror was dirty. Sink had a sticky film on counter top. There was a hair on the pillow. Would benot stay here again.microwave had food crumbs on the turntable. Need more detail to the cleaning. Staff at desk were very friendly. Tub was filthy. Had to Clean it before we could use it.

Hubby and I stayed here driving from NC to Florida based on Trip Advisor reviews. Would stay here again because of the rates, location, condition and cleanliness of the hotel. Check-in was easy and fast. Bed linens were fresh and in new condition. 4 pillows on each queen bed. The room was compact but adequate. Included 2 chairs: a comfortable office chair at the desk plus an easy chair. Luggage rack and ironing board in the closet, working microwave and coffee pot. Large flat screen TV. Slept well on our overnight stop. 5-minute walk to Toucan Ale House and Waffle House. Slept in and did not eat the free breakfast. A recommendation to Best Western: please improve your comp shampoo, conditioner, lotion — I had a hard time squeezing the contents out of the small hard bottles. Not complaining about the amount, just the container. The citrus soaps were really nice and smelled great.

Stayed here for 11 nights while attending a training class nearby. When all the dorm rooms are full at the training academy, students are housed in various hotels off-campus. Great location just off the exit ramp of I-95, and close to many restaurants and not too far from St. Simon's Island and Jekyll Island. Check in was quick and friendly, although I was disappointed I couldn't use my loyalty membership and get points even though my employer was paying for the room. Room was nice sized, and clean, although water pressure in shower was very low and room had a musty smell. Large size TV was excellent. Breakfast is good, with both a waffle maker AND a pancake maker...Never seen a pancake maker in these hotels before. Breakfast staff were always friendly and very helpful. Issues I had were with trash in parking lot (one bag with old food sat out there for 4 days before someone at desk asked me about any issues. Surprised they don't have someone checking outside grounds for trash daily. On weekend I tried to do laundry and only one machine worked. I inquired at front desk, and female clerk just told me that other machine was probably "full of money" and that there was nothing she could do about it...I came back later, when I realized I needed more quarters, and she just told me she has "no change" but I could go across street to their sister hotel (Quality Inn) and try to do my laundry over there...A couple days before I left, I noticed a leak in the ceiling above my A/C unit at the window, possibly from the A/C unit above my room. I informed the front desk before I left for dinner and they had it checked by the time I returned from dinner. Unfortunately the repair required some major work to the ceiling area and they couldn't get to it until the next day. The issue was repaired by the time I returned from class the next day, and the moldy smell has also dissipated a little bit. Without those issues, the hotel was much better than the dorm rooms, and a decent choice for travelers in this area.

Checked in as we decided not to drive through the night to get home. Good rate with AAA, very clean rooms and nice beds with lots of pillows. Breakfast was very good and yay!! a waffle iron. Staff at front desk upon arrival and checkout very pleasant people. I think for general travel Best Western is my new go to hotel.

We went to this hotel with a group of motorcycle friends. It was clean, comfortable and the staff was friendly and helpful. It has a nice place next to it for food and the harley shop is next door also.

Room/bath and furnishings were clean and comfortable. Tastefully decorated. Clean lobby, breakfast room, and halls. Everything worked, including the a/c. Pool didn't look too clean, but they just had rain for several days and this could have added to that factor. Breakfast is included; however, no hash browns. Convenient to interstate. All rooms accessible from inside the lobby - a definite plus. Big screen tv, coffee maker, mini microwave, fridge.

When traveling along I95 you have to stop sometimes. This was not far off the interstate at all. We were welcomed with fresh cookies before going up to the room. Dinner places were close by also. Room was attractive and comfortable. Breakfast was nice and filling.

This is my go to hotel whenever I visit Brunswick. It's always clean (though not always impeccable), quiet, convenient and comfortable. I usually have trouble sleeping well in hotels, but not here. Comfy beds and pillows and the AC allowed me to get the room almost as cool as I would like it (68-70). . . but I like it quite cold when I sleep, so that's a relative statement. It's a little more than I want to spend, but I don't think it's expensive. I've probably stayed there about six times in the last 3-4 years. There was one hitch on my most recent visit (23-27 May 2018). I was in room 122 and it smelled of mildew. Sure GA is very humid, but I had never had this problem before on any of my stays at this hotel. I mentioned it at check out and left it in my survey response to the company, so hopefully they will fix it soon and prevent it from happening again. If not, I'll find a new

The TVs in the cafeteria never go off, way to loud, 3rd floor or above or do not stay, we could have gotten better sleep out in the median on I-95, when we got there it seems they had given our room to someone else, so we got the room over the noise box.

Nice Hotel in convenient location near interstate 95. Good service and very clean. Appeared to be a recently built facility with excellent appearance inside and out . I would book a room again on next trip in the area but request a more firm bed..

Great pLace for overnight stay. Hotel is well maintained, great breakfast, great staff and overall had a pleasant stay, Room condition is excellent, location is great will definitely stay next time I visit the area, owners is doing is great job maintaining the property.

Hotel was good for a Best Western. Breakfast area Is VERY small, pool small but will work if only a few are outdoors. Will work if passing through Brunswick GA. Resturant Toucans nearby has GREAT karaoke on Saturday nights!

The staff were GREAT!! Very friendly and helpful the whole time of our 2 night stay. Always ready to help. I highly recommend this location. Even on the phone they were helpful. They remembered me when I checked in. I was very impressed.

The hotel room was very nice and clean. But there was an odd musty smell coming from the air conditioner. The breakfast buffet offered lots of variety. But the coffee was not very good. The staff was very kind and helpful.

All staff including those at front desk, those in housekeeping and those in maintenance need training. Front desk staff seemed unaware of how to look up Best Western Members. I had to call up my own account on my smart phone to show them my account. Either she really didn't know how or was too lazy to look. Some grease was present at the bottom of a stair case on which I slipped after coming down the stairs with a guest from another room who witnessed the event along with your front desk staff. I had difficulty getting up. No one other than the other guest came to my assistance. When I asked to file an accident report, neither of the two front desk staff knew anything about such reports. Fortunately, my knee that swelled at the time was better the next day. A phone call was made and an incident report was semi-completed. No one asked later that day nor the next how I was. The carpet in the hallways is frayed and not glued down. It appears to have been patched together to create a pattern. As it is not secured, it is a hazard and people are tripping on it.. The ONLY staff member who seemed to know what she was doing and to care about her job was the woman who was responsible for the breakfast and for cleaning up the breakfast area. I suspect that she worked somewhere else before being hired at this Best Western. She was a delight and should be promoted or given a raise. My guest room was clean and the towels were fresh, but the toilet seat was somewhat soiled when we first entered the room. The bed was comfortable.

Our room smelled less than fresh, it was musty . Air conditioner put out less than fresh air. The curtains and bedding are showing their age. printer didnt work to print receipt on departure. They emailed it to us.

I normally book this hotel during my many trips to Brunswick/ Saint Simons each year. Conveniently located near the interstate (I-95). It is clean, near the shopping mall and several restaurants. Can't go wrong here!

This hotel had good reviews, but I found few good points to justify. The hotel was conveniently located, and plenty of parking. The staff was polite. However, the room was in disrepair. When you opened the door, the musty odor took over. The floor was filthy, and the bed linen was torn. The bath fixtures were broken. I'll pay a little more for a better stay elsewhere in the future.

Looking for a place safe, and comfortable motel to stay during leisure, work, or just passing through. This is it!! Everyone is pleasant and couteous. The rooms were nice and comfortable. They also have internet and a small fitness center.

Nice size room. Stayed in the king room with pullout-couch, didn't need, but a nice option to kick up and relax with the free wifi or watch tv on the flatscreen. Pillows were small but no problem to get an extra. The room also has coffee, microwave & the important mini fridge. All the staff was super friendly and helpful. Typical BW breakfast and area was kept tidy. There's also an outdoor pool for nicer weather.

After traveling all day, this was a good stop. There is a great restaurant within walking distance. There was an elevator which was important for my husband who was recovering from knee surgery . We will probably stop there again on our way to Florida next winter.

Based on the Shift and who is present at the front desk is how your stay will be determined. Only Person that really showed she cared and was concerned would be Daziah she went over and beyond any customer service we have been provided by any other Best Western , We first checked in late at night with an Older Woman she was totally rude and didn't want to be bothered there are a couple of these woman that work for this Hotel it is like a task not there job every answer is a NO!! because it involves work. But like Life how it works you cannot have couple people ruin your stay we Met With Daziah and she made it a personal attention and accommodated to our needs .Something all Hotels usually do . Daziah went over and beyond to make sure our month stay was smooth and Pleasurable Outstanding Customer Service saved this hotel from having me rate Horrible Thank You Again Daziah !!!

We arrived at this hotel only to be told by a very rude lady at the front desk that we didn't have reservations when we gave her our confirmation number she said we were supposed to have been there the day before which originally we were but that had been changed the week before and I have the confirmation email to prove it . She looks at it and tells me that it's not from best western even though it clearly states it was sent from best western.com she then hands me the receipt for the charges for the room the night before and tells me they were sold out and because we didn't change our reservation she had to charge me for the room when I ask why I'm paying for a room I didn't use she told me that it's my fault it didn't get changed and good luck getting my money back she didn't even tell me that even though we had reservations through to the following mon (6 nights )we were only checked in for 2 nights because the hotel was sold out ! Eventually she told me if I had problems I should call customer service because she couldn't help me ! I did just that and customer service was understanding and had the reservations correct but couldn't understand why the hotel didn't customer service called the hotel for me trying to figure out what happened and after an hour of talking to them still didn't know so I'm out on the street after 2 nights I'm a diamond member of best western rewards and spend on average 125 nights a year in hotels most are best westerns I have never been treated this badly at one I will continue to stay at best westerns but can honestly say I will never return to this one !

We arrived at 2:45 (check in at 3) and was told our room would be ready in 30 minutes. We came back at 3:45 and was told it would be 15 more minutes. We did not get into our room until 5:00. There were 4 other couples experiencing the same issue. We then get into our room and I had ants in my bathroom, and my shower did not drain properly (my entire shower I was standing in about an inch of water). The bath tub was extremely slick and unsafe considering I slipped a few times. The shower had to run for 7 minutes before the water was even luke warm. I called down to the front desk 3 times until someone finally picked up. I asked for 2 towels to be sent to my room and the receptionist told me I had to walk down to the lobby to get the towels. The hotel smelled like body odor. When we went to check out at 4:30 am, there was no one at the front desk. We were talking to ourselves and said “hello” three times in hopes that the receptionist was in the office and would hear us. Eventually the woman came out from the office and did not even apologize for making us wait. I'm fact, all she said to us was “here you go” when she handed us our receipt. My friends bathroom floor was sticky and the bottom of her feet were black after walking into the bathroom. Her shower water also did not get hot. I had crumbs all over the desk and menu. I did not receive shampoo and the lotion was 3/4 empty. I would NOT recommend this hotel.

Not a clean experience for us. Will give it another chance since we allways stay at the best western whenever we travel but will check to make sure things are right. Never had such an experience like this in any other best western. I did complain to front desk and they did take 20 dollars off our bill.We are going to Fredericton for 5 days and would usually stay there but I'm going to staying elsewhere for now.

The room smelled musty when we opened the door, like the room had been closed up for a long period of time. We would loose the internet several times. Other than that it was good,and they changed nights for me with no problem because of weather. That was nice of them.

Arrive to find we did not have the room that was reserved. Had to cut open and remove plastic from the couch mattress. Told by surly front desk staff that we had to come down for linens that didn't fit then told they ‘didn't have' pillows or blankets. At least an hour (until 2 am) multiple groups of other travelers rattled the door, having been sent to the wrong room by above noted front desk staff. Heat was not adequate at making room tolerable without blankets. Apologies and refusal to fix matters in the morning after more than an hour getting manager to phone in. Breakfast not edible. Room loud.

We stayed at Best Western Plus Brunswick for three nights while doing some local sight seeing in Brunswick, Darien, St. Simons, and a bit further afield in Waycross and Jessup. The staff was very friendly, the room comfortable, and the location convenient to I-95, shopping and dining. The free breakfast was kept well-stocked by the attendants and offered something for most everyone. We plan to stay here again the next time we go exploring in southeast Georgia.

Very nice place to stay, easy to find off I-95. Walk to Toucan Ale House for dinner. Check in clerk was slightly overwhelmed with her tasks. Room was comfortable, well furnished and very clean. No outside noise,but there is some minimal noise from adjoining rooms, not enough to bother us. Staff was excellent & well-trained. Breakfast was above average, very nice, clean and well run.This is not the cheapest place in Brunswick, but we enjoyed our 2 night stay while visiting Jekyll Island during the days. It is a 3 story hotel with 72 rooms which were fully booked both nights. No pets, thankfully.

After a long day on the road we opted for the BW Plus. Usually we find them to be very good but a walk into this very spartan lobby should have clued us in. The front desk person first gave us a key to a room that was already occupied! The room we had was okay at first glance but further looking revealed a stained bathroom ceiling, crumbly wall and mildew in the shower area, worn frayed towel, a faucet that sprayed everywhere, and a torn and stained shower curtain. The next morning the cleaning crew walked in while I was getting ready for the day, fortunately, I was already dressed. Breakfast was nice and Patricia tried hard to make it special with her friendly attentive manner. She amped up the eggs with a meat and onion concoction that was very good. She was the bright spot in our stay. Travelers need to find another hotel and by pass this one.

Check in was fine but I found the front desk attendant to be surly and not too interested in helping guests. I was also very taken aback by the way she spoke to me at one point. I returned to my room on the third afternoon of our three night stay and found that my keys wouldn't work. At check in I pointed out that I had two separate reservations and was told “all is set, they've got you in the same room for all three nights”. Apparently my keys weren't set for all three nights. I went to the front desk to ask for for my key to be reset and the clerk said “Didn't you get that fixed this morning when you checked out?”. I told her “No - I didn't realize, I needed to check out and back in again”. Her next reply was “Well, you were told at check in that you needed to check out of this reservation and into the next and then get new keys”. I responded “Unfortunately that didn't happen - can you give me new keys please??”. I got the keys. I do not know why she felt the need to chastise me; particularly since she was the person who initially checked me in. I also knew that she made no mention of the need to check out and check back in again. Regardless, it was very inappropriate for her to tell me what I should have done. She should have simply reset my key so I could enter my room and been done with it. I'd have asked for a manager than and there but knew one wasn't available. Our stay was OK and the room was spacious and comfortable enough. All seemed clean and the bed was fine. The AC worked and I liked the microwave and refrigerator but they were located in an awkward spot - just inside the door on the way to the bathroom. You had to ensure the bathroom door was closed to use appliances. Breakfast was unremarkable but I liked the one morning when they offered sausage gravy. The other two days of my stay they had chunky scrambled eggs and sausage with sautéed chopped peppers. I wish they offered skim milk!

Stayed here and check in took forever as there was only one person on the desk who was incredibly slow and showed no interest in speeding up. Went to our room and discovered there was no hot water from the bath taps at all (although there was some in the taps on the sink). Mentioned this to the receptionist who suggested we swap rooms which we did, only to discover the new room was really, really noisy. Moved back to the previous room, got undressed and were watching t.v. on the bed when a couple walked into the room as they had been given the same key! Quite a shock.

The bathroom was dirty, I took pictures there was barely any hot water, the bed was very uncomfortable, with my bad back, I didn't sleep at all, so I was miserable, the breakfast was ok, I couldn't use my points for the hotel, we stayed at 3 best western, and out of 3 of them, only one we liked,

We always stop in Brunswick so we can visit Fox's for pizza and pasta. Room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. My husband said it was the best bed ever! We will stay again, next trip!

Ok stay . TV selection was not optimal and channels listed were not accurate. Thermostat on wall did not work as I was told at check-in. Used control on unit instead. Staff very pleasant. Toilet handle was partially broken

the room was average, but the sheets were dirty...everything else was average.very disappointed in best western, usually they are good...probably should have gone yo quality inn across the parking lot

Place was adequate, beds need attention...old and noisy...day staff pleasant but night staff needs some customer service attention. The person at the desk checking us in around 9 PM made us feel like we were an interruption and putting her out, very uncomfortable check in experience. Overall for location it was fine. We were pleased with the breakfast presentation and the attentive staff in the daytime hours.

Good Location near interstate and food. Everything was OK, not great & not bad. Front desk clerk wasn't very helpful with trying to find a place to eat dinner. However, she did have everything ready when I walked in which was only about 10 minutes after I made the reservation.

Bed, shower, breakfast. Good stop. Easy reservations. Clean room. Friendly staff. A little hard to get to but easy to figure out, a sign at the intersection would be helpful. Next to the interstate so you get some road noise but not to much.

Mattress was very uncomfortable along with pillows that went flat when head was laid upon them. Breakfast was mediocre and tables were not wiped clean by breakfast lady on duty at the time.Had to grab a napkin to wipe our table off. The next couple next to us wiped their table also with a dry napkin. Not very sanitary or welcoming!

Nicely renovated hotel with comfy bed/pillows and free continental breakfast, plus Wi-Fi. The only thing I found that needs to be FIXED was to have maintenance clean up some coffee splatter near coffee maker and wall paint touch ups above beds are needed. Hotel Manager should check all rooms and create a punchiest of these simple fixes to ensure all hotel rooms are up to par. Otherwise, I thought the BW was a good deal for the $100 per night rate.

We have stopped at this Best Western on our several trips between Florida and North Carolina. The location is handy off I 95. The staff is friendly. There is a casual restaurant within walking distance. On our last stay the only negative thing was the lighting in the bathroom. It seems that the lights are some sort of energy efficient bulbs and they did not work properly.

When I travel on 95 through Georgia, heading south, I always stay at this hotel. The personnel are great here. The cleanliness, appearance, location, room, and breakfast are great. I will suggest anyone in this area looking for a great place to stay, this is it.

After driving 10 hours all you want is a smiling face to welcome you to a hotel! Not only did I have to wait several minutes for someone to appear at the counter, but then she wasn't even friendly! The hallways smelled like pets and there were cob webs on the ceilings in my room. Bed was comfortable enough, but green satin bedspreads have to go! Breakfast was ok but the attendant seemed bothered when another guest asked for some help with the waffle maker. At check out, I asked for a receipt and was told since I booked it through hotels.com, I would get an email receipt only to see the hotel charged me for my stay, too, so then I had to deal with that issue upon returning home! There are several hotels at this exit off I95, don't choose this one if you want good customer service!

Very friendly staff, very nice hotel. We stopped for an overnight while on a longer trip and found location convenient and nice value for quality of property and room. Would definitely stay here again.

Pro: Clean room adjacent to highway. Older hotel renovated with comfortable beds and attractive decor. Quick stop for us so this was sufficient. Con: Reception area is small and furniture shows wear. Breakfast area was crowded, uncomfortable, food was bare bones and not attractive. Staff were not friendly. Training needed for customer service. Generally I am a fan on Best Western Plus. I'm not sure how this hotel qualified for the franchise. It is not a place I will stay again.

If I could give zero stars, I would. When I arrived in my room after checking in the couch looked so gross I would never had sat on it. Additionally it was clear that the room was not cleaned properly. There was small debris on the floor, which made it clear the room was not properly vacuumed. Also there was a piece of a clothing tag on the coffee table and dust/dirt on the coffee table. The clothing tag wasn't a big deal from a cleanliness standpoint in and of itself but if it was still sitting on the table after the room being cleaned, it's clear the room wasn't fully cleaned. I went downstairs and said "I really hate to do this but I don't think my room was fully cleaned, are there any other available rooms I could switch to". Instead of an apology for my room not being cleaned I was questioned on what exactly wasn't clean (even though I had already explained it to the first woman at the desk) and then was told that it was on the list as cleaned. They did give me another room but were very rude about it. I apologized 3 times because I felt bad requesting a change, even though I shouldn't have felt bad, and was not given one apology for the inconvenience by the staff. I felt extremely uncomfortable by the attitude I was given. I will never stay at a Best Western again. I receive much better service at other chains.

Inexpensive, quality hotel with an adequate breakfast included. The room was on the small side but had convenient amenities - desk, wifi, microwave and small fridge. The beds need an upgrade; one of them was quite squeeky - neither very comfortable, but ok for one night's stay.

Very Close to I-95; traffic noise made it difficult to sleep. Breakfast was fair, I would have rather paid less and used the extra money to stop for breakfast. Location is right off I-95 exit, hotel was clean

First time in Brunswick and Best Western was my place to stay. Always my first choice is a Best Western Plus. Great place, awesome front desk attendant and clean, white and roomy. I firmly enjoyed my stay and recommend anyone this location.

Stopped here on our way to see our first Great Grand-baby. Hotel and staff were all very nice. Was a coupon room, but made no difference. Breakfast was the usual hotel fare. Overall a very nice stay at an affordable price.

The quality of the property, and the attentiveness of the staff, exceeded my expectations, I highly recommend this hotel to fellow travelers. The overall value that I received by staying at his property was excellent.

overall, nice room, great staff and awesome location. my fridge did not get cold in the room. but the big problem is the breakfast. the cereal was stale, the bread had mold on it. after i saw that, i stopped and never went back to breakfast. the good thing, waffle house was walking distance.

We had to evacuate our boat because of hurricane Irma. The power went out the 2nd night but no other hotels were available so we were stuck for 3 nights with no power. We received no compensation for degraded conditions.

Would never stay here again! During hurricane Irma we had no breakfast, no power, no room service, and very poor service!!! No discounts for terrible service! We paid full quoted rates!!! Other hotels gave discounts to their customers...

On the morning of my checkout I woke feeling I needed a little more rest so I called the front desk @ (10:40 ish a.m.)and requested a later check out .. The lady said mam if you are here after 3:00pm we will have to charge you .. I said oh no maybe until 1:00-1:30 p.m... she said that is fine.. I said thank u and hung the phone up. At 11:30am my door was being beat down with 3 harsh knocks I called the phone desk and said mam I requested a later check out and there is this man beating on my door telling me checkout is at 11:00pm she then said mam you did not come sign the late check out paper.. I said what? I was never informed of this paper she said yes I told you mam on the phone when you called earlier I said no you did not or I would have did what was expected. Take it the man is still at my door hollering mam I knocked 3 times why did you say you had a late check out and mam late check out is no later than 12:00 noon .. I said sir I chose to call the front desk when I heard u BEATING the door down to see what the confusion was about... All he could say was mam late check out is at 12:00 noon and remind you the hotel receptionist approved 1:00 or 1:30pm was fine as long as I was gone before 3:00 so no charges would have to be applied. But since I didn't sign a late checkout paper that I was never informed of The man that I'm assuming is hotel manager said he would need to look at the camera to see if his staff was telling the truth or I.. I'm like really.. hell who can rest now I will pack my things this minute and will not be back.. I've stayed here 4 nights all together passing through on buisness trips.. because of the connivence and hotel is clean but the customer service and hospitality of this place stinks.. rudest man ever! Especially when He is the one in accommodation! The receptionist was very kind in every conversation but plainly said she told me to come sign paper when she did not! If she had I would have did so but I know I would have remembered because I would have said well I might at well just get up and check out if I got to go down to front desk to sign a paper .. kinda defeats the whole reason for my request! My rant is over it's just disappointing when the amenities are in check but customer service Tude.. ruins it! I will not be back the time to make it up was then not in a reply so the rest of us travelers can read something that most likely is not the way you would or will respond! To my fellow travelers I would not ever recommend this hotel not even to my worst enemy!

We booked the room on our way from Ft. Lauderdale to Atlanta. We were heading out due to Hurricane Irma making her way to South Florida. I was looking for something with easy access off the freeway and that had a wheelchair accessible room. We found that at the Best Western Plus Brunswick Inn & Suites. The room was very comfortable and met our needs for the wheelchair. The staff couldn't have been nicer, they very helpful and courteous. We did take advantage of the Breakfast the next morning and there was a decent selection to choose from, I personally enjoyed the waffles!! Thanks for making a stressful trip a bit more relaxing.

Enjoyed my stay at Best Western Brunswick, the rooms were clean, great staff, very friendly always asking if you need anything and not hard to find them. Location is great as well right off the freeway.

We got a good rest at this clean, comfortable hotel. Lost one star because they only had one desk clerk so took a long time to get checked in. Part of problem was that they were receiving an influx of travelers evacuating from FL. I would stay there again.

We had a great stay and were close to the outer islands along the Georgia coast line. Easy to find, the staff were all very helpful. Rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable and the AC worked great.

Hotel appearance was great and the breakfast was terrific. My family had plenty of room to rest on our trip, and the breakfast was offered a good variety to refuel. The breakfast staff added extra attention to the guests to ensure everyone had what they needed.

We stayed here on our way down to Florida for one night. The hotel was dirty, and not well maintained.The beds were squeaky and uncomfortable. The walls were thin as we heard our neighbors squeaking away in the evening. Try explaining that noise to your kids - it was not enjoyable. We tried the fitness room and every piece of equipment was faulty (as well as the tv). The breakfast was below par with not many options. We stayed here because it was a bit lower in price than surrounding hotels. The Hampton Inn is right next door - and next time we plan to pay a bit extra to stay there instead.

We stayed overnight on our way to Florida. Check in was quick and easy. They accept AAA and gave us a discount so the room was $89 for 2 Queen beds( I think they were actually full but that's ok). Room was very clean. Bathroom had toiletries available and was well stocked with towels. AC worked great. Beds were comfy. Well stocked free breakfast with waffles, cereal, bagels, muffins, oatmeal, fruit, yogurt, juice, Coffee and tea. Breakfast room was spacious, clean and had plenty of seats. I would absolutely stay again!

We had an overnight stay and was pleased with everything. Front desk staff was friendly, efficient and detailed and that means a lot when it's past 9pm and you're tired. Room was excellent on the 2nd floor. Very clean, comfortable bed, plenty of towels and spacious. The only thing I would do differently is not get a room towards the back...heard the city garbage truck at 6:30am. Property is well taken care of and breakfast was very good. The host was attentive, maintained everything stocked and clean. Plenty of parking and it's nicely located right off I95. Lots of restaurant options all around the area. Highly recommend for travelers and business people.

Our stay was disappointing because our room was extremely damp. Our shoes felt wet in the morning along with our clothes being damp. Upon checking out the clerk asked if every thing was okay and I mention how damp and uncomfortable the damp room was. She asked if we had been told on check-in that the carpet had been cleaned that day. That had never been mentioned.

We stayed here 2 times but on the upper top floors. The 3rd time was a very, very bad experience!! We booked using Priceline. Our room given was on the main floor. We asked to be moved as I am sensitive to mold. We were given the room beside it. I asked if we could move up a floor. We are here on business weekly and have stayed here 2 times before. Keysha at front desk was very, very rude and said no. The parking lot and hotel was empty. I called Best Western head office and they tried to get her to move us one floor up. They could not understand why she would not. Keysha told us that Priceline would have to reimburse us. My husband booked the Hilton next door as we knew we could not stay in the room. When we called Priceline to be reimbursed they had to have consent from Keysha and she said no. I called Best Western head office again and they said she had told them she would tell Priceline yes. My husband talking to Priceline and me Head office we walked over to the lobby. She called her boss and he told her to tell Priceline yes. What an experience because she would not give us a room that smelled horrible. Some of the rooms have a very bad smell!!! Before you pay, give the room a smell check!!

Very clean, very comfortable sleeping. Good pillows and bedclothes. Internet always accessible. Restaurant very closely is very good. Tucon Ale..I think. We always drop our bags off and walk to this restaurant for dinner.

The price was very reasonable. The staff was very friendly, they even kept the continental breakfast open for us cause we were a little late getting down and check in was very quick as well as check out. The whole place looks like it's been remodeled or updated. Would stay again for sure.

Pros. STAFF. The woman in charge of the desk the night of Aug 5 to 6 and the woman in charge of the desk on Aug 6 morning are wonderful, genuine, and warm people. The building is decent enough. The hot breakfast is a bit better than the median. Con. A bit shop worn but nothing that cannot be fixed.

Very clean and comfortable. Has a nice outdoor pool and fitness room -- neither are large but neither were crowded and both were clean and easily accessible. The breakfast area was also clean, with a good variety and the attendant was wonderful!! (They have dairy-free and gluten-free options available upon request.) Staff were consistently friendly and helpful.

This was a clean hotel, nice staff, comfortable bed. However, compared to the Best Western in Gatlinburg (close to the Dixie Stamped) that I have stayed in on three different occasions, the breakfast was lacking and not up to par to the Gatlinburg BW. But if breakfast is not important to a traveler, the hotel works!

Tina the the Front Desk was terrific and extremely helpful. She is the reason I would definitely use this hotel if ever I needed a room in Brunswick, GA. I think I said all I have to right now so I am just trying to use 200 characters to make this report good!

In general this hotel is fine just a few issues in certain rooms. My room was very musty and believe the air conditioner needs attention and the soft floor needs to be replaced. The pool needed some attention on the clarity and filter may have needed attention. Very small pool and lots of kids on a hot day.

I went for the Beaches near Jekyll island but t it was not close at all....there was no hot water and the breakfast was cold at 7:30 am I was scheduled to stay 3 days left after one night. Don't book this hotel

We stayed one night here as a break from our 18hr road trip. Check in was easy and front desk staff was very friendly. Price was good too. The room was nice and clean, but there were a few ants roaming and I wasn't 100% convinced they were ants at first. I had one on my hand while I was laying in the bed that I had to take a pic to enlarge it to make sure. Had I not been exhausted traveling for so long, I probably would've left because of it, but ants aren't too harmful as other things could be. (still hoping thats what it was) I nicely notified the front desk upon check out. That kind of made it uncomfortable for me to sleep. But then again the springy noise of the bed every time you moved kept us all up anyway. Breakfast was exactly what I would expect an included breakfast to be, so that was fine. The options were there and we didn't have to stop elsewhere as we began our trip again.

Stayed at this hotel while in town for a family gathering and wished I had booked elsewhere. One night would have been ok but more than that is a no go. On our first morning we were awaken by the cleaning staff coming to clean the room. We had no door hanger so could not put it out. On our last morning the same thing happened. It was like we were in there way and needed to get out both times so that they could do their thing even though we were the paying customer. The beds made noise all night long every time you moved and were has hard as a rock. The breakfast was better at McDonald's that there and that says a lot.

Very accommodating and the rooms were nice, clean and fresh. The front desk staff (Tiva, Lakeysha, Allen) were extremely helpful and informative. Breakfast left a little to be desired. It seemed the biscuits one morning were not done. But all in all, a tremendous place to stay while traveling. Right off I-95 with plenty of restaurants and gas statons nearby.

Great place to stop for the night when driving along I-95. There are a couple of restaurants walking distance and many just a short car ride away. Very good breakfast selection. TIP: Stop at a rest area and get a hotel coupon book. I paid $30 less than the person in front of me without a coupon.

Starts our family vacation out of Florida late in the day. Made it to Brunswick, Ga and found this hotel to rest our tired heads. Very friendly and helpful staff even late at night. The breakfast was nice with many choices. The rooms are very clean.

We enjoyed our stay here as it was so comfortable and clean. the staff was very friendly and the breakfast person was a very hard worker keeping up with the heavy crowd for breakfast. No one went without. The hotel is beautifully decorated and we really hated to leave. I hope we are able to return some day.

If you like staying at a facility that has half the staff living at the hotel, staying up at all hours of the night partying in the pool allowing their kids to run wild, unattended, screaming, with absolutely no resolution after several complaints, then this place is for you!!! I have never had an experience with any property we have stayed at, as with this one. I was refused a refund, 24 hour in advance, of my last night stay due to government discount given on the room rate, this was after 3 nights of continuous chaos. The day desk clerk, not early morning, was rude, impersonal, hateful and was appalled that we asked to have the pool unlocked at 11:00 am on the second day, AFTER having to sign our life away for pool towels and room linens and lectured to immediately bring them back after use. I believe the sign in the pool stated 9am-10pm for the pool hours which they didn't abide by for opening or closing. The morning after the pool had beer bottle caps, cigarette butts and ashes everywhere. We had to clean an area and open the umbrella"s for the poolside tables. There was no offer of help, apology, to get the grounds keeper to assist us or if we needed anything further. She let the gate slam and walked off. However, I will give housekeeping and the groundskeeper kudos! The rooms are very dated and worn but they were clean. The grounds keeper mowed the whole property in sweltering humid heat with a push mower that ran like it should have been retired 20 years ago. The continental breakfast was sufficient. Front lobby was less than desireable.

Clean, but felt like the bedding was not all the way dry. Walls are thin and every noise from all rooms around you can be heard including water running through the plumbing. Breakfast was good. Giant big screen TV was nice. Bathroom door wouldn't shut all the way.

We stayed one night on our way back to Augusta from a trip to Florida. The hotel staff was friendly and accommodating. We didn't have hot water but immediately on calling the desk we had someone in the room that figured out that someone had shut off our hot water. Up and running very quickly. Breakfast at the hotel was good and the breakfast room was clean. There were plenty of places to eat dinner near the hotel.

and would again. This unit is in need for some TLC and consistency in the rooms. This visit there was only one chair in the room. Several energy efficient light bulbs were on their last legs (flickering). Everything was clean, the breakfast Ok and the staff very friendlya nd helpful.

Bed clean & nice - but loveseat in room looked very worn and not at all inviting! Would do better to just keep bedroom part of room, definitely not a suite!. Complimentary breakfast outstanding and help in breakfast room extremely pleasant.

This BW in Brunswick, Ga. filled the bill for weary travelers. Our room was spacious, and had a sitting room with a couch and a table for my suitcase. Sitting rooms are great if one of the travelers stays up to read while the other sleeps. This room had a lovely hyacinth scent that was pleasant. The staff was helpful and friendly, the facility is clean and easily accessed from the highway, and very close (walking distance) to 3 restaurants. For an overnight stay it filled the bill for all that we needed.

Visiting the area for a golf tournament. Great location. Clean and updated rooms and lobby. Staff is friendly. Overall it's a basic breakfast menu...the only down side was the hot breakfast was the same for 3 days...scrambled eggs and sausage. Otherwise, great value for the quality.

This was a clean, comfortable place to stay after a long drive with breakfast available in the morning. The receptionist was welcoming and provided all the information we required. We would definitely stay here again.

The hotel was clean and quiet. The staff was very friendly. Room was clean. The bed was very uncomfortable. Hotel is in the flight path of the airport, so it can be a little noisy but it isn't too bad.

I have stayed at at least 2 other Best Western Plus properties in the past 12 months. This property, even though it is fairly nice, is my least favorite considering the cost for the stay is higher than the others.

This hotel did not measure up to a Best Western Plus to those I have stayed at in the past. Air conditioner was next to the bed and very uncomfortable with strong air constantly blowing on you. Beds need to be relocated to the other side of the room. Towels were not soft and felt like they had been washed thousands of time already. The pool was very small for the size of this hotel. Looked more like a kiddy pool. Internet in room was very slow at certain times. On the plus side, the location is excellent for travelling to St. Simons and Jekyll Island. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Rooms were very nice and bed comfortable.

Stayed overnight Saturday for event on St. Simons, about 10 min. car ride to get to island. Rooms typical of Best Western, clean, roomy, comfy bed, etc. Typical breakfast incl the ubiquitous waffle maker, hot eggs & sausages, cereals, yogurts, fresh fruits, etc, etc. Plenty of seating in breakfast room and staff very attentive to keeping everything stocked and neat. Several restaurants within walking distance. Great shopping just down the road. Had two problems with room which I brought to front desk attention upon checkout - hair dryer began smoking when I turned it on (definite fire hazard) and sink faucet leaked like crazy (didn't have an aerator). Since we stayed only one night, can't speak to how quickly they remedied these problems although I brought hair dryer to front desk so they would have to replace it. Overall, good place to stay and at a great price if the location meets your needs, for us, it did!

me and my wife were on a vacation we shearched all over brunswick for a hotel that had vacency .we finly found the best western plus that only had two rooms avaliable,each for 140.00 a pieace,a little on the high end for one night but we took it.the room was very clean and spacious.we went to the vending machines and every one was out of order.overall it was a good night rest and a good breakfest.

I stayed here twice in the space of two weeks. There was confusion on my part and the hotel. When I said I thought I'd been there they said no I hadn't. I had been there in the SAME room. How do I know? The toilet rocked. When I mentioned it at the front desk, it turns out my name was incorrectly entered into the computer - which is a concern because you don't get points for that! I like the place. The breakfast and its staff were wonderful. I wonder why the first visit I was charged $119 and the second visit $99. Wish I had noticed this at the time.

Check in was fast and efficient, staff recommended a great restaurant close by. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good. Close to outer islands and easy on/off of I 95. Good home base for exploring that area.

It was a rest stop stay on a trip up North and a perfect stay for a long trip. The staff were professional, courteous and friendly, the hotel was clean and the room as comfortable as could be! I would definitely stay here again!

Check in was friendly, helpful, and quick. Breakfast hostess was also friendly and helpful. Plenty of room to sit. We like the scrambled eggs and sausage patties, and yogurt choices. Good coffee 24/7. Yogurt and fruit was available even after the breakfast bar was closed. Everything in the room was clean. They sanitize the tv remotes. There was no dust even on the lamp shades. Bathroom was clean, beds were comfortable. Good selection of tv channels. Wifi didn't quite handle skype... there was some stuttering and dropped call. Hot water required running the water st the sink for several minutes for some reason. Otherwise, no complaints and a lot of positives!

We have stayed at this location on many occasions, dating back to when it was a Baymont (I think). As usual, the amenities were well apportioned. Granted, it was a weekend night, but the price for some reason had almost doubled. Ask for an odd numbered room. We were in an even numbered room. The even numbers are on the street side, and the road noise is bothersome.

2nd time staying at Best Western Plus, Brunswick GA. Reserved online, good rate. Check-in was quick and friendly. Donna, the receptionist, was an outstanding example of gracious Southern hospitality. Highly recommended hotel. Reserve ahead of time to avoid disappointment.

We were traveling to Florida and when we finally decided to stop for the night we stumbled across the Best Western. Check in was quick and easy and the lady at the front desk was very friendly. The bed was comfy and the room quiet. Up early the next morning, quick breakfast in their dining room and a quick check out. Would definitely stay here again

Called ahead to make reservations, a good thing we did as they only had one room left, people heading north and people heading south for spring break. We had a king suite that was very nice an clean. The bed was extremely comfortable. The one thing we were very disappointed was the morning breakfast, it was not close to what we would expect for the price we paid for the room. Donna at the front desk did an excellent job of checking us in, answering all our questions and was very friendly.

This hotel just off route 95 was very convenient as we were traveling home to Massachusetts and the trip was mostly done on this interstate. We also enjoyed the close proximity to a very good restaurant only a few steps away.

We only stayed one night, but we were very happy with our stay. The room was clean and nicely furnished. Had a special request which was accommodated. The night clerk was especially nice when our key did not work.

You always get what you pay for with hotels. And while this was a clean hotel it still has its quirks. The shower faucet would just turn. There was no definite hot or cold, you just had to play with it while showering for best results. Their WiFi was terrible. It would barely load anything, first world problems. But besides those things, it was a pretty quiet stay for a completely booked hotel. There's a bar within walking distance. Would stay here again.

Stayed 1st year this location opened & since pending our itinerary. Continues to be a Plus! Large rm w King bed & largest screen we ever had in motel/hotel!! Location also plus w good restaurant easy walk across the way! How convenient not to have to get back in car!!

After a long day on the road, this hotel was a welcome stop for the night. Beds were good, the room was clean, and a easy location off the I-95. Staff recommended a great restaurant within walking distance. We did not eat breakfast as we slept in. My wife has a broken foot and the handicapped had some nice amenities for her.

The place was quiet and very clean.It is right next to the 95 and there is at least 20 restaurants around. It is a good price for this type of hôtel. The staff was vert friendly and heplful. We would go back anytime!

Terrible internet service. Creaky beds and very small, uncomfortable pillows - it was like sleeping on a big marshmallow. The breakfast food is okay but not very healthy. I asked them for some oatmeal but all they had was one lonely old packet of Quaker Oats oatmeal.

The room was very clean, comfortable and the breakfast bar was good. Also left my computer, no problem staff shipped it to me. Donna was soooo helpful and so kind. Great place to stay. The mattress amd pillows were new I think I am sure you will find house keeping and front desk is some of the best for sure.....

We tend to stay at Best Western hotels and are usually very satisfied. Not this time. The room was clean and spacious but the mattress was very spongy and we both awoke with aching backs. The real problem was that there was no tv or internet service. Although that was the fault of the cable company and not the hotel, we should have been told of the problem before we checked in so we could find another place to stay, even if it meant traveling further. I needed to conduct some business over the internet and was unable to do so. We were always being assured by the staff that the service would be restored shortly, but it didn't return until after we were asleep. This is the worst customer service i ever received at a BW property. And there was no offer to comp our stay in full or in part. Never stay here again and we travel through there often.

This hotel is clean, friendly, professional, and reasonably priced. Often when traveling it is just a matter of "any old port in a storm" - not so here. The check in was quick, friendly, and professional. She was very busy with three more groups behind me waiting to check in but never showed that she felt pressure or was in a hurry. My questions were answered completely with a smile. (sorry, I don't remember the name). The rooms were clean and comfortable. There was plenty of parking for large rental trucks. Check out and breakfast was a joy because of Donna who also was friendly, helpful, and professional. We will return if ever in Brunswick.

We found this hotel very nice, clean , comfortable bed and friendly staff. The location was perfect as we were traveling south to Orlando, FL. I would recommend this hotel to all my friends. The breakfast was really good as well.

Hats off to the Best Western Plus in Brunswick, Georgia. Where do you go when you get a phone call at 5 A.M. that you must evacuate now? I called the Best Western in a panic. I talked to Eva ( I think this was here name) and she did everything possible to get the room I requested for three days that turned into five. She even called me back in the mean time to tell me not to worry that I would get my two queen size beds for the three days. I was totally taken back and elated. From 1:00 that day to the fifth day that I was there everyone that worked there went above and beyond to take care of their guests and pets. The employees worked around the clock checking everyone in. The manager was in and out taking care of more than one hotel. He was very entertaining and made everyone comfortable while the storm was bearing down on us. He made sure that there was food for the guests to eat and even took good care of his crew. I did not mean to go on and on but I cant help myself. Thank you Allen, Eva, Mary Ann my friend from breakfast and I'm sorry there were more but I do not know their names. Thank you Best Western.

I was unsure about staying here. I went to the front desk and asked about seeing a room before paying for it. The gentleman took me to a room and I checked the bedding with a black light. The place is very clean. I was impressed by how neat everything was at this hotel. The gentleman at the front desk was very helpful and courteous and make my experience great. The breakfast was good. They had a gluten free cereal option which made me happy. Hotel is right of interstate 95 with restaurants in walking distance.

The employees of this hotel handled the impending storm, the actual cat 2 hurricane and the aftermath with the utmost professionalism. Accommodating the guests the best they could with extra meals and update information even when the electricity went out!

This hotel is one of the best hotel in the area. They have great amenities in the room, nice, clean and cozy room. Good free breakfast, and also good service. This is one of my favorite hotel in Brunswick. I can't thank enough the owner and the crew who work hard to make all their guest happy and always meet the satisfaction. I salute their southern hospitality.

During evacuation for Hurricane Matthew, we were fortunate to get a room at the friendly and comfortable Best Western. The manager and staff extended their welcome to people, children and pets and went way above any expectations to make everyone feel safe and cared for during a 3 day stay that turned into 6. Extra food was offered in the afternoons, housekeeping worked tirelessly and staff slept on premises or nearby to keep everything running smoothly. Manager Alan always had a smile and positive attitude during this stressful time.

Booked a king bed room with a fold out sofa--got a king bed room with a fold out chair. Stayed in a Best Western the night before in Clarksville TN and had booked the same type of room and it had a lovely fold out full size sofa so I am pretty sure this is inaccurately represented in their room description. The desk person was extremely rude, abrupt and needs some serious customer service training. Will not stay here again.

The hotel was nice and clean. This location was also very quiet although it is right off the interstate. There was a large group staying at the hotel at the same time and the staff did an excellent job of taking care of everyone. Nice safe place to stay while traveling.

I needed to stop for the night. I needed a clean room, a clean bed (bed was a bit squeaky), a clean bathroom and I got what I wished for. Breakfast was good but for the eggs. Tasted like 'fake' eggs. Sausage was good. Good choices of breads, cereals, even yogurt. Plenty of coffee, juice, milk too. Staff was efficient and friendly. Easy access to the interstate. Plenty of dinning possibilities in the area - one very close by and several about 4 miles east at a large mall. Prices was right. This is a hotel and not a motel. Parking lot is well lit.

This was a good stay for my family. We stayed at this location for three nights. The pool was on the small side. We had to move rooms due to the elevator being so close to our first room. The front desk staff, other than Mary Ann was great. Mary Ann was at the front desk when we checked in, and she was rather negative, and not very polite. That was not the best way to start off our vacation. The breakfast was mostly microwavable eggs, sausage, and bacon. It was not for me. There is a waffle house right across from the hotel, and we ate there. Overall, I would recommend staying at this location.

My wife & I recently stayed at the BW Plus in Brunswick. We were only there for an overnight stay. The room was clean and comfortable, as was the property. The staff was friendly. Our bed was not as comfortable as expected and the free breakfast was disappointing. Overall, I agree with some of the other reviewers, that while this property is branded as a BW Plus, it is not of the same quality as other BW Plus properties. Based on our experience, you can comfortably stay here, just don't set your expectations too high.

This hotel is not a Best Western Plus. False advertising. We have stayed in many Best Westerns, many of which were not a Plus, and most were better than this BW hotel in Brunswick. Lobby was a joke; breakfast did not include fruit. AC was very noisy. Room and Bathroom quite small. Refrigerator had no freezer compartment for ice pack.

Motel was nice, clean and a convenient place to stop off of I95. Our problem happened between 1 am and 7 am when someone helped themselves to at least 15 gallons of diesel fuel from our truck. We notified the motel but the woman wasn't concerned. I asked to be contacted by the owner but have not heard from him at this point. I don't expect compensation or reimbursement. I did think they should be informed and take steps to keep other customers from having their fuel stolen.

For our anniversary my wife and I visited St. Simons and Jekyll Islands. We stay at the Best Western Plus Brunswick Inn & Suites. Or two night stay was a pleasant time. The room was clean and up to Best Western usual standard. The breakfast was hot and good. Even though the hotel was full up the breakfast items was in good supply. The room price was below many other places we checked. A good value. Road construction made it a little hard at times to get to the hotel. They could use a bit more parking.

We stayed here for two nights. Our room was clean and quiet, even though it is close to the interstate. The breakfast was very good, and the attendant was efficient. The staff was very helpful, and the location was good.

We drove from NJ and needed a place for the night, we had the kids so we booked a double Queen room. The hotel is remodelled and clean, the rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable, glad they had the Queen size beds since we had to share beds.... Definitely would stay at best western again.

Hotel was OK for what it was: an overnight stay while on the road. We had three rooms and only one of the three had no issues. My brother-in-law had to get a new room because the a/c went out as soon as he started to settle in. Our room had no hot water... Just lukewarm in the sink after running for 15 minutes and none in the shower. The breakfast was barely edible, even for this level of hotel.

We stayed in a clean comfortable room, with friendly staff, and a continental breakfast. This is always my experience with Best Western - they don't disappoint. I would highly recommend this hotel to travelers along the I95 corridor

No one at the front desk when we arrived. Turns out the desk clerk was in the "breakfast area engaged in conversation with some and it took him quite a few minutes to return to the desk. Beds are HORRIBLY uncomfortable. No soap AT ALL in the room and no apology when we went to the front desk to get some. Internet is pitiful. It is not a place I would stay for more than a single night on a road trip and then ONLY because of it's convenience to the interstate.

The room was spacious, plus the hotel is located near a variety of stores and restaurants. The low points were that it was not as clean as I would have liked and the couch was worn and appeared old. A day or two wasn't that bad but anything over that I wouldn't recommend it.

We were driving from NH to Florida and made our usual stop in Brunswick, GA. This is the first time we have stayed in this nearly new Best Western. The staff was friendly and helpful. The price was reasonable. The accommodations were beautifully decorated, clean and comfortable. We were directed to Toucan's Ale House for dinner, a short walk away, which was perfect as we had driven all day. I highly recommend this hotel.

Rooms were very dusty, no hot water. Has to get clean pillow cases the ones that were on the bed was dirty and smelled like someone just got out the bed. not impressed at all! They also said online the beds were queen but they were double! Will not be back!

This motel is an old design, with outdoor room access. As it is located on a major thoroughfare, the noise level at dawn is high with loud truck traffic. Otherwise, accommodations are very good, and the continental breakfast is good.

Robert and I were very tired after a day of site-seeing and walking. It was a blessing to find a nice hotel at the last minute.Then we met Abram! A nicer soul that you would ever expect to meet. We stood outside and chatted with him for quite awhile.Our room was fine,beds clean and comfortable. Note to owners: you have an ashtray out front but no where to sit. Why am I paying you $119.00 for a night and I am sitting on a curb like a homeless person?Either put some sitting out front or designate a smoking area.Thank You.

This is a very clean Best Western. They have a helpful staff. The breakfast is adequate. Small outdoor pool that needs to be cleaned and no whirlpool. The queen double bed room was small, so we got the king size bed room which was much larger. If you want your room cleaned, be prepared to leave your room before 11 am. Housekeeping leaves at 12 everyday. Near a grocery store, gas stations and restaurants.

The hotel was was in a great location! The islands were only 15 to 20 minutes away! The whole hotel staff was very friendly and helpful! The hotel room and bathroom was very clean and decent sized! The breakfast in the morning was your typical free hotel breakfast! The food was well stalked and the prep area was clean and kept cleaned while we were eating! If I had to pick one thing that was lacking it would have been the Wifi it was horrible slow and needs to be upgraded!

Rooms are comfortable, clean and spacious. The staff are so friendly and accommodating. Good breakfast with many choices and it's included in the price. Very reasonable. It's a bit of a drive - not walking distance to Brunswick. But it's in a central location to go to Freeport, Bath and the beach.

This motel goes out of their way to make their customers happy. The motel is very clean. The service of the personnel is excellant. Some food and beverages are available twenty four hours. The breakfast is presented well and the food is delicious,

Great value for the money on a holiday weekend. Easy access to the I95 corridor and eating establishments. The check in was quick with very friendly customer service. Pleasant décor, but couch and furniture was dirty in the room. The tub filled up with water while taking a shower.

Stay at the hotel was just ok. Corridors (hallways) and lobby area was warm and muggy. July 4th weekend and only one waffle maker worked during breakfast time. Things happen, but people had to wait a long time in a line for something that should take 2 mins per person. You can't have a huge crowd with only one waffle maker. Made the section where the waffle maker was, that had other breakfast items very congested in an already small area. Not to mention repeated power outages during breakfast time. Wifi was basically non existent. Extremely slow and this was a topic at the pool with other guest that had the same problem with wifi like we did. Drainage in the sink in our room was also very slow. On a positive note, the house keeping staff was very friendly and helpful. If you are looking to book this hotel to enjoy St.Simons Island beaches it is 25 minutes from the Island.

Conveniently located with many restaurants to choose from. The room was very clean, bed comfortable, huge TV, nice staff, good location, and reasonably priced. The safe didn't work and the breakfast was okay.

Good room, very clean and comfortable. Continental breakfast was very good. Short drive to Jekyll and St Simons Islands and lots of good restaurants and shops. Great value versus staying on one of the islands for hundreds of dollars per night.

Overall everything on this trip was good. The location was only minutes away from the college and all the staff were pleasant. The only thing that I would change is a bigger pool and have it indoors. Will stay at a Best Western again in the future.

Get there early if you plan to use coupon in Georgia visitor's guide. You cannot reserve ahead, it needs to be presented at front desk. We were told it was based on availablity and there were no rooms available at the discounted rate. I asked about AAA, only to be told No again. I had to go out to my car and reserve online to get AAA discount. Hotel is convenient on/off 95, clean and comfortable. However, I was not happy with the check in process. We have walked into other Best Western hotels and we have been asked/offered AAA rate even for last room available.

Hotel was very clean, customer service was excellent and staff very attentive. But the beds were NOT comfortable. The mattress has a plastic cover and made a loud notice every time you moved. Not much rest for us this weekend. We will start asking if mattress have plastic covering on all future hotel stays.

Stayed here on an overnight stop on our way from metro NYC area to Ocala. Kids enjoyed the pool and the hot breakfast the following am. Great rates and very close to the interstate. Breakfast was well stocked and supervised with plenty of room for lots of guests. Some noisy guests did wake us up late at night but quieted down quickly.

Everything was great. My mom and I stayed for a week. The owner was on site and he even wanted our thoughts on how he could improve the hotel. If the pool had lights and was in doors it would have gotten five stars. The pool closes at dusk and I wanted more time in the evening to relax in the pool area. I have health problems that the cool water helps. The property is clean. They need more area friendly broachers. There were some for stone mountain ga. Which is about 4-5 hours away. Great restaurant right by the hotel called toucans. You get a hotel discount for them. Food is good and affordable. Also there is great shopping near by. But back to the hotel the staff was great. Beds are comfortable and the bathroom gleamed.

In town for a family trip and due to season and date couldn't stay at my usual Comfort Inn. Found this this facility to be well managed and kept. Beds were comfortable. Bathroom was cleaned and recently upgraded. I would recommend to management the addition of some handicap grab bars in the tub and shower area. Breakfast was substantial. Many offer continental breakfast but I found a full hot breakfast. I highly recommend this facility.

Easy on and off from I95. Reserved a suite as my husband tends to wake up & wants to watch TV middle of night sometimes. This certainly was a mini suite and guess what TV in bedroom side not sofa side so this did not help us out at all. We paid $40 more than we did for other hotels where we stayed in a suite. I am beginning to think Brunswick not the best spot to stay overnight on trips south. Think due to Beaches in area slightly east they get higher rates for mediocre hotels. Room was clean so no complaints in that area. Check in was fine. Breakfast was below average. The biscuits were like hockey pucks. I think they were made days before. Eggs were tasteless. We had similar breakfast set up at another chain in WPB the next morning and both eggs and biscuits were yummy & fresh. We did like that we could walk to a restaurant in area. Front Desk suggested 1 that gave us a discount. We appreciated this gesture.

We visited Memorial Day weekend. Found a very reasonable rate and a really clean room. Staff person, Ms Rebecca was so nice and such a blessing to us. It was close to the beach and convenient for shopping. Enjoyed our breakfast. We plan to use this motel for our visits.

Traveling home and got very tired. I need a place for the night. The hotel staff was very nice and the hotel clean. I also enjoy the breakfast that was provided the following morning. I would stay there again

Oh my , what an outstanding hotel, not real expensive,but not so cheap any & all would want to pay. Which is perfect. Checked in with a BW rewards card. Front Desk lady was very informant & quick to get the job done..great worker there BW. She was even folding laundry. than came up & reprogrammed our TV. Great stay will recommend

Stayed at this location during a work trip. The room was very spacious and well kept. The breakfast was your average hotel fare, and the gym was perfect for my needs. Wish the pool was larger. I Will definitely book again if I am back in the area.

It was a labor day trip to seem my family... we usually stay super cheap when we go to Brunswick because most of our time is spent at my sisters; Therefore we just need a place to sleep. I wanted to stay in something a bit nicer, just cause we could. The room was fantastic, high ceilings, very clean, up to date and other than a few cosmetic things in the bathroom a great room oh and two queens as advertised. The staff was very friendly and full breakfast was good. The beds were OK not great but not bad either. Not long after I put my head down.. I found the walls were very very thin. None of our neighbors were being overly loud, we could hear the people above us, the baby started crying at 1am, the couple in the room behind out head board were having a normal conversation but I could hear all of it and the people on the other side I could hear them, I was really shocked. I am a cheap hotel/motel person. I was really dumb founded that the BW plus I could hear everything every night.

staff is very friendly very clean rooms easy to get in and out I enjoyed my stay. I also had a late check out which was great for me. I didn't have time to enjoy all the extras there but I will on my next visit

We enjoyed our stay at the Best Western Plus in Brunswick. The entire staff was very pleasant and the rooms met our needs. The quality/taste of some of the breakfast items (eggs, sausage) could be improved, but there is plenty to eat and a good variety of items.

The hotel is located just a short drive between Jekyll and St.Simon island. It makes for a great base location if you are exploring surrounding areas. 1. It was clean....didn't see anything that would make me run. 2. Staff was friendly.....check in was a breeze, (can't remember his name, something with an A) 3. Breakfast was good....keep in mind it is breakfast at a hotel not at home. 4. Room did not smell.....even though the water throughout Brunswick just had a funny taste. 5. Located within walking distance to descent restaurants. One in particular had happy hour all day....everyday and pretty responsible daily specials (under $10) 6. If you forget something, there is a 24 hour store open 10 minutes down the street (we all know the name of it ) 7. We were able to explore Historic Brunswick with just a quick on and quick off the interstate. 8. I am happy we booked here.....the fridge and microwave came in really handy. I was able to heat up my left overs for a midnight snack.

The hotel is just off Interstate 95 and convenient to all events, restaurants and attractions available in Brunswick. The staff is friendly and the rooms are quiet, clean and spacious. The breakfast provided was very good even with the number of people staying at the hotel.

Best Western Plus usually never disappoints But this one is an exception. We did received a warm welcome when we arrived along with suggestions of where to go for dinner . When we got to our floor it was obvious that construction was taking place, along with the unfinished walls there were large areas of the walls that were covered with dark mold. Our room was fine, seemed clean and inviting. Unfortunately the king bed had seen better days,it was very soft and an had an uncomfortable valley in the center. Please upgrade the bed. On the positive side the breakfast was appealing and the indoor saltwater pool quite nice. Call ahead to make sure the construction is completed and the mold has been remediated.

Property is right next to place we've stayed three times before... easy to find. Receptionist was efficient though not exactly friendly. Room looked like a recent renovation and was super clean with lots of towels. Nice bath and room finishings. Really a step above the Hampton and Holiday Inn offerings. Plenty of parking along the building. One problem in the morning in the breakfast area, no AC. They opened the lobby front doors and soon all the Georgia bugs arrived quickly for breakfast! I assume a temporary condition. Breakfast was the normal fare including omnipresent grits. And room was exceptionally quiet even though facing the local main drag across I95. Be sure to go to the Millhouse Steakhouse down the road a mile or less for some of the best cooking you will find on the road at a hugely reasonable price! We will try the Best Western Plus on the Florida return trip.

This is the only Best Western I have ever stayed at where I was charged room taxes when I used my points. Wi-Fi sucked. Just don't bother. Not worth it. The walls are paper thin. Kids running up and down the halls screaming. I actually had to tell 3 ladies (grown) to shut up at the elevator. This world is now a me-me-me world.

We had a pleasant stay and we were very happy with the staff. The room was clean and comfortable and had all the amenities that we were looking for. We will definitely consider this Best Western Plus if and when we return to this area.

Hot , Hot, Hot. The hallways and every area other than the rooms are not air conditioned. I read some expedia reviews beforehand about the lack of a.c. and should have listened. We were sweating just getting to our room. Went to eat breakfast in the morning and the breakfast area felt like a sauna. We walked in and right out. Sleeping accomodations were ok. Bed was nice. Room was clean. Pull out couch is only a twin with a very thin mattress with lots of noticeable springs. We went to front desk to get sheets and pillow for pull out bed and was told they were out of pillows but we could go to the neighboring hotels and ask for some...??? WTH.Really! Next time I'll pay the extra $30 and stay at Embassy Suites for ac, pillows and cook to order breakfast. Paid $101.00 through expedia

A very pleasant stay. We had a King suite. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. They offered a great breakfast and there was plenty of food for all the guests The staff was friendly and helpful in suggesting places to have dinner. We look forward to booking a stay here again on our way down south next winter.

This hotel is right alongside the I 95 and is convenient for staying in Brunswick. The rooms were spacious, clean and most important for a traveller, it has a guest laundry. Friendly and efficient staff, nice breakfast. Several smaller eating places, shops and petrol station close by. An easy run down the I 25 to more shops, restaurants and the Golden Isles.

We stayed for two nights the room was very clean. The front desk staffs was very nice continental breakfast was good both days. I was very happy with everything. I will definitely use this hotel again.

Nice, clean hotel room. The mattress was a little too firm for my liking but it wasn't something that would keep me from coming back. Great accommodations for the price. Location is convenient to everything. Will definitely stay here again.

I will anyway. Family friendly, store and ale house within walking distance. Clean. Breakfast for the kiddos saves money. Clean. Friendly service -- ESPECIALLY Ms. Calvinetta, who takes such pride in her work. And... Nice and clean for the money that you spend. A real deal. This visit took me back to road trips with my family growing up in a time when hotels took pride in the service they offered for road weary families. Left feeling ready to tackle the next leg of the trip refreshed.

We stayed here for an overnight stay on the way home this time. The last time we were here was a year and a half ago. They are still very friendly, clean and the breakfast is great! The room we stayed in this time had two small issues: the shower must have had a connection to some other water source because it would get hot and then cool while the shower head was loose from its base so it didn't stay in one spot; the other was the sofa-it was stained and looked like the pullout was off its track a bit. Even though it was stained it wasn't dirty. Overall, still a. great place to stop for the night.

The Best Western in Brunswick Georgia is a very nice place to stay.well located and a lot of places to get a bite to eat after a long haul. Then go back to a excellent room to relax and sleep to start the next day trip.

The room was ok, nothing fancy. Everything was clean! The man who check my family and I in, was very pleasant, however the woman the next morning not so much. Continental breakfast had great selections! I would stay again if in the area!

We wanted an overnight stay outside of Savannah en route to our Florida destination. We have had success with Best Western Hotels in the past, so we tried this one sight unseen. It is situated in a complex off i- 95 (easy on and off) amid a number of hotels and a few restaurants. The suite allowed my husband to sleep undisturbed while I read and prepared the details of our trip the next day. The beds and pillows are more comfortable than my ones at home making sleep away from home very easy. The free all- you- can- eat breakfast included everything you might want- scrambled eggs, sausage, gravy, waffles, cold cereal, oatmeal, pastries, juices and of course coffee and tea. No restaurant or bar on the property, but there are a number of options within walking distance. We thoroughly enjoyed the Toucans Ale House.

This hotel was very clean and quiet. Everyone was friendly and I would definitely stay here again. Also, I will consider any other best western from here on out. The price for the room we got was a great deal. My husband and I needed a small inexpensive get away and this was the perfect choice.

We stayed one night on our way home. The room was quite spacious , clean a nice king size bed.The only thing we found strange is the closet where you hang your clothes the rack is very low. The breakfast is the typical breakfasts included in many Hotels, buffet with eggs, sausage toast muffins nothing great but okay.

Checked into a king size suite and the room was spacious and very comfortable. Would definitely stay at this property again. Number of restaurants close by either in walking distance or in a very short drive. Slept well and their complimentary breakfast more than adequate.

We stopped at this location coming back from the Keys. Fast check in and a very clean Hotel, Great location off of 95 with places near to eat. The breakfast was good and plentiful. Waffles, eggs, Sausage patties, Sausage gravy, biscuits, pasties, cereal, oatmeal, yogurt and Fruit.

We stayed here to break up our trip from Key West to Columbus, Ohio. It was a great choice. It was more than we wanted to spend for an overnight stop, but we didn't regret it. The room was clean. The hotel was quiet. The lot was well lit and much better than the surrounding hotels. The night front desk guy (sorry not sure what the official title is) was polite and acknowledging. The breakfast was well above average. It runs form 6am to 9am so get down there early. When we stayed they had warm biscuits, sausage patties, sausage gravy, and scrambled eggs. Included was the typical waffle batter/maker, cereal, coffee, and juices. Bottom line it was good to wake up to more than bagels and butter. We do plan to say at this location again next year.

Very clean and convenient to I95, petrol, restaurants, etc. Check in was a breeze, the room was well appointed and quiet. We did not get a suite, so were a bit concerned about the room being too small; however, it was quite roomy.

Our stay was as in the past, very uneventful. We have no complaints with anything. Will continue to stay with Best Western. The rooms were very spacious with appropriate seating, the TV was easy to operate, the room was very clean,and the continental breakfast was great. Food was well stocked and tasty.

This Best Western is another good one. We try to get Best Western Hotels when we travel. The room was clean and everything worked ! The gentleman at the desk was very friendly and helpful. We received a discount for a place near by to have dinner.

We highly recommend this hotel to stay in for any reason. Both my husband and I have stayed several times at this hotel and have never experienced any problems. The room is comfortable, the staff is wonderful, and the breakfast is plentiful! Recently, the hotel coordinator was instrumental in arranging room accommodations for a large party of our out of town guest. All were very satisfied and happy!

Very poor service from expedia. Given the runaround from one person to next. Noone able to take charge and resolve my problem at check in. Paid room in advance but was charged again by the hotel since no one at expedia would help me resolve the problem. Require an immediate resolution and a complete refund for the amount I was charged for my stay. Jean Fournier

We stop here every year as we move back north and the staff is always so helpful and courteous. The rooms and clean and well organized and everything works. The Breakfast Bar is well stocked and fresh. All in all a great place to stay.

Room was clean. Beds were comfortable. Front desk Maryann was very helpful and nice when we checked in about 11:30 last night. We had a problem with the water being only lukewarm; called the front desk and maintenance came within 10 minutes. Seems he turned the water heater up and TaDa...fixed. Nice breakfast. We would definitely stay here again.

We decided to stop in Brunswick, GA on our way back to NJ from FL. Even though it was after 8 p.m. when we arrived, the woman behind the desk very friendly and accommodating. We had a late dinner in a restaurant that was an easy walk from the hotel...a welcome relief after driving so many hours. The room was large, clean, and fresh smelling. The king bed was comfortable, but given the amount of space in the room, it might have been better if it were moved a little further away from the air conditioner. The hot and cold complementary buffet provided a good variety, including both scrambled and hard boiled eggs, good sources of protein often missing from other hotels' breakfast fare. The attendant always was present and constantly replenished any items as they were taken by guests. All in all, this hotel was an excellent choice.

Booked this hotel room thru a third party vendor (Oribitz). Our room was at the top of the stairs on the second floor, which meant that anyone using the stairs came up and down directly across from our door (open stairwell). Bed was NOISY. They put something like 3 different mattress protectors on it, some plastic and some rubbery, so when you rolled over it made a very loud crunchy/squeaky rubber-against-plastic-and-vinyl noise. There was just no escaping it. Also, the bed frame itself was not tight, so every time you moved it squeaked. We hardly slept at all as a result. Shower head leaked UP, so there was no way to get the water to not go on the floor regardless of how the shower curtain was positioned. Water smelled like rotten eggs, which also affected the coffee and juices that were served at breakfast. Speaking of breakfast, woman in charge of stocking the breakfast items apparently couldn't make coffee, because it was mostly rotten egg water that was slightly brown. She handled the breakfast items with her bare hands instead of using plastic gloves or a utensil (e.g., tongs). We will not stay there again and certainly wouldn't recommend it.

I attended a family member's graduation in the area, and found a good deal with the Best Western Plus. I was pleasantly surprised with the accommodations, and highly recommend this hotel to others who want to stay in the area.

A smooth easy night was spent at this hotel --Its quite reasonable -Nothing really special but would stay again -Size of room was average -breakfast was okay -Gavy on a bun which evidently is a southern favorite --Eggs and sausage also

Nice clean facility with a friendly staff that made the check-in process a breeze. They had a nice breakfast with a good selection of food, including fresh fruit! For lunch and dinner there are Restaurants near by for easy dining.

I have visited this hotel before on a previous trip with family & I wasn't disappointed then. This trip I visited with a friend & again I wasn't disappointed. The staff was great, the room was very clean, all the appliances worked, the location was very convenient to St. Simons Island & the breakfast was delicious. I would highly recommend this to any type of traveler

Stopped on way to Florida. Very easy on/off I-95. Room & hotel very clean. Bed comfortable. Staff friendly and helpful, especially with information on local Chinese restaurant with delivery. The hotel was an excellent value for the money and I would not hesitate to return.

We stayed here on a trip to Florida. Convenient location off Rt95. Our room was clean, comfortable and larger than most hotel rooms. The staff was friendly. The hotel offers free breakfast and WIFI. There are several restaurants nearby for dinner.

Very clean hotel from top to bottom The bed was super comfy and the room was spacious. All staff members were pleasant and welcoming. Breakfast offered lots of choices and the food was not only good but also hot. Great job with keeping everything clean and filled. We plan on returning on our way home and plan on making this our spot each year while traveling to and from FL and PA

My husband and I stopped here as a halfway point on our way home from North Carolina. Our double Queen room was comfortable. The bathroom was one of the best motel bathrooms we've had - the sink plug worked and the lighting was perfect (so often the bathrooms are dimly lit and creepy). Only one disappointment - the TV was an HDTV, but the stations weren't HD so everyone looked short and wide. It is just off the Interstate and close to a good selection of restaurants.

The rooms are really nice and clean and the beds are very comfortable. The is a really nice hotel on the way to FLA, my family and I will stay here again on out trips to and from FLA they even have places to park trailers and they are very secure

This was OK for an overnight stay. Large room with comfortable beds. Carpet shows it's age. Breakfast was adequate. Check in was quick, but we weren't provided information about breakfast or the WiFi--we had to ask for that information. We just didn't get that typical friendly "welcome" by the desk staff. This is a good place to stay overnight very convenient to I-95 at a very competitive rate, just don't expect much in the line of luxury.

Great rate, very friendly staff, clean comfortable rooms. All that plus, breakfast, guest laundry, and a fitness center. On a side note, I called here 2 days before my trip trying to get an early check-in. I was told that they wouldn't know until the actual day, but that they would write a note. On arrival, my room was ready early, and the lady at check-in even stated that a note had been left regarding my wanting early check-in. Awesome customer service!!

We liked the hotel very much. It is a new 3-4? storey building. Everything looking new. Very good breakfast included. I would rate it excellent if it was not for the shower drain to be a bit clogged. I reported it and they said that they would take care of it. Will be back.

Wanted to use a coupon I found at the GA welcome center on 95 N., I called ahead to check and when we got there, I was not able to use the value coupon because I was told It was considered a reservation. The front desk person did take my name and information, and I was only a few miles away. This is very unfair. I should have been told the coupon would not be honored.

We were driving to Florida and chose this hotel. I called for a . reservation and was quoted a price higher than I saw on internet. When I asked the desk clerk, she said she doesn't handle that the hotel manager does. I hung up and made my reservation using my I-phone and saved more than 10.00. It should be easier to make a reservation without having to be inconvenienced.

On our drive to Florida, we spent one night at this Best Western in Brunswick, GA. The room was large, clean and well maintained. It had a small fridge and a microwave. There was a complimentary breakfast the next morning. We're going to stay there again on our way back north.

BW Brunswick GA all anyone could ask for over a busy Thanksgiving week-end. Staff knowledgeable and helpful for a tired person finding a decent dining experience near the BW. Check-in quick with no hitches as was check-out. All in all, a memorable experience. Would go out of my way to stay there again.

Right off I95, this was a great value for the money. It was very clean; breakfast was good (and attractively arranged), staff was courteous and helpful when asking questions about the area. We will definitely stay here again when in the area or traveling south on I95.

We enjoyed this hotel very much. Rooms were quiet and clean, staff polite, breakfast surprisingly well prepared (could have used bacon for variety, but the eggs were not dry). Our two kids slept like champs. I'm glad we found a decent place to break our Florida drive. Will stay here on our next trip.

Good value......Rooms were quiet....love seat was a little tired but comfortable for reading and watching TV. The breakfast was excellent....the breakfast room hostess was plesant and food was hot and tasty.......All in all a plesant experience

Comfortable, clean, quiet, with very nice desk clerks. We enjoyed our stay on our trip northbound so much that we stayed here on our way home! Large room on 3rd floor was perfect for us. Left too early for breakfast both visits. Really appreciated the money we saved compared to where we would normally stay. ( Only other time we stayed @ a BW was in Fairbanks, Alaska & we were more than satisfied with that hotel.)

Good size rooms, nicely furnished very clean and quiet. Close to a few restaurants and they offer 10% off at the two within walking distance. Decent breakfast with eggs, sausage, biscuits, waffles etc.

Comfortable beds, clean rooms. Was a little taken aback that housekeeping didn't service our room on the second full day we were there, but the night manager gave us clean towels and toilet paper. The breakfast is decent but I have to say, I wish they'd vary it a bit. Scrambled eggs, sausage patties, and gravy is the extent of the hot food. Maybe bacon could be used instead of sausage sometime.

We were here for two nights. The hotel is very modern and clean. Our room was also very nice, clean and up to date. The carpet was clean and the furniture was very modern. There was a nice size closet and a safe in the room, which made us feel comfortable leaving valuables in the room. The breakfast was the typical Best Western breakfast. There was a good variety and my husband really enjoyed the bisquits and gravy. The lady who worked in the breakfast ares was, very friendly and is a nice job keeping things cleaned up and in order. If we return to the area, we will certainly stay here again.

Our AAA travel coordinator highly recommended this hotel and we are happy we took her advice. The hotel is easily accessible, very clean and well maintained. The room was a good size and nicely furnished. The bed was extremely comfortable with nice linens and pillows. Every staff member we encountered was polite, friendly and professional. The hot breakfast that is included with the room was also very nice; much better than most hotel free breakfasts. We will definitely stay at this hotel on our return trip from FL and on all future travels through this area.

The hotel was very clean, friendly staff and very helpful when you needed something. Breakfast pretty good with a helpful staff maintaining all of the items. Good staff on checkin and checkout. Felt very comfortable staying overnight there. Good area also with a lot of restaurant in walking distance. would return.

Very good value. Pleasant clean room with very comfortable mattress. We were on the road for 12 long hours and it was a pleasant surprise to see a Best Western right off of Route 95 making the on/off easy. Will definitely seek out Best Western in future travels.

Hotel was neat, clean. Staff was extremely helpful. Breakfast was great. Will definitely stay again. We Love Best Western Hotels and always stay at if they're available where we're travelling. So I highly recommend this Hotel.

The hotel rooms were quiet and comfortable, the staff was very friendly and the breakfast was great!! For the price, you can't beat this hotel. The internet reception was fast and easy. The beds were very comfortable. The breakfast had a very good variety of food from cereals, to eggs and sausage, waffles and hot syrup to the breads, muffins and the pastry buns. A good way to start the day for free!!

Travelling up 95, we were looking for a place to spend the night in Brunswick before continuing north thru the SC flood detours. After a brief rude telephone conversation with "MaryAnn", we decided to stay elsewhere. The first impression is the last impression, and you're not going far in the hospitality industry if you're able to chase away customers in a 20 second initial phone call.

I stay here every year while on the way home to Florida and am always delighted with the facility, the service, and the closeness to I95, stores, and gas stations. The staff makes you feel like family.

Small hotel on noisy highway. Clean and comfortable bed but breakfast not much. Very low quality and only a few pieces of fresh fruit. Small uninviting lobby. Staff not overly friendly. Have enjoyed other best western hotels. Would not stay here again.

A relaxing stop over after along drive. A comfortable bed in a quiet room.. Breakfast was OK by British standards but typical in the USA. Would stay here again. I thought it a tad overpriced but met our needs.
