Overall, was a decent stay. Nothing extremely great, nothing extremely terrible. Staff was courteous, room was clean. However, the upstairs room was: 1) VERY in accessible for an elderly handicap person (which was with us). We do not *believe* there is an elevator, but are not 100% certain. 2) the room was VERY outdated, it honestly felt like a 1980's room through and through. If passing through this area again, we would not place this hotel above other possible offerings, but would stay here again in a pinch.
Super friendly and helpful staff made the stay!!!! the rooms were clean and comfortable the food was ok. I would suggest going to the diner across the parking lot if you need a little more, and get some local flavor. pool was clean and looked nice didn't have the chance to use but friends did. Would come back for sure!
This lodging is consistently satisfactory every time I come. I don't go anywhere else in this area. I know this will have a clean comfortable bed and a decent breakfast. Reasonable prices
Overall good quality for the price. Not the best location. Bathrooms need to be upgraded it would be hard for a elderly person to use the small toilet.
Our stay at this location was great. We were a little hesitant after a less than favorable stay at a different hotel in another state. Our room was very clean, the WiFi was great, we loved that they used Dish as the cable provider, quiet hotel, and the breakfast was very good. Our family was surprised at all of the options to eat. A favorite was the self serve pancake maker machine. We've decided that when we make our annual trip that this hotel will be the one we stop at.
From check in to check out, the staff was GREAT!! There was one minor hiccup in our room, and the front desk staff fixed it IMMEDIATELY! They ran out of breakfast meat about 7:30 and didnt provide more. Other than that it was GREAT!!!!
Absolutely the nicest staff and accommodations you will ever find in a hotel. Third trip staying at this location and they are always provide the best experience.
Hotel is a great place to stop and get some rest along the way to Texas. Area is safe with lots of options for dining. Brought the family pet on this trip and there is a nice area to walk your dogs and they provide bags for cleanup. Overall very nice place to stay.
Nice stay. Would have preferred a little more water pressure in the bathroom but we still had a nice stay. Fridge and microwave in the room. A very decent breakfast--scrambled eggs, bacon and sausge, biscuits and gravy, along with the usual things. Also had one of those pancake makers, which do make a decent pancake. Stayed two nights and overall was very pleased with our stay.
The hotel was nice and clean. Great hot breakfasr to start my day off. The hotel was close to my destination.
Very nice. Clean and comfortable. The staff is over the top. Jan at the front desk and the lady who prepared breakfast were both wonderful. All staff members friendly and worked hard. We were here during the Eclipse and it was busy. Our room was clean and refreshed daily. Also, Benton is a very nice town.
We stayed one night. Our room (105) appeared to have been recently updated. It was clean, had soft towels, the king size bed was very comfy and the pillows were so nice. The front desk folks were all very friendly. We enjoyed a full breakfast the next morning. I would recommend this motel if you want a great stay for a reasonable rate.
These folks go the extra mile. They switched a room assignment to allow early check in, found a great map of the area, and serve a breakfast well above average for similar establishments.i recommend them.
This hotel is clean, comfortable, convenient, location, friendly, and helpful, staff, and affordable.I label this hotel as cozy. The breakfast area is very inviting in the morning. The breakfast is delicious . There's a wide variety of food.
We were looking for first floor motel with nice parking for our trailer , we got there late the lady was so nice , we got room 112 the key worked perfectly easy access in an out to go to our truck and let our dog outside . The mattress was like home so comfortable , pillows a little hard and big it can be hard to find the perfect one , this place is clean a little noisy due to the Highway but we felt asleep pretty fast . The breakfast was outstanding, coffee warm it was a great stay we will always book in Best Westerns , on our way back home I booked a Quality Inn big mistake live and learn .
Came to Benton for a family gathering. We always stay at this Best Western when in Benton. Room was awesome. Very clean and comfortable. Although the highway noise is loud after a while I just didn't hear anything. The staff are very friendly and helpful.
Stopped very quickly because of medical needs. Easy off the interstate and nearby eating places but far enough away you didn't hear traffic. Greeted as I entered and provided a clean room. I'll be back!
The staff weee friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and everything worked. The breakfast was terrific. The rooms were comfortable. We arrived very late and the rooms held as they should be for a guaranteed reservation.
I stayed there for 5 days and going back again this week and i get the same room. I have a few people that I work with and I sent them the info to stay here also. Internet was good and I parked next to my room.
The charging station is the only thing I have any problems with at all. I bring my Family to this motel two times a year to visit Family and we ask for special accommodations for an adult disabled child and they always accommodate, and it is never wrong when we arrive late to check in and we cannot have a mix up with that and there never is.
Came here for business using my CLC card and the progress was smooth here. A local diner within walking distance and truck parking. Will be coming back the next time I am in the area. The staff is friiendly and helpful
This motel was exactly what I needed: clean, comfortable, quiet with a very friendly staff. I arrived late. The TV remote was not working. I received prompt & friendly help in resolving the problem. The bed was comfortable with extra pillows. And the price was very reasonable. I would definitely come back.
If you are looking for a place to get excellent service, great beds, wonderful breakfast, easy on from interstate, local places to eat, then this is the best place to stay. You will not find a better place.
Nice hotel, mostly like others around the US. Conveniently next to the freeway and plenty restaurants around. Little difficult when wanting to go to restaurant up the road at same side of the road. Clean, ok breakfast and curtious staff
Great, helpful, and friendly staff. Good breakfast, clean rooms, only down side would be road noise. We were here with a group of 40 teens for a youth conference. We would certainly stay here again. Would recommend this to group's traveling.
This was my first time staying at this location. The staff was very friendly and the facility is very nice. I was there for a conference and the location was perfect only 4.6 miles from where I needed to be and it helped me tremendously with the amount of traffic and construction work in this city. I was even given a discount rate for being a conference attendee. They offered breakfast to get you fueled for the morning. I would recommend Best Western Benton Inn if you are traveling there in the future. I will be booking again soon and this time will be just for family time and leisure. Thank you for such a great stay!!
Great value, breakfast was good, room was clean, has an outdoor pool, comfy beds, good location, would definitely stay here again for more trips with family or friends, close to everything needed or wanted
The staff was cordial and very professional. Our room was ready upon check in. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. We did not need to be near any main attractions we were tired and wanted a good night's sleep which we were able to do. Breakfast was provided for us and had a good variety. We would make reservations again if we ever go back through Benton.
Stayed for two weeks while visiting family in Benton - everything about the hotel, room, etc. was good, no complaints. My 8 year old daughter loved the pool and was in it every day. Only ended up using the breakfast facililties once but they were good and as expected. Won't hesitate to stay here again in the future.
The reason why I stay at the Best Western Benton Inn is because the service is always so pleasant. They are always happy to help you and everything you need is there. The staff is always so welcoming and that is a huge Plus
There were cockroaches on our room. Not just one but two! That was enough for me. They wouldn't refund our room because of that either just put us in another room. It was disgusting. I couldn't sleep because I felt like bugs were crawling on me. For 90 something dollars a night that should have never happened!
We were traveling to Texas and needed a comfortable place to spend one night. We were able to book a room while enroute the same day. The check in and out was very smooth thanks to a wonderful staff. We have zero complaints about this location.
The staff was great to work with, very accommodating to our needs. The room was clean, internet was fast Food wasn't that good, but that's not the staffs fault Now I am trying to use 25 more characters for this review.
This was my second stay over Thanksgiving holidays (2021 & 2022) and both have been great. From the friendly and fast check-ins, to the tasty breakfasts, maid service, etc. I can honestly say I'm happy with everything, and this is my go-to hotel for future stays in Benton. In the interests of fairness I will say that the only negative things there are noise-related - the room's fridge can be a little noisy but to be fair it works a treat and keeps my soda extremely chilled! And the road-traffic can sometimes be louder than I'd want, but I'm used to wearing earplugs at night so as long as I use them, I can sleep undisturbed all night long.
Reserved a room here after reading the excellent reviews. Said reviewers must live in an alternate universe from me. While the front desk personnel was friendly and helpful, the room was a huge disappointment. I had requested a room that was not used for pets; obviously that request was overlooked. The room stunk! It was NOT clean and also extremely outdated. If you are yearning for a trip back to the 80s, this is your dream location! This place is an embarrassment to the Best Western brand.
The staff at this hotel are fabulous and efficient. Rooms always clean, fresh. Most times we get the same roomand that makes us feel like we're at home. Breakfast is all anyone could ask for...& I'm picky.
This was a nice hotel with a jacuzzi tub. I had a good time it was perfect for me and my daughter. And was pet friendly. Most places are not so I was glad about that.... the room was on the bottom floor.
Check your ac vent, ceilings by the main doors, bathroom toilet back lid, sink drain for black mold. Also check you mattress pad, pillows and pillows covers ours had blood and yellow stains. No vacuuming nothing wiped down. The company is running short hours little the workers can do. Food is prepared in laundry room where chemicals, soiled linens are also at just fyi.
The breakfast served on Sunday morning was just amazing. Also we had a good firm bed. Everything was clean and worked well in the room. I would recommend this hotel to others and I am my wife and I are glad we stayed there.
My only complaint with this hotel has way more to do with current highway construction and Arkansas roads than the hotel itself lol. My stay was excellent! The front desk attendant was very helpful and friendly and my room was fine.
I arrived late in the day. Front desk was friendly and helpful and helped me correct a mistake I made with my booking. The room was clean and linens were in good shape. I was very happy with my overall experience there.
This hotel is not the easiest to get to. Although located right off the interstate - the driveway is right at the end of an off ramp and almost impossible to turn into because of oncoming traffic on the service road. If you go past it - you can get back - but its tricky. The staff at the front desk was amazing - that was the best part of the stay. The room was spacious and adequate.
stayed there recently while traveling thru the area. This was an older best western, LOTS of highway noise, no elevators. rooms, lobby , pool area very clean. Good hot breakfast. few outlets in the room to plug coffee maker and phones into. A little trash, cigarette butts on stairs and walkway. Would NOT stay there again due to 24/7 highway noise, no elevators, and age of facility. wished I would have spent a little more and stayed in a newer nicer quieter hotel. Restaurants were close by just on the other side of interstate.
We stay overnight on our way to Texas. We have stayed more than once and every experience has been perfect. The breakfast is good but that is the only thing that could improve. We will definitely stay again and will use BW as an option in other places.
I rented a room at this particular Best Western just so I could use the pool! So clean! So refreshing! I live in the same town as this motel and we have been experiencing a heat wave and I just wanted a day to float in nice cold water to escape!
Friendly Staff, great complimentary breakfast with attentive staff to ensure cleanliness and stock of food. This hotel is off the interstate with traffic, but the rooms were very sound with little noise.
Other than a parking issue, everything was good. I had to park away from from door. Traveling with my daughter , I would have rather been able to park at my room. It was a sold out night, but maybe the parking could be numbered by the door entry for each room. The staff was great and the room was pleasant
This was our third visit to this hotel. Each visit has been excellent. The staff and facility are exceptional. The room was very clean and modern. Breakfast was great. The staff goes to an extra effort to make your stay pleasurable.
Great Hotel , 1-30 is under construction and at times it can be difficult to get in and out of traffic. I think once the construction project is finished it will a even greater hotel. The staff , maids and cooks were very very nice and professional
Clean comfy quiet room. The facility is a bit dated, not top shelf, but a clean room with a good bed for a fair price in the area. Pet friendly room with no evidence of soiling from other pet occupants. We were traveling with expensive bikes on our car roof and were assured of no security problems, which is always a concern at hotels. We felt confident there would be no security issues.
Even though the hotel was near the interstate, the room was surprisingly quiet with the AC/fan running. Rooms were clean and staff was great! Even with our late arrival, check in was very smooth and effortless. Beds are your typical accommodations that you would normally see in a hotel but it wasn't as bad as some I have encountered. This gem is defiantly worth the $$!
An excellent stay. The room was clean, the staff was above and beyond friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast offered was abundant with a wide variety of offerings. Eggs, sausage, biscuits, gravy, waffles, fruit, cereal, etc. Right off the highway. If you miss it, it's a little tricky to get back to (but you shouldn't miss it!)
I stayed here for 14 nights at the last half of November. The various reception staff were very friendly and helpful, and check-in and check-out was very quick even though I didn't opt for express check out. The room was clean overall, but at one point I pulled the sofa away from the wall to collect a dropped pen, and found 4 or 5 empty condom wrappers and what looked like a small slice of pepperoni near the wall. I have no idea how long they'd been there! Despite this, the rest of the room was clean with no further issues. The room facilities were as expected (sofa, tables, chair, phone, fridge-freezer, TV, etc) and everything worked. The only negative comment I have about staying in the room, and admittedly it's a small thing, is that the traffic noise from the next-door freeway could easily be heard, even with the windows and door shut. It wasn't loud enough to stop me sleeping overall, but there was more than a few times I woke up when vehicles with very noisy exhausts would 'thunder' by. The breakfast optons were good - I wasn't expecting a full-on buffet, so the hot options of scrambled eggs, sausage patties and breakfast burritos were good enough for me. The fruit available was limited, but adequate. There was strawberry and vanilla yoghurts available too, which were tasty. I didn't bother making any waffles even though the facilities were there, and they also had a good selection of sweet pastries. The hotel was easy to get to, and I would definitely stay here again... in fact I'm already planning my next trip to see family in Benton and will be booking a room here! :-)
Te Benton Inn Location is easy to get to, the staff is always friendly, helpful and personable. I travel with pets and they are always welcomed. We have stayed at this BW for years and it is always just an easy and pleasant stay
First time that we stayed here and the hotel was very clean. Our check in and out went very well. Our room was clean and quiet and the amenities were good. Breakfast was very good with a variety of choices to choose from. Everything was fresh. There are many restaurants close by.
Room was clean and updated nicely. The only problem was the noise from the interstate. Could not get any sleep. Had a 3 night reservation, checked out after the 1st night. If they would change out the windows and doors, it may help out a bit. Will not return. This review is probably the first bad review I have given to a hotel.
This is a great hotel. Beds are great rooms are comfortable and the staff is excellent. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying I. The Benton area. There is restaurant around the hotel. Walmart is right down the road.
We were on a roadtrip, reserved a room so we could just sleep and continue on our trip. This place has been here for a while. We liked that doors open to the parking lot, easy to access the car. Room was clean, nothing fancy, but OK, I wasn't paying for the Hilton so can't expect the Hilton. ..... but it would have been nice to have a shower curtain..... I'm sure had we notified the office they would have gotten one for us but we weren't planning to shower anyway. It's easy enough to locate, there is a frontage road that has several hotels. Breakfast - the only hot thing was make your own waffle. There was a bowl of apples and oranges. A fridge had yogurt and milk. Cereal. We found enough to our liking to get back on the road, but if you are looking for a nice breakfast with eggs, sausage, etc. It isn't here.
I have stayed here several times while traveling for my business. Small area for truck parking in back. Little cafe next door but have never eaten there. Lets have a real talk about toilets. Nearly all Best Westerns have the same issue. Toilets too low and too small. Its difficult, for an adult male, to sit on the toilet and have all your parts in the correct area of the toilet at the same time. This is more than an annoyance as I'm sure you can understand. My bet is Best Western will never do anything to change the grade school size toilets.
I wanted to echo another person's review that the rooms open up to the outside vs. an interior hallway. Normally, we don't sleep at hotels with exterior rooms due to the traffic noise, but this wasn't as bad as expected. We got a room on the 2nd floor and were able to clearly see our car from the room. The bed, linens, bathroom, floor, etc. were all clean, neat, and comfortable. Absolutely zero complaints.
Nice staff, very clean room, air conditioner worked well, cute decorations, would definitely stay here again. You do hear the noise from the road but wasn't too bad. A staff member walked by me while I was standing on balcony and she was so sweet and welcoming. Great place!
First, let me say that you can't tell it from the pictures on the website, but this is an old-fashioned motel type place, with exterior doors to each room. The plus side to that is you can park in front of your room, if you are on the first floor. It was clean, the carpet felt clean on my bare feet. Comfortable bed. There was a fairly new tub surround in the bathroom, but the original shower head was still there. Very high up, with an uneven needle spray. It actually hurt a little. The breakfast selection was sparse and they were still having you order from an attendant. On the plus side, if the TV is important to you, the TV was HUGE with a great picture.
I only stayed one night, as I was just passing through, but the bed was comfortable, I slept like a baby. Everything was clean, the employee I dealt with was friendly and the breakfast was good. It's so nice to have breakfast available again!
Very welcoming staff. Clean form the lobby, room, pool, and grounds! Jan at front desk was amazing. Definitely going back next time we are in Arkansas. Price was great and was even able to use rewards! Didn't want to leave.
I always stay here when I come to visit My daughter and grandkids. The best in the area for the price. Allows my pups to stay with me and has a nice pool. Seems relatively safe. Not overly loud people staying there.
Great hotel for the price! Friendly, competent employees, clean room, good breakfast and wonderful pool!! I will stay here again and recommend it to anyone staying in the Benton/Little Rock/Hot Springs area
This BW was very clean, the cooling system was quiet and working perfectly. the Fridge and Microwave were like new and worked well. What set them apart was the staff. I accidently left my computer at the BW. when the staff found it I was 100 miles away. They volunteered to send me my computer via UPS with the card I had on file. What great folks. Will stay there again when I'm in the area.
This place had a great rate for corporate business travel. It was a good room at a good rate. Comfortable beds, friendly staff, surprisingly quiet for being next to the Interstate, and close to several other restaurants and businesses.
We stay at Best Westerns quite frequently when we travel, since we usually have our dog with us and most are pet friendly. I have to say this has to be the most shocking stay I've had at one yet! Yes the motel is old and very out of date. But as long as it's clean and maintained that's usually not a huge deal. But this place was anything but that. The toilet had not been cleaned and had obviously been used. The tables had rings from glasses or cups it smelled funky. I will say the sheets looked clean although they where on inside out? The hand rail in the shower was broken the plug for the tub removed. We would have turned and left ourselves had we not been driving in terrible thunderstorms for two hours in the dark with no signs of stopping. And the fact I had a container of Lysol disinfectant wipes! We did sleep in our clothes it wasn't till the next morning when we checked out I seen the sign over the desk something to the effect due to COVID they suspended their housekeeping staff!? I'm not sure what this all meant but was definitely NOT excited about it. This was a far cry from the COVID cleaning policy I read on the Best Western web site. And the experience we had just had the night before at the Best Western in Effingham Illinois! Their room where spotless. Mask where worn both by staff and guests. Again NOT the case here. Did NOT feel safe at all from COVID or anything else.
First off, the front desk clerk was not wearing a mask. Secondly the room was very old and musty like it had not been cleaned thoroughly for years. furnishings, carpeting and linens old and outdated. The only reason I booked this is because it was rated a number one value and it certainly is not.
We stopped here to sleep between to very long days of driving. All was very nice. We slept well. The grab and go breakfast was impressive with options. We had all we needed. We usually stay at Best Westerns due to their consistent quality and this rang true again! Also the price was so so low!!
We booked this BW because of it's no. 1 value rating but were disappointed in how old and dated the room was. Very cramped bathroom and shower. Also, the front desk clerk was not wearing a mask so we took a pass at the take out breakfast that was located behind the front desk thinking it was too unsanitary.
Staff was rude and acted like she didn't want to give me breakfast. That's the last thing I want to deal with in the morning is a rude, unaccomodating front desk person who is disgruntled and unwilling to accommodate my needs.
Conveniently located. Follow your GPS for directions. Clean. Friendly, efficient staff. Very comfortable king bed for my arthritis. Love having the sink outside the toilet/bathroom. We had pizza delivered to our room without any problems.
This is an older, but by no means unkept, hotel with easy access from the interstate. The bed was not the most comfortable but I didn't have any problem sleeping. The biggest advantage for me was the size of the room, we had the queen suite. When you have a big family you look for bigger rooms and this one exceeded what I look for. Plenty of sleeping area, plenty of seats, dining area, large tv, Jacuzzi tub, wet bar, and lots of space. The pool is closed due to covid-19 but this was not a deal breaker as we were just needing a place to stay overnight. Breakfast was grab and go again due to covid-19. As we are traveling back through here in a week we will stay here again.
I was extremely impressed with the staff they were super friendly and was helpful in finding us an place to eat. I would stay here again. The room was clean and fresh smelling. The bed and pillows were comfortable.
I stayed with my family for one night and that was more than enough for me. Air conditioning was not working properly, the room felt humid and stuffy. The water in sink and bathtub did not drain and even basic cleanliness felt lacking.
Had many rooms reserved for a wedding, the staff. Were friendly, efficient and very helpful making sure all went well. Rooms and exterior are always clean. I always stay here every time i stay in Benton.
Great staff lisa and Jodie professional efficient kind nice attentive I would stay again. Even gave directions on how to get there they need a raise God bless you for getting us out of the rain and inside safe
This was our 2nd stay here nice clean and good service. Front desk was clean and provide good service would stay again. The breakfast was average but had the typical Choice food with waffles and biscuits and gravy.
The location was good, just off the highway. The neighborhood was safe. We chose it because it was pet friendly, though a $20 charge applies The inn was tired looking. No frills room, clean enough. Breakfast was the usual, standard fare.
You can't beat the price for this property. Obviously, it was a little jarring to some that the room entrances were from the outside (old school). The staff was very friendly, but for some reason room service skipped our room the first day we were there - so we had to walk down to the office to get more towels.
The property was clean and well-tended, though older. The breakfast was very good. The staff were very accommodating to our needs having broken down on the highway. There's a restaurant next door. We didn't eat there but it looked like it was a popular spot. This hotel was a very good value.
Hotel was an older building but in good condition the room was clean and the staff was very helpful my husband was feeling sick and I asked for an apple and the staff gave me an Apple and a banana which helped great
The motel has very friendly, courteous and professional staff. The breakfast offered is a little less than the average offered in other hotels/motels. The noise coming from adjoining rooms can be very disturbing to your overall stay.
The staff were so friendly and accommodating! My room was clean and I was even able to have an early check in! It was a very nice hotel and the price was very reasonable. The only probably was the entrance was right after the exit and I almost missed it. I would definitely take the 118 exit next time.
This is an older hotel thats had a good update. The carpet could be replaced but everything worked and bed was comfortable. Breakfast area was small but there was a good variety and hot food was hot and cold was cold. Staff was great :)
Hotel is right off I-30 and the traffic is loud. Even if you are towards the back, you will definitely hear it all night. However, if the noise doesn't bother you, this is a great hotel. Breakfast was fabulous. My kids loved the chocolate chips, sprinkles and whipped cream for the waffles. Everything was quickly replenished and the staff was very friendly.
The staff was extremely friendly and check in and out was a breeze. The hotel itself was extremely quiet however it is located right next to the interstate and being an "outdoor entry" type of hotel then you WILL hear the interstate traffic all night. This is ok if you are used to an urban setting, which I personally am not. My one complaint would be that I had to struggle to move the bed away from the wall to access a wall outlet to plug up my CPAP. There was no outlet easily accessible from either side of the bed. All that aside, the place was nice and I would recommend it.
I have stayed at this hotel before and very satisfied with my stay here. The rooms are comfortable and clean. Breakfast is the basics but is hot. There are several restaurants close by. I definitely recommend this hotel.
Took a road trip up to Branson Mo and stopped off at the Best Western in Benton Arkansas as a way of breaking up the trip. Best thing that made me book the reservation at this hotel was then fact that they had a cancellation policy that coud be cancelled by 4pm on the day of arrival. Thankfully we didn't need to cancell. Only bad thing about the hotel was the directions from GPS. Took us through town instead of just sending us to the next exit past the hotel and having us make a U-turn. Other than that, great hotel with great service.
Best Western in Benton Arkansas never disappoints. The room is always very clean. The breakfast is hot and fresh and the staff are the epitome of what customer service should be. Other hotel/motel chains should sit up and take notice!
Really appreciate Jodi at front desk for allowing me to use her personal phone charger and upgrading us to a jacuzzi room. The hot breakfast buffet in the morning got our day off to a good start. This property is conveniently located off of the Interstate.
Walls are exceedingly thin and my mattress smelled like urine and the bedding smelled musty. We stayed at this hotel in May of 2019 in a different room and had a totally different experience. Even breakfast was not as good as our earlier visit.
This is a great place to stay with friendly staff and great accomodations. Outstanding breakfast and clean rooms. I like the quietness of the area and never have been disturbed during the night with noise. Such easy access off the interstate also.
We had an issue with our family suite, and the hotel staff went above and beyond to make it right for our family. The rooms are somewhat dates, but the beds were the most comfortable we have stayed on.
The staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. My trip was business related and the high speed internet met my work needs. The breakfast was nice and above average.
We stay at this hotel frequently to visit our daughter. It is so much like home to us and our Boxers. Clean, friendly, accommodating, large area to walk doggies. Mattresses are great. It is one of the original designed Best Westerns with room access from outside which we love! So easy to load & unload. Highly recommended.
Would recomend this hotel if you are just looking for an average place to stay. Was disappointed with the breakfast served, ieems that were supposed to be hot were cold. There wasn't much hot water and the toilet paper left a lot to be desired
When we arrived we were able to check in right away and it only took a few minutes. They we very polite and courteous and made sure we had everything we needed. We asked for extra bedding for our older boys and they had no problem with helping us at all.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed it the first time we came through Benton so we stayed the second time. Will do it again too the next time we are traveling even close to this area. A++
I look for cleanliness and safety foremost when choosing a place to stay...my third priority is staff friendliness and how willing they are to help. Benton AR Best Western measures up. Great place to stay!
Beds were comfortable firm just like i like , breakfast was great. Costumer service was wonderful, helpful and was able to offer up place to eat dinner at. Room was just average. Plenty of parking spaces
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Best Western Benton Inn. It was clean, and very comfortable. Also, the free complementary breakfast is the best I've ever had. Personally, I do not see how you can beat this Hotel for the reasonable price.
One night stay during a road trip. It's more like a motel, two floors, no elevator, park at your door. The clerk at the front desk was friendly. Room was clean and comfortable but definitely showing wear. It did not smell like a nonsmoking room! Breakfast was good; the attendant was very helpful and friendly. Despite being on the interstate, noise was not an issue. A little pricy for the quality.
I make a minimum of 4 round trips from TX to TN every year and always plan my itinerary around staying at the Benton Best Western. Easy on and off interstate, always feel safe, nice room and helpful staff.
After traveling for several hours on a trip to see family members in another state, because I'm a member of Best Western and use them almost exclusively for my travels, I decided to stop at the BW Benton Inn. The hotel could use an upgrade but was ok. The problem I encountered was after I checked in and got into my room, I found trash, (used drink cup), in the trash. After inspecting other parts of the room, shower, bed, carpet etc, it was found to be acceptable. I would ordinarily would have requested a different room but was exhausted and needing rest. I understand that mistakes happen, but this is an unacceptable thing that should be corrected and never happen again. This is the only problem encountered but was a bit unsettling.
Last minute trip to Benton, AR was made excellent by service and quality at the Best Western on Border Street. I highly recommend you to take advantage of their hotel. Their people make them who they are!
Just an overall "dumpy" place to stay. The air conditioner worked very poorly. People letting their kids run up and down the upstairs walkway and the adults coming, standing close to our room hollering at their kids. Basically, we would NEVER stay at this location again.
Older motel. Looked like recent repainting. Room clean. Thought little over priced but still reasonable . Our room had a musty smell but maybe because of heat earlier in day. If you're an award member still worth getting points.
We stopped in Benton in our way the the East Coast to visit family. The hotel was nice and clean. Employees were welcoming and kind. The room was comfortable. The breakfast was a typical breakfast a hotel. I will stay here next time we are in town.
Hotel was clean. Comfortable beds. Staff was friendly. Hot breakfast was nice with a good selection of food. I would recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again. Did not use the pool but the pool was clean and pool area was clean.
The room was clean and comfortable, employees were knowledgeable and courteous, location was convenient, hot breakfast was very good, but highway noise was loud all night. Disappointed that the room doors open outside rather than onto an inside hallway. Noise from the highway was loud all night so did not sleep well.
We spent the day at a water park, and we were exhausted. The front desk ladies were great, gave us extra towels and very informative. The room was updated and not bad at all. It was clean and cool when we arrived. We did not experience the breakfast, due to being so exhausted and curtains drawn. We didn't wake up until 10AM!! So quickly ran around collecting our items and got out the door before 11am ck out. The pool “looked” nice unfortunately didn't use that either. Wish we would have left the park earlier to the pool, would have been nicer. The roads around that area make no since, but there are back ways to get where you want to. We went to Ihop for dinner and I used the back way to get back to hotel. Overall quiet, clean, and good night sleep. Mattress is firm, however that's what we like. Only give you shampoo, make sure to bring conditioner, teen girls not happy with hair. I brought conditioner, they didn't know till after shower(oops)
Check-in was a breeze, room was clean, beds were comfortable, the a/c blew cold, had a hot breakfast in the morning, and easy check-out. And really, what more are you looking for in a moderately priced hotel? They are located on the westbound frontage road so if you are traveling eastbound on I-40, good luck.
Had a great time. Enjoyed the breakfast buffet that was included. I was afraid the road noise would keep me awake, but I put the AC fan on constant and it helped to muffle the sound. If road noise would be an issue, you might request a room further away from the highway when making your reservation. Staff was very kind.
This is the third time we have stayed at Best Western Benton Inn. Price is reasonable, the help has always been courteous and the rooms are clean (I did see a couple spots on the bathroom walls that could've used wiped off, but that is my only complaint). This hotel offers everything one needs for a comfortable stay, it's our "go to" hotel when visiting the Benton area.
This Hotel may not be a new Hotel but the people that work there keep it very nice inside and out. My room was one king size bed with a sofa. nicely set up and clean. The desk went out of there way to get me a room early (3 hours).
Other than the stinch of old smoke still lingering in the room, it was a great stay. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was hot and delicious. We didn't make it to the pool, but it looked very nice.
i stay at this hotel whebever im in the area. easy excess to i30. the staff has always been friendly & professional.& very helpful. the rooms are comfortable & clean. the beds are comfortable i rested well here.the lobby is a little small but that's because of the breakfast nook & how its set up.
It was clean and comfortable. Rooms facing the hwy were loud! But we drowned out most of that noise with the a/c fan. Older property that's been renovated. Plenty of food at the breakfast, and good coffee. Pool looked great but we didn't use it. Good location except for the hwy noise. Nice size room. Go see the Gann museum in town. Would stay again: can't beat the value.
Have been here a long time ago and some things never change, such as the rooms. Their basic for what you need to lay your head down and sleep and to relax. If your looking for fancy, this is not the place for you. Since there was 5 of us the room we had was a good size, but these rooms are upstairs and hard for me to get up there being disabled. Could not get into tub for same reason because it sat up too high and with my mobility issues I was not trying. Would love to see this place get an upgrade one day. But usually a go to place when we come back home or just traveling thru elsewhere.
Dog friendly hotels are apparently hard to come by in this area of the country. We booked through a dog friendly hotel finding site. The price was excellent, that's why it gets one star. This motel is older, but it could have been a nice, much needed place to shower and rest on our long journey from VA to TX. I chose not to shower, not because of the giant spider in the tub (We sent him to the spider afterlife), but because the bathroom was filthy and I didn't want to touch anything. I was very happy that I brought some wipes to wipe down the table, and anything else we needed to touch in the room. The breakfast was a typical hotel breakfast and the area seemed a little sketchy.
We enjoyed our stay here but as noted in our title, the place is and older style Mom and Pops hotel that has be dressed up. Best Western Has done all they can do to dress the place up from new fixtures and furnishings to new paint but the rooms are very small and the bathroom is tiny. With that said, the place does not charge and arm and leg and is a good value, the staff is very friendly and the place is clean. Breakfast was good with hot items and the internet was strong.
If you're like me, you need a hotel room as a clean, quiet place to lay your head at night. This place was great for that! All the room features worked as advertised and in fact, the shower was great... new fixtures, plenty of hot water and good water pressure. Room was clean and neat. Staff was friendly and helpful. Only down side is the traffic noise from the I-30 expressway, however I was so tired, I fell asleep quickly on the comfortable bed. I've stayed here before and will again when passing through that part of the country.
Fine property , it was clean, no central hallways as all rooms open to the outside. We were on the Home Depot side and it was quiet. The bath room was clean, we did not use the TV and the WiFi was fast.
We did not have any issues with this hotel. The hotel is clean and suited our needs at the time. Simply put we were on the road for many, many hours and we needed sleep. The staff could see were we like walking dead so they were quick at the desk and we slept great. They are good people here.
The staff are always very friendly and kind. Thoughtful to your needs and give information about the area readily. The rooms are clean. The breakfast is pretty standard for hotels. Pet friendly which is a plus for us!
For the price you know what to expect. We were greeted warmly. We have stayed here once before on our way to Texas. The room is a little outdated but clean. Would recommend that you ask for a room towards the back since the motel sits right on the Interstate.. The breakfast if minimal but will get you by until lunch. My major dislike about Benton is the access roads. It takes you forever to get somewhere and you just hope you don't make the wrong turn.
Motel was clean and friendly staff. It met our needs. Breakfast was good. Exterior access to rooms left us feeling a little bit unsafe.. Was a little bit dated bud Bed was comfortable. All in all it was a good value for the money.
I really enjoyed my stay in Benton Arkansas Best Western. The rooms were very clean, comfortable. The breakfast was very good and the service was above par! I will be making Best Western my first choice for any over-night trip.
We stayed here one night on our way out to Texas. The beds were comfortable, and the rooms were clean. The free breakfast the next morning was an added plus. We'd stay here again if ever back this way.
This hotel sits right off interstate with exterior doors so it is super loud. We were a family of 4 and only one got “warm” shower. My expectation is that a hotel/motel has hot water for all guests. The positive was that the lady at check in was very nice and hospitable. Hotel is older and does need some updating.
We stopped here just to rest on our 13 hour drive. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety. We arrived for breakfast with about five minutes to spare and the staff didn't rush us and made sure that we had everything we needed before they started tear down and even got my four year old a banana from the kitchen before we departed. The lady working the front desk helped us sign up for the rewards program and saved us some money on our stay. We will definitely stay here again.
It is so nice to be able to rely on Best Western to make my stay comfortable, safe and restful. I was so tired when I arrived and the staff were welcoming and so helpful. I recommend this property to any travelers staying in Benton or surrounding areas. Breakfast was great and the bed was just a dream to sleep in.
If you ever want to know what it feels like to sleep on the side of the Interstate...stay here. Sounds like the semis are whizzing past your door. If you must stay here, I suggest requesting a room away from the road. Room is small but clean.
i stay here when im in the area. it easy on & off i30 with plenty of places to eat. the staff has all ways been friendly & professional, & help as much as they can. the room has all ways been clean & comfortable, i rest well here. I recommend this hotel very highly
Well, Trip Advisor let me down on this one. I would not recommend. First, my mother always taught me to check the sheets before unpacking anything. There were several long, black hairs on one side of the bed. It was probably from the cleaning crew and I could have just brushed it off, but it was too off-putting. They were very nice when I called downstairs and quickly offered us another room. The linens in the 2nd room seemed fine but the walls had been abused/banged up and the "fix" was perhaps worse than the original damage (I am including a couple of wall photos). When we went down to breakfast the next morning, we left and ate at a restaurant. The room was crowded, messy, and the food choices were sparse. They need a complete remodel!
Our stay at the Benton Best Western was very pleasant. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. I have stayed here many times and will stay again. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast did the trick.
My go to hotel for frequent trips through the area. Easy on and off interstate, accessibility to restaurants and clean rooms. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast hot and tasty. Dining area clean. Price reasonable for all you get
I go there a lot for work ,, they are really good place to stay .. and very nice people that work there.. a lot of my work friends stay there to .. we all like it there ... will be back many more times this year I hope ..
The Inn was close to the Interstate and outside was noisy, But, once inside the room the noise disappeared. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable. Internet was quite fast. Breakfast was more than I had expected with several choices for a hot breakfast. We also booked a room here for our return trip.
It is very convenient to the Benton Event Center, gas station, restaurants and Wal-mart. Easy access off and on the interstate. The room had a mini refrigerator and microwave. Shampoo, conditioner, lotion, facial bar soap and regular soap as well as a hair dryer were provided. There was also an iron and iron board.
This was our last hotel stay during our two week road trip. Check in and out were both courteous and efficient in a nice well-appointed lobby. It is an older property where you park outside your room which was convenient for us. Our room was spotless and clean. Our bed was wonderful. The AC drowned out the road noise and didn't bother us. The hotel is a little hard to get to off the freeway. Take the Congo Road exit from either direction on I30. Colton's Steakhouse across the freeway is excellent.
I had a great time at this property and love the staff. I will continue to stay her when I am on my business trips. The room was very clean and the breakfast was great. They had a variety to choose from.
Stayed on company business standard room was clean good shower and breakfast was good. Friendly staff . Seating is limited for breakfast and the computer for customer use is very slow, but overall a good stay.
Me and my sister and our 4 kids stayed in the “2 bedroom Queen Suit”. The room was very large and comfortably held all of us! There was no separate bedrooms, it was one big room. I do not think the beds were Queen size though, they seemed to be full size is what my sister and I figured. It also came with a pull out soda bed, and another very comfortable love seat, so plenty of room! The bathroom was very small and “jacuzzi bathrub” was very small and outdated. The room did have a bit of a funny smell when we walked in but we febreezed it and it was fine. They gave us a clean pillow and blanket for the sofa bed. I pulled out the bed and there was so much dirt and hair on the fitted sheet on the sofa bed. I went down and got clean sheets for us, not sure why we hasn't already been given clean sheets. The ice bucket had dirt all around it and was gross. The breakfast the next morning was great selection of hot breakfast. From waffles, eggs and sausage to bagels, muffins and cereal, everyone found something they liked. The staff was very friendly. So there are some pros and cons but over all our stay was pretty good due to the space, friendliness of the staff, large pool, great breakfast, comfortable beds. I would stay again.
Booking out of sight is hard. You just never know what your going to get. We have been here twice in the last 6 months. The first our daughter-in-love graduated from Bible college and the last time was on our way to Branson MO. The room have been clean and smell clean. The people at the front desk have always been very nice and helpful. Good to know we have a stopping point for trips.
The hotel is a great stay. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Not to many hotels really care about the guest and I feel that they do care for the guest at this Best Western. I stay in a hotel every night for work and this is a great one.
Wow easy check in even with my Service Animal!! The gal Lisa in front was awesome. She went way out of her way to give us a great room and parking for our bobtail truck! She didn't know but I had just had a horrible experience earlier at another hotel and was refused a room! ( country inn and suites by Raddison in Bryant, Ar)Read THAT review! Horrible people there. We are staying two days and already are relaxed like we should be!! The bed is comfy although I had a bit of a problem sleeping from my other drama .. yikes. Today will be going to the pool and tanning! Ya. It looks inviting too! My coffee maker did go out during my third cup in the morning oops. At least I had a few. Haha. I told the front desk at breakfast. She made a note. Breakfast was really good. Eggs, sausage, bacon, waffles, pastries, yougurt, cereals. Full on breaky..yeah BW!! As we were sitting around in the room the maid came by with a NEW coffeemaker in a box! I asked for some more coffee and voila! Amazing customer service here. It's a nice small hotel with good service and amenities.
We stopped here late night and were greeted quickly and kindly. The room was clean and AC running great. The showers were great for TALL people!! Breakfast was typical continental and food/dining area was very clean.
The eggs were cooked to perfection, bacon was a little soggy, but not bad, coffee was great and the orange juice was good. I don't care for biscuits and gravy, but it was available. Waffles were available, too. Overall, it was great and a breakfast that rivaled Denny's or Waffle House. The bed was comfortable, the room was clean and newly refurbished and the flat screen TV had plenty of channels. The problem was THE NOISE !! OMG !! I woke up 3 or 4 times in the night because of the loud traffic noise from I-30. My room was on the second floor and the room windows faced directly on to the Interstate. Many times I though an 18-wheeler might plow through my room !! Hats off to Lynn who was an excellent front desk person.
Non-smoking room smelled horrible. Arrived too late to change hotels. We used a bottle of perfume trying to mask the odor. Cigarette butts were in the bathroom when we arrived Towels smelled terrible. Makes you assume the room was not cleaned appropriately! Don't plan on staying at a Best Western any time soon after this and the way the staff handled it. No apology and all they would say is this was a non smoking room. When office staff notified, she said the manager won't call her back about things broken in the office so not sure if she will get back to her about our situation
This hotel is very aged. The rooms are clean but have a lot of wear and tear. The bathrooms are very small. The lighting is barely adequate. The entry is from the outside so in poor whether you will be going to your room from the outside.
Stayed one night, just passing through. Checked in late. Staff was very nice and helpful. Room was very clean. Breakfast was well prepared. Outstanding stay. Would highly recommended this motel to anyone passing through on I30 or needing to stay in the area.
Great rate and on the way as we were driving from WV to tx. Perfect stopping point. Hotel was easy to find just off the interstate and plenty of parking. Breakfast was good and folks were friendly. Will return
Loved our stay at Best Western Inn Benton. It will be our home base on any future trips. Only thing wrong will the location is the one way serve roads on I30. Makes it hard to travel when you are not sure where things are.
Stayed here on a trip to Pennsylvania for the Holidays. The staff was very friendly, the room was very clean, and the furnishings were pretty much brand new. The location was convenient and we got out early in the morning and were able to avoid any traffic we might have encountered in Little Rock. Great value if you need a no frills hotel.
When in Benton, AR for business or traveling on a budget, this is a great hotel to stop at. The rooms were always clean, the breakfast was above average and the staff was always very helpful with answering questions or helping to resolve any issues.
We travel to Illinois abiut once or so a year. This is our half way stop. We do not usually get there till late and leave early, but everyone is usually very kind. The place is clean. The only down side is that it's all outside.
I arrived in the evening, plenty of parking. Clean parking lot. Check In was quick and easy. Nice room, and amenities. Had to leave early, so I was unable to check out anything else. I'd recommend staying at this location if In the area.
It was a nice clean bed to lay my head on for the night. I liked it a lot because I could access my truck from the room. Even though it's a motel it has all of the amenities that a hotel does. Totally recommend!
Reasonable rates, I had stayed there before and they fit the bill. This time I was upgraded to a master suite and the whirlpool tub was a nice surprise. Staff was helpful and friendly - gave much needed advice on "best routes to" questions. Place was busy at breakfast and the staff anticipated when items were low and had replacements ready to go.
An older but well-maintained motel with exterior entrances. Heard lots of highway noise. Could be a bit of a challenge to find in the dark if coming from the west. I bought my room from a 3rd party and the clerk was not willing to give me the room type I needed. Said she was "unable" to and referred me back to the 3rd party. I realize that is a chance you take using a 3rd party, but this was the first time a motel/hotel was unwilling to give me the room I needed. Occupancy did not appear to be the issue. My daughter absolutely refuses to share a bed and was prepared to sleep on the floor. It was a bonus to discover that the room had a sleeper sofa. So, I made a return trip to the front desk to get sheets for the sofa bed. Now, if the clerk knew we needed another bed, couldn't she have mentioned the sofa bed and gone ahead and given us the sheets instead of making us return? Breakfast was satisfying - eggs, meat, biscuits & gravy in addition to cold items.
We always stay at Benton BW on our way to Texas to visit our daughter, son-in-law, and two grandsons. We choose it every time because of its location, cost, and quality. Although we skip the breakfast here, there are many restaurants in Benton and neighboring Bryant to choose from.
Very clean and welcoming, at a reasonable price. I didn't expect this value. The room was spotless and the bed was unexpectedly comfortable for the price. Room could have been more quiet, but we were in a room facing the interstate. The staff was very polite and helpful. I would definitely stay again if prices remain the same.
It was time to stop driving for the night and we almost always use Best Western in these situations. This met our needs, a good sleep and a good breakfast. We wil continue to use BW as a result of this experience.
The hotel is older and I think it has been remodeled. The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom clean. The rate of $86 was less than most. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and the desk staff were very helpful and friendly.
I love the remodel. Lobby breakfast area, all the new carpet and beds. It was wonderful. I like the exterior corridor because I can back right up to my room!! They found my LG ear buds and sent them back to me, Awesome!!
This hotel is very close to restraurants and the walmart. The room was nice and clean You do hear quite a bit of high way noise as it sits right off the freeway. It was convenient for our needs. The breakfast was more than what we expected.
The quality of the motel was more than expected for the price. They have added amenities like a larger tv and a very good hot breakfast. The front desk staff told us how to get to the nearby restaurant, that would be difficult if you did not know the shortcut.
We needed a pet-friendly room, comfortable beds and welcomed the in-room Jacuzzi! There was even a pet-friendly area to truly walk our dog. So many motels advertise pet-friendly but it only means they accept pets. It doesn't mean the pet will have a place to truly walk about. The Benton Best Western has it all, is very comfortably up-dated and we truly appreciated our room there.
We stay here twice a year for family events. We have always been satisfied with the cleanliness and comfort of this BW. Diane at the front desk is pleasant and helpful. Makes for a nice check in. Will continue to stay here when in Benton for family functions
I was traveling home from a long trip and found this Best Western hotel in Benton by accident. I was exhausted and was pleasantly greeted and accommodated with a handicap room that had the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. Breakfast was very adequate and tasty, with fresh food and fruit and yogurt. There were other choices I did not try. I recommend this hotel.
We were in town for a funeral and stayed at this Best Western. From walking in the staff was second to none. The staff went out of their way to make sure that our stay was comfortable. There is a nice outside seating area that is shaded and relaxing. The lobby was clean and presented a warm welcome.
Nice room with good water pressure, and the standard breakfast you see everywhere. But the place is dated, noisy, the beds leave a lot to be desired, and the breakfast nook is too small to handle the traffic. I'll look elsewhere next time.
The rooms where clean, beds and pillows comfortable, and the staff was friendly. The check in was very speedy and wonderful lady working the front. Same with the check out process. Very fast. Defiantly will b back.
always enjoy this hotel for our visits to Indiana to visit grand kids. this was after we spent stopping to different locations and found this hotel to be the most relaxing it is more centrally located and has all the amenities we look for..
Although it was my first time at this hotel everything was great. Including staff and management. I was just as satisfied with this hotel as the one in hot springs Arkansas. We stay at that one most of the time
this hotel I stay at very often. this time we where on vacation, my wife also liked the hotel. the staff is very professional & helpful. its easy off & on the interstate & is close to serval places to have dinner. I've recommended this hotel & will continue to do so.
Despite loud traffic noise from the Interstate, the room is quite comfortable. The room is clean. Internet connection is fast. TV service was good but could have been better if the Weather Channel was added to the lineup. A furniture re-arrangement would solve a bit of a crowding problem when someone is using the desk and another person needs to squeeze by. Staff was very friendly and the offerings on the breakfast were good.
very nice clean and a good breakfast. we were down for a weekend of fun at magic springs, ar it was easy to get to and get back on to the interstate. close to food and gas station for easy fill ups for car and people
Stains on the bed as big as a pillow in room 210 then when we told them they flipped the mattress over and let one of the workers with her kids sleep in the room 210 and they made the bed for anyone that is staying there they are gonna put someone in room 210 then in room 211 there was roaches on the wall so please check your beds also there was stains on all the sheets and a hair in the food
I frequently travel from Texas to Illinois and plan my trips to be able to stay at this particular hotel. The staff is always very helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. This is one of the better hotels I have found.
We travel with a house cat. Many motel chains charge $25-$35 per night when you have a pet. I think the $15 charge is reasonable. The room was clean and the king bed was very comfortable. Have stayed here several times and will stay again.
This hotel was neat, clean, no smells, had a wonderfully comfortable bed. The little refrigerator had a separate freezer door with a large freezer compartment. It did a much better job of keeping things frozen than the usual small refrigerator/freezers. We were given a suite with a sofa even though we just paid for a regular room. This hotel is right on the interstate, but we were not bothered by the highway noise. The a/c had a fan you could run constantly which provided white noise. We had a little trouble with the TV, but the manager came right down and fixed it quickly. We were very pleased with our choice and the very reasonable rate we paid. Would definitely stay here again if in the area.
A good stop for a rest when taking road trip. The staff were the best, the rooms were clean and well furnished. We got a quiet room away from the freeway and relaxed. I wish there had been more Best Western's along the way.
Friendly staff and the room was clean. The bed was extremely comfortable and the air conditioning worked great. If there is a negative comment to make it would be that whoever installed the shower head must have been 8 feet tall!
Very clean room and lobby, nice flat screen TV with service that actually had a guide. My wife forgot her toothbrush. I went to the lobby and asked where was a store nearby that would be easy to find. She said "Wait just a second, I will be right back." She returned with a new toothbrush, complimentary of the motel. Overall, we were very pleased here, and all contact we had with employees was pleasant.
Four flies in my room. Other than that it was pretty nice. The pool was nice. Would probably stay there again. Breakfast was good. Wifi worked well. Staff was very nice. The restaurant next door was great.
Convenient for SW bound travelers. Great service, good facility, especially at the price. Not quite up to my other experience with Best Western, but not as expensive either. Good bed and furnishings, quieter than expected for near Interstate location. Close to several great places to eat.
We just needed a place to stay on our way to visit ill relative. It was on the way and we could get a room. There was nothing special about the room. They do need to extend breakfast times to 11:00 or even 12:00.
Grabbed a room passing through town. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms appeared a little cheap but clean and worth the money we paid for the night. It was also not too difficult to get in and out of with 26 foot moving truck.
This hotel was a little hard to access because of the crazy Arkansas frontage road system, but the hotel was very nice. I love being able to park at my room door! There are several restaurants, stores, gas stations (including Murphy), as well as a movie theater nearby. Guest Laundry room on site.
If you want a smoke free room stay somewhere else. We stayed here in December and had a great room. This time our room was supposed to be smoke-free but was not. It is a convenient place to stay right off I-30, but this may be our last time.
This was a great location! This hotel was a good value! We were just passing through the area. Didn't get to use the outdoor pool because I was sick. The front desk gave us extra blankets while we were there.
The front desk staff was friendly and helpful to get my wife and I a room at the last moment. The room itself was musty and damp, nothing out of the ordinary for a hotel in the Midwest. While clean, the room was a bit dated and could use some remodeling in the bathroom. The shower height was good, but water pressure left something to be desired. Beds were par for the course. Free WiFi. Decent amount of TV channels. Plugs were not easily accessible for bedside use. Breakfast was typical fare: powdered eggs, sausage, gravy, breads, muffins, pastries, waffle maker, etc. Three stars for an average hotel. A bit overpriced for what you get, but it could have been much worse.
this just out side of Little Rock with one of the nicest staffs. I have stay here for 5 years. They greet you with a smile and when your leaving you have one to hit the road. There some very good Resturant's in the area just ask the love to talk about what they have to offer in Benton AR
Overnight stay was we were passing through town. Okay hotel, nothing special at all. Could have been cleaner in the room and front desk lady could have been more friendly. We did not eat breakfast; there coffee was hot and okay.
Clean rooms, staff helpful and really friendly , has great shower with plenty of pressure !! They have joining rooms if you are traveling with family or friends ! The pool was nice and clean !! Not bad for the price :)
Open the door to my room and all looked well. When out got a bite to eat and walked a bit then headed in for a good rest. Turned back the covers on one of the two beds and found hairs and dirt. Tried the other bed and it appeared to be clean so I slept in it. The next morning I went to get a shower and found MORE hair! Don't think it was cleaned at all.
Perfect hotel and very friendly staff with big truck parking that is perfect for the job I do. Very quiet hotel you get the rest you need for the next day of driving great location just off of interstate 30
We spent one night in Benton, Arkansas. I was very tired from working all day. The linens were so fresh and comfy I slept a couple of hours before getting ready for bed. While getting ready for bed I broke a glass jar of night cream on the bathroom floor. I picked up the glass and wiped up the cream off the floor with tissue. HERE'S THE AMAZING PART! I used one of the sparkling white wash clothes to mop up the floor for safety of my family. There was absolutely no dirt on the wash cloth and I had even cleaned under the sink and around the basemold. WOW! I'm sure my own house wouldn't pass that test. We are regular users of these facilities and certainly will be in the future. Thank you Best Western house keeping staff. You are the"best". Julie C.
I would stay again and would recomment it to other's. The only thing I would change is the breakfast I would add eggs and bacon, toast and biscuits. The staff and hotel was great I slept like a baby. Just wished I could have sleep longer lol.
I've stayed before and still find this a GREAT place to stay. My room was once again very clean and comfy. Breakfast was hot and good with plenty of choices to get my day off to a good start after a very good night sleep. Love the fact that I can park in front of my door. I'll be back!!!!
For the price, this is a great value, even with the $10 (plus tax) pet fee. Our king room was clean and roomy with a comfortable bed. There is a pet area in the rear of the motel with poop bags and plenty of room for dog walking. The staff was friendly and professional, and the breakfast, while not exceptional, was more than adequate, as it included hot and cold options. It's an older building with exterior doors. While close to the highway, noise was not a problem on our side of the building. I would definitely stay here again.
The room was very clean and spacious. It came with a microwave and mini fridge. The staff was very helpful in regards to where I could park my large truck. Check out was fast. The morning breakfast was really good, as well.
We were in town visiting family for celebrations. This BW was clean and easily accessible from interstate, close to several good options, friendly stafff. I would recommend to anyone traveling and needing a clean, comfortable, safe place to stay.
The queen suite was very spacious. The beds were clean& comfy. The jetted tub needs to be resurfaced (color & cracks around drain showing its age). There was a brown film that surfaced after having front desk reset breaker for jets to come on. The door to room was also dented.
Very clean room and lobby. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast food was good. Beds were comfortable. Was a great place to stop to rest after traveling all day. We would stay here again while in this area.
Great motel to stay in. Clean comfortable room, and good breakfast. I definitely recommend this motel. I generally don't give perfect scores because, inevitably, there's something wrong or something happens. But not this time, everything was great!
this is a nice motel. the room was clean & the bed was comfortable I slept very well. the staff was professional & made me feel at home. I had a pleasant stay. there in a good location & close to cafes. truck parking was plentiful.
Booked this facility thru Trip Advisor and got a good price on a room on a Friday night. We had stayed here 5 years ago when moving to Texas. The facility is in nice shape. The rooms were clean, the staff was friendly. Shower was hot, which I can't say for some places I've stayed recently. The bed was comfortable, even for someone like me with a bad back. There were 3 minor issues. First, for me, their pillows are terrible. Super soft and give almost no support. That's just a personal issue with me. I need a more supportive pillow. Second issue, which they can't do much about is the noise from Interstate 30. We were towards the back of the facility on the west side and you could definitely hear the vehicle s on the interstate. Possibly a room on the back side might have been quieter. The other issue we had was a problem connecting to the Wi-Fi. IF Wi-Fi is a big deal for you, ask for a room close to the router. I can't make any comment about their breakfast this time as we were gone long before it started at 6 AM. The next time we are in the area for an overnight's stay, we will definitely be back here.
This was a perfect place to settle down after an 8hr drive from San Antonio. We just needed a place to settle in to be able to finish our drive to ft campbell. Very simple and straight forward hotel. The room was clean had a microwave and fridge. They had a flyer for domino's and they delivered which was great cause we were exhausted. Overall great place to stay. We had no issues.
Great place to stay, friendly staff, convient, close to Walmart Home Depot, lots of really good restaurants. Easy on, easy off the interstate, not far from Little Rock if you are unable to find what you want in Benton
Will be our #1 place to stay from now on, people were extremely helpful. Breakfast was very good with a lot of choices. Would recommend to anyone who needs a nice place to stay with a friendly atmosphere.
We have stayed at this hotel a couple of times over the past year. The staff are wonderful and we have always had a clean room and a welcome smile. We have never had any problems but I am confident if we did they would do their best to fix it. It is our go to hotel in this area.
Traveling. Needed a room. Cost effective, clean and friendly. It was late and we needed a room. I called the hotel and got a room. Upon arrival the person at the front desk was helpful and friendly. I was given good advise on where to eat. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable.
Thinking that this was the usual indoor inn, I booked it for a night on a last minute work trip. While I was disappointed to find otherwise, the room was nice, roomy enough for two of us,and clean. The beds were very comfortable. Their hot breakfast bar was more than adequate and good.
We couldn't check in until 9:40 pm and the front desk lady was super nice. The room was clean, beds were a bit firmer than we like but our stay met our needs. Breakfast was a great bonus for us having drive hours back home.
This is a one of a kind place to stay. Even just off the interstate it is quiet. There is plenty of choices for restaurants and shopping real close. The rooms are very large, plenty of parking and you never hear the people next door. The big pillowtop beds and just right pillows makes sleeping so easy. The staff are the nicest ever. They can help you with anything and never make you feel that you are putting them out. The pricing is a great deal that you can't find anywhere else in the area. You have a hot breakfast with eggs, bacon or sausage, muffins, yogurt, waffles etc. All the fresh hot coffee you want. Do not hesitate to book your stay with this fine establishment.
the hotel was easy excess from interstate the employess where kind & willing to help any way they could. the room was clean & i slept well, the bed was comfterable .it was an overall good stay. breakfast was good & the lobby was clean & also the breakfast nook
BW is usually my first choice in hotels. I reserved a room based on a recommendation from a friend who had stayed there. The room was very basic and needed to be updated. Overall, I felt the room was dark and gloomy as lighting was poor. Breakfast was adequate and the breakfast area was rather small. Next time I'll definitely be going elsewhere.
This is an old style Best Western motor court. First floor guests park outside their rooms with no interior hallways. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The tub and shower had new fixtures and a shower head high enough for a basketball player. The motel is near the highway but road noise was minimal. We could, however, hear people in other rooms and the banging of doors as people went in and out. There is a lovely pool just across the parking lot. It is partially screened with bushes and cannot be seen from the road. Staff were friendly and helpful.
We needed a place to sleep on a road trip that would allow our medium-sized dog. After a lot of googling, we decided on Best Western. It was a reasonable price and only had a $10 pet fee. The room was spacious, and I liked that we could park right outside. The bed was comfortable, and the living space was quite clean. The only problems were a clogged sink (which we were too tired to report that night but told the front desk about in the morning) and a few hairs in the shower. It is located right off the freeway, so there is some noise, but the white noise of the ac masked that pretty well. Overall, a good, clean, friendly roadside motel.
This hotel is conveniently located on I30 and very quiet considering its location. We stayed one night on our way back from St. Louis. Rooms were clean but sofa could use some updating. Also the door let a lot of light in, as did the window drapes. Other than that it was a good value for what we paid.
We were extremely pleased with our overnight stay. Staff was polite and helpful. It is pet friendly. Room was clean and no scent of smoke. Complimentary breakfast was one of the best we have had. Easy on/off access to interstate. Will definitely stay again on way to Dallas.
We were on way home from a stay in Eureka Springs for our 55 wedding anniversary ..Very tried and rain in forecast ,great place to stop ,very easy to find .people were helpful and place was clean and cool . Had a good breakfast but not enough room for people to dine ...I suggest removal of one of couches and could fit in two more tables ...We had a good stay all in all . Thanks
Hotel staff were great! Having a place to stay with our pup was very important. The rooms were clean and the best was excellent. Large room with ultraHD TV that appeared to be brand new. Breakfast had a great selection and was very good. Enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay at this location again.
While the room was clean, it needed some help. There was a small refrigerator in the room, and one of the legs had apparently broken off. The leg was replaced with an unfinished block of wood. They could have at least painted the wood the same color as the refrigerator (black) so that it blended in with the refrigerator. The tank cover for the toilet had been broken and was replaced with a plastic tray of some sort. It wasn't a good fit. The carpet had very obviously been patched with a piece of the same carpet, but the color was much darker than the rest of the carpet. We were given a handicap room, which was fine with us, but there was a bar over the toilet tank which seemed to have no purpose. This bar had some sort of large knob, slightly larger than a door knob, that was wrapped in black electrical tape. We had no idea what that was all about. It looked like they were trying to cover something up with black tape. The room was clean and quiet, which was good, but it needs some fixing up. Next time I'll pay a little more and stay in a more updated place.
Stayed at this hotel in June coming home from Illinois. My wife lost her engagement ring while we were there. The maintenance man searched everywhere outside including going through the trash. We finally had to get on the road. About an hour later the hotel called and said the lady cleaning our room had found the ring. We received it via mail 2 days later. We have since stayed 2 other times at this hotel and it will continue to be our stopping point when travelling between Texas and Illinois.
This motel is a bit older than most at this exit off I-30 but I found it to be most quaint. The staff was helpful and friendly and very accommodating. The room and bathroom was clean and as important, the A/C worked great. The continental breakfast was a perfect to start the day and the breakfast facilities were clean and well attended. For $80, it was money well spent. I'd stay here again over the other chains at this exit for sure.
We stayed here passing through Arkansas on our way to Texas. I searched hotels in the south Little Rock area on our intended route down I-30, but most of the ones we found were 2 stars or less with very bad reviews. This on was a bit further out of town but it had 4 stars and lots of positive reviews. the motel is relatively old, but had a facelift with the new logo. the lobby was renovated and very new. the rooms are really large - ours had a sofa in it and a king bed. it was clean and comfortable. and quiet. there was a microwave/fridge which is handy. The ladies at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. the breakfast the next morning was quite good - the typical motel fare with eggs and sausages, biscuits and grave plus cold cereal, fruit and pastries. this hotel is a great value for the money. I would highly recommend it if you are travelling through and need to stop around Little Rock.
Stayed here both going and on the return trip back home. Very clean, good value, nice breakfast, one of the better breakfast of the 5 BestWestern's we stayed in on this trip. The front desk was very friendly and helpful with our needs. Nice place! Will do it again!
My chopper broke down on a long trip as I pulled into the hotel to see what I needed to do to repair. The front desk staff were very helpful in letting me take up space in the front of the hotel to conduct repairs and enjoy their hospitality with a cup of coffee. I was not intending to stay but after the warm hospitality I spent the night.
I was very pleased with the staff and the cleanleness of the Hotel. My stay here was great. Friendly clean good internet great shower. Everything about this hotel stay was great. I would recommend this hotel to anyone I knew that was going to be in the area.
This is an older Inn that has been updated but still has the feeling of being an older place. Room was clean. Breakfast was typical. Location was convenient but not very scenic. The price made it a good value. I would prefer paying a little more and staying at a nicer place.
Poured over a map for quite some time to find the half way point in our trip. Finally chose this property, based on location and senior rates. It is an older property with easy access to the interstate; but without the traffic noise. It has only outside entrances to rooms if that is a problem for folks. There is a swimming pool on site and the breakfast was standard. The room was quiet, clean and comfortable. Will most definitely consider staying here again.
The front desk person was very helpful and made accommodation rate for my military status. The room was VERY nice with a great jetted bath tub..The room was very clean with nice furniture making me feel at home. I highly recommend this Best Western for anyone looking to insure a great guest stay...Kirk
Didn't expect much out of this motel with the reviews and the price but I was pleasantly surprised. The room was clean if a bit on the small side. But of course we added s roll away bed so that didn't help. Bed was comfy, breakfast was decent and service was great.
The exterior of the hotel may make you shy away but the rooms are great! My 2 main parts of a hotel are a good shower head and a comfortable bed. Both were great at this hotel. I will stay here again.
We stopped for the night, tired from a day of driving. We looked at the reviews on Trip Advisor and decided to stop here. We asked for a quiet room when we checked in, and they put us at the top in the back, opposite side of the pool. Although this place is old fashioned it's a very well kept, and clean. Recommend a stay here if you're stopping in Benton
Very clean and large rooms, mini-fridge and iron with ironing board, good breakfast with gluten or dairy free options, attentive front-desk attendants, pool open with pool towels at the front desk, excellent location, right off I-30, yummy restaurants nearby.
We've stayed in this hotel twice in the past year on an overnight trip. Both times the staff was friendly and the rooms are clean and comfortable. The perfect place to stay on overnight trips. This is a great value.
I have no complaints. This was a great value, Great room , quiet, comfy bed, bath facilities were fine. TV ,air, everything worked as it should. Had one dead power outlet . We though it was the lamp that was faulty but it was the top receptacle of the outlet. well rounded breakfast.
We stayed here for one night on our way to Houston from Illinois. It is conveniently located right off the interstate. It's an older hotel, but very clean & comfortable. The breakfast buffet was quite good & our room was only $67, an amazing value. We will stay here again!
I will def recommend this hotel we spend last night there it was clean and comfy the only negative thing was the noise from the interstate and it was a little tricky getting to from northbound I 30. Applebee's was close by. Breakfast was good had plenty of selection, staff was very friendly!
We rented a Non-smoking King Suite for our family of 3 and it was just great. We enjoyed having a couch with a pull out sofa. The location was also great, as we were in town for an event at the Benton Event Center.
Other than the protrusion of a metal rod at the mattress, our experience was good. The problem was corrected while we were out. The seeming indifference of the individual to whom I reported the injury was a bit disgusting. Check in with reservation from internet was easy. Breakfast was adequate. Closeness to the conference was easy once I learned how to get there.Check out was easy. Staff we contacted was friendly for the most part.
We had stayed here once before about a year ago and had made the mistake of taking a room near the office and the Interstate. All night long all we heard were 18 wheelers going down the highway. This time we took a room further back from the office and it was very quiet. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and the breakfast although not the best complimentary breakfast I have had was good. We will stay here the next time we are going through Benton
My mom and I booked this hotel through Expedia at 1am in the morning on our drive home from Ohio to Texas! We didn't realize we actually booked a suite, which was really cool. For about $80 we had a HUGE living room w/ couch, chair, table with chairs, bar, and mini kitchenette. The bathroom had a jacuzzi tub that was dated looking, but fabulous feeling. Water was hot, bathroom was clean. Entire suite was clean but could stand a little restyling. We shared a king size bed that was a magical cloud of awesome. The only downside to the room was that it was a bit smokey or musty. It wasn't that bad though, and I have bad allergies, so I just sprayed my trusty travel febreeze and slept like a baby. Breakfast was a good hot breakfast and the waffle bar was so cute w/ sprinkles and toppings. Front desk staff were always kind and welcoming, and a lady at the breakfast even gave me a tray to carry food back to my Mom which I thought was very sweet. Great experience, thanks BW!
Very quick check-in w/o reservation, attractively decorated spacious clean room with refer, mw, desk. good parking. Breakfast area was warm and inviting....made me feel as if I was at home. had a stylish living room adjacent to dining area. Breakfast area was very clean offering eggs, bacon, sausage, yogurt, fruit, pastries, oatmeal. Everything I tried was fresh and tasty.
Excellent breakfast choices, including bacon! Comfortable dining area with plenty of seating, friendly staff, remodeled within 3-5 years, clean room and linens, GREAT VALUE for the price! Near restaurants, shopping and gas stations. On one-way service road parallel to south/west bound side of I-30, so obtain exit number before your stay.
When I checked in the front desk lady was very friendly. However when we were unloading our truck, my husband had noticed that the pool said closed. I had spoke to the lady at the front desk and she had explained that they were supposed to have it open, however with the rainy weather that had just passed through they hadn't got to it and I understand that, but after traveling for a long time and having 2 very excited kids ready to go swimming, this wasn't a good thing. We stayed one night and moved to another hotel for the remaining nights. It was a nice little place, about what you would expect from a Best Western. Not a huge room, cozy though, beds were nice.
Convient location right off I-60. Very Clean, nice tv with cable, comfy beds with plenty pillows, cold a/c! Nice breakfast in the morning with eggs, waffles, sausage, biscuts & more. Quick check in & out with pleasant staff.
Great room... very comfortable bed... you just can't beat the price. The breakfast was what I have come to expect from Best Western. Scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy waffles and several other continental choices. However this particular hotel does not have a separate room for the breakfast. It's basically in the very small lobby. Only four tables for folks to sit at. The breakfast area was really crowded as the hotel was pretty full. Lots of folks had to opt to going back to their room to eat. It was a very short one-night stay and all around a very nice stay. Just need a few more tables.
After travelling from Abilene tx, we were glad to reach Benton Ar. This hotel is close to I 30 and we had the Suite room which was very comfortable and clean; also very reasonable price. It is not our first time at this hotel and we will return when the occasion arise.
great room and price very nice to stay at and the location was good and the staff was great as well as the food the room was very clean and the bed was very comfy and also loved the internet so easy to use and had a very nice time there
I had a king suite with a "jetted tub". "Jetted tub" means exactly what it sounds like. It's an old bathtub that has jets in in it. It looked clean, but it was worn and old. The bathroom was tiny and I didn't use the jets, but had to get in the tub for a shower (they aren't separate). The walls in the rooms need painted. The color is an very off white yellowish color that resembles smoke stains, but I don't think that was the problem. I think they just picked a bad color. The carpet was clean and the bed was comfortable. There was plenty of room (suite), but they could utilize that space and enlarge the bath-literally toilet and tub with not a foot of other space. The front desk people were very nice during check-in and check-out. I only stayed here because everything else was booked. I would only stay here again under the same circumstance, but would really consider alternative places.
First room #121 I believe: sink would not drain. changed rooms: 2nd room #221, I believe: shower/tub water was luke warm. Could not shower in the am. Toilet not clean at the rim. Complained to 2 different front desk personnel, who's response was to contact the manager by phone on Monday. Never heard of such a thing. This room should be discounted back to me on the price.
Our potty trained dogs :) travel with us most places we go, so we were looking specifically for clean pet friendly rooms... The pet bowls and dog biscuits were a nice touch that were enjoyed. The room was nice, spacious, and clean. The green space was limited and not actually marked for pets, but it worked :) The staff was extremely pleasant as well.
The hotel is modeled after the older motor inn concept with outside access. Rooms were large enough and very clean. Beds were comfortable and noise level was surprisingly low. Staff was very helpful. Our TV remote wasn't working but as the front desk clerk suggested, I searched for the receptor on the TV. It had been dislodged and had fallen behind the TV. Breakfast was decent.
From start to finish our stay at the Benton Best Western was GREAT! Check-in was quick (as was check-out). The room was clean and even though we had a smoking room it smelled good. The bed was the best ever, very comfortable and we both slept well. The microwave and fridge were both extras we didn't expect but used both. The room was cleaned the first morning (bed made, sink/tub/etc). We will return when in the area.
I booked a nonsmoking room but got a smoking room. Imagine my surprise when I opened the door to my room, and was smacked in the face by a room that has not been fumigated since the 70s. Yikes!! It was soooo bad I went back to the front desk where they were adamant I booked a smoking room. I didn't have my confirmation on me and my phone was out of juice so I just told them there was no way I could stay in that room and not lose a lung in the process. Why Best Westerns have not gone 100% smoke free like the rest of the civilized world is beyond me. Anyway, they didn't have another room to offer me and after I ate some crow and said “perhaps” it was my mistake (although it wasn't) they saw they won the stalemate and canceled my reservation . I moved down to the Best Western in Arkadelphia, which was very nice and everyone was happy. The end.
We had a nice stay had a Jacuzzi tub witch was great there was a little noise from our upstairs neighbors but didnt last long they have a great breakfast I had biscuits and gravy and scrambled eggs and sausage all very good we have stayed here before really great place
Room was clean, but a bit outdated. Staff was friendly and helpful. Plenty of parking for my truck and trailer. Breakfast was good, plenty of fruit and the normal "free" breakfast fare. The ice machine was quite a bit away from my room and was downstairs.
My wife and I stayed here while we were in town visiting relatives; convenient location right off of I-30. The room was large and clean, the bed comfortable. Room was made and towels replaced the second day. Table/desk was suitable for laptop, and the Wi-Fi worked well. The hot breakfast was really good; we had it both days. Staff friendly, easy check-in/check-out. All in all a great stay; would stay again.
Perfect place to stay. Very clean, wonderful bed, good food and very nice and friendly staff. Have stayed here once a year in the past number of years. I enjoy staying here the first time and still do after all these years.
Really enjoyed staying at Best Western. We have stay at this chain many times and have not been disappointed. The night and day staff were excellent and very helpful. The breakfast hit just the right spot to start our day.
Very nice overnight stay. Clean, comfy, good breakfast, quiet. The dog enjoyed it too! Thanks to all hotels who offer accommodations for animals so "snowbirds" have options for their furry family members!
It is an older hotel, but each year they continue to make improvements, latest is new tiles around tub area, better TV access (DirecTV now) and better quality towels. I have stayed here many times and will probably continue stopping here during my travels, usually get king size bed - good mattress and pillows, can park next to/near room on ground floor.
great staff. room ok but could use some updating. shower was hot. not enough electrical outlets in the room. direct tv was an upgrade but no instruction on how to use tv. ice maker good. overall this is a reasonable place to stay with easy access to I30
When we opened the door we smelled a rank odor like feet or something nasty, had to keep the door open for 45 minutes. We closed the door because it got very cold! The chair had some white something and hair on it and the towels were small. Dump status!
Checked into room 213 late on the evening of November 28, 2015. Upon arrival discovered Pubic hair on the tub and in the tub. Tub was dirty in addition to the Pubic hair. Notified Beverly at front desk who said she would make a note of the disgusting problem. Cold room ....turned on heat but smell of dirty filter or heater itself made it impossible to use. The smell was nauseating. Called front desk to request an extra blanket and was told to come get it myself. I don't expect to get up and go get a needed item myself. No way ! Cold...dirty miserable room. This is not my first stay at this Best Western but it is certainly the worst. Can't sleep in frigid room No excuse for such disregard for a guest. I will be filing a complaint with Best Western Corporate. Shame on you Benton Arkansas Best Western. If this is how you treat your guests....I won't come back. Fellow travelers ....we all have a choice. Choose an establishment that values you and your traveling dollars. Benton Arkansas Best Western misses the mark in huge ways. I have photos of the Pubic hair I found but won't post here. I will save that for corporate to view. Disgusting miserable horrid stay !
Hotel was very convenient, clean and reasonable. Staff was extremely helpful and very friendly. Breakfast was great. Was cold outside so Pool was not opened. Vehicle was safe. Our pet was quite comfortable.
On our way to West Texas from East Tennessee and picked this location for a little overnight rest. The decor is a bit dated, but the room was exceptionally clean and quite. A great value and I would stay there again for sure. And a bonus is an iHop is just a half mile away. Good rest and good breakfast--can't get a better start to another long day on the road.
when we take him ! i always try to use BW when I travel as the standards are usually better then most ! Though occasionally the bed isnt as nice as Id like but mostly is fine! I find it is consistent and comfortable and I tend to get better service with BW! I can count on this Brand with good breakfast and friendly happy staff!
I have been going here on the weekend since my husband is in a neuro rehab facility nearby. The staff have always been friendly and have accommodated my request for an upstairs room. Aside from one visit, they have always given me the same room which is kind of nice to have some familiarity when a person is 3 1/2 hours away from home. Included is a nice breakfast of an egg dish, meat, pastries, cereal and fruit.
The room was clean and relatively quiet considering you are next to I-30. All rooms are outdoor rooms. You have access to Little Rock and Hot Springs close by. Many shops in and around hotel and places to eat. Breakfast was fine with choice of some hot items and cereal and muffins.
My husband and I needed a place to stay when passing through and got online and booked this hotel. First they put us in a smoking room and oh my we had to be moved.. Then the put us in a non smoking room and it was much better. The hotel was clean but out dated the bed was comfortable and the breakfast was good.
I am a smoker so having a smoking room was nice to have. Even though I could, I did not smoke in the room for the most part and the room did not smell like a smoking room. I may be immune to the smell ofcourse, but, The Room Was Fresh. Great Location - Close to many eateries & right off the Hwy. I drove 550 miles - was tired & hungry - Best Western saved the day ~
Stay at Best Westerns for any long stays. Best Western Benton has always been so friendly, helpful and so comfortable. The hotel and area surrounding are always clean and well maintained with plenty entertainment close by.
Very nice room, I had the King suite, lots of room,,,very comfortable beds. Excellent prices for their rooms, Very affordable accommodations, with outside doors so you can walk from your car to your door. They do have truck parking for the Big trucks.
We stayed here due to convenience and price. It is an older facility, but it was clean and had the usual amenities - microwave, refrigerator, hair dryer and ironing board, etc. Our toilet overflowed and they sent someone running to our rescue. Everyone was extremely nice. Price included a decent breakfast.
Older hotel but well kept. Room was very clean and updated. Bed was a little hard for me but was fairly comfortable. Employees were friendly and helpful. They recommended a good restaurant that was close by. Even though it was by the interstate, our room was quiet. The breakfast was extremely good. Scrambled eggs, sausage patties, waffles, pastries, and more.
I was pleasantly surprised by how clean and well managed this property was when we stayed there. The room has good amenities, and the bed is very comfortable. I felt well rested. The staff were very helpful. Whenever I needed help they all cheerfully tried to help. The premise is situated along a major highway with lots of traffics. If one left the room door open, it can be rather noisy. Also, the only way to access the premise is via the service road alongside the highway. So it can be a bit difficult to find. We found the location of Best Western Benton Inn, to be ideally suited for our needs. We wanted to find a place not too far from the Hot Springs National Park, but close to a town. We did not want to stay at the township of Hot Springs itself. So Benton was ideal for us.
Friendly staff welcome, sweet people. Clean room and quiet even though close to freeway. Spacious lobby and dining room. Wonderful breakfast, crispy bacon, well prepared. Highly recommend. We had a group with us and were well cared for. Stay here!
This hotel is run by, or at least employs thieves. I checked out in the morning but forgot my phone charger so went back to get it. Went back to the room where housekeeping was already cleaning the room. The charger was gone from the wall right where I left it magically nobody has seen my charger that cost me $50. High speed gold plated 6 foot braided cord. I triple checked my bag I know I left it in the room. All they can tell me is sorry. The female that takes the dirty linens that looks cracked out and missing half of her teeth is who stole it. She didn't know anything about my charger but offered to give me her personal cheap charger out of her car. Yeah, red flag. She wasn't being nice. She was babbling after I told her I was making a report to the management, corporate, and the local authorities. If you stay here just know the place is being run by people who will steal from you and lie to your face
I always thought Best Western was a guarantee for a good place to stay - but we found out the error when we reserved a room for two nights. We cancelled our second night because - there were flies everywhere, the air conditioner could not cool the room, the ice machine could not keep up with the demand (which was small), the bed was okay but nothing that comfy. The remote for the TV worked if you had the patience to push every button five times to get it to respond. Just disappointing - the lady in the office was great. The so-called restaurant - it was next door actually - the service was extremely slow but the food was very good.
The room was a little small but the beds were comfortable, we couldn't get the tv remote to work but no big deal. Over all, considering the price, free wifi and free breakfast, it was a really good deal. Coffe was good and the breakfast buffet was better than expected, I would stay there again.
