We had such a wonderful stay at the Best Western Ambassador in Wagga . It is a Fabolous property. Neat and Clean, cozy like home. The room are so clean and up to the mark. Very comfortable beds - which is the most important when you are away from home. The staff at reception and room staff are so polite and sweet. They were extremely helpful and kind. Would definitely recommend staying there.
I have stayed at this nice motel many times over the years and was pleased to return on a recent trip. It now has new management and has undergone some refurbishments, it remains a very nice place to stay. The rooms are spacious and clean with comfortable bed and pillows. The bathroom of good size and the TV and Internet worked well. Nowadays breakfast is not offered but very close are a number of eating options ranging from snacks to good menu offerings. It is a short drive from the centre of Wagga CBD but as mentioned a few minutes stroll from a complex with a number of restaurants and food outlets.
I always stay here when in Wagga I've stayed here many times and find the rooms clean comfortable and the staff always friendly The beds are comfortable and have electric blankets which other motels do not supply It's in a great location as well
An absolutely amazing place to stay!! the rooms were so nice and spacious which myself and the rest of my family loved and enjoyed staying here. Such a comfortable and great place for a reasonable price, close by to town, stores, and near many other enjoyable stores.Staff was excellent and so helpful with making sure me and my family were as comfortable as possible during our stay.
Lovely spacious room which included a three seater lounge. Everything was very clean. Bed was spacious and very comfortable. As we came from Qld into a cold Wagga Wagga we loved the electric blanket, and the heating was ample. The staff at reception and room staff were exceptional. They were extremely helpful and when asked nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely recommend.
Fantastic service and all the things you need, when your away from home. Walking distance to shops and food. Room size is comfortable.
The rooms were very clean and comfortable, Staff were amazing, always happy to help, Went above and beyond to be of assistance. Had everything I needed in my room. Free Internet in rooms. Close walking distance to the hospital where my husband was. Couldn't of asked for anything more
Friendly and warm welcome at reception. Lovely to be able to purchase a bottle of wine. Room facilities microwave. Large fridge wine glasses tea and coffee lovely comfy bed smart tv and lovely couch. Highly recommend. We will return again.
Lovely spacious and clean room. Nice decor. We didn't hear anything even though the motel is on a main road. Close to all amenities such as dining and shopping. The owners were friendly and polite. Very reasonable rates and We would stay there again when in Wagga.
Central location, close to shops, clean and well set out rooms with good facilities, helpful Reception staff
We stayed for 2 nights, my son stayed for 3. Location is handy although Wagga is not that big. Staff were friendly on check in, which was the only time we encountered them. We had a 2 bedroom unit (No 25) which is the second unit back from the main road (Sturt Hwy). The Highway is very noisy at night and as such didnt get much sleep. I dont think this would be an issue with the individual rooms but the appartment / unit was very noisy. The Unit itself was quite large but the hard surfaces everywhere highlighted the traffic noise. You could either turn up the TV to drown out the noise or just accept it. Fridge also very noisy, old with shelves missing from the door, had the up the TV volume to counter the fridge noise. This, I dont believe would be an issue with units located further back from the street but I think you'd need to be a fair way back. The unit was reasonably clean although the rangehood and hotplates weren't. I gave these a good clean even though we never used them. The toilet stunk! It was clean and relatively newly refurbished but unfinished. I dont know if they use recycled water and was the source of the smell but is was very unpleasant. The lack of an exhaust fan didnt help. We left a day early to go home as my wife couldnt go another night without sleep. Positives: Staff Location Access and parking Room size Recent Bathroom and Toilet Renovation Negatives: Toilet Smell Road Noise Room Noise Fridge Noise Kitchen very outdated Inside large although sparce, very cold feeling Not so clean. At an average of nearly $400 per night, not worth the money
The room was great and the staff were friendly and helpful all the time. Ron did an excellent job to shuffle bookings so that we could have the full 6 nights in one room. 100% recommended and will definitely choose this one again.
Found out a month after visit, the hotel tried to take money out of credit card used on checkin for unknown reason??? We left the hotel in pristine condition and don't know why they would do that. No call, email or any communication before that. The stay was good though.
This was one of the best motels we stayed at on our two week trip. It was very comfortable, clean and spacious. Bathroom facilities were excellent and may have been recently renovated. The proprietors were both welcoming and efficient. Location is good too.
I would recomend the stay at the Best Western to all. The staff from the time you enter the place to when you check out, are all KIND, CARING, POLITE & VERY HELPFUL & THE SERVICE IS ALWAYS WITH A SMILE
Staff were very friendly and provided a great service. Room was clean and we experienced a nice quiet stay. Facilities in room could do with an upgrade but it was all functional and clean. Great shower pressure. Would stay again.
Great location & my room was ideal for a one night stay but would also be ideal for longer stays. The room was spacious, comfortable & clean. It was nice to have a microwave & a smart TV. Loved that the bathroom was also a decent size. Being greeted on check in & check out with a welcoming smile was lovely.
Every detail had been thought of. Nothing was too difficult, even driving some of our business associates to their dinner destination so they didn't have to wait for a taxi. All staff were friendly and always smiling and eager to assist. Highly recommend and will stay again.
A large group travelling for business, each guest received a goodie bag, which was a lovely touch. The rooms were large and clean, the bed was very comfortable. I ordered a hot breakfast, which was a large meal, I was unable to eat it all. It was still very hot, which I know would have been difficult to do with so many rooms to service. The reception staff were really lovely and even drove my colleagues into dinner as they couldn't get a taxi. Such a lovely and easy experience staying at this Motel.
Very comfortable bed, spotlessly clean room. Shower was hot and huge head for wonderful shower. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Will definitely recommend this motel to friends, family and anyone wanting a quite place to stay
Having spoken with a lovely gentleman only 4 hours earlier, we arrived at 11pm to find lamp on, heater ticking over and electric blankets on. It was like a warm hug on a cold night. This was one of the most amazing motel experience.
Very clean, team could not have been more helpful or pleasant, every staff member I spoke to was pleasant and couldn't have been more helpful. Bed was extremely comfortable, and basically room was very comfortable. It was also very quiet despite being on a main road and very convenient for hospital appointments.
Great experience, will definitely make this my first choice when staying in Wagga Wagga next. Staff are incredibly friendly and make you feel like nothing is any trouble. The customer service was fantastic and the rooms have everything you could need
Before booking check if the room has an upgraded air conditioner. Wagga gets very hot in summer and the air con was so loud we couldn't use if we were in the room. Also, if you want to use pool check when booking if it is operational as it was drained when we arrived.
We have stayed here before and we were happy with our room and the service given and this stay was the same. The room was very clean and the facilities and service were great. The breakfast was excellent. We will stay here again
From the moment I called last minute to reserve a room, the staff and experience was exceptional. We had the 3 bed room with kitchenette which was perfect for our family. My Mum really appreciated the electric blankets and a/c for both rooms. The rooms were clean and tidy, great linen and plenty of extra blankets if required. Thanks so much.
Not only is this hotel clean and quiet, but the managers are extremely helpful and kind. My mother and I were booked in to stay at this accommodation for a week when unexpectedly we needed to extend our stay. With No Vacancy signs all over Wagga, we had no idea what to do. Once my mother explained our situation the managers found us a room for another 12 days. This was a blessing. They not only cleaned our room daily but they also check in with my mum to see if she was okay. Every motel can be clean and tidy but very few have heart, kindness and care. Thank you to the lovely staff at Best Western in Wagga Wagga.
We thought we might have been checking in after hours so called the hotel. They advised reception was open until 9pm but they could accommodate an after hours check in. We arrived prior to reception closing, on arrivals we were greeted by one of the owners and she advised her husband had been to the room, turned the heaters on, turned some lights on so we could see and the electric blankets. Great start and great hospitality. We were in a 2 bedroom family unit. Huge rooms , full cooking facilities, full fridge , washing machine as well and even my 7 year old gave it 5 out of 5 (she is fussy, the hotel the night prior she gave maybe a 2). Comfy beds , large rooms could easily accommodate 6 if needed. Great value for money , central motel and great country hospitality. Great pool for summer and bbq facilities. My only tip is - if you can get a room towards the back just due to some minor traffic noise but very minor. As a travel agent and tour guide , I stay in many places and this eta great points from me and I will be staying here again and recommending it. #alwaystravelwithchriswatson
We stayed for one night on our way home after a week road trip. The hosts were lovely. We had a family room which was a great size and had a good layout for myself, husband and two children. The shower had good water pressure. The Wi-Fi was excellent. The only issue of note was that the decor of the room was not modern, but as the room was absolutely neat and tidy, the style did not matter. An inviting and comfortable place to stay. I will definitely make a reservation again next time I am in Wagga.
Recently spent two weeks staying at the Ambassador Motel. Lynn and her husband run a very efficient and clean motel. Room service breakfasts were excellent and my room was kept immaculate by the cleaning staff. Highly recommend a stay there.
The room was very clean and comfortable except for the mattresses which need to be updated. We stayed at the back of the motel which was very quiet. Appreciated that there were numerous buckets with brushes to clean your windscreen.
My wife and I stayed at Best Western Wagga overnight whilst traveling through. We booked a Spa Suite with the idea of a relaxing soak after a long drive. This was eventually possible but the water pressure was so low it took 90mins to fill the bath. The next morning a shower was impossible as due to high demand the water only trickled out of the shower head. This is a shame as the room was the best we stayed in on our trip, being large, spacious and with comfortable seating. If you have the time to wait for the bath to fill, I would recommend this motel although the shower situation is a little more difficult to accept. The relief manager,Sharon, was very concerned about the problem when reported but was unable to resolve the issue. She did provide a bottle of wine as a small token.
While you don't normally expect a great stay at a motel, the Ambassador was a welcome exception to the rule. The rooms were large, the beds fantastic and the rooms clean. And the staff were lovely and friendly. Even stopped and chatted with a few guests who were all lovely too. It's a great central location and there was no stinting on the tea and coffee. I'll stay again
Stayed one night and requested a 2 bedroom quiet apartment. Apartment was perfect for our needs. 2 big bedrooms, a huge living room with a large TV, big kitchen and dining table. Also a separate laundry. Air conditioning worked very well and bedrooms also had ceiling fans. The decor was tired but the apartment was extremely clean. Separate access to Motor Inn as apartments are next door. Pool is accessed by gate in the fence. Pool is small but sparkling clean. Only negatives were a lack of a table to sit directly outside the apartment and the grass was very overgrown in our private bit of backyard. There was also a wafting aroma of something dead outside but couldn't pinpoint where smell was coming from. Would definitely recommend despite these negatives.
Staff are amazing, rooms are clean, comfortable and spacious, close to everything. Would highly recommend this motel, I definitely will continue to stay here when in Wagga. The staff make it feel like a home away from home.
The friendly owners Lynn and Tony made staying here an absolute pleasure. From their warm welcome, to the well kept grounds and spotless rooms, we had a fantastic stay. The rooms are quiet, well away from the road with no noise at all. The pool was a great treat for our son after a day exploring Wagga and the surrounding region.
Stayed in room 11 with the spa. It was awesome and larger than the spa at the Stamford Grand in Glenelg South Australia. When I asked Tony the gent that works there,if I could please have a cheese platter, he went out of his way to make one up for us. Tony was only too happy to help me make it special for my lady. Highly recommended
An updated lounge would be nice. Every other element I can think of was wonderful. I/we stay here when we have Hospital needs as we live so far away. We will absolutely stay here next time... unfortunately we need anout 4 visits a year requiring over night stays. This takes the pressure off for driving the hours to get there. The hostess is just gorgeous and accommodating.
Tony & the team gave us a warm welcome and made our stay very comfortable, truly felt like home away from home here. Even after our departure, Tony went above & beyond to ensure an item which was left behind was sent back to us safely! Thank you BW Ambassador, see you soon!
We had a ★★★★★ motel stay experience here. General appearance of rooms: Very clean, well presented. Even the winter garden looked good. Accessibility & disability parking: Excellent. Book & check-in: Easy booking through many agencies. Room size: Very spacious; dining table, writing desk, lounge. In room dining: My room delivery arrived timely, and hot. Breakfast: Very well presented. Kitchenette: kettle, toaster, no microwave. Nearby restaurants: Two minute walk to Indian restaurant, or the greasy chicken. Delivery options: Many delivery services available. WiFi speed: 3.8 Mbps is just standard, slow. Extras: Pool, BBQ, shampoo, fly spray, iron. ★★★★ This is a property that typifies deluxe across all areas of operation.
We stayed 3 nights and the whole experience was excellent and enjoyable. The breakfasts were first class and the staff were very helpful and efficient. The rooms were very clean and well set out. We will certainly stay there again.
Room was clean and very comfortable. Friendly staff with a can do attitude. Prices were reasonable and location was close to shops, centres and restaurants. My family and I will be returning customers in the future.
Work booked this and I'm glad they did, owners and staff were excellent, the room (11) was huge and plenty of power and 2 desks to boot up and work from, it was possibly the cleanest room I've stayed in, well furnished, kettle and toaster in excellent order and most importantly a hot and strong shower (doesn't look like it but it was awesome). Generous with their soap, shampoo, towels, tea, coffee and local Riverina milk (amazing) I thoroughly recommend this hotel. Easy walk to food and servo. I will return and wish them all the best.
Stayed as a couple for two nights. Owner Lynn greeted us on arrival and was very friendly and helpful. A twin room was not available so we were allotted Room 23 a family room on understanding we did not use second bedroom and charged Twin Room rate. A very comfortable stay, quiet, clean and well appointed with free use of washing machine available. Convenient location and good quality free Wifi. A solid four star experience.
We recently stayed as Best Western members en-route from Sydney to Melbourne. Pros: Clean (inside) Spacious Nicely maintained gardens (front) Fair price (for Easter) Cons: Dirty (outside the rear, unemptied ashtray, washing line) Poorly repaired electrical items Decor needs updating or replacing The most annoying thing was that of our kids found a lighter left on the kitchen window ledge. It seems that attention is only given to the things that are in view. See attached photos.
We were greeted by the manager with a speedy check-in process. The manager was friendly and helpful about facilities in the local area. The room was well insulated from any noises from neighbouring rooms and passing traffic. The room had modern bathroom and other facilities for a pleasant night.
We had booked this accomodation through an on line carrier. We thought we would do the right thing and ring to confirm and let them know we would be late!!!! We were greeted with “ bad luck we don't have your booking serves you right for not ringing us direct. Book again and if you book twice you book twice and we won't be giving your money back” !!!!!! I asked them if they would like our booking reference number and was told “ if you feel you have to” !!!! I was stunned ! Could not believe it. I cancelled my booking on line and went to another motel. Never again
6 stars needed. Summary: Absolutely incredible service, beautiful room with staff going above and beyond to help me in a terrible situation. Recently due to a car breakdown, I was left stranded late at night in an unfamiliar area. Luckily, the amazing staff at this motel saved me. Offering the best service imaginable, soap (to clean the grease off my everything), a friendly chat and last minute accommodation. Even going so far as to lend me a phone charger as mine was flat. When I was given the room key, I walked into an air conditioned(already cooled down), beautiful room with fresh linen and toiletries (as I had none myself). The following morning, I was allowed to stay an extra hour or two after the checkout time while I organised a way to get home. If I am ever passing through, I will be guaranteed to stop and spend another night at this gorgeous motel. Thank you so much for your help that night. - Cam
The owner was extremely helpful and polite and the accommodation was absolutely stunning coupled with a good price. I stay in accommodation throughout NSW, VIC, ACT & QLD and this is by far the best value for money in each of the above states and territories. I would highly recommend staying here for business or pleasure.
The location is great, in the middle of Cobar. Rooms are tidy and spacious but a little dated. Carpet could use a good clean and shampoo. Pretty good value given its location. Would stay here again, good value, pretty quiet and good value.
Check-in was quick and easy. Room 16 is at the rear, well away from the street. We heard no noise at all from the highway. The motel itself is a handy, short walk to the CBD, very near the hospital and close to petrol stations. Getting in and out is no problem and, because it's on the main highway and not far from the junction with the Olympic Way, it's ideal if you want to use this motel as a base from which to explore the area. The room was very comfortable. For once we had decent-sized coffee mugs for our coffee and tea. The fridge was well-stocked, which made a nice change. The beds were really comfortable and the shower was just great. I can highly recommend the breakfast: why do the eggs in Wagga taste so much better? The poached eggs on toast with bacon were really good and a great way to start the day. Great service at all times.
Stayed for a couple of nights here while on business. The Motel is located on the main road through Wagga Wagga, but road noise is not a problem. Staff are super friendly and welcoming on check in, a real positive when travelling away from home. Room was very clean and large with all of the normal requirements for a great stay. great shower with lots of hot water, always a positive. Also liked the windscreen cleaning tools outside the room, great thinking 99! Room had mini bar with possibly the cheapest prices in Wagga, great value. Only negative for me is that the bed was very firm (personal taste really) Happy to stay again.
We really enjoyed our stay at the Best Western Ambassador. Owners/staff were very friendly. The queen room was spacious/big enough for our little family of 3. We were worried about noise in the evening that might wake the baby, but the property was very quiet and we had no problems at all :)
Dear Tony, Lynn and Staff: Margaret and I would like to thank you most sincerely for the lovely stay we had last week. Your thoughtful location of our room ensured that we could rest and relax, particularly after Margaret's successful medical procedure. From the outset, we felt 'right at home', thanks to the welcoming and caring atmosphere you and your team have established at the Best Western Ambassador Motor Inn. Last, but not least, we thoroughly enjoyed all the delicious meals served to our room. No doubt we will see you again. Helen Culbert
The owner/operators of this hotel are welcoming, helpful and all around genuine hosts. The room are clean, tidy and are quite modern. We have stayed here quite a few times mostly in the apartments when travelling with our children, and in the rooms when travelling just with my husband. I highly recommend staying here when visiting Wagga.
Excellent service the host are friendly and informative Super clean rooms absolutely spotless Great meals ( room service) home cooked meals reasonably price Spacious rooms very comfortable with a good variety of complimentary tea and coffee
3rd stay at this property. Cannot fault them on anything. Extremely high standard of cleanliness and quality accommodation at affordable price. Breakfast excellent. Lovely small pool. Owners extremely helpful.
Loved it. Friendly staff. Can park right out front of unit, quiet and didn't hear the other guests nor traffic. Only there for weekend but kitchen had everything, even fresh milk for tea/coffee. Rooms cleaned daily. Pool looked great but weather too cold while we were there the use it. Great value for money. Only downside - bed was double and uncomfortable for us. Ok for two nights Would definitely stay again and recommend to others
We stayed in a two bedroom villa and I found it fantastic with a baby. Plenty of room for everything and allowed us to stretch out during a week long stay. Close to everything and easily accessible from main road. Very short walking distance to a few restaurants, service station and coffee. Rooms were clean and comfortable and had great heating and cooling. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to make some home cooked meals while we were away. Loved that we could park right in front for easy access to the car.
The suite was very pleasant and clean. The service was friendly and above and beyond expectations. The manager found my lost credit card and cared about my welfare. I will recommend to family and friends and will definitely return! Thank you!
Great stay, clean, comfortable rooms and lovely, helpful staff. There's food places just 200m down the road and a short drive to the Main Street. I would say the stand out for me compared to other places would be the staff, so friendly and happy to help. Would stay again.
My car broke down towing a boat. The manager/owner, Tony, said he'd be able to secure the boat while the car was at a mechanic. Then he was prepared to hold/store the boat longer while I sourced a hire car to get to my QLD obligation on time. He drove me, at his offer, to the hire car company a few klm's down the road, and in my absence, he supervised the tow truck removal of my boat a day or two later. Brilliant service at a time of my high stress! They only had a 3 b/r Unit available for my stay, which was way more than I needed, but it was mine. It (and there were a few of them) used to be privately owned Units, so the size of the space blew me away. A family of 5 to 7 would not feel cramped in this place. Well done that team!!
Chose the Best Western Ambassador because it was close to Wagga Hospital. We were visiting from Sydney and had come down to see a family member. The facilities were comfortable and clean. We needed a family room because there were three of us. We were lucky enough to be offered two joining rooms with a small kitchenette. This was helpful as we wanted to maximise the time we spent at the hospital and we were able to use these facilities to heat food. The owners were lovely people and very friendly.
We had to travel to Wagga urgently arriving at the hospital at 12.30am from Sydney. We called this hotel at 1.30am for urgent accommodation and woke the manager up. We had nothing but excellent caring service, he organised a room for us to arrive at any time during the early hours of the morning, put milk in our fridge and turned on electric blankets which was gratefully received on a freezing cold night. Customer service continued over the weekend and we can't thank the manager enough for his care and flexibility. Highly recommend this place to stay especially if you are needing to be at the hospital a lot as it is very close. Thank you for such a comforting stay.
Due to a medical emergency, our family needed a place to stay near Calvary Hosp. and then Wagga Base. It was our home for 7 days. We were able to walk to and from both hospitals. Everyone was so caring. The rooms were nicely renovated, quiet, and very clean. Breakfasts are great, and some surprising choices. Try it! Also had a couple evening meals which were cooked to perfection. It is a close drive into Fitzmaurice street area. Thank you all at Ambassador Best Western. We will tell everyone to make this their first choice when visiting Wagga Wagga.
Operators fantastic, very kind. They upgraded us from the start which was a surprise. They also gave us an optional 3rd night with no penalty. We needed that 3rd night. Fabulous if you are going to Calvary for op. Beds were incredibly comfortable and sheets very crisp. Electric blankets on all beds. Kitchen and bathroom well stocked. Very quiet quality motel for the mature.
This is a comfortable motor inn where the guests are welcomed with a smile. I found the room to be more than adequate for an overnight stay. The bed was good and the bathroom recently renovated. There is a pool for guests to use in the summer.
We were thrilled with our stay at this clean spacious and practical self contained apartment close distance to Wagga Base Hospital. The hospitality exceeded out expectations and I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Thanks so much
The customer service is excellent. The room was very clean and spacious, warm and electric blankets on the bed if needed. We ordered breakfast which come on time was piping hot and a very generous helping. I could not recommend this motel highly enough. Looking forward to visiting again and catching up with Tony. Thank you for a very pleasant stay. Sherri.
The best western in Wagga is a fantastic place to stay, great staff awesome rooms and a great hi speed internet connection. I found the location to be awesome, close to every thing I needed, the cinema was close for a great night movie and the supermarket was close for a few items, just a great place to stay.
Arrived late afternoon to a very friendly welcome from a couple manning reception. Very pleasant and put a smile on your dial. Room was recently updated. Bathroom roomy and shower hot. Continental breakfast was unfortunately from the 70s. Glad wrap over a mini milk jug. Fruit juice in a glass covered in glad wrap. Bread for toast in a paper bag. Still it was ok.
It was so wonderful and surprising to be told that I could have soya milk and that they could easily and happily provide me with a delicious and tasty gluten free breakfast with plenty of choice. The room itself was spacious, clean and had all the amenities. The mini-bar was generously supplied and the prices were reasonable. The motel is relatively quiet and although it is on the Sturt Highway it seems to be quiet at night so I had a very pleasant sleep. I absolutely recommend this for your business trip or holiday. The hosts are just delightful and made me feel very welcome.
Room was spacious, nicely furnished and the cleanliness was excellent. Beautifully cared for motel both indoors and outdoors. Reception staff were very welcoming. Would not hesitate to return to this motel or highly recommend to friends and relatives. Congratulations to the owners, management and staff for their diligence in running a great facility.
Stopped in Wagga Wagga for the night came at this BW hotel. Great place it's well maintained, clean services there and parking at your door step. Definitely one to come across for a night or 2 it's clean and the rooms are spacious.
We came across the hotel late in the day and we were delighted to have chosen this motel for our overnight stay in Wagga Tony and lyn were terrific hosts and the motel was spotlessly clean in every manner They went out of their way to please us and make our stay there a very special one If I could give them 11 out of 10 I would
Fantastic. Cozy rooms, great service from all the staff. Very well situated Highly recommend. Already made reservations for next year. Owners very friendly and went out of there way to make my son and myself feel so comfortable.
Nice appartments Very clean and spacious rooms Close proximity to my event. The couple running the motel were very helping and attuned. Very flexible with my checkout time. Definitely going back next year. Would highly recommend.
Clean ,friendly, good service.Would recomend to any one.One of the best motels we have stayed at.Location is close to hospital and shopping centre.Only 1 small detail .Was no ashtrays outside of room.Yes there was ashtray across from room.Great place.
We ended up staying at this hotel because our experience with AirBNB was awful. We were so delighted to get to our room here at the Ambassador Inn. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Our room was spotless, huge and had everything we needed; wifi, foxtel, beautiful new aircon, flat screen tv, quiet rooms and a pool! If you're looking for somewhere to spend the night, or even longer, don't hesitate to book in here.
Convenient, clean, friendly, excellent meal provided to my room. Large room with comfortable bed.Everything worked and they provided a full sized, stable ironing board! excellent internet connection. Will definitely be my go to in Wagga Wagga!
We loved our stay at Best Western. Great room, amenities & staff. 2min drive to Main Street, hospital, train & only 8min drive to Kapooka Army Barracks. Would recommend anyone going to March Or Parades to stay here. We will be back
What a lovely place to stay. Comfortable, clean & tidy, friendly owners who were very helpful. We had a wonderful 3night stay in a twin room. Amenities were great & 2min drive to Main Street, Hospital & Train Station
We stayed at the Best Western Ambassador Inn at Wagga Wagga NSW. Tony and Lynn looked after us extremely well when we checked in and when we had to check out early due to a family issue's they were more than happy to assist us with what we needed. Great friendly customer service. The motel is beautiful the room was wonderful will defiantly stay again when we are back in wagga.
Aaa+++ perfect location spacious rooms friendly staff absolutely gorgeous spa bath bed so so comfy nice and quiet location even tho on highway we heard nothing will try the breakfast next time will return
Internet slower then expected other then that excellent. I cannot fault this place ive stayed here on several occasions. Very clean comfortable bedding and furniture. Ive stayed in the 2 bedroom units each time very versatile ??
O/Night Stay ... Central to all amenities ... cannot fault ... excellent service ... quiet locatiin considering it was on the main road. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. . Thank you very much ????
very clean and quiet rooms..enjoyable stay. staff are very professional and willing to help. i will be trying the breakfast next time. didnt have time as my husband had to be at wagga referral hospital quite early
We were put in a 2 bedroom room which was a small home basically, plenty of room for us all.Nice Italian resturant a few doors up and also Gloria Jeans which was very convenient for coffee and breakfast the next day.
best motel in the wagga wagga and riverina area , you will not be disappointed book with them today as a regular traveler i stay away 2 weeks a month all over south western nsw and best western ambassador is one of my favourites
the hotel is in perfect range of both the hospital and Kapooka for march out parades or leave/ social visits. The hotel may seem to some a little dated but is kept in a manner that the rooms were only fitted out recently as maintenance and cleaning is on point. Our room had an A/C but the fan did not blow any harder than the lowest setting making it harder to warm the room, this being said it was that trivial I forgot to mention it on check out. The staff was lovely and Lyn even went above and beyond to make sure we could access our room when we arrived at an un godly 3am. Wonderful hotel and wonderful people.
I'm happy to review this accommodation as it was a very pleasant stay, and one that I had to book at late notice. I'm certainly glad I chose this one, as owners, Tony and Lyn, were most helpful. As I was arriving quite late, they had gone out of their way to ensure my room was well prepared with some added extras and already heated, which was greatly appreciated. It's such a short walk to the hospital (which was why I was in Wagga) so a real plus. The breakfast was superb and the dinner was piping hot and really tasty (and delivered on time to my room). The room itself was large, clean, and well appointed. I unexpectedly had to return a few days later and was glad I could check in again to the same place. Thank you Tony and Lyn for looking after me and helping me out with my questions about getting around. Really appreciate your assistance and look forward to staying again if I am ever back I Wagga. Karen from QLD
We recently stayed one night on our way through to Queensland. We had a room down the back which was quiet and well setback off the road. The room was comfortable and warm. The shower/bathroom was clean but tired but served us well for the one night.
All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Room was clean and very well maintained for our three day stay. It was great to have access to a washing machine and they supplied the washing powder - Thank you. Ordered an in-house meal. Superb !! Great taste, large serves defiantly great value.
Stayed last weekend with my family of three. Room was well equipped clean and spacious enough for our needs. Beds were uneven in terms of comfort, mine was extremely hard ?? husbands side was ok and daughters was comfortable Pool lovely - nice temperature, saltwater and clean. Overall a nice stay.
Stayed for 4 nights while working away. Room is a good size, and very well kept. Fixtures, fittings, linen and bathroom all good. Grounds well maintained. You do not feel cramped at all. Owners took the time to understand my requirements and more that willing to offer advice about the local area etc. You are a bit over 500mtrs from Wagga shopping. All in all a good stay, where nothing was a problem. Would certainly stay here again.
Always stay here every month on a business trip. Always found the owners very helpful and understand my requirements. Room is always clean and mini bar well stocked. Never had a problem here at all. Very quiet and a good night sleep guaranteed.
This motel was amazing, clean and tidy and the owners were very accommodating. Great communication and great service, Lynn replied to my emails straight away and was very helpful. The room was a good size and very comfortable. We really enjoyed our relaxing stay and will definitely stay here again.
Great clean and tidy room. Super friendly and helpful management. Had a couple of unusual special requests and they went out of their way to accomodate me. Highly recommend a stay on transit through Wagga Wagga. Will definitely be back. Thank you!
Clean quiet and comfortable well priced and friendly/ helpful management, rooms serviced daily , close to everything in Wagga including CBD , room service available for meals and a small pool to cool off in.
A great stop over from Melbourne to Forster. Lovely and friendly owners Lynne and Tony were only too happy to help with anything we needed. I will definitely be using this motel any time we go to Wagga, or Melbourne and Adelaide as a stop over.
Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The motel offered room service and we were not disappointed with the quality or quantity of the food we ordered. The only things we found unpleasant was the noise generated by occupants in adjacent rooms (not really a fault of the motel), and the noisy and somewhat smelly air-conditioner. Otherwise, the motel was a great place to stay.
Following a breakdown on our way to a 'girls getaway' weekend our NRMA cover organised accommodation at this motel. We arrived at 9pm after 4 hours beside the road and missing our link up with the rest of our group 200kms away. Tony and Lynn had a sympathetic laugh with us, directed us to sensational pizza in easy walking distance and provided us with a complimentary bottle of wine. (It was so good that we bought the bottle of it that was in the mini bar also!) The following morning they called a taxi to take us too our hire car location and where genuinely interested in our wellbeing. The room was spacious enough for 3 adults, well appointed and super clean. Thanks for your hospitality - it helped us make the best of a bad situation.
Tony and Lynne were lovely, helpful understanding and really kind as my daughter was in hospital. The breakfast was tasty, a good hearty breakfast. The room was lovely, spacious and extremely clean. Great prices all round. Really close to the hospital which is great because I left the car and walked there as getting parking at the hospital is difficult. I will return with my family and stay as it was quiet with pleasant surroundings great for a weekend or week away.
I was in Wagga supporting a sick husband in hospital and Tony and Lynn from front desk were so warm, supportive and the hospitality was wonderful. I got brekky each morning and poached eggs on toast with veggies was so yummy. The room was clean and neat, with tea and coffee facilities, toaster and a mini bar. They have free wi-fi and a pool which looked nice but was too too cold when I visited. The hotel is convenient to the hospital and a 10 minute walk to the Main Street. It was a very comfy stay. Thank you!
I stay at this motel every month or so. The owners give great service and are very experienced business operators. The rooms are very comfortable and everything works. The bathrooms are well fitted out and the rooms are large and tastefully appointed. The walk to the CBD is an easy on flat ground. The base hospital is very close, about 150 metres.
Travelling north in winter we found this motel easily and were very pleased. Staff were friendly on arrival and the room was excellent. It was a freezing night and the bed was big and comfy and the warm well heated. A great place to stay, modern clean and comfortable. Will be back, thanks
Booked in by NRMA due to a breakdown - staff was available after midnight to get me oriented, followed up minutes after check in to ensure all was good with the room. Extremely helpful in helping with late check-out and working with NRMA to make my stay as hassle-free as possible. Tony and Lynn were of invaluable assistance in helping me to get a rental vehicle so I could return home. My thanks to them both! - Kevin
Stayed here for 3 nights for hockey championships in May. Staff very friendly. Room very comfortable and quiet. Room and property very clean. Great for couples or families. Had a great meal at the local club. Highly recommend.
Was towing a huge boat from Melbourne to Queensland when I came across this establishment in early May this year 2017. As I did not want to park and leave the tow vehicle with boat on road I asked if I could park the combo unit in the parking area for security. Nothing was a problem & the manager came out & assisted me coming into the property as the boat was very high. I was not sure if the boat would fit under their entrance!! Their help and guidance was outstanding and allowed me to park down the back of the parking area; then in the morning when I departed out the back gate, once again with the manager helped by looking out for me as I drove out through a very tight rear access. This would be one of the nicest motels I have ever stayed at. The room was immaculate and first class - five star I would add. That night I enjoyed room service with a perfectly cooked steak and sweets to die for. Delivered on time and still hot & tasty. On checking in the reception was very friendly and no mater what I asked for they obliged with a smile. Personally I would have no hesitation in staying there again. Thank you very much Best Western Ambassador Inn this was my highlight of a very long journey from Queensland to Frankston Victoria and then return. One of the best motels I have ever experienced for service, comfort and friendliness in many a long year. True country spirit! I just wish there were more motels like this one that shows empathy, friendliness and service to die for. Catch you on my next caravan or boat relocation. Would not go anywhere else. Thanks heaps Best Western, Wagga Wagga - Anthony Caravan Relocation Services
4star comfort 10star service out of the the motels I stay in across NSW and QLD the friendliest and most enjoyed comfortable beds and best service by far. The food is home cooked and good priced with bangers and mash awesome a must for those who want well priced and comfortable accommodation
A very nice clean motel. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. In room dining has an excellent variety of gluten free options. Also located a short walk from restaurants that will charge back. It is a decent walk from the city centre if you want other dining options or visiting for business. The free wifi was painfully slow to the point I gave up and I couldn't access the promoted Pay TV - Not in the tv channels or instructions on how to access.
Stayed 2 nights and found the room clean and comfortable with very pleasant management and staff. Always nice to find somewhere to stay were you're made to feel welcome. Got room service for breakfast and it was top notch tucker
I stayed in the apartments here last month with my family and it had everything you could need. Spacious, clean, comfortable and welcoming. Check in was very quick and friendly. I booked over the phone with the owner who was very lovely and helpful. Will definitely be coming back. Thank you for making our trip more enjoyable.
There is no need to look anywhere else for accommodation in Wagga Wagga, this is an immaculate , comfortable and spotlessly clean motel. It is obvious the owners of this motel have taken note of every detail required to make a guest comfortable. The bathrooms are new and faultless, plenty of hot water and excellent water pressure. The room itself had extremely comfortable beds with crisp linens , exactly as you would find in a 5 star hotel. The motel is quiet, the rooms have plenty of space, plenty of parking, beautiful gardens, a quiet space in the gardens to sit and take a quiet moment. Wonderful owners and all in all an exceptional country motel. We could have stayed for a week or two instead of a night. The choice of where to stay in Wagga is easy . Best Western Ambassador Motor Inn.
First trip to Wagga for many years, very hot at the time. Received a very pleasant welcome from the Managers and very clean room with the usual facilities. Nice ambience to the place, very nice breakfast in room. Quiet and peaceful, which was a surprise being near the highway. Good value at the price, would stay here again next time in Wagga.
Second time in Wagga Wagga and was pleasantly surprised by the neatly presented motel. Very comfortable stay was experienced and the staff where always very helpful if I needed anything ,a great place to stay .
After an unfortunate breakdown late at night, Tony was the only hotelier I spoke to who was interested in helping us out. After the tow truck driver dropped us at the motel, Tony was there to meet us. In the time from the phone call to arriving well after midnight, Tony had put the heater on inside the room, put fresh milk in the fridge & left a light on. Even breakfast being ordered the next morning was not too much to ask of Lynn & Tony. The room was clean, warm and plenty of space. Thank You!
After the mantra bumped me as I was not important enough , I was sent this lovely little back to the future motel . First the owner lovely friendly man, couldn't ask for better ! But the rooms , o m g , it's 1980 all over , beds from that era too , hard , lumpy and I felt like a cripple after one night of very uncomfortable sleep , the 80s wood grain , carpet , argh ! Tv was the only modern thing , actually a LCD not a crt ! From 2001 I think ! The free wi fi was slow as dial up , and not very useable ! If you are on a super cheap budget and u don't like back packers or pubs may we this is your style ! But for me , never again.
Booked this on line purely based on availability and location. Check in was quick and friendly. The rooms are large and the décor is a little dated but the rooms are clean and comfortable, the showers are large and the water hot, beds are comfortable and the air conditioners works well. Breakfast is available every day however dinner is not available on the weekends - so you will need to take a drive to find a meal There is off street parking and although on a main road very little traffic noise. This is not a 5 star motel but is clean and comfortable with friendly and efficient staff - around $150 per night.
Our room was large and very well presented- with a large comfy sofa. 3 chairs and a dining table and an exceedingly comfortable bed. There was a generous size shower, super quiet air conditioner, Tv and DVD player (and a wide range of DVDs in reception. The motel is conveniently placed for the hospital, Medical specialist surgeries, fast food outlets etc. A good place to stay with friendly reception staff and spotless presentation.
I arrived on their premier horse race weekend and the army graduation night so I was lucky to rock up and get a decent room, or any room. It had a Queen bed, sofa, small table and chairs, desk/bench, walk-in shower, nice-looking fittings. Half the power points don't allow a phone charger to fit. One on the top of the fridge did (just) and the two in the bathroom did. No doubt if i crawled around I might find some under the sofa or bed. They do have a shed somewhere to keep motorbikes but the only time you may use it would be in the wet. No in-house restaurant except for corporate customers Monday to Thursday. Meant to be some restaurants up the road a bit but couldn't find them so may be they close early; otherwise you'd need to drive into Wagga town. No lights above the bed. I wouldn't stay there again. But a bed is a bed.
Had not stayed here for about 5 years. It has been well looked after & remains a comfortable place to stay in Wagga Wagga. A little out of the central area but with a car, that's not an issue Very good breakfast delivered right on time
We stayed at the BW Ambassador Inn in Wagga the night prior to my early morning major surgery. The Ambassador Inn was convenient to the hospital and to all restaurants the evening before for dinner. The staff on duty were more than helpful in processing the account and giving us local information that we requested for the evening.
After pre booking sight unseen we were thrilled to find this lovely motel was everything we had hoped to find. From the moment we walked into the reception till the time we checked out we were made to feel very welcome. The room was exceptionally clean lovely decor with the quietest air conditioner so essential as it was freezing cold over the three days we stayed. Huge shower in the bathroom fluffy towels and plenty of amenities. Will definately re visit when next in Wagga can recommend room 6 for a couple.
We stayed here when relocating to Wagga (about 5days) and the hotel and staff were wonderful. It's on the outskirts of Wagga but that being said everywhere is 10-15mins away. Upon arrival they organised for us to have a microwave for bottles (we have a toddler) and set us up with our Wifi tickets so we could sort out the final detail of our move. The room was very spacious with a couch, two person dining, large bed (electric blanket as it was almost winter) and ensuite bathroom. We had a lot of luggage, toys and a portacot but still had plenty of space to move about. The hotel is undergoing some renovations to update the rooms but we didn't find any issues with ours. We dined in as our little one was cranky & teething and were very happy with the menu from the onsite restaurant. The food was cooked beautifully and we enjoyed it. Breakfast was bacon/sausage and eggs pre-ordered. The pool was closed due to the cold weather as its outside. They have a tennis court (you can get supplies at reception) and there's heaps of outdoor space so we had a little walk to wear out our daughter. We would be happy to stay anytime but if relocating again I would probably request the moving company book one of their larger rooms with cooking facilities.
On first inspection, the Best Western Ambassador Motor Inn provided us with a very large room and a high quality bathroom. The counter service was friendly, and all other staff seemed friendly and helpful, even when asked for something extra like an additional towel. The room had everything you expect plus a large two seater sofa. The weather can get cold at night in Wagga, so the new reverse cycle air conditioner and electric blankets were pleasant additions.
I had to organise accommodation at short notice while a family member was in hospital. This motel is within walking distance to both Wagga Base hospital and Calvary Hospital. The rooms were basic and comfortable but very clean and Gloria Jeans coffee is about a 5 min walk down the road from the motel. The motel manager was helpful and friendly - I'd stay there again if I needed to and would recommend for anyone wanting 1-2 nights accommodation , somewhere to basically sleep for the night....xxx
My Husband and I stayed at the Best Western Ambassador Motor Inn last weekend for 1st year Wedding Anniversary, we booked the Spa Suite. Upon entry we were greeted by the Lovely Motel Managers Tony and Lynn who made us feel welcome and congratulated us on our wedding anniversary which we had only mentioned once on the telephone whilst booking, we then proceeded to our spa suite which was absolutely beautiful! We enjoyed a lovely evening and comfortable sleep and enjoyed the fact there was so many eateries nice and close by. We definately enjoyed our night and will recommend to friends passing through! Thankyou to the staff
This was the second visit to this hotel. This was the best visit so far. For a country hotel in a big chain the hospitality was great. The owners were very obliging with requests. Everything was very clean. Room services was very prompt. There is a good breakfast selection. It is in the main street not far from the local hospital.
Excellent accommodation stayed at the beginning of the week and had no hesitation rebooking 4 days later for a second visit and would do it again next week.. Neat and tidy.. Excellent people hosts/managers.. Close to hospitals / medical services and town
My wife and I recently spent one night at the Best Western Ambassador Motor Inn on route to Melbourne. The rooms are large, tastefully furnished with all the amenities you expect of good motels, such as tea & coffee making facilities, TV, air-conditioning, comfortable bed, mini-bar. Motel management were very friendly and helpful, especially with dining suggestions. The shower in the bathroom is one of the best we have encountered in motels. Excellent. My only gripe (and its not a deal breaker) was that I was charged $7.50 for a can of VB - which was not listed on the Mini bar price list. Notwithstanding this, I would be more than happy to stay at this establishment again. FREE WiFi is available.
Stayed one night at this motel. This is a great to stay and I would certainly recommend it. The room was spacious, very clean and the bed was very comfortable.,staff were very friendly and the motel was very quiet. Their is a courtesy bus to the local RSL.
We booked this motel as it was handy location for what we needed to do in town . Sure glad we did as it was a very comfortable stay for the weekend . Very happy hosts who advised us of things to do and eating options in town . Room was clean with great hot water and comfortable bed for a great sleep . We had breakfast delivered both mornings which was on time and plentiful to get us going . Car parking at the door was easy for unloading car and the wifi worked a treat . Highly recommend for anyone travelling through !
I travel each weekend for my work year in year out so i stay at many accommodation facilities. I must say this is one of the best Ive seen. The staff were so friendly and welcoming, happy to assist with anything, the units so clean and updated to the finer detail, the food very ample fresh and tasty. This place has it all!, they even assisted in helping me get my car clean. Fabulous!!! i highly recommend staying here.
Had the most wonderful service right from checkin in to check out with the reception guys going way out of there way to help me out with anything i needed. The room was not only spotlessly clean but very comfortable also will definitely be staying again on my next visit to wagga
My partner and I have stayed at plenty off motels. We found this the best. great place to stay friendly staff . Rooms were clean and the rooms so relaxing and spacious . it was a great stay. value for money Will be back
Motor Inn is right on the Highway but the rooms are very quiet with parking at your door. We only spent one night as we were passing through. The staff were exceptional and the room was spotlessly clean, with all necessary amenities. We had room service breakfast which was delicious. A real home cooked breakfast. Highly recommed if you are in the area.
Last minute booking travelling back from Sydney. Great Motel - very very clean and staff at reception are exceptional. Really good breakfast served in room. Even thouhg this Motel is on a busy highway the rooms are quiet with parking right at your door.
A nice simple motor inn, big room and shower, great bed, great little add ons and most of all fantastic staff, couldn't have been friendlier and more welcoming. Absolutely recommend a stay. WiFi was generally also very good and managed to dial in and get some work done
A pleasure to stay at the Ambassador Motor Inn in Wagga Wagga, the room was spacious, clean and well presented. The meals were delicious, both dinner and breakfast well priced. We will be definitely staying here again on our repeat visits to Wagga Wagga.
Wagga is blessed with many motel/hotel options. For middle-of-the-road overnight stays, The Ambassador is a good pick. Although on the main highway through Wagga, the room was quiet with no traffic noise. A short walk to nearby eateries and convenience store and fuel. Internet access is good, if a little challenging to be connected. Air-conditioning works well.
My daughter and I had to stay in Wagga at short notice due to my husband having emergency surgery. The owner (Tony) delivered exceptional service. Was wonderful to stay at a place that had a salt water pool. Clean, spacious, air conditioned room, tea and coffee making facilities, and a reasonably well stocked mini bar....and beautiful, well maintained gardens. Also close to the hospital. We would definitely stay here again.
Found myself travelling through Wagga on the way south for the Xmas break .. I had stayed here before for work so decided to pull off the road and call it quits for the night ... Good to see the same owners still there and my details were still in their system so check in was more like an old friend dropping in ... Room was a great size and nice and clean so was a relaxing evening after a fair drive .. Next morning had a great hot brekky and coffee delivered promptly which was perfect ... check out was easy and i got back on the road .. Just like to say thanks for a great stay once again !!
Have stayed at this motel twice in the last month - staying two nights on both occasions. Made to feel welcome on both visits. The room was a very good size with modern bathroom and most importantly very clean. Close to restaurants and a short drive to main shopping area. Would not hesitate to stay there again.
I travel to the Riverina very often for work and stay here every time I am in Wagga Wagga. The owners, Tony and Lynn, always greet me with a smile and joke. After a long drive between the various areas I have to visit, it is fantastic to arrive here. The rooms are all well decked out and the meals (cooked in-house) are always delicious. The air-conditioners are quiet and effective, cooling the room very quickly even on the hottest days. With large showers and even some rooms with a spa bath, you can really relax here. The Wi-Fi is fast and free which makes logging into the work system easy and allows you to get the days emails finished. I can't say enough about the times I stay here. They are just fantastic hosts. Thanks Tony and Lynn, you know the meaning of Customer Service!
My wife and I had a very friendly welcome by the brother of the Motel owner. We enjoyed a two night stay with the room being very comfortable and quiet. The air conditioner made the room very comfortable on an extreme heat day! The motel is located in walking distance from a complex containing take away food shops, and Wagga Wagga Base Hospital is nearby. The room is in fair condition but the furniture is starting to show its age and will need modernising soon, with some electrical switches and a power point needing replacement. The bathroom needs extra cleaning as there is mould around the shower base. There is free wi-fi, but it took until we got home for the log-in page to show up. We did not seek help because we arrived back at the room very late after a very long day out and we were far too tired to bother!
Stayed two nights for work and what a great motel. Quiet and comfortable and the owners are very welcoming. Great bed and modern bathroom. Close to the city center and easy to find. Great breakfast and found nothing negative about my stay.
Previous night was in a complete dump, I called and let them know where I stayed, I was offered a room straight away. When I arrived, they had upgraded my room, as they new I needed a good nights sleep. It was very generous and thoughtful and made me realise I had made the right choice. I was put in a spa suite, and it was beautifully presented, clean and modern. The hotel has a pool and feels very safe. Highly recommend this place if visiting Wagga Wagga
Do not waste time staying anywhere else! My partner and I were stranded in Wagga on christmas eve as the car broke down, and the exceptionally lovely owners of this motel made every effort to help us find a rental car, and to wrangle assistance from the NRMA, and helped to make our stay as comfortable as possible, even though our car was broken down from christmas eve to new year's eve! As for the rest the room was lovely and clean, the breakfast menu is delicious, there is a range of dvd's to borrow, there is foxtel and a nice pool for summer and the beds are lovely and comfortable.
We travelled with 3 small children (under 5). Our villa had helps of room for everyone, was clean & had everything you could want (full kitchen, laundry, bath). Very family friendly. Not noisy considering it is located off the main road. Has a restaurant but we didn't get to try it as we were visiting family.
Stayed 1 night. Standard twin room was clean and spacious, mini bar reasonably priced. This motel is run by a very friendly and welcoming couple who greeted me warmly on arrival. Road noise was not an issue as rooms were located to the rear of the block. A lovely spot, recommended to all travellers.
We recently stayed at Ambassador, Wagga on a very cold night. The quiet split system was most satisfactory, the room spacious and clean. Bed was comfortable too. A very quiet room even though it is situated on a main road. We had a nicely cooked breakfast delivered to our door the next morning and hosts were very welcoming. We can highly recommend a stay there.
Run by a delightful couple, who really make you feel welcome. Rooms large modern with a new bathroom. Bed had an electric blaket. Even though the hotel is off a main rd it was surprisingly quiet. Room service for dinner delicious dinner steak with mushroom sauce & creamy potatoes. Cooked breakfast was cooked perfectly. I highly recommended stay. A really enjoyable stay.
On a recent drive to Melbourne (July 2015) from North QLD with my family (2 adults and 4 children) we blew our car engine up outside of West Wylong. the tow truck took us into Wagga at about 11.00 at night we tried quite a few hotels/Motels however no other hotel/Motel with 24 hour check in would answer. With all the kids tired from being stuck on the side of the highway for hours my wife and i started to become worried about where we were going to stay until we rang the bell at the Best Western Ambassador Motor Inn. From the Moment Tony answered the door nothing was to difficult we got a great rate on our room which was actually a family unit (The size of a house). Arriving so late nothing was open Tony was happy to help us find food for the kids and even gave us a bottle of wine to relax after a hard day beds were comfortable the heating worked well and in the morning had a great hot breakfast delivered to our door. The following day we were trying to organize insurance, tow trucks and hire cars Tony and his wife offer to take my wife shopping to grab some items for us and the kids and also dropped me to the hire car company. Nothing was to difficult and made our situation allot more pleasant. we have traveled quite a few times to Melbourne ant this was the best experience and best service we have ever received from a motel. I would recommend the Best Western Ambassador motor Inn to anyone and will definitely stay there with my family again if we are ever in wagga . Thanks Tony and Lynn.
