Best Western Plus Nexen Pattaya

Online reservation done through booking.com. No surprises. Met expectations. Friendly staff. Not very vegetarian friendly- less options for breakfast. Not very far from beach. Staff helpful in arranging vehicles for sightseeing/ transit to Bangkok.

We stayed at the hotel for two days . They have excellent and beautiful staff members . The pool was good and quite relaxing . The robot which delivers the stuff was amazing . Didn't try the breakfast though

The hotel is a excellent hotel and all the staff are truly amazing , the experiencehas been one to truly cherish I would not hesitate to return here next year the room was kept amazingly cleaned everyday the reception nothing ever was a problem all the girls were amazing went the extra mile all the time breakfast was also a great experience being greeted every morning with a huge smile is a good start to any day I will return to this hotel the hospitality , friendliness and kindness was a truthfully amazing experience the higher management should be so proud of the staff they employ here they are a credit to best Western plus can not fault anything

방에 들어왔을 때 냉장고에 찌그러진 반쯤 비워진 물병이 있었습니다. 주전자에 있는 물도 전혀 비워지지 않았습니다. 어떻게 이렇게 기본적인 부분이 되어있지 않은지 모르겠네요. 침대 시트는 갈았는지 의심됩니다. When we entered the room. There was a bottle of warter which was half empty. And the water pot was filled wuth water. CLEARLY THEY DON'T CLEAN THE ROOM I am just hoping the bedsheets are new.. I am very disappointed.

Hotel is good value, good service, good room and great bed with wonderful lighting. Hotel is not far from Terminal21 Pattaya and bus station to Bangkok. Hope to have a chance for revisit again soon in near future

Totally in love with the service and would love to visit again next time. Enjoyed the breakfast and pool. The rooms were good and the staff were very friendly and helpful. It was a great experience in Best Western.

So disappoint on cleanliness of the room. Glasses was so dirty. Had some hair from previous guest in room and toilet. Some mustache (hope to be) in towel. But location is good. Pool is not big enough.

The staff at reception weren't the friendliest, but the rest of the staff was extremely courteous. Hotel is definitely worth the money and feels its purpose. rooms are big and clean. The location is a bit off the beaten track, which can also have its advantages

I really impressed with the service here. I decided to visit Pattaya alone so I booked this hotel which I think its fits my proposal of visit. Quite place to focus on my work. Once I call to the hotel to request single bed, the lady pick up my call with gentle voice and I requested my demands to get a single bed. Unfortunately, the hotel is in very high occupancy so it a little hard to get a bed that I want. However, Faii the trainee can arrange the room that I expect even the front desk was crowded. Really touched my heart on her service and front desk team. In the night, the bar was closed and I need some drink. The friendly lady at bar willing to reopen shifts to sold it again for me. Again, with her smile is really impressive! The security guard at night also smiled and humble all the time when he meet the guest. And the housekeeper did her job very tidy, I shower before I go out but when I back to room. There no depiction of any wet part on the floors. So well. Finally, I love chicken porridge at the breakfast.

Overall is good, cleanliness ,good service, value of money with all facilities you get.Staff are friendly.Many restaurants near by.Bed and pillows are very comfortable.Nice swimming pool.A big shopping mall Terminal 21 just 10 minutes walking.

I stayed here for 25 days. Lazy very low quality room cleaning. The staff that greet you have poor attitudes. The breakfast staff are asking for signatures while you eat. To get a key reset that act like it's a hard task. Just a very very bad stay for a person who loves Thailand this is a poor representation. The points I had to call the number to get them added after over a week.

I have stayed in this hotel a few times, it can be recommended. Rooms are convenient, wifi is fast, hotel location is a bit away from everything, but still in walkable distance and quiet. Staff is friendly and management is very professional.

I spent a couple day at this hotel during holiday and a bit disappointed for the management. Since it's long weekend and very crowded, hotel should prepare for it both Manning and resources. I didn't see someone who looks like management team around the hotel. 1st area for improvement. The breakfast didn't have enough food and staff should have more attentive to the guest. I tried to ask for the omelet but staff said they were cooking, so I waited till the fill up the line with only an sunny side up egg. The salad has only the cucumber that is green, other vegetables are red cabbage, carrot, corn. The food is not enough for this holiday, and people have to wait for having breakfast. 2nd I hang “ please make up the room” since the morning and I came back almost midnight, nothing is clean, no one enter the room to clean and fill up the water bottle. What's a shame on you. The paper sign is useless and waste of the money if it doesn't utilize. There is even no one to check the room before guest check in , cause there is a light over the bed flashing. Additional - The reception area is nice, there is a small bar on the left hand side. - The pool is medium, having a kid pool inside. - Thai food is tasty ( a la carte) but a bit pricy. - Buffet breakfast price is cheap as well as quality. - The parking lot is limited which no security stand by all the time. - Since it's new. I can smell of the paint wall in the room. - room side is large as standard. - The water pressure is good.
