Best Western Plus McAllen Airport Hotel

We always stay at this Best Western when flying into and out of McAllen Airport. It's so convenient and very well run. The roo.s are clean, updated and stocked! The front desk welcomed us as Platinum members with a goody bag even! The breakfast was good also.

Maybe some snack or light food for checking out early to catch a flight. Booking was with breakfast but I have to check out at 4am..

Staff were so friendly and accommodating. Clean spacious rooms and a short walk to the mall. Will definitely stay here next time I am in McAllen.

We I stayed at the Best Western Plus in McAllen, Texas for a business trip and had a truly pleasant experience. The continental breakfast was fresh and convenient each morning, and the Wednesday evening Happy Hour was a thoughtful touch that added a moment of relaxation midweek. The common areas were consistently clean and well-maintained, and the staff were exceptionally courteous, always ready to assist with anything I needed, including arranging shuttle service to my meetings. Their professionalism made a difference. I highly recommend this hotel for business travelers seeking comfort, reliability, and attentive service

Good but the humidity in the rooms bad smell the breakfast ok Happy hour on Wednesday ONLY beer and wine ok NO shuttle to airport or FBO no shuttle at all

This trip was my first time in Mcallen and Was a grate experiense because the location is perfect for bussines trip when you don`t know the city because next to the hotel you have all sites necesary. incluide shopping, food, airport, all good...

The hotel was recently renovated and looks great. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious with a good variety. The pool area was also spotless and well-maintained. The front desk staff were all friendly, polite, and welcoming. Overall, excellent service and a wonderful experience. I'll definitely be staying here again on my next vacation. Thank you!

I thought the hotel was excellent, looks new. It was nicely decorated. Our room was nicely decorated also, clean, nice restrooms, & the bed was comfy. Staff was friendly. Value was also excellent. Loved the pool area, it is very relaxing & calm.

Everythingnwas greatnbreakfast was the bomb except last day on bed was big spider well not big but bout two inch so ill give u 4.1 star i hate spiders n stairway also aremspiders just saw one there so twontotal still great placemromstay and squuky bed.. imcouldnt bang my girlfriend comfortably

The pillows and bed were so comfy. There's not a restaurant, but the feature room service by Order Inn, which came from Cowboy Chicken! So good food. Also the night manager gives a ride in the shuttle for early flights. Very clean and up to date eveything!

Excellent Hotel. The staff was amazing. They handled a full hotel of teenage girls powerlifting teams with grace and patience. Our expectations were exceeded in every way. The hotel was very clean, convenient and comfortable. The hotel was surprisingly quiet being so close to the airport.

The person at the front desk was super kind and helpful. She had a bowl of peppermint candy to offer arriving guests which was a nice touch. The room looked and smelled very clean. The bathroom was also clean and well kept. Breakfast was good and coffee was great. All in all a good experience. Definitely will return.

Our room was 403 facing the airport and we didn't have any issues. At times we could hear the planes taking off but nothing that interfered our sleep. Water was nice and hot and room was clean. We appreciated the breakfast, loads of options to eat including hot eggs and sausages. Even though the airport was walking distance we had an elderly person with us and decided to use the shuttle. We would happily stay again.

The hotel was nice, but the most important part of this hotel was the staff. Our flight was canceled from McAllen airport American Airlines. They not only canceled us for our flight but the second flight and then told us it would be two days before we could get a flight out. I called best Western premier, which was across the street from the airport and spoke with a young man named Sergio. Sergio drove over to the airport and picked my husband and myself up and get a set up in a first floor room the following day I asked the front desk manager what restaurants were in the mall that was behind the hotel, but she also had the maintenance gentleman drive us to the mall. So a big thank you to Sergio, the front desk manager and the delightful man who drove us to the mall.

Clean, new, and excellent service. Breakfast included, gym, very comfortable beds, excellent curtains, no light goes in. Location is also excellent. I really recommend the hotel. Price/Value can't get any better than what you pay for this hotel, If you go to mc allen you should stay there

Very quiet rooms very conducive to rest and sleep. Lots of good channels on tv and beautiful bathrooms. I like the way the receptionist humbly serves the patrons while the free beer and snacks were an unexpectant surprise. Very good easy parking, quote safe

Everything was great, especially the front desk staff at night. However, the gym equipment doesn't function: it needs repair and cleaning. Breakfast was especially delicious and convenient. We would have used the pool but it was too cold in February.

This is a hotel I often visit for business purposes. The facilities are really good and it is clean, so I always feel good when I stay here. It is a hotel worth recommending just because of its location. I highly recommend staying at this hotel to people like me who are visiting for business.

I like the hotel, it is very close to the mall, and near main avenues. It is cozy, and comfortable. The breakfast needs improvement. A bigger variety is needed. I liked that the bathroom was adapted for my senior mom's needs. We didn't like that the light in the bathroom is very noisy, since it is linked to the vent extractor. We prefer different switches for light and extractor. No light above the sink. The drain both at the sink and tub works kind of slow, so we always had stagnant water.

Stayed for 3 nights on business. Very clean and in a safe area. The bed was very comfortable. The AC unit wasn't very good. Had to keep lowering the temp to get it to stay cool. Only other hiccup was my card key kept having to be reset. Overall, it was one of the better hotels in the valley

Excellent facilities. I suggest you change the breakfast menu, always is boring, althoug the waflles, are excellent and could remain in everyday menu..... After 6:00 pm, there is not coffee and that should be improved because for dinner is necessary People in reception at night could be more kind with us

Great service from gentleman at the desk was very friendly and informative. Breakfast was great. Wide variety of foods. Clean room. Bed was a little to firm, but that's just personal preference. Great stay. I would stay at BWPlus again. I did not use the pool but was very inviting and clean.

Stay as expected, under usual high standard of Best Western Hotels. Housekeeping and cleaning, food and beverages, climate, transportation, check in and check out were all very good; they even let me made early check in, very nice gesture by them.

Walls are a little thin, couple next door was having a conversation I could clearly hear. Other than that, staff was nice and helpful, rooms were clean, and you cannot beat the location if flying out early from Mcallen International Airport. I would stay here again.

The staff were friendly and incredibly helpful, they went above and beyond to make our stay a pleasant one. Our room was very clean and comfortable.. we truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again when we travel to McCallen. We will also recommend to our family and friends.

Absolutely fantastic ? staff, @ check-in, the cleaning ? staff..super friendly chap when checked-out early in the morning ?..even drove us to the Airport. Microwave worked ? brilliantly & Tea downstairs in the morning + cereal @ 4:30am

This hotel is a walk through the parking lot from the airport. Not as noisy as you would think, you cant hear the airport unless you are outside. Close to dining and shopping, out the back door is La Plaza Mall. Clean accommodations & friendly staff and the complimentary breakfast was good.

The hotel is very convenient it was across street. We were able to just walk. Check in was great. The only thing was the remote was running out of batteries so I could not change the channels, phone did not work, washer the timer was wrong so it took more then two hours for the washer to be done so I took the clothes out. But other then that everything else was great. Food was good, clean area, staff kept it very clean, great choices to pick from, coffee was good and hot. They let us stay till 12:00 because our flights didn't leave till 4. The mall was in back, again walking distance. Location was VERY convenient.

Only stayed here one night and it was great. Hotel looks new. Room was spacious and super clean. Great location, accessible thru back roads which came in handy due to construction/traffic on the main highway. Hotel located in between airport and mall which lots of places around. I know where I'm staying next time.

Everything was great… The rooms are very clean, the mattresses are so comfortable and everything in the hotel is modern and good looking… the pool seems very tentative but did not have the time to get in it… And the location right across the street from the airport was fantastic it just made everything easier

I love this hotel because of its proximity to airport. It is newer and very clean and modern. Hotel store was nice since it had snacks and beverages.

My room had a strong mild smell. I thought about asking for another room but I was too tired. The AC didn't seem to dehumidify very well so maybe that caused the mold problem. The internet didn't work. Breakfast was nice.

For many years, we have stayed at Best Western Plus McAllen Airport Hotel, and each visit has afforded us comfort and complete satisfaction. Included in the exceptional amenities during our most recent hotel visits was the front desk staff including Brenda, Erik, Lorena, Sergio, and Bob. LizBeth was responsible for a clean and comfortable room, and the delicious breakfasts were served by Laura and Joanna. With the airport located across the street and the LaPlaza Mall within a very short walk, the location of the hotel is ideal. To each individual who contributed to the pleasure of two separate hotel visits during April, thank you with heartfelt gratitude.

The receptionist was very kind. The room was clean and there were no problems. The only thing I regret is that there was no bathtub and no Japanese TV programs (NHK). Basically, it's a very convenient hotel because it's close to the shopping mall and the airport.

Overall the hotel is good. Could use more frequent cleaning in the common areas and there are some things in the room and bathrooms that clearly need repair. Staff was very friendly. The beds were comfortable and the AC worked well. Close to the airport.

My reservation was not correct but at no time did they refuse me attention and they did everything possible to find a solution. The rate includes breakfast and everything was very good except for the orange juice that didn't taste good. At reception they gave me good guidance

very welcoming staff. warm homey feeling and breakfast is great. warm and tasty. on the other hand i do not agree with having to write a minimum 200 charater review. a review is something that is given at each person descretion. i feel obligated having to write this much. it makes me feel uncomfortable and definitely makes me think twice about writing a review next time!

The bed was amazing for the fisrt time in a while i was sleeping until 9 am because of the gooooood bed the hotel location in front the airport next to the mall is the best you can find i will stay again in the near feature because I was so happy to be there

The room had a smell of humidity, they need to make something about it The shampoo bottle was small for 3 guests in the room. In the good side, breakfast was delicious, location is perfect to do shopping, parking lot was comfortable, lobby was very clean.

The staff at BWPlus McAllen Airport were fantastic. They were always friendly and helpful. The entire hotel is clean, modern, and well run. The lobby area provides a combination of a great place to gather and meet folks, and a quiet corner to get away and get a little work done. There's always coffee and fruit available in the lobby area to get a quick pick-me-up during the day. The rooms are clean and quiet, and we slept great. There are electrical outlets in all the right places. You can't beat the location directly across from the airport, yet there was no annoying airport noise. I would definitely come back again, and I'd definitely recommend it.

We got a very peaceful nights' sleep even though the hotel is next to the airport. Room was very clean, housekeepers were very friendly. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone coming to McAllen Texas.

Room was clean and front desk was person provided great customer service. The hotel has complimentary breakfast and they have great selections. Hotel has onsite mini store, on sote laundry available any time.

I loved the pillows! They were firm but fluffy. The room was super clean and the cleaning lady (Perla) was the nicest. The lady at the front desk, Belinda, is bilingual and she got us sorted out right away. We had an early check in and a late check out with no problems. Breakfast goes from 6-9 and it's good but pretty standard. Overall, it was a great experience and I really recommend it.

The reception was good and the staff in charge was friendly, the amenities were very good. Never change. I also suggest having coffee or tea ready in the lobby. We always arrive at the hotel tyer and would like to take a little cope of coffee or water.

Ac was not working, a party was going on Sat night that kept my little ones awake.they did not have much for Breakfast items I do not recommend if you have children not family friendly location rooms are very hot

Friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms and a friendly atmosphere. They picked me up and dropped me off the airport like 3 times cause my airline kept canceling flights and the staff here were super chill about it Would definitely come back. Did I mention they have happy hour every Wednesday from 5-7? Free hot dogs, chips, chili, veggies to dip and beer!

Friendly, helpful staff (shoutout to Alma), clean and surprisingly quiet room given it was an easy walk across the street to the airport, and a nice morning breakfast. One suggestion would be a towel bar near the sink.

Welcoming and well kept motel with a very friendly staff. Every staff member greeted me in the midst of their work and wished me a good day. Felt like being around friends/family. I would not hesitate to stay here again. The proximity to the airport and shopping mall made this a perfect location.

Best Western McAllen Airport is as good as it gets. Aside from the fact that it's less than 200 yards from the terminal, it's clean, bright, and spacious. The staff is warm, friendly, and attentive and the free breakfast is consistently good. I don't stay anywhere else when visiting the area!

Led an ecotourism trip to the RGV and based our group in McAllen. The hotel was clean, breakfast was good, but the staff really set them apart. They were very helpful to my partner and our group and provided exceptional support!

Great location and the check in was friendly and quick. The room was very clean, roomy and the bed was excellent. In the evening there was a “happy hour” with appetizers and drinks which made for a very convivial evening in their spacious lobby. We didn't have their complimentary breakfast as our flight was super early but there was coffee and fruit at 4:30 am! Also, it is across the street from the entrance to the airport yet it is not on the flight runway so it is a very quiet hotel.

Friendly, somewhat accomodating front desk. Had to wait several hours to get a room, at 1pm. Breakfast quite appalling, selection poor with hardly any healthy choices, only fruits. No bottled water in room, for such high priced property one could expect water. Location is great 2 min walk to airport. Dining options in surroundign ara poor. Only a food court in the ajacient shopping mall.

Good, but my flight was at 5:00am and is Just one person on the lobby and he couldn't give me the service of transportation to the airport and I have to walk alone in the morning until the airport ...was dissapointed

The location is excellent for travelers. Walking distance from the airport has a lot of advantages not comparable with any other hotels. A large breakfast area and rich foods are also good. Room space, bathroom, TV , coffee, tea and etc. is useful.

The level of service was what I'd expect from a concierge at a 5 star hotel. Alma at the front desk went out of her way to make me feel welcome. The hotel and my room were bright and clean and very pleasant, the location is incomparable for MFE departures, just half a block away.

There was a lot of bedbugs in my bed !!!! I have many photos of that. We went away from there, thank God we can see it before felt sleep, they wanted to change my room but obviously we don't wanted. The worst experience in my life!!!

I booked this hotel because it had really good reviews and the price was reasonable. I was pleasantly surprised that the hotel is literally across the street from the airport. That's very convenient. I found the breakfast buffet to be adequate and the fitness center was decent. The friendliness of the staff blew me away. Everyone was kind and courteous. They were very attentive to anything that I could want. I observed the staff greet everyone with a smile and it was great to see that. Before I wrap up my review, I must give kudos to Alma C. She had such a kind spirit and was so helpful to everyone she saw. She knew several guests by name and people stopped by just to chat. I have no regrets about staying here and wouldn't hesitate to book here again.

This location is clean and the customer service across the board is a reflection of the management. Every employee we encountered on both visits has been welcoming and helpful. The rooms are spacious and beds are comfortable. Highly recommend this hotel.

Staff was very friendly. Stay was pleasant. Mall is around the corner. Breakfast was great! Hotel was easy to get to and best rate I found. I visit the Basilica of Our Lady of San Juan once a year and well be staying at this hotel from now on.

Love Best Western hotels because of their full hot breakfast and clean rooms. Also it is a comfortable place to stay with comfortable beds and fair pricing, always our go to place and you earn reward points each stay, that could get you a free stay after so many points, another good thing!!! Keep up the great full breakfast going!!!

The room and people were great, breakfast was excellent. Just the sheet and Blanket were wet at our arrival and the room smelled humid. We did not report it because we were really tired, but the smell was strong.

Near the mall and great restaurants, but I think the best part are the very comfy rooms. Had the best night sleep, great AC, outstanding breakfast, super friendly staff, need to say more? Highly recommended.

Love the friendly people there and especially the extra touch with hot off the stove fried eggs in the morning ...that's rare !!! The Front Desk staff I interacted with were very quick to offer assistance and I especially enjoyed practicing my Spanish with her !!!

Alma and letting were very friendly and helpful. I drive an 18 wheeler and couldn't find parking. They went out of their way to find me a safe place to park my truck because I didn't have time to look for another place to stay. Would definitely stay here again.

Brand new property located a stone's throw to MFE airport, and the La Plaza Mall. Delightful staff. Avoid 3rd floor airport facing rooms due to a spotlight illuminating building (kept me up for much of the night).

We had a family emergency situation come up. This hotel had available rooms, it turned out to be an excellent facility, very clean and good breakfast. Very convenient location next to the airport. We would stay at this hotel again.

Business trip, the hotel is short staffed but the few who are there are definitely stepping up to try to take care of much more. The common areas are clean and employees are courteous. The manager Belinda Rios is one of a rare person in her position who should actually be in a management position. Ms Rios is professional and kind, a combination many people lack. We appreciate her attention to detail, not only listening to concerns but actually hearing them. A couple negatives, the multiple signs messily taped saying we will be charged for excess trash is taken as rude. Itty bitty trash cans in the room plus no room service…we are not messy people and don't leave trash sitting around. Be kind and reword if you feel the need to post, or address it with the messy ones. Breakfast was adequate but not wonderful. The rooms must be skimmed and not thoroughly cleaned. Yes I understand short staffed but there was a used towel and panties in our bathroom. Gross to grab getting out of the shower. Thank you to Ms Rios for inviting us to return and being sincere about it. Thank you, I think we shall.

Staff was awesome, acomodating and super helpful. I wouldn't hesitate in reccomending this hotel to anyone traveling to McAllen TX. When we had any requests the staff was o. The money every time. I had to scan some documents and thr front desk attendant was very helpful.

Clean, efficient, helpful and friendly. Just across from the airport but only heard one or two very distant planes. Safe either malfunctioned or I entered a wrong code. Manager fixed it right away. Breakfast was good but you have to get there *early*! Will stay again.

We had tried to book this hotel. We arrived around 3:00 pm. Fernando at the front desk told us to wait 15 minutes to see if there were any rooms available, something that was strange, since they should know if there is availability. we left after 15 minutes and after seeing that the guests who had a reservation still had not been assigned a room despite the fact that the check-in time is at 3:00 pm. They even treated wrong some guests who inquired about their room. I do not recommend it at all, bad attention from Fernando at the front desk or from the other colleague who wore glasses. For the price of this hotel You could be in a better place.

We were heading to South Padre Island and were supposed to fly into Brownsville but the airline changed us to McAllen. At first I was annoyed as its an extra 50 miles. But then we discovered this hotel and everything was ok. The Best Western Plus McAllen Airport is very conveniently located next to the airport. A two minute walk from door to door! While our drive to SPI might have been longer, everything else about our airline travel was made much easier. We were able to return our rental car without hassle, ensure arrival at the airport on our time schedule, etc. The hotel is very nice. It appears to be new or newer. The color scheme is relaxing. The room wad spacious. Bed was comfortable. Every room amenity you would expect was included. They even had an antifog mirror in the bathroom, which I have never seen before. Very cool. There was a hot breakfast but we left too early to try it. Staff was friendly. We will definitely stay here again. Next time we visit SPI!

Its was wonderful, the reception, housekeppers, breakfast. One thing that doesnt like, they dont permit to put a crip because Of space in the room. We hace a baby Of 4 months And he sleep in the bed..

No matching or discount rates for military or others. I called the 800 number for Best Western while in the lobby and got a rate $50 less than they offered me. They would not match the phone rate either. They told me that the owners would not price match. The hotel was not bad, but I expect to get the best rate possible especially on business, checking in after 11pm and leaving before 7am. It only makes sense for us all to do that.

Enjoyed our stay. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The only reason I didn't give a five star was because of the shower head. There was barely any water pressure and it took forever to shower. I didn't mention it to the hotel staff as we were there just for 2 nights. Other than that the stay was pretty good. Bed was comfy, the AC was full blast and my baby had lots of room to run around in.

I really like my stay in this hotel in mc allen, is very close to la plaza mall and the rooms are very comfy, the breakfast was very delicious, especially the coffee i really love it, i recommend this to families

Although my stay was only 1 night, was excellent, the room was clean and smell fresh, the bathroom also was clean and updated. The only thing that I can complain was that the mattress was a little hard but at the end you have a good rest. The breakfast was well served and enough to fill you with energy. The great thing is the location beside the mall. Definitely staying there in my nexts visits

Its a very comfortable place, with a really good ubication next to Simon Mall, airport and interest places and fine breakfast!!! The only thing I didn't like for being pet friendly place (nothing agains animals) was I could hear a dog in the middle of the night barking!

My husband and I like to take the occasional road trip. Because we try to travel on a low budget, we've stayed at some hotels that were not nice. About 6 or 7 years ago, we discovered that the Best Western chain always delivered a clean room, pleasant staff, a meal, and often other perks. Thanksgiving 2021 was our first hotel stay after the pandemic, and they didn't disappoint. We were treated with warmth by the staff, and the room was comfortable. The price was already low, reward points made it even lower, and we were awarded double reward points. I am not a rewards points user, even for my favorite stores, but I'm a believer after this positive experience!

all staff is rude and don't offer a comfort stay due this Rooms are ok but all people jsut say NO to everything you can ask a a client I dont feel comfortable for this rude manners from staff and all we need is to stay ok

A great place to stay if you have a pet. There are plenty of amentities at this hotel location. The hotel is extremely close to the McAllen Miller International Airport, and there are a variety of stores to shop at and restaurants nearby.

The staff was very nice and helpful. The room was very clean and as described. The hotel is within walking distance to shopping and food. The hotel was very quiet, great for working. Breakfast was very good and NOT a paperbag with a snack!!

The room was clean and the front desk receptionist was very kind and helpful with directions and tips for the city, next to the airport and mall. The dinning room was neat and the breakfast is complete )waffles, cereal, fruit. juices, eggs, etc) I´ll be back soon.

Steps away from the MFE Airport... and the Mall :)..... in addition you will find a clean clean place, clean room good breakfast, nice patio area, nice swimming pool. I only wish they were closer to a Walmart or Target ;)

The hotel is located right in front of McAllen Airport. It is modern and meticously clean and sanitized. It is just 5 minutes walking to a Shopping Mall and plenty of Restaurants nearby. The hotel has not a Restaurant but offers Buffet Breakfast. for dining It offers room service from an external source The room was good with good lighting and a super clran bathroom. I didn't give a 5 star overall rating because the AirCon was not working properly, it was extremely noisy, It required maintenance. The staff at the reception desk were courteous, kind and helpful

I love this hotel! With each visit, I'm treated like “family”. Better yet - I'm treated like a VIP, and I'm no one special. The hotel staff, from the Manager (Belinda Rios) to everyone else I've encountered, is so focused on providing “quality” customer service. The folks at the front desk (Harvey, Alma, and Belinda H) seem to go above and beyond to insure all guest are happy with their stay. They also offer one of the best breakfast I've had at a Best Western, in the State of Texas; and I travel everywhere. Laura does an excellent job with preparing and setting up breakfast every morning @ 0600 hrs. From scrambled eggs, to tortillas, to fresh-brewed coffee… it's all good! I highly recommend this place!!!

The front desk agent that checked us in was so sweet & friendly. The rooms were super clean, we requested more shampoo & conditioner because I have a lot of hair! & she was so sweet and provided all that we needed. We requested a late C/O & they were able to accommodate us. The hotel was clean, the breakfast was great! They had a continental breakfast and waffles! We love waffles! Overall it was great!

Hotel is reasonable priced for this region, was a better value as were all hotels before the immigration issue on the border. Clean and great staff. Pool area was relaxing and quiet. Would stay here again.

Location is the best just right across the airport freeway. Great service friendly staff and free breakfast. Can't get any better. I'm very happy and I expect to stay there again many times. Oh by the way the rooms are very clean

The hotel is across the airport and aside La Plaza Mall. The staff is awesome and the rooms are clean and the beds are very comfortable.There are plenty restaurants and stores in the zone like McDonald´s, Ihope, Chick Fil A, Starbucks and a lot more.

Great breakfast, breakfast tacos, biscuits etc. , room clean and convenient to the airport, staff friendly, later arrival but staff was at the desk. Relatively inexpensive. In a hurry or for just one night I would stay there again.

This hotel was nice and the staff was friendly. Especially the front desk employee Harvey Hoyuela. He was very professional and let us know if we needed anything just to ask. He also helped us by printing out directions to the wedding we were there for. The pool was enjoyable. And the rooms were modern, stylish, and peaceful. And it was so close to the mall that had everything. We definitely enjoyed our stay.

Directly across from the airport. Very nice hotel with a pool and and fitness center. Very clean and pleasant! Check in was fast and easy, no hidden charges. I booked last minute when I wound up on town for a family illness. Highly recommend.

The location is excellent and staff are polite and welcoming, the hotel is very clean and it looks like they just renew it, breakfast is served carefully with all Covid 19 safety requirements and you can get some snacks after breakfast is over. I really recommend staying here! The suite is spacious and has a big bathroom.

Yes, My stay was very enjoyable here. The Staff very friendly and helpful. I Admired the cleanliness of my room and the rest of the hotel. That's one thing that I feel is very important especially now days. If I go to a hotel and it looks unkept and dirty, I will never return. So my respect and compliments to the entire Staff for doing their part in making sure everyone is comfortable and safe!

Super Clean Super Friendly & great continental breakfast!! Clean outdoor pool & workout area, small store with snacks/waters/sodas and small last minute necessities. Great staff and shuttle service!! No complaints!!

I had a good experience at this Best Western. This is the one right in front of the airport. There are a lot of Best Western in town. So be mindful of that. There is a mall next to the hotel with plenty of good stores.

I was cold the night before pulling blankest and sheets off one of the beds to stay warm. Housekeeping knew this and placed a blanket at my bed for the new night. Very courteous of them and I left a tip.

Excellent location, but I miss Wyndham Front desk is alone on nights, except whem Alma was in charge, Her attitude is excellent, but the other night, is difficult to have someone to help you. BAthrooms need maintenance (shower and faucets) No towels last day.....

Great staff. Ms Maldonado the breakfast manager was amazing!!! She deserves all the praise, a raise and be nominated for an award of excellence. Even though she had a mask on you could tel she always had a smile on her face.

All the areas of the hotel were clean. The receptionist was really friendly. Good breakfast, some bags where already pre-made with tacos in order to grab and go. Room was beautiful and clean with pretty sophisticated furniture and arquitectura. For the price I paid, it exceeded my expectations. Definitely recommend it.

Your other location had a seperate king room with a door between them. Your ad was misleading, breakfast tacos were blan. I did lkike the rate through priceline.com. Tissues were very rough, and I think there should be a trash can in the room beside the restroom.

Spacious room, well equipped and even have microwave in the room, really enjoy the usb outlets on the electrical appliances. Friendly staff, quiet environment, very convenient to the airport, good service and the hotel provides grab and go breakfast in the morning. Lovely outdoor pool which is good place for sunbathing.

Very friendly and helpful staff at check in and check out. Rooms are very clean and the pool was amazing. Shuttle s not running to the airport but you don't really need it, as it is just across the street and a 3 minute walk. Looks like are offering a bag breakfast, but I didn't partake so not sure what was included in that. I was also able to order Uber Eats to the hotel for meals. Good selection in the area.

Hotel was next to airport, walked there when i arrived in Mcallen, Car Rental was next to Hotel, next to everything we were looking for. Alma the receptionist was AWESOME and very friendly. Thanks for everything your staff did while we stayed there.
