Staff was friendly and helpful, especially Kristin L. at the front desk. Room was efficient, even though it was right next to the elevator. Clean and everything we needed. Breakfast was sufficient and mostly warm. Great coffees. Check out was simple and our room keys worked. No so with other hotels.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff was so kind and made my kids' first stay at a hotel a very positive experience. The pool was clean and well maintained. Breakfast was good and had lots of options.

Comfortable and clean rooms. Friendly staff, lovely lobby with coffee, ice water, push carts to help unload and load suitcases, etc. Elevator. Very good breakfast with several places to sit and enjoy. 24 hour front desk.

Thin walls, could hear the family next door talking, yelling, crying children. Water leaked from the sink and got the floor all wet. Room charge was way overpriced, neighborhood was sketchy, breakfast was average. On the plus side, rooms were clean, there was hot water for a shower and the staff was understanding, sympathetic and accommodating.

The price was right, the staff friendly and the room was clean. Although it could have used a few more lights and mirrors. Also, the internet was slow and continually had to resubmit the PW. Overall, we would stay here again and recommend this to family and friends.

Great place to stay for business. Free hot breakfast with a market right in the lobby. The pool was spacious. Fitness center had weights and not just cardio equipment which was nice amenity. The staff was really accommodating as well. I will be back.

Perfect location!!! The staff was a delight. Great customer service, and you can't beat that it's close to downtown 3rd street. Pura vida cocina is the cutest little eating spot. If u want to visit do urself a favor and scroll 3rd street. Has some of the cutest shops and amazing tasting rooms. I can't wait to come back to this area.

The staff here, From the front desk to the housekeepers, to the GM are very professional and on top of there game, ive been here close to 3 months, and they treat me like family!!.....Greet me by my first name, they know my routine!!.....Great Place!!!

We stay at a lot of BWs. Not this one again. There were just a lot of small issues and the staff was rude. It didn't feel clean, it smelled. It was not a good experience. It is also not in walking distance to much of anything, which we knew but FYI. The Roth's grocery store down the street is excellent though.

DO NOT STAY HERE. Would like to select 0 or negative stars. Reception staff were beyond rude each time we went in. Our smoke detector was hanging from the ceiling. The floor next to one of the beds was wet, and it was no where near the air conditioner so that's not the reason. We did not have food, but after being gone for about 3 hours we came back to a solid trail of ants in the room. Our room phone didn't work. The whole place is disgusting. I can't believe how unfriendly the staff was. When I was NOT asked how my stay was, I informed them of the ants, I got a “hurumph”. It's clear customer service is not something they care about, nor is the cleanliness of their rooms. Extremely disappointing.

My mother and I had just come from a beautifully run BW in Cascade Locks with a balcony on the river and that room was cheaper! I felt uncomfortable in the parking and the feeling never left! Why would you place a guest room across from an ice machine and staff work room? The machine made noise all night. The staff talked loudly to each other next to our door. The breakfast was unhealthy food except for oatmeal that required (missing from this scene) hot water. The staff were loud in the lobby and didn't seem to know where refills were kept. The containers that held peanut butter and jelly packets had clearly not been cleaned recently, if ever. There wasn't even anyone at the front desk when I checked out.

We spent 4 nights at the McMinnville Best Western and found the staff there were absolutely amazing. They were friendly, attentive, once we checked in they knew our names. They were conversational and asked if we had a good experience as we came in from different activities. We had rented bicycles and they were helpful in receiving and securing them before we arrived and as we left until the rental company came to deliver/pick them up. The rooms were cleaned daily and the cleaning staff was also very attentive to needs and If they saw us after our rooms were ok, asked if we were happy. The breakfast choices were sufficient. Over the the 4 days we had bacon/sausage and eggs along with fruit, yogurt, waffles or cereal, We truly enjoyed our time in McMinnville. Thank you Best Western Staff

Here are the pros: The staff is very friendly and check-in was very smooth. We were blessed to get into a newly renovated room. It was very nice, very clean. Housekeeping took very good care of us. Now the cons: The breakfast was terrible. The biscuits were like rubber, so they were probably microwaved. The bacon was as thin as newspaper. The eggs were awful! The sausage was a real light color and had no taste. They definitely need to work on breakfast.

Great location to town center with a nice walk to dining and everything nearby. Take outs close-by if you don't wish to venture too far. Breakfast and amenities were a plus as we didn't know they were available. Andrea and staff were polite and very helpful.

This lived up to the Best Western tradition of a clean, comfortable room, good service, and a good breakfast in the morning. The location in McMinnville was great, fitting perfectly into our itinerary. It's close to the Evergreen Aviation Museum, which is a great place to visit. Also, lots of good restaurants for dinner are nearby. We'd definitely stay here again.

Loud noise from road and gas station next door, using ear plugs didn't help. Homeless people hanging out in the lobby and loud parties at night. We were there to see our 1 year old grandson and hang out. Didn't feel safe. Makes me very sad and disappointed, use to be a wonderful hotel.

Every thing was perfect, but they could use some new pillows! Very friendly staff, nice, clean room, comfy beds. What I expect from a Best Western Plus. We used the pool and breakfast. Parking was adequate.

The McMinnville, Or location has had many changes in leadership staffing over the past 1-2 years that I have been dealing with them and have had numerous issues the most painful of which was being denied all of the accumulated stay credits I had amassed during my last stay by a "manager" who was not employed at the time of my stay and was discharged not long thereafter. But I have still as of yet to receive my stay credits or free stay vouchers and am extremely DISSATISFIED with their organization and employee hiring choices

I wasn't there during the daytime, but our stay was perfect & very homey to come back to in the evenings. The location is very convenient as well. I loved having the big soaking tub too. What a treat that was after a long day. We will definitely stay here again.

Amazing hotel!! Would 100% recommend. Breakfast was really good. Pool and hot tub is pretty good size for the little ones. They also have a little marker where they have items for sell and of course let's not forget about the beer and wine. Great please for business or to stay with family.

Very nice, quiet motel. We didn't use the hot tub or workout facility, but they do have them. Comfortable bed, nice room design. Separate toilet shower room. Lots of fun things to do in Oregon City. The restaurant next door serves good food, and the motel gives you coupons to help pay for breakfast. Plenty of coffee and hot water for tea in the office/check in area. Safe place for parking. Overall a very nice motel.

The place looks nice, but you get the sense that things are not the nicest quality. For example, the room we were in had a nice new bathtub that was clean, but the way it was installed didn't fit the space properly so it squeaked anywhere you stepped. Not a huge deal (as it was very clean) but it was just noisy. Same with the elevator. The inside looked nice, but the bar inside bent and squeaked. The breakfast is decent including hot breakfast, but the scrambled eggs are probably not real eggs. The waffle maker is cool, and there are lots of toppings, but the batter was sour. The breakfast staff was very responsive to our needs though, so that made up for it. Overall, if you are looking for a decent place to stay in the area, without paying top dollar, this is a good option.

My apartment burned down and my son, myself and our 3 dogs stayed for almost a month. The staff was helpful understanding, and always had a smile and a friendly word. They made us feel welcome during our stay. Clean rooms. I would recommend them for all family and friends

The room was not clean and had the most horrible odor. Whoever was staying in the room above me sounded like an elephant every time they walked around their room. And the cherry on top was the front desk waking me up at 3 am to move my car. I will NEVER stay here again and definitely do NOT recommend this hotel.

Spent two nights here to do some wine tasting. The best feature is that it was quiet. The rooms are small. Bathroom fan annoying. Room service was available but not impressive. The “breakfast buffet” was mediocre.

Hotel room needed upgrades. The carpet was pretty worn and stained. We could hear the people walking on the floor above us too. Also, there was a strong smell of artificial spray. Staff was nice and morning coffee was good! Location was 2 miles from downtown and not walkable.

The hotel is fine but the location lacks any grass for walking your dog. There are a few sketchy folk about at the property next door at all hours. We had no problems though. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Our over night stay with this Best Western location was hands down one of the best experiences we've had with this chain. The staff worked as a team to make it comfortable and enjoyable. The rooms were clean and when we needed extra blankets and towels they were quick to bring them with a smile. The morning breakfast area was stocked with a variety of goods to get the morning started. The team members were incredibly welcoming and we will be back when our travels take us back to McMinnville Oregon. Way to go BWMcMinnville!

It was the last option for a hotel in the wine tasting region of the Willamette River Valley. I drove up and saw the "meth mouth" man in a stained wife beater with his corpulent wife and unruly children milling about he trunk of their car with it open and garbage strewn inside it and on the ground. This hotel has the opportunity with a modest investment and modestly raising rates to be full all year round with desirable clientele due to their location. But, they're choosing the bottom feeders rather than making even the most minimal effort. I drove back to Hillsboro to get decent accommodations rather than subject myself to the kind of environment one would be exposed to in "Deliverance" where I hear a drunk, toothless reject say "you got a purdy mouth!". I'll pass on this rare opportunity, thank you very much.

We do not discriminate against guests who want to stay at our hotel. If they have the means to pay the room rate and meet the requirements with Government state ID and proper form of payment and can pay the rate that we have for that night then we will rent a room to those traveling through. I am sorry that because of the appearance of a family who was outside of our location made you decide you would not even take the opportunity to stay with us. My biggest thing about a hotel is how clean they are! The public restrooms were very neat and clean, the room we were in everything was very carefully cleaned and you could tell they take extra steps to sanitize. The staff and management were also very friendly as well. We will definitely stay again.

This is the only place I will stay when I come to town. The staff is great and the rooms are always clean. They are really good about meeting any needs I may have whether I need more toiletries or extra blankets. And there is always staff available

This was one of the worst hotel experiences that we have had. Fire alarm malfunction resulted in the alarm going off all night. Night staff had no idea how to stop it and management would not answer calls. Were told we would recieve a discount for that night which upon checkout was notified that expedia would have to contact the property to get the discount. Expedia tried to get the discount on our behalf but management refused. Apparently this continues to be an issue and was not a "one time event." Area felt unsafe as the hotel across the parking lot has apparently gone out of business and is now use for low income long term housing. Dozens of people in the shared parking lot in lawnchairs smoking and drinking. Bathrooms are small, dingy, and dated and pipes are loud. If any neighboring rooms are using the shower the walls literally shake. Most of the on site staff was friendly but seemed overwhelmed by the lack of management response and the homeless shelter basically being run next door. Hot tub didn't work without calling the front desk. They need to get their act together or they are going to end up like the hotel across the parking lot. Avoid this property at all costs!

The management was contacted the whole night and we were trying our best to resolve the malfunction as best and fast as we could. Please accept our apology. I am sorry that you did not feel that what we offered was compensation enough. Expedia did not reach out to us for any refund request so we will look into that. I am more than willing to add some bonus points to your BW Account if you wouldn't mind giving us a call and we can get your information so we can add that. We have updated the hotel in recent years and we continue to make improvements where we can. Sorry the plumbing as creating an issue. We are located between two highways which do tend to create some traffic noise but we do our best to keep the hotel quiet. We cannnot choose our neighboring business but we are working hard to make sure that our side of the street is safe and comfortable. We are sad to hear that you will not be returning and we do invite you back as our guest to see if we can make your next stay better. Right next door to a Motel 6 which we were told is used as a halfway house for drug addicts, temporary housing for homeless and section 8 housing. Parking lot generally used as a meeting place for smoking and ??? Filthy pillow case on bed when we arrived. Tons of noise thru paper thin walls. We were told by several other guests that on each of the previous 2 nights the fire alarms went off nearly every hour, all night long although that never happened on our one night stay. At $190/night it was a terribly overpriced hotel.

Excellent staff. Very accommodating. We stayed here to go to the wineries. It would be cool if the hotel could set up a shuttle Service as an attraction. There is we an issue with the fire alarms but the staff was totally on top of it and helpful. Would stay here again

A broken fire alarm went off all throughout the night. Staff was less than apologetic and provided no information as to when the issue would be fixed. The room was also oddly damp the entire stay, I'm assuming from the wall ac unit. For all the beauty around the area the hotel was quite the let down.

Cody, We are so sorry that you were here when we had our alarm malfunction. It was one of the worst experiences we have all ever gone through at the hotel. We hope it did not ruin your trip too much. We thank you for taking the time to give us a review. We apologize for the "dampness" in the room we will make sure maintenance takes a look at your room and confirms there is no issues with any water in the room. Thank you for letting us know this. We hope that if you are in the area again you will consider giving our hotel another chance as that was a rare occasion. Thank you and we hope you have a great rest of your summer.

We have been trying to stay at Best Western for their locality program. We have enjoyed the chain and have always been satisfied. Not this time. Pros: Our room was clean and our bed was comfortable. The staff was efficient and professional. The location was good, close to town and the wineries. Cons: we awoke to no hot water. We had a busy day ahead and this was not a good situation. The problem was due to a boiler that blew so it was totally an accident. But for the inconvenience to us, we were offered a $20 compensation. Really? The grab and go breakfast was outrageous. It had to have been purchased at a gas station because it was gas station quality. Some of the items were inedible. The rooms were dated, in fact, the sink was in the bedroom. I asked for a quiet room and our room was right on a busy road and it was loud at night. I would not return.

Jean, we would like to first off apologize for the hot water issue. We know just how stressful it was for our guests. Please accept our apology. I am happy to hear that the room was clean and the beds were comfortable that is always great to news. We appreciate the staff compliment and happy to hear they stayed efficient and professional even while there was a stressful event taking place. We are also glad to hear that you enjoyed the location as we are very close to downtown and the wineries. I am sorry that you did not feel that what we offered was compensation enough. I am more than willing to add some bonus points to your BW Account if you wouldn't mind giving us a call and we can get your information so we can add that. We are also sorry that you did not enjoy the breakfast we have to offer. We do our best to continue to add and offer as much as we can while still being limited on our ability to serve. We have updated the hotel in recent years but our sinks are still in rooms, sorry if that created any issues. We are located between two highways which do tend to create some traffic noise but we do our best to keep the hotel quiet. We are sad to hear that you will not be returning and we do invite you back as our guest to see if we can make your next stay better. Highly recommended!! The staff was friendly and very attentive. I was extremely happy how clean and sanitized the lobby, public restroom and room were!! Overall very satisfied with my stay and already made reservations for this summer!!

I am a boudoir photographer with my own studio but was in need of a space with a bath tub. Crossing my fingers I called the hotel and sure enough with open arms they welcomed me and worked with me, and continue to work with me! The 2 managers who I have had the pleasure to talk with are very VERY sweet, professional, and know what they are doing! As for the housekeeping.... SPOTLESS! You are always a little worried going into a small town hotel but no complaints! Very clean, stocked, and warm environment! I one hundred percent recommend if you are looking to stay in a friendly small town, beautiful room with a HUGE jet tub!!

Awesome place to stay! I visit this location as a vendor each week and it's always been a pleasant experience. The staff is top notch, always friendly and attentive. The rooms are taken care of and in great shape, and even with all the restrictions, they are doing a great job providing a sufficient breakfast for all of their guests. Go visit McMinnville and stay here, you won't be disappointed.

Stayed 3 nights, I asked for our room to be cleaned all they did was make the bed. The sheets had coffee and blood from the night before. I called down and asked for sheets to be changed, told their was no staff available. She said she would bring them, 30 minutes later I had to go get them. She was busy flirting with a guest at the computer area. had to go get the sheets and make my own bed. The ice maker was broke on one floor or the other during our stay. Very unprofessional, no integrity, no work ethics and could care less if your stay is pleasant. What kind of moron doesn't change the sheets if they have coffee and blood on them. It was a disgusting place, with staff of questionable judgement and business ethics. Only filling in the area because I had too.

Great service friendly staff and the room was very comfortable I'll definitely stay here again its walking distance to several stores ,bars, a bowling alley and downtown mcminnville so there is plenty to do or just stay and relax in the comfortable beds

The staff was great. The hotel itself mediocre. The reason for one star. The rooms set aside for the handicap; very small. No room to turn if one is in a power hair or manual chair. If one needs to be transferred from a chair with a house, it cannot be done safely. And the staff does not make any effort to ensure those in a handicap parking spot are allowed to be there. Staff will use those spots if they find it convenient to do so. If you are handicap and confined to a chair of sorts, this hotel may not and should not be your first choice.

I spent two nights here to work on song writing and deeply appreciated how comfortable and quiet it was. The staff made sure I felt right at home. I was impressed with how clean the room was and the microwave and fridge suited my needs perfectly. The Jacuzzi tub was the perfect way to relax each night. I had a great stay!

Situated in the rolling Oregonian plains and at edge of the town, it is perfectly located to hop onto Route 18 & visit beautiful beaches in about an hour! Having stayed most of 2020 on the road, I can say it is an excellent hotel where team members strives hard and are always attentive to guest requests and making sure the rooms are well kept. With the recent Feb Ice Storm, the hotel operated day & night without a hitch or any power outages. Also Roth's fresh Market is only a 5 min walking distance! Last but not the least, its nice to hear the staff gently reminding guests to wear the mask and do the part in keeping all guest & hotel staff safe.

We have had to travel several times over the past couple of months to the Mcminnville area for business. We always stay at the BW as we enjoy the convenient location and friendly staff. Covid has made travel difficult but the staff has always made us feel safe and welcome, including our dog who frequently travels with us. We will again be traveling to Mac later this week and have already booked our stay at the BW.

I stood at this Best Western recently and I enjoyed my stay! The staff was very attentive and sweet, anything I needed they were there to help. The beds were extreme comfortable with a great tv. Loved it.

They have Very nice rooms,the service was excellent. Everyone was very professional and friendly. Very accommodating to people in need during the storm that took out power all over oregon. I highly recommend staying here over everywhere else.

Was in town to enjoy the surrounding vineyards and wanted a hotel kinda in the middle of Yamhill County and the Best Western McMinnville Inn was a perfect choice. The hotel was almost right in the middle, as far as our stay the hotel was very clean, quiet and relaxing. The staff was great, so polite and outgoing. Even with the whole covid pandemic they still had a decent selection of breakfast options or grab and go if you wanted to get going for the day. My family and I had a great time and would definitely recommend the hotel to anyone wanting to explore the Yamhill County area and vineyards.

Excellent hotel. Staff is friendly rooms are clean. Stayed at other hotels in the area and this is the best one in town. Great location in town. Restaurants in close vacenity. All staff was very helpful, maintenance men were on top of everything!

No respect for Covid safety protocols. Guests, staff, including those cleaning rooms either wear their masks pulled down exposing their nose or both nose and mouth, or they don't wear them at all. If you care about your safety and that of your family, do NOT stay here!

We needed a hotel near McMinnville Downtown as we wanted to check out some of the local restaurants and do some Oregon wine tasting. The Best Western is a modern and recently updated hotel that fit our families needs. This was our first stay at the hotel and found the location and amenities to be far above the other hotels in the area. My wife was extremely pleased with the Covid and Cleanliness Protocols used during our stay! Great Job to all your staff on making this a wonderful stay for my family during these difficult times!

We stayed here so my bridal party could get ready for my wedding. It was clean and there was the perfect amount of space for everyone to get ready. The pool and hot tub was open so that was super relaxing to use the night before I got married. The staff were amazing and super helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

First of all Congratulations on your Wedding. We are so happy that even with everything that went on this year you were still able to enjoy such a wonderful occasion. This newest lockdown has put it back out of service but we hope 2021 will open some things up again and we can allow guests to use our pool and fitness room. If your on the road you can sleep for free at a rest stop and wash up at a truck stop for whatever they charge. Or invest in yourself and get at least one night sleep and wash up when you feel like it. They have a small washer and dryer available 24hrs. Because of quarantine Amenities are limited. There are 3 options for food and a gas station open 24hrs walking distance. Most places deliver but it's hit or miss At the end of the day it's your decision to make. But me as a total stranger recommend you decompress and recharge O yeah stop and get whatever you might need before checking in because once you get in bed your not going to want to go back out.

This hotel is the best you'll find in town! They are on the Map for the absolute best hospitality and clean rooms! It Is also very convenient to stay here knowing they offer a laundry room, pool, spa, fitness room and they proudly accept pets. Coffee is always fresh and the staff go above and beyond to keep your stay as perfect as possible . I will be back no doubt. I will miss you all once I leave and thank you for taking good care of me

I normally don't celebrate my own birthday, I save all the excitement and expenses for my children's birthdays, but this year they insisted we do something fun for my 29th birthday. We splurged and stayed in one of Best Western's jacuzzi suites and it was the best hotel experience I've ever had! I've stayed at this hotel several times and its always been a fantastic experience no matter the room I stay in, and I can't think of a single bad thing to say. I stayed again recently in October after covid hit and we were all bummed that we couldn't have regular breakfast so the front desk lady offered to give us lots of yummy goodies to take up to our room the night before and I thought that was so sweet. All the staff are so friendly, the rooms are always so clean. Whether I'm staying local or traveling out of town I can always count on Best Western to upholding a high standard across the board.

Great place for day use! Good location with easy access. Clean and nice room size for a business meeting. Polite staff. And having several beverage choices in the lobby was a nice unexpected accommodation.

Best experience at this inn, the staff was amazing and so helpful, the hotel was so clean and being sanitized the entire time I was there, and the room was beautiful and exactly what I was looking for.

The staff were the nicest people. Lots of variety to purchase goods in lobby and the lobby/rooms were very well decorated and clean facilitie. Easy parking, nice pool and hot tub. 10/10 Would stay they again

I travelled to McMinnville to open a store and chose the Best Western. Great value for the money and the facility was nice and well kept. Internet was good and the location was perfect for me for my needs. The local restaurants were good for my early mornings and late nights. The staff was friendly and accommodating. You can't really go wrong here.

We spent two nights at the Best Western McMinnville Inn and were pleasantly surprised! The staff are all amazing, always smiling and very helpful. The room was nice and the bed was super comfy. We brought our dogs and there was plenty of walking space and green grass! We were nervous about noise after reading the review about being near two highways but that was no problem. We even had the window open at night to get air and it was not a problem - and I'm a light sleeper. The one thing that couldn't be helped was our above neighbors came in at around 1:30 am and did normal stuff like walking around and jumping on the bed and then showering. I guess the ceiling could be better insulated, but it was a little thing and we went back to sleep. Many wonderful places to eat within walking distance. Overall we had a wonderful time!

The hotel is okay, but don't bring a pet or plan to walk around outside the hotel. Lots of RVs on blocks hooked up to hotel and a group of people definitely spending their time living between their RV and the parking lot. Didn't feel that comfortable with leaving my car parked in the lot. Motel 6 is adjacent so lots of smokers hanging outside between the two hotels. Lobby is clean. Elevator always smelled like someone had smoked a joint. Long process to check in as they didn't have my king bed that I reserved, even though I was checking in only 20 minutes after 3 pm. Took a long time to sort out. I got an ADA room that I can't believe could be ADA approved. Unless adding a shower chair next to the tub is all that BW thinks is needed to make the room accessible. No walker or wheel chair could go between the bed and TV stand to reach the desk, AC/Heat. Carpet in the room was stained and old. I've had a much better experience staying in other BW properties and felt more like I was getting the Motel 6 experience. Hard to believe so close to a small University, there isn't a better, cleaner, safer hotel choice.

We apologize for you not feeling safe outside of the hotel we do monitor the building and the parking lot 24/7 with surveillance from the Front Desk at all times. I am sorry that your room was not ready upon arrival and that you were put into a Handicap room. Our Handicap rooms are not wheel chair accessible, we do have 1 wheelchair room located on the 2nd floor that is capable of fitting the chair on the sides of the bed and has a roll in shower. The RV's are not standard and are on Motel 6's property while we have no control over what happens at Motel 6 we do our best to make sure that our Hotel is safe and secure for our guests. I am sorry that you did not have a great experience and I do invite you to return and give us another try. We hope that you have a great rest of the year and again we apologize for the issues you faced while staying here, we are working hard to make sure our hotel continues to improve. Thank you again.

This hotel is bordered on two highways (99W and 18) so there was a lot of noise. The hotel room is rather outdated and needs remodeling. There was paint peeled off in the bathroom. Staff is very nice. While the place is safe (surprised to see a couple of police officers as I checked out), I think if this hotel needs to be relocated into a quieter place. There is no safe in the hotel room.

I frequent this motel for my music writing get-a-way. It's close to stores and good restaurants but the best part is it's quiet which allows me to focus on writing. I have traveled world-wide and have not met a kinder, more attentive staff. Excellent!

Very nice place to stay. I have really enjoyed the hotel. The grounds and building are clean and well taken care of. Manager and Staff are wonderful people always smiling. They are always adhering to the new Mask order and keeping the guests safe. I would be happy to visit again next time I am in town. Thank you p.s. make your candy bars cheaper but the coffee is great

The staff is wonderful extremely nice and helpful! I've been to allot of hotels and this one I would recommend without a doubt! The hotel is close to shopping centers like Albertsons and Roth's with downtown just down the road. Kristan and Brittany are just wonderful. The whole staff has been so nice they really care. The beds are comfortable the showers are always hot. The pool is always clean and open for use as well as the gym which has been excellent during this pandemic. Bonus, you can enjoy McMinnville's Downtown just down the road.

I was very happy staying here while I waited for my new apartment. Despite what one reviewer said, BW staff always had masks on and observed social distancing. I'm not a germaphobe but, I was pleasantly surprised to find staff constantly cleaning elevator buttons, doorknobs and other common surfaces. Between The manager and the staff the service was excellent and the amenities are as good as you'll find anywhere. I'll stay in a Best Western again any chance I get.

The check in staff (I'm sorry I did not get her name) was so understanding when I approached the desk, masked, and explained that I was extremely claustrophobic. She expedited my check in and I was in my room in no time at all. My request for a quiet room was more than met. I'm not even sure there were other people on my floor, that's how quiet it was! If I hadn't been there to visit my 6 month old grandson, I could absolutely see enjoying a very comfortable staycation in the room. Highly recommend!

I work for "The Package Delivery Service" and Kirsten and her assistant (I don't remember her name) take care of me. I mean, I get there early in the morning and they have pancakes for me hot and ready...OMG Really???... I love these guys...they even let me cool off in the lounge watching TV on 100+ degree days and even brought me a nice cold strawberry smoothy...they even pack a lunch for me with a few waters since it is super hot out... I feel bad because I feel i'm taking advantage of them but I get scolded for feeling that way...You gotta stay, there if you are ever in town and you will not regret it...as far as the homeless comment...I have no idea what that person is talking about...

You by far are our favorite delivery man. We were very excited when our supplier switched over and started shipping through your company. You always bring a smile to our faces. Giving you a few snacks for your busy day is the least we can do. You bring us packages likes it Christmas so guving you a little pastry to fill your belly is nothing! Delivery services are very important. Now more than ever as we are in some crazy times right now. We appreciate you taking the time to give us a review. I felt like my second home loved the pool and hot tub the maid service was good when we stay here they are very friendly and wonderful service would tell all my friends and family to visit and stay here always !

Upon arrival at this facility knew that something did not feel right with the “guests” standing and sitting around the front entrance smoking their government funded cigarettes. Never made aware of that this facility had an agreement in McMinnville to shelter the homeless. Spoke with staff one week prior to our arrival and never made aware that property was being used to shelter homeless. General manager & CEO should both be fired for misleading guests.

I have stayed at many Best westerns over the years, and some are not great. This one is. We stayed here while travelling. Double queen room is very comfortable myself husband and children all fit with out getting in each other's nerves beds were comfy staff was super friendly and KRISTEN is AMAZING! The rooms were modern and well appointed, and clean. it was much more than I expected. Because of the Covid 19, Virus the breakfast room was closed But the grab bags were perfect

I can't say enough great things about this hotel! Brittany and Kristen at the front desk were so friendly and welcoming that I knew I was in good hands. The whirlpool suite was fantastic and it was perfect for a couple evenings of relaxation. In the middle of this COVID-19 pandemic, it was INCREDIBLY reassuring to see all the employees wearing face-coverings and sanitizing throughout the day. If we ever travel to McMinnville again, the Best Western will be our only choice of hotel. Thank you to all of the employees for making our stay wonderful!

my room was spacious, and clean very comfortable. staff is very helpful and accommodating ,especially considering all the chaos due to the corona virus. they served ample grab and go breakfast to substitute for complimentary breakfast bar. I would like to note I was never concerned about their cleanliness re:covid as they have an excellent staff and I mean every aspect of this property is above standards.

Very clean , spacious also all amenities staff is friendly , helpful and kind and they allow you to thoroughly enjoy your stay by being safe, clean and secure. Ample parking well lit. Close to everything, yet secluded enough to be quite. Rooms are beautifully kept with up to date style. Wi-fi good.

Best bet for your buck. Upgraded refurbished rooms and friendly staff. Good location and hearty breakfasts. Someone is always on duty at the front desk day or night to help you if you have an issue. They have "green" room service so they conserve on water usage but are always at the ready if you request daily servicing of your room.

I have stayed at this hotel on several occasions and throughout their remodeling and new management. I must say that I was impressed with the transformation I have seen. The provided breakfast has shown the most improvement The rooms are good but could use a little more attention Well done !!!!

For my budget I stayed 3 nights and I was extremely satisfied with the 5 star rating I gave every thing. The rooms were very clean, the beds were very comfortable and the whole staff went out of there way to make sure my stay was as comfortable as it could have been. I will always choose this hotel over motel 6 any day.

Exceptionally clean, comfortable beds, great staff!! We typically stay at Marriotts because we a long time member. The hotel is equal to if not better than most experiences we have had. Staff was terrific, beds comfortable, room well sound-proof. Appreciated the non smoking facility (and a note in the room says they will be charged $250 if smoke is detected)!!

Lovely staff, close to Linfield University, bathroom cleanliness could have been better on arrival, computer and printer at front desk easy and convenient to use. Room across from elevator wasn't a problem like I initially thought it would be. Can hear EVERYTHING (screaming child in next rooms kids running down hallways)

Pros: Comfy beds, easy closed caption access on TV, excellent Breakfast choices, quiet Cons: Spendy for a so-so place; while it is "dog-friendly" there is absolutely no place for the dog to get some exercise. Tiny little patch of grass to go poo surrounded by asphalt and parking spaces. It would mean a lot if you could have info available for close dog-friendly parks, etc.

A nice clean place to rest your tired head! Really nice staff and very clean. Rooms have strong deodorizer odor and the doors aren't noise proof but otherwise a really nice stay. Breakfast options are great including gluten free options, just ask!

Very clean, nice and modern. Would recommend this this Best Western in McMinnvile to anyone. This is a smaller version of the same chain hotel that I have been to, but has all the accomidations of that of a larger one. Our dog loved it also!

The facility appears to be brand new although I know it has been their for at least a few years. The lobby is spacious, well-lit, and a comfortable area to enjoy the complimentary breakfast or cup of coffee. Rooms are nice size, clean and laid out well

On a trip with my two adult daughters to the Oregon Coast( gorgeous as ever but very crowded on last good weekend of October) we stayed at the best Western McMinnville. It was up to Best Western standards, the staff was helpful, the free breakfast was as good( or not so good)as those hotel chain serve yourself breakfasts are. It was quiet . All in all , satisfactory though not memorable. But that's why I carry a Best Western card. Reliable, and we stayed feee on the points this not so frequent traveller has accumulated.It was not close to restaurants and downtown excitement( if there is any in McMinville) but that was plus for weary travellers.

This BW in MAC is a comfortable place to stay with very competitive rate. I recommend this instead of the competition like comfort in or others that are just to expensive for less service. The breakfast is better as well. It is conveniently located to enter MAC of depart MAC.

I stayed at this hotel for one night while traveling, and it was a good experience. The room was clean, and everything in the room worked properly. Good water flow in the shower, bed was pretty firm but otherwise comfortable. Did not notice any road noise, although my room was close to the lobby and there was a bit of conversational sound from guests socializing near the breakfast room. This hotel was easy to find and has a breakfast included in the room rate. Grocery, convenience and discount stores just down the street. 4-5 minute drive to Linfield College. WiFi worked just fine, I would stay here again if visiting McMinnville.

This was our first stay at this up to date facility and we enjoyed a pleasantly furnished room which was very clean, bright and quiet. Bed was comfortable. Good location and staff pleasant and helpful. Did not sample breakfast. Would stay again.

Stayed here with some friends since we wanted to do some wine tasting. This hotel isn't in the immediate downtown area, so you'll have to take a Lyft or drive yourself there, but it's really close so it wasn't an issue for us. They have a pool and hot tub, continental breakfast, free wifi and parking, and they also have a snack/toiletries shop in the lobby, which I thought was a nice touch. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfy. If you've ever stayed at a Best Western, my experience here was true to the other ones I've stayed at. I would stay at this hotel again.

Yes we are not located directly in downtown but we are close, we are so glad you were able to get around town and enjoy our wine country. Our little sweet shop is new since the renovations and we enjoy having some snacks and goodies for our guests to purchase. We love hearing that people were able to use the pool and hot tub as a lot of times when we get travelers they don't have a lot of time to enjoy the amenities. Hotel was clean, comfortable, and friendly staff. The breakfast offered was typical and basic, but lacked quality. Eggs and sausage had an unusual taste to them, should have gone to an outside restaurant.

My wife and I only stayed there for the night...we didn't check-in until midnight, and were gone after breakfast, but the hotel was FIRST-RATE! It was like new, modern, clean, with lots of hot water and shower water pressure. The bed was very nice! The room was spacious. It would be a great place for an extended stay, and just fine for one night, as well.

Nice hotel. Clean, everything works, friendly staff, good location to wine country. Downtown only 10 minutes away. Definitely a good choice. We went for a wedding. Easy to get to. Air and space museum was amazing, better than that in Washington DC.

We were only in your Hotel for one night. Gret stay. Anna was very friendly and courteous at the front desk.. Free computer use for printing.. Nice Room. Clean... Hot tub very clean and temp just right for me... My wife and I retired from Hotels with over 55 years of service. This is the first time either of us have seen that remote " sock" in use. The attendant cleans the remote after check out and slips it into a remote sock to let you know it has been sanitized. BRILLIANT ! This is a big issue in hotels simply solved. Thank you. I personally have worked in customer service for many years, which leaves me pretty critical of the customer service that I myself receive. With that being said, the ENTIRE staff at the McMinnville Best Western were amazing; front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, on up the line to their GM, they were all above and beyond today's "norm" for customer service. In addition to the above average service, the entire facility; breakfast area, pool/hot tub, fitness area, and our room were all very clean and sanitary. We had a great overall experience and I would highly recommend the McMinnville Best Western as a clean, friendly, affordable place to stay in the heart of wine country.

Not a bad spot. The front desk staff are very friendly. My room was nice, but for me, the bed was far too firm. The jacuzzi tub was huge, internet worked well and the breakfast area was very nice, clean and well stocked.

Nice stay except if we turned on the microwave it would turn off the surge protector so the TV, Fridge and micro did not work. Did not find this out until I opened the fridge the next morning and ended having to throw out a bunch of food. :(

This is a fine mid range motel. It has all the amenities one needs with a good location close to the desired activities. It stacks up well next to similar accommodations in the area as well as compared to other BW.

Came to town for a baby shower and stayed there with my daughter. We loved it and plan on going back.Very clean rooms. breakfast was great. The gentleman that checked us in Anthony was super friendly and helpful.The housekeepers were very friendly and our rooms were amazing.This will be our go to hotel whenever were in the area

Nice Room, fairly quiet location, has nice indoor pool and Jacuzzi. Recently renovated with new furnishings. Rooms have MW, Refrigerator, hair dryer and steam irons. Black out drapes make the room very dark for nice sleeping. Love the "rain style" shower head about 7 ft about the tub since I am tall.

Though the hotel is a short drive out of town. It's a good place to stay. it is also quite handy to the Linfield College campus. I believe the hotel has had a recent, major remodel. There are a few telltale signs but they are few and far between. The rooms are super clean, the beds are new as are the lobby/restaurant. I would return with pleasure.

Everything was clean , we had a lovely stay. I love the modern look and feel of this remodeled Best Western. The Beds were comfy and LOTS off pillow which is a GIANT plus!! I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Stayed 2 nights while visiting wineries. Bed was comfortable, room was clean, breakfast offered many choices. My only complaint would be the noise from the road and other rooms. But if you drink enough wine shouldn't be a problem!

The hotel looks great, very up to date and well appointed. Super friendly staff, we had never stayed there before and were pleasantly surprised! The bed was pretty hard, but the room, lobby and breakfast room were beautiful.

Great place to stay; Very well done on the remodel; pool & spa were warm and clean. Nice decor in room; easy access to wine country; and to the beach areas 45 minutes west. McMinnville town 3rd street is very quaint with many choices for eating and wine tasting.

We think that the location seems not strategically enough for tourists. We went to Portland Woodburn premium outlet as well as Portland Multnomah Falls by car, however it took about 30 minutes to 1 hour to both location from the Inn depends on traffic conditions. Overall, we still feel satisfy with this hotel.

Our remodel was finished last November, the only thing we were working on recently are the doors so they all close behind you automatically. The front desk and breakfast staff were outstanding. They were all professional, friendly and helpful providing excellent info on restaurants in the area. The room was clean and comfortable. While I didn't use it the exercise facilities, jacuzzi and pool looked great. I have to downgrade the evaluation a little because my room was never cleaned during my 3 night stay. The room next to me had their TV/videogame going at high volume but the staff handled it immediately and I was able to sleep comfortably

Hotel are is very sketchy...transient, working girls and questionable characters are all around! Lock your stuff up! For a BW property I was let down...WALLS were paper thin...Rooms had a funky smell...

I am sorry you did not feel safe and that you were not comfortable while staying with us. I can guarantee that our hotel is safe and secure as we have 24/hr cameras and front desk present 24/7 as well. We monitor the cameras from the front desk and there isn't access into the hotel without a Key or the through the front doors. Yes next door has some rough guests however we keep our hotel as clean from that as possible. The walls are thin and we do apologize for that. I am sorry that your room had an odor we try our best to get whatever smells from the previous guests out as best we can. Sometimes smells tend to stick around. I do hope you give us again chance and visit us again. Thank you for your feedback and comments. We appreciate your honesty and value your input.

Stayed here for one night this week while visiting Linfield College with my son. The guy who checked us in was awesome - very friendly, knew my name and expected us, and gave great advice on where to eat at night. He even gave me a coupon for a free tarting at Naked Winery which was absolutely worth my time. After checkin, the room was large, clean and quiet. Recently renovated and so all furnishings were new. Breakfast was very good the following morning - bacon, sausages, eggs, oatmeal, fruit, bagels etc all available and included in the room rate. The staff member running breakfast was also very helpful and friendly. I'd have no hesitation rating here in future.

It's apparent this place is just underwent renovation. Things are new and clean. Very conveniently located between I-5 and Hwy 101 connection. We were traveling with kids and a pet. It was very nice to find a place of this quality and value that does allow pets.

It was a very good hotel for the price. It was cheaper to walk in and get a room rather than book through a website. My only complaint was the sound proofing of the rooms. The room was next to the hotel which is fine, but you could constantly hear people coming and going.

Very nice remodeled hotel. Great access to Linfield College. Rooms are decent with a basic breakfast. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Didn't like the noise....rooms and doors aren't noise proof. Can hear the elevator from the room. But very clean and a nice stay. Would recommend it.

We have stayed here several times over the years. Recent remodel has greatly added to the value, and staff is very friendly. Pet friendly, and reasonable, continental-style breakfast is included. While there are many lodging options in McMinnville, this is definitely one of the better values.

The room was clean and we had no problems. The front desk was profssional and welcoming. We only spent one night but we did have muffins at the buffett and they were good. We left early as our sons had to catch a plane in Portland so we did not induldge the buffett any longer.

Decided on a whim to take my boys to the nearby indoor waterpark so booked this hotel for its location. Upon check-in was very impressed by the cleanliness of the lobby and eat-in area. Staff who checked us in was very friendly. Room we booked was large and smelled very clean, nicely updated. Had a great nights sleep. Breakfast area was nice and spacious and we were very excited about all the hot and cold options available (waffles, scrambled eggs and sausage to name a few). Hotel staff were in the eating area keeping things tidy and stocked the entire time we ate. Very impressed by how you could tell staff made cleanliness a priority! Recommend this hotel to anybody staying in the Mcminnville area.

I was surprised to see that this Best Western was currently closed. I was just there less than a few weeks ago and it was lovely. The lobby and the rooms felt clean and new. The lobby was bright and welcoming. The lobby also sells snacks, beverages and toiletries. The hotel also offers a pool and hot tub, a fitness center and a really good complimentary breakfast. The staff was friendly and helpful. Not sure why they are closed now. But I hope it is only temporarily because I would absolutely stay there again the next time I'm in McMinnville, OR. NOTE: Yelp! had this place listed as closed. Not sure, but you might to call to confirm your reservation.

My second stay at this hotel in McMinnville Oregon PDX. Comfortable, chic, and nicely decorated hip rooms. Easy location to get around the city and in the heart of Wine Country! The hot breakfast is a great deal and the in room Keurig coffee makers are a added bonus. This place has used some interesting colors and patterns and has created a great chic hotel. Well done Best Western!

The remodel is just about completed. The only issue we had was a missing rod in the closet to hang clothes but we made do. Otherwise, the room was clean, quiet, comfortable and very nicely decorated. All the amenities were available: coffee, microwave oven, tv, phone, iron, hair dryer, etc. The staff was very helpful, especially Brad. The provided breakfast was comparable to any other hotel in this class. Location is fine, five minutes from downtown McMinnville.

We stayed here after leaving the Motel 6 across the street because it was disgusting. We came across the street and they just happened to have a room. They are finishing a remodel so there is no ice machine and the jacuzzi was being worked on . However the rooms on the 4th floor are very nice and clean. Smells like a new hotel and feels very safe. Will stay here again as we frequent the area for Linfield Football. A pleasant experience.

Michelle, we are so thrilled that we were just across the street to be of service for your stay. I am pleased to inform you that our ice machine is now working we even have 2 now. Our jacuzzi is in perfect working condition and our remodel and upgrades are finalized. We really do appreciate your business and hope to see you often as their are many Linfield Football games in the future. Thank you again!
