Best Western Premier Hotel Gulberg Lahore

My name is Shaikh Muhammad Imran I was stay in Best western premier Hotel Lahore my experience Normal Staff behaviour non serious & room temperature Very Bad like conjunction feel in all nights. Hotel Air conditioning system fully failed Only breakfast & rooms are better. I suggest don't stay in winter because room temperature is very very Bad. Only Staff operate to Temperature controlling system Cooling system panels lock in all rooms Message for owners & Manegers Kindly take action & notice for Better services Thanx

Hotel rises like an oasis of tranquility and impeccable service. From step in to step out, I enjoyed every single moment. Staff, accomodations and all the required services was more then my expectations.

A cosy hotel with excellent facilities and central location . Everything is provided in the hotel with a big smile . It was a great experience staying in the hotel with fast internet service and a well laid out daily breakfast . The room service restaurant serves delicious food . Rooms are clean and big in size -the only downside was the towels are worn out and the hotel management must replace worn out towels with fresh new ones on regular basis . Need to than Usama and Numan at the front office for their assistance , to Saddam and Sabir in housekeeping for acceding to our requests for additional tea facilities etc and Amannat at the brekafast restaurant daily providing our specific food . A Big Thank You !

Best hotel in town. Excellent service and warm staff. Rooms were perfectly cleaned. Hotel is well placed in the down town with many eatries around. Hotel provided paid car service which was secure and convenient for me to travel around the city. Outdoor dinning at Shandur Grill restaurant was pleasant and much relaxing.

According to cost, service are not as per mark even the cost is more then PC or other but rooms are not comfortable. Charges are twice then these hotels, Online payment method is very poor i paid online but once i go there they asked that payment didn't went through.

Location is very good. Rooms are specious but we only experienced Executive. Breakfast was very good too. Somehow most of the staff including Bellman was treating us like it's our first time in a nice hotel. Even though during my reservation I mentioned my daughter will be staying with us there was no mention of extra charge. Fatima at reception charged extra even though I pointed out but she kept insisting on hotel policy. Again she was treating us like it's our first time. In the morning there was not hot water in the shower. I had to take shower without hot water even though I wasn't feeling well. Towels were clean but they were in such a bad shape it seems they didn't replaced them since opened the hotel.

It's a decent and basic hotel - with comfortable rooms, but not the best in terms of service - doesn't have 24 hours room service - lobby is very basic and simple - the reception/operator at night takes over 30 minute to answer the phone - even as a BW Rewards member I was not only refused that my 2 night stay points will be added (because my booking was corporate), the staff on duty also refused to simply enter my number on the booking (both on check in and check out) and let their system do the job and/or give me a copy of my bill so send an email and request for my points or stay to be entered on my program records. It was just a very weird experience.

Wonderful stay but it was short just for 1 night. Reception Staff Ms Suman was very kind,attentive and professional in her work. Check in done in 5 minutes and my request was considered in well mannered way. The Room was clean and comfortable but you can hear anyone crossing from outside in corridor. The room is not sound proof but overall all the amenities were available in the room. View was perfect and many shops nearby. Those who dont know, guest and visitors are allowed but you need to enter their names in the system before getting into the room. Buffet Breakfast was good but not very attractive. Restaurant staff is busy and forget the request and need to remind again. Overall the stay was perfect and will definitely come back. Once again thanks to Ms Suman for wonderful hospitality.

It was one of the most awesome of the stays that I had at Bestwestern Premier lahore. The service , the staff and the product was impeccable all the way. A must stay place for the families and couples.The reception staff particularly was very cordial and forthcoming.keep it up!

I stay for 02 days at Best Western on 7th floor my room was very good neat & clean good housekeeping staff was attentive & Reservations Manager Miss.Fatima was very help full & care full l feel I m in home very good excellent work keep it up I come back soon with family..

I have stayed with my family, we were travelling from UK, i would appriciate the reservation staff Ms. Fatma who arrange our Airport pick up on time late night and booked the room beyound our expectation as per he commitment. Breakfast was nice and best location, highly recommended.

I have stayed at Dozen of Hotels in Lahore. This was on the top of the list of best stays Experience ever. All Staff was very hospitable, especially the Housekeeping Team, and there for every need of mine. Excellent property and very convenient to visit world-class brands shopping Mall. The property is very clean and has fantastic new-time charm. They have an outdoor restaurant named Shundure Grill is very pleasant and has been covered with natural plants. Thank you so much for making it.

The rooms were super clean and very attractive ,very comfortable, and staff was Amazing.Room intrier is very new and world class.we highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Gullberg Lahore.the Staff at this property are all great.i had very good experiences with everything.

Excellent hotel in city center of lahore. Truely amazing experience. Good staff and their services. Totally satisfied with my 2 nights stay. And everyone their accommodates you so well. Plus point is they have android lCDs in their rooms

Fake specious pics of room posted to attract guests but in reality rooms are very cunjusted. Dirty floor, old paint cracking on walls, disgusting smell all over the place.... no guard on duty so they lock the door in night...one will have to call the receptionist to come out and open the door, this too is possible if the only one person in night shift is luckily not fell asleep. Weird bedsheets and towels not not properly dryed after wash...sticky smell of detergent and wet feel will not let u lay on bed or to use towel but since you have paid a handsome amount already for night stay you have no other option.... stay save from this scam

Great clean hotel, staff is excellent, food is out of this world. No stomach issues with the clean and hygiene food. Thir the General manager is always around to help anybody with issues. If you ask the hotel restaurant to cook something which is not on the menu they will cater for you. Amanaat, Sadaqat and Ataf come up to you personally to see if all is good. Gym instructor is very helpful and professional. Have seen many famous people staying at hotel.

My family and I stayed at the hotel for 5 days recently, and for the most part the experience was positive - however there are a number of issues that need addressed by management to fully justify a 4* rating. Positives - Great location - Staff are very helpful and a credit to the hotel - Quality of food at the restaurant and value for money - Clean comfortable rooms - Complimentary airport transfers Negative - Kids not included in room count. We booked a twin room think it would have double beds. The room did not. Default deluxe room is 2 single beds. Definitely not big enough for a family of 4. Room occupancy should be inclusive of children and not just adults. - Extra charge per night for mattresses for children. Again, if the hotel know there are children in the booking they should be included in the occupancy of the room and not having to pay extra on arrival. - Only 1 room card issued. First time I have experienced this. This meant that my wife and I had to enter the room at the same time, which wasn't entirely practical. A ridiculous hotel policy which would be easily rectified by management. By all means charge for lost cards, but give customers the option first. - Not enough staff at times. I waited over 1 hour for my bags to be uplifted from the room on departure. As I said, this hotel is not far from being an excellent hotel to stay. It just needs some minor changes to its day to day running and attention to details.
