I stay here when in town w To visit family. The rooms are always clean and the staff is super friendly. The outside does not do justice but I'm not staying outside. If your looking for a clean place to sleep this is perfectly priced.I don't need the extras when visiting family

Run unless 50$ is all you got and can afford to lose to any attitude they get when you complain their stuff don't work even after remodeling. They made extremely rusty red roof inn into a best western and just painted over huge chunks of rust now falling all off again and still left the bugs and roaches . Black mold is starting to bleed through . an hour ago on  Google This place literally sold me a room and then I checked room and tV wouldn't even turn on. I guess no house keeping supervisor to check over the maids or to even check anything in the rooms before they sell it to you but I went back to tell the front desk person the situation and left the key with them while I went to eat giving him plenty of time to take care of whatever trying to be kosher and nice and I came back about 20 minutes later and the person says sure the key works good and I said I just told you two sentences before I left the saying the TV did not work nobody said nothing about a key and even afterwards when you asked me about the key I told you again and for some reason because of him not paying attention and for him telling me a room TV didn't work they didn't like that and you could clearly see that I and wealthy and don't stay in low class hotel lots of jewelry brand new cars vanity license plates typical stuff and this person kept saying who do you think you are Donald Trump and so I assume that he only did anything good or told the truth or helped out Donald Trump at this point in time I decided they didn't want me to stay there even though it only been there one minute and never even actually walked in the room but more than a minute and so they decided to keep my deposit and he took my money and had me leave threatening to call the police because I insisted that the things that they sell me work but this place is a really rusted out run down old Red roof inn and we all know you don't make a Hilton from a motel 6 it's a total crappy place that should have been torn down instead making it into a best Western and leave low class yelling people to work the front desk that's used to working with people that would rent from a Red roof inn Renovation be damned it's not a thing better than a red roof in. Still. If they didn't have bad people with attitude working the counter then they wouldn't have people like me reporting that they steal my money just cause I complained they sold me faulty room with no TV and bugs . If you not going to give me a room then give the money back and the deposit. That's clearly stealing. And they will do same to you. Kick you out for any reason and keep all your money if they feel like it and leave you and your family stranded to sleep in your car. left the bugs. Seriously if you don't listen you will be mad you didn't Stay at a road side park and save them from stealing from you and eaten by roaches. It's a really nasty red roof in a nasty area and they painted over the rust and ITS THE WORST BEST WESTERN ON THE PLANET AND I TRAVEL 150000 MILES A YEAR Marc r From my company and myself I book over 1900 hotel rooms a year. Trust my word. Do not go there if u want best western quality at all. If you don't you will regret it and do not bring a child

This is a motel. In fact, it is an old motel. The kind where the rooms open onto the parking lot. Don't expect more. Such motels need refurbishment every decade or so. This was probably the best motel refurbishment i have ever seen. The floors are smooth, the sink is clean and well installed and the shower surround isclean and attractive. Overall a very pleasant stop.

Recently renovated, clean and very nice place to stay! Nice bathroom with hot water! Free continental breakfast in the morning and free fast Wi-Fi is also available, outside access to ice machine and alot of safe parking!

Absolutely nothing wrong with this little hotel. It's a bit dated, but the bed was comfy and the room was very clean. Front desk clerk was friendly and helpful. We'd definitely stay here again should we ever travel this way in the future.

We stopped at this hotel after driving all day. We were greeted by very friendly and efficient staff at the front desk. The room was very clean, had great lighting inside the room, and was quiet - despite being very near the interstate, all at a very affordable rate. We will stay at this hotel again the next time we are driving through.

Everything was clean and in working order. We just needed a place to stay overnight while in town for a concert. Breakfast was fine, and there was a decent selection of items. We have no complaints and would stay again.

Had to carry breakfast to my room by going outside. Food was boring. No hot food. Orange drink not orange juice. Room was clean. Liked that there was no carpet. No cold water to drink at continental breakfast.

Best price AND experience for a budget hotel ever! Sweet woman and man checked us in. Lobby and room were clean and fresh. Room and bed were comfortable and clean. Shower was good. Nice fridge. Ice machine worked well. Easy off and on I-75.

This hotel is clean and quiet. The rooms are roomy and the tv's are huge. From check-in to check-out, this exceeded our expectations. The mattress was comfortable and the shower was very clean and the water was hot. We have marked this as a go-to hotel in the Findlay area.

Great little motel. My room was completely renovated and bed was super comfortable. Big tv and everything was great. Very affordable and worth every cent. Lady at front desk was very friendly and helpful

Super clean. I don't use the continental breakfast since I cannot have muffin or toast in the morning. I don't use gym, either so I don't have to pay extra hotel expenses for something I don't use. All I care about is cleanness. And this SureStay beats everyone on that.

All of the basics were provided with the exception of a hair dryer (which I didn't need anyway) and extra toilet paper (there was about 1/3 of a roll in the room). There were no tissues in the room either. But the room was very clean, spacious, and the bed was super comfortable. That's all I really needed.

I am local but booked this room mid-winter for a conference in Findlay in case of inclement weather. I hesitated at the rough exterior but was impressed with the patience of the trainer with the young lady who was in training. She did an excellent job too. The room was spotless, comfortable and I was able to get a great nights sleep. There are no frills but at this price, I was fine with no frills. I would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling I-75 as it is convenient and very close (<5 minutes) to downtown where some great local restaurants!

This was a no frills clean and comfortable room....just what we needed passing through the area. There was coffee and some small items offered for continental breakfast. It may not look like much..but it is what more motels should be like.

The room was very clean and nice to stay in. We were comfortable with our stay. The only con about the room was that the sink was leaking. We told the staff upon leaving. However, upon arriving I was surprised with an unexpected deposit cost. I was told this would be returned to me once our room was cleaned and found to be in order. Our room was clean when we left, I even made the beds. I've yet to receive my deposit back, and nor was it stated in anything on the websites I booked my room from. If you plan to attach a deposit, make sure people know this upfront. This definitely affects your costs, especially when you're looking for a hotel on a budget.

The rooms are brand new. Beautiful on the inside. Big flat screen TV. It was extremely clean. Everything new including microwave and fridge. Nicest man checked us in. This hotel is a winner. Will stay here again

Great staff ! Staff was always friendly & helpful. The room was clean every time i stayed there. Never once had an issue with staff. Room always clean and smelled fresh. Close to freeway! Will always stay at this location when in Findlay!

Newly remodeled room and clean. Not far from restaurants and stores. Close to highway so could be traffic noise at times, or temporary noise when other people would walk up the stairs to the upstairs rooms. We used a sound app on the phone and that helped lessen that noise

Once again my stay was great here. It's become a go to place when I'm traveling to see family. It's right off the highway with ample parking and very clean. Not a lot of hustle and bustle either which makes it a nice quiet place to rest. The beds were extremely comfy and the rooms clean with ample space and nice bathrooms.

This motel looks pretty nondescript on the outside although there is a garden which is nice. The rooms though are very well equipped and fully renovated. The mattress was comfortable, there's a desk, lounge chair and ottoman, large screen tv, fridge and microwave and a coffee maker. Everything was in good working order and the room was very clean. Cold breakfast provided. Very good value from a budget motel.

So... if I had seen this hotel in the daylight, I might have ran away. This is an old motel, that has been renovated on the inside, but only a brown coat of paint on the outside. However, we were looking for a cheap place to stay, and the pictures of the room looked nice. Check in went ok, there was only one night clerk on so it took her a minute to get everything set, but was pleasant and I am patient. The room 114, was obviously just redone, it has 2 Queen beds, when I checked the mattress for bed bugs, I was surprised to find a brand new mattress. And boy were they comfortable. Laminate floors throughout, new furniture, bathroom redone! They really made these rooms nice. The A/C was the style that you adjust in the unit, but it had a temperature control and it worked really well. Overall, the only downfall we found of the property, is that the outside still needs some work, but the inside was great! In the morning when we left there was a small continental breakfast. I saw cereal, toast, juice, fruit, and a couple pastries. I would stay here again for a cheap sleep!

A very nice recently renovated room met all expectations. Would have liked to have had grab bars in the shower. The breakfast was minimal continental but adequate. Parking close to the room. Kind of out of the way from restaurants though.

Clean comfortable sleeping and all around good location a nice restaurant right next door with good food and service beds were very comfortable and clean price was good outside could use some work but for the price it worked for us

We booked this stay as a place to rest in between states. When we arrived, the outside of the building looked somewhat like a prison. Gray painted plywood hung on the outside. The front desk staff was incredibly unwelcoming and condescending. We walked into the room, and the decor was nice. It had definitely been updated. Unfortunately within a hour, all of our feet were completely black from the floor. All my children's toys that had been on the floor accumulated black stains. Our fire alarm kept randomly chirping, but eventually stopped. It restarted chirping around 2 am. We could have looked past some of the issues, but rude staff is a complete disappointment and makes all the difference.

Jay at the front desk was a whole vibe. He was SUPER nice and very down to earth. Our room was very clean and was perfect for our little get away. It was very quiet for the rooms being close together. Our favorite was the quiet balcony outside our room. We will definitely be returning!

I got this room through one of those discount sites on the net and I was pleased with my stay. When I got there I asked if I could possibly have a room on the first floor and the clerk said if I didn't mind two queens instead of a king that would be fine and I agreed. The room was fine with everything working. The HVAC worked along with everything else. Room had an iron and board, WiFi, micro-fridge and coffee. There was also a continental breakfast from 7 to 9. Location was just off the interstate with easy access.

I just pulled over because I was really tired. I didn't look at the photos or anything just so I had no idea what to expect. I checked in and the lady at the front desk was pretty friendly, and when I got to the room I was blown away. I was not expecting a room that clean and nice, especially for that price. I slept so good and woke up re-energized. I'll definitely stay here again when I'm in the area.

Came with my friend and stayed for one night Pros: Location - right off the highway… easy access Clean, modernized room with large TV and comfortable mattress A/C and Heat work very well Cons: Staff - did NOT make me feel welcomed at all! The employee that checked me in gave off an attitude that he had better things to do than to help me. Had a function to go to and the employee was apprehensive about letting my friend sit in the lobby (post check out) and wait for me. I just paid to be a guest… least you can do is accommodate myself and my friend. Walls are thin Bathroom - shower/tub was not exactly the cleanest

Pulled over during a snow storm, and it was my first time staying at a SureStay. And I couldn't believe how nice the staff was and how clean the rooms were. I would definitely stay here if I was ever in the area. The rooms were actually renovated, I slept like a baby, and the tv's were massive. For the price it was well worth it.

My stay at the sure stay was fantastic! Everything was clean and the staff were friendly! Great price for a weekend trip to go visit friends who are closer to bowling green! Stayed 2 nights and definitely worth the price. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking or needing to stay in the findlay area.
