If you want a very clean modern place to stay at a great price with great hosts in the Liverpool to Campbelltown area this is it also has everything you would want to do or see or eat in walking distance and short drives

We needed a room for one night before our flight home. Most of the hotels within 5 km of the airport only had paid parking. This hotel was only 20 mins from the airport and had free parking. Also there are lots of places to eat and shop nearby. The staff at the hotel were super helpful and the room was excellent.

If you are looking for a well priced quiet hotel surrounded by every eating place you can think of then this is the one for you. If you are looking for relaxed friendly helpful staff in a clean environment then this is your hotel. You will leave feeling better than when you arrived and you will know you have been staying with genuine people.

Generous and thoughtful hosts who run excellent accommodation. Nothing was too much trouble from handling my very late arrival due to airline delays to arranging a taxi requested at a specific time. to ensure my on time arrival for a specific business meeting.

Staying at Best Western Casula is so pleasurable. The beds are comfy, the showers hot and the rooms tidy, clean and quite. Ample and convenient parking takes any concerns off finding a spot. Even though it is so convenient located on a major road, rooms are still quite and a good nights sleep was always found. Highly recommend the hotel, Joseph and Mary the hosts and thier team

very impressed with this motel . both reception staff members were very friendly. the room was immaculate .the room was very quiet , the bed comfortable and we had a good nights sleep. I,ve stayed in a lot of motels over the years and this one would be top of the list.

Stayed for 2 nights. Booking easy over phone direct with motel. On arrival very friendly and helpful lady at reception. Room spacious and very clean. Surprisingly very quiet considering so close to Highway. Didn't hear traffic at all. Good parking outside room. Suggest microwave in room would be good. Breakfast was available but didn't have it.

Very clean room and comfortable bed/pillows. I slept really well. Shower over bath that has a hand rail to assist in getting in/out. Staff are really nice and welcoming. I didn't need breakfast but you could have in room as breakfast area was closed. Being a solo female elderly traveller I felt very comfortable here.

I have stayed at Best Western Casula a few times and always found it be clean, comfortable and welcoming. The greeting by Joseph and Mary at reception is always genuine, professional and welcoming. The rooms are quite, clean and a comfortable sleep has always ensued. Convenient location near the M7 and M5 makes it great for business or leisure destinations.

We stayed here twice and both times, our rooms were immaculate. The rooms were spacious for three adults with plenty of wardrobe space. Everything was clean and well maintained. Plenty of towels were provided and the mattresses and pillows were comfortable. The people who manage this property are very friendly and lovely to deal with and they are personally invested in making their guests' stay as comfortable as possible. The location was perfect for people coming in from Melbourne or on their way back to Melbourne. Just a tip: there's no microwave, dishes, cutlery in the rooms.

Have stayed at a nearby property - needs work to repair damage caused by previous guests and some guests staying there at the same time as me were quite noisy. This hotel is quite - reception put me into a room away from the main road. Room was comfortable, the air con. worked without any noise and bed was very comfortable. I would recommend this hotel to everyone.

Great price for a two bedroom self contained apartment. Fantastic central location, within walking distance to just about everything.Staff are friendly, respectful when servicing room. Even when you need toilet paper at 11pm at night !

The best place to stay when in Sydney. Mary and Joseph are sensational and a great pleasure to stay with them. I have stayed here many times and I feel like part of the family. The location is ideal and a short walk across the road to eat or down the road for a great chinese meal.

Rooms were exceptionally clean, no bad smell of cleaning agents. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. My only negative was that there was no breakfast dining room available for a buffet type breakfast. Would definitely recommend this motel.

Driving from Melbourne, stopped here on way home to Queensland. Excellent location just of motorway. Super quiet, had thought that may be an issue but was extremely surprised. Good parking for car several options even the fussy driver will be happy. Big clean bright rooms. Good bathrooms. Very neat clean and tidy. Room was a little outdated in timber finishing but everything else was 10/10.

When travelling north/south on the Hume, using this motel helps you avoid deviating from your route. Service is friendly and rooms comfortable. Some rooms are upstairs. Although the nearest place for dinner is just across the road it is a busy intersection and locals recommend driving. We were no5 bothered by traffic noise.

The Motor Inn is right next to a busy intersection. You need Earplugs to kill the noise. Comfortable and Clean, and an easy launching place to Greater Sydney. The Executive Apartment is large enough for Family gatherings.

Best Western Casula is so convenient to the highway, yet, quite and comfortable. For work, this is great to be able to switch off in such pleasant surrounds. Rooms are clean and comfortable, a home away from home whilst on business.

Cleanest room I've ever seen in a motel. Stayed in a family and there was oodles of room. Joseph at the front desk was very friendly and professional. Nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely stay here again!!

Motel was in a good location for a basketball tournament in Minto. Owner was very friendly. Rooms were the cleanest i'd seen from a motel this size. Family rooms are good size. Would definitely stay here again

The hosts are absolutely lovely and willing to accommodate requests. Rooms are really clean, large and well laid out. Mary and Joseph made my meals exactly as I asked, and were great healthy food for eating away from home. It is located really well with easy access to shops, gyms, etc

I called the hotel before our trip about parking for a ute pulling a car trailer (almost three car lengths). Mary was very helpful and reserved an extra long parking space. Upon our arrival, her husband was on hand to direct us into the parking space. Friendly service and a lovely room.

The subject title says it all. Owner-operators provided First Class Customer Service; friendly, efficient and faultless. Room was spacious and spotless. Meal was served on time and was just like being at home.

I was driving from Melbourne to the Gold Coast and decided to make a stop over at Mittagong , unfortunately I didn't make an advance booking and as a result all accommodation was fully booked , so I drove to Liverpool and by chance I dropped into the Best Western Casula Motor Inn. It was starting to get a little late , however I was met by the most wonderful lady who went out of her way to make me feel welcome and although there wasn't really a room available she and her husband prepared a room for me while I went in search for some dinner. The service was outstanding , something that is lacking in many places today . The room was immaculate . I cannot speak highly enough of the Best Western Casula. A truly wonderful experience for the tired traveller..

Joseph was so very helpful with everything we asked. The room was clean, the bed was so comfy. Breakfast was great, and they even helped us with parking our 6 metre long trailer by reserving a spot for us. Will be recommending Best Western Casula to our business colleagues, family and friends.

Best Western Casula is simply the Gold Standard in motel accomodation. Having stayed here a number of times I continue to be impressed with the way in which the rooms are always immaculately clean. Being well located within walking distance of a number of restaurants, together with friendly and caring hosts I thoroughly recommend this motel to the most discerning of travellers.

Very convenient to access anywhere in Sydney, being just a few minutes drive away from the M5. We always stay here as it's an easy place to stay - rooms located quick and convenient to the car park. Always very clean rooms, in good condition, with friendly staff.

Highly recommend this motel, exceptionally clean, comfy bed, breakfast was fresh, hot and delicious. Staff were very friendly and made you feel welcome. No noise at all can be heard inside your room even though located near a busy road which was a bonus when travelling as easy access to freeway

We stayed during lockdown and were very well looked after by the owners of this business. They went out of their way to give us a suitable room which was very comfortable. Closeness and easy access to the M5 near Liverpool was a priority for us. We couldn't fault our stay there. Thank you.

Our family stayed over five nights and we enjoyed our stay thoroughly. Joseph and Maria were very customer centric and attended to any queries or assistance required. The rooms were spacious, clean and the beds were very comfortable. In addition, parking was within the complex. Excellent location that is close to most amentities. Would not hesitate to return when back in Sydney and highly recommend to others.

We stayed at Best Western for four nights. The highlights have been the fantastic customer service from reception and staff. Our room was spacious, the bed and pillows were very comfortable. Air conditioning worked great. The bathroom is a little outdated, though not important as everything was clean and fully functional. I noticed they had adequate assistant for the elderly aswell. The style of the room is welcoming,clean and modern. I felt this place was a fantastic all rounder, for price,location and hospitality. Will be back again.

Great location close to major road networks, local shopping mall, cafes, good restaurants, gyms. All the staff value their clients and deliver great family service. rooms are modern , clean , neat, tidy. very caring place to stay.

Our work often sees us travelling to south-western Sydney, and this place is always top of this list for our accommodation. It's easy to see the pride that management take in maintaining and running this fantastic hotel! I have never had a poor experience staying here! All rooms are generously sized, clean and well equipped with everything you could need for either a business or personal stay. Staff are always friendly and pleasant to deal with. This conveniently located motel provided a nicely furnished and comfortable room, friendly staff, and relaxing surroundings. Situated on the Hume Highway, it is ideal for those coming in from the south or west. A nearby bus service offers a fast trip to a major railway station for access to central Sydney.

We picked this hotel as it was only a short drive to the airport and conveniently situated on the Hume Highway. Absolutely perfect for our needs. Clean, tidy room with parking at the door. Very helpful and friendly staff who generously allowed us a late checkout at no cost as our flight was not until late afternoon.

Nice motel in suburban Sydney. Very large, clean rooms with friendly and obliging staff. Plenty of dinner options within a 5 minute walk makes it all so simple and easy. Very convenient to the M5 and M7; we will definitely stay again.

Very good stay. Clean and spacious rooms. Friendly staff. Good parking and free Wifi. Easy access to major shops in the area. Laundry facilities are on-site for a low cost ($3 a load for washing and $3 for drying, just needs $1 coins which can be obtained through reception). Breakfast available 7am to 9am. I would definitely opt to stay here again without question.

Excellent motel, right on the highway so easy to find for a non local. Very quiet, good parking and excellent coffee in the room The owner stayed up for a post Midnight arrival and was cooking breakfast at 6am the next morning.

The motel is located in Casula, about 45 min by train from Sydney center. Shopping and dining and gas station nearby. Good access by bus to Glenfield or Liverpool station where the train to Sydney departs. Spacious room, very clean and tidy. Safe, fridge, water boiler, coffee. Very friendly and helpful personnel, we very much enjoyed our stay there. Excellent value for money.

I have been staying at Best Western Casula regularly over the last three or so years during my regular trips to Sydney. Joseph, Mary and Jenny have always been incredibly welcoming and accommodating. I love that the property is immediately across the road from the Crossroads Hotel where they have great coffee, meals and function areas. Mary and Joseph were fabulous recently during a family bereavement and they couldn't have done any more to assist. They were simply wonderful. The rooms are spotless and I love the option of brekky too.

this is the second time we have stayed here, all staff were helpful and friendly from manager to cleaning staff already booked our next visit. our visit was to take daughter to dentist then took our children to wet and wild so they could have time away from home.

This Motel is amazingly well maintained. The rooms are beautiful, the beds are very comfortable and the shower is fantastic. The Owners are super friendly and very accommodating. Definitely worth staying. It's a 5 star Motel with a 3 star price. Highly recommend!

We took a chance on this Inn as we would rather spend money on seeing doing things in Australia. We are so happy that we did. This place is amazing! On first look, it looks like an ordinary hotel and we were expecting ordinary and adequate accommodations. We couldn't have been more wrong. From the time the super friendly and helpful owners greet you at check in it just gets better. The rooms are immaculately clean. The staff here are obviously devoted to their jobs. Everyone is so willing to assist us with any and every need. The owner Joseph even gave us his cell number in case we got lost on a long day trip. The beds and pillows are very comfortable. The dinette was perfect and allowed us to prepare our own meals, saving even more money. Great water pressure. The best blackout curtains in the world. Free WiFi and parking. This place is a truly incredible and lucky find. We really wish we could give it higher marks. We have stayed at several 5 star places around the world and have never been treated as well. After 5 nights, we can't find a single negative here. Hopefully we can return and find this gem unchanged The Martins

This was a great stop over on our trip to qld. The host was super helpful, helping us park our two cars and trailers and ensuring us our boat would be safe while we travelled into the city. The owner/manager patrols the car park himself before a night guard comes on so there is always someone available. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable and the shower was amazing. 5/5 recommend to stay here when coming through sydney

Passing through, stayed here one night. Check in with Mary was fabulous, very nice reception area. Room 19 - great sized room, lots of bench space, tiled floor, lovely made bed, great pillows and comfy bed. Nice bathroom, but no bench space, shower in the bath, very clean. Very nice furniture that you can actually sit on, room safe, kettle, tea coffee milk & mugs. Iron & board, free wi-fi but it was poor. As it's not a smoke free facility you can smell others smoking outside the room below. Spotlessly clean and quiet considering the close road. Will definitely stay here again, great stay, thanks guys.

Firstly, the staff were excellent - professional courteous and helpful.The room was well appointed, clean and quite spacious and as per my request on the ground floor. The motor inn must be popular as the car park was full by mid evening. Travelling solo there was an adequate number of venues for an evening meal from standard take-away - KFC,Red Rooster and Domino's to an Italian and Chinese restaurant plus a local hotel across the road with dining facilities.

Stayed 3 nights for convention. From the moment we checked in we were so impressed by the owner/manager. From helping with the luggage to bringing breakfast to your room, to welcoming us back after a full day out. I have never stayed anywhere so friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back. Breakfast was well priced too. The cleanliness was a very high standard.

An excellent venue for those with dealings in the western Sydney area. Close to major highways. Good access to public transport (nearby bus to railway station, then fast trip to the city). Very friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable and well appointed room. Large bulky goods complex nearby, and a popular hotel with excellent food just across the road. This is the best accomodation I have ever had in suburban Sydney.

We needed somewhere to stay ahead of an early morning drive from Syd to Canberra and this was perfect. Room was spacious and felt more like a luxury hotel than a motel! Spotless, great heating during the cold night and the manager was very friendly and helpful - even let us check in a bit early as we were traveling with a very tired toddler. Would definitely stay again!

Excellent value motel on the edge of Sydney. Very friendly and helpful staff. Long walk to train station and infrequent buses at night. We were attending a concert at the ANZ stadium and left it too late to get anywhere closer at a reasonable price. Couldn't fault the cleanliness and standard of our accommodation

Called the motel and spoke to Joseph who was an absolute delight to deal with - so professional, polite and helpful. We were flying down from Brisbane for a 1 night stay and Joseph handled our booking for a large family room (queen bed plus 2 x king singles) with genuine interest. Arrived at the motel about 8 pm on the Saturday night and the receptionist, like Joseph was a delight to deal with - so very helpful. The room was fantastic - spotlessly clean and spacious with plenty of room for luggage and wardrobe hanging space. The bathroom was roomy and spotless as well. The room faced the crossroads which is a busy road but there was no noise from traffic at all. The beds were super comfortable and a good nights sleep was had by all of us. We ordered cooked breakfast of Poached Eggs & Toast and Plunger Coffee which was delivered to our room right on the requested time of 7 am - breakfast was piping hot and delicious. I believe there is a dining room downstairs where you can have breakfast as well. Would highly recommend the motel for service, comfort, cleanliness and location and Joseph deserves a commendation as well for his terrific rapport with customers.

The place was clean and comfy. The staff were very helpful, even providing us with public transport passes (Opal card) for us to use while we were there. Check-in and check-out was easy and quick as well. I don't really travel much, so I can't comment to much on the pricing, but I didn't feel it was too expensive. They also had decent wifi, which is always a bonus.

Very friendly on arrival and throughout our stay. Nothing a problem and all staff were very welcoming. Our room was very clean and a good size with everything we could ask for. The location was perfect for our staf and easy to locate.

We stayed for 3 nights. The room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. Despite being on a very busy main road, it was lovely and quiet. It was a bonus having a window to look out of at the back of the room and allow for natural light. Great meals at the pub across the road. Close to shops and restaurants. Friendly helpful staff. All in all a great place to stay Would definitely stay again.

Was a wonderful experience staff was great ,the room was extremely clean and was the perfect location for leaving sydney to head south in the morning as there was no traffic it was also close to shops and service stations

We satayed at this location for a couple of nights recently. We found the reception staff very friendly. The room was a good size and very clean. The bed was a good size and very comfortable. i tlooks as thought the rooms have been recently renovated and the result has been very good. Even though this motel is at the corner of two major roads road noise was very minimal and din't affect the sleep quality at all. The only time we heard road noise was early in the evening when there were a couple of boy racers revving up their cars at the lights.

Very pleasant stay, helpful staff, clean modern room. Overall we were well accommodated, staff were helpful with directions to where we needed to go. Would definitely stay again. Probably only down side was the noise of passing traffic but that wasn't to bad.

After returning from the US, needed accommodation close to Liverpool. Having spent 5 weeks in the US staying in Best Western Hotels across seven states we found this surprisingly top class accommodation. It surpassed even the top rating Best Western hotels in American. Room was very modern, clean and comfortable. The best surprise of all was the dining room. Decor was also modern, very tasteful and exceptionally clean. Breakfast was appetising and cooked to perfection. The receptionist was friendly and very professional. This will be our accommodation of choice each time we travel to Sydney. This accommodation is very highly recommended.

Had to make a rushed trip to the Southern Highlands and all accommodations were booked out. lucky I was able to find a room at the Best Western Casula. Mary and here staff are fabulous and the motel is in tip top condition. I was treated like a friend not just a visiting customer. Rooms are in 100% condition and all the others bed, shower and room amenities top class, had a wonder night and breakfast the next day. Highly recommend and night or more stay. Very nicely appointed room with an excellent layout that was spacious Cleanliness was of a very high standard and the robes, lights, mirror etc were all in suitable places. The staff were friendly & helpful. Breakfast was available either in dinning room or delivered to room.

Booked place after good reviews. Looking for a stop over travelling to to see friends in Queensland. Staff friendly and room was spacious modern and clean. Comfy bed and having a couple of lounge chairs were really nice. Was concerned about road noise as it was close to highway, but was surprised could hardly hear a thing. Nice place for a stop over.

Very clean and well maintained motel, the staff are helpful and professional. A good sized and well equipped room, comfortable bed and quiet. With a bistro across the road and dine in or takeaway Chinese restaurant a few doors down the road. Overall a great place to stay.

I stayed here for 2 nights while working in the area. My room was very clean, as was the bathroom. The bed was comfortable and the linen clean and fresh. There is plenty of free on-site parking and free w-fi is provided. There are takeaway food outlets within a km if that is your preference. The room I was in had a bit of noise from trucks passing along the main road, but it was minimal and did not disturb my sleep.

I had to attend a family funeral and needed a room very last minute the staff were fabulous helping me out even offering to make me a meal as it was very late when I arrived cannot recommend this place enough no where else comes close. Thanks guys

Always stay here for work every couple of months and the service is always sensational. Really nicely renovated rooms with comfortable beds and well appointed fittings and finishes. Room service and restaurant onsite does fantastic meals. Very friendly and helpful staff.

From check-in to check-out was a gre at experience. Jenny in reception very welcoming and friendly. Rooms clean and tidy and fesh looking. Whether you eat in their dinning room or room service for Breakfast & Dinner. Good variety of food and well presented and tasty. All staff very friendly and always greet you with a smile. Only one thing that I would recommend and maybe a rug on the floor as tge tiles are very cold first thing in morning... Especially in winter.

First of all, the reception the warmth the service here is always always ALWAYS 100% Friendly Warm and Sincere. Secondly, the rooms are 100% clean and well maintained. I am always confident when I lay in the bed that I will wake up refreshed and no fear of bed bugs lol such a good feeling. The newest fave is MEAL TIMES AT THE BEST WESTERN CASULA and tonight we started with this gorgeous Creamy Supreme Pumpkin Soup with garlic bread followed by Salmon with Vegetables (or Salad with Chips) ..... followed by Barista Café and we are so satisfied not to mention our bellies are hanging out there. Thank you Joseph & Mary Suka (The Owners of this beautiful establishment) and the beautiful Chef Christina. You're all Amazing.

I stayed for one night, and would highly recommend it. Rooms are well-appointed and clean, and the service is excellent. The staff is very professional, friendly and helpful, and the manger, Joseph, was very patient and helpful in sorting out technical issues i had with my booking. Would stay again.

A very clean,neat and tidy room with all the basic necessities required. The room looked as though it was brand new, and the bathroom sparkled. Despite being right alongside a main arterial road, the road noise was non existant. The staff were all very friendly and helpful and certainly made us feel very welcome.

Check in is an easy and relatively quick experience. I was offered free wifi at the desk and a brief of some of the eateries in the immediate vicinity. Which by the way include Chinese restaurant and red rooster. Both within a short walk. I was given room 15 which is upstairs. It is okay but the of width of the stairs and the steepness made carting my bag up a chore. It made entering my room a pleasure. Especially when I beheld the new or relatively new fit out of the room and furnishings. I was pleased with the cleanliness of the room and the layout which consisted of somewhere to eat which was seperate to a sitting area and the bed. The bathroom had also recently been renovated at a guess or the best ever cleaners. Possibly both. The water was a little soft but the pressure made up for this. The cars are parked anywhere downstairs and there is a 24 hours security guard to keep things safe. If you are driving, the Hume Hwy is right at the doorstep and while it's a little confusing to get back to with a U-turn involved, google maps or your Navman will sort you out. You could also ask the really nice lady at the front desk. All in all a good place to stay and I will stay there again.

From the outside Casula Motor Inn actually looked like a block of flats and subsequently didn't give us much faith in what the room might look like on the inside but so happy to say the room was definitely not what I thought. It was modern and spacious with not a speck of dirt or dust anywhere. The bathroom also was squeaky clean with a big shower and therefore I could not fault this room at all. The only one small issue was that the Inn was on a busy road and could hear the traffic if the window was open but would definitely not deter us from staying again. Management/owners obviously take a lot of pride in their property.

We wanted somewhere close to the International Equestrian Centre. We made a late booking direct to the motel and fortunately got the last available room. Before we arrived, we received a phone call to ask what time we were looking at checking in. We hoped to be there within the hour, and Mary made sure our room was available - before normal check in time. Both owners (Joseph & Mary) and house keeping staff, were very friendly and helpful. Wifi good. Our room was very clean, following this stay, we stayed at one of the Novatel hotels in Sydney, this motel was made the Sydney accommodation appear 2nd class. To top our trip off, our granddaughters both had great success at the Australasian equestrian event! Wishing Joseph & Mary all the best for the exterior renovations. If we go back to the equestrian centre again, we will definitely be back to stay here.

Lovely room in the west of Sydney. Is in a busy intersection but all is calm with double glazed windows. A bit out of reach from amenities if you have no car/personal transport. Since I was to be in that area for a night I chose this due to location. Receptionist is a lovely lady and very helpful, thanks for making my stay pleasant!

Excellent value for money. Got to stay in room 12 which was spacious has its own kitchen. Comfy bed, with great pillows. Little traffic noise but ok. Great food across road at the Crossroads Hotel. Definitely stay there again when visiting our operations at Prestons.

Spent the night here and the bed was comfortable and the room clean and airy. The bathroom appeared to be mid renovation with some unfinished sections of tiling and the ceiling over the bed had a hole in it. I would stay again if it was convenient and hopefully the renovations will be complete.

Pleasant motel, friendly owner, happy to recommend. The rooms were clean and well appointed. The bathroom has a large comfortable bath and the view from my room was interesting. Thank you for a pleasant experience.

Good service and clean rooms. The one we stayed in looked like it had a recent update. Everything was nice and clean, nothing broken or looking like it had been neglected. Easy parking and convenient location on the highway. Road noise wasn't noticeable.

Near to highway and was easy to find. Arrived at night and the check in process was very fast. Very friendly staff and we had a nice chat with her. We stayed on the 2nd floor, so have to do a bit of workout to carry the luggages. Room is new and spacious. Had a comfortable sleep.

Fantastic rooms so well appointed and maintained. The place is shaving from start to finish. Only one piece of advice, ask for a non highway side room. Otherwise it rivals some of the best hotels in Sydney for fit out, comfort and staff support. 9.5/10

I stayed for 6 nights and felt at home. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The room was serviced everyday and the towels were replaced everyday. The staff were helpful and so nice, especially Jenny, I felt like I'd met up with a long lost friend.

Rang this place whilst in transit from Melbourne to Sydney. Arrived at 9:00pm, rang bell & this lovely lady came over & checked me in. We got talking about the days events & the transformation of this motel, this motel used to be the dive of Casula, run down, noisy & a place you avoided at all costs. In the past couple of years it was taken over by the Best Western group & wow the place is like brand new, staff are absolutely brilliant, rooms are immaculate & overall service best I've seen & had for a long time. I have an upcoming trip to Sydney again in October & will definitely be staying here. Thanks to the 2 lovely ladies in reception for making this a great place to stay will see you again soon.

Everything was booked out nothing available anywhere then out of the blue Best Western Casula had one vacancy for the week we wanted BWC turned out to be far better than we expected very comfortable beds super clean rooms and very pleasant staff The Crossroads Hotel is situated just across the road and has excellent meals The biggest surprise was how quiet it was BWC is situated on the Hume Highway at the junction of the Hume and Camden Valley Way but we didn't hear a thing. So don't let the address put you off because the BWC is very central very convenient very quiet and very clean most rooms seem to have been recently refurbished highly recommended

Very friendly staff welcomed us. Our room was immaculately clean and comfortable. Our room was serviced every day. Everything was of excellent standard. We hope to stay here again in the coming year. Congratulations to all staff and owners.

Awesome! Staff were great. Really friendly and soooooooo helpful. The room was large and spacious and I was travelling with my husband and adult daughter. Very clean with decent towels- what else can you ask for?! Location is handy for M5 and M7. Main road runs parallel with the hotel/motel but the double glazing must be good as we didn't hear a thing. We were so happy with this hotel that we chose to stay here again when we returned 2 weeks later.

From the moment I arrived, I was made to feel welcome by the staff. They gladly accommodated my request for a ground floor room due to my limited mobility. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. It's my pick for the area..for price, position and quality.

Staff were friendly and check in – out was effortless. The motel is nicely located on the south western side of Sydney with quick access to the Hume Hwy M31, M7 and M5. Road noise in our unit was minimal. Unit was very clean with comfortable beds and a great heater which was definitely a plus. The room was well equipped with the usual items such as a tv, kettle, fridge, air con, etc but no microwave or toaster. Free wifi is included. Not so good was the supplied cups which were small and the coffee satchels was strong. We are not a fan of fully tiled floors in colder climates. An excellent place for a short stay.

This hotel was great for a one night stay. It was clean, comfortable, and quiet. The staff was friendly. The rooms were good sized. We used the laundry and it was very nice. Even the parking lot was clean. It was a pleasant stay.

We were met by a very friendly receptionist. Our room was excellent. Very clean, comfy bed,bonus for us was breakfast delivered to our room all at a great price. Pub across the road and an excellent Chinese restaurant within walking distance Would highly recommend this motel.

Hello fellow travels me again Best western casula is the place to stay very central to all locations local and the outer rings of gorgeous sydney loved my stay here 2nd time now staff very friendly and other guests quiet and just there for own desires :) peaceful place with little to none traffic noise, one can easily draw the curtains and just gaze upon the beauty of the crossroads on the hume Rooms tidy and neat cool and calming Only hotel/motel for me....Very happy guest

First off the desk lady is just sooo nice, always has been as well. Like a place that continues to improve. Two day stay and noticed new exhaust fan and hair dryer since last visit as in the same room. Like they put the glasses in the fridge. Give us an ice cube tray and five stars will be yours.

I don't think I've stayed at such a well appointed room with up to date decor! The bath was deep and spacious (the first bath ever where I was able to fully extend my legs!), the bed felt brand new and comfortable and the breakfast was hot, fresh and prompt. But the real standout was the hospitable staff. They really went to lengths to ensure my stay was easy, which it was. I had to leave early and didn't want to stop elsewhere for breakfast so they made a special exception in bringing it earlier than their earliest time, no questions asked, which was amazing! Would highly recommend this motor inn to everyone! ????????????

Motel is on the Hume, but we were amazed at how well insulated against the road noise our unit was. We tend to think the windows must be double glazed, if so, it works well. Unit was tidy and clean, managers were helpful. No complaints or issues. Price is typical city level.

I stayed in this hotel for four nights, arrived Monday and departed Friday. The location is handy as it is close to all the main roads and access and egress is very easy regardless of which direction you are going. The staff assisted with the entire trip from booking through to checkout. Parking is available and the rooms have free WIFI with a modern layout and décor. Now for the issues I had with the stay. The road noise is constant, the only time it lets up is after the local “car club members” have finished there “cruising” up and down the main road out side, I know this is not the motels issue and that is why it did not rate when I gave the star ratings. There are security guards that patrol the car park after hours to look after your vehicles, just remember your room key if going across the road or down the street to get a meal, or they will confront you on why you are there. The walls are thin (well at least in the room I stayed in) very thin, I had a person in the adjacent room that had a couple of late night “visitors” a couple of nights in a row and believe me, you can hear everything. I mentioned this to the staff who did offer to move me, however the other party was checking out that day. Overall a nice place to stay just be aware of the noise that may be present.

I stay here every time I come home the staff, service and rooms are always brilliant. Nothing is too much trouble they go out of their way to make you feel like family. A special mention for Joseph and Jenni who really understand the meaning of customer service. I made a last minute booking change to this hotel based on Tripadvisor reviews and when I arrived at hotel, I knew I had made a right decision. Lady at reception was helpful and welcoming. Hotel is located right next to the highway but noise level was surprisingly minimal when I was in the room. The room was VERY clean and I loved the air conditioner which was in excellent condition. Overall, very nice stay!

Great position, right on the highway but without the noise in the rooms. Very clean with comfy beds which is definitely a plus. Very friendly and helpful hosts. The only negative for me, and it's probably just me. Not a fan of the fully tiled floors. I like carpet in the living/sleeping area. All in all though, an excellent short or longer stay stop.

The Motor Inn is located on a busy highway, but we were not concerned by the road noise. The rooms are very clean and roomy, comfy bed, spotless bathroom and all the usual facilities,reception very friendly,we were attending a 21st and we had a nice stay even though it was brief.

My partner and I stayed one night in this hotel which was very nice, modern and clean. The room was well equipped with the usual items such as a tv, kettle, fridge, air con, etc. and the bed was very comfortable. Perfect for a short stop over and reasonably priced.

The rooms were clean and tidy, having recently been refurbished (two years ago, I think). The reception has lots of pamphlets and info on Sydney and surrounds, so make sure you make good use of this if you're new to town. The tiled rooms are a bit unusual, given that I've come to expect carpet, but I appreciate the cleaniness - no icky smelly carpet to contend with! Nice new flatscreen TV and a big cupboard to store all your knick knacks. All in all, a very pleasant stay and I would definitely be back again.

Great location, fantastic room - clean, large, nothing out of place. The staff were friendly. Will definitely visit again if I have an opportunity. Check in and out were a breeze. I judge a hotel room by the quality (cleanliness and layout) of its bathroom and this place in better than some of the 3 - 4 star places I have stayed.

Was in the area for business and wanted to be able to cook own meals. The studio apartment was very spacious, clean and had nearly all of the things I needed to cook (just missing the basics like some oil, salt, pepper, etc.). The layout was very spacious and although pretty much on the highway was relatively quiet. Reception staff, especially Jenny, were extremely helpful.

This inn is very well located on the outskirts of Sydney. The office people at check-in and check-out were both very helpful. We were struggling with a lot of luggage down the stairs, when the desk person rushed out to assist us. Most considerate

This was one of the nicest Best Westerns I have ever stayed in, and one of the few in the Sydney area to accept reservations using membership points. The staff were very friendly and helpful, answering all of our questions about travel and dining in the area, and anticipating our info needs. The WiFi is quick and reliable. The rooms were very clean and modern. There is no lift for accessing the 2nd and 3rd floors, only stairs. This hotel is a bit remote for accessing the Sydney airport or harbor. A short bus ride and longer train ride can get you to either location.

This hotel felt brand new. The room was large and so clean. The beds were comfortable, the air con was always working at the right temperature. The bathroom had fresh fluffy towels and face clothes. A good supply of amenities. Loads of toilet paper and tissues. Fridge and tea and coffee facilities were brilliant. Lots of storage space and a full length mirror. We asked for an extra bed in the room and this was not a problem. The staff were so accommodating and friendly. The breakfast was excellent and fresh. We stayed here for six days over the Christmas period and would definitely come back again. I recommend this hotel to anyone who wants good value for money with excellent customer service. Such a nice family run business. They even helped us with finding a taxi or answering any questions about tourism. There's ample car parking space. I just loved how clean it was and the rooms were a good size. The floors were tiled too which was nice in the heat. The shower and bath were very good. Strong shower head. Wifi connection was superb. Very good hotel and value for money.

Spotlessly clean spacious room, well lit, especially the bathroom. Even though the shower had a water saving head there was still plenty of water. We asked for an early breakfast and received an apology because it was two minutes late. Such friendly service.

Free wifi was a little slow but there was a massive storm that night. The nearby Chinese restaurant has a great service and the motel offered china and cutlery if I needed it.

Family of 4 (2 adults & 2 adult children) stayed in the Family Room which was immaculately clean with very comfortable beds. We had a 1 night stay as we were visiting family living nearby and could not fault the motel. Very friendly helpful staff. Highly recommended and value for money.

We selected this motel as we were able to request car trailer parking. The motel was easy to find, and the lady on reception was extremely helpful even though we checked in earlier than planned. Room 16 was clean and spacious and had recently been modernized. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was large. Internet (free) was fast and there was no noise transferred from other guests. Parking was good, with plenty of places to eat or snack close by. We would certainly stay here again.

I wasn't expecting much before going to the motel and it's a great surprise! The staffs were really helpful even I arrived pretty late (around 9pm). The room was very clean and big. The bathroom was clean as well. Free wifi is included in room rate. The motel is close to a few toll freeways, I recommend to rent a car which cover toll charges to reduce the travel time to city and around Sydney.

I booked this motel on-line, and was sure that as it was a Best Western property it would be good. Well, it was! Jenny welcomed us warmly, and was extremely helpful. As I have some mobility issues, I'd booked an accessible room. It was the best accessible room I've had in our travels. A ramp to the door, straight into the hall section, and another ramp to the bedroom. The bathroom was set up with everything you could need, especially if you are in a wheelchair, which I am not. It even had a shower chair, and this is the first time I have come across this. The queen bed was comfortable, and the whole room looked new. Bravo, BW Casula. We'll stay again.

We arrived in the lngleburn area with no firm plan on where to stay and it was approaching 10pm. We found the motor inn to be well situated, the staff where very friendly and the room was spacious and comfortable. A great place to stop over on a long journey

Although located next to a major intersection and being a fairly light sleeper, I had no issues with traffic noise interrupting my sleep. Rooms have been refurbished to an excellent standard, beds are very comfortable, huge cupboards, good water pressure in bigger than standard shower.

Stayed here recently and dining nearby. The place looks a bit basic/ordinary (old school motel) from outside - being a motel that's been here for some time, but the rooms have been renovated and are very well equipped. A very comfortable bed, complete bathroom with shower over bath and nice toiletries. Furniture layout is a little odd with two table fixed to the wall, but a nice big TV panel (and free WiFi - ask for the code when checking in) - the other oddity is that the entire room has floor tiles - OK for the tropics but a bit strange in suburban Sydney. Despite being on the highway it's surprisingly quiet, and with block-out curtains, so a good sleep was had. Had in-room breakfast which was classic motel, so that means a bit basic and tired. Complimentary coffee/tea were of basic quality too.

We needed to find a motel for my ageing Dad to stay for over a week during a particularly stressful family time. We read the reviews and thought that this would be the perfect place for him and it definitely was!!!!! We very much appreciated the lovely clean well-appointed rooms, the efficiency of service and the kindness Mary and the staff showed him as well as the reasonable prices. Can highly recommend this as a very comfortable 'home away from home'. They could not have been more helpful. Thankyou Mary!!!

We can honestly highly recommend this motel, the staff were very friendly and helpful, the rooms are modern, very clean, fresh and well equipped, the bathroom even had a bath. We will happily return and will recommend the motel and its owners to our friends and family.

Stayed here for one night while traveling through on business. I picked this from the TA reviews. I wasn't disappointed. Brand new throughout. Very quiet. Beds pillowtop. Slept like a baby??. Room was brand new throughout and very well appointed for a reasonable price (145). Was directed to the pub across the road for dinner which was also very nice.

We stayed one night on recent long weekend. The owners are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are nicely appointed and exceptionally clean. We found our room to be quiet despite the highway. Highly recommended.

We weren't expecting much from this hotel as it is not in an ideal location and pulling up outside it looked rather plain. However, once inside our room it was fabulous. Everything was new, clean and modern. The front desk was extremely friendly and helpful. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a moderate hotel price in the area.

This motel and staff are absolutely wonderful...make you feel so comfy and apart of their family...the rooms are fantastic...modern...clean...and beautiful decor...would stay anywhere else....the staff...well they certainly go out of their way to be helpful ...Breakfast is great...not too fancy....and very affordable.....plenty of parking.....and clubs shops... Restaurants are near...

We stayed for three nights and found the motel to be very clean, the room was modern and the shower had plenty of space. The staff were friendly and helpful. The free wifi is a great plus and we have no complaints regarding our stay there. We will book again when next in Sydney.

Located on a busy intersection, the rooms in this motel nevertheless are quiet. On the south side of Sydney, it's a good place to start the drive down the Hume, or to stay . and miss the evening peak going into Sydney. Rooms are spacious, with plenty of storage. Some odd points in design, but very comfortable. Staff obliging and professional. Not a great deal of choice in eating nearby (CrossRoads hotel opposite, Chinese restaurant close), but it's only a short drive into Liverpool.
