SureStay by Best Western Miles City

This is a dated , grungy place. The chair and cushion was sticky and stained.I pointed it out to the manager the following morning, who said she would follow up. The previous night, we needed a tv controller, as it was missing. The fella came immediately to the room with one. This place has had some hard use. The pool was being remodeled, so it was not in service. The air conditioner ran constantly at 74 degrees and rattled all the time. We were in the SureStay Best Western in Billings the following night with a functional pool, a quiet a/c and clean accommodations. At $20/night less than this place on Miles City….

OK SO we drove up to hotel. The curtains were actually ripped and hanging. It was sooo run down.... we paid but did NOT stay. I couldn't take the chance. It looked awful

Hotel had roaches, gave the wrong room on reservation, and refused to even attempt to make anything right. I would give the hotel 0 if I could. Traveler beware.

Horrible experience and the management will not return phone calls. Everything is old, we had mold in our room. Very sketchy

This hotel should be condemned. Rooms that are so gross the carpets are sticky and crunchy. The “air conditioner” was yelling so bad most of the night it sounded like a monster was in the room which freaked out the dog. Not only are there no elevators, the floors slant so when you are walking on the second floor cement you feel like you are drunk. We got the “suites” but the freezer in one was so frozen we couldn't use it and the fridge in the other one was off. The bathroom someone put grout in huge lines and then painted it; they removed towel bars at some point but never filled and repainted and there was a Kleenex stuffed into the door prep hole. Such a gross experience. Oh, and pool which is on their website and the reason we chose this hotel was not only closed it was completely empty. When we trying to sleep, this big van full of dogs pulled up under our window with dogs barking which set off my dog barking.

BUYER BEWARE. We had mold in our room, breakfast was awful, we asked to talk with management however they would not get back to us. I felt bad for the gal at the front desk as she was sooo nice but she knew the place was a complete dump. We tried the sleep inn the next night and it was great

The hotel smells. There are bugs flying around. We were told we could use the pool but it isn't chlorinated so use at your own risk. The sheets were dirty. The air conditioner was very noisy so hard to sleep. The pictures make it way better than it actually is.

Place is a Nasty Dump tried three different rooms all were dirty hair in sinks and bathtub, tooth paste smeared on counter, obvious poop smears in toilet, night clerk was at first friendly and tried to be helpful but when I told him I wanted a full refund he became belligerent and refused! We had booked over two months ago paid in advance full amount for a presidential suite that sleeps six, when my wife checked in she was told all the suites were already occupied 😡 I don't believe this Dump even has any suites! Additionally they falsely advertise that they are a Best Western Property which they are Not!!!

Worst hotel I've ever been to. Mold, it smells awful, we didn't dare eat their breakfast as it was an absolute dive. The other patrons down from us were doing sketchy things at best with visitors stopping often throughout the evening. This place is a dump

We found Best West War Bonnet Inn a very pleasant stay. Facility may be worn, but it was clean, comfortable and quiet. The breakfast was very good, fresh and tasty. Waffles(!) were delicious. The Staff was very welcoming and helpful. Plan to stay here again!

The Worst Most Dirty and Uncomfortable Stay!! An old and rundown hotel that was very very dirty. The doors to the rooms have to be slammed shut to close and they did not fit. Beds old and hard and squeaky. The pool was shut down for repairs and we were not informed. The breakfast was awful, old and stale. Shameful that BW lends it's name to this hotel.

Nice very nice great staff, quite place very nice very clean in rooms and enjoyed hot buffet breakfast in morning. Very friendly and highly speed Internet is good and enjoy Internet channels also. Highly recommend. We will definitely stay here again. Walking distance lots of restaurants.
