The hotel is very good, clean, and well-maintained. The staff is also very polite and helpful. Overall, I had a good experience staying here. One issue is that the location shown on Google Maps is incorrect. It would be better if the hotel could provide or update the correct location on Google so that guests can find the hotel easily.

We recently stayed at Best Western Kasauli and had a mixed experience. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained, which made our stay comfortable. The food was also mostly good, with a decent variety and satisfactory taste. However, one major concern was the lack of proper signboards leading to the hotel. The route has several cuts and diversions, but the signboards were very small and not placed appropriately. A journey that should have taken around 30 minutes ended up taking almost 2 hours as we struggled to locate the property. Better directional signage is urgently needed to improve the guest experience. Another disappointing incident was getting stuck in the lift. Unfortunately, there was no staff member readily available to assist, which was quite stressful and raises concerns about emergency response preparedness. The play area is average and could be improved. There is no proper seating arrangement for guests who wish to enjoy board games or spend time in the recreational area. Value for Money: While the rooms were spacious and clean and the food was generally good, the overall experience did not fully justify the room tariff of around ₹9,000 per night. Basic amenities such as a refrigerator and microwave were not available in the room, which are often expected at this price point, especially for families travelling with children. Coupled with the challenges in locating the property and the lack of prompt assistance during the lift incident, the stay felt slightly overpriced for the facilities and services offered. Overall, the hotel offers comfortable rooms and good food, but improvements in accessibility, safety response, and recreational facilities would significantly enhance the guest experience.

Diljeet ji was excellent and managed everything very well. The entire hotel staff was very polite, courteous, and helpful throughout our stay. They upgraded our room as per availability without us even requesting it, which made our stay even more special. The rooms were very clean and well-maintained, and the food was really delicious. The overall hospitality was impressive. If the breakfast menu could include a few more items, it would make the experience even better. However, everything else was great, and we had a wonderful stay.

Food and hospitality is good. Rajdeep and Mansi from restaurant staff were best at their service. Overall a good stay.

Very comfortable stay, expert hospitality. All the staff members were calm and very good hosts. Although far away from kasauli town but very peaceful n spectacular. Ms. Chanchal, Mr. Rajat Chauhan and Mr. Lakhwinder were wonderful hosts. We had an old family member who was allergic to chilli. She was catered so nicely well that she always had a stomach full. We have decided when we will visit Kasauli We will stay at Best Western. Thanks for a comfortable stay n great hospitality.

The stay was super comfortable, clean and new hotel. Rooms are good. Professional service. Food is decent and views are great..staff is very thoughtful, we didn't have a very good experience at dinner though, the person serving is was not well trained and I feel the female staff too need some training and upgrade themselves on client facing behaviour....but thats ok for the price it's charging it's great value for money. We were warmly served by Rajat Chauhan. This is for the management - Rajat is truly an asset.

⭐ 1-Star Honest Review If you're planning a one-day relaxing trip to Kasauli, I strongly advise not to book this hotel. First of all, this hotel is not located in Kasauli, but rather on the outskirts, far from the main hill station. It is situated on lower hills, not the proper hilltop, so the temperature here is much warmer compared to Kasauli town. The so-called "valley view" rooms are mostly on the ground floor, and the view is blocked by the terrace shed, which completely ruins the experience. The remaining rooms offer city views, with no hill station feel at all. Also, the Mall Road is about 14 km away and takes more than an hour to reach, making it highly inconvenient. There are no nearby attractions or places to explore around the hotel. The property itself is small, with no swimming pool, no gym, and very few activities, so there's a high chance you'll get bored. It's better to stay somewhere in central Kasauli where you can actually enjoy the weather, views, and vibe. Lastly, the staff was extremely unprofessional and had a lot of attitude, which made the experience worse. I'm giving it 1 star, and I will not recommend this hotel to any of my friends.

We have been to kasauli many time and this is one of the best property we have stayed in. If you want to be at a peaceful location and away from city hustle then this is definitely the place. Though it is bit far from spots like mall road and main highway so you will have to drive a bit to visit these places. Rooms and interiors are completely new and everything was flawlessly clean. Staff if very nice and they entertainment all your requests. Food taste is great as well so all in all it is a great place to spend your holidays in kasauli.

Feeling of luxury stay with all amenities. Food quality is also upto mark. The smiling faces of all the staff make u feel really an exact holiday Specially Mahima Madam at the front desk is very helpful and also complete the check in procedure in a couple of minutes. Must recommend property
