Sure Hotel by Best Western Guerande

This hotel was surprisingly good once you get past early concerns about the location on a trading estate. The room was comfortable with a comfy bed and a well equipped bathroom,the staff helpful and the-breakfast was outstanding. Sadly the location lets it down,Guerande is very picturesque but claims regarding the hotels location are very suspect,it's a good mile and more to the medieval centre needing to cross two busy roads,certainly no a walk to consider after dark,we took the car which was a 15 minute drive. It's worth noting that in September many of the shops and restaurants are closed.

Our stay was only one night, we made it quite late and left relatively early; we did not need the "expensive treatment"! The Eco Nuit Guerande did the job we expected it to. Clean room, excellent bedding and clean sheets, good shower, WiFi OK. You will need a car to get there as it is out of town. All in all, great value for the price charged.

This is a simple hotel in a ok location, close to Guerande with ample parking... it is a economy style hotel but the breakfast is good, you get clean towels everyday and the rooms are very functional.. we travel around for a month and is something we would consider booking again next year as very good value for money... its also less than 2k from the golf club, which is good for any golfers out there.. we stayed for 3 nights which was probably the max

Cheap and decent option for a family of four. Easy to reach by car and parking without problem, since the hotel is outside of Guerande itself. Fine stay for one night but would not recommend for much longer, especially when it's very hot during summer. The room was very stuffy and warm at night and opening the window meant hearing loud cars on the main road not far away and mosquitoes in the room. Bathroom small and functional. Breakfast simple but good.

Although located on an industrial zone, this hotel is just the best value for money. Super-friendly staff and spotless accommodation. Excellent good-value continental breakfast which we took outside on the patio with as much to eat and drink as you wished. En-suite shower room was pristine with a great power-shower and clean white towels. Could not fault this wonderful hotel and wish there were more places like this in France. Very close to the walled city of Guerande (well worth a visit) and just a few miles from La Baule, this hotel is well placed to explore this part of France. The price was so low we did wonder what to expect, but we were more than delighted with the service and accommodation.
