I went to visit following a walk in Bushy Park and it appears to be permanently closed. I saw no obvious comment on the website. Is it going to re-open or closed for good?

Firstly, I want to say... WOW!!! The food was outstanding! The staff went all out to make our dinner enjoyable. We had children with us & they were absolutely amazing with them. They took time to speak with the children & made sure their needs were met. The food was so delicious, perfect amount & presented beautifully ❤️ We had the lamb shank, chicken & beef, all of which was perfectly cooked. The roast veg was also very nice. I wish I could thank everyone, but I can't remember all names. So Hannah, Diane, D'Arcy, Kevin, Joe & all the others I haven't named... Thank you all so much for the best birthday dinner I've ever had ❤️❤️❤️ If anyone is expecting any complaints, well you won't get one from me or my family. Thank you all once again

Just stayed three nights in a queen room and was overall very happy with our stay. Room was small as was the shower however the room was very clean. Towels changed every day and bedding was very crisp and white. Free tea and coffee, mini fridge and safe in the room. Staff are lovely and extremely helpful. Thankfully, we got one of the free parking spaces outside as they only have five . It may be a problem otherwise as there is limited space on the road and you have to pay during the day. The paid train station parking is about 10 minutes walk away. The highlights of the three days was the breakfast, Oh my, it was one of the best we have ever had. Beautifully presented excellent produce and it was served on warm place. The hotel is in a great location if you are visiting Hampton Palace but also very good as the train connection takes you straight into London Waterloo. Highly recommend for a couple of nights stay or would get a bigger room if staying longer.

This hotel is a little gem, beautifully clean and tidy and really well appointed to places such as Bushy Gardens and Hampton Court. Its a short walk to different pubs and restaurants and has easy transport links for Kingston town center and rail access to Central London. Breakfasts are really good in quantity and consist of good quality produce offering plenty of variety. The main selling point with this hotel though are the staff. They are amazing and so welcoming. They ensure that your needs are catered for and nothing is too much for them. Diane especially is a phenomenal individual. She really does go over and above to make sure that the Hotels customers are put at ease and made to feel at home. She made our break special. What an asset to the Hotel. Will definitely be back! We had room 6 which is at the front of the hotel, the room was very small not much room to move about and no chairs to be able to sit. The was tea and coffee facilities in the room and a skinny table to make it on these were very good. Very little space for getting ready for 2 people. Bathroom was clean good shower. I found the road noise a problem and the noise of the mini fridge was irritating. Breakfast was ok we wouldn't stay here again as expensive for sure a small room.

The night managers were very kind. Despite being on the road, we did not hear a word. The room was large and spacious. It's an easy walk to Hampton Court and the river. Despite not having a lot of guests, they were a bit overwhelmed in the morning. Other than that, it does the job.
