SureStay by Best Western Weimar

Absolutely disgusting. This hotel is in need of some serious attention. The elevator is out of service. The ice machine is broken. The staff was completely off putting. Practically wordless reception at checkin and the next morning, at breakfast, more of the same. In addition, no ID/form completion was asked for at checkin, which is expected at every hotel we have ever stayed at. The room was moldy smelling. However, amazingly the bed was clean and comfortable. Breakfast consisted of white bread, some three or four day old doughnuts in a box from Walmart, a couple of apple sauce containers, cereal and milk and that's about it. Not too many places for food around the hotel, other than fast food. We arrived on a Monday and the adjacent pizza place was closed. Best Western needs to inspect this hotel because it's an insult to their business to have their name on this place. Under NO circumstances should anyone ever consider staying here. We certainly won't.

AVOID this Place! Looking for a "fleabag motel" ... well, here it is. This could be the hotel in a TV show or movie where the bad guy is laying low and hiding; or where the drunk ends up with his girl after leaving the bar! Filthy, smelly and not the place any respectable person wants to stay. Not knowing the town I selected a location close to my meeting ... boy was that a mistake. I left shortly after arriving and seeing how sleezy the room was. I travel often and have to stay in hotels often ... this is the worst I've every walked into!

motel was very clean and tidy. staff was kind and helpful. rooms were cleaned every day. beds were comfortable and place smelled clean every day. would highly recommend. very quiet as well. pool was out of service. would recommend a fitness center.

It's a nice room. Has a big TV with a decent selection of channels but they're in standard definition. No clock or radio in room, bathroom kind of small,hot water though. King size bed was comfortable. Need to have better curtains as too muc light at night is let in. Still a nice place. Hot in the lobby and hallways. Not sure but I think the pool was closed.

The staff was super friendly. I have an electric car and thankfully the gentleman had a charger which was a life saver because my car really needed charge and he let me borrow it all night. So thanks alot

From the minute we arrived, the front desk had everything for my reservation ready to go and I had my room keys within 5 minutes! I didn't have to call prior to ask if all was good like I usually do, they just are actually doing their job well and right! Professionalism with a welcoming smile. We felt so comfortable with our stay and well catered. We 100% are recommending to friends and will be back! Thank you Rose!

Very nice place to stay with our family. The rooms were clean and the staff was very polite and accommodating to all of our needs for our family. Nice quiet place will definitely stay again the next time we pass through.

Terrible service, the staff were yelling at each other so loudly that I almost called the police, broken thinks, dirty room and stains on sheets. My feel for dirty being bare foot on the carpet. Stay away!

0 . We got there and the smell in the lobby was awful. The lady at the front was hateful. The room was clean until my husband found shoes from a previous person. There was mold on the walls. Very unclean. I have never seen a hotel that dirty. The pictures on booking did not look like the hotel when we arrived. The front desk people were very hateful.

This place was not really dog friendly, or people friendly for that matter. The rooms were so so, the breakfast was not worth the trouble, and the owner/receptionist was miserable, and told me not to bring our dog through the lobby. There was just an overall negative feel about the place. I would not stay there again.

This place is not the worst, but it's far from being good. The lady at the front desk is rude and very condescending. The bedding was stained and torn, and the toilet paper holder was literally falling out of the wall. My husband and I were both bitten by bugs all over our legs, even though we couldn't seem to see any.

This is an older hotel; but was good for the stay I had. If you are in the area it is the best hotel and reasonably priced. Everything was clean and tidy, the staff were friendly and helpful and allowed an early check-in which was good.

After the madness of a long drive and Houston traffic we were looking for a place to stop and saw Surestay. There were two rooms left we got one and a previous comment re the odour is right. It isnt bad just odd. The rooms are nice, clean and roomy. I managed to wash our clothes, dry and get free coffee. I even borrowed an ipad charger as mine didn't work. The local shop across the road recommended for food sold fantastic take away pizzas ready in 7 minutes! On the whole a nice friendly place with superb free 5g wifi and its quiet too.

The hotel was clean and I would recommend for a brief/overnight stay. The hotel did have an odor that was not pleasing but it may be some of the cleaning supplies used. We were quickly checked in which was a plus.

The room was dirty and the tub was not clean. I woke up to find a bug on my pillow. The hallway to the room was extremely hot and humid and smell like smoke marijuana. There was no towels in the room.

Anyone can walk in and say they have a reservation and will get a room without having to show identification and will be handed a key. You will rarely see anyone at the front desk. The smell of smoke when you walk in the building will knock you out. I had to go to the local grocery and buy febreeze, airwick, and other items to get the smell out of our room.

I was visiting friends and family during early September and stayed at the hotel while travelling from California to Houston and Stoped by late in the evening. The stay was very comfortable, the rooms were clean a seemed to be renovated recently.

On October 3 was on a visit to my family in Flatonia tx . On the way back our car broke down and police help us to take near by motel . Which turn out excellent experience staying at Regency inn . Front desk even gave us discount and late check out . Even they called the mechanic for us . For sure I was recommend to my friends . Nice and clean . Reet P

Visited this motel last month, it was a wonderful experience, very nice hospitality and amazingly caring staff. Wonderful experience, great place to stay i definitely will visit again and highly recommend to all.

Simply got way more than what I paid $66 dollars and all amenities hair dryer ,iron,coffee maker .shampo.conditioner, Refrigerator ,microwave. Did not expect this clean and. nice room.Definately recemond. you will like it .
