Best Western Plus Hotel Sherwood Park Inn & Suites, Sherwood Park

This trip was over the holidays. Thankfully everything went smooth. Check in on the 25th was efficient considering the day. Constant flow of people arriving. Wait times were short. Entrance and elevators were very clean even thou weather outside was mucky.Selection for breakfast is always good. Love the beds.Always comfy.

excellent hotel with good amenities. A little far away - depending on what/where you want to be. Very clean hotel with friendly helping staff. We had a very nice room - with separate sitting room and room to spread out - great hotel

Awesome stay , extremely clean, very friendly staff and a great location with restaurants very close by , the pub called the Local is a great place for supper and for Anyone who wants to watch any sports

Been at this hotel before. Absolutely love the staff. I came to the front desk and immediately the front desk lady knew who I was and I was returning guest. Pool available for the kids. 2 elevators for fast service.

Great staff, good breakfast, clean rooms, great location, at a reasonable price. The breakfast had a good selection my only complaint would be the fitness room, which was a bit too small, but mellenium park across the street has a massive work out area including a big pool and two skating rinks for only ten dollars for an adult

Can't say enough good things about this hotel!! We stayed here for 4 nights over the Thanksgiving weekend and were very impressed. The rooms were clean and the beds the most comfortable I have slept on in a hotel. I especially love that they had lots of pillows to choose from ranging from hard to soft. The complimentary breakfast was well stocked with fresh and delicious hot or cold choices. There is also an attendant on duty to ensure things are consistently replenished and that the eating area was spotless. The Wifi was fast and the staff all quite friendly. Parking is free and plentiful. The hotel is conveniently situated near main arteries and located right by a Starbucks,Tutti Frutti restaurant and a liquor store that you can quickly walk too. Overall a fabulous experience.

Hotel is fine, clean and fresh looking. we were just there for one night, check in/out was quick with multiple people at the desk. The breakfast was basic, and was able to grab a couple of things for the road.

Very clean and comfortable. Good selection for breakfast. Hot and cold options. Eating area was kept clean and replenished when needed. The front desk staff were very friendly. Never had opportunities to talk with others.

This hotel is just off a major thoroughfare in a quiet location which made it perfect for relaxing after a day of golf and shopping. It had easy access to major routes into Edmonton for entertainment, shopping, and golf courses.

The hotel itself was very good, comfortable beds, clean and quiet. Only negative is the lack of good restaurants in the area. The location is good for travelling east through Edmonton though and is very close to highway #16.

A bit out of the way.. Friendly staff, decent help yourself breakfast.. Lots of construction crews use this hotel.. Parking can be a problem.. Staff constantly cleaning sometimes without success.. Overall we like the hotel and have used it many days so far this year!!

Stayed at this location a few times now. Staff are friendly and accommodating. Lobby is inviting rooms are clean and beds very comfy. Large breakfast selection with gluten free options.Lots of channels on the tv to watch as well.

Amazingly close to what we needed and quieter than some of the other options. Every mark was met and we left there raving about the staff and accommodation. Our new favorite Edmonton area hotel. The pool area was warm and the entire facility was clean beyond measure. A perfect stop for a family out of town.

We decided to stay at the Best Western Plus Sherwood park for our wedding in July 2019. Best staff ever, very caring and nice. We also had our Sunday brunch at the hotel with 40 guests . Wonderful food , we had a private room and all the staff really made our stay excellent and our brunch memorable. Thank you Best Western plus Sherwood park . We will never forget all you did for us . And the rooms were clean and modern. We stayed in the jacuzzi room . Thank you for the upgrade!

Clean rooms, great staff, wonderful pool and amazing continental breakfast. Check in was easy and quick. Check out was easy and staff were friendly. They gave us the same rate from the last time we went and loved getting the coupons and deals through my email. I'd recommend this hotel for a lovely stay.

This has to be my favourite Best Western property stayed for two nights very clean rooms, big and lots of space I had booked the room with two queen beds was perfect. Breakfast was good I loved the pancakes very fast machine also all fruits are fresh.

It is a great place to stay for a few days or on your way through. We regularly stay here (family of 4) and have for quite some time. Pool is a must, close by are food, liquor and a SB. It has everything you need.

Our family of four (including a teenager and an 8 year old) comfortably shared the family suite that had a king bed and then two twin beds in a small attached bedroom (with its own TV much to my daughter's delight!) Check in was fast and friendly and we were offered the express check out which was seamless. Room was spacious, very clean and well stocked with towels and amenities for a family. The salt water pool was busy, but still very much enjoyed by the kids. The free breakfast is of great value and offers hot items (pancakes, eggs, bacon) as well as standard continental breakfast options (cereals, pastries, yogurt, bagels, toast, fresh fruit etc). Overall it was an excellent stay and we will definitely be back. Thank you!

This was a very beautiful hotel with a very professional and courteous staff. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The layout of the room I stayed in was great. It was comfortable for several of us to hang out and visit in the front living area. It was the Executive King Suite. I will definitely come and stay here again. I have already recommended it to others if they are coming to Edmonton.

Average room, average hotel average breakfast. Not spectacular , feels like a budget hotel. Friendly service , no complaints. They want two hundred words so I am trying to fill it in and hope it is very acceptable when I am finished

The front desk staff, responded very quickly to all my needs. The housekeeping staff, gave me all I requested and the breakfast were so nice and acted as courteous hostesses. I think it was the front desk staff that contacted me after departing from the hotel and stated the cleaning staff had found a backpack that had been left. It contained a laptop and university classwork. One of our group was still there and I was able to get ahold of her, and the front desk did as well and she transported the backpack back to Calgary. It was an incredible relief and we were indeed grateful for your honesty and your prompt contact - Thank you.

This is a great hotel with clean rooms, wonderful pool and hot tub and very affordable. For me what made this hotel shine brighter than the others that we have stayed at is their staff. When I called to make my reservation, I spoke to a wonderful lady named Gabby. As we are not from the area and have never been there she was a big help, she even offered to call around to find out if any restaurants would be open for Christmas Day! She had that information and other advice ready for us when we arrive to check in. All the staff there are extremely friendly and helpful which makes your time they're very enjoyable. However Gabby was definitely our Christmas star for this vacation!

I had booked 3 nights at the hotel and a meeting room as I was doing training with one of my company's clients. Staff taking care of the kitchen were great and the Manager went out of his way to see that I had a great exerience.

This hotel has a good variety of room choices. We stayed in a junior suite, which has a separate seating room at the door, and then the bathroom and bedroom. There are also family style rooms and jacuzzi suites. The hotel has very nice swimming pool and hot tub. Full buffet breakfast in a large breakfast room. Lots of free parking. Close to a strip mall with restaurants and coffee shops.

Reservtions were not accurate we ended up with ppl sleeping in a chair and in the floor.House keeping literally through the beds together with what looked like they hadn't been done & left pillows & towels in the room.staff was friendly & helpful

It is just unfortunate that the room attendant assigned to you had difficulty in servicing your room due to the number of occupants inside the room with their personal belongings found in various areas, and that she checked your room a couple of times. We have stayed here and the rooms are clean and quiet, breakfast has tons of options for all types of allergies. It is close to a large range of restaurants and some shopping close by in case you forget something at home.

Its always great staying at the BW Sherwood Park Inn. I've stayed at this property a number of times and the staff never disappoints. The hotel is close to the highway and rooms are well maintained and clean.

Had a great expirence again at this hotel location. Friendly staff, clean hotel, comfortable rooms. Everything in the rooms worked great. I like the location and the jacuzzi suite. Had the little fireplace always a nice touch.

Very clean hotel and reasonably priced. $155 for executive suite. With 4 of us staying in the room we are took advantage of the continental breakfast which was a huge selection! Very good food. Overall a good experience.

Really enjoyed our stay at the Sherwood park Best western across from Millennium Place. We have a small family with one child with special needs that tends to not be able to sleep anyone but the comfort of his own home. He slept with no issues and appeared to wake up even easier. I stayed at this hotel with my husband and two daughters for a wedding. We had a great family suite which gave us the perfect layout for the kids. The staff was outstanding, Brynne checked us in and helped us throughout our 3 day stay many times. She got Milk from the kitchen for my 5 year old at 11pm since we arrived too late to go to the store and put groceries in our refrigerator. Although she was very busy she never seemed rushed, no one ever had to wait and she was just perfect at multitasking with a smile. The hotel looks great, we enjoyed the pool and hot tub and the kids made some friends there. Breakfast was outstanding and there was plenty of options within walking distance for other items. The elevator always arrived quickly as that is a pet peeve of mine when you have to wait a long time. Needless to stay it was one of the best stays we've had and from housekeeping to the Front Desk everyone was smiling, helpful and the hotel was in tip top shape. We can't wait to return.

The crew went to the Best Western to hold a kickoff meeting for a job starting the next day. Good clean spacious environment. Good coffee and pastries provided. Staff was helpful. Great experience. Would gladly go back for a similar meeting.

We were greeted by friendly and professional staff. The room was clean and comfortable and the amenities were all very good. We stayed two nights and had a good sleep and excellent breakfast selection in a spacious room. It was our second visit here and we will return!!

We travelled here in early September 2018 for a 3 night stay. We were greeted by a cheerful front desk lady named Gabby, who said there would be no problem in checking in early, (we arrived before the 4 p.m. check-in.). The room was spacious with very comfortable beds, a fridge, microwave, and close by access to vending snack/drink and ice machine. We did not find the floor noisy aside from our own snoring. :-) Breakfast is served from 6 a.m to 10 a.m. and had a hardy supply of breakfast items with everything from cereals to bacon and eggs. It was refreshing to start the day with a good relaxing breakfast. It was also very sanitary, pancakes that make themselves with a press of a button, cutlery that dispenses via a switch. Very interesting. The hotel is in a central location about 20 minutes from everything. A quiet location and staff were very helpful and polite. The business centre is available 24 hours and we were able to print our boarding passes without any problem. A very relaxing enjoyable stay, Will definitely return here for our next family reunion.

Very central location with easy access to midtown and easy driving to nearby attractions / facilities. The location beside an active rail line proved to be an non-issue. Excellent complimentary breakfast with a wide variety of hot and cold to suit all ages and tatses

This is my go to hotel in the Edmonton area. Never disappoints! Great breakfast. Quiet hotel, comfortable beds and pillows. Nice tall shower with good water pressure. Environmentally friendly as they give dayly housekeeping options as to how you want the room made up. The staff were friendly and helpful. Looking forward to my next visit!

Beautiful place! Friendly staff. Breakfast is incredible! Saved us probably 80$ for the amount we ate. And every option for breakfast food! And they have the 3 queen bed room!! Soooo nice for a young family not having to get 2 rooms!

One of the nicer Best Westerns I've stayed at. Nice little gym, pool, great breakfast, very clean. My room felt like a 4-5* . That BBQ Place and Starbucks are a block away - might be worth staying here just for that...amazing food. Only thing I didn't like was I found the wifi spotty to not working. Eventually just switched it off and went off my cell data. I'll come back again!

This hotel gave me white glove service from BEFORE I checked in and throughout my entire stay. The team magically knew who I was before asking for my name and streamlined my check in. I was very comfortable in my suite and I loved the extra touches with the snacks, fridge, and sink. The team treated me like I was at a 5 star hotel by getting to know my preferences and offering them to me PROACTIVELY. I was astounded by the service and hospitality and look forward to my next stay.

This was technically a work trip for my husband but he brings us along so I put it in the category of family. We arrived on a Monday and departed on a Friday. Check in was quick and easy. Front desk staff were friendly. Breakfast was great. There was a lot to choose from. If anything ran out, it was promptly refilled or replaced. The room was clean and a good size. More towels were provided here than any of the other 20+ hotels we've stayed in this past year. The pool was very clean and the hot tub was a good temperature. When we left for the afternoon the management gave the kids some cookies. They've been asking if we can go back since we've been home!l (likely due to the Nutella and pool)! We may need to stay in Sherwood Park next month as well and will definitely be rebooking if we do!

Room was spacious and very clean, we had a king suite. Bed is very comfortable. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was good with many menu items. Close to shopping and restaurants within walking distance. What more can I say? Stay here ??

we really enjoyed the breakfast. the lady that served (Stephanie) I believe was her name. very kind and helpful. I would go back to this hotel just for her breakfast and friendliness. Excellent job! Every person that works there TRULY cares that you have an exceptional experience. Traveling is tough, especially for those of us that do so often, but at the Best Western Plus Sherwood Park, i really felt like part of their family. They were available to me for anything that I needed. I did look at other hotels in the area, but am so glad that I paid a little bit more to stay here, as it was worth every penny. The hotel is clean, and had everything I needed while traveling for business. I was sorry that I only got to stay for one night. I will be returning again, and look forward to reuniting with my new "Family" in Sherwood Park. I took some of the Breakfast home in my purse, because it was just that delicious. :) Dont tell the manager. :)

Stayed at BW Plus in Sherwood Park on a Business trip that was excellent all way around. Hotel is located in a good location for accessing Edmonton and Sherwood Park areas. Plenty of restaurants in any direction from this Hotel. Great Hot Breakfast service every morning at this BW Plus. Will definitely be coming back here in the future.

Stayed three nights. Used the hot tub following the long drive to get there. Clean, comfortable room. Great breakfast offerings for my wife and even some gluten free options for myself. The reception desk lady didn't know where the nearest coin-operated car wash was. Forgiven, although I would think that would be a fairly common question. We could park close by. They loaned us a luggage cart to wheel in our luggage. It creeped and squeaked like a low quality item (although it did the job). We would stay here again in the future if in the Sherwood Park area.

Three families were part of our trip. Hotel was able to put our rooms close together. Breakfast room is large and there are a lot of selections. Prompt and polite breakfast crew on morning of March 10, 2018! Pool and hot tub clean. No slide but that's ok this time as we were busy. Hotel walking distance to millennium place with lazy river and wave pool. (No slide) Some restaurants really close to. Subway , hamburgers All-around a good hotel

My family and I stayed here while attended a wedding in town. The hotel is very clean and welcoming. The breakfast was excellent and the kids enjoyed the pool. The only downside was that there were only a limited selection of restaurants within walking distance and the ones that were close weren't that great. I assume though that it is a newer development area and that will change. Normally when we are in town we stay with family but if that wasn't an option I would definitely stay here again.

To the room itself being VERY clean, and in perfect repair, to then be generously supplied with towels, complimentary toiletries and coffee supplies, complete with fridge, and microwave. In the morning we were greeted with a wonderful complimentary breakfast, where you wouldn't want for anything else. There were many items to choose from such as hot scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon, hashbrowns, hard boiled eggs, hot/cold cereals, pancakes, waffles, (with a variety of toppings), fruit, assorted breads, coffee, large selection of teas and many choices of juices, and milk (reg and almond). Our stay was for 3 nights where house keeping also provided us with top notch service and cleanliness, which is very appreciated, so thank you! I can't possibly say enough great things about our stay and please know that we do a lot of traveling and can honestly say this was one of our best stays ever. Thank you for paying great attention to detail....it shows!

We stayed at this hotel for a ringette tournament. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. They let us use the breakfast room for lunches and suppers which we brought in. The beds were super comfy!

Chanisse at the front desk was very efficient and friendly. She answered all our questions which made our stay very comfortable. The room was spacious and the beds were comfy. Liked the hot tub. Enjoyed the breakfast which was served in a large room. Appreciated the outdoor plug-ins for vehicles which worked well in the minus 40 temp.

We had the family suite, lots of space for our family of 4. The twin beds in a separate bedroom were nice and gave kids their own space. Clean room and big pool. The staff were very nice. We really enjoyed our stay.

We spent a very nice few days over Christmas and would recommend this hotel to anyone, of any age, but especially if they have children as they have a very nice pool and hot tub. This hotel deserves a higher rating. It is lovely! Both my husband and I couldn't find one thing wrong. The hotel is clean, clean, clean! The beds are so comfortable and all those pillows were heaven! We stayed in a Junior Suite on the 4th floor, it was very quiet and the extra room was really nice to have. Breakfast was awesome, so many choices of hot and cold food, delicious! The pool was a big hit with the kids and I enjoyed the workout room. We will be back.

We stayed here as we had an an early appointment nearby. Fast friendly check in, booked with BW points. Our 3rd floor room was very clean and well appointed with 2 very comfortable queen beds. The included breakfast was good with lots of choices including hot pancakes, waffles, hash browns, scrambled eggs and back bacon. There were also cold cereals, breads, pastries and yogurt. The staff kept the breakfast area clean and well stocked. I would recommend the property to anyone needing to stay in Sherwood Park, close to shopping and medical offices.

Great place to stay. Friendly helpful staff. Very clean. Room was very well kept each day \\\\\\i was there for 7 days and every day my room was cleaned and prepared to perfection. This hotel is an example as to why the name starts with BEST. One of the best hotels I have stayed at in a very long time. The staff were some of the best, courteous, informative and cheerful. The pool and hot tub, great. The breakfast was the best ever. Some restaurants could take a lesson from them. Great selection, very tasty and the quality, fantastic.

The hotel was very clean, check in was quick, they had a great continental breakfast! There was a waffle machine the kids loved! We didn't use the pool, but it looked nice. There were lots of kids playing in it. Staff seemed friendly. Room was clean, beds were comfortable. The parking lot is a bit small for the size of the hotel.

3-day solo getaway and stayed here - staff is very friendly. Had a king jacuzzi suite and was a nice room for a 3-day stay. Fireplace is a nice touch on the colder days to make the room feel inviting. Pillows are too big and hard tho! Didn't try the pool and only had a quick bowl of cereal on the last morning - but liked that you could get a coffee or a tea from the breakfast room at any time of the day outside of breakfast hours. Liked the fridge and microwave in the room - remember to grab some milk/cream for your room if you like it instead of powdered in your coffee in the mornings. Overall a really friendly and nice hotel - if you have a vehicle it's easy to get around depending on where you want to go - about 30-40 minute drive to west Edmonton mall - easy access to the Anthony Henday ring road around Edmonton as well.

This is why i stay here - always. Clean - Comfy beds - fabulous breakfast and nice staff. That's it....what more could you ask for. There are plugins for vehicles in cold weather and the parking is very lit up. A ton of eating places right next door and Starbucks.

Very clean an friendly hotel this hotel looks like it just opened this week as everything was extremely clean and very friendly staff The breakfast bar which is included with your stay had a great variety of selections so every one could select something they liked.

This hotel continues to hold itself to an extremely high standard. This is our second stay at this location, and I would highly recommend it to family or friends. It may not be right next store to the major destinations in Edmonton, but easy to get into town.

I recommend this hotel for big families, the room was big enough for our family of 6. We had 3 beds and they offer an extra crib free of charge. We used the pool twice, and also the hot tub. The breakfast was very good with plenty of options for the whole family: Eggs, bacon, potatoes,cereal, bread, etc.

Hotel is clean and comfy. Great staff. Great spread for breakfast. The only small issue is the breakfast is a bit flavourless. There is salsa and other sauces to help with that though. Would definitely recommend.

Over the past several years we have stayed at several Best Western hotels. It is our home away from home choice. Our experience at this hotel was excellent. After we checked out we needed a place to store our several pieces of luggage and other items for a good part of a day. We didn't ask for a late checkout as we didn't know when we were leaving. The very caring staff offered a store room just off the lobby. It was perfect. When we returned the staff helped us load up a cart and offered to help load our vehicle. Now that is caring about guests. We will stay here again.

Had a great stay here. Came with friends and as requested, they had very close room to ours. Air conditioner worked great and windows opened for real fresh air too! Breakfast room was very large so never had to wait for anything. Ice always ready when you needed it. Overall a great stay!! Would definitely come back again. Easy to find and close to shopping.

We stayed one night for a wedding that was in Shw Park, easier than getting a cab home to the country. Its a nice best western easy to find, clean rooms, friendly staff, pool hottub and a great selection for breakfast. Not noisy and comfy beds. Would recommend this hotel when you are in Shw Park.

Very friendly staff. Room had three queen beds which was great for our larger family. Everyone was comfortable. Very convenient to the millennium place. The pool was nice for the kids and a great large hot tub too.

Another good stay at best western, this time in Sherwood Park. Clean, quiet room with comfortable beds is the norm in our experience at this hotel chain. Would be great if they kept the pool open later on weekends and had more food choices for breakfast, but overall we were satisfied with our stay. The staff are very friendly and helpful

I have stayed at this hotel several times over the past few years. Each and every time the staff are courteous, funny and professional. I love the fact the dining area is big and open. We can grab a coffee or tea and sit in there anytime and visit with friends and family versus staying in our cramped hotel room. We play cards or visit in this dining area (after breakfast of course). The breakfasts are amazing as well. The rooms and hotel are always clean and neat. I always have a great sleep on the mattress as well. Highly recommend this hotel whether business or pleasure! PS enjoy the pool and hot tub as well!

Attended a Family wedding nearby. The included breakfast had a large selection although we found the coffee somewhat weak. There was plenty of room to accommodate our large group. It would have been nice to have all the family staying on one floor, but we managed. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

We were in Edmonton for a soccer tournament. The hotel was absolutely fantastic. Quality of WIFI needs significant improvement. It is very slow. The breakfast was excellent. The Waffle maker was not performing well and the staff went out of her way to make waffles for those who desired them.

Nice newer Hotel, issues with staff and how they treat their guests. I would suggest that you bring your own pillows as they don't have extra ones. They suggested that you go to Walmart to get a pillow.

Our girls youth Fast pitch team stayed here for a tournament, staff treated us fantastic, was able to check in early (noon), hotel was clean, rooms great, girls enjoyed pool. Staff let us use breakfast area in evening to have pizza dinner with team, Great Staff!!! was an Awesome Experience, would recommend this hotel to anyone

The hotel is conveniently located close to major roads and close to area attractions. The breakfast buffet is loaded with selection, something for everyone, even gluten free options. Staff is friendly and remembered us from our previous stays. The hotel is quiet and very clean.

I stay at this location anytime I am in the area for work. Definitely one of my favourite best western locations in western Canada. Highly recommend this location as you're close to Edmonton but in a more comfortable area in Sherwood park.

We enjoyed our stay,no complaints just a couple of suggestions. Drinking water in the room,glass coffee mugs and real cutlery for breakfast.Food was good,service excellent. We would definitely stay there again,and recommend it to our friends.

I stayed for 2weeks, very quiet at night, breakfast always fresh every morning(sadly no beef sausage or turkey bacon, just all pork), bed very comfortable, nap most of my time. 24 hour Coffee not bad, tea 24 hour as well. I haven't been in the swimming pool since bunch of kids go there (urine). I believe pool area has a hottub. Lots vending machine, kinda costly, best go to 7-11 or nearby store for big bag of chips. Staff very friendly, room very clean, serviced daily.

Family from Vancouver, Winnipeg, Toronto and Hamilton met and stayed at the Sherwood Park Hotel. Our Edmonton family lived near by in North West Edmonton, so this made a convienient choice. The rooms we were clean, the staf efficient and friendly and the breakfast were fine.

This was my first stay at this BWP branded property. It was the best one yet. The location, rooms, facility and service was second to none. The included breakfast was the best I've experienced at any hotel that provides an included breakfast. The hotel is located in close proximity to the Anthony Henday ring road which provides great access to Edmonton and surrounding areas. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

This was my first stay at this Best western Plus. I have to say that this is the best BWP branded property I have stayed at. Great rooms, service and facility. The included breakfast was that best that I have experienced at any hotel. It is also close proximity to the Anthony Henday which gives you great access to the Edmonton area. The hotel was quiet and comfortable. the pool was a hit with the grandchildren and we enjoyed the hot tub as well. The breakfast had many options and was very good. I would recommend this hotel for business or pleasure. We needed an extra room at the last minute and they were able to accommodate us.

This was our second stay here. When you have had a great experience in a place it pays to return. Our great experience started with the phone call to book. The receptionist was friendly and asked the reason for our stay. As Platinum rewards members she offered us an upgrade for our four night stay. Upon arrival we were welcomed warmly and efficiently and check in was smooth. Our room was ready and it was perfect for a longer stay. In room amenities were great. We asked housekeeping for additional coffee which was accommodated daily without ever having to ask again. The bed was comfortable with lots of quality pillows. The TVs and wi fi worked well. The breakfast is pretty standard and the room crowded every morning. They offer free newspapers which was appreciated. On occasion they were short of handicapped parking stalls. Check out was a breeze and we received a detailed copy of the invoice via email. We will book here in the future when in the area.

The front staff upon check in was absolutely amazing. Very helpful and polite. The overall stay was perfect with the exception of our room not being vacuumed between guests and the tv that didn't work for one night and the fact that the night staff that was on that night just didn't care to help with the tv. She seemed rather annoyed and unhelpful. She didn't seem pleasant with much as she was the same one who would belar to get out of the pool. She just maybe doesn't enjoy her job although I hope that isn't the case and that maybe she was just having and off day. Our stay here otherwise was great, it's In a central location, quiet hotel overall and we would stay again.

We have followed up with the issue regards to the TV's as there were multiple guests having issues with weak signals sporadically throughout the night. There seems to be a difference of opinion regarding how it was handled as my desk agents were working in the evening with our television provider to trouble shoot the issue and weren't able to get an immediate response as it was an issue in the area. The desk agent who you spoke with remembers you well and at the time did not have an answer for you as you were one of the first guests to call that there may have been an issue. We do understand this can be frustrating, however sometimes these issues take some time to resolve and we ask our guests to be patient. I also followed up regarding the pool and the agent had asked guests multiple times for guests to vacate as the pool closes at 10pm. The pool closes at 10pm to ensure guest safety as well as offers us the time to ensure it's clean and the chemicals are balanced for the next day. This property does not have the most glamorous setting but it definitely makes up for that in many other ways. The staff are very welcoming and helpful, the property is clean, fresh and shows that it is only 5 years old. Best BW breakfast ever. Easy access to major road ways and downtown Edmonton.

I really enjoyed the proximity of the hotel to the city of Edmonton and the use of Sherwood Park as well. Beautiful, new hotel and enjoyed the room with 3 Queen beds for our family. Used the pool and found it to be very clean. Breakfast choices/options were excellent. We have a Celiac daughter and found the choices very acceptable for her. Thank you for that.

This is a fairly new hotel and I can think of nothing bad to say. The breakfast in particular exceeded expectations---maybe even better than a Holiday Inn, which is my yardstick of free hotel breakfasts. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel. Clean and quiet, and everything worked.

Simple Check in to clean quiet main floor room. Comfortable beds and free Wi-Fi. Fridge, micro. coffee and lots of pillows. Thermostat control for when room was cold worked well. Free breakfast was a step above most with decent choices plus fresh fruit and healthier cereals; besides eggs, ham potatoes etc. Great deal!

Very clean, friendly staff and beautiful hotel!! ) Great breakfast included with room and a Starbucks located right next door for anyone needing their coffee fix! Would definitely recommend anyone staying here and we will be back for sure!!

We had a wonderful experience at this location. The daily free breakfast was fantastic. Everything available that you could have dreamed about, Hot egg selections, french toast, waffles, toast, bacon, back bacon, sausages, all kinds of different cereals, yogurts. The room was very nice and well looked after. Great king size bed and furniture with a fridge and microwave, We were even given the priviledge to bring our daughter, son-in-law and two grandchildren to enjoy time in the pool and hot tub section.

I have stayed at a number of Best Westerns and Best Western Plus location and this hotel tops them all - from amazingly funny and engaging front desk staff to a nice touch of a welcoming letter and "treats" for you in your room (even if they don't have my first name correct)! BW Plus in Sherwood Park was a great place for 3 friends to meet for a weekend! The family room was spacious for us to spread out, and have ample room to visit, enjoy some wine and board games. Breakfast offered many options to satisfy all tastes.

Excellent facility and staff. Complimentary breakfast was delicious, freshly made and great variety. Room was comfortably furnished with modern design and comfort in mind. We were only there overnight and did not have a chance to use the fitness or pool areas.

I had to go to Sherwood Park for a convention - and having gone to the Best Western before - chose to go there again. It is clean, crisp, convenient, and competent. I would say the front desk attendants were apathetic at best. My travelling companion lost a bag and as we were searching the lobby - we were observed but not assisted by the staff. The breakfast was adequate - I would not hesitate to stay here again but would like to see more interest on the part of front-line staff for customer concerns.

We were in the Park for two nights to spend the holiday withe family. Hotel is excellent, great location and near amenities. Breakfast and service of all staff was excellent. Recommend this BW location to travellers to the area. Close to Yellowhead and the new Anthony Henday freeway.

the staff was courteous and friendly, the hotel was newer and very clean, very good breakfast with lots of choices, the pool and hot tub were fun . The location was near millennium place which is a large convention centre and sports complex.

Hi. I stayed at the Best Western Plus Sherwood Park last month for a business training for work. We had the training setup in one of the small conference rooms in the hotel. The rooms were very nice spacious and tastefully decorated. The bed was ok and the bathroom was large and clean. The location was good for me to get around the city. Breakfasts were actually really good. The staff was very helpful also. I will stay here again.

Room was nice, but pillows are too thick and comforter was to warm. It is a little off the beaten path as we had to take a cab every where. The breakfast was very mediocre, sausage and eggs that we less than average quality.

We picked this hotel based on its location as we had business in the area and were very pleasantly surprised at how great it was. The front desk staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms very clean and well appointed. The buffet breakfast is one of the best I have ever seen in my travels and I have travelled a lot! They have 24 hour coffee/tea service which is a nice touch. We were very impressed and would definitely stay there again if we had to be in the Edmonton area. Kudos to the staff!

This hotel is very clean and modern. The pool is large and there is a hot tub as well - great for families. The breakfast has a lot of offerings and the great room was well kept. Was wonderful to have laundry facilities on site! Lots of restaurants close by. Liked the location - allowed us quick access to the Hwy and Ring Road for travel across the Edmonton area. Added bonus of having a Starbucks next door to the hotel!

We've stayed at this hotel a couple of times and have been very satisfied with the value we got for our money. The hotel is only a couple years old so the rooms have all the comforts that you'd expect. The staff are always very friendly and accommodating. It's a great location for us because it's just off highway 16 (yellowhead/transcanada) in Sherwood Park close to Costco and other shopping. Breakfast is included and is quite good. This is our hotel of choice when visiting Edmonton.

We stayed here one week while visiting family. The rooms are clean and spacious and include a microwave and fridge. The staff was friendly and the included breakfast was diverse and included hot items. The pool was salt water, decent size but could have used a vacuum as dirt has collected in the corners. The hot tub was good and hot but could have used the same cleaning. The gym was tiny. The location is ok...it's kind of far from most things but it is located in a plaza so there's a few things within walking distance. I would likely pick a hotel in a different location next time but the hotel itself is worth recommending.

We have stayed at BW before, but never at this location. The "master bedroom" suite was perfect. The bedroom was separate (with a door) from the living area. Hallway noises couldn't be heard in the bedroom at all. The breakfast was great - clean, good variety, well-supplied, attentive staff. There are many eating establishments very close.

Fantasic hotel with a great location just outside of Edmonton. Easy access to the yellowhead highway. The room as well as the whole hotel is very nicely decorated. The breakfast was always hot and had a really nice selection.

This hotel had great service, clean rooms that were nicely appointed. The beds were comfy and the rooms were large. We were able to have two room that adjoined. I highly recommend this hotel if you are staying in St Albert

I requested an early check in and a late check out. Both were met without hesitation. The room was clean, and nicely decorated. Bed and pillows were super comfy. I would stay in this hotel again for sure!

We recently stayed here, while attending our daughters wedding. It was a short visit but we very much appreciated the comfortable bed and spacious room. The breakfast room had everything you could want for breakfast and all staff we dealt with were helpful and friendly.

The Best Western Sherwood Park is a good place to stay if you are on business. The rooms are clean and the complementary breakfast is better than most I have seen when travelling. Staff are very friendly. Also the internet is stable no issues noted.

We have stayed here multiple times and have yet to be disappointed. The rooms are clean and comfortable and have set ups including 3 queen sized beds to meet almost any family arrangement. The complimentary breakfast is a great time and money saver for travellers on a budget. Not to mention it is a good breakfast meeting most peoples needs. I would recommend this location for a quick trip to Edmonton for whatever reason as it is an easy drive to Costco and other Edmonton/Sherwood Park locations.

Was very nice but expensive. Easy to get into and out of. Pool and hot tub in great shape and the hotel was very quiet. I would recommend this hotel to any one but the price may scare people away. The family size room with 3 beds is a great idea.

Have stayed here several times since this hotel opened and when I phoned to say I was surprising my husband for his 60th they said "we will have a surprise for him in the room!" Did they ever surprise him....,.From the personal card that was hand written to the "60" balloons and treats. We were amazed how they went above and beyond ! The other reasons we stay here frequently are: great sheets and pillow, comfortable beds, pool and hot tub, delicious hot continental breakfast. In addition they have a great room where you can also visit and play games if you are on a family trip. Plus hotel is close to Millenium Place and lots of shopping. There is a Starbucks beside hotel too. Perfect place to stay while in Edmonton!!

All in all a great stay . Nice rooms , lobby , eating area , pool etc.. Restaurants next door , pizza ,Italian , Pho , subway and sushi . Sportsplex near by and service station up the street . Staff was very good .

The Bestwestern is my go to hotel when visiting Sherwood Park; I've stayed at most in the area and this hotel never dissapoints. Rooms are clean, beds comy, freindly staff and I always get a quiet sleep. stayed on the north end of Edmonton this week and what a difference! I will drive 20 minutes out of my way to star here so I can get a good hotel.

This was a friendly and clean hotel with good amenities and a great breakfast buffet featuring hot and cold items. There are a variety of restaurants and shopping in close proximity. I had a very pleasant stay and would definitely go there again if I was in the area.

Hotel is almost brand new. Booked it through air miles. Very clean hotel. Room was big enough for the 5 of us. Three queen beds. Full breakfast from 6AM to 10 am daily. Great food for this type of hotel. Great staff. Located close to all major roadways I needed to use. Would definitely stay again.

We stayed here for a swim meet and the location was in walking distance of Millennium Place. We got there early Friday and I called to see if we could check in early so my daughter could get ready for her meet and they were very accommodating. The pool was great as well and my kids enjoyed it daily. The breakfast was great with a lot of variety. Will definitely recommend this hotel and would stay again! The service from the staff was the best I have ever experienced! Also, I booked this hotel with my Airmiles, so our 3 night stay was free!

We needed a place to spend the night following a great dinner with friends. It was booked on Air Miles, which was extremely simple to do. The location would be great if you were in a tournament at Millennium Place, and it is quite convenient to most of Sherwood Park, the Yelkowhead and the Henday. We had a King Jr. Suite - a nice sized room with two comfortable chairs. The bed was great, with a variety of pillows. The fridge and microwave are also handy. The wifi worked well and our room was very quiet, though you could hear the railway in the distance. Breakfast was a notch above your usual free fare, with a variety of meat, eggs, and tasty hash browns. Service was superb and this facility is very new and clean. I would not hesitate to stay here again!

Clean, well decorated and full of friendly staff. Our room was on the 4th floor. It had a great view and was very quiet. Room size was descent and beds were very comfortable. Bathrooms were okay. Smaller space and small bath tub size. Our room had a fridge and microwave which was nice. Pool and fitness room was a bonus. Good complimentary breakfast. I would definitely come back again.

over all a great hotel that is clean and comfortable, as well the staff are excellent. I have stayed many times at this location and have yet to be disappointed. any questions or concerns that I have had were always addressed quickly and professionally.

My husband and I chose to stay at Best Western Plus Sherwood Park Inn and Suites. It was close to everything we needed to do this weekend. Right from the beginning of our stay, we had friendly service. The hotel is really clean and well kept. Since it was family day weekend, there were quite a few guests staying in the hotel but it was still very quiet for sleeping. The hot breakfast was so good! Best hot breakfast I have ever had in a hotel. On Sunday morning, there were two ladies cooking and refilling everything - hats off to them because it was very busy and they were doing their part in trying to keep the breakfast area stocked and cleaned. The hotel offers a big pool and hot tub, as well as a fitness room. All of which are great as well! We will definitely be staying here again, whenever we decide to make a trip down to Edmonton!!

New building , Clean rooms, friendly staff, solid stay overall. Nothing fancy but I'd recommend. We stayed here after a long trip from Florida and it suitable for the circumstances. Negatives: a bit isolated (ie: not walk friendly), small hot tub, breakfast was low-average.

I cannot say enough about the cleanliness and the friendliness. Everything from the room to the on site amnesties were 5*. Utilized pool hot tub work out room breakfast. I stayed for a business trip from January 26th-28th, it was fantastic! I was in an executive suite on the 4th floor. Everything was very clean and the staff were all super friendly! The breakfast was amazing. So many choices of food and always stocked full! I would recommend this hotel to anyone going to the Edmonton area. I will easily stay here again next time I find myself in the area!

This hotel was awesome to stay at. The staff was so accomidating and friendly. I would recommend this place to all my friends who are staying in Alberta. The food was excellent as well always fresh and hot. The pool with nice and clean. This hotel was very clean and never smelled bad. Deffently a grade A hotel. One of the best best westerns I have ever stayed at and I have stayed at a lot of them. They are also very flexible with your check out time.

Had the opportunity to spend 2 nights in a jacuzzi room on the fourth floor. The room was spotless and very nicely appointed with all the necessities. There is also a menu of pillows and I love this little extra. The bed was rather firm, but the room was very dark quiet which made for a good sleep. Front desk folks were very friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay again.

I was on a 5-night business trip. I had a clean and comfortable stay. There are a variety of choices for breakfast buffet. The location was close to Starbucks, Subway and other restaurants. However, the hotel isn't near other retail stores, though there are a variety of businesses in the area. There is a gym in the hotel, but I didn't get a chance to use it. The vending machine came in handy for buying water and other snacks.

Hotel was excellent as always. 10th time staying here in 2015 When ever we travel to Sherwood Park we always stay at the Best Western. The front desk staff is phenomenal and very friendly and helpful. The rooms are always very clean and comfortable. The beds are excellent and we always have a great time when we are there.

We stayed overnight in Nov. We have a 4 year old and a two year old. All they wanted to do was swim. We had the pool to ourselves. It's clean and very accessible. The rooms were spacious, clean and very modern. The free breakfast was excellent. The lady working in the breakfast area was so friendly and helpful. The front desk was extremely friendly. One of the better hotels I have stayed in!

New hotel with a great staff, nice rooms and free cookies. Continental breakfast is what you expect at Best Western with make your own waffles, french toast, eggs, sausage, yogurt, etc. The water pressure was a little low in the shower for my liking but everything else was great.

Our Girls shopping trip was so wonderful. Everything we needed was promptly provided, with a smile and a friendly manner. The clean rooms were comfortable, the pool and hot tub area very welcome after a long day at the malls. All seven of us were so pleased, thank you for helping make our getaway an enjoyable experience.

I have stayed at this hotel several times during the past couple of years and each time has been a great stay. The staff are not only friendly but very professional and they ensure that your stay is a good one. Breakfast menu items offer a good selection and have never encountered any problems. Rooms are spacious and very clean. Location is ideal for those travelling in and out of Sherwood Park. Would highly recommend this hotel.

We stayed here for one night back in October, we were travelling with my mother in law for the first time and we chose this hotel entirely based on the availability of 3 beds in one room. We would definitely return again for all the other positives of this hotel, the room was nice and big, beds were very comfortable, the room and bathroom was clean. The kids always love a hotel that have cookies at the front desk at check in. My husband and I enjoyed the breakfast which was one of the best free breakfast we have had. This visit we didn't get a chance to use the pool but it's a plus that there is one available it's always something I look for in booking a hotel. But the most impressive thing about this hotel was the service I received from Kathryn, I rarely have special requests at hotels but traveling with an elderly woman I was in need of a wheelchair, Kathryn took the time to call around and see if she could find a rental for us. Her welcoming personality when we arrived was worth returning to this hotel again. It's outside Edmonton but not far and really close to Costco !!! The only downfall is the road construction in the area but of course this is completely out of the hotels control.

This hotel is very comfortable, and very clean. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. I have stayed at this hotel more than once and always came out completely satisfied. There is great shopping and dining in the area too.

we stayed here one night with our family and recived a room with 3 queen beds which was great, most hotels offer a room with 2 queens and a pull out couch that is uncomfortable but an extra real bed was great. also is a new hotel everything is clean and nothing is run down yet at all. good breakfast in the morning and friendly young staff, will stay again

Once again, I experienced another great stay at the Best Western PLUS in Sherwood Park. After a whirlwind day of traveling, shopping for a prom dress and dealing with traffic, my daughter and I settled into our room quite early in the evening and had the most peaceful and restful sleep. Their beds, pillows and bedding are quite exceptional and comfortable.

Avoid this hotel if you plan to take your family with you. Nice location and good room. They have very unfriendly staff who does not want to help you if you need help. I have requested for late check-in due to some business. Instead of looking for ways to accommodate my request, they just simply gave me half an hour extension or half cost for extra stay. I just wanted to get 1 hour extension which I have been given if they had no reservation for next day. This is worst hotel. Stay away.

You were provided a 1:30pm checkout from Heather, our Front Office Manager, when requested on the day of your checkout. This is two and a half hours after our 11am checkout time and we provide this to our guests when we can despite very high mid-week occupancies here in Sherwood Park. It is not uncommon for hotels to start charging day rates or full rates after the time you had requested as rooms need to be cleaned for the next guests. Again it's unfortunate that you felt my team was unfriendly but I truly know they worked hard to provide what they could to you throughout your stay with your family. I've stayed at this hotel many times and am never disappointed. The beds and pillows are very comfortable and the breakfast is excellent with a wide variety of hot and cold foods. I've never had any problem with noise and the staff do their best to place you in the room you prefer. They are very helpful and friendly and check-in/check-out are quick. The hotel is close to leisure activities, shopping and numerous good restaurants. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

stayed at this property for 4 nts as working in Sherwood and West Edmonton. Chose this one as other hotel under construction and it has a salt water pool. Rooms are very clean and comfortable with large screen tvs on wall. Choices were available for breakfast with beverage choices. Great convenient location to get back and forth. Rooms have a fridge/microwave and small coffee maker so great for bringing your own food.

When I arrived I was quiet impressed I thought I booked a 3 bed room, but I actually had a full suite, wow at that price all I needed to work and the kids had their own room to watch Cartoons and colour. Our second day wasn't so smooth , my son was unimpressed with the "100 year old rice crispies" usually his fav. and then after a long day to come back to the room in a NOT QUITE cleaned state including clean products left laying around. When I informed the front desk they were more horrified than I was. they moved fast to fix the issues and compensate my kids with treats for having to wait when we got back to the room. I almost feel sorry for the maid that forgot she started my room but didn't finish it. as the management and staff went above and beyond to rectify the inconvenience.

Nice place to rest after long drive. Quiet, clean, hot water, good bed & pillows. Floor was clean. Welcoming staff in & out the door. We stay in hotels 200 plus nights a year. Very few are this clean & quiet. We redeemed Best Western points online to book this room. Flawless procedure.

I travel a lot and I stay in hotels all the time. This one is nicely located in Sherwood Park. Close to the industrial area. A little bit off the main road but still accessible. Room is nicely appointed. Wifi was good and staff are friendly. Will be back.

Great hotel although I was a little disappointed with the tub/shower (rm406). The tub filled about 6 inches with water and was slow to drain. Room was very clean but maintenance of the above would be nice for the price of the room, I'm sure the issue was brought to the front desk before my stay. Staff are friendly, good location, close to Edm.

If I'm in the Sherwood Park area for business or pleasure it is never a question of where I'm staying. The BWP provides an excellent room with the always necessary for the kids entertainment swimming pool. It's close to everything you need and even closer to COSTCO!!

This was not my first stay at this hotel and it certainly will not be my last. The staff are very professional and always caring. Breakfast is quite good with a variety of items to choose from including hot items. Rooms are quite spacious. I personally used the workout centre and the wifi and experienced zero problems. Easy to get to restaurants etc. The only drawback and I know they have tried to get this rectified is that the location is not provided on the navagion system. New plaza nearby which has a good selection of stores.

Thank you to the staff of this property who helped make our stay wonderful. We stayed 2 nights and the front desk assisted us with choices of restaurants, directions in the area and sites to visit. But a special thank you to Mattie who retrieved my watch that I left in my room upon checkout. One hour later she immediately and personally left the front desk and went to the checked out room and found my expensive watch. Now that's service!
