When we stay here, we are treated like family. We've gotten to know the people that work there. They smile when we walk in. It's a family oriented place, clean, and quiet. I recommend this place 100 percent.

WOW what can I say the hotel is getting some major update the new rooms are nice and cozy. I loved thier hot breakfast and the staff is caring and nice. I would definitely stay here again when i am in town and i recommend this hotel

The hotel is nice and clean they have new rooms that look fablous. The color of the room and decor is nice. The pictuare shown are old but they are brand new rooms the owner is going to update online once its done. The staff is nice

I would give this hotel 5 stars if only the beds didn't feel like concrete! Everything else was wonderful, but the main thing I need in a hotel is a comfortable night's sleep. I typically use a firm mattress at home, but this was hard! I did ask if there might be another room with a softer mattress, but was told they were all the same. *sigh

We stayed here for our kids volleyball tournament and the newly updated rooms are nice and fresh. My kids always like their out door pool. The breakfast was amazing with up to 5 cereal to choose from the staff is welcoming and always there for help.

WOW! The newly renovated rooms were amazing, comfortable and clean. We loved every bit of our stay from the cleanliness to the hard working staff. Our check in process was a breeze. We will definitely be coming back!

We found lube in our room and chose to stay. Anyways, because it was super late and we were already in bed. I had to run to work the next day. And my boyfriend was not feeling well so we chose to stay another night When I called the front desk. They said they could not help me over the phone or charge my car again. That I had to come back or have my boyfriend pay. Who was sick and in bed They woke him up anyways just for him to tell them the same thing, that he did not have a card. They then charged my car when they said they could not and added an additional $40. I told her I was upset that they charged my card without telling me when they told me that they couldn't and did not let me know. It was an additional $40. I asked her if there's anything she could do to help me pay the same as the night before because there was also lube in the room and that was upsetting.. She had the audacity to tell me. Well you could have just told us last night and we would've switched your room Refuse to help me so I finally got a refund. And they never let me talk to the manager even though I asked several times

Everything about the hotel I liked very much. Especially, the breakfast. They have lot of options like muffins, eggs, waffle, milk, bread, sausages etc. The Wi-Fi is very speed and it is a quiet place..!

Stayed at this property multiple times, Friendly service from all of the staff, clean rooms every time I've stayed, theykeep the breakfast area clean and I enjoy the breakfast as well. 10/10 would recommend, even though it's across the highway from a prison.

This hotel is conveniently located along Highway 175. They offer a very good full breakfast, including scrambled eggs, seasoned potatoes, sausage, waffles, muffins and much more. They even offer shredded cheese and salsa for your eggs. The staff is very helpful and accomodating.

Well I have stayed at a lot of hotels and this one has the best breakfast options. Me and my family loved how they had pancakes and waffle which was delicious. I also loved the eggs and potatoes with salsa and cheese. I would always stay at this hotel when I am in town

I thought the place was fairly new since everything looks so well take care of but the front desk lady told me they've been there a while and actually going into full renovation soon! Wow! That's an owner that cares for his business and it definitely reflects!

Very clean! Exceptional staff! Great room! Highly recommend this hotel. It was quiet and the room stayed cool even in the high heat. The pool was refreshing. Everything was really clean. Breakfast was good. I will stay here again.

I still have yet to be contacted by hotel management. But to sum it up, upon arrival we were given keys to an occupied room. In that room was one of the foulest smells ever and all we could see was someone's feet hanging off the bed apparently asleep. The fact that we walked away without confrontation was a God send, that could have been very messy had they been awake and armed. We were given the next room available and after a LONG drive any attempt to try to talk to management would not have been productive. What's sad is I recommended this place to my in laws that drove in from North of Colorado to stay, boy was I embarrassed. I woke the next day to find a different individual working behind the counter and tried several times to be able to talk to the property owner, to no avail. I don't know if she could discern the seriousness of the matter considering I was taking her away from her "Tik-Tok" social media which was busy going on the desk between us. They at least let us out of the 2nd nights stay, but offered no resolution for the first nights stay. I should have read the reviews, I encourage everyone to do so.

I enjoyed my stay and loved breakfast how clean it was they have so many varieties that you can choose. My room was well cleaned and smelled nice can't wait to come back and guest. My kids enjoyed it so much as me

I booked this room based on cleanliness & overall review ratings I found in the dfw area. Yes, accommodations are very nice but after a late check in & very little sleep I was awaken by bed bugs in my bed & immediately contacted front desk, & young man by the name of Joe was not helpful at all, and was very rude with me & offered me no sympathy or apology for the inconvenience. After paying almost $200 for the room I barely slept in my overall experience was horrible. I won't recommend this hotel to anyone

Stayed here while working in seagoville. Staff was very helpful and accommodating. Location works best for me because it's very close to where I work. It seems to have been updated since the last time I stayed here witch is a plus!

Let me start by saying I travel with my job and it lands me in around 4 to 5 hotels a year. By far this is one of the best hotels I have had the pleasure of staying this year. The staff go out of their way to make sure I was comfortable and anything that I needed was provided without having to ask twice. If you get the chance to go to such a small town make sure you make reservations at the Best Western you won't be let down!!!

I got there a little early, and front desk totally accommodated me. Which by the way the front desk/manager was super sweet. I traveled solo and felt safe the entire time. The room was very clean. Room service every morning to stock up on towels. I traveled from out of state but I will definitely be coming back here if im ever in Texas again!

Our stay was great. They serve wide variety of breakfast. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and made our stay great. Its located near the city and has many attractions around it. Will be returning to this hotel again in the future.

Every time I come to Texas to see my family I tend to stay at this hotel. Although, the area isn't the best the hotel is worth it for the price. The rooms are clean, the breakfast is good and the staff is nice. I would stay here again.

I started staying here often and the hotel is so far the best I love staying here and they give hot breakfast and also fake care of there guest I would stay here more often I usually stay in dallas but this hotel is way better

We had water issues during the Texas blizzard. We just needed a night of recovery after being home for 6 days and while continuing to resolve plumbing issues. We have stayed at this location previously and had family use this location while visiting. We have always found it to be clean, affordable and politely staffed.

Good parking when i first pulled up. Safe and staff was very helpful. Also very nice. Able too switch rooms when i asked if i could use the safe. Which was very helpful. Lost my hat in the process and they returned it too me. Really clean rooms and comfortable bed. Bathroom was clean with good shower pressure. Plenty of restaurants nearby. #1 hotel to go to. No complaints

I love staying here at Best Western in Seagoville...So friendly and clean never have a problem when my family and I stay here..there is always something to do where ever you turn too.i would definitely recommend to fellow travelers in staying here 100%

Finally I found a hotel that serve breakfast the staff is very kind and they serve you food to make sure everyone is safe. I always stayed at different hotels and they not even serve breakfast but this one did I am glad nice rooms nice staff and great area

I always stay at the Best western Executive Inn, no matter what. The Jacuzzi Suite is by far the best room, and the Best Western Executive Inn is the only Hotel to offer such a large Jacuzzi Tub locally.

They are really nice and they have there rooms really clean they assist with everything and the customer service is really good there also they are really nice in the front desk I loved staying there.

Stayed here for few days while visiting my friends and family and they took care of my needs. Rooms are nice and clean and the staff is so welcoming. The internet was super fast for my Xbox and the room was cleaned.

They charge a $50 deposit upon check in. Do not notify guests of this before check in. Cleaning standards are not up to expectations especially with covid-19. No elevator so if your disabled or injured you are screwed if they have no rooms downstairs. Ice machine didn't work on first floor so you can't get ice if you can't go upstairs. Don't waste your time staying here travel a little further and go somewhere nicer.

Stayed here when I was in town. Facility was spotless clean and very good customer service. The rooms are spacey and has all amenities. The breakfast was served hot everyday I stayed. There hotel was busy but the staff always stayed on top of their work. Would recommend this hotel to anyone.

I loved this place the rooms was spacious and clean. They made sure they sanitized the entire room before they rent the rooms out now that is called safety of their guests and they care about their guests. Visited this hotel with my family. Made a reservation ahead of time, upon checking in the front desk staff was very friendly. She made out check in process a breeze and she also recommended some nice places to eat in the area. The room was nice and clean. The place was quite busy however, everything was maintained properly and all staff were very professional. We stayed there for 2 nights and we had absolutely no problem. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

Very neat, clean, and quite. Staff very professional, friendly and helpful. There is easy access to the freeway. Price is reasonable. The swimming pool has good privacy and is very clean. I am glad I had chosen this place for my extended stay while my house was being remolded. I highly recommend this place.

Patricia was very distasteful and rude she yelled and screamed at us because we asked for directions to the hotel. When we arrived she refused us service. She called into her "manager" and lied right in front of us and he told her to "refuse us". We didn't yell at her,curse at her or anything. We just expressed that we didn't think it was right for her to be rude to us. I will never recommend or spend my money at this place. So distasteful. Ive never encountered anything like this in my life. I will be taking this further up.

This hotel is always very clean and quiet. The staff is very friendly especially Patty at the front desk. She makes you feel at home. She is always eager to accommodate me in any way she can. The property grounds are also kept very clean. They maintain the property very well inside and out. They offer a breakfast buffet every morning with scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage umong other goodies all included in your stay. I love to stay here and the price is unbeatable.

The facility has been updated and is very clean. We go to Seagoville about twice each year. This is very close to where we meet and it is makes for a nice clean place to spend the night. We recommend it to those needing to stay in the area.

The hotel staff needed to be prepared for quest that are coming in for a big event. The rooms got ready at the last minute. Needed to have more staff. They have the people at front desk cooking, cleaning, washing the clothes which is in plan view for customer to see.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. Modern floor plan in style. I would stay again being that it was comfortable and good breakfast. Had premium cable channels. Was staying for business and had a king room that had a convenient desk with USB and power station for my laptop

We stayed in this hotel 3 years prior to this current trip and it was wonderful. (Which is why we stayed there again) This time was terrible. The bed was visibly broken but not fixed until we complained and they made us move to another room with 5 kids! The room was not even clean when we got there. After moving to another room where the key card didn't work and the door wouldn't shut, we stayed for another 7 nights. They DID NOT clean the room once! They changed the sheets and they replaced the towels but they didn't ONCE clean the bathroom or replace toilet paper/Kleenex. Some of the new shower amenities were broken and laying on top and weren't replaced either. If there had been another option close by we would have stayed somewhere else. The breakfast buffet was alright but again NOT a clean area to eat. I am highly disappointed as our last stay was so enjoyable. I would definitely not recommend this place at all.

Travel to the area once a month for work and have found this place to be a good place to stay. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The staff is very friendly. Breakfast is about the typical hotel breakfast, nothing special. 2 story simple hotel with no elevator and plenty of parking may scare many people, myself included as I am a hotel snob. However, this place is not bad at all. I will be back next month.

Beautiful extremely clean environment, with AWESOME friendly staff. The ladies at the front desk are beautiful and very professional! The owner/manager Patrick is caring and passionate about his business. The workout room is always cooled and clean, breakfast is freshly cooked and displayed on time, everyday. This location is also conveniently located near shops and eateries.

Nothing good to say the room smell and furniture was down right unclean. Had to buy cleaning supplies to clean tub and sink, sink wouldn't drain the water, the shower curtain had stains on it, sink had rust, outside construction was heard and was noisy, kids running on the second floor all night, guest slamming doors, dim lighting, not able to rest the 4 days there, breakfast I looked forward to but was a disappointment when I saw the too small 4 oz coffee cups, two towels each day per night, room not clean before 3:30 p.m. so front desk change my room, bed smelled like urine, couldn't set temperature for a/c it was either to cold or to hot. Wouldn't recommend to anyone.

Nice hotel and staff was very friendly. I went to the desk with an A/C problem in my room. There was a customer in front of me giving her a hard time about something beyond her control. They left and she handled it professionally, then greeted me with a smile and solved my small issue. Will definitely stay with them again.

I always use this hotel when I am in town. The pool was great kids loved the breakage and the staff is nice and helpful all the time. I love the new look and they have updated their TVs with lots of things to watch and also the size of the tv went big. I would come back again

Good food, great room, good service in general. House cleaning showed up everyday at 11 on the dot and left the room excellently. Pool was also very clean all the time. Breakfest was one of the best that ive ever had.

Overall, all services were provided were fine and accommodating. The pool, fitness center, rooms, breakfast, etc. were all fine. The AC units were quite weak and never turned down low enough, both when we first arrived and after the maids cleaned. Especially in 96 degree Texas heat, we really needed it to be cooler. The units would work overtime on the lowest setting and never cool the room enough to sleep comfortably. Other than that and the fact there weren't any elevators (which we didn't need thankfully), our stay was fine. Would not plan to go back if it was during any late Spring or Summer months.

Although this BW appeared to be an older motel, the room was comfortable and up to date. My bed was comfortable. Had a decent nights rest. Breakfast was standard fare, but good. The food filled the void, plus it was one less meal I had to pay for.

Located close to the main road, this motel's location makes it easy to access either the city or the smaller town of Seagoville. The pool area offered a great place to relax and cool off having tables to hold nibbles and drinks, play cards, and lounge chairs for further comfort. Early October, still means plenty of time by the pool. The fitness area is adequate and the continental breakfast is full of variety. A grocery store/mini mall and restaurants are easy to access.

My home away from home, the front desk staff & house keepers at The Best Western Executive Inn Segoville Texas make me feel apart of their family whenever I stay there. Their rooms are quiet,p cozy, very clean.

Overall great hotel! Breakfast was always available, easily accessible from the highway. Nice and caring staff. The bests are comfortable, air conditioner worked perfectly and the Direct TV service had a great selection of movies shows and news.

Great place, very comfortable, feels like my home away from home. Actually the bed is more comfortable than mine at home and I can get a very relaxing comfortable sleep there better than I can at home

It is close to the prison we needed to visit. The staff was very friendly and the room was clean and comfortable. We just had to drive about one mile to the prison we were visiting early the next morning and a good place to eat was just a couple of miles away.

Upon walking in the hotel staff had greeted me immediately, they were warm and welcoming. They answered any questions I had and made the stay very enjoyable. The room was excellent very clean and up to standard. Hot warm breakfast in the morning was enjoyable. Definitely will be staying here again when visiting Dallas.

This hotel is on the outskirts of Dallas which is nice. You have easy access without being in the middle of the city. The hotel is always clean and the staff friendly and helpful. It's my go to hotel for the Dallas area.

My wife and I stayed three nights. This was a nice hotel. Very clean rooms with new carpet, refrigerator and microwave. Comfortable bed and pillows. Good, hot breakfast - sausage, eggs and waffles every day.. Very friendly staff. Great value for the price. We will stay here again.

No elevators, not fancy, but not bad for the price. No tractor/trailer parking; unless you plan on leaving your trailer elsewhere. There's a convenience store within walking distance. Rosy Alviso (with her awesome customer service skills) made my stay enjoyable. I recommend this place for one night.

The room nice size with a table to work. The bed is comfortable. Definitely a nice hotel room for the price paid. I will be staying at this location in the future. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful.

I was very satisfied with my stay at Best Western Executive Inn at Seagoville, Texas. I've stayed at a couple of other hotels lately and this hotel has by far been one of the BEST HOTELS that I've stayed in. I would highly recommend .

Rooms were very clean, all of the staff was helpful and friendly. Grounds were well kept and beds comfortable. Reserved rooms 3 months in advance and got an excellent rate. Management allowed us to park our motorcycles up front and kept an eye on them overnight. Breakfast was fair considering that it was complimentary.

Easy in and out access to the highway and the staff was very pleasant and helpful. We stayed in an interior room and had no problem at all with highway noise and traffic. Parking was plentiful and security was evident

Average accommodatioms. We were attending event in Seagoville so it was convenient. Definitely not the place to stay if your activities are in Dallas. Staff was very accommodatingl. Breakfast consisted of choice of cereal, waffle or eggs and sausage.

We had a great stay for my business trip. Very clean hotel, room, pool area, etc. Staff was at the top of their game. Very friendly, engaging in conversation, and would always ask if there was something we needed. A+ people.

Room/place was overall clean. The exception being the bedsheet/comforter had a stain on it. The pool lounge chairs were all torn and no one wiped the pool tables the entire 2 day stay. The facility was kept up. Our TV did not work well the first night and the front desk was very helpful fixing it. I must say all the staff was nice. Overall not the greatest stay but still would stay there again as the positives of the place out weight the few problems.

I called and went over all of the details with a lady a week prior to my booking the handicap accessible room for my daughter's 13th surprise birthday sleepover. I specifically asked about the chair lift in the pool due to her being in a wheelchair. She is between surgeries for knee reconstruction. I was told that the pool chair lift was in working order, that they would keep the pool open for as long as we wanted if we were quiet. I asked the difference in the handicap rooms and regular rooms. She told me that there was more room, the bed was lower, the bathroom was more accessible. I booked the room. Explained there would be 5 well behaved teenagers for her birthday. All was well. Then the day of, I called to see if I could check in early, spoke with a Mr this time, said an hour early is ok. I got to the front desk, paid, asked about the chair lift in the pool and he said that "no, it doesn't work, the battery is dead". They ordered a new battery and it's on back order. Umm, you can't charge it?? Got to the room, smelled horrible, like it used to be a smoking room and the carpets were never cleaned. The knobs on the AC were stripped. The room had more furniture in it that I had to move to get my daughters wheelchair in. The bed wasn't lower. The bathroom door was previously used in another room due to a hole being in it then turned into a sliding door. There was a bathtub to step over into - not a walk-in handicap shower. Then the pool- the only hand rail to get up and down the steps was so "wobbly" it scared me. So, not only was there no chair lift to get her in the pool (the whole reason I picked this hotel) now the hand rail that we depended on wasn't acceptable. Dangerous actually. With help from an adult friend, we were able to get her in and out of the pool by ourselves. I didn't let my daughter know my frustrations because she was so very happy to be in a pool for the 1st time all summer. There were Military staying there as well. The lady that worked the desk that night asked me if I had "a bunch of girls in my room" (which was the very 1st room by the office) she made sure that I knew that the Military people were there and they needed to sleep. I asked if someone had complained and she said no. So, not too sure why my pre-planned surprise birthday party wasn't as important as the other guests getting sleep when my well behaved girls (which they are and were) couldn't be heard on the other side of the door. I checked/investigated myself. I went outside about once an hour all night to smoke a cigarette and she acted like I was a criminal, keeping the cameras on me. I asked for 2 extra pillows & blankets. She would only give me 1 and took her sweet time getting it. Not realizing that one of those cameras she spy's on, was on her that whole time. (where all the blankets and pillows are.) The sad part is, I live in this City. I recommend this hotel to family/friends that come in town because it is the best in Seagoville. The rest are drug infested. NEVER AGAIN. Not one person had the same story from the get-go. I was lie to more than once over a pool chair lift that sealed the deal at the beginning but was a bubble buster at check in. Was I offered to be accommodated in any way?? No. My daughter had a wonderful time. Well deserved. The girls were perfect, not one complaint. I cleaned the room up myself. I have stayed here a few times myself. I have had a lot of people stay here while in town. This hotel was my "go to" for years. NEVER AGAIN.

This is a great place to stay for any reason you will feel like at home. The owners are a very kind and humble people. They are compassionate and helpful specially for any emergency needs. Rosy the front desk is bilingual amd very friendly. She will offer and explain all the sevices they offer. And she will even inform you of things you need of where you can find them in the area. I am very satisfied with the stay overall with the service specially with the owners and the employees.

My husband's job needed him to transfer to this area from Houston so they paid for his stay in this best western hotel until we were able to find a place of our own. So it took nearly a month to finally find an apartment. Meantime, my husband and I with our 3 sons stayed here and we couldn't be more pleased. The staff along with the housekeepers are very friendly and helpful. Always greeting us with smiles. Very nice professional staff. Comfortable amenities from the entrance, front desk, to the room. Excellent fitness center, pool and breakfast area. Breaking is got and ready by coutious and attentive staff.

The repceptionist was not to happy at work. Did not want to let my daughter check in before I got there after I was told that was fine over the phone. There was a bad odor in the room. They masked it with all of air freshener

I was in town for my 52nd family reunion. We were given a good rate at the Hyatt Regency but found out we needed to stay an additional day. We paid 1/2 the price at the Best Western and was offered free breakfast! It room and hotel was very clean. The staff was great! We had to leave at 3am so we didn't get to enjoy the free breakfast.

I had to stay in the Hutchins area for work for about a month. There is a very expensive hotel that I was initially put up in but was drawing some attention due to costs. I tried several other lower cost options in the area and was disgusted with all of them until I found this one. I stayed here for a week and it was as good as the hotel I was initially in but at less than half the cost. It was clean, quiet, no roaches, no bugs, no hookers, and no issues. I wish I stayed here for the whole month, I would have saved myself a lot of hassle! If you need a good hotel in the area and don't want to stay at the La QuiteExpensive, you wont go wrong here (and I never write reviews, that's how decent this place was)

The location was perfect for our destination. Food price for a Friday nighr stay. Slept well, ac worked too good.I would recommend this stay. A pleasant night with family. Breakfast was. Small but satisfy.

Went to Texas to visit daughter & grandchildren who lived nearby the hotel. Booked hotel months in advance. Arrived late the night that we checked in and very hungry & tired. Rosa at front desk was very kind & friendly. Husband has COPD so needed room on first floor since there are no elevators. This was not a problem. Overall good experience. Good value. Pleasant staff. Clean room. Will stay again next time we visit Texas.

We had a family death and seagoville was a nice location between everything that we needed. The hotel was clean. Air conditioner didn't work quite right. Windows are so thin that you can hear everything outside luckily most of the noise is just cars. Bathroom was clean and quiet. Room was pretty standard. TV was super slow and frustrating to change chanels so we didn't watch it. Breakfast was good. Beds were old and super noisy. They gave us a variety of pillows to chose from which was nice. Overall the place was good for the price we paid.

Several stays at this location, with several more to come in the next year. It is always clean, staff has been helpful and friendly. Rates are good. I have had no problems of any kind while staying at the hotel.

Me and my husband Stayed for 2 days. Overall a decent stay and quite comfortable, clean room, service with a smile and extra care by staff also they are very friendly and safe place. Good breakfast as well. Everything was just perfect. I Would strongly recommend it.

The entire staff is great! Very friendly! From the management to the cleaning girls, they are just great people to be around! Very safe place to be with security cameras to make sure your stay is safe and relaxing! I would recommend that anyone stay here for vacation, work or just to get away from the house.

We have been here from late February and will remain here until the end of April and HIGHLY RECOMMEND this hotel. I was pleased with my stay. The service was friendly, the room was clean, the beds were very comfortable, and the price was reasonable. My only complaint would be the breakfast wasn't as the website stated. Other than that, I was completely satisfied and will choose Best Western again!

the first time we stayed at this location the owner slightly soured our experience with his seemingly smug demeanor. However as loyal BW customers and this location being the closest to relatives we frequently visit as well as the charming gal at the desk we decided to give it another chance and were surprisingly pleased with our stay (especially since we did not see the owner on this visit)

We had an awesome stay at the hotel, super clean, the ac/heat unit in the room worked perfect, bathroom & beds extremely clean. Complimentary Breakfast in the morning was delicious & ready at 7am just like the sign said. Owner accommodated our truck with a trailer in tow with a view of our vehicle from our room. Would definitely stay here again & recommend anyone. The cleanest hotel we have ever stayed at.

Fantastic hotel just renovated by new owners. Fantastic environment they treat the guest like they are guest in their own homes. It is like a family environment. Rooms are updated with comfortable beds bathrooms redone with new tile. Flat screen tv with full direct tv channel list with hbo and cinamax. Stayed for a week and loved it.

This property and room were clean and comfortable. The cons were it sits right in a highway so I suggest odd numbered rooms to be in the back away from traffic. But my only real complaint was there were no bath towels in the room. None. Pictured below are the two hand towels. And wash rags I was supplied. Sigh.

The hotel is in good shape.....the rooms are much nicer than they had been before...It is a 2 story property and there is not an elevator, so if stairs are a problem be sure and request ground level room.

Breakfast in the morning. Rooms are great don't smell like smoke always clean. Has a pool for guest that love to swim with there kids.Very friendly employees. Would stay there anytime. Family loved it very quite and peaceful.

I have stayed at many hotels, but this hotel has the nicest and most helpful employees. You can really tell that they enjoy where they work. There is no elevator here, but the employees at the front desk even offered to take our luggage up to our room. I have NEVER had an employee offer to do that before!

This hotel is very convenient for us-we are pleased when we stay at this hotel. The current management has done a good job for us. We will stay again. We have stayed her many times and while it has gone up and down we feel they are hitting their stride and will continue to stay.

The new owner has redone the guest rooms and it is so much nicer. I stay in this hotel often when I visit my son so the improvement is welcome. There's new bathroom tile, new toilet, new ac unit, new mattress, and the rooms have been painted with new decor installed. I'm very pleased with the changes and will definitely stay there again.

This is by far the cleanness Motel in the Seagoville area, with the best rates and clean pool, friendly service, free large breakfast. They may be next door to the Seagoville Inn, but do not let that keep you from staying with them the grounds at the Best Western are just as safe with 24 hour parking lot security when you check in with the friendly front desk, you will know like I did, that you made the right choice in staying with them. I have really enjoyed my stay, at this location .

My mom and I stayed back in June for 3 nights. Patrick the Owner was so friendly. He gave us ideas on where to eat and was always welcoming every time we would see him . All the staff was friendly! The rooms were newly remodeled and we even stayed by the pool one day, which was clean and quiet. We will be back in November and will be staying here again.

Had the pleasure of staying here in August of 2016. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Hotel has been newly renovated so everthing is clean and fresh including brand new LED security lighting throughout the facility.

The front desk clerks were extremely friendly and accommodating. The housekeeping staff was friendly, fast and efficient. Excellent breakfast!!! We came into town to visit family and had more fun swimming in the poo and hanging out in our room.

This is not the first time we have stayed at this hotel and it will not be our last. This hotel is conveniently located near relatives we visit and the staff is very friendly and caring. We usually stay at a hotel instead of with our relatives because we tend to arrive quite late due to a 10 hour drive to get here and a short weekend for our trips. This hotel has reasonable prices for a comfortable, clean, spacious room. I cannot comment on the extra amenities the hotel provides as we have yet to use any of them due to the short nature of our trips. We usually don't even get to breakfast because by the time we wake up, around check out time, breakfast is usually long over. There are several other hotels we could choose, however, I tend to stick with the Best Western hotels. I have had better experiences with Best Western than even with some of the more expensive hotel chains. We found this hotel a few years back and so far we have not been disappointed.

They were amazing! Anything we needed they were on it! They had to accommodate over 20 people for us and they didn't drop the ball at all! They had breakfast ready when we needed it, space for all of our activities, and were never hesitant to help us! Very impressed with their services!

First time here and I must say customer service was amazing !! Patrick was extremely nice and very detailed with the amenities :) On a family trip our rooms were ready on time. Cleanliness was impeccable. Definitely can see myself booking this location again

This is a good place to stay. Not perfect but the rooms are clean and the staff friendly and helpful. I say not perfect because it's an older hotel and with age comes imperfections. But any time I'm in the area this is my hotel of choice. It's a good place to stay and the prices is right.

This hotel is one of my favorite places to stay. The owner is very attentive and super nice. Normally, the check in time is after 3pm, but the owner was able to get us a room sooner since we drove in from out of town. If you need a hotel with great staff, very clean rooms, and a sense of comfort, you should definitely stay at this one.

I've been to Seagoville every month since last year and I can be pretty confident to say that if you ever come by Seagoville and no idea which hotel to stay, this Best Western can be your greatest experience in hotel ever. Staff here are very polite and friendly, and although it's located beside the highway, you can barely feel it at night. The price is pretty decent (usually I pay around 80 per night including tax)and then you get a great breakfast in the morning(they got everything! Yum...), access to fast wifi (very stable!), access to a small gym room (shame that nobody uses it =.=), access to swimming pool (just reminding you guys that summer is drawing near woot) and access to vending machines. If you happen to be in Seagoville for visitation in prison, for army reserve, or just simply driving by and reading my words, why not just knock the door and check out the hotel? ;)

Based on the Hotels.com reviews, I was unsure about our stay but our room had recently been renovated and it was very nice. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Would stay again. I think the rating for the hotel should be higher than reflected.

I am not sure I would recommend this hotel. I will just leave it at that. The AC went from working off and on, the remote was annoying to use because you had to use two remotes. The breakfast was poor, the housekeeper was rude. I could go on and on, if it wasn't for the location I would of stayed somewhere else.

Great place to stay. New owners within past few months and newly renovated. EXTREMELY courteous staff!! Breakfast was fine and served it's purpose. Beds were soooo comfortable. (Am not able to sleep in a bed at home due to a health issue, but was actually able to do so here!) Would definitely stay again if in the area.

This BW is newly remodeled, has free breakfast and late checkouts. The bed was comfortable and I didn't hear any noise although it's right on the highway. The room had a fridge, microwave and was very clean. Front desk was very friendly and helpful. Although this location is across from the prison, it was safe and never once did it bother us. Will stay here again.

This hotel has been upgraded with new furniture new smell and the service is really good. They have excellent breakfast. I would stay here again. Thanks Sheila and Patrick for making my stay enjoyable..

Lots of noise - close to interstate. Second stay and bugs in room both times. Hot breakfast items were ice cold, almost frozen. Mattresses old and uncomfortable. Would not recommend this place to anyone - only as a last resort.

Average room, king bed. The bed has seen to many days. It had a worn area that had no support near the head of the bed. It creaked or the floor creaked with movement. Don't know which. The pool was nice sized, almost green in color with a couple of splashes of black on the floor of the pool. Trash was on the surface of the water for the length of my stay, which was 5 days. A pile of discarded debris was near the rear entrance, I guess they were doing work inside. The dumpster was overflowing with trash in the rear all 5 days. Breakfast was general, with continental style. No microwave in the room.

Well me and my fiancee got a hotel with the jacuzzi suite. The hotel room was okay. Housekeeping is nonexistent, dirty floors, not vacuumed. There was no remote for the T.V. At night there was a pimp and prostitute argument and the front desk allowed this to happen. Very loud until early in the morning. The front desk allows prostitution at night. Told the morning shift about it they didn't care. Coming from a Iraq War veteran i will never stay in this or a Best Western again.

Very comfortable, friendly and economical. Only problem was bed uses non-fitted sheets that come off during the night. Some road noise on highway side rooms. Reservations were exact and accurate which other hotels often screw up.

We needed a place to crash for a night. The room was very clean and the hotel appeared to be renovated. Our bed was very comfortable and we had plenty of room for 2 people. The staff at the front desk was very courteous. Breakfast was awesome. I would def go back to Best Western Seagoville

-Location of the hotel is good, right next to the on-ramp of hwy 175. -Downtown Dallas takes only a 30 minute drive North on HWY 175. -Walmart with a little shopping area is about 5 minutes South down Hwy 175 from the Hotel. -Despite BW sitting right next to HWY 175, the stay is very pleasant and is VERY Quiet! :-) -Hotel had a very recent update with NEW carpets and room furniture. -Hotel area is clean, neat and has plenty of parking space, the pool, the rooms, and surrounding gardens are well maintained and kept up with. -Hotel dedicated Personnel, is always friendly and helpful. -Best Western Executive Inn Hotel is about 1/2 mile away from a Army base, a Fire Station and a Federal prison,which means that the area is VERY SECURE /SAFE!! Since the area is patrolled often, by Police, Sherrifs, and Military Personnel. To me personally: Feeling; COMFORTABLE, SECURE and SAFE is of an utmost importance while being "home"@The Hotel away from "home". I Definitely will go back to this hotel in Seagoville TX again, when I'm back in that area. Thanks Again for the pleasant, comfortable and secure stay with you guys!

Staff is Awesome, Caring, Safe & Pleasant place to stay. I have stayed here at different times of the year & have enjoyed my stay. The pool area in the good months is very relaxing. Shopping & entertainment areas are close by making it convenient.

I stayed here for 3 nights while going to the drag races in Ennis, and for my purpose it wasn't bad. The pros included a comfortable bed, shower with good water pressure and a friendly staff. They charge around $70 per night, which is a pretty good deal. Here's what wasn't so great about it, location wise it is right off a highway and across the highway is a prison. You will need to have the AC on to drown out the noise of the highway. I didn't have any issues with the prison being across the street, it was mostly a case of pay no attention to the big elephant in the room. The pool was dirty and closed so this area would require more maintenance. This property does not have an elevator so if you have heavy bags it can be annoying lugging them up and down the stairs. I didn't try the breakfast, opted for McDonald's down the road. To sum up, if all you need is a comfortable bed and warm shower than this place is good enough.

I wanted to cancel my reservation (one hour after the cancellation window) when I learned about flooding in Dallas and throughout Texas with the landfall of a category FIVE hurricane in Mexico, which will continue to move through the southern US. The staff at the hotel just repeatedly said there was "no rain there right now" and refused to cancel.

Recently stayed here for 2nights.I travel often but I don't only stay at Best Western. As a previous reviewer said it's not too good.The so called pillow top mattress seemed like it came from a bargain furniture store.The chair that I sat in to watch tv in was junk.The first night we only had one towel.As far as the shady people hanging around,they was all at the motel next door The pool was closed but I could see it from my room and it was filthy.There was no work being done to it. Breakfast was ok.I've stayed at many other Best Western's in the past but this one was probably the worst. Also I used a discount code so that sometimes makes a difference on what room they give you too.

This hotel was average. I've stayed at better hotels, but the price for this stay was good. I asked for a fresh bath towel and I was told there were none. Really? Not ONE spare bath towel in the ENTIRE hotel?! Unbelievable.

With the prison right across the street the prisoners families live here waiting for the parole date. Broken down vehicles in the parking lot, kids running around half naked and smoking gangs stationed around the compound. This is not safe place for anyone to stay! When I asked for a refund they said that it was not their problem. Not to mention the great customer service.

The hotel has recently had some updating done but it was not completed in our room. We had a room on the second floor, there is no elevator so if you can't do stairs ask for a first floor room. The Ice machine on the second floor did not work and we had to go downstairs to get ice. There was paint on the bathtub surround, the toilet ran, the shower head was just a pipe thru the wall with the shower head attached. They did not close up the gap. The headboard looked to be leftover from the '70's. If you need another towel they make you bring the dirty one down to trade it in. Towels being stolen must be an issue for them. They did have the standard breakfast...cereal, milk, juice, yogurt, oatmeal, sausage, and those eggs that are strangely round. I did not use the workout area but it was across from the breakfast area and had an elliptical and treadmill. The pool was closed but does need some work done on it as well. The drive into downtown Dallas was not bad at all. Very little traffic and only about 10-15 minutes depending on where you are going. The price travelers are charged for rooms these days I do have high expectations and I do not feel this hotel met up to them. Probably would not stay here again.

We arrived about 45 minutes early and it was no problem. Check in staff was very nice and helpful. The facility is in good shape. They must have just done a remodel. The paint is nice and fresh and the carpet had practically no wear on it. Breakfast was pretty standard items but tasted good and were filling. Overall, a very pleasant stay, and I would not hesitate to stay again!

Excellent. They had everything ready when I arrived there. The host explained everything I needed to know from the television to the internet. And she addressed my situation once I informed her about my stay there. The overall service was informative and kind.

Room was nice but toilet was gross, sink dripped, toilet ran and room was not stocked properly. No sanitized remotes for tv. Front desk was not helpful in redeeming gift certificate. No restaurants close by and not very conveniently located. Inside looked much better than we thought though. No curb appeal. The alarm clock went off at midnight. Housekeeping should check that each time.

This motel was really clean, It had a fast internet and the staff was very professional. I would recommend this motel for all the non smoking people out their. It has no smoking, But the staff will try to help and get you on the first floor close to a door.I do thank them for that. other than that this place is great.

This is a no frills version of Best Western, yet it is well kept and the staff were friendly and helpful in recommending a place for dinner. It is right off of Hwy. 175 with easy access each way. There is a huge federal prison across the highway but it is so well maintained with a park next to it that it's hard to tell it's a prison. The only problem I had was it took two remotes to operate the television and the small sensor had fallen behind the dresser so it wouldn't change channels, but a call to the front desk let us figure it out. I would recommend Rudi's Napoli's Italian restaurant for a good inexpensive dinner.
