After staying a night I had lost the keys to my motorbike lock. Salim was very helpful and removed the lock, saving the day.

Wanted a last minute stop over on my journey with my daughter. Twin room with cooked breakfast included only £66, and on a sat night. I was prepared for basic but got pretty much premier inn. Ok, I didn't see a gym and the room had a shower over the bath, but reception and breakfast area was amazing, everything was clean and staff were really friendly. When I thought I was going to get stung for parking it was only £4.50 for 24 hours. I wouldn't stay there for the views but for practicality and value I really can't fault it!

Very tired, dated hotel, weed been smoked openly at the entrance. Got a £100 parking fine after we got back even though we filled in the i pad registration as soon as we arrived, no answer from hotel after ringing multiple times. Rubbish :(

Don't be fooled by the smiles of the staff . They will guide away from parking payments which will cost you. Why? What's in it for them? It's only when you get home you realise your conned. What's good? Nothing I stay regularly in hotels and have never written a review but here, at the Milestone, STAY AWAY, STAY AWAY . For three years of complaints in every case they say (we will look into it) they never do. You can check it out. Try phoning the desk, they never answer, you're left isolated. Don't go there.

Have visted this hotel a couple of times in the past appears to have changed ownership. In past visits it was just OK but main attraction was convenience. We will not use this hotel again , the service was just short of ‘couldn't care less' except for a very polite friendly checkout , the food was disgusting eg fish finger sandwich overcooked broken fish fingers between cheap sliced dry white bread on a bed of slimy salad. The room was ridiculously hot with a barely working shabby cooler fan . All in all a grim experience. Give this hotel a swerve !

Sonia was marvellous as always, she helps and makes us so comfortable, bed were comfortable. Breakfast was good along with dinner specials. Sonia did a good job trying to upset specials and I did love it.

Appalling got to the hotel and was told that our booking had been cancelled and we had an email. I showed the receptionist the email which was a reminder that we were staying and she said that was not the correct email. I asked for my money back and she said they had received no money and talk to Booking.Com . Booking.Com have not been told of the cancellation so will not give us our money back. Great scam get people to pay for a room and tell them it's cancelled.

A very dated hotel. air con in the rooms doesn't work. Come on guys. Spend some money and make it more comfortable. Especially as we are having the hottest year on record. Had to open All Windows all night and because its by the motorway then you can imagine how annoying the traffic noise was. Hardly any plug sockets in the rooms. None by the beds to plug in phones. Very dated decor in the room. Comfortable enough and clean enough but the rooms on the titanic were more modern than this. Staff are all very pleasant. Couldn't fault them. Just waiting to see what the food is like now!

Night tender not helpful no customer service all the day time staff was so kind and helpful would stay again if new night porter or had some training on how to be polite and kind

Very good value budget hotel.I asked for a quiet room when i booked which I got and it looked over a field with horses which was nice.Rooms have everything you need and opening windows so you can get fresh air. Very comfy bed and pillow protectors on pillows which all hotels should have.Buffet breakfast inc .I checked x2 as previouus reviews mentioned paid for parking and so did booking site but apparently free as long as you put your car numberplate in.Car seemed safe with cameras.Will book again when next in area.

This is a clean and well-maintained hotel. These characteristics are the ones of which i am most conscious, whenever i stay at a hotel. The rooms are quite well-equipped and everything functions /works well. The room service is of evidently good standard, as you do not notice the heavy film of dust that is so frequently present on the surfaces at many other hotels. The customer service, from the manager Sonia, in particular, is excellent. Sonia is kind and thoughtful. i find her to be kind and human. If you are quiet, peaceful person you will find this hotel to be generally relaxing because it does not feature a high level of 'family noise', now so commonplace and acceptable in any public space. Families can be imposing and sometimes truly obnoxious. This tends to be even worse when the family comprises young children. i am highly conscious If you enjoy reading, for example, you can actually do this in the rooms at this hotel. This is a remarkable and refreshing difference. One that i appreciate greatly. Thus, i would recommend the Milestone hotel hotel to anyone — especially if you value peace. christopher

We last booked this hotel when it was a Premier Inn and the fabric has not changed much. That meant that the room was spotless with quality bedding and towels, the stay was quiet and relaxed, with an excellent breakfast. Downsides were the limited evening meal and the parking arrangements. The most impressive feature were the staff who were professional and a credit to the company. Fabio welcomed us and sorted out a meal and drinks after a difficult drive up from France. He came immediately to sort out a simple issue in the room and was clearly a major asset given the level of responsibility he was faced with. After a long stint on Saturday evening , he was there again on Sunday morning when we went for breakfast. The lady serving breakfast was able to cook breakfasts and yet was efficiently clearing tables despite having no additional help. What a pleasure to watch people determined to do an excellent job because they had high personal standards

We had a wonderful stay and would like to give a special thank you to Sonia and her team for making our experience so enjoyable. We loved the hotel, and the rooms were very comfortable. Sonia, the manager, assisted us at breakfast and was incredibly kind and accommodating with our dietary requests. She truly knows how to make guests feel welcome and happy. The breakfast was excellent, and the atmosphere throughout the hotel was warm and inviting. We will definitely stay here again.

Whilst our hearts sank when we pulled into the car park we needn't have worried. All the staff were extremely helpful and friendly, dinner and breakfast good and the accommodation lovely. We had the best night's sleep in our four weeks of travelling and hotel rooms.

The hotel was convenient, clean and rooms comfortable. Ryan in the night was great at checking us in and Sonia the duty manager on the morning was accommodative and helpful.

Stayed here recently and had a really smooth experience overall. The room was clean, check-in was easy, and everything just worked the way you'd want. Big shoutout to Sonia. She was genuinely warm, attentive, and made sure we were looked after without it feeling forced. You can tell she cares about the guest experience. Would definitely stay again when I'm back in the area.

The Milestone Peterborough Hotel is situated about 10 minutes by car outside of Peterborough city centre, but conveniently close to the main road networks that go north/south. Some people have commented isolated, but I would not call 10 minutes drive isolated. If however you do not have a car and were arriving by train, for example, then the Milestone would not be for you. If you are driving, there is well lit, monitored parking on site, and by the time we arrived at around 9.30pm it was filling up fast. The staff were welcoming and got us checked in quickly and off to our room. We had requested a quiet room and were pleased to be told that the hotel had a quiet area policy, unlike some other hotels we have stayed in, where inconsiderate guests can wake you up at night. The room was a good size, very clean and well appointed with the usual must haves, TV, decent speed wifi, plenty of hot water, and of course, most importantly in my view, comfortable beds. After a decent nights sleep we decided to sample the breakfast menu. We found the cooked breakfast offering was good quality at a reasonable price, with plenty of choice and hot drinks on tap. One thing that could be improved upon would be that used tables could be cleared away quicker, as we noticed that many tables around us were not cleared away after the previous guests had finished eating. The guest profile was professional trades, couples and travellers passing through. As we need to come to Peterborough for business every month, we have stayed at several different venues in and around the city and the Milestone offered us one of the best guest experiences so far, so we will no doubt stay here again.

Never have I stayed in such a run down hotel, with some great features like rude staff, printers not working, no chips or fries available for dinner , only one option of white wine. The worst tasting cheapest cook breakfast, the rooms smell damp , and when you complain no one is available to help until 3 hours after you check out. Thanks guys,

This a very comfortable hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful providing me with a iron and ironing table on request. It's a.little remote if you want to visit Peterborough centre, but it is very accessible by road, being on the junction of the A15 and A1M. Free Wifi is available and the lounge is quite comfortable in the evening (if a little cold) My one criticism is a lack of small fridge in the room.

I truly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The atmosphere is calm, welcoming, and very well maintained, which made it easy to relax from the moment I arrived. The staff were consistently courteous and attentive without being intrusive, and their professionalism added a lot to the overall experience. My room was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully arranged, with everything I needed for a restful stay.

A handy location to break our journey to and from the South coast. All staff always excellent. Rooms always spotless. Breakfast plentiful. Great value (especially if booking direct with Best Western. Parking then seems always to be included.

We found this hotel good value for money, it's clean and the rooms a decent size. The rooms were a bit chilly when we first arrived however the heaters installed soon warmed them up. The chap on reception was very welcoming and friendly and at his suggestion we had a drink in the bar before bed. We didn't have any meals so can't comment on the food. Would definitely stay here again. You have to pay for parking but it's not extortionate.

I had an outstanding experience at this hotel! The staff especially Fabio, Talita, and Ricas went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Even though the bar and restaurant were quite busy, their service remained friendly, attentive, and efficient throughout. The food and drink menus offered a great variety, with delicious dishes and well-made drinks that exceeded our expectations. The room was clean and comfortable, and the bed was exceptionally cozy. Went for 2 days of business meetings, Sonia couldn't have been a greater host. Room had all we needed, and the lunch was excellent both days!

I went to this hotel blind as knew nothing about it. I was with a "Just Go" Holidays coach tour of the area. The hotel was spotlessly clean, smelled good, was comfortable and was everything that it should be. The staff were terrific; the food was a bit hit or miss (sometimes delicious and then someone in our party would get undercooked vegetables. And breakfast items ran out fast). My only gripe was that as the place was quite isolated, in the middle of nowhere, I think they need (a) a cash dispensing machine and (b) a little kiosk selling essentials e.g. paracetamol, toothpaste, plasters, conditioner, tissues etc. But, apart from those niggles, it was an excellent experience.

A functional uninspiring hotel. Needs updating , looks dated and tired in the public areas.Bedrooms are of a good size, comfy beds ( a bit high for us with short legs !!), decent pillows and duvets. Reasonable heating and adequate bathrooms. Staff doing their best but seem to lack training and direction. Meal times a bit hit and miss. Not enough cutlery laid out so have to keep replacing . Some food was only lukewarm or cold( changed/heated up when asked). Good quite good quality overall. Breakfast can be chaotic. No defined Lounge area to relax in after dinner, just tables and chairs in the bar area. This is a Hotel after all but in an area straight off the motorway with no where to go for a walk. Perfect though for a short stop off. Bar ran out of Red Wine one evening( only one choice) and on another ran out of usable large wine glasses. I stayed as part of a Coach Tour which in my mind the Hotel is not geared up for. Updating Staff training will surely boost ratings ( all were very pleasant) and attention to decor with a bit of refurbishment will enhance this low rise hotel.

I gave the money to my daughter to book 2 rooms for our family for 2 nights -A double and a family room . We understood the parking would be free .Not only were we charged but found the app to pay difficult. Reception could not help us and told us we needed to use the app. It still wasn't easy . I feel aggrieved that with such a huge car and advertising its free my daughter had to pay. Very misleading and wrong. The rooms were basic, small (especially the family room) but they were clean and adequate. My room unfortunately had no bedroom lights for the duration of my stay despite reporting this to reception on arrival and twice more after this. A major problem, if my husband had been with me, would have been the lack of sockets by the bedside to plug in his sleep apoena machine. The rooms were not air conditioned. The staff were very friendly polite and smartly dressed. The main problem was the breakfast...not good I am afraid The coffee machine was broken and the toasters didnt work. The bread was frozen. The mushrooms were very tough and chewy. The fried egg was inedible tough with no visible yolk. It looked like it had been involved in a terrible accident. THe next day they said they had run out of eggs the day before and had none for today. The bacon was fine but the sausages poor quality. The bar drinks menu said they sold drinks which the didnt have ..eg sauvignon blanc and despite it being on the menu they didnt sell prosecco by the glass. This hotel is not in Peterborough centre and cost me 20 pounds for a 20 minute taxi ride to meet my family there but it is on a good m1 route .

Clean and quiet room, we rest well. There is also a parking available for our car so that's a great point, next the motorway

"Roadside hotel" that's charges for parking!! We stayed here as a 2/3 stop to our five and a half hour journey which we often do this being the first and definitely the last time at the milestone. We will revert back to the travel lodge a few minutes up the road. The main reason being no free parking this is a hotel that cannot be accessed by foot so car is the only means of travel and they charge for it absolutely mind blowing. To top it off after a 16 hour day I arrived exhausted paid for parking but made a genuine mistake paying only till 2am and not 2pm when I woke up and realised my mistake I payed for extra parking yet I have still received a fine considering after paying twice I payed more than the £4 charge I should have originally put cheap £50 room to break up our travels has turned into £150. The hotel itself is dated and room had cobwebs everywhere but I didnt even want to complain about these as it's a cheap hotel and was meant to be convenient in making our travels easier but unfortunately it has not. Anyone travelling and thinking of staying here please head to Travelodge website and book Travelodge Peterborough Alwalton it is normally cheaper and if it's not it's only a tenner or so difference but they don't charge for parking and are a much better hotel we will revert back to using this as our preferred stop

Love this hotel. The staff were all really nice and very helpful especially Sonia. The price charged was very fair, especially as I hadn't booked in advance. There was an event on locally and all the other hotels had doubled their prices... except this one. The room was excellent. It was very clean, and the bed was really comfortable. I had a great nights rest. I had the breakfast which also was superb. Especially as it was less than £10.00 for everything. The parking on site was great too. Honestly, Id highly recommend this hotel, and Id 100% stay here as my first choice if I was in the area again. Stay with them! You wont be disappointed!

Yesterday, the 30th Aug I stayed at the Milestone Hotel. My Wife had booked me a room for the night as I was travelling to Yaxley to pick up a friend. This was the second time I had stayed at the Hotel in the last 3 months. Once again, the room was very comfortable and very clean. As I was travelling alone, I had decided to treat myself to a few drinks in the bar followed by a nice meal in the restaurant. I was really looking forward to it and had deliberately skipped lunch so I had plenty of room for a hearty meal. I came down to the restaurant around 6pm, had a very nice pint of Cobra Beer and grabbed a menu and sat down at a table. Scanning the menu I found the choice very limited there were the usual choices of Burgers, Pizzas and Salads, but feeling very hungry I wanted something a little more substantial. The "Chefs Choices" were the only dishes that ticked the boxes, but there wasn't much choice. Coming from a Seaside town in East Yorkshire I didn't really want Fish & Chips, the Pie & Mash was a possibility but I eventually opted for the 8oz Sirloin. I went to the bar to order only to find there were no steaks left! So I decided to go with my second choice the Steak & Ale pie and mash, I also decided to have a starter, the calamari strips. I grabbed another Cobra and returned to my table. About 20mins later a very nice lady brought the food across. but alas, the starter and main arrived together! Very odd I thought but hey ho, I was very hungry so accepted the 2 plates and picked up my knife & fork. The starter looked nice with a dip and a handful of Lettuce, but when the Pie & Mash was placed in front of me I couldn't believe it also came with Lettuce! Who on earth has Pie Mash and gravy with LETTUCE! I finished the Calamari and the Pie and mash but declined the Lettuce. On my way back to my room I decided not to come down for breakfast in the morning, I dont think I could stomach Sausage Egg Bacon and LETTUCE! Come on guys, who designed the menu, Peter Rabbit?

Great overall experience. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. Paying for parking was slightly complicating using the app.

Reserved this hotel because it was advertised as being in Peterborough. It is not! It is 12-15 miles (about 20 minutes by taxi) away from the city, and not near anything, It's impossible to see any sights in Peterborough without hiring an expensive taxi (22-25 GBP) to travel back to the city.

I can overlook the issues with this hotel regarding slow service, understaffing issues etc as this is meant to be a budget, roadside hotel: you get what you pay for. However, what I cannot overlook is the dishonesty of stating that parking is included free, but then demanding that we pay for it because we had booked through a travel website. Which roadside hotel charges for parking? You can only get there by car! PS. Trip.com have now refunded my parking charge, so kudos to them. Question for the hotel: Will you now agree to stop underhandedly charging your customers for parking?

Pros: Very convenient location, clean room, comfy bed, easy check in, quiet hotel, cheap. Cons: Overpriced poor quality restaurant, parking charge, late breakfast, slippery bathroom floor. Just finished a 3 night stay at the Milestone for a wedding. It was reasonably priced for a clean, spacious room. I wasn't expecting much but honestly, very good value in terms of somewhere to sl;eep. The hotel is let down by the lack of staffing. How is one person meant to man reception, the bar AND wait tables? Whoever decided on those staffing levels wants their head shaking. Some staff are friendly, most will walk by you without returning a smile and look bored to be there. Charging for parking at a motorway-side hotel, when the carpark is massive and never even half full during our stay - daylight robbery. No alternative either - you have to pay as there's no street parking. AND you need to download an app. 'Free wifi' basically tells you it's going to sell your data, so felt like another way the hotel was making money off of me. No sign in password needed either. Not sure why but the bathroom floor was very slippery, as if it had been cleaned with something oily. Even in bare feet, no socks, it was dicey, and I'm not unsteady on my feet. Also saw a fair few woodlice in there. Room full of suffocating cheap air freshener on arrival too. Most disappointing given the lack of walkable alternatives, is the hotel restaurant. £8.95 for a fishfinger sandwich (plus extra £2 for chips) for sliced white bread, birds-eyes 'finest' and a handful of shredded lettuce. Couldn't bring myself to eat it. Waited 25mins for sandwich and had to return to the bar to ask for my chips, which took another 30mins to arrive, those were the sum total of my dinner. Barman (who was also taking food orders and delivering them) seemed to not care whatsoever. 2nd night I wasn't there, but my parents ate at the restaurant again (why I have no idea). Pie and mash with 'seasonal veg' and gravy, but the seasonal veg was SALAD??? Fish and chips - the kind of frozen fish fillet we cook at home, plus a mix of fries/chips and half a plate of salad to bulk it out. £3.50 for a bottle of coke at the bar btw. My Dad stopped off at the bar for a scotch and ginger, was asked by the barman 'how many of them it would take to get him drunk' very weird interaction which made him uncomfortable. Every day at breakfast I'd be halfway through getting some food and a staff member would demand my room number - because they were doing 3 other jobs and not taking numbers as we entered. Some breakfast items (fried egg, black pudding) had to be 'requested from staff' but there were never any staff around and it felt like I'd be waiting ages so I gave up. On the final day we decided to hit the road early and were down at 6:32 (website and check in informed us that breakfast was served at 6:30) we were prepared for things to not be completely setup, but there was nothing out at all, and hot food didn't emerge until 7. Staff said that was when breakfast started, despite website stating differently. Considering it's August, the busiest time of the year with holidays etc. This place felt like it was understaffed, with a half-empty freezer, desperately trying to make it through a bleak and underbooked December. The hotel part of the stary was good, but honestly the restaurant was abysmal and though some staff are clearly working hard, there's just not enough of them, other seem like bored/listless teenagers.

I had a fantastic stay at The Millestone Hotel Peterborough, The location was ideal, with easy access to local attractions and dining. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The staff were very friendly. Sonia (Manager) was very helpful and so was Ludmilla also the other (Manager) Talita they all went out of their way to make my stay enjoyable. I appreciated the delicious breakfast service from Charlotte and Ann, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area Regards Ahmed

I arrived at the hotel and straightaway had a very smooth and quick check in with all the essential information about bar, dinner, breakfast and parking. This young guy, Mattas, was very enthusiastic and interested in was he was spending his time with! I went to my room for a shower and everything was just right, maybe not the mot modern hotel but very clean and with everything you might need for a 1 night stay. I went to order a steak and a Guinness and this was good! When I went back to collect my food the second Guinness had a funny taste. Mattas listened to my feedback and promptly went to investigate the cause of it. After 3 or 4 pints tasting he finally excelled and managed to fix the problem. He was never bothered about me saying “there is still something wrong but instead he was dedicated to find the solution, and he did. Well done young Mattas as I already told you.. keep just doing as you are.. and you will go far!

The room and service are not a problem if you can overlook the outdated decor, etc. What is appalling, however, is the bar and evening meal service. Cold food, waiting to be served even after pinging the bloody bell. Ordering food and being told 30 minutes later we don't have it because there's a party in the other part of the restaurant. There's so much more they could improve on, but hey, for £68 you roll your dice. But to expand the part that didn't go down well is the indiscriminate PARKING FINE I received from their enforcement agency, even after being told repeatedly that as a paying guest, there is no fee. Applied to POPLA and lost the case!!! contacted the hotel but never received a reply....

Sonia was outstanding!! She welcomed us outside the entrance of the hotel with a one of the best smile I ever seen. Also handed us all a bag a treats. I will strongly recommend this hotel. The staffs are all super friendly and professional.

Firstly the staff (there are very few of them) are excellent and very friendly and helpful. The room was so hot but it was the hottest day of the year and it had a fan but bed was comfy and room clean, heat was so bad though. I had a huge suitcase and there were about 8 steep steps to my room which was a real struggle. The worst part breakfast, they asked for a time and I stuck to that but it was the most chaotic breakfast service I've ever experienced. No juice, no cups, hardly any hot stuff and no clean tables - but the young lady (hair in plaits) on breakfast service was exceptional what she had to deal with was really hard but she maintained complete professionalism and tried to sort everyone's issue which was impossible for 1 person! Not sure I'd stay again, maybe in winter!

I am so pleased I gave this hotel a shot. Yes, it is out of the way; however, only ten minutes drive from a HUGE supermarket and shopping centre. Yes, the room was very hot but it was one of the hottest days of the year. Ample parking which is free to residents of the hotel. The room was clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. The hotel seems to have a small team of staff so yes, the reception team do sometimes also work the bar. However, this was NOT an issue and I did not have to wait to be served. I travel regularly for business and leisure and I can truly say that the staff here are some of the most helpful and friendly I have ever come across. Favio, Ricas and a lovely lady with dark hair on reception that I did not catch the name of were all super friendly. I was given information about local taxi's and shopping etc when I needed it. The staff member serving in the breakfast restaurant was just super (she has a grand-dog called Waffles!). I asked for my room to be serviced as I was staying for two nights and when this was done, housekeeping (I think her name was Marion but can't be sure) even knocked on the door to make sure everything was ok and asked if I needed anything else. For staff to be this engaged and positive, they must have a great manager. This will be my hotel of choice now for visiting my relatives in the area and I have already booked again for December. My only suggestions for the hotel would be: on a very hot day, close the wooden doors on the windows to the west facing rooms to keep the sun off. And, would be nice to be able to take an ice bucket back to the room for my bottle of wine, but this was not available.

Avoid at all cost .....hotter than a human can bear. Most guests complaining i never slept nor did my friend. I asked gor rooms together with air flow as last year was awful too.

Great stay! Thank goodness there was a fan already in the room!! Room was clean and bright. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The receptionist, Mattas, was lovely!

This hotel doesn't seem to be able to cater for large parties. We arrived as part of a F1 coach package and arrived hungry and tired. We were given a menu to pre-order. The tomato soup was obviously powdered and watery, my friend had 3 mini spring rolls with limp lettuce. Obviously microwaved shepherds pie with frozen mixed veg and watery gravy. My fish cakes and potatoes were just about acceptable. Breakfast at 7 . No bacon, sausages, hash browns, juice or bread. The poor girl working on breakfast was rushed off her feet as was the waitress the night before who was also on reception when we left. Management really need to sort the staffing out. On the plus side the room was clean and tidy and the bed one of the comfiest I've had away from home. Stayed as part of a package and certainly would not choose to stay here again.

Do not recommend this hotel. Positives - the room was very basic. However were satisfactory and bed was comfy. Negatives; The location - the hotel is in the middle of nowhere, just off the motorway with nothing around. The evening meal - we had our evening meal included in our stay. We arrived at the hotel to be give a limited and poor choice of food to choose from. The food choices were poor and there was no option for people if they didn't like what was within the included meal, but they were happy for you to pay for something off their menu. Husband picked “Tomato soup, shepherds pie and apple crumble”. The soup looked like dirty dishwater and had no taste to it and was like it came from a vending machine. It was very watery (image attached). The shepherds pie (image attached) was small. It came with gravy, however I wouldn't have called it gravy as it was very very watery. The shepherds pie was cold - like it had been in the microwave but not fully heated through. The Apple crumble wasn't Apple - it had an oat base and had the poorest amount of custard on. We got sat a table, then another couple got placed on our table - however the other couple were asked if they minded sharing, however us at the table already were not asked, which was quite rude. I ordered from the menu and paid and even the chips were cold when served. Breakfast - we had breakfast included for two days of our stay. We had to be down at 7am due to trip, however the hotel was clearly not prepared for so many guests (I'm sure this would have been pre-booked through company). When we got down for breakfast there were no sausages, no forks, no cups, no bread. When on such a schedule you would expect the hotel to be ready and cater for the amount of guests. The breakfast was tasteless and by time you had waited for things to become available it was cold. We only stayed here due to the hotel being included in our coach package. We were not informed of the hotel before hand as we would have not stayed here. I do not recommend this hotel. It is ok if you just need somewhere to sleep but definitely not to eat.

Very cheap deal with Groupon. A bit far out of Peterborough but we visited places nearer to eat out. Ferry Meadows not too far away. Also another set of lakes nearer the hotel. Comfortable rooms, decent breakfasts. Plenty of parking. Signage to the hotel was a bit confusing.

Very handy for us, rooms have what you need and all the staff from reception to cleaners are very accommodating and friendly and very helpful.

Really good experience. I had multiple meeting sessions and the staff were very accommodating to our needs. The meeting room was air conditioned which was good during the heat wave. Provided writing implements and projector. All in all a positive experience.

Absolutely superb value - £100 for a night with breakfast. Very clean, service was excellent and the breakfast was spot on. Couldn't fault it. People need to remember it's 3 star and you get more than what you pay for.

All round good facilities. Comfy bed and excellent breakfast. Welcoming staff and happy to help during the stay. Good size bathroom and shower was good. Only complaint I had would be how hot the room was. No AC in the room but fans are available from reception. However, this was an exceptionally hot week we were having. Traffic noise from the motorway kept me up so earplugs are recommended. My room was upstairs in room 48. Downstairs rooms seemed to be much cooler.

The staff at the Milestone Hotel are very welcoming, friendly & accommodating. The rooms are very comfortable, clean, beds & pillows super. Luza especially was an amazing member of staff, thank you Luza😃 As we were on an organised trip & had to go with the set menu it was acceptable however a bit hit & miss. For example the fruit salad was tinned & the fish was dry. But the cheesecake was lovely.

Great place! Loved my stay here for my business trip. Breakfast was good at £11.95. Clean and also homely. Would book the place again if I was going to Peterborough again. Everyone was really friendly and met couple of people who were going to my property summit who were staying here as well.

Our recent trip was excellent at the Milestone Hotel. The staff were so friendly and helpful, especially Charlotte. The beds were so comfortable and the pillows and everywhere was so clean. We had a good breakfast and excellent evening meal every day. I would recommend it to anyone and would go again.

Parking is not free despite them stating free parking on this site and no mention when booking. Shower was lukewarm at best, not ideal. The place is a bit shabby and needs a refresh. Could not connect my firestick to the WiFi. However, I slept well and breakfast was ok.

Sonia and Talita have been very helpful and friendly. Compliments to the chefs as the meals were great. Rooms were comfortable and cosy. Sonia did help me lifting my mom as she is old. Hotel overall good…………,,,,,…………..,,,,.,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,
