"Friendly and helpful employees"

I would have rated this higher but the pool was out of service and it was one of the reasons I picked this hotel, I was told that the pool maintenance was working on it and should have it done, but I checked back and still wasn't repaired. The Breakfast was GREAT! and the employees was friendly and helpful.

"Great Hotel....but let the people sleep"

Checkin was great with Jordan, he was very friendly and felt like family! He went above and beyond even when it got hectic with the phone ringing and several people walking in at the same time. We got a room With a whirlpool and it was great that it was in the main room To be able to watch tv and relax. The bathroom also had a regular tub and shower. Breakfast was great with a full Spread and the girls were very warm and happy. But for the love of guests can you please not have people banging stones outside the rooms at 7:30 AM on a Saturday? It was so loud and felt like our room was shaking. The GM did not apologize for this which disappointed me (actually said to me they have to work, and I'm like yeah and I need to sleep!). However, when I was checking out the young man recognized me and mentioned to me how very sorry he was and that he asked them to stop, he was a nice fellow and just to hear sorry was what was required. Overall the owners should be proud of their BE family representing them in Little Rock because they were amazing!

My family was in Little Rock for the week, and stayed in this hotel as we are Best Western rewards members. The hotel us very close to the downtown area, also near shopping malls. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, rooms were clean. Breakfast was good. All you can ask for!

After a long day on the road this hotel was everything you could ask for. Clean and well decorated rooms. Pillow topped beds were very comfortable. Breakfast in the morning was good and hot food choices were wonderful

If you read a lot of the reviews for this hotel you may decide to keep looking but I would urge you to give it a chance. I booked the hotel via the BW app about 8 hours before arrival. Location and price were most important to me. The property is just south of I40 in North Little Rock and a few turns gets you there from the exit. The parking lot is scarce so try and arrive earlier in day and park near a light. When we checked in we were greeted warmly by Tem and warm cookies. Tem has service with a smile and gave me the information about hotel set-up. Our room was on a high floor as I requested. The queens were more like doubles which is about standard. I found our room to be very clean and nice amenities. We visited the pool and this is the one thing I agree with on other reviews, the pool was cloudy and not much smell of chlorine in the air when we walked in. Also I did not see a shower head to rinse off with in the area. Breakfast was good and the hostesses kept it stocked. Something is going on above the fridge with milk and yogurt as there is a square hole in the ceiling. As I prepared to leave I saw HK working up and down the hall cleaning rooms and common areas. We would stay here again.

Very clean, coffee was awesome. Basic continental breakfast, staff was very polite and helpful. Bed was comfy. The rooms were spacious, very clean, I wasnt concerned at all. We would definitely stay here again.

Very good hotel, hot breakfast; up to date, clean room. Fresh baked cookies in the lobby. Convenient to Rt 40. And, Diamond Bear microbrewery is less than 5 minutes drive with ample parking, even with a U-Haul trailer. We had a great stay here!

I stayed here twice on a trip to Arkansas. My first night and my last night of an eleven day trip around the state. The staff were always very pleasant, especially Kensley who printed out directions to local restaurants when I asked him for some recommendations. Great free breakfast, clean, spacious rooms, beautifully decorated.

A clean hotel, amiable staff, gave us better rate than Best Western reservation person by phone. Nicely appointed room, cooled, free waters and a snack. Platinum membership with Best Western Hotels. extra chairs in room, large TV, free high-speed internet, closely parking free.

We attempted to check into this hotel after being on the road all day. Long story short....Horrible customer service experience! We left and found another hotel a few minutes away that was great! Will advise family and friends to steer clear.

We stayed at this hotel on a Thursday night. It was moderately crowded but not full. When we arrived the clerk swiped our credit card numerous times and keep telling us that there was a problem with their credit card system. When we got back home there was a fraud alert on the credit card and three charges from this hotel. Luckily we were ending our trip and did not have to stay at another hotel as our credit card had been shut down due to the fraud alert. We attempted to get the hotel to straighten this out but on each of our three calls the staff we talked to either said it was not their problem or was just plain rude. Finally on the third call we told them that we were going to dispute the charges and they could explain it to our credit card company. The charges were cleared after that. I would never use a debit card here. The room was clean, bed was comfortable, and there were clean towels. But our room was right by the elevator. I mean you stepped off the elevator and turned to your left, took two steps and there you are at our room. The solution for noise was to prop the bathroom door open so there was a double door that blocked the noise. We are Best Western reward members and this hotel did not upgrade us nor did they give us the additional points for being a reward member. The breakfast was good but they had electrical problems which left out having waffles (the electricity did not work on the counter where the waffle makers were). For as large of a hotel as it is, the breakfast room is small.

The room was a suite with a couch and chair that we enjoyed very much. Bathroom was really nice also. Enjoyed the full breakfast after staying at a hotel with much less on their menu. Planning on staying at Best Western in the future.

Amazing stay, great, caring, very friendly staff. Overall it was a great experience. I recommend this hotel. Breakfast setup was awesome. The lady at the front desk made me so comfortable and at home. Very helpful. All in all, wonderful.

The location is excellent for relaxing, it's quiet area, the breakfast was good. The Internet service could be improved, keep dropping. The pool was not as clean as it could be and large stinging ants on the exterior, however, there were people working around the ground and uplifting the building as we stayed, the interior was beautiful as shown in photos, the art displayed and furnitures were beautiful. The rooms were clean. I would stay at this location again, however, focus on the pool because I love to swim and wasn't able to on my trip. More sockets needed in rooms as well other than those on the lamps

I had a great overnight stay here. Very clean, very nice and stylish hotel. The best BW Plus I've stayed at! Lovely indoor pool and hot tub, and very cozy and comfy room. Big breakfast with lots of options- and it goes late, until 9!

We only stayed for one night, but it was a great experience. Super comfortable bed. Everything was super clean and decorated so lovely. Very nice young man checked us in and was very kind. Definitely would stay here again.

"Extremely Disappointed"

Our room had a very foul odor. The bathroom was not clean & there was trash on the floor. One of our beds had hair in it and when I asked for more sheets I was given a king fitted ONLY for a queen bed. We will NEVER use this hotel again and I do NOT recommend for anyone else!!

This is the only hotel we will stay in while visiting Little Rock. We are often there for sports competitions. The staff is always family-friendly, the rooms are excellent, and the breakfast is perfect for kids and parents trying to rush around and get to the next game.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean, beds were pretty comfy. The breakfast was plentiful and very good. We will be staying at this location again. The indoor pool and patio area was a great place for the grandchildren to play.

"Not pet friendly"

We selected this hotel due to the fact we had 2 small dogs travelling with us and we had stayed in this hotel in September when moving across the country with our dogs, and had a pleasant experience at that time. When booking our reservation, and on check in, I was told the pet fee was $20, but when asking to change rooms due to our room being directly in front of the elevator lobby, management tried to change the fee to $20 per dog per day. When we refused to sign agreement of this change, we were locked out of our previous room with our belongings in it until we agreed to sign the form. After much hassle, management agreed to the original $20 pet fee, but then still charged us $20 per pet at check out. As an added bonus, we let our children swim in the indoor pool only to discover clumps of hair floating in the pool and scattered on the pool deck. We were in town for a funeral, and this hotel only added to the stress of the weekend.

"Felt like this was a disaster !!"

I called a month ahead of time to request certain rooms because of the age group of the youth we were traveling with. I was told there would not be a problem with any of the requests. When we arrived, our specific room--adjoining-because of small children-- had been given to someone else.-- as if we hadn't even made special arrangements. They asked if I wanted rooms next to each other. NO !-- I have 4 year olds that need supervision. Couldn't put them in a room by themselves. Supposedly there were no notes from my phone calls with the special requests. We booked 7 rooms a month in advance !! You would think communications would have been better. The lady that checked us out the next morning was rude !! It seemed we were a great inconvenience to her when we asked for the receipts for our rooms.

We stayed the night to be close to the Verizon Arena. Upon arriving we found blood and something else all over our bed. The bathroom had hair everywhere in tub and there wasn't any biscuits at breakfast.

This hotel was great. Super clean, friendly staff, location was perfect for my purposes. Shower was hot, bed was comfy, breakfast looked wonderful, but my awesome dedication to this stupid diet didn't allow morning grazing.

I am at a best Western‘s rewards member I was traveling from Amarillo Texas to Little Rock Arkansas use my best western app and found this location. I arrive checking was easy this is a no-frills hotel nothing special average I did not eat breakfast is my third night in a row at a best Western and I know with the offer so I opted to wait to eat. No real complaints nothing extra stands out affordably priced. It was clean

The hotel is nice and so was the pool and hot tub. Hot Breakfast was good for the family. There were dogs all over the place which I wasn't expecting so it sort of threw us off our rest and relaxation vibe. Some of our group are afraid of dogs and so it was unnerving to run into them everywhere- on the elevator, in the lobby, at breakfast, etc. Plus dog hair on the towels and linen. If you're a pet owner/lover you probably wouldn't notice and would enjoy the hotel.

"Ok but not one of the best properties"

I was here with my bestie for night out so we can go and meet his family at Nashville for Christmas. Property is okay, I've seen better staff and amazing helpful front desk best western people at other properties. There should be more breakfast option. Front desk people are okay but don't go beyond and help or guide the visitors about facilities in property.

Although we were unable to receive a handicap room with a roll in shower due to a single bed and we need rwo beds the room we did receive was adequate. The bathtub was dirty around the molding and needed cleaned.

I have been staying at this hotel since they opened. Very clean hotel, comfortable beds, all rooms have microwave and fridge. Excellent staff that goes above and beyond to make sure all your needs are met.

ATTEMPTED ROBBERY! Keep driving a little further. This is my true experience from my stay on 6 Dec 2017. Someone attempted to break-in my room with me in it. The only thing that stopped them was that I had the latch flipped over. They managed to open the deadbolt. I'm not sure if their intentions were to hurt me or rob me. I went to the front desk manager who looked at the video from the camera right outside my door and it was unavailable (not working or something) of course. I took pictures of my door partically open door but the manager wasn't interested in seeing it. I don't feel he really believed me at all. I felt completely unsafe at this hotel and would never stay again. No shower, no breakfast. Got my bags and left. Reported this to the police and have yet to hear anything. AND in my quick departure I left my phone charger. Grrrrr! I'm suggesting to everyone - don't stay here. You're not safe. Scary experience.

I got the jacuzzi suite with my wife on our way back from Louisiana on our honeymoon. We called in advance to ask about the room and the person we talked to was extremely nice and helped us. We checked out the room before getting it and was very pleased. If we ever need to stay in Little Rock again we will definitely stay here again.

Stayed one night. It appeared to be pretty clean, but there seemed to be very long blond hairs throughout the room, hanging on everything. We all have very short brown hair. Bed's are very small for a queen and quite firm, which I do not like at all. But, for someone who prefers that won't have an issue. Breakfast was very good. If it were not for the beds I would stay again if passing through.

We found this hotel to be very clean and comfortable with very accommodating staff. No problems with the room, the internet or the bathroom! Everything was in order and the beds were very comfortable. We would stop here again and would highly recommend this hotel. Breakfast was good too!

"Connecting Door Issue"

I can't fault the hotel entirely, but we will never again stay in a room that has a connecting door. There was a soccer tournament in the area and several teams were evidently staying there. Our room connected to one that contained what we think were some coaches. Definitely not children's voices that sounded like they were in the same room with us. Either they don't stay in hotels much and don't know how to keep their voices down, or they didn't care. At any rate I called downstairs around 4 am when I couldn't stand it anymore and someone did come up because I heard them knocking on their door. It quieted down for a short time, but when the sun came up, so did they until about 7. There were at least 4 deep male voices. Needless to say it was an unpleasant stay and left a bad memory of that hotel. My advice? Stay out of Room 418-A and any other that has a connecting door. Other than that the hotel is fine. We skipped the breakfast because we tried to catch up on some much needed sleep.

Cleanliness of room was questionable. We found someone else's hair on the floor of the bathroom. Also in the bathroom the vent fan didn't work. No laundry bag available. One phone had no wire to connect to the wall. Broken light fixture by the bed. The matress on the pullout couch was like a bag full of golf balls, not that you expect much of a hide-a-bed but this matress had been through a lot. We phoned down to the desk to ask for linens for the bed but after half an hour I figured they forgot us. They did. I found the front desk clerk idly poking keys on the computer and when I mentioned the linens she jumped with an "oh yeah" expression. Furniture, fixtures and overall decor reflect an effort to be modern and cool, but quality is not to be found. The bed was clean and comfortable though.

The hotel was easy to find, check in went smoothly and we were in our room relatively quick. Being weary travelers returning home after a long vacation with Mom, it was refreshing that all went smoothly and everyone woke fresh and got back on the road after a filling breakfast.

We stayed in North Little Rock in order to meet some friends who stayed in another room on the same floor. Our room was clean with good bathroom fixtures, microwave and fridge. It was very well insulated from outside noise. The wifi worked well. The climate control was a little aggravating. When it warmed to the set temperature, it began blowing cold air instead of shutting off. It seemed like a design flaw to me. Breakfast was very good and the dining area was good for visiting with our friends. Our kids had a blast in the indoor pool. It was just the right size for them, with a 3' shallow end and 5' deep end. All in all, we had a good stay.

Overall nice hotel but could use some air conditioning in the lobby, halls and elevator. Rooms were spacious and clean. Staff worker on night of sat. Nov. 4th around 7pm was especially helpful and friendly. That young lady makes a difference.

My stay was extremely disappointing. Too many unsupervised rowdy kids in the hot tub and pool.Our room was dirty. The cable was fuzzy and went out completely on our second night. Kids were throwing food in the pool and hot tub and laughing about peeing in the hot tub.

My family and I have stayed here twice for soccer tournaments. The hotel is fine for the price. The kids love the indoor pool. However beware of things being stolen out of vehicles. We had a cooler stolen and another guest had gear stolen for the inside and back of his truck. Probably won't stay here again.

I returned from a day at work to find my room open. It was left open from 1:30-4:30 p.m. by housekeeping. Manager did not seem overly concerned but said he would speak to housekeeping about closing doors. They (housekeeping) make enough noise when they go in and out of rooms so they should remember to close the door securely when they leave.

They were so friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and well maintained. I enjoyed my stay so much, I decided to stay an extra night. The location is perfect for any where I wanted to go. It is close to downtown and mountain scenery.

There was one gentleman that actually offered to fix one of the problems and asked if I needed anything else at the hotel on September 22nd. And the cleaning lady also asked if I needed anything in my room and she was very nice.

I was issued room 401 upon checking in. I went up to the room, pulled back the sheets, and found several blood stains ranging from the size of a dime to the size of a quarter. I spoke to the front desk rep. who was very helpful. She switched me to room 301. It was a fairly nice room, but it still had cleanliness issues. The pillows smelt as if they had been used and not changed. The neck pillow was especially dirty. I smelt as if some had engaged in some type of sex act upon it. YUCK!

Yvette at the front desk was extremely helpful from the moment I talked to her on the phone to my check in. She gave me a room where I could see my car and suggested things to do and places to eat. She was very pleasant and helpful! The facilities were nice and breakfast offered a variety of foods. Proximity was close to highways and downtown. I'd stay here again.

I would not suggest this hotel to anyone. I did not have a good experience from the moment I got there. Got checked in and walked to my car to unload. Was approached by a odd male that just randomly drove up. Went it and got settled. The shower had no been clean. Soap scum all in it. We had one towel for a double room. Zero wash cloths. I had to go ask for more towels. The pool and Jacuzzi water is NOTHING like it was pictured. Water was disgusting. They have cameras at the front desk but need some sort of outdoor security as two other men were outside begging for money from everyone. The breakfast was nothing compared to what we stayed in before. Ran out of eggs and had to wait 20 minutes. Coffee pot had not been wiped off and had crap leaking all over it. We will never return. So gross Also had no laundry take home sacks.

We had a wonderful time while in Little Rock. After an eventful arrival and not so nice of a location to stay we were in search of a place to stay for our trip. We found this BW and were very happy with our treatment. The man who checked us in was so polite and helpful. I would definitely stay here again on any future visits to this area!

Don't get sick with a temperature of 102 or have an emergency with these rigid, unfeeling, not helpful proprietors. They will not work with you or with corporate Best Western. I called to cancel but rather than cancel they confirmed the reservation and said we had to pay as it was less than 24 hours notice - but not by much less than 24 hour notice. Corporate was understanding and willing to work with us. But not JFK Inn and Suites was not. I am not impressed with JFK Inn and Suites. And by all means if you plan on staying here, make sure you and your whole family are in prime health.

Hi waranneagle2017, We are very sadden to hear that you didn't not have a positive interaction with our hotel. I understand that you had a family emergency which allowed you to not make it to your trip. I do want to let you know that the hotel has a 24 hour cancellation policy. Your reservation was made on 08/31/17 at 8:48AM for 09/01/17. You were sent a confirmation at that time that stated the policy on the confirmation. Later that evening, you called after 4PM, which put the reservation in that slot to not be cancelled. The front desk answered the phone and advised you over the phone that it can't be cancelled. You had told the front desk that and you are not confirming the reservation but simply cancelling it repeatedly. The front desk agent advised you that we can not cancel therefore you will be charged and you said that is fine but don't check me in or confirm it. You also stated that we can give your room to someone else. If we had given your room to someone else, it would risk that you were being charged of that room and it was given to someone else. We were sold out that night so there would be no way for us to give you a room. That is another reason why we don't give our rooms away if they are not in the cancellation policy. That room is still yours for that night since you are being billed for it. We don't give them out regardless. After you got off the phone, you called corporate and talked to them and they stated the same thing that this can't be cancelled. The next day, you called corporate again and they advised you of the same thing, but this time the front desk cancelled the room because you were not willing to listen to anyone. Once the room was cancelled, the hotel waived it's cancellation policy and did not charge you for the room. We believe in providing excellent customer service. We did not mean to put you through the trouble but simply wanted to continue enforcing our policies. We made a one-time exception in your case. We appreciate your review about our hotel and policy but we do want to let you know we did take care of your issue with our hotel and waived all fees, room charges. We hope to win your business back one day and allow us to serve you with great hospitality!

Hotel staff was wonderful. We made a last-minute reservation, evacuating from the gulf due to Tropical Storm Harvey. We came in late and they had a clean, beautiful room waiting for us. We were exhausted and the bed was excellent. We're planning to stop again at this lovely pet-friendly hotel on our next trip to Missouri.

Beautiful, very updated hotel. Very caring and helpful staff. Located in a very good area, easy to access off I-40. King jacuzzi suite is wonderful--very large and powerful jacuzzi. Beautifully decorated and very spacious with a comfortable king bed and a sofa bed. Will definitely return and certainly recommend!

this was a nice hotel conveniently located near the interstate staff was professional and recognized my Rapid Rewards Elite status however there was no TV remote in the room this was not a problem as I was tired and wanted to go to slee and not watch TV I would certainly recommend this location breakfast items were typical for Best Western for most hotels Frozen canned eggs cardboard bacon and sausage otherwise the rest of the items were good

I stayed at the Best Western Plus JFK Inn and Suites on 7/25/2017. The Place was an absolute disaster. Upon arriving the beautiful fountain behind the front desk was not working and was never on our entire stay. There was a commercial fan in the lobby, probably for a spill which is fine to clean up and dry, but the electric cords were right in the walking path. It could have been plugged into another outlet that was not in the walking path. A towel was placed right in front of the elevator, presumably to keep people from slipping, but it was not effective as I tripped over it. It just should not have been there. The elevator reeked of an awful smell when you got in it as did the stairs. I could not get to my room without running into strange and awful smells. The lobby did smell ok. When I got to the room a lamp, a reading light, and a wall outlet were all broken and not working. The bolster pillows had disgusting stains on them. There was no conditioner in the pre-filled pumps in the shower. The air vents were dirty. The remote was in a "Clean Remote" box, but was just an LG remote, not the "Clean Remote." There was only decaf coffee in the room, no regular. At the bottom of one of the stairs, the exit to the outside was taped off and blocked. The whole reason for staying at this location was the pool, which was disappointing. Both the pool and the hot tub had murky water. The hot tub was not heating and was actually colder than the pool. The place for towels only had one towel in it and there were three of us. The handrail was broken and taped off going into the pool. The pool also did not have the smell of chlorine, which doesn't mean it didn't have any, but the lack of smell here was still questionable. I used the exercise room in the morning. The machines were nice, but the temperature in the room was 80 degrees! The clock also did not work in that room and there were no towels in the towel holder. The breakfast was good, probably the best thing about the place. The only thing bad about breakfast was the eggs which were not high quality. The room was also extremely warm during breakfast. When I checked out in the morning, the person at the desk didn't even bother to ask how my stay was. This is nothing more than a $60-70 a night hotel. It's like they built the hotel and then never bothered to keep it up. I do not plan to stay here again and would not recommend any one else do either.

We stayed here for a conference and found the location to be ideal as it's near I30 and I40 intersection...clean and modern...I am a BW Rewards member and travel a lot...one of the top Best Western-Plus properties I've stayed at.

I had a good experience here. They provide body wash in the showers and mine was empty but other than that everything was great. The location was a little hard to get to but we figured it out. Overall it was a nice hotel.

This is a very pleasant place to stay, very easy to get to, and central to everywhere I need to go in North Little Rock. It has a very helpful staff, and the room was very comfortable. I especially enjoy the "rain forest" style shower head in the bathroom.

I was blocked in my handicap parking space ,by 2 company trucks that were allowed to block the entrance overnight. Which was a fire hazard. My room was nasty, pubic hairs in my bed. Dirty panties in the bathroom. My frig was dirty. There was another customer that was allowed to have a pitbull there at the hotel, which is a dangerous animal. I took pictures to send to the coporate office. My experience here was horrible.

Pool is salt water? Didn't look appealing. Parking lacking, get there early. Room was great. Need more front desk staff. Didn't use amenities. Beds were comfortable. Pets allowed $20.00 deposit. Busy hotel.

Room was very nice, but the trash can was full and had dirty diapers in it. The whole room had a very bad odor. TV remote did not work, and batteries were low in smoke alarm so it kept beeping all night. Beds were comfortable. Staff was friendly.

We stayed here for a night during a cross country road trip. I was pleasantly surprised. It was clean and sufficient for the night. We didn't explore Little Rock so I can't speak in terms of location. Likes: 1. Free breakfast and restaurants nearby 2. Nice gym for a small hotel - yoga mats, medicine balls and a treadmill. 3. Breakfast room was spacious, I only had cereal and coffee so I can't speak to the hot breakfast. 4. Nice size room and comfortable bedding Dislikes: 1. Bathroom door was heavy and closed on its own.

Easy to find from the interstates and convenient for passing through town quickly. Looked like an interesting area, but little time to explore. Great linens - fresh and soft but not scented! Reasonably quiet in terms of traffic - a bit of noise from other guests. Navigating the area for food other than franchise chains was a little tricky, but manageable. Would consider staying here again if passing through.

My sister and I were in town because our Aunt was nearing her death. I had stayed here a year ago and the change was dramatic. A couple of staff members were wonderful but one of the desk clerks was not willing to help me with my numerous concerns. I asked for a manager to contact me and it's been over a month and I have not heard from that person. I did contact corporate. Spoke to a wonderful person there who listened to my numerous concerns and I am sure documented them. I asked for a corporate audit of this location. They have serious issues. My stay is best summed up by telling you that we were there for 14 days and in the breakfast area for all those days an orange sat under a serving table and no one cleaned it away. It might still be there.

Rooms were not as clean as expected and one bed was wrinkled in the middle like someone had lay on it before we came in. Also the breakfast bar had only sausage and not bacon. We were just disappointed overall.

We have stayed here before, and enjoyed our stays. The last time was a different story. The pool and hot tub were green and cloudy, and the toilet bowl in our room was dirty. No excuse for either of these things! I can overlook some things because they were busy, but the things we experienced this time were health hazards. Very disappointed.

Get to king suite with jacuzzi and the hot water didn't work. Moved us to king jacuzzi and the tub was filthy. Breakfast had a funny taste. Mini fridge in room wasn't very cold. Pool is ok size but when other people got in, there wasn't really room for you to actually swim. Hot tub by the pool was extremely small.

I do not have any comparisons in North Little Rock, I have never stay there before. However, should there be some other property better than this Best Western I would be truly amazed. From the moment we drove in till the moment we drove out, we could not have been more satisfied. We will be back!

not very pleased with our stay, our room was not properly cleaned prior to arrival. There was a significant scent of lemon lysol in the air when we entered the room so much so we could taste it as we spoke to each other. AC was set at 80 on heat, spiderwebs on light fixtures and dust on furniture. Fridge was not cooling, breakfast lacked variety and items were not replenished such as juice and milk. Pool towels are ridiculously small the size of hotel bath mat that barely covers half of an adult body.

This seemed to be a newer Best Western but the tub drains really slow. A five minute shower & I was in ankle deep water. The room smelled, but couldn't figure out what it was. The jacuzzi is large enough for three adults minus any children popping in & out. Stale biscuits w/ gravy, and breakfast didn't start until 7. Will have to think twice about staying here again.

Friendly, clean Hotel located near I40. Just passing through and needed a place to stay. Pulled in with no reservation and was quickly given a room. When I got to my room, it was either occupied or had not cleaned. I returned to the front desk and the attended apologized profusely and immediately gave me another room (which happened to be a suite at no additional charge) Well lit parking, clean rooms. Did not eat breakfast or use pool/fitness area.

Traveling through Little Rock, we bought 4 rooms. All rooms were clean, we received BW Awards and used our AAA discount. Breakfast was good too. Seamless check out for our busy schedule. We will stay there again if we stay in Little Rock.

We got upgraded to a first floor suite after our initial room already had someone else in it. The suite had a little couch and lounger, and a jetted tub in the bathroom. There was splotchy black mold ALL OVER the bathroom walls. There isn't much else to rate about a hotel once you're dealing with fungus freely growing on the walls.

We were looking for a place to stay the night and stayed here because of the reviews. However once we were in our room there were stains on the carpet and sheets. The sheets had rips and cigarette burns. The room felt and smelled stale. Everything felt damp and there were gnats in the room around the ac. This was not the worst place I've ever stayed as the bed and pillows were comfortable enough to sleep but it did not live up to the reviews in our eyes.

Would highly recommend. Our room was very clean and comfortable. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. In town for a graduation. Motel is easy on and off interstate and easy to get to Little Rock. The motel was quiet. I was a little concerned since they had a remodeling project going on on the first floor. This was not an issue.

Best Western is the best hotel for the money. This one is close to I-40 but in a sketchy area of North Little Rock. I didn't feel comfortable leaving my Jeep and trailer in the lot. And I was solicited by a man for money just outside the door in the morning.

These folks are great to their guest. They are doing some redecorating and it is going to be great. We were never disturbed by the work. Breakfast was very good with a lady keeping everything filled, clean and available. The room was great but I judge when we return it will be grand.

This BW PLUS HOTEL is located in an easy access off I 40 on JFK/Main St. Very personable staff. Clean and comforable. Free Breakfast buffet with a good selection of foods. Coffee is really good! Nice secure parking area ... across the street from police station. Easy walk to a little fast food healthy restaurant. Second time here, and very pleased .

Very clean, very helpful staff. Nice amenities. Felt quite secure here. My key card stopped working on the second night here, but the hotel staff fixed the issue quickly and efficiently. I was in and out of the hotel a lot, but felt safe exiting and entering.

I asked for a ground floor when I made reservations a week earlier but was put on the 4th floor with a very slow elevator. When you make reservations a week before you arrive and ask for the 1st floor but get put on the 4th floor it makes you wonder why.

Very friendly staff. Clean, comfortable room. Only complaint was housekeeping entering my room 4 times before checkout. Do not disturb means just that. Parking not ample but hotel next to JKF accommodated our needs. We had a large group!

Needing a hotel for the night, called this hotel at 9:20pm on the 3rd of May to book two rooms. The lady at the desk was completely rude and actually used horrible language after explaining the hotel was booked. I called back explaining we have reservations but she responded... we're full and hung up. Really... quite surprised this type of service can still exist

The hotel was great and the staff was excellent. The rooms were excellent and breakfast was the best with many selections. The only issue was that there were not any eating places close and it was a little hard to get to from the south. Would stay again if in the area.

Very nice staff, clean hotel, comfortable rooms. I had no real complaints. Everyone laughed at the very slow elevator but it's not a big deal. I had a room at the end of a hall so the wifi was a bit spotty but it worked most of the time. i wouldn't mind staying here again at all. Got a great price on one of the hotel apps.

The employee were very friendly. The bed was very comfortable, Never heard anything from the hallway or threw the walls. Hotel was very clean, employee always greeting coming in and out. They had a little bit of everything for breakfast that you could ask for. Lots of parking and there is a place to get something to eat close by and the police department across the street from the hotel. This would be my first place to stay at if I was going to North Little Rock.

Great experience. Check in was so easy, Yvette at front desk was very helpful and professional. She went above and beyond to make sure my stay was perfect. Check in was great. During the stay, housekeeping didn't restock room with basic items (towels, bath mat, ice bags, toilet paper). Housekeeping staff rude. My wife escorted my visually impaired daughter down the hall and housekeeping cart in the way. Housekeeper only moved a corner, and stared as my daughter hit the wall! Reported to clerk at checkout and told, "sorry." no compensation and nothing done to staff. NEVER AGAIN!!!

First neither front desk acknowledge anyone was even at the front. I understand they were on the phone but a simple smile and hold on a second would have worked. Once off the phone the night shift girl Evette (not sure how it's spelled lol) was very sweet and very helpful, the morning front desk was not however. She had this "I really just don't want to be here" attitude going on. Didn't ask how our stay was or anything. Breakfast was not even close to acceptable. I am the Assistant GM at my property and I'm in charge of how breakfast looks and runs. If my breakfast person would have had our breakfast looking the way their breakfast person did I would have been furious. We got down to breakfast at 8am and there were only 2 biscuits, no eggs, no bacon and no milk. The trash was overflowing and the breakfast lady was sitting on a stool playing on her phone. I told her what was needed and all she did was bring out bacon which was under cooked and only 6 pieces and went and sat back down to her phone. There was at least 10 people in the dining room. Not sure that those 6 pieces did anything. I then told her about the trash at 8:30am and she said "just leave it on the table, it's almost time to be done so I'm not going to empty it yet." Keep in mind it was already overflowing when we came down at 8am. Trust me I have had days where I'm drained and just not ready to give my all but I do it! I walk in with a smile and I treat EVERY single guest with respect even if they aren't earning it because of how they are degrading me. Hospitality is not easy by any means but if you're going to do it then you should give 100%. Because someone is always watching.

Decent rooms with minor issues. Needs to be updated. The hotel staff was very friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. Breakfast was what to be expected. My kids had a blast in the pool and loved the hotel. Overall we would stay there again. If you are heading east to Memphis hard to find your way back on I 40.

"Suspicious location/ great hotel"

This hotel is kind of 'hidden' amongst older buildings. It's very close to the NLR high school. Don't be put off by the location, though. For the price, this is a gem. Antonio at the front desk was very helpful during check-in, and Stephen managed the dining area very well....it was the best hotel breakfast I've eaten in a very long time. Highly recommend!

Very nice hotel. It looked like it had gone through a renovation, but it hasn't. Friendly staff. Well appointed rooms. Great breakfast. Was told breakfast was 6:00 to 9:00 but they opened up early for us since we were leaving early and even offered to make a to go box for us. Easy access to interstate. Will definitely use again!

I work as a Assistant GM at the Best Western in Clinton AR. We had to come to Little Rock for a Dr appointment and decided to stay the night before to get a way as a family. They went out of their way to make sure we had connecting rooms and knew were everything was located before we left the front desk. The rooms were clean, and the pool was very refreshing. Attended a retirement party for work friends and stayed at this hotel. For the most part everything was fine. Super friendly staff. However, for our two night stay housekeeping did not make up the room after 2nd night. Had to request clean towels and had to pick them up at the front desk. Not a big deal. Hotel is close to highway, but it was very quiet.

Carpet in hallways needed a good vacuuming (including next to the walls) and cleaning/shampooing. Carpet in guest room needed vacuuming. Don't stay anywhere near the elevators, especially on Friday or Saturday night. Parties' conversations as they get off elevator are noisy! Bed comfortable.

Pleased with the accommodations and front desk was extremely polite and helpful. The room was clean and spacious. They welcomed us as diamond members as soon as we arrived. There were many workers staying at the hotel with their work trucks & trailers which made parking a little cumbersome. I would have given this BW 5 stars except the breakfast could use some improvement.

We needed to stay in North Little Rock, and we were satisfied with the Best Western. It is listed as a "Plus" but we didn't experience anything that made it a Plus: not a "suite" and nothing special about breakfast. The decor in the lobby and the room was wild and bizarre. I found it amusing and entertaining, but I can see that others may find it excessive and unrestful. The front desk staff were very nice, and they seem to pride themselves on good training, which is very commendable. Our room was clean and comfortable and one window opened, although not easily. The view below the window was a warehouse with a lot of debris on the ground. It was better to look straight out in the direction of Little Rock, and not look down. So try to stay on the top floor. The breakfast was ok. My husband has the eggs & sausage and I had cold cereal. Coffee was ok but seemed flavored. The fitness room was clean and the bike worked well. It was small but adequate. The elevator was very slow and the carpet in the elevator was dirty. Wifi worked well, as did the plumbing. North Little Rock does not have much to offer, but if you need to stay there, this BW is a good choice. Reasonable rate.

Access from the freeway (JFK exit) is very easy. We travel with our small dog and it is often difficult to find a quality hotel which allows a dog. Only surprise was that the second floor was designated for pets. It would have been more convenient on the first floor. All things considered, stay was quite comfortable.

Horrible stay more stress on me and my family. Fleas in our first room. Moved to smaller room and overcharge. Housekeeping staff rude and unable to understand English trying to kick us out before late check-out because of staff mistake. front desk wanted us to bring all of our things to front desk then we could move rooms because of fleas. Eventually let us just move while they were around.

The hotel was nice. Price is too high for the area. Parking was horrible. I guess it would be great for a college team players and cheerleaders, but for a couple vacationing and over 60 the price was consider in the budget. However the football field for the high school is one block away.

This hotel offers a great value to any traveler. Full hot breakfast and comfy beds. The decorating was a bit over the top, bright colors abound. The outside of the hotel was being repainted while we were there, so I know they are interested in the upkeep and good appearance for guests. Customer service was excellent.

Bathroom fell well below expectations. Location was excellent right off the I-540 interstate. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Hotel is polder and showing the signs of age. The beds were comfortable and they allowed pets with a minimum deposit/charge. I was able to make a reservation the same day as we were traveling and needed a room at the last minute.

This place is awful, rooms have super thin walls. There is a person running and jumping off the bed in the room above us. I have complained 4 times and it is still going on for 2 hours. Either the manager has no balls or is afraid to confront who ever is up there. After driving 12 hours and just wanting to sleep this is totally unacceptable. I don't know how this place got 3 stars in the AAA book. I'm so weak and tired I would like to go up there and kick the crap out of who ever is making the noise.I just don't want any problems here in little rock . The staff is nice but they can't handle disruptive guests obviously someone needs to give them training. There's nowhere for dogs to go to the bathroom just a small grass area. There was no manager on duty so no one could change our room. Very disappointed and tired. We had s great room the night before at the Drury inn located in Amarillo tx. No more best westerns for me??

We stayed here for only one night, but it was a great night. The hotel is super clean, the room was spacious and clean. Everyone who we came into contact with that works there was super friendly. Always with a smile and how are you? The breakfast was yummy and the room that it was set up in was open and cheery. We walked over to the Tropical Smoothie Cafe for dinner and it was the perfect light dinner. The town is a quick trip by car down the interstate. There isn't much in walking distance, but it is worth the stop!

The place was very modern and clean with a great location for our activities. We really enjoyed our weekend in Little Rock. The shopping at the outlet malls was excellent along with the stay it made for a nice time. The staff was very courteous and helpful and the facility was very well kept and the fitness room and pool area were great. We'll be back for another fun outing in Little Rock.

Great room and service but did not sleep well due to EMF sensitivity. After getting comfortable in our room, I detected a growing EMF sensitivity. I determined it may have been EMF sensitivity to Wifi but it could have been an overlapping of accumulated wifi or transmitted signals from cell towers/etc in the area. Did not sleep as well despite the comfort of the bed.

I've stayed here several times. This is definitely my choice to stay at when in the Little Rock location. They have gone the distance to make it a great experience. The staff is pleasant, friendly and easy to talk to. Thanks to Mrs Rain in the breakfast area, my morning started off with fun conversation and some laughs. The rooms are just awesome! The front desk staff was awesome, very accommodating and willing to help. Housekeeping on the other hand was really bad. 1st room we walked in to the beds were dirty with hair on them, in the bed closest to the bathroom there were chip crumbs and stains on the mattress cover. The 2nd room was extremely dusty, a couple hairs found on the bed and an overall feeling of a not clean room. After driving after a long day of work and changing rooms once we wanted to go to bed and not move rooms again or find a diffrereces hotel. Did I say that front desk was awesome!

I was on an unplanned visit in Memphis Tennessee during Elvis week, OOPs Mistake lol. All hotels were booked up. I decided to drive back into little rock & there it was right on the interstate Best Western Plus. I stayed in a Best Western the night before & liked the stay. This Best Western was just as nice if not just a little nicer than the one before. The only thing I didn't like was there was no easy access restaurants close by.

"Decent hotel at a good price"

After reading all the reviews on Tripadvisor, my husband and I decided to try this place out. At first glance, it is very nice, however, if you look a little closer, you can see that some things need attention. While the young man at the front desk was outgoing and friendly, you could tell he'd recited his "spiel" many times. While giving out lots of information, it was at the expense of the other guests that were waiting. Once we got to our room, one of the first things that I noticed was in the bathroom for part of the cabinetry. Not sure why it would be left in that condition, but, the whole to make room for the p-trap was far from a professional finish. It's all about attention to detail.

I stayed at this hotel during the week for 3 straight weeks, the service was outstanding and the hotel was very modern and clean! Rain did a great job with breakfast every morning, it was by far the best breakfast I have ever had while staying at a hotel. I will definitely recommend this hotel to anybody staying in the LITTLE ROCK/ NORTH LITTLE ROCK area!

Stayed at this hotel to attend the Dolly Parton Concert at the arena. Everything was great. Only about five minutes from the arena. The beds were very nice and the room was very cleaned. The breakfast was hot and had a very good selection. WIll stay here again

Our room was very nice...well-designed, clean, and with all the amenities we wanted. The beds were very comfortable. The location wasn't ideal...no decent shopping or dining within walking distance...and our room window looked out onto the back of a junky warehouse. If not for that, I would have given this a "5". Best value for the price, for sure! I would definitely stay here again. :)

My family of 5 travels to Arkansas few times a year. We luckily stumbled across this hotel on our most recent trip. Our check in went smoothly thanks to Ms. Vicky at the desk. Entering our room we were very pleased with the amount of room and how clean and updated it was. Breakfast each morning was great with many choices . There is plenty of resturants nearby and good location. We travel for Arkansas children's hospital only a 10 min drive.

Check in was great!! The room was super nice! The breakfast was tasty! Rain was in the breakfast area and she was super friendly and helpful! She talked with the kids and gave us some valuable information about some of the state parks in Arkansas! It was a quick visit, but it was pleasant!

Rain and Jazz were very beautiful and made great conversation during breakfast every morning. Antonio made us feel welcomed in the afternoon. Nadxelly was great and kept the room very clean. Will definitely be staying there again.

This hotel was the first and last stop of our two week road trip. The first night, check in was a bit slow (I love the real speedy check ins, because I am tired and don't need anything but a key). The lobby and rooms were newly updated and nice in appearance. There was close parking, although it filled up quickly. The area is unusual. Not many restaurants right there, must drive several miles to the McCain mall area. As for the ease of getting on I-40, going west is no problem. Going east is a bit more confusing as you have to go several blocks around to get to a east bound on ramp. The room was nice, although the toilet was loose,(it rocked back and forth when sitting down and standing up), and the desk chair was not comfortable as it leaned back way too far. None of these things are huge, but that add up to slightly diminish the enjoyment of the stay. Breakfast was the typical free breakfast with the basics, no wow. The second night, which was two weeks later, had a fast, efficient check in, a first floor room (as I had requested both times) and no issues with the room. Breakfast was the same, but everything else was better. Just goes to show that one place can be different every time. This is why I upped the score to a 4.

We were really happy with this hotel. Everything was clean and the staff was friendly. The breakfast was very good and had lots of variety including gluten-free choices. The location was very convenient ans easy to find. At breakfast, Rain was especially helpful.

Breakfast was great way to start the day, server was pleasant and helpful. She is an asset to the facility. After a good nights sleep I really looked forward to breakfast. Exercise room was a bit basic but was not crowded.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The room was very clean and beautifully decorated. During breakfast (which was very tasty and filling) the staff (Rain) was very helpful. This was our first visit to Little Rock, Arkansas. Rain suggested some sites to see and really made us feel welcome. We would definitely stay at this hotel again.

clean,nice breakfast,quiet and safe swimming pool could use better lighting. We did not use the workout room. Beds were comfy and room was nice and quiet. Employee was so nice and even helped us to find a nice place to grab a sweet treat

This hotel was a great value, clean and the check in was effortless. We received suggestions for local places to eat. The staff was amazing. My only suggestion would be for a better breakfast menu since all the Best Westerns have the same unappetizing eggs and soft greasy bacon, but since it's complementary: there's not too much to say. I really liked this hotel and it's rooms.

Our first impression was to be pleasantly surprised. The lobby and elevator were clean, and pleasantly decorated in a plush, almost upscale feel. Even the elevator was carpeted! My family (husband and 4 children) and I were on our way home our camping trip from Florida to Utah and back when we ran into a killer storm. We researched for several hours for the best hotel to meet our needs: close to the interstate, good hearty breakfast, truly non- smoking rooms, good customer service, and of course a fair price. This hotel truly was all of that and more. The rooms were very well appointed- beds and pillows were comfy, it was very clean ( and I'm a compulsive bed- bug checker) the room came complete with a coffee maker, fridge, kitchenette sink, all the extras you would expect in a hotel (toiletries, hair drier, closet and drawer space, complementary breakfast). All the reviews I read mentioned Rain, a friendly and truly caring woman who served the breakfast room by cooking, stocking, cleaning and making everyone feel comfy and at home. She truly did make you feel like family. She was the icing on he cake for us- giving my children tips on mixing yummy juice combos, teasing my husband about his clumsiness, and taking a moment to speak to each of my children. The breakfast had mixed fruit, sausage, biscuits and gravy, eggs, cereal, waffles, bagels, pastry, toast as well as juice and coffee. It was hot and yummy. Rain didn't stop moving the entire morning not only efficiently stocking the food, but greeting and speaking with each of the patrons who entered. The only reason this hotel didn't get 5 stars from me was that our room was right outside a service closet (210) that housed some kind of machine that made an awful racket at regular intervals. I have no idea what it was, but together with a sound machine app on my phone and our exhaustion, we got used to it. Other than that- great room, great service- top notch!

This was a quick overnight stay on my way elsewhere. Antonio was great checking us in and advised us of a wonderful place for dinner. The hotel is quite, clean, and the area appeared safe. I would recommend this hotel to anyone that needs a stay in North Little Rock.

The beds we slept on were kinda hard and uncomfortable but the pillows were soft and that made it ok. The hotel was very clean. The rooms where very small in size. I'm glad we only stayed for one night. The front desk personnel was a bit rude. Later when we went down and asked where there was a good place for dinner would he became so energetic and was vert cool after that.

As I walked in the front door, the first thing I was told "hold on" by the front desk attendant while he fiddled with paperwork for about 3-4 minutes. I ended up having to wait an hour for the reserved room to be cleaned for check in. This was after arriving an hour after checkin had already begun. I was offered a small discount for my inconvenience. At checkout the small discount somehow disappeared and the bill was full price. I had to press the front desk worker to do their job and find out where the discount went. A nice hotel (when it's cleaned on time) but the staff are some of the worst that I've encountered in 10 years.

This hotel is very convenient to Interstate highways, primary Little Rock tourist sites and the River Market entertainment district with electric street cars. Inside has been renovated with a refreshing modern design. Good breakfast buffet. I wish there were more hotels like this.

Be sure to set your GPS to North Little Rock, AR not just Little Rock, AR. North Little Rock is a different city. We had to go through some sketchy areas because we put in the wrong city. When we arrived, I was concerned for our safety. However, the hotel was very well lit on the outside and very clean and safe feeling on the inside. The hotel was clean, pleasing to the eyes. Be sure to ask the front desk for the number for Busters, a local hamburger place that DELIVERS. Thoroughly enjoyed the hot fresh burgers and fries.

I recently stayed with an associate for a business conference. Room very nice, great front desk with Jazz but the best experience was upon leaving I stopped in breakfast area for coffee and then stayed for entire breakfast. Rain the charming breakfast person was most welcoming and gracious and left us with a positive last impression of the facility! I'd gladly recommend this motel! Stop in for breakfast ! I come to this hotel every year for our Taekwondo tournament and I am always surprised at the amazing service. This time it's the breakfast that has me so impressed. The food is hot, plentiful and tastes delicious. The young lady who is in charge of the breakfast RAIN definitely cares about every guest and makes you feel important. I am here for 5 nights and whether I go down at 6am or 8:45am I get the same service and the food is always hot and delicious with many selections. This is another reason I choose to come back here EVERY year!

Everyone was so friendly! We had a discount through WA so we got the room for a little less than normal...but, it would have been worth the normal. Ask them about discounts, rewards club, etc. They do give breaks for multiple night check ins. I was traveling alone with my 2 grand daughters so I felt a little vulnerable. But, by the time we got through check in, I felt very safe. This hotel is across from a police dept. The area isn't the greatest but it is very accessible to the interstate if you are just traveling through. The pool was not huge, but, it waz clean, and sufficient, although it was kinda busy in the evening one night. The other 2 times, the girls had it to themselves. Breakfast had several items to choose from and helpful friendly staff! We Loved eating waffles each morning. We were treated very warmly and everyone was so sweet!! I just can't think of anything negative to say.

New Prospect MBC young people attended the Regular Arkansas State Youth Conference held in North Little Rock Arkansas. We stayed at the Best Western Plus JFK Inn & Suites.The Entire staff was most gracious, kind and patient. The decor was amazing. The place was comfortable and the room was big. Nice couch and room divider. The hot tub and pool were small, but cozy and hit the spot. The breakfast was hot, but a gluten and sugar fest. I would love plain yogurt as they depict in the picture, I would love plain oatmeal as they depict in the picture. No so much sugar!!!

We were in Little Rock for the Baggo Tournament at Riverfest. I always search to find the closest hotel to our destination. This hotel was great. The decor is very nice, the bed was awesome, indoor pool and spa, free breakfast and very nice staff. Great stay!!

Hotel was BOOKED to capacity. Considering that and the cost, I would rate my stay as average to good. Parking is very limited and one night I had to park in tow zone. Rooms were good...location is fine. Room could have been cleaner but again, they were booked solid.

The room, lobby, hallways and pool are perfectly clean and the space is well organized. The staff is attentive and polite. The breakfast was prepared and open early and I noticed as I was leaving it stayed open longer than posted to accommodate late comers. There is easy access to the freeway.

The room and facility were clean. The breakfast was decent. The only real issue we had was that you cannot sleep on the sofa bed because of the thin mattress. All you could feel were springs. We had to ask for sheets for the sofa, usually other places already have them in the rooms.The pool was clean, but not monitored. Good for a one night stay.

Big and Clean room. Nice staff. Great bed. Nice bathroom. After some minor car issues we had to find a hotel at shorts notice, luckily we found this one. After a Quick beer and a shower it was strait to bed and I slept really good.

I really like Best Western hotels. I've been to many. This one was decorated in a way I really didn't like much, but that is personal opinion and doesn't impact the stay (hey, closed eyes can't see the decor). The bed was just about the best bed of any hotel I've ever stayed in. All the staff from front desk to breakfast to cleaning were very cheerful, friendly and helpful. The one big beef I had about this particular BW was the cleanliness of the vertical surfaces. The door of my room was covered with white powdered hand prints and one spot of some sort of gel... yuck. I did mention it to the front desk staff.

Very clean and comfortable beds. It's a little far from restaurants and shopping but right off I40 so easy to get to Little Rock and North Little Rock off I40. I did not like that large dogs were allowed.

Very clean and well kept. We did have to request a blanket/pillow for the couch. But other than that it was hassle free. Breakfast had many options both hot and cold. The pool and hot tub were both clean and working. The family and I enjoyed it and wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

Room was clean. Newer style. No blankets in room for couch bed, or sheets. Bathroom a little darker than i prefer, from LED lights. Came to breakfast at 940am Sunday so nothing left. Workers were ok. Would probably not stay again, as price is not my most important factor.

Very nice, clean, good breakfast, but slow on refilling items. Desk clerk refused extra pillows, however, he called about 20 minutes after being in our room to check if we were satisfied, and I said yes, except I still wanted 2 extra pillows. He brought them about 25 minutes later.

Good place to stay for the price. Just don't get the room next to the dining area. You here everything, from chairs scraping on the floor to screaming children. Otherwise the room was comfortable and clean and close to conference area.

I have stayed at this location several times and the staff has always been polite and helpful. The parking lot is not that big so some of the parking spaces can be a little tricky. Overall a nice place to stay while traveling through.

Last minute getaway was please to find this place it was very lovely and the staff was very helpful. We enjoyed the updated room with modern fixings. Only issue is the room walls are very thin so in the morning you will hear them cleaning rooms even above you. The breakfast was ok but nothing fancy. The breakfast host was the only staff member who didn't speak to anyone and didn't even smile she just put food out and went back in little room. I still gave this place an excellent review because the other staff made up for her.

We travel often and this is our go to hotel in North Little Rock, AR! Everything is always clean. The location is convenient. The rooms are spacious. Beds and pillows are very comfortable! Good hot breakfast. Ther was a new front desk clerk named Antonio. He was absolutely fabulous! We made us feel welcomed and valued as a guest! He took care of us like we were friends! He was the icing on the cake for this stay!

We did not have a reservation but it was getting late and we needed to stop. A previous negative experience with Best Western in Iola, KS really made us hesitate. We are happy to report this Best Western PLUS/JFK Inn was a wonderful experience from sign in to sign out! Great bed, excellent bathroom setup, very nice complimentary breakfast ... just about this nicest experience we've had in a long time.

This hotel is very close to the freeway and easy to access. The rooms are beautiful and comfortable. The police station is across the street so it is safe. The staff is pleasant. We always use this hotel when we need to be in NLR. Caution however, we were upgraded to a suite free of charge by the night shift because they were so busy checking people in and we were willing to wait.my husband was tired and checked all those little boxes where it says you won't smoke, etc. In there it says you will pay the full amount of the room. The next day they charged us for the suite. He called the company to complain and they corrected it, thank goodness, since we were on a Business account, so watch what you check and get a written OK that you won't be charged in the morning.

It has been less than a year since we stayed at JFK Plus and they had already replaced and updated the front desk area. So Beautiful and Modern. The breakfast area had been repainted and updated with current options for food and beverage. Only negative is the wifi. They allow streaming but their technology does not support the amount of of band width needed with a full booked hotel. We discussed this with front desk, and they said they were addressing that very issue the following week with a tech company to find out their options.

I'm very picky....& this hotel was really a nice surprise....beautiful decor...nice clean comfy room....only negatives....stayed in room with a joinin door ...other guest on our first night was preachin loudly....was alittle alarmin....need laundry vending machine...and was thinking that best western reward customer received 250 pts or a welcome snack & drink wasnt offered either...policy might of changed???

We were looking for a safe place to stay which was close to the VA facilities in NLR for an early appointment and came across this one. From the minute we walked in to ask about it, our stay was beyond excellent. Check-in was smooth, when we walked out to get our bags, the clerk asked if the room was alright and to let us know if we needed anything! Room was really nice, had everything we needed and was clean and comfy. Breakfast was top notch! Will stay there again!!!!! Has everything one would need for a vacation place.

I have stayed at this motel several times and highly recommend it. On the last visit, the breakfast items were not as nicely done as previously, but this still did not spoil the overall experience. All of the staff are very professional and courteous. They are quick to help and make you feel comfortable.

I came into town to support family for a function. I had my daughter and her friend with me. We were able to check in quickly, and rested well upon our return. The hotel was clean and inviting. The staff was friendly. Breakfast was great. And, I felt safe as it was directly across from a police precinct.

It's the little things that make a hotel just OK or great. Check in was ok, perfunctory. A couple of house-keeping issues when we arrived in the room The main light when you entered the room wasn't working, which left the room rather dark until we could find another light. Notified the Front Desk and were told that the main light is connected to the lights by the bed. Finally got it to work. But our question is, rather than have guests stumbling about in a dark room, shouldn't housekeeping make sure the light switches are set correctly? Another issue was, no soap was left in the bathroom, and the towels looked as tho housekeeping had left the room unfinished. No towels hanging up except for a hand towel and washcloth. Two bath towels stashed on the vanity shelf under the sink...we didn't see them at first. The vanity in the bathroom, while nice, had a crude hole sawed through the shelf where the pipes were. Seems they could have done a little better job of that. Also a hole behind the flat screen TV...looks like they were going to mount it at some point, but decided not to. Can't really comment too much on breakfast, since there wasn't much left. Workmen were staying at the hotel and needed to eat breakfast right at 6am so they could get to work. We were in the breakfast room about a half hour later and there were no coffee cups or plates. We asked a male attendant for cups and he didn't seem to know where they were. A female attendant came in and had to go somewhere else in the hotel to find cups. By the time we got to the hot food, there wasn't much left. Even tho we didn't get much of a breakfast, we still tipped the female attendant (couldn't find the male attendant) and sympathized with how hard she was working to keep up. Our question is, why doesn't the Front Desk coordinate with the breakfast staff so they can be better prepared? You could tell by the workmens' numerous trucks out front that you would be having a lot of early breakfasts. Check out was again, perfunctory. Nothing about this hotel currently says, we want your business, come back and stay with us again!

Everything was great! 2nd time we stayed at this particular hotel. Service was wonderful and the bed comfy. There was plenty to choose from for breakfast. I recommend the waffles because the eggs were rubbery and tasteless.

I was traveling to Memphis from Tulsa and was turning right around and heading back so decided I would stop in Little Rock on the way back. I booked hotel the night before based on reviews and photos, as well as being close to I40. I was going to book a Hampton Inn but decided on this because it was right off I40 and I did not want to venture off the highway much. The hotel itself was nice and clean, appears to be fairly new, rooms were clean and comfortable. There was this hotel and 1 next to it that both looked new but seemed strange for the area. There are no restaurants at all near this hotel. This appears to be a rough part of town and these hotels seems out of place. I ended up having to drive 10 minutes up to the area where the restaurants were that happen to be near the hotel I was originally going to book, so I had to venture off I40 anyway. Back to the hotel we decided to use the pool/hot tub area. We were the only ones in there which was nice as usually hotel pool areas are filled with screaming kids who's parents are not keeping them under control. After a few minutes in the pool, we discovered a turd floating in the pool. Yes, this is not a joke, there was in fact a turd in the pool. Aside from that the pool water was cloudy and the hot tub not much better. This area has potential but does not appear to be properly maintained. When it was time to go to bed that was about the time a large group of at least 20 motorcycles pulled up in the street behind the hotel and were just riding up and down the street till at least 1am when I was finally able to fall asleep. This was very loud, engine revving sort of deal. There is also a large police station across the street so there were sirens going off all night as cars were dispatched to calls. The next morning was time for the "hot" breakfast. The eggs were the worse I have ever seen at a hotel breakfast. They seemed like maybe they were some sort of powdered instant eggs if there is such a thing. I could not eat them. Their hot breakfast is the eggs, some sausage patties, and a waffle maker. Your basic budget hotel breakfast. All in all the hotel was nice, rooms were nice, but the breakfast is not good and the location is horrible. Considering if was about the same price as a Hampton Inn in the area, I made the wrong choice for sure. Their price needs to be quite a bit less than they are charging. The mystery to me is still why these hotels are in this area and the lack of restaurants. I even checked google maps before booking which showed several restaurants next to the hotel but they appear to be out of business.

Our family chose this hotel based on the other reviews and also looking for a place with an indoor pool. We were not disappointed. This hotel is very close to downtown Little Rock, driving straight down Main St. It is also close to shopping and numerous restaurants.

We were given a large suite near the lobby, which was nice because we had a lot of luggage from a cross-country drive. Breakfast was fresh and tasty. Internet was marginal in spite of our location in the building.

The room was really modern and sophisticated--very classy furnishings. We were impressed with it. The staff was very friendly and the complimentary breakfast very good. But Hotels-Rates.com charged me $11 more than the hotel would have, PLUS charged a $17.99 BOOKING FEE!!! They even LIED to me--said that they would give me a senior discount but that the hotel wouldn't if I booked it through the hotel. I'll warn everyone I know about that site!

We booked a Queen suite and it was very well appointed. The decor was modern and quite pretty! Beds and pillows were super comfy, as well. The room had a microwave, fridge, coffee maker, large closet with plenty of hangers, a separate sitting area with a sofa bed, chair, & coffee table, a desk and ergonomic chair, several lamps, flat screen TV, and another chair in the bedroom area. The bathroom was roomy and well appointed, although there was only one tissue in the box on the counter. It would be nice to have a spare box under the sink, as they usually have spare toilet paper there. Otherwise, my only complaints with this hotel are that the hot tub in the pool area had a funky 'wet dog' smell... which really made me worry about the safety of using it... and the room did not have pillows or bedding for the sofa bed, even though we booked the room for five people. Small things really. I would definitely stay here again. Breakfast smelled wonderful, but we didn't have time to eat... so I can't really comment on that. Overall, great value/location!

"Great Room in Heart of North Little Rock"

I can't say enough about the friendliness and helpfulness of the check in staff at this hotel. They really get it about making tired travelers feel welcome with a warm smile. We were complete strangers to that part of Little Rock and they were quite helpful in directing us to a nice restaurant. The room itself was very large by motel standards with a separate living room area from the bedroom. Both areas had a flat screen TV. I highly recommend this motel if you need accomodations in Little Rock.

Have never stayed at Best Western before and was impressed. Front Desk was helpful and friendly, the rooms were clean and nicely decorated. Bed comfy and layout of rooms enjoyable. Breakfast wasn't very good and the breakfast host didn't speak or smile to anyone and the morning cleaning crew makes construction noises so don't plan to sleep in.... but other than that we enjoy our stay will definitely be back. Great price and great night sleep.

The hotel was clean and very modern. Rooms were large and inviting. Bed was comfortable. Shower was hot and powerful. Wi-Fi worked very well. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Parking is adequate and only for cars. Would stay here again.

"A bit over hyped "

We booked through Priceline express and were excited at the great reviews this hotel had, and we got a great deal so we were stoked. And it's true, everything has been updated and is super modern, which is very cool. I like having a hotel with new carpet smell. However, there was hair all over the shower wall, the toilet had stains behind the seat, and the sheet also had a stain that grossed me out. So perhaps it can all be chalked up to poor house keeping. Also, our checkout was at 11 and the house keeping came by 3 times trying to get in before 11, after we had said we weren't ready. We felt very rushed out.

This hotel has had a recent refurb so quite OK with good sized rooms with a microwave and fridge. Modern bathroom fitting with a tub.We were made to feel very welcome and at home ,the maid even appeared to take the luggage trolley back to the foyer to saves us the trouble. Breakfast included with a good range though I still can't get used to eating from foam bowls & plates with plastic utensils. I hope that idea never takes off in Australia.The hotel was in a great quiet location not far from shopping or the major sights. We loved Arkansas it was memorable with snow thrown in!

I have stayed at this hotel a couple of times recently. We have family in the Little Rock area and when our granddaughters are with us it is great for them to be able to swim in the pool. This hotel is very clean and well-appointed and the staff is extremely helpful. We were given a multi-night rate, making it very affordable. Will definitely stay here again.

On our way from Oklahoma to Georgia we stayed here one night. Room was wonderful. Large room, great decor, clean. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was ok, not great but a decent selection. We'll stay here again an the way home.

Upon arrival on 12/23/15, we were greeted by a helpful lady named Yvette. I had to go up to the desk about 3 times and each time she was kind and helpful, especially since we had our dog with us and needed to pay the extra fee and paperwork. However, when my husband took our well-behaved but young dog out through the lobby to go pee, an employee by the name of Evelyn started harassing him about bringing a dog and that he got too close to another guest (who was making a personal visit with her during her shift). It was almost midnight so there weren't other pay guests in the lobby and our dog was several feet from her at all times and it wasn't until they both were almost to the front door that this "guest" starting yelling saying our dog did something.... I had the "pleasure" of interacting with Evelyn 3 times after this and each time she was rude, abrasive and condescending. It's a "PET FRIENDLY" hotel, we were not expecting to be harassed for bringing our dog and paying the extra $30. Best part is, we tried to reach the manager 3 times, leaving 2 messages asking him to call us and after more than 1.5 weeks, we have yet to hear anything. TERRIBLE all around. But hey, we are our happy to take our business elsewhere. Seems like the manager could care less about the guest experiences while charging $122 for a night in a crappy hotel with rude, miserable employees.

"Come for the room and not the hot tub"

Idk if this is a new property or remodeled, but our room is clean and the whole hotel has a new carpet smell. It's a very nice hotel and a decent location. There is a nice breakfast room by the lobby and it has coffee during the night, but there were no evening cookies made. The only thing was the hot tub was green, they said a tornado came thru and it turned the water green and someone was fixing it? I didn't see anyone. The pools warm but the room is freezing when you get out, there is a hot shower which I took advantage of to warm me up. There is a workout area but I didn't go in, and I'm not sure what breakfast will be, I'm guessing it will be decent.

"Friendly staff, confortable"

I called the company directly to get a price quote. It was quoted as $50 higher than we actually ended up paying. The front desk staff said it was a damage fee that had been added in on the quote. Upon leaving, before our room was even checked, we were given the lower price in our charge. Someone (a guest) turned in my husband's dropped credit card, and the front desk staff called us to get it to us immediately! Both ladies at the front desk (late night and morning) were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is clean, the breakfast wasn't exciting - the basic strange looking scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits, gravy, and waffles you can make yourself. We opted for bagles toasted with jelly and coffee.

This hotel is new and we very pleased with our stay. We were concerned about safety in that area, but no problems. There was a NLR Police station right across street. Pool was nice. Breakfast was very good, great selection. Decor in lobby and room was nice.

"Noise"

addressed earlier in survey, housekeeping had children during work and caused a lot of noise, the front desk staff was very good with my request and finding out the problem, yet I was stunned that housekeeping staff had their children with them during work, I hope this will be addressed I am staying again at the same hotel over the next week yet if it happens again I will take my business elsewhere, I am doing business in N. Little Rock until at least March with a possible extension til June.

"Friendly and Fresh!"

The hotel has obviously recently been renovated. You can still smell the new carpet. The colors are bright and vibrant, without being jarring. Yvette checked us in; we both kind of clicked, and the process took a bit longer but was well worth it! She is very friendly, knowledgeable about the area, welcoming to her guests, and obviously enjoys her job! They were even able to accommodate our request for adjoining rooms!

"Used to be a great place"

This was a great place a few years ago when I stayed a couple of times, but now it is poorly maintained and poorly managed. This place is in a good location and it could be brought back if anybody seemed to care. Now the service is poor and the rooms and halls are dirty. The free breakfast is priced correctly! It is a shame to see a hotel go down so quickly.

In flight from Canada to Belize, stayed coming and going. called for a shuttle on arrival and was picked up in a timely manner. The room was clean and neat, king sized bed, very comfortable. Impressed with all staff, Auriel was very helpful and cheerful, helped me get the WiFi set up, I am old enough that I don't adapt very quickly. Up too early for breakfast and I called for the shuttle, not a problem, arrived shortly. I will visit again.

This is a well appointed hotel, business and family friendly with a wonderful lobby and gathering space. We had a king bed and it was cozy and comfortable. The library reading lights that are on each side of the bed are very nice. Well done!

The staff is first class at the Best Western JFK. The building and amenities are impressive. The rooms are clean and well cared for. Close to a lot of restaurants and tourist sites. The breakfast is better than most. Just not enough good things to say about this hotel. I have stayed here over a dozen times in two years and my experience is always the same!

"Business trip to North Little Rock"

Having stayed at Best Western hotels in the past, I knew that I wouldn't be disappointed. This was a Best Western Plus hotel and it is a notch above the standard Best Western. The only minus was that the wireless internet was spotty at times. It's hard to get coverage in a brick and mortar building. Overall the wireless worked OK, but there is a internet hard wire access portal in the room that would have been a better way of connecting, but it wasn't linked to the Best Western internet. I would not hesitate to recommend or stay here again if the need arises.

"Clean enough, but..."

This is an older hotel that has been 'updated'. The room was clean though the carpet was showing its age. The carpet in the elevator was in very poor shape. We were a late check in and the area is a bit deserted and sketchy in the evening. It was raining upon check in and though the hotel is non smoking, three people were standing by the back door with hoodies on smoking and the area was unlit. Very uncomfortable and we were unwilling to try to walk through them and their smoke. When walking the dogs a man in the parking lot yelled that his daughter had been killed that morning and to pray for him. Though this isn't the fault of the hotel, it does speak to the area. There are no stores or restaurants near the hotel. The breakfast selection was good but there was one spoon being used for all of the food and it was dirty. When the attendant was asked if there was a serving spoon for each item she looked very inconvenienced and brought out one more spoon. The cost of the room at over $130.00 was entirely too high for the area and quality of the hotel. This should really should be 2 and a half stars.

We stayed at this BW Plus and it was very nice. The rooms are excellent and very clean. Breakfast was full of variety. We had an excellent staff and they were very helpful. We had no problem getting around and had great suggestions for dinner.Good location!!

Great hotel for short stays with a good breakfast variety, clean rooms and location for easy access onto the main interstate. I was in Little Rock with my daughter and her 3 young ones, two that were being adopted while we were in town. The hotel was a great place with a nice indoor heated pool and jacuzzi that made for great entertainment for the family.

I was there on a business trip...conference and slipped up and did not make the arrangements for the first night at the Wyndham where were were booked for the conference. My mistake! I called and made reservations at the Clarion/Red Roof, but when we got there to sign in, they did not have what I had asked for, so I cancelled. The Best Western was down the street, so thought I would give it a try. Did I mention we needed 3 rooms? The folks at the BW were gracious and had just what we needed. Everything was super clean, very comfy beds and pillows. A very good experience. This has not been my experience with other BWs, but this one was superior! Definitely would recommend.

We were upgraded to a king suit, with a spacious room and seating area. The room was clean, beds comfortable and nicely decorated. The only negative the drain in the shower/tub ran very slow.The staff were very professional and delivered a high quality customer service. The breakfast was nice and food was fresh. The hotel is an easy off & on freeway access and near the airport. Would stay again if flying into Little Rock.

This hotel was more than pictures could say. It was always clean and neat. the staff is friendly and helpful. We Loved our rooms. Add more pictures and you'll get more customers. The Décor was very Pleasing and attractive. Nice indoor pool and heated whirlpool. Location is key to getting around. Right off all main roads and highways. 10 Minutes from Airport. Across from Police station and new high school but private and seemed sound proof. We had no problems as a church group.. Thanks Pam!!!. We'll be back next year!!!

The room are always clean and neat. The breakfast is always hot and fresh. Close to downtown Little Rock. You just minutes away for Verizon arena and the Clinton Library its easy to get anywhere in the city from the hotel.

rooms poor, carpets dirty, tubs/showers moldy, wall paper peeling, drapes ripped. Hot foods on breakfast bar cold - - a health hazard!! smell of paint and dirty hand prints in elevator - yet no work could be seen anywhere. our room smelled of men's after shave - - "the current air fragrance" - - please!!!

Quiet Hotel in a convenient place for my training at Pulaski Technical College and Little Rock Clinton Airport. Breakfast was good, Business Center Printer worked, and the bed was comfortable. All the norms I have come to expect on a business trip.

I visit North Little Rock once or twice a year to visit relatives and JFK Best Western always makes this time enjoyable. The rooms are clean and the staff are helpful and courteous. The free breakfast is the best I have had from any hotel/motel. I am never disappointed with JFK Best Western.

Found this hotel with the help of google maps. I try to stay at best westerns when I can when traveling for business. This place was easy to get to but did not have much available for near by restaurants. Hotel was clean and staff was very friendly and helpful. Even with the lack of nearby places to eat I plan to stay here again my next time in the area.
