Our stay at the Best Western Hotel was truly unforgettable, not only because of the beautiful hotel, but especially because of the wonderful people who work here. From the moment we arrived, every staff member treated us with genuine kindness, warmth, and care. We always felt welcomed, comfortable, and well looked after. We would especially like to thank Ki, Kiet, and Uyen. They were absolutely amazing throughout our stay. They were always kind, attentive, patient, and ready to help us with a warm smile. Their service went far beyond what we expected, and we could truly feel that they cared about making our stay special. Small acts of kindness can make a trip memorable, and Ki, Kiet, and Uyen did exactly that for us. Thanks to them, this hotel felt more than just a place to stay — it felt warm, welcoming, and full of wonderful memories. We are sincerely grateful for everything they did for us. We are having a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room is clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the view is absolutely beautiful. The check-in process was very quick and smooth, which made a great first impression. What really made our stay special was the receptionist Ky Yu Linh. She is incredibly kind, polite, professional, and genuinely welcoming. She went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and always ready to help with a smile. Great experiences, staff were friendly especially Nguyet - Kiet - Binh, restaurant staff were friendly too. Love the rooftop swimming which can see the beautiful Nha Trang Bay. Breakfast has many options and were yummy - hotel room also has a great ocean view. Recommended and would definitely come back !

The moment we arrived at the Hotel there were staff assisting with getting out of our van and attending to luggage. Once inside a refreshing drink was awaiting us. Our group were quickly attended to and luggage came up very quickly. Breakfast on the 31st floor was what one expect at a hotel of this caliber. All the food was served hot with a large selection available. A most enjoyable stay. Highly recommended

We had a beautiful dinner and experience at our hotels rooftop restaurant. Non la is the name of the restaurant on level 31 of Best Western Premier Marvella Nha Trang. Duc was of great service and accommodated every need. Highly recommend!!!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Best Western Premier Marvella Nha Trang, and overall, it was a wonderful experience that I would highly recommend. The hotel is located near the beach, which made it very convenient for relaxing walks and enjoying the sea view. It's also close to many restaurants, cafes, and local attractions, so getting around was easy. My room was modern, clean, and very comfortable. I especially loved the large window with a beautiful ocean view. The bed was soft, and the room was well-equipped with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options, including both Vietnamese and international dishes. Everything tasted fresh and delicious. I also tried the hotel's restaurant for dinner, and the quality was impressive. One of my favorite parts was the rooftop swimming pool on 31st floor. The view from the top was absolutely stunning, especially at sunset. The gym and golf 3d were also well-maintained and added to the overall experience. The staff were friendly, polite, and always ready to help. Their professionalism made me feel welcome and comfortable throughout my stay. I appreciated with ms.Ky. She very kind of me I had a fantastic time at Best Western Premier Marvella Nha Trang. It's a great choice for both relaxation and convenience. I would definitely come back again!

Stayed at Best Western Premier Marvella in Nha Trang and really liked it At first, good location. Beach is right across the road, lots of cafes and restaurants, everything easy to reach on foot. Also, we had a sea view room with a small balcony. Nice just to stand there for a while in the morning before going downstairs. I also liked that guests cant hang towels or laundry outside, so the hotel looks very clean from the street. At night the building is illuminated and after long walks it became an easy landmark for finding our way back Breakfasts were nice. Especially mango and dragofruits - sweet and fresh. Vietnamese coffee was amazing but ridiculously strong - after the first cup I started adding water to it. But it was still very tasty! Spent a few evenings near the pool on the 31 floor - beautiful view at sunset and surprisingly good cocktails - negroni was good. Would stay here again next year.

I've stayed at Best Western hotels before in Phuket, so I roughly knew the level, but this one turned out especially good for its price range. Location is excellent — the beach is right across the road, and most evenings we walked along the sea. Breakfasts were probably the biggest surprise for me. I kept trying different things every morning because there was a lot of Korean food and many Korean guests staying at the hotel. Kimchi soup, ttokbokki, Korean beef in a rich sauce, fresh pho bo in the mornings — everything was genuinely tasty. Fruit was excellent too. Staff were friendly and relaxed, esp housekeeping was excellent, thank you for your work! Overall, just a very comfortable hotel to relax in. Highly recommend!

Everything was very nice. Breakfast were excellent, room was a decent size. Pool was nice but only few sunbeds. The only thing i didnt like was there was no sunbeds on the beach available for guests. But hey provide a beach towels next to the reception. Overall satisfactory stay! Vy loan was very helpful!

Very nice and friendly staff, always helpful and welcoming. The facilities are great, and daily cleaning was much appreciated. A small suggestion for improvement: the lounge on the 32nd floor could also offer champagne and sparkling wine in the evening, not only during the day. There is also a nice, quiet beach just across the road, which makes the location even better.

We really enjoyed the hotel - the rooms are clean and feel new. You can request daily housekeeping, which we really liked. The staff is very friendly. We also liked the location: it's not right in the city center, but still very close to it. There are plenty of grocery stores and fruit and vegetable shops nearby. We would love to come back again.

Great location in Nha Trang. The hotel is across the beach. Some rooms will have a complete view of the beach/ocean. The hotel is located at the end of the strip - thus it's very quiet. The room is spacious and clean. AC works great. The pool is beautiful - not it's not heated. Hotel services are very good. A small con is the bathroom. It's small compared to other 4/5 stars hotel.

Staff were wonderful and responsive. The place is beautiful and the pool was a hit with my son. It closes at 7pm so we only got to use it once during our two day stay. I don't know about places outside of Canada & US but don't expect the five star rating to mean the same as what you expected from your previous experiences. It's just different….

Lovely hotel in a good location. Breakfast was fantastic. Walls in the rooms were very thin however so we could hear our neighbours having a karaoke party every single morning. Great staff 👍. Nice pool and nice view. This review requires a minimum of two hundred characters.

Our group of over 300 people arrived at the hotel for check-in at the same time, but the front desk and FO team remained highly professional, efficient, and friendly throughout the process. We were especially impressed by Vy, Trang, Hang, Cuong, Khanh, Binh, Tuan, and Giang (I made sure to ask for their names to personally thank them for their service). The hotel is located right by the beach and is very new. The rooms are beautiful, spacious, and offer a stunning view of the Nha Trang sea.

Fantastic vacation. Great hotel and location, good value of money, master sweet is spacious and pleasant, amazing view. This is also a great city, totaly underated. A must visit! But what stood out the most was the young lady from the reception - Trang Afon, she was mega helpful and soo friendly. She needs a bonus of how fast she booked us a car for a long distance ride.

The facility is very clean. The service is top notch. Clean and comfy bed. Roof top infinity pool is beautiful and across the beach from beach. The buffet breakfast is so worth it. Wish it was not so hard to cross street but its like that everywhere
