Very nice and friendly staff. Rooms were clean and fresh beds are amazing, and the breakfast is amazing. So good.we enjoyed our stay very much. Hot tub is out side witch was actually nice too.very hot.
We always stay at a Best Western when traveling with our furbabies. This hotel is definitely the best one we've stayed in. Room was bigger than the typical BW rooms, very clean, and with a spacious bathroom. Full breakfast was delicious with a good variety to choose from. Front desk and restaurant staff were all wonderful! We also loved the Japanese garden!
Staying at the Premier Best Western was the ideal location in Lebanon, Oregon. Not only this hotel provides safety, but also, this hotel has a lot to offer in terms of complimentary amenities. The Japanese boutique garden provides a calm and safe environment for hotel guests to stay.
Very happy and pleasant experience. Would stay here again. Great customer service. Very nice and helpful staff. Clean room, updated ameneties and comfortable bed. Breakfast is included. We'll be back for sure.
I always try to stay here when I am visiting in the area. It's the nicest place around for sure... but there are some things to be desired... The restaurant bar is open again, but not very late during the week. There are NO tv's in the hotel except in your room so if you're trying to to miss your favorite team play, its going to be there or go find a bar. I really wish they would open and promote the upstairs bar again, so much lost business, entertainment, and potential. It really makes me sad to think about it. The dining experience is great, but more upscale than I usually participate in. It's just a little too formal for me. I prefer a fun atmosphere, and this has a feel of being stuffy. But I think that's what their going for. You know the saying... read the room. Well, read the town... ALL other restaurants and bars are several steps down in that local area. Keep the great service but loosen up on the "all in" formality a little and bring in some entertainment.
Everything about this hotel was great! Beautiful Japanese garden walking trail with waterfall & pond. Lots of coy you can purchase food for at front counter and feed! Breakfast & dinner were great! This was by far the nicest Best Western we stayed at. Price is very reasonable for what you get at this hotel. The rooms were fresh, clean and well kept! The bed super comfortable! Friendly staff!
Check-in: The lobby is large and there is a very comfortable circular couch to sit on and wait for check-in. I needed to sit to chat with the front desk staff and check-in, so I was able to do that from the couch. I had thought I requested an ADA room, but apparently hadn't. When I requested one and the closest possible to the entry and/or elevator the front desk staff was helpful. One was available luckily. Parking: There is plenty of parking around the exterior of the hotel, primarily at the north end of the hotel and some spots along the front side (west facing). The few handicapped spaces available are near the entrance to the lobby, but a bit of a distance away and across from the entry doors. If you use mobility assistive devices the distance is probably a non-issue. For me, without those, it was a bit difficult. Room: Looked modern, new, and very clean. The door to the room was very heavy and hard to hold open while trying to carry bags inside (even for my very healthy/fit older teenage son). I'd watch little ones carefully around the room doors. They close quickly and hard if you are not actively holding them open. There was a nice bench to sit on or place luggage. We had a bed and a sofa sleeper. The sofa sleeper was pretty standard and uncomfortable, but I needed to use it as hotel beds are all much too high to climb onto easily (for me, at 5'3"). As a sofa it was good, sleeping was difficult as the bar is easily felt when laying on the thin mattress. My son said the bed was very comfortable though. The A/C fan unit under the window worked well once we realized the controls on it don't work and you need to locate the thermostat on the room wall to control it. Same for the TV - initially it says there is no signal and to choose an input ... you just need to press the channel buttons up or down numerous times until it gets to a channel that works. ADA Bathroom: Very clean and new. There was a shower stool in there for use if needed, which is so helpful to avoid having to pack and carry one. The shower/tub combo had a fixed showerhead and a handheld showerhead. Room Service: From the 1847 Bar & Grill inside the hotel. Service was prompt & friendly, and the dessert was delicious. We asked for utensils for the food we brought in from another local restaurant and some drinks to supplement our meal. I had a special chevre cheesecake with toasted hazelnut topping. The cheesecake was tasty, on the light and fluffy side, with good tang from the chevre. The crust was a bit soggy from whatever syrup it was topped with. I was not a fan of the topping and thought it would be great without it or maybe some olallieberries instead (personal preference though). Just to give you an idea of the price, as I couldn't find these items on their menu or the fees listed - it was $2.50 per soft drink, $9 for the cheesecake slice, and $2.52 for the room service fee (18%) = $16.52. I was happy to pay that for the convenience. This is a nice hotel near the Osteopathic Medical School. It's a few minutes away from the I-5 but a great price for a quality hotel. We picked up takeout for dinner from the Growler Cafe and it was really good food. Sandwiches and salads with great flavor, quality ingredients, and house-made salad dressings.
I can't say enough about this BWP and the crew. If you are able to pay the extra for the executive suite - do it! The room is clean, the shower is amazing, the bed is comfortable, there are two sinks in the bathroom, and plenty of space to spread out. We're in the middle of a heat wave and fires and the staff are focused on taking care of their guests - not their revenue. Nothing has right on this trip for me, and this staffed turned my frown upside down. Now, with one of the best night's sleep I've had in a long while, I feel ready to get back into the mess. Thank you BWP!!
A recently brand new BW and it did not disappoint. It was really nice, more than what I expected. The salt water pool was an added bonus. We will definitely stay again in the future and will recommend to family and friends.
During a recent road trip, we stayed in 5 different BW motels. This was far and away the best, some of them I wondered why the PLUS label... And this was the least expensive of them all. The staff is very friendly, the setting very lovely with a small Japanese pond with a path around it, the rooms and bed very comfortable with 'real' glassware and mugs. Yes, it is a few miles off the freeway, but very worth it. Consider traveling over hwy20 over the mountains, it's a very scenic drive.
We stay here one or two days a month during our family visits because we love it. Everything is clean and well-kept. The staff is nice. They are pet friendly. The garden behind the hotel is awesome and so inviting. We usually are alone while walking around the pond and enjoying one of the several private sitting areas. This is NOTHING like a Best Western, it's on par with high-end brands, not budget ones. They are usually full on the weekends so book early.
This was my second stay at BW Boulder Inn in Lebanon, Oregon. Lebanon is an about 10 mile detour off I-5 and well worth the extra miles and time. While the hotel offers several extra features and superior service, its best feature is the lush (Japanese type) garden right in back of the hotel. If available, request a garden view room. If one isn't available you can still get a nice garden view from the restaurant. “1847 Bar and Grill”. Make time to walk through the garden. The meandering path isn't very long. There are many spots where you can sit for a while and take in the surroundings. The main path is wide and even enough to get through by wheelchair. It does go uphill a bit, so keep that in mind. See photos. All in all this hotel is handicap friendly. The rooms are thoughtfully laid out. They're both practical and pleasant to look at. The hotel and our room was clean and all staff well trained. Breakfast is included. It's available in the restaurant with the great garden view. There's outdoor seating if you're a hearty soul. I've stayed in quite a few motels/hotels in Oregon. This one is hands down my favorite!
We have stayed at this BW Premier six times and have always been pleased with rooms and excellent service. Be sure and reserve a garden view room as the Japanese garden is very large and tranquil Lovely park like setting. The lobby is restful and there is always coffee and an assortment of teas and you can sit in front of the fireplace and chat with friends The only disappointment was that the restaurant is closed two nights a week and there is not a comparable quality restaurant in Lebanon
Beautiful property, relaxing, clean and great staff. The restaurant serves amazing food so dining in is a great option!! The gardens were a pleasant surprise and much bigger than one would think would be associated with a hotel. Great stay!!
This was a hidden gem! Everyone was so friendly and accommodating. Our room was very clean and well appointed. It overlooked a beautiful Japanese garden with a koi pond. We will definitely be returning!
The hotel looked brand new. Rooms were beautiful and clean, the staff was very friendly, and the continental breakfast was the best we've ever had at a hotel. Highly recommended! We'll be staying here again.
Our Christmas destination for two years now. Our daughter and her family live in Lebanon and we used to stay at another place but the smoking got to be too much. She worked at this hotel and told us how great it was and we should try it. It's also Pet Friendly and our little dog is welcome. We enjoy our stay so much we won't consider anywhere else.
This Best Western Premier Hotel in Lebanon, OR, is outstanding in staff, accommodations, beautiful grounds, cleanliness, amenities, and value. Supportive of military is greatly appreciated. Excellent restaurant in hotel. This hotel provides a full service hot breakfast included in your stay. 5 stars! Also, the location of this hotel is minutes away from Santiam Train, which is a joy to ride, esp. during holidays.
This hotel is an excellent choice for your stay in Lebanon. We took the family on a Candy Cane train excursion on Santiam. This hotel property is excellent in every way. The rooms were all modern and well equipped The staff couldn't have been any more accomodating .We all enjoyed our dinners at the restaurant. The food there is outstanding. We had the rock fish, tri tips, pork chop special and other entrees and everyone was pleased with their food. Attentive wait staff. The hot breakfast was so yummy. You fill out a sheet indicating what you like and they fix it for you off the buffet bar. You get nice size servings and definitely don't go away hungry. Very impressed. I took our grandson on a walk through the beautiful gardens with koi fish and waterfalls. We couldn't purchase fish food during the winter months as they feed on pond but we still enjoyed the beautiful koi fish. What a plus. We hope to return to this property in the spring or summer months. The overall experience is a 5 plus. Highly recommend this property.
Hotel is very new and nice! Lots of amenities in the clean room (toiletries, lots of pillows, etc). Staff were extremely nice and helpful throughout the stay. Price was very reasonable! The restaurant seems really high class.
First time traveling with my two Shelties. Short trip. The stay was easy and went so well. The Hotel is nice. The staff was wonderful. Anytime I need to stay in Lebanon Oregon, this is the only Hotel I will be staying at.
Loved the room and the entire facility. Room was clean and comfortable and quiet. Staff friendly and helpful. Rate included a full breakfast daily. It was too cold to walk outside, but there was a pond and trail an beautiful landscaping. Really had a wonderful stay.
Super clean and quiet hotel. There is an onsite bar and restaurant. Great food at a reasonable price and great service. It was a little hard to find at first, but you will not be disappointed with the hotel. Nice big rooms and a well kept hotel and grounds.
I represented Aggregate Resources Industries to a recent Seminar hosted at the Boulder Falls Inn. The front office staff went above and beyond (including loaning a charger I had forgotten) to make my stay trouble free and relaxing. Staff was knowledgeable, the property is beautiful and clean. Also a must to check out the coy pond !
When staying in the mid Willamette valley, even if I have meetings in Corvallis, I choose to stay at Boulder Falls. Staff are friendly, the garden is peaceful, the amenities on site top tier. 1847, the on-site restaurant is high quality dining and room service is fantastic.
Everything about this hotel is exception. Great room (definitely upgrade to get the garden view), great service, really nice hotel, great restaurant. Loved staying here and definitely will again. Thank you!
Lovely property. The beautiful garden is such a great bonus. Our room was spacious and very comfortable. The room clean and well maintained. The hotel restaurant is very good as well. A very pleasant experience and would highly recommend if staying in the area.
We have stayed here every year since it opened in 2015. Never disappoints. Always have dinner at the restaurant, great menu, good food. Even though it is 11 miles off the freeway, it is still a great location.
It was such a surprise when walking in to see the delightful garden view. And the rest of the stay was just as pleasathan nt. Staff very friendly and knowledgeable. We could check in early because of the smoke in area. It all was very clean, the room was great with super bedding. The dinner was a little high reaching, I'd go for simple food next time. The breakfast was certainly a cut above most other hotel fare
Our stay was so nice. The water gardens are outstanding. The staff was so friendly and helpful. The breakfast was an added bonus. The rooms and the hotel was very clean and had a lot of amenities. Everything was will stocked. We would stay here again for sure.
The garden was the most amazing part of our trip. The coy pond was a hit with the kids and when you walk up to the water the fish greet you. The garden was beautiful with a walking path around the pond and amazing flowers
Highly recommend Boulder Falls Inn! It was convenient to the freeway and a number of close-by locations for business or personal travel. The hotel is in a beautiful setting with a beautiful garden, staff who are polite and helpful, a breakfast that is excellent and the facility that is quiet.
Our stay was absolutely too short. We loved our stay from check in to check out. The staff here is top notch friendly. The room is great. The garden with the koi fish pond is beautiful. The pool and hot tub area is an absolute must. Everything is provided for ( towels) etc. the room has shampoos and soaps etc. they serve cookies in the evenings and have a tea, hot chocolate, coffee bar at all times next to the stunning fire place in the lobby. The lobby itself is stunning. Breakfast is held in the restaurant and the staff there was so friendly and the food was great. I had scrambled eggs with cheese and sausage and potatoes with a English muffin. I made a fun English muffin sandwich. The saddest part of this trip was honestly leaving. I already can't wait to come back. To put into perspective I had an accident and had major surgery and am finally on the road to recovery. I was able to choose where I wanted to go and I chose here right away. It doesn't disappoint. I was happy and relaxed the entire time and I already want to go back. Ask the front desk about the koi fish. They might just have koi fish food which is a treat to feed the fish.
We were in town visiting family and stayed here for the first time. We had eating at the 1847 in house restaurant before and were always impressed with it. The hotel is fairly new, so it was very nice and decorated and furnished very well. Staff was nice. The continental breakfast is the standard fare, but staff had to get the food for you. The rooms are a good size and had a mini-fridge ( which didn't get very cold and had no freezer ), a microwave and a combo-lock safe in a drawer. Beds seemed like foam, but were actually comfy. My sticking point was our neighbors. They had a small child that liked to scream in the morning, and their t.v. was on all night ( yes even at 2:30 ). I could hear all this in the night silence. It wasn't jarring and I could go to sleep with no problem, but it makes me wonder how good the insulation is with louder neighbors. This is certainly not an issue and we would come again. Would recommend.
There is no security or cameras in the parking lot. They will tell you there is cameras all the way around the building but what they won't tell you is they only point at the building. Got my truck windows smashed out and all security wanted to do was make excuses and argue with me.
The rooms were very clean, beautifully decorated and everything worked...lights, internet, t.v. etc. The morning breakfast was outstanding: fill out a menu and the food is served by staff while you watch. And there was a great variety- fruit, eggs, bacon, cereals etc. The best I've had in a hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. There is a nice restaurant on the premise for dinner. Room rates have incleased lately all over Oregon. This hotel was a much better value for all of the nice quality.
The property is quiet and comfortable. The zen garden just outside the hotel was a great experience. There's a short trip around a pond with koi and a heron. There's seating areas around the pond that allow for quiet reflection or just a respite. There's a restaurant and lounge but it isn't open 7 days a week so check ahead.
Excellent staff to guest ratios provide Best Western Premier Boulder Falls Inn visitors with great service. All staff are friendly and express over and over how much they love what they do. They will go out of their way to make your stay outstanding. Great accommodations and amenities too!
This was our first time staying with a Premier Best Western and it was incredibly good. The rooms are so comfortable and very quiet. No noise from neighboring rooms or above us, sleep was amazing. The bathroom had double sinks and the large walk-in shower had more features than a waterpark. The gardens outside were absolutely beautiful and made for a pleasant stroll each evening.
I've stayed at this hotel several times and it has always been consistent in quality. Front desk people are congenial with customers and very efficient. The breakfast left a little to be desired as far as service. You wouldn't have the previous comment, if you had let me submit my review with 150 words.
Everything from the front desk attendant to the room were top notch. My granddaughter enjoyed the cookie at check in, I enjoyed the hot coffee/tea/cocoa bar in the lobby. The hotel is beautiful and they have a nice outdoor seating area. We only had the complimentary breakfast in the restaurant onsite but it was delicious and we enjoyed eating breakfast on the outdoor patio. They have beautiful grounds to walk around and a pretty lobby. Our room was so big and the bed was really comfortable. Nothing bad to say at all about this BW.
This stay was great! The hotel is clean and comfortable and staff are very welcoming. We had three kiddos on this trip and the garden trail, pond, and outdoor pool were excellent out-of-the-room instant entertainment
The staff was amazing, and the restaurant/bar was fantastic!! Wonderful experience, clean rooms, nice outdoor pool, quiet section of town, and I loved the Japanese gardens with the pond full of Koi fish, just beautiful and peaceful!
A beautiful hotel with excellent service! We will stay here again for sure. Unlike and well beyond any experiences we've had with Best Western elsewhere. The room was nice, the cost was affordable, and the restaurant was delicious.
Nice hotel just out of town. Clean rooms and friendly staff. Modern and well maintained. Free breakfast. Heated swimming pool. I would stay here again. The town itself was a little boring to be honest
Very clean, well appointed room with a Kuerig coffee maker, refrigerator and small microwave. I kept a small food supply for packing lunches for hiking. I had a wonderful evening meal at on site restaurant, probably the best restaurant in this small town. Buffet Breakfast served by staff. Fast service and good variety. Hiking trails nearby and town well maintained and good for walks.
The rooms were clean, bed was comfortable! Got really great sleep the entire stay. We ate at the 1847 Bar & Grill, food was delicious! Definitely recommend the duck tostada. They served a huge breakfast, so never had to worry about being hungry.
This hotel is not as it advertises. It is right next to a huge apartment complex and is not romantic in the least bit. HUGELY OVERPRICED. $300 room should have been $80-$100. The only thing going for this hotel is the bed. At least the sheets were clean.
We had a 5 star experience at this hotel. Very maintaintaind and clean. I was traveling for work and brought along my adult daughter. We enjoyed a great meal in the restaurant and walked the beautifully landscaped grounds. There were hundreds of huge koi in the pond and quaint areas to sit and visit. It was the best of both worlds. Highly recommend.
Incredible hotel, rooms, gardens & staff. Greeted with smiles, warm welcome, and freshly baked cookies. Beautiful foyer with fireplace, large comfy rooms & incredible free breakfast in restaurant. Pure luxury.
Our room was spacious, clean and quiet and all of the staff members we had contact with were friendly and helpful. We ate in the restaurant and had a delicious meal. Overall a really nice stay at this hotel.
Great hotel, breakfast was top-notch, staff were friendly and helpful, rooms are big, and the attached restaurant has the best burgers in town. As someone who spends a lot of time in hotels for work, I would highly recommend a stay at this location.
Staff is fantastic, rooms are clean & quiet! Breakfast is awesome! Beautiful area not close to a freeway so it's very quiet! The hotel has a beautiful Japanese garden on property is very nice also! The breakfast is served for you once you select what you want! Super staff! Small town Lebanon is a very neat old town! Close to other city's for shopping!
The hotel is top-notch and the staff are welcoming and knowledgeable. I found the atmosphere calming and pleasant. The food is amazing and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Wonderful place to stay!!
This hotel looked to be fairly new construction. The decor throughout the building was very nice and looked like a really high end place . Room was great . Restaurant was very nice ! Highly recommend!
From the friendly greeting upon arrival to the fresh cookies offered as an afternoon treat, our overnight stay at BW Boulder Falls Inn was excellent. We chose this location to be off the I5. The room was super clean, quiet and well appointed. Next time we'd like to try the in house restaurant. If we are ever in the area again, we will choose Best Western Boulder Falls Inn.
Apologizes if this posts twice. Here are a few highlights of our experience. -Front desk staff made rude and condescending comments on a variety of topics. Then would laugh if you asked an additional question. -Room was dirty from the desk to the bed. -We had a plastic sheet for a comforter -Elevator broke and we got stranded inside…not once but twice. Literally the elevator dropped in between floors before the emergency system was activated. -Poor quality food -Complimentary toiletries old and dried out. -Charged an additional $94 dollars which I had to challenge at the front desk. -The pictures are inaccurate. I contacted the manger and corporate over this experience. I DO NOT recommend. Sleeping in our vehicle would have been more enjoyable.
I stay in Lebanon to see my family. I love this hotel. The price is reasonable and they allow pets. The rooms are very clean and the beds are comfy. I finally got to experience the breakfast that they have in the morning and it was good. I enjoy walking around the Zen garden. I am a satisfied customer and will be back again.
the best staff and facility any where in the world! Love this place. This place goes way out of their way to provide you great service. You don't see this type of service anywhere today traveling. Every other hotel chain should pattern their operations after this place!
As a customer of BW for many years, discovering the Boulder Falls Hotel in Lebanon has been an even greater reason for us to stay with BW. A beautiful facility with roomy, comfortable and clean rooms, outstanding restaurant and lounge service and food and gorgeous Japanese Gardens to stroll through right outside, this location is exceptional in every way. Although Lebanon may be a little off the beaten path, it is well worth the few miles to the variety of events in Corvallis and provides the serene small town atmosphere that is not as hectic as the bigger city. You'll not be disappointed in any way with choosing Boulder Falls. Be sure to ask for Carl in the 1847 Restaurant for exceptional service.
Great service and price for a great Best Western Premier property. We stay here when we go to Beavers sports games at OSU. Better than any properties in Corvallis. In fact the football team stayed here the night before we arrived. Best buffet breakfast set up I've seen. They welcomed my little Dachshund too!
The staff appeared to do the best they could with what they had but a "slow" system made check in take forever. The restaurant and room service that were supposed to be available was closed. The linens were thread bare and far from premium. The mattress was old, soft and well worn.
This motel is a newer property, clean, everything works. The bed was comfortable. There's a restaurant on site, overlooking a Japanese style garden. The garden itself is a little gem, utterly glorious this time of year. Multilevel small waterfalls empty out into a smaller and then larger lake. You can walk a path through the garden, slightly uphill, rest on benches or in gazebos. Great photo ops! The restaurant could do with some improvement. While my halibut was cooked just right, it was too salty, and all food was one color. Service was excellent. Hotel staff was very nice and professional.
This is a Premiere property and it truly looks like one. The Japanese garden is worth the visit. A leisurely stroll after breakfast was a great way to end our stay. We've been here before and ate in the restaurant. This time we went out except for Breakfast. Problems? 1. No cups or glasses in the room, had to fetch them from downstairs. 2. Double occupancy room but only 1 robe. 3. The breakfast was cold, all of it. 4. The hot tub jet were some kind of crazy, nothing like we've ever seen. 5. Ice only on every other floor
The staff and food were excellent, and room was clean and rather large, really enjoyed the size of the tub. Would have liked a firmer mattress, as I felt mine was a bit soft. Bottled water in the room would have been nice.
Love this hotel! The most amazing bed I've ever slept in! Hotel was beautiful, clean. Friendly staff. Easy check in process. Nice restaurant and bar. Beautiful Japanese garden out behind the hotel. Free breakfast is a nice bonus!
My parents and grandparents lived in this area for many years. They would be shocked to see such a nice hotel here in this small town. It was really top notch. I wish I would have had time to stay longer and enjpy the pool and hot tube, a lovely outdoor space even in October. The outdoor patio and park-like garden was lovely. Too bad outside fire pit was out of order.
I will be staying here again in the future. The best Best Western I've stayed at. The 1847 bar and grill was great too. Everything about the king suite with fireplace and view of garden was over the top Beautiful!
Remember when hotels had spacious rooms, queen sized beds and regular-sized pillows? BWPBFI has all of that, and it's a pleasure to stay in a hotel that takes pride in customer service and providing intentional comfort with quality towels, good pillows (no small square ones here!), clean rooms, queen sized beds (instead of doubles) and enough room to move between the bed and the wall to get to the bathroom, which is not a cubicle, as they are in most other hotels. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I urge other hotels to use this hotel as an example of what travelers are looking for. Bravo, Best Western Premier!
We were looking for an interesting stay away from the interstate and we found it at this hotel. The facility is higher quality than expected and the rooms are very large, nicely furnished and quiet. And the town has an attractive uptown business district with small local businesses. On the outskirts is a modern business, education, residential development. We enjoyed excellent beers at a local micro brewery. What is not to like?
Very clean. Beautiful garden walk with pond off of the outside dining patio. Great doggy area. Mostly fenced. Very accommodating with pets. Rooms were good. Food from in house restaurant was great. Breakfast was amazing. Toasted croissants so flakey....yummm. Hailey, I hope I spelled that right, was very kind. Our dogs barked when we left them desperate for food as it was a holiday the onsite restaurant was closed. She called to let us know the dogs were vocal with strange noises etc. We hurried back and everything was fine after that. I would def stay there again and highly recommend. They also had a nice gym set up and computer room. Did not use those but it's there for convenience.
Always a pleasant stay at this hotel and it is the only place to stay if you visit Lebanon-nothing else can compare. This hotel is beautiful on the inside and outside. The restaurant's food 1847) is delicious. The staff is professional and always available if you need anything.
Our Whole Family Stayed Here, From Check in to check out , the Experience was amazing. We were traveling with small children and a Pet. The Grounds are amazing, Nice for a small child to explore. Several Beautiful sitting areas. Breakfast was the best complimentary I have had. Fresh cookies at check in. Beautiful Garden, Semi Heated Pool, nice hot tub, Dont forget to buy some fish food to feed the Koi Fish, I Will Definitely Stay Here Again when visiting.
Probably one of the nicest places to stay you could find. The facility, room, and dining experience rivals 5 star hotels that are priced considerably higher. Had we not stopped here in route to our destination we would have extended our srtay.
Ive stayed at this establishment several times and ive never had any problems. the staff is always kind and helpful. the rooms are nice. the beds are super comfy. its a beautifully made hotel and very welcoming.
First time to stay here on family visit. My flight was early that morning so I called about 12 noon, and was told that my room is already ready for me which was very nice although I didn't get to check in earlier as I had to make some stops on the way. As soon as I arrive at the front desk, the lady who helped me was very quick in checking me in. My room was clean overall, carpet I could see needed some cleaning soon. Breakfast was awesome - bacon was super - and practiced food safety, no self serve but they will serve you. Outside Japanese garden is pretty, nice walk after that breakfast. Pond needs cleaning though, kinda sad for the koi in there... Overall, my stay was superb and the rating to this hotel should be 3.9!!
Was not expecting this nice of a hotel in Lebanon, OR! The rooms are comfortable and quiet, we were on the top (3rd floor) and on the side not facing the hospital. Did not hear any sirens nor hallway noise at all! The rooms are clean and pleasant decor. Internet was adequate and had in room coffee/tea. The grounds are beautiful! There is a large pond with a lovely walking path, several sitting areas with waterfalls throughout. Very well maintained and peaceful. The restaurant provided excellent food and great service, it will be nice when they are able to start serving breakfast (still grab and go items currently). Manager says breakfast service will restart in August. Definitely would stay here again if I have a need to stay in Lebanon, OR.
The grounds, layout, and rooms of this nearly new hotel are very, very nice. The restaurant food was very good; we had to eat earlish to beat the crowd on a Friday night - worth it! The waterfalls and pond are surrounded by a carefully curated Japanese garden, one of the most remarkable I've ever seen. The rooms fell lush and spacious, and parking was plentiful. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Although I wasn't on business for this trip, I saw a conference room that was exceptional and they had a business center that looked large.
Lovely, large room with a great mattress. Very clean with pleasant staff. Squeaky clean. Many restaurants nearby. Restaurant in the hotel had great reviews but unfortunately we did not think the food was good. However, the wait staff was apologetic and discounted the rib eye which was tough and stringy.
This hotel is really top notch, with spacious, comfortable, attractive and functional rooms. The gardens and koi pond are amazing. Very convenient having an excellent restaurant right at the hotel. Way better than we were expecting, especially for the price. We have stayed at about hundred hotels and paid far more and this is the best one yet.
Beautiful and clean. Friendly, attentive staff. My only disappointment was not having a kitchenette as I was/am here for two months. The food at the restaurant is okay and I love, love, love the koi pond out back.
The room, staff and accommodations are all top notch. It was a bit pricey but it is the best motel in the Lebanon area. The signage to get to the motel from the main road could be improved but once you find it there is easy quick access to main road. Very near to the hospital and Veterans center.
The rooms are clean and modern. The hotel has amazing decor. The Japanese garden is a nice walk and well thought out. It is fun to watch the coy, they follow you around the pond too. Overall great stay and would make it a point to come to this location if in the area.
Visiting to attend a wedding in Lebanon OR. Astonished to find top class lodgings, beautifully appointed spacious room, clean and modern, professional and courteous staff. Surprised also to find a large Japanese garden and peaceful Koi pond on the grounds. Restaurant serves excellent food you'd find in an urban setting. High marks!
We had a nice experience at the hotel. From check in to check out. It was great. Not much workers . Only seen at the front desk. Because of covid breakfast was OK. Just a sandwich and fruits with a drink. The jacuzzi and pool was open and great time to relax.
A beautifully landscaped koi pond behind the hotel encircled by a nice walking path provides ample seating for you and your pets. There is plenty of green space out front. The rooms are quite large and the front desk attendants were very friendly and helpful. We did not eat at the restaurant as it was Monday and closed, but we found a great drive-thru fish place within a 5 minute drive that was good.
I had to take care of family business and needed some place for a night. The trip was stressful. My stay was relaxing with a great dinner, comfortable bed, and very nice staff helping me. It made the trip much better.
Really loved staying at this location, is not our first & won't be our last I am sure. From their beautiful garden area, to the wonderful onsite restaurant i give this place 5 stars. Everyone at this location is courteous, helpful, friendly & professional. Pool & spa area is also wonderful & watched as they tested & treated the water daily. Thank you all for being the best.
This is our second time in Lebanon and at this Best Western. It won't be our last. Everyone is so nice, Kathy at the front desk, the wait staff at the restaurant. You can't go wrong here. Covid measures in place and the room was spotless.
The town is very small and we weren't expecting much as we just needed one night on our way home. This hotel is phenomenal and you won't believe it's a Best Western. The property is new and the rooms resemble a Hilton/Marriott. Very comfortable bed, quiet and clean. Onsite restaurant is a bit pricey for the hotel, but delicious and has a full bar. HIGHLY recommend this gem of a hotel.
We found this hotel close to the Lebanon Veteran's home. It is a beautiful hotel with amazing garden. The restaurant staff provided great service and the menu had a good variety of choices. The beds were comfortable and it was quiet. Rooms nicely decorated and offered a solid interior connection. We recommend staying here!
The microwave was dirty. It had spilled cheese on the spinning thing where u put the food at. The fridge never worked so it ruined our food. Double charged my card made me overdraft. Not very happy at all
We love staying here! This hotel is always so clean and has wonderful staff. There restaurant is great too! My girls love the pool and I love the outdoor hot tub. The rooms are comfortable. We can never leave without walking the trail and watching the koi fish in the pond. We have always had a pleasant stay at Boulder falls.
This is an exceptionally nice Best Western (we are members and have stayed at many of their locations) and well worth a visit! Every public area of the property (outside, lobby, restaurant/bar, pool/spa) were very clean and well kept along with greeat eye appeal. The rooms are also modern, well appointed, and comfortable. We were only there for one night and did have problems on our stay but the staff tried to be helpful about it. When we checked into our room we put our leftovers from lunch in the room fridge but when we returned to our room later that evening after dinner we found out that the fridge was not operating correctly and had been leaking water all over food while we were gone and ruined our nice lunch leftovers. We reported the incident to the front desk who offered to send someone up to look at it and also to store the leftovers we now had with us from dinner (we appreciatede it but still a big time waster when you only have one evening to enjoy together). Since we didn't want to wait around for someone to show up and look at the fridge (we want to have a dring at their bar and then go enjoy the pool/spa area) we thought we would put our valuables in the safe and go downstairs. Unfortunately the safe had zero power going to the control panel and was inoperable. That left us with burning up more of our limited time trying to find an alternative place to safely store our valuables while we weren't in the room. I suggest moving forward that the add to the housekeeping checklist the task of at least checking the safe controls to make sure it at lwast turns on. Those problems aside everything else about this property was top notch so maybe we just were the unlucky ones who got a room with a couple defective items. My overall opinion as a frequent traveler would be to recommend this property to anyone staying in the area.
Our stay was flawless, everyone wore masks and it was clean. I would have liked bottled water in our room though. Also, there needs to be a sign on the main road indicating which street to turn on, its hard to find otherwise.
We love coming here for the weekend. The restaurant is always outstanding. The rooms are well appointed and always fresh. The staff is always eager to help any way they can. This is one of our favorite go to hotels and look forward to going back!
Loved our visit. The location was handy for our trip. The landscaping with the Japanese garden and koi pond was beautiful! The room was neat and clean and had all the amenities we needed (plus some). The room service from 1847 was awesome!
Nice place, good eats at the restaurant, friendly staff. Liked the koi pond as well! The room was super comfy, nice and well cleaned. Enjoyed the hot tub also, was a great way to end the day! The staff were super friendly and welcoming, and the restaurant was delicious by all means.
Everything was clean and masks were worn. Social distancing was easy with the large spaces. The restaurant food was great. The breakfast was nice. Friendly, helpful staff. Pool and hot tub are outside.
This is our go to hotel when visiting the area. The staff is attentive and the rooms are modern and comfortable. The restaurant is top notch with excellent food and service. The local area also provides much to do including Oregon State University and some wonderful local waterfalls.
The pool was a big disappointment as it looked so cozy and inviting in the nighttime web photos. In the daylight it was sad and located next to a vacant lot and the parking lot. False advertising. I did enjoy the artwork on the hallway and room walls.
my wife and I took a night iff from hustle and bustle choosing to spend a few days away from Portland. Our reception reception by a friendly and professional young woman (Sep 2), to Nate, host at 1847 restaurant) and Emma, our server made our experience especially nice, The room was clean and very comfortable. The food was prepared with a tasty and delicate touch with a good variety of food choices. This is the best of the Best Western experiences we have had. kudos to a management team that knows the value of professional hospitality in managing a beautiful property and great staff. We will be back.
We loved this BW. We wish all the BW were this special. The staff was great and this Beat Western hotel was the beat we have ever stayed in. Recommend this hotel to anyone traveling for business or pleasure.
The pool and hot tub were great. We loved the garden. And the property felt very upscale. For the price, a fantastic value. We ate at the restaurant in the hotel; which I would rate a 7 out of 10; mostly because I didn't like where we were sat. But that is not uncommon during this pandemic; so I can't hold that against them. But the meal was fairly good and we had a nice experience.
The room was clean and up to date. I felt comfortable in the room. Very good accommodations. The front desk gentleman was kind enough to allow me to check in a little earlier than 3 which helped me out a bunch so I could get ready for the wedding at 4. I would give it 5 star except for the noisy A/C which was necessary due to 100* temps that day....by the end of my evening I finally shoved the chair against it and it stopped rattling so much (3 am). I wanted to tell the front desk at check out but due to covid and having the breakfast stuff behind the counter I didn't want to wait in line to check out.
We spent a night here on the last leg of our trip around Oregon. The rooms were very nice, very comfortable bed and nice sitting area. The bathroom was small and cramped. Customer service was very good as we had a rescheduled airline flight and had to shorten our stay... no problem.
My family and I went south from the Portland metro area for a break from home isolation. We were pleasantly surprised by how upscale the hotel was -- not the typical Best Western that I have known. Very well appointed. The grounds are beautiful, including a Japanese healing garden by the famous designer Kurisu. The salt water pool was especially nice. We ordered room service (the salad and burger were tasty, the fish and chips not so much). The internet was a bit slow for streaming movies, but everything else worked well. The beds were very comfortable and soft. The hotel was very clean. The staff and the patrons all wore PPE and observed social distancing. The hotel was fully booked but yet it did not feel crowded in the least.
Best Western apparently has a new policy that early check ins are available for $25. Therefore, one who doesn't pay the fee, must wait until check in time. You are told, "Your room is not ready yet." While that might possibly be true, it still feels like I'm being lied to. You rent a room for less than 24 hours, but they will not let you check in a few minutes early? Also, for a premier property, their breakfast was minimal, even though they had an actual restaurant downstairs. The best they had was a Jimmie Dean breakfast sandwich that you took back to your room and microwaved. I know that COVID-19 has an impact, but it was inconsistent across properties.
We haven't stayed at a BW in years, and this hotel is amazing. Professional staff, spacious room was immaculate with very comfortable bed and quality linens, nice bath products and ample coffee supplies including half and half and vanilla creamers as well and outdoor pool. We had dinner in the restaurant 1847 which was very good and has a lovely ambiance with views of Japanese garden. We will definitely be looking for this caliber of BW as we travel!
Stayed here for two nights while in town to see my grandchildren. Beautiful facility with spacious and clean rooms. On site restaurant and bar were excellent and offered room service which was awesome in this time of Covid.
We live locally but like to get away from time to time. We stayed for our anniversary and it was wonderful! Beautiful gardens, lovely room and fantastic restaurant! Staff was very helpful and friendly :)
My wife and I had planed a couple day stay at the BW in Hood River for later int he week. Our youngest son who attends OSU decided to go with us so we traveled down to Lebanon an day early with our only thought to enjoy the pool and restaurant. Neither disappointed us and we had a great stay. The staff is excellent and treats the property like it is a resort with the service they provide. The only thing that I wish they provided was a pool menu and delivery... I think many would pay for this service. They value was awesome and we will be back again.
Beautiful hotel with very helpful and friendly staff. My experince with this hotel has always been great! There in house resturant has great food, friendly service and awesome drinks. I diffently recommend staying here even if it just for a night to get away.
The hotel was beautiful. The room was great. It meet all of our needs and some. We didn't get to enjoy the 1847 restaurant but the menu looked amazing. Wish we would have stayed longer to check it out. Will definitely be returning
Took my family to stay here for a wedding and their customer service was amazing! I called day before to ask for early check in to get ready for wedding, they were happy to accommodate and our room was available by 10am. YAY! The pool is amazing and salt water! Perfect temp, perfect weather. It was our favorite experience there, had to drag my kiddos outta the pool, they didn't want to leave. The room looked and smelt super clean. You could tell they are using heavy duty products to sanitize, but not overwhelming. We didn't get to try the restaurant but their menu sounded delicious! Their continental breakfast was handed out by the front desk person. There was some good options but nothing fresh, everything is pre-packaged. Keurig in the room, coffee pods were ok, I was pleasantly surprised by the tea pods and coffee/tea condiments offered in the rooms. I will bring my own kpods next time. Also, rooms have microwave, mini fridge, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, magnifying mirror, and plenty of towels and bathroom toiletries. Only problems I found was no plastic bags in all the waist baskets in the room (easy mistake and fixed by staff) and the access to our rooms was a bit of a walk to and from the elevators. We did find a back entrance near the pool but 3 flights of stairs with luggage and kids in tow was kind of a hassle but we got our steps in for the week! Also, the curtains on the windows do not close all the way. I didn't feel my privacy was compromised but that morning sun was vicious this morning! LOL The beds are super soft, too soft for my liking but very comfy and plenty of pillows (4 on each queen bed). With all that said, we would definitely stay there again.
we just stayed and was blown away by how nice the property was, how helpful and friendly the staff were, and how above and beyond the team went for my friends on-site wedding. We highly recommend this place!
Exceptional service all around. From check in to check out. I couldn't have wished for better hospitality. Thank you! Excellent work. My son was in hog heaven at the pool. Around the hotel the decor was incredibly beautiful. Not even to mention the outstanding Japanese Garden. I felt like I was back in hills of Nagano. Top-shelf living at the Best Western Premier Boulder Falls Inn.
Incredible room and amazing customer service. I was so surprised on how classy and clean the room was. I thought I was at the Waldorf Astoria. The whole experience with the staff and the hotel and room was surprising in a good way.
Our kids are building a house here, and we needed a place to stay. Loved our stay and we will be back! The pool and hot tub were great, coffee in room was very easy. Rooms are spectacular. Great value!
I loved everything about this hotel, from the property, to the room, to the restaurant! One of the better hotels I have stayed at in a long time. The room was HUGE!! Loved all the little amenities that were in the room. Overall the room was nice and quiet and the bed was cozy. If I return to the area again this will be my go to hotel.
With one small tweak, I'd give this hotel a 100%. A light and bright lobby, fireplace, friendly front desk clerk, fresh cookies, and a coffee and tea bar greeted us as we blew inside from the blustery cold outside. Our room was immaculate and quiet. The hot breakfast buffet was complete with everything one could need, inc. the best bacon I've had at a hotel breakfast buffet and also fresh pineapple and strawberries. Here's the one small tweak needed: the shower faucet requires a mechanical engineer to figure out! It took two of us about 10 minutes to decipher. We almost had to call the front desk. I recommend to management that instructions be printed and posted somewhere. I'm still giving them a 5 star rating and would stay here again.
Nice hotel very awesome price for what you get,hot breakfast buffet and all around friendly staff always love staying here, restaurant, pool and jaccuzzi, rooms are comfortable and can't hear noises outside of rooms
Overall a very nice Best Western. We are Diamond Select members and have probably stayed at least 12 nights in the last year at Boulder Falls Lebano,n OR and the one in Sisters OR At Boulder Falls, the last 2 times they stuck us in room 311 closest to the laundry and elevators. This last time I noticed one of the plus on the bedside lamp doesnt work, and the heater needed a tweak or something... heater worked and then would shut off. The room was cold. They were very nice and immediately gave us a key to another room down the hall. Why not just put us down the hall in the first place. Room 311 needs attention. Don't use 311 as a default if you have additional same type of room down the hall. That's all we ask.
Fantastic environment, excellent staff, and a very professional clean and nice place to stay. Restaurant was amazing, many choices, incredible food, knowledgeable staff, and just a very nice atmosphere.
This hotel is in an excellent location and the restaurant is exceptional. The staff goes above and beyond and is extremely friendly. The room decor is very tasteful and the bed was very comfortable. Will definitely return.
Exceptionally well-maintained and clean facility, friendly staff, comfortable beds, nice on-site restaurant, excellent breakfast buffet with cloth napkins and real silverware instead of plastic, Japanese garden, away from congested traffic, excellent access to interstate, Corvallis, Albany, and Eugene. Excellent place to stay.
Perhaps this just suggests I have a preconceived opinion about the Best Western brand, but from the appearance of the hotel to the restaurant to the amazing staff, my whole experience felt more like that of a boutique hotel than a national "economy" brand. My room was perfect for my needs, the staff was knowledgeable, friendly and professional, and all of my meals were full of delicious options. I travel for a living, spending more than 100 nights a year in hotels with top tier status at both Marriott and Hilton, yet this was one of my better experiences in the last few years. I would not have chosen a Best Western if there was a convenient option for Marriott or Hilton, and what a mistake that would've been on my part. Well done.
New construction, locally made furniture in the room, craft cocktails, and the best steak that a hotel has ever served me. Beds were amazing!!! Every staff member I encountered was polite and courteous, and were very easy to talk to. The worst part of my stay was when I had to leave!
This is an excellent BW property. The property was very well kept and rooms were very clean and well appointed. The restaurant was outstanding. We recommend the Tenderloin Medallions. The bar was also a fun place for a great drink and friendly banter with the bartender. This property sets the standard for what all BW locations should aspire to be.
This is a surprisingly good hotel for the money. The beds could be better and the noise from the event center are the only flaws. Everything else was fantastic and I'd probably stay here again in the future.
We could hear the people in the next room ALL NIGHT and ALL MORNING! Thinnest walls ever. The poor guy had a bad cold and he coughed and cleared his throat all night, keeping us awake. I finally had to go to the front desk for ear plugs around 12:30 in the morning. In the morning we could hear them talking. Worse than a "cheap" motel. I'm a Platinum member and have stayed at many BW, this is one of the worst. Turned on the TV to drown out the noise and we could still hear them. The room was stuffy, so I went to open a window, but the windows don't open - so you have to have a fan blowing all night. BW went to a one-size-fits-all pillow that is way too firm and will leave you with a sore neck. I will try to post a picture of the "garden view"- It was a parking lot! There was one bathrobe for us to share. In the fitness center there were two treadmills, both were broken. Look at my reviews, I'm not a complainer. The great reviews and great pictures got us here, but what a disappointment. The restaurant, however, was great. Breakfast was fresh and the folk were friendly in the restaurant.
Food, Service, Decor, all a 10. I say in first class hotels all over the country and world as the CEO of HandMoto.com This is a shock how great it is. We go back to this particular one (Boulder Falls) Because it is as good as the 5 star hotels that we stay at in NYC, Miami, Beverly Hills, etc.
We love to stay here! The garden is absolutely beautiful and such a great place to take a walk before you head out for the day or at the end of your day! So peaceful and quiet; smells so good too. The staff is great. The breakfast is great also.
Had the best beds of any other hotel I've stayed at. Rooms and bathrooms were nice and clean. I also loved the new key card they had, they were so easy to use. Everyone so helpful and was able to answer all our questions we had.
This hotel is 1st class, excellent breakfast and the restaurant on site was excellent. The hotel is very clean, my room was clean and quite, the staff was all very informational amd eager to help. I would Highly recommend this hotel..
Exceeds expectations - very comfortable environment. Great food and friendly staff. I stay here often (all the time actually) when in town to visit family. Highly recommend and my recommendations to friends have resulted in favorable feedback.
Overall a very nice stay. Great food and wait staff. I was there for a seminar at the Osteopathic School so this was the only restaurant near by. While not inexpensive, it offered plenty of options and was delicious. The free breakfast, however, was not anything too special...the usual spread but did include scrambled eggs and bacon. Only complaint was noise from adjacent room late at night.
We love the hotel and have always felt welcome every time we stay , the front desk helped with our reservation as it was on 2 bookings. We were moved on the second night to a room with a great view of the gardens .Great customer service
We had a wonderful time at Best Western Premier Boulder Falls Inn. We had a very nice suite with fireplace in the bedroom. The living room area was very nice with sitting area, TV, and so forth. We had a fabulous dinner at the restaurant. I loved the exercise room, the swimming pool area, and also walking in the Japanese Garden. The staff is super nice. This is an amazing Best Western to stay at.
This property and their staff are a cut above. Clean, good amenities, great restaurant, top quality staff. Highly recommend - easily best hotel in the Lebanon/Albany/Corvallis area. The restaurant really is that good - not a typical hotel restaurant.
This is my second stay for a total of 4 nights. If I have any business in the central Willamette Valley this will always be my go-to place. It is well worth the 15 minute drive off I—5. I travel with a Dog and they go out of their way to make us welcome. The hotel is located in an area of medical school buildings with extensive walking paths. It is so nice to get up in the morning and take a long walk in an area I feel safe. I suggested a friend book a room here this trip and it is now her favorite.
This was my second stay at this property as my family made their way to nearby Silver Falls State Park and I can still say that this is by far one of the best of the best. The hotel feels like a 4 star hotel in the middle of a small town. As a BW Diamond elite member, I appreciated the upgrade to the suite since my wife and kids were with me for this particular stay. The kids particularly enjoyed the outdoor pool and hot tub as well as having the extra tv in the room. As a foodie myself, I will say that I really enjoyed the expansive free breakfast buffet in the morning. The only thing keeping me from giving this a perfect rating was the fact that we had issues with the tv remote (supposedly needed to be re-programmed by front desk staff) and the sofa in the suite wasn't a sofa bed. Most sofas that I've seen in suite rooms at other hotels are sofa beds so I assumed this would be the same--something to keep in mind if that's important to you. With that said, this remains a solid property and I plan to return soon!
Stayed here for a conference (this was the second time). The staff was superb, the facilities are great. Check-in was fast, the breakfast buffet was complete and the quality was first rate. I look forward to next year's conference at the same place.
Extremely comfortable bed with an array of different types of pillows. (I had brought my own, but didn't need to.) Best breakfast offered by any hotel I've stayed at. The bacon and sausages are truly unique! Room service food available 24/7. I stay here every time I'm in the area. If your an AVA Volkswalker, there is even a walking club box here if you want to get in a 10K to work-off that breakfast!
easy to get to rooms, elevator right off the lobby. Pool, fitness room. pleasant employees and a great upscale restaurant. Parking lot well lit and easy acces to motel lobby. Beverages in the lobby to grab on your way up to room. short distance from albany for some great shopping
My husband and I Stayed at the hotel on our wedding night and it was beautiful! Breakfast was good and the garden was gorgeous. Shout out to Susan at the front desk! Susan was so helpful and so sweet! She made sure everything was set up perfect for our stay and constantly had a smile on her face. We would definitely stay here again just because of her!
Our extending family have stayed at Boulder many times because it is beautiful, great friendly accommodating staff, very nice big rooms, all the amenities, restaurant/bar with great menu, complimentary breakfast, seating area with fireplace and the right price. It feels like home ................ The staff were very nice to give us all a group rate that was so very appreciative. debbie
This is the best hotel that I've stayed in for the money. Customer service is outstanding and the restaurant is top notch. The check in was super quick and the check out was just as easy. the staff was super nice and accommodating even when I wanted to ck out a day early and they let me do it at 1 pm on top of it!.
For a Best Western and a room at the rate I paid, I was shocked. I felt like I was staying in a 5 star hotel. A huge kudos goes to the management and staff of this hotel, especially the restaurant and bar staff.
This is a beautiful property with all the amenities you could ask for. Very well run and situated close to business, healthcare, and even close enough to OSU to make it a good option for Beavers games.
Well designed facility. Nicely appointed rooms. The staff was garcious and professional. The weakness is the location; it is near OSU and has a great garden, but not convenient to anything else. Worth a stay if you have business in the area.
One of the finest hotels and located in central Oregon? Great staff, food, and very first class. The ponds are spectacular. The decor is great. Our 5th or 6th stay there (I think).... and we will be back.
I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the entire hotel. The beautiful modern decor was very pleasing. The staff was amazing, from front desk, restaurant, lounge to the room condition and housekeeping. Nice wide, lighted, halls.
The hotel might be a 10 minute drive from I-5, but it is well worth the extra few minutes travel. The hotel is very , clean, friendly/helpful staff, convenient business room for printing, etc.; beautiful garden with a koi pond to enjoy either a evening or early morning stroll, delicious breakfast with many selections. I would recommend this hotel to any traveler without hesitation. .
Spacious, clean rooms. Nice restaurant and bar, good breakfast buffet. Pretty garden with koi pond outside. Nice, helpful staff. Don't leave anything on your bed or housekeeping won't make your bed - in order to “respect your privacy.”
I have stayed here multiple times. Staff is always amazingly helpful and friendly! If I have a request or concern it is handled promptly and with courtesty. I love that they are pet friendly!! I don't bring my dogs every time, but they are always welcome. Front desk staff is great! Rooms are well appointed and very clean. Really enjoy staying here!
We ended up staying here because it was the only place that had a room available in the Salem vicinity. We were on our way to the coast to stay at a Best Western in Lincoln City but this property was so beautiful and the amenities were amazing the pool unbelievable that we ended up canceling our reservation on the coast and we spent the whole weekend here. We strolled through the gardens and waterfalls, fed the koi, sat and relaxed in the sun by the pool. I appreciated that breakfast went until 11 as we very rarely get to sleep in and relax before breakfast. The breakfast was good the bed was awesome everything was clean and beautiful. We ate dinner in the restaurant and it was very good. I hesitate to recommend this hotel because if the word gets out we may never get a room there again.lol
The area, employees, restaurant and room was great. Check in and out was a breeze. Everything was clean, neat and tidy on my stay there. All the employees were nice and very friendly. My overall stay was great.
This best western was very lovely to stay at! Clean and the staff was very friendly. I came in at like 2 AM but the front desk staff was so kind and welcoming! Also the only hotel breakfast I had ever been to that specifically labeled and catered towards my gluten-free food needs. I would highly recommend!
This is the nicest Best Western I've ever experienced. The suite was huge, a really comfy bed, even a fireplace in our room! Be sure to stroll through the Japanese garden right behind the hotel. The bar was a great place for a nightcap with some friends. Breakfast is included, limited options at the breakfast buffet.
Was treated very well by staff. Robin at the front desk is always exceptional. Professional and thoughtful. Sergio in the kitchen helps me at breakfast with my dietary restrictions. Always with a smile. Rooms always meticulously clean. Finally walked the path by the Koi pond and was surprised how serene and beautiful it is.
Beautiful hotel! Gardens, ponds, patios, quality place. Great restaurant also. Staff were all friendly. Hotel was very grand and really surprised me. Outdoor pool was very nice. Great setting. Would stay again.
We found this gem and have decided to make it a yearly trip. Beautiful pond, garden and walking trails (perfect for a wedding venue) The staff was very friendly and everything was very clean and nice. Bed were comfortable and the breakfast was pretty good too.
if you stay here once, you will make the drive to stay here again! The hotel is lovely inside with the original paintings and out with the Japanese garden and pool area. The staff are very hospitable and the hotel is well run. It's a luxury hotel at a modest price.
I attended my class reunion which was held at the Boulder Falls Best Western. The hotel is very upscale. It has a great restaurant and breakfast is outstanding. They also have an event center next door which is great for the guests.
We really enjoyed the Best Western Premier Boulder Falls. Great room and great breakfast. Great customer service also. We had our reunion in the convention center and it was great. Plenty of room for us.
I just had the good fortune to stay at the Best Western Premier Boulder Falls Inn; Lebanon, Oregon. I had no idea such a beautiful little "pearl" was hidden in that area. The surrounding buildings are a mix of residential and commercial, with a heavy presence of medical buildings. As such, it is a perfect spot for walking! The hotel is really well maintained, clean and spacious. The food (and beverage) in the restaurant was really good. There is beautiful Japanese garden and KOI pond right outside the doors, a place to take a glass of wine for a little down/zen time. If you need any meeting space, there is a well run conference center right next door! Whether you are just visitng the area or need a hotel/conference center, you can't go wrong at this facility! Very impressive.
We stayed just one night on our way to Ashland, Oregon from the greater Seattle area, but it was excellent. Pros: The Koi pond next door was a nice diversion. The bed and pillows in the room were perfect. The food at the restaurant was excellent and the bartenders didn't skimp when making the drinks. Slept like a baby. Cons: Kind of in the middle of nowhere. Looking forward to staying here another night on our way back home.
My family had 24 rooms for the weekend to celebrate a wedding. Very beautiful property, great breakfast. We had the rehearsal dinner on the 2nd floor and it was wonderful. Our room was clean and new. Only complaints are the in-room safe didn't work and after telling staff, they still didn't fix it. Bed & pillows were a bit uncomfortable.
This Hotel is a very nice hotel with nice amenities, but the daily rates are Pricey !!! The room was very nice and the only complaint I had about the room was that the satellite TV reception was in and out at times. This hotel also has an adequate workout room and a nice swimming pool and spa, although the pool and spa our located outside.
This is a fabulous hotel that is well priced. Very conveniently located. Nice modern decor throughout and very nice rooms. The restaurant is right there so no extra driving is needed. Good food was served.
This was a beautiful hotel. When checking in I was a little weary because of the price, but the room was so nice! Fireplace and waterfall showers made our newly wed night one to remember. We felt like royalty.
Came hear with the family for a short Vacation. The Hotel is new and has great service and a great feel along with the Pool and the included breakfast. You can't go wrong staying here. The Rooms and complete hotel is clean and well kept. The Garden with the Koi Pond is a nice added touch that helps with unwinding.
Well worth it. Everything about this over night stay was easy. Check in was easy. Room was large and spacious. View was beautiful. The room was prepared for us to have a time to remember long after we left. Nothing but beautiful memories.
Lovely setting - great property! We especially appreciated the consideration given to our request for a particular room/location within hotel. (We happen to be non-pet people due to allergies...) We will definitely stay here again - often - as we visit family in Albany!
We were very impressed with the quality of this hotel in such an out of way location! It seemed as if it had just opened it's doors for business the day before we arrived. The staff were very friendly.
The hotel was gorgeous! Clean, comfortable, friendly staff and Robin was exceptional in dealing with a situation that came up. Amazing breakfast with tons of choices and accommodating hours. I left well rested and feeling valued.
I stayed at this hotel for only one night as I was passing through Northern Oregon on my way to Olympia, Washington. I had specifically chosen this hotel due to the fantastic ratings and the beautiful pictures on TripAdvisor. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone passing through or in the area for a specific event. I actually met two other couples who had stayed at this hotel numerous times and kept coming back because they loved it so much. The lobby is beautiful, the restaurant is terrific, the room is clean and well air-conditioned, the grounds are beautiful, and the staff is absolutely fantastic! It's not so much a destination type of lodging, as the area doesn't have a lot to offer, but it's obvious that this hotel could certainly go for at least double the price each night if it were in the city. It really is quite a gem!
Room was super clean, huge plus! Staff friendly and helpful. The negative was the restaurant. Prices seems a little high, food bland even though over seasoned. It's almost like they tried to “gourmet “ everything, too over the top. Not enough variety on menu items options, having some “simple” food options, some vegetarian options would be good. But the extremely friendly waitress made overall experience a positive one.
This is a very nice hotel to find in a small town. It's brand new, nice design with a beautiful garden and Koi pond at the back of the hotel. The complimentary breakfast buffet is well stocked and the food comparable to others in the same class. The only problem is that the walls are paper thin (really, really thin) so you can hear pretty much everything that goes on in adjoining rooms. A nice touch is the availability of a laundry on site that is convenient for long stay guests. The staff is very responsive to needs and do everything possible to make your stay a comfortable one. I would certainly recommend it to anyone traveling in this region of Oregon!
We have stayed here in the past, and this trip met our prior expectations and then some. Restaurant in the facility has a patio and pets are permitted to join their humans for dinner. Nice pet area and I must commend the other guests as the area was extremely clean.
This is a really nice place to stay. Wish we could have been there one night. Staff - great. Room - pretty good. I can't wait until we get done with this fad for duvets as I find them too hot. Breakfast - typical and mostly healthy choices. The fruit selection though - You have the BEST strawberries in the US right now in your area and we served melon from who knows where! Really liked eating in a restaurant setting without a TV and with real silverware. Eco sensitive - glad to see the multi use dispenser for shampoo and conditioner, but that means you don't have to give us little plastic bottles! Outdoor pool and hot tub - comfortable and generous. Thanks for the great stay.
This was the best hotel of our trip to Oregon, the best BW ever. Polite staff, clean and very comfy rooms, good food for breakfast, nice restaurant, beautiful setting. Just delightful. I recommend it.
This hotel is clean, nicely decorated. All staffs, and I mean ALL , are very nice. From front desk, restaurant, etc, they are all nice. It seems like they are happy with their job, this hotel is probably treating them nicely.
All the facility was great. Wonderful staff and great breakfast buffet. We have stayed several times in the past 6 months. This was the first time the weather cooperated so I could check out the botanical garden under construction. Beautiful, I was able to do a short slideshow/video but no place to post here. Have to see to appreciate :)
The hotel is quite new ,and the personnel are friendly and helpful. Our spacious room was on the third floor - quiet, beautifully appointed, and very clean. There was a good sized closet, ironing board, and good quality iron. The beds were very comfortable. The bathroom was a good size and adequate for our needs. Only one problem occurred: the container for the hair conditioner was slowly leaking conditioner into the tub, making it very slippery. We let the front desk people know about the problem, and we hope that has been corrected by now. The wedding was held outside near a pond that is surrounded by a colourful garden. It made a stunning backdrop for the wedding party. Really a refined place to hold an event like a wedding. Thank you, Best Western, for a very pleasant stay.
This hotel has nice finishes and a quiet location. There is much to like, but...personally, I don't like being met by pit bulls in the hallway or getting off the elevator. Once, a man had 2 pit bulls on leashes that were lunging towards me and he could barely hold them back. Another time a barking dog in the room adjacent to mine caused me to pack and move rooms. I have had too many negative dog experiences to stay here again. I will look for no pet hotels.
Amazing dinner and wait staff Delicious meal and beautiful gardens. Clean comfortable room with an outstanding bed...as Sheldon Cooper says it was THE BEST BEST WESTERN. The knowledge of the staff, the willingness to go the extra mile and every ammenity worked without a problem. It is a well oiled machine Running with precision, kindness, education and good old fashioned customer service...cannot wait to come back..
Beautiful, modern, clean room. Great mattress. Clean and quiet. Breakfast was excellent and the restaurant for dinner was great. Easy in and out. Brilliant staff, very polite and accomodating. Would recommend highly.
This location has a beautiful Japanese garden which is in full bloom right now, excellent food, great breakfast buffet and most of all employees who provide excellent customer service. This is our first choice when doing business or just visiting in the area.
Very quiet. Excellent hotel. Would recommend to everyone. Garden is very nice and relaxing. Restaurant has average food. Staff are very friendly and efficient. Very well maintained facility. Rooms are comfortable.
This is the absolute best value we have found in the Willamette Valley. Clean, comfy, safe, everything you could ask for for this price. Staff went out of their way to be super friendly. Would definitely recommend and will be staying here again next time we pass through.
Great hotel. Not overpriced & had super amenities. Loved the magnifying mirror, bathrobe, pillow, footstool & chair, Keuig coffee, porclain cups & glass tumblers. Restaurant was very good as were the selections.
Great stay and location, I am extremely satisfied with this business trip . Rooms are super clean and quite. The view in the back is super nice and comfortable. Receptionist are very helpful. The bar is great .
Beautiful grounds, nicely appointed room. Good breakfast. Would definitely come back. Also beautiful outdoor pool and hot tub. Clean beds and comfortable pillows with extras. Went to a charity auction and the meeting room was spacious and perfect.
In short, an excellent hotel! Everything about the place is first class, the rooms, the service, the restaurant, the staff. This place is clearly one of the crown jewels in the BW chain. It's a few miles off the I-5 which is a plus. Lebanon is a nice little town removed from the honky tonk nature of the freeway areas and well worth seeing. Will definitely stay there again!
We have stayed here before and since I am physically challenged I requested and got the room that best accommodates my needs. The breakfast is good and the restaurant is good. We will stay here again.
Great rooms, restaurant and staff. Beautiful Japanese world class garden. Price is right. Pet friendly. Worth the short drive off i5 Robin mc knight guest service agent was very helpful Restaurant was excellent.
I was blown away by the attention to detail, and how the staff went out of their way to make our time together incredible. Robin was so kind and helpful, and the front desk staff helped to make sure I got the best possible price for our special sisterhood weekend!
One of the nicest places we stay in. Hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. Always willing to accomodate our guests. We have family in the area and the hotel always lets us have them join us at the pool.
We arrived for an early check-in so we could prepare for my sister's birthday party in Lebanon, OR. We have stayed at this hotel several times before. Kathy and Robin, at the check-in counter, were wonderful. We mentioned that my wife has severe pet allergies, so we needed smoke-free and pet-free king room. After informing us that such a room was not immediately available, Kathy upgraded us to a beautiful king suite on the 3rd floor overlooking the Japanese garden and waterfall (no additional charge). The restaurant serves incredible cuisine, and the serving staff are very attentive. Everything was fresh and clean, and the freshly baked guest cookies at the counter are excellent. The interior and exterior are both beautiful. Staff also are extremely friendly and helpful.
I just had to add my own review to this stunning recommendation from a sales coworker!! Samaritan owned campus sets up a beautiful safe easy to find luxury atmosphere that makes you feel like royalty! Entry: Excellent professional appealing staff genuine in anything you need...make sure to take a cookie (personal favorite: lemon white chocolate macadamian nut - Lexi thanks again! Room: KUDOS to housekeeping all day long! Large! So clean and smells amazing! THE CHAIR: There is a chair at the desk that is so comfortable and ergonomically friendly that I requested to purchase it. Unfortunately they don't sell it and the manufacturer does not make it anymore :( so PLEASE TAKE ADVANTAGE! It's probably the greatest work chair I've ever sat in! THE RESTAURANT: Breakfast, Lunch, Happy Hour, Dinner- all outstanding!! The bartender Coop is the man! The servers I met: Sarah, Carol, Rich and Alexis were beyond friendly and accommodating making EVERYTHING on the menu sound mouthwatering! This is 5 star service! A MUST STAY! I can't wait to return in a few months! Cheers!
This is my second stay at this hotel. It is truly first class in every way. I had never stayed at a Best Western Plus before last year but I realized what I had been missing. This hotel also has a very nice restaurant/bar where I enjoyed a nice dinner. Room was superb with a very soft bed and other things such as a refrigerator and microwave. Also, I must say how friendly and helpful the front desk was. They made me feel very welcome both in checking in and checking out. Thank you and I'll see you again on my next trip this way!
I generally find issues with places we stay whether they are 3 or 4 stars. Either maintenance or cleaning never meet my standards. The Boulder Falls Inn in little Lebanon Oregon is as good as it gets! I have stayed in numerous hotels in nearby Salem and Eugene, but none come close to this place. A lovely place to stay, no matter what your reason for being in the area.
Seems to be a new hotel with nice amenities like a Japanese garden to walk thru. Friendly staff and short drive to Oregon state university. Restaurant was reasonably priced and had a nice menu selection. Breakfast was comparable to other hotels. Usual fare, scrambled eggs, bacon, waffle maker. Pastries were a little dry but ok. Would definitely stay again.
I stayed in at Best Western Premier Boulder Falls Inn, in Lebanon, OR. It's beautifully furnished and staff are beyond helpful and most courteous. The room was beautifully decorated. Comforts of the room included clean white robes hanging in the closet, a variety of teas and coffees & a Keurig coffee maker, as well as chocolate kisses on each bed, which were very comfortable. The room appeared clean, and the bedding certainly was that, but as a person with many allergies, I feel the upholstered chair in the room, as well as the carpet, truly need to be steam cleaned. Upon sitting in the chair, I choked up immediately, and had to sit on the bed instead. And, as an elderly person, a grab bar to hold onto when getting INTO the shower, would have been greatly appreciated, as well as a bath mat to use inside the shower. The grab bar was placed on the far wall, down low, and wasn't much use in that position. The bottom of the tub has some skid proof lines, but they weren't adequate to keep the shower from becoming slippery once soap was used. I had to be extremely careful not to fall down in the shower.
What a lovely hotel right across from Western University. The room was clean and comfy and the restaurant surprisingly good for both dinner and breakfast (which was included). We were there when there was an event at the university, so there was a long wait for the restaurant and the hotel seemed pretty full. Be sure to make a reservation.
We've stayed twice now for business. Its a great property, with professional staff and a wonderful restaurant. The Japanese garden was quite unexpected...Wow! It's beautiful...a great place for a walk.
My Grand Court, Order of the Amaranth held their yearly Grand Court at this hotel just this past week and weekend. I can't say enough about the friendliness and caring of the staff. Their desire to assist us and accommodate any of our requests was above and beyond. The meals were delicious, the rooms spacious and beautifully appointed. Although cold and rainy this time, their Japanese garden is a delight to walk through and ease your mind.. We will be back next year and are so excited to return. This was a learning curve for both us and the hotel as we had never been here before. With a little give and take this was a most enjoyable stay from everyone I talked to about this. Thank You again Boulder Falls for helping to make this a very successful meeting.
A quiet location on the edge of town. Nicely appointed rooms with comfy beds! Hotel has a very nice restaurant on site and a nice bar with an outdoor deck. The restaurant has great food and service! Have not been disappointed yet. This was the 3rd stay
This hotel was great! It was very clean, the staff was very friendly, and the complimentary breakfast was wonderful. Also, despite being pretty booked during the weekend, it stayed quiet. Best hotel!!
Love this place. We have stayed here in 2017 and 2019. It's still the nicest hotel, best service, friendliest staff that we stayed on this 17 day trip. I love the facility. Modern and contemporary, clean and comfortable. Pet friendly too! Nice outdoor walking areas that are quiet, not next to a freeway.
Almost painfully clean, quiet, with attentive staff and well received amenities, the Boulder Falls Inn is always one of the bright spots in my West Coast travels. The restaurant is really excellent; and of course the breakfast buffet is quite good (the eggs are a bit overcooked for my taste- but nothing is *perfect,* right? All in all it's a lovely place to stay and I look forward to my next trip.
I have been staying here 2-4 times a year for the past 3 or 4 years. Always great and friendly service from the all the staff. The front desk is always very welcoming. Nice, clean rooms. I always get a great nights sleep. The breakfast on the weekends is the best! The eggs are so good, yum!
Room was great wife thought it was to cold for pool and hot tub but had great dinner at 1847 we will be back loved the koi pond and the garden paths at night lights were fun to walk in an have a nice chilly stroll
Room was very nice. Location was perfect. Front desk is always exceptional. John helped me when I called and was there when I arrived. The morning breakfast people are very accommodating I have special dietary needs and cannot eat certain things .I found out that Bobbi has been promoted. She was always very helpful and pleasant. Sorry I didn't get to see her but happy for her. She deserves her promotion. I cannot have dairy or soy or gluten. So I bring some of my own New Balance butter and bread. My only complaint is the quality of the Cosmopolitans in the bar. Need a new recipe.
Everything about this facility screams nothing short of AMAZING!!!!!! You NEVER get a second chance to make a good first Impression. This facility knocked it outta the park 100 times over!!!! This is the finest hotel I have ever stayed it!!!!! WELL DONE BEST WESTERN PREMIER BOULDER FALLS INN!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WELL DONE!!!!!!
This is one of the best and affordable hotels I've stayed in for a while. Granted I'm used to Hawaii's prices so maybe that's why it's so cheap to me, but this hotel really is a gem. It has an amazing outdoor Japanese koi garden, a great bar, and my room even had a fireplace. It was perfect for warming up from the cold! Nothing but great service as well the entire time. I arrived at 11am which was before check in time, I spoke with guest services and within 30 minutes was given a beautiful clean room! Thank you for a great stay!
This Best Western was very clean and the staff friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the relaxing environment of the pond and walking area next door. Even though it was January and chilly the heated outdoor pool and jacuzzi were warm enough to enjoy.
Quiet and restful and CLEAN!!!!. We were treated with a cheerful and respectful attitude at every turn, The only complaint I would have was the thinness on the toilet paper, but I love the towels and since I keep coming back, that should tell you that I have had no reason not to keep on stayinf at what I consider to be the best hotel in the entire area. I plan to stay there again in the near future.
Staff was great throughout our stay. Rooms were clean & had no problems. Breakfast was good Plentiful. I had a walker & the staff was were happy to help me with anything I needed. highly recommend this hotel priced higher than most in the area but well worth the difference.
The hotel has some of the finest customer service of any place we have stayed. Each time we stay the service and facility exceed our expectations. The rooms are very comfortable and well appointed. We look forward to our next visit
This is a top notch hotel. Lobby is very impressive, as are the rooms. Staff is always very efficient, professional and friendly. The complimentary breakfast is an added plus and room service was speedy and meal selection was delicious.
The staff were excellent with customer care and accommodation. Room was as requested, handicap accessible. Our Medical Assist 4 legged family member was welcomed and we were checked in very quickly. It was located right across the highway from the local hospital which was a great advantage for me, due to my medical conditions. This allowed a comfortable visit with our family with a comfortable place to rest that gave me access to medical help should I need it. Wonderful stay. Highly recommend.
Room was beyond expectations . Great staff everywhere who seem genuinely inspired to deliver first-class customer experience . Beautiful grounds , first-rate breakfast . Obviously well-managed . Will look forward to visiting again . Accommodations here were a highlight of the trip .
Always a fantastic place to stop on our driving trips between WA and CA. It is by far the Best Best Western we've ever stayed at and will continue to go there. The "1847" restaurant and bar is located right in the hotel and is a 5 star restaurant as well. Very highly recommended!!!!
We got a good rate--just after New Years. Place is nice. Hotel gym is nothing special (though you can pay $5 to workout at the large gym across the street). Breakfast also nothing special--just standard BW fare; that was disappointing as I would have thought this Premier property might offer an omlette bar or at least biscuits and gravy to go with the scrambled eggs and bacon. Also, took a long time for the room to heat up--was freezing with AC when we walked in; none of their room windows open to the outside--so everything is climate controlled. Don't like that--as fresh air is a nice option to have.
Staff were very friendly. From maintenance who helped me get luggage rack to my room without being asked , beautiful facility and amazing Japanese garden. Excellent food at 1847 restaurant. We had a wonderful 51st anniversary.
Stayed 3 nights at this beautiful hotel. Lovely grounds, great breakfast, nice amenities in the truly comfy room. The shower had wonderful water pressure which is a big deal in my book. The wine list in the 1847 restaurant is truly remarkable. All this at a great price. It's a gem!
About 10 minutes off of I-5 but worth the drive. New and beautiful hotel. Great staff, great restaurant on site (1847), great outdoor heated pool and hot tub. Decent breakfast buffet in the morning. Kids wanted to stay an extra night!
I had a great time! The folks at the Front Desk were wonderful, being helpful and available. Pet friendly for my family's dogs. The Deluxe King was perfect for me, with a comfy bed, spacious and clean room, as well as bathroom. The food was EXCELLENT!!! YUM!!! I highly recommend this establishment and look forward to my next visit.
We loved our stay, had a nice view and the bed was extremely comfortable. The staff were all really friendly and responded to our needs quickly. The gardens are beautiful. Definitely check out the pool. It's warm and salt water.
Everyone provided excellent customer service. I would highly recommend a suite. From Chris at the front desk to greet us and check us in, to Sheri who made sure we had everything for breakfast to our servers at the bar and restaurant (especially Cristo). Good food, good conversation and excellent customer service. They continue to exceed our expectations. Holiday decorations and a fresh floral arrangement in the entry way were outstanding.
Really nice hotel in a weird place. We live 35 minutes away and I needed to give my wife a break from the busy holiday rush. It's very quiet and the service is as good as it gets. We had a brief conversation with a large group of house keeping staff in the elevator and they were all great. The restaurant although typically overpriced did serve very good food and once again the service was great. It took us a while to figure out the shower in the king suite but laughed about it later, all good. They have pump stations in the shower but one was empty. It's ok though cause they provide little bottles as well. Just had to exit the shower to get it. The tv in the bedroom area was actually too small for the space and area as you can see from the pic. Overall great 4 stars. If I could have picked 4.575 I would have. Not quite a 5 but really close.
Great place to stay if you are in the area, Be sure to book on the Best Western website to get the best rate and room. My wife booked on Hotwire and ended up paying a booking fee plus was not able to use the rewards points for the stay.
Hotel is always clean, staff is friendly and the restaurant is excellent. We have stayed here often and never been disappointed. Very upscale for a Best Western. Room service is prom t and friendly and the rooms are always clean and fresh smelling.
to stay here. It's worth it. The hotel is clean and nice. The rooms are comfortable and quiet. The staff is friendly and helpful. Our room had an amazing multi-spray shower. The restaurant is also very good. This is like a hidden gem. We will be back!
Beautiful grounds. Upscale room. Perfect bed for sleeping. Gorgeous facility. Massive Japanese garden. There was a rain storm, so we must return to walk the 1 acre garden. Enjoyed the garden view room. Both dinner and breakfast were outstanding. This was a last minute business trip. This BW was a wonderful site. We will be back!
I've stayed here a few times now, and every time the hotel ambiance and appearance, service including the breakfast bar IN the restaurant (which is also amazingly good) and staff are exceptional! If you can, get the guest suite that has the wonderful shower!!
We stay at the Boulder Falls hotel when visiting family, several times a year. I have no complaints, not one! Everything is always wonderful. The hotel and restaurant staff are great and the rooms, hotel property and restaurant are higher end and the Japanese garden are an extra treat. The second floor bar and patio are especially convenient. The restaurant and bars offer great menus and we've become family with the staff at breakfast. They've watched my grandson grow over the years and always remember him and our family. It is a diamond in an area without many choices. I'm looking forward to our next visit early next year.
Have stayed at this hotel three times over the past 2-3 years. The restaurant is very good, the room is spacious, the Japanese garden on the grounds is lovely (particularly in the fall) and the outdoor swimming pool and spa a refreshing change. Only drawback is that if you are a light sleeper, the ventilation system will likely awake you many times during the night, even if you turn the fan to OFF.
Starts with great, friendly, helpful people at check it and gets even better throughout your stay. Breakfast brunch is included and includes unbelievable free food and lots of food choices. Fresh cookies, clean hot tub and outside pool.
Wow! What an amazing motel. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the restaurant has excellent food with decent prices. The absolute best was the Japanese garden, and had the weather been nicer, I would have enjoyed the serene spaces even more.
This hotel is wonderful ...from the rooms, amenities, restaurant ( wine list!) to the incredible service. If you need a unique and top-notch location for a small meeting or special event, you cannot go wrong here!
This is the best place to stay in regards to price and quality of service. The staff was extremely courteous and helpful in every way. The continental breakfast was more like paid for buffet with many options including fresh made waffles, great coffee , fresh food , real plates, silverware, and cloth napkins.
We enjoy Best Westerns not because they are fancy but because they are clean and consistently so with decent breakfasts considering the breakfast is pre-prepared. And since breakfast is comped with the room - what do you want? This particular Best Western, however, is far and above the others. First of all, it's pretty new and very well maintained. Though off the beaten path it is in a very safe area. Added bonus - the Japanese Garden. My wife and kids enjoyed a walk through and also enjoyed seeing the fish in the koi pond. Pretty amazing. Super friendly staff, well appointed rooms, clean, modern - all good. Additionally there is a bar in the hotel with a pretty decent selection. Service at the bar, too, was great. We'd return next time we are through the area.
Any effort spent in finding out the name of the staff members who help you will be well worth that effort. They are extremely helpful and friendly. Although I traveled solo, I met with family there and visited my cousin in an Oregon Veterans Home.
On my way south on I-5, I took the short side trip to Lebanon for the over night stay and the 1847 Bar and Grill Restaurant I'd seen in Wine Spectator. My dinner was very memorable and fabulous and I was further delighted by the friendliness of the waitstaff and other hotel staff, the beautiful Asian style garden and the plush, clean and cozy room. Highly Recommended.
What a beautiful high end hotel. Hotel is relatively new with great clean oversized rooms and hallways that wide open and bright. They have an adjacent garden with a walking path. Even a pool with rainbow koi. Lovely to look out your window and see something peaceful and green. They provide the standard hotel breakfast free but with a nice twist. You have china plates and cloth napkins, so you feel a bit more pampered. They have a heated salt water pool and hot tube. We used the restaurant and Hector did a great job. Food was good and prices reasonable. Only downer is that it is 12 miles off of I 5. We had family in Salem so the drive was about a half hour. But the quality of the stay and the reasonable price made this fact a minor inconvenience. Front staff was friendly and helpful and they had cookies all day. A really great experience.
Beautiful new hotel with a lovely Japanese garden and koi pond. Rooms are large, clean and modern. The restaurant has great food and service. The (included) breakfast was one of the best I've ever encountered, with eggs, bacon, and fresh fruit. I highly recommend this hotel if you need accommodations in the area.
Boulder Falls Inn is always top-notch in welcoming staff, cleanliness, and overall upscale accomodations. We highly recommend this Inn if you are staying anywhere near Lebanon, Oregon. You will not be disappointed, we have stayed here several times and every time has been a joy.
Reserved rooms for conference. Conference next to hotel. Check in easy. Steps to conference made it quite easy to attend and go back and forth for rooms and conference. Breakfast great. Checkout was a breeze. Handed me my bill and we were out of there.
Beautiful Hotel, Great Bar & Restaurant has Great Bacon Mac & Cheese appetizer that is a great as a meal with a salad! Beds and rooms are nice. Love to walk around the "creek & falls", just wish the walkway went all the way around...kind of poor planning. They have a conference center & pool that I have not used. Amazing place to stay for classes. Thanks Samaritan
What a beautiful hotel. We've stayed it lots of hotels over the years and for the price this one is right up there. The staff was all great. The landscaping and gardens were beautiful. The room was clean and comfortable, what more could you ask for? And oh yes, there is a restaurant on site. So, breakfast was in this beautiful restaurant. Even had outdoor seating! Fantastic stay!
What an amazing hotel. It is very new, and everything looks and feels it - it's great. Staff were all awesome in the hotel and restaurant as well. To top it off, they have a massive garden and pond out back with a nice gravel trail and many places to sit. You can even buy food to feed the massive fish in the pond - SO cool. Loved everything about this hotel and would stay again; it's now a 'go to' when in the area.
Surprised to fine a Premier Best Western hotel in a small city like Lebanon. The hotel was Very Very Good. Would stay her again if in the area. We enjoyed the Japanese Garden. Great area to walk around in after being in the car all day. We had a good dinner in the restaurant.
I was very pleasantly surprised on arriving at the Boulder Falls Inn (a BW Premier property). It felt like an upscale hotel, very clean and modern. I would echo what previous writers have said: beautiful gardens, impeccable accommodations and service. The lady at reception in the morning was especially helpful with directions to a beautiful lake and falls on my way to Bend. Breakfast was good and served in their restaurant - very nice ambiance. I would definitely enjoy staying here again and hope to do so! An excellent choice!
Stayed here for a night on our way south from Portland and REALLY liked the rooms. Very clean, great bed and nicely appointed. Would EASILY stay here again. It is a bit off the I-5 Hwy ( I think 5 miles) but a straight shot with almost no lights so very fast to get to.
Boulder Inn is perfect experience if you need overnight stay in this area of Oregon! Clean, comfortable with modest rates. The food is gourmet quality at reasonable prices. Have stayed her numerous times and have never been disappointed!
We had a great time here....any other location you'd pay twice as much for a place of this caliber. I loved the grounds, hotel is beautiful. New, clean facility. Super peaceful place to get away. The restaurant is fantastic as well. Breakfast was great. Only thing was that it mentioned turn down service in a couple places, we stayed three nights and never received this
Safe, attractive, and well-maintained location. Very comfortble beds. Rooms and entire facility maintained to the highest degree. Breadfast items of the highest quality, well prepared and displayed, and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Beautiful large Japanese Garden and Koi Pond on-site. Well worth driving to stay at this covenient location.
Great staff willing to help in any way they could. Very comfortable room and good breakfast buffet. Beautiful grounds that had a relaxing garden and pond. Quick and easy check in and out. Close to other points of interest.
Very nice facility inside and out. Reasonably priced for the services that are offered. Maybe a little hard to find if you're "not from around here" I missed the turn twice, but that's not unusual for me. Be sure to try the restaurant our server was a delight. The menu covers most all tastes and the wine list complimented the menu well. All in all quite a pleasant stay.
We stayed for our anniversary and had a very pleasant stay. Room was comfortable and spacious. The restaurant was very very good. Friendly staff and very clean. The Japanese garden was a let down, but other than that, we enjoyed ourselves.
This hotel was light and airy everywhere I went. The lobby was large and welcoming. My room was bigger than I expected and very, very comfortable. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. I loved the warm cookies when I checked in.
New, spacious, gorgeous Koi Pond surrounded by a large Japanese-style garden and walking path with multiple benches. We had a King Suite room which worked well. Our shower had 5 shower heads! Two-sink vanity. Staff was exceptionally accommodating. Book early. We got last suite and there were only 2 other rooms available. It was even sold out on a Sunday night.
My Mom and I stayed here for two nights while we explored the Corvallis area, following the Sisters Quilt Show week. It's a great place to stop on the way back from Sisters. The property is in a very quiet location, but convenient to everything in the area. We had a very enjoyable stay, and the restaurant and breakfast bar were great too.
Just spent 3 nights and the lobby, property and room was premium. A few more touches would make a big difference- Help with luggage - came with my wife and our grandson, hands were full and we had to negotiate our bags on our own - a little help would have made a big difference, Restaurant - Buffet breakfast had a standard variety - nothing special. Service was around but nothing special. Came in for late dinner on a weekend and they were out of Prime Rib - a pretty big calling card to be out of. Opted for steak which was over cooked, which the server explained was the required corporate minimum temp, disappointing it was served before I got a chance to make a change. BTW it came without the special sides that made it my choice - the server tried hard but it was too late to get something else. The appetizers were tasty and my son and his wife enjoyed the soup and salads - the Wine Spectator Award caught my eye but the wine list was not as deep as I expected. Maybe very good for Lebanon but more attention to details would make it good anywhere.
Great place to stay! Didn't know anything about the property with local water polo tournament close by and were very pleased with this hotel. Restaurant has a great menu and the staff are friendly and welcoming.
This hotel is somewhat new (2015) and very clean, friendly, beautiful! We had a great experience. We brought our Golden Retriever and this hotel is very dog friendly with towels near the door in case dog needs a paw wipe. They also have beautiful grounds for the dogs to walk with supplied bags/ trash. All areas were kept clean. The Japanese Gardens with waterfall and sitting areas added to a lovely experience. We walked there several times, discovered the koi, alcoves, and met other guests. The staff were all friendly and most helpful. We enjoyed the morning breakfast and found that this was very reasonably priced, especially with all the amenities. We enjoyed the use of the pool and jacuzzi as well as lobby refreshments...lemon water, coffee, tea, cookies which were always available. I would stay at this hotel again, just for the experience.
I stayed here for a conference in May. Everything was close by and easy to access. The food was good, and service was great. Loved the pond and gardens, rooms were very comfortable, I would gladly stay there again.
The hotel is situated across from Western University medical school. For families visiting it is ideally placed. The entire staff is outgoing and friendly. Rooms are very clean and modern. The restaurant offers a wide variety and service is excellent.
Nice place in the little town of Lebanon, OR. Fairly new, with lovely gardens and a nice restaurant. Surprisingly expensive for the location. Not much else available in the area though-supply and demand?
I always feel like royalty while staying here. Such a beautiful hotel and very friendly staff. Love this hotel. It's the only one I will stay at while in Lebanon. Delicious food, and you can't go wrong with a relaxing dip in the pool or hot tub!! The beds are so comfy... like sleeping on a cloud and I had to buy the pillows. Looking forward to my next stay!!
Beautiful proprerty overlooking a pond and gardens. The hotel and gardens are peaceful. The hotel is located among Samaritan clinics, apartment complexes and Veterans buildings. It blends in with the surrounding buildings so it can be a little difficult to see.
we were going to Lebanon, OR to visit with family and needed a nice place to stay. Boulder Falls Inn exceeded our expectations! It was so very nice, comfortable and even luxurious feeling! we also ate in the restaurant downstairs and it was super good! the staff were very friendly, both the hotel staff and the waitpersons in the restaurant! we will be sure to stay there again next time we are going through Lebanon, OR!
First experience with BW Premier and it was very favorable. Very spacious and well appointed property. Was nice to have restaurant on site. They had a gorgeous koi pond and Japanese gardens with walking path around Koi pond.
great place too stay with excellent customer service. I would recommend this location for meeting, vacation or any other travel destination. You will not find friendlier staff anywhere. The property is very nice.
We choose this hotel from a list , when planning our drive from The Redwood Forest to Seattle. What a lovely choice! Beautiful property with clean , fresh rooms and a really nice restaurant and lounge. Enjoyed our one night stay. At dinner , hubby had prime rib and my son had a Thai shrimp appetizer that we could have licked the plate .. it was so tasty. There is a beautiful fresh breakfast buffet ... free ! If you have to stop in this area ... stay here ... you WILL NOT be disappointed .
Wonderful Staff, food and bar tenders. The food for the conference could have been better coordinated with the wait staff, but over all very well done and I'm looking forward to our next conference at this location.
A very nice hotel with a great restaurant! Rooms are clean and very nice. Desk clerks are very courteous and helpful. The restaurant food is very good with a great staff. Breakfast was good with a good selection of items.
The Japanese garden, amenities, restaurant, the complimentary full breakfast and the staff are the reasons we choose this location as a preferred lodging destination. We have recommended this hotel to many of our family and friends and will continue to do so.
We stayed here for two nights and were completely blown away. This place is in my top 5 stays. The staff is top notch, the hotel and rooms are CLEAN and the beds are comfortable. The restaurant and bar are cozy with great food and drinks. I live too close to Lebanon to have this be a regular place to stay but I might just have to come back for an overnighter for the heck of it!
Excellent Hotel. Very clean, friendly staff, and great service. This was the first time I have stayed at a Best Western Premier Hotel. I would highly recommend this Hotel if you are planning to stay in the Lebanon, Oregon area.
They all were so amazing the house keeping staff did an outstanding job with the cleanliness and upkeep of the whole appearance of everything. Guest services was fantastic as well so friendly, helpful and very likeable!! Breakfast was amazing and so many choices and so tasty!!
Everything about this hotel is first rate. I highly recommend this facility for a vacation, business, meetings, or whatever you need. I have stayed here twice, and it is a very nice place. The room (king bed) was very roomy, with a couch, desk, fridge, Keurig coffee maker, and nice shower! The staff was cordial and very professional. It has a nice pool and better than average fitness center. The convention center next door is great for a convention or meeting of several hundred people. The restaurant and bar did not disappoint. The food is great and the service wonderful.
your hotel did an excellent job, some concerns at first but the concerns did not come to pass. Looking forward to next year. Your staff was excellent. Second time staying there and it was better than the first.
Staff are wonderful, Japanese Garden is breathtaking, restaurant was great. I cannot speak highly enough about my stay at this Hotel. I highly recommend this Hotel. You will not be disappointed. I can't wait for my next visit in November.
This hotel and restaurant were wonderful. The Japanese garden on the hotel grounds made a lovely view from our room, and a pleasant walk before dinner. It is so nice to be able to stay at a hotel with an exceptional restaurant. We don't have to drive around looking for places to eat. The menu was very well balanced, from seafood to prime rib, and the food was delicious!!!
An absolutely fantastic Hotel just minutes away from the I-5 in Lebanon, Oregon. We spent three nights here and thoroughly enjoyed it. Free breakfast was a nice bonus - nothing too fancy, but nice fresh fruit, some juices, cereals, pastries, eggs, bacon, etc. This saves you both time and money! Clean, modern amenities (the shower in the fireplace room was amazing!) and a wonderful Japanese themed Garden together with friendly staff made for an amazing visit. Would highly recommend, and would definitely stay here again. FYI my outside pictures don't do the place justice as it was overcast and my camera doesn't compensate well for that. The garden was beautiful and serene. We used this hotel as a 'staging grounds' for other adventures on the coast and in the forests; it was perfect for our trip! Oh, almost forgot ... Because I'm forgetful - I managed to leave behind my wall-charger for my laptop. One quick phone call and it was on it's way home and received very shortly thereafter - just incredible service!
Wow! The reviews are truly spot on for this place. Clean, modern, super friendly/helpful staff, incredible buffet breakfast, and pet friendly. This is one of the nicest chain hotels we've ever stayed at; better than most Hilton, Doubletree, La Quinta, Red Lion, etc hotels (even when freshly renovated). The only semi-negative is it's location; there's not much nearby so too few people will get to enjoy this fabulous stay. Hopefully other Best Western's will follow suit. For pet owners, they have poo bags, a nice potty area, and rain towels, even beds and homemade treats! They provide a great printed guideline as well. 100% recommended with ZERO reservations.
We decided to stay here on the spur of the moment after planning a hike at Silver Falls. We were so pleasantly surprised. The rooms, amenities, staff, and food were all exceptional. The on-site Japanese Garden is worth spending time in; it is very peaceful and so incredibly well-designed. I can see holding a function there in warmer weather. We had a lovely dinner in the 1847 Restaurant. The all-inclusive "continental" breakfast was exceptional for a "free" meal. (I am sure it helps having a restaurant on-site.) We did not make use of the pool (it was too cold), but the area is set up nicely. Our room was well-appointed and the toiletries were lovely; i don't usually bring the hand/body lotion home, but I did this time. It was so quiet in our room and the staff was very friendly making sure we had everything we needed. We will definitely be staying here again in the near future.
Great new hotel close enough to OSU with reasonable pricing and a terrific breakfast buffet, especially for your growing college student. Great on-site restaurant/bar. Clean and modern rooms. And of course, great staff. Yes, it is a 20-25 min drive from OSU, but if the Hilton at OSU is full or prices @ $250, great alternative.
It is like coming home when I stay at The Boulder Inn in Lebanon. I have family in the area, and we all enjoy the restaurant, pool and wonderful pond / gardens that this hotel features. The staff is super accommodating and goes out of their way to welcome me.
We live in the San Francisco Bay Area, but one of our kids is up in Seattle, so we frequently drive up there to visit. Generally, we've stayed with friends in Oregon somewhere to break up the trip, but since none of them were in town this week, we opted for a hotel. WHAT A FIND! This is no ordinary, run of the mill Best Western, although the reasonable price indicates it is. We may never visit our friends again!:) This place is out in the middle of nowhere, but it doesn't matter. You feel like you are at a little resort. There is a lovely Japanese garden in back of the hotel which adds to the peace and quiet and tranquility of the place. I've been wracking my brain trying to come up with something to complain about, and I guess the only things I could come up with are that the windows don't open (I like fresh air) and that the lighting in the bathroom is a little dark. Other than that, everything checks off. The bed was comfy, the towels were fluffy, the room was spacious and lovely, there was ample storage space. There were real coffee cups and real creamer, glass drinking glasses, a safe, a fridge and a huge closet. They provided robes, a thermostat-controlled heating/cooling system, plenty of towels, plenty of plugs for electronics (with TWO bedside tables) and FOUR plugs in the bathroom. They even had my favorite (and oft-forgotten) feature: a place to hang handtowels near the sink! Every employee we encountered was extremely friendly and personable and welcoming. The facilities were clean and thoughtful. The fitness room went above and beyond most hotel ones, and the hot tub in the pool area was actually hot. There's a large business center and the lobby has a fireplace, piano and comfy couches to sit in overlooking the tranquil gardens. We ate dinner at the on-site restaurant and it was delicious. In the morning, there is a free breakfast with hot items. Not just your usual motel "weird eggs" and dry muffins, but REALLY good eggs, real fresh fruit, and delicious scones, along with the requisite waffle maker with toppings, oatmeal, cereal, juice, yogurt and breads. I never write reviews while I am still sitting in the hotel, but I am this time, so I can make sure I don't forget. I could stay a few more days and be perfectly happy. This one's a winner, folks!
Overall, I cannot complain about the Best Western in Lebanon. Everyone was extremely friendly. I originally wanted to stay at the hotel for a romantic getaway with a now ex-girlfriend. However, unfortunately, that did not work out. My dad went on the vacation with me instead. The hotel had no problem switching the room for me from a romantic room to a more practical room for father and son. I also left my camera in the hotel room, and the staff had no problem retrieving the camera for me. The only downside was the rain. It made it impossible to enjoy the beautiful Japanese garden in the back. However, it is Oregon in March; therefore, what does done expect.
If you visit Lebanon, OR, you likely have something to do with Western University or the Samaritan Healthcare System. If so, this hotel puts you on campus an easy stroll from everything. Friendly staff, new building, well-designed rooms, great WiFi, and a VERY comfortable bed. Add the unexpected fluffy robes—very nice touch. I just wish all the locals had not built up unreasonable expectations on the breakfast. The breakfast is perfectly good for this type of hotel, but oatmeal, scrambled eggs, and waffle makers are not unexpected. Perfectly fine. Wonderful hotel in an out-of-the-way place.
The staff was very helpful, the breakfast buffet was extremely impressive and extensive, the work out facilities were awesome. The best hotel I have ever stayed at, and I have stayed at many over the country.
This was one of the nicest hotels we have ever stayed in. Nicer than the Hilton we stayed in Portland. We stayed for three nights while visiting family in Sweet Home. The room was amazing, the bar and food options great. The staff was very friendly. Lebanon has a little jewel in their midst.
Every single thing about this Hotel is a 5 Star !!! From checkin, to Dinner then Breakfast!!! Amazing facility and Staff. Can't recommend it enough. We look forward to our next visit. The grounds were also beautiful.
Very lovely hotel adjacent a large medical campus. Very possibly the finest Best Western I have visited. The building is gorgeous and my room was so nice, I thought I was the first guest there. Very comfortable bed and ultra clean bathroom. The squeaky clean bathrobes were a very nice feature. My room looked out onto a Japanese style garden that was beautiful, especially at night, when it was lighted.
My family of three stayed here for a week over Christmas and have no complaints with the staff or property. The room was comfortable, modern, and well kept. The staff was very friendly and accommodating both at the desk, and at the restaurant/bar. My only nitpicky complaint about the hotel itself is that the breakfast options were static, the same everyday without the typical rotation that most hotels seem to offer. The selection was good and it was better prepared than most, but staying here for a week breakfast got a bit boring. The one last thing to keep in mind is that this hotel is not particularly convenient and you'll travel a bit to find a store or outside restaurant to visit. Nothing the hotel can control, but something to keep in mind when deciding where to stay.
Awesome stay! People, Atmosphere, Vibes in general were so inviting!!! Best Hotel in this area by far!!! I had an enjoyable laid back get away and leaving was the only part that was hard. I will definitely be coming back.
My wife & I stumbled onto this Best Western premier location about 1 year ago and fell in love with the place. The location is nice & peaceful. The hotel staff are great, and the hotel itself is beautiful - great decor inside & out. My wife has a special fondness for the small nature path surrounding a water feature with lots of koi (she especially love the fish). We highly recommend staying & relaxing - lots of grocery or restaurant options 5-20 minutes away.
Although categorized as an “Inn” this seems more like a 3 or 4 star hotel. Exceptional complimentary breakfast! Just didn't like that pets were welcome at the hotel because they keep barking and the walls are quite thin. Super friendly staff. Just wish there were other entertainment and restaurants within walking distance. This Inn is located within a family neighbourhood and within close proximity to schools and residential homes.
Targeted Boulder Falls for a business customer and supplier appreciation event. The group included spouses. Overall input from all involved was that they enjoyed the venue. Modern, very clean, pleasant and helpful staff, quality beds, and nice restaurant and bar. Great value and quality for the price. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for lodging or considering a location for a meeting type function.
This is a beautiful hotel! The rooms are spacious, the decor is classy, breakfast is delicious and the staff is very friendly and helpful. After years of inferior lodging in Lebanon, this hotel exceeds my highest hopes.
Unexpected, but lovely. Beautiful hotel, that allows dogs, heated pool, Jacuzzi, and lounge area. Good food and excellent service with a pretty Japanese garden to walk around in. Excellent value and nice enough that I would consider it as a destination in itself.
Very upscale Best Western, nice staff and good services. The upstairs lounge and deck were a great way to end the business day. The proximity to the small town of Lebanon was great. Everything was very clean and great cookies upon check in.
Excellent facility. Well trained staff. Good quality. Restaurant needs help. Wine selections are poor, staff is unfamiliar with them. Fried chicken was disappointing, scallops were great. Everything else was ok. ( Ate there three nights) Lounge is very nice, conducive to conversation, diverse, interesting and tending staff attentive.
We have a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff and our room were nothing short of outstanding. We have stayed at several Best Western, but this was our first at a Premier and we can certainly see why it is a Premier. The lounge and restaurant are super, the grounds a gorgeous and our room was nothing short of the most gorgeous room we have ever stayed in any hotel. We highly recommend this wonderful out of the way hotel in Lebanon, Oregon.
Super friendly and accommodating staff. Updated and cozy rooms. The restaurant has some of the best food I've had in a while. Super pet friendly especially with a big German Shepherd. We highly recommend this hotel. We won't stay anywhere else.
This was the best Best Western that we have stayed in as Reward members. It is a Premier category. Great accomodating staff. Nice newer well maintained motel with wonderful cafe and free breakfast. Has a conference center. We would highly recommend it to anyone.
Great Hotel, Beautiful Setting, Best Restaurant. This hotel is a hidden gem. Great Happy Hour, Quiet, Clean, and accommodating staff. This hotel has everything you need, especially for the business traveler.
completely ignored for 25 min. we told the hostess and 2 other waitresses and they just let us walk out. I called and told the staff, they acknowledged their mistake, blamed it on the new guy. offered a complementary weekend and meal. we will except their offer. And hopefully they will use it as a learning experience.
The garden is just one of the many highlights of a great place to stay. Really enjoyed our visit. Staff was very helpful when i needed them . Breakfast was fresh and hot. And will be returning again. Make sure to see the beautiful garden at night as well as daytime.
From the first minute to the last, our stay at the Boulder Falls Inn was a memorable experience -- one which we intend to repeat. Let's start at the front desk. I made a mistake in our booking, which could have left us with no place to stay on Thanksgiving eve. The staff were truly sensitive and solved the problem in two minutes while we stood pie-faced with no idea what to do. Then the room, spacious with a view of the Japanese Garden, and amenities way above the standard for a mid-price hotel. And the service, and the hot-tub open in the November air, and the 24-hour fitness room (small but professionally equipped), and the complimentary breakfast buffet. In the morning, we discovered the General Manager manning the front desk on Thanksgiving Day so that staff could be home with families. Don't be put off by the rather sparse-looking surroundings as you approach. The hotel is less than two years old, and part of a growing campus with a medical center, two medical colleges, the new VA hospital and newly-built housing. If the sculpted 'Boulder Falls' Japanese garden is any indication, before long the whole site will be beautiful. People already are booking into the hotel when visiting the larger towns and mountains nearby.
Lebanon Oregon is not exactly a destination city perhaps but a stay here makes the stop worthwhile. Very nice new property with an excellent restaurant and a Japanese Gardens park made an overnight stop on a holiday weekend into a resort experience.
If you're planning a stay in Lebanon, don't waste your time looking at other places, stay here. The service was stellar, the hotel still looks brand new and the restaurant was top notch. There wasn't one thing that stood out as best because everything stood out. Great, quality stay at a great rate, what more could you ask for?
High quality hotel with large and comfortable rooms. Hotel restaurant has a diverse menu and excellent service. Hotel staff members are all very friendly, helpful and effective. Hotel grounds are nice and entire experience excellent. Best hotel in the area.
The heaters are very noisy, They rumble to life like a giant refrigerator, so companies can save a buck on heat. I woke up each time it came on and could also hear neighboring heaters coming on. Other than that, nice hotel, nice dining.
this hotel has excellent staff, is quite and the beds are very comfortable. The restaurant is convenient and has a good selection of different food items with competitive prices. The hot breakfast has a wide range of items, including soy milk.
Sons wedding brought a large number of out of town guests to the Lebanon, OR area. All stayed at the Boulder Falls Inn. The grounds are lovely and the rooms clean and well appointed - bed was very comfortable. Restaurant and lounge close at 11PM so if you are looking for a gathering space that you expect to go longer, you will need to find another location.
This is by far the most impressive BEST Western that i have ever stayed in. Amazing Hotel, big rooms, fantastic staff and reasonably priced for the quality that you get. Staff went out of their way to get me my room at 11:30am, many hours before my estimated arrival time.
This place is well worth the drive off the freeway. Friendly staff, great food and bar and the best rooms. And always quiet. Has a fantastic breakfast. Check in is fast with no hassles. Beats staying anywhere else in the area.
This hotel is so nice. The food and drinks are very good. I would be a regular at the restaurant if I lived in town. Creative drink menu with quality ingredients. Soups are homemade, burgers are excellent.
This is second to none for a hotel in its price range. Beautiful facility and very accommodating staff. The best complimentary breakfast I have ever experienced. They did this right when it was built. One nice feature is that it is located on the campus of a medical school.
Lebanon OR. is a short trip off the road well worth it. A quiet town set close to some beautiful midday hikes. Beats the roar of highway noise and Unique in the Koi pond with pathway refreshes the road weary soul. Many Hotels I ignore those Breakfasts. However the Boulder has a real staff who care to cook and prepare Fresh food in a restaurant treating everyone special. Smell that fresh COFFEE!
We have enjoyed our stay at B&W in Lebanon, OR. I cannot think of any negative at all worth mentioning. Fantastic property, wide halls, 1st class restaurant, nice breakfast buffet. We had a regular guest room w/ 2 queen beds - the room was spacious, the beds most comfortable and pillows were top notch. Would highly recommend staying here if you are in the area - it is handy to Albany, Sweet Home and all the surrounding area.
Everyone was so friendly. The hotel was clean and well kept. I've worked in the hotel industry so I know what to keep an eye out for and everything exceeded expectations! I love that I got to feed the fish as well. The other guests in the hotel were extremely nice as well. I'm looking to just to go stay in the hotel again. It was so beautiful.
Truly a gem hidden in somewhat off-the-beaten-track city of Lebanon. Fantastic service and staff. Someone is certainly doing their job in hiring and training. The associated restaurant, 1847, is also excellent and well-staffed. Great meeting facility immediately adjacent. Recommended.
I stayed here to attend graduation ceremony in Corvallis. Hotel is most upscale in Corvallis region (and I toured most all of them). Beautiful grounds, accommodations. Front desk staff was professional and helpful. Complimentary full, healthy, varietal buffet breakfast. This is not your stereotype Best Western hotel, it is Premier level. Hotel had business class feel to it. Although it was approximately 15-20 minute drive to Corvallis, it was a very easy drive and well worth the short commute.
Outstanding in every aspect. The place was immaculate, the staff friendly. The room was great, the bed was outstanding, breakfast was wonderful, and the staff was quite quick to pick up dishes. I will probably get a room at BW from here on out. I usually don't pay that much for a room, but the quality was clear vs the price.
New and clean facilities, that includes a very nice Japanese garden in the back. The staff are professional, friendly and helpful. The complimentary full breakfast is quite good. A much much better experience than expected. Would definitely stay here again.
I attended a conference at this property and the experience was wonderful. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the rooms were tastefully decorated with comfortable beds and great amenities. The grounds around the property were stunning during this time of year with the leaves changing color. There is a nice walking path around the pond and water falls with areas to sit and enjoy the view.
Stayed at Boulder Falls in Lebanon for a business conference and they staff went above and beyond to make our stay awesome. They were very helpful and friendly and the rooms and grounds were beautiful. You won't be disappointed in your stay!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We won a romance package stay in the King Executive suite with a fireplace. The staff at check in were very nice and did everything they could to make the stay perfect. The lobby was beautiful and everything was super clean. The suite was fabulous. Modern décor with beautiful wood furniture. Dinner was great and at a decent price. The shower was something to behold. All in all, we had a lovely evening and overnight stay.
Upon our arrival it was wonderful to smell and be offered an assortment of freshly baked cookies as we checked in. Always inviting! Our room was near the pool on the bottom floor. My husband and I enjoy swiming and using the warm jacuzzi spa. We loved the room filled with extra white towels and nice thick white bath robes to wrap up and snuggle in. The amenities of a fridge were descretly placed behind clever furniture doors on the big dresser I think below the big TV. The maids always left little chocolate candies on the freshly made up beds when we had returned to our room. One of the nicest things about the rooms was the big long counter in the bathroom for all our "necessities". Our room was also close to the lovely gym so we could get some excercise whenever. And the Breakfast was absolutely divine! It was a huge spread of a complete balanced meal for several different diets. The hotel went all out to make us feel welcome. And the inspiring garden of fish and flora was just amazing, so peaceful and quiet. This was one of the tops if not the top hotel we have ever stayed in in the USA. We will always plan to stay here in Lebanon when we travel to Oregon. God bless the management and staff. Certainly this hotel knows and understands the gift of hospitality for they are given to hospitality; they love hospitality; and they do it without grudging (Roman 12:13, Titus 1:8, and 1 Peter 4:9).
Although I've been a platinum card holder for years, this was my first stay in a Premier level Best Western and WOW what an outstanding place to stay. At bit difficult to find and needs some signage because GPS does not have the street if your car is more than a couple of years old, it is well worth the search. The service was top notch and the facility very impressive and comfortable.
facilities were clean (like new); garden and rooms well maintained. Very professional and friendly staff. Service at the bar/restaurant was excellent as were food choices. Room was spacious and very quiet even though there were large numbers at the hotel.
We called at 3pm to let them know we were at a wedding and would be late. We had 2 rooms with our 4 kids and confirmed that our rooms would be near each other. They were courteous and helpful even asked about the wedding during our check-in that night. We all slept soundly. Breakfast was above average hotels with delicious fresh eggs, bacon and sausage. I wanted to spend time hanging out by the fireplace in their comfy chairs. This is a wonderful hotel.
Check in was awesome, room was lovely, dinner was absolutely fabulous. . .went to go to bed and the sheets had obviously been "used". SO GROSS. Apparently no more King Suites available for us to change to.. Housekeeping (Amanda) came up and agreed with our findings...obviously...extremely apologetic and promptly changed everything..she was great. Best Western Premier...really???? This is your best???
This Best Western is truly a Premier. We've stayed at a couple of other "premier" Best Westerns but wondered what made them a premier. We had no doubt what makes the Boulder Falls Inn a Premier. First class all the way. The place is beautiful and all the employees were very friendly and helpful. . I left the laptop cord and charger on the desk in our room. I noticed it the next night and called. I was told they had it. I asked if they could send it to me and they said yes. The next day I received an email from to say it had been sent and included a tracking number. We will definitely stay here again when we're in the area.
Staying here is like a dream! the staff goes out of their way to make sure everything is perfect for their guests and is always willing to do more. Out of my 6-7 times staying here, I have never had a problem. The breakfast is delicious and has quite the variety. The room will make you feel at ease and is hard to leave in the morning. With my bad back and hips, the bed was perfect. Views of the Zen Garden are beautiful and draw in to walk through (there's even fish you can feed if you ask). The internet is never slow and TV options are great. The restaurant downstairs has a delicious menu and the bartenders make drinks that are perfect for any occasion. This is the highlight of my business trips every year!
Nicest place we have ever stayed, price not an issue. Great value. Staff friendly and helpful. It appeared to have just opened it was so clean, but actually two years old. Breakfast was excellent with a wide variety to choose from.
This Hotel was an AWESOME find! We were bringing our son to OSU move in & needed a place to stay, relevantly close to the college. This place was OVER THE TOP on beauty & elegance. We spent the evening in the garden listening to the water flow & talking. It was SO peaceful and relaxing
We were delighted to find such a nice hotel in Lebanon. The Japanese garden and koi pond is a destination in itself. Rooms spacious, comfortable, and staff professional yet friendly. We look forward to returning.
This hotel is located in a very quiet area. It has a beautiful Japanese Garden adjacent, which is wonderful to view from a window, but also to walk through. The restaurant is superb with many excellent choices for dinner. The staff is very helpful when choosing a local wine to go with dinner. Breakfast was lovely as well. Overall we enjoyed the stay and will be back!
Great location and Staff for our Wedding. Highly recommend this hotel and staff for your next event. From the rooms to the staff a wonderful expereince that our entire wedding parry and guests will remember for a lifetime. Kudos to Leslie, Robin and Kaylee.
This hotel is probably one of the best places we have ever stayed. The rooms were nice and the beds were like heaven. Very comfortable bed covers and 4 great fluffy pillows per queen bed. Breakfast, included with stay, left nothing to be desired, they had everything. The restaurant also has really good food on their regular menu for lunch and dinner. They have a big walk through garden with a waterfall that is beautiful. And last but not least, the staff were very friendly. They even baked chocolate chip cookies in the afternoon for the guests. I will definitely be back.
We loved staying here!! After a long day of hiking we were tired and hungry. Not only is this hotel super cute, clean, and new, but the grounds behind the hotel are so pretty!! The leaves were turning for fall and we felt like we were at a high end resort. Also they have a bar and restaurant on site which was a huge plus. We didn't have to leave once we arrived. The food was awesome and so was the wine. I definitely recommend staying here.
It's off the beaten path, but just where we need it -- close to the Veteran's Home there in Lebanon. Such a nice facility and wonderful helpful staff, comfortable and spacious rooms. This visit was to see family that live at the Veteran's Home and to attend a Memorial Service for the spouse of the Veteran.
Excellent value here for the price, the girl at the front desk was nice and smiling !, the pictures of this hotel drew us here and did not disappoint, everything was nice, very clean, every staff member was nice, the grounds were exceptional ! At check out I was asked what they could have done to make my stay better, but there wasn't anything, very comfortable bad also, we had our best night's sleep here.
The complimentary breakfast is outstanding at this hotel. It has a great selection of items. We especially love the ginger scones. Likewise, the staff is always helpful and cheerful. We always stay here when we are in the area.
So the place looks like Brand New. The rooms are spotless. Beds are almost as good as my own. Breakfast was super good. Not the average microwave stuff....They have a really garden area with a pond out back for one to relax by. I almost forgot....Babygrand piano in lobby, I wanted to jam, but just didn't make it happen.
very pet friendly which is why we try and stay at best western. staff was excellent. we had to go out of our way for the stay but it was worth it.I have stayed at lots of hotels this is one of the best. I would recommend it highly. Breakfast was one of the best that we have had at any hotel.
I have stayed at probably a dozen hotels over the last 5 years and this one was probably my favorite. Great staff, great food, great drinks, and a great experience overall. The indoor and outdoor seating areas for the restaurant and lounge were very nice. The craftsmanship of the rooms was high quality and you could tell a lot of work went into making it a very nice hotel.
This is a beautiful, new hotel in Lebanon. We ended up there because everything was booked in Corvallis. Next time in the area, we will definitely stay here. The staff was very helpful at check-in and check-out. The rooms are well-appointed. The hotel is set back from the highway so there is no road noise.
Very nice place to stay with an amazing restaurant! Fantastic NW Food! Friendly staff and excellent customer service. A little out of the way to get to, but a great home base for some great recreation around Lebanon and Sweat Home.
This is excellent hotel with quality service, comfortable beds and very good breakfast! I highly recommend and look forward to each visit! We have stayed several times while visiting family or attending OSU Football games. We have been pleased with each visit.
Very clean and friendly staff. Enjoyed the breakfast and pretty grounds. We have stayed twice when visiting OSU - daughter is going to college close by. Seem to always have rooms and vacancy at last minute notice. Thanks for a nice and pleasant stay.
This hotel is exceptional. The staff and service is one of the best ever and I have traveled the world over. I would recommend to anyone traveling in and around this area to stay in this hotel....you CANNOT go wrong here.
Very nice hotel. This Best Western is on par with nice Marriott properties. Highly recommend staying there when in the area. Service was good and liked the wide hallways, soap dispensers in the shower and most of all plug ins for your USB devices located by the TV - this should be standard in all hotels!
Arrived to very friendly staff and fresh cookies. Our room was spacious and the beds very comfortable. Large refrigerator to store your own groceries. The grounds are beautiful. Good location with easy access to town.
A wonderful resort hotel in the heart of the Willamette valley, this hotel has the absolute best breakfast I have ever experienced. The dining area/ restaurant overlooks an amazing gem of a Japanese garden complete with Koi and paths for strolling.
The beds are totally amazing so comfortable the staff everyone from the check-in desk to the cleaning to the breakfast bar staff happy positive smiling and helpful everything was clean Internet was fast food was delicious and the Japanese garden was a nice added surprise
We have stayed at this Best Western several times. Always a great experience. It is a little drive off of the highway, but well worth the additional few minutes driving time. The location is very quiet which is important to us. The outside dining area, pool and spa are very nice.
This hotel is a wonderful place to stay for any occasion or conference: Friendly, helpful staff Terrific restaurant (perfect prime rib and clam chowder) Dog friendly with lawn area, gourmet dog treats Impressive breakfast buffet Free WiFi Nice rooms, comfortable beds Impressive Japanese garden Quiet location EV charging stations (2) outside the conference center Lovely small town with lots of shops and restaurants
When friends (who live in Mexico) suggested we meet up at a Best Western hotel in Lebanon, Oregon we thought - where? Living in Australia, we looked up the area and found this little dot on a map and thought, hmm, this will be interesting. From Australia, Lebanon looks like it is in the middle of nowhere. Interesting and absolutely wonderful it was! The hotel is relatively new and is very upscale. Those travelling with Pets are welcome here - even welcome towels at the front entrance for your fur baby. The beds in the rooms are made to order and the pillows are so wonderful, you can purchase one at the front desk reception for only $15! Had we not been from overseas, I would have brought a few home with me. This hotel was impressive for a number of reasons - as I said, comfortable bed, pillows and linens, but also oversize, fluffy bath towels - and more than one per person. Free wifi which allowed being connected to more than one device at a time. Extra USB slots for charging devices, and in room safe. It also had the standard fridge, microwave, but also nice glass - glasses for water or whatever beverage you wish. (We stayed at many other hotels, Best Westerns included, during our month long holiday which only had paper cups in the room and the price for the room was much higher). The bathroom had adequate mirrors and lighting. (A lot of hotels have very dim lighting in our experience). Hairdryer is available and shampoo, conditioner and body wash is available in the on-wall containers in the shower. Breakfast was much more than a 'buffet' breakfast. Full variety of freshly cooked hot food, plus fresh fruit, sweet items, juices, teas and coffee. The grounds are beautiful with a large koi pond out the back where the convention center is. A vending machine is available to dispense food for these very well-fed koi. The staff were all very friendly. I wish all the hotels we stayed at were of this quality for the price. Would definitely return again.
This was a beautiful place to stay and staff was amazing. Had a Koi pond and 2 restaurant choices as well. Nice pool and hot tub too. We went to music fest and it was not far from Brownsville and both towns have a little something to offer as well.
This was a surprisingly pleasant hotel. I would not have expected to find such a high-quality hotel in a place like Lebanon, Oregon. Although they have yet to install electric vehicle chargers, making this property a bit inconvenient for Tesla drivers, the overall experience was spectacular. Everything about the room, the grounds, and the staff exceeded expectations. The included breakfast buffet was better than expected. The grounds and garden and koi pond were lovely. If they would add a few Tesla Destination Chargers, this place would be perfect.
We have stayed at this hotel multiple times since it opened for everything from large family events to a great stop over on a road trip and the service only gets better.. Food is excellent at dinner and breakfast. Super comfy bed!
Everything was great except our room didn't get a clean-up. We did put a DD sign before 10 am because we were still in the room. But after we left the room, we put away the sign and hoped housekeeping could clean up. We came back around 9 pm and found out the room was still messy. And I called housekeeping, and someone quickly showed up at our door. We were tired so we just asked for changing towels. The person told me he would tell his manager and let the manager come and explain to me. But no one showed up till we checked-out.
Loved the grounds beautiful pond and creek. Dog walk area. Staff very helpful and super nice. Rooms are well appointed. Beds are so comfortable slept like a bear. Breakfast was the best. We actually used the beautiful lobby area. We will be back.
This Best Western is truly the best. There is an amazing Koi pond with surrounding boulders and gardens complete with benches tucked away in peaceful corners created by the water features and landscaping. The staff (especially Kathy but really everyone) was extremely friendly, funny, pleasant, helpful... all you could want. The restaurant was 5 star - I'd go there just for a meal. The breakfast was delicious and served in the back of the very comfortable restaurant with seating that allowed you to look out over the Koi pond area. The beds were luxuriously appointed with comfortable pillows and bedding. Stay here - you'll love it!
Wonderful place to stay. Very beautiful, the service was wonderful. Very comfortable beds. I have a bad back, woke up the next morning, not in pain. Great experience. Our Granddaughter lives near by. We will stay here again.
Highly pleased with the gorgeous setting. Beautiful rooms. Great chefs in the restaurant. All staff very well-trained; friendly and helpful. Indoor and outdoor dining. This is a very special hotel. Will come back many times just as a place to relax and unwind.
The room alone as I walked in and seen the king bed I knew right away that my weekend was going to be great. The staff are so friendly and on top of any questions that was asked, also the price for the room was really good for a weekend that had an event going on. The breakfast buffet was the best and not cold they had everything that anyone would want for breakfast.
Although there was not much for us to do in the town itself, we stayed here to make a quick visit to OSU in Corvallis and this place had a room available. We were pleased with the hotel from start to finish. The staff is friendly, the rooms are clean, beds are comfortable, pool was wonderful, grounds are nice, and the breakfast was delicious! The on site restaurant was good and be sure to walk around the gardens in the back of the hotel. A tranquil and unexpected bonus.
We drove quite a distance to get to the Boulder Inn. It was worth the drive because it was beautiful and the staff was excellent, the restaurant included free breakfast and there was a nice bar on two floors. The bed was so comfortable and the rooms were clean and the hotel was new. The only problem for me was it was in an odd place and it's right next to an Urgent Care and a Hospital is across the street. For me, I was expecting a bit more in regards to the location. The Garden was beautiful but it is right by the street side which was disappointing. I was extremely happy because the staff worked well with me when I informed them that I was hoping to be closer to wineries but all the wineries in the area were closed on Monday. They credited my room for the second night and we were able to stay elsewhere. That would never happen anywhere else. Altogether, we had a beautiful night and a great memory at this hotel.
The hotel and the restaurant were wonderful, but the ponds/garden adjacent to the hotel were spectacular. I spent every extra moment of my time walking the paths in the garden. I fed the koi and enjoyed the tranquility of the waterfalls and ponds.
Best Western has certainly upgraded their options; I would put this premier brand up against the nicer Marriott and IHG brands. This place is slightly off I-5 if you are traveling through, as my wife and I were with our two standard poodles, well worth it though. Beautiful new facilities, Japanese gardens, nice pool, good restaurant and location near a small and functional farm town combine to make this place a great value as well as very pleasant.
Loved every minute of my stay with Boulder from the moment I stepped into the lobby till I check out Best service I have ever had and I've been all around the world Congrats on this place Food and service was unbelievable Coming back soon
Wonderful, relaxing, good staff in all areas. Beautiful Japanese gardens. Loved the Koi in lake. everything well maintained, excellent food., in restaurant, and catered to convention. The bed too high for me, staff came and lowered it for me.
This is the best hotel I've stayed in for many years. Most comfortable bed ever. Restaurant was comparable to a 5 star. Will definitely make this my hotel of choice when traveling I-5 through Oregon. Japanese Garden and Coy Fish were a bonus, a walk thru was very relaxing.
Had the opportunity to stay at this beautiful hotel for a convention ( thank goodness there was a price break as otherwise the resort is a little "spendy". The front desk people were very friendly and efficient the whole weekend we were there. The complimentary breakfast was excellent - a very good selection of food for all tastes - and plenty of room in the restaurant inside and a patio outside too. The gardens are delightful and make for a quiet getaway from the hotel itself. Bring your swim suits too as there is an outdoor heated saltwater pool and hot tub to enjoy. Very comfortable beds and pillows and just about every amenity available in the room too. The only negative thing to say is that the main foyer, restaurant and hallways were extremely cold - we were told that management had no way to regulate the system as that was done from another nearby building! The conference room was also quite chilly. I agree with another reviewer that the GPS does not find the address of the hotel, but if you find Samaritan Hospital the hotel is behind it off Hwy 20. We are looking forward to returning for another convention in 2018
This hotel was awesome. The staff was wonderful and so welcoming even down to the dishwasher who asked us if everything was okay with our breakfast. The breakfast was amazing. My husband had a convention so all of us ladies got to play and have fun and the men joined us in the evening. The restaurant, bar, and meeting room was awesome and the conference center next door made it so convenient. The pool was fun and the peaceful gardens with the pond and coy fish made it feel like a resort. Felt like I truly got away and so relaxing.
We found no degree of want or need unsatisfied. The physical building was superb inside and out. My wife wanted to take the bed home with us. She did ask for the recipe for the cookies available at the front desk. The quality of the staff was outstanding. The food was gourmet quality. I asked for a little know single malt Scotch and they had it.
Carl who served our group twice, was one of the nicest and most genuine people I have met in the industry. I travel a ton for work, and I would not have thought there was such a place in such a small town. Exceptional, if I could name everyone I interacted with from check in to the maid service, I would put them all down here. Top to bottom, this was a surprise to our entire group, the quality of service and food, and amenities. EXCEPTIONAL!
I was pleasantly surprised how nice this facility was. In town for a conference. Only complaint was it was a little difficult to find when coming from the south on I-5. GPS didn't recognize address. Hotel wasn't listed as a Best Western. Overall the facility and rooms were fantastic.
We had the privilege of staying at the Lebanon, Oregon Best Western Premier Boulder Falls Inn. I say privilege because it truly was! Everything from the room to the pool/spa, garden and koi pond, and restaurants were superb. The service was perfect. The complimentary breakfast was everything a person could possibly desire. The pool was big enough to accommodate a large number of people without crowding and the spa was equally spacious. I don't think we have ever had better food than we had in the restaurants. The Inn is beautiful and the grounds/garden are beyond description. It was so peaceful to walk through the garden area, hearing the water falls, seeing the fish, and having a place to sit and just relax. I will recommend the Boulder Falls Inn to anyone planning a stay in the Lebanon area, knowing they will enjoy it as much as my husband and I did. By the way, Robin and Kathy were very professional and friendly in making our stay so enjoyable.
The hotel staff is outstanding! From the restaurant to the lobby to housekeeping. They really go out of their way to make you feel special. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a place to stay!
I was attending a conference here so I booked a night at this hotel. I had to get approval from my travel admin at work to stay here and I am so glad it was approved. The night before I had stayed at a Best Western in Newport on the Oregon coast and it was like night and day between these two properties. This Best Western was immaculately clean beautifully furnished and very comfortable. I had a two queen bed suite and it was extremely spacious. I've stayed in many many hotels and this was by far one of the nicest I have stayed in. It had a frig and microwave in the room which is always nice and appreciated when traveling, and a great free hot breakfast buffet that had tons of choices, eggs, sausage, bacon, oatmeal, waffles, yogurt, bagels, scones - amazing selection. They offer the breakfast buffet in the location of their top notch onsite restaurant. I had dinner at the restaurant called "1847" and it was amazing. I've stayed in Eugene, Albany and Corvallis before and would stay here next time I'm the area and drive the extra miles. It would be well worth it! I do not hesitate to stay here you will be glad you did! Those other hotel chains should be ashamed of themselves!!! Including the Marriott!!!
We only stayed one night, but the room was very comfortable and quiet. The buffet breakfast was probably the best I've ever had at a hotel. The grounds are great to walk around and explore. It was about 10 minutes from the 5, but well worth the drive!
We were really spoiled here. Hotel and restaurant staff went out of their way to make our experience wonderful. Great pool to swim laps in the mornings, along with a dip in the hot tub. We attended a huge family reunion in Sunnyside Park in Sweet Home, ORE., and had to bring something. So we bought watermelon from Safeway, and just asked for a knife from the kitchen to cut it up. The restaurant staff insisted on preparing it for us - they cut and wrapped it for our reunion and refused tips. We had to insist. Really a great group of people.
This was hands down one of the BEST hotels we have stayed at in a long time. Beautiful property, incredible staff, pure comfort and an absolute deal for the price! From the moment we arrived until the moment we checked out, we had our needs met. Just exceptional!
Im so glad that we stayed here. The hotel is very clean and decorated well. The veiw of the garden is amazing, you forget that your are in Lebanon. The staff in its entirety was professional and friendly and the complimentary breakfast was a treat. Thank you for a great stay!
Beautiful 2 yr old hotel. About 15 minutes off the I-5 in Lebanon Oregon. Worth the drive. I have not found a nicer property from Salem to Albany. King Size bed was very comfortable. Furniture was in good condition just typical hotel furniture, bathroom was super clean. Lobby and exterior were nice. Nice safe location next to a Medical University. NOT your typical Best Western.
Coordinated wedding and reception on Father's Day. The father of groom was in hospice care in wheelchair unable to speak. The GM Nia, event coordinator Jessi, many other staff, worked for weeks in advance and on that day to make it super special for B&G and to accommodate the special circumstances of a precious dying man in our midst. At short notice they whipped up a full meal for one of the guest who had dietary constraints we had failed to convey to kitchen! Oops. According to the officiating pastor, the guest was so moved by their kind gesture that he cried! The pastor was tempted to reach for the microphone and declare that they should be ranked #1. (Jim has given me permission to go on the record on this.) I jokingly asked one of the staff for the unopened Dr. Pepper in her hand--and she gave it to me without any hesitation...and that's only about 1/60th of what we ran them through! My guess is that if I had literally asked for the shirt off their back to improve the guests' experience they might hesitate but actually comply. The teamwork evidenced by the staff and management reminds me of one of the Leading Hotels of the World. They are that good! I don't normally take this much time to acknowledge good behavior but it's so superlative that I have contacted BBB, Chamber, AAA, corporate, owners (this is not corporate owned), hand wrote Thank You cards, written online endorsements, called to thank them, sent intermediaries, etc. and now this laudatory post on TripAdvisor! Is this overkill? Maybe, but not by much, if any. Bride was not Bridezilla and I was not the client from the lower regions but I was unreasonable in a very pleasant and professional manner and they were a great pleasure to work with. And I haven't even told you the flower story! LOL Long story short--because of them, the florist came to the groom's home and worked for hours and did not charge us! Do NOT expect them to serve you at this level but just know they were incredible for us! THANK YOU VERY MUCH!
I'd never been to a "Premier" property by Best Western, but WOW!! This place has all the best features of any conference center or destination hotel I've ever been to, bar none! The architecture, the staff, the rooms, the ambience ... everything was top notch!! It's only a short distance from the I-5, but at around 6 miles, it takes you to a solitude unknown to most places! Such a big yet private dining area with walled booths, or open seating - your choice. And such a quiet setting, with a beautiful Japanese garden, spa, etc! What an extraordinary delight after 2 weeks of travel, staying at resorts and upscale hotels! Thank you very much for a most pleasant stay! Only wish we didn't have a schedule to meet, or would have stayed longer!
Highly reccommend this location to all. Friendly accomodating staff and great accomodations. Gorgeous gardens to stroll through, quiet nice get away in a nice little town. Go and see and enjoy. Would also be a great location for work meetings.
During our recent family vacation we spent many days at the Boulder Falls Inn. It is clearly the best hotel we have stayed in in many years. We highly recommend it to anyone staying in this part of Oregon.
The plants around the pool look neglected. Noticed a dead potted tree, a dead planted pine tree and weeds growing outside of pool fence. The little bushes next to building, (location facing the pool) are dry. Plants need regular attention.
This Best Western is amazing. The room was lovely. The Japanese Garden was beautiful! The restaurant was very very good! And the staff - every single one- was friendly and went out of their way to make our stay great! We will go back.
Very nice accommodations and very friendly staff. The breakfast was very good with plenty of staff to assist a first timer. Pool facilities were great and they let the local family members come and share it with us. Will stay there again.
I was greeted by friendly staff, offered a fresh baked cookie as i checked in. They had the air conditioning already going in the room which was delightful in the heat. The room was nicely designed and the king size bed was extremely comfortable. They put out an amazing continental breakfast spread which you could eat inside or outside by the pond. I would recommend this hotel. Plus they are dog friendly!
We don't usually stay at Best Western hotels but this one was just beautiful and at such a great price. The staff is amazing! We thought we would try their restaurant. To our surprise it was delicious and our waiter CARL was so great!! We stayed at the hotel 3 nights and went back to eat there every night and asked for Carl. He felt like a friend by the time we left. The food was wonderful but the service by Carl was the best...We would highly recommend this beautiful hotel and restaurant!
This hotel is very clean, nice size rooms and comfy beds. The staff is outstanding and made us feel welcome. We arrived in the middle of the night and the front desk clerk could see I was tired and got through the check in process quickly. They serve breakfast daily, the usual items you see in hotel breakfast bars with one exception - they had a really nice fruit bowl! The grounds are beautiful and they have a nice outdoor seating area as well as outdoor seating at the restaurant. They are also dog friendly, although we did not bring a dog. I can't say enough good things about the staff - they really were fabulous.
Good, Clean, quaint place with quick access to amenities and the area. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. Food was well presented and tasteful without being overpriced. The Annex Bar had an engaging and knowledgeable mixologist with great views over the coy pond.
My daughter and I stayed here, separately, while my brother was in a convalescent home. We both found what a motel should be: a place where you can stay away from home with care and comfort while you are concentrating on your reason for being away from home. Our stays weren't happy, but it was at this facility that we found peace and comfort at the end of the day. Our last trip here, was for my brother's memorial. Our family came together here, from many states. At this time, we were able to meet in many of the wonderful garden settings, restaurants, and cozy common areas to spend time with each others. Though the physical design of the rooms and areas of the hotel are so comfortable and accessible, the treatment of guests by the staff (all staff) is the real plus. They were always kind, at the ready and made us comfortable in quiet ways. I would recommend this hotel to anyone for any event.
We had a fantastic stay here at Boulder Falls. The price is a bit steep for the small town of Lebanon, but you get what you pay for. Everything was clean and fantastic. Would absolutely stay here again.
We picked this Best Western Inn during our road trip around NW Oregon because of reviews on Trip Advisor. It is conveniently located near scenic drives in the Cascade Mtns. Staff was very friendly and warm. Our suite had a view of a beautiful garden and also included a wonderful multihead rain shower. Bed was comfortable and the room was clean and looked new. The included breakfast was the best I've had. Extra friendly and helpful staff, excellent food choices and fresh squeezed Orange Juice. I would highly recommend this quality, reasonably priced facility and would go out of my way to stay here again.
I love to stay at the Boulder Falls Inn for visits to the grandkids. The staff is courteous and helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The breakfast is better than most buffets. I highly recommend if you're looking for a stop anywhere in the area.
Well we found this hotel by accident on a road trip via Oregon. We are from Scotland and think this maybe our best hotel we have stayed in in our world travels. Absolutely everything was 5****. Check in staff, room staff and oh those ladies in the restaurant marshalled by the very delightful Bobbie were ace. The young gentlemen working in the 2nd floor bar were brilliant too We extended our stay. Lebanon itself was great with friendly people, especially the ladies in the Chamber of Commerce. They even give 5* treatment to the dogs!! Thank you all for a great break.
This hotel is not only gorgeous, but most importantly the staff, and I mean all of the staff is fantastic. We've stayed here a few times and I have never been disappointed in any way. The hotel is incredibly clean, relaxing, convenient and the dining is great. I can't say enough about the staff.
Beautiful hotel, beautiful grounds. Located in a smaller town, but great central location for wine country/beach drives. Very comfortable rooms and beds! Great staff. Will stay here again. Thank you Kathy and Robin!!
I live in Oregon, and we have endured one of our more rainy, wintery seasons. So, on Memorial Day Weekend (May 2017), EVERY ONE wanted out of the Portland metro area. My husband and I had reservations to stay for a long weekend in Yachats, but we were dreading the traffic. Waa-laa...the fastest-get-out-of-town route during busy traffic route was discovered. Tip: If you are heading south on I-5 from Portland, google the back roads to Lebanon and stay at the Best Western PREMIER BOULDER FALLS INN the night before you want to be at the coast. It is a newer hotel with beautiful decor and a very attentive staff. The breakfast dining room is large and there is also outdoor seating on the patio near the garden. After a restorative night's sleep, you will happily be ahead of the traffic the next morning and be able to zip on over to the beautiful Oregon coast, even on a busy Memorial Day Weekend.
This is a beautiful hotel with amazingly comfortable beds, great staff, awesome breakfast and was totally pet friendly. Beautiful patio with a view of the river. Very helpful and professional staff. Definitely recommend staying at this hotel if your in Lebanon.
Great staff. Good clean hotel, restaurant, and bar. Restaurant is good but a bit fancy on the menu. Good food for the limited menu. The breakfast is really good. Awesome bacon. Did not use the pool but it looks real nice. hard to get rooms but if you can, defiantly stay here.
It looks like another hotel before you stepped in the lobby and walk out onto the back yard, you can't believed they put so much effort to make sure the garden area as attractive as possible, flowers and plants grown in the profession way, make you want to stay there for much longer. Since we stay with my little dog, the only problem for me was, the back green area was no light at all after dark and remember to bring you flash light to walk your dog there, of course, the front lawn is great for dog walk though. Room is clean, you can feel higher class than others when you take the first step into the room.
Very nice beds, lots of pillows. Beautiful rooms, nice big tv. Bathroom is too dark for me but it's big and the shower is very nice. Good selection for breakfast. We love to stay here. Nice value for vets or gov workers.
This a newer hotel and is very nice. We had a great experience and everyone was very friendly and helpful. The grounds on this property are beautiful. We strolled around there pond and gardens and it was very well laid out. Nice experience. Who ever designed this did a wonderful job.
Great room, clean and comfortable beds. Housekeeping staff were very friendly. Wonderful breakfast buffet and staff were exceptional. Beautiful grounds and Japanese Gardens. I highly recommend it to anyone.
A very nice setting away from highway noise. It is on a wonderful campus with a beautiful Japanese style garden. We attended hotel provided breakfasts with superior wait staff. Our room was beautiful also, enjoyed the evening bed turndown service. What delightful people!
Our stay here was for a classic car event. This hotel is DEFINITELY on the top of our list. Nice staff, beautiful grounds, comfortable rooms and beds, clean. You would not be disappointed staying here.
This hotel served as home base for a car show. The show was a success, due in no small part to the hotel itself. It is beautiful throughout. The lobby is large and comfortable. Rooms are also large and comfortable. Service is impeccable. It satisfied one of my pet peeves at many hotels and motels: there were lots of electrical outlets for charging all of our various electronic devices. Room rates include a full and substantial buffet breakfast. The breakfast staff workers were as accommodating and friendly as the hotel staff members. Not to be forgotten, the grounds themselves are beautiful. There is a lovely pond with an Asian-garden feel to it. Walking paths with turnouts and benches (I think), small waterfalls, and lots of plant-life make for a really nice stroll and easy way to unwind. Don't miss them. On the flip side of all this praise, a couple oddities. (1) Although the bathroom was absolutely sparking clean, when the tiled walls got wet, the grout seams looked mildewy. When the walls dried, they were again completely sparkling. (2) Perhaps, just a mistake by housecleaning staff, but we had two recycling bins in our room and no trash can. (3) Purely personal here, I wish this gorgeous hotel had an indoor pool and/or jacuzzi, not an outdoor one. Oregon weather being what it is, I prefer being indoors in the jacuzzi. This may change in the future, as there are plans to expand the hotel to add rooms with jacuzzi tubs, and possibly enclose the pool. But that is just conjecture right now. All in all, I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for very fine lodging in the Corvallis-Albany-Lebanon area. It is in a league of its own.
I work half of the time in Oregon in a town about 20 miles away from this hotel. I generally stay in that town (Corvallis), but a number of my co-workers urged me to give the Best Western Boulder Falls a try. I'm happy that I did. This is by far the nicest Best Western I've stayed in. The room was very well appointed, the bed was super-comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, and I couldn't believe the dinner menu! I've seldom stayed in much more expensive hotels that had restaurants that exceeded this one. A bonus outside is the extensive garden area, complete with ponds and waterfalls. There is outdoor dining on the ground floor and a lounge on the second floor with an outside sitting area overlooking the garden. The only downside was the location, as there is not much else to do in Lebanon. But, it's not a long drive to other towns.
This is probably the nicest hotel around the Corvallis/Albany/Lebanon area. Not too far from OSU (about 20-25 minutes). Great food in the restaurant, and not too badly priced either. I would definitely stay here again if I return to the area.
The garden behind the motel is one of the most beautiful we have ever seen at a motel. The service was excellent, and the employees were very friendly and helpful. I wish all motels/hotels in which we have stayed were this nice and helpful.
This is a beautiful hotel and well worth paying more than the other local hotels. The staff went above and beyond to be friendly. The breakfast was free and self serve, however, there was a lady there who checked on us and kept our table very clean . I felt very welcome.
We just got back from this hotel last night. And already made reservations for next May. Our daughter plays volleyball and they have big tournament at OSU every mother's day weekend (Willamette Classic Volleyball). Most of volleyball teams or organizations book hotels around Albany, Salem and Corvallis, and my daughter's volleyball organization booked BW Albany but the only room available for us was 1 king bed and sofa bed. We wanted to get 2 queen beds, (for 3 of us) and I found this hotel for about the same distance to OSU( 25 minute drive). Our room was clean, food was good, a friendly staff. After all day playing at the court, my daughter wants to go back to the hotel and relax, so it was a big bonus that the hotel had a restaurant and very good food. Morning buffet was good also, way way way better than other BW! We walked around the Japanese garden and fed koi fish( there is a fish food dispenser at the gazebo, have to put 2 quarters to dispense so bring your coins!). They have turn down service at 6 with chocolate on the pillow. I don't have any negative comments about this hotel. I hope my daughter's volleyball organization will group book this hotel next year. But I already booked our room, can't wait go back this hotel again!!
I checked in late and was leaving early both mornings. When I first checked in the room next to me had a very loud TV going. They quickly gave me a new room no problem. I didn't get the opportunity to try the restaurant or bar but will next time and there will be a next time. My room was the nicest I've stayed in for that part of Oregon by far.
This is a beautiful hotel and a small quaint little town. The staff is extremely friendly especially Jake who does turndown service. The restaurant is pricey but the food is top notch. The only downside I can think of is that the upstairs lounge is staffed with a couple aloof and unfriendly servers which are the polar opposite of the friendly and genuine restaurant staff. The staffing of the lounge is a shame because it has a great deck overlooking their garden and happier goes from 6 to 11
I have stayed in several hotels in the area as I travel here for work a bit. This hotel is extremely nice for the area! I stayed at the Westin New Orleans and Hotel indigo Asheville NC last week and would put it on par with them if grading on a location based curve. Price is equivalent to major chains in the area, but offers such a nicer service. The Japanese styled garden is beautiful and was clearly designed to flow into the hotel. Restaurant in the hotel is mediocre.
This hotel is startling in it's quality from design to the breakfast buffet. It competes extremely well with anything south of Portland to the California border and is located in small town America. The staff is as well trained and as warm as any.
We booked this place late for an event at Oregon State University. It is a 30-minute drive to Sackett Hall on campus. The property is upscale and modern. They told us that it's been open for two years, but it looks brand new. The room was spacious and quiet. Beds were extremely comfortable. The staff treated us very well. We didn't bring swimsuits, and wish that we had made time for the lovely outdoor pool and spa. A meditation garden outside was an unexpected treat. Breakfast is included. It is the same as any Best Western. Everything else was above average. I really liked the Premier property.
If you are doing business in Lebanon, OR or it's vicinity, this is the best hotel. Partners with Samaritan Health and is a pefect place to stay for any business or even family trips. Not much around, but the restaurant is great to have.
received noise complaints two of the nights while I wasn't making any noise. The walls are paper thin as I could hear the entire conversation of the person next door. Not sure how you fix this other than a remodel. Staff shared that they deal with a large amount of noise complaints.
This hotel is amazing with clean, comfortable, and beautiful rooms. As a BW Platinum member, I appreciated the upgrade to a suite. The breakfast buffet was delicious--definitely one of the best I've seen and the staff working the area were extremely accommodating, with one of the attendants even going to the back to get my wife a topping she wanted for her waffle that wasn't at the buffet. I've stayed at a lot of hotels all over the world and there is literally nothing remotely negative to say about this hotel. It's definitely off the beaten path in the small town of Lebanon, but it's worth the drive....stay here, you'll be glad you did!
We picked this hotel and location because it was the perfect logistical meeting point for us (coming from the SF Bay Area) and our family coming down from Victoria BC. Our final destination was actually to head over to the McKenzie river falls (about an hour away), and eventually head to Bend. So, we only stayed one night. Not only was the hotel clean (and very new), the staff was outstanding! From the front desk, to our food server at the restaurant (who put in a special request for the tween who wanted to try a virgin pina colada--not on the menu), quality customer service is evidently a priority for this establishment. The kids enjoyed the delicious, fresh-baked cookies and fruit-infused water in the front lobby, as well as a chocolate candy at turn down service. The adults enjoyed the happy hour in the evening, and a fully included breakfast in the morning. Everyone enjoyed getting out some energy at the small gym, after driving all day to get there. Our stay there was outstanding. We later lamented, while at our trendy, upscale hotel in Bend, that the customer service and overall experience was not nearly as pleasurable as this hotel! We will definitely return the next time our families meet up in Oregon.
Great service and a beautiful place to stay. The gardens are worth a visit while you were there. The food is excellent and the breakfast which comes with the room is very well done. The staff is professional in easy to work with. The bedrooms are beautiful and comfortable accommodations.
A pleasant surprise!!! Newer construction. Everything about this place was awesome. Rooms, staff, food and beverages we all great. I wasn't expecting anything this nice in Lebanon, OR and I travel extensively for work.
This is a very nice hotel. It is the best accommodations I've stayed in a long time. I was pleased I could bring my pet. The whole facility was in "tip top" condition. There were no signs that pets were allowed. It was that well kept! All of the staff that we interfaced with were friendly and customer oriented.
I visit family in nearby, Albany Oregon, often. I do like to end my days alone and quiet where I can relax no worries and peaceful surroundings. The hotel is very nice with fair prices except when nearby events take place and the prices go up quite a bit out of my budget (I am retired). A future town growth is taking place to help an older logging town. The locals are very appreciative...thus tourists welcomed warmly! Nearby hiking and places are quite fun. Oregon like Washington offers many options. Do not forget to go to Silver Falls up by Salem....WOW
Your hotel was outstanding much better than some Hiltons I've stayed in I was truly impressed. I will definitely stay in your hotel next time I'm in Lebanon I will conduct business out of your hotel as I travel frequently to the Lebanon area thanks again for an outstanding hotel do some traveling there quite frequently
Clean, quiet, spacious rooms with caring & attentive staff. Best hotel stay in a long time! Small town feel & only 10-15 minutes to the campus at OR State. Beautiful grounds with nature trail, huge coy pond & little waterfall. Restaurant was nice quality too.
This hotel is so beautiful and the staff always so kind and helpful. The Japanese garden was gorgeous and peaceful. We enjoyed every thing about this hotel breakfast was delicious and our room was beautiful
We didn't plan to stay here, but time and location saw us select the hotel, based on where we were and where we wanted to go the next day. Modern, clean and with professional staff. Walk through the Japanese garden and appreciate the layout. Excellent dinner, with great staff in the bar area, knowledgeable on the beers and the dinner menu. Overall, one in a million find. Go out of your way to get there.
the stay was peaceful, the rooms were clean and quiet, breakfast was very good and the hostess made sure you were attended too. it was the wrong time of year to enjoy the garden, water area but it looked beautiful
This is a beautiful hotel. Staff is also very helpful and friendly. The room is top notch. Extra lighting above bed to red, plenty of areas to charge cell phone, and plenty of room!! Bed is a little firm for me, but i will be back.
Was a nice clean Motel with friendly staff ready to help your every need. Had nice free breakfast with great choices of food to eat. The restaurant had a nice price range for their food. I loved the warm cookies that they had available in the early afternoon. Had a beautiful garden you could go to for quite time.
What a special treat to find this facility.... This area has had no level of service, value, food or upscale lodging for the past 50 years. That is no longer the case. Many travelers are very thankful this fine business resides in Lebanon, Oregon.
Great rooms, great food, and great staff. The bed was very comfortable. Not much happening in Lebanon but it is not far from Corvallis. Warm cookies available in the evening go well with a nice glass of local wine.
Much gratitude to the wonderful staff at this slightly out-of-the-way hotel! I stay here when traveling from Seattle to visit family in southern Oregon, which I do several times a year. It's a great midway hotel where me and my dog can spend the night. If you're familiar with Seattle-area traffic, you know it can be brutal. I feel so welcomed here after toughing out Thanksgiving weekend traffic. Tired, a bit dazed... the staff was really kind and caring to me and my little buddy.
If you know Lebanon, you wonder what in the world would someone build a BW hotel of this sophistication. What a contribution to the community. A modest touch of class and an opportunity to spend an enjoyable moment away from the outside. Good luck. We will be back.
This hotel was amazing for my company and their needs. They adapted quickly to last minute changes and kept a professional and caring manner the entire time. They are the highest level of professional customer service I have personally experience.
Very lovely hotel. Nice amenities including the garden with waterfalls and koi fish pond. Friendly staff and conveniently located to the medical college. Enjoyed the hot tub. Appreciated having a refrigerator and microwave as standard room features.
We were in shock at the modern yet warm appearance of this new hotel. Every detail from the wall paper to the glass and metal barn style door into the bedroom were impressive. Whoever designed the interior should be congratulated. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful as well. We had dealings with the front desk ladies, room service, maids, and restaurant staff. The breakfast was excellent for a complimentary spread including eggs, bacon, and bagels. Not only by far the best hotel on our 8 day trip but also one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in my entire life, including competitor hotels known for only highest luxury. Bravo Best Western! Very impressive.
Nuisance items broken in room and entry cards misprogrammed but not major items and correctable with closer attention. Staff responded with professionalism and courtesy. Would return to this hotel with pleasure.
We've stayed at many Best Western's and this one was by far the best hotel we've stayed in. Every employee went beyond what was expected and truly seemed to love their jobs. They have a huge outdoor heated salt water filtration pool that was a perfect temperature even though it was November. the grounds are beautiful with a pathway that meanders throug water falls and a Koi pond. It was raining but was still a great experience after breakfast. The rooms are clean, the food and service in the restaurant was amazingly good. Don't miss the cheesecake with Marion-berry syrup for dessert. The breakfast choices are good, all the standard items plus fresh fruit and a variety of meats. If you are even near the area of Lebanon, OR do no miss the chance to stay here.
Go out of your way to stay here, worth more than you pay and better than anything else in the surrounding towns. Brand new facility, nice restaurant and lounge onsite. Best Western Premier is a whole new level of BW.
Apparently, the locals do. This hotel was recommended by my client and I can't thank them enough. This is a FABULOUS hotel with a very nice restaurant - the 1847 Grill. The rooms are nicely designed and decorated, the workout room is new and updated, the Japanese garden, koi pond and walking path tranquil and town is close enough should you need anything. Plus, it's pet friendly. I will be back.
This was such an unexpected surprise! It is a bit out of the way, but boy is it a treat when you get there. The restaurant is excellent, the staff friendly, the rooms appointed nicely and the Japanese garden is lovely.
We stayed for three nights while visiting Willamette Valley wineries and the Oregon coast. A great place to relax afterwards. It had all of the necessary accoutrements for a modern hotel. It had a place to plug your devices via HDMI, although I was not clever enough to have the adapter with me. The clock radio was an iHome device We had a wonderful stay in a Motel 6 in Moosamin, SK and as a result decided to try this one which I could simply dock my iPhone to to charge it and play my music. Beautiful 21st century hotel!
Sometimes hotels come with a perk. That is the Boulder Falls Inn in Lebanon. The hotel is very attractive and has some great views, from some of the rooms. On this visit, I was on the first floor in a room that looked out onto the oriental garden. The garden is a reason to come by itself. There is a walking path that takes you around the sizable Koy pond up the slope that created the waterfall, and down the other side. There are things for all the senses to enjoy. The many plants provide a rainbow of colors and the sound of the falls makes it pleasing just to sit and watch or shell out a quarter and feed the large school of Koy. The rooms are very roomy and comfortable. There are many pillows although (if you have read others of my reports) they could have been bigger. They are larger than the postage stamp size that I detest but not as large as a full size pillow. The mattresses are high end pillowtops and are very comfortable. I heard, although I didn't use it, that the exercise room is nice as is the salt water pool.
This is a new hotel, and although we had a problem finding it initially, since the GPS did not recognize the address, it was well worth it. Exceptional is the only word I can use to describe the staff, the rooms, the breakfast, and the pool. Beds, pillows, towels, all amenities were first class. Although the weather was rainy, our view of the gardens and koi pond showed what a beautiful location this was. We have stayed at many hotels, and payed MUCH more, but none come even close to this location. We will definitely stay here again.
We have had a busy, busy summer and I can't remember all the exact details of this Best Western, however, what sticks out in our mind was that it was a great place. Room size, clean, location, staff, we have nothing but good things to say about our stay. Wouldn't stay anywhere else in that area. Accommodations were wonderful. Wish we would've commented sooner so we could give examples! We do have cards from Olivia, who serviced our room with attention to detail, Sarah W., and Nia R. who all were pleasant and happy to go the extra mile for customer relations. Front desk was awesome and helpful with any questions we had. I'll also be looking for Best Western Premiers in TH future. Additional plus were the chocolates on the bed at night. ??. You will be more than satisfied staying there.
Great stay for our nephew's wedding. Loved the comfort and many gathering areas to visit with other family members. Enjoyed the beautiful gardens. The breakfast was delicious and all the staff went out of their way for us. Everything was perfect for our stay.
Everything from checking in, to the comfort of the sheets, I love this place! The breakfast buffet was amazing! Great fruit selection! Loved every bit about my stay, can't forget the keurig in my room! Thank you
We visit Oregon 2 to 3 times a year and we are so glad BW has come to Oregon. We have stayed several times now and we are very happy. The staff is very friendly and the hotel is very comfortable and beautiful. They offer a great breakfast option and the staff is very helpful. We are happy there is an onsite restaurant, though I wish it wasn't as expensive as it is, it is a nice convience to have. We will be staying again and totally recommend it if you are visiting the area and wish to stay in a very nice, modern, beautiful hotel.
Newly built in 2016 the hotel is modern, beautiful soothing colors with plenty of natural lighting. Very nice bar and dining area with a stunning garden view. The breakfast buffet was excellent, real eggs, fresh seasonal fruit, bacon, sausage and all the rest of the carbohydrate laden fare you could possibly want. Service is par excellance! Friendly, professional staff to boot!
We stayed here while en route to Washington on a 3500 mile moving trip and were so impressed. We didn't know what to expect since it was a Best Western and we are used to Hiltons and had just stayed in the Trump hotel in Vegas two nights before but this hotel was fantastic. It was new and beautiful with ample parking for our huge moving truck, the front desk attendees were friendly and accommodating, the beds were comfortable, the room immaculate, and the on site restaurant was top notch. Fine Dining but with very good prices. Kid meals were $6 and included main item, side, drink, and scoop of ice cream. The portions were large that 2 of my kids could've easily shared had we known. The adult portions were huge as well. I personally suggest the hot and sour soup and any of their salads with their vinegarettes. The breakfast was equally as good and you can't beat the view of the pond outside the window while you eat. This hotel is equal, if not better than any highly rated hotel that I have stayed in.
Quiet location. Friendly, helpful staff. Great buffet breakfast. Special Octoberfest event in one of the dinning areas. Very new, very clean. Very pleasant views with lots of plants to help block the view of surrounding buildings. Beds are very comfortable. One of the best nights sleep I have had at a hotel ever.
This was the 10th hotel we had stayed at during our holiday. We have stayed in a range of styles of accommodation from world wide chains to small inns. What we appreciate is customer care through cleanliness, friendliness, comfort and maintenance. Our hotel bills are not being paid by an organisation, we are retired, have saved hard for this holiday, and as such, perhaps what we expect (having chosen our hotels with care) is different to business travellers. I have typed out our impression of each hotel as we have gone along. What we have found is that we can easily recall the best and the worst (of which there have been two - so far) but the fair to middling places are not so easy to recall, so to give them a considered review I have typed as we have gone along. We would have no problem recalling this hotel, it is superb. We arrived mid-afternoon on a very hot day, nearly the end of September and the temperature was over thirty degrees C. We walked into a cool, clean, well decorated, orderly foyer. Our reception was professional, prompt, approachable and accurate. The receptionist looked smart and was a good representation of Best Western hotels. We had drawn up in our hire car and left it in the drop off area in front of the entrance to the hotel. Asking if this was okay or did we need to move it now that we had emptied our boot (trunk?) we were told to go up to our room, settle ourselves in and when we were ready, move our vehicle. This is excellent customer service. Taking the lift to the third floor and just stepping out into the corridor we knew our room was going to be of a high quality. As corridors go, this one was excellent. Our room didn't disappoint. I'm not going to list all the facilities, basically everything you would expect was in the room. All was well maintained, in working order, clean, smelled fresh, the air conditioning was blasting out cool air, it was spacious, welcoming and relaxing. It put a smile on our faces. The bathroom was also clean, with an over the bath shower, which had excellent water pressure, more than sufficient thick, fresh smelling towels and shampoo and conditioner products over the bath. What the bathroom didn't have was shower gel, so bring your own. After unpacking and moving our car, we poured two cups of complimentary coffees (which were pipping), selected two complimentary cookies and took our refreshments out into the gardens at the rear of the hotel. We sat in the shade and enjoyed our drinks and cookies. A decent shower followed and a pleasant evening sitting for some time in the gardens which I strongly suggest you walk around should you stay. Breakfast the following morning was very good and included freshly prepared fruit salad, bacon and scrambled eggs. This overnight stay had been very restorative, the bed was extremely comfortable, the only down side was that the bedroom window didn't open, but perhaps this is a British thing! I would have to search for any downsides to this accommodation, the air conditioning rattled a little in the night, but that is all. The hotel is only around two years old, and the area in which it is situated is still being developed. I am not saying that there is building work noise, just that there are no other restaurants next door, as is the usual. The staff at this hotel are very personable, approachable and helpful, in fact they make this hotel and are excellent. A good night. Out of all the hotels we have stayed in on our trip this hotel came second to the Oswego Inn at Victoria BC. Why, Boulder Falls is an area still being developed (do not worry we had no builder noise) and the area didn't have the atmosphere of Victoria BC, it misses first place by the smallest of all measures.
I love this hotel. It's almost brand new and they are fanatical about maintenance and cleanliness. The rooms are large and tastefully decorated and the staff is professional but warm. I've been here 3 times over the past 10 months or so and everybody there consistently provides great service and great value for money - I only wish they could clone this place the staff and have one in every city I visit on my travels!
We stay in many Best Western properties and generally are very satisfied, but this property is very much a premier property. It has amenities that would not normally be available at a Best Western, more at the level of a small Marriot. Very nice property.
We can't believe that we were able to stay in such a nice, modern hotel for less than $120 per night! Unfortunately we were just passing through this area and could only stay for one night. The staff made us feel right at home and were always friendly and helpful. Wish all lodging could be this nice. Best Western has really "raised the bar" at this price point with this place.
Great new hotel. Quiet location well away form the highway. Wonderful facilities, including a Japanese outdoor garden and Koi pond. Friendly and helpful staff throughout. Good location to visit valley wine country and Oregon coast.
Lebanon is a small town so we weren't expecting much. What a great surprise. A brand new hotel with a great staff. The rooms were nice and the beds comfortable. The bar on the second floor is comfortable and inviting with a outside balcony with a wonderful view of the garden
This hotel is a diamond in the rough - in my opinion, it is the best hotel in the area (Corvallis, Albany, Lebanon). It is clean, modern, very tidy, and has a wonderful, very peaceful Koi pond on the grounds. Very worth the stay!
Beautiful Hotel, loved everything about it, clean, convenient , bar, restaurant, lovely grounds, and an excellent staff. Especially loved the Koi Pond and Japanese Garden. My family and I stayed here on our way to SunRiver. I will stay here again, we loved it.
Very nice hotel, super friendly staff, very clean, excellent service. On site restaurant very reasonably priced. Big Bang for your buck ! Quite possibly the best hotel we have ever stayed in. Big thumbs up !
The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. The Garden was a relaxing oasis after a long day of work. The room was very nice, the bed comfortable and the chocolate at turn down service were a treat.
After a long day of hiking at Silver Falls State Park, this hotel was a fabulous find. It's a short drive off the freeway and a world away. We relaxed outside enjoying the calming view of trees and water as we sipped our wine. Dinner in the hotel restaurant was delightful. The entire hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The bed was super comfortable and a welcome relief to our tired bodies. The complimentary breakfast the next morning was far more than the typical make your own waffle with cold pastries and yogurt. It was a lovely hot breakfast with eggs, bacon, biscuits and fruit! This hotel won't disappoint and is definitely worth the short drive off the freeway.
Very nice establishment. Very clean and very accommodating to all my business needs. Disappointed in the handicap accessibility portions of this establishment but overall very good Hotel. The survey is a trick please plan on spending time on this and being forced to type a ton before they allow you to continue. Horrible survey.
We had my In-Laws here for a couple of days and needed a roll in shower for my Pop's. These guys did not disappoint The roll in shower is probably the best I have seen in a Hotel, No lip or little step as some describe a roll in shower, this was level with the bathroom floor. Also there was a fold down seat, and body wash, shampoo and conditioner in handy dispensers in the shower. Surprisingly the bed was also at a good height. Well appointed room all round, restaurant was also just a few paces away. the staff are great, very helpful and attentive. We will be using this hotel again for sure.
I have stayed in hotels from San Diego to Vancouver BC. From San Francisco to NYC. This may have been the best hotel experience for the money, I have ever had. I would definitely recommend this hotel and conference center..
The hotel quality and service is spectacular. Could not have been treated better. This is a terrific hotel and I cannot wait to go back. The fitness room across the street is great-wide range of equipment and weights. The hotel setting is nice and quiet. Great night's sleep.
From arrival to departure the staff was attentive and aware of our needs. Consistently saying hello and creating whenever possible. When traveling in the elevator to our floor the staff member provided insight into the property and things going on. The property Koi pond provides a relaxing place to unwind from the day. Overall very pleasant accommodations. Would stay again if ever in the area again.
Visited Lebanon for a wedding and found a gem of a hotel. The interior is attractive and the grounds were a lovely place to stroll with little spots to stop and enjoy the view. Lunch in the hotel restaurant was tasty. There is a piano in the lobby that was abrasive loud especially compared to the restful atmosphere. Room was fine, employees very friendly and helpful.
Outstanding on all levels, bed was to high, they lowered it. Helped me through the breakfast line as I'm disabled. Everyone was on their A game. Took a friend who was not a member of the group, and they gave her access to the pool, the Japanese garden, and they were able to check us in early as do to health problems I often need a nap. Yes would stay here again. Stayed at other hotels this year and this one was by far the best.
When I heard we'd be going to a convention in Lebanon, Or. my first question was "Why"? I was not enthusiastic. When we got to this hotel I was amazed. It is beautiful. The hotel is new, and is located next to the Western Health Sciences University. We were on the second floor. The room itself was relatively large, and had one of the most comfortable hotel beds I've ever experienced. The room also had a seating area with a sofa and a desk. The dresser/TV stand, houses a microwave, and small refrigerator, as well as a Keurig coffeemaker. It is spotlessly maintained throughout. The hotel has a small workout room that has several stationary bikes, treadmills, and a weight center. It has an outdoor pool as well. Behind the hotel they've built a large koi pond that is very pretty. There is a restaurant on site, and the food is excellent. They provided the food for our banquet. I called several weeks prior to the conference, and asked for accommodation for my food allergy to wheat. To my surprise, when we went to the banquet, I discovered that almost the entire buffet line was marked "gluten free". What amazing service--and the food was very good--not the usual hotel fare offered at most conference banquets. The hotel has a conference center which is conveniently located next door on the property. The staff is uniformly friendly and helpful. If you are looking for a place for a conference, or even just a quiet weekend in a sleepy country town, this is the place for you. I couldn't recommend it higher.
Excellent service at all times and a great facility. The complimentary breakfast was excellent. All of the amenities were top notch and the people who work there were over the top with their helpful service. Over all an outstandingly good hotel.
Since Best Western started differentiating their hotels as Standard, Plus and Premier, this is the first Premier in which we have stayed. After a mid-afternoon appointment in Vancouver, WA, we decided to extend our drive that day to try this hotel in this unlikely town, and shorten our travels the next day to shopping in Eugene and on home to the coast of Oregon the next day. The hotel was a complete delight in all ways. Great decor, very comfortable room and an excellent lounge and restaurant (although we ate from the restaurant menu on the Lounge deck). Very reasonably priced for the comfort and quality of room and food. We are actually planning one or two day explorations the northern Willamette Valley using this hotel as a base. If I were to be doing business in Corvallis or Albany, OR, I would consider it worth the few extra miles drive to stay at this location
This hotel is absolutely incredible! The facilities and service are second to none. The complementary breakfast is amazing. The heated pool and hot tub are just what you need to begin and end your day.
Had an emergency family occurrence. Went on line, and TripAdvisor dispayed this hotel, so I gave it a try. I found the staff and hotel extremely interested in service, hospitality, and the hotel itself was clean more than accommodating . The cookies at 3:00 in the afternoon through the evening were nice. I loved the heated ool. The Japanese garden was amazing.
This hotel is a nice addition to the options available in the Albany/Lebanon area. It is in a very quiet area, and there are nice well lit places to walk near the hotel, or you can stroll through the beautiful garden attached to the hotel. Lebanon is not known for its fine dining. The restaurant at the hotel has really good food, served by attentive and pleasant staff. Breakfast is also very good, much better than other chain hotels near I-5. My room was pleasant, and the art on the walls is a cut above most hotel art. I was disappointed that the windows in my room did not open. I have also taught at the convention center next door, and the facility and staff there are also very welcoming and accommodating.
Boulder Falls Inn is a great addition to Lebanon. The rooms are modern, nice and the beds are extremely comfortable. The room had a small refrigerator, microwave and television with ample channels, which was a nice feature. There is a very nice koi pond on the property. 1847 Restaurant has an excellent array of food. There is a heated, salt-water pool and hot tub on the property which is also another nice feature. I enjoyed my recent stay and would strongly recommend this hotel to family or friends.
The thing that keeps the hordes of I-5 travelers away from this inn is its 7 mile one way trip eastward towards Lebanon, Oregon. But if you are willing to make this easy 14 mile diversion from the freeway, you will receive excellent service, sparkling new accommodations, and a great price. Staff are highly professional and efficient, perhaps owing to the inn's other life as a large conference center. The room was perfectly modern and quiet and very comfortable. The star of the show, really, is the extensive grounds with their large pond, waterfalls, streams, fledgling trees, and of course the koi fish.
This was my first trip to the area to and had made the reservation based on an online search. I was very pleasantly surprised when we pulled into the parking lot after a long day in Brownsville. It is a beautiful property and the rooms are very luxurious. Staff at the desk were very friendly. We will be back again next year for sure. I'm hoping to eat in the restaurant this time.
This. hotel. is. amazing! We loved our one-night stay at Boulder Falls Inn! We highly recommend EVERYTHING. The bed and pillows were super comfortable. The walk around the koi pond was delightful. The breakfast in the morning was wonderful. I just can't say enough good about this hotel. Only 12 miles off I-5 and worth every minute of the drive.
My husband and I enjoyed our visit with our daughter who lives in Lebanon, OR. We stayed at your lovely hotel. Delicious breakfast buffet every morning. We ate in your restaurant and the food was great. An added bonus was the beautiful garden with a waterfall, serene paths around the pond and sitting places along with path. Hotel was clean and employees always helpful. We travel often and non compare to the beauty of this hotel.
The premier brand of Best Western is very much like a Marriott or a Hyatt with a nice buffet breakfast included. Everything was top notch. I will be looking for premier versions of Best Western when I travel elsewhere. Unfortunately, there is only one in Oregon and 27 in the entire country. Wish they could convert some of their other brands to this.
Staff was outstanding and the grounds were beautiful. The whole family enjoyed the pool and hot tub area, The rooms were immaculate with a wonderful coffee setup. Everything we requested was brought up immediately. Could not ask for a more excellent stay!
The rooms are very nice and clean, beautiful, big, very cozy with a nice fireplace. They have a great restaurant called 1847 downstairs, they allow dogs on the patio for happy hour plus the food was excellent. The entire experience was relaxing and peaceful. The garden is a nice place for a stroll after dinner before heading back to the room. The view from the suite overlooks the garden. This is the best place from Eugene to Salem and well worth coming to stay a night or two. The staff was extremely friendly and willing to help in any way the could.
I booked this hotel for my business trip to Sweet Home, Oregon. The hotel is dog friendly so I was able to bring my whole family. The facilities are new and the staff was great. I will definitely stay here again.
This hotel is not located right on I-5, but it is definitely worth the short drive to Lebanon. It seemed brand new. I wish we could have spent more time there. The rooms were large, shower was wonderful, beds were comfortable, and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Although we did not use the outdoor pool, it looked wonderful. The breakfast was better than most hotels. Everything seemed freshly cooked rather than just heated up. I will definitely stay there again.
New hotel, beautiful decor and gardens. Would stay here again. Good value. My 10 year old son loved the pool and free cookies in the lobby. We declined the turn down service but the chocolate on the pillow would have been a nice touch.
It would be hard to exceed this hotel for comfort, amenities, beauty and quality of staff. The bed was soooo comfortable. We came to visit my parents in the new Veterans Home and the hotel gave us a discount because we were visiting a veteran. WOW way to honor our Veterans
I stay at a lot of Best Western hotels, and obviously, a premier is going to be a step above. I've stayed here 4 or 5 times now. After my first stay I left a glowing review and my opinion still stands. But, I got to thinking, what makes it so great? Attention to detail? Sure. Upscale property? You bet. But I truly think it comes down to HAPPY employees! Over and over in the hallways, elevator, breakfast room, front desk...you name it, they are all friendly and happy and it makes a difference. It sets this property apart. Still my favorite!
From the moment you walk into the hotel you experience the luxury of the hotel. My daughter and I enjoyed it so much we stayed an extra night. She goes to school in Corvallis and it is hard to get hotels in town when it is move in and move out time. This is a drive from there, but we thought it was well worth it. The Japanese garden and coe pond were very relaxing and we enjoyed feeding the coe fish.
Beautiful facility, great restaurant and terrific ground including the Boulder Falls Garden and Koi Pond. Excellent staff from check in, restaurant folks and room staff. You will be very happy if you make this choice to stay at. Located at a very nice location in a small community.
We met with family and stayed at the nw Best Western. Rooms were very nice .. clean and modern. They offer a Japanese Garden with a big Koi Pond to meander around. Very relaxing and beautiful. And THREE CHEERS TO BEST WESTERN! I asked for military discount and the room price dropped by almost $60!!! Don't forget to asks! Love that they honor our vets!
I haven't stayed in many in the last few years but if this is the level Best Western is going then count me. Heck, it's better than a bunch of Intercontinentals I have stayed in, in the last few years. All around super nice hotel. Great rooms, very nice restaurant and the bar is about all you can ask for. Nice patio deck bar and very good service. Can't go wrong here
This was our 2nd time staying here. We have nothing but positive things to say. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The free breakfast was amazing! The koi pond and gardens out back are stunning. The hotel is very clean and contemporary. We had our kids with us this time as we were traveling on vacation and stopped here for one night. It is definitely catered towards business class and not families with kids but we managed. The kids enjoyed the outdoor pool and ride bikes and scooters in the parking lot. They also loved feeding the koi fish.
This hotel blew me away. A sweet little gem in the middle of nowhere. Can't say enough great things about this property. It is new and beautiful. Pets and their owners are welcome here in all rooms. Lovely wedding weekend with family.
This Best Western Hotel was the best hotel of our 2 week vacation. We only stayed one night, but wished we could have stayed longer. The property is gorgeous and smells new or fresh. They offered us some great cookies upon check-in, which our kids loved. The room was clean and had everything we needed. We enjoyed the dinner, review to follow. They provided fish food for our kids to feed their fish in the pond. They have beautifully landscaped grounds that you can walk through and take some good photos. Finally, the kids loved swimming in the pool while we enjoyed the hot tub. The front desk staff were very attentive and kind. We felt like this was our home away from home!
Everything about this place is top notch but at reasonable prices. So clean, friendly, convenient, and beautiful. The food and drinks at 1847 never disappoint, either. Always look forward to going here; probably visit family more often because of it! (:
Literally one of the best chain hotels I have ever stayed at, priced like a budget hotel. Unbelievable food, beautiful building, and a japanese garden/path/water feature?!? Are you kidding me? I might drive to Lebanon just to stay here!
The overall experience was great. The hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly. Walking distance to the Comp NW campus. The buffet breakfast was average, but was a clean dining experience. The internet was slow, but as expected for a busy weekend.
What a truly amazing hotel for the cost and amenities. The staff was amazing from making the reservations on the phone until check-out... Everyone went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful! The restaurant was far beyond what we have ever had at a hotel before. Our child loved the pool & beautiful grounds while the bar's special cocktails were a special treat for us parents !! We will be coming back!!
I had no idea Best Westerns were this nice. Nice, modern decor. Definitely more upscale looking inside than I was expecting. My stay was good too. The staff was friendly, especially the people in the restaurant. (You can get your dinner to go if you don't want to eat there and would prefer to take it to your room. The 1847 burger with fries is good. Yes there is room service but why pay more when I can just pick it up myself downstairs.) The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. I would definitely stay again and I would recommend it to family and friends.
The rooms are big and clean. There amenities that you would expect in a top of the line hotel, but without top of the line rates, plus white robes to use for each guest! Each room has a single serving coffee pot. Let the desk know if you want more coffee and they will accommodate you. There's a nice courtyard to go out and sit and a large swimming pool. Free breakfast is self-serve with more than cereal. Bacon, sausage, scrambled eggs, breakfast rolls, waffles, etc... The staff replenishes the food as containers become empty, so there is no need to worry that all will be gone before you get there, which is a plus! Call the hotel if you have a large group to check on special pricing. I will be staying here, again, in January with our group.
Top of the line, particularly for Best Western. There are few choices for a hotel in Lebanon, OR, and I was very pleased to find this one. The hotel is or appears to be brand new. The setting and location were great. Hotel staff pleasant and professions. The Garden/pond is exceptional.
This place is excellent on all aspects, great price, great staff, great rooms and beds, great food for reasonable prices, beautiful well kept grounds. Much better than many brands which call themselves luxury to justify exorbitant charge. Stay here and get all the amenities for a good price.
Absolutely beautiful. Attended a friend's surprise birthday party in the lounge. Great service, very accomodating, The one waitress that that was assigned to the group was always right there when you needed her. Atmosphere was sophisticated but relaxing.
The Boulder Falls Inn is a wonderful hotel. We were there to attend a wedding, so we also used the adjacent events center. The facilities and staff are top notch. The restaurant is also excellent. Would definitely stay here again.
The hotel staff was attentive and immediately addressed and question or concern I had. Additionally, the property is quite lovely. It nice to have the fitness center and movie channels to help relax in the evening after work.
Smoke alarm went off at 1:30. Everyone evacuated. We were compensated a portion of our rate back which helped. There was no soap in the wall mounted soap dispenser on the shower wall. It appeared that there was mold in the shower grout. When I reported that, I was told it was just a discoloration in the grout. I really doubt it.
Hotel was a pleasure to stay at, staff very helpful and thoughtful in all respects. The rooms are quite noisy, particularly if the room next door has the TV on loud. Very clean, food well prepared and tasty. Well worth a stay.
Stumbled on this great find only because we couldn't find a place to stay in Eugene or Corvallis. The hotel is new, immaculately clean and visually appealing. The bed linens and bath towels are high end. Rooms well equipped with Kuerig coffee maker, fridge and front-access ports for the television. Could have been more insulated as we did hear noise from the room next door. There is a bar on the second floor where you can choose to order off the restaurant menu. The included breakfast was bland and punctuated by a server squawking at guests every five minutes warning us the buffet was closing. Food and service in the restaurant during dinner was phenomenal. Best meal we've had on our trip so far. We enjoyed our stay so much we booked an extra night.
It was late and we didn't see what we wanted within our price range from Hotel.com. This hotel is off the highway about 8 miles, but easy to find and the road is straight, no hills. The hotel is nearly new, everything is clean and new. Breakfast is quite good with the usual items. Not much gluten free. Staff was very nice, they always made sure that we were fine. Our grandkids loved the beds and the breakfast. There is a garden which is really nice. People took their breakfast out to the tables in the garden.
My extended family (3 sets of families, kids 11 and 18) stayed here for a local golf tournament that included a business meeting the day before for the organizing members. I was wonderfully surprised and pleased by the quality of the hotel and all of its amenities as well as every single exposure to the staff that we had. The meeting room: My husband was extremely impressed by the digital capabilities of the room itself, the size and comfort of the room and furniture, and the choices in privacy that were available. The rooms: Incredibly clean, beautifully furnished, plenty of room (shelved & closet hanging), great bathroom, excellent temperature control, and ohhhh, the beds... so comfortable (plenty of pillows and extra bedding is we had needed it). turn down service at 6 included a chocolate on the pillow. The outdoor pool & spa: pool is heated year round and quite large (none of those tiny indoor pools that fit 8 people) and the spa has an easily-accessible button to turn on the jets. Plenty of towels available. Fitness center: it's not big but it would do the trick with a nice big screen tv with a remote control to change to other favorite channels Restaurants: breakfast (delicious full breakfast buffet with eggs, bacon, waffles) was included in the price of the room. The other meals were delicious- the men in our group said it was the best prime rib they had had in ages. My son and I were tired and got room service delivered to our room- I was able to order off of the full restaurant menu (including a kids menu for the 11 year old) which was unexpected. Outdoor seating overlooks the garden with pond. In fact, this hotel was so wonderful that our business organization has booked it for an overnight retreat in a few months.
I stay here almost monthly for business purposes as it's become my home away from home. The staff always recognize and welcome me and my little travel buddy, Princey with open arms. The rooms, especially the bed are top quality and comfortable and clean. I always eat at the 1847 Restaurant, as the food is prepared with care and professionalism. I also have made friends with the Head Waiter, so he's always willing to accommodate my special diet needs with a smile. And, lastly, the Japanese Gardens are beyond beautiful and the serenity of the splashing waterfalls and winding trails that wonder through the native plants inspire calmness and relaxation. I love this place and wouldn't trade it for any other!
Great hotel, great bar food, very friendly and modern. I was able to get in a good workout and then enjoyed affordable and delicious drink and snacks in the bar. A young law student tried to get a date, which was a surprise.
We stayed 2 nights at this facility and were very pleased with our stay. The Inn is very well located and the amenities are first class. The room was very, very nice and the bed was very comfortable. The complimentary breakfasts were great. The selection of foods was extensive and it was all prepared just right. The exterior of the facility was great. There was a beautiful Japanese garden with a walking path, waterfalls, and a large Koi pond. It was especially beautiful when lit at night. We would definitely stay here again if we were in the area and would highly recommend it to anyone.
The hotel is lovely, with the addition of an amazing huge Japanese Garden. We watched a falcon trying to catch the fish from the beautiful waters of the garden. The second floor bar which looks out over the garden is very relaxing. We had a fun girlfriend get-together. A lovely hotel in beautiful surroundings.
I live in Lebanon so I haven't had the pleasure of staying in the hotel but I participated in a conference at the Boulder Falls event center. The conference was a hit and the staff of the event center were definitely huge contributors of the success. I heard wonderful comments about the hotel from the attendees. The food was great and the service was very good and much appreciated.
Loved this hotel. If you are in the area there is no better option. Felt like a 5 star. Very new, very clean, and well maintained. Staff is super friendly. Will stay here again if I am ever in the area.
I was so impressed with this hotel, especially the staff! This was my second stay at this hotel, and I would love to stay again if I'm ever in the area. The Japanese garden was very well done, and a nice surprise.
Staff went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable and had what we needed. Staff said hello/good morning as we passed. Maid service was great, they helped us with our needs. Bobby in the restaurant was outstanding. My wife was alone during most mornings as I had business meetings, Bobby engaged my wife and made her feel very welcome/comfortable at breakfasts. We look forward to our visit for next year's conference.
We were visiting the Corvallis area for some hiking and decided not to stay in our usual place. Annie found the Best Western Boulder Falls Inn in Lebanon, Oregon about 20 minutes away from Corvallis and they allowed dogs! We are always looking to expand our options since you never know when a hotel or motel will stop allowing pets. This place is great! A large room with 2 queen beds was beautiful. The price was $135 per night, with another $13.50 tax and a $20 pet fee. I know - $170 per night in Lebanon, OR is pretty spendy. But it was cheaper than our normal place in Corvallis. And it was gorgeous! It had a beautiful Japanese garden out back. (Check out the photos.) Breakfast was included, which was a good, standard buffet with cereal, assorted bagels and breads, scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, waffles, and pretty good coffee (we are in the Northwest, so we are snotty about our coffee). The staff were great and even brought us a dog bed! If you happen to be in the area, you cannot go wrong staying here. It looks like it also has a meeting complex as part of the hotel. This will be our new place when we visit this area from now on.
This place is fantastic with the staff always willing to help you no matter what. Everyone goes beyond the call of duty. Rooms are great, grounds are fantastic. Situated in a great spot for anyone travelling to Eugene, Or and even Portland,OR
I have been staying here for the ovfa conference and have been very pleased with the friendly and above and beyond hospitality of all the staff and house keeping has come and cleaned my room at least twice every day and the 1847 bar and grill is really great
This hotel was outstanding, excellent service and very nice location. The Japanese garden was an added plus to walk around very nice. Had every meal in the 1847 restaurant, Carl was outstanding as our waiter for each meal, we requested him because he was so great, we had all 3 nights of dinner at the hotel, there was at least 12 of us for each dinner. Definitely would stay here again or a Best Western Premier hotel in any city, very very nice.
Certainly the BEST Best Western I have ever stayed at. Everything was absolutely wonderful from the room, the bed, to the breakfast. - We didn't get to try the restaurant but it looked great! - Next time!
This hotel is in Lebanon which is about 11 miles east of the off I-5 freeway. The price was less than the HI Express near the freeway. This is an AMAZING place and so worth the extra few minutes is takes to get there. Turn down service at a BW? What? Full service hotel with a Japanese Garden in the back. Food and drinks were great! Robin and the other staff at the front desk made me feel very welcomed! Kudos and see you again soon!
This is a beautiful property and the beds are very comfortable! The breakfast has a good selection of food and the staff is very attentive and greets all the customers as they arrive.I would stay here again without any worries.
We have stayed at other Premier Best Westerns in the past but really couldn't see much difference between them and a Plus. However, Boulder Falls Inn is DEFINITELY A PREMIER Best Western in every way. Everything was first class, right down to our breakfast buffet which was served on real plates, real silverware, cloth napkin and all. Also a very nice attendant was right there to help if needed. Everyone was extremely helpful and nice. Our room overlooked the beautiful Japanese garden with a lovely koi pond. Everything was top notch. I would not hesitate to recommend Boulder Falls Inn to anyone planning a trip to the Lebanon, OR area, We will definitely stay here again when we're in the area.
The quality of service and accommodations was second to none! I will most definitely be returning to the Boulder Falls Inn in the near future. Though a bit off of the main interstate, the location was the perfect, restful get-a-way for my wife and me and well worth the few extra miles to get there. In a word........SUPREME!
Everything I read, while thinking about booking this hotel, is true. The folks here could not be any nicer, the place is brand new, the rooms are spotless, somewhat spa-like and comfortable, super nice soaps and shampoos (one of my weaknesses is that I'm a soap snob), the garden out back is lovely. I got in around 9PM after a long drive up the Interstate. The staff was incredibly sweet to my dog, which they surely didn't have to be. They gave him homemade dog biscuits and even walked him while I went out to my car to get my bags. Our room was on the second floor, in perfect condition. Not next to a utility shed, or something else weird (anyone who travels with a dog knows what I mean). Great place to stop if you need a break before heading to Seattle or further north. Don't let its seemingly out-of-the-way location fool you. It's not even 10 minutes off I5, and so very welcoming.
What a wonderful addition to the greater Lebanon-Albany area! A five star experience and, believe it or not, a dining experience as good as any Portland fine dining. I will now be staying at Boulder Falls Inn for all my Willamette Valley business.
If you are considering staying at a hotel in Albany or Corvalis, Do yourself a favor and stay in Lebanon instead! It's 20 minutes to Albany, but so worth a little drive. The salt water hot tub was perfect after a long drive from California. The restaurant was excellent and served the BEST complimentary breakfast...high quality bacon, eggs and sausage. I was really impressed. My King size bed was very comfy and I regretted not being able to stay another night. Service was excellent, the hotel is beautifully decorated and brand spanking new. Treat yourself to some rural scenery and a comfy place to rest your head.
This hotel is fantastic! The staff are professional and friendly, the decor is tasteful and the rooms are clean and comfortable. I found I could totally relax, whether in my room, the restaurant or the lounge. I'll be returning, that's for sure!
A very nice hotel in a little town. The service, food and quality of rooms were great. We stayed in a fireplace suite. The grounds with walking path, waterfalls, boulders(hence the name) and mostly native flora was a plus. The lounge on the 2nd floor was nice.
Our stay at this hotel was an extreme pleasant surprise. We were on our way back from California in our Tesla and found this gem of a hotel. This hotel definitely fits the "premier" classification. Hotel décor was awesome and classy, Japanese garden in the back was magnificent with water falls and huge Koi pond. Restaurant served food that rivals top restaurants in the Seattle area. Crab cakes and crispy Ahi was well presented and tasted great!
Very modern, clean, polite staff, the restaurant food and breakfast buffet was so delicious! Plenty of food selection. I recommend Creme Brulee and artichoke ravioli! :) plenty space in room and high ceilings. Definitely worth a stay! :)
Exceptionally friendly and very attentive staff. Comfortable, well-appointed rooms with plenty of space to spread out and work. I particularly appreciated the Keurig coffee maker, luxurious toiletries and beautiful grounds.
This hotel is the Best Best Western I have ever stayed in, in fact, I would rate it as the best hotel I have ever stayed in. It is beautiful and clean, the beds and pillows are so comfortable, so much so that I bought four of the pillows that they sold there. The hot tub was hot and very large, the jets were really strong and it was very clean. The dinner we had at the restaurant was so delicious and yet very affordable. The complimentary breakfast was the best I have ever had in any hotel. All the employees at this hotel were friendly, courteous, and pleasant. It is nice to be in a place where the employees seem to like and value their job.We will go far out of our way to come and stay at this Best Western Premier Boulder Falls Inn several times in the near future, it is worth the drive.
You will not find a nicer/better modern hotel then this including rate in the state of oregon, I travel for a living and this is the best hotel I have came across out in middle of no were. Have stayed here several times and it just keeps getting better....believe me this is the best hotel in oregon.
Hotel was very nice and room had everything we needed. The most comfortable beds/pillows of any hotels I've stayed in. Only downside was free breakfast ended at 9:00 and the restaurant doesn't serve breakfast.
Exceptionally clean, well appointed, new hotel in Lebanon makes visiting the med students there a pleasure. Nice breakfast options, very nice dinner menu, and beautiful garden courtyard area for relaxing.
Unless you have business here, it really is quite out of the way. Off the main highway by several miles, near a town with not much going on after sundown, and far enough away from Corvallis to be distant, it is what it is. Everything feels new and it is. My business was not really nearby and quite the drive. But the hotel is nice, and quiet, unless you are in a room above the lounge. Rooms are reasonable and on upper end of usual Best Western decor. There is a restaurant on site with a bar/lounge. Otherwise, drive into nearby small towns for whatever. Medical facility nearby is probably what this is aimed at.
Great value for the quality of the rooms and service provided. I spend 200 nights a year on the road and this is by far the finest Best Western I have ever stayed at. I especially enjoyed having fine dining and a lounge all under one roof. The chef really takes a lot of care in the presentation and quality of the meals served.
We stayed two nights here for a family wedding nearby. We found the facility to be virtually new, very clean, and nicely appointed. The room was decorated with upscale finishes. We enjoyed dinner in the "1847 Grill" on Friday evening. Delicious. There was a large Club room on our floor, that was convenient for getting together with extended family for cocktails and socializing. The room rate was a little pricey; but after factoring in the great warm breakfast buffet in the morning, a better value. We would definitely stay here again, the next time we are in the area. A very nice property.
We found this on trip advisor after a long day up Hwy 101 we decided to go across to Bend Oregon. Glad we found this gem. Clean, modern and comfortable . I would highly recommend . Outdoor pool an hot tub. The gardens are fabulous?? The restaurant and longer very comfortable . We hate to leave - thanks trip advisor!!
NO SMOKING - Thank you. Drive a little more for a quiet night. You never want to be next to the Freeway traffic. 1) The good and bad: Best deal at $106 per night. Setup for the medical college so customers are polite. Not on the highway, but in the Med School "campus". Walls do not insulate well: You can hear people in the hallways, but everybody tended to be quite. Unfortunately I was across from the 2nd floor Bar (Rooms 208,210..) so people late into the night and then came the 6:00 am early risers in the hallways. 2) Staff was very friendly. Be nice to them and you will get great service. Cleaning staff was so well trained that they put everything back is the "setup" locations which was a bit weird to rearrange the coffee cups each day. 3) Small, clean and new. So new you can still smell the scent of lumber in the stair wells. 4) Nice feature: $1.50 laundry room for wash or dry. SAFE for laptop & small valuables, Steam Iron, Microwave, K-Cup Coffee/Tea maker, WIFI, HBO TV. Furniture was clearly installed for long-term use and not beauty - a little tacky. 5) Bed: Down pillows and comforter. Perfect firmness. 6) Shower: Good water flow with added massage nozzle. Tile floors. Bathrobe just like the Ritz-Carlton. 7) Decor: Well - to Las Vegas, but ....Desk, Couch and table, carpet. Hey, I did not like the Ritz-Carlton furniture either. You want elegant, stay at the Benson in Portland. Stay here for Salem/Albany area. Lebanon has Safeway, Walmart, etc. 8) Restraurant: Family goes here since food and prices are good. Local wines affordable. Corkage available if you have your own wine.
At first we were apprehensive because of the location but once we went in and was greeted with a pleasurable welcome it was fantastic! The Hotel staff were all pleasant. we met family who resides in Lebanon Oregon at the Hotel Bar and the staff was just so much fun and wonderful... the bar ambiance was perfect! We ate at the Hotel restaurant and was so surprised how delicious the food was that each night there we had to go back to the Bar lounge and restaurant and continued to experience great food and staff!
Let me join the group of 100+ reviewers in singing the praises of the Best Western Premier Boulder Falls Inn. At the registration desk my wife, faithful canine companion (Max) and I were greeted by Kathy Norris, Guest Services Agent. Kathy assigned us to a wonderfully appointed and spacious pet-friendly room on the ground floor and provided Max with a freshly baked 'dog cookie.' She then gave us a run-down on the amenities of the hotel, which are considerable. Before enjoying an outdoor dinner with Max at the hotel's excellent restaurant (1847 Bar & Grill) we toured the Japanese themed garden behind the hotel which is simply magnificent. The next morning we were treated to a complimentary full breakfast in the hotel's restaurant prior to continuing our journey north to visit friends on Bainbridge Island, WA. From start to finish, this is truly a PREMIER hotel and is well worth the short drive from Interstate 5.
This place was absolutely gorgeous and top-notch in quality. The room and bathroom are very spacious. Loved having a Keurig for coffee and the extra amenities included. One could easily spend several days/nights there and be totally taken care of. Breakfast buffet was expansive and nicely presented and staff very accommodating.
This is such a great place to relax and get away for a quick trip or stay a few days and enjoy the Japanese gardens, koi fish and pool. We were there for a conference, but it was so relaxing, enjoyable and the staff for beyond kind and considerate. They really want your stay to be a good one and one to remember .
This is a beautiful, new hotel. The room quality was outstanding, as was the value. We would definitely stay in this hotel again and recommend it to others. The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was quiet, and the grounds were very nice. We travel often to visit family and have stayed in numerous hotels - I have to say that this was one of the best hotel experiences we have had. The beds were comfortable, the restaurant served delicious food, and the amenities were perfect for us. Thank you!
This hotel was wonderful from the service to the amenities and even the breakfast! The only thing I would've changed was the location as it was a little bit out of our way – but was well worth a excellent night sleep!
Would that all hotels were this good. To be fair, the facility is new, so everything from beds (comfy) to electronics is as well. But the concept of a very nice place to stay a bit off the beaten track is spot on for us. And it does not hurt that the 1847 restaurant is excellent as well...reviewed that elsewhere. Breakfast was included, was better than average, and served in the restaurant that looks out on the gardens. We recommend.
We have family and friends in Lebanon, and the hotel selection prior to this stay has been poor. The Boulder Falls Inn was a delightful discovery this trip, everything from the lobby, to the tastefully decorated rooms with fluffy towels, comfy beds and robes that were provided were perfect. Having a restaurant and lounge/bar on site was wonderful as well. And the price was very reasonable. Definitely recommend this hotel.
We have stayed here twice before and loved every minute of it. It's like a home away from home, the staff treats us like family. The breakfast buffet is varied and delicious and the shower was heavenly.
After staying a night along the very noisy I-5 corridor, My guy used the internet to look up our favorite place to stay, A Best Western. And Allan found a new BW Premier location, not far from where we were in Salem Oregon. We called, made a reservation. Drive eastbound off I-5, and arrived at a GEM of a place! The:-D people there, the amazing,'Clean' building and paradise landscaped grounds& pool. The ambiance, the food!
This is easily the best Hotel in the general area. Nothing else comes close. It's at least on par with any Doubletree. Both the Restaurant and the Bar/Lounge are significantly better than what you'll find in most DoubleTrees and at least as good as what youl'll find in most Hiltons. It challenges what I've experienced at Ritz-Carlton.
This is above and beyond any Best Western that I have stayed at. The Hotel is beautiful, the room we stayed in was AMAZING! The shower alone was worth the trip. We had a large convention in their conference center. The only downside was that we overbooked and were short on chairs. The staff was super accommodating and their A/V person was super helpful. The equipment their was top notch and helped our presentation immensely. Parking was readily available. The Coy Pond and garden was gorgeous. I would rent a room here for everyday living if I could.
My wife and I had the opportunity to stay at the Boulder Inn in Lebanon, OR this past weekend for a medical conference. The establishment is highly maintained and I would definitely recommend the hotel for any business events, or even a stay-over if you're traveling through the area. The room was comfortable and contemporary. The meeting rooms were spacious, yet maintained an inviting ambiance. The decor was well tied together with a solid "northwest" feel to it. We didn't get a chance to use the pool, Jacuzzi, or exercise facility, but did see several people braving the weather to do so. Definitely a great value for this price point.
Recently stayed at this hotel, and we were impressed when we entered the lobby. The staff at check in were courteous, professional, and extended themselves above and beyond. The rooms were modern, clean, quiet, with comfortable beds and pillows. The room had a refrigerator, microwave, large TV, safe, complimentary bathrobes, and an evening turn down service. The free morning buffet had multiple hot and cold selections that were kept refilled constantly. There is a restaurant on this property. This property is new, opened just last year. It is a 10 minute drive off the major freeway, and well worth visiting. It was a little challenging to find, but if you drive towards the hospital in Lebanon, it is close by. We recommend staying at this hotel, and commend the staff for the excellent customer service they provided.
This hotel is about 8 miles off the main freeway, but what a beautiful one at that! We walked in the gardens had a beautiful view from our room. The breakfast was very fresh and delicious. Loved to be able to have a fresh cup of Arabica coffee in my room. The price was outstanding for the services.
WOW - a fabulous stay in this premier level Best Western. The hotel staff was phenomenal. Our room was not ready but the gracious receptionist took my mobile number and called me as soon as it was. She offered to store luggage if I didn't want to leave it in the car. The rooms are large and well appointed. The bathroom was spacious with lots of large towels and a great shower head. There are several seating areas - in the lobby, outside the restaurant, and there is a long bar within the restaurant. There is an upstairs bar with an outside deck. Full menu is served in the evenings. The restaurant looks out on the garden and is very well decorated. The menu is creative, but all the menu items we tried were very bland. Service was nice in the restaurant for lunch, but the hostess was lacking in courtesy to several hotel guests that wanted to dine and didn't have reservations - the night before Valentine's Day. Outside, the property has a beautifully landscaped garden area with water elements and seating areas. Perfect for a short stroll before dinner or to walk the dog. There is a large paved area next to the garden and a couple of gazebos. Great setting for a wedding or family reunion. The hotel is just steps away from an event center.
This hotel has it all. And it looks and feels amazing. Best quality anywhere around the area. If you have some business in Corvallis it may be worth driving out the 20 miles to enjoy this hotel and the restaurant. I love the garden and little pond and the pool is great if weather permits. However there is nothing else you can do in Lebanon I believe and while the garden view is beautiful, if you look left and right of the garden it is parking lot and construction trash. So it feels a little out of place. Of all the restaurants in town, the no one restaurant is inside this hotel. A little pricy but well worth it.
Enjoyed our visit here again. Great clean and comfortable rooms. Nice chocolate with the turn down service. Very good breakfast especially if you are watching what you eat. People are helpful and go above to help with anything.
This hotel has all the premier amenities in a quiet in-town setting It features a beautiful landscaped garden with fountains and an outstanding restaurant. Golfing and shopping are minutes away. The service is excellent and guests receive excellent value for their stay.
Everything about this hotel was Wonderful. The rooms very spacious & clean. There breakfast buffet was great. The hotel restaurant & bar was also very nice. The staff were the best of any hotel I've stayed .They met our every need quickly & with a smile. They treated us like queens. The grounds were beautiful ,loved the Japanese gardens & pond.Would definitely go back & highly recommend.
I would recommend without reservation. Staff incredible, room clean...just great!!! From the moment I walked through the door until departure staff was attentive. The room was clean & obvious attention to detail.
This is the best hotel ever, the people are great, customer service is a 10. The breakfast was so good Bonnie was the server and she made you feel at home. I forgot my pillow and it was no problem they mailed it out the next day great customer service wish more hotels would take lessons from them. We will be going on a big road trip across country will stay at Best Western as much as we can.
By far the best BW I've been in, would refer it to anyone! From the rooms, staff, food and over all environment is excellent! We have been staying with BW for 10 yrs all over and hands down this is #1 on my list!! Accommodating, professional and very reasonable rates for quality of the rooms. As I actually live here in Lebanon I do not feel like I am even in my home town, 2 nights turned into 7 days! Is nice to know now there is somewhere in this town where I feel comfortable to bring clients and refer to without a worry! Great job everyone in every department! Absolutely impressed!! Thank You Boulder Falls for a comfortable stay.
I really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly, caring, efficient and professional. The beds were comfortable, the rooms were clean and the free breakfast was good as well. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.
I am a business traveler and stay in hotels 4 nights a week. This is by far my favorite hotel. The beds a super comfortable, and the restaurant is great. The staff is always fabulous, and it is a very quiet hotel.
This is a fantastic facility. Everything was top notch. Staff fantastic. Honestly, I rarely stay in Best Westerns, but if they were all like this I would be a Marriott convert! Pool not open yet, but beautiful view of a nearby park.
Such a surprise! What a gem in Lebanon. My Sister-in-Law is battling cancer, and we traveled from Sacramento to see her. It was the weekend of the Winter Formal. The hotel accommodated everyone. The bed was amazing! Best night's sleep in ages! Please...which bed is it?????
Stayed here for a second time recently. All was great, like last time. Only down side is the dullness of the room decor, but it's perfectly in keeping with the current trend for "neutral" so not really a negative, just my personal preference. Would be the same at any other new hotel in this area. Staff helpful, polite, professional, and remembered us from our previous visit. Food is very good, both at dinner in the restaurant and the self-serve buffet breakfast. Japanese garden looking a bit more "settled," but still very new -- will look terrific in a year or three.
This property was nothing short of amazing. It's only a few months old and it is a beautiful hotel set in lovely Japanese gardens and lake. The staff was wonderful...the buffet breakfast equally so! We were only there one night but it was a pleasure. 5 star!
We stayed at this hotel just after it opened in August 2015 and enjoyed it so much we went back again in January 2016. The facilities are very clean and well kept. The staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast is fresh and fantastic!! The location is great and the garden area behind the hotel is so beautiful!! I would recommend this hotel to anyone.
I've stayed over 1,100 nights at Marriott properties so I've seen it all. Marriott has earned my loyalty but this particular hotel is as good as it gets. The property is beautiful and the rooms are extremely comfortable. However, the service is better, and I do mean better, than at any 5 star hotel you'll ever stay. The difference is the genuine kindness and sincerity of the staff. Every person I dealt with was profoundly committed to making sure I felt welcome and appreciated. The free breakfast was outstanding. They serve real eggs and terrific bacon on the buffet. And the bagels tasted and looked like they were from a local bakery (delicious and fresh). I can't say enough about this hotel. Book it now and you'll be very thankful you did.
My wife and I, and our three little boys ages 4, 2, and 10 months stayed for over a month because our house had some flooding issues. This hotel does not have a lot of family oriented features, such as an indoor pool, but they made up for it with the tolerant and genuinely friendly staff. All of the staff seemed to genuinely enjoy my children. It was very stormy during our stay and my boys would need to get their wiggles out somehow. The staff had no problems with them running around and playing in the large, spacious lobby, and they would give us fish food for feeding the koi fish in the pond, which my boys loved to do. Another very nice feature of this hotel is having a restaurant in the same building. It was nice for my wife and I to have a place to sit and relax over a drink after the kids were asleep--we would never have left the building to go to a restaurant and would periodically run upstairs to check on them. Overall we had a wonderful experience at this hotel. It has a lot of nice features, but the thing that made it truly a great experience was the kindness of the staff.
Since I've been staying here on a monthly basis for some time due to doctor's appointments in Portland, I've gotten to know many of the staff, and even made friends with some. A combination of welcoming and helpful staff, lovely comfortable rooms (especially the bed), and great food and service in the restaurant, makes it well worth while to stay here, rather closer to Portland. It's worth the drive for sure! The last time I stayed there, a medical device that I use had broken. This was very distressing, as I needed to use it twice per day. I walked out of my room, heading for the front desk to ask to borrow some tools to attempt to fix it myself, only to find a young maintenance man, Tory, in the hallway. I asked him if I could use a couple of tools, but he insisted on helping me personally. He was a blessing, as his skill level was much better than mine. He discovered that my machine had a corroded wire, so he cut it off, clipped out the corrosion, and reattached it to make it function perfectly! I ask you, where do you find that kind of service? The ladies at the front desk are always friendly and welcoming, and knowing I usually bring my little dog, have a doggie bag made up just for him with homemade treats, water and pottie bags. Carl, the head waiter in the dining room has become my very good friend, was we have excellent conversations and he provides me with superb service. Since my primary arm has been injured due an accident, I've had him cut up my food for me. He made arrangements with the chef to do this and it is always presented tastefully on my plate making it very appetizing. He keeps a close eye on my needs to make sure I have everything I need. If you have reason to stay in the Lebanon/Corvallis area, you need to stay at this Best Western Premier Hotel. You will enjoy outstanding personal service, an exceptionally comfortable room, and beautiful Oriental landscaped grounds with trails and waterfalls for a soothing walk. I have come to love this place and now choose to stay here every month I need to return to Portland for my doctor appointments. There are none to compare!
This hotel is a fabulous place in a very small area. The staff were friendly, helpful and went out of their way when I needed an item. The room was spotless, great Wifi, and comfortable bed. The restaurant was very good- great chance to try some of the local flavor.
Enjoyed bringing in the new year with Fate 55. Excellent venue and very nicely done. Would hope there would be more events like this in the future. Great opportunity for Lebanon to put their face on the map with a nice place to stay.
We attended the Casino & Cocketails party to ring in 2016 and celebrate our anniversary. The event went very smoothly, was well attended, the food and music were good. Our room was lovely, and the bed was comfortable. It overlooked the garden area, which is very pretty. The staff were helpful and professional.
I am so happy that Best Western opened this hotel. I now have a great place to stay when visiting family. The hotel and the grounds are just beautiful. The staff was friendly and eager to help with any request.
An amazing oasis just a few miles off of Interstate 5 in the Central Willamette Valley town of Lebanon. There is nothing south of Portland that compares on any level. The Hotel, Staff, Food, lounges and overall comfort of this Hotel are on par with most big City fancy hotels.
great value . Really nice rooms and guest services are superb. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. Best part about it is they allow pets. I didnt bring my dog on my recent visit but i could not belive they would allow pets in a hotel this new and nice.
Whether you are traveling through Albany, Lebanon, or Sweet Home take a few extra minutes to stay at this hotel! We were shocked by this magnificent, professional hotel in Lebanon. It was a great surprise. Ate lunch at the restaurant which was fantastic and then stayed the night at the hotel. Brand new! Clean! BEST morning buffet ever had at a hotel. Thanks for the great experience!
Absolutely superb quality in comfort, food, service and friendly attitude. I stay here every time despite 90 mile drive into Portland for appointment, because it feels like home! Plus they pamper my doggie!
Intrigued by the "only premier in Oregon" and incentivized by BW promotions, we went out of our way to overnight while on a wine tour. Even with a critical approach I had NO complaint. I shall try to find more reasons to visit soon!
I greatly enjoyed my first stay at this brand new Best Western Premier!!!! Lovely setting, nicely decorated, great size room, comfortable beds. Personnel was very friendly and helpful. The lounge was really nice, open and displayed modern decoration, fireplace. The Restaurant breakfast is included in price and it is excellent. Menu at other times is excellent and the food was fantastic. Love it! I will be back for sure.
Stayed here as I didn't want to stay by the I5 highway Best Western Plus'. Really happy I made the decision to drive the extra 10 miles to stay the night. Very clean and modern looking hotel. Definitely better than any Best Western motel I've stayed in. I drove for 7 hours that day and called a few hours before arriving to confirm if they had a restaurant. I didn't want to eat fast food along the highway after a long drive. The restaurant looked really nice but the food was only "acceptable". I ordered the halibut filet in a yellow curry sauce. Found that the fish was overcooked and really dry. Service in the restaurant was excellent though.
Friendly staff, first class hotel with free breakfast and wifi, super clean rooms, and quiet. Very nice facilities and amenities and well organized. Easy to check in and out. Will be staying here again in the spring. Can be a little hard to find but worth the search.
We were upgraded to a suite with an incredible shower and lovely fireplace. The beds in this hotel are some of the best I have slept on. If you are in the area, I would recommend it. The drive to Corvallis isn't bad if you are unable to find a room on game weekends.
Very clean, a little pricey but you get what you pay for. Adequate free breakfast buffet included as with most hotels now. Close to our reason for the trip...good location for us. Friendly staff...wish the closed captioning on the TV had worked on all channels!
This place was amazing from the excellent food in 1847 to the warm and friendly staff. I would stay here again very time I visit this area. I had breakfast, lunch and dinner all in one place which was convenient and delicious.
The new Best Western was better than any Best Western we have ever stayed at, and as a preferred customer, we stay at Best Westerns throughout the year. The customer service ranked the highest of any stay anywhere else we have stayed and the room was extremely nice and spotless clean.
This is one of the rare Best Western PREMIERE properties. I generally like Best Western properties and am almost always very happy with BW Plus properties. This PREMIERE property takes it to another level. It's on par with a Double Tree and significantly better than some Double Trees. This is a new Hotel in an area that is still developing/evolving. The Hotel, Restaurant and Bar are all without any equal in this area.
Outside you can't really tell it's a hotel. Inside is rather grand. Friendly staff, good drinks. Breakfast setup could be better but the bacon is actual REAL bacon, not the paper-thin standard like other hotels have. The beds are AWESOME. I slept really well. **Beware of "Turn-Down" service... if you don't know they automatically do this it will freak you out a bit. Location a bit hard to find simply because it's so new. Google Maps has it. Siri.... not so helpful.
Everything about this hotel is first class, including the rooms, the staff and the restaurant. The location is very quite yet still close to my daughters college, Oregon State U. I have stayed here a few times and will keep coming back!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. This is the nicest Best Western property we have ever visited. Wonderful beds, really soft towels, great wifi and everything clean and pristine. They have a large landscaped koi pond area and have many areas for socializing and for meetings. We stopped in here while touring the fall colors along Highway 20. We had a great breakfast (complimentary) in their in house restaurant, "1847 Bar and Grill" and we also enjoyed dinner there which was excellent. The hotel staff were all very solicitous of our needs.
Beautiful brand new hotel. It's really luxurious and spacious inside with wide hall ways and nice bright lighting. Kind and friendly staff, sharply dressed and helpful. Very comfy bed. Only down side was a noisy neighbor that kept me up (but that can happen at literally any hotel).
Top of the Best Western chain. This motel lived up to it's reputation. Clean, quiet, great staff and well maintained. Of course it is brand new. Oh did I mention the koi pond? The great place to stroll and meditate.
This is an amazing hotel with wonderful staff! It was perfect for our honeymoon night. We also had family stay in the hotel, which allotted us to be able to spend additional time with them downstairs in the lounge.
I won't bore you with the details, but the staff, rooms, free breakfast (say hi to Bobbi, the nice breakfast woman) and the 1847 restaurant were all just wonderful. After two comfortable nights, we were sorry to leave. Now I'm spoiled and don't want to stay in anything that's not as well executed as this hotel experience.
This is a newly opened property with cutting edge architecture and open, spacious common areas. The rooms are attractively furnished and visually pleasing. The major problem is the location. Lebanon is an agricultural burg at least 15 miles from Albany, the closest population center. Oregon State U. is a further 5 - 10 miles on two lane state roads. If you are trying to use this property for events, functions at OSU [as I was], it is just not convenient. The surrounding farmland is extremely flat with row crops. Wineries are well to the north and south with the exception of one winery nearby [that the hotel fails to promote as an attraction]. I could not shake feeling of isolation. The HVAC in room controls were very cutting edge. However, the front desk people could not explain how to make relatively simple adjustments. The hotel has evidently been open for months. However, the advertised pool and spa were still not open. There was no indication that construction of said pool had even been started. I really wish the owners and managers of this quality property well. However, I am really stretching to give it a 4 rating.
The hotel compares with any high end hotel. It is beautifully furnished throughout. The service is impeccable. Food is very high qualify and tasty. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The bed was especially comfortable. I stayed in the less expensive room and it compared favorably to any luxury room anywhere. I had a very enjoyable stay and would definitely stay there again.
If you are looking for a exceptional hotel with great food, accommodations and landscape, look no further. You may never expect a Premier Hotel in Lebanon, OR, but it's location is near Corvallis and the Beavers, as well as Western University's Medical Conference Center. Outstanding rooms, the best beds ever, friendly service from all employees, excellent food. This is now our 'home away from home' for the mini trips that we take regularly.
Very nice location, excellent quality of linens and towels. Restaurant on premises has healthy choices excellently prepared. Nice bar and lovely garden area. Our stay was very peaceful and relaxing. Friendly staff
Worth the short drive off the interstate. Premier means exactly that! The pond and scenery planted around it (walking trails) is absoutely beautiful and amazing..wow the expense that went into this place! Nothing spared! Breakfast is awesome! 1847 restaurant has everything you could want finer dining yet prices that won't break the budget. Uptairs on the second floor another tastefully executed bar with a deck overlooking the pond... must stay and experience this place!!!
This hotel was great from the service to the over all appearences of the hotel. The staff was knowledgeable and very upbeat people that went out of their way to make the stay more relaxed and stress free. The gardens are wonderful and calming to view. The rooms were very nice, made you want to stay longer. There are two outside seating areas to enjoy the outside areas fromm
