Best Western Plus Langley Inn

The staff, the food and the rooms were very clean and nice. There were several choices of pillows and that was great because we all liked something different. 😊 There were lots of options for breakfast. We would definitely stay at this location again.

The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was spotless with sufficient towels. There were also enough hangers in the closet. Breakfast was adequate, coffee was great. Front desk staff were friendly and efficient the breakfast room staff were particularly nice.

My husband and I had a lovely stay here. He is 6'5", so he very much appreciated the taller showerhead. The Keurig in the room was a nice touch too. The rooms were clean, beds were comfortable, and the breakfast was very good! All staff were really friendly and helpful, we would definitely stay here again.

We had a pet friendly room that had plank flooring instead of the usual carpet. Was lovely and felt so clean! Was quiet in and around the hotel.

We stayed 3 nights for a basketball tournament over the Canada Day long weekend. Even with the hotel being sold our, we didn't hear any noise in the halls or from other rooms. There was always lots of food available in the breakfast room. Guest services was helpful and polite. The rooms and facilities were very clean. Very happy family, definitely recommend. We will be back next year.

Overall a great hotel while visiting the area. Room was quiet in spite of major road out front. Staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. We normally look forward to breakfasts at Best Western but unfortunately, this one was disappointing. 1. The omelette and sausage tasted artificial, the premade variety that's only heated up. 2. Coffee was mediocre. 3. The plastic forks and knives are flimsy and bendable which made it a challenge to eat.

The staff were all friendly, helpful and kind. Having laundry facilities was great and priced reasonably.

Room smelled musty. Road noise from highway prevented good sleep. Clean room and good breakfast. Great location. Friendly staff but management didn't deal with complaint about room smelling musty.

We had a great stay here. Reception was friendly and expedient. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was included, which was very good. There were many items to choose. Loved the fruit choices. Definitely would stay here again.

We did not have a reservation when we booked our room. Check in at hotel was quick , staff friendly. Our room was clean and bed very comfortable. There was a Ricky's Restarant attached to the Best Western that we dined at with a 10 % off coupon given from the hotel. Food was hot and served in a timely matter. Staff was pleasant to deal with even when our waitress forgot my cream for my tea . It was brought when I reminded with an appology for forgetting. All good. We got up in the morning and had a free breakfast on the 2nd floor in a very clean, well set up breakfast area. Very good stay.

Stayed here for a gymnastics tournament for my daughter. The staff were amazing. Best customer service I've had in a very long time. Great fresh breakfast with a lot of selection, clean and comfortable beds. Very impressed. This will now be our regular hotel when we come to Langley.

Great location! Perfect sized room for my family of four. The breakfast was fantastic and replenished frequently. The service was amazing and they were even able to accommodate a later check out time with no additional charge. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect for our family trip (we came from Australia and New Zealand). But what really makes this place are the staff - from reception to the wonderful Raj in the breakfast room - friendly, helpful, caring and super efficient.

I was greeted with a smile (at 1:30 in the morning). I found the customer service refreshing. I found the coffee machine in the business centre. The BEST cup of coffee I have had in a long time. I will rebook at this hotel in the future.

Excessive street noise outside the hotel prevented getting any sleep. It went on all night. From screeching tires and revving motors to incessant back-up warning beeps it was never-ending. Won't go back.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. Bed very comfortable. Everything in working order and so nice to have hot water a good shower and bright lights in the vanity area - something you don't get everywhere. Good hot breakfast and friendly staff.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The staff is very friendly, especially the young lady that greeted us on our arrival. I think her name was. Kamal. The breakfast was served hot and well stocked. The ladies in the breakfast room are very friendly too. We will definitely stay here again.

Had business in South surrey and this central location made commuting around an ease. Clean & Friendly service throughout. Nice to have a restaurant on property to make choices easier. i would definitely stay here again.

Good location for our needs in the area. Staff attentive and friendly. Room set up allowed for separate sleeping area.. Sleeping area could use two more wall plugs to accommodate all todays electronic devices. Quiet room, little to no hallway noise. Overall very satisfied with our room. Great amenities. Used hot tube but pool cloudy at time we visited. Breakfast was great and staff kept items topped up. Best Western Plus is our first choice of hotels and this one carried on the great tradition of value and service.

After being turned away from a hotel due to their over booking, Best Western staff were so kind and accommodating, worked hard to find us a room which was very clean and they even offered free breakfast which was not going to be included at the other booked hotel; not to mention they matched the price. Just so thankful

The staff were friendly and seemed happy with their work. The hotel overall was clean the rooms were okay, they are showing their age and could use a face lift. The A/C was loud and didn't seem to have much output so we shut it off.

Very convenient location to our tournament venue. Close to restaurants and shopping. It was a busy weekend at the hotel but it was quite quiet at night for us. Pool on site. Breakfast is standard best western plus. Very happy with the stay and would book here again.

A quiet room close to the ferry route.Amenities nice,the bed good.Had a nice breakfast room with all you could ask for.My wife approved actually.This hotel is wood frame so you get some nighttime creaking if,like us you reside on the ground floor,which is why I always in future will seek a concrete structure.beds nice and comfy Everything was clean.There was a small stain on the floor next the fridge:annoying when approaching the $200 mark in a hotel.

This hotel has great service and nice comfy clean rooms, the Tv had some good adult and kid channels. The hotel is in a pretty good area, it's not too far from some good restaurants, the malls and grocery stores/gas stations. The breakfast was also delicious (and free) definitely the best free hotel breakfast. The pool, hot tub and workout room were super nice and clean. Great stay!

I rarely give a 5 star review but I have no problem leaving one for this particular hotel. Firstly I booked a room and left a note on my booking that I preferred a pet free room. Well within a day or so of booking I got a call from the hotel saying the room that I booked was indeed for pets, so the hotel gladly offered me another room. In addition, the room was very clean and the young lady working at the desk was very courteous and professional. To top it all off their rates are better than comparable properties in the region. I will definitely stay again when in the area.

Have stayed before. Quite location, Very good beds, Recent upgrades to bathrooms ( new tile/tubs). Breakfast has a good selection of items. Lots of parking, easy access in/out of parking lot. Very friendly/accomodating staff.

Great location for a family wedding we were attending. Staff and service was great. They anticipated needs and were very helpful. Great location for access Surrey/Langley restaurants/parks. Nice to be outside of Vancouver proper. Breakfasts were good, with a wide selection of items, hot and cold. Cleaning staff were prompt with cleaning and pleasant and friendly. Pool and hot tub were a great addition for the kids, especially given the rainy weather we experienced.

I called to ask if there was a room available for myself. As simple as it sounds to give me a yes or no answer, I had to call back three times just to get an answer and each time the receptionist put me on hold and in all it too her about 25 minutes to finally make that booking. This is ridiculous in itself. When I was finally told that a room was available, I repeated that I am part of a Team that I had booked for earlier and asked for the same rate, to which I was initially told that would be not be possible. I was then asked for a credit card number to save that booking, and I said to please use the credit card number that was already provided as part of the group booking. The receptionist said she would not do that, and if I don't give my name and credit card details, she will not book the room for me. So in the end I had to go and find my credit card and provide those details and make that booking. This was so unnecessary and inconvenient to have to do all this during a training session. Based on this experience, I would certainly not recommend booking Best Western Plus Langley Inn again.

The check staff were super friendly and helpful. The bed was way to hard. I had to change rooms in order to sleep. The front desk lady really hesitated to help me. Finally she did let me check out two other rooms and found a better bed. Rooms we good other than that. Great tub in the bathroom The tub/shower need grab bars, neither room had them. That should be a priority.

Was close to everywhere we planned to go and close to places we didn't plan to go. Restaurant wasn't too expensive. I would stay at this location again I don't know what else to say. Just want this to stop. .

This family friendly hotel was central to downtown or easy to get on/off the main highways. The continental breakfast was great and had many options for the kids. The kids enjoyed the pool and the beds were comfy. There was nothing to complain about

This is our go to hotel when in the area. We find the staff helpful, pleasant and rooms very comfortable. Pleased that request for type of room can be met if booked ahead of time. Complimentary breakfast is tasty and like variety.

We had booked a king room, but we were right next to the elevator on the main floor, which was way too noisy. When we asked to be moved, the staff on duty, was very courteous and moved us right away. We would have liked another king room, but none were available.

We have stayed at this Best Western many times. Unfortunately, it has only been when we were traveling for medical reasons. But it has been the perfect place during these stressful visits. It is clean, quiet, and centrally located. The staff are kind and helpful. The rooms have a kitchenette with stove top, microwave, fridge and plates and utensils, which is great for getting takeout from one of the many nearby restaurants. The internet and t.v. always work. It feels safe, and in the past when we brought our dogs with us it was the perfect location right next to a technical college where we could walk them on the grounds. After our first time there, we never looked for anywhere else!

Efficient stay for the price. Was on a short stay on business and this spot fit the budget for location. What closed the deal for me was it was the only comparable hotel in the area with a pool and hot tub. Small but good for laps to relax. Room was quite big and comfortable. Breakfast was standard continental and part of the value of this spot. Restaurant attached is a very clean, family style diner. Good affordable food with a discount for hotel guests.

Very happy with my stay at this hotel. The room was clean and well stocked. All the staff I encountered were friendly and professional. The wifi worked well. I used the indoor pool twice. It was small but clean and enjoyable. The breakfast was satisfactory and the breakfast room staff did a good job of keeping things stocked and clean. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who needed to stay in the area. I would definitely come here again.

The gentleman that checked us in was amazing and very friendly. He gave us a very warm welcome! The room was very quiet and comfortable, we had a great sleep. The continental breakfast was amazing but the one employee serving breakfast that was walking around with her earbuds in and constantly having her face in her phone was so unprofessional. The other employee was running around like crazy working hard and doing almost all the work. We wish that there was more than one luggage cart because at checkout it was constantly busy.

enjoyed the stay..... I appreciated not having to stay with family or friends, and needed the air conditioning! I lived in Langley for about 30 years, so having moved away, was grateful to know of this place.

Nice hotel and centrally located.clean and friendly staff. Stay here whenever we are in town. Convenient restaurant in the hotel. Free continental breakfast is pretty good. Pool is great for a quick cool down. Centrally located to other restaurants and shoppers.

Hotel and hotel room were very clean, great hot complementary breakfast, and all staff were very friendly. Based on the cost of hotel rooms in the lower mainland during our stay, this hotel offered us a very decent team rate. We would stay here again.

Langley Best Western provided the type of service and comfort I have come to expect from the Best Western trademark.Our trip this time through two provinces over two weeks only had one bad experience and that was an other named hotel under the Best Western Banner and I've made it clear that particular name will never see me again.

We have stayed at this hotel many times and without fail, it's always been a good experience. Rooms are comfortable and clean. We appreciate the keurig in the room. We always enjoy the pool. Breakfast has great variety of hot choices with fresh fruit every morning and excellent coffee. I have stayed at least 10 times at this location and it's consistently been a good experience.

Our room had ants. Not just a few a lot. First time I complained they were in the bathroom and they sprayed something to kill them. Second time they were all over the floor beside my sons bed. When I told them, they just said it's any season, and they get someone to take a look. I suggested telling people prior to booking a room so that we can decide whether we're okay with it or not. My husbands a Diamond Member and you would think they would have been more apologetic and switched our room or given us a credit.

Will never stay at this location ever again and will probably never stay at another Best Western. I don't know how they can justify charging these outrageous prices for a dirty room and a breakfast with hot items that were cold. Very disappointing

This hotel is centrally located where I need it to be. The parking is free and visible to the office, so feel safe at night. Clean and reliable. Decor is a little tired but the running of the hotel is exceptional.

Has pet friendly rooms which are very clean. Great location as it is near downtown Langley, Fort Langley and shopping. Also within a couple of blocks of a retirement home my parents are currently residing at.

I stayed in the Kitchenette Suite-1 King Bed room. The room was perfect for me on a little retreat! It's like a mini apartment with a king bed, tv & sitting area in a separate room. The room was beautiful, clean and had all the conviences with the kitchen (stove, microwave, Kurig machine, fridge, cutlery, plates, dishes, dish soap, dry cloths, etc), a table to sit at in the living area, with a tv, sofa, and a desk. The separate room was very spacious, with the king bed, 2 night tables, tv, air cleaner/fan, and little sitting area. The bed was comfortable. I like that they had 2 luggage stands in the closet (when most places only have 1). The sink and bathroom was nicely decorated with high-end quality building materials. It had a heat light so you aren't cold when you get out of the shower, or you could enjoy a nice soak in the tub. The WiFi worked well. Service was excellent when I arrived. I was tired & thirsty from a long drive. They helped me know where everything was located, WiFi password, pool & fitness hours, breakfast hours & location. And then handed me a bag with a bottled water & a fresh baked chocolate chip cookie! (made at the hotel) That's going the extra mile for their customers! The front lobby area was very welcoming and had lovely features and the staff were always friendly and helpful! I noticed beautiful pictures on the walls and even on each guests door, which was a nice touch. I thought it was brilliantly designed that the elevator was in an almost completely enclosed room, which I'm sure keeps it very quiet for the rooms near it. This is a smaller hotel and only 2 floors, but I really appreciated the attention to details for everyone's comfort. The indoor pool & hot tub was a decent size and clean. I liked that the pool was warm (not freezing cold like some places). I loved the decor and the Mexican, salsa type music playing, which motivated me to swim, relax and feel uplifted! Pool & fitness centre are open from 7:00 am to 10:00 pm, and are in a quiet area. I didn't try the fitness room, but surely will next time. I LOVED the included breakfast. This was a time saver and really nice options! Hot items like sausage, eggs, omelettes, hashbrowns, pancake maker. But they also had a nice assortment of cereals, muffins, yogurt, hard boiled eggs, toast, and my favourite the fresh fruit salad! Coffee, tea, 4 types of juices, even hot chocolate was available! There were a few tables in the food area, but more tables in a separate conference room that had a tv, microwaves. Hand sanitizer was available at the entrance of the breakfast area & encouraged. The breakfast staff were very attentive, friendly and thoughtful to everyone's needs -- what a nice way to start the day! I believe breakfast was from 7:00-10:00 am (slightly different on the weekends) If you preferred a different breakfast, or needed lunch or dinner, Ricki's restaurant was attached to the hotel and they offer a 10% discount if you are a guest of the hotel -- nice! The location was a very short drive (5 min) in either direction to other shopping, restaurants; which was great. Only 2 negatives: 1. The room didn't have a USB plug in the wall or the lamps to charge my cell phone. (an easy fix I hope for next time!) 2. Not really the hotels fault, but guests were really loud in the mornings, going down the hallway (2nd floor) for breakfast. Both mornings I was awaken at 8:00 am due to kids running down the hallway, or adults laughing/talking loudly; all excited for the delicious breakfast. :) Please be mindful that others could be sleeping. Perhaps the hotel can put up a sign "Quiet Please in this Area" or something? Overall, an excellent place to stay whether for business or pleasure! I would stay here again in future ~ thanks for the excellent service!

This is a very clean hotel with friendly staff, and updated decor. It was quiet, the pillows were fluffy, and the bed was comfortable. It's a great location where you're staying in Langley, I need to jump on the highway to get elsewhere.

Extremely dissatisfied with the cleanliness of the room. The minute you entered the room it smelled dirty and I immediately began to sneeze and became congested. I'm not sure when the last time the carpets were steam cleaned or even vacuumed. Other members of our team mentioned the same thing. I ended up taking medication to make it through sleeping in it. It's the worst room I have stayed in out of all my hotels in the last 30 years of me traveling.

Amazing staff, always smiling, and super helpful and kind. Newer bathrooms, full kitchen, clean rooms, nice pool. I would choose this specific hotel over and over. Oh and the breakfast made the busy days even better.

Uncomfortable beds and long wait for the front desk person to get back to her desk to check us in (almost 10 min). Breakfast was the best I've had in a while! Breakfast attendees were excellent. Overall an over priced stay for sure for the quality of the room.

We travelled to Langley to visit the different specialty nurseries and garden shops in the area and booked our stay at the Best Western Plus Langley. The hotel was central and the perfect choice for all of us. We booked 4 rooms and all had the same experience. Rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable beds. The complimentary breakfast was the best way to start as we planned a full day of plant shopping!

In town for basketball. Great beds, Good staff. A very nice place to stay. An upgrade to the fitness center would've made my stay over the top. Restaurant was also great job and wonderful service. Will stay again.

We have stayed in several hotels in Langley I've the last few years. The Best Western Plus definitely ranks near the top. The lobby and hallways were nicely updated. Our room great, with all the features needed and operational. I appreciated not having carpet like most rooms. Our room had great laminate or vinyl plank (not sure which one). The breakfast was above average as well. We did not visit the pool, so I cannot comment on that. We will definitely stay again.

I've been using the Best Western in Langley for decades. I've always had the same courteous clean and dependable service from this hotel. I highly recommend this hotel, and give high praise to the management and staff. Always nice to see staff who have been there a long time.

My sons hockey team stayed at the hotel for the night and we could not be happier with the service. Friendly staff, clean rooms and hot breakfast made for a great stay. Great pool for the kids and nice size rooms to air out the hockey bag. The Rickys restaurant at the hotel went above and be on to stay open late to make sure we all had a great meal. Definitely would stay here again.

I stayed at the Best Western Langley for 4 nights my recent business trip. Front desk check in and check out was efficient and pleasant. The room was very clean, nicely decorated. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Rooms are clean and comfortable and basically quiet. We choose this hotel as it is central to our activities (mostly visiting friends and family.) We like the fact that a morning breakfast is included.

We have been using this hotel at this location for about 20 years. Staff are friendly, courteous and professional. Requests for room specifics made at booking time are fulfilled when possible. Enjoy the coffee maker in room.

This was our first family vacation since COVID and to BC, the whole family enjoyed a sturgeon /salmon fishing trip. It had rained that day we were all cold,the highlite that night was the hot tub +++ and pool.The rooms were clean and staff friendly and eager to assist in any way. There hotel was centrally located and we did dy trips from there. Our family will definitely stay again.

We stayed at this hotel for 1 night, it was very clean, had to book a time for the pool we booked the last hour and we had the pool to ourselves. Most hotels are not doing a full breakfast but this hotel did and it was great! Overall a very clean hotel that proved they can still have a great fresh breakfast even during COVID.

Have stayed here many times. The place is always quiet, Rooms exceptionally clean and great service. There is lots of parking and the location is perfect, close to everything. Connects to many main roads in all directions. Has a restaurant attached and Casino is 5 min away.

This hotel is always clean and the staff pretty friendly. The rooms are nice I've stayed in multiple different kind of rooms. The kitchenette's are pretty well stocked for what I need the few times I've used them. There's no freezer in the room which would be nice with the kitchenette. The rooms with the couches are nice to get away from having to lay in bed to watch TV. Ricky's the restaurant in the hotel is always freezing so make sure you're dressed for that. The service is hit and miss whether it's any good or not. If you're staying longer then a night ask for more toilet paper. I've run out on multiple trips and there aren't spare rolls in the rooms. I'm an average user but female so men might not have this issue. Overall a good hotel.

I normally have a lot to say about a hotel, but this hotel seems to have it all. This hotel seems relatively new, the staff are very friendly and accommodating, the rooms clean and the breakfast meal excellent. The only problem, indeed if it is even a problem, is that there is only one restaurant in the area. For All other food and other services, you'll need to drive. I would recommend this hotel to Travelers, either Solo or family

The service was excellent, the rooms clean and quiet and the beds, comfortable. We had our two granddaughters, traveling with us, and they loved the swimming pool. I'd stay here again because they were so careful about following COVID rules.

Excellent location and a great service, all is very clean and invites relaxation. We will definitely stay at this hotel on any future trip. It is close to a very diversify amount of restaurants and shopping experiences.

This Best Western was OK but I couldn't see how it was a Plus. The room was very noisy as you could hear everything that went on in the hallway. The cleaning staff were the worst. They talked constantly

we enjoyed the super cleanness of the place and our room. you'll find there not only microwave oven, iron, ironing board, hair dryer, fridge, coffee machine, but also stove top, electric kettle and pots, plates, flying pan and all the necessary cutlery. That was AMAZING!!!!!!!! And it was SO GOOD to have heated swimming pool and hot tub!!! WOW experience! We are very grateful to the personnel of the hotel to meet our every need and to answer all our questions! THANK YOU!!! Not a cheap place though ;)))

This hotel is poorly staffed and the manager didn't get back to us as requested for the issue of an unwanted person trying to get in our room. We felt rushed during check in and check out as only one staff member available with several guests waiting to speak with them. Rooms are dated and bed was extremely hard.

When there's availability, we stay here as it's a very well kept property, staff is great and very close to our business. This hotel is close to everything and easily accessable to all the major routes into and out of town.

I came in from the US and was frantically trying to find a place (called 17 all fully booked). Finally got in touch with this hotel and thankfully they had a pet friendly room available. Honestly, all I did was check in (at 1:00am) and sleep until 10:00am the next morning. Was pleased with the extra hour I was given for late check-out because I was SO tired. Bed was comfy, did not get disturbed at all, and the staff was very friendly. I would stay here again. The ONLY thing that was a little "off" was that my dog found some gummy worms under the bed and almost ate one. Otherwise, everything was clean and in good working order. :P

I like the firmness of the bed, the location and staff friendliness. We had the whole baseball team stay at the hotel. Grab and go breakfast was great. Check in and out was efficient. I would like to stay again next time.

This hotel met all expectations. Room was clean and beds and bedding comfortable. We were not able to use all services at the property due to Covid-19 but would book again. Area was very quiet and convenient to restaurants, etc.

We are from out of town and were attending a medical appointment in the area. We spent the weekend. I have no complaints. we were gone most of the two days with appointments. Nice place to rest our heads after a long day. Hot tub could be a little hotter :) but that is just to my liking. It is a decent location too. Bonus- Tim Hortons coffee right across the street if you prefer that over star bucks.

The hotel was very accommodating, we had a small dog and they had no problem setting us up. The only thing was housekeeping started cleaning way too early. We could hear them in the hallway talking very loud and starting to clean.

Cleanliness was super high, decor great, staff so friendly,. Super happy with the quality of construction and furniture, made our stay feel very comfortable. Will definitely return at our earliest opportunity

This property is well maintained and the staff is exceptionally helpful and professional. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel to any of my colleagues or staff. The location is close to downtown but everything needed was right there.

The staff was pretty friendly but i was disappointed with the grab and go breakfast and the lack of items to choose from so I would recommend eating out somewhere. The kitchenette we had in our suite had no bowl to mix a salad in, no knife to cut anything up with, only butter knifes and the can opener was so old and dull it was extremely hard to open anything with. The bedroom had no window and was really stuffy and warm and the heating/cooling unit was mounted in the living area so the air couldn't circulate that far and made sleeping uncomfortable.

Floors could have been cleaner upon arrival. The section next to the window between the bed and wall wasn't clean, I could feel dirt under my bare feet. Toilet was loose and rocked back and forth. Water pressure was okay in the shower but would go down when someone else in the room near by would use water at the same time. Grab and go breakfast was great, just wish they had creamers to offer for the in room coffee as we don't use the powder creamer they offer. Tried to get coffee to go from the Ricky's restaurant twice but had to go back as the staff couldn't seem to have coffee ready when they opened. Don't bother eating from the menu, we did and it was the worst meal we have had. Wifi was great and easy to log into. A lot of noise in the halls of people talking, walking, and doors closing. I guess there isn't any sound proofing in the walls. Also we couldn't open our window because 3 men would stand outside and smoke near it. The bed was VERY uncomfortable and we both woke up feeling like we were hit by a truck. Mattress quality is very poor and far too rigid.

Very impressed with the hotel/staff. The room was very clean and spacious. There was 5 of us in the double queen suite. 2 adults and three children ages 7, 1 and newborn. There was plenty of room to include a playpen and still have lots of room to walk around. The room was very clean and modern. The beds were very comfortable. We also had a chance to use the pool/hottub and found that to be very clean as well. The hottub was hot and the pool was a nice temperature too. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would defiantly recommend this hotel and i will defiantly be using them again.

We checked in on 13 November after our dog's chemotherapy treatment at Boundary Bay Specialty Veterinary Hospital, who recommend the hotel. This was our second stay. The first, a month ago, was quiet and restful and staff responsive and professional. This time, from dinner hour until past midnight we endured constant noise from the room upstairs. We alerted the front desk, who said they'd call the guest. The guest left, only to return at bedtime and resume noise making. I talked to another person at the front desk and was told she'd call and that she could find us another room. We'd had enough disruption for the day, and our dog was unable to settle thanks to the noise, and a midnight move was out of the question. She said she'd call and “patrol” the hall upstairs. I returned to our room to unchanged disruption. I called the front desk and was told she “couldn't hear anything from the hall”, basically discounting my complaint. Again we were offered another room. Never did she offer to deal with the disruptive guest and move him. So a sleepless night before driving home to Victoria in the morning, feeling our concerns were blown off. My complaint about this horrible experience will not end here, and I'll be urging Boundary Bay Specialty Veterinary Hospital to consider removing the hotel from its recommended lodgings list.

got of ferry in vancouver and had a transmission failure shortly after. BCAA arranged a tow and we were able to find this hotel right in the vacinity. We did not know how long we were going to be there and the staff was extremely helpful in relieving any stress we had during our search for a replacement tow vehicle.

I was highly impressed with the cleanliness of this hotel. Without sounding corny, this is the absolute BEST hotel I have ever stayed at. No word of a lie! NO carpet in my room. Best Decision Ever to install vinyl plank flooring, especially with Covid. There are so many types of flooring options nowadays that are much better than carpet. First hotel I've stayed at that didn't have carpet in the rooms. The front desk staff (especially Robin) were very courteous, professional and obviously genuinely cared about people and client service. The Grab & Go Breakfast is such a GREAT idea. I have stayed at other hotels that at one time had breakfast included but now do not offer any breakfast options. You can clearly see the little touches in the room that facilitate extra safety precautions, i.e. sleeve on the remote, removing extra in the room (i.e. pens + paper) but very grateful there is still an in-room coffee machine. One thing that can also be removed from the rooms is the top bed scarf/runner at the end of the bed. There is a luggage rack that can be used instead. Not sure if the bed scarf/runner is washed..... I felt very relaxed and comfortable in this hotel, because I could clearly see how clean everything was. For example, Robin was cleaning/sanitizing as I was entering the lobby. The Best Western Plus is my New Favourite Hotel!!

This was a fast 2 day trip to see our grandchildren. Even with Covid the Langley Inn was open and a very very pleasant stay. Very nice staff. Rickets was open and Social Distancing was in effect. We felt very safe. Well done BW and Rickey's teams.

after being on the road back to the island from Calgary we were reluctant to stay in a hotel with all the covid 19 stuff going on. we pulled into the hotel and everything from that point on was amazing. the front desk employee should be giving a raise as she was so helpful and reassuring about the cleaning procedures of their hotel. Our room was clean, I mean it was CLEAN and we felt so comfortable knowing that it was this clean. every fear we had about staying in a hotel during the covid times was gone when we stayed here,,,,, great job to all the staff that work here we truly apprentice the fact that you care about of well being

I rented a room for two nights so I could work the night shift on Monday night and sleep through Tuesday. I'm a heavy sleeper and light and background noise doesn't affect me. However they're laying carpet upstairs... I called the front desk from my mobile because the room phone doesn't work; and explained my problem. They did not offer to relocate me at that time. So the noise stopped for about an hour and then began again and having not slept even three hours at this point I was fairly grumpy. I told the front desk this is unacceptable and left to sleep at my sisters house full of kids or my pick up... anything! On Wednesday the front desk lady said “oh sorry” but you didn't change rooms. Like really??? The hotel is nice, bed is comfy but the staff could give a flying f**k about their guests. Not a good look for my favorite hotel chain!!

Very clean and reasonably priced hotel. Beds are very comfortable.Amenities are great. Wonderful continental breakfast available every morning. Rickis restaurant is attached which is very convenient , also Tim Hortons right across the street.

The front desk is super friendly and are quick for checking in and out. The cleaning attendants were very friendly. The breakfast has been one of the few that we're good. I've been staying in hotels for 2 months for work so that does say a lot. They refill very quickly when items are low as well.

Never had a problem with this hotel. It's situated perfectly for me and my family needs when travelling to this area. The kids love the pool area and the restaurant. I've been staying here for years and never had a bad experience.

BW Langley was an awesome experience. We arrived early for a family wedding and they gave us an early check in with no problem. Room was awesome and comfortable. Felt right at home there. Friendly, helpful staff and will definitely stay there again in future!

Our family of five stayed here for a night in the two bedroom suite. I was so impressed by the size of the room, the cleanliness, the service and the complimentary breakfast. When checking in, the clerk noticed me struggling to get organized in the lobby with kids and luggage. She heard me mention to the kids that we should go to the pool to grab towels first since that was one of the first things they wanted to do. I started to walk over to the pool and the front desk clerk was already holding out 5 towels for us to take. Amazing! We all had a good sleep - rooms were quiet and as I mentioned, very spacious. Breakfast in the morning was delicious! We loved the waffles, eggs and bacon. There was plenty of fresh fruit, toast, cereal and pastries. Something for everyone. We were there a half hour before the breakfast ended, but they were still replenishing items to keep it full and fresh. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend to others.

We recently stayed in the Best Western Plus Langley Inn. The room was comfortable and clean. The front desk and entrance was nicely decorated for Christmas and the staff were extremely friendly. They have a nice breakfast area there.

Hotel was more than we ever thought....so quiet & peaceful. Room was above clean and so comfortable. Staff were 10/10, we have stayed at more than our share of hotels...by far this is one of best stays in the last 8 years!!! Thank you!!! Food was above and beyond!!! Had a wonderful visit over the holiday season. Rooms were immaculate. Stayed in a unit with two king beds and a kitchenette for $120/night. Great value! All the staff were great! Only bump - food and drinks at Ricky's are dicey. Lots better places available

Bright clean rooms with small kitchenettes that are perfect for enjoying an in room meal. Staff is wonderful and helpful. We used Points for our stay which is an excellent value. They also accommodate pets!

This is a very convenient hotel with plenty of parking, close to shopping centres and restaurants,family restaurant attached that's open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. I was most impressed with the rooms as they were very comfortable and extremely clean.

Ease of finding the facility with a restaurant attached was important along with a coffee pot that worked in the room ! Friendly receptionist who know her job and housekeeping whom were prompt. The Property entry was a bit of a puzzle having driven around three sides and only having to enter the parking from the front main street.

The hotel was spotlessly clean and the staff were very helpful and welcoming. It was comfortable,clean with easy access.Free parking , free WiFi and a continental breakfast was included which was adequate to start the day.

Rooms were clean and spacious, pool and hot tub were clean and a good size. Bathroom/sink area was clean and relatively new. Cookies at front desk are amazing! Breakfast buffet had lots of options for food and seating, food was hot and tasty. Beds were a bit hard and blankets were thin--an extra blanket in the closet would have been nice.

It was my first time booking in this hotel and upon entering the hotel lobby, the receptionist was hospitable with a warm welcome. The hotel looks decent. I was more surprised when I entered my room, it was very clean and smells fresh too. I was just disappointed because I keep waking up in the middle of the night because it was noisy. I can hear the noise outside my room and especially the noise above my room which is the 2nd floor. I can hear heavy footsteps walking back and forth and that kept me awake until morning. But aside from that, breakfast was satisfying and the server was very friendly too.

Good place to stay close to hwy 10 and Langley bypass within 5 minutes to any restraunt you could ask for. Friendly staff and extremely clean rooms. Great place to stay in Langley. I will be staying here again.

I was in Langley just for one night. I had an appt. early the next morning with a veterinary surgeon and had my border collie with me. Hotel staff were excellent, very helpful and check in was quick. Room was very spacious, bed comfortable. I think my only negative was some residual door from cleaning products. Allowing pets I assume that is needed. It did not affect my comfort or my dogs comfort. I will stay there again next month when he has his surgery. Very happy with this Best Western.

I've stayed here often over the years. Always the same great dependable service. The pool and hot tub are always in good order and the breaky in the morning is always satisfying. This hotel is in a great location and always in good order.

We had another great stay at BW. The room was clean and the service was excellent. We encountered a booking issue that the staff immediately dealt with in a very satisfactory manner. Thank you. The breakfast option was basic but good. We enjoyed the hot tub which was at a perfect temperature. We will return.

Nice place for Families to stay, clean, safe and plenty of breakfast to have. Lots of parking, quiet neighbourhood. Good restaurants and shopping mall within 5 minutes drive. Kitchen helps families to make/warm some food.

Stayed 2 nights at the BW Plus, Langley and for the most part had a great stay. Access into and out of hotel parking either to downtown Langley or to the By-Pass, adjacent to hotel, was very easy. Hotel was clean and staff very friendly and helpful. Room had an unpleasant odour that housekeeping did their best to mask with freshener, but helped little. Otherwise, room and bed were fine. Gym and pool appeared to be in great working order and was in use while we were there, but we didn't have time to enjoy either. Ricky's restaurant, attached to property, had a great selection of items either to eat in or take to your room. Morning breakfast was basic, but met our needs. Would definitely stay here again, and recommend for couples or families.

Great front desk personnel Rooms clean, all staff friendly We had a pet so we needed a place which would allow pets. Kitchenette good, but no ventilation. Do not recommend using the stove as smells stayed. Nice property if you have an extended stay and are have a pet!

Best Western hotel are always a great value especially with their free breakfast makes it really easy to get up in the morning feed your kids and take them out for the day. Not only that but you save money because that's one meal you don't have to purchase in a day.

Stayed at the Best Western Plus Langley last night having arrived from the UK into Seattle in the afternoon. I've stayed here before a couple of years ago and remembered the hotel as being pretty average, but clean and friendly I expected the hotel to be unchanged, but how wrong I was. The beds are now fitted with a hollow fibre topper and are the most comfortable I've slept on in any hotel (bar one) at any time in the past 40 years. The staff are still friendly and the whole hotel is clean and tidy. Breakfast was simple, but tasty and with a wide choice of fare. I'm delighted we came back here. Our first night in Canada is usually not that good - we're jet lagged and don't usually sleep well. But not on this occasion. We all got a really good night's sleep and were fed well before heading for the Coast Mountains.

I stayed here for 4 nights on business and pleasure. The rooms are nice and clean and have lots of room for your luggage. They have a great breakfast and friendly staff. That as well as fresh baked cookies when you check in! It's right on the Langley bypass close to great restaurants and shopping. There are three prestigious car dealers right a cross the street

We were late arriving and received a friendly welcome by the front desk. The room was better than we had expected (had a kitchenette). The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet as it faced the back side of the hotel. We enjoyed using the hot tub and swimming pool. The breakfast foods were well prepared and quite tasty. We will stay here again when visiting Langley in the future.

I think it is ridiculous tbat because we acvidentally forgot and lit a cigarette when we wome up in the morning but immediately put it out...they are still gonna charge the room 250.00 dollars to simply spray some febreeze to get rid of that little bit of smell. I will never stay at tbe Best Western Hotel again anywhere in tbe United States..and i will never recommend your hotel to anyone.

Having spent two nights at the hotel I found it very clean, comfortable and quiet. The complimentary breakfast of hot and cold choices was very good and there was an extra room to eat in so no waiting for a table. Staff were very courteous and helpful. A Ricky's restaurant was attached so you didn't need to venture out to find somewhere to eat.

We stayed here for one night after arriving in Canada. Hotel is al little bit older, but very clean. Staff is friendly. WiFi is fast and breakfast is good. There is some noise when people are walking and talking in the hallway or in the adjacent room. Loved it, would stay again.

This was a great place to stay and convenient location. Bed was quite comfy and room was clean. Unfortunately they use strong perfumes or deodorizers in the rooms and throughout the hotel. For someone having allergies to this kind of thing it was difficult. If the place is clean there also shouldn't be a need to try to mask it with these strong perfumes.

Another nice stay at a Best Western Plus. Liked the full breakfast. Booked direcy on BW site - had competitive price to other midddleman sutes. The location was great - close to excellent Twins Coffee house.

For a three star hotel, all was good. We stayed four nights and the hotel was quiet and clean. The staff were friendly as well. The breakfast was typical of what is expected. The hotel is easy to find and ample parking. We did not use the pool so I cannot comment on that.

The beds are comfy and the location is central. Most of the staff are friendly and helpful. My greatest concern is the use of strong perfumes/room deodorisers. In this day and age, it is unacceptable to use strong perfumes to cover odours. This was our experience: the air conditioner in our room had perfumed deodoriser balls in it to try and mask a foul smell left by a former guest. The scent caused an allergic reaction, and removing the scented balls revealed a foul, rotting stench coming from wet carpet around the mini fridge. This was unacceptable. The hotel was sold out, and with no other late-night option, we had to stay. The following night we received a new room with no odour problems.

As good as any other hotel in this price range. Great people, awesome breakfasts comfortable bed. Only issue for me was no sleep timer on the TV remote. I fall asleep watching TV and hate waking up and having to turn it off in a sleepy trance.

Traveled with our boys volleyball team. Complimentary breakfast and indoor pool were great for all of us. Was a super close location to our VB venue. We also brought out little dog which worked out great for us.

The usual Best Western quality and cleanliness. The room decor is quite dated but very clean, super awesome water pressure in the showers which is about all you need when you travel a lot. Lots of hot water, polite staff. Hot breakfast has a bit to be desired so don't count on it if you've got a few kids to fill up. Breakfast area is a bit small too so don't show up with a big group. Would still recommend.

I had an early morning exam at KPU and decided to stay at the hotel. It is my second time doing this and I'm always glad I did. Very comfortable rooms and great value for the money. The internet was fast, the bed was comfortable, and showers and towels clean. No complaints. Ricky's restaurant was delicious.

The staff at the hotel was very nice. Check in was easy as was check out. The price f the room for Best Western card holders was very reasonable as well. The exterior of the hotel looks a little dingy. The bed in the room was extremely hard and uncomfortable. Did not rest well.

Checked in for two nights - woman at reception desk was indifferent and somewhat surly to our arrival and registration. Hotel is very noisy - located between two extremely busy streets, traffic noise is very noticeable in the rooms at all hours of the day (on both first and second floors). There is no way around this - soundproofing in the rooms is very poor. Even interior noise carried significantly, we heard every step of the people in the rooms above, shower in adjacent room and people talking in the hallway.

We have stayed at the BW Langley Inn on several occasions. For the most part, we take a yearly trip to the West Coast of British Columbia. Our past experience, with this property leads us to conclude that we are receiving good value for our vacation dollars. We are also impressed with the reliability of the good service which has been provided by the staff of the Langley Inn. In short, we have become loyal customers of this property. We have no hesitation in recommending this property to others.

We had a great three days here, the room was clean and the service staff were polite and very friendly. The access to our seminar was very close. We found the overall place clean and safe. Ricky's next door was really good.. the rooms could be quieter but overall it was great.

We have stopped at the Langley Best Western Plus a number of times when traveling in this area, it is a great stop. We like that there is a restaurant attached, once we are there for the night we do not have to go out looking for a place to eat. The staff were helpful and pleasant, rooms were clean and cheerful. We will stay there again.

We really liked it here at this hotel. The hotel is small but has everything you need. There is a restaurant attached to the hotel and they offer free breakfast. The room that we stayed at was really small and apparently it was the family room. It was confortable to stay here but they still need to keep upgrading this hotel.

We found our room very comfortable. The housekeepers were excellent at cleaning our room and very accomadating to any request we made. The desk clerks were always so friendly and helpful. We would recommend this hotel to anyone who asks which hotel to stain in Langley.

This has become our favourite place to stay when we are visiting the Vancouver area. Fast check in, helpful staff, and a great room with very comfortable bed and pillows. Did not get a chance to use the pool and spay, but looked clean and inviting. Breakfast had a good selection.

Stayed at the hotel for two days and only one staff member said anything never even a forced smile. The staff member that said something was just reminding me not to forget a bag of mine. Felt like an overstated visit with your in-laws. The room was clean and I slept like baby. Great bed.

As Vancouver becomes more and more expensive I've been staying in the surrounding area as opposed to downtown to save on the expense account. This is within shooting distance of Vancouver and the commute isn't too bad.

Clean, pretty. Near high end car sales places (Porche, Mercedes, Jaguar). Nice front doors. Fairly good selection for breakfast. Breakfast room is on the second floor. Very nice. Sounds carried more than expected. Not worth $240 though....

It is an older hotel, but very up kept. When we got there the room was clean, but it was very strongly perfumed, air freshener or cleaners. I called down to see if it would be different in any other rooms, but it wouldn't. However she said she would make a note not to spray air fresheners the next day. I thought that was nice, she was also very friendly when we got there. We opened the window and went out and it was better when we got back, I am very sensitive to perfume smells, and I'm sure someone else might be too. It sounds like if you tell them when you book to make sure no perfume type air fresheners or cleaners are used, you may be ok. We ended up putting the do not disturb sign up and not getting it cleaned , we were only there 2 nights. The breakfast was ok, nothing special. There is a restaurant there . It is close to everything, but not with in walking distance. The air conditioner is in a poor location right next to the bed, so when it cuts in it is very cold.

We did not travel far, we needed to escape for a night or two for being together 2 years. We are mid 50's and hope for a nice getaway. Room was overall comfortable and the staff were sweet. The waitress in the restaurant may need to be reminded of that - she didn't listen to my partner on the fact that I was arriving and didn't have water waiting for me after he asked her. I was not impressed with the shower, low pressure, the curtain didn't hang right and the shower was not cleaned properly. The lovely girl at the desk offered to to and re do it which I was grateful.

Stayed 2 nights at Best Western Langley an had a pleasant stay. Rates seemed high, although it was a long week end. Hotel was quiet, breakfast was very busy, as hotel was full, yet hostess did a great job keeping the room clean. Used the fitness facility, small, with 3 pieces of equipment, however both times I used it, I was the only person there. Overall a good experience, I would stay again.

I recently stayed at the Best Western Plus in Langley. It was high season so the room rate was rather expensive. However, the room was very clean and the hotel was quiet at night. The fridge was rather noisy, so I had to use ear plugs; otherwise everything was great.

The Best Western Plus in Langley BC was a very comfortable place to stay. It was a little tricky getting into the parking lot, but once we figured it out check-in was quick and easy. Our room was comfortable and clean - everything we expect from a Best Western.

Access to this hotel is through an interior corridor. The room was very nice and actually had a kitchenette with microwave, refrigerator, burners, etc. I used the fitness center and the equipment worked well but the fitness center did not open until 7:00 am which was inconvenient. Breakfast and the breakfast room were good. There is a restaurant connected to the hotel. Staff were polite and professional.

We had three rooms for our group.They were clean, roomy, and well appointed. The staff was friendly and helpful. There are many restaurants, bars, and other entertainments, including a shopping mall, nearby. We willing stay here again when in the area.

This hotel was decent. Clean, comfortable. The breakfast was quite good for a hotel--included eggs and bacon as well as regular continental items. One thing to note is if you use a site like hotel.com the hotel puts a $100 hold on your credit card 24 hours before (didn't see that noted anywhere). Not a big deal but just be aware of it. It comes in as Langley Inn rather than Best Western. There is a pool at this hotel too but didn't check it out.

Yes, it is attractive...room was reasonably clean, breakfast was minimum but there was food. Two things: it is dog friendly... I love my black lab but I don't listen to him bark all night at home and definitely do not want to listen to other dogs bark all night on my dime while traveling...this happened! #2..our room was close to the end of the hall which had an exterior door. People were back and forth all night long, slamming the doors. Between the dogs barking and doors slamming, we got little rest. The exterior door should be an emergency exit with no entrance. As we left the next am, we realized why the door was slamming so much... cigarette butts were littered all around it...very unattractive. I reported the dogs that awoke us in the wee hours the next morning but...there was no rest that night. We typically stay at best Westerns but this was not a good one...look further!

My partner and I recently spent some time at the Best Western Plus Langley because we didn't feel like staying in Vancouver with its grossly inflated hotel prices at this time of year. Located on the outskirts of Langley, this location is quiet yet convenient in that it is near Highway 1 and still close enough to other key activities like Willowbrook, Chuck E Cheese and the Colossus Cineplex (my favourite!). In short, despite being away from the city centre, you do not feel as though you are isolated from everything and everyone. The staff in the lobby were friendly and check-in was straightforward. Best of all, this location seems to be taking a page out of Doubletree's playbook because we received free cookies at check0in (score!). Our room was modern and clean and featured everything we've come to expect of the BW brand: flat screen TVs, plug receptacles for mobile devices, fridge, air conditioning, quality bath products and a strong (free) WiFi connection. Our bed was also comfortable and cozy. My one criticism? I didn't particularly care for the strange layout of the room. As soon as you walk in, the living area is to your right (it is spacious and well appointed) and then the bathroom is right next to it (also of a nice size and, importantly, clean). After that, you have to kind of squeeze by the large work desk to enter the bedroom area – it's an awkward set-up and, to my mind, not a very good use of physical space. This layout also meant that the air conditioning unit was mere inches from the bed which, again, is kind of weird. Would this prevent me from staying here again? No, because our sleep quality was still very good and the very “homey” and “country” feel of the place is more than enough to make up for a poor room design. In terms of hotel amenities, this Best Western features a workout centre, meeting space, the BW breakfast room, pool, hot tub and business centre. There is also a Ricky's Country Restaurant (former ABC Country) attached to the hotel and it offers up a pretty fabulous breakfast. Parking around the hotel is also free; we appreciated the fact that the BW has security wandering the grounds at night, thus adding an extra layer of safety. I do have one issue that I feel the hotel should address, though: Cleaning staff use WAY TOO MUCH perfume/cleaner when cleaning rooms. Walking through the hallways at mid-day was a serious chore. The smell of cleaner was so overwhelmingly powerful that when you breathed you could literally “taste” it in your mouth. Not nice! All of that said, we would stay here again. We enjoyed the comfortable country atmosphere and friendly staff. The location is convenient and close enough to various other eateries and attractions (you can definitely get your Ricky's fix. There are 3 locations within 5 minutes of the hotel. . .hilarious!). Recommended!

I stayed one night at this location because of its location close to #1 highway and close to shopping. The rate was reasonable, the room was very clean and the breakfast was great. I plan to revisit next time I am in the location.

Great place to stay for the dollar, we were away at a tryout and my son was able to get a good night sleep and have a healthy breakfast .Would definitely recommend this hotel as the staff were all wonderful

My friends and I stayed here for a lovely weekend. The room was spotless, every staff member we encountered was friendly and professional, at the front desk, at the complimentary breakfast - which we loved - and housekeeping. It is a little pricier than others in the area, but a good, safe, location and many amenities made it worth it.

Three of us stayed here for one night since our normal hotel was unavailable. The hotel is on the Langley Bypass and well located. It has ample parking and the exterior is well maintained and clean. The lobby is very clean and well laid out. The staff were pleasant and very professional. Internet is fast, and breakfast is quite good. The room is clean and bed is comfortable. The issues are with the rooms, and one is very strange. The room is divided into three sections. Upon entering the room, there is a good sized living room. Then, there is a large bathroom with a narrow access point past the desk to the sleeping area. I have no idea why the bathroom is plunked right in the middle of the room. It is a very clumsy floor-plan, and inconvenient to work around in the room for a large male. All three of our rooms (ground floor) were the same. The other issue was a lack of readily accessible power receptacles in the work area, which should be easy to fix, but is a common problem in many hotels. I would stay here again, but attention needs to be focused on the power issue. The floor-plan issue is not fixable without a complete renovation, which would be VERY expensive.

The pool, hot tub and adjacent restaurant/ lounge are a real plus and not available in some of the higher priced hotels. The location on the outskirts of a city is ideal as it is just close enough to be convenient but still is less hectic than being right in downtown Langley.

Location is excellent and a 5 minute drive to Costco and the Langley Seniors Village Residence. Rooms are spacious, very clean, and the staff are helpful. Deluxe Breakfast and free wi-fi included and I would stay here again. Outside parking was great.

This hotel far exceeded our expectations. The room and staff were top notch. We also had a breakfast room where everything was plentiful and the the breakfast staff were ever so nice. Thank for a great nights stay.

Every month I stay in this hotel. The room is clean, the bed is comfortable, the staff are friendly and the breakfast is great. I look forward to my next stay. There are many nice restaurants close by.

We had a good stay at the Best Western. Room was spacious, comfortable and clean and met our needs. Bathroom was pretty small and very little counter space, but we made due. Great size tub. We stayed for a hockey tournament and it met our needs. Breakfast buffet was great for quick meal on the go. Staff were friendly and kind. Hotel Gym was extremely disappointing. Treadmill screen was completely broken so you couldn't adjust anything including speed or incline, very small and very old equipment that was on its last legs.

Great location to shopping/eating and the volley ball venues. Clean rooms and courteous staff. Hot breakfast buffet and it was stocked/maintained well. Would stay in this hotel again for that area. Thanks.

Stayed here in March 2018. Front desk and the beds were great. Not so good were the embarrassingly cheap toiletries, towels and In room coffee. It seems to me they are trying to save money on the wrong things. There is not much in the immediate area within walking distance to get things. Stay away from the awful Ricky's resto connected to the hotel and there is gas/7-11 across a busy street. Location is terrible to go in and out of. Not reccomended.

Great hotel stay at the Best Western. Check-in was quick and easy even though we arrived early. The indoor pool was great. The hot tub was a little too hot. The breakfast in the morning was a nice perk and the breakfast was tasty. I will be back the next time we are in town for a sports tournament.

my wife and I enjoyed our time with our 3 grandchildren. We were well taken care of. We received what we expected and were not disappointed. We stayed for 3 days/2 nights, were well treated by the staff, and enjoyed the food and facilities

The front desk girl with the blonde hair was ultra patient and helped us a lot Room was super comfy Bed was great. Free cookies!! Pool and hot tub were great as well. For the Vancouver area the price wasn't bad at all and it wasn't a gross budget motel. I highly recommend

I really enjoyed my stay here. the staff was really nice. But the water pressure in the shower could just about blow you right out of the shower. I did find the bed very comfortable and I did get a really good sleep.

We enjoyed our stay. We had a kitchenette which we didn't use but was a nice feature if we had been there longer. The room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast room was nice and clean and the breakfast provided was great. We would definitely recommend this hotel. The staff was friendly and efficient.

I enjoyed my stay here and had a very relaxing time. I didn't get to experience the pool even though I wanted to. I was doing some post holiday travelling while things were slow and wanted to see some local sights. The staff was pleasant. I encountered a couple of them directly and they always were accommodating. I feel that speaks a lot to a hotel on how they treat each-other and it looked like they all cared for the guests and themselves. The young girl in the evening on Friday went out of her way to answer some of my questions, though I'm sure any of them would be able to help. My room was enough space, I didn't feel claustrophobic like I do in some places.

I've made this reservation for my wife and 2-year-old son using my visa credit card via booking.com for 18-20 Jan 2018, and I did not join them in the trip. At around 8:30pm on 18 Jan, my wife and son arrived at the hotel and were declined check-in by the receptionist who claimed that the card holder (myself) is not checking-in and hence card is not valid! The credit card is valid, my son's passport shows my name as father, my wife also showed our marriage certificate carrying my name, moreover, I've called the receptionist, who adamantly refused to talk to me over the phone so I had to have my wife put phone on speaker so she can listen. I asked her to call the Visa card issuer if she's in doubt, CIBC, to confirm my identity; she still refused! She was extremely mean and rude to the extent that she kicked my wife and 2-year-old son out of the hotel despite they carry a valid booking and a valid credit card! She didn't even care for a crying 2-year old boy near midnight trying to have a good night sleep after a long intercontinental flight! This prejudice and racism carried by this individual is a shame stigmatizing the whole brand and this particular hotel; such personnel shall be held accountable for these unjustifiable hassles that a young guest with a baby has to suffer because of her irresponsible and immature behavior, actions, and personality! We demand the Best Western Hotels Higher Management as well as this particular hotel manager to take all the required disciplinary actions against this disrespectful employee of theirs and such behavior of prejudice and racism shall not be in any circumstances permitted!

Very accommodating with last minute booking and staff where very welcoming and friendly. The exterior and interior where very clean and well maintained. I would recommend this to anyone with a low budget who wants to have a great experience.

With the ice storm we were with out power for days so with are previous experiences at Best Westerns we went to the closest one and the stay was fantastic. the breakfast was so good . the staff were so kind toward the that we were there due to no power.

Everything was excellent except the quality of the bed . The pool area was clean and well kept the public bathroom was very clean. The breakfast was good quality and kept clean and full. My only complaint was the quality of the bed .

We arrived late but were warmly greeted by the night auditor and pleasantly surprised by the well appointed and comfortable room. Since we got in at 3 am due to some long delays on flights, slept through breakfast but the front desk accommodated us with bottled water and a snack for the road. I'll be back.

Clean,close to Amenities one negative thing I would have to say is the entrance and exit into the parking lot due to the barriers on the roads you can't make left-hand turns into the Property. Just took a little bit of driving around figure out how to get in and out .

DG if the price this best Western was average. The service of staff was patronizing and its Langley not Beverly Hills. Cleanliness is OK. The room set up is strange seems a little old for the price. Sandman is better.

I have stayed in a number of Best Western Plus hotels over the past 2 years. This seemed to be the oldest looking and feeling of all I've been in. The staff were kind and went out of their way to assist me when I needed help, the breakfast selection was on par with other BW Plus hotels.

The standard room is very spacious and reasonably priced. 2 Queen beds, a kitchenette, separate bathtub, and very quiet, etc. The only thing bad about the rooms are that they have no safes in the room and the internet wi-fi is so super slow that I couldn't do any work in my room. The complimentary breakfast is AWESOME! I stayed here for a week and every morning I left content with a full breakfast. Thanks, Best Western for a job well done.

This hotel seems quite every time we stay. The staff are lovely. It is clean and comfortable. Beds are comfortable with great pillows. Location is central. Daily breakfast has a fair selection of breakfast food items. Coffee and tea are decent quality.

The Langley Best Western is conveniently located. The rooms are well appointed. The continental breakfast provides a variety of hot and hold items to choose from. Pets are welcomed. The staff provide excellent service. This facility always delivers.

This hotel was very clean and new. We really enjoyed the offerings of the FULL breakfast and it was an easy drive to Trinity Western for our campus visit. Langley is a nice area and the 40 minute drive to Vancouver is very pleasant.

this was not the first time I stayed at this location. Previously it was just great. This time, although we were given a suite on points (yay!) The noise outside the room was loud and no consideration from other guests. We have no kids so part of this visit was quiet, and 'us' time. We went to have breakfast and kids were running around and unruly. I guess parents have forgotten how to discipline kids???? Our breakfast grew cold quickly as I think the AC was on? Pool looked great and inviting. The suite was wonderful overall. Lots of room and comfortable overall. The sofa needs an update, and the telephones need to be replaced as they were very noisy and static on the line.

Just spent the night at the BW Langley Inn. Absolutely would recommend this hotel to anyone. Beds were comfortable, staff was friendly. Rooms clean. No problem getting a taxi, even though they were busy that night. Checking in/out was quick and simple.

We enjoy staying at the Best Western chain as there is an expectation of a certain quality standard and we were not disappointed. We had been to this specific location before so knew about the trick to turning into the 'right' entryway off Glover Road. (first instinct to turn off ends you up in a parking lot of the adjacent College) Once we figured out the correct turn, it was all good from there! The room was clean and nicely appointed. It felt roomy for the two of us. The bed was very comfortable (we did not try the pullout) and the room was quiet, even on the ground floor facing the parking lot. The complimentary hot breakfast was nicely laid out, with a surprising selection of fresh items. (mini omelets, sausages, hash browns, build-your-own waffles) There was also a nice assortment of cereal and pastry items. We selected this location due to it's proximity to the freeway and other access to the places we wanted to visit. We will definitely be staying there again.

We had a pleasant stay at Best Western Langley INN for 2 nights. all Staffs were professional and ready to help. It did not feel like it was hotel, especially the breakfast services it felt like Mom home's kitchen. Beds were comfortable. Double room was big enough. Thanks for amazing services.

A nice big room with a couch, desk and enough room for a king bed. The bathroom was a bit small if you were large people but it was very clean and well stocked. There was a Ruckus restaurant attached which made meals convenient especially if you are a woman travelling alone.

As in the past, this hotel met all of our needs. The room was exactly as requested and was very clean. Everything worked as expected. Breakfast was very convenient and met basic needs. It would have been nice to have a variety of apples instead of just 1 kind. Staff were very helpful with changing our reservation when we had to cancel a few nights. Thank you. We had to stay at a hotel that was located outside of Surrey, BC because Surrey is just way too dangerous of a place to stay at all. Our purpose of our trip was for medical issues. The staff at the hotel is awesome. However, the swimming pool temperature was super cold and the hot tub was at a decent temperature. Great access to good tasting filtered water in the weight room which is where we kept refilling our water bottles instead of buying water else where. Don't order the lasagna at Ricky's though because it is not made fresh and does not taste very good. Other than that, we had absolutely no problems with our stay and would definitely stay with them again.

Easy access to hotel. Felt safe and comfortable! Needed directions and had help immediately! The facility was clean with all things accessible and very quiet from other sounds. Would book right there again.

Awesome service and great location. Room was clean staff were attentive, over all experience was great would highly reccommend this hotel to anyone staying staing in Langley. Restraunt could have an allergy binder on site as MSG is in 95 % of their food and was only able to order a Salad and chips with no seasoning what so ever.

Always try to stay at the BW Glover, enjoy the hotel. We stayed at the casino hotel a few blocks away for two nights in July as the BW was sold out. What a mistake! Dirty rooms, the toilet was so low. Horrible experience.

Stayed for 5 nights at this comfortable, quiet and clean hotel and found the service to be very good. Right downtown Langley and close to all amenities, restaurant attached and pleasant surroundings.Beds were very comfortable and enjoyed a good sleep every night.

Convenient to an adjacent college (Kwantlen) and only a few minutes drive from anything in Langley, everything works properly here, from a breakfast with hot options to an exercise room that includes free weights and machines that work properly, to accommodating housekeepers and front desk staff. Observed that parking lot accommodates trailers, if that is a concern.

Hotel staff was very courteous and helpful. The room was nicely decorated and also very comfortable. Breakfast area was well stocked and kept clean. There is a restaurant attached which made dinner very easy. There is a pool and exercise area. We did not use them but did look around and they were very nice as well.

The room was in very good shape, clean and well maintained. The Staff were all pleasant and helpful. We enjoyed the breakfast supplied by the Hotel but do not recommend Rickyès Grill attached to the hotel as the staff there were not helpful and seemed resentful when we requested service.

We drove down from Kelowna for a five-day mini vacation. We enjoyed this hotel a great deal. During our stay we travel to the United States, into downtown Vancouver, and back east to Abbotsford. The unique location of the property allowed us easy access in each direction and gave us two alternatives for routing. With the GPS, we could efficiently manage the traffic in the lower mainland and get to our destination. All things being equal, it was a delightful stay.

Clean & Comfortable hotel - sink and mirror are outside the bathroom with different lighting. Room was large. Closet was small. Internet was perfect! Bed was comfortable - however I have slept in better at a Best Western. Breakfast had a good selection - waffles, whipped cream, cereal, tea, coffee, yogurt, bread - hot items were the same for 3 out of 5 days. Lots of places to shop and eat nearby. Including a mall! somewhat easy access to highway. Restaurant served warm breakfast and a decent dinner.

Stayed here for a shopping weekend, we stayed in a kitchenette. The room was clean and modern. The staff were friendly and the free hot breakfast was great. The location was great as you are close to restaurants and shopping and only a ten minute drive to Fort Langley.

Don't stay here unless you're deaf....beside Langley bypass and right on glover road....very noisy....and difficult to get to.....won't stay here again, room ok and clean. Ricky's restaurant expensive 4.20 for a side of fries

This was a great trip to the coast. We loved the room and the bed was one of the most comfortable beds we have ever slept on. The continental breakfast was very nice too. Nice spread of food and beverages. It was in a nice neighbourhood. We would definitely go there again.

I use this hotel regularly when I travel to Langley to visit family. It always a pleasant experience. It's really helpful to have the breakfast available in the morning. The rooms are perfect and the staff are great.

Nice place good people and good value. Breakfast is good, offers a pool, hotub and fitness room. You can find better but be prepared to pay quite a bit more. Restaraunt next door is good also. You got your money's worth.

I was very happy with this Best Western. 2 small problems were address promptly and overall the room and hotel was great. I did not go for breakfast as the room was too small and over crowded with guests. Could not find a seat or get to the breakfast bar. Left hungry but ate in Hope.

This hotel was beautiful, the staff so accommodating and the public areas so well kept up that I thought it was brand new carpets, wall covering etc. We booked a two room suite with a Kitchenette and I highly recommend this for families. The yummy breakfast room was just down the hall. We had so much fun in the indoor pool and hot tub as well, and every afternoon we ate too many of their cookies, 4 different kinds daily. Oh and I almost forgot Ricky's Country Restaurant was attached and so incredibly delicious. I was surprised at how wonderful the food was. Don't miss it. You can tell the staff love working here and that the hotel is well cared for. I would definitely recommend to anyone and stay again!

Our stay at the Langley BC Hotel was perfect. It is reasonably located outside Vancouver BC. The staff do what ever they can to make our stay perfect. The complimentary breakfast is very good and plentiful.

Stayed at this BW location for 4 nights recently during our family vacation to BC. Bit overpriced perhaps due to the time of the year. Room was clean, comfortable and had the basic amenities. We had requested a room on the upper level while booking well in advance but were placed on the main level. Coffee in the dining area is not available 24/7 unlike many other hotels (including BW). However, coffee maker and all the ingredients were available in the room. Complimentary breakfast had the usual choice of hold & cold items and were replenished efficiently by the staff. Overall, stay was comfortable but didn't want to give 5 stars given the price and the fact that some amenties, such as microwave oven, are only available in rooms with kitchenettes and not in all rooms. May consider this location again if there are no other reasonably priced options in the Langley neighborhood.

Had a room at the back on main floor. Room was nice and the hotel was full for the weekend. Lots of kids in the hallways. Thought it was going to be very noisy but it wasn't. Had a good nights sleep without being woken up. Breakfast was not so good, however, there is a Ricky's restaurant on site so we ate there. Spent two nights there.

Everything overall was ok. Location little far away from White Rock and Vancouver. Good breakfast. Clean rooms. Good room services. Ask for toothbrush from front desk. They Didn't provide slippers and toothbrush and paste inside the room. Except location, these 2 small things which was important for me and price, I'm satisfied. Thanks

This is a very comfortable and well situated hotel. Has the amenities that most guests would need with a breakfast included and a family restaurant right next door. Very convenient. It's also close to a mall and other restaurants and services. We had a very good 2 night stay and would stay at this Best Western hotel again.

We stayed here because we had stayed previously. It was another excellent stay. The hotel generally and our room in particular were clean and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable and we had a good night's sleep. If we are in the area again and needing somewhere to stay we would definitely stay here again. The breakfast was good with plenty of choices and for the other meals there is a family restaurant attached to the hotel.

Our stay here went very well. Comfortable beds very clean nice room. Good selection at breakfast. The staff will go beyond expectations for you. My daughter left her earnings in the room and the mailed them back to us. The location I also very convenient.

We enjoyed our stay in the quiet room we had requested during the trip to Vancouver Island.On the return trip we made the same request,but were placed in a room facing traffic noise and were entertained into the early morning by noisy sports teams.

This was a very nice place to stay. The recent renovations made the rooms comfortable but had wasted space and they could have been set up better. Not every room had a microwave. The fresh cookies every day were fantastic!

Nice hotel, quiet location. Hot breakfast was good. Only negative was the water in our bathroom shower went from warm to very hot to cold within a 5 min shower. Also the treadmill in the fitness room doesn't work.

very happy with this hotel, staff were very friendly and helpful rooms were very clean and comfortable. the only problem was you could hear the people walking around above you which it could be very loud. which happened to me for a couple of days. but beside that hiccup the hotel was great.

This is a good hotel in a great location. About 45 min to 1 hour to Vancouver if avoiding the city expense and rush is a plan. I had to make several reservation changes and also had a check-out issue. The manager was very kind and helpful to my problem. Recommended!

First off, the check out girls were awesome! Especially Kelsie, she was a hoot! The only thing I had to complain about was the noise from the teams who were staying there at the same time as myself. Other than the noise I had a great time, the weather was perfect as well! Would most definitely come back again!

I was very happy and very tired after traveling straight from Saskatoon Saskatchewan to Langley BC... 17 + hours... just to find I forgot my credit card at home ... so we had to go find a RBC bank to take out $ 500 ... for the deposit plus we had to pay for the room ... I know now to make reservations before I leave home .

This is a good hotel, convieniently located near shopping mall and in a good langley location, a little bit expensive for what you get (i am not pretty sure if the price was related to July 1st) they dont have kitchen on every room so, some of the rooms are not so convinient

Stayed at this property during the Canada day weekend. Checked in July 1, 2017 only to receive a very unpleasant front desk girl. As someone from the hospitality industry I'd like to say first impression is a last impression. Anyone dealing with hotel guests should leave the unpleasant unprofessional attitude aside. After a 13 hour drive from Calgary to this property I must say I was very disappointed at my welcome to this property. Honestly whether it's booked via Expedia or on a discounted rate I'm still a patron paying to stay here. Front desk check in girl needs to be taught tact when dealing with the public. Very not impressed will not return to this venue after being treated like garbage upon arrival. Otherwise rooms were kept very clean, also the hallways on second floor smelled like mariguana frequently, perhaps some air freshener could be used to mask it.

We were very happy to stay two nights at this Best Western Hotel. It is close to the relatives and friends we were visiting. It is easy to find. Staff were professional as well as very friendly. Met our expectations for Best Western ....we prefer to stay at this Chain whenever we travel.

Comfy clean rooms, really. Restaurant food much better than average. Had to wait for front staff for 5 minutes due to slow part of evening I guess. Otherwise one of the better BW hotels out there. Enjoy

My room was on the busy traffic side of the building and as I like a cool room for sleeping, I had the window open (as much as they allow you to open the window) and the noise was too much. Other than that, I liked it very much. Clean, nice room. One odd thing, I was with a couple, and to them they gave a single-bed room and to me a two queen bed room. I switched with my friends, as they really liked having two beds.

Very comfortable, clean and affordable. I stayed in a King Room and enjoyed having the space for a sofa, desk, etc. The bathroom was spotless and their toiletries were very nice. I appreciate having a fridge in the room, along with free parking and wifi. There is a restaurant on site with a varied menu that can please anyone so if you are unable to venture far you can get a great meal. Location is easy to find on the Langley Bypass. I stayed for business but can see this being really popular with tourists or sports teams as they have a pool. Breakfast was included and it was great with hot and cold choices and nice fresh fruit.

We stayed here during my son's basketball tournament. It was a short drive to the Langley event center, Walmart, Old Navy, restaurants etc. The hotel offers government rates but did not offer any during this particular weekend which was a bit disappointing. Had a pool and hottub area which the teens enjoyed. Free hot breakfast selections in the dining room included in the room cost. That was really nice, waffle maker, sausage, eggs, cereal, toast, bagels etc. Our room was a queen plus fold out couch but the queen was actually more like a double. VERY small. Also the fold out was very much like a usual fold out couch- lumpy and uncomfortable. The service however was very good. Friendly, smiling faces. Provided toothbrush and toothpaste when we realized someone had forgot some. Left extra towels when requested and still made up the room even though we accidentally left the do not disturb side of the door marker face out. Check in was fast and easy, as was check out. Had an elevator (but we were on the ground floor) which was nice for the breakfast buffet which was on the second floor. Not much around the hotel itself if you wanted to walk anywhere, several homeless camps set up a few blocks away. Overall decent sleep and nice stay. Would have been happier if the price had been more reasonable in comparison to other hotels close by but unsure what the quality of those hotels would be like. (It was approx $400 canadian for a Friday and saturday night).

Upon check in we were warmly greeted. Clean rooms with COMFORTABLE beds! Pool area was well maintained and the family enjoyed the extra selections at the breakfast (ex. whip cream and berries for the waffles). Room was quiet which was impressive as the hotel is located on a busy road.

Great price for a newer hotel close to everything we needed. Staff was friendly and helpful. Awesome hot breakfast with lots of choice. We were surprised that we did have some noise from the room above us and some early morning noise but there were a few athletic teams staying there.

The hotel is right where route 10 meets Langley bypass. The rooms are quite big with really great shower, tub, A/C, coffee maker, fridge, tv with 30 plus channels, hair drier, lots of towels, phone & clock. Also the bed was very comfortable. Check in was very quick. Both the housekeeping & the front desk staff were great. Continental Breakfast had juices, coffee, tea, hot water, variety of muffins, pastry, toast, butter, jam, peanut butter, omelette both with cheese only & western, sausages, apples, oranges, cereal, fresh cut up fruit, yogurt, & waffle maker. The breakfast room is fairly big. The Hotel is close to a lot of restaurants, gas station & Mall. Easy off & on. Lots of parking as well. I would totally recommend it to family & friends & we will definitely stay on our return trip. Give it a try you will have nothing but praise for this Hotel.

The staff was very friendly, breakfast was great, enjoyed to pool and spa after a long walk night only wished it stayed open longer after 10 pm. We loved the stay! I would definitely come back with my family for our next trip to Canada.

We stayed one night on our way home from a trip and would definitely stay here again. The location was convenient to what we wanted to do and the room was clean and comfortable. The bed was really nice, with lots of pillows. A towel rack by the sink would have been useful and real glasses, not plastic, but those are minor things. Breakfast had a lot of variety. The real eggs were the best part as we avoid most processed food these days.

Stayed for 2 nights. Liked our room that had a separated tv area. Bathroom sink was quite low and I'm already on the short side. Tight squeeze in the bedroom area, but a reasonably comfortable bed. Had to really search for locations to charge our electronics. Nice breakfast room. Small fitness room, which was always full of unsupervised children. Wish housekeeping would do more than the basic tidy of a room. Yes, bed was made, bathroom was cleaned, new towels. We had left in a hurry the one morning, and returned to the ironing board still out. Couch in tv area still untidy. Were told we would have to use express check out because they were short staffed, but had to stop and tell someone as we left early on our check out day that the lamp in the tv area needed attention. I had obviously bothered him and not too sure if he heard me. Did appreciate all the signs in the hallways asking people to communicate quietly so as not to disturb other guests.

We stayed at the BW Plus in Langley for one night and thought the hotel was a perfect fit for our needs. Clean, comfortable, and quiet considering its bordered by the bypass and Glover road. It's been updated to meet the standards of all BW Plus hotels. There is a bar fridge, Keurig coffee maker, iron and board, along with a sink outside the bathtub/toilet room. Breakfast was the standard fare of breads, bagels and waffles. Along with fruits, yogurt, cereal and juices. We thought the attendant was very engaged. Always on site, cleaning, refreshing the supplies and answering questions. We liked the speed of our check-in and received a quiet room on the back side of the hotel as requested. Recommended for a stay in the Langley area.

very good comfortable bed, slept soundly, never a noisy nite during a 4 day stay, despite events in the hotel. Tasty abundant breakfast, good coffee. Swimming pool temperature perfect for lap swim.....good private gym facility. Hotel room bright, clean, staff courteous & helpful.. Have stayed here a few times over the years and never have been disappointed..

Breakfast included. Has a new workout room with livestream equipment. Indoor pool and hot tub well maintained. Nice clean rooms and attention to detail. The staff are always friendly. Attached restaurant has great food at reasonable prices. Accessibility to lots of shops.

Check in was very quick and easy. Our room wasn't quite ready but they reassured that it would be quickly taken care of which it was. Friendly and pleasant staff. The room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was average. Staff were very accommodating for our large group. Went out of their way to help us as we had another room with a kitchen and needed some supplies that we forgot to bring. I would highly recommend this hotel and I will be back one day for sure.

Usually I find hotels in a good location are tired and over used. This hotels' reception area was clean and inviting, check in was quick and with a smile! The room was clean and looked like a hotel should look, like we were the first people using the room. The breakfast room was also a surprise. A well looked after dedicated room with an attendant that looks happy with her job. And the rate was much better than hotels closer to the highway!

The Employee at check in was very nice. The breakfast station wasn't perfect but satisfactory. Wifi connection was good and hotel was clean. The location of the hotel was good for our needs. Would definitely return!

Wow!! This place is probably the nicest hotel I have ever stayed in and didn't break the budget...The rooms were very clean and nicely updated. The king bed was comfortable and the pool and spa area was also very well kept. It also has a Ricky's restaurant attached which I will review later but will recommend in this review. A very wonderful stay!

Overnighted here. Got 2 rooms with 2 queen beds & kitchenette. Very comfortable rooms, clean and quiet. Professional, friendly staff. Great selection at the breakfast. All the amenities you could want. Would stay again as it is conveniently located and close to highway 1.

I stay here quite often for work, as its my favorite hotel 'south' of the Fraser river. Nice big clean rooms, nice breakfast, nice staff. Myself and workmates stay here often, and take advantage of the close shopping and closeness of the border.

Overall we were very satisfied with this hotel. Clean, great service. The complimentary breakfast was exceptional. They described it as a continental breakfast but it was far more - exceeded expectations!

The last 2 times I have stayed at this location the shower pressure was fine, but you could not control the hot and cold. it was either scolding hot or ice cold, no way to pressure balance the heat to a warm temperature.

We thoroughly enjoyed our two night stay here over spring break. Our family of 6 stayed in the executive suite and our expectations were exceeded. The suite was nicely updated, very clean and spacious. The front desk staff were friendly and accommodating when we asked for a late checkout. The kids had fun in the pool (although small) and enjoyed the complimentary cookies every afternoon. We will be back!

We found the hotel and our room very clean. We had a pleasant stay and we would stay here again. The breakfast was a typical hotel breakfast...nothing fancy but it did the job. The indoor pool is small, but it was great for the kids!

We stayed there one night. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was a bit small but very clean and functional. The reception was very welcoming and checking in and out were quick and easy. There is an attached family restaurant where the food and service were both good. The included breakfast was excellent. The Wifi worked well and didn't have any problems. All in all an excellent night - thank you.

The front desk staff we,re excellent. Very friendly and welcoming.Our check-in was fast and smooth. The room was excellent , very quiet and relaxing . Got a meal from rickys and had it in our room. Would have liked to stayed an extra night but had to leave.

Use for Business. Very quiet. friendly staff, close to all amenities in town. TV selection could use an upgrade (for the boring business travellers who dont want to venture out at night) complimentary breakfast is better than most. restaurant attached is good and convenient

Very satisfied with recent stay in Langley. The check-in individual was very professional and helpful . The room was very clean and located in area which was not subject to street noise. The breakfast provided a wide range of food and was tended too regularly by kitchen staff. Would recommend to other travelers to Langley. Location of hotel very central.

We have stayed here a number of times when over from the uk visiting relatives. Yet again we were not disappointed. This hotel is well maintained, exceptionally clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. The room was well appointed, we had 2 queen beds which were really comfy and the room also had a kitchenette area. The complementary buffet is adequate serving hot and cold food. We really enjoyed our stay here and when returning to Langley in the future will choose here for our accommodation.

Approximately 3 years ago, we stayed at the Best Western Plus Langley Inn. At that time, we had an outstanding experience. The staff could not do enough for us. This time, while still being satisfied with the property, we found that the service from the front desk personnel had slipped, somewhat. For example, when I requested the front desk employee to assist me with the computer in the business centre, she made me feel quite uncomfortable. (She really didn't want to help me.) I think that management needs to apply a little "attitude adjustment" with this individual employee. This was a minor issue, and we still have no hesitation in recommending this property.

We had another pleasant stay at this BW hotel. The location was very convenient. The bed was comfy and the room was perfect for our needs. As for previous stays at this hotel, we really appreciated the continental breakfast which had lots of variety. The hot tub was very enjoyable. We encountered a broken part on a piece of furniture which we mentioned at check-out and received e-mail confirmation shortly afterwards that the problem had been fixed. We appreciated the quick and open communication.

This hotel is priced reasonably and is located centrally. The rooms are large and comfortable. The location is fairly quiet. The breakfast has a large selection of items. Staff can be friendly and helpful when needed.

This hotel was very accommodating on short notice of stay. I called at roughly 9:45PM and was expecting them to be full but they a small variety of rooms available. I was able to reserve one over the phone and had a king bed and couch available to me in the room. Rooms are large and clean, shower has great water pressure which is much appreciated after 15 hours on the road. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would recommend this hotel as a good spot to stay .

Shower had excellent water flow compared to other Hotels we have patronized. Room was fine and very clean. Bed was Great, we stayed 4-nights. Breakfast was free and we now know why, quality was quite poor. There are several places for breakfast nearby. Staff was very pleasant. We would stay here again if in the area.

THis is our third time staying at this hotel for 5+ days. Has all the services you need. Pool, Exercise Room, plenty of parking and a great breakfast. Rooms were clean and housekeeping does a great job. Can't say enough about the place !

The hotel met most of our expectations. The staff were very helpful and able to accommodate our very early check-in at noon. The room was good except the washroom was small for 4 adults trying to get changed. It was great to see fresh fruit salad at breakfast.

This is a very quiet, very clean and comfortable hotel in the middle of Langley. Staff was friendly and helpful, the bed was good, the internet quick and the breakfast warm and tasty. We will stay her again when we are next in Langley

We spent 3 days here and they were really great to deal with. The hotel is clean and well organized. We didn't use the pool, but it looked pretty good. It has a Ricki's restaurant and lounge that is ok, but is close to some great restaurants. Staff were very helpful and gave us late checkout with no hesitation.

Very well kept hotel with a nice restaurant/bar attached. Seems to be in a nice upscale area. I was impressed with the full kitchenette furnishings - pans, bowls, plates, silverware, two burner electric stove top.

1 Location Since it is faced to 2 big roads of Langley, the access is great. There's a supermarket called Safeway just couple of blocks ahead. You could even walk there, maybe 15 minutes on foot. The restaurant by the hotel was good. 2 Breakfast Okay. But I wanted some more vegetables. You may grab some food in the breakfast room and bring it back to your room and eat. That way you don't have to eat in a crowded room. 3 Accommodation Nicely cleaned. The kitchen was bit small, but still useful. I had some trouble with the Wi-Fi connection. I had to re-connect every 10 minutes. As other comments say, the slamming sounds are noisy. I was staying on the ground floor, and I could hear the floor creaking, which was annoying. There is a laundry room on the second floor. Also gym and spa on the ground floor.

We had a very pleasant stay. The staff were great, The restaurant attached and their staff were friendly and efficient as well. We chose the Best Western because of it's location and easy access to friends in the area.

I had a Wonderful stay for the most part. Checked in on the Night of Aug 20th, front desk lady was very welcoming and helpful and was happy to answer all my questions. She was also rather quick at checking me in which was great! Unfortunately i did not sleep very well as the bed was a bit saggy, also the floor did not seem to be vacuumed very well (Cookie crumbs).

A very pleasant room, but the interior doors did not block out any sound. The sound of doors slamming in the hall woke me early in the morning! There needs to be some soundproofing done. Breakfast was okay, but could use some healthier alternatives for the pastries.

We've been staying at Best Western Plus Langley Inn for the past 16 years whenever we visit the Lower Mainland. We LOVE the clean rooms, the excellent and amazing (and FREE) breakfasts, the proximity to shopping, restaurants, and tourist destinations, and the "quieter" feel to visiting the city. In addition, this location has an excellent indoor pool, access to the second floor via an elevator, an attached restaurant that has great food and service, and the staff within the Hotel are always so pleasant and friendly! Quite honestly, this is one of the BEST Best Westerns we have utilized and we've visited several!

I stayed here for 12 nights on business. Very clean room! Very friendly staff. Would welcome this hotel - very convenient location - close to big box stores! Stay here - you will love it! Very safe area and easy to get to hwy #10 and hwy #1.

The service was excellent and the room very clean and comfortable. There was minimal hallway noise. The breakfast room is an adequate size and hot food options were available. The location is central with easy access to the freeway and Fraser Highway.

Quick overnight stay to begin our trip, but staff was attentive and helpful - especially with directions. Good dining recommendations. Breakfast was good variety, tasty and well-managed as they were dealing with an entire sports team all arriving for breakfast at once.

Stayed there for 4 nights. Very nice and clean, comfortable beds. Free parking, wifi, daily breakfast are all a huge plus. Quiet neighborhood about 40 min from the downtown Vancouver, or the ferry to Victoria. Traffic was never an issue. Definitely recommending!

Hotel check in was friendly and helpful, it took no time to get to our room. The room was modern, clean and very spacious, love having a sofa and kitchenette. The bathroom had been updated and was a pleasure to use a new facility. In the morning we enjoyed a hot breakfast of eggs, potatoes, and waffles. If you are a light eater you have choices of yogurt, fruit, or just bagels, toast, and cereal either way you are well looked after. This will not be my first visit to this hotel I will return. 'HEY' a free cookie upon arrival speaks volumes : )

The rooms are clean and spacious. Ample breakfast buffet included with make your own waffles. Friendly and helpful staff. Pool, spa, fitness area and on premise resturant. Free parking. I question the wisdom of divider in Langley roads makes it a challenge to drive around. Hotel is fine and a great value vs downtown.

Everything about the hotel was good, the room with the kitchenette was a good size; the pool and hot tub were clean and the water warm/hot; and breakfast and parking were included! I would stay here again but I would request an upper level room as the guests walking around their room above our room woke us up each morning.

We enjoyed our stay here, the suite is very roomy. Everything was perfect. Very clean, friendly, Pool etc was clean. Breakfast was fresh, staff is friendly, fresh baked cookies everyday at 3PM was nice too. I highly recommend this hotel and will stay here again.

Booked with a group rate and wanted to change the booking to check out early, ONE DAY EARLY. The front desk lady was absolutely not helpful at all. She was cut and dry and didn't even want to look further into any options for me, it was just NO! You can't cancel or get any refund for any nights not stayed. She said "did you not read the policy" I was the one that had to explain some potential options that might work. She just continued to say NO! I tried to explain that I wanted to change my flights to get back home early to my family and she said "you can leave however you still will get charged anyways, it's up to you". I mean it is Friday and I was suppose to leave Sunday. I was just asking to checkout one day early. And it was a NO! How disappointing. No customer service skills at all. Will not return.

Rooms were clean and spacious. The beds were nice and firm. Luckily the fitness room wasn't used by many guests otherwise it might have felt a little bit crowded. A great place for families or large groups to stay.

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights as we were in the area for medical appointments for my daughter. The staff were all very pleasant to deal with and the room was comfortable. We hadn't stayed in Langley before as it is farther from the hospitals we deal with but I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Long trip, started to keep an eye out for a place to spend the night and there it was and only two rooms left. Worked for us. Clean, friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast area can be a very busy place so go early. Everything about this place is typical Best Western, i.e., very good.

Great location to Stadium and mall. Clean and comfortable rooms and hotel. Best continental breakfast we have experienced! Lots of assortment and constantly stocked and refreshed. Would definitely recommend to anyone. Staff was pleasant and courteous. Didn't use the pool or dine at restaurant at hotel. Was a quick 2 night stay.

A comfortable place to stay - particularly when upgraded to a king suite. The room was also nice and quiet, which is a great plus. Loved the daily cookies. Breakfast was OK, but very tight when lots of guests accessing room at the same time - plus layout is not ideal for access to corner where cutlery and many food items were located. Fortunately there was overflow seating in a nearby room. I am not a fan of showers over the bathtub, which are awkward to get in/out of.

Excellent all the way around. Easy check in, great breakfast and afternoon cookies to take the edge off. Efficiency units to store food, beverage and cook. As with most Best Western hotels the room are clean and the decor is fine. it is a good location is you are visiting the Langley area. This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel and all conveniences are there.A Ricky's Restaurant is also on site if you want a more substantial breakfast.

Very clean and comfortable. Those were the main things, after that service was very great, the breakfast was a perfect start to my day. and the hot tub was a nice way to wind down. Thank you for the hospitality!

Hotel options in this area are pretty limited so if you have to be here this best western is s pretty good option. The hotel is clean, staff are friendly and service is good. The room amenities are good and they seem like they have been recently updated. The fitness room is small, but the equipment is modern. Room rates were reasonable.

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. Check in was quick and the service friendly and accomodating. There were fresh cookies but we thought we would grab a couple after our dinner. Unfortunately when we returned they had run out of cookies so grab them when you can. We do not recommend Ricky's restaurant. Terrible food but the Olive Garden is amazing which is close by. Room was immaculately clean. Not one hair found in the bathroom and I was looking. Only 1 shampoo, conditioner & cream provided so if you have family of 4 you will need to ask for more. Cleaning staff very friendly and gave us more than we needed. Actually all the staff were so friendly. Even the staff in the breakfast buffet always said hi. Impressed with breakfast buffet. Had a large variety of stuff and even a fruit bowl. Had "to go" coffee cups and lids which was a bonus. Small area for eating but they open up a room across the hall for extra seating. As other reviews said, parking area big but the stalls are so small. You need to be careful not to hit the other car as you open up your door. Because we had 2 rooms sometimes we got our key cards mixed up and had to get more cards made up. The hotel staff very friendly and accomodating. The wifi was great and it auto connected whenever you left and came back. Bonus!!! I would definately stay here again.

We stayed here for one night arriving late so didn't really explore the area. It was just far enough away from the highway to be quiet - we asked for quiet room and were given 223 which met the bill. Room was a typical Best Western room - comfortable beds and clean. Breakfast served on second floor - hit and cold options available which were included in our room rate. Check in was great - very friendly and accommodating. Car park was large enough but as other reviewers have pointed out the spaces are on the right side. Nicely out of Vancouver to head for Kamloops so we didn't get hit with rush hour traffic. Very happy with our choice of the BW Langley. Didn't sample leisure facilities.

This hotel is close to the border and keeps you away from the Vancouver pick hours traffic. The place is clean, modern, the staff very friendly and accommodating. The area is quite at night, breakfast decent... A keeper :)

The hotel has abundant parking in front but some of the spaces are on the small side. They have a very nice lobby that features a large electric fireplace by the entry. We were upgraded to a business king as diamond select members and the room was wonderfully large and well decorated. Our bed was comfortable and the room was very clean. I liked that the room included a sliding window that could be opened for fresh air. We had a refrigerator in the room but no microwave. Cookies are available every night and they even make more if they ran out which is unusual. I asked if there was a microwave available for guests to use and I was allowed to use one in the housekeeping room. This was a cluttered room full of lots of items needed to take care of the guest rooms and was not the best situation. I appreciated being allowed to use the microwave but hotel staff should look for other options to have a microwave for their guests. Breakfast was very congested. Many items you need (utensils, coffee creamers, sugar) are in the corner and people have a difficult time getting to items because everyone seems to want something from here. The hotel needs to look at redistribution items and putting less small items in the corner. Perhaps the coffee and juice dispensers could be placed here instead?? A Canadian Volkssport Assoc Walk starts from here that gives you a nice opportunity to take a 10KM walk through town. Just ask for the Walk Box.

We attended Volkssport convention which was held at Coast Hotel but which had no rooms available. This Best Western is 15 minute walking distance to convention and casino. Very nice hotel - only negative comments are that there is no grab bar in shower/tub and tub bottom is a little slippery. Free breakfast has healthy options. Free cookies are brought out to lobby in the afternoon.

The Hotel was average but in saying that quite comfortable. The service was excellent and staff went out of their way to make our stay pleasant and addressed all of our needs. Many of us were from out of town attending a wedding. The staff went above and beyond when they saw we had a visitor with a very large wheelchair which we would have had trouble visiting with in our room. An alternate room was give supplied upon request for no additional charge. It was so much appreciated by all of us.

Not sure honestly if I am reviewing the same place as many of the other reviews - or if I have just become so picky that I have a completely different experience! I travel a ton for work so that is likely the case. However I have to say, the location (for where I was working) was ideal and based on the reviews, I thought it would be ok. It's not a place I'd ever go back to. Very old and dingy rooms (I thought I had also read on their webiste that they just updated their rooms??...clearly not the case). The walls (and ceilings!!) are paper thin and noise travels like wildfire in there. It was a brutal night's unrest for me. I even wear earplugs and the noise was still excessive. Even noise above me when the room clearly checked in - I could literally hear every single footstep, it was ridiculous. I had requested as quiet/remote a room as possible and if this was it, I'm sad to say it doesn't bode well. Definitely just not my kind of place. Maybe it's better for families, etc.

This Best Western in one of the most friendly and comfortable Inns I have stayed in. Even though there is no microwave in the rooms there is a mini fridge and coffee machine. I have been staying there for the last 4 years, 7 times a year and usually 2 days with my five grandchildren. It's close to down town. The staff will go the extra mile to ensure we have a good stay. They have recently added a larger gym with more equipment, but kept the old smaller one off the pool. The beds are comfortable and the continental breakfast out does most other places.

Clean, friendly, accommodating. Attentive and thoughtful staff. Slightly unclean (litter) flower beds. Could use door from room to access outdoors (benches) for smokers. Could use a noise barrier (wall or bushes) due to traffic noises.

This hotel was clean, quiet and comfortable. The breakfast incuded both hot and cold options and the fruit/yogourt/oatmeal choices were yummy! We also enjoyed the pool and hot tub several times. We would have used a microwave if we had had one in our room but we did have a frig. which was very handy.

If you have work to do in Langley. I would recommend this location. It is convenient and a good value. I have stayed here twice for business and have reservations to stay again for my next meetings. The breakfast is average but included so why complain. Lots of carbs.

My husband and I had booked online, and when we got there, it was quick and easy to get our room. The room was great, beds were comfortable, the staff was pleasant, and the breakfast was decent. It sure saved having to find another place to go have breakfast, which is why I partly lean towards a Best Western, as their breakfasts are nice.

I stated at this property for 3 nights while my wife was having surgery in a nearby hospital. The rooms were clean and comfortable. I stayed in a room with queen bed and sitting area, that were separated by the bathroom. It was fairly tight getting around, but overall functional. Great restaurants and shopping are nearby. Front desk staff were very friendly. I would stay there again, but would ask for a little larger room.

Great staff, amenities were not so good with broken items analogue TV's, lack of channels or movie channels. Kids in other rooms can easily be heard. Parking was good. Hallways were noisy. Rooms were clean.

Only one night, but it was quiet and the room, a semi-suite (my words) worked out well with a husband that tends to get up about 5:30am. Breakfast was plentiful, hot and tasty. I would stay there again on my way to/from Vancouver Island and home in the Okanagan.

Enjoyable stay- great staff, great room and hotel has that you need. Breakfast comes with the room and it is more than satisfactory given it is 'free' with your stay there. You'd pay pretty much the same if not more without the offer of the breakfast- so given the hotel is all you need as far as having a clean room to crash plus the bonus of breakfast-it is a deal in this day and age.

This hotel is close to downtown and easy access. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast that was included was well stocked, variety and fresh items available. The room was clean and had a very nice view.

My stay at this hotel was a good experience. The staff were very helpful, the rooms were very comfortable, and being able to have breakfast before I set out for the day was a big plus. The location of the hotel is very central to what I was in BC for. I would stay here again.

I will be back, enjoyed everything, relaxed visit which is what I needed, good restaurant which I enjoyed a good meal as often as I could. Other members of the conference and friends also stayed there and all of us enjoyed our time together and enjoyed the atmosphere of the motel and the helpful staff, in all areas of the motel.

The Best Western Langley is ideally located if having business or staying for pleasure in the area. The staff are professional and conscientious. Very helpful. The parking lot is secure. The rooms are quiet and exceptionally clean. Beds are very comfortable and I except this from Best Western. Breakfast is average for Best Western. The pool, hot tub and exercise room looked clean. We did not use it. I would definitely stay here again should the situation present itself.

We found this hotel to be very easy to find, had lots of lighted parking. The staff was cheerful, helpful and seemed eager to answer any questions we had. The room was clean, beds comfortable, and everything worked. The breakfast was good with a great selection. Overall we were happy and would stay here again.

I was quite pleased with this little motel. It was clean friendly up dated the beds were comfortable. The continental breakfast were amazing and included omelettes, waffles hard-boiled eggs, muffins, coffee orange juice, yogurt, etc. also the customer service in the dining room was excellent. Also I had a call from the front desk asking if everything in the room was to my liking. This is a affordable motel with a five star attitude. A+++

Once again the service was excellent and the room was cozy. The location is perfect for us. The excellent complimentary breakfast fit our needs and was very convenient. We thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub. The internet was a little slow accessing but once we got it working it was fine. We have no complaints at all with our stay.

I found check in and check out to be super fast...the staff was super friendly too :) Our room was very cozy..I forgot we had a kitchenette in our room !!! I'm glad we did as I found the hours for the continental breakfast to be too short. We aren't early risers and found the hours of 6:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. not workable for us. It was nice to make our food in our room and wear our jammies :) The bed was very comfortable. My husband and I slept very well. When we called for some sugar packets for my husband's coffee, someone brought them to us extremely quickly. This location is close to so many things !!! Restaurants, shopping etc. We will absolutely stay here again when we plan on being in Langley

The room was very clean and we'll cares for. Nice TV sitting room and amenities. The breakfast was excellent and is advertised as a Continental breakfast but is truly more as it has eggs , sausage and other hot items.

Hotel is centrally located and offered complimentary breakfast with a decent selection. Rooms were clean and spacious and included a mini kitchenette (microwave, fridge, stovetop, sink, cookware and serveware) in the standard rooms. The friendly staff always made a point to greet us and also offered complimentary Otis Spunkmeyer cookies at the front desk each evening!

Large, clean room, friendly helpful staff, comfy bed and furniture, excellent breakfast. Central location. We used our points and stayed for free, such a bonus. Overall a very positive experience, would definitely stay here again.

My husband and I stayed here to be near for big family reunion. Everything was clean and neat, desk staff very responsive and helpful to all requests. Busy place this family weekend, especially the breakfast! with loads of youth teams staying here,,,but the food was simple but plentiful. Good "base" if you need a place to stay for doing other things in the area.

The Hotel is in excellent shape. Recently renovated.I had a very good stay. The employee were help full. Room were good. Bed were comfy. Breakfast was great. They change the choices in breakfast everyday, so it was nice. will definitely stay here again.

The Best Western in Langley is a nice hotel, modern, clean large room with a comfortable king size bed and the staff were very hospitable. A bit tricky getting into from the intersection but okay. Breakfast is included and it had the standard fare. Good value for the night and it has an adjoining Ricky's restaurant for convenience.

Upon arriving late in the evening at this Best Western in Langley, we were greeted by staff awaiting our arrival. Great night's sleep, helpful staff, friendly at breakfast. Kindly gave us requested extra supplies such as towels and more shampoo. Upon leaving we realized we left a special stuffy behind. The staff thoroughly searched and found our stuffy and is currently sending it to us, all with plenty of friendliness and I never felt like I was putting someone out. My only complaint is I would like to see healthier options at breakfast and better coffee :)

We stayed two nights. The staff was very friendly, the room was clean. I thought the bed was a little too firm and the pillows were a little too soft. Being a pet friendly hotel, the room next door had a dog that barked one night. The heating unit kept coming on every few minutes for just a few seconds - that was very annoying at night. When someone from a neighboring room comes or goes, the doors close very loudly. The breakfast wasn't impressive, but was ok and there were a lot of choices. Our room had a kitchenette which was very handy. One thing that would be helpful is a list of TV stations. We also ordered from the restaurant and the food was excellent.

I need a better hot food for breakfast, the waffle maker did not work well. It would be nice to have bacon or sausages for breakfast along with hash potatoes. Seating area was very good, layout of the buffet was fine. too bad the waffle was sticky, there were children who wished for waffes. Perhaps another waffle maker can be available?

Hotel works well for us. They allow our dog and are very kind. Rooms are clean and fairly quiet. This hotel is located near stores, malls and restaurants. Decent selection of breakfast items and great coffee.

My wife and I stayed at the Best Western Langley Inn for 4 days in late December 2015. We booked a Business Room and were checked into Room 242. This room is located at the end of the hall close to the Conference Room and next to the Breakfast Room. The real problem with this room is that it is directly above the pool and there is a very distinctive sound/vibration in the room from the pool's filtration system. The hotel had limited housekeeping staff of the Christmas period and thus had no other 'made up' Business Rooms available. They moved us to a twin queen room for one night. I must admit the hotel staff did their very best given the limited options available to them. Thank you. The following day we were moved to Room 245 on the other side of the hall from our original room. The sound/vibration from the filtration system was much less than that experienced in Room 242, the only reason I was able to discern it was because I had spent a whole sleepless night listening to it. The other challenge with the Business Room was that the king size bed was only about 12" from the wall on the one edge (see photo). Also in the morning the floors creak and you can hear everyone walk past the room to the Breakfast Room. Room suggestions would be no to stay in any room between and including 240 to 245. Try to stay in the very eastern most Business Rooms. All in all a reasonable hotel located by the Langley Bypass, so very easy to get anywhere from the hotel.

We were so pleased with our stay here. The room was spotless, the kitchenette was stocked with everything you could possibly need, the bed was comfortable and the continental breakfast was satisfying. I wish all hotels, including the 5 star brands, followed this business model.

The staff at this hotel went out of their way to accommodate my business needs for this trip. Upon arrival the 'extras' that I had requested were in place. The room was clean and appropriately appointed. At little traffic noise was noticeable but expected because of its convenient location.

This is an exceptional hotel with real quality all of the way around. Great service and beautiful rooms with very comfortable beds. Great location with access to everything needed. Great breakfast. The staff is helpful and attentive and professional.

Have stayed here several times before, and once again were totally pleased with the experience. Large comfortable and quiet room on the top floor. Very clean and good amenities. A welcome surprise, actual wine glasses in the room. (I hate those paper cups). Pool and spa area was also very clean and welcome after a long drive. Did not use the exercise room, but equipment looked sufficient and good quality. The breakfast in the morning was probably one of the best in a B/W that we have had. Good choices of hot food. A real breakfast. I can't forget about the front desk. Helpful, cheerful and efficient. Could not ask for more. Will definitely stay there again.

Great value clean, fast check in and check out, quiet. Good size rooms and clean. Deep baths for soaking. Has a ABC family restaurant attached for decent food. I would recommend if staying in Langley, close to everything, safe and quite.

We have stayed previously, is in a perfect location for us to see family. Great shopping in Langley as well. Very nice updating on the outer building. Wonderful warm greeting and check in experience was excellent and quick. Our room was super clean and had modern updates. Nice bathroom amenity line, plush feeling and clean towels. The bed was very comfortable as well. Our only beef is that the shower pressure and temperature would not regulate - yes, THAT experience of going from scalding to freezing a couple of times during the shower. Which I do not expect at any hotel. This can and should be attended to. Great breakfast with all you could need, good coffee too. Lovely and kind breakfast attendant also. With the awesome location, service levels, amenities (though no time to use the pool) ample parking, great breakfast, and clean comfy sleep - we will always be back here. Just make my shower stay at the temp and pressure I set it at! Thank you BW!

We've stayed at best westerns before and we were happy with the price the rooms and service. The other day we weren't sure if we were staying the night, so we asked one nice lady how much and if they had many rooms. They had lots she said and a good price with BCAA. So we came back about an hour later to another lady, who wasn't as friendly from the beginning. Filled everything out then relized I forgot my pin on my credit card (because I never use it) and had to call to get it changed. I was on hold for like 5 min with the bank, then they were wispering to each other and the not so nice lady said try quality inn they might take cash there. I just said no it's ok I'm just still on hold shouldn't be much longer and finally get threw to find out I have to go to a machine to change the pin. So I told them we just have to go to the bank to change the pin and she got all weird and said that oh well your room might not be available when you come back, and we were confused and said we just heard you had lots of rooms. She said no we just booked most of them, and we offered her a cash deposit to hold the room while we went to the bank and she said no it had to be a credit card, which she wasn't even really nice about it. So we went to he bank which took only 10 min, came back and they said oh we just booked the last rooms. Oh and there was only 5 cars in the parking lot including ours. I am so confused on why all of a sudden the rooms were booked, why we couldn't leave a cash deposit to hold the room after leaving all our info in the first place and could have been nicer about it. Seemed like they didn't believe the credit card was ours or something. Then to top it all off we called later that night to see if they had rooms and they did! We are so confused and upset that we will never stay at a best western again and will definitely be telling everyone else about our experience there too.

I was very pleased with my stay at the Best Western Plus in Langley. The room was very comfortable, spacious, clean and quiet. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The continental breakfast was above average, and the hostesses were very friendly and helpful. The front desk staff were very pleasant and helpful as well. The food at the attached restaurant was excellent and reasonably priced. The wait staff were professional and friendly. I will definitely stay again.

Enjoyed our stay with Best Western again. Would definitely stay there again. Breakfasts were good, lots of selection. Fairly central location for our trip this time. Good rate the rooms. Ricki's restaurant next door had good food as well.

We were looking for a hotel for an anniversary night away and chose this one for its proximity to the Casino in Langley. The entryway is a bit tricky to find off Glover and we accidentally drove into the wrong parking lot first. (Apparently this happens a lot!) Once arrived - everything was smooth and clear. We didn't get a chance to try out the pool/hot tub, but the morning breakfast was a treat. There was fresh cut fruit, bagels/English muffins/toast, a waffle maker and hot sausages, hash browns and scrambled eggs. Our (King) room was spacious and we were easily able to manipulate the heat/air conditioning. It was a very comfortable sleep!

we stayed for a quick overnight trip to pick up our daughter from trinity western and took my parents with us to tour langley and the university. the best western offered a university discount as well as it is located centerally only 5 mins from the school and right in the best area of langley for access to restaurants and shopping. Our room had a queen bed sofa desk and suprisingly a kitchenette with microwave fridge and two burner range top along with a few pots pans and cooking utensils. The room was clean and well kept with no wear and tear. The continental brk was located on second floor from 630-930 and had hot and cold choices plus juice coffee tea etc. the breakfast girl was very pleasant and helpful even offering to bring my elderly father whom uses a walker a plate of food.check out was fast and easy will definetly come back.

Overall a good place to stay, central location if you have business throughout the Lower Mainland and Fraser Valley, clean and comfortable rooms. Try to get a room facing away from the parking lot as traffic noise from Glover Road and Hwy. 10 can get noisy during early commuting hours. Couple of suggestions for them to consider: They do not have any recycling containers in the rooms and really should consider adding them so recyclables don't end up in the garbage. Guest will more likely separate items if the proper containers are provided. The room door dampers need to be adjusted so they don't slam the doors shut so loudly, I was awoken several times by early departing/late arriving guests when their room doors slammed shut after them.

Booked BW+ in Langley as we wanted to check out Fort Langley and local antique stores! Our experience was positive as the Front Desk Reception started the stay off with their pleasant, friendly WELCOME! The unit was clean and even provided an extra area/space to sit and relax or, watch TV. Shower facilities were top-drawer as that is one of my priorities in rating accomodations! Yeah, I know, kind of hokey but I do enjoy my showers immensely after a day of touring, or, whatever! Location was excellent as we were central do downtown Langley as well as minutes from Fort Langley. Room was comfortable and quiet with litlle to zero road noise. Amazing that we had never been to Fort Langley given that we have visited Langley itself many times! Given the quality of our unit, the pricing was very reasonable at $98+taxes! Parking was very good as we parked just below our room and entry to the Inn was very close & convenient! And, there were no parking fees! A nice added touch for me was the complimentary cookies provided at the Front Desk! Very tasty! Speaking of tasty, thought we might take in a local Asian restaurant but was not to be as they were fully booked so we decided to go to the Inn's restaurant as an alternative. We were pleasantly surprised at the quality of meal and the excellent service provided by the staff. Definitely recomment giving the restaurant a visit! Overall rating for our stay at the Best Western Plus Langley Inn would be a 9/10!

Everything was so clean with bedding crisp and fresh. The beds were so very comfortable, we all slept very well. Great to find such a great place that accepted our dog because we don't believe in leaving a member of our family in a kennel. Best of all - very friendly staff!

While the hotel is on a very busy highway and not the best area for staying with dogs, the staff was very friendly. The room was a bit small, tv channels were better than some other hotels but not great and with no guide to see what was on... We were on the main floor and right beside the parking lot. Some small things like there were no napkins or paper towels or any little extras that would be appreciated. No bath matt? We were there because our dog needed to see a specialist so it wasn't a vacation but I just wasnt too impressed..And I am not sure if on the second day the dishes should be washed or replaced BUT I suggest they should be replaced. I don't want to wonder how the person washed my dishes so replace them. Very comfortable beds I should say also. Again, very friendly staff..

Came back to hotel after meeting with family members for birthday party. Needed to cool off and a 45 minute swim in the small pool Good morning breakfast in the breakfast room and Maria really wanted all her guests to be happy. Front Desk Staff were new and very responsive to our personal needs.

WHAT A STAY ! We stayed here for 11 nights on business (4 rooms) and can't say enough about this place. CLEAN, COMFORTABLE and SUPERIOR SERVICE. From the moment we checked in, to the moment we checked out, we were always greeted with smiles by all the staff (Front Desk, Housekeeping and mostly, breakfast room attendant). The breakfast offered here was always stocked, always fresh, and delicious. The young lady working there does a terrific job of keeping the place clean and she's a delight every morning, asking if there's anything else we required, etc. Can't say enough about the service here, this place has it. Quiet, with nice touches, such as on site laundry, indoor pool, business centre. It was certainly a great place to call "home" while we were away from home for 11 days.

This is always my favourite hotel to stay in while on Tour - the rooms are extremely clean - comfortable and quiet! There is free wifi and a great breakfast in the morning. Great location with easy access to the highway

A nice comfortable hotel with comfortable beds. Nice to have a restaurant in the hotel - handy, but disappointed that no room service was available. The complimentary breakfast is so/so - compared to free breakfasts offered at competing hotels, this one is somewhat mediocre - especially compared to outstanding free breakfast offered at the Best Western Plus in Revelstoke. However, the free cookies offered each night are absolutely delicious - a definite plus

Our room was on the second floor in the corridor close to the breakfast area. Since it was a weekend, I thought it would be noisy from quests going to breakfast but it was very quiet. The bed was very comfortable. The room was spacious and clean and had all the amenities we needed including 2 wine glasses. We opened the little windows for a nice breeze instead of using the A/C. During our first evening, the staff quickly attended to a problem with the hot tub being too hot. Subsequent trips to the hot tub were very relaxing. The continental breakfast provided a varied selection including waffles, eggs, and bacon or sausages, plus a range of other items e.g. toast, pastries, cereal, yogurt, and fruit. Each afternoon there were cookies available at the front desk which was a nice touch and perfect for an afternoon snack. All staff were very pleasant and helpful. Guest coin laundry machines were available. We'll be staying here again.

Stayed here for 2 nights - the rooms were clean and updated and had all of the amenities that you would expect and more. The staff were friendly and efficient, and the breakfast was good - better than most continental breakfasts. The pool was great for the kids, however the workout area is tiny and not very usable. Overall a nice stay.

We enjoyed our stay, the rooms were great and the beds were comfy ,the pool was clean and very modern, and the fitness room was too At the restaurant the food was excellent the children loved the experience,And the complimentery breakfast bar was a wonderful surprise, waffles eggs sausage Danish cereal yogurt,many choices best free breakfast ever

We arrived and everything was ready for us, we were showing our dog at the dog show. Great room with 2 queen size beds, linens were fresh, bed was very comfortable and they have amazing pillows. Very clean.

The staff is great and very accommodating. I always request a specific area and they are always happy to oblige. The rooms are clean and comfortable. It is our hotel of choice when travelling in this area.

We had a wedding, so we booked several rooms. Our rooms were nice and clean, bed comfortable. Bring your own movies to watch. I think this was only TV service. We had a small fridge in the room. Breakfast was good and free. If you feel like having something else, there is an ABC restaurant attached to the hotel. There is also a Tim Hortons accross the street, inside of the Shell gas station. Staff was good, but I think the girl that helped me was new and almost double charge me for one of the rooms. Other than that this place is great. 5 minutes away from stores and golf course.

4 nights at this hotel and the whole experience was terrific. Staff was always friendly, knowledgeable, WIFI important to us and it was fast and reliable. Room was ready early when we needed it, it was clean and very comfortable. I will stay here again and would definitely recommend it! Has a complimentary hot breakfast that was very nice.

I made sure to take heed of the other reviewer's tips to ask for a room away from the elevators and breakfast room. They gave me 219 at the back overlooking an empty parking lot and a college in the distance? The room was very clean and furnishings all in excellent condition. It was a warm day so I used the AC which cooled the room down nicely. Traffic noise was fine- I only really heard it when I opened the window. It had 2 queen beds and a "kitchenette" right next to one bed. Wouldn't want to uses the stovetop as it would probably smell up the room. Microwave and kettle, coffee maker and fridge were used. Also had plates and cutlery which was great. Pots, pans and dish rack too. Enjoyed the soaker tub and shower. Didn't use hot tub and pool but they looked nice enough. Bed was comfortable. TV could use a few more channels but was a nice new flat screen. Enjoyed the complimentary breakfast. You can make your own waffle which is fun. Lots of choices: sausages, scrambled and hard boiled eggs, cereal, fruit salad, yogurt, bakery items, juice, coffee, hot chocolate, tea. I give it an A for variety and very well looked after by hardworking staff. All the front desk staff were excellent which really makes all the difference. The cleaning staff were very pleasant as well making it a welcoming and relaxing experience all round. Stayed for 2 nights - Friday & Saturday and was pleased that there weren't any noisy neighbours near me. I could very clearly hear some guests in their rooms as I walked down the hallway but they were probably very close to their door and laughing loudly. All in all I'm very pleased with my choice to stay here and would recommend it to other travellers.

We had a great family experience and enjoyed everything about our stay. The location is great! Helpful staff and a great selection at the breakfast buffet! This is by far my favorite Best Western experience.

We always stay at this particular hotel because we have an old dog and she travels with us. The hotel is always clean and smells fresh - would never know dogs are in rooms! Staff is friendly and helpful.

This is the second time I stayed at this property. The hotel has had some upgrades over the years and the rooms are nice. It is a quiet place. There is not much for amenities such as shopping or restaurants with in a short walking distance. The hotel does have a Pantry restaurant on site. I would stay here again in a pinch just based on location.
