"Surprising Small Town Experience."

We came to Kenedy for my Wife's Class Reunion, we had never stayed at this particular Hotel and were pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness and amenities. Rooms were nice size and clean. Breakfast was good and Staff were very pleasant, helpful and friendly. I even spoke with the Owner who was standing outside and had a very nice conversation with him.

I've stayed in just about every local hotel and this is the only one in Kenedy or KC where I have zero Verizon service. I asked the front desk if moving rooms would help and they said no and blamed Verizon. The room had a very odd sweet smell...we left after one night and I won't be staying here again, mainly due to no cell service. Breakfast was quite good, which is a plus.

very clean and friendly staff. We plan to visit in the future. Very quiet hotel. They have wi fi and cable. Its a non smoking hotel which is very nice. The staff does a great job of making you feel welcome.

The staff members were all professional and polite. Our only unresolved problem is that despite the help from two staff members we were never able to use the TV properly. Otherwise, our stay was very good.

I enjoy staying at the Best Western in Kenedy, TX when I am there on business. I used to stay at another hotel, but have discovered that this hotel provides the BEST customer service - I appreciate always having a warm welcome and if I ever have a concern or a question it's handled immediately. The room is always tip-top, the location is convenient to everything (even adjacent to a Wal-Mart), and the room is very comfortable. Plus the price is right - very reasonable.

"Oilfield vacation!"

Every thing was great! The hotel was also used by other oilfield families which made it nore comfortable. The employees were extremely nice and helpful! The beds were amazing and it was nice to be able to set the room thermostat and a very low temperature, to work with my health condition.

It was good, the rooms were nice, location was good. Lobby was clean, and staff was attentive. The breakfast was really good and they had more than enough for our entire family to eat quickly. We will stay here if needed in the future.

Nice place, no complaints. Clean, appears brand new. No complaints except two conditioners, and no shampoo, and the TV remote didn't work very well. That's the worst I can say about the place. Front desk help very nice.

Very pleasant hotel to stay when you are in the area. I have stay at one time for 9 months at this same hotel and had no problems and was very satisfied. I is very comfortable, it not home but very close. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Check was quick and check out no problems and very quick.

This was my first stay at the Best Western Plus in Kenedy. I was very pleased with my stay. The staff was very friendly and attentive to the guest needs. My room was extremely clean and comfortable! I would highly recommend this hotel! I will stay here again. Thank you staff for excellent service!

I literally had one of the best hotel experiences at this Best Western Plus!!!! Everyone I talked to on the staff was extremely sweet and professional!! You could tell that the management takes pride in all their staff exhibiting the most friendly service ever. Everyone went out of their way to assist me and my friends and other guests in anything they (we) needed! The rooms were very nice and really clean. The continental breakfast was delicious!! The Hotel is located within walking distance of a few restaurants and stores. I would highly recommend staying here if you're looking for a place with great service.

Stayed here recently on a business trip. Chain hotels in smaller towns typically have better service than their larger town counterparts. This one is no exception to that idea. The staff is among the most prompt I have dealt with. Extremely quick with extending the duration of my stay over the phone prior to my arrival. This Best Western's management is very professional and clearly take pride in their service. As many others have stated, they do much more for the customer than what their corporate requires them to. My stay here was a pleasant break from the typical mediocre service of many chain hotels. Additionally, the location of the hotel is highly convenient, within a very short walking distance of a Walmart and Domino's Pizza. Would recommend this location to anyone wanting great service at a very competitive price.

Excellent hotel, service, and value....very clean and new. The staff is very friendly and professional. They have a full continental breakfast that is pretty yummy! It's within walking distance of Super Wall Mart and Liquor store.

We had a large number of people needing rooms for a wedding on January 30, 2016. The hotel worked with us throughout the booking process for several months. They communicated with us regularly to give updates on new bookings. It ended up we booked the entire hotel for our guests! Pam and Ram were excellent to work with and really went the extra mile to make this glorious event perfect! From assigning rooms ahead of time to placing our "welcome bags" into each guest's room, they made sure things went smoothly. Thank you so much for making all of our stays perfect!

friendly staff, very clean, super accommodating, breakfast was good, very close to stores, and the price was right. Our event required several of us to have rooms here and the staff was able to get us all on the same floor in the same nook it was perfect.

I stay in kenedy for many days. The rooms are clean and very good to stay. It is so like for business people to stay here and also a recommended place for every one to stay in bestwestern plus. It also has good customer service, good infrastructure and reasonable price for the rooms. I was extremely satisfied with the hotel and I really recommend other travellers to stay in this place.

I stay in Kenedy several nights a week for work. Prices have been inflated due to oil field boom. Now that prices have come down, I have gone back too this Best Western as offering very good value for the area. Convenient location, good staff, nice standard amenities. Rooms are comfortable with microwave, fridge, coffee, etc. Recommend this hotel in Kenedy area.

Clean, quiet, good lighting, N wifi, Ethernet, annoying network logon every few minutes, washer $2, dryer $1.50, pleasant staff, good price due to collapse of the oil business $80 + $10 tax, food and gasoline nearby, easy in/out and parking.

Excellent customer service, nice exterior and interior. Excellent value for the cost of the room. I was extremely satisfied with the overall experience. The room I was put in the TV wouldn't change channels with the remote or using the buttons on the side of the TV. After reporting this to the desk clerk and explaining that I couldn't change channels using the remote or the buttons on the side of the TV I was offered a different room which I accepted and the TV in that room worked like it should. Overall I was extremely satisfied with my stay there.

A little disappointing here. I have been a BW customer for years. This one, although new, smells like the surrounding oil fields. One of the male staff (manager? assistant manager?) was a little pushy and nosy, but harmless. It was clean. The ladies were very friendly and professional. I just don't think it was up to the usual BW standards.

new hotel but poorly managed.. used there ice machine for drinks and after getting ice, I noticed ice had brown specks in it. next morning after the ice melted there was lots of little specks in bucket.

"Great hotel, value, location"

I stayed 2 nights in Kenedy on business. I took full advantage of pool, exercise room, internet, breakfast. It is on par with higher rated hotels (I stayed at an Omni the previous week in San Antonio). My stay at Best Western Plus was comparable in comfort and convenience to a 4 star hotel Bed is very comfortable, nice furnishings, quiet room. I only booked for one night, but was so pleased I stayed 2nd night instead of going back to San Antonio
