"great wonderful staff"
On a quiet street near the interstate exist a wonderful hotel that listens to it's guest. Yes, it's true, they read ur request and do everything they can to fulfill your request. Welcoming check in, cold bottles of water, details are important quiet comfy beds, hot water, tv that works, and internet that doesn't kick u off all the time, fresh hot coffee, tea and breakfast complete the package. We arrived on the hottest day of the year and this wonderful person had already turned the air on in our room. refreshing pool and easy on and off make this an amazing hotel

"Good stop on our road trip. "
We stayed here on the 3rd night of our road trip. The hotel was clean and comfortable. The lady working the breakfast buffet in the morning was the best part of the stay. She talked with us about our travels and shared some of her experiences. She assisted an older man who needed an extra hand. It was a very pleasant way to start our long day. And the food was OK, too.
"Our Stay"
This location is a hidden gem! The Management Team that operates this property does a top notch job in almost all aspects of overseeing the motel! The staff are very cordial upon arrival and try to go out of their way to make sure that your stay goes well. The housekeeping staff does a great job. The hot breakfast they serve is a quick way to get a bite to eat. The pool is always maintained! The inside and outside of the property is maintained and makes for a nice appearance. We always stay at this property when we are back in Joliet!
"Nice stop before Chicago "
This Best Western is a convenient stop en route to Chicago. The room was large, clean and comfortable. Staff is attentive and courteous. Breakfast was okay but not up to the standards of other Best Westerns. Pillows were a little lumpy. But we'll stay here again.
"If you want to swim it's a go"
If you just want to use the pool that'll be fine, other then that the rooms are in desperate need of a deep cleaning and new beds! I was upset when I saw they had a new shower but the couch and beds were old and dirty. Main bed had a very old and used mattress that was sinking in and hard as rocks. For the price we paid you could stay at a holiday inn down the street or better. Staff was very nice and that ends there.

Thank you for your feedback and apologies for the inconvenience you had.
"Excellent Service and Room"
We stayed here on 4/10/2023 while traveling on Route 66. Room was very clean and staff were very helpful. No issues with anything. Would definitely recommend and stay again. The only downside was no bottled water supplied.
Trikam Patel, Owner at Best Western Joliet Inn & Suites, responded to this review
Thank you for your feedback, It was pleasure having you as our guest. We are sorry that you could not find bottle water. We do have a water fountain in the pool area and vending machines which have water in it. Thank you so much for staying with us.
"Recent Stay"
I know people have personal preference for their lodging when traveling but the Best Western located at Rt. 52 and I-55 is a rather good choice and the Management Team at this location goes the extra mile to provide a pleasant experience. This is our personal choice for staying while traveling to Joliet, Illinois.

"Displeased customer"
I booked two rooms for three nights (9/22, 9/23, 9/24) for myself, my sister and my daughter in order to be close to the hospital my mother was hospitalized at following a stroke. My mother was moved early in the morning of 9/24 to a hospice facility one hour away from Joliet, IL. I told the front desk staff this and stated I needed to abbreviate the stay at two nights, instead of three. I was told I had to deal with the 3rd party vendor (Booking.com). I was also refused a hard copy of a receipt when I checked out. My mother passed away on 9/26. I contacted Booking.com on 9/27. They inquired and informed me on 9/29 that the hotel would not issue a refund for the unused third night.
Trikam Patel, Owner at Best Western Joliet Inn & Suites, responded to this review
Thank you for your feedback and very sorry to hear about your mother. Unfortunately these third party bookings are non refundable and also they do not want us to give any receipt for third party bookings as they send their own receipts. We apologize for any inconvenience you might have because of this.
"great stay"
great place to stay with very reasonable prices. our stay was excellent,. room was clean and looked like recently renovated with some work in progress. staff was excellent and information. pool was huge for our kids to enjoy. overall it was great stay
"Sept. Stay"
My 97 year old mom and I stayed in separate rooms on our way to Michigan. The rooms were clean but had old furniture. One room smelled musty. The breakfast was very good. Location was convenient and in an ok part of Joliet.
Trikam Patel, Owner at Best Western Joliet Inn & Suites, responded to this review
Thank you for your feedback and apologies for any inconvenience you had. We are happy that you liked our breakfast . Thanks once again.
"Roadtrip 2022-Phase 10"
NOT the best Best Western. Very average hotel. Pros: Relatively clean. Mostly quiet. Comfortable bed. 2 queen bed room was spacious. Cons: 1st room offer (311) reeked of cigarette smoke (although this is a "non-smoking" hotel). 2nd and 3rd floor hallways smelled of marijuana. Bathroom amenities (soap, shampoo, conditioner) were empty wall dispensers (thankfully, I had my own). Bathroom light and exhaust fan are interconnected; fan sounded like a train. Breakfast below par: pancake machine was broken; pre-prepared eggs were bland and gritty
Trikam Patel, Owner at Best Western Joliet Inn & Suites, responded to this review
Thank you for your feedback and apologies for the inconvenience you had. We are in process of changing the bulky shampoo dispensers as the company do not make it any more but we do keep small bottles of shampoo which you can always ask for more from the front desk. We are sorry that the pancake machine broke and is in process of replacement. I hope you will understand and give us another chance to serve you better. Thank you once again for staying with us.
"This has to be a below average hotel - not a great experience"
Trip Advisor doesn't usually let me down, but our experience here was nowhere near a 4 star rating. Check in was easy enough, but went downhill from there. Stairwell upon heading up to the room are dirty and in need of refresh. Our first room smelled like it just walked out of a 4/20 convention. 2nd room was better, but noisy A/C, curtains had paint or caulking wiped on them. The shower faucet just spun around in circles, so no idea where hot or cold might be. No product in the shower dispensers. Hotel breakfast was poor as well, with the one thing that looked decent - the pancake machine - not working. Bananas were well past their expiration date. Granny smith apple was delicious. This sounds like one "of those reviews" - nitpicky, etc. - but I have a high tolerance for little indiscretions and rarely give poor reviews - but this place deserves it.

Thank you for your feedback and apologies for all the inconvenience you had. We will definitely talk to the concerned staff and make sure this does not happen again. Thank you once again for staying with us.

"Decent Hotel"
Hotel was kept and updated. Price was reasonable except the $100 deposit for stolen or property damage. Room was nice but had several maintenance issues. Didn't feel welcome and I use Best Western exclusively. Guest population was subpar and guests were yelling.
Trikam Patel, Owner at Best Western Joliet Inn & Suites, responded to this review
Thank you for your feedback and apologies for the inconvenience you had due to Incidental deposit which is taken mainly for Smoking and other damages. We are sorry about the other guest behavior and would hope you will stay with us again and give us chance to serve you better.
"Not a $100/night property"
The desk clerk at check-in was courteous and knowledgeable, however I found it odd at check in that they asked for a $100 deposit, either in cash or an additional hold on a credit card. I found this unusual for a hotel of this caliber, typically a credit card on file is sufficient for a security deposit. The rooms are definitely showing some wear, especially in the bathroom. Of course, when I was there, they had recently repaved the back parking lot, and there was a storage trailer in the back, so maybe renovations are a work in progress. There are minimal options for dinner in the area, however you can drive a short distance for several restaurant options. The continental breakfast consisted of mainly prepackaged items, as well as premade breakfast sandwiches.
Trikam Patel, Owner at Best Western Joliet Inn & Suites, responded to this review
Thank you for your feedback and we are sorry that you did not like the incidental deposit option , yes we were a work in progress and most of it is completed now and also we have started serving full breakfast option. We hope to see you again. Thank you once again for staying with us.
"Unclean, Unkept, Un sanitized. Uncaring."
To whom It may concern My name if Melvin Jones. I am a Best Western customer. I am an over the road Transporter of Industrial machinery. I can and have at any day visited two or more states depending on the length of the trip and have stayed at two or more hotels is a single day. I every night when on an assignment must rent a hotel room. I have visited many hotels and I am angry and utterly disgusted with this establishment. I rented the room at the Best Western Joliet Inn and Suites. The reason for the stay was that my wife and I wanted to go to a nearby Casino to have some fun then was wanting a quiet get away to enjoy each other's company without disruption. We chose this hotel because I have had great experience with other Best Western Hotels. I told her how nice they were. I cannot hardly explain the horror and embarrassment that I experienced when we entered into the bathroom at this hotel. Let me start by describing the hotel bathroom: Dirty, unsanitary, uncleaned. No soap, hair on shower floors, floor not swept, fecal matter caked underneath toilet rim. Splattered feces on toilet lid. Chrome on the shower stall had fingerprints still on it. Mirror was not clean and had lint on it. Room smelled of cigarette smoke. All surrounding Hotels were book. If not booked, I and my guess would have left immediately. We went to the front desk to complain. When talking to the person at the front desk, he acted very nonchalant. He stated that there are no other rooms available and there were no housekeeping personnel on duty, and we would have the problem solved the next morning. We explained that we were leaving early the next morning. My wife then asked him to come to the room and look at the dirty unit. He at first declined to look at it until my wife took out her pen then started asking for names of hotel management. Starting with his name. This is when suddenly, his Indian accent got thicker, and his words were almost unable to decipher. He Stated Roy Patel, then he said his name was Danny…. He noticed how upset my wife and I had become. He then gave her three business cards with three different names. 1. Trikam Patel, General Manager 2. Rohit Patel, Sales Director 3. The third card was the card my wife wrote a name of Roy Patel, Manger as well as his name, (Danny) When my wife took out her cell phone to show him the photos that she took, it then took him (at that moment) to ask if he could go to the room and see the problem. My wife stated to him “That was our first request to you”; we made a request for him to come up and inspect the room., He declined. He then at this moment humbled himself and became concerned. He then came up to the room, walked into the room and was told by my wife that it smelled of smoke. His response was that it always smells that way. She pointed out all of the dirty and unsanitary items, as she pointed, he was taking the photos with his cell phone. He then attempted to apologize for the nasty room but still stated there was no housekeeping. My wife stayed up for another hour trying to clean the area so we can comfortably use it. I was totally embarrassed and was furious. I expect for someone to make this situation right. I never experienced this indecency and disgust in all of my life. I have attached several of the photos that my wife took. I am a Best Western Diamond reward member, and this is not how a reward member should be treated. I paid with my loyalty points, and I am requesting for my points to be returned to my account. I am at a hotel at least five times a week. Never, never have I ever experienced such low-grade experience and low-quality service. When we told our family and friends about this hotel, they all laughed and felt we were joking around. Some even asked for the copy of the business cards and the address so that they would never make the same mistake. I am requesting that someone form the Customer Service and Hospitality department call me personally. I still have a lot to say!! One thing for sure, we will never stay at this Hotel again.

"Terrible experience"
We give it half a star only because the room was clean. We checked the hotel's own website and got the Best Western Rewards price for the room. We confirmed it with the clerk over the phone when we made the reservation. The next day, a different clerk argued that it wasn't the right price and the correct price was higher. The shower doors leaked no matter how we closed them, which is probably why we couldn't open the wooden bathroom door more than halfway because it had sat in a puddle of water so many times. There was no hair dryer and when we got one from the front desk, it had the heavy wall attachment with it. There was a spoonful of eggs left at breakfast, the pancake maker didn't work and the attendant said she was heating up some sausages in the microwave. Why on earth wait until you are out of food to make more? We get back to the room and housekeeping knocks. I said “What do you need?” And before I could get to the door, she let herself in. Despite the “Do Not Disturb” card in the card reader. She didn't apologize, just started asking a bunch of questions. On second thought, a half star is probably too much.
Trikam Patel, Owner at Best Western Joliet Inn & Suites, responded to this review
Thank you for your feedback and apologies for your bad experience. The housekeeper came to you room because when you came to the desk to ask for hair dryer , you told the desk that you were checking out and because of that misunderstanding the housekeeper came to strip the room also you came for the breakfast around 9 am which is the closing time hence there was less food available at that time. We apologize for the inconvenience you had and hope that you will give us another chance to serve you better.
"Not Up to Par"
This is the first time that my husband and I have used this hotel. Maybe this is the new hotel experience, but I found it sadly lacking in all but one area. During our three night stay the room was not cleaned or the bed made. We received clean towels only once. The night clerk could not be understood. Apparently, there is a $100 keycard deposit. The breakfast was good with hot eggs and sausage provided by a team of lovely ladies. It closed at 9 AM which was a little early for us Westerners! It is located in an industrial area. The hotel was resurfacing the parking lot. Maybe things are looking up? No parking in front and dangerous access to building on side. Don't bring grandma!
Trikam Patel, Owner at Best Western Joliet Inn & Suites, responded to this review
Thank you for your feedback, we are sorry that it did not work out for you this time staying with us. The deposit that you are talking about is a incidental deposit and is refundable upon checkout .Hopefully you will give another chance to serve you . Thank you once again for staying with us.
"Family Crisis"
There was an out-of-town family emergency and I needed a place to stay. Chose Best Western and they were very accomodating, helpful and friendly. Facility was clean and comfortable. Good breakfast. Located nicely to all amenities. Helped make a difficult situation more bearable with helpful staff.
Trikam Patel, Owner at Best Western Joliet Inn & Suites, responded to this review

"Worst hotel ever"
Our room was horrible. The entire room was covered in filth. Hair all over the beds and in the bathroom. Trash left on floor around window and beds. Shower had not been cleaned. Sink had not been cleaned. We let the front desk know and she did not care. She accused us of dirtying the room and asking for a refund. We didn't even ask for a refund, we wanted a clean room! She refused to give us another room and told us we made the mess. We weren't even in the room long enough to make a mess. When we called later on to speak to the manager he was nowhere to be found. Called 8 times over a 3 day period and either no one answers the phone or they say they can't help and won't give us any info on when the manager will be in. Do not stay here. This place is disgusting and the staff are very rude and inconsiderate. The entire hotel smelled of cigarettes on one end and weed on the other.
"Nonchalant manager"
Me and my kids were getting threatened to get kicked out because they thought I had more than 6 guests. I acquired 2 rooms with a total of 3 beds, traveled with 2 toddlers and 2 teenagers. The receptionist said the manger watched me and my guests in the cameras during our trip to the pool. 10 minutes later another African American man entered the pool area with a total of 9 guests himself. When I explained that I only had 5 people with me they said okay and said nothing to the man and his biracial family. My son dropped 2 pieces of cake on the carpet and they tried to hold my deposit saying it would be hard to get up. Worst experience EVER. It was my daughters birthday she was so upset
Trikam Patel, Owner at Best Western Joliet Inn & Suites, responded to this review
Thank you for your feedback and apologies that you were upset with th policies but for the safety of all the guest and to follow the fire department fire codes for rooms we cannot have more then certain amount of guest in 1 rooms also we do not allow taking of the smoke detector and covering it with the plastic bag as its a hazard and can cause life risk for all the guest also our policy says we do not allow parties or decotation in the room which is told to ever gues upfront. We apologies if this has caused you any inconvenience to you.
"Terrible hotel to stay at."
The room had dust and cobwebs all in it, the lamp was dented, the curtains were ripped multiple times, and the wood table and drawers were chipped and scratched a lot. Almost all day there were people loitering outside blocking the doors. I would not recommend staying here.

Front desk did help me with printing stuff and was helpful in getting use to the area around. Great restaurants and mall nearby. Quite place to get some good rest at night. The place has renovated the bathrooms very well. Being next to i55 is a big Plus because we don't uave to go in the local traffic. Overall a great experience

"Staff professional and welcoming!"
Staff Very professional and welcoming! owner was great to communicate and helped us find great restaurants around as we were from other city. Loved our stay here with friends. with truly great support. Highly Recommend!
"Nice place"
All in all a good hotel chain the brand is good but some of the actual hotels have seen better days items not repaired or just the way things are done my room was comfortable but the white curtains were damaged ok that and they are serving again grab and go again which is very annoying as the self serve you can have what you want and that it's a preset meal you have to reheat the horrible part is l don't eat cheese and don't drink regular milk so your always stuck with what you can have at least with the warm breakfast I'm ok with, at the Hampton Inn and Holiday Inn they do a real breakfast but here not. The pool was nice could have a enjoyable work out otherwise the stay was ok. I know it's not the error of the hotel but even if you are fully vaccinated there still requires a mask and so many do as they please which is very disappointing. Have been vaccinated and I wear a mask

"Not very clean"
Staff was friendly but our bathroom was dirty. There are stains on carpet throughout hotel. The walls must be thin because you can hear everything. Beds were comfortable but it was hard to sleep with noise.
Trikam Patel, Owner at Best Western Joliet Inn & Suites, responded to this review
Thank you for your feedback and apologies for any inconvenience you had.
"Dirty, unfriendly staff"
The place was filthy. We had to change rooms when we checked in because the floors were filthy and a bunch of toe/fingernail clippings. One of the toilets wasn't working right and the front desk to me to come grab a plunger and fix it myself. People were partying all week in the parking lot drinking and smoking (not cigs). Never once heard the maid service use the vacuum cleaner to clean any rooms. In all three rooms we had there was at least one of the soap/shampoo that was empty. Ash trays near the exterior doors hadn't been emptied in weeks, overflowing with butts.
Trikam Patel, Owner at Best Western Joliet Inn & Suites, responded to this review
Thank you for your feedback and apologies for any inconvenience you had. we will definitely talk to the concerned housekeepers and make sure this does not happen again. Thank you for staying with us.
"Whelp There's That"
When you first enter into the room,; not bad, smells clean, and the sheets look clean. Hotel clerk was friendly enough. This is the good. This is the bad: I've stayed here for over 30 days. What did I learn? Quit a lot actually. 1-The don't vacuum the floors in the rooms. I checked in and the floor had trash on it and it rained there for weeks, even I asked for it to be cleaned several times. 2-The a/c didn't work. The clerk was nice about it and tried to check it out. She couldn't get it to work and suggested that I move to another room. I politely declined, I just drove over 12 hrs to get here snd had already unpacked. I was able to fix the a/c and it has remained working ever since. 3-The a/c is on a sensor and when you're not in the room moving around, it kicks off and the room get real hot real quick. 4-The hide-away sofa (which I didn't know it was for sometime) had the left seat sunken in and overall it was very uncomfortable. 5-If they come and clean your room (for stay overs) it is never done properly. I've had several issues with the housekeeping. I even complained to the manager. 5A-When the “Do Bot Disturb” sign is off, they don't come clean the room. The manager said that they only clean once a week for stay overs (full service) but when the sign isn't up, they are to tale out trash and replace the towels. I was there for just shy of 2 months and every week I complained. How hard is it to do that? 5B-When the “Do Not Disturb” sign was up, the housekeeper came in the room and “cleaned” at the room, moved stuff around, and was on the phone or at least moved it off the hook. When complained, manager said it was a new housekeeper. 5C-Several times I've come in the room and one of the drawers of the dresser was opened. I know it wasn't me because I had no clothes in there. Just extra towels because I got tired of asking for them. 6-Strong smell of pot almost everyday in the parking lot, the hallway, and from a vent in my room. I don't smoke anything of any. 7-They do not clean the hallways. 8-They do not clean the parking lot or in front of the side doors. 9-Parking is bad. 10-They do have a washer and dryer for guest use. It is in a very cramped place and it's cheaper to go to a laundry mat, plus they are small and very outdated. 11-Don't get me started on the vending machines. 12-They have a little dining room with table and chairs. They don't serve breakfast and pact you a small lunch. However, you can't use it because they are afraid if the caronies. I can keep going but I think you get the point. Oh, and they try to tell you that you can't have guests. Like hell. I'm paying for the room, I'll have whom ever I want in my room. If you want peace and quit, clean, safe rooms where you can relax, don't try here.

We are sorry to see that you had too many problems, we will definitely talk to the concerned departments and try to work on the things you mentioned. Apologies for any inconvenience you had.
"So so stay"
Hotel was good in a pinch. Not in the great of shape, could use some upgrades. Price could be less for what we got. Felt that not a great area. But nothing happen for the one night we stayed. Would not choose to stay here again.

Apologies that you felt this way,I would like to assure you that this is a pretty safe area and we did not have any problems so far. I would like to thank you for staying with us.
"Best Western Joliet, IL"
This hotel is just ok. The staff was nice and the room was clean. However, the bed was very uncomfortable and the bedding was scarce. There was no comfortaer or bedspread and no extra bedding. The room had few amenities and the lighting was poor. I stayed on the first floor and it was noisy. My biggest complaint was access. All the parking is in the back, but access is through side doors. It is inconvenient and not very secure. The TV was fine and the internet was good.

This hotel is one of my favorites to stay at. The staff is always very accommodating, friendly, and professional. The rooms are always clean. I have stayed here numerous times and have always been more than satisfied.

"eh. Never again.."
Fake plant in our room was caked with dust. Whirlpool and shower had hair in them and the soap dispensers that were there were empty??! Room smelled musty, chairs provided were covered in stains (why would you want to sit in that?) and the hotel book provided in each room had burn marks and stains- ew. You could literally see the dust around the floor boards. Hotel is okay if you're used to cheap motels but looking for a getaway forget it. The people in the room next to us were arguing till 3am and staff did nothing(as you can guess not much sleep went on because of that) the staff doesn't Know their policies and should be updated when they change. I'm a manger at my job and i can tell you this place doesn't have hospitality as it's goal. Also the 100$ deposit is a huge turn away.....
Trikam Patel, Owner at Best Western Joliet Inn & Suites, responded to this review
Thank you for your feedback and apologies for all the inconvenience you had, we will definitely work on the things you mentioned in your feedback and make sure this does not happen again . Thank you for staying with us.
"Business Travel"
I have been staying at this hotel for years and will continue to do so. The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms have always been clean and bug free & the breakfast is generally very good. It was nice to see the staff wearing masks. I have some major health issue and I'm very concerned about Covid-19.
Trikam Patel, Owner at Best Western Joliet Inn & Suites, responded to this review
We are pleased to know that you were happy with your stay and felt safe at our hotel. We always strive hard to maintain high cleaning standards and specially during this Covid -19 period we want to make sure that we create a clean and healthy environment for our guest and staff. Thank you once again and please do visit us again.
"Wouldn't recommend to a friend"
Wasn't the cleanest room. The place smelled smoky/musty. Some carpet was coming up in one spot. And the front desk owner was pretty rude to my husband regarding the pool area. There weren't enough towels. Overall, when I'm spending $100 a night on a room, I would expect something a little better. I probably would have cancelled and found somewhere else, but didn't want to pay for a cancellation fee. We assumed there would be some kind of breakfast, and there wasn't. I'm not the type of person to be dissatisfied with a hotel stay, but honestly, it just didn't meet my standards for the price. I'd recommend doing more research and reading reviews before booking.
Trikam Patel, Owner at Best Western Joliet Inn & Suites, responded to this review
Apologies for all the inconvenience you had at the hotel. Unfortunately during this pandemic we have to make a lot of changes to our pool and breakfast policies just to ensure safety of our guest and staff. We do serve Grab and Go breakfast bags which are kept at the front desk from 6am- 9am every day, we are sorry if you missed that. We hope you will understand the situation and give us another chance to serve you better.
"In desperate need of renovation"
Really outdated room. VERY slow internet speed. Room smelled of smoke..very stale. Room appliances were old and beat to death... Booked a suite, and the only positive is the room layout is really nice with a true private bedroom area.
Trikam Patel, Owner at Best Western Joliet Inn & Suites, responded to this review
Very sorry to see that you were unhappy with your stay. I would like to inform you that we have recently renovated our rooms and hope you would give us one more chance to serve you better.
"Great Stay"

"Room was Mediocre, Staff was Inhospitable/Rude"
I do not recommend this location and will not stay here again. Here are the highlights from my stay: - Room was mediocre as best. It appeared clean on the surface, but further inspection resulted in finding stains on furniture, dingy shower curtain, broken tiles in bathroom. - Room was not stocked with adequate amount of toiletries, linens, etc. There were only two towels provided for a suite which accommodates up to four. When we asked for more, instead of being asked "how many?" we were rudely questioned with "how many people are in your room?" by the person working the front desk. - The hallways smelled of marijuana. - Stripped beds (to indicate we wanted fresh linens) just had the dirty sheets picked up from the floor and put back on. - Trash from previous guests was found underneath the vanity and the sofa. - Highway access was great, which we appreciated because we had to leave the hotel several times to purchase items that should have been provided (toiletries, soap, etc.). - A restaurant/diner onsite or in the parking lot would have been nice. - Staff accused my children of running up an down hallways causing a ruckus during a time they weren't even in the hotel.
jolietbw, Manager at Best Western Joliet Inn & Suites, responded to this review
We are very sorry to hear about your bad experience at the hotel and we want to assure you that we will definitely talk with our concerned cleaning staff and make sure high cleaning standards are maintained. I would also like to inform you that we are renovating all our bathrooms and next time you come ,you will see a much improved room . We do provide 3 sets of towels for the Queen suite for maximum occupancy of 3 people and there should not be any problem with giving more, My personal apologies for that and i will talk and train my front desk staff to take care of it in a much professional way. You are right a diner onsight should have been a much better option, we do have lot of food joints within less than a mile distance and a lot of them deliver to our hotel. Again apologies for all the inconvenience you had and hope that you give us another chance to serve you better.
"Highly Recommend"
The property is clan and well maintained. All the employees I came in contact with were friendly and professional. I will be staying here again when I'm in the area. (I have to add more words to get to 200 characters.)

Thank you for your awesome comment on the staff and property. It was pleasure serving you at the hotel. Thank you once again.
"The place is dated badly"
Do they offer a “star” rating below 1-star on Trip Advisor? If so, this joint deserves it. The place is a JOKE! It's in a horrible/scary area, the room smelled, the A/C didn't work, the bathroom had mold and the pathetic wall mounted soap/shampoo dispenser didn't work and the furniture is very old and dated. I finally called down to the front desk and they switched my room to another down the hall however, the only thing in the plus column was that in the second room, the AC worked. Everything else was the same- no improvement whatsoever. Even the clock was missing in the second room. They're courtesy breakfast is a joke, the homeless eat better in my opinion. And when I tried checking in the evening before, the maid in the lobby area keep running her LOUD vacuum cleaner inches from where I was standing, clearly preventing me from hearing a single word from the guy at the check in counter. You would think that she'd have enough sense to stop vacuuming while I was talking to the counter person! Amazing! Do yourself a giant favor and consider staying somewhere else.
jolietbw, Manager at Best Western Joliet Inn & Suites, responded to this review
Very sorry to hear that you had a bad experience, I apologize on behalf of my staff and we would definitely work on the things you mentioned and train our staff better to ensure we maintain high cleaning standards. Once again my deep apologies and hope you give us another chance to serve you better.
"best western in joliet"
Great hotel and price. Awesome rooms with exceptional breakfast foods. Everything was hot and easy to access. Good coffee and friendly staff. The rooms were clean and the staff was very quick to clean them after we left for the day. Came back a few hours later and they were as if we hadn't even made messes, which of course we probably did. LOL. Overall experience was fantastic.

"I was visiting to see the start of Route 66"
Ideal location if you want to visit Route 66 It starts in Chicago and this is a nice stopping place, Lot of Route 66 stops .We actually visited Al Capone' grave site. While we were in Chicago we watched the Chicago Marathon. While in Joliet we went to the Rialto Theater and saw Lyle Lovett what a beautiful place.

"Cockroaches beware"
This location has cockroaches. After only staying in our room for 2 hours we turned off the lights. We noticed there was movement on the TV stand. Turned on the lights there were cockroaches. Lifted up the TV stand and they were crawling everywhere. We opened the closed after that and saw them crawling on the wall. We went down to the front desk to check out at 12am. They were going to charge us for 2 hours of stay until we brought them to our room to show them the cockroaches. We checked out at 12am and went to the hotel down the road.
jolietbw, Manager at Best Western Joliet Inn & Suites, responded to this review
Thank you for your feedback and apologies for all the inconvenience you had. This is very unusual at our hotel as we like to maintain high cleaning standards for our self. I would like to personally assure you that we have dealt with the issue with high priority and have taken care of it. Also i have refunded full amount of your stay to your credit card, which would have been back on your account by now. Hope you give us another chance to serve you better.
"Outstanding Review"
I am so happy to be here at the Best Western Hotel @ 4380 Enterprise Drive, Joliet, Illinois 60431, There is a home filled feeling here and not to mention...The breakfast here is very good each morning. There are a variety of options to choose from. Yvonne, a tiny woman with a big heart really cooks the food here and makes your stay here one to remember. Her obligation is to have things done to prepare a happy stay for the incoming guests. She does everything around here and she truly enjoys it. This woman, a retired Paralegal really takes pride in providing comfort for each individual. I really am proud to give this place beyond a five star rating.

Excellent Services!!!! A+++++++ I highly recommend this property if you are to visit Joliet, Illinois. First, I like to say the service from Yvonnne and to the housekeepers was superb. Yvonne provides magnificent services. She goes over and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable. The complementary breakfast was delicious and everything was well organize and clean. The rooms are clean and quiet. The property overall was well groom.

"Welcomed out service animal."
We had a good time. It wasn't immaculate, but decent for the price. Staff wasn't overly friendly but they weren't rude. Overall, it was fine. Gave them a very good because they welcomed our service animal.

"Not children friendly"
Does not disclose that they don't want more than 2 children in the room even though they will let you book and charge up to 5. Can not celebrate small children bday gathering. Was asked to leave because my children were "disruptive" even though they hadn't been there for 15 minutes. Honestly feel discriminated against.
jolietbw, Manager at Best Western Joliet Inn & Suites, responded to this review
We are sorry that you felt that way but our registration card clearly states that only registered guest are allowed and there is a limit or fire code for each room type and you cannot have more people than that limit in the room and it is standard for every hotel also we are children friendly but we cannot allow 10 kids in a room and have party, we do have a meeting room which can be rented for parties and other events also our policy clearly states No Parties in the room as we have other guest in the hotel and we have to take care of each and every guest. I hope you understand.

"Best Experience"
This has been our best experience in a hotel this last week. The staff is a large part of our promotion. The warm or hot breakfast was a surprise with eggs and sausage patties! The rooms and general appearance was very clean. Every Hotel has challenges but this is a pleasant progress in motion.

Arrived 9/17/19, tired from long trip and met by a very nice lady Yvonne at the front desk. Yvonne gave us recommendations for our dinner with directions. Room was clean- refrigerator, microwave. She gave us overview of amenities and time of breakfast. Yes we will return here on our return home next week.

"Route 66 travel stop for 3 nights"
Wife and I celebrating 40th anniversary, and stayed to start Route 66 trip. Room was large with comfortable King bed. Wifi had problems staying logged in, but worked well while logged in. Breakfast was usual for BW+ - eggs, sausage patties, potatoes, as well as cereals, waffles, juice, coffee, and pastries. Close to restaurants and shopping - not walkable but short drive. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout. Made reservation for ground floor and was not noted, but manager found a room on ground floor.
jolietbw, Manager at Best Western Joliet Inn & Suites, responded to this review
Thank you for your compliments on the staff and apologies that you had issue with the Wifi.Thank you for staying with us. Please do visit us again.
"Not the best stay"
The hotel was ok, but I would not go back. I was upset because the deadbolt didn't work and the hot water in the bathroom was not great. There was no parking in front of the building, so you had to park in the back and go in the side doors. I thought that was weird.
jolietbw, Manager at Best Western Joliet Inn & Suites, responded to this review
Very sorry to hear that you were not happy with your stay. If you would have informed the front desk we would have happily changed the room for you to accommodate you. Apologies for the inconvenience you had at the hotel.
"BW Joliet"
We were not pleased by the cleanliness of the room. There were m&m's on the floor. Also there was a salt/pepper packet in the bed. The shower drain was not functional and the shower head would not function to select a different shower spray.
jolietbw, Manager at Best Western Joliet Inn & Suites, responded to this review
Very sorry to see that you were not happy with the service. We would definitely talk to the housekeeping and maintenance guy and make sure this does not happen again. Apologies for the inconvenience you had.
"Awesome breakfast and staff."

"Absolutely terrible"
One of the employees got the dates wrong for my visit and upon arrival after a 12 hour drive the guy at reception called Leo was very rude and didn't care. I asked to speak to a manager as one of the employees out the wrong dates of my stay, the guy at the desk kept saying I have to pay again. The employee in my face called the manager and said I had book the wrong dates which was incorrect they had put the wrong dates in when I called. The manager told me he couldn't do noting till the next morning because he wasn't there and made me pay for another reservation. When I met him the next morning I brought evidence of the days I had booked and finally got a refund. Rooms were a bit dirty and overall hated the stay. Poor customer service
jolietbw, Manager at Best Western Joliet Inn & Suites, responded to this review
Hello Joel, Sorry to hear of your less than satisfactory experience with out hotel and hope you will accept our sincerest apologies. Being know for our great customer service it came as a surprise. Glad to know that we were able to sort it our for you. Thank you Hope you will visit again soon GM BW joliet
"Lalapalooza"
We stayed at this hotel to be out of the high traffic and high cost of Chicago during Lalapalooza. We were close enough to the venue and had an excellent experience. The front desk personnel rocked, the hotel was celan, the breakfast was good and customer service was taken seriously.

"Awesome Place! Very Clean!"
I stayed here for 12 nights recently and could not have enjoyed it more. The room was very clean and practical for my business purposes, the multi night rate was very fair and the staff was extremely friendly. Really enjoyed breakfast every morning and even went for a swim in the pool a couple of times. I definitely recommend staying here. Great quality for a good price.
jolietbw, Manager at Best Western Joliet Inn & Suites, responded to this review
I am thrilled to know that you were happy and you got the value for your money. Thank you for all the compliments about the breakfast, rooms and staff. Please do visit us again..
"No Hot Water!"
During our entire stay at this hotel we did not have hot water. The hot water heater was broken down. There was only one hot water heater in the whole hotel if you can believe that! Health concerns were a big issue! I wonder about washing the sheets for the next customers. I wonder about preparing and cleaning up the breakfast. It was very frustrating to not be able to shower with hot water before starting our day.
jolietbw, Manager at Best Western Joliet Inn & Suites, responded to this review
Hi, Sorry for all the inconvenience you had due to hot water issue. We appreciate your concern about the next guest coming and just to assure you we were equally worried and concerned and after our continuous efforts we were able to fix the issue by 12:30 after which we resumed our operations. We hope you will give us another chance to serve you in future.
"Awesome place!!"
The motel was clean and smelled fresh, the rooms we cool, clean and welcoming and the staff was friendly and warm. Was in town for the Warrior Dash and this motel is in a good place between the racetrack and downtown Chicago.
"Dear Harry you are rude and impolite. "
1. I travel for a living and this is the worst place to stay if you hate rude men that run the joint! WiFi was out for 3 days until I BEGGED “Harry” to reset the router and he wouldn't. He gave me a website to go to and I said how can I if there's no internet?! Finally a younger man reset the router the next day and poof - working in 2 minutes! Harry didn't give a damn. 2. I left my key in the room (once) and went to the front desk and apparently I interrupted Harry's mango chutney snack to ask for another key. You would have thought I asked him for a million bucks! RUDE RUDE RUDE! NEVER AGAIN HARRY!
jolietbw, Manager at Best Western Joliet Inn & Suites, responded to this review
Hi, Extremely sorry for the worst experience you had with one of our staff members, We will definitely talk to him regarding this issue and would take necessary action required. Please accept our apology and give us another chance to serve you better. Hope to see you again.
"Review"
This is the 3rd time we have stayed at this location. While it is convenient, I'm not sure we'll be staying here again. The breakfast needs to be updated and you need to serve some more fresh food., Eggs were watery and the danish looked like they were a week old. Also an extra person is needed for the breakfast service because 1 person can't take care of the front desk and keep the breakfast crowd happy.
jolietbw, Manager at Best Western Joliet Inn & Suites, responded to this review
Hi, Thank you for your feedback and sorry to hear that you did not like the breakfast. We are continuously trying to implement improvements to our breakfast items and add more varieties to it. we do have different varieties of egg which we rotate every day but will definitely try to introduce some new items. Apologies for all the inconvenience you had.
"Ms"
Clean and comfortable. Need better curtains to block morning sun, and a second light in the bathroom that dims so you are not blinded in the middle of the night. Good selection on breakfast. But the highlight of our stay was Yvonne. She showered guests of all ages with kindness. Very attentive to all. What a joy to see! Thank you Yvonne!
"Great place to stay!"
This hotel was sparkling clean, everyone was friendly and polite, the room was comfy and the breakfast service was awesome! Loved the eggs, sausage and potatoes and they had many other offerings for breakfast as well. Very nice place and would recommend it to anyone staying in the area.

HI, Thank you so much for your compliments and it was a pleasure having you at the hotel. I am thrilled to know that you liked the breakfast and the hotel. Please do visit again.
"Over and Above "
I have stayed at many hotels in many different places and I feel that this Best Western is one of the best and in this area it is the BEST! The place is always clean....rooms,pool area, breakfast area. The staff is always very friendly, helpful, and respectable. The management works right along with the regular employees whether it being cleaning rooms or helping out in the breakfast area ensuring guests have plenty to eat. The location is great I enjoyed laying in the soft grass taking a little nap one Saturday afternoon. They have been very accommodating on more than one occasion when I've asked. They have price matched for me outside of the normal company policy and given me room upgrades. I have also witnessed the same treatment for other guests. The pool is closed during my stay for maintenance but management ensured me it was needed and will be open soon and they area talking about doing other improvements. I'm excited to see how the property is improved and updated over the next several months. This is one hotel that I will be a guest at for a long time.
jolietbw, Owner at Best Western Joliet Inn & Suites, responded to this review
Thank you Jodi for your wonderful comments about everything at the property and we appreciate your loyalty towards the brand and us. You are awesome!
"Not to Expectations at BW"
I've stayed at many Best Western Hotels and this one has fallen short of expectations on many levels. Front desk clerk a little difficult at check in because I was checking in at 1:40 PM. Usually this isn't an issue. I did get checked in shortly after and once in my room my a/c didn't work. A different clerk addressed the issue and moved me without any issues although the new room I was in had a stale odor. That afternoon I went to the ice machine and there was a strong chemical smell on the first level hallway which another guest mentioned to me making conversation as I walked by. I found the internet frustrating as the speed wasn't very good. Internet is very important as I work with reports online and have to transfer data. When I was disconnected from the internet and let the clerk know he quickly diverted me to the service phone number instead of hearing my full complaint to see if it was something he could help with. Overall I was not happy with my stay and will definitely stay elsewhere when back in the area.
jolietbw, Manager at Best Western Joliet Inn & Suites, responded to this review
Thank you for your feedback and apologies for all the inconvenience you had. Our normal check in time is 3:00 pm . The smell that you had was due to our pool been painted and that's the reason we wanted to put you on third floor so we can minimize the smell of paint. We would definitely talk to the concerned staff regarding the internet issues you had and train them more to avoid these situations in future. Please accept our deep apologies for all the problems you had. Hope you give us one more chance to serve you in a better way.
"non working pool"
we were not warned that the pool was out of service and we count on it for therapy. Manager dropped coffee cups on the floor and just picked them up and put them back on the stack. The day before the juice machine was not working and the waffle batter was very thick
jolietbw, Manager at Best Western Joliet Inn & Suites, responded to this review
HI, The information is on all websites regarding the pool being closed. The guy was not the manager but anything bad is bad and we do apologize if that happened. Our juice machine works fine but might have being out of refill and should have been taken care. we would definitely talk to the concerned person and take necessary action. I apologize on my team's behalf.
"Room not cleaned/supplied"
When we returned to our room late on our second evening, the bed was sloppily remade (we did not expect sheets to be changed), garbage not emptied, coffee not replenished, shampoo/conditioner not replenished. The breakfast area is filled with such large tables that with only a handful of people, we couldn't maneuver in the room. Food was meh. We had requested express checkout, where they are to leave the receipt under the door in the early hours. We left just before 8 and still no receipt, so had to stop at front desk to get a receipt. The lack of attention paid to the straightening of the room makes one wonder what other cleaning shortcuts are taken.
jolietbw, Manager at Best Western Joliet Inn & Suites, responded to this review
Thank you for your feedback and apologies for all the inconvenience you had due to cleaning issues. We will definitely talk to the housekeepers about it and take necessary actions so that this does not happen again. Also the front desk employee would be trained more so that they can keep track of the express check out and follow the procedure required. Once again extremely sorry for your experience and hope that you give us another chance to serve you better.
"Relaxing and nice place to stay"
That is one of the best hotels I have stayed, staff very helpful place nice and relaxing this time I were with my friends and we enjoyed our time in this place we were nicely surprised about the hotel and the staff, thank you, we will definitely come here again!
jolietbw, Manager at Best Western Joliet Inn & Suites, responded to this review
You guys were awesome, thank you for staying with us and your wonderful comments.
"Bleh"
This place wasn't cheap, and didn't impress either in terms of cleanliness or comfort. The room AC was loud. Breakfast was limited and the breakfast area is really cramped. The person managing the breakfast put out very small quantities at a time. The pool was closed.
jolietbw, Manager at Best Western Joliet Inn & Suites, responded to this review
Apologies for all the inconvenience.
"Amazing stay."
Very helpful staff, the chairs were comfortable and the beds.. wow... it was a dream staying there for 2 days. I will for sure go back there next summer. It was one of the best hotel stays I've had in a long time. I highly recommend it to anyone that wants a nice weekend getaway.
jolietbw, Manager at Best Western Joliet Inn & Suites, responded to this review
Thank you so much for staying with us. You are awesome.
"Never Again"
I would NEVER stay there again. One of the worst hotel experiences ever. From toilet not flushing to not enough wastebaskets to no saop to no body wash to no cups tono towel hangars to no clothes hanger in bathroom to toilet paper holder ready to fall off toa front desk clerk that cannot speak English with clarity to incorrect rooms to rooms not cleaned. Dangerous sharp object in tub shower...want more? All of the items were reported and NONE of them corrected.
jolietbw, Front Office Manager at Best Western Joliet Inn & Suites, responded to this review
Apologies for the inconvenience you had.We do have 2 wastebaskets in the room and when it was reported the front desk clerk Jay offered to keep one more in the room which was denied and we do have shampoo, conditioner and bath gel dispensers in the room which can be requested for refill .Extremely sorry if you we not satisfied with the experience and we would use your feedback to make it better for our future guest.Thank you once again for staying with us and your feedback.
"Oblivious and Parsimonious"
There was no TV channel guide in my room and the front desk was ignorant about getting one. There were no soap bars or shampoo bottles either, just the hand dispensers that required maximum effort for minimum product. Go someplace else that values its customers.
jolietbw, Director of Sales at Best Western Joliet Inn & Suites, responded to this review
HI, I apologize on behalf of my staff and would definitely talk to my staff regarding this incident. We do not use the shampoo bottles anymore, we have the shampoo, conditioner and body gel dispensers in the bathroom for that and a black hotel guide in the room which has the TV guide in it.Again i apologize for the inconvenience you had at the hotel and hope you will give us one more chance to serve you .
"Joliet BW"
Great place to stay. Pool somewhat on the "cool" side. Would stay again if in area. Easy check in and out. Nice friendly staff. More parking for handicap would be nice. Good price for room and breakfast was enjoyable.
jolietbw, Manager at Best Western Joliet Inn & Suites, responded to this review
Thank you for your feedback. Would love to have you back in our hotel.
"Better than being home"
I'm from southeast Kansas, first time here. Of course I could use Google to find restaurants, shopping and places to pamper myself but there's nothing like speaking to a real person, Sara at the front desk was very helpful. She recommended some great places to eat, gave great directions and took care of any problems I had. My stay was perfect, will stay at the Best Western whenever I'm in this area again.
"No hot water"
Was in town for 3 days for a funeral. I booked on their website with a "no cancellations " we never had hot water any morning, so I complained every morning. I was told that they would turn up the temperature on the boiler, day 2, I was told that the construction workers staying here used all the hot water, day3, I was told they had a new hot water heater, but corroded pipes. NO HOT WATER . And no water pressure for cool shower either. Just what I needed more stress.

Hi,Thank you for your feedback and sorry for the issues you had staying with us. We would definitely use your feedback and improve on the problems you stated. Hope you give us one more chance to serve you in future.
"Stay Away"
Pros...comfy bed and quiet Cons...no hot water until you complain (three days in a row), 4am call from front desk asking how to check someone out, outside door key card readers dont work, loose tiles in bathroom, ants in bathroom, and notes from housekeepong slid under your door are on the back of hotel journal logs that have customer names, room numbers and how much they paid

"Feel more like home"
I stay there a couple weeks out of the month and they really make me feel welcome and go out of their way to help make my day a better day and any concerns or taken care of right away they also make breakfast before it starts And I love that

"Quick stop"
We stopped at the Joliet Best Western Inn & Suites for 1 night on our drive to Arizona. It was late and we checked in with no issue. However when we left before 5 am, there was nobody at the counter to check us out or issue me a statement. We waited for a few minutes then just left the keys on the counter. Wouldn't have been good if we wanted to pay cash.
jolietbw, Manager at Best Western Joliet Inn & Suites, responded to this review
Hi Kathy, Apology for no one was at front desk when you cheeked out. We do have bell at front desk. Attendant might be in kitchen preparing breakfast. Thank you for taking time and your positive review. Really appreciate it. PB
"Comfortable bed; Cool water showee"
Hubs and I were given the room at the end of the hall, past the stairs, which probably explains the tiny bathroom; didn't appear that they were fully occupied so I don't understand the reasoning. The bed was very comfortable but the shower water was between cool and maybe almost nearly warm. They said someone last week complained about it being too hot so they had it adjusted. In my opinion, you can adjust hot to cool in the shower but difficult to make cool into warm when the water heater is turned down.
jolietbw, Director of Sales at Best Western Joliet Inn & Suites, responded to this review
Hi Vickie, My apology for warm shower. Water temperature has been adjusted and so far no complain. Thank you for your review so we can serve better to our guests. Thank you PB
"Room ok. Very Rude clerk. Won't be back."
So, as someone who has worked in the hotel business for many years, I know that first impressions are everything. Well, the front desk clerk being completely clueless and rude leaves a heck of a first impression. First off, I had a reservation that had a rate change due to the races being in town. I get it. Well, when I checked in, he topped me from signing my card and said wait, something is wrong, I need your credit card again, I didnt put the right amount through. Well, seeing as he had actually charged the card already, and for the amount as per my reservation, I got a little suspicious and asked why. He said the rate is wrong on your reservation, and proceeded to overwrite the lower days rate to a higher rate. I told him to stop, that's what I was quoted. There was a rate change that was expected. I had discussed this with a clerk a few days prior when I called to confirm everything. He said that it wasn't one of their rates and there was no note in the system about it. Ummmm....it was booked directly on bestwestern.com. Anyway, he dismissed me saying he would inquire about it tomorrow morning with the manager. No sorry for the confusion.....nothing. not even after I showed him the emailed reservation I received from Best Western. Well, we get to the room which is a queen suite, as expected. However, we have 4 in the room as noted in the reservation, so 2 were on a sofa bed. Well, there was only 1 pillow in the closet for the sofa bed, and 3 towels in the room. Again, no big deal, I'm used to this. I go down to the front desk to ask for an additional pillow and towels, and he flat out says "why aren't there enough in the room?" I said well there are 3 on the bed and one in the closet. We have 4 in the room, and I sleep with 2 pillows. He fusses about 4 being in the room. I said look again at my reservation, that was what I booked. (2 adults, 2 kids). He then hands me the extra needs and "what's your room number I have to check this!" What? Ok. So far not a good impression. I'm more irritated than anything. If anything else in town had rooms I'd leave. Room is ok, bed is more of a full than a queen. No TV in the sitting area seems odd, but again, whatever. Every hotel is a little different.
"Great, as usual."
We are repeat 'customers' at this BW because we have not been disappointed in any of the times we have stayed in the past. . . . it is consistently good! We were not disappointed this time either, although the desk clerk knew that our second night was 'free'. . . . no change in quality.
"Visit home"
This Best Western met all the things that were important to me. I had a coffee machine, refrigerator and microwave in the room and made use of all three in my extended stay. I enjoyed the variety of the breakfast items in a pleasant breakfast room. I felt secure with the 24 hour staff and lighted parking lot.
"April 2018"
We stayed here and the night shift guy was completely rude and has no concept of customer service and all he wanted to do was take a nap on the job The GM Jay was very nice on check in and very accommodating for our group If our hockey team was to play on Sunday we would've found a different hotel to stay at because of bad service

"Clean and great service!"
Had an over night stay and checked in late, very tired. Front desk checked us in Fast with such friendly professional service! Hotel clean and well maintained. Advised us on breakfast items and hours to take advantage of and to let us k ow if we need anything to make our stay pleasant. Room very nice and clean. Checked out with no problems and Jay in front desk very nice and helpful ! Would highly recommend this hotel!!! Even the price was very reasonable.
"Weird Night Deskclerk, room with subpar standards"
When I arrived, the desk clerk was very unfriendly, did not greet me just stared until I spoke, it was weird. I stayed in room 318. The room was smaller than it showed in the pictures, and the hot-tub was not the hot-tub that was shown in the room pictures. The hot-tub was not clean, it had hairs and little black specks in it when I filled it up. The shower was dirty too. The water pressure was very low and the shower was cramped. The shower head couldn't be moved. The furniture placement was odd, the microwave dresser/mini-fridge almost blocked off the hallway into the first room. The sheets on the bed had a few specks of red(blood??) on them and were not clean. Continental breakfast was okay and did not taste terrible, though the potatoes felt soggy. You have to be up early to get breakfast, otherwise it's gone pretty quick. The morning desk clerk was much friendlier to talk to when I checked out.

"Review"
We have stayed here many times and have always had a good clean room with great service. The staff at the front desk are very good and helpful. The continental breakfast in the morning is not the biggest but it is a very good start of the day especially for the price!
"New customer"
I have never stayed at a best western before. After staying at the one in Joliet I joined the rewards program to stay with them more. To be completely honest the breakfast can use a little work but I found my permanent hotel chain.
"Excellent Hotel"
What a great hotel great rooms friendly and helpful staff. Free continual breakfast and free internet also has a pool if you want to relax or swim for exercise .there is also a coin operated washer and dryer if you need to wash something
"Nice Hotel"
Our stay at this location was very pleasant. The rooms were clean and nice and the staff were terrific! They had a large selection for their continental breakfast. We will definitly stay there again. I t is close to major routes
"Best of the Best Western!"
The hotel is large and the grounds have great parking. The staff is one of the most helpful and friendly groups of people I have experienced! The rooms are clean and comfortable! Breakfast is wholesome and tasty. We will stay, again!
"Nice"
Hotel was nice. Stayed for work and was definitely a decent hotel. Only issue I had was with a few front desk people. There was a language barrier making it difficult to communicate with them but still was able to get what I needed. I'd definitely come back again in the future. Also the hot breakfast could vary a little more often.
"Overnight stay in Joliet"
The Best Western hotel in Joliet, Illinois, was an ideally situated for easy access to Joliet. The hotel was very comfortable, and the decor and furnishings looked to be brand new. There were excellent facilities including an indoor, heated pool and a hot tub. Plus there was an eating area with unlimited coffee and breakfast in the morning. The room was very well laid out, a big TV and plenty of seating, en suite and coffee making facilities. The breakfast was very good, and the hotel has a pancake making machine, which is brilliant. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, a highly recommended hotel and well situated for shopping at the nearby shopping mall and various restaurants.
"Nice place to stay"
I enjoyed staying at the Best Western Inn & Suites in Joliet, IL. The rooms and common areas are clean and in a good location. The staff are very nice and helpful. I'd recommend this hotel because it's a great value for the money.
"Never Disappointed"
We visit Joliet, Illinois several times a year and always request a room at the Joliet Best Western. The owners and operators have their quest's comfort at heart. We have never been disappointed with our stay in the Joliet Best Western.
"Great Staff"
Very clean. Very Friendly staff with a great sense of humor. Definitely staying here again. Pradip, the owner, is a very pleasant man and helpful. At check in he offered us to look at our room first to make sure in was satisfactory. If it wasn't he was willing to give us a different room. The room he assigned first was extremely clean and neat.
"Clean, average hotel"
This hotel was a one-night stay to attend a funeral. The hotel is clean, and it appears they are trying to make some updates. Our two Q bed room was good size and the TV and refrigerator worked just fine. The bathroom is adequate, but the toilet is one that is low to the ground, making it a little more of a challenge for older knees and anyone very tall. Our beds were comfortable, linens clean but worn. The sheer curtains had a good sized tear but were clean. The hotel wasn't very full, so it was nice and quiet. Breakfast was okay...the usual options of microwave hot things, a waffle maker, some cereals and small pastries, etc. If you are looking for more class, this isn't the place, BUT, if you are looking for clean and don't care about the amenities being perfect, this is a good option.
"Our hotel when we come back home"
We love this place. We stay here several times a year. The management team is always so helpful. I am handicapped so I have special needs that they always accommodate me. I personally can't say enough good things about the staff and comfort in the rooms. We get the king handicap suite and it is every bit as comfortable as my home. No bugs, clean and they will go out of their way to make you feel comfortable.
"Manager is very friendly"
This was a very good place to stay while travelling. Location is near interstate and offers a safe parking area. Rooms are large with fridge and coffee maker. Beds are very comfortable. Pool area is very nice. Staff are well trained and very helpful. Breakfast in included.
"When in Joliet area"
Just off Jefferson Street which leads directly to downtown Joliet, Illinois. Access to Interstates 44 & 55 easily. Numerous eateries chain and local within driving distance to and from trips to downtown historical sites, museum, theaters et citeria. No 1st floor rooms but elevator available.
"Very nice stay, great rate"
Last minute travel plans to the area prompted our reservation here. This is a very nice, clean, comfortable hotel and room rates are far better than the similar hotels we looked at in the area. Nice little continental breakfast and pool. The decorating is attractive. The manager, Jay and his associate Pradhip are such gentleman and were very accommodating. We will definitely stay here in the future.
"Nice room at a fair price"
We planned poorly and arrived in the Joliet area at rush hour on a Friday evening. That said, our satnav directed unerringly to this Best Western. We were greeted by an exceptionally friendly front desk staff (one of the gentlemen was the manager), and our room was very adequate - which is what one expects in this class hotel. Nothing particular exceptionally outstanding and certainly nothing bad. Parking is behind the hotel, and there are, in addition to the front, entrances on either side. We had been in our room only a short time when there was quite a commotion in the corridor - as it happens, a collegiate running team was staying there. They were very well behaved, though, and we heard little from them afterward, though they had rather 'taken over' the breakfast area the next morning (which does not reflect at all on the hotel).
"WORST WESTERN! 2nd stay only got worse!"
The 1st time we stayed there in July I chalked it up to a fluke that the check-in time was painfully slow (took 25 minutes to get done), the back door didn't work and the ice machine was out of ice along with a noisy fridge in the room but this 2nd stay in September got way worse! Check-in process painfully slow AGAIN (worse this time). Ice was in the ice machine this time BUT the room was such a disappointment. The toilet wasn't even firmly attached to the floor and moved around like a wobbly table (scary way to start out in a room). Next the TV had a black line down it just off to the right from the middle making watching anything very annoying. The pillows were horrid (worst pillows ever). There was piss-poor water pressure AGAIN (on the 2nd floor mind you) was so bad it took me 15 minutes just to rinse shampoo out of my hair and finally this fridge was even noisier than the one in the other room we had back in July. I was hoping for better, not worse. In July was a 3rd floor with horrid water pressure, this was the 2nd floor and other end of the hotel. ...just can't win. Apparently I'm spoiled rotten by Hampton service and their 100% price promise and quick check-in, etc. but this BW really has earned its nickname of Worst Western with us!
"A NASCAR Weekend"
The hotel overall is pretty good. The hotel is pretty clean other than some dust in the corner of the room, the rest of the room looked clean. The General Manager Jay is friendly and seems like he will accommodate requests as best as possible. The breakfast is nothing special but it is free, and the room for the breakfast could be a little bigger. So as i said overall it is pretty good. While this maybe an average hotel in most places, it is probably one of the better places to stay in Joliet.
"Average Hotel"
Hotel needs maintenance done on rooms. Location is great for NASCAR speedway plenty of restaurants near hotel. Rooms were clean and spacious but fans needs serious maintenance. Parking is great , pool is nice. Breakfast is below average. Quality of food is poor. Location to the interstate is great.
"race weekend"
They have very good service. The rooms were very clean and stocked with the essentials. Breakfast consisted of hot food along with the normal cereal and pastries. Waffles you make yourself was great. The Staff is very friendly and always asks if you need anything. For race weekend it was very quiet too. The pool was very relaxing and clean. Even though its right off the highway it still seems secluded and quiet. We will stay there again. The only thing I wish they would have had was a hot tub but maybe we will upgrade the room next time.
"Nascar weekend"
The service was excellent. The room could have been a little cleaner. There was dust on everything, which means to me it hadn't had a good cleaning in a while. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was clean. The breakfast was your ordinary free breakfast.
"Okay for Rehabed Hotel- could be cleaner."
This hotel looks like a hotel that had been rehabbed. And it didn't look like the rehab job was the best. The staff was friendly. However, the rooms could have been vacuumed better in the bathrooms could have been clean with a little more detail. The breakfast area had an okay selection, but found the milk to be sour and the juice to be watered down. I would stay here again if I had to but it wouldn't be my first choice.

"Ants"
The room we were in had dead bugs on the floor, cobwebs and dirt in the corners and ants crawling on the bed! We were moved to another room that still had some cobwebs but was cleaner. The mattress felt like sleeping directly on the springs

"No Hot Tub"
Air conditioning did not work through the entire building. The pool was dirty and not filtering correctly. Our bathroom had hair all over the floor and tub. Breakfast had stale bread and moldy fruit. When I pointed out the fruit he removed it but left the other pieces that it had been touching. The front door needs new springs because it shut so fast it caught my legs.
"Best BW Yet!"
Jay Byatt and staff are "head and shoulders" above all the other BW we have stayed at! The cheese omelettes were very good! Never had them at any BW before. I usually have peanut butter and banana on toast as most of the time the breakfast eggs are "iffy" at best. The bed and pillows again, the best of any BW we have stayed at (we usually stay at BW when we can and recently friends recommend getting the BW cc card with rewards, which we did)!
"Basic"
This a basic Best Western, not as nice as many we have stayed at. Even the bar of soap was small; and there was a body wash and shampoo dispenser in the shower which always seems a little "less classy" to me. Perhaps a little update would help. Check in was very, very slow. Room was ok. Very noisy outside during night, but you can't always control guests. Breakfast also just ok. I do give them a plus for having unsweetened almond milk for cereal....a first at any hotel.
"Excellent accommodations."
This hotel is off the main highway, but is secluded and restful. It is clean and well maintained. Our suite was clean and everything was in good order. Bed was super comfortable. A full hot breakfast is included along with fruit and pastries.. Staff is friendly and courteous.
"Well cared for"
This property is about fifteen years old, so says the desk person, Gabby. She was the only person to deal with everything. Nice first floor room that turned out to be a handicapped room. Clean, comfortable bed, side chair with ottoman. Fun thing was I passed the laundry room several times(it was not in use) and by the time I collected enough quarters and gathered the dirty clothes somebody beat me to the washer. 9:15pm mind you. The spa was closed :(. The pool had a family of like fifteen people splashing and screaming, did I mention its an indoor pool. They were in there until quarter to ten. Pool closes at ten. Gabby said apparently they were have a birthday pool party. Gonna have to remember for the next time I want a pool party. Over all it is a good property if you need a place about fifteen minutes just north of I 80 in Illinois. I do wonder about the idea of putting a marble type floor outside a pool area.
"Could be better"
Okay for a one night layover. Room had an unpleasant smell and could use renovation. Bring your own pillow. The hot tub was not in service. The breakfast was somewhat unappetizing, though started at 6:00am which suited our travel plans. Room was quiet.
"Good location"
Ok stayed here the first week of July for a NHRA race. Hotel was about 15 min away so it was a great location easy to get out onto hiway and restaurants near by and even a McDonald's at the corner. Pool was nice in the heat but it had stones from the floor at the bottom of it so you hurt your feet if stepped on it. Hot tub was closed while we were there and looked like it had been for awhile. Front desk (Jay) was great when we came in. Gave us 2 keys and one didn't work when checked went down to get fixed gave us another worked for one day then had to get rekeyed again we finally got tired of asking for it to get rekeyed and just used one. Breakfast was not good. Eggs and sausage did not look good. Pancakes I am told were ok just not for the whole week every day. Rooms were quite at the beginning of our trip then as the week went on and the people came in late at night and was noisey nothing unusual in a hotel. First impressions of room-just a room. We had 5 in a room and 2 towels asked for 3more and did get them but the day we put the towels on the floor and got one towel back. Went back to get more towels and didn't find anybody around so we just would hide towels so we would eventually get 5. Rooms were cleaned everyday but room service would Come at 9 am oh to early for my family. They need to clean the bathroom a little better there was hair on the floor when we got back from out day not something you want to see after a long hot day The shower sucked and I mean sucked no water came out and no pressure I had to rinse my hair for 15 min just to get soap out of it and I don't have alot of hair oh wifi sucks half our trip we had no wifi I have been in some other best westerns and this one just didn't, make the top grade this hotel needs some TLC to get it back up to a 4 star hotel. Great location and good for one or two nights stay not a week would stay again for shorter stay
"good hotel"
as the hotel is all right they lack in truck parking, but told the clc folks who books my room they did. the hotel is located in a good place easy on & off i55 the room was clean & I rested here good. I will not be staying here any longer. because of the parking the manager upon check out got rude about the truck parking when I asked why they told our booking people they had truck parking,
"Clean and Comfortable"
The staff is friendly and professional and the room was in clean and organized condition. It is conveniently located of one of the main highway exits. Their business center was very useful and well organized. The housekeeping staff were very nice and helpful.
"Unkempt location"
The bathroom was gross, with holes in the tub floor and hair in the shower (before we had showered). Not enough towels; 3 in our reservation and we had 3 towels, 2 washcloths and one hand towel. The beds were very hard and uncomfortable. The sheets were stained and had definitely seen better days. Upon walking into the (very dark) room, I could not find the light switch and when I did locate it, it took a long time for the light to quit flashing and stay on. In the meantime, I was trying to get my family's belongings into the room (myself and my two children). The trash can had been left smack in the middle of the walkway where I could not see it thanks to the bags I was carrying, and I fell over it. Fortunately our soft clothing broke my fall and prevented injury. Not somewhere I would ever stay again.

"Quite"
We.were traveling & Tired. This hotel was very quite and that is a PLUS. Everything was neat and clean. Breakfast was good. Not crowded. which I really like. We had to leave early, so not sure what was around the hotel.
"Very Pleasant Stay"
We stayed 3 nights here recently for a paintball event and everything was excellent. The hotel was clean, the breakfast was hot and all the staff were extremely friendly. We had no complaints whatsoever and will definitely stay here again!
"Hotel Stay"
This is truly a well staffed and nice hotel. I would defiantly recommend this hotel to friends and family. Look forward to our next trip to Joliet, Il and without question this will be our hotel of choice.
"Average hotel, great service"
The gentleman running the desk was great! Very friendly! The room itself had a smell about it, not sure if it was stale smoke or a sewer issue. The king bed was pretty comfy as were the pillows. Shortly after we checked in there was some sort of emergency involving an ambulance, firetruck, several cops, and some weird official van. Not sure what was going on but they were there a while. The breakfast was your normal Best Western expanded continental breakfast, pretty good for being free. Our room was kind of loud from the interstate but not to the point that we couldn't sleep. We would stay again.
"Great motel"
Stayed at this property last week in one of their newly remodeled rooms. I have stayed there a number of times and always found the staff to be very attentive, the facility very clean and comfortable. Highly recommend this facility.
"Upscale quality Hotel"
This hotel is being newly renovated. The rooms are fantastic. They are fresh, CLEAN, and nicely furnished. The staff and Manager are outstanding! If you are in the area stay here and enjoy fantastic accommodations!
"Convenient location, but house cleaning system needs fixing"
Stayed 3 nights and the location is ideal, next to hwy 55 and 52, and just off of I-80. However, our room was never cleaned during our entire stay. This in spite of me personally handing a note to the desk manager that our room needed service on the 2nd morning. The 3rd morning, I called the front desk (as instructed) and they still did not clean our room. This system needs to be improved.
"Best Western Joliet Inn & Suites"
We are always welcome at this hotel. We arrive with a service dog, so they give us a corner room so we are away from noise in the halls. Pradip & Jay are the most welcoming hosts we have met on our travels. We share our family stories as they do with us. we feel like family when we stay at this hotel. They are very personable.
"Never Disappointed"
We stay in the Joliet Best Western every time we visit the area. It is convenient, quiet, clean, and comfortable. The entire staff has our comfort as a priority. Many folks come to this hotel time after time and are greeted with affection upon arrival. Guests always feel welcome at the Joliet Best Western.
"Bugs and Blood"
Drove all night to find a bed with bugs and blood stain on sheet with dirty sheets that looked like not washed. NEVER AGAIN! This was during 10/12/2016 - 10/13/2016 at Best Western Inn Joliet. NO THANKS! I have pictures.
"Super nice front desk clerk!"
The front desk clerk was very nice at the Best Western in Joliet, Illinois. The air conditioning was broken in our first room, so she kindly moved us to the Presidential Suite. The room was a nice, large size with plugs everywhere, and a comfy pull-out sofa bed. We arrived late at night after a long drive during a huge rainstorm and didn't feel up to going out for dinner, so the front desk clerk recommended some local places that deliver. We chose a Mexican restaurant called Loco's and the food was delicious! The only down to our stay was the tub in the Presidential Suite was not clean, but we weren't going to use it anyway, so wasn't an issue for anyone in our group. The rest of the room and grounds were clean and tidy.
"Our home away from home"
Pradip & Jay are personable and caring. They have a beautiful hotel. The housekeepers deserve a big "Thank You!" for all they do to tidy our room and keep it clean. Thank you Heather for booking, "the quietest room in the hotel" for us. We travel with a service dog so it's nice that she didn't have to be on guard all night as people enter & leave their rooms. We had an excellent time. Thank you to all who made it wonderful!
"Simply Lovely"
Great, clean, and quiet hotel. Alot of personal touches. Perfect for business and pleasure. Breakfast was extravagrant... Establishment is clean and maintained well... Staff is pleasant and respectful
"Highly recommend this excellent, clean hotel"
We just had an excellent stay at this hotel. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, everything worked, no problems. The staff was friendly and courteous. Check-in was a breeze, as well as check-out.
"Overnight stay"
Decided to stop for the night on our way home from a recent vacation. When ever we are traveling we try to stay at a Best Western. We have always fount the rooms to be clean and comfortable and staff very courteous.
"Worn Out"
Nothing positive to say, I'm afraid. Worn out place, didn't feel welcome, didn't feel safe, hate the soap and shampoo dispensers in the shower. Refrigerator didn't work, overcharged for a room with just one DOUBLE bed. Hotel needs a lot of work.
"Great Stop - Very Convenient"
Hotel was "easy on-easy off", clean, with a friendly staff. Close to restaurants and shops. There was a strong odor of cigarette smoke in our initial room. Staff quickly moved us to a larger suite with no problem. Pool was clean. Breakfast options were perfect for our family of four.
"Taste of joliet"
Came into town for the taste of joliet. Instead of driving back to chicago..decided to get a room close to the taste...stayed at the best western..very close to the taste..the hotel was affordable..clean..and very very accomodating...only stayed overnight..but thoroughly enjoyed my stay..hotel staff was extremely nice as well...
"Only an "acceptable" stay"
We stayed at this hotel for one night when traveling, having stayed in 13 different hotels, so we had lots of experience with which to compare. The desk clerk was friendly at check-in. When we went to a our room which was to be no smoking, there was a VERY strong smoke odor. When I spoke with the desk clerk, he offered to spray deodorizer, My husband requested a different room, and he quickly obliged. The room was just acceptable. The bed linens were very pilly and rough. I understand that it is difficult to keep white towels clean but they had slight stains on them....not something you feel comfortable using. Breakfast was acceptable but "low budget". It was an acceptable stay but nothing more.
"We loved this hotel!"
We needed a hotel in Joliet for a few nights that provided separation from our 2 year old and the Best Western Joliet Inn & Suites had just the right room for us. Our room was spacious and had a separate living room perfect for our daughter. However most important to me is cleanliness and this hotel was immaculate. Breakfast was average. The swimming pool, which no one ever used, was great for my little one. Staff was always welcoming. Location is just off the high way which makes it convenient. Pradip at the front desk was particularly friendly and accommodating. Family circumstances required that we make a return visit a few weeks later and he made sure we had the same room again. We can't recommend this hotel enough.
"Nice place"
We spent a couple of nights here for our traveling baseball team tournament. I thought this was a nice place to stay and reasonably priced for our group. We spent time hanging out with other adults at the pool enjoying adult beverages for long periods of time! We would definitely consider staying here again!
"Decent hotel"
The toilet flooded after the first time we flushed it. At first they offered to switch our rooms but we declined and they sent a maintenance man to fix it right away. But they did not bring the washcloths we asked for. The room itself was clean and a little modern but the bathroom had a few issues. The sink was scratched up, there were marks on the toilet and walls, tiles falling off, lock didn't work, shower head was extremely dirty, and grout all over the floors and walls. The soap dispenser was very messy and conveniently located above an electrical outlet. Then the breakfast was slightly limited but not bad. But staff was friendly, beds were comfy, and overall it wasn't a bad experience. I would stay again if I was in the area but I wouldn't pay any more for it than we did.
"Just okay "
This hotel is truly just okay- we used a Costco travel discount to stay and I'm glad we did. The room slightly smelled like smoke when we came in but either it went away or we got used to it. AC worked fine and was quiet but there was lots of dirt and leaves in it. The bed was okay, but there is no comforter, only a blanket and sheet. The bathroom is old and has poor construction and desperately needs renovated! It was quiet though which was nice.
"Noisy"
we heard the people in the room above us walking around. we were told that someone would ask them to try to not be so noisy. after the 2nd night of the same, we asked to be moved to a new room on the upper floor. our new room was next to the ice machine which was used frequently the next morning and was extremely loud!
"RACE WEEKEND FUN"
We were there for the drag races in Joliet in July of 2016, plus stayed there in 2013. Great place to stay. Affordable, quiet, very clean, decent breakfast, great and helpful staff, plus it is close to all of the race tracks. Have always had a great experience with my stay. Will come back and stay again.
"Nothing Special"
This place is fine if you're looking to stay somewhere over night for a reasonable price. There was certainly nothing special about it, but nothing terribly wrong either. The staff was very nice and polite. Breakfast was your typical buffet. Again, nothing special.
"Poor customer service"
Not giving us the room we reserved with a queen bed and roll in accessible shower - but giving this to someone who was a repeat customer who was not handicapped- because this room was an adjoining room - shows lack of customer service to us. We reserved the room we needed Aug 15, 2015- but this was not honored. We will not be staying here again- period.
"Better than most for an older Motel"
Stayed 2 nights here after checking out of Motel 6. The Motel was an older building but seem to be well maintained and the staff was very friendly. It was a nice quite stay and had a clean and well maintained room. The Wifi was a bit slow but I did not use it very much. I will stay here next time I am in Joliet.
"Old hotel that needs a good cleaning."
The hotel looks good in the pictures, but it is in need of a good cleaning. Our room looked like the locals use it for weekend parties. Remnants of streamers still attached to the ceiling, cigarette smoke smell, and pieces of broken glass on the floor tell the story... If you are passing through and need a quick convenient stop, it's okay just don't expect much.
"Nice Hotel with Dangerous Internet"
Best Western Joliet offers what you would expect from the Best Western chain with one exception. The wireless network advertised as secure is not. The day after logging on to the hotel wireless server, my email and internet accounts were hacked. Use the internet here sparingly and be careful if you do use it.
"Very good"
Was a very clean and friendly hotel. Would definitely stay again. Staff was great and comfortable beds. Breakfast was good. Location was good for the area we needed. Very quiet location. Pool and spa were great as well.
"Great staff old hotel."
Not sure if I would stay here again. The staff were very nice, but it appeared to be old hotel. The front entrance of the hotel did not have the appearance of any other Best Western we had ever stayed at. It almost looked like a side entrance. I guess they have had a problem with smoking customers, as Jay told me after we rejected the first room, because of strong smoke smell, that customers have no respect for non-smoking requests.
"Can't sleep without TV"
We had 3 rooms in our party. we were going to the speedway early on sunday so rather than drive 3 hours in the morning we stayed in Joliet Saturday night. got to the room after check in, the room had a slight smell and the bathroom was missing several tiles other than that it looked alright. we all headed to the pool, small pool but not bad. then we went out to dinner. got back to our room around 9 and discovered our TV did not work. We wanted to make sure it was plugged in before we called and made a fuss. It was plugged in but the outlet cover fell off when were checking. It did not have a screw in it. There was also an old mirror shoved behind the tv stand. Once we determined the outlet worked we called the desk, the phone was missing the face plate, Nichol came up to take a look at it. She agreed with us it did not work. She kindly asked if we wanted to switch rooms. She went to check what was available. We were in a king suite. The only other one open was at the opposite end of the hall. We had our daughter in her own room a few doors down. I was not happy that she was not in an adjoining room so I was not about to go to the other end. We stayed in the room with no TV. Nichole said she would make a note about the TV on our room so they could deal with it in the morning. I thought that meant they would at least give us a discount for the inconvenience. When I checked out in the morning the man said there was no note. When I told him about the TV he said oh ok I will let maintenance know. NO apology for the lack of attention on their part no nothing. He didn't offer any discount or anything. I would have been happy with a few extra reward points, but nothing. A good bed, a working TV and a good shower that is what I want at a hotel.
"5 ***** RECOMMEND"
Very friendly staff. Clean rooms and comfortable beds. When I'm in Joliet again this is where we will stay. I would give them 10 stars if they offered that option. Keep up the great quality. **********
"Super nice staff and quiet"
This was our second visit to this location in four months. We come back to this area frequently and when we come now we always stay. They have a nice spa and pool to relax in. The housekeeping staff is very accommodating. Everyone makes you feel like you're the only guest at the hotel. We stayed eight days and enjoyed them after a day of visiting with friends and relatives. I feel at home and hope if you stay here you feel the same. CLEAN AND QUIET.
"I'll be back"
This is a great hotel in a nice area. I was with-in miles of many restaurants and the hotel was located right off the highway. The hotel room was very nice and the jacuzzi was clean and comfortable for 2.
"Definitely recommend!"
We had a comfortable overnight. Staff was friendly, and the breakfast was surprisingly ample. The room was clean and included a fridge. It's easy to find from the Interstate and close to restaurants and other necessities. Definitely recommend!
"Staff was courteous and helpful!"
I had a stressful trip into town for a family funeral. I was two hours behind schedule. The staff was courteous and helpful. They listened to me, my needs and gladly made it happen. I jokingly shared I could use a strong cup of coffee or a glass of wine. I was given coffee immediately during my check-in. They also shared the hot tub will be waiting for me to unwind. The lobby was inviting, the breakfast area was very clean and offered several delicious options. My room was clean, comfortable and quiet. I would gladly stay here again.
"A Secret"
each visit to the area brings my wife and I back to this motel. We are assured of the quality of care and the value of our money when staying at the Joliet Best Western. The location is very convenient to the Interstate with easy on andd off. This motel is a very nice place to stay for a night or several nights.
"Need a place to stay in the Joliet area this is it"
Totally safe and secure place to spend the night. The grounds and all of the facility is well maintained. The staff is always cheerful and helpful. Lots of dining options within a few miles. the free breakfast is a great way to start your day..
"Nice Property, Thin Walls"
breakfast and room features excellent; staff excellent; room noise not good. I heard guests in hall and guests in next room. Breakfast very generous and selections good. Easy access on/off Interstate 55
"OK stay"
We had a small suite that was nicely laid out for a mid priced motel. The facility was clean however not totally pleased with housekeeping. For example they didn't replace the coffee we used or the cups we used. Also, they use soap/shampoo dispensers and also supply a very small hand soap that basically good for only a couple washes. Really should replace daily which they didn't. We were there 3 nights. The breakfast was OK and the room very cramped. One morning we even elected to go to BK when it was too crowded on two tries. Had place to go & ran out of time. Rooms due for upgrading.
"Average hotel"
We stayed here because we were getting in very late and leaving early so got the cheaper priced hotel. It is a god clean hotel for the price but average overall. He rooms are clean but older. The breakfast buffet is average also. No attendant so when you run out you have to go to the hotel desk. Waffles are good the rest is ok. If I want to save money this is the place. If I want nice I would stay somewhere else.
"Great place to stay in Joliet"
The hotel is clean, the front desk staff excellent, the location convenient. Loved the pool and the quiet. Ask for room 200 ; on the second floor with no neighbors. Ask the front desk staff for information on what to do in and around Joliet. Look for festivals, street fairs and a short drive to Chicago.
"Not Up To Best Western Standards"
Keep driving another exit or two and stay at another property. Over priced. Unclean rooms. I stay only at Best Western and love the chain, but this one was not up to par and the price was too high for what they offered.
"Great stay!"
Great customer service! Room was very clean plus the staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was great with quick access to dining facilities and general shopping area. Connecting Hwy was close by for transit to other roads.
"the best!!!!!"
i love our room the bed and the breakfast was fresh and the employees were all nice and very friendly, i would stay here all the time. the pool is amazing and the hot tub was great very refreshing. if you want the hotel with overall greatest this is the place. thank you best western for making our stay worth it.
"Good Comfortable Experience!!"
A good clean place to stay. The management went out of their was to make our stay a comfortable experience. Not a luxury facility with a lot of "bells and whiislles" which we did not want. On;ly somewhat negative comment was that the swiming pool was cold. When I have a need to stay in this area, this would be a good choice.
"Great Experience"
I highly recommend using Best Western as your next hotel. The staff were great, rooms cleaned to perfection, and the hotel was nicely decorated and kept in top notch condition. I use Best Western for the excellent prices and high quality in services.
"Best Western Joliet Inn and Suites"
Very nice place to stay we go back every year. I recommend it to everyone . The service is great as well as the cleanliness and the locations is easy access. The breakfast is always very nice and plenty of it.
"Good nights sleep in Joliet, Illinois"
If you are looking for a Good place for a goods night sleep in Joliet Illinois this is it. Great price for a super clean hotel. This hotel is just a short drive to a variety of restaurants and shopping.
"One night stay"
Staff was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was mediocre...some people would love it, I try to eat healthier food choices. Easy to find off the interstate and plenty of parking. Indoor hallways. I would stay there again if in the area.
"Personal opinion"
They were renovating so the hotel hallways were very dirty but the room was pretty clean. The breakfast was not very good, cold (eggs?) bland potatoes, and bland colored sausage. Not really impressed with the soap dispensers on the wall but I know a lot of places do it now. It had one of the quieter air/heat systems. Wish they would put an extra blanket in the drawer as many people like to sleep in cool air with a little extra cover.
"Above all expectations"
I have to say that the owners whom we're here today when I checked in went beyond anything I could have asked for. I drive truck and since it was gonna be cold tonight I wanted to plug it in so they had me pull it up behind the pool windows so I was close to a plug. They didn't have reg coffee it was out so he made me a new pot and was really super nice about it and everything eles. I stay at alot of BWs and I have to say thus far this is def on my top list and the rooms are in great shape and clean def would recommend staying here
"Great Place to Stay"
Nice friendly staff! We needed to change our reservation at the last minute and the staff could not have been nicer or more helpful. Very clean. Bed could have been a little softer but we are used to a pillow top at home. Shower was vey clean also.
"Caring People such as Jay, or Shaye"
Thank you for all you do to make us feel welcome. I am loving the renovations you are doing. A big shoutout to the your wonderful housekeepers who work so diligently to make every room nice. See you later this month.
"Great place in Joliet"
Clean property, friendly and helpful staff. Nice breakfast area and great Internet. If you need a place to stay when in the area, I highly recommend it. Clean and comfortable room with a very nice bed.
"Friendly and helpful"
The daytime manager/owner is always very willing to help and very friendly. We have a large group that comes once a month for a weekend and they are always very accomodating. Always willing to help us set up our room or get what we need. The hotel is very clean, the rooms are very clean and the pool is always clean. Not sure the jets on the hot tub are working properly though.
"Met my comfort expectations"
Travelling the I-80, the hotel is just a little out of the way, but no problem. Hotel check-in was fast, professional and friendly. Clerk made a fresh pot of coffee when we asked about it. He pointed out the amenities and availability. Room was clean and beds very comfortable and good lofty pillows than didn't pancake out when you laid on them. Good peaceful sleep. Breakfast had real scrambled eggs instead of preformed patties and scratch made oatmeal with a choice of toppings!!! Very good breakfast and hotel.
"Last night of a long roadtrip"
I always trust BW for cleanliness, above all, quiet and peaceful sleep and this was no exception. This room had a microwave and fridge as I like to take foods with me. Thanks again Best Western for keeping up the standard I look for and giving us a good nights sleep. Back on the road early so it helps to be close to the highway.....one cannot get lost.
"Good balance between price and service"
The hotel was clean and included all services, room had a perceptible cigar smell, pool was clean, gim was in general good condition, breakfast was acceptable. In general good balance between price and service.
"Basic comfort"
We were in town to visit family and several members stayed at this Best Western overnight. We slept well; the room was clean and comfortable, but pretty basic--no frills, no pillow-top bed, no fancy lotions in the bathroom. The breakfast had a basic array of items, but had some missing items like honey and peanut butter, and some items of questionable quality. Still, if you want a basic place to sleep and rest between excursions or events, this Best Western will meet your basic needs.
"Take away employees cell phones"
Sorry it is just a pet peeve but I like to have some attention when I am the customer. Nothing was wrong with this property. The room was inviting and clean. Couple of burnt out bulbs. The indoor pool and hot tub were worth the price of the room just for the soothing water and good swim. The front desk person did her job. The morning breakfast was pretty standard fare. All in all it was a good value but please take the cellphone out of her hand (front desk girl) it is annoying.
"Great for the $$$"
The front desk clerk went way beyond his job description to help me with my new tablet. He was friendly, helpful and very patient. The hotel is close to the interstate, and a short drive to many eateries.I will be staying there again on my return trip.
"Above and beyond"
I arrived at this hotel feeling I'll with my sister in law and friend. My sister in law suffers from dimensia and our friend walks with a cane. The manager not only assisted us with the vehicle parking but helped all of us to our a joining rooms also brought all of our luggage to our rooms from the vehicle. Not only that the entire staff was always available for any needs we had with friendly professional service. The entire experience made me a customer there every time I come to town. Thank you Jay and your team for your hospitality.
"Hotel was DECENT"
The hotel itself was decent. But the parking is horrid and has holes in the parking lot. When I was leaving for dinner around 6:30pm the poorly lit parking lot had a hidden hazard (pothole) that I soon found and ended up with a broken foot. The hotel customer service said the injury was no ones fault but my own and I needed to watch my step next time.
"Okay for the night"
It was an okay motel. The guy at the front desk was more than accomidating and they let us check in early. They were remodeling, but there wasn't anything that was really in the way or messy in any way. My room was on the small side and a little cramped - too many things in there I think. I know you want to offer all these things, but it's just too small to offer a table, fridge, etc. The room was perfect temperature, but we used the AC because of the stuffiness that you get in a hotel room - it worked perfectly! The lights in the bathroom were way too dim - you definitely need to brighten those up as well as the shower heads - they need to be updated because the water pressure is AWFUL. Toilet didn't flush well and when we asked for a roll away bed, the man at the desk told me $10 for the night, but when we called at 11pm to get it, the man at the desk told us $15 and it had to be paid in cash. The man in the afternoon had said that it would be added to my bill that I paid the hotel room with via credit card. I just think that the people at the night desk are trying to make extra money, so if you're reading this - better ask them...this is what they're doing to people that ask for things at night. They also made us come get the bed - they wouldn't bring it up!! That pissed me off big time. Checkout was a breeze and when we asked for more towels, we got them (they only had 2 in the bathroom) I couldn't see staying here more than a night and if you needed to be in the room longer than a couple hours, I wouldn't recommend it...it's good for buzzing in and doing your hair, then leaving for the night. We were right next to the elevator, but I sleep really well, so I wasn't bothered. The girls I stayed with though said it was a little noisy overnight and they could hear everything. Indoor pool and spa that we never got to use - looked great, wish we had the time! Breakfast was great - the girls really enjoyed it and said there was a ton to choose from.
"Clean and Comfortable; Under Renovations"
The hotel was clean and comfortable. It is currently having some fresh coats of paint applied, so there was some paint smell and drop cloths down, but it will be nice when finished. The rooms were clean and quiet. Bedding was a little aged. Breakfast was good and included hot items.
"Nice place to stay "
My husband and I stayed here for about 21 days for work purposes. The room was clean and comfortable. The cleaning staff and desk staff were very friendly and accommodating. Only one washer and dryer for guest use but there is a laundromat a few miles away (it is clean and functional). Couldn't beat the price. Very happy with this hotel.
"Worst hotel experience ever"
We arrived with a reservation from O'hare at about 2:30 AM on the Sunday morning before the Chicago marathon. Our reservation was found and we were given a key card to room 305, but when I took my wife and daughter up to the third floor we found that 305 was already full of people. Back at the desk the clerk seemed very surprised that there were people in the room, and told us they were supposed to have checked out. We were then told that the hotel was full, and every other hotel in Joliet was also full. After several calls they found us a room at the Willowbrook Inn, 25 miles back up Route 55 towards Chicago. It turns out that the Willowbrook Inn deserves its own negative number review, with only a few rooms open due to construction and with a toilet that didn't work and a shower full of pubic hairs. We were awoken at 7 AM after maybe 3 hours sleep by the circular saw outside our window. Not a word of apology from the manager of the Best Western since. What kind of hotel management doesn't know whether there are people occupying their rooms? We will never stay there, and due to my belief in collective corporate punishment, at any other Best Western again.
"Clean, quiet place to stay!"
A friend and I went to a show in Joliet and wanted a place to stay for the night...nothing fancy, not expensive...this was a great choice! The staff was courteous and made sure we were comfortable. Elevator worked well(I've had this be an issue at hotels). The room was clean as a whistle and the breakfast was very good. Cost was really great and it was just a short distance to downtown and the Rialto Theatre for the show.
"Clean, not fancy."
Stopped here twice during a trip; once while westbound and again while eastbound. Would have used hot tub if it was working on the first trip. Hotel safe (in the closet) needed a battery and set up a noise after we fell asleep. We were offered another room, but really did not want to shift to another room so late. Night manager was able to silence it, after all. On the return trip all was quiet and the spa was working. Breakfast was good. Room size was sufficient, and clean enough.
"Nice Clean Place To Stay"
Very friendly staff on reception, very helpful with regards to local restaurants, room was very clean and breakfast was excellent with a good selection of hot and cold food available. Internet connection was good. Easy to find off interstate, would have no hesitation in stopping here again.
"Great Bargain!"
Compared to prices of other chain hotels, this was a Super bargain. The hot free breakfast was more than just standard continental, with enough variety to accommodate adults and children. The rooms were clean and nice. The pool was perfect size for children to play in & not too deep. Location was easy and convenient, right next to interstate on-ramps, but not too close to where you could hear traffic.
"Very Good Stay"
Very good stay. Easy access off interstate. site an room are clean staff was friendly. Breakfast offerings are OK but could be a little better. Several dry cereal options and hot oatmeal with varieties toppings. Typical prepackaged sausage and an egg product (scrambled??type of thing) in a warmer and waffle maker are available.
"Great value for your money"
stopped overnight, decent rate with a very decent room! The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the staff was very friendly, the breakfast was above average, I would stay again, with no hesitation! Everything was clean!
