The people were so friendly that are employed at this hotel. That makes a big difference rooms were nice prices are affordable and location is great for so many stores and restaurant's close by but over all it is reasonable in price and comfortable.
Clean room, comfortable bed and pillows. awesome real breakfast with real eggs and bacon , your style made to order Great breakfast staff. And easy check in. Good restaurants nearby. Easy to find near freeway. Hot shower, adequate soap. I'll stay again.
After two years of exclusively international travel, we had not stayed in any U. S. hotel until this one. As I told the lady at the front desk when we were checking in, we chose their hotel as the first U. S. hotel in two years. We are former Diamond Select members who are planning to do more U. S. travel in the next couple of weeks and have now completed 6 stays over the past week in Best Western hotels. The people at the hotel were extremely cordial. I could tell when I entered the lobby area that the management really cared about being welcoming. The lobby had a scent of fall and was decorated beautifully in a fall theme. We really did appreciate the extra touches to make this hotel special. The room was comfortable and attractive. We had no complaints about it at all. Breakfast was really the best breakfast we had ever had at a Best Western. It was served in their small, cozy restaurant and was hot, made-to-order food. We couldn't have asked for a better breakfast or even a better experience than we had at this hotel. We will keep it on our list of favorites for when we visit West Virginia again.
Really enjoyed our stay at this location. Beds were very comfortable, AC worked great,USB charging stations bedside and had enough Direct TV stations for our needs. Breakfast is not your typical buffett, it was much better than that. You had a choice of 3 different options included in your room rate, or could get $4 off any menu item. We couldn't eat all of our 2 eggs, 2 HUGE sausage patties, toast coffee and juice which was free, They have a full service restaurant and bar with happy hour during the week. Rooms are interior entrance. We had ground floor close to an exit and there was plenty of parking. We definitely recommend this location.
The room had dingy carpet that felt gross. Yes , I forgot slippers. UGH. The AC was loud. The breakfast was full breakfast, that was ok. The hotel is over priced. I have stayed in some great Best Westerns, this one did not impress. I will not stay here on my next visit, unless then update the rooms.
Very comfortable room and clean bathroom. All in all, a great experience. The staff was also very pleasant, helpful, and friendly. We had two service dogs with us, and the staff was congenial and helpful. The complimentary breakfast was also a big plus. All in all, a great experience for an affordable price.
very convenient to the Interstate, restaurants and services..Property is very clean, nice to have an in-house restaurant. Staff was friendly-professional
Very nice place, great location very nice pool. Best Hotel breakfast ever. Very friendly staff. Big comfy bed.
They have a awesome pool area for the kids and adults to relax. Everything else about this hotel is horrible. Extremely old and outdated.
Room was pretty clean, other than that, it was dark and dingy with low ceilings, the AC didn't cool the room well, and the bathroom after a shower felt like it had NO ventilation, it was hotter than the surface of the sun in there.
Overall experience was amazing, will definitely stay again, onsite restaurant was great, amazing location any type of food you wanted within a mile of the hotel
Inn was different but as reasonably priced. Room clean and nicely done! Quiet. Lots of parking. Breakfast was amazing for an Inn. Fresh eggs, three choices of meat ,toast, juice, coffee all for four $
My wife and I stayed at the Best Western a few years ago. It was a positive experience and we came back for a high school reunion in June 2024. Everything seemed even better than before - and I couldn't believe that. Management seems very committed to making the Best Western Plus the best motel along the I-79 corridor. Location was absolutely ideal - convenient but sufficiently removed from the Interstate (maybe 1 mile at most??). There is a national brand drug store adjacent to the Best Western Plus. We walked there to make a purchase. The Housekeeping staff were busy everywhere - active, friendly, service-oriented, yet QUIET. On the day we checked-out, I was casually carrying items to my car from our room while my wife organized and packed. A Housekeeping member asked if I needed assistance transported materials to the car!!!! On the day that we arrived, I noticed that the tile floor near the exit lobby had just been cleaned. The outdoor parking lot was clean as well. Food and service at the restaurant was very good -- both the complementary breakfast that we qualified for AND the dinner buffet reserved for our Bridgeport Reunion guests. Service personnel were VERY attentive withjout being intrusive. The morning of check-out, I asked the service person at the front desk for extended cjheck-out. He asked how long we needed. I stated that we needed until 10:30 or 11:00 a.m.. He smiled and stated that regular check-out was noon!!! SOOOOO convenient!!! Everything.
What is self-evident is that this shell of a sprawling complex has only been cosmetically addressed; the infrastructure and rooms remain from a bygone era. Similar to a hermit crab, which takes on discarded shells as its own, Choice Hotels has been at that game for a while. However, Best Western seems to have followed suit and has allowed it to seem into their "Plus" facilities.
Stayed here overnight on a road trip. Very convenient to the highway. Hotel has been renovated nicely. Our room was clean and comfortable. Staff was very helpful.Beds were comfy and temperature easily adjustable. The breakfast bar was plentiful, and restocked quickly as they were very busy that morning with a large group. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again.
If you are into feral cat gangs assaulting your vehicle , insect ridden rooms, and obvious drug users roaming about the premises day and night this may be for you see photos below. Stay at your own risk safety of your vehicles person and ect at risk.
Located conveniently off of I79 in W Va. The property is always clean and cozy, has a restaurant, if you prefer there are other amenities just a short distance. The hotel is reasonably priced and is in a safe area of WVa. Staff is always accommodating and skilled in their positions. Love to stay there
This is a great spot to recharge. Room was comfortable. On-site restaurant was a bonus. Tyler made delicious drinks and I had fish-n-chips. My wife and I had a great evening.
Nice super clean hotel with clean rooms to match. Nice location right off the highway with lots of amenities near by (restaurants, shopping, gas, etc.). On site restaurant as well. Disappointed in the free breakfast as there was no meat of any kind provided just scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy for hot food items.
We received a free up grade as a gold select member staff very pleasant gave us room on first floor are bottle of water thank us for being gold select receptioness extremely pleasant polite the breakfast was ok if you like egg muffins thank you for making us so welcome
Check-in was quick. We were travelling with our dog and upon entering the hallway to go to our room we were greeted with the most pleasant scent and cleanliness . The hotel made u feel that it was so clean and relaxing . We ate our dinner at the adjoining restaurant and .Our server was friendly and took our order quickly. There are alittle extras that were pointed out about the beverage machines that are available 24 hrs. Overall this stop was a great way to begin our trip and I would stay here again.
I got lucky and just happened to pick the right hotel and I never traveled in this area of the country before on my way to Niagara Falls. The rooms are very clean hotel as well maintained and what was most important your traveling with a small service animal no one gave us the third degree when we checked in as other locations usually do I requested a first floor room both times. I stayed at this location and was actually able to get the room that I requested which is usual unusual at some hotels
Really enjoy this place. Pet friendly, quiet and excellent staff. Better than any other hotel/motel i have ever been to in terms of complimentary breakfast. No donuts and coffee only. Real breakfast and great taste. Love this place and usually stay 2 times a year or more.
The hotel and rooms are very clean and well maintained. The staff are very courteous and friendly. The restaurant is nice and a great complimentary breakfast. Had a really good stay and would highly recommend.
This hotel was a bit out dated but that is not what matters to me after a long day of driving. What DOES matter: The front desk was amazing. the pet fee was reasonable. The christmas decorations were the best we've seen this season!. The room was immaculate.Big fluffy towels were plentiful. and to end our stay an amazing hot breakfast with 5 star service ( much unexpected and much appreciated)
We were traveling and this hotel was a good stop. Breakfast was mediocre. Coffee was not very good. The placement of the toilet in the bathroom was weird, because it was in the middle of the room and in the way.
We had a perfect stay here as we traveled to see our niece getting married. The property was exceptionally clean, the front desk staff was so helpful and all for a great value. The king size bed was very comfy, breakfast was great. We felt very safe there. Our room was large and also had a sofa. The hotel is beautifully decorated and everything was in good repair. We didn't use the exercise room but it had several pieces of gym equipment. We will definitely stay here again!
Very easy to find, convenient to major highways the property is in a great location. Clean and very well maintained hotel, bonus of an in-house restaurant, All the staff is friendly, professional and quick to take care of your needs,,a pleasure to stay here and will forwatd to staying again.
Stayed one night passing through WV. Easy online reservation made about 30 minutes before arrival. Accessible room, non-smoking. Desk attendant was friendly. Gave good direction to room and restaurants in the area. Room was ground floor A building opposite Fitness center. Room was humid upon entry. Room temp was 68F and a dehumidifier was running in the room indicating 90% relative humidity. Room was clean but could have easily been a mold haven. Bathroom showed signs of mildew on tile. This bathroom had a walk/roll in tiled shower with handheld shower nozzle. Bed was older coil spring mattress but comfortable. Decent TV channels. $4 breakfast coupon in their restaurant for free breakfast or you can upgrade with the full menu with $4 off your bill.
This hotel was way lower quality than expected. Small wet stinky room, uncomfortable bed, loud shower, the list goes on. We were just excited to leave, we had a terrible night sleep. The area is pretty shabby too. We should've spent 40$ more to go to a better quality hotel.
They were so kind. We broke down on the expressway and had to stay the nigh. I will use them in the future when we drive to Florida and need a place to stayover. Also the room was beautiful, very well kept.
As an Elite rewards member, no "extras" as we had experienced at a Best Western in Ohio where we stayed earlier on this trip. Room was ok - pretty much what you would expect. Breakfast was also very basic. Nothing "wow-ed" us with this stay. Easy access and parking lot was well-lit. Outdoor pool was open but too cool to use. Fitness center was never open - sign on door said closed.
Best customer service.Associates or Employees are ready to assist customers at all times.Every one is doing exactly what he/she is expected to do(Division of Labor)..People who are Hospitable always attract customers.
Another stop on my trip to the East Coast. This hotel is somewhat above the 'normal' Best Western level. The first time during my stays with this chain in the US there was a serviced breakfast. Three menues to choose from, unfortunaltely my favourite combination wasn't one of them. So this was a bit less healthy than in the cases where I can select by myself. Anyway, besides that, this was a pleasant experience.
Nice lounge were you can get some food for dinner. Oil/gas companies have long term contracts to house their employees here. Rooms are very dated and need repairs. Doors do not close properly. Staff is very nice.
I felt very much at home and very comfortable. Room very convenient. Front desk very accommodating. Restaurant with good food and also very accommodating. Would stay there again if ever passing through West Virginia.
Older property but very well maintained. Very clean and large room. Good bed, bedding, and pillows. Nice towels in bathroom. Plenty of shampoo etc. Eating and bar in the hotel was a plus. Didn't have to search or leave the property. Easy access to highway.
Clean and fragrance free room in old wing, good hotel location and ok breakfast. Front desk is attentive and helpful. Would stay again at this hotel if rates become competitive with other chain hotels.
Was staying here for a overnight stay for a event I was working in Bridgeport the next morning, the stay here was amazing the front desk staff went above and beyond for me and provided that extra comfort for me. I will be back again
I chose this hotel after reading wonderful reviews. They were all true! Great breakfast, comfortable bed, clean room, and kind staff!! We would stay there again and again! Very close to the exit so we didn't have far to drive to get there.
The reception area, restaurant, and rooms were clean and pleasant. The mattresses were excellent. The friendly, caring staff went out of their way to help. This was one of the nicest motels we have stayed at. We hope to return.
I stay here often for business ( 5 trips so far this year) and as always it is very clean, king rooms are spacious and comfortable, parking is convenient to entry and close to any room, and it has a safe/secure atmosphere. I have never had a bad experience with the employees or the facility!
front desk persons are very friendly and helpful with business centre computer issue and with a personal issue involving long distance calls that were not charges. The bed was very comfortable. The continental breakfast was good and included fresh strawberries
The hotel was very clean and the staff were very friendly. We arrived late and there was no issue with check in or our room. I was very pleased with the staff from checking to check out. The house keeping staff was also very friendly and kind. Plenty of room for our family of 4. Lots of stores around if you are looking for food or shopping.
Friendly staff. Great value for the dollar. Good breakfast. Adheres to the COVID-19 rules. Warm greeting and works with the customer. Nice pool and centrally located to all restaurants and attractions. Close parking to the room
There wasn't any near the door parking due to the back of the lot being blocked off for an event. Little inconvenient but we adapted. The people at the event were having a good time and were respectable. We reserved two ground floor rooms next to each other so we were near my 91 year old mom. At check in that was exactly what we got. Rooms were clean but mom's smelled very musty. Our room smelled musty but not as much. There was a dehumidifier in our room so that tells me these rooms has some sort of water situation. Our bed was very uncomfortable and had a sag in the middle of it. I'm sure not all beds are like that. The free breakfast was a grab and go but not suitable for my mom's dietary needs. It was a muffin, granola bar and a piece of fruit. I'm not stating that as a complaint but rather a heads up if anyone has specific diet needs. Front desk staff were exceptional and on top of everything. No regrets staying here.
It was all good! Clean, staff was friendly and it is pet friendly. Crab n go breakfast was very good. Good choices. Was quite, room was a nice size and the bed was very comfortable. Coffee was excellent Thank you.
Though I didn't stay at the hotel personally - my mother did - I just wanted to give praise to the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. Due to a family emergency, my mother found herself unexpectedly driving from Kentucky to NJ, and decided to stop for the night in West Virginia. My father and I called two other places that didn't have a room, but thankfully the Best Western Plus did. It was around 10pm when I called to book a room for my mom and the woman at the desk, Mackenzie (though not sure I'm spelling it right) was so sweet and helpful. She said she'd make sure she'd get my mom (who is 70+ and travelling by herself) to her room and would make sure mom got a good breakfast, at whatever time in the morning, when she would get back on the road. Mom said she had a great stay for the evening, the room was comfortable and clean, and she was able to grab a breakfast bag for the road. We are so thankful for Mackenzie's help and thoughtfulness in making sure mom was ok when none of us were with her. Thank you!
The staff is very friendly always helpful the grounds and the lobby are always immaculate the room is always clean and always smells great the pool is always an excellent shape I've never had a bad experience at the Bridgeport West Virginia location my stay is always enjoyable. I stay there at least 5 times a year. I always look forward to going.
My husband and I wanted a night away from home for his birthday! We stayed here and had a nice relaxing time! Room was clean and comfy. Everything was nice and quiet for a peaceful rest! Will definitely stay again!
Was a very nice quiet stay. Would recommend this place to anyone look for a great place to stay with great service and a clean room and friendly service . The bar and lounge was a nice added touch. There was no need to leave the hotel.
This hotel is definitely worth staying at. I've never had a problem here and I stay at many hotels throughout the year and not many can get that compliment (and yes even the big fancy ones). This hotel isn't anything flashy or extravagant but it is clean, comfortable, hospitable and quiet. The rooms are always in order, and the front desk staff are never rude and are fairly professional. Another plus is there's a restaurant/bar inside of the hotel with equally as pleasant people and decent food. So if you like simple, clean, quiet, comfortable and affordable well I'd highly recommend you stay here whenever you can.
Everyone at the front desk was more than helpful. The bartender and food at the restaurant were great. Still had breakfast options during covid. Lots of things nearby to go eat. Plenty of stores for your shopping needs.
Cleanliness of the grounds, room and hotel in general was very much appreciated especially during this time in the pandemic. Friendly courteous staff making you feel welcome and helping in any kind of concerns is such a relief, especially for a solo traveler
I come here for my family reunion. Always have a room available. They are clean and comfortable. The staff is friendly. The location is near shopping and easy access to the highways. I will stay here again.
Best Western isn't my normal hotel brand , but our 12U team was playing at the local complex and we wanted an outdoor pool due to Covid. BW had the pool open, made Covid prepped breakfast available to the teams staying there and was great for my family and our teams. Would recommend if staying in town for the many tournaments held at the complex.
Wonderful one night stay. Room was very clean. Even the floor was clean. Check in was smooth. It was a very comfortable stay even in these covid 19 times. Would definitely be back. I know the new restrictions affected the breakfast but still I was very impressed overall. Grab n go breakfast was good.
This is an excellent hotel. It's clean and generally quiet in the night. The staff is courteous and friendly and they cater to your needs accordingly. The restaurant has great food and service. The rooms could be a little better, but overall they are not bad at all.
I enjoyed staying at this hotel. It is convenient to the highway and quiet. I didn't have the grab and go breakfast but it was available and the staff was very pleasant. My room was quiet and clean. I felt very safe.
I was kind of taken back that a breakfast was not included at this BW. First time for me, if I had know, would have gone to the next location. Especially for the rate that night, Be aware that at the time I was there, a construction company was staying there, and trucks (loud diesels) were zooming in and out of the parking lot at all hours. Was no need for revving vehicles while people are trying to sleep.
Aisle was "wavey". Doors not tight. Room across from us had a large gap between door and frame. Our door not flush. Needed to pull had to close. Building construction questionable. We really liked everything about this property except the building. Even your vending machines were good.
We stop here quite often on our way to Florida or back home. Great location with a lot of restaurants and stores nearby. Its a little pricier then other Best Westerns considering breakfast is not included. Pet fee at $30 is more than other places as well. For the price I wish the cable TV was high definition. No complaints otherwise.
Just off interstate 79 Hotel has everything: swimming pool, fitness room, laundry, and restaurant . It is pet friendly with lots of green spaces to exercise them. Lots of amenities in immediate area some in walking distance. Legendary West Virginia hospitality.
On our way home just a quick stop to get some rest... everything was adequate... room was clean, staff were friendly and professional.... pay only breakfast?... and no pool.... which I would have enjoyed... overall would go back for a quick stopover...
Our stay can be summed up in one word: excellence. Once we got checked in, within 10 minutes the young man at the front desk called to make sure we were ok and if we needed anything. That is customer service. All the staff were great and friendly. The restaurant had great service. Our room was clean and comfortable. The hotel is at a great location. It was a great stay. If needed, I will gladly stay there again.
I booked two kings on Priceline. When I got to the hotel the clerk told me I had one king room and 1 room with 2 queens. I questioned him and showed him my itinerary and blew me off with a sarcastic sorry, which clearly he was not. The rooms were booked together, yet they separated them not only by floor, but completely on the other side of the building, which in this case is significant distance The rooms themselves are not bad, but the bathroom is very small. The hotel is a maze of hallways and difficult to navigate. I wanted some ice, so I followed the signs to the Ice machine, except for and outside door or stairs to the next floor, my venture was a dead end. I retraced my steps and still could not find the ice machine, so I followed another hall until I found one.
Stayed here on our way to Florida. Very friendly front desk staff. Room was very nice, clean, modern. Everything worked. We will be staying here again on our way home!! We also ate dinner at their restaurant. I usually find restaurants in a hotel are usually not very good. This place was very good!! Great service, great food!
Stayed here for a night. Room was clean and comfortable. Restaurant on site was tasty and reasonable. Bathroom was a little tight/small, but ok. In a busy area with a bunch of restaurants and shopping.
Nice hotel, friendly and helpful staff. Clean rooms. My 30 day stay was enjoyable as far as hotel stays go. Saw a few insects (grasshoppers and crickets) in my room and asked them to spray which they did right away and I didn't have any more problems.
Very easy to find, very nice parking lot and entrance, room was extremely clean as well as the bathroom but the bathroom was the smallest I ever saw and I traveled a lot more during the past 18 years than I have this year for business but this was still the smallest bathroom! I usually stay at hotels that include breakfast but had to buy at this one, but that was my fault for not noticing that htis hotel was advertised as a "full service hotel". (special was $10.98 and with hotel at $91.23, it still was not too expensive) I reserved on line at Best Western but I did not get the express checkout since I did not reserve through that particular hotel???, I saw that some other people did on my way to breakfast, I did get my receipt in my email and just because I didn't know for sure whether I would, I also asked the front desk for one which they also gave me and they were super nice about doing it for me. Average lighting, great workspace, right off bypass, great shower even though I did need to close and open the door to get around the commode and had to close the door to sit on the commode straight..No fan so mirror steamed. I would not stay here again even though it was super clean which is my top priority.
Old fashion hotel style, but updated just fine, quiet, clean and a good on-site restaurant. Had their wings and they were very good. Garlic ones and were done up right. Looked like a popular exit with many dining options outside of the the onsite restaurant.
We stopped at this Hotel as it was the closest one to the exit off the Interstate. We were so tired we just need somewhere to sleep. Hotel was fine although the room had a bit of a smell and the AC unit was very noisy, luckily we were able to just turn it off and then we were able to sleep. Not sure if we would stay here again.
I've stayed at this hotel quite a few times and I've always had a great experience. The staff members here get it. They are always friendly and accommodating. The rooms are clean and reasonable. The hotel is right in the area of a lot of stores and restaurants nearby. The hotel is right off I-79 and US Route 50. Definitely the best place to stay in Bridgeport. I will be back again and again.
Older property with bizarre layout under renovation. Unfortunately, everything new is also the absolute lowest quality, whick meant almost no water temp control and zero AC control. No complimentary continental breakfast because there is a small restaurant inside.
We have stayed here before and this stay was just like the last. Everything was flawless and not a problem to be had. All staff was excellent and very friendly. Nice new rooms. Great location for food stores and even a pharmacy is right nextdoor
Great staff. Very clean & quiet. The restaurant on site has excellent food at very reasonable prices. The hotel is close to shopping and other points of interest. This was our third time staying here and I definitely recommend it.
Stayed here many times. Close to highway. Great staff that arelways friendly and helpful. Clean comfortable rooms. Food and beverage are good quality and having the restaurant right in hotel is a big plus.
stayed one nite..the girl who checked us in was nice !!..heater in the room did not work and they couldnt fix it..the room felt dirty and the bathroom the size of a broom closet..no hdtv..felt like the dark ages..the waitress in the bar/lounge/grill was not interested and had an attitude...will never go back..EVER !!!!..lots of work to be done on this place !!!..
Hotel is very clean and really nicely decorated for Easter. Room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Slept like a rock. Close to local chain restaurants and Local food Would highly recommend this as your next stay if ever in Bridgeport WV
Very satisfied with the location of this hotel, cleanliness of the room and amenities. We felt that for this rate breakfast should be included, this seems to be the norm at most hotels we stay in. It was pet friendly which is what we were looking for. Close to the interstate and easy to find. Great front desk reception and check in very friendly and courteous.
the room was clean and one of the beds was a little tired but not the worst. It was quiet for a very busy place with a lot of shale workers staying at the Inn. The front desk were helpful and courteous. We had a problem with our shower in the morning but that problem could happen in any hotel. We will be back to stay on our way down south next year.
The staff were very kind and welcoming. Checking in and out were very easy. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Updated and modern. Easy access off the interstate. Restaurant was nice. Great location.
We drove to and from Florida from Canada and on our way back we found the Best Western Plus, we only stayed one night but the hotel was very clean, nice bed and pillows, the room had a king size bed and a loveseat and desk, it also had a small fridge and microwave which we used. The hotel is close to a lot of restaurants and shopping as well.
I had the pleasure of staying at the Best Western in Bridgeport West Virginia during my trip to Florida. I cannot say enough about the very friendly staff. I arrived early around 11:30 am the day of the reservation. The day clerk could not have been nicer. My room was ready within 30 minutes of my arrival and she explained about the breakfast offered in the morning and was very apologetic because my room wasn't ready when I arrived, even though my check-in was scheduled for 3 pm. I had a good night sleep on the first floor. I was a little surprised as I was sure I would be hearing traffic from the highway, but I didn't. I didn't have breakfast, but I grab a coffee. I met the hostess and she was very friendly. This woman made you want to stay and have breakfast. Could tell she loves people and her job.I had no issues with receiving my bill upon check-out. It was done quickly and the same day clerk that checked me in was there and she wished me a safe journey. On my return trip I'll be staying here as well and I will refer this Best Western to my friends that may be traveling in this area. I highly recommend this place. Thank you all for a good visit.
I'm a Best Western Gold Member... We checked in on Thanksgiving after a 3-day drive to get here to do a fundraiser at the local theater. We checked in, and our room wasn't ever cleaned... So we switched rooms and got upgraded to the hot tub suite... it also wasn't cleaned. So we went to switch again but the hotel was sold out. To add insult to injury, we were going to go eat while we waited, but all the restaurants were closed except Denny's. We are still waiting in the over scented lobby while a maintenance man cleans the room. To be fair, everyone who could help was very helpful and kind... but this is an embarrassment to the Best Western brand. The housekeeper on duty should lose their job immediately over this.
I was pleasantly surprised to find a warm and friendly hotel, the lobby was even decorated for Fall. everyone was helpful and friendly. Parking was convenient and felt secure. I wish my trip would've been for a few days longer.
Hotel price was reasonable especially for just staying 1 night. Room was fine overall. Bed was comfortable. Hall ceilings were low. I'm 6'2” and was close to touching it (had to duck exit signs). Bathroom was small & almost touched ceiling. Tub did not drain while taking shower.
Decent and clean hotel. Friendly staff. Rooms were old but clean and you can hear everything happening in the hallway... The restaurant was below average (expensive and not very tasty). We stayed one night so it was a good enough but for an extended stay, I would pick a different hotel.
I work out of town and my company reserves and pays for my accommodations and that is how I ended up at this hotel. Really the only nice thing I can say about the place is that the staff were friendly. Now the bad...the hotel is outdated and seems old. The room I was in was a double occupancy room and the room was very small. The mattress was hard and it seemed like the sheets didn't fit the bed well. As soon as I would get into bed the bottom fitted sheet would come undone. The room smelled musty and like at one point smoking was allowed in the hotel. The furniture felt cheap and the flat screen tv needed to be replaced as the picture was dark and the screen would fluctuate from dark to darker while watching it. The first morning I woke up and went into the bathroom and found a centipede on the floor. After that I found a beatle, several ants, and spiders in my room. The air conditioner didn't work well either. The doors that go into the hallways from outside have a sign on them that read...these doors are locked at all times for your security and that you needed your room key to unlock them...or something to that effect. However, these doors were never locked and the door to my hallways was actually missing the lock for the door. This hotel totes itself as a full service hotel. There is a restaurant on the property and they offer breakfast, lunch and dinner options along with room service. I did not eat at the restaurant or use the room service option. I guess another good thing I could say about the hotel is that it's close to shops and restaurants that are in the area and it's also close to the interstate. Needless to say I do not recommend this hotel. One other note...2 days before I checked out they started renovating the lobby and front desk area. I like the wallpaper and decorations they chose for that area.
Normally Best Western Plus is a very excellent hotel. This one was very disappointing. We stay at BW on a regular basis and stayed at three others on this particular trip. The room smelled horribly musty. This hotel also accepts pets - which doesn't bother us. However, cannot figure out if the room smelled because it may have been used as a pet room (we did not have a pet) or for other reasons. It horribly affected allergies. The room next door did have a pet - stupid yappy dog that wouldn't shut up, nor did it seem that the owner cared to hush it up. At check-in the front desk was rather surly and not friendly at all. We are Diamond members and nothing was offered nor upgrade given like other BW+ have given us. Will still continue to use Best Western Plus, just not this one.
Clean, comfortable room. Great restaurant experiences. The employees in the restaurant do everything to ensure you have a great dining experience. Reservations were easily obtained with easy check-in & check-out.
Outstanding hotel. The ladies at the front desk were delightful, professional and most helpful. Made us feel welcomed. Room was very comfortable and clean. Exercise room good. Quiet hotel as well and to my wife's delight, close to a Starbucks. Overall, would gladly return.
Easily accessible from 79N/S, plenty of food venues yet their restaurant is wonderful so no need to go out. Staff is very helpful and the overall experience very good, it is pet friendly and very well maintained.
In our travels we stopped and got a room that allowed dogs. There is a restaurant on site and they gave us a coupon for 20% off so our breakfast of ---EGGS, SAUSAGE (or other breakfast meat), HOMEFRIES, COFFEE (or other drink)-- was $3.99!!! Can't beat that! Of course this was in 2015 haha, perhaps priced more, but yes I would stay again. Rooms clean, beds comfortable.
If you like a hard mattress, this is the hotel for you. We checked out after one night due to the hardness of the mattress, even though we had reserved a room for more nights.. Neither my husband nor I got a good nights sleep.
Very convenient location, very friendly staff, excellent room, very comfortable bed, very quiet. I was traveling through from an Army reunion, did not have a reservation, asked for an accessible room and was it was available. All in all, a very comfortable stay, I would return there.
Ok, first off I hate to give a negative review. I didn't mention this at check-out because I wasn't asked how my stay was. If you look at my other reviews you can tell I am very fair. I'll give the pros first. (1) Very nice, big, and clean pool. (2) Soft beds. (3) Room was clean. Ok, now the bad. It took me 10-15 minutes just to get up to the counter to check in on 08/12 around 7-7:15pm. Only one person working, but she was friendly. When I did get up to check in they had lost my reservation. I had the confirmation in my hand I printed it off like I always do and took it in with me thank God, or it could have been worse. That took another 10 minutes to get a room since somehow now I didn't have a reservation. She never offered me my bonus points I am a BW Gold member. When I did get checked in I was in Room 169 and she told me to enter at Entrance F. When I went in entrance F, there is no Room #169 it only went to 168. I pulled out my cell phone and tried to contact the hotel, but no answer. It was up to the lady at the counter to answer the phone too. I feel like there was another employee there , probably a manager to lazy to help when needed. I walked around a bit and finally found our room, so by the way if you're in room #169 Go in entrance I, not F. So now we're up to almost 45 minutes just getting to our room after arrival. Now, this is supposed to be non-smoking, the room didn't smell, but the hallways reaked of an old musty cigarette smell. Then we took a dip in the pool which was nice. Then bedtime. We were right beside entrance I and the door slammed all night from people going in and out. There were also a lot of pipe line employees staying there and they started leaving at 4am and you could hear their back-up horns like you were standing right beside them. The walls must be paper thin. And the when the air conditioner comes on it sounds like a locomotive engine starting up. If I could, I would give a 2.5 star review, but I won't give one more negative than deserved that's why I gave it 3. And again, when I checked out I wasn't asked how my stay was. This is also the first BW I've ever stayed at that doesn't offer free breakfast. I know they don't have to if there is a restaurant on-site which there is here, but you would think the rate would be a little cheaper since this is the case. We didn't eat at the restaurant, so I can't give an opinion on it. All I know if I have to stay a night in this area again it probably won't be here.
We recently stayed at this motel while attending a dulcimer festival a few miles away. We chose it because it pet-friendly and we wanted to take our dog with us. We got in very late, but the reception and check-in were quick and easy. The room was nice and large and the two queen beds were very comfortable. The pillows were a bit too soft, but not too bad. The bathroom was a bit small and difficult to maneuver in, but it wasn't that big of a problem. The location was convenient to Route 50, so our drive was easy. They have a large area for walking dogs, a plus for us. They have a policy of locating guests with pets on the first floor close to the entrances. We really appreciated that. All in all this was a very good place to stay and we will use it again if we get back to Bridgeport.
The staff was very helpful and friendly upon check in. They were very busy but made me feel like I had 100% of her attention, while shge was polite to others waiting. When we got to our room everything was perfect and it wa a very spacious suite. The checkout process was efficient and friendly.
On a weeklong motorcycle ride and came into Bridgeport in a hard rain. This was the first hotel I could see coming off the highway. It was a good choice. Fast, friendly and professional check-in, comfortable clean and modern room, food in the bar/restaurant was quickly served and done well. Overall a good pick.
I called in advance and made reservations. The gentleman that made the reservation for me was polite and knew what he was doing. Upon arrival I could tell the hotel was filling up quickly. The same young man was at the desk and my reservation was ready, and check in was quick and easy. My room was clean and fresh and had a fridge, microwave and coffee maker. The room was quiet and I was not disturbed in any way. There is a restaurant located in the hotel, which in my opinion is a plus. The food is good and they have a good variety. There's plenty of parking and this hotel is located close places to shop, and close to historic downtown Clarksburg, WV.
We've stayed here 6 nights so far in the last two months (for business). Hotel staff is very friendly and helpful... and the hotel is clean. We travel a lot and we will be back to this same hotel when we are back in the area.
I chose this hotel for two of four nights (first and last) visiting Toronto because it is close to Toronto but far less expensive. Easy to find, close to good restaurants and a wonderful, caring, kind staff, comfortable rooms and beds. Very quiet, decent breakfast, what more can one ask for? I will stay here again shortly and if I return to the area, they will have my business.
Got to hotel at noon. Was told to come back for check in between 2 and 3. Came back at 2:45 and they still couldnt check me in. Had a room available, but i guess i needed to use my rewards member # to book room before i could have eatly check in. If i had not already paid for room before arrivong, i would have gone elsewhere. Leave someone sitting in a parking lot for 3 to 4 hours....very rude and not the kind of customer service i like to find. Oh and my reward membership....they can unsubscribe me.
I won't be rude... there are tons of hotels in the area, find one of the others. Best thing going for it is the big outdoor pool. Other than that not many other reasons why I'd pick this location over the many other choices available.
Really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. We stopped here on a long drive from Rochester to Charlotte . The staff is great and the place is lovely for a quick place to rest your head . I wish my kids were with us to enjoy the pool. Had breakfast at the hotel the next morning and that was really yummy. We will look for this best western on future trips it was that nice !
and with a great restaurant on premises, when we had a room problem, they will know of what I speak, and they took care of it immediately, comped room and offered points, they stepped up and did the right thing, I will definitely stay here again. older motel, but clean, and staff is friendly and knowledgable
I've stayed at this hotel on quite a few occasions and I've always been very satisfied with how everything has gone. My only complaint has ever been that the hotel puts a “hold for incidentals” on the card even if I'm staying using points. With that being said, I talked to Susan before I checked in on my last visit and she was very understanding and she was accommodating and made an exception for me and I thought that was excellent customer service. Diego also deserves some recognition for giving me a better room when I called and spoke to him. I was very pleased with my room. Jennifer has always been more than willing to fix any issue that I've ever had without hesitation. Whether it's for more towels or a late checkout, she's always on top of everything. Kenton is new here, but he was kind and courteous and efficient and made everything right. And Courtney has always been sweet and pleasant every time I've ever talked to her. This hotel is definitely worth stopping at when visiting the Bridgeport area. I will definitely return again and again
Found this Best Western for an overnight on a road trip. Drove through town (Bridgeport) to get to the hotel by the Interstate, seeing lots of traffic in early afternoon. Hotel is located across the street from a shopping center with grocery, discount store, couple of eateries, etc. More restaurants within walking distance. Fairly large hotel with outdoor swimming pool in the center of several buildings with lettered entrances and ample parking all around. King bed room was comfortable with mini-fridge and microwave, minimal number of power outlets, no in-room safe. Desk is located in front of HVAC unit so cold air blows on you while working. Could not get hot water for shower, only warm... as if control would not go whole way to "Hot." Stopper in sink did not seal completely. OK stay; not sure I'd stay again.
I was charged (without authorization) for having my bird with me. The housekeeper saw a few small feathers which I picked up. I left the room immaculate. I was told the fee was to have the room deep cleaned. It wasnt even deep cleaned when I got there. I found feces from another animal in the corner by the window. I also gave the manager permission to go inspect the room when I wasnt even there to prove there was no mess made by my bird. I was still charged upon checkout. Above all the woman was rude about the situation. On the positive side the bathroom was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. However, they have lost my business.
Our Bridgeport Kentucky BestWestern was was wonderful the staff were wonderful friendly, and helpful, the room was spacious, and the bed very comfortable. The staff went out of their way to help the only down size the ice machines were hidden had to leave bread crumbs to find your way back
The hotel receptionist went out of her way to help us upon check-in. She was very friendly and welcoming and made us feel at home. The bartender was very friendly and helpful with meal suggestions and telling us about the area. We had a wonderful time because of him and didn't even leave the property since we had everything we needed right there at the bar and restaurant. Thank you for having such a friendly and accommodating staff.
We stayed at the BW for 2 nights to attend graduation at WVU. The setting was beautiful and the staff was very professional. Would highly recommend to anyone in WV. The hotel had a beautiful Mothers Day brunch . I will stay here again !
This hotel was very clean and convenient to attractions and the major highways. The lobby was very nice and the pool area, as well. The entire staff was courteous and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.
Overall, it was a nice stay. Some parts of the experience are a little dated and should be fixed or updated. The location was ideal for my visit. Visiting with friends to the west and family to the east
We stopped in for the night because they're pet friendly. The room was clean, and just what we expected for the price. Hotel staff was great, but I had an especially great experience with room service from the attached restaurant!
This was the half way point of our driving trip. The front desk staff are friendly and welcoming. Rooms have all amenities with very comfortable beds. Ate breakfast and dinner at the restaurant, again staff that were exceptional including the manager who spent some time with us. We also booked the hotel for our return journey and received a discounted rate. We will definitely stay here again.
this hotel is totally overrated. It was disgusting. Very basic and cleanliness and age bad. In a bad location and in the midst of reconstruction. Would never go there again. Expected a much better hotel, given it is called Plus which implies more than basic best western.
Great hotel very friendly staff. Very easy to get to. Great location. Lots of parking for large vehicles/trailers. Very clean and comfortable beds. Restaurant on site for great food at very reasonable prices.
Hotel was easy to find just off the highway amongst lots of restaurant choices. Room was clean, beds comfortable and the staff were pleasant. The drain in our shower ran very slow, so the water was up to my ankles by the time I was finished washing. We had a short power outage the morning we were leaving but there was construction going on out front of the hotel. Nothing fancy but clean quiet rooms for a satisfactory nights sleep.
Very clean and quiet with friendly staff. Pet friendly too so just perfect for an overnight travel pit stop. Rooms are equipped with a coffee maker fridge and microwave which makes it economical and convenient. The restaurant likes nice though we did not try it
I've stayed at this hotel quite a few times and I'm always very satisfied with everything. The rooms are always clean and comfortable and you pay a fair price here. This is definitely my hotel of choice when traveling between New Jersey and Lexington, KY. My only complaint is that the parking setup is a little dated and that the layout is a little confusing at first. But other than that, I have nothing but good things to say about this hotel. I will definitely return again and again
It was easy to get to lots of restaurants around comfortable beds great water pressure in shower very clean the staff was awesome this is my second stay there and I will be staying there again I try to always stay at Best Westerns when I travel they seem to be the best
I have never stayed at a best western before. Both my husband and i were impressed with the quality ofnthe room given the price we paid. Great value, great hotel. We wil definitely go back to Best Western in the future.
Every time I visit this area I stay in this hotel. It is a VERY clean hotel that allows pets. The staff go out of their way to be friendly and the food in the lounge/restaurant is excellent. I especially like the wings...oh and yes for you vegans ....they make a dynamite veggie burger! It is a great place if you are on a business trip because it is not on the noisy main road, I attended a wedding there once, and If you want to venture out there are many other local activities close by.
They have the facility and the people in place to make your event a success. Everyone is friendly and very helpful. They made sure we had everything that we needed throughout the day of our event. Compared to other properties in the area, this is by far the best value for a company sponsored event.
I enjoyed staying at this hotel for a number of months and it seems to fit my busy schedule. I enjoy all the hospitality from the friendly staff. I would recommend anyone staying here to be within walking distance or a short drive from almost anything you would need
This was my first stay at this hotel and the staff went above and beyond to make me feel like a king here. There were hardly any rooms left and I have asthma and I'm a Diamond Select they gave me an upgrade to a suite, which was an extremely kind gesture. My fiancé was also supposed to come with me but she canceled. They also decided to upgrade me because she's 7 months pregnant and she has asthma, too. They were really looking out for us. I'd like to give a special thanks to Jennifer for giving me the upgrade. Thank you to Diego for being polite and helpful when I had questions about my stay. And I also want to thank Courtney for being sweet and caring and also for talking to my bank about releasing my incidental charge so I could use my money. A+ for a Best Western
I arrived a little after 5 pm on a Friday. No one else checking in, I was disappointed with the lack of welcoming. The desk person was sorely lacking in training required for dealing with customers. Since I had prepaid for my room, and it was now past the cancellation deadline, I decided to ignore her argumentative demeanor. My room was a ground floor with interior door. It was clean, fresh linens. Flat screen TV, decent selection of channels. Everything worked as it should. The bathroom was small. You have to close the door to be able to step out of the shower and access the sink/counter. All the usual toiletries, plenty of hot water and pressure. There is no breakfast included. A coupon for a10 percent discount at the on site restaurant is all they offer. I went elsewhere, there are several options within walking distance. The access door to the parking lot did not lock. I didn't notice any excessive noise from the surrounding rooms. There was a coffee machine in the lobby and fruit in the morning. Overall, would I stay here again,or recommend it to anyone, probably not.
We were looking for a place to stay while heading home and it was getting late when we came upon the Best Western Plus in Bridgeport W.V. and were really glad we did. We just wanted to relax and we got to do exactly that when we checked in. We asked about places to eat and were directed to a very fine restaurant right in the hotel, the food was great and we had a wonderful experience eating there. We had a great experience all-together. A great Hotel and A great Restaurant !!!
Some rooms are okay but others really need to be updated. Room was relatively clean but carpet was dingy and felt dirty. Some rooms feel damp and have a bad odor. This hotel used to be a lot nicer and felt cleaner.
If you expect great service, clean rooms, honest & courteous housekeeping, privacy, a quite atmosphere, a full service restaurant with room service. Then this is the place you should stay. Its in a great location, restaurants, Wal-Mart, grocery stores & other shopping strip malls nearby Great value with smoking rooms available.
The hotel looks like a quality place when you enter the lobby. Quite impressive actually. The staff at check in was very friendly and professional. The room was very ordinary. We were placed in the very back row next to the truck parking and beside the garbage. The garbage consisted mostly of a few stacks of old mattresses. Very unsightly. Our trek to the restaurant at the front was a fair walk. The restaurant was a Chinese/Thai variety. Not exactly upscale. There was a birthday party going on in one section so they sat us in a booth next to the bar. Too dark to even read the menu. They moved us next to the birthday party of 4 adults and 3 kids. The kids were loud and unruly. Our food was very ordinary and over priced. We opted to have a drink in the bar before retiring. There was one patron who was obviously intoxicated, dancing by herself and singing along with the jukebox. There were several guys drinking beer and laughing at her. More like a scene i would expect at a local honky-tonk, not in the bar of a BW-Plus. The room was the standard BW fare, clean and comfy.
I have always had an excellent experience with the staff at the BW Bridgeport Inn. I mean all of the staff. The are always helpful. If I needed anything during my stay, they have gone above and beyond to help me. If they couldn't help me, they would find a way by using other resources. They even changed the TV feed just so that I could watch a sportscast in my room.
Very busy town. Restaurants close by. Hotel is right off highway which makes it easy. Room was clean. Wifi slow. No free breakfast which was disappointing. There is a full restaurant on site which we did not use.
Great customer service from when we arrived until we left the night morning. Room & bathroom was very clean (which is most important to us), bed was comfortable with good pillows. Wifi was good. Breakfast was good (10% discount) and both attendants in the restaurant for breakfast and the lounge the evening before were very nice. Always liked BW. Been a member for quite a while now.
Rooms clean; Close to restaurants, stores, etc; Staff friendly; Dinner was excellent. Would stay here again is in the area. Did not use pool, but it looked large and nicely kept. Quiet, didn't hear other guests.
This was the last night of a weeklong leisurely trip to check off one more item from my bucket list....viewing of a total eclipse of the sun. Checked in early and had a delicious leisurely dinner in the hotel dining room, something I rarely do but was not disappointed in this case. The room was outstanding. Breakfast was off the menu and was very satisfying as well. Checkout took about 3 seconds. Great stay.
The room was clean, nicely decorated & comfortable. Modern digital AC worked great. Nice selection of TV channels. Shower head worked like new - not often the case in other hotels. . Breakfast waitress was EXTREMELY helpful. She asked if we wanted the morning USA paper - very nice. She was fast, efficient & kind. I'd recommend you consider giving her a bump in pay!! There's not many as personable as her. I just wish I could remember her name. I have had poached eggs @ least 30+ times in various restaurants. NO one ever asked how I'l like them, hard, soft or medium!! Never knew that was a possible option!. The steak & egg breakfast I ordered was the best I ever had. The steak was a nice thick piece of meat with no gristle cooked to perfection, with nice seasonings, the poached eggs were just right. My wife said her omlet was great even thought it was not on the menu & they made it as she requested. The only minor complaint was that there was no nite lite in the bathroom - most helpful for those middle of the nite trips.
I have stayed at Best Western Plus hotels in the past and have one here in my home city and it's really nice and classy. However this hotel should be a Best Western, the basic model. Upon arrival, the hotel does not even look like it's a Plus model, it appears it was a former hotel bought by Best Western to me, my opinion. The hallways are very muggy and hot, VERY long. The rooms are decent, seemed clean. Overall not really the best one I have stayed at, this should be around a $70 a night hotel.
Clean, excellent service and the nicest personnel. This location was very easy to find and enter and exit. Room was as clean and neat as you could possibly ask for. Restaurant food was very good and with fast service. Desk clerks could not have been anymore professional. Very friendly. If in the future we need a room in the Bridgeport area it will be at the Best Western.
Comfortable lodgings with good amenities and a fine restaurant and good customer service and quality room service from the restaurant-good food. I was much impressed by the gentleman who delivered the food-high quality service that you find only in upscale hotels and restaurants.
Spent the night here - front desk fast, friendly and efficient. Room were ok but very clean, bed a little soft for our taste. Towels a little thin and some strange furniture like a five foot armoire to hank your clothes. An acceptable stay for a hotel in this price range.
A family oriented, business oriented, pleasure oriented accommodations. This was our first stay at this particular Best Western. Due to a tragedy we gathered here and under those circumstances, no one is thinking clearly. Customer care steps in, the customer service here is excellent, they have gone out of their way with professionalism, kindness, compassion and service. So friendly. Large, clean, modern rooms. No stone unturned. Pet friendly. What a pleasure under such grievous times.
Was a decent stay but some things could have been improved. Air cond never really got that cold and there seemed to be too much moisture in the air. Bathroom was very small and no free breakfast. Had a very long walk to the front desk.
Hotel was very clean and quiet , one thing they might need to do is perhaps upgrade their Tv's . One I had in my room had a bit of a problem with color and there was no option on the Tv to fix it, would have been nice . But who goes on vacation to watch Tv lol. So I still rate it a very nice hotel for the price you pay it is well worth the stay and its close to a lot of places to eat and especially the place we went to , the whole reason for the trip .
From check in to check out, all the employees were great! Rooms were clean, and comfortable. The pool was amazing...Matt was amazingly helpful around the clock and we all had a fantastic time. Friday use of one of the banquet rooms was great and the food was yummy, well displayed and generous. We would highly recommend staying here - big groups or small ones! We will be back!
Just what you would expect from a Best Western Inn. Clean and modern rooms, easy check in and out and good value for the money. Front desk staff polite and professional. Would stay again and would recommend to others looking for accommodations in the Bridgeport area.
Stayed here during a recent baseball tournament. Was concerned when the team booked here but was pleasantly surprised. This is a older hotel but well maintained and very nice room for the price point. I would stay again.
This is our third time staying here on our way through to our vacation. The main reason that we keep coming back is the service that we receive in the morning breakfast from Patty, what a way to start your morning with someone that is so pleasant. Breakfast is also excellent. In the evening, Daniel is also amazing. Great service at the restaurant, and the food has always been very good. If you are in the area, stay here, eat here, you won't be disappointed.
Our room was a king bed room but since we were rewards members we got an upgrade to a queen jacuzzi room. The room was nice. The pool is outside so unless you get there in the summer or like cool water beware. This is the first BW that didn't offer a continental breakfast, just a 10% discount on the restaurant on the premises. Large complex that had many different does to access to get to your room, so may be a little walk. Coffee and cookies were available in the lobby.
A great Central West Virginia rest stop in a neighborhood with a wide variety of venues for all ages and needs . For me the jewel within this facility is its lounge and restaurant. The restaurant is a great convenience for those of us who like to drink and eat without the liability of driving under the influence (DUI) however unlike other BW venues the breakfast are not complimentary but the guest is given a discount on their daily special breakfast for hotel guests. Not good for the grouchy morning person such as myself.
Not sure whether to rate this hotel as average or poor. I guess I'd call it "very unimpressive" on my personal scale. It's dingy, worn, and somewhat tired, though clean. There are much better and newer hotels nearby for not much more money. If you factor in the free breakfast at those hotels and no free breakfast at the Best Western, for not much more money you can have a much more pleasant stay somewhere else. FWIW our interactions with the staff were not great as well.
Our stay here was very pleasant. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. We also liked that there was a bar/lounge on site and a very good albeit limited menu. We would definitely stay here again.
Room was described as a suite, but we received an extremely small and dingy room. Tiny bathroom, rundown hotel. We did not stay but were refused a refund. Staff was curt, brusque, rude, and unhelpful. We will NEVER stay at a Best Western Again.
Ok stay carpets were not too clean probably because they were old. Shower needs updating. Restaurant was not the best as there choices were so so. Only went there as we did not want to drive any more.
Lumpy mattresses. No continental breakfast! They only offer a coffee and fruit. Noisy hallways. Original old-fashioned wood doors Put a towel under your front door, made it a bit quieter. I'm sure there's better hotels nearby.
The hotel was very clean, and they offered food on site. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. they offered free wi-fi the staff was very friendly and helpful. the homemade cookies were offered with the free coffee. Hotel located off main highway close to food and shopping
Restaurant within the Best Western had good food and reasonable prices. BUT no breakfast other than to buy it cost me under $15 with a 10% room discount. the room was excellent and would recommend for travellers but you need to book on line for considerable savings.
Left Daytona Beach around 0600 on March 29'th! After 12 hours of driving we were glad to get downtime in Best Western! Room and bed were excellent! Close to drug store and other restaurants if needed! Had Breakfast there in morning! Overall short but very good stay!
This motel was very clean and nice looking inside and out . Extremely helpful manager that was on duty she addressed our problem right away in a very pleasant manner. Location was great right near the main Hwy.
Stayed at the Best Western on our way home from Myrtle Beach. The staff at the front were very friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and quiet. We would stay there again and recommend it to our friends and family.
Clean, nice smelling room, very comfortable beds, great staff! Good price $91 with taxes. In-house restaurant and free coffee, fruit bar. Wifi works too. Don't go to Brickside Restaurant across the street. Disappointing.
This was an excellent overnight stay. Our reservation was at hand upon our arrival; the check-in procedure was thorough and informative; even better, a coupon for a dinner discount in their dining room was presented. Although our door keys did not work, we were given new ones at the front desk, and a maintenance man was waiting to check and repair the lock when we returned to the room. The bedding, including a pillow top mattress and double-sheeted blanket/comforter is outstanding. The dining room, though not spacious, is comfortable. The menu, though limited, is inclusive and especially so for breakfast. Our food was nicely and carefully prepared and quite tasty. The most attentive staff even sent us out with extra coffee and a reminder to take some of the fresh fruit at the lobby coffee station with us. We look forward to our next occasion to stay here.
We stayed at this hotel for one night on our way home from a vacation. It was exceptionally clean and very quiet. The beds were comfortable and we had an excellent night's sleep. Everything you would want in a hotel.
I work in the region about 15 days every June/July and was so happy to find this place. The service is great and it is a nicely remodeled older building so its fresh and clean BUT ALSO sound proof!!! It is so quiet compared to other hotels and you can actually get a good nights sleep!
My wife and I stayed here during a recent motorcycle trip. We had just spent a day driving through heavy rain and were soggy and cold. The front desk staff was very helpful in getting us taken care of. The room was clean and comfortable. They do not provide complimentary breakfast like many other BWs but the attached restaurant provides a decent breakfast for a reasonable price. there are several restaurants within walking distance.
We stay at this hotel when visiting family. Motel provides the our basic needs and is pet friendly which is key. We always bring our Cavalier King Charles when we visit and this hotel has a well lighted area to take him out at night. Only thing we wish is that the pet fee would be $20 per visit instead of each night.
The Best Western Plus in Bridgeport, WV was a decent stay. The rooms has amenities such as mini fridge, microwave, and flat screen TV. However, many of the channels on the TV did not work. In fact it was hard to find a news channel to watch in the morning (confirmed by my father and brother who stayed in nearby rooms). We were content with our stay overall. The main reason that I rated this motel Average instead of Very Good is because one of the doors into the motel had it's locking mechanism ripped off. It was supposed to be locked only to be opened by motel guests with a key, but it could be easily opened by anyone. We did inform the front desk staff about the lock and the tv channels.
Bathrooms outdated, wifi only works when it wants, tv sucks along with the 10 fuzzy channels, hotel has no respect for keeping you away from construction (they are currently ripping up the tile with a jack hammer right In front of our room, restaurant is not a bat, No free breakfast. Bottom line NEVER stay here people!
Best Western that is above average in quality and service. Convenient location, great bed and great folks at the front desk. They have a very nice restaurant/bar that serves a full breakfast that comes with a discount, not free and serves dinner as well. Had a great omelette.
I had to change rooms due to the fact that when I walked in I smelled a foul odor. When maitenance walked in I asked him to smell the room and he said yes that is different.. So onto the next room. I walk in and whomever cleaned this room left the heat on!!! Not sure why someone needs heat in September but okay I will deal. They offer no free breakfast. Most Bestwesterns that I have encountered all offer free breakfast. What really also irks me is on there welcome board it says free breakfast item $3.99. On the daily specials the cheapest option is not $3.99. So I recommend they either raise the "free breakfast item price" so that in fact the breakfast is free. I am sure your guests would appreciate this small gesture.
My husband and I were in Bridgeport for a wedding. We checked into the Best Western late on Saturday night, the girl at the front desk, (sorry I don't remember her name) was very efficient, and very polite. When she asked us if we wanted smoking, I thought oh great this place is going to smell like a ashtray, but to my surprise it didn't. We stayed in a king room. It was very clean, bed was comfortable, bathroom is a typical hotel bathroom. The restaurant/bar was already closed for the evening so didn't get to try it out, the pool area looked to be very well taken care of. We had a very quiet relaxing night, and the best part was check out isn't until noon. We will definitely stay here again when in the area late at night, and don't want to drive home.
We have stayed here many times as we have traveled south. Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was nice and clean but the whole place could use an upgrade. It is situated on a busy street and exiting can be tricky. Very conveniently located near the interstate and lots of good restaurants.
The room was clean and quiet. The staff was friendly enough. They are renovating the outside which will be nice. The inside could use and update too. Breakfast should be included in the price to make it a better value.
Good place to relax after hard days work lounge was nice food was excellent prices were reasonable beds were comforatable room was cleaned smoking room was very clean price was good lounge is nice place to hang out always something new going on breakfast was quick and very good for the price the motel is also close to many shopping centers
I stayed at this facility with my husband and our toddler. Our stay was not without a few minor issues, but all were handled quickly and professionally by the hotel staff. I am a nut about the cleanliness of hotel rooms and I was pleasantly surprised by how clean our room was, not to mention the pool and pool area. My toddler had a wonderful time in the outdoor pool and the food at the on site restaurant was very good (although not open for lunch). The free wifi worked great and they also have a business center on site where you have access to a computer and printer. The front desk staff, housekeeping, maintenance and restaurant staff were all very friendly and went out of their way to make our stay a pleasant one. Great hotel for a reasonable price!
This Best Western is convenient to I-79 and several restaurants. Staff at front desk were very friendly and the price was reasonable. Front desk people were extremely friendly and helpful. There was also a nice bag of "goodies" in the room and free USA Today. Only issue was that the room was very humid. West Virginia in August is very humid so it would have been really nice to have had the A/C on early enough to kill the "muggies".
Staff very helpful. Room is nice and clean. Breakfast in restaurant was very good and a good price. I would stay here again. Now I am going to ramble because this review has to have at least 200 characters.
I stayed one night here and was not impressed. The room was nice and clean; but that is it. No free wifi, no breakfast either. I have stayed at lesser hotels that give you more and make you feel that what you are paying for is not just a room. There are other hotels at this exit off the Interstate and next time I will try a different one.
The rooms were clean, the staff (maids, front desk, restaurant) were all friendly. The jacuzzi in our suite was clean, and awesome. We had a 12 week old kitten in our room with us, and we encountered no problems having him in our room. It wasn't expensive. It's in a good location, and the restaurant on site was nice (though it was closed at dinnertime the night before.) Across the road, there's a shopping center that's extremely convenient, and it's close to I-79, and Meadowbrook Mall is nearby as well. I have friends in the area, and will definitely be staying at this hotel again when I visit!
We had our high school reunion here over the weekend. The room where we held the event was large, the staff is the best ever. They will meet every need you have. We had a buffet dinner featuring stuffed chicken breast and the most tender roast beef I've ever had. Absolutely one of the best meals I've had and I've been to many meetings in the area and had dinner at many of the hotels. I've never stayed here since I'm local but if I had to have a place to stay I would definitely stay here. If you need a great place to have your reception, party, etc talk to Rhonda and Bob will see that you are well taken care of. Thanks Best Western and Staff!
The room was clean. You got TV, free wifi, and the area where the hotel is located is surrounded by malls and restaurants. There is no free continental breakfast, but there is an restaurant in the hotel where you get a 20% discount on one meal. There was an outdoor pool, which was very refreshing on a hot day. The room itself could use some updating. The air conditioner rattled continuously, even on a low setting. I was wavering between giving them a very good or average rating, and decided on the average because of the continual rattling of the air conditioner.
pro's recommend this hotel. The staff was great & the food was great. We didn't have reservation. Oh I forgot, this was July 4th weekend. They just happen to be doing fireworks that evening. It was a treat for us. con: had a hard time with my gps went on the instructions and winded up in a loney road.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. We enjoyed the convenience of the on site restaurant, and the food was very good. The staff was welcoming and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable and quiet. We will definitely stay here again.
Celebrating our 38th anniversary. Facility very clean, comfortable. Staff extremely friendly. Would recommend for anyone. Did not plan to stay here but stopped when we saw the sign to check w/ manager for a special. Pool was great after a long day of traveling. - Kip and Vickie
This Best Western was very clean and is pet friendly. They offered points to our member account after a complaint about people standing outside our room talking loudly and yelling until after 11pm. Would definitely stay there again.
Older property. 80% of the staff is friendly. Security at all doors, at all times. Breakfast is not complementary, but the cost of the room more than makes up for it. The restaurant is very good. Free coffee in the hallway. Outdoor pool.
Was here for work for a week.. Nice hotel, nice accommodations but the best thing about it was the sweet lady at the front desk. Very welcoming, very pleasant and courteous, and went beyond what was necessary to help us.. Her name is Diana and if I ran a hotel or any other business, I'd be offering her a large pay increase to come work for me. A complete asset to that business. Thanks Diana
I have been a flight attendant with a regional airline and our over night was best western. They made me and my crews feel so at home and welcoming! This has been my absolute favorite overnight. The staff there is amazing and so helpful. They have a phenomenal staff!!!! I highly recommend this hotel! You will be very impressed! Thank you so much Best Western!!!
Convenient location. Helpful, professional, user friendly staff. Clean, efficient, comfortable, c o o l, quiet rooms. There was an active restaurant serving meals until 10pm. It was nice to order a breakfast. Stella (waitress) was excellent as were the breakfasts. This was a stopover from a vacation return to Erie PA from Hilton Head SC. Very nice, "old school" hotel. Wife, daughter and I felt safe and comfortable with the accomodations. They all did a nice job!
At first I was kind of skeptical seeing the outside you know it's an older Motel it doesn't look bad but you can just tell it's been there for a while but on the inside all the rooms have been updated super clean comfortable bed flat screen TV and clean bathrooms. The staff is super friendly. They have a restaurant inside the hotel which I didn't try. I would definitely stay there again
The hotel is only for construction companies or oil well companies, rail road workers, etc. Not for family or any type of professionals. You will see oil well trucks park everywhere outside the hotel and crew as well wearing there dirty boots and clothes. 1st floor smells like smoke and It must be for smokers. Rooms smells like dirt. Lost of noise during night. Internet is terrible.
We stayed two separate nights, on the way there and again on return trip. Both receptionists were extremely helpful. Gave us water bottles and snack bars, and even a coupon for $20 to use at breakfast the next morning (We had signed up for Best Western Rewards Program.)
Arrived at 7pm, left at 5am for drive south. Check-in was easy with online reservation. Business area had working Computer and printer. Breakfast started at 6am so I missed it. Bed was comfortable, Fridge and TV both working.
Decor, service, front lobby, restaurant all excellent. Upon arrival, we walked into the lobby, the appearance was amazing. The service that we received was friendly and courteous. We ate dinner at the restaurant. The bartender/waiter was also amazing. He was very friendly although very busy. There were four of us, two had the shrimp scampi special, one of us had pasta, and I had a jalapeño burger. No complaints, all of us enjoyed our meals and service. Breakfast is not provided like at most of the Best Westerns but, we did have breakfast there. Three had these huge omelettes and I had a breakfast burrito, all enjoyed at a very reasonable price. Personally, I'd rather have this than what a lot of free breakfasts serve. Definitely would recommend here to stay.
This hotel was very nice and quiet. We needed a pet friendly venue for our return back to our summer home. We also needed a handicap accessible room, and this one was right next to the back door. We were able to park right next to the door also, and found this hotel perfect for our needs. Definitely will stay here again!
The room, decor and comfort was up to the PLUS standard. Only disappointment was there was no complimentary breakfast, but there was hot coffee on hand in the lobby throughout our stay. The gym is a little claustrophobic and the treadmill is basic quality so you could injure yourself. The service was great..
Great place to stay....very clean and great staff....Staff was wonderful when we checked in with no reservation. Provided options and pricing was reasonable. Went into restaurant for a late dinner and host was wonderful and accomodating in changing the tv channel for my husband to watch a basketball game. Food was ok, but not great in the restaurant. Menu had limited options....but not bad.
Another reviewer has noted that the rooms and bathrooms are small and somewhat crowded - I agree. But the room we had was also clean, pet friendly, and reasonably priced, so on balance, given my circumstances, it is Very Good. Staff is friendly, but the buildings are sprawling - it's quite a hike from back to front. Lots of parking. Plenty of fast food in the area. Easy off and back on the Interstate. Wi-Fi worked well.
Rooms are really small and cramped...we had 2 queen beds and might have been better with 1 king. The bathroom was extremely tiny!! For 2 people trying to get out in a hurry in the morning, we were always in each other's way. Although an attempt has been made to upgrade the hallways they still looked old and tired. I came away with 2 massive bite areas on forehead and arm...not sure what they are from. The location is good with quick connection back on I-79 however, I would probably check out another chain for our next trip.
Stopped for one night on our way to Hilton Head. Very good experience. Front desk very friendly. Restaraunt food and service great. Stayed with our dog. Room very clean.Hotel overall in great shape. Easy check in and check out.
We enjoyed our stay. We were on our way to Falling Water (Frank Lloyd Wright house) and stopped here for the night. Everyone was so friendly from the front desk to waiter we had for dinner in the restaurant and waitress we had for breakfast. I would highly recommend staying here.
Room was very clean and nicely decorated, All appliances were in working order. There is plenty of parking for the guests. The beds are fairly comfortable and I like the fact that we had different variety of the pillows to sleep on from soft to firm. This was identified by a previous survey. Have this hotel on our STOP list again.
This hotel was very "homey" in regards to appearance and staff. I chose this hotel over others nearby because it had a "welcoming" feel in comparison to the other hotels that gave off more of a "conference/business" vibe. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and had a better selection than most hotels I have stayed at in the past selection. The only complaint that I had was the size of the bathroom and no indoor pool. The bathroom was very small. I would book this hotel again for a single night. I don't know that I would stay here for a week with the kids since there is not much for them to do since there was no indoor pool.
Better appointed than my experience of Best Western. Good mattress, sheets and duvet, pillow case nice quality - feels like 100% cotton. Very clean and pleasant in a business travel way. Desk, blackout light privacy drapes, big flat screen. A bedroll on bed which I appreciate for comfort. Lots of storage and hard surfaces - wardrobe, drawers, shelf. On site restaurant and bar. Service good nice pub type atmosphere - last night was wing night 50 cents per...Good vibe and wings surprisingly good for a hotel. Front desk staff very professional and nice. I was checked quickly and pleasantly. I will stop here again on way home from South. First time visitor, I'll be back.
Better than your average Best Western, clean rooms. Bathroom is small, but clean and functional. The best towels I have seen at a hotel! Building is a little tired. WiFi was better than average for a hotel, peaking at 12 - 18 Mbps. Although there were occasional dropouts.
Arrived at the hotel late on a rainy night. Staff at check-in and in the restaurant the following morning were solicitous and helpful. All well handled for a late arrival and an early morning departure.
This is a very well run establishment. We had very good service here. If this place had an indoor pool, it would be EXCELLENT! The desk clerks were excellent on check in and out. The meals provided for our conference were delicious. The servers in the restaurant and bar were very good, and we had an excellent experience here. Thank You!
We recently had the pleasure of staying at BW Bridgeport Inn and were very happy with our stay. I had the best sleep I've ever had in a hotel and didn't even want to get up in the morning! The staff are all efficient, friendly and knowledgeable. You won't go wrong staying here!
My stay at this hotel was better than average. The room was clean, the staff was probably the most friendly staff I've ever encountered and they allow pets. Room service from their restaurant was excellent and the food was delicious. I ordered the southern chicken with mashed potatoes and seasonal veggies (cauliflower, broccoli and carrots) and my great aunt ordered the tilapia with a salad and cottage cheese. Excellent! We ordered breakfast, too - the egg sandwiches. The food was bit expensive, but the convenience outweighed the price. The bathroom is super small. You barely have enough room to turn around but the water pressure is very good and the shower gets very hot, which I prefer. The beds are very hard but then again I'm used to a 4 inch memory foam top on my bed at home - that's just a personal preference. My only real complaint is that we chose a non smoking room. The room itself wasn't smoking but the hallway smelled like stale smoke. Overall I give this a 4 star rating. I will definitely be back if I'm in the area again.
Pushing the miles from Canada to Florida. Late night stop and what a gem. Price is perfect and just off the highway. Large rooms and clean. Washroom and tub clean. Zero issues. The best part was the young lady at the front desk. Friendly and helpful. The people who great you make all the difference when there are multiple choices in places to stay. Thanks Jennifer !
I thought the room was very clean room nicely decorated, All appliances were in working order. The appearance of hotel attracted me and there is plenty of parking for the guests. The beds are very comfortable. I like the fact that I was given a variety of the pillows to sleep on from soft to firm.
Nice rooms, pet friendly, convenient. Enjoyed eating at the restaurant, delightful waitress! Will stay here again when we come this way. Would have liked to have received meal coupons, but were never offered. But, still nice place to stay.
We were surprised at the price of this hotel and when we questioned the girls on the desk they said well this is a busy industry area and since it was bad weather we stopped. Our first problem was the entrance to the area of our room was way in the back and the keys would not work then once we got in there were alot of guys hanging around the door smoking and just making litttle remarks which being two woman was not what we needed. Once in the room we found it okay but the door coming from the outside was just 2 doors down and the door slammed shut....no spring to ease the bang. They had told us the the bar/restaurant had good chicken so we headed in and I will say we had the best onion rings and the chicken wings were really great. My biggest complaint was the fact that for the price the only breakfast was a cup of coffee and either an orange or apple depending
I would recommend this Best Western Plus to anyone travelling in this area or looking for a great week-end or week away. It is one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in, service and food was excellent!!! The rooms were outstanding!
Traveling with pet dog. Best Western was very accommodating for me and my pet. No issue with room, which was clean and neat. I did eat the lounge for dinner, along with alcoholic beverages...prices and taste were reasonably compared to chained restaurants. The hotel is very close to nearby shopping centers for whatever you need or want.
close to everything dining shopping .clean place the bar is a bit expensive tuesday wing night was great very quiet outdoor pool will be great in the summer, the hotel corradors were very confusing got lost twice ice was far in the other part of hotel very slow bartender
This week my family and I stayed here overnight for a funeral the next day. The staff could not have been nicer and accommodating to our needs for our group. The rooms were large, comfortable, and clean.
Once I hit the bed, I slept like I was hibernating. I recommend this Inn for its ambiance and comfy beds. No free breakfast unless you are here when the restaurant is closed, but the food is good in the restaurant and service is excellent.
If you are familiar with Best Western (not the newly built ones) then this one is pretty much like every other one. Pretty average. Fairly short drive to the airport and there are numerous restaurants surrounding the hotel. Only really disappointing thing for me was the fitness room. I use free weights and/or floor space for my work out and this had neither. The weight machine was ok. Was told my the hotel maintenance guy to not use either treadmill as they had issues and didn't work right. Better fitness room or pass to a local gym would be nice.
A few weeks ago my husband and family had stayed at the best western plus in Bridgeport west Virginia. this was the worst stay I have ever encountered at a best western. I can assure you we wont be back. I have 2 children. this hotel just is not a kid friendly hotel. people coming in and out of the lobby all night from the bar they have in the lobby. which is also a disappointment if free breakfast is important to you on your stays this is certainly is not the place for you. their restraunt has awful food, and way to over priced for what it is. I asked for a non smoking room in my reservations. I have children so of course I don't want them around it. well what do you know that's what we got a smoking room. I was not accommodated in any way. The management is very poor here they did absolutely nothing to make our stay comfortable. It was super packed when we arrived to and the poor girl I think her name was Brittany at the front desk had no help. Shame on the management team for this! I think if they want this hotel to go anywhere they should consider different staffing. Very disappointed and we will not be back when we are back in the area. so sad because we use to be very valued best western rewards customers! TRY SOMEWHERE ELSE.
This hotel is basically good but NOT a PLUS property. Outdoor pool and no complimentary breakfast. They are fracking in this area so plan ahead Hotels are FULL and it is hard to keep clean with 100's of guys in muddy shoes
The hotel staff was very pleasant, the room was very clean and pretty. The bed and pillows were comfortable, and bath products nice. The in-room coffee was actually good-Settles Best. For a pet friendly hotel, we would stay here again.
Outstanding Staff from Housekeeping, Restaurant and front desk along with Maintenance staff. Never has anyone failed to meet my needs or answer my questions. Its hard to find as complete and helpful staff anywhere.
We came for just a nights stay and were treated like royalty. Service was exceptional from the front desk to the professional service from the wait staff in the restaurant. A clean place to stay for a day or for an extended vacation.
This is a nice hotel. The staff was very nice and the room was clean and quiet. My greatest concern was the smell in the hallways. They smell of cigarette smoke. I was afraid my room would smell, but it did not. Thank goodness. My biggest complaint was with the restaurant. The food was very poor. Steak was tough and poor quality. Rolls were under baked. Salad was lettuce and a couple of cherry tomatoes. The staff was very friendly and nice. I would not recommend the dining but there are other places near by. It is easy on and off the interstate. I would stay here again. I just wouldn't eat in their restaurant.
We traveled down from Michigan for a wedding and stopped to drop off our luggage before heading there so we were in a bit of a hurry. I had booked the hotel online and while checking in there paperwork said a non-smoking room with 2 queen beds while mine said smoking room with 1 king bed, they said that happens a lot when you book online and took a good bit of time to get it corrected so I recommend calling when you book. The hotel is much bigger than it looks and each building has it's own entrance. There was a group of people sitting outside our building on the bed of a truck and on lawn chairs with a cooler, we figured they were pre-gaming for something but when we arrived back at the hotel 5 hours later after dark they were still there... It made me a little uncomfortable and I don't know why the hotel let them hang out there. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the staff were pleasant. There wasn't really anything special, just an average hotel.
this hotel was ok. good enough for an over night stay in Bridgeport. We stayed there and then went to Weston to visit the insane asylum. Good Base for that. It's centered with lots of shopping and restaurant choices. it's 2 miles south of the meadowbrook mall. you can tell the hotel is older and the wing we stayed out wasn't attached to the hotel, so you had to walk outside to get to the restaurant and lobby. given the choice, I'd rather not. also, it's WV so they still have smoking rooms upstairs and the hallways stunk. if the room smelled that bad, I would never been able to spend the night but the room didn't stink at all.
Room was nice and clean. The hotel was large and had many entrances. We stayed in entrance I. It was located on the ground level and three doors from the entrance. We had no problems with sounds or disruptions. We travel with my basset hound and he never seemed to be bothered by any sounds. Really nice location and close to attractions. My husband was involved in the hotel's banquet room for business matters and this was nice to have an all inclusive sight for business and personal stay. Other postings about it being a hotel for oil workers is correct but PLEASE be respectful for the hard working people. There were several company vehicles on the entrance we stayed in and no one ever was disruptive. Often, by the time I would be up before sunset they were already gone for the day. I have no problems recommending this hotel for people with families. Very comfortable stay.
Love Best Western and the points .nice hotel with alot of things close to work and eat .clean comfortable room and great tv bathroom door was in the way of the toilet kind of cramped bathroom but manageable
The service set this hotel apart from others. The room was clean, and the staff was friendly. They remembered my name and made both checking in and out a breeze. They also called to check on me to make sure I had everything I needed. I appreciate little touches like this. I was very happy with my stay, and the hotel exceeded my expectations.
When you are tired and had a long day traveling, the staff was excellent. I left there refreshed and feeling like I was human again. When I come that way again, I will keep this motel in mind when looking for a place to rest.
After driving all day from North Carolina, where we stayed at a terrible hotel this was a breath of fresh air. Clean room, free internet, and lots of pillows. The staff was kind and quick. We stayed during the week so there were lots of work trucks.
I was very pleased with the courtesy of staff, cleanliness of room, and amenities. In-house restaurant is convenient and has great food at reasonable prices. High speed internet worked great! The bed was comfortable and I felt safe staying here. I will be staying here again and highly recommend this hotel!
While the room was very nice and Internet access easy and good I felt the value overall was not good. I don't mind paying a pet fee, which was $20, but my overall bill was $172 which was way overpriced for this hotel and this location. Breakfast was NOT even included. This was merely an overnight stop on my journey back to KY and I was at the mercy of pet friendly hotels. I will pay more attention to pre-planning my trips and go for AirBnB next time. This hotel should have cost $105 at the MOST plus a lesser pet fee.
