Best Western Plus Hotel Main Street Inn, Brawley

My wife and I stayed there for 4 days. I'm a quadriplegic and depend on a wheelchair for mobility. The room was very accessible. One day my wife needed to run errands and I decided to stay in the room in bed. I was sitting upright in the bed and decided to lay to the side. Very comfortable. Well I realized I couldn't sit back up. I didn't call my wife out of embarrassment but she did call to check on me. I explained what happened but not to worry. She then called the hotel and spoke to Sandra at the front desk, Sandra grabbed a co-worker and came to my room to sit me back up. Excellent caring staff. Fully recommend this facility AND staff.

Staff at this best western is top notch. Great place to spend the night or many nights. Checking in was a great experience and it was nice getting complimentary water. Unfortunately the pool was closed for maintenance and with it being in the low 100's it would have been nice to use it.

Every Brawley visit we stay at Brawley BW. The manager and staff are AMAZING! They always make you feel at home and welcomed. The rooms are clean the beds are comfortable, housekeeping is always available and ready to help when needed.

place was convience and it was close by to family. would defenitly stay again, staff was friendly. we had no issues or problems. breakfast was good always good to have a good cup of coffee early in the morning.

My stay at the Best Western Plus in Brawley was a treat, The rooms were big and very clean. The breakfast was ha d a lot of Varity and was very fresh. The Breakfast hostess made a very nice presentation. The parking was easy and lots of room for big vehicles. The internet was fast and very easy to use.

I had reservations at this hotel, cancelled said reservations within the required time frame yet was still charged. I've contacted Best Western customer relations and the hotel manager directly and was told to email bank statements to show the charges. I've done everything they asked but haven't heard back from the hotel manager nor Best Western customer relations. Please be careful if you cancel your reservations here.

We had a nice stay in Brawley. The room was clean and the staff was very friendly and went out of their way to make you enjoy your stay. The hot breakfast is back and much appreciated. Will stay again when in the area for business.

Selected this hotel on our SC road trip .. the hotel was as expected , convenient and functional, clean with very friendly and efficient staff. Pity that there is no restaurant on site as we ended in Drive through as most were closed.

Brawley Best Western is one of our favorite hotels. The hotel is always clean the rooms are always tidy linen smell so nice and clean. Anytime you run into stuff they check to see if you are in need of anything and they always greet you. Front desk and management always makes you feel that they are happy to see you.

We have been using this hotel for the last few years before crossing the border into Mexico. We feel it is in a safe and secure setting. Great service all the time and good rates. There are grocery stores, Resturants and gas stations near by.

Best hotel in Brawley by far. Often visited by army and navy personnel training in El Centro. Room 215 was next to the indoor balcony with a view of the lobby, creating a wonderfully spacious feeling. Hotel staff were all excellent in making my very long stay comfortable and even fun. I must mention Melissa Franco in guest services who made sure that my favorite breakfast items were always on stock and provided a warm set of eyes (her face was always covered) and a friendly "good morning." All in all my long stay felt more like visiting family than anything else.

I was in a rush when I checked in, hoping they'd have a room. They not only got me a room but matched and exceeded my needs quickly and without cutting any corners. Staff was friendly even when reminding me of Covid rules! All and all one of my better hotel experiences.

I recently worked in the Imperial County area and had accommodations at the Best Western Plus Brawley Inn. The rooms were nice, the customer service by the hotel staff was better. My Suite was roomy for 4 adults. It's perfect for a couple nights rest. The walls are pretty thin, you can hear people snore from next door. That's the only bad thing about the suites. Also don't leave anything unattended. Locals or guests roam the parking lot and steal what they can.

Staff was great. Quick check in. Very clean lobby and rooms. I left my wife's favorite pillow in the room and the staff called me later that day and reminded me. Picked it up very quickly. Just a great experience.

Queen older Hotel friendly staff and the humidity is off work to find parking is good not good for semi trucks. Parking lot while lit which security cameras. Cold bag breakfast hard to swallow fish at least make an effort to provide hot to go breakfast is for the rates that they charge

Hello 793dona. If you would please clarify your review as I am not sure what you mean by "humidity is off work" and "hard to swallow fish". We do have hot items available for the Grab and Go breakfast such as breakfast sandwiches, bagels that can be toasted as well hot oatmeal as we follow the Covid-19 regulations. We also have a large variety of cereal's, pastries, breakfast bars to name a few things. We hope you have a great day.

Traveling in a difficult time was made easier by the professional staff at the front desk. We felt safe and comfortable while staying at your hotel. My husband said he had an excellent night sleep. Enjoyed our stay.

I didn't know what to expect after my day in Calipatria and the minute I got to the hotel I was put as ease by the wonderful greeting I received from Rowena. I had been up since 2 am driving to the work site and then setting up. Rowena was very sympathetic and got my into my room very quickly so I could nap. After my nap I went out to my truck to unload my gear and suitcase and in my haste I left my key in the room. Nancy was at the desk by then and saw my panic and immediately jumped around the counter and took me to open my hotel room. Later I realized I needed to print a large document and Nancy helped me get synced with the lobby printer and she was able to save the day so I didn't look foolish at work. I 100% recommend this hotel. And I have not even mentioned how very clean and nice the room was. I have ZERO complaints and it never hurts my feelings to have coffee ready 24/7!!! I will be back next week.

We spent three nights here in March. At night, when we checked in, the place was a little hard to see driving from the south. The check-in was fast, friendly and flawless. The company should clone the lady behind the desk, she was outstanding. The lobby was okay and the room was of good size, very clean and a little dark. the bed and pillows were fine. The bath was spotless. Water pressure a little low. Breakfast was good and well-presented. The lady that was responsible for provisioning and keeping the place clean was the best. Parking outside was a little dark at night,

my door and door lock was not closing properly, I was not offered any other options, she said they had no more rooms to just put a chair on the door. I did not have a good night sleep as my room was facing the street. I would never stay there again. It seemed that they did not care for my safety.

Room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was good. Staff was friendly and helpful. Ice machines on 2nd and 3rd floors were out of order. Parking was close, and available - even when arriving back at the hotel late.

We spent the night here after crossing border at Mexicali back into the US, headed north. Will definitely stay here again. Gracious reception, comfy beds, dog friendly ($20 extra.) Mediocre breakfast. If you like good coffee go elsewhere.

Had a suite and was not allowed a roll away bed for my nephews. We nt to book for the next year on check out and the price was double and was told it was because of renovations. forced to go another hotel for the following year.

Brittany was excellent, mentioning my rewards standing. We asked for a lobby room and she quickly complied. We had two minor issues and she got on it immediately and resolved the situation to our satisfaction. Our room was clean, and our beds were very comfortable! Brianna at the breakfast was excellent, also. She was very attentive when I requested and item that wasn't available in front, she quickly went and handed me what I had asked for. We were on the road when we made our reservations and Brittany complied with our requests. Great Service

My overall stay was good. I cant complain, the cleanliness of the rooms were 10/10, staff was nice, place was quiet in general. My only complaint was the room was too pricey even though I booked the room that same day, last minute. I would hope they lower the price a bit for same day bookings.

There is just a calmness about the place, when everything is right you get the best rest. I found it clean, both the exterior and interior, the ladies at the help desk were very respectful, which is worth the most to me. I liked the breakfast choices and especially the "grab and go". I hope I got that right lol

It was really hot when I stayed there. I was in Brawley for work. I always stay at this hotel since I can guarantee that my room will be cool and comfortable. The air conditioner doesn't take long to cool off the room to point that you are cold :)

Fantastic hotel and staff! Best in area. Other hotels in brawley do not come close. Always willing to help me when on the road. The parking is well lit, and breakfast is always great! Like new area for guest laundry.

would stay there again. rooms where clean, hallways and stair ways were vacuumed and clean. breakfast - had a variety of items to choose from need a little more space for guest to eat. but over all family members were happy with the rooms.

I have stayed in many hotels in the imperial valley and this place has the friendliest staff by far. Nancy, at the front desk, goes above and beyond to ensure guest are comfortable and happy. I cannot stress enough how clean and well kept the rooms as well as the entire hotel are at all times. A good hotel in Brawley with competitive pricing and good clean rooms. This is a cost effective place to stay for visiting the Salton Sea and Anza Borrego desert. Breakfast was good although ends at 9.30 and they are quick to clear everything away so don't be late.

Without question, the best place to stay near the Salton Sea. Nancy, the manager could not have more helpful. Answered all our questions, was quick AND courteous, and recommended a terrific Mexican Restaurant nearby. I had work to do in Brawley and did it better because of Best Western. Thank you Nancy! I had made reservations through the main hotel web site for Thursday - Saturday but when I arrived late Thursday, the hotel did not show it. It was a busy weekend and Nancy at the front desk was very nice and worked to find rooms for me and worked her magic again on Saturday when I decided to stay an extra night. Thank you!

We stayed at this best western yesterday feb 18th due to an emergency with our car. I called and explained our situation to the manager Brittany, she gave us a great deal on a room that we needed for just a few hours or overnight. Upon arrival they had snacks for us. We had a small 2 year old with us and they had whole milk for us for his bottles and made our welcome the best. We were only there for a few hours but, it gave me peace of mind we we're safe. What made our stay the best was receiving a voice mail from Nancy calling to make sure we made it home safely. I called and thanked her today. Thank you for treating us like family. I work for a large Electrical Company the cover is the United States I travel quite often as well as my team members every time I thought I have stayed at the Best Western Hotels I have had 100% satisfaction this location that I stayed out with no different the staff was extremely professional helpful and kind the facility was extremely clean ! We have company vehicles that are very expensive with expensive equipment that is kept in those vehicles for the projects that we work on I felt extremely comfortable and safe having our company Vehicles parked in the parking lot the young lady that I spoke with that did the overnight shift I spoke with her about the situation that we've had vehicle stolen out of hotels before parking lots and if she could please keep an eye on our vehicles that were there at that time we didn't have any problems or any issues I give this hotel 100% And any time that I am in that area I will stay at this facility! I must also state that I slept soundly and completely through the night which is rare I didn't encounter any noise the entire time that I was there and I had a restful sleep and woke up in the morning relaxed and recharged and ready to go!

I stayed here two nights recently while birdwatching in the Salton Sea area. The hotel is in good condition; the room and the rest of the facility were in nice shape and clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was surprisingly well done, with a good variety of foods. Two complaints: first, being on the second floor, the people tromping around in the 3rd floor room above kept me awake until I put earplugs in. So I'd advise insisting on a top (3rd) floor room if you're at all sensitive to noise or going to bed before 2 a.m. Second, Fox News played loudly in the breakfast room each morning. People are welcome to their viewpoints, but they shouldn't be foisting them on others at an otherwise welcoming establishment. The TV needs to be off (my preference; I don't need noise blaring at breakfast), or on a more neutral program.

Please accept my apologies for the noise issue and that you did not like the Fox News Channel on during your stay during breakfast. Our intention is to have neutral programs on during breakfast and we vary news channels or have the weather channel on. We are happy that you enjoyed the breakfast foods that we had to offer and our staff hospitality during your bird watching. We hope your bird watching was great and hope to see you again on your next bird watching at the Salton Sea area.

I called to ask questions and Adalina was extremely helpful in making my reservation, using points for one night, and finding me the best rate for the second night. We stayed 2 nights in an ADA room. The room was spacious and clean, and the beds were clean and comfortable. Breakfast is included and they had more choices than many other hotel breakfasts, including milk substitutes like almond milk. Unfortunately there was a very large and loud group of people staying for a wrestling event that took up almost every table and ate the food as quickly as it came out, but the staff worked very hard in trying to keep it stocked and clean. The lobby was inviting and the front desk staff was friendly and efficient. The only reason that I didn't give it 5 stars is that their were 2 large pieces of table furniture in the entryway of the room, one of which we moved to the corner of the room which was empty for some reason. The other piece could have fit in the corner as well, but we didn't feel like moving it or getting someone to move it. It was nice to have places to put things, but the furniture was bulky for a narrow space, and I had just enough room to get through with my walker. The bathroom was large, as was the ADA walk-in shower, however the toilet was not a raised handicap toilet, but there was a support bar. I also noticed that the carpeting in the room and hallway looked new, but the flooring underneath had not been levelled. This is very noticeable when you have no shoes on or are rolling a suitcase or a stroller. I didn't see the pool as it was outside down the hall and it was windy and rainy out, so I couldn't judge that. But compared to the other Brawley hotel that we had stayed in, it was a huge difference, and we will definitely stay here again!

We were in the area for one of my husband's work trips and we were given a recommendation to stay here by his boss. All their regular rooms were all booked but they set us up in one of the available suites at a discounted price. Nancy was working the desk and she was very friendly, informative, and even gave us directions for our trip the next day. The room was very clean and comfortable. There was a different desk clerk the next morning when we checked out but she was just as friendly and pleasant, some of the best customer service we've experienced in our hotel stays.

By far the nicest hotel in the area. It's very clean and smells fresh inside. Nancy at the front desk was very helpful and informative. We are leaving before they start serving breakfast in the morning so we were offered a to go box that would be ready at 4:30 AM. Don't stay anywhere else.

We spent the night in Brawley California recently, booking a room at the last moment at the Best Western on Main Street. The Best Western always holds to its advertisements and did not disappoint. My sons swam in the pool, while I took a small nap. If we ever make it to Brawley again, we will stay here again!

It is considered the best hotel in town, but it is from average to below average. Even though the staff is nice, it is very limited. There is very limited protection No security guard at night. They have one woman at the front desk with cameras. If I guess had an emergency there is No way of contacting the front desk, If you can not use the phone

We were there four nights during Christmas. Everything was very nice from check-in to check-out. Our room was comfortable, clean, and quiet. Breakfast was a little different every day. I loved the daily fresh raspberries. Everyone was SO FRIENDLY. I think, Manager, Rowena, and her entire staff are the friendlies team I've ever seen at a hotel. Terrific place to stay.

Brawley is a relatively small town and this is a very pleasant lodging option. The hotel is up to date, with well-lit parking lots, pleasantly appointed accommodations and related services. The breakfast was much better than certain other brands and many other Best Westerns I have seen, with more healthy options and an attentive breakfast server. The front desk team was cordial, welcoming and fast. While I did not use it (weather and time of year), the swimming pool looked well maintained and there was a hardy soul enjoying what I imagine was a heated sauna pool. The exercise area was fundamental and the equipment in good condition. I am pleased to recommend.

Very nice hotel with a great staff. The room was nice and clean, good breakfast in the morning as well. Good prices for what you get for a room with 2 beds. It is nice and spacious. It is only 45 minutes from the Imperial Sand Dunes, Salvation Mountain and Slab City. It is also a 2 hour drive to San Diego if you want to take a day trip. Easy drive from the hotel with beautiful views. The town doesn't have a whole around it restaurant wise/store wise, but the next town over (15-20 min drive) has everything you would need. Defiantly would recommend this hotel.

Nice clean place with a friendly staff. I would just make sure you bring your earplugs. Stayed in room 111. We can hear the conversations at the breakfast area like they are in are room. Every morning guys were out carrying on at 5:30AM. Also we hear every step the people above us take. If it wasn't for such poor noise reduction in the room I'd give it a 5 star.

I am in Brawley for work a lot. I stay here frequently. Nice place and the staff is very friendly. Nancy in particular has gone out of her way for me and my crew multiple times. I like the gym they have, it's a little small, but convenient.

This little place in the middle of nowhere, has been a wonderful experience!! I have been staying here for 5 or 6 nights a week , for the past 2 months and have had nothing but the best service and most polite staff. I always get a smile and a warm welcome each time i come into the hotel. Nancy is the best !! She always has a smile and a "hello Mr. Thomas" every time i walk in. When I leave for work, Nancy has always taken the time to make sure my whole crew and i have a "go bag" ready and waiting for us at the counter. I will always stay here at this hotel whenever i am working in the area. 5 stars!!!!

Very clean, front desk friendly and very helpful, excellent breakfast, secured parking and entire staff and management above average to make guest fell welcome. I wish to commend Nancy for the way she handled a situation last Friday evening, I arrived at hotel after work around 8:00 PM, there were a kids sports team I am guessing 8 to 9 years old kids and parents were checking in. The lobby in the hotel has wood end tables, leather furniture and the floors are tile, while parents were in line at front desk facing away from lobby where kids were jumping on and off furniture and just being kids but was very dangerous, Nancy asked the kids in a very friendly way to stop jumping off furniture because they could get seriously injured. One of the parent responded to Nancy in a sarcastic way, and she keep her cool and tried to explain to one parent her first concern was the kids safety not the damage to hotel furniture. I came back latter in the evening g to extend my stay and she was very upset if she offended the parents but the fear of one the kids busting there heads open from falling on sharp edges of the wood tables or hitting the floor was worth correcting them.

I want to personally thank you and I appreciate the fantastic feedback and compliments you've given. We are pleased to hear that our team member, Nancy, went above and beyond. Like Nancy, all our team truly care about our guests and their safety.

My parents lived in an assisted living facility in nearby El Centro. When my dad died last week, my mom could not imagine staying in their room without him so I booked a room for us at the Brawley Best Western. The front desk associate--Nancy--was so sweet and she handled us adding additional nights to our stay seamlessly. Because we will be having my Dad's services in October or November, Nancy suggested calling her so that she can block off some rooms to accommodate out of towners coming for the service. She was also very helpful when I needed to print documents. Liz was another front desk associate who was incredibly sweet and helpful. The housekeeping staff attended to my mom as my mom stayed in the hotel while I cleaned out her room at the assisted living facility. Elizabeth kept my mom happy with shampoos, extra towels, and showed her where the vending machines are. Our room was spacious and very clean!

Very clean, front desk very helpful,internet available.The conference room is located outside the hotel, spacious but it has no toilet, you have to go back in the main lobby to use the bathroom. The price to get the room is reasonable though.

I relocated to Brawley for work and this hotel was recommended to me. Being from out of the area I took the suggestion and booked my stay. I generally stay away from the BW chain due to poor experiences in other areas but the BWPMSI has changed my opinion of the chain! From the time I checked in and explained my situation the staff went out of their way to assist me in getting settled. Everything from suggestions on where to eat to places to live and providing a list of dry cleaners was given freely and cheerfully! No matter what inane question I had staff always provided an answer and helped me begin adjusting to the area! Had an issue with the a/c in the first room and was quickly moved to a new room with multiple apologies. Internet was very fast, breakfast was good (and served with a smile!), rooms were exceptionally clean and every staff member bid me a great day on my way to work and welcomed me back at the end of the day. The little things made this move so much easier! Do yourself a favor if traveling to the area and stay here. You'll never regret it! THANK YOU BWPMSI for everything. You folks ROCK!!!

From the moment Nancy answered the phone through arrival, checking in and making us and our dog welcome she was nothing but professional, welcoming and friendly. The room was excellent and wifi worked great. This was our first stay but will not be our last. Each year we drive Seattle to San Jose del Cabo and cross the border at Mexicali. We are always on the lookout for pet friendly hotels close to the border. In November when we head south again, we will stay at Brawley Best Western again.

I stayed at this hotel for a few days while I was in town for work. It was clean, and has everything you need, as far as the basics, and a little more. Unfortunately, I forgot a precious sentimental item in my room and thought I would never see it again. I called the hotel, and Rowena (a manager) was so helpful in shipping me my item, I got it back just a couple of days later. She made the process very easy and was super pleasant. I would definitely stay there again and recommend the place to my friends.

Really fast check in, nice breakfast, fairly quiet rooms — except for the fridge and a/c unit. But all in all a great hotel in a really nice town. But the important part of this place is it proximity to the amazing birding areas around the salton sea. This Rigel is just 20 min from the sonny bono refuge and obsidian butte.

Thank you DanielKeiran for staying with us during your birding expedition. The bird watching is amazing around here. One time, we had a blue heron in our grassy area near the lobby. It was an amazing sight. We hope you will join us again for your next expedition down in the Imperial Valley.

The hotel was much more than I expected in Brawley. It was very clean and the staff was outstanding. I had an early checkout time so I did not get the breakfest. However they did pack up a grab n go bag to eat that was waiting at the front counter when I left at 430am. Nice job!

Very clean and the beds are very comfortable. The staff is friendly and the breakfast was very nice. They have a gym and a pool but the pool was closed because of the weather. Very nice welcoming atmosphere.

Stayed here while playing for a few days at Glamis. A great location, that is a short drive to the dunes. Nice hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff. Decent restuarants in town. Will stay here next time.

Movie Stars stay here when they are filming in the area! Movie Stars!! The breakfast buffet is quite good and the room was very comfortable and roomy. It was too cool to get in the pool but the outdoor spa / soaking tub was terrific. The staff is friendly and informative; this is a well-appointed, well-run, good-quality inn. Best Western is trying hard to distance itself from its budget competition, and it's doing a great job of it!

There may not be a great reason for travelers to stop in Brawley, but if you do this is the place to stay. The desk clerk was pleasant and helpful, the room was clean and up to date, the breakfast was satisfactory and the stay restful. On the recommendation of the desk we ate at “Inferno” and had a very good salad and pizza. It was quiet in the room and parking was easily accessed. If I was in Brawley again there is no question that I would stay here a second time.

This is a clean hotel with friendly staff. Pleasantly unexpected in this small town. We stay in the external suites and enjoy pulling right up to the room. In room Internet is fast. Nothing but compliments for this location.

Overall, good experience. The room was in good condition and the property is well maintained. Will stay there again. Thw breakfast was good and well presented. The staff was friendly. The checkin and checkout were quick.

The front desk receptionist was very polite and very helpful with our room request, because we have 2 big dogs. she was very pleasant and always with a smile. The room was very clean, the inside and outside of the hotel was clean and very well kept. Breakfast was delicious and there was a lady cleaning at up the station constantly. I have dogs and I always appreciate pet friendly hotels, and sometimes these hotels are not that clean, this was not the case, even the pet friendly rooms were spotless. There is a small dirt/grass area outside for the dogs to use, unfortunately some of the guests are not as polite as the staff and there were dog poops left around a bit, not too bad though. Great Place to stay.

Very nice and clean and a great value. It's at the end of town but it's a small town so pretty close to everything anyways. The parking lot and hotel seem very safe, clean and modern. The breakfast was a typical Best Western breakfast but everything was good. The hotel is a good value for the money.

Brittany and Adelina went out of their way to move my last minute reservation for 11/14-11/15 to just a one night stay for 11/17. Brittany also assisted me in making and booking 6 reservations for the 2018 Dove Opener. I had all 6 reservations in my inbox, prior to me getting home after check out! Adelina, had also helped me a few years back, when I thought I had left my single car key in a room, after the Dove Opening weekend. I had gotten back to my ride's house and thought I left my key at the hotel. Adelina called me from the hotel room, searching all over the room, asking me maybe where I had left it. I had eventually found it tucked away in my luggage. Whew! that was a close call. Great location, easy check-in/check-out, convenient location, great staff, awesome breakfast bar. Clean rooms, comfortable beds and excellent rates! Been coming 5 years straight!

hello, the people who work at the reception are loud in the night, they dont respect sleeping hours, it was loud until 2am.. the bed was good, and the breakfast was also good. the wifi was superb, but it was really to loud

One of the better hotels in this area. We were there for Cattle Call Weekend. It was very convenient location. Located about 1.5 miles from the town center. Within walking distance to watch the parade.

In all honesty I wasn't sure what to expect when I went down here for a rotation for my PA school. A classmate and I were sent to Brawley and ended up staying in hotel for an entire month in the middle of summer (temperatures 90F at night and up to 115F daytime) and this place did an amazing job while we weren't at our clinic. The breakfast was good with decent variety (more than expected), the pool was clean and the staff was as friendly as I've experienced. I'd like to specifically recognize Marissa and Sarah for their superb service, many night we ended up going to the pool and they had towel already set up for us, were more than accommodating for helping with the gym and handed us water as well! If I find myself in Brawley again I'll stay here and won't look anywhere else.

I tend to stay in BW motels, and a friend recommended this one. My husband and I stayed here for two nights while visiting the Salton Sea and nearby sights. The motel is on Main Street, but the room was very quiet. It had all the features I like--refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker. The room was clean and comfortable. I'd say this is the go-to motel for Brawley.

A great, quiet place to stay when life takes you to Brawley. Apparently one needs a minimum of two hundred characters to complete this field so I will add, the room was clean, well appointed and the shampoos and soaps are a cut above what I am used to at other Imperial Valley properties. I actually prefer this location to the other BW's in El Centro and Calexico.

We used to stay at a different establishment on Main street. The next time we were to come to town, I noticed that there was now a Best Western Plus Hotel. Looking into there amenities, it was noted that a full breakfast not a continental breakfast was being offered. This was the deciding factor in my wife choosing Best Western Plus, which is now our place of choice to stay. Our next stay may be in one of the suites.

This is a great option compared to the hotels in the area. It was very clean and comfortable. Its also very quiet we were there two nights and both nights we did not hear any noise from the rooms next door. The staff is also very nice.Breakfast was very good as well with the option to make yourself fresh waffles which we really enjoyed.

Quiet comfortable easy parking with very helpful staff. Check in is fast check out is even faster. Had to leave before breakfast everyday they had to go bags waiting on the counter. Gave good directions to local dining.

Hotel staff is very helpful and friendly. Hotel is clean, but the decor need an update. Fitness center got the essentials, but no free weights. The internet connection was stable, but not very fast. Bed nicely firm.

I have been working here in Imperial County for almost four weeks. This hotel is clean and has a great breakfast in the morning. The staff is very polite, professional and knowledgeable of the area and their hotel. My room is always spotless and stocked with clean towels and amenities. My company has three rooms here and the ladies go out of their way to to make my crew and I feel at home. Rowena, Sarah, Nikki, and Adelina deserve a special shout out for going out of their way for us. I highly recommend this hotel!

This Best Western is very clean, modern, and the staff goes above and beyond your expectations. Upon arrival we greeted by Sarah who was very caring. We have a small dog so they gave a first floor room and there is grass so that your dog can do duty. I felt very comfortable with the location and that our vehicle would be safe.

This Best Western Plus is a nice hotel. I was traveling with my husband who was on business and they went out of their way to get me a room early so I wouldn't have to wait in the lobby. Since I work in the room while my husband is gone on business, I appreciate a room that has good internet and lots of outlets. The bed was very comfortable and the breakfast was good. I was impressed to find a healthy Greek yogurt and also almond milk for the cereal as an option. We will definitely stay there every time we are in Brawley. Note: there were small black bugs crawling on the floor in the bathroom. I mentioned it to the staff and they said in the desert this time of year these small beetles are migrating and are everywhere and can't be controlled. I actually did see them a few days later in a hotel in Blythe as well.

We also items which are gluten free and soy milk available. Unfortunately yes, there are little black harmless beetles that do pop up during the summer time in which we do our best to remove them. The girl at the front desk was so professional, I offered her a job at our new office in El Centro. The room was updated and nice and very clean. Mostly this was a convenient location and nice hotel. I did have some bugs flying around in my room and noticed some mice or rat droppings on the floor in the breakfast area. Don't look too close. Loved the refridg and microwave in the room. That was awesome!

I spend several months a year at the Best Western. The rooms are always tidy and very comfortable. The girls at the front desk are extremely polite and professional. I would Love to tell everyone that if they were to stay in Brawley Calif. that the Best Western Plus is the place to stay. Everything was to my satisfaction and i never have anything to complaint about this hotel.The hotel is located close to down town Brawley and everywhere a is short drive away. I've read other peoples reviews and who ever gives this place a bad review must not have taken there medication that day. The front desk is always cordial with every one who is checking in or out and they do it with a smile. My room is always clean and in the hot times of the years they make sure my a/c is on when i arrive back from work.I believe it all starts at the top from the GM on down and i would never stay anywhere else. We use to stay at the Brawley inn but i would never suggest to anyone else to stay there when they can stay at the best place in Brawley. Thank you!!!

Best Western Plus Main Street Inn, Brawley CA, was referred to me for my business trip from a local Brawley family. This is definitely the better choice of hotels in the area. It's new, employees are great and happy. Yes, you will pay a little more but remember, you get what you pay for. It's well worth it. If you are on the road, it's best to book early due to, rooms rent out fast.

Clean,safe,quiet place to stay with children. Pool was small but adequate enough for my 2 year and 13 year old. Breakfast consisted of sausage patties, eggs,waffles, gravy, juice and coffee. Staff was friendly and even fulfilled our request of 2 extra pillows. Well kept and clean area of Brawley.

I have been doing business in Brawley calif. for the last couple of months. I experienced disappointment, after disappointment when checking in and out of hotel after hotel. My schedule is all over the place and impossible to predict. Then one day I , and my workers tried the B W pulse on main st. It was a pleasant experience from the start. From the ladies at the desk (Rowena and Adelina) to the housekeeping staff. These people went out of their way to accommodate me and my people. I realize their efforts and appreciate all they do for us. Our schedule gets us in at. 4am., 5am., 6am. I'm not an easy customer to accommodate, but my needs have always been met. I visit Brawley often, and have discovered my choice of sleeping accommodations when visiting Brawley. P.S. I'm going to Dallas next week. BW Plus will be my choice of accommodation on this road trip.

stayed here for two nights while in Glamis. the staff was very friendly, and the maid service was awesome. everything about the hotel was great! only one little complaint for it to be perfect - i feel the beds could have been a little better. my son slept on the sofa bed which was not to comfortable, and my king bed was not to comfortable at all.

We pulled in to Brawley fairly late in the evening. The Best Western Plus had one room left. Yay. The staff were all friendly upon check in. There was a swimming pool and hot tub that were quiet and much needed after a long day of travel. The room itself was clean and quiet. Breakfast was complimentary with the standard fare that gets you going in the morning.

We had a great stay at the Best Western. The staff was very friendly and helpful when we checked in. The kitchen staff was great at breckfast. The hotel was very clean outside and inside especially for being in a dusty part of the desert. Our room was very big with a large jetted tub in the room and a full bathroom. The hotel was very quiet. The bed very comfortable. The full hot breckfast in the morning was at the top of the ones from Best Western. We stay at quite a few BW's and they have different levels of breckfast with this one better than most. The dining area was nice and maintained well, the eggs were fresh. They even had both hash browns and biscuits gravy with sausage patties. This is a very nice Best Western facility with a great staff. Only negative you can only watch the TV from the bed as it could not be turned or tilted. This is now our place to stay whenever we are in this part of California.

We stayed two nights at this hotel. The staff was very pleasant and the hotel was really clean. We were in California at Glamis for the two days of our stay.. The drive the Glamis to Brawley was 30 minutes so that was great for us since we did not have a our camp trailer.

I often have to travel to Imperial County for my job. This was my first stay at the Brawley Best Western. I recommend this hotel when traveling through the area. The staff was friendly and attentive and the amenities adequate.

just 1 1/2 hours drive, great option to beat traffic when at big music festivals at Indio / Coachella area as most of the traffic moves up north, roads are in very good shape from Indio to Brawley, you won't miss any comfort at this hotel.

The room had plenty of space. The King size bed was comfy & had plenty of pillows. Air conditioner was pretty quiet when running. Lots of channels on the TV but their room channel guide was useless and I couldn't find the right button for an on-screen guide. Public areas were clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. There's a little gazebo at the rear of the Inn that has a picnic table and a grill for guest use. Overall it was a pretty good place to stay.

I booked the meeting and suite for my sister's bridal shower on Labor Day weekend and it was the best decision the bridal party ever made. The entire staff was so accommodating and nice. When found out two days before hand that someone had booked the meeting room for a baby shower from 2-8pm and given the fact that our shower was the next day at noon, they brought in maintenance right after the other shower ended to clean the room for us and let us decorate for our shower all night. They were never pushy about time and constantly asked us if we needed anything or if they could help. They also let us check into all our rooms early so we could get ready. Really, they went above and beyond. It was the best experience. I would stay and book parties here any time.

The staff were friendly, the room was clean and well presented to a customer. The pool was warm and clean, and the hot tub worked well. Breakfast was good. When i checked out i left some personal items there. The staff saved them for me.

We wanted to visit Salton Sea area and stayed in this excellent hotel located not too far. Very nice hotel with friendly staff, clean rooms, and a good breakfast. Though we didn't find much for children to do in Brawley, this was a nice hotel to relax with a pool and a fitness room. We would definitely stay in this hotel if we visit that area again.

In a fading town off any main highway it was a delight and surprise to find a motel of this quality. The property was well maintained, conveniently arranged with ample parking, clean rooms, and comfortable.

My stay at the Best Western in Brawley was as good as it gets. The staff is very professional and help use the business center with several important issues I had. I would recommend the hotel every time.

I have stayed at this property a few times and have always had a great experience at this hotel. Which it seems rather hard to fin consistent quality and value when traveling for business or for fun. I will be back soon.

This hotel is a hidden gem! The staff is exceptional. Everyone greeted us with smiles. The rooms are large and very clean and comfortable. Will definitely stay here again the next time I'm working in this area.

If you want a very comfortable beds in imperial county this is the place to stay in Brawley Ca. and the rooms are the best in brawley and i would challenge any hotel to try to beat these rooms. The staff is always very helpful and no front desk compares to this one.

Set back from the street. Ample parking. Attractive entrance way. Nice lobby. Efficient helpful staff. Very good internet access both wifi and in lobby on desktop computers. Nice secluded walled pool. Comfortable bed with good linen. Very good bathroom. Breakfast....and that unfortunately caused us unease. The breakfast hostess had a very intimidating way about her...she stood in the pantry doorway nearly all the time staring at everybody especially when they were getting their food or drink. She interfered unnecessarily. It was so unpleasant that my husband curtailed his breakfast early as he felt so uncomfortable. On top of that there was a tip box prominently displayed which we have never seen in a hotel complimentary breakfast room before. And the hostess brought round little sweets wrapped in thank you paper while we were eating. This spoilt an otherwise very good stay.

This hotel is a wonderful place to stay - the staff is freindly rooms are immaculate and the breakfast is yummy. I would highly recommend it to anyone. My room was comfortable with a great bed and very well thought out as a women I love when they give me a place to sit and dry my hair and put on makeups - most hotels don;t thing of that.

Rawena at the front desk may be one of the best in the hotel industry, and makes this hotel well worth the money, especially in it's remote location. For the area, it is the by far and away the best hotel to stay at.

Stayed two nights while visiting the area, VERY nice room and staff -- last minute, we needed to bring our cat along with us, and that worked out perfectly, she was safe in the room while we went out (though we did make sure the front desk knew we did NOT want housekeeping to go in). Comfortable room, good A/C (very necessary), nice beds and bedding, very clean for a pet-friendly location (oh, what we've seen elsewhere!). TV system appears to need updating (several stations have "gone digital" so you cannot see them on the analog box, just a message that someone needs to call the cable service to upgrade the subscription), but there were still stations available to watch, all you need in order to wind down from a vacation day. Breakfast bar had good food items, but the area was not efficiently laid out for the maximum-capacity crowd (sold out hotel), and the food items were not reliably available. Someone asked an attendant for sausage, and they were told that more needed to be made, it would take at least another six minutes, and that "as soon as we put it out, it's gone." If that is happening, there should be a constant cycle making more, rather than leaving people without all options available. We found the yogurt empty, which takes no time at all to re-stock. It was stocked again 30 minutes later when we made our way back, so I know people were paying attention, it just could've been better when attendance was at the highest capacity, and perhaps the area could be expanded when the hotel is sold out, so there is decent access (some folks act like it's their own kitchen, wandering aimlessly in jammies -- you need more room to accommodate that kind of behavior).

Drove 3 hrs to Brawley so we could attend the Blue Angels airshow the next morning. Room, staff, and amenities were all good, with the exception of the outdoor pool and spa. The wind had blown enough sand into them both that we did not use either. Not much the staff could do about that.

Normally I stay at the Brawley Inn, but thought I'd try something different for a change while I was there for a business conference. The facility was impeccably clean, and the staff was always willing to help! The one problem, if you don't have a car it is a long walk down the street to a mini mart and Jack in the Box. I arrived late in the afternoon, so it was dark when I went out for "dinner". The girl at the front desk said it was "just down the street" and the area was "safe". Unless you're a young woman willing to walk down a VERY dark road (with no sidewalks) in an area you're not familiar with, I'd call for pizza delivery. The nearest restaurant is not within walking distance. Their free breakfast, however, was outstanding!!! They had cereals, bagels, scrambled eggs with sausage, fruits, and coffees in a clean and well-lit dining area with a flat-screen tv. Since I had early meetings, I wasn't able to take advantage of anything more than a bagel and juice. It would be nice if they offered a shuttle for quick trips down the road, especially at night! The bed was satisfactory. I have a Select Comfort mattress at home and it is rare to find anything comparable as it has spoiled me forever! It was a bit cool in the evenings, so I called the front desk to ask for another blanket (there were none in the closet.) She said, "Blanket? You want another blanket?" There is one very thin blanket on the bed along with two sheets. I was told "There is the brown "blanket" on top of the bed" (this "blanket" was a three foot by approximately ten foot heavy sheet) "do you want another?" She put me on hold for quite a while, but then there was a knock at the door. There she was, holding one white sheet and a light yellow thin blanket, and she asked "Is it one of these?" I kept my cool, even though I was tired from my day of travel. Who doesn't know what a blanket is?!!! Other than the blanket and snack machine situation, I had a very pleasant stay.

Clean rooms, beds ok, pillows could use improvement. Bring a nightlight for the bathroom, our switch was behind the door and the fan stays on, if you like a light on overnight. Good location for quick Glamis trips. Nice breakfast choices.

This hotel is an excellent place to stay. The staff and manager out do themselves to make sure your stay is more than satisfactory. Only hotel we stay at when in Brawley Ca. The hotel is clean, the beds are comfortable, the rooms are very spacious.

This is the first hotel with ADA compliant rooms that has suited my needs so well in my 15yrs of being in a wheelchair. The room & restroom were perfectly accessible for someone bound to a wheelchair or otherwise. In the past I've had horrible experiences with hotels advertising ADA compliant rooms only to find out that I can't use the restroom because the door is too narrow or there is no role in shower or a number of other problems. The room at the Best Western Plus in Brawley was perfect in every way and the staff and service was very friendly and accommodating. They offered several times to assist me if I needed anything at all. This was an A PLUS experience.

one cleanest hotels my wife and I have stayed in for a long time. staff very friendly and helpful. no problems what so ever, we actually stayed there for San Diego 4 wheelers superstition mountain 18 run. 30 minutes away from all the activity. almost perfect

Pretty standard Best Western. Beds were comfortable and room was clean! Breakfast was standard as well but nice. Check in and out was easy and the staff was accommodating. I have to stay in Brawley for work and recommend this hotel for both work and pleasure. .

The attendant was really nice, and very helpful, she gave us ideas on where to eat she was very informative. I was there for work and my family for pleasure, the attendant gave my family ideas and promos that were going on around.

The only hotel I would consider staying at in this area. Indoor cooridors, friendly staff. Stayed here for business and was close to our destination. Good breakfast selection and clean dining room area.

If you want a hotel with plush rooms, then you need to stay at this Hotel. This hotel will give you more Bang for your buck and the rooms are very clean with state of the art flat screen T.V.s and nice furniture. This Hotel is also close to all the shopping store's and restaurants.

I travel a lot for my job so I get the pleasure of staying in many different places all over the US. Since I stay in many hotels it is the little things that start to bug me, like when the bathroom light switch and the door hinges are on the same side, which makes for an awkward hand flailing in the dark action to turn the light on...and when there are not any extra outlets by the bedside table in which to plug in my phone. That being said, there are not a lot of options of where to stay here in lovely brawley CA. The best western is really a no brainer if it is in you budget. It was this or a motel six, and I will never stay at a motel six for three reasons. 1) I got robbed in one eight years ago. 2) the room smelled of sorrow. 3) I can afford not to. So here are the reasons the best western in brawley. 1) even in drought stricken California the showerhead is not one of those low flow numbers. 2) the breakfast is a mirror image of what holiday inn express served except for one very important difference. Instead of machine made pancakes the best western serves waffles. That is right, waffles.

I stay here every time I am in town it is a clean hotel with friendly staff and my room has always been very clean. Housekeeping does a great job and met my every request. I recommend this hotel with confidence. Staff allowed us extra time at the pool as long as we weren't noisy (which we were not).

Very nice hotel. Clean and centrally located. Helpful staff. Accommodations included a free breakfast. Just wish the hours would have been longer for the weekends instead of seven to nine like the weekdays.

This Best Western Hotel is the only place we stay at when we travel to Brawley California. Staff very friendly Facilities are top of the line. The hotel is clean and well taken care of. The breakfast has a wide variety of choices

Clean rooms and great staff. I stay in a hotel every couple weeks and was amazed at the quality of service at this location.I am going to continue to stay here when I come to visit. Great value and nice rooms.

All the staff here are polite and tentative I really enjoyed my stay here the place is clean and they kept an eye on my truck and material that was in it and for that I'm truly grateful I'm diabetic and my blood sugar got low my wife panicked but a very experienced receptionist named Jackie knew what to do and as the result of that I'm doing fine thank you Jackie and thank you Best Western

We were in Brawley to go birding at the Salton Sea. This hotel was perfect for what we needed. The front desk staff were very helpful, friendly and efficient. The room was quite comfortable. The breakfast was fine and the location was very convenient. We'd certainly stay here again.

I lived in Brawley many years ago before this motel was built. I knew of the other motels in town so I decided to try the new one. Great choice! Good service. The free breakfast was very good. I Was there for a funeral and many friends and relatives also stayed there. They don't write reviews so I'm writing for them also.
