Best Western Vista Inn at the Airport

This older hotel has a beautifully remodeled atrium. The staff is very welcoming, friendly and helpful. The hotel is spotless and well-cared for. Nice breakfast. Comfy beds. We will definitely return as we visit Boise several times a year.

Everything was so clean and the staff so accommodating to all our questions.. We were so glad to have a first floor room and it was so quiet even though it was an outside location.The Breakfast was as good as one I make at home and I didn't have to cook!

This place is our 'go to' when we head to Boise. It is easy to get to - the staff is always friendly and helpful and we enjoy the pool and jacuzzi. The rooms are both roomy and the place always looks clean and tidy. While there aren't any restaurants close by anymore (thank you covid) it's not very far to get some grub. One of the most interesting things to me in reference to this property is that it is right by the airport, and we have NEVER heard the air traffic. Not even once! How the heck do they do that?

I left 4 days prior to my 7 day stay because an employee (No work badge, In a hoody, and sweat pants) followed me to my car and accused me of stealing food. Refused to believe I stayed there. I was being polite and professional until I gave my honest answer stating I been there parking in the same spot all weekend, the man called me a liar and at that point I knew I was just being profiled mind you I'm wearing dress boots, a tucked in button up collard shirt.

Everything looked new and clean. You could probably actually walk to the airport, but the shuttle was super convenient. The layout of the building with all the rooms opening to a 2-story lobby made me feel safe in an unfamiliar area. Staff was always handy and helpful. Breakfast was good.

This airport hotel is incredibly charming, super clean, with friendly staff. The breakfast bar has all the favorites! The commute to BSU and downtown is convenient. We will definitely be staying here again soon.

Great front desk staff- VERY helpful. Breakfast good. 2 story hotel with no elevator--walk up to 2nd floor. Even though close to the airport I didn't hear any jet aircraft--just one helicopter--so it was pretty quiet.

This motel is close to the airport and they'll provide the shuttle. Their rooms are clean and their breakfast has lots of options and are delicious. We've always enjoyed staying there. There are also several restaurants nearby for a quick lunch or dinner.

The hotel was clean, with many amenities, the staff were helpful and polite. Full breakfast was available (eggs, bacon, yogurt) as opposed to just low quality carbs. Across the street from the airport.

This was a lovely surprise being close to the airport--not noisy. Very nice, I would go back. It was clean and the staff was very pleasant and helpful. Comfy bed and quick access to the freeway to get on my way the next day.

Very clean place. Can't get any closer to the airport. Easy to find location with decent parking. Pool and hot tub were very clean and warm, kids loved open space and deeper depth than most indoor hotel pools.

This is the first stay at this location. It is pretty good compared to other hotels in the area. However it is kind of a basic Best Western. The room was smaller than most. I was upstairs and stairs are a little more difficult now days. The amenities are basic. I don't do the pool or fitness room so not judging that. I did do the breakfast and it was good but minimal. Overall it is better than others I have stayed at in the area, except for the other Best Westerns.

We always stay here on the first leg of our vacations. It is beautiful, clean, and comfortable. Everyone has always been very nice and friendly. We have stayed here many times before we go to the airport.

I thought I was getting a Best Western quality hotel, but the experience was at best a 1 star hotel with a bad review. The room smelt moldy, masked by some cheap air fresheners to mask the smell. The toilet ran all night and made a super annoying noise. Shuttle service was either 3 hours before my flight or 2 hours after, very disappointing. Stayed at this location due to free shuttle and it was very close to the airport.

Dirty toilet. Hair stuck in the drain that was disgusting. And 1 towel for 3 people. We told the front desk and they handed us 3 more towels. I had spent 10 minutes digging the hair out of the shower with tweezers.

Phoned this hotel on the way for a reservation for the night. Jenna assured me that they had a room to come on. So we did. We arrived, checked in, paid and THEN WAS TOLD that they only had UPSTAIRS ROOMS and NO ELEVATOR. Claimed that they did not even have ADA compliant elevator. This appeared to be a newer construction. We were stuck and NOT HAPPY. We are Old people. Thankfully our luggage was light. The room was clean. Bed Ok. Employees were making noise downstairs around 10pm- disturbing. Toilet was loose - really. Breakfast - Downstairs- was fair- average - limited selections... up and down the stairs!!

The check in staff was nice. But: urine and p- hair on toilet seat; hairs all over the shower. Bathroom clearly not cleaned. I am completely grossed out to stay here. Disgusting. It feels unsafe given how clearly unsanitary the atheism was. AC also appears to be broken in this room.

The rooms are clean, staff are frendly and helpful. I generally stay there prior to morning flights since it's close to the airport so I've never tried the breakfast but the dining area looks clean and they offer a good variety of breakfast foods

Best part was a very cordial staff. Breakfast was more than adequate. Room was an interior room which in the cold weather I didn't mind. Room was very small, much smaller than I pictured. My husband and I were stepping around each other to get ready in the morning. While it is an older property and the room dated, everything worked just fine. I had a bit of trouble with the shower head but a person can really make that work.

This hotel is within a short complimentary shuttle ride from the Boise Airport. It is quiet, even though it is near the airport. The staff are extremely welcoming and friendly. Awesome selection for the included breakfast. Would definitely stay here again when I visit.

Newly recarpeted rooms. Very friendly and helpful staff, even coming out from behind the counter to hold doors open. Excellent hot breakfast, with entrees changing daily. A super place to stay, even if one isn't just flying into or out of the airport - close to downtown Boise, but far enough off I-84 that there isn't traffic noise.

This Best Western is just off the freeway and next to the airport in Boise. It is a typical Best Western although the rates are better than many others. I rate it best for one-night enroute stays. Breakfast is typical. Rooms are a little different, facing inward to sort of an atrium like interior.

It was easy to find easy to check in and easy to get to your room. The environment was peaceful and calm and you didn't feel rushed. The rooms are a little different in style but it added to the place.

Room was clean, lobby was super nice and so was the staff! Excellent location to airport and breakfast was good too! I would definitely stay again. The only area that needs a refresh is the bathroom... otherwise, all was good.

Extremely disappointed. The website pictures were pretty deceiving to me the outside of the front of the building is really nice but after that everything is pretty ghetto. Definitely not worth the price they charge per night. The rooms look like they're from the 80s and need to be updated extremely bad. Spend an extra $20 and go somewhere else.

Andrea and I love it here! It's far away from my house so less chance of getting caught by my wifey. Because the entry just ain't no good without somethin on the side! Great hotel! It was discreet, shuttle is available if you wanna park over there and ride back to the ro.so your cars not in the parking lot geat feature nice staff and the rooms are always clean and reasonable. Thank you best western! I have enjoyed many afternoons here.

This is always my "go to" choice when staying in the Boise area. From checking to departure, the staff is always attentive and cheerful, comma and the rooms are in great shape. Rooms are very quiet, even being by the airport. Great heating and air conditioning

While the staff was very friendly, I did not get a wink of sleep. Between the slamming doors, loud room HVAC system, rattling refrigerator, and screeching water pipes when someone from another room was taking a shower - it was not restful at all. Will not return - Hard pass.

I have used this hotel in the past over the past four years and have always been impressed and pleased with both the quality of service and the facility. The staff is always pleasant and helpful. I can walk from dropping off the rental car back to the hotel which is plus in the wonderful Idaho weather. I will be using this hotel again for three nights in 2023.

The four of us stayed here with rooms 157 and 159 which face outside towards the airport. I would say the rooms are of medium size and have a refrigerator. There is no microwave in the room but the one in the breakfast area is available any time you need it. I would say my mattress was semi-firm and my room had two smaller size beds. The ice machine is a couple of doors down to the right when looking at your room door from the parking lot. As for a work area, such as getting plenty done on your laptop, it is a bit small … at least for me. Plenty of options for breakfast; waffles, cereal, scrambled eggs, scrambled eggs with cheese, toast, etc. There were plenty of condiments such as hot sauce and ketchup. We all found the food tasty. I am not a coffee drinker so I cannot comment on the coffee. If you like Indian food, one of the best amenities is Saffron Indian Bar and Grill which is 1.2 miles away and 3 min away by car. In addition, if your flight gets delayed like mine did and you don't want to take a cab for the short distance from baggage claim to this hotel, it is an easy walk, about 6-8 minutes.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was very clean. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was great. LOTS of options. Waffles, real eggs! Cold or hot cereal. Yogurt, juices, milk, fruit, breads.

This hotel is in a great location right off the freeway. We had a room with an outdoor entrance which I love. The room was clean and bed was comfy. Breakfast had a great selection and was restocked promptly. Staff was friendly. Pool area was way to hot to be in room if you weren't swimming

The beds were very comfortable and they even had a Kerug coffee machine in the room. My only real complaint is that it would be helpful when booking this hotel that they emphasized that there's no elevator so that guests are shocked that they have to carry their luggage up a flight of stairs (if staying on the 2nd floor).

Good location by the airport. Friendly staff at check-in. Friendly and helpful when we needed extra items for our room. Easy parking. Decent breakfast. Will consider staying here again. Nothing fancy. Just a basic room.

Best Western is always good. It was clean and the breakfast had a good variety. I liked the layout of this room as I get up and shave before my wife gets up and the light in the bathroom didn't shine in the bed area. I have stayed at the Best Western several times and always stay there when I am stopping in Boise Idaho.

Our trip was from Seattle area to Draper Utah. This is a bit of a jaunt taken all at once (typically around 13 hours travel total) so we break it up with an overnight part way. This property has great access to the I-84 freeway, easy off, easy back on. One concern was that is is also adjacent to the airport and I was concerned that there would be lots of flight noise. This was not the case - we did not notice any airplane noise. However, the air conditioning was quite noisy and there was no way to turn it off, so we tolerated fan noise all night. All entry to the rooms is off a central atrium. The stay included a standard "motel breakfast" (waffles, scrambled eggs, cold cereal, etc.)

Such a great hotel to stay at. It's walking distance to the Boise Airport which made it very easy and convenient for me. The beds are so comfortable I slept absolutely amazing. In the morning for breakfast they have such a selection and numerous choices but you have to try the mini waffles very tasty!

We arrived on a red-eye flight, and knew that getting to our lodging could be challenging. However, the Boise airport offers a "pedestrian walkway" that leads right to the hotel! With the emailed "Pre Check-In" process complete, our on-site check-in was swift. Excellent lodging accommodations; we loved the comfy bed and the solid water pressure!

Do not stay here. The carpets are worn and disgusting. The room was not clean and the shower was broken. Very poor at any price. We were promised and interior room when we made the reservation and received an exterior room upon checking in.

Everything was great. The room was laid out nice. There is no microwave in the room but they have one in the breakfast area. The beds where very comfortable. And the room was very clean. Would stay again

I paid for two nights - the 2nd day the room was not cleaned, no new towels provided and beds not made. This was blamed on Covid - which is BS. I should have checked in and checked out and then checked in again - then I would have received the service I expected. We are Best Western club members - and this is the absolutely worst hotel I've ever stayed in. We are over 70 - mother in law is 93 - I requested a handicapped bathroom - did not get it - but got a bathroom with no grab bars, and a too short not very clean shower curtain. Also - no privacy door between the sink/changing area and the room? The nose pierced gal at the desk was all to eager to blame everything on CoVid - The management of this hotel needs to put on its big boy panties and provide Best Western quality service.

Staff called my mentally disabled sister a "Karen" when I confronted GM Dave was called a liar and asked to keep my volume down cause other customers deserve respect. Stayed at the hotel for 3 nights. Since Covid they don't do anything restock towels, shampoo, conditioner, soap. When asking GM about services GM asked when he could bring items to our rooms I asked ASAP? He responded NOPE and never did. The next 2 days were awkward and unpleasant to say the least

Room was Budget 6 style in comparison. Was here 4 nights with no room service at all; went out and bought shampoo as it was never replaced, much like the towels. First Best Western I have stayed at with no room telephone - so no wake up calls. Overall value was just low end of average.

Very clean, rooms very nice size and staff was great. Used shuttle bus service from airport on time, friendly and clean. Every request made to staff was taken care of with no problems and a smile. If ever in Boise would stay here again, thank you.

We had a room with an outside entrance. It was all right. Clean. The toilet was running and we had to jiggle the handle every time we flushed. I reported it when we checked out. Breakfast was the usual fair and could be trayed and taken to room to eat.

Good location to airport. Value okay. Rooms need updated decor. Just because you're not “Premier“ doesn't mean you have to stop trying. Do some updates in the room and this place will be great! I'm hoping you do

When I checked in there was no remote so I couldn't watch tv. Waited 3 hours and then went back down to ask. They gave it to me and it still didn't work. Called front desk and waited another hour to have employee come up and program. Then my son found two bugs in his bed so he didn't stay in room with me (I came ti visit him at college). Called front desk to have them come clean and spray. They said maintenance would the following day. No follow up and they did not ask me to change rooms. The following night I heard a noise and in the morning I seen that the light had fell down from ceiling and was bare lay hanging on. The next night I bought ice cream and went to put in freezer and it was filthy! Bedding was stained, cobwebs in room. Just a mess

Looks nice from outside, great lobby, but that's it. Room was dingy, refrigerator wouldn't get cold, bathroom had what appeared to be mold, torn curtain, shabby bedspreads. Looked like it had not been redecorated since the seventies!

Hello traveler, So upon arrival we were booked in too a second floor room but they have no elevators. We of course had to carry everything up 2 flights of stairs. Once in our room you could smell it is a older hotel as it had a very strong musky odor. We asked to change but they stated they are all the same. The down comforters had brown stains on the top and bottoms of them. We went to the pool were it had large clumps of hair in it at the bottom. It was quite gross. Shower pressure is like a light waterfall. Bathroom fan sounds like a jet in your room and rattles the walls. At night time there were people (young adults) in the lobby area laughing and talking well after 1 am. I know the front desk could hear them if we could at the half way point of the rooms. It happened each night of our stay. I think it was friends of the night front desk person as when requested to be quiet it lasted a few minutes and then it was back to talking again. Breakfast (if you call it that) was cereal, eggs, muffins. Had we known it was like that I would have asked around for better accommodations. We will never stay at this Best Western again. We have never stayed at a BW this bad before. I will choose other BW but only after calling and doing my research.

Do not stay here. The rooms are outdated, small and in the 3 nights we were there housekeeping did not come once. The bathroom fan in our room sounded like a freight train was coming through the walls and the AC/heater did not work.

I was very impressed, with this Best Western. Right from the start, the lady who checked me in, was very nice and friendly. The Lobby runs along the rooms, with nice areas to sit, and relax, work, whatever. There were a lot of plants, well taken care of, with natural light coming in. They have a gym, pool, outside patio, snd a couple of restaurants next door. It's literally a one minute drive to the airport. Great location, nice rooms, beautiful interior atmosphere, and nice helpful staff. Oh, breakfast too. Thank you for a nice stay. I will return

Boise is a fun city..As usual we visited the zoo, like we do in every city we visit that has one...it's small, parts are a little run down, but some parts are really getting a face lift. They have a good number of different animals, but don't have the big draws such as elephants, hippos, gorillas, etc...it's an easy walk for the elders in your group and for young'ns as well...the city of Boise has a great downtown, plenty of affordable dining choices and just a nice feel and one that provides a safe environment for tourists..they have most anything you want; museums, art displays, the State Capitol Building, and plenty of parking available . We rented bikes and did a twenty + miles ride down the Boise river...what a great ride, most of which was cement or asphalt..they have two areas where locals were able to surf or kayak on two different runs..restaurants along the river and just beautiful paths..it's a short drive to the lake and sandy beaches, and golf courses that will challenge your abilities...we did everything but surf and kayak, but we did enjoy watching the people of Boise challenge themselves. Hotels are plentiful in a wide range of pricing..we chose the Red Lion Airport, and for a number of reasons, weren't pleased..lack of service, noisy, not very clean, and just poor customer service..should have spent a little more and stayed near downtown..the beds were comfortable though...the only plus...we went to Boise because we heard good things about it..we weren't disappointed..

After a long day of driving scenic route 95 from Sandpoint to Boise we needed to rest and Best Western Vista Inn fit the bill perfectly. A quick overnight stay ahead of our continued drive to California after dropping our daughter off at college in Eastern Washington

Better than average airport hotel, free breakfast starts at 5:30, which was great. Staff very helpful, and the hotel is literally right outside the entrance to the airport. Also very well located for local area, restaurants and retail nearby, just over 3 miles to downtown also.

The rooms smelled awful! My room smelled like incredibly strong cologne covering up some gross smell. My sister in laws room smelled moist and moldy. There was urine around the toilet, the lighting was awful. Do NOT stay here, total waste of money.

Hotel was old, dated, about the size of a postage stamp, and felt all around poorly maintained. I felt like I time warped back to the 70's. But not in a cool hip kinda retro way, more like a trip to old aunt ethels house, you know the aunt that smokes and smells a lot like dirty laundry. Seriously, the bedspreads were unclean and the floor was sketchy looking. I've stayed in a lot of budget hotels in my day and I can say with confidence this one just 100% sucks. I mean I asked for a late checkout and was told no. No explanation, no sorry we can't accommodate that because of whatever lame excuse. Just no. And the place was obviously not anywhere near capacity.

We stayed less than 12 hours, mostly to sleep before a flight. But the floors are very thin. The people above us were just walking around but they were up until after midnight and we had to wake up at 3am for a flight. So we got no sleep. And that was the whole point of saying there. They weren't being loud, we could just hear everything they did. Very disappointing. We would have chosen 2nd floor but there was no way we were lugging our heavy suitcases up for 1 night. The bathroom smelled really bad too, like weird chemicals.

Great place to stay. Great staff. I stay when ever I go to the Boise area. Next to airport. Near a good restaurant. Close to lots of things. I don't stay anywhere else. I work at a hotel. Love this one.

Breakfast eggs were rotten, room did not have enough towels or supplies, had to ASK to have our room cleaned and more was told they do not clean for stay overs? Coffee was terrible, there are plenty of hotels in this area, next time we will choose a different location. Not like any other BW we have stayed in the past.

Staff didn't know or seemed to care just said sorry. Had to drive 40 miles to the next town to find a room . Was not offered any compaction by a refund . So far the charge is still on my credit card .

This Best Western is in a good location. It is within walking distance of the Baggage Claim area of the Boise Airport. There is actually a sidewalk that leads you there. It is close to Downtown Boise with easy access to I84 and I184. The rooms are large and very clean and neat. The beds are very comfortable and the bathroom are immaculate. Very quiet rooms. I felt like I was the only person in the hotel when actually they were quite busy, however, I never hear anyone. They are back to serving a breakfast in the morning. There are two restaurants nearby. the Copper Kitchen is in the parking lot of the hotel and Denny's is approximately a two minute walk from the hotel. This is a great location to stay if you have very early flight and do not live close to the airport.

We had a very short stay at the Best Western Vista Inn. While the stay was short, we loved it! Our flight was delayed numerous times, but the hotel staff was very accommodating and assured us our room would be held. The check in experience at midnight was lovely. The older gentleman at the front desk was very kind. After a long day of traveling, the room was perfect. Comfy bed and very clean. This hotel is on our list for a place to stay next time we are in Boise.

We stay here any time we are passing through Boise. The service is great anytime of day or night. The hotel grounds, lobby, and rooms are always clean. You get great value for your money. The breakfast has plenty of variety whether it's during COVID-19 or not.

Very clean hotel with spacious rooms. Kuerig coffeemaker in room with pods. Friendly staff. Breakfast was plentiful even with Covid. Not strictly grab and go. Price was very reasonable too! Would definitely recommend and stay here again. The hotel was in a great location off the freeway and Kopper Kitchen (like a Denny's) was next door so no need to drive anywhere to eat.

Excellent. Very clean. Comfortable bed. Breakfast was yummy. They provided, various pastries, an egg sausage biscuit sandwich (to be heated in a microwave), a few cold cereal options, hot cereal, milk and juices, yogurt, boiled eggs... very lovely. The breakfast attendant was warm friendly and had a good sense if humor.

Very clean, conveniently located. I would highly recommended this hotel. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful during check in and check out. The breakfast that was offered was delicious and well stocked.

Stayed at the BW for 1 night before heading out on a road trip of Idaho - hotel is 2 minutes from the airport, very clean and great service for an affordable price. I was on the 1st floor and loved the interior decor. Restaurant right next door but I didn't have time to try it.

We were so happy to have found this hotel as we were traveling and decided last minute to stop for the night. This hotel has a unique layout with courtyard facing rooms, very serene. Because the windows aren't on the parking lot side of the room, it is much quieter and the sun didn't wake us early. Everything was great! We will look for Best Western hotels from here on.

NOT a typical La Quinta which we love! Noisiest night ever (1st floor) with possibly 10,000 screaming door slamming middle schoolers with no supervision! Staff were nice enough, but when we complained about the dirtiness of the room and the TV not working ($130./nt) They at first tried to give us a vacuum to do it ourselves for the cleaning and “were working on it” for tv! Old muffin under chair and potato chips by night stand. Microwave was smeared with ‘something' and everything seemed more smeared than wiped down! One of our worst experiences EVER!

Images make it look more updated than it really is. Needs updating to keep up with other 2.5 * in the area. Smells old. Lobby is nicer than the rooms. Worst Best Western that I have stayed at. Not worth the price breaker category that they put it in. Discouraged. Bathroom was best area of the room. Smoke detector was covered with a plastic bag. What happened in this room before me?

Noisey party going on until 3:00 am , staff did nothing to qwell. Remote control for tv was located in a torn faux cotton sleeve apparently for cleanliness. Trouble is, sleeve LITERALLY looked like someone had used it as toilet paper (propably chocalate bar) but we didn't dare touch it, no tv service that day.

It smells so old. The toilet ran constantly. We were at the other end of the hotel and could hear people talk to the front desk.. You can hear everyone in the lobby... I will never stay here again....

Booked this room and photos as well as front lobby look very nice, but that's where it ends. They advertise that they have pool, hot tub, hot breakfast but all of these are not available right now, yet they will still list them as amenities. Room was tiny, bed was full size even though paid for queen. Mattress was awful. Room was 57 degrees when we got there and took a long time to heat up. Breakfast was a bag lunch and the less than child size apple juice they gave us had gone rancid.

COVID amenities outdated on website indicate fitness center, full breakfast and pool/spa are open; they are NOT! Rooms are outdated and dirty--think run down motel 6. I even had to make my own bed because the mattress protector was only half on. Gentlemen at arrival apologized for the false advertising and said restrictions have been in place since March (why hasn't the website been updated by December?) Lady at check out laughed when I told her I needed a late check out because my medical appt. was running late. Overall avoid this motel unless it's your last option.

Coffee pot was broken (but replaced), Coffee pot and refrigerator were both in the bathroom. There was VERY little counter space. There was trash behind both night stands. This was found because the clock had been unplugged. There was no microwave. The tissue box was empty. The room really needed attention!

Disappointed with this property. Rooms are awkward in layout. Refrigerator right under bathroom sink - sticks out to easily get bruised on. I've stayed in so many great Best Western properties but this is not one of them. Other properties in the location are much nicer for the same, or better price. Grab & go breakfast consists of a juice box, apple, granola bar and packaged pastry. Coffee was ok. Hotel does have a water station in the hallway to easily fill your water bottle.

This hotel is near the airport and they do not have a airport shuttle. They offer to pay for the taxi and the taxi driver was upset about this. When I checked in at this hotel I found a deal online and the manager put me in a room right next to where they were doing a project right outside the room it was outrageous. I requested a room on the other side of the hotel and the manager refused. I heard him laugh about this when I went back to the room. I had to leave a day early because the noise was unbearable and there where loud shady people there. These people do not respect their guests and will probably post some cheesy business response. There are other hotels where people actually care about customers.

Paid $86 incl tax for a room at this BW, but was very disappointed. Told at checkin that this BW has TWO (2) different types of rooms - those with interior/hallway entrances, and those with exterior/motel entrances (which have noisy parking spaces right outside your door). I received the “motel” room. Aside from car noises, also had LOTS of room noises from the room and walkways above. The Direct TV unit was stuck on a NFL subscription page, and basically inoperative. Typical 1950-style “motel” bathroom, which had NO grab bars in the tub-style shower. The “breakfast” was in the form of a paper bag with commercially-packaged small danish pastry and a small Nutragrain bar, together with a small, cheap (non-navel) orange. All fill for the dumpster! Sad - especially for a BW that looks so nice from the front.

Poorly designed hotel with no elevator. I was stuck with an outside room due to wanting a downstairs room so I didn't have to haul luggage upstairs. The outside rooms looked very old and had a very poor design where you could not see the TV from the bed. The whole hotel and lobby look beautiful then you step into a room that looked like last remodel was done in 1990s. I won't be staying here again

The Best Western Vista Inn at the Airport in Boise, ID is amazing!!! It is literally within walking distance of the airport baggage claim area. The staff is super friendly, kind and helpful. The room is very clean and equipped nicely. All amenities are there and the small refrigerator was very useful. I always had a cold bottle of water waiting for me. The beds were very comfortable and the excess pillows where a nice touch. The shower was clean and the water pressure was very nice. The best thing was that the shower head was high enough for the average person which I was very pleased with. I had a room on the inside and it was very quiet and pleasant.

Decent value for the price. A little dated now in the rooms. Clean enough however. For our family who lives in southeast Washington and the Salt Lake City area this is a good half-way point to meet when we want to see each other.

We were put in an ADA room-would have appreciated notification before moving in. Less storage and roll in shower (no tub) but the necessities were there. Upon first entrance, my husband noticed a separation in the door frame and the wall. He told the front desk it looked there had been an attempted break in and we got a discount on the room. We checked and the locks worked so we did not feel unsafe. Restaurants in walking distance without having to get back on the interstate (a plus to us). No elevator. The lobby is very pretty and has inside-facing rooms.

Was overly impressed with room decor, amenities and comfort. Having an outside access door is super helpful when travelling with a service dog and all the stuff. Thank you to Josh at the front desk and the whole BW team.

It was very nice when you walked in, but we were in the inside section of rooms and it was very loud, and no outside windows. Lots of teenagers, no adults. Was one of the bar worst BW stays I have had

I was pleasantly surprised by my stay at this location. I had an early flight and needed to stay close to the airport for the night so I chose to stay here based on accessibility. I had driven by previously and while the hotel does not look like much from the outside, the interior was very nice! The lobby was decorated nicely and they had nice amenities. I stayed in a single queen room that had a sofa and was extremely roomy and comfortable for the price. It was nicely decorated and the bed was comfy. The indoor pool and fitness center were nice. I did not get to take advantage or the breakfast as I had to leave for the airport before it was set out but was able to get some hot tea to go and enjoyed the cookies the night before. I'd recommend staying here!

We will stay at the Boise Airport Best Western in the future. Early morning flights made easy by staying over, great breakfast choices available early, free shuttle over to the airport. We couldn't be happier with our experience.

The room was dirty. I could see where coffee was splashed on the wall and was dripping down. The door's in the room had dirt all over, and the carpets were dirty. We had a room on the inside right next to the office and it was loud in the mornings with all the kids running in the hall and screaming and playing. It woke us up early. We also had to keep the curtains in the room closed at all times for privacy which made the room really dark inside. The air conditioner did not work so it was always warm in the room. Just made our stay uncomfortable. We stayed two nights and three days. Both those days Housekeeping did not clean our room. They did give us a small discount for that but we were not happy with our service at all. Don't forget about the free breakfast. By the time you get in there the food is almost gone in the girl that was working wouldn't stock anything in there and was already cleaning up before it was time to shut everything down.

the Best Western @ the airport is a great place to stay. i stay there for for and on vacation. i have my crews stay there while working in the Boise area. it is a good central location and right at the airport. very friendly atmostphere.

The hotel is very close to the airport and offers a free shuttle to and from. We utilized the city bus which had stops very close to the hotel. The restaurant located on the same grounds (not attached to the hotel) called Kopper Kitchen was very good and offers a discount if you're staying at the Best Western (though we were not told this prior to our dinner there). We were very impressed overall with our stay. Friendly staff. Nice, clean bedroom and bathroom. The free breakfast was great! You can't go wrong with eggs, bacon/sausage and waffles (which they offered cinnamon roll flavored batter with icing to go over your waffle!) We would definitely come back if we're ever in Boise again!

So my first room was covered with ants, my second room they moved me to had hair in the sink and on the night stand. The rooms seem cheap and out dated. Breakfast was alright but I wish they had more then just eggs and a waffle to eat for the hot meal

Hotel accommodations was great for our trip. Close to the airport so travel to and from the airport was really quick in the shuttle. Breakfast was ready at 3:45 in the morning for us to enjoy before we left to the airport.

We have stayed here many times and have never had any problems here. It is always clean and the staff is friendly. They are currently renovating and did not have any inconvenience with that. Would stay here again.

This is a great place and great location. We have stayed at this particular Best Western numerous times and we are always happy with our stay. I think breakfast can be improved a little more, but it is fine.

Wonderful hotel, fabulous staff and service with nice, large rooms. This hotel is located in a convenient area of town. I checked in very late and the process was quick and easy. There shuttle service runs late so I was able to use it even though I arrived after midnight. This was probably the cleanest room I've ever stayed in!

I stay at BW hotels as much as I can but this one was by far the best. It was right next to the airport yet I never heard a plane. They had a free shuttle to pick me up and I didn't even have to wait for the shuttle. The hotel was clean and felt like it was new. Breakfast was delicious with eggs bacon and waffles. There are no elevators but the desk clerk took my luggage up the stairs. I will definitely stay here again!

The hotel was only a short drive from the airport. There is a free shuttle service from the airport to the hotel. The room was clean and the breakfast was good. There was a sign about free cookies and milk. As I did not see the cookies and milk, I asked for a healthier alternative of fresh fruit. I was provided with an apple and an orange after the desk clerk checked in other people. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Super convenient to the airport and the highway. Clean, comfortable rooms and quiet. Price was middle of the road. Room layout is a bit funky, the room had no outside window and faced into the interior lobby/courtyard. Breakfast was typical continental.

The Best Western Vista Inn is a beautiful, clean, efficiently-run hotel designed mostly for people staying near the Boise airport. For that purpose, it is perfect. Staff is professional, food was very good.

I have stayed at Best Western 9 times in past year from Wyoming to Georgia and back. I found each one excellent. I stayed at another hotel in the past until I stayed at Best Western near Reagan Library. I am sold on Best Western Hotels.

Good airport hotel. Easy access and amply parking. Rooms a little dated but OK. Senior rate was acceptable. Two minute walk to restaurant and bar. The included breakfast was adequate and hot. Handicapped room had drive up parking right outside the door-nice!

Never left a bad review before, but here we are... Hair all over bathroom floor, smelled bad, whoppers (or some other food debris) under the sink in the dust and dirt. Moved to second room that smelled better. Sitting on the bed my view was of the yucky build up under the rim of the toilet bowl. Hasn't been dusted in a very long time. Cannot recommend.

My room was dirty when I got there dusty with garbage left behind and something that dropped down the back of the bathroom door. Although I got discount, the cleanliness was not addressed. Amenities such as coffee were not replaced and beds were not made by housekeeping.

Good location airport. Recently remodeled common areas and meeting rooms. Front desk reception chilly. Decent breakfast. Meeting room was very good and service was terrific. I'd stay there again. Go for it.

This is a nice Best Western very close to the airport - about 2 minutes to the rental car return. The lack of an elevator was a pain, but the management did offer to help with the luggage. The hotel was very quiet with very comfortable beds. Our two beds were on opposite ends of the el shaped room, giving a bit of separation that might be helpful for families. Milk and cookies were served in the evening. Everything in the room worked well, except the tub didn't drain.

Oddly different layout of the interior rooms. Outisde entrance rooms have a "Super " feel to them which is to say substandard. Price is way to high for the facility. Find something else. The only good thing here is the restaurant next door, the Copper Penny. Good food, and a bar for those that would desire that.

Very clean motel with an inner court. We enjoyed the proximety to Boise Air Port. We heard no airplanes while inside the motel. The food was well-prepared. I appreciated the choice of scambled eggs WITH cheese,

Enjoyed our quick stop between traveling from Oregon to Montana. Warm cookies were a treat, breakfast and express checkout allowed for our early morning departure. Clean rooms and quick check in were also appreciated.

Very convenient to airport and the shuttle runs to and from. There's a restaurant across the street. The room was clean and nice. The front desk workers professional and courteous. I was very surprised how quiet it was given the proximity to the airport. Only noise was when guests checked into the room above me at 1:30am. So if you have to get up early ask that they don't do that to you. Otherwise a nice stay.

The hotel is a classical conference hotel. Check-in was really quick and easy, staff was very kind in accomodating us when we requested another room. The first room we got was an 'indoor' room which means that you accessed the room from the inside of the hotel but the windows also faced the atrium. There was no outside connection. Since we preferred a room facing the outside the front desk was kind enough to change rooms quickly, which we really appreciated. The room was clean, everything worked well. We also made use of the laundry facility. Breakfast had some hot choices.

This hotel has a great potential of being one the best but falls short in house keeping. The check/check out staff are awesome and friendly. The kitchen staff especially Darla are just amazing. Breakfast is hot and fresh and the dining room very clean.

I stayed at this hotel overnight during a road trip I was taking. The hotel is within walking distance of restaurants and a short drive to gas stations. I got a good night's sleep while there and the free breakfast the next day was good.

We enjoyed our stay here. Our room was clean,although there was left over beer and soda in the refrigerator from someone else before. The breakfast was good and there was a nice variety. The pool area was well maintained, clean with warm water. Fresh baked cookies with milk in the evening is a bonus. There are rooms with outside entrances or interior rooms. We had an interior room so only accessible through the lobby. We loved that! Breakfast and the pool were just steps away and we did not have to venture outside through the parking.. We visited the zoo & downtown, an easy 15 minute drive. Also,even though we were at the airport, we never heard any planes inside. The only con was if you are limited on mobility, ask for a interior ground floor. There is no elevator. We would stay here again.

If you are having a trip to Boise this is the place to stay. Fast service the rooms are well kept and the staff are always willing to help make your stay better. And the cookies and milk are nice just before bed .Very kid friendly but it is also very quiet when your ready to crash for the evening.

Reservation lost by BW. Tiny room with feces in the toilet bowl, urine odor, and stained towels. Gross! The one positive was that the room was very quiet. Would never stay here again $140 per night. More like a Motel 6.

This hotel is located just minutes from Boise airport, just off the freeway. Even though it's close to the airport we didn't hear any airplane noise, however. It has some rooms that are accessible from the parking lot, and others that you enter from an interior corridor that is nicely furnished with lamps, couches, and plants--which wouldn't be odd except that the interior rooms have windows opening onto the corridor. Who wants people constantly walking by looking into your room? And it was constantly noisy as chatty people walked by or sat outside your room and talked. So we thought that particular design feature was ill-conceived. The rooms were nice and cozily furnished, although a little cramped. Ours was clean. The beds were hard, however, and there was no microwave or room safe. There was a mini fridge but it was located under the bathroom counter, which we thought was inconvenient, since accessing the fridge was difficult. But it was nice to have a fridge. The breakfast was not plentiful, but it was a real breakfast and included hot items: scrabbled eggs, sausage patties, and make-yourself waffles. It also had cereal, yogurt, coffee, juice, etc., and the attendant was very pleasant and helpful. Table space was limited, so at peak times you might not find a place to sit. The desk staff was friendly and efficient, and at less that $100 a night, the prices were very reasonable.

Nice clean rooms, friendly staff very helpful. Breakfast was good (biscuits and gravy would have been great:) The pool and fitness center were clean and well maintained. The laundry room was hot (minor detail)

I have stayed at many best westerns and this one was terrible. The bed bug bites that my friend and I both got and the noisy machines below our room make this one a no repeat. My advice is to stay at one of the many other hotels near the airport.

This was my 2nd time staying here because of my experience after the first time. Clean and quiet. Wish I'd had time to swim cuz pool looked amazing!! They have great choices for breakfast. The staff was friendly and helpful. And being close to airport was a bonus flying out early next morning

Super nice hotel right next to BOI! One of the nicest BW hotels I've ever stayed in! We stay at BWs because we're sick of surprises. BW always treat us well and the chain is among the best in the country.

We stayed for a week. I was disappointed that the coffee pot provided was a Keurig (so chose not to use it). Housekeeping was inconsistent. Our room location was easy and convenient to the front lobby, which had its pluses and minuses (noise and light from the lobby, a window that looked out on the lobby were the minuses). Quick/easy access to our room without having to navigate stairs was a plus. One night there was a distinct lack of accessible parking, but the rest of the time we were able to park quite close to the main entrance. The breakfast bar was decent and had a fair variety of food options and everything seemed to be fresh.

Your hotel was quiet even being by the airport, clean, very nicely decorated and affordable. The front desk person helped with a problem with the TV immediately.. Very comfortable beds and a nice sized room for 2 queen beds.

I stayed here for a family wedding place was .3 walking distance no need for a cab very clean place all around with warm and friendly staff even at 0200 hrs. After a long flight my check in was a breeze in less than 5 mins I was on my way to sleep!! The king room was very nice next time I need a room lll probably stay here for sure also the breakfast was very impressive!!

Our hotel stay was excellent, including the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms, the price we paid for our room, the quality of the breakfast, not to mention the friendliness and helpfulnessof the lady who both checked us in and then out the following morning. I even mentioned all of the above to you as we were leaving and that I would recommend this motel to others. Our stay in the great city of Boise was surprisingly delightful!

Save a day or 2 of car rental fee's. The terminal and car rental area are just an 8-10 minute walk from the hotel. I got in late and just walked to the hotel (no car needed) I walked back for the car the next morning. A couple days later I had an early flight out and dropped it off the night before...again an easy to and from the terminal, plus I didn't have to worry about any return hassles.

Our flight to Boise was delayed and we arrived in about 1:30 AM. The local shuttle service serves all the area motels but had stopped around midnight, so they paid for a taxi to take us to the property. It isn't very far away, less than $5 ride, but it was appreciated. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. Because of our late arrival, they let us check out later than the normal noon time, so we got up and had their breakfast and then went back to bed for a few more hours of sleep. It was a little noisy while trying to sleep in though with people checking out and maids cleaning. We will surely stay here again when flying into Boise if we need an overnight stay.

I frequently stay at this hotel when I'm traveling back and forth between states to visit my family. I am never disappointed. The beds are extremely comfortable and the breakfast is good. Highly recommend.

Great hotel next to airport! Excellent front desk agents. Very helpful with directions and ideas. Rooms could be little brighter since rooms face in towards center courtyard so your drapes have to be closed at all times when room is occupied so it tends to be little dark.

We picked this hotel based on their last minute cancellation policy. We were on a long road trip with little kids - you never know if they are going to make it all the way to the hotel you pick! The price was very reasonable. Breakfast buffet had real eggs, bacon, make-yourself waffles, etc. We had a great dinner at the restaurant across the parking lot. The pool was big and heated. We stayed here twice. On our first visit, we got a room that opened to the inside of the hotel. It was a bit loud because all of the inside rooms face a giant hallway the length of the hotel- so it's kind of like a cave trapping noise. For our second visit, we requested a room that opened to the parking lot. It was quieter and it was nice to park right in front of our room. Unfortunately there was a urine odor in the room. I let the hotel know when we checked out and they gave me a nice discount. We will stay here again.

We were traveling through on way to San Antonio for my son's funeral. Needed a place to stay with easy off/on freeway access. To our delight great restaurants next door. Quiet and comfortable room with no plane noise!

This property is my goto hotel when traveling to Boise. Close to the airport it is surprisingly quiet. Nice rooms and great amenities. Free breakfast and all day coffee. Staff is courteous and rooms are clean and comfortable.

You read that correctly. They put us in a room that was fair, eh. When we went into the bathroom there was pubic hair all over the toilet and tub and toothpaste all over the sink. Clearly the bathroom was missed, so they moved us to another room. Any guesses what we found in the next bathroom?? If you guessed pubic hair, you'd be right! Either the bathrooms in this hotel don't get cleaned or they don't change cleaning cloths between rooms; regardless, ewe. Bring Clorox wipes cause you'll be cleaning this place yourself.

Close to the airport. Breakfast is very good. Good value. They are in the middle of a remodel but the contractors were very respectful of the guests. I will definitely be staying at this hotel again. All the rooms are to be remodeled

This hotel has always been one of our favorites to stay in. From our first trip in 2016 to our most recent stay. The beds are comfortable, the rooms are clean and the staff was very helpful. We make it a point to stay at this hotel on our trips to and from Colorado

It was clean, easy access friendly staff. It was easy access from the airport everyone seemed to enjoy themselves. We had no complaints we received everything we asked for. I would recommend this location for and business dealings.

Good location - close and convenient to Airport, freeway and downtown. Clean and comfortable. Good staff. This location has an enclosed hallway - give a nice safe feeling, convenient to front desk, pool and exercise room. I have stayed here many times - the indoor pool is always warm!

We needed a place to stay where we could park our winterized trailer and keep an eye on it. Front desk gal moved us from 169 to 163 so we could see it. Downside is that 163 backs up to ice machine and vending machine but we turned on room heat and didn't hear a thing. Good restaurant Kopper Kitchen right next door.

Easy access, nice amenities freshly remodeled, easy access to town. Helpful people. Very quiet rooms even next to the airport. Nice shuttle to the airport and even offer long term parking when travelling. I will stay here again.

The room was great, the bed was exceptionally great, the heated pool was lovely, and the internal decor was beautiful. Best of all were the cheerful people at check in and check out! It was a bit noisy and I wish they had luggage dollies at both ends of the hotel as it is long and there are no elevators. But the stairs are internal and so the repeated trips was warm and comfortable. Another great feature is the pool is open till 11 instead of 10 p.m. Yippee!

Based on past reviews decided to stay here....regret it. After checking in we were greeted by vomit at the top of the stairs outside our room...which was still there when we left 2 days later. The room was typical 1970's decor, dark. TV was only able to be watched from the beds & really only 2 places. The cable box was just set on the top of the TV. Instructions said to look behind TV if issues & box almost fell off. Remote worked sporadically One of the toilet paper rolls was empty, food from a past guest was still in the fridge (thankfully not spoiled yet). Room was dusty. Breakfast fair, ate about 9-9:30 eggs watery from sitting in warmer. Front desk personnel were friendly & first night came up to help with no working desk lamp....found bulb was broken. Also helped get thermostat working as room was cold & getting only cold air. We don't plan to return or recommend to anyone else though would be convenient if flying in our out of Boise.

This is a motel with drive to your door rooms and stairs to the second floor. Very small breakfast area. Very nice people. Quite a bit of noise as our room was near pool and it was summer so lots of banging around and talking after 10:00 pm. Ice machine not working on first floor and could get very little ice from machine on second. Breakfast was average - OJ was very watered down and was more like an diluted orange drink. The batter for waffles was very, very thick. One bright spot at breakfast was the coffee which was decent.

Our family stayed here the night before flying out of the airport. Right next to the airport, very quiet inside, lobby and rooms were very clean and staff at the desk, Amanda, I believe, was extremely helpful with making plans for transportation to the airport. The hotel even paid for a taxi to get us there before the shuttle. Pool was heated and very pleasant. Breakfast was ample, I definitely would stay here again in the future. Room price was very reasonable for the quality of the accommodations.

My husband and I stayed here September 27-28 and we were very impressed! This is a very very nice hotel. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly I believe the front desk staff was David and he was helpful and pleasant. We stayed in Rm#254 (initially we booked a king bed but for some reason had to go to dble Queen beds). He gave us a discount due to them having to change our reservation. I'd stay in rm 254 again. It was very clean and quiet. Had great breakfast choices in the am. Oh that evening they had warm cookies and cold milk-YUM!!! The only problem we had I couldn't get the coffee maker in room to work. Yes I went down to front desk and he was willing to bring another coffee pot up but I just got a couple cup in the lobby. Our room was clean and smelled fresh. The bed and pillows were excellent! I'd definitely stay here again and recommend anyone else to stay here

We stayed 1 night at this location and the staff we very friendly, the room was clean, the breakfast was on-time and tasted great - they even offer cookies in the evening and there is a restaurant right next door that gives you a discount for staying at Best Western.

I stopped here on a road trip that I was coming back from by myself and had booked a room online. When I got to the front desk the front desk attendant noticed I was alone and upgraded my room from one of the rooms that opens to the outside to a room that was inside which I really appreciated. The rooms are clean and have a TV and mostly anything that you could need. There is a pool at the end of the hall and a small gym. I went to the gym and it is pretty small but definitely works for an airport hotel. Breakfast is small but has things like cereal, yogurt, and bagels. Overall, the customer service was great and the stay was just fine.

Make sure if to know what room you are booking. Half of the rooms are motel style that open up to the outdoors and half of the rooms open into a central lobby. Be careful of a ground floor inside room close to the front desk because there is a lot of traffic outside your window/door. There is a pool at the end of the hall. The shuttle is very easy to get to the airport. There is a restaurant right outside the front door to get a bite to eat. Bed was ok and I had a Archie Bunker style recliner in my room to watch tv.

We stayed at this motel for three nights and it was a pleasant stay. It is located right next to the Boise Airport so it was easy for us travel wise, but it was surprisingly very quiet. The continental breakfast had a lot to offer every morning. The only complaints we have is that the rooms show wear and tear. The rugs need to be replaced and I didn't like the way they positioned the two queen sized beds. Instead of both beds facing the t.v., only one bed could see the t.v. and the other bed faced the door. All in all, we would still recommend this establishment.

This is one of our favorite places to stay while passing through Boise, ID. The rooms are older and appear to have been updated within the last few years. We really like the rooms that have inside entrances.

The fact there was a lobby to enter prior to entering the room made me feel safer. I worried it might be noisy as it was next to the airport. I did not hear the planes at all. It had a great pool area,but the chlorine smell made my grandson unable to enjoy it.

We only stopped one night while travelling from Yellowstone to Portland and chose the hotel because it was just off the interstate. On arrival we were greeted by a nice friendly receptionist who explained that new locks were being fitted and apologised for any disturbance. The hotel has a strange design - half of the rooms face inwards to an atrium and the rest face outwards. Some of the latter are motel style with doors opening directly onto the car park. Unfortunately we were given one of the inward facing rooms which meant there was no natural light and little privacy from people passing along the corridor so it was a bit disappointing. The room was also unusual because it had two beds at right angles to each other and there wasn't much free floor space. Breakfast was fairly standard and is similar to most Best Western hotels. I guess it's OK for a cheapish hotel close to the airport but I probably wouldn't stay there again.

This hotels rooms were very small and not designed for extended stays. If you wanted to watch TV one person got a chair, the other had to sit on the bed. Parking is to a minimum, so if you got back late your space in front of your room would be taken.

This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel, each time for a few nights. It is literally right next to the airport, yet very quiet and peaceful. We had an inside room facing the atrium, which was a nice place to relax. Our room was very clean and comfortable, and the great air conditioning was welcome on a super hot day. Beds were comfortable. Breakfasts were very good (bacon or sausage, waffles, fruit, eggs, cereals, several other choices) and efficiently run and provided by Darla, a great staff member who was so nice and made us feel very welcome. Cookies and fresh milk in the evening were a nice touch. We will certainly stay here on our next trip to Boise!

We always stay here when we have an early morning flight out of Boise. The rooms are clean the the service is very good. They even have breakfast going at 4am...even if just coffee and toast, sometimes more! We take the shuttle over to the airport, dependable service.

We reserved this place for 5 nights through the app agoda.com. the app said they allow pets. We have recently sold our home and are not able to move into our new home yet, so we do have our whole family, including pets. We advised the desk at check-in and they placed us in a room to accommodate our pets. After 1 1/2 days we received a call letting us know we would need to , they do not allow pets. When we when to the desk to ask, we were treated poorly and like we had lied about having our pets. We we're charged $20 twice after check out I am assuming because we had the pets. They left no damage and we pick up all trips out to potty. We are now trying to be refunded the 3 nights we didn't stay. We had left our cat in the room while we were out and it was made like they didn't know we had a cat. Cleaning was not provided to us because the cat was in the room loose. No supplies were offered, we took our garbage to a can just outside to a can where it was left with no one attending to it the whole time we were there.

Most incompetent sales director Ive ever had the displeasure of working with. Signed off on an agreement and then did an about face. Rather than be honest or try to work things out he was defensive and played it fast and lose. Tried to speak to the gm but nowhere to be found. I would definitely avoid this hotel and I will tell my 1500 entertainers I represent to avoid it here as well.

I'm rating this hotel based on it's 2.5 rating which should be a 3. Loved my stay here as the front desk staff were so helpful and friendly. The hotel is very clean and modern looking on the inside. Comp breakfast is a generic 3 star hotel breakfast. Very fast free WIFI. Place is a 5 minute easy walk from the airport and almost across from a great Denny's. Interior rooms look cooler but the outside curb entrance rooms probably have less outside noise as the interior rooms got the echo effect from the large interior open area. Did not bug me but did wake me up a couple of times as early folks were checking out and talking. Walls need soundproofing. Still a great hotel and I would come back fer sure.

Room was super quiet and very clean. Breakfast great. Price beat other hotels in the area. Close to almost everything.Staff were polite and efficient. Hotels appearance from inside and out looks above it's rating.

Momentary glitch when assigned to wrong (not cleaned) room number at check-in. Quickly resolved with different room number. Very nice accomodations, and lots of food choices at breakfast. Staff very helpful. Near airport, but very quiet.

Trip Advisor was great and good price. Simple check in and out. Staff was great. Breakfast was a good variety and the grandkids loved the waffles. The pool and hot tub made the kids happy and wore grandpa out.

When you think of a Hotel at an Airport you have to expect noise..... Not here.. the only time I knew we were in front of an Airport is when you turn to go to the Hotel. I've stayed at many different hotels in Boise and I have now found my GoTo hotel... This is the only place I'll now stay when I go to Boise. The Staff, The Room, The Breakfast. and the Pool. All were visited and were exceptional. Yes even the price was voted as Excellent.... You pay a two star price for a 3+ star hotel

Stayed for a week for training. It's very clean. Breakfast is available for a long time every morning. Free cookies and milk at night! Mini fridge in the room, microwave and other stuff available in the kitchen. Options for room cleaning - just towels and trash, full service or none. Big space. Quick to help with any issues (my shower head didn't work right and it was fixed within hours). Would definitely stay again. Two restaurants within walking distance. Short walking distance from NIFC.

We spent two nights here early April 2018. We chose this hotel based on ratings and its good location near the airport and our friend's location. The king sized room we had was very good with a good bed, nice bathroom, mini-fridge, coffee maker and a large screen TV. The room was very clean as was the entire hotel. Our room was an inside room facing the atrium and I would suggest to request this type of room over the outer ones that are more like the older motel rooms with outside entrances and no direct access to the atrium area (where the indoor pool is, the breakfast area, etc.). The front desk staff members were extremely friendly and the lady running the breakfast room was quite nice as well. The provided breakfast was the typical hotel breakfast with waffle makers, scrambled eggs and meat, bagels and other breads, cereal, juice, milk, coffee and yogurt. No complaints about the breakfast. Overall an excellent choice if one does not need to be directly in downtown Boise - but it does have easy access to downtown and it only takes a few minutes to get there. We would stay here again when our travels bring us to Boise.

We have stayed at this property a few times now. It's a good value, with a convenient location. The beds are very comfortable, breakfast is good, and the pool is great! Fun for our family, we will definitely stay there again.

Friendly staff, fast check in, clean room. Good location close to the airport and also the interstate. Easy to get to. Breakfast is available earlier than most other places I have stayed at. That was great for getting an early start in the morning. Checkout was hassle free.

The interior of the hotel is nice and the staff is extremely pleasant. However, in the room the carpet is old and dirty, paint is pealing in quite a few places, and the is a significant amount of mold in the shower. On top of this you can hear every little thing that happens outside and around the room. If they remodel at some point I would consider saying again but as it is I would not suggest it.

Most Best Westerns are old Holiday Inn's that Best Western has purchased. This Best Western had been remodeled inside and outside and was much better in appearance (interior and exterior) than any of the Best Westerns I've ever stayed at.

We stayed at this motel with a park and fly pkg. good value and very convenient to the airport. Also free breakfast and free shuttle. Staff efficient and friendly. Tv quit working, a noisy heating unit and paper thin walls detracted but overall A good deal

The room wasn't very clean, but I kind of expected that based on reviews from other people who stayed in pet friendly rooms. The pet area outside was really bad, littered with trash and covered in pet waste. It would have been an unremarkable stay if not for two of the three front desk agents. The first was incredibly rude, not a friendly bone in her body. If I approached the desk to ask a question she treated me like I was an inconvenience. After her shift I went to the desk to give them a heads up that the morning shift lady had a really bad attitude toward guests. There were two ladies working, one talking to me and the other to another guest. The lady I spoke with was very professional, friendly, and apologetic but then something amazing happened. The lady who was helping the other guests approached the lady I was speaking with and just started talking to her over me about another guest! Interrupting a conversation is rude enough, but for someone in a supposed customer service role, it's unbelievable. I could tell the lady I was speaking with was embarrassed by this, as she ignored her co-worker but gave her a little nudge. So I guess it's just the culture there, and I feel sorry for the lady who is apparently the only one who cares about how guests are treated. The management here needs to step up and properly train their front desk clerks, or get rid of the ones who act like they're doing people a favor by letting them stay there. If it was a clean hotel with better amenities I could overlook the rudeness and stay again, or if it was how it is but with friendly staff I could stay again, but below average cleanliness coupled with the bad attitudes of the staff is too much and I will never stay here again.

Traveling with my husband and small dog. Chose this place because of other reviews and pet friendly status. We arrived after a long day of traveling to a room with open window, smell of smoke, cat hair on bedspread and dirty towels in the bathroom. The room was in poor repair and quite dingy. We were tired so made the best of it. The breakfast was decent however. I would not stay there again nor recommend it to anyone. I felt like a second class guest and wondered if all pet rooms were this bad.

Shuttle was waiting outside airport even though it was practically walking distance to hotel but very cold. Even though this hotel is right at the airport we didn't hear a single jet. Seemed odd. But we were thankful. Staff here was great and very helpful. Included breakfast which helped get us going early in the morning to our next destination.

This older hotel is convenient to the airport. The staff was very helpful & friendly. The room was clean & the beds were comfortable. It was probably one of the smallest rooms we have ever stayed in. It was nice for a place to sleep but not too comfortable if you had to spend a lot of time in the room. Too small and not a comfy chair to sit in.

Clean room, friendly staff, decent breakfast. We were not planning on staying in the area, they offered us a good deal last minute and we were pleasantly surprised at the overall quality of the hotel. We have stayed at a lot of Best Western Hotels and this is one we would stay at again if in the area.

It was a spur of the moment trip to Boise due to a family emergency. I had to stay an extra night past my original reservation due to unforeseen circumstances and the front desk (Tara) were more than accommodating, putting me up in the same room as I had already been in and checked out of. The breakfast was good and fresh.

Great place to stay and easy to get to from the freeway. Good free breakfast. Quiet and close to town. Easy and free parking. Interior very festive since it is almost Christmas. I would recommend it to all my friends.

Love this hotel. The manager Shirley is great! She is kind, efficient and courteous. The lay out of the hotel is warm and comfortable and the breakfast is fabulous. Although options other than bacon would be great. Parking spots being a bit tight are the only issue I encountered.

Great amenities for the price. Kids loved the cookies at night. Shuttle service and complimentary breakfast made a hectic morning much smoother! Everything was clean and everybody who worked there was very helpful. Will stay next time we're in the area!

I have stayed at the Best Western Vista Inn in Boise at least a dozen times in the last two years. I like how close it is to the airport and the shuttle service is always on time both departing and returning. Their car parking policy is reasonable and better value than airport parking if you are staying overnight before or after your trip. The staff are friendly. The breakfast buffet (typical of the small fare type) is carefully arranged, clean and has more than the usual. Seems like someone really cares the way it looks when it is set up. I also like that there is a Copper Kettle restaurant about 60 yards from the door of the hotel. It is and will continue to be my go to place when I fly out of Boise. Thank you all for caring.

We stayed at the Vista Best Western for a night before flying away early the next morning. We enjoyed it. Our room was clean and roomy and the interior of the hotel is beautiful. We were able to leave our car there for a smaller fee than the airport parking and took the shuttle to the airport the next morning. Coming back we had airport to car service as the shuttle driver took us right to our car.

Don't waste your money at this hotel. Rooms are dumpy, very small, walls are thin, and there is a lot of noise from the street & parking lot, as well as from adjoining rooms. Small beds, only double beds available. Not worth the $80+ dollars we spent on this place. It looks great from the outside, & lobby is nicely decorated, but don't be fooled. Much better choices in town.

We stayed at Best Western Vista Inn when our son was leaving for basic training. We were very happy with the stay and will definitely use this hotel again when we travel. The quality, price and proximity to the airport was just what we expected.

Staff was welcoming, breakfast was plentiful and the milk and cookies at night were a special treat. The room was comfortable, and you wouldn't know you were adjacent to the airport as we heard no air traffic noise (and we were on an outside room).

Enjoyed our stay. Very friendly staff, clean rooms and an excellent breakfast. Had plenty of options for breakfast for any one with a variety of choices. The cookies and milk at night is a nice touch. One we have never seen before. Would recommend to anyone and would stay there again. Could hardly hear the airplanes and very close to everywhere we wanted to visit. Room was just the right size without being to crowded or to big for us to enjoy. The t.v. had just the right channels and we enjoyed the different program options available to us.

This is a great Boise location: near airport, freeway and downtown. Comfortable. Adheres to the AAA standards. I very much appreciate the BW rewards program and promotions. Also they have alot of rural locations which are great for my travels.

Easy on off freeway by Boise airport - but no freeway or airport noise. Staff was super and rooms were clean and easily accessible. And very affordable compared to other areas. Restaurant across the parking lot was super; great menu and bar. All around great experience and I'd for sure stay there again.

first time staying at this particular best western. It was great! Would definitely recommend to others! Next air show we will be staying here again! Cleanest rooms ever and a wonderful full continental breakfast! We were even given a quick grab and go smack with a free bottle of water and granola bars!

What a great airport hotel! It was so close to the entrance of the airport, very convenient!! The staff even offered a to- go bag because our flight was so early and the breakfast wasn't served yet. Excellent service, very friendly staff!!

We stayed at this hotel in October 2017 for 3 nights to attend our son's wedding. The hotel was adequate and they offered a hot breakfast which was decent. The only issue we had was we were only provided one keurig coffee pod for a room that had two guests. There was also a lot of outside noise due to close proximity to airport. Overall the stay was adequate and we would possibly stay there again.

Drove in from Salt Lake City. As we approached the entrance in bold letters it says no pets allowed. After some time , of explanation of reservations ect. We were able to get a room with our four legged friend,,, price was upped from original quote, An had to get a out dated room with outside entrance ,,,rooms from inside of hotel ,pets were not allowed ,,,way over priced looks are deceiving , my recommendation is seek other hotel who welcomes our four legged friends of our family. Cost of outside entrance was just as much , but more cause of our pooch. Nonsense. Not to mention the breakfast wasn't up to standards either.

Will not consider BW for future needs based on this facility. In desperate need of repairs and cleaning. The salad in the refrigerator was at least a week old and stunk. Plus just fell out of wall sockets.

Good enough. We needed a location close to the airport and the residence of a family member. This worked out great. I did like the breakfast, clean room, and lobby area for working with files. Staff was nice and provided local guidance.

Felt like a high end hotel in Hawaii everything is close by, the car rental return and many other options. I believe it is the nicest BW we have ever stayed in and appreciate the lay out with rooms off an atrium.

Too may items light up in this room. From the hair dryer to the cable box. The hair dryer lit up the bathroom! I need a dark room to sleep. Paying $100 should equal excellent service and comfort. I did not get that here.

This is an excellent hotel. The rooms are large and comfortable. The breakfast provided several options and was nice. The staff is very friendly. The check-in and check-out process was quick and easy.

This Best Western is virtually next door to the Boise Idaho Airport. It is well lit with a shuttle service available to your departing airline. It has the best variety and selection for breakfast that I have seen in any Best Western and is available at 5 AM.

Great hotel. Clean, quiet, comfortable beds. It's location is very close to the airport, exactly what we needed. The interior of the hotel has plush carpets that quiet the sound. They do have motel rooms with exterior access. I wanted an interior access room and was very pleased with our stay.

Where to begin? Cookies and milk at bedtime, keurig coffee in the room, leather couch, very comfortable bed, and everything so clean! Breakfast burritos were a nice touch, and loved the trays so one could carry plate, silverware and drink all in one trip. And very reasonable price, too! Love this place!

Room was clean and nicely appointed. Staff helpful and friendly. Beds very comfortable. Plenty of pillows and towels. Good variety in the continental breakfast. Upper room was quiet. I would stay here again.

We stayed a couple of nights, using the hotel as a base for the total eclipse. Check in was friendly and efficient. The room was clean and spacious. Wi-fi worked well - and after following the slightly odd instructions, the cable tv was good (I got to see game of thrones whilst on holiday - critical for avoiding spoilers!). As mentioned elsewhere breakfast started very early, which was extremely welcome on the day of the eclipse. There is no on site restaurant, but there are some good options a very short walk away. Parking was fine - no problems getting a space. The pool and hot spa was good - most welcome after the amount of driving that we had done. Overall a very satisfactory stay.

This hotel was close to the airport with easy access to the highway. It has a small pool with a hot tub that are indoors with a work out area. The pool area was clean, well maintained with a shower to rinse off. The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean, well maintained, and pleasant. The breakfast had a variety of hot and cold items and was enjoyable. This hotel is close to the airport and offers a shuttle, but we didn't hear the airplanes inside the building. I would definitely stay here again, if I visit my friends in Boise again.

The room was very clean and fresh. The staff was prompt and very friendly. The bed was very comfortable, and got a good nights rest. Left early so I did not stop at the Breakfast bar. The internet speed was very good.

I had a 0630 AM flight out from the airport and had to stay in Boise prior to leaving Idaho. I have stayed in this motel before for it's convenience. Although the rooms are a bit small, they were comfortable. The hotel also honored my request for a first floor room. The thing that I really appreciated was their breakfast was hot and ready to go just after 5AM. Every other motel I have stayed at breakfast starts at 0630. I was able to grab a bite to eat before my flight which was really nice. The staff was also very friendly and informative. I would recommend this motel for anyone traveling in or out of Boise.

My husband and I stayed here two nights, the first the day we arrived in Boise and the second the night before we left. The hotel is right next to the airport and there is a free shuttle which leaves the airport every 10 minutes, but you need to let the front office know which shuttle you will take to go back to the airport. This is a two story hotel with no elevator, so this should be kept in mind when you do your online check in. There is an indoor pool which was very nice and not crowded by any stretch of the imagination. There is also a small workout room next to the pool. There is a free breakfast service from 5:30 am, but coffee, fruit, yogurt, cereal and milk were all available when we left the hotel at 4:20 am. The regular breakfast consisted of scrambled eggs, bacon, make your own waffles and other various pastries and the like. Juice is also available. There is free Wi-Fi which worked very well and there is a Keurig machine in each room. Ice and vending machines are also available. The bed was very comfortable. My only complaint was there was an old Keurig cup left in the machine from the last guest as well as a used wash cloth left hanging on top of the shower curtain the first night we stayed. Other than that, everything was great. We were allowed to check in about an hour and a half early the second night we stayed, but this was a Monday night, so there may not have been as many guests checking out that morning. There are a couple of restaurants within easy walking distance, one shares the same parking lot as the hotel.

Check in was fairly easy, although online it said 4 pm check-in yet our reservation said 3 pm. We arrived before 4 and they said the check in time had recently changed but our room was ready. We were asked if we wanted outside or inside and I said inside, but wasn't sure what they meant. Basically it was like being in an inside cabin of a cruise ship except you have a window that opens to the lobby. The room had a unique configuration, which was split so the beds were not next to each other, which is nice for a parent and kids. The area that was the vanity/bathroom was a bit small and awkward so that just 1 person could fit in the area at a time. The breakfast had many options although no gluten-free and limited dairy free (just coffee creamer) so I didn't have much besides bacon for breakfast. They do offer free cookies at night which is great for kids. We have a kid that left crumbs all over the floor, so left a large tip for room to be cleaned while we explored the town. The maid didn't vacuum which was a bit annoying since that is why we left the tip. The front desk did offer so options for ordering take-out which was nice. No one was at the desk at check out but the breakfast attendance came and helped me which was nice. The hotel had ample parking and was quiet and a decent location from what we wanted to do.

Best Western Vista Inn in Bosie, ID airport is a great place to stay and even in walking distance from the arrivals area if you don't have a ride. They were so awesome here that they covered or taxi fare from the airport. With a huge smile and welcoming greeting as we walked into the spacious lobby. We'll be back on our next time to Boise and the Sawtooth mountain area.

I stayed for the three-day Eclipse Weekend to experience eclipse totality in Crouch, Idaho with many family members who also flew in for the event. This hotel is just three blocks from the airport terminal -- very walkable. The internal decor is new and fresh. The staff were first-rate, even during the crush of Eclipse Weekend. The standard BW breakfast options and dining room were as expected, with limitless waffles, eggs, bacon, etc. My room (#173) was at the end of the building, and was very quiet (in fact, I stayed in the same room the next weekend before returning home). The room was clean and well-appointed, with a very comfortable queen mattress, and two good lights on either side of the bed. The room also has a large, comfy leather sofa; a mini-fridge, a Keurig coffee maker, two luggage racks, and a very nice shower/tub. It took a bit of experimenting to reduce the stinging-spray from the shower-head. I saw zero evidence of bugs anywhere in the room. I did not use the indoor pool, though my grand-nieces (in another room) did, and enjoyed it. A few negatives: the free Wi-Fi in my room (and even in the breakfast room) was very weak, going on and off; a temperamental electronic key-swipe; low-wattage lights in the sitting area of the room; and some cracked exterior walls on the south-side of the property. Otherwise, I spent four comfortable days and nights in this hotel, and would return without a second thought!

The Vista Inn is convenient and easy to/from the Boise Airport. It is not super new, but we found it to be well kept and the beds were comfy. All in all, a reasonable value for the airport proximity, as we came to/from the Boise area for vacation.

We spent two nights here in August. The rooms were very comfortable and quiet. We had a room on the first floor facing the interior corridor. The breakfast was better than some other Best Westerns and we appreciated the cookies and milk served in the evenings. Although we have spent nights in Boise before at other facilities, this will be our first choice from now on.

Short stay but everything needed was provided. Would stay again if in Boise. Room layout was ideal for sharing with friends. Breakfast was fine, airport shuttle service was on time and friendly. Super conveniently close to airport, several convenience stores and restaurants nearby, although we weren't there long enough to try them out.

Front desk staff went out of her way to make our stay very comfortable. Entire housekeeping staff greeted us when we encountered them. Very clean property with a good breakfast. Very convenient shuttle to airport which is adjacent to the property. Highly recommend!

We were in a room that faced outside. Other rooms opened into the interior and may be nicer. Ours was just an average motel room. Clean, but small. Beds too soft in our opinion. Breakfast was average. Wi-fi somewhat slow. Free newspaper. Not unhappy, but would try something else next time.

Great Hotel - much better than I anticipated. I normally look for a Marriott or a Hilton hotel. I was pleasantly surprised by Best Western. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The beds had high-end mattresses and pillows - Great amenities. They served cookies and milk in the evening and a great hot breakfast in the morning. The breakfast alone added $15 per person to the value of the room. Eggs, bacon, bagels, Belgum waffles, fruit and of course, coffee

Attentive staff, clean rooms and a nice breakfast with hot choices of eggs, meat, waffles etc. It's a friendly place, and very nice considering the price point. So close to the airport and freeway, but you don't get the noise.

Clean hotel, very close to Boise airport for flying out access with free shuttle to airport. There are inside and outside rooms, the inside rooms face the lobby, mine was on the ground floor (so I can't comment on the 2nd floor rooms that face the lobby). It's a long narrow lobby. My room had a window - that faced the lobby. If the curtains to that window were left open, someone in the lobby could look directly into the bathroom. In addition, I clearly heard conversation in the lobby near my room, though it seemed to be quiet during the night. So, a good hotel but choose room carefully - oh, and it's 2 stories with no elevator.

On family vacation with wife and 2 kids. This hotel was a good location half way to northern Idaho from Utah. It was clean, quiet, and the front desk attendant was professional and courteous. Got a good nights sleep, no funny smells from the pillow or bedding as we have had in other name brand hotels.

we stayed here at this hotel on our way to the Tetons. we had a good night sleep and enjoyed the pool during our stay. breakfast was crowded but that had to do with what time we went down. the items were stocked and ready for us to eat. we enjoyed our stay while we were here.

Good, needs sign on outside. The desk chair had a water(?) stain. The shower control was out of adjustment. The shower curtain did not close completely. The shuttle driver was very cool and helpful. Please have Coke products available.

I have stayed at Best Western Airport Vista in a few occasions. It is a clean, friendly comfortable hotel. I'd recommend it to anyone. I can't wait to stay next time I fly in and Or out of Boise. It's that good.

Loved the layout of the hotel. Had an inside room with two queen beds...unique layout made room feel very spacious and semi private, despite there being two beds. The price was less than the Best Western across the street that only had double beds and the staff was very friendly. The breakfast was also very good with a nice array of options. I don't usually take the time to write reviews, but I thought this place deserved it! There is no elevator, which might be problematic for some, and our room only had three towels for four people, but they cheerfully gave us another towel and extra soap.

Sandy dirty bathroom floor, dirty toilet, black bugs everywhere, internet did not work and there was no phone- or apology from unresponsive staff- I have never posted a review before- this was a terrible experience.

I was in room 230, and the room was clean with comfortable beds. The only issue was a loud humming sound (not from the air-con, which I turned off) which didn't go away. I enjoyed the proximity to the airport, the fresh coffee in the morning, and the friendly staff. I wouldn't spend more than a night here though.

I made the mistake of forgetting to book a room recently on a business trip. Of course all the hotels within 50 miles were sold out. Even the "nice" hotels that offer perks weee less than helpful. The nice folks here offered a room and were super nice during the process. The room was clean and comfortable. Not fancy but a good bed, clean linens, and quiet. Breakfast in the morning was part of the package and they went all out plus 3 kinds waffle syrup. Check out time came too soon and the front desk was just as nice as the night before. If you want a comfortable place at a great price with the opportunity to smile on a full belly---this is the place!

The Best Western is close to the freeway and airport. It has a swimming pool and workout area. None of these facilities were crowded. The food was very good and the dinning area was quiet and relaxing.

Rooms were nice. The staff was exceptionally helpful. The cookies and milk that evening were very good. Lots of pillows on the bed. The beds were not to soft or to hard, like in the 3 bears, they were just right. Had an outside room and once you close the door you don't hear any noise. The biggest problem was the handicap parking and no ramps to get to the outside rooms. The parking lot was rather steep and hard to get a handicapped person in a room.

I have been staying at this hotel every time I go to Boise for several years now. I love the rooms, the layout of the facility and the very friendly staff. It has always been very clean and the breakfasts are great.

I don't have any complaints. The pool is one of the best pools in any hotel I've stayed at. Everything was clean. Staff were helpful. This is the only place I will stay when I come to Boise. It is convenient to I-84, the mountains for scenery and camping and shopping.

This was a unique hotel as you feel like you have an outdoor unit facing indoor. The windows opened up to the common, covered area and there was not an exterior window that I remember. It was quiet and roomy with the two queen beds. I liked the layout that it was more of an L than just a square. I felt like it broke up the space nice! The shuttle to the airport was friendly and easy. Free breakfast a total bonus and there were even some packaged items I was able to grab and go as I had an extremely early flight to catch and they opened the breakfast up a few minutes early for me. :) Super nice!

Excellent breakfast. Clean environment. Near airport but never heard a plane. Pool could have been a little colder. It was hot outside so pool wasnt refreshing. Would stay at this location again and highly recommend to others.

Housekeeping started knocking at 9. Even with a do not disturb sign and saying I would leave at check out time, they knocked 3 more separate times before I left at check out time. Phone didn't work to call front desk. Otherwise, okay experience.

Motel was close to airport, but was pretty quiet. Staff were friendly and professional. Motel was also close to the downtown area, the university and a great park along the river. I would stay there again.

As noted in other reviews the layout of this hotel is very odd with many rooms only having a window onto the central atrium so no natural light or ventilation. The room was comfortable but had a slightly odd layout. The free breakfast was better than average. While the location is good for the airport there are no amenities nearby, the nearest bar is apparently at least a mile away.

I have stayed at several BWs, and this establishment is just, odd. The layout of the entire place is strange because some rooms are interior entry and some exterior entry. Definitely request an exterior. I would guess the exterior might be better (?) although we had an interior room, which again was oddly designed and very small. Since this was a quick stop in order to fly out the next morning we did not request a change. However, any longer than one evening and I and my husband would have been tripping over ourselves. No outside window! Only a window into a hall which had some natural light. If you need a quick stop for the convenience of the airport, it is ok.

This hotel is a older, but is kept very clean and the beds are comfortable . They serve a decent breakfast and there is a fitness room and very nice indoor pool. It is also close to the airport with a complimentary shuttle which is quite convenient . The staff are all very friendly and helpful. There are also a couple of restaurants within walking distance . I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants an affordable and clean place to stay, close to downtown Boise and the airport.

Everything was nice here, clean and staff was great to help if there was any problem, right away. I would recommend it for stay or meetings or both. I didn't bring my computer so I appreciated having a business center with a printer as well as the same option in the lobby available. great shuttle to and from the airport

The Best Western in Boise was an excellent experience, with a very competent staff, and excellent value. I would highly recommend this facility for your next stay . There is an excellent restaurant next door, and a great pool and hot tub.

Stopped here in our way to Oregon. Was in a great location; right off the freeway. The breakfast was amazing. So many choices, waffles with 3 kinds of syrup, build your own breakfast sandwiches, oatmeal, boiled eggs, etc.

Although clean, the room under the stairs was dark and musty. The vent for the AC rattled. The bed was comfortable. The location to the airport is perfect. Good shuttle service. Grab and Go breakfast for early flight was appreciated. The price was higher than the quality of the stay.

The staff at the airport BW are exceptional. Very helpful, friendly and welcoming to pets. Easy access to outdoor area for dogs. If you like to watch the planes land and take-off, it's a perfect location while getting in a nice walk.

Stayed one night and loved the great location close to the freeway. Room was quiet and you couldn't hear traffic noise or airport nearby. Breakfast was great and room was clean. Air conditioner was quiet and beds were comfy. Staying here again in about 3 weeks!

Called ahead and was told they wouldn't honor the 98.99 price I found on bestwestern.com because I had an dog staying with us. Ok so I end up having to pay 119.99 plus a 20 dollar deposit on the room in case my animal made a mess. Get into our room and it smells of smoke and cat urine. Walk into the bathroom and there was a dirty razor, used soap, wrapper, and used hair products left in the bath tub. Threw those away walked out and find 4 dirty tissues at the foot of one of the queen beds. Pretty disgusting! Pick them up and throw them away so my kids are playing with someone else's "dirty tissues". Finally bring my family into the room and begin to settle down and my 6 year old daughter brings me a half eaten slice of banana bread which she found in one of the drawers. Irritated and just wanting to sleep after a long day of driving so I just dealt with it. Next morning I take the dog out to the designated dog area to find that all of the poop bags were all gone. For the price paid I expected a much better stay. I have stayed at around 6-8 different best westerns and this is by far the worst experience I've had within the company.

Stayed here on drive back to Canada. Odd layout with half the room having window Onto enclosed court yard ok for those freezing months so you can walk indoors to What you need like the pool. Our family really liked this hotel but there were a few things as our stay wore on that were puzzling. First our room just was not clean. EWWW! I found medicine tablets on the floor from previous guests. YIKES! The bathroom was also not clean. Second, there was no microwave in the room and the fridge was a micro fridge…even smaller than a mini…tough for four people in the room, which was cramped. Third, the plug in situation for electronic devices was a nightmare. Other than that, the pool was fantastic! The food was great!The staff even provided (upon request) gluten free options for us. The staff was quick to address requests (for cookies and towels) and always friendly. Easy on/off freeway. Good selection of restaurants nearby, at least for us. We would stay here again.

We chose this hotel because of the great reviews, and it did not disappoint. The only thing that was a bummer, and that was my fault, was that we were put on the second floor. That was only a problem because my dad is sick, and stairs are hard. When I realized I should have said we needed a handicap access room, the clerk did everything she could to try and fix it. It was very sweet of her to try and fix my mistake. The room was clean and comfortable. I saw on the website that there was a microwave, however there was not one in our room. We were up and on the road too early to try breakfast. The front desk clerk was very friendly upon checkout.

Very friendly staff, even at 5:00 in the morning! It was very clean and super close to the Boise Airport. Breakfast is served early, making it easy to catch a 6:00 am flight. They offer the average fare but it is easy to eat and run. Denny's is close by as well and it is an excellent Denny's.

We arrived at 12:30, am, and the shuttle was closed. They arranged for a taxi to bring us to the hotel Check-in was fast, the room was very clean, and the breakfast good. Our room was small, but adequate, we faced the courtyard/center. Recommend!

Overall the room was clean, comfortable and surprisingly quiet considering proximity to airport. Staff friendly and helpful. -The bathroom/vanity area was quite small and difficult to move around. - USB ports would be helpful. -$20 pet charge is rediculous. Either you are "pet friendly" or not. Charge me for damages, not for the privilege of bringing a pet.

The room and staff were very pleasant. We will definitely stay again. It takes less the five minutes to be parked at the airport. If flying out of Boise, this is a great choice to stay with a small restaurant and lounge next door. The atrium and openness for the inside facing rooms is very pleasant.

Came to Boise to celebrate a marriage. The foom was very comfortable. House keeping needs pull a new hankie out of the hankie box. It is hard to see and I had to really look for it, I knew it had to be there. There where some teenagers making a lot of nose during the night. It took awhile for the desk clerk to come out and take care of it. Having been a front desk clerk for five years at a Best Western, it was my job to make sure that noise int he middle of the night was taken care of immediately. You could use a few more handicapped parking spaces in back. I would stay with you again as your location is excellent and your service is very good.

We weren't there very long but it was clean, the staff was great and right next to the airport! Very good value! They have a shuttle service to the airport. Even though it's right at the airport you would never know it it was so quiet.

The BW Vista Airport is located on a direct route to the center of Boise. The amenities include a nice pool, hot tub, breakfast, spacious rooms. We stayed three nights while visiting family in the area.

Literally, just around the corner from the airport but we never were disturbed by a plane taking off. The staff was friendly, the room comfortable, the hot tub hot and breakfast was varied and delicious.

The room was clean and comfortable and very quite considering how close it is located to the airport. There is also a few restaurants located within waling distance to the motel. This makes it very nice if you do not wish to eat at the motel.

Staff is very friendly, welcoming, professional, helpful, attentive with Positive attitudes. Outside of hotel is welcoming, clean and well maintained. Inside lobby was nice, attractive, well kept and clean also. Room was clean, no odors, beds were very comfortable, slept well, nice coffee machine which is a plus. Breakfast was great, fresh, good variety, stocked, tables were clean-entire area was clean. Overall this hotel has a WELCOMING, CLEAN & POSITIVE Environment. It had been 6 months since last stay here, it was nice to see most of the staff still here that has been here for many years. There were soccer teams staying and the breakfast took a hard hit, the staff did an excellent job of keeping up and keeping it full. The breakfast area had been rearranged since last stop and it appeared to aid traffic flow. The Wi-Fi worked well even under the extra load of people. Interior and exterior were in good repair and all security features worked.

The property is within walking distance of the airport and around the corner of the highway. The staff is friendly and helpful and I always sleep well when staying here. The pool was really warm this time around and is always clean with a fresh supply of clean towels available. I highly recommend this hotel.

This Best Western is very average in my opinion. It is a fine hotel for the basics. My family meet here for the Easter weekend and the stay was fine. Nothing to crow about, but I would stay here again.

Very pleased with the staff and room. The tv was a little sketchy due to the cable box needing to be reset the first night, but other than that all was well. And very kind and accommodating when I needed to check out a day earlier than planned.

We have stayed at dozens of hotels and none of them were as pleasant as the two evenings we stayed at the Vista Inn. Everything about our stay was enjoyable. We loved the layout of the room, shaped like an L, with the beds kiddie corner to each other instead of parallel . Even with the hotel being full during our stay, the room was quite and peaceful. A highlight for our family was the pool. My wife rarely swims because she finds most pools too cold. This one was the perfect temperature. The cookies and milk at night, and the continental breakfasts were delicious, offering the traditional menu items. We would highly recommend staying here.

I really love this place, the rooms are always clean and quiet. The beds are very comfortable and the breakfast is very nice with a good variety of items. The pool area is nice and clean also. I like the convenience as it is right off of the highway and I can quickly get to where I want to go. I would recommend this to everyone.

Love staying here when having to fly out early. I never have to go through a check process in the early morning because of the express checkout process. It's nice to just leave and see my receipt in my email the same day. The staff is always super nice and helpful.

Everything about our stay was excellent and we really appreciated being able to leave our car at the hotel. Even if you don't need to get to the airport we would highly recommend using the Best Western as your Boise hotel.

This is one of your best hotels in your chain. I really appreciated the person who checked us in. We came very late (2:00 am) and he wasted no time in getting us up to our room so that we could get to bed which is very much what we needed. 10's all around at this hotel. I will definitely stay at this one the next time I am anywhere near Boise.

Most hotels have an express check out, but we were not offered this option. I don't know if this means that this specific hotel doesn't offer this or no one told us about it. Also, our room was never cleaned while we were there. Keys didn't work to the outside main doors to enter the building, and these doors were always left open. This meant anyone could come in and that fact didn't help us feel too safe. The free internet was also spotty. Sometimes it would work and sometimes it wouldn't.

Nice clean motel that welcomes pets. However we were not allowed to use our aarp discount because we had a pet with us, dont understand why that makes a difference. Also, during check in the front desk help seemed distracted and a little put out, maybe she was just having a bad day.

I live three hours away from the Boise Airport and often need to spend a night before or after flights. The BW Vista has a Park and Fly and is walking distance to the Airport, so is very convenient to use while traveling. (They do provide a shuttle) The staff is always friendly and efficient and the full breakfast is good. The pool is large and warm, the gym is sufficient. I would recommend an inside room if you have sleep issues, because the outside rooms, especially on the south side pick up airport noise at times. It is an easy place to stay with a pet with lots of walking area nearby. I have stayed here alone and always feel safe and comfortable. Would highly recommend this Hotel.

This is a no frills experience but the room was clean and had all the necessities for business travel. I had no difficulties with the wifi or internet. The water was hot enough to shower and the shower head worked well.

The service was excellent from my initial phone call to set the reservation through the check in, midday desk person assistance, breakfast service and morning check-out. The room was comfortable and well appointed. The breakfast is good and offers many options. From the front door to the airport terminal entrance is only a 7 minute walk.

Perfect location. Near the airport and near downtown and near the freeway. Nice indoor pool and spa and I loved the fact that the room face the indoor courtyard and it seem to make it very quiet. Did not get a chance to enjoy everything but for the time I was there it was a nice experience.

Cleanliness was a joke. "Something" was splattered on the base of the toilet and on the tile in the bathroom, but was never cleaned up after I requested it. Other debris on the floor in the bathroom and vanity area was also never swept up. Very dated and noisy location. The popcorn ceilings were filthy and "rained" onto the bed coverings. Poor breakfast. Heating and cooling functionality was basically nonexistent. There are much better hotels to stay at in Boise which also offer meeting rooms and airport service.

The Reception staff was superb. So helpful in every way and that is one of the reasons we keep coming back. The hotel is beautiful and clean. Lady who looks after preparing breakfast does an excellent presentation and very kind and caring about her job. Really recommend this place. We always go back.

They have outside and inside rooms with a very nice atrium. The folks were very helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean and large. The breakfast was great for a hotel breakfast. Be careful there is another Best Western across the street with a completely different rating.

A very busy inn so if you plan to stay make sure you have a reservation. The room was comfortable and quiet considering the proximity to the airport. The morning breakfast was good and staff was pleasant.

Overall the hotel was okay. The rooms were extremely tight and there was not a microwave. Esentially for business travel. I did not like the fact that i had to leave the room and walk around the outside of the building to access conference area. The staff was very friendly. The cleaning lady did come back several times to clean in between days of my stay, which i declined due to my occupying the room

The breakfast buffet was wonderful! 1st day they had bacon, great tasting bacon. Also eggs, waffles, yogurt, sweet rolls, burrito, next day they had sausage and all the other standard fare. Wifi worked good in the room. They had a very nice pool and spa. Front desk people were very helpful. Next door was a great home cooking type restaurant and a Denny's across the street. Had a very good stay.

Not good if you need to use an elevator. We got in late so all ground floors were taken and we had a 2nd floor room. The rooms also faced inside with a window to the lobby downstairs so were somewhat noisy. The room had a frig but no microwave.

The employee that checked me in was extremely helpful. She allowed me to check in early and also went out of her way to help me get my boarding passes to print. Our room was very comfortable and had easy access to the computer in the lobby. The lobby/atrium is very nice with lots of seating. The location is near the airport and has several restaurants within walking distance.

First night on a two week trip of Idaho and Montanta. Hotel was close to airport. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Reserved the same room for the last day of our trip. Room was well maintained, clean, quiet and good sized. Walk in shower was a plus for my handicapped wife. Bed was comfortable and internet access work well. Breakfast was generous with lots of hot and cold selections. Checkout was quick and friendly.

The conference Center at this hotel is fantastic! Too bad the rest of the hotel is not up to the same level. It is only 1/2 mile from the airport. An easy walk. The rooms are good enough, but nothing more. The staff seem to be bored and lethargic. The rooms are clean, but the furnishings could use an update. The bottom line is if you need to hold a conference, there is nothing better in Boise! You may want to stay across the street at the other Best Western.

Best Western Vista Inn at Boise, Idaho Airport is a great motel, moderate rates, clean, well appointed comfortable rooms, outstanding breakfast with many tables, very impressive compared to other motels. Staff very polite, helpful, pleasant. Would recommend this motel highly.

Unfortunately, the bed was clean. It was stained, was not tucked in. Felt dirty. I requested fresh sheets, and they arrived immediately. These sheets were crisp and clean. Upon getting ready to leave, I removed the sheets I slept on and put in tub along with used towels.

I stay here when I am in Boise and have always received great service and had a relaxing stay. The room has enough space to allow for relaxing and working. The breakfast is convenient and consistent. The cookies and milk in the evening is a nice treat. The staff is what distinguishes this hotel from others and is the reason we continue to stay here. We are always treated in a way to make us feel important. After a long day of travel it is nice to be treated with respect and compassion.

Didn't get to spend very much time at the hotel itself, so I didn't get to use any of the amenities of the hotel. But it was very nice from what I saw. Breakfast was average, the eggs were a little bit watery. But overall, it was a good experience.

Great service from staff, quiet and great for a quick off the freeway stay. Needs updating but adequate for a fast overnighter. Cost was my deciding factor. Don't expect lots of fancy or modern just basics here. Hotel is within walking distance of a pub and located right off the freeway. Easy access for travelers.

The attractive lobby led me to expect more from this older property. First the good news: it's quiet, spotless, and well maintained. Parking is excellent. The staff are excellent. However getting food is a problem. The two restaurants within walking distance are decidedly uninteresting and you will need to drive several miles for good quality food. The breakfast is unappetizing, watery powdered eggs, gray greasy sausage patties and a lot of desperately unhealthy baked goods, sugar-laden yogurt etc, that many of us can't eat and none of us should eat. If you're looking for an overnight stay between flights and not concerned about food, you will probably be more than satisfied.

The room was dark. We found women's underwear in the bathroom when checking into our room. Bed was uncomfortable. Breakfast items just okay. In all fairness, we have stayed in this hotel before and did not have a bad experience. It is easy access to the interstate.

The staff was friendly, the breakfast was okay, needed more options like biscuits and gravy, cooked oatmeal, ran out of orange juice when we went to eat. The carpets in the room need cleaning, had stains on them. The beds were comfortable and the room was adequate size, but didn't have a sitting area with a small couch.

Room was very spacious and met our needs. There is a Keurig coffee maker so being a Coffeee addict, that was a very nice addition. Our am pick to ethe Boise airport was too early to have their complimentary breakfast.

The Best Western Vista Inn at the Airport was a decent place to stay with our family of four. The location is good, but I wish there were more places to eat within walking distance. The layout of the room was a little awkward as the two beds were separated by the bathroom and one bed was not aligned with being able to easily see the television. Besides that the beds were comfortable and the hotel was quiet.

I did not fly, I drove but I like this place next to the airport and the freeway because there are no exterior widows in the room I had. I heard no planes or traffic all night. Easy access to downtown and food.

We were taking our daughter to college in Denver, and this was our stop the first night of our trip from Portland, OR. This was a nice hotel for our needs. Close to the highway which was good for us. A good value for the price and location.

We travel through Boise frequently and have stayed at four different hotels this year--two Best Westerns, and two higher-priced ones. This is my favorite Best Western and the best value of all. I was initially hesitant to try it as it claimed to be pet-friendly, and I definitely do not want to sleep where pets have been. The clerk assured me that the few pet rooms have outside entrances and we would have a room off the interior corridor. Our room with two queens had an L-shaped layout that was very efficient and seemed more roomy than the standard long hotel room. Each bed had two side tables, which came in very handy for plugging in phones and storing clothes. A family of four would be comfortable in this room. The bathroom sink was outside the toilet and shower room, which is a necessity when bunking together. There was a small fridge also. Everything was very clean and well-maintained. The beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was basic but sufficient, with several protein choices. It also had a generous serving window of 5:30am to 10am, allowing travelers to grab a bite before an early flight. I noticed a posted schedule for the morning shuttle runs. The Vista Inn is my new favorite Best Western in Boise, and my first choice for a short stay. Reserve ahead online for the lowest rates.

Our room was typical mid-range hotel room with comfortable beds, refrigerator, and free WiFi. We stayed two nights a week apart. Both were fine, quiet and comfortable. First time was an inside room and second an outside room. Good stay. Friendly staff and several nearby restaurants.

The first night second floor, over looking lobby, super noisy, no sleep, they moved us to opposite end of building, Excellent. Bravo for desk lady! Breakfast so/so. Clean good parking, super close freeway and downtown Boise with their excellent streets. Beds were comfortable, weird room setup, sliding window over looking lobby first floor, they have inside and outside rooms, outside doors open to outside and inside open to lobby.

Here's a great idea: Design a hotel where some of the rooms have windows directly above the front desk. Yep, that's what we got, along with all the noise from the desk, lobby and the breakfast area. We asked to be moved but there were no other rooms. About half the rooms have doors and windows that open into a long atrium that is open to the lobby so there is little protection from lobby noise. In a big hotel where the rooms are well above the lobby that is usually not a problem. It WAS a problem in this small, strangely designed hotel. The other half of the rooms open directly to the outside with all the problems that presents. Another annoying design feature: There was no door for the sink/closet portion of the bathroom. Not a huge deal, except that it is located directly opposite the door into the room. So if you're standing there undressed and your traveling companion comes into the room you will be visible to anyone passing down the hall. The room was quite small. There is no elevator although the young man at the desk did offer to help with luggage. The staff were fine and everything was reasonably clean. I would not stay there again.

This hotel is a tiny bit overpriced, but I really like it. It's right by the airport, so if you're like me and like to watch planes take off, then this is great. From the parking lot, you can see the DHL planes. They have some small meeting rooms in the back, and an open area inside that makes you feel like you're outside even though you're inside. The pool is nice, but often crowded. The continental breakfast is small and basic, but they give you cookies at night if you know where to look. Service is pretty friendly and the rooms are clean.

Staff was very friendly and helpful, comfy bed and clean room. The only thing lacking, and this goes for most hotels I've stayed in, is the breakfast. For some reason hotels use fake eggs all the time and they're so gross. Just use real eggs!

I made the reservation thinking that I was doing so at the North West Lodge on Federal. Found out it was actually made at the Vista, my error. I didn't have any expectations that this would be on par with the Lodge and I was right. No elevator, dismal lobby and the rooms were just so so. All in all it was average. Did have a tiny gym and pool, and they served a decent help yourself breakfast. The Lodge is more expensive, but worth it to me. The Vista is a no frills business type hotel and ok for a day or two, especially if you are looking to save money.

Nice location to have access to everything in Boise, particularly the Airport. The Kopper Kitchen next door is a good restaurant with pub food and beverages. Not much within walking distance from the hotel, but a good starting place with a vehicle.

Close to the airport but you don't hear the jet engines spooling up at all, I did not hear one jet take off. It has a center indoor courtyard (no elevators) or it they have them they were not working that day. The room was clean the room we got faces the center interior courtyard, other rooms face the parking lot. The breakfast was downstairs and was good and included. Denny's is across the street within walking distance too. The parking was free!

I just wanted to commend Shirley Simmons, one of the employees at this hotel. She was responsible for taking care of our conference room during our meetings. Her attention to our needs was above great, it was excellent. She was on the spot with everything to make our conference flawless.

All the details of this hotel are carefully arranged to create the impression of luxury. The lobby is spacious and full of light, the rooms are very comfortable. Our room had two queen beds, on different sides of the room. This enabled one person to watch television while the other one either slept or read. To watch the tv together, of course, one bed sufficed!

This hotel was fine, except the room layout was strange. It had a window that faced the interior corridors, so it was awkward to have the blinds open. The breakfast was fine, but not many offerings for me as I eat gluten and dairy free. The service was great the and staff very friendly.

The Motel staff was knowledgeable and Helpful. The continental breakfast was excellent. Overall the stay was very satisfying for all four days we stayed at this Motel. The Pool was nice and the Hotel Is close to the freeway.

We had an interior room. It was surprisingly quiet considering it's right by the airport. The pool area was very warm, but the kids didn't care. The breakfast had a good selection with eggs, bacon and waffles along with the usual fare.

We enjoyed our stay. Our room was very clean and the decor was appealing. Having a handicap accessible room, especially the shower, was wonderful. The check in and check out process was seamless and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Stayed to be close to airport. Rooms were comfortable and hotel was very quiet. Great nites sleep without interuption. Received my wake up call when specified. Breakfast was satisfying as wel. Will stay here again when traveling.

I was taken back by the design of the lobby and reception area. The facility is gorgeous in design, décor, and layout. It is only minutes from the airport in Boise and the price couldn't be beat. Personnel was extremely accessible to give suggestions and advise to us travelers. Our early morning flight was greatly enhanced with the full breakfast offered at an early hour. The desk attendant was eager to be of assistance and made sure we were well taken care of.

The staff was helpful at check in and departure. Was ready and willing to help with any needs or requests. Would be nice if there was an espresso stand or location close by. Will stay there again when I am traveling for business and it is a quick trip. location is close to the airport. Very good shuttle service.

Love the set up of the rooms with double beds. It made it easy for me to stay up and read while my husband went to sleep earlier. Very comfortable beds, and of course Best Western linens are superb! Nice breakfast selection with waffles/sausage and the other usual fare. Thanks for making our the first night of our trip comfortable as well as the last night when we stayed again! Being close to the airport was great, and we couldn't hear any noise from the planes! Fantastic!

Bath area had a large amount of hair from previous guests in and around the tub. The rest of the room appeared to be clean. The ceiling fan in the water closet sounded like a jet warming up on the tarmac of the airport next door. We love the hotel and have stayed there every time we are traveling between Utah and Washington. Attention to cleaning details and a bit of maintenance needs are our only complaints, .

don't stay at the BW airport inn, it was noise, dark, and the beds were not comfortable. It was clean but run down. The BW Vista, just across the street was far superior and costs about the same. Clean room, comfortable bed, and quiet. I like quite.

Located opposite airport entrance. Very convenient if flying. Very clean, rooms quiet and functional. Breakfast room simply too small for crowds at peak times. Several good restaurants within walking distance.

....and does a good job at what it is...an airport hotel. Breakfast is out early, like 5am, so you can get somethings before those 6 am flights unlike the other nearby hotels. Most likely you are there for the flights and this one fits the bill perfectly. On site restaurant and bar I have never used but looks ok in a pinch(other good eateries close by). I often get in after midnight and the night clerk is great and puts me up close to the front door so less time carrying stuff in. Friendly guy who has the right amount of interaction at that time of day! There is another Best Western across the street, notice the name difference, which is an old Holiday Inn from the 1970's orzo, nicely done up and usually a few dollars cheaper. They have on site parking but after I called and told no problem I showed up and there was none. After research and trail and error, just use the airport parking...a bit more but save mucho time on pick up. Good luck on your travels.

Had an interior room . no privacy and no windows to the outside. As bad as an interior cabin on a cruise ship. Waited over 30 min. after check in time to get to our room because housekeeping was behind .

We stayed one night just as a stopping point on a road trip. This hotel was clean and quite. The staff at the front desk was very friendly. That had a nice free breakfast in the morning also. My only disappointment was the Wifi, it didn't work very well at all.

Conveniently located next to the airport and just minutes from downtown this Best Western is very special! It's pet friendly with lots of grass and areas to walk your pet as well as very close to restaurants and shopping! Excellent stay!

Arrived to find this Best Western in a good location. The check in was easy and the staff very professional. Got to our room and was surprised. I had never seen a layout this way. The room was in an "L" shape with a queen bed at the top of the L and another at the bottom end of the L. Bathroom/vanity between the two. Loved it. The room was clean and had an updated look. We had an inside room. Rooms available both inside and out. The pool is also inside, but is separated from the inside rooms to control noise. The breakfast are was nice with the usual fair along with scrambled eggs and bacon or sausage. They also have a good restaurant next door. Free shuttle to/from airport.

The rooms in this hotel are nice. Ask for a room on the inside portion of the hotel. It is safer and nicer. We had to stay In the outside portion of the hotel which was not as nice and the look was more of a motel. The rooms were as nice as the inside. This Best Western looks nicer than the other BW across the street.

We were very well treated during our stay. Very friendly staff. Excellent breakfast. Very convenient to the freeway. Really working hard to provide excellent service. We would definitely stay there again. The hotel was well maintained with lots of pride.

I enjoyed my 3 nights at this facility while visiting the Boise, ID area. The staff members were very professional and the facility was very clean. They are very accommodating to me with my 2 dogs and had a pet friendly area making it easy to walk them. The best part was the comfort of the bed and pillows.

We stayed here with my son's soccer team as we were attending a soccer tournament. We did not have a choice of hotel. Unfortunately, they hiked the prices due to this event. The hotel wasn't bad, but also wasn't worth what we paid. Overall, it was clean, and comfortable, nothing fancy. Wifi was horrible and useless. Few small things that bugged me like the remote only working for the cable, not for the volume or turning on/off. Staff kept taking our towels even though we hung them as the sign directed us to if we wanted to reuse them (there were 4 of us so we got extra towels but then they would take them and only leave 3). The breakfast was very basic and not very good but free so better than nothing I suppose. Other than that it was a decent place to stay.

Rooms are dark and small. Toilet was loose and housekeeping should have reported it when they cleaned. Breakfast was okay with several options available. Close to the airport for convenience. Staff was more friendly at checkout then at checkin.

Nice Rooms. The room is nice and a nice TV, the room did have a slight odor but i dont think it is anything that Best Western could have helped. It is small room but it is very functional. Nice bathroom good water pressure for the shower.

Best Western Vista Inn exceeded my expectations for an 'airport' hotel, especially for the price. It was a very nice hotel and a great value. I would recommend this hotel for a Boise stay for those traveling by vehicle since it is just off Interstate 84, easy to get to, and very quiet for a place by the airport and main road.

True to Best Western, the room is inexpensive, spacious, and clean. However, the amenities at the hotel are dated. The hotel does not offer an elevator to the second floor, which is alright, if you have no mobility issues, but limits guests with locomotor disabilities to the first floor. We had an interior room, which means it lacked much natural light or outside air due to no windows. Our room's door lock also had a learning curve to open it (I.e. Had to get the "trick" to working the lock from the front desk staff). The staff instructed us that the "trick to the room locks" was to "reset" the door by pulling the handle up, then put the card in and push down with force on the handle until it opens or jiggle it if it doesn't. I don't want a door with a trick lock... Just a lock that reliable opens without hassle. Lastly, the hotel offered free wifi, but it was hard to stay connected and very slow speeds once connected. In retrospect, although I usually prefer Best Western's for their cleanliness and consistent quality for what you pay, we will look elsewhere when back in Boise next time.

Overall I thought the hotel is a good hotel for the money, especially if you need to stay close to the airport, but if you are a business traveler and expect good high-speed internet availability to do work, it may be disappointing. During my stay the internet was so bad, that I could not even do my email (Microsoft Outlook), as the Outlook client on my PC could not connect reliably to my company's exchange server.

After our room key would not work, my husband ran back and forth to the lobby only to have them give him instructions on jiggling the handle. We called down to let them know it would not work and that we were stuck outside with a sick baby at night and they took over 15 minutes to send someone to let us in our room.

I liked that this motel was nice and quiet, although I don't like that my room didn't have any windows looking outside (there was a window that allowed me to see the motel hallway). I also felt like there were some areas that the cleaning service missed. Nothing huge. The refrigerator had stuff in it from the last guest and a few other minor things. Continental breakfast didn't start until 6, although they did have a few snacks available when I headed downstairs at 4:35 am. The room was simple, but comfortable.

While our visit was only there to sleep before catching a flight, it was a very quiet and extremely clean hotel. The bathroom was spotless enough that my kids could take a bath. Staff was friendly and efficient. Great selection of television channels. Comfortable beds and lots of extra pillows.

We recently overnighted at the Vista Inn while vacationing in the West. This is an excellent facility. Our double-queen room was very well-appointed, clean, and welcoming. The complementary breakfast was also excellent. Access to I-84 is very easy. Gas and other services are conveniently nearby. Lots of good restaurants within walking distance.

By and large, Best Western exhibits high standards in cleanliness and customer service. This hotel lives up to those standards in every way. We had an excellent night's sleep. The large shower head with plentiful water flow enabled an invigorating shower. Breakfast was fresh and warm and the eating area was clean. We enjoyed our two night stay.

Very nice facility. Used pool for grand daughter who is 6 and she just loved it. Room was clean, beds were comfortable. Good value for the price. Have stayed here several times and the experience has always been pleasant.

The BW Vista Inn had recently been refurbished. The lobby was beautiful, with comfortable sitting areas with surrounding live plants. The computer was clean, working perfectly and had paper in the printer. I found the very dark brown to medium brown décor in the room overwhelming; a little light touch of light color would have improved the ambiance. Breakfast room was immaculate and food was well prepared and maintained.

Very happy with my motel selection. I usually stay with family when in Boise, but when that option wasn't available, this motel made for a pleasant alternative. The staff were extremely attentive and friendly. The lobby is nicely decorated and the entire building surprisingly quiet given its proximity to the airport. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the breakfast/dining area - nary a spilled drop of milk or waffle batter! And, the BEST COFFEE EVER served at a motel, bar none!!! There was nothing that made me feel more welcome. The only "sub-par" observations were: the carpet, like all motels, was of dubious quality. I wore socks or flip flops when not in the restroom. Secondly, even though it was only a two-story building and the stairs were easier to navigate than most motels, an elevator would have been nice for moving heavy luggage.

The hotel was simple, but clean and comfortable. The receptionist was friendly. We were upgraded to a king room because of our diamond status. The pool looked like fun, but we didn't have time to try it out. The hotel puts out milk and cookies every evening. What a great idea!

Stay here every time I travel to Boise - my kids love the indoor pool and I enjoy the hot tub. The location can't be beat - so close to the National Interagency Fire Center as well as just a short drive downtown to all the restaurants and parks. Love it!

The hotel is very pleasant. Our room was quite large and L shaped. It had two queen size beds. The air conditioner was extremely efficient. The bathroom was divided into two parts with the sink area being separate. The room was clean and nicely appointed, with a nice size desk for work.

The staff is friendly and efficient. There are cookies and mile in the evening and and great full, hot breakfast in the morning. It is close to a nice diner, the Copper Kitchen with a full bar and restaurant. The rooms are clean and beds comfortable. This is a great value.

Stayed here for our last night on vacation because of it's proximity to the airport. Hotel is very large, they had 2 conventions going on at the time we were there. Our room was next to the hotel lobby, check in desk and we anticipated problems with noise. However, after 9:30 pm, every thing was quiet and we got a good nights rest. The night attendant actually went out of her way to provide an early breakfast for those of us who had early flights--

Hotel rooms need electrical outlets to satisfy modern electronic devices (computer, cell phones, etc). Room was clean, quiet and had all the amenities needed. Television worked good, sink area was pretty full with coffee pot and hair dryer. In room coffee was good.

If you are visiting Boise and want a awesome place to stay, this hotel is one for you. book early as the rooms go fast if you just drop in.I had reserved the king room non-smoking. Upon arrival I have never had a nice leather recliner to watch TV in my room before WOW what a nice surprise. They have friendly and helpful staff, excellent service, very comfortable beds, excellent breakfast and they even have cookies and milk in the evening before bed.Overall this was a great experience, I recommend them highly, I enjoyed my stay and would stay here again.

Always stay here overnight waiting for next am early flight. Clean, comfortable, park and stay accommodations, quick breakfast options, and always friendly and competent service! Inside rooms are a little quieter, outside rooms are closer to the airport noise! You are literally next to the runway so some noise to be expected!

We had a pleasant stay over all. Staff was helpful and courteous. Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable to sleep in. The only thing needed is an elevator to be ADA compliant. We are older people for whom hauling bags up the stairs is becoming difficult. We are sure we aren't the only people who could be more comfortable if there was an elevator.

Most of the hotel was outstanding. The staff at the front desk were excellent. The breakfast was very good. The housekeeping was really bad. We stayed 7 days and twice they did not bother to come into the room. Other items were they did not leave coffee, cups or refreshing towels. There was only one day the housekeeping was OK. The housekeeping did not match the rest of the hotel.

It's a very clean property and well-kept. I was surprised that the noise in the room next door carried so much. The person next door was making business calls very early in the morning (6:30 or 7) and it was so loud that I could hear every word of his call. Not fun and not secure if you are dealing with confidentiality. There is ambient noise from the common atrium as well. The exercise room and pool are above average in my opinion, and there's a restaurant just across the parking lot which is good too. The breakfast was hearty and offered lots of options. A pretty good stay. No comfy chair in the room, but a good desk area.

Excellent service, facility and location. We have always tried to stay here when we bring our high school teams here for tournaments. Security is much appreciated and their effort to run a smooth operation and enforce quiet time.

A Best Western Plus and it shows everywhere.... They have done a lot of work to upgrade this older hotel to Plus status and Plus is well deserved. Very nice, quiet accommodations....Tons of nice upgrades to rooms, lobby, and eating area. Outstanding people working for this location !!! Anything that wasn't just so, they took care of with a smile... very easy to get to off the highway and very close to the airport. (no airport noise)... Yes, if you are looking for a nice hotel in which to stay...stay here!!!

I have used this establishment many times all of which were VG to Excel.. Room was clean, HVAC worked well and QUIET, no odor, shower actually put out a usable amount of water. Was not able to use breakfast, was offered "grab and go" but they served on the plane, the breakfast room was clean as usual and coffee was fresh.

When I travel I always look for a Best Western Hotel because I know they will always have a clean room and comfortable bed and pillows. I do not have to take my own pillow to travel when I know I will stay at a Best Western.

We needed a place that was close to the main highway and had room for our work trucks. They took care of all our needs. Very friendly staff. Rooms were very clean and the beds were very comfortable I would stay here again and will on my way back through.

Stayed 2 nights for work was very clean , inner and outer access rooms , hotel front desk staff very nice , also housekeeping helped me find my room which was also nice. Only things I didn't like we're that Marketing / Sales office was right next to the door and neither ladies managed to smile or say hello, the building was older, and barely any parking.

I keep my expectations around "adequate" when I need a hotel near an airport. This served that purpose. An inside room near the front desk makes me feel safer travelling as a woman alone. Good shuttle AM service to the airport next door and adequate b'fast. Nite time milk and cookies are fu;n.

The hotel is welcoming to visitors going on Owyhee River and other river trips. Rooms are very comfortable, and a full free breakfast, They even will hold luggage for your return from your rafting adventure. A free airport shuttle bus is available to their doorstep. There is a nice indoor swiming pool, too. Two good restaurants adjacent to hotel.

Wonderful accommodations. I have a service dog. This facility is always welcoming and helpful with providing additional towels to wash off the travel grime. The dog relief station is grassy and kept free of the moss that the dogs are allergic to, plus they equip the station with ample pickup bags to make everything about the stay even more convenient. My traveling companion was locked out trying to find a vending machine for a soda and was made to feel safer when security approached her, asked a few questions, then assisted with the door and the facilities. Thank you Best Western!!

there was kids for some activity and the ones above us stayed up all night bouncing (im going to guess they were jumping from the bed onto the floor), didnt sleep all that well. the agent took 1/2 off of our bill, which was cool! my lil girl loved the pool!

This hotel is so convenient to the airport. Fly in, walk to the hotel, enjoy clean, spacious rooms and helpful staff at a reasonable cost. Then back to the airport and onward. I have stayed here for several business trips and will be back again before long.

The Best Western Vista Inn in Boise is a great hotel. Not only is it easy on easy off the interstate, it is nestled in amoung several drinking and establishments. It's a very modern looking hotel inside and out.

The staff was very friendly and the room was decent. Our only problem was in the 3 nights we stayed there our room was only cleaned once. We had to call downstairs for clean towels. We were gone every day for the entire day so there was ample time to clean the room.

Very comfy beds with lots of pillows! The L-shaped layout of the room makes the two queen beds private from each other if you are sharing. Very clean and friendly with more in-room amenities than I usually see in this price range.

We stayed just one night on our way home from a family wedding. This was a nice stay. The hotel is lovely and the room was clean, bed was comfy. The breakfast room was larger than I see in many hotel/motels and plenty of choices.
