We had a ant infestation they were coming out of the electrical outlet. The hotel was booked fully so no other rooms available. We were offered Wasp spray for the problem. Have recently had conversation with management over this issue. With no sufficient resolve
This appeared to have been a new hotel or One that was recently remodeled. It was spotless and well decorated. The room was extremely quiet. It had a separate sitting area. There is a gorgeous indoor pool. The beds were extremely comfortable. The staff was very accommodating. The self serve breakfast was excellent. The hotel is just a few miles away from Crystal Springs museum and close to dozens of eating establishments.
We travel to Arkansas a few times each year to visit family, each time staying for 3-7 days. We booked this hotel specifically because you advertised a hot tub, but found out on check in the hot tub was out permanently. Todd was very nice at check in, and we checked in anyway thinking the rest of the stay should be okay, knowing it was a busy weekend. Then we had NO HOT WATER for the entire 3-night stay, and could not even take showers from Thursday to Sunday! The staff member we talked to on one of the days said some special part had to be ordered from Canada and they couldn't say for sure when the hot water would be fixed! Then on the day of check out, our room keys had been disabled before 7:00 when we came down for breakfast, before we even checked out. We had to each come down to the desk separately to get our room keys reactivated in order to get back into our room to get our belongings!! When we checked out and nicely voiced our complaints, the person at the desk said there was nothing he could do and needed to charge the card on file for our stay, but would put a copy of our receipt in a folder for the manager, who would adjust our bill on Monday due to the problems we encountered. We were charged full price and no adjustments were made. I understand that sometimes things happen that are out of anyone's control, but would also think that some effort would be made to set things right and offer compensation. I am wondering why that is not the case for your hotel?
This was the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in and highly recommend! Staff was very friendly, beds very comfortable and the breakfast was delicious with a good variety. Great location too! Easy to get to from airport and site seeing areas.
A clean hotel with friendly staff. The morning breakfast was very good with many hot items such as eggs, bacon, biscuits, gravy, potatoes, waffles, and many other choices. Our room was nice. It was clean and everything worked. The mattress in our room probably should be replaced but the pillows were good. The staff was friendly and efficient. The location is off the highway and on a main (but very busy) street. There are plenty of restaurants close to the hotel. The pool looked nice but we didn't use it.
Excellent place to stay. Rooms were clean and breakfast was excellent. If you don't like noise, ask for a room away from the busy road. We didn't and it was very loud at times. Front desk employees were very kind. I wish they allowed small pets because there are times we like to travel with our little dog.
The beds were the best soft not not too soft. Room very clean. Staff very friendly. Felt very safe. Breakfast was really good. Could have used an extra blanket. The refrigerator could have been cooler. But overall very nice clean place to stay. I will be back.
The inn is located in an area where traveling vacationers can enjoy all Arkansas has to offer. Rooms are clean and ready for you when you arrive. Only problem we had the whole time was you have to make your own bed every day! Fresh towels and garbage out everyday but that is it. Breakfast was plentiful but dull! Same choice everyday for four consecutive mornings!
Terrible experience with 2 sleepless nights ... and no service. Noise - on main road means no sleep Air conditioner - noisy and dirty Bed uncomfortable and linen looked used! Room not cleaned daily and bins not emptied Breakfast very basic and not at all worth eating Manager needs to be replaced - absolutely did not care about our concerns. Being a regular Best Western visitor - these guys should either improve their game or be kicked out of the Best Western family.
We stay at this hotel every year but really reconsidering other options next year. The staff was awesome but the road noise and noise that could be heard from the rooms next to us along with hearing the elevator noise was extremely loud. We had two nights booked but only had enough towels and washcloths for one night in the room. The complimentary breakfast was the average breakfast.
In town for square dance festival and stayed 3 nights at Best Western. Very friendly, helpful staff. Hotel has a pool and hot tub but hot tub was temporarily out of order. Rooms were very clean with super comfy beds. Breakfast was very good. Each morning they had different potato dishes that were awesome. Hotel is located close to shopping, dining and entertainment. Good value for a very pleasant stay.
Remodel done in 2020. Everything looked quite new. Super friendly staff. Food was excellent. Room was very clean and comfortable. The AC worked wonderful and room temperature was good. The floor was nice and quiet. The location was perfect for access to both Rogers and Bentonville.
Was in Arkansas for a wedding and needed a place to stay the last couple of nights. Initially our stay was to be for 1 night but our plans fell through. Called the hotel the day of and asked to extend our stay and they were able to accommodate. Probably one of the best hotels I've stayed in. I don't stay in hiltons or other bougee spots but this was definitely up there. The room was huge and the beds were amazing. The breakfast far exceeded any expectations of a hotel breakfast. The only minor flaw I noticed was that the bathroom didn't seem to have a vent fan so it got pretty foggy when showering, but there was a full sized mirror right outside the bathroom and plenty of space to get ready. Will absolutely stay here again if ever in the area.
Great value! Clean comfortable modern rooms. Free breakfast. WiFi worked. Friendly staff. Central location.
Once again first impressions are with check-in. The woman on duty, late afternoon, on 6th June was just plain miserable. There are two principal room types in this hotel - standard and suite which gives a little more room area. For this reason we booked and paid in advance for a suite. Check-in took for ever because we had to wait for the lady to clear a jam in the printer. Once we were assigned a room I asked her to confirm it was a suite. She categorically told me that all the rooms were the same. So we went to the assigned room and compared it with the pictures online to find it was not the suite that we had paid for. Returning back to reception we asked to speak with the manager who reluctantly agreed, without any apology, that we were assigned the wrong room. We then had at least another 15 minute wait while he searched his system to find a room that was the suite we had paid for. Little by way of apology and no explanation as to why we were lied to. At this point we requested daily servicing which was acknowledged, we also reconfirmed this each morning. On day three returning to the hotel around 9:00pm to find the room had only been partially serviced. The manger on duty basically told me to get over it there was nothing he could do. All the staff had gone. Reluctantly he gave new towels and emptyed the bins leaving me to make up the bed. The room was a good size but dark, noisy 1980 style air conditioner and a very basic TV. Before booking to get a little more detail on this hotel we checked on secondary sites that advertise this hotel stating all rooms have rooms safes. This is very important to us as international travellers however not a single room has a safe. Digging deep for positives. The Wi-fi was good, the parking was free and the man that took over on the front desk was extremely friendly and helpful. Bentonville has better hotels.
Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were modern and clean. Breakfast was normal for this chain. I'll stay again.
The hotel is fine except for staying in a room by the road. I hardly slept the first night. I finally downloaded some white noise to block out the traffic.
The room had bed bugs, the shower had black mold, hair on the walls, and the shower curtain was torn, the air conditioner was full of dust and dirt, and there was hair on various surfaces in the room when I checked in. I would not recommend this hotel.
Clean, comfortable room, conveniently located, close to restaurants and shopping. Friendly, accommodating staff, very good hot breakfast with lots of variety, all staff very friendly and accommodating. There was severe storm damage all around us and other hotels that had to shut down, but this best western was able to honor our reservations and accommodate us. We would definitely stay again while in the area. I pray for healing and recovery for everybody affected by the disastrous weather
We experienced severe storms that caused a loss of power in the area. Thanks to the staff of the hotel for the professional manner the situation was handled. We had a very short night and because the power was out in the area, we only stayed one night. We will look forward to a return visit if/when the event we were attending is rescheduled.
The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and spacious. The children enjoyed the indoor pool and the adults enjoyed the patio area. The hotel is in a good location with a coffee shop near by and a few food choices just across the street.
Great experience here. Nice staff, very clean hotel, comfortable beds, good breakfast. Absolutely no complaints-would stay here again when we come back. Some Best Westerns are not the greatest but this one was a good choice and I am rather picky when it comes to rooms.
We had a great stay here. The hotel was very clean, the staff were professional and very customer service oriented. The complementary breakfast was great, super fresh and regularly restocked. Todd made the check process a breeze and was very kind. Looking forward in staying here again on my next business trip.
Brian from the front desk was extremely helpful! Having a bilingual person is a need for a business! Clean room, great amenities, will definitely be back! I will recommend this hotel to all my friends.
Service from the night “manager” was the absolute worst. It should not be an issue and you shouldn't be met with an attitude every time you ask for towels and clean linens when you are staying for several days and housekeeping never comes. Was not happy with the service we received.
beware what they charge you we were supposed to pay the discounted unreundable rate 4 Gold member Seniors & they charged full rate! Michael Sloane, manager, said he would fix it BUT HE DIDN'T KEEP HIS WORD!! (Maynard was great)
Difficult to get into the parking lot when there is traffic. Had to change rooms. First room had tub issue and urine smell in bathroom wall/floor. Key cards worked sometimes. I would call this place a tall motel.
Breakfast was hot, always sausage and eggs, oatmeal, yogurts, fruit, bagels ans toast, Every other day may include bacon, biscuits, french toast stix, waffles. Clean rooms, friendly staff.. has heated indoor pool that we did not try out.
Very clean and courteous staff. They actually had bacon for breakfast, it is hard to find that these days. Second day I had the waffles, and they were very good as well. Very well lit parking areas. Lots of food options close by.
Although the room was clean and breakfast satisfactory, the TV was unavailable and the hot tub out of order my entire visit. We had to have our room keys recorded numerous times as they didn't work. I requested assistance with my Best Western points, but was ignored as staff moved on to the next guest more than once. There should have been some compensation for the lack of amenities. Not the best visit! Lots of other hotels in the area.
We stayed here in the middle of the week and unfortunately it was the slowest checkin process we've ever had. The people working were new but only one of the two terminals was being used for the longest time. They were kind and let us all know that they would be with us as soon as possible. We finally got checked in and the room was great! The bed was very comfy and the pillows were good. TV, comfy bed, sofa and coffee machine all good and what more do you need for just one night? Well, a quieter room would have been good. We were on the street side and I wouldn't recommend it. We could definitely hear the street noise as well as the trash trucks at 4am-UGH! Breakfast was so-so even for a continental breakfast. The heated food was slightly warm but there were other options like waffles, cereal, fruit and bagels. The coffee was hot and tasty and hot tea was a option. A few off things but the room was pretty great, just not on the street side, and overall it wasn't bad. We'd come back.
Excellent hotel for a midline chain. I am impressed with how CLEAN this hotel is. They also have a carpeted stairwell and they vacuum it daily! I don't like elevators so I greatly appreciate nice stairwells. I highly recommend this hotel. It's been a quiet stay and the bed is very comfortable. AC works great and isn't loud.
Breakfasts were great. Good place to stay for reasonable price. Location was handy for my needs and many good restaurants in the area. Room was very clean and well appointed. Next time in area will certainly stay there again.
This hotel seemed to be in a convent location with several places within a 5-10 minute drive. We only stayed for one evening. The rooms were clean and had plenty of room, there is a pool available but it's on the smaller side and the hot tub was out of order. The breakfast seemed to be very limited as cereal, biscuits, sausage, and gravy with a couple juices available. Upon check-in they originally gave us the wrong room and sent us to a single bed when we had booked a two queen room and I had to return to the lobby to have this issue resolved. The staff was polite, but not overly friendly. Overall it was a good stay and we would consider staying again when in the area.
When we arrived at the hotel, I asked if I would be able to pay with cash at checkout. I was told that the hotel did not accept cash and that the charges would stay on my credit card. We were checking in on a Saturday, and I asked to speak to a manager. I was told that no manager would be available until Monday. When I went to checkout on Monday and asked to speak to a manager, Thomas came to the desk. What struck me as odd was that Thomas was dressed in a hoodie sweatshirt, shorts, and a t-shirt. When I asked to clear my credit card with cash, he also informed me that they didn't take cash. When I asked why, he stated that they have had trouble with cash. I replied, "Cash is Cash. How have you had trouble?" Thomas then stated, that in the past people have paid cash, left a credit card on file and when they checked out and left the room destroyed the hotel would find out that the credit card was maxed out and could not be charged for the damage. When I pointed out that the hotel website did not state that this particular hotel did not accept cash, Thomas answered "NOPE." I then told him that had I known that they didn't accept cash, I would not have made the reservation. Thomas then told me, "You didn't have to check in!" When I asked him what I was supposed to do, he waved his arms in the air and said, "There are a hundred hotels within a stone's throw!" I then asked and was told the owners name was Jay Patel and that there was no way to speak with him. I then told Thomas that we have friends in the area and would be visiting often and that I would not be using his hotel in the future. He replied, "OK," and shrugged his shoulders. I would like to say that the rest of the staff where great, hotel was clean, room was comfortable, but Thomas' attitude was really off-putting and arrogant and made me believe that he could care less about this guests. Mr. Patel needs to revisit his policy and reconsider accepting cash at checkout. As we were leaving, Thomas, in a very sarcastic and snide voice, said, " HAVE A NICE DAY!"
Hotel is a convenient ride to downtown Bentonville. It's clean and well appointed. We were pleasantly surprised to find our room refreshed after the first night of two of our stay. Breakfast had several choices and was better than most hotels that include this as part of the stay. Pool area looked clean.( we didn't use it) We agreed that the only negative was that the outdoor sign advertises “ hot tub” and it's currently out of order. A quick fix to the sign would eliminate frustration for guests who have the impression that a hot tub is an available amenity. ..it's easy to correct until it's fixed. (Hint to manager)
Our room was comfortable, beds were really good and they provided several pillows for each bed that varied in thickness. The couch, microwave, and fridge were clean and in great shape . I enjoyed the workout room with the adjustable AC/heat and a cool water dispenser. They also provided clean towels in both the pool area and workout room.
These Best Western Plus hotels are quickly replacing our ‘old' loyal motels. This was fantastic. The room was exceptionally lovely — big, well done, couch, refrigerator, microwave, great AC, fun color combos —everything was super, And, the price was exceptional!
Before reserving make sure amenities are working. I made a reservation not knowing the jacuzzi was down til further notice, signs on the pool door. So you don't know this til you're checked in. The only reason I stay here occasionally.. I will be considering other hotels now.
I have stayed at Castlerock many times. The staff has always been friendly and helpful. When you come in late and need a fork or something they do their best to get for you. The only downside to this is hearing traffic at night. I'm from a community where there is little noise at night. I know this before I go and just adjust. Enjoyed my stay.
Winter storm was approaching, and we were very interested to find a 'room at the inn'. Very happy with the decision to press on to Bentonville and book the Best Western. Easy to find. Clean. Comfortable bed. Quiet. Room darkening shade. Good breakfast. Friendly / helpful staff.
We traveled to meet up with family and it was Great! Organized, Clean and Very Friendly. Kids had a blast in the pool and breakfast was a great start for the return home. We will be back for more next time.
We have stayed at this hotel on two separate occasions in the last few months and have found it to be good both times. The beds are comfortable and room amenities are in good working order. We would like to see Bibles in the rooms! We are grateful for microwaves and refrigerators in the rooms and the refrigerators have not been noisy in the slightest! (Sometimes small refrigerators are very noisy!) The pool and hot tub are among the cleanest we have seen and we have spent MANY nights in hotels over this last year. The staff members have been courteous and helpful. Breakfast has several choices including hot items, fresh fruit, a waffle iron, cold cereal, oatmeal, yogurt and fruit cups. The small negative---the hotel is close to a busy road so the rooms are sometimes a bit noisy. I sleep with ear plugs but thought I'd mention this in case it's an issue for anyone else. Just a word about our most recent visit. Upon check-in, we were given keys to a room. There was a light on in the room when we opened the door and the bathtub and toilet looked like they needed to be cleaned. The beds looked well made but I reported the conditions of the bathroom and we were moved to a different room. A little later that night, a couple checked in and they were given that room (we were next door) and I don't think anything had ever been done about cleaning that bathroom. I could be wrong but everything looked exactly the same as when we had checked in there at first. Since we have had good experiences there, I can recommend it as a viable and convenient stay.
We stayed in the best western while visiting Bentonville . The hotels were all booked around town but the Best Western was able to put us in one room our first two nights and then move us to a different room the next night . We appreciate the extra work they did to help us .
We had a very disappointing stay at this BW plus. It is located on a very busy and loud road, so good night sleeps were hard to come by. We get the feeling this place has financial problems as it seems to be running on a shoe string. We stayed there 3 nights, the first morning they were out of a few food items, the second morning they were out of even more items and had no plates, the third morning, still no plates and even less food. The excuse was the food truck didn't show up. Do they run such a tight ship that they don't even keep extra plates on hand. Don't they have stores in Bentonville. When they ran out of fresh fruit and plates, couldn't the manager just run to the local Walmart and pick some up. To just say the truck didn't show up day after day is a lame excuse. Also they seem to cater to a lot of construction workers, so the carpets were in need of shampooing. Can't recommend this BW plus, sorry !!!
Hotel was very noisy as they had a large group of adults staying there for security at an event and had to ask people at 4am to leave hallway where they were talking very loudly outside our door. They proceeded to bang on doors at 8am to wake everyone up the next morning. Refrigerator was not working and after complaining twice we gave up. Had to ask a number of time for the room to be serviced and on the last day it was never done.
Overpriced. Staff has a bad attitude. Airconditioning didn't work. Shower had NO water pressure at all. Breakfast food was not good. After our car was hit in the parking lot, we were told that the cameras don't work in the parking lot. Pool was out of order. Equipment in the fitness room was out of order. We were informed by the staff after staying one night that they only clean the rooms every three days, and it was our responsibility to find a housekeeper to get clean towels. After reviewing our bill, we also found that we were charged a CONVENTION & TOURISM TAX of $9.32 a night. We were not at a convention. We were a family traveling to visit family. DO NOT RECOMMEND this hotel.
The best part of this hotel was the fantastic breakfast. I was glad that they even provided gloves for the guests when they served themselves on the buffet, but unfortunately you can lead a horse to water but cannot make him drink. Hardly anyone used the gloves and just dug right in - ugh. My husband ate off the buffet, but I chose to only eat the items that I prepared myself, and fortunately there were plenty of great choices such as make it yourself waffles with a variety of toppings, oatmeal with plenty of toppings, all kinds of cereal, fruit, and yogurt. We looked forward to breakfast every morning. The king room was large and comfortable. The biggest problem was that the lock on our door was very temperamental. Half the time we couldn't get our keys to open the door and once when we got inside, we couldn't get the door to unlock and we were stuck in the room until the front desk came up with a special device to get the door open. It was Room 302 and if a fire would have occurred, we wouldn't have been able to get out of the room. Also, there were no tissues in our room, no lotion, just one bar of soap for both the sink and the tub to share and only two sets of towels. We had to go to the front desk to get clean ones whenever we needed them because the rooms are only cleaned every three days. I understand the issue of not having enough housekeeping workers due to the limited amount of staff that hotels are experiencing, but maybe they should put extra towels in the room so it wouldn't be necessary to go search them out every day.
We were told we could bring our service animal. When we got here we were denied to use the room we booked after being told we could. Very poor customer service. They need to get there employees on the same page. We drive all the way here and have to find somewhere else to stay. Mary
No service was supplied even though requested and I tipped!!. I had to put towels and trash in the hallway. No towels were ever replaced. The beds are very uncomfortable. I hesitate to stay at a best western plus again
We stayed at the Best Western Plus two weekends this past month while attending concerts at the Wal Mart Amp in Rogers. This hotel is very convenient to the Amp. It was nicely furnished and up to date. The first weekend I was a little concerned in the greeting that we received at check in. I have chalked it up to someone just having an off day. Our second stay was great and the couldn't ask for better service at check in. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The pool and gym looked nice although we didn't utilize either. The AC worked great and there was plenty of hot water. We will definitely return to this location in the future.
Clean facility. Easy check in. Comfy soft bed. Blanket was subpar & rough (old). Kids loved the pool/hot tub. Nice breakfast including hot and cold choices. Slow elevator. Lots of cleaning product residue on bathrm floor. Multiple eating choices on same stretch of road. Overall enjoyed our stay and would stay here again if in the area.
This was one of the worst experiences I ever had at a Best Western. It's a very modern, nice hotel, but the service is absolutely terrible. Fridge didn't work and they didn't try to fix it. We were there 3 nights, and they never made up our room - we would come back in the afternoons to a messy room and would have to request service and leave again while they made up the room. The staff has family and friends staying there and sits with them and prepares food for them while on the job, which seemed unusual to me - especially when food is out. The breakfast lady was in the pool with 2 infants later in the day.
Hotel is nice, rooms are big. Pool is indoors, think its suppoaed to be heated but was cold. Hot tub is indoors tok but too hot. Needed some of that heat in pool. Breakfast was good and hot. Eggs, Bacon or Sausage. Waffle maker and biscuits ans gravy, juuce and cereal and other assorted items.
Bed was slept in, trash under couch cushion and bad stain on cushion, pubic hair on tolit, no house cleaner available so had to disinfect and change linens myself!!! All I got from check out was “ oh I'm sorry” terrible!!!
This hotel was very clean. The pool was tidy and the water was clean. There were several breakfast options and the food was fresh and delicious. The location was easy to find and accessible. Parking lot was well lit at night. The room was clean and very comfortable. I would 10/10 stay at this hotel again and recommend it to my friends and family.
There were no issues. The room was cool and spotless. Service was friendly. I rode the elevator with the maintenance staff and he asked how my stay. He was genuinely concerned that things were comfortable and “up to par”. Breakfast had a big variety for all types of appetites. Will definitely be staying here again.
Hotel was about a mile west of the interstate. We had a nice large room and a comfortable bed. The staff was helpful. There was a Hot Breakfast with a good selection and variety of items. They have a large hot tub in the pool area.
Hotel was about a mile west of the interstate, We had a nice large room, comforatble bed. The staff was helpful. Theer was a Hot Breakfast with a good selection and varietyof items. They have a large hot tub in the pool area..
Picked this hotel based on reviews. It was a disappointment. This is an older hotel that was refurbished at some point. Room could use a good deep clean. Carpet was dirty and stained. We asked to be moved due to allergies but front desk didn't accommodate. Years of dust has collected behind headboard. Bug crawled on me at night. Got up but couldn't find it. Gave them 2 stars for size of room, refrigerator and microwave, clean bathroom.
We stayed at the hotel for a wedding. The staff was extremely helpful and the facilities were clean and spacious! The location was perfect. We were very close to many restaurants. Not far from downtown and so many trails and attractions.
Very nice and clean. Extremely attentive, caring, nice staff. Comfy bed and linens, quiet, fitted blind kept it dark, good hot breakfast (biscuits and gravy were better than restaurants), nice pool, soft towels.
The hotel lobby is very nice and modern. The rooms are spacious and clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast is the best we have had in over 2 years and we have spent 200 nights in hotels during the past 2 years. We would highly recommend this Best Western if you are in the area.
This is the best hotel we've stayed in over the last few years. We were greeted at the front desk by a very friendly and helpful staff member. We reserved two queen suites and they were very comfortable and clean. Breakfast was great! Good selection and temperature was on point. Get ready to stand in line for a waffle! We WILL stay here again when in the area.
We stayed for three nights and for two of those nights, two young grandchildren stayed with us. Most all of the staff was friendly. The beds were comfortable, the rooms were clean and bathrooms were well stocked with towels. The hotel is quite close to I-49 and easy to access. The pool and hot tub were about the cleanest I've ever seen anywhere! SO NICE! Breakfast was adequate but I'd like to see a little more fresh fruit available. We didn't notice any. One thing we really appreciated too was that there was a Bible in the room. We've traveled a lot over the last 6 months and sadly, many hotels and inns have not had Bibles available in the rooms so this was a very nice inclusion. Well done! And for those who are frigtened by illness or have genuine concerns based on their individual needs, they can wear masks if they want and there is hand sanitier and clear plastic gloves at breakfast. For those of us who understand that life comes with risks and that "one size does NOT fit all" and that everyone is responsible for their own health care choices, masks and all of that other "stuff" is NOT asked for. THANK YOU FOR YOUR COMMON SENSE AND COMMITMENT TO FREEDOM!
I have stayed at this hotel 4 times now and each week I come back, it never disappoints! The staff is so friendly! The rooms are huge and the beds are sooooo comfortable! Shout out to the sweet woman who makes breakfast on the weekends! She is amazing! She knows I'm coming in from work and always asks how my night went! I will be sad when my contract is over and I won't be staying here every weekend! I love it that much!
I have stayed here a few times and have also sent friend's here. The people in this hotel are so friendly and helpful. Darry will go beyond your expectations to assist you in any way, as well as the sweet ladies in the breakfast area.
Hotel conveniently located, traffic noise was a bit much but fan blocked it out. Superb breakfast, huge array of items. Rooms updated and beds and pillows were superb too. Bathroom counter was huge and shower was nice and hot.
Quick summary: I base the review on what I expect of this "value added" class of hotels, i.e. not the 5-star hotels. Clean, comfortable, with a very good breakfast. Friendly, professional staff. Near Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art and downtown Bentonville. We are on a road trip and wanted to stop by the Crystal Bridges Museum of Art (you should also see the Frank Lloyd Wright hose while you are there.) We stayed in room 310, a room with two comfy queen beds and lots of pillows. All the amenities we love at BW properties: fridge, microwave, coffee maker, good desk/chair, TV with lots of channels, chest of 3 drawers. We appreciate the closet with a door (not open closet) even in the age of COVID when staff don't come into your room until you check out. Tub/shower combination. Shampoo and conditioner toiletries; no body lotion (bring your own.) Soap, of course. Very good breakfast of hot and cold items: eggs, sausage, biscuits, breads and pastries, fruit, etc. I especially the dish of potatoes, peppers, onions, and sausage. Spotless housekeeping. HVAC and complimentary wifi work well. Nie outdoor pool area. Friendly, professional staff throughout. Reasonably close to the Crystal Bridges Musuem of American Art and downtown Bentonville. We'd be happy to stay here if we are in the area again.
Bed had crumbs in it & some pieces of hair that weren't mine. Made me wonder how long it had been since the sheets were changed. There were spots of what looked like food on the couch as well. Some spots in the bathroom weren't cleaned either. Kind of grossed me out
The staff here are always so friendly and helpful. Checking in is simple with multiple room options that always fit our needs. We love staying here whether it be with our kids or alone for a stay cation.
Really enjoyed the hotel. Kathy was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was beautiful. The pool, fitness center and lobby were all in great shape. The kids loved swimming. Breakfast was great, the food was hot so I know it was fresh. They kept it stocked and ready for the next guests.
Great hotel! At least for time of our stay, it was cheaper than the rest, but wasn't cheaper on value. Beds aren't home, but they're comfortable. Couch is comfortable where one could sleep on it instead of sharing a bed (dependent on the person size of course). Didn't ask how many rooms were booked, but it was quiet from both road and building noise. Good breakfast options. Cereal, biscuits, eggs, etc. Easy access to get in and out of.
Here to visit family and this hotel was just right. Clean, spacious rooms, reasonably priced, kind staff, and great full breakfast! Got the two connecting rooms for our family of five with young children and it was perfect. The only complaint is that both alarm clocks in both rooms went off right at 6am. We were already up (life with young kids) but it sure startled us. If you're hoping to sleep in, might check the clocks first! Hah! Overall this was a pretty great stay, and we will definitely be staying here again next time we're in town for a night.
Great staff, very helpful & friendly when we asked about places to eat. Room clean, bed very comfortable, overall hotel clean very clean. Lots of restaurants close by to get meals at during your stay, 1 right next door highly recommend
Was my worst experience staying in a hotel, the staff were so unfriendly and unprofessional and our room was dirty, when I requested it to be cleaned it was only vacuumed. We left a day early it was so bad.
The Hotel was Super clean, all employees were nice and accommodating. The front desk was helpful guiding us to great restaurants and activities to do in Bentonville. The staff added to the quality of our trip.
Very clean and well maintained and updated. The pool and hot tub were great! Staff was friendly and accommodating. Easy check in and check out. No complaints from me. More than I expected from a Best Western.
Clean, spacious room. Friendly staff. Close to Crystal Bridges and Bentonville attractions. Close to restaurants also. Stayed in October of 2021 -- hotel recently remodeled. Breakfast food was typical, staff kept area very clean.
We had several issues with this location. When checking in, we were given a key to a room that had not been cleaned - beds unmade, etc. We were given a new room which was clean. We were given incorrect information on the status of the hot tub/pool area, which we asked to be verified and we were then told that the issue had been fixed and was available. On the plus side, when we came back from dinner, the mini fridge was making a terrible noise. They called the maintenance person, CJ, and he came back and replaced the fridge stating that the motor was going on the old one. The next day, when we came back from an outing, we were surprised that the room had not been straightened up. My friend asked why and was told that housekeeping had to be requested. That had not been communicated when we checked in. It appears there is a communication issue at this location. Housekeeping did a great job after we requested our room be cleaned the next day. There was a lot of traffic noise but it was close to the airport.
Our room came with a king bed, microwave, mini fridge, good lighting and a grab bar in shower. There was lots of traffic noise during the day. At night is was much quieter. The property was clean and well maintained. The desk clerk was friendly. Although, when we first arrived she was no where to be found and we had to wait several minutes for service. Several shops and dining choices are nearby. A dine-in breakfast was available with a mix of hot and cold items. The mattress was very soft (I prefer to sleep on a mattress, not in a mattress). The shower diverter-handle was difficult to engage and the bathroom lighting could be better for shaving. We would probably stay here again.
This hotel is pretty good value, but it's a bit dilapidated. Room air is a bit stale--air freshener used to try to cover it up. Carpets need replacing. Shower pressure good, though fixtures a bit old. I skipped breakfast mainly due to COVID and picked up Starbucks up the street. A First Watch across the street. It was busy but my room experience was quiet. Mainly a good choice when you're cutting costs.
The hotel was spotless clean, room was nice size and nicely appointed. Hot breakfast was very good. The staff stands out by going above and beyond. Impressive service. I will surely stay at Best Western Plus Castlerock Inn & Suites if I am in Bentonville again.
Staff was nice, friendly and helpful. My husband stayed here a few months back and recommended I stay at this same hotel. I'm glad I did. The hotel manager (I believe) is very nice. She talked with me and gave me info on the area, which I appreciated.
We had been planning a trip to Chrystal Bridges for a while and decided to book overnight in Bentonville. I chose Best Western Plus for the price mostly. After all, it was only a one night stay. I didnt expect much for the lower price but our stay was fantastic. I booked 2 rooms, a king and 2 queens. Both rooms were really spacious, with comfy beds, a lounging area with couch and desk and nice size tv. The staff were friendly and helpful and the guy cleaning the pool area was happy to take a picture of the three of us. Breakfast was cooked, with lots of choices. I really wasnt expecting so nice a stay and will definitely book again!
My wife and friend came down for a concert and had a wonderful time. The hotel was conveniently located about 4 miles to the venue. The rooms were nice and spacious along with a well mannered staff. Could use a shuttle to and from the venue but definitely would stay again
Clean hotel all the way around & friendly staff. Pool & breakfast was available during stay. Comfortable rooms & hotel is close to lots of stuff the area has to offer. Would stay again next time I'm in the area.
Very pleasant cozy clean room, staff made me feel at home. Location was out of the way of the main city bustle but super convenient to everything needed. Cant say enough good about all staff and the best western
For the positive the staff was very friendly and our room was clean and the bed was comfy. Sadly the breakfast consisted of packaged pastries cold cereal and coffee. The majority of hotels in the area have lifted covid restrictions so they are behind the times on this. Also the pool was murky, cloudy and the jacuzzi was broken.
We spent one night here on the way to the College World Series in Omaha. BW is not one of our “go to” brands, but we had not made reservations and those properties were all booked. We saw this property on TripAdvisor and decided to try it. It's obviously an older building with those design challenges, but it looked to have been recently renovated, and it was spotlessly clean. Front desk staff was friendly and the bed was comfortable. We didn't try the breakfast, but there were a number of restaurants nearby of all cuisines, and I did notice a Target, Kohls and some other places near, so that was all very convenient. Refrigerator and microwave in the room, which had a large sofa. Did I mention this place was clean?
Breakfast is minimal, do not rely on it. Back door did not lock, anyone could walk in. Room was not cleaned during our stay, if this is a policy, we were not notified at check in. Area around pool dangerously slick - my child fell 3 times just walking. Was unable to get anyone at the front desk from the room phone. The rooms was nice and clean when we arrived.
Loved the sofa in the alcove when it was raining. Loved the convenient location for the whole B'ville to Fayetteville series of attractions like botanical gardens, mini golf, art trails outside Crystal Bridges, and of course the museum itself. Especially loved soaking our sore feet at the end of each day in the hot tub!
The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean. We will definitely be staying there when we go to Bentonville. Due to covid, breakfast was limited but still had adequate choices. They provided quick check in and check out.
I booked w/3rd party. My Graduating granddaughters dates changed and the third party would not work with our changes. HOWEVER!, BEST WESTERN WORKED OUT EVERY CHANGE WE NEEDED (PLANS CHANGED 3 TIME DUE TO WEATHER AND GRADUATION CHANGES & number of rooms and joined rooms) on the phone, check in, lobby, room accommodations, breakfast, check out all spectacular!! grateful for making our family gathering for grand graduation a success and perfect memory!!
Clean rooms. Not staff wasn't as friendly as day staff. We spent a lot of time in the room do to surgery of the mouth. We were looking for clean and affordable. Our room had a cute mini sofa great place to play cards. Watch tv and keep a 7 year old from hurting her self after surgery.
We stayed in this hotel for 2 nights while visiting the Crystal Bridges museum, on our way to a family ATV trip in the Ozarks. Forget the free breakfast. There is a First Watch breakfast/lunch place right across the street. Excellent food & service.
Passing through Benton for the night, I came across this Best Western. As a past stewardess and frequent traveler, I found this motel an absolute find! It was very inexpensive, well situated, the staff was amazing and it was so clean and fresh it gave the appearance of having just opened. Room with single King had a large sitting area off to the side. Amenities included an indoor swimming pool with a jacuzzi adjoining a nice weight room. Breakfast hours are long. I wish every motel were so nice and reasonable!
Loved this hotel when I have stayed previously. Great location. With the new remodel, it was even better. I was pleasantly surprised at the value pricing also! Thrilled. Looking forward to returning with the family.
Our stay at the Castle Rock Best Western was excellent with one snag. They are not pet friendly so my wife stayed home with our two small dogs for this trip. We will be staying at hotels quite a bit in 2021 and will be traveling with our furry family members, so we will be looking for pet friendly hotels. We really like Best Western but have to choose another brand because of their no pet policy.
This hotel is very clean, well organized, and has excellent beds to sleep in. The Decour in the room is bright and cheery, and the furniture is new and well-kept. The only downside to our stay is the road noise which can be unbearable starting at around five in the morning. No matter how loud we tried making our fan and noise cancellation devices, the road noise rumbles and is quite jarring while you're sleeping. As well, the doors do not have soft close doors and slam loudly. Breakfast was also awful - full of cheap carbohydrates and no fresh fruit.
I presented a $25 rewards certificate upon check in along with a different card from what I had used to book the stay. Victoria gave it back to me almost immediately with my credit card I wanted to use to pay. I inquired if she got the certificate applied because it was so fast. She said she did. She not only did not apply the certificate she also used the card I had booked the stay with instead of the card I had presented her with. I do not think it is appropriate to lie to anyone, especially a Best Western rewards member. The hotel was nice and the bed was very comfortable but I don't know if I could ever stay there again based upon the behavior of the staff member.
we have stayed in several hotels during covid and this one was the worst. No coffee machine in the room and the “breakfasts” was a juice cup and a low quality muffin that nobody in my family was daring enough to try. also no coffee at breakfast. it was clean
We were very pleased when we arrived at this hotel to see that people in lobby were wearing masks and other COVID precautions were being taken. When we arrived in our room, I'd brought Clorox wipes and wiped down all the hard surfaces in the room and bathroom. My wipe was as clean as it was when I started. We felt much better about our decision to stay at this particular hotel. This is the only time we've stayed away from home since March. Breakfast included several individually packaged items that we selected and took back to our room. The selection included 3 types of cereal, protein bars, yogurt and muffins. Orange Juice and 2% milk were available as beverages. We don't drink coffee so I don't remember if coffee was available.
Chose this hotel as a base for traveling around Northern Arkansas. Very convenient to downtown Bentonville and Crystal Bridges Museum. Short drive to Eureka Springs, Rogers, Springdale, and Fayetteville. Room was nice size and staff were very friendly and helpful.
Made my reservation through the app while sitting in the parking lot. Walked in and everything was ready for me to check in immediately. Check in was a breeze. Everything was mask compliant and hand sanitizer was available everywhere. Plenty of towels and pillows. The room I was in had one of the most comfortable bed I've ever slept on. I actually took the covers off when I was done to see who made it. Nice, new pillow top mattress made for a really, really comfortable night. This hotel stay exceeded all of my expectations, not even considering the price. For the price, it blew way past my expectations. I would stay here again without hesitation because of the friendly staff, and the fantastic room.
Very nicely maintained property at great location in Bentonville, social distancing and face mask requirement compliant, hand sanitizer dispenser on every floor, professional, welcoming and helpful employees, in particular Darry.
Room exceeded expectations. I especially enjoyed the pillow top mattress on the bed. Best nights sleep I have ever had in a motel. I would definitely stay at this location again. Far exceeded other motels I have stayed at recently. Loved the spacious room.
Our room was quite spacious and a real value. Beds were comfortable, staff was friendly, and the hotel has a good location. Of course, the covid situation affected some things such as the pool and hot tub being closed, and a limited breakfast menu consisting of sandwiches and fruit juice to take back to your room - but that situation is out of the control of the hotel. I considered the spacious room to be a good value, and would definitely stay here again and recommend it to my friends.
dont stay they will cancel you room and not tell you cancelled our room within 2 hours of making it kathy, blnca and manger dont care to fix problem stay at the double tree next store better hotel and
Hotel and room was updated but room had an odor. We also called to confirm the pool was open before reserving for the weekend but upon arrival was told it was closed. Night front desk staff was very unprofessional.
New Hotel and very nice, clean and comfortable. However it was during COVID and they could have done a better job preparing us as to what to expect in the morning. No coffee and served a frozen Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwich that we had to bring back to the room to microwave...not good. Also we stayed on the 1st fl and had to go to the 3rd fl for ice machine.
If you are traveling with a family or with someone in a wheelchair, make this your overnight stop. The ADA room is next to the back entrance and right off the parking lot on the first floor. So easy to get to and quiet too. The bathroom has a no-step shower entry, height adjustable shower head, and a portable shower chair just like you would have at home. Lots of space to move around throughout the room and bathroom. Movable tables (photo) and power adjust blinds. Beds super comfortable and AC fairly quiet. Simply awesome!
The front desk is staff 24-7. They go out of their way to remember your name, and accomodate early check-ins. Early check-ins are wonderful for us business travelers. It allows us to refeshen up from a long flight, and drop-off your luggage so you aren't dragging it around the client's office Monday monrings.
If you use ice, ask for a room on the 2nd floor at the East end of the hotel, especially if you re disabled. When you pay, if you reserve with one card, but want to pay with another, don't leave the hotel until you have double-check that the paying card has been used.
This is a very nice hotel. The internet was very fast and the breakfast was very good served at 6:00 am There are several restaurants in the area. The staff at this hotel were friendly and helpful. Every time I travel to this area I stay at this hotel.
I stayed for the holidays, clean, espaciuos, good complimentary full breakfast , pool and hot tub, great people at the front desk, we stayed 4 days and was relaxing and just great. The temperature in the room was good and good channel selection on TV. Very nice stay!
Lady at front desk at check inn, that evening, and the next morning was very sweet and gave excellent customer service. Gentleman tonight, not as great but still good! Breakfast was less than wonderful - we will go somewhere else in the morning. Based on the breakfast that we felt was lacking AND mostly the HAIR on the bed when I pulled the cover down - THAT DIDN'T BELONG TO US - is why the review is a four. Really thought about a three for those reasons but the young lady I mentioned earlier was just - perfect!
We really enjoyed our king suite room. We came for both business and family bike weekend. Our room was spacious enough to fit 3 mountain bikes and still have room to move around in. It was very clean and tidy. We have stayed here twice and was able to request our room of choice.
We always find a comfortable and clean place here when we stay and try to get here at least once a year. Comfortable clean rooms. Great hot breakfast. Good location. And employees that treat you like family. Would highly recommend it!
Room nicely decorated, breakfast area and lobby clean. Parking good. Staff very accommodating. We stay up here a lot from Dallas. Our hesitancy usually is price. Lots of choices in the area. However this BW is consistent and convenient for some trips.
After a very long drive and days of meetings, it was great to be greeted by such friendly folks at the front desk. They went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed and helped me pick the perfect place for dinner.
I was staying one night, following a visit to Crystal Bridges. I chose this hotel because of ratings, price, and complimentary breakfast. It was clean, quiet, and the breakfast was as expected. It's a good choice.
Room was clean and up to date. WiFi worked well. Breakfast had a good selection including eggs and sausage. Check-in and check-out were both easy. The hotel was well situated and easy to get to and from downtown and major sites.
Great value. Breakfast was okay. Waffles were mushy, egg fold ups were below average. Breakfast staff was very attentive. Had a drain issue in the sink that we reported. If I didn't ask a second time it wouldn't have been remedied.
The room was a very good size, but the bathroom was a little small. The water was very hot. There was a typical breakfast and that was fine. We didn't swim or use the exercise room. We slept well and the room was a 4.5 on cleanliness.
Everything was nice. Super helpful front desk person. Breakfast was awesome. I'm big on everything smelling fresh and not musty and this place was perfect in that regard. Will definitely stay again. Great experience!
I travel a lot for business and do a lot of hours of diving to get there from Chicago. The hotel is very convenient to where I want to be and the staff is very helpful when I arrive late at night. The room is always very clean and comfortable. And the breakfast was very good. I very highly recomment Best Western to all my friends and family
As a frequent visitor to Crystal Bridges Museum I've stayed in a variety of Bentonville hotels. This one has clean, fresh quiet rooms and brightly lit hallways. Breakfast is okay, nothing special. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Good value, especially for weekend rates. I'll be back.
Stayed here after electric went out for days at my house due to storms. Great experience! Staff were professional and friendly. Rooms were well maintained. Bed was comfy. Great location close to restaurants and shopping.
Very clean, Reasonbly priced. Attentive front desk staff. easy check in. comfortable room and beds. Stayed 3 nights, and stay was perfect, We were up late each night and housekeeping did not disturb us early as some properties do. There was not a need to place the Do Not Disturb SIgn. Clean bathroom, clean rooms.
Great bed terrible breakfast. The room was clean and neat. It would be nice if the shower were bigger. The towels were clean and abundant but they were not soft or fluffy. I especially appreciated being able to go to the whirlpool after hours as long as I was quite.
ALWAYS a pleasant stay!! Front Desk folks ALWAYS exceptional. Coffee always exceptional; as is breakfast. CLEAN!! Rooms, lobby, breakfast area, exterior. Have never had a worry about the parking lot area. Always sleep well; Quiet, clean, comfortable....Always at a comfortable price! Whats not to like?? We've been staying here whenever we visit NWA & have not ever had a stay which made us consider another location. This is the one!!
First time in Arkansas and we chose this location based on some reviews. The first room we had was dirty. When I complained it fell on deaf ears from the front desk. The swimming pool was in bad shape. We were unable to walk on the bottom of pool without pool shoes. The second room was cleaner. The desk was too big for room. Oddly the coffee pot was in the toilet area, I didn't understand that. Needless to say I won't be staying at this location if I'm ever in Arkansas again.
The room was nice, clean and comfortable. The furniture layout was a bit odd - the chair from the desk blocked the path to the door if someone was sitting at the desk. Other than that, the room is very nice - had a regular room, not suite, and we had king bed, desk, couch, closet, refrigerator and microwave in the room. My only regret is I wish it was closed to historic downtown area.
We had a sports competition in Bentonville, Arkansas. Stayed 5 nights. We had the best breakfast of any of the other families hotels that were there, and the best priceed room. Great staff, clean rooms, good service, what more could you ask for!
We have stayed at this hotel twice now and both times we have had a great stay. The staff is always helpful and very friendly. Breakfast is great! This time I did ask the front desk if the pool was ok to swim in because I could see some dark spots at the bottom she assured me it was fine and they are still maintaining it but in the next month they will be redoing it.
Our room had everything we needed. Hair dryer, fresh linens and towels were all available. The location was only a few blocks from where we went for our entertainment. It was also easy to get in and out of and the price was unbeatable. The rooms were clean and the breakfast was outstanding! I would highly recommend!
Long overdue in writing this. Can't say enough about how both Lindas and other folks there were at front desk and with shuttle. Hotel was a great value and location. Felt so at home and welcome there.
This was a second choice due to the hotel I usually stay in was booked. I was happy that I made the choice to stay here as a alternative. It was a nice hotel with pool and hot tub. Had couch and chair and desk in room.
My 3 motorcycle riding friends and I stayed here on our cross country ride and once again BW came through with great accommodations! We actually spent 2 nights here because we need a downtime day and wanted to see the 2 Museums. Unfortunately one of our party was stricken with appendicitis and had to remain behind at hospital but Sabrina and staff were fantastic in helping us through this experience.
Weekend staff is great!!! Maintenance is working all around the hotel. Breakfast is what you would expect. Pool is NICE :) not freezing although the hot tub is struggling a bit. Beds are fair. You might be better off cleaning your own room and trading towels at the front desk.
We were traveling for an AAU basketball tournament and our games on Saturday were over by 11AM, check-in was not supposed to be until 3PM but after waking up early to drive in and having a cranky 1.5 year old, I decided to go ahead a check to see how early we could get in and Jody at the front desk was able to get us checked in early. The hotel was very clean and the staff was great. The hotel location was wonderful, centrally located, seemed like anything we were looking for was within 5-10 minutes. The only thing that would have made the stay better was a vent in the bathroom. The only way to clear the mirror was to keep the bathroom door open for a period of time.
I was pleasantly surprised when the front desk said the hotel was around 10 years old and they were looking to remodel this year. I thought it looked brand new. The staff obviously takes care of it. The hotel is setup for business travel.
Our stay at this hotel was great. The room and the hotel itself were the cleanest I've seen, and the staff is very friendly. We enjoyed the breakfast, and check in/check out was a breeze. I would definitely stay here again.
We had a great 2 night stay over Easter weekend. Staff was helpful, full breakfast was great, and rooms were very clean. The pool and hot tub looked very inviting but, we had no time to take advantage of those amenities.
We were visiting my son in Rogers. We stayed at the Best Western because of him. We were close to everything and easy access to the Razorback baseball field. The service was very good. The hotel was clean in and out. The service was helpful and the guest were very social and all of the guest were extremely pleased too. The area was had everything close by for us to visit, eat, and get gas for our travels.
This is one of the best lit hotels I've seen - lobby to bathrooms to rooms. First hotel I've been to in years that has sufficient reading light in every room. The rooms are very clean and functional. The whole hotel looks recently refreshed. The gym equipment is tuned, varied, and nicer than most other business hotels. The one thing that would make a business stay even better would be USB charging ports in the outlets, lamp outlets, and/or alarm clock.
The wife and myself were meeting members in our car club the morning of check-out and I had contacted Best Western about using some rewards points to get this facility. First time staying here and we did enjoy it. It is next door to a nice restaurant. The staff were friendly and helpful. Would stay here again when in the area.
Very friendly place to stay. It is in a safe location, clean and comfortable I always stay here for business and would recommend it to anyone Nancy at the front desk is awesome. She will treat you like family and welcome you in with open arms Love this place
The room and common areas were very nice. It was clean and up-to-date. The room was a great value for the price. The staff at the front desk and at breakfast the next morning was friendly. Free breakfast was a nice bonus - sausage, eggs, yogurt, oatmeal, waffles, etc. available.
Very Courteous, helpful staff. Always made us feel like valued customers. Went out of their way to take care of our needs and wants. Breakfast was always on time and well prepared and varied. Coffee and Juice were always available in the comfortable eating area. The breakfast area provides a comfortable place for groups to socialize.
This is a very nice and clean Hotel located close to very good restaurants. The room was very clean and quite. the internet is very fast and the breakfast is very good with a large selection to choose from. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
We stayed one night as part of an excursion to Crystal Bridges and found it to be very nice, indeed. The breakfast area is well-stocked and well-attended to. The staff went the extra mile for us and were gracious and professional. The pool looked inviting; I'd bring our swim suits for sure next time. Do bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste, though. They're not supplied in the rooms, but are available upon request at the front desk. All in all, we'd certainly go back and would recommend this property wholeheartedly.
Definitely will be back. Clean , Convenient, Value you can't beat ! I will keep this hotel on speed dial for my next visit to North West Arkansas. We had to leave before the hot breakfast was open at 7 but they accomodated us by having all the other items available to us when we departed at 6:15 am
If I could give a negative star here, I would! We chose to stay here again after staying in May and having a great experience. We drove 14 hours with 1 thing on our mind, getting in the hot tub! When we booked the room and upon check in we were not informed that the pool and hot tub were "closed for maintenance" we were, however, informed that the housekeeping staff would be off for Thanksgiving. (Kudos for that!) After our 14 hour drive, we got dressed and ready for the hot tub. We get down to see a note on the door saying the pool and hot tub were closed for maintenance until further notice. We got dressed, went to the front desk to inquire to be told "it's for maintenance but we do not have any maintenance scheduled and don't know when it will reopen." We would have booked a different hotel had this been told to us, even at check in. We wanted and booked a hotel with breakfast and a hot tub and we, unfortunately, are not able to get our moneys worth and will spend the next few nights dreading our hotel choice and upset we weren't informed at check in so we could have chosen different lodging options.
This is a very nice hotel located on a well traveled street of Bentonville. However, the room was quiet and no road traffic was heard. The location is excellent; close to the interstate, restaurants, and other commercial shopping areas. The rooms are large enough and very comfortable. The housekeeping is very good and the rooms were kept very well during our three day stay. Breakfast was good with a nice variety of selections. A good supply of warm food was maintained. We had no negative observations at all and would look forward to returning at a future date.
This is a nice hotel. Try n9t to get a eoom facing the main drag unless you like the siunds of traffic. The facility is convenient to several food options on foor. CLC members are not credited with points or stay credits to your rewards account.
Had 3 adults and 2 children staying in a room. They have microwaves and refrigerators in room and we chose a room with two queens and a sofa bed. It was perfect for our needs. Lots of space to stretch out. Breakfast was nice and kids liked the waffle and yogurt toppings. Pool is very cold but hot tub was warm.
This was a very nice and quiet hotel with a great breakfast. The exercise room was a little small; however, the hot tub and pool are really nice. We will definitely stay on our next trip to NW Arkansas
My spouse is a platinum member. We booked rooms months ago. They sent a confirmation email. We arrived and they had cancelled our reservation and gave our rooms to someone else. My spouse made the reservation with his bank card that had apparently expired before our trip. They said they tried to call, but cancelled....NO EMAIL! We have NEVER had this issue before and won't ever have to worry about it again. We will be cancelling the membership, it obviously means nothing to Best Western anyway!
This was a clean hotel with a decent breakfast. The breakfast items were nothing special, but typical of most complimentary breakfasts. It was nothing extraordinary, but a good place for a night or two. It was easily located off of the highway, and it was a quiet place to stay.
Our room was on the smaller side, which is what I chose since it was only myself and my significant other, but even so the layout was perfect. King size bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom was actually quite large! The breakfast options were great, the hotel staff were all hard working but always stopped to help when we needed it and very professional and personable. Will be going here again if I'm in the area!
The Castlerock Best Western was good. The cable was out for 2 days so that was an inconvenience not having television. The work out room was nice. The pool and hot tub was great, except for it closed to early (10 p.m.)
After a terrible stay the night before at a different hotel on the way south, this hotel was beautiful, clean, and inviting. The room was spacious and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and amenable. Breakfast was satisfying. The pool was too chilly for swimming, but the water cooler in the fitness center was a nice touch. Definitely recommend for this price point in Bentonville!
It has been a toubling month full of test results, chemo and radiation. Feeling rushed and overwhelmed. We stayed for 3 days while mom went for treatment. They got us in a lovely handicapped room, close to exit. We had special needs that were more than accomidated. I checked in with a gentleman ( I think his name was Darry) such a great smile and outgoing personality. His demeanor was matched by Blanca. I highly appreciate the time I had there to just relax and shake off the day. We felt so blessed to find this oasis in the chaos, and truly appreciate the staff who went above and beyond fo my mom and I. I did not catch all of the names, but one young man who I think was training on the front desk saw me searching for the ice machine....he very nicely took my bucket and went upstairs to fill it and brought it to our room. Another young man who worked as a breakfast server, saw mom spill milk, he came over and cleaned the spill and helped me calm her and eased her embarrassment. Completely wonderfil, a team that any hotel would be proud of. I give them my highest praise and reccommendations. Bless and thank you all.
We stayed here for one night and there won't be a second time. There is something wrong with the air in the hotel. Both Teen and I got scratchy throats, coughs but were better when we left. There is a citrusy cleaning fluid smell in the hall and that may be it. Starting at 6:30AM doors start slamming as people leave. The elevator bell rings constantly and despite getting in late, we couldn't sleep. The bathroom was pretty dated and I didn't want to shower here. Not a fresh fruit or vegetable was to be found at the breakfast buffet. Instead your choices are fat laden protein, rubbery scrambled eggs and sugary cereals and waffles. If that's your idea of breakfast, then this is your place.
Just average. Wouldn't recommend the 2nd floor, building is noisy and sleeping is difficult if you're a light sleeper. It's not the guest, it's the building itself. Also be careful pulling in and out the entrance/exit is narrow.
This hotel was one of the best experience we have had at a Best Western. The room was great. The bed was not so good. The pool was crisp and clean but not over chlorinated. The fitness equipment was in awesome shape. I really liked the extended pool time. Nice and close to the art museum and other activities. The mexican place bext door has really tasty food.
great hotel. Room was good for price and clean. Food for breakfast was good, wish it had something other than sausage for a meat, but lots of options for breakfast. It was good. The bed could be softer for me but was comfortable.
Have stayed at this property several times in the last year and each time have found it to be very pleasant and restful. The property seems to be well maintained with a respectful and accommodating staff.
The staff was friendly, courteous, very willing to help. Hotel room was clean and comfortable. Noise level was very low (very important). Breakfast options were good, food was hot, overall very good experience.
this is a very nice motel , i will stay here again,i liked how blanca came up with my price for the two nites, she said the machine says this price and it was a good price ,not over priced so that i was great with, over all very nice oh excellent cleaner in my room, bathroom was spotless when she came to clean
Not a huge place, but all the amenities you need. Inc gym and pool. Very helpful staff, nice fresh breakfast, open plan reception. Good parking and convenient location for downtown Bentonville. very good value, clean and safe. Definitely stay again.
This is the second time we have stayed in the Best Western Castlerock Inn and Suites in Bentonville while visiting family. Everything was excellent about the stay including the staff, room appearance, bed, internet, breakfast, etc. Didn't give it a 5 star rating because the air conditioner in room was really noisy. Otherwise, excellent place to stay.
This is a very nice hotel to stay in if visiting Bentonville. It seemed to be newly renovated since our king room was totally new and clean with a sofa and large bathroom. Reception is very friendly and the breakfast is fine. My husband and I were visiting the Crystal Bridges Museum, a short drive from the hotel. Crystal Bridges is a beautiful place with lots of outdoor area, suitable for families as well. The hotel is also a good place to stay for families and has a swimming pool and workout room. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.
Good value for the price. Bed was not as comfortable as I expected. Nice full hot breakfast included. Location is a little off the interstate on a busy road. Difficult at times to turn out of the parking lot. Staff is friendly and helpful.
Clean rooms, 2 queen beds & a pull out couch, was nice having a place to sit, had a microwave and an icebox, free wifi, indoor pool and hot tub, and free breakfast, what more could you want in a hotel
Stayed for 3 nights for a business trip. My arrival time was delayed so I called to let them know I would be arriving late at night. When I finally arrived and walked through the doors I was greeted by name and felt like I was an old friend coming back for a visit. Every one of the front desk staff that I saw during my stay was genuinely friendly to me and others. Always greeting people when walking by and asking if there was anything they needed. I liked that when I walked into my room at night that the cleaning people always left at least one light on. I hate walking into a room that is dark, especially when travelling by myself. The room was always clean and stocked with the usual supplies. The only thing that could be better is the breakfast offering. Breakfast choices were mostly starchy sweet foods. I only ate breakfast one morning because of this. The scrambled eggs were just that. Not much flavor or anything that could be added for flavor besides salt and pepper. Plenty of bacon to eat though. There were some yogurts to choose from and a few small fresh fruit options. The breakfast area was clean and there were Plenty of tables and chairs for everyone to sit. I would definitely stay here again for business or pleasure.
Four stars because of reasonable price, about 85.00 tax included. Room was clean, bed was good and had microwave and refrigerator. Door latch required you to be very intentional to get latched. Breakfast was NOT well tended to. Outside lighting was very poor in parking lot, a security concern for anyone at night.
I have stayed at many Best Westerns without any major issues and I used my reward points to stay at this lodging. Initially, I didn't review this hotel because it was mostly mediocre. I agree with some of the other reviews about the breakfast being below average for a BW Plus. In hindsight I should have found a mom and pop diner for breakfast. My poor review is a result of a mystery charge on my credit card statement. With no idea about what this charge could be for, I emailed the national customer service department for an explanation three days ago but haven't heard anything. More frustrating, I phoned Bentonville directly. The gentleman I talked to said that the manager was on the other line but would call me back with the billing explanation. That was four days ago. I will have to pay this credit card charge, but will not stay at this hotel again. And this experience influences my overall opinion of Best Western customer service.
We stay at Castlerock Inn several times a year and are always completely satisfied. We recommend this hotel to anyone we know that are going to stay in the Bentonville area. The location right on 71 business make it very easy to get in and out of town.
We stayed here while visiting a family member who is in the nursing home close by, the hotel was easy to find and get to and the rooms were great, this is the third time we have used this hotel and will continue using this hotel
This is a very nice Hotel. The rooms are very clean, quite and comfortable. It is located in a area with countless restaurants. If you can't find something to eat then you are not looking. the Breakfast was very good with a large selection and the people working there are very nice and helpful.
This Best Western is close to downtown and the Crystal Bridges Museum. Wonderful breakfast comes with the room and the service throughout the hotel is very professional and welcoming. I will definitely stay here again.
As a female traveling alone i felt very safe there. i was taking a flight out of XNA. I like specially that i can leave my car there for a few days till i come back spend the night before I dive home.
Good except some problems. They made our beds when we said not to, took the towels we had received from them this morning, and gave away room number to someone who should not have known the information.
We stayed at this Best Western to go to an exhibit at Crystal Bridges. The location was very good for that, only about three miles away. It was also convenient to get to the Bentonville square for dining. Room had a few spots that didn't look clean but overall we were pleased.
Must compliment check in staff. Very friendly and helpful. Nice breakfast. Outside area was pleasant for our picnic lunch. Good location for visit to town square and Crystal Bridges. Will definitely stay again if in Bentonville.
The check in was easy and fast. The room was very comfortable and clean. The breakfast was very good. Greg (if I remembered his name correctly) was very nice at keeping the breakfast stocked and fresh. He was very friendly and quick with a joke. The check out was easy, also.
Very nice, comfortable beds. Great staff. Loved this area. Had a nice time. Like my Best Western but takes some time to get points. Usually in a location we are traveling. Plan to travel again soon, so hope to use my points.
Been staying at this hotel since it opened. Nothing glamorous but easy to navigate from parking to check-in to room. When it needed a spoofing up it was done by my next trip. Cook that takes care of comp. breakfast is very attentive wanting you to be pleased. Layout of room with love seat couch and great to use movable desktop with e hookups. All of this would mean nothing if not for a good firm mattress and always works shower.
The positives of this hotel are that it's in a great location. Most of the staff was friendly and helpful. The negatives are that even though we are gold status members we only got 2 complimentary waters that we had to ask for. We stayed for 4 nights. We asked for water one night and was told by the girl at the desk that we would have to pay for the water. The housekeeper didn't clean our room. In fact, she was eating popcorn as she made our bed. We found popcorn on the floor by bed. We had no wash rags or bath rug one night.
Housekeeping staff was undermanned, causing a 30 minute delay getting checked in. Several groups were queued up in the lobby when we arrived. The bath tub in our room was exceedingly slippery. I went to turn around and did a gainer out of the shower, into the floor on my backside. (Nothing broke, fortunately) When I reported to the desk, all she could say was "Sorry" and "we have slip mats if you'd like one." A little late for that! Carpets in hall were well worn and past their prime. Next time I'll spend a little more money and be treated like a person and not like cattle.
i have stayed at this location twice, I should have learned my lesson the first time. Their rate per night is high, the room is quite small and if you arrive before the posted check-in time they will lie and say they have no rooms available. On both visits I was forced to sit in the lobby until the official check-in time and then magically all the rooms were cleaned and ready for guests. No more, I'll stay elsewhere next time.
Excellent service, clean and spacious room, and a wonderful breakfast, eggs, bacon, sausage, biscuits and sausage gravy, cereal, rolls, coffee, juice, and waffles, what more could you ask for. Dining area was clean and set up well.
Go to Bentonville and stay at the Best Western if you are an art lover. The Crystal Bridges Museum is absolutely outstanding. We visit art museums virtually all over the world and I would put Crystal Bridges in the top 5. The collection and exhibitions were outstanding but what I enjoyed very much was the architecture of the museum and the integration of the art with the lovely natural setting. We spent more than 5 hours there and enjoyed every minute. It was extremely affordable and the food was good for extras! Beyond that, we found little else in Bentonville to draw us unless the cult of Walmart draws you limit your expectations.
The staff are the typical MO/AR personality, down-home, friendly, and would give you the shirt off their back if you asked. We booked last minute and was on the first floor. Our room was exactly as described and pictured, and the pullout couch bed wasn't too bad either. Sheets were soft and comfortable. Had coffee maker, fridge, and thermostat controlled room. Will book here again next time we come to town!
We enjoyed our weekend at Castlerock Inn & Suites. We needed a weekend away and were well pleased with everything. The room location was very handy just a few steps away from the Hot Tub. The cleanliness of the hotel and especially the room was spot on! We would love to come back very soon!
We stayed one might and decided to stay the second night. we told the lady at the desk and she said OK, she told us what to do and we did. we stayed the second night but when checking out we were charged for 3 rooms. we could not get the people at the hotel to correct the error, so we were charged for a room we did not need or use. I would think that the Best Western people need to train there employees better. The hotel smelled of mildew. The breakfast was good
Have stayed here before and always return when in the area. In a great location with access to local attractions restaurants. Some other Best Westerns could/should use this hotel as a model to better their hotel.
We stayed at the Best Western Plus Castlerock Inn on our way to Diamond Crater State Park. We had a wonderful experience. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. We checked in late, so we appreciated their friendliness and the speed that they checked us into our room.
The desk clerk is the friendliest guy on the planet. (Heath) He was so kind and accommodating. He gave me a 1st floor room because I have a handicap child that needs to jump a lot. The room was fantastic and clean. It's location is very convenient to everything in Bentonville. We had gone to the Courtyard Marriot and received such a rude reception that we turned around and left. Bravo, Best Western, keep hiring people like Heath.
The staff was wonderful! They really made our visit even more enjoyable. Our room was clean and comfortable. We took full advantage of the pool and breakfast amenities and thoroughly enjoyed both. Wifi was good. Really, just an overall excellent experience and value.
Great place to feel like a home away from home. The Staff are wonderful and the rooms are very nice. Great location to everything I need in NWA. I always stay with them because I know I will be treated right.
We came in for Bikers, Blues, and BBQ. This was a convenient location. The staff was friendly. Most of the time breakfast was good. Coffee and Tea are always available. Enjoyed the hot tub too. Best BBQ was at Fred's Hickory Inn.
I make every effort to stay at Best Western whenever and wherever I travel. Being a Platinum member of HD/Best Western program helps to build points and free stays. The beds are comfortable, the staff is professional and knowledgeable about their respective local areas and attractions.
I have only good thing to say about Castle Rock Best Western! We have been staying there, 8 years, during the Hog football season. We always look forward to our visit. The rooms are always clean and neat, the breakfast is terrific, the pool and fitness center, clean and well kept. And the staff--TERRIFIC!!! I recommend this Motel to anyone traveling in the area.
Very clean and quiet. Staff is very friendly. Definitely recommend staying. Staff was very helpful, went out of their way to make sure everything was right and the room along with the entire place was very quiet. My wife and I will be back.
My family have always stayed at the Best Western years ago. It's been years since I've used a Best Western . It was a very pleasant experience . The staff is always making you feel welcomed are very friendly, and helpful. Rooms are spacious and clean. They also have a nice warm swimming pool and large whirlpool. They also have laundry services and an exercise gym. Breakfast is good usually eggs, sausage, bacon ,and biscuits. They also have waffles , whipped cream, and fruit. They also have assorted cereals and much more. I would definitely come back and recommend this hotel. It's also a very quiet Hotel well with that being said I would say it's well-insulated where you're not hearing much noise.
I was charged a pet fee when we didn't bring a pet. Call three times to reach the GM to dispute charges. When I finally reached the GM Christina Preston she was rude and told me to stop calling and she will call me back. She also lied and said she had me on camera with a pet which is impossible because I didn't bring a pet. She didn't drop the $150 charge even when I explained we didn't have a pet!
An excellent Best Western in Bentonville...price is much less than other BWs of similar quality...amenities are excellent...wifi in BWs is spotty, but super strong signal in this one...convenient to Walmart Headquarters and Crystal River Museum...
Over Labor Day weekend, my family and I wanted to visit Bentonville for the weekend. Crystal Bridges Art Museum and the Amazeum were on our to-do list, so we were looking for a hotel that was in close proximity. Best Western Castle Rock Inn and Suites fit the bill! It's less than 10 minutes from Crystal Bridges, the Amazeum and historic downtown Bentonville as well as super convenient to the city's wonderful green spaces and trail system. We checked in Saturday evening to an immaculately clean room. Front desk staff were consistently super friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Right away, our kids wanted to swim so we checked out the pool. The pool, hot tub and fitness room are arranged all together in a compact area, but this suited our needs just great. There is an outdoor patio area that extends the pool space for people who just wanting to socialize and not swim. We awoke each morning to a hot breakfast buffet complete with sausage, eggs, potatoes, fruit, fix-your-own-waffle, cereal and yogurt. Basically my children and husband were in heaven. I really appreciated that they offered gluten-free and dairy free options as well. The front desk also went the extra mile and offered to-go bags with fruit, a granola bar and a water bottle for those who couldn't make it down for breakfast or who needed a snack on their way out the door. My family and I would enthusiastically recommend this hotel as a budget-friendly and comfortable option for those who want to stay and play in Bentonville.
I selected this place because of the great reviews, decent price and hot breakfast. I was a little disappointed. In hindsight, i probably should have spent a little more and stayed at the double tree. The staff was definitely friendly as mentioned in many previous reviews. The hotel itself was ok. The room did have a slightly musty smell when we walked in. The bathroom didn't have any ventilation system, so showers caused lots of fogginess. The biggest disappointment was the pool was not working. After a long trip w/my kids from Dallas, my kids were ready to play in the pool. I packed swimsuits for them knowing there was an indoor pool all to disappoint my kids I just wished there was some indication (while booking) that mentioned the pool would be closed. No issues at all with wifi. The breakfast wasn't all that great. The bacon strips were super thin and fatty. The scrambled eggs were a li'l dry, Rest of the breakfast items were fine. Coffee was decent. Overall - it was ok based on price we paid. I don't think i will book here again, however.
We stayed here while traveling through town on a road trip. The rooms were affordable, clean and spacious, and the staff were friendly and helpful. It was conveniently located, as it was just a quick drive to downtown Bentonville and the museum. The breakfast was free, delicious and well-stacked. We would definitely stay here again if we travel through!
This was our third time to stay in this facility. Good location, friendly service, reasonable prices, quiet rooms and never any problems. We highly recommend this motel. Hard to find anything wrong--except, one the scrambled eggs weren't very good.
This hotel is conveniently located in Bentonville, near a lot of nice hotels and attractions. Very quite rooms for great rest. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful at all times of the day and night.
We booked a couple of rooms here to see Crystal Bridges. The rooms were nice, and the price was very reasonable. Breakfast was often running low on hot food due to the weekend crowd. For some inexplicable reason, one of our rooms was not cleaned one day. Other than those small complaints, our stay here was very pleasant.
We were pleasantly surprised at how nice this BW is. close to lots of restaurants and shopping. Breakfast included, very clean, nice pool and hot tub. Good wifi. Free parking. The only issue we had is there is no "real" silverware, plates, glasses, etc. All are disposable and thrown away. There is no bar although there is one at the hotel next door. We had to drink our wine out of plastic. With discount our room cost $78 and that was with a microwave and frig.
Agree with those who have written of the great room, breakfast, clean surroundings, pool and gym being very good. The staff, especially Kathy, are gems. Our bathroom sink/faucet developed a leak that we discovered around 10pm; Kathy was right on it to move us and followed up to insure we were OK. Wow! I do recommend this Inn.
This is a great place to stay. Very clean and comfortable. Plenty of counter space in the bathroom. Breakfast is ok. Waffle iron worked better than a lot of them we have used at hotels. I am not a sausage fan but biscuits were soft.
Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was very nice- wonderful pool and hot tub, nice fitness center, and a great breakfast. The room was neat and clean and included a small fridge and microwave. In-room internet worked wonderfully.
We have had great experiences with BW and this was one of the best. On the way to Branson and stopped for Crystal Bridges. This BW was convenient, clean and comfortable. It eas inexpensove and the staff was like old friends. I highly recmmend this one.
We stay at this Best Wesrern when ever we go to Ar. Very friendly also clean. Breakfast is also good. Coffee is also on. Only thing that was a negative hot tub was not working disappointing. Lobby needs a update.
The motel is very very clean. They have a good breakfast & the breakfast area was large & clean. The indoor pool was a nice size & again very clean. Our room was large, the beds & even the pillows were comfy.
The staff is great. They are friendly and high customer service oriented. My stay was very pleasant and included a good breakfast. Great value for the money! I will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone especially those traveling with children.
Had problem with my online reservation through a trip planner. Staff at hotel was very helpful and getting me a room and speaking to trip planner. Room was very nice and comfortable. Pool was nice. Breakfast was great. Good location.
Room overbooked by Booking.com. and hotel could not accommodate reservation made weeks prior, despite the fact that I called and confirmed reservation two days prior to travel. Travel companion was inconvenienced by having to sleep on the couch. Manager would not return call. Once finally reached, she would not apologize, listen to the customer and hung up in my face. Will never stay here again because of that Manager. Staff is young with only days of experience.
People often turn their noses up at chain or franchised hotels – but don't let the fact that this is one of them put you off from staying here. The staff are friendly and hard working. The breakfast bar is a good mixture of cold buffet (cereal, yogurt, toast, fruit) and fresh hot food – the menu changes daily and is posted up the night before so if you don't like what's on offer it gives you time to go out and get something else – but why you would I don't know as it was all very good and tasty. The room we had was ginormous – double bed, large sofa, desk and a large vestibule area – the largest room I've stayed in I think. It was set up for disabled travellers so had a very spacious bathroom with lots of grab handles. There was also a connecting door to the next door room. Downside to this room was that it was right next to the lift so we could here every ping of the lift arriving or leaving which was a tad annoying. The hotel also has a guest laundry room which we used and appreciated – it might be an idea to get a second washer and dryer as we did have to queue to use them. There's plenty of parking and right next door is a Mexican restaurant called Glasgow's – which is good – don't be put off by the outside – NB it's closed Sundays and Mondays (as many places are in Bentonville). There are a few more restaurants walking distance from the hotel. There is a pool and Jacuzzi at the hotel but they were out of action when we were there – just one of those things. I'd be more than happy to stay here again.
charged for a night that we did not stay. We told them three days prior that we would be checking out and they did not seem to have a problem with this. On check out that morning they said we would have to pay for an additional night. Of course no manager could be found
Was a nice hotel, with friendly staff. However, the breakfast was only mediocre, and the street noise was loud at times. The hot was very nice, and large. All of the staff was very friendly. There could be more parking spaces.
This is the second time my friends and I have stayed at this hotel, both times to visit the Crystal Bridges Museum. It has been more than adequate and a good value. It's relatively close both to the museum and to the delightful Bentonville Square. The free breakfast was good, with a variety of offerings. In a few years, the hotel will need to be updated. A good value overall.
This BW was a great choice for us. Beds were great, desk staff very helpful - they printed out directions for us - good breakfast and the location was close to Crystal Bridges and downtown. Every aspect made me think this was a brand new hotel, but, no, it's going to get a 'face lift' soon!
We thought our stay at Best Western was a good deal for the cost. The rooms were comfortable with the necessary amenities, the staff was friendly, and the location is excellent if you're planning on a trip to Crystal Bridges. It's five minutes away. The only shortcoming was breakfast. They have very few tables in the main lobby for breakfast. It lacks the intimacy of eating in a designated dining area only, and we had to take our meal to our rooms because people were hanging out at their tables chatting, and others were standing around hoping for a table. So, if breakfast isn't a big deal, this is a solid place to stay. It's also a family-oriented place, so if you don't want to be around kids, it might not be your sort of place.
Excellent hotel - love Best Western Plus hotels - excellent value, rooms are very nice, most comfortable beds ever, excellent breakfast - many options, even if on a diet (but who diets when on vacation??). Indoor heated pool - small, but nice. Fitness room - did not use, but had up to date equipment. Excellent care from the hotel staff employees - very helpful with directions, where things are and how to get there. We will return.
Rode our bikes to Arkansas for a week of riding thru the beautiful land. Hotel has a nice bike wash station which was great!! Breakfast had a good variety and staff was very friendly from check in to check out.
I was very pleasantly surprised by this hotel. This is the first time I have stayed at Best Western and the staff was very helpful and friendly, the hotel was very clean, the room was very large and comfortable. Breakfast was good.
Have been staying here for business going on 14 months (not consecutively, but when I visit for business). Could not be more pleased. Great value, always clean, and the staff (especially Amy at the front desk) is top notch. I actually think I'm usually the only one there for business as there are always people staying there for recreation-be that a craft convention or softball tournament-so it's not just for business. Great location for food and convenient for travelers on their way through.
Our room at this hotel was very spacious and comfortable. It was clean and everything was well maintained. It is located on a busy street, but the traffic slowed down in the evening. In our room, the air conditioner was a little noisy. The breakfast was the usual, except they had bacon the morning we were there. The hotel is fairly near a lot of shopping and restaurants. It isn't far from the freeway if you are passing through, but not close enough to get the freeway noise.
very clean, comfortable. At a location convenient for my meeting. Love to stay in this hotel next time when I come back to Bentonville, AK for business or leisure. Staffs were professional and friendly.
My husband and I took a trip to Bentonville, AR to see the Dale Chihuly exhibit at Crystal Bridges Museum, We decided to stay at the Best Western since we had stayed at one last June. We were very pleased with our stay from arrival to departure, Kathy greeted us upon arrival, took excellent care of us while there and sent us on our way upon departure with thank yous and smiles. David and Raven who prepared breakfast each morning continued with the fabulous customer service. They made sure everyone had everything they needed and greeted us with smiles each morning. I would highly recommend this Best Western to everyone.
I usually stay at Comfort Inn and Suites when traveling but this night I had not made a reservation and the Comfort Inn was booked. Went down the road to the BW and pleasantly surprised. I had not stayed in BW in a few years and the last time I did, the one I was in wasn't awful but not good either. LOVED LOVED staying here. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and updated. the bed was firm. I always take my own pillow when traveling. I actually liked theirs! After I did the express checkout and got down the road I realized that I had left some items in the fridge. I called the hotel and they told me to come back that my room hadn't been cleaned yet. I went back and the girl at the front desk went to my room and brought my items back to me. Very nice!
We picked this hotel because of the great reviews, and we were very disappointed. The first night we checked in the front desk staff (I wish I had gotten his name) was awesome! Super friendly and helpful. The breakfast was ok, the breakfast staff were very friendly and helpful. The second night of our stay I found a roach in our room climbing on the mini frig...yuck!! Front desk was notified and said they were sorry. Friends in another room found 4 cheetos and a bottle of whiskey when they opened their pull out couch, gross! Another friend woke up in the night with ants crawling all over their bed...again gross!! On the day we were going to check out I went downstairs at 9:00 for breakfast, when I got back up to the room at 9:30 to get our stuff, housekeeping was already in our room, she had thrown away all of our food from the refrigerator, put our snacks in a trash bag and put my bag on her cart. She said sorry and gave me my bag. I went downstairs to talk to front desk and they said we had already checked out. We opted for the auto check out when we booked the hotel, and check out wasn't until 11:00am. We will not stay here again!
My wife and I stay at Castlerock Inn three to five times a year. We stay there on our way home from visiting our daughter and her family in Waterloo, Iowa. We've probably stay at this hotel between twelve and fifteen times and have never had a problem. This is one of our favorite hotels and I would say the most consistently quality places we stay. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to my family and friends.
Check in was quick & easy! Front desk explained all the amenities with times and was so friendly. Our room #124 was a double queen it was very clean and spacious, had a couch & coffee table for a nice sitting area. Bathrooms were nice size with plenty of linens, clean shower curtain (big plus nowdays) & Pantene toiletries! The room even has a closet with iron and board! Wifi & cable was decent as well. The pool/hot tub area was very clean and well stocked with towels. Breakfast has large variety of hot and cold items and pleased the various ages in my group. The interior & exterior was clean & well lit. I would recommend this hotel to all ages they were very family friendly!
This hotel is in a great area with very nice amenities. The room does NOT smell like a nursing home and is very up to date. I was here on business and I would certainly bring my family to stay as well, can't say that about all hotels. I will certainly stay here again.
Great place to stay. Great food, Great Location. I would stay here again. Friendly staff. Really clean. Internet was great. !st time here but would definitely be back. Was here on business so didn't get to use the fitness center, but it looked very clean.
The room was just what we needed! We were in town for a wedding shower. There were two queen beds in the room and a pull out sleeper sofa too. We were near the historic square without all of the traffic. The price was excellent as well.
It is a nice hotel. Only issue is being promised a first floor room the day before and upon my arrival, I was told that rooms were assigned and I wasn't going to get one. I have booked approximately 50 nights with Best Western just this year alone between business and personal. It is a nice hotel, updated, and clean but will consider others in the area from now on.
Stayed here one night for a quick trip. Staff was very friendly, nice clean spacious room and a decent standard continental breakfast. Easy check-in/check-out. Reasonably priced as well. Recommend staying here.
We had a great stop over at the Best Western Bentonville, It was also convient to Rogers where we went Antique shopping. The Best Western was in a good art of town and close to the Sam Walton musuem. I would defiently recomend Best Western to my friends.
We had 3 sisters stay here so we used the 2 queens plus the hideaway. It was nice to each have our own bed and be able to go down to the breakfast when we wanted to. There were a lot of kids running around but not too noisy. I think it was about 20 minutes to the Crystal Bridges Museum. The split was only thirty per sister with AAA or AARP discount.
Best in not the appropriate word for this hotel. Our two night stay was almost perfect. The room was huge. All the amenities of home were provided; comfortable beds, microwave, refrigerator, T.V.with decent cable channels and a spacious bathroom. There was a living space were one could lounge on the sofa and enjoy a meal using the adjacent tables. As guests we had the ability to adjust the temperature so we were lulled to sleep, unable to hear any other sounds even though we were on the ground floor with the parking lot outside our hotel window. The only thing lacking was the intermittent internet. The wheel kept on turning. I booked this hotel while we were driving to this location. Kathy was very helpful and patience with the phone call. When we checked in Kathy asked for our floor preference and gave us the corner room on the floor we requested. She gave us the perfect room very close to an exit door, allowing us to unload and load the car quickly. We enjoyed many options at the complimentary breakfast spread. Instead of the usual two hot breakfast items we had three. American cheese slices were available as well. Coffee was available 24/7. There was a very hardworking guy making sure there was plenty of food and clean tables. We left knowing we got a great value for our dollars. The location was also very close to Crystal Bridges, the purpose of our visit to Bentonville.
Was taking a foreign exchange student on a trip to Crystal Bridges in Bentonville. Looking for a nice hotel and had heard good things about upgrades at Best Western and thought I would check it out. Obviously this hotel has not been on the upgrade list. Closet door missing, handle cover to bathroom missing, hole in ceiling above shower with torn wallpaper. Although our student was elated over the trip to Crystal Bridges she was less than impressed over this hotel.
We enjoyed our stay. Nice room, hot breakfast. Great waffles. We came up for University of Arkansas graduation. Bentonville is just a 25min drive up the highway. Elevators were a little slow (3 floors), but that's a nit-pick. Pool/spa look very nice, although we didn't have time to get in.
Hotel was close to Crystal Bridges Museum, easy access from the highway, close to many restaurants, Starbucks a block away. Hotel was clean, staff friendly, rooms were really big, black out curtains, microwave and frig in the room, quiet even though it's on a main road. I visited with my 89 year old mom and she appreciated the elevator and complimentary breakfast.
We enjoyed our stay very much, we arrived unexpectedly and was able to get a room with your hotel, the location for us was very good, the hot tub was very relaxing and clean, the pool was nice and clean, the room was really clean and roomy
Room are nice and clean with very basic amenities. Breakfast is good. The weather was not good but there was a pool. The Wi-Fi worked very well. Front desk was very helpful and gave us some good recommendations of places to visit in the area.
This Best Western Hotel in Bentonville, Arkansas is an extremely nice hotel with excellent amenities. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable with very comfortable beds. The rate is a little pricey compared to the rate I usually hope to find.
We've stayed at this hotel twice. It is clean and comfortable. The staff are quite helpful. They have tasty Community Coffee! The pool area is pleasant and clean. The hot tub is large. There is also a great outdoor patio area.
We stayed here on our way back to MN and were delighted with our room, and the extra amenities. For example, we had our pick of Wall Street Journal or USA Today newspaper the following morning. The breakfast buffet was a nice assortment of breakfast items, hot and cold. Even the paper plates were top notch. But best of all was our well designed, and decorated room. Highly recommend.
The hotel is a good value for the money and is well located in regard to Crystal Bridges which is why we were in Bentonville. It is also close to "downtown" Bentonville. The staff was helpful and friendly.
We usually stay at the Best Western in Fayetteville, but they had no vacancies, so we stopped here. Lovely hotel, bright and clean, with a friendly staff. Easy walking distance to restaurants and shopping. We had a king room, with nice size bathroom, easy chair, sofa, coffee table, desk, and large closet. The bed was very comfortable, with several fluffy pillows. Our room on the second floor was clean and quiet, and well lit, which I find to be unusual for most hotels. Only negatives were two bath towels, and we need three; a little tight on walking space due to proximity of coffee table and desk chair; and breakfast. I liked that there were eggs, bacon, and potatoes, as well as waffles, cereal, etc., but the eggs were awful, and the potatoes were undercooked, and barely warm. Overall very nice stay though.
This hotel smelled, and had a rude and very unfriendly person at the desk when I arrived. The cleaning ladies were the nicest staff there. The rooms stank, the bed was horrible, the internet was slow, and overall worst stay I have had in a while.
We had a nice stay - the close location to restaurants and museums was very nice. The street is very busy so we drove - even to just eat across the street (you could walk to the corner if it's pretty out). For the price - it's a great deal.
It was a very busy weekend for them due to some ball tournaments, we were told upon checking in. The gentleman who checked us in stated he was happy he did not need to work the weekend because it was going to be crazy. Our room was fine except it was located next to the highway, which was very noisy. Our air conditioner was excessively loud and the auto shutoff did not work, so we could not even hear if there was noise in the hallway. We informed the front desk but could not move to another room because they were booked. They did, however, let us checkout a day early without penalty, which we appreciated. Thankfully, we did not need to stay in the area, as we may not have found a room. Breakfast was also probably not up to oar due to the multitude of people they needed to serve, so I will not comment on it.
Best price for your money. Quiet, clean, helpful, warm breakfast. Was able to book a suite for price of standard room. Housekeeping was quiet and friendly. You couldn't find a better place to stay Stayed here in the past and will continue to book here when in the area.
Comfortable beds. Clean room. Heated indoor pool. Hot tub. We had a handicapped room #204 because that's what was available and the desk was in a bad place. We kept bumping into it. A person in a wheel chair would not have made it through the opening near the desk to get to the beds. Also, the wall the couch sat next too was angled and the room just seemed awkward. I would not recommend room #204 for a handicapped person.
We stayed at the BW Castlerock while vising family in Bentonville. The hotel is quiet, offered a comfy bed and great breakfast with varying daily offerings. There are USA today and Wall Street Journals in lobby daily. Although, there is no restaurant, we tried the Double Tree Bistro 301 next door. Good sandwiches there. Parking lots connect. The BW is family friendly and casual. They also provided a shower chair for my husband. Very accommodating. Coffee always in lobby, and if it is empty, it was promptly replaced.
We are able to get an excellent rate for a very nice room. The room was a nice size, and it included a small refrigerator and a microwave. The wi-fi seemed to work well, although I did not try to stream Netflix. Negatives: the bathroom did not have a fan, and the toilet in our bathroom ran excessively. The hotel did have a pool, hot tub, and fitness room. We did not use them, but they all looked perfectly good.
Best Western is not my normal hotel brand, but I came with an open mind, The heated pool was nice, everything else was good until one night it was a little chilly and we decided to turn the heat on and after we turned on the heat it was the most horrible smell and strong odor I've ever smelled. We shut the heat off within 30 seconds, and left the unit off for the night. We kept waking up, off and on, still smelling that strong horrible odor, it was not the normal first time heat to be turned on smell it was worse. smelled like a fire could start any second. Come morning we looked at the filter of the unit, and the filter was so packed with stuff you could not see through it at all and on the coil fins the unit itself was caked with gunk and who knows what. We reported it to the front desk, and let them know maintenance needs to clean the filters and unit. and I asked if they could comp me since we breathed that stuff in all night. They said no because I was already at the lowest rate they have, so they gave me 1000 points since i'm a member. Which really doesn't do me any good. I think I was more disappointed at the fact just because I got the lowest rate they wouldn't comp me. They could of gave a one night free, or a 25 percent discount or even a 10 percent discount. But instead I feel insulted that just because I booked at the lowest rate I get nothing, just to inhale all the fumes of that 30 seconds that we turned on the unit. If it takes lots of stays to earn enough points to stay one night free, that 1000 points wont do me any good. I picked this Best Western because it had great reviews. but as a customer and feel insulted because I booked at a lower rate. After they cleaned the filter, I was still afraid the next night to even turn it on again so it stayed off the second night also. The breakfast was ok, normal hotel breakfasts, and Just so you know when I booked my king suite I was told the difference between the King Room and a King Suite is the suite has more shelving, which I don't see how that makes it a suite. I will never stay at a Best Western again and this one had better reviews then any I have ever seen.
Very close to Fayetteville for an Arkansas game. We just stayed one night. It was easy to check in, the staff was helpful with directions. The room was clean and comfortable. It was a quiet room. Would stay again if traveling through the Bentonville area.
Clean room, comfy beds. FREE scrambled eggs, waffles, sausage, french toast, etc and was well stocked with cereals, milk, juices, coffee, bagels, pretty darn nice buffet. Nice lobby with nice furniture and decor. Nice staff. The pool and hot tub are very clean. We would stay again.
This was a nice BW. We have found over the years that the BW Plus hotels are the best. They had our res, room had a couch, good cable, wifi. Staff was nice. If I were passing this way again, I would stay again
Very nice hotel. Spacious room. Lots of seating and a desk. Comfortable bed. Microwave and mini fridge. Quiet. Breakfast is your typical free breakfast. Mostly carbs. Waffles, sausage, potatoes, eggs, cereals. But the coffee was pretty good.
This is a nice motel for visiting the Bentonville Arkansas area. It is clean and comfortable. It was centrally located for most of the area attractions. The staff is friendly and for the most part helpful. The motel was a good value with free wi-fi and breakfast. It seems it would be a good place for families with the indoor pool.
This is a reasonable choice in Bentonville. The hotel is clean and the rooms are large. It looks like it has been recently updated; furniture and carpeting are in good shape. Standard hotel bathroom. We had a room toward the back and it was very quiet. Basic breakfast, but it did include some hot items, not just the usual cold cereal and yogurt. The only thing lacking is the grounds. There are none- just a hotel and a parking lot on a busy road.
Room was a basic hotel room, if it hadn't been that i was extremely tired both nights i was there, i would have noticed the hard bed. Breakfast was decent with average choices, good location, not far from highway and right on main street.
This hotel is a great place to stay! We were there for 2 nights for the craft fairs and it's always good to be able to come back after a long day of crafting to a peaceful room and comfortable bed. Even though it's located very close to the main street, we had no problems with noise or traffic. We also enjoyed the breakfasts each morning. We got all this plus a great rate. Well worth our money! Will definitely stay there again!
Our host was friendly and greeted us with a smile. Our king room was clean and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Breakfast was good with the standard hotel breakfast offerings. We especially enjoyed the complimentary cappuccino. This was a great stay!
We have stayed at this hotel just after it was built. They have kept the property up well. Nice amenities. Friendly staff. Convenient to many many dining options. Enjoyed the hottub. Breakfast had nice variety although they could use a larger variety of fruit. Would recommend and will return in the future
Awesome out of the way, hotel.. very clean, just a little hard to get out of, very busy street out front.. Walton Blvd. Awesome staff, maid service spot on.. breakfast items fresh and coffee available 24hours.. Internet seemed to drop in and out a bit...
IF you want a clean comfortable place to stay, with friendly, helpful staff large, clean, rooms, good beds and an excellant breakfast, clean pool and work out area---Best Western Castlerock is the place for you!
Excellent value for the money. Clean, quiet, safe, and convenient. Not much more anyone can ask for. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. We plan of being back in less than a month. Our new "go to" place to stay when in the Rogers / Springdale area.
I had no problems with anything in the motel. I was very satisfied with the room, clean, quiet and comfortable. Use the swimming pool and hot tub. They were great also. If I have a need to stay in Bella Vista again, I would stay at this motel.
Staff and comfort are my primary A+ ratings. Very good breakfast, 24 hour coffee and grab and a convenient to go bag lunch. BW Plus rate as high as the more expensive hotels and have the same great amenities.
no problems special area set for bikes only cones were useful offered bike wash and bike drying towels no problem where to park we were set up in room for wheelchairs for some odd reason and felt like it was as waste of a handicap room when we did not need it the shower was not suitable for persons standing to shower no tub offered and only one set of shampoo and conditioner when two were registered and no replacements when they were gone no lotions of any kind and the soap offered was really of poor quality quite unlike any other Best Western I have stay at
The room was lovely and clean. The complimentary breakfast was particularly nice. Not anything fancy, but who can turn down a freshly made waffle? (Plus, they had loads of toppings AND a bagged to-go breakfast for anyone who was on the run.) About the only complaint was that the pillows are weirdly tiny! They are all half the size of normal pillows. Granted, they offer plenty of them, but it was still weird. (Though my husband claimed to really like them! LOL)
Quick check in and check out, clean room, good breakfast and great location! Nice indoor pool and fitness center (although I didn't have time to use either one). Maybe next time I can use the extras that are offered at this property.
Pricey compared to where I usually try to stay (I aim to be frugal and spend my $$ on longer trips rather than more expensive hotels). However, I had this stay for free with reward points; and it was easily the nicest room of my entire 15 night trip.
We wanted to use my Best Western points and trip advisor reviews suggested this was a good location to do so. Everything was up to Best Western Standards. From the front desk person at check-in from Massena, NY, to the morning desk person and the super breakfast person - all were working up to the high level of all the positive reports that this facility has earned. Even if we had to pay for it, we would have stayed here on our journey. p.s. - the Best Western points plan works !!!!
We stayed at BW+Castlerock Inn with another couple on our trip to Crystal Bridges Art Museum. We could hardly believe how much value there was here for the price. The hotel is especially clean. Everyone was friendly. Everyone was helpful. For any future trip to Crystal Bridges, we will DEFINITELY stay here again.
We recently stayed at this property. It was not our first time here and we were a little disappointed. We had an extra person this time and needed a roll out couch which when extended, left little room to walk by. We also had to go buy a couple of pillows because the small pillows were just insufficient. The staff were cordial. The breakfast bar was great. The rate was reasonable. The location was great for our visit. The parking lot was clean and felt safe.
Hotel staff was very attentive and friendly. Entire hotel facility was clean. Inadequate lighting in room. The room above must have always had a circus booked in it......even at 1am you could hear them walking, moving furniture, apparently jumping---the noise was terrible. Found bugs in bathroom last night there--reported it to desk clerk who seemed NOT very interested at all, only replying there are not suppose to be bugs there!!!
Traveled with family. We had a room with two queen beds. Good room. Good view. Fridge, Microwave, LCD. Good bathroom. So so toiletries. Breakfast until 10 in the morning. Nice staff. Good location. Will book again.
My friend and I stayed here when we came to see The Crystal Bridges Museum. It was very convenient to all the things we wanted to do and see during our stay. The staff was always helpful giving us good suggestions about places they liked to eat. They were quick to fix any concern we had (a connecting door to another room wouldn't close a and lock) and kept me supplied with coffee. The room was always clean when we got back from our adventures. I'd stay here again and I think you'll enjoy it too.
This place is nothing exceptional but probably one of the better deals in the area. It is an easy drive to downtown and the museums. The rooms are in good condition and surprisingly quiet. Continental breakfast is pretty basic though.
We were in and out of Bentonville quickly, but enjoyed our stay at this Best Western. Breakfast was very helpful. The hotel was easy to find and easy to get in and out of. Our room was very clean and the area was safe.
My wife and I have stayed here several times on our way home from visiting our daughter and her family in Iowa. We've always enjoyed our stays and would recommend this hotel for a great stay and great location.
We spent one night because we were taking our grandson to amazeum. It was clean and the pool was nice. We would stay there again. I did not give it a five because it is a little older and could use a little updating. Mainly our bathroom. The caulking was coming up from around the base of the toilet. Also the bathroom sink is set very far back on the counter and our five year old grandson who is a little above average height couldn't reach to brush his teeth. No biggie though. The staff was very friendly and they are located near a lot of restaurants. Some within walking distance. We recommend this hotel and would stay here again.
The location is ideal and central to many sites to see and a short drive to Eureka Springs, AR. Great breakfast selections and hot coffee available 24/7. They could invest in better mattresses, they are springy and hard, other than that we were very satisfied with our stay. We will stay again and bring the padding we bought for the bed.
We stayed here for two nights. Overall, we had a positive experience. Our room was clean and well-kept. Housekeeping was very pleasant and efficient. The desk staff the evening of July 29 was very nice, getting me linens for the sofa bed and an extra towel. The evening of July 30 was a different matter, however. We had planned to go to the pool, but noticed there were no towels there. When we stopped by the front desk to request two, she acted like she didn't believe me, stating, "I just put 24 down there." (All I know was I didn't take them.) Before I could say anything she added, "It doesn't matter. I'm going to close the pool at 9:00 so you'd better hurry." It was 8:30 then. The pool, per the sign, is supposed to remain open until 10:00. No explanation was offered. I had to explain to my son that because of the poor attitude of the desk employee, we would be unable to go swimming. This negative experience is a reminder that you can have a nice facility and produce a good product overall, but one employee with no regard for customer service and the image of her employer can still put the business in a negative light. We picked this hotel based on his trip advisor rating. But I will shop around before deciding whether to stay here again the next time.
This is a nice modern clean hotel, The rooms are a nice size with the usual amenities found at all the major chains. The only negative is the small square pillows they have in the bed, they are not practical and very uncomfortable, advise taking your own pillow as there is no way you will be able to have a good nights sleep with these ridiculous pillows.
As a business traveler, I stay at many motels during the course of a year. Best Western Castlerock remains one of my favorites. The staff is always friendly and welcoming at check-in and are more than helpful during my stay. Breakfast is served by friendly staff and start the day with a delicious, fresh breakfast with lots to choose from. At the end of the day, I enjoy working off the stress of the day in a clean, and well maintained work-out room. Hats off to the crew at Castlerock!
We were very happy with the Best Western Plus Castlerock Inn in Bentonville, AR. We left behind a bag at one of the ice machines which contained an iPad, a Kindle, and two hardbound books. Another guest turned it in to the front desk. In the meantime we had traveled to my daughter's house. When I realized the bag was missing, I called the front desk and was told they had the bag with everything still inside. We picked the bag up several days later on the way back home.
This motel is in a very good location. It is near major businesses and vacation sites. The hot breakfast was great and had a large variety of foods. The parking is very good. I was pulling a 16' trailer and had no problem parking it by the motel.
I have stayed here on four different occasions and have never been disappointed. Awesome breakfast, love the beds and pillows....I always sleep like a log there. Extremely clean, well lit at night and love the value you get for your money.
I have nothing but positive things to say about this hotel. The room was well laid out, tasteful décor, and very clean. Check in and check out were greeted with a smile. Breakfast was definitely one of the best I have had at a hotel, and was well stocked. We used the pool, spa and fitness room and all were very clean. I did not hear a sound from my neighbors, it seemed to be well insulated. Air conditioning was effective and quiet. I will be stopping by again when in the area.
Value added hotel for area. Good price. Great staff. Very improved breakfast - saves money. Clean pool, hot tub, and small gym. Quiet hotel - hotel was full over July 4th weekend and you would never know by the noise level.
Spent 5 nights while attending a national meet in Springdale. Everything was great except for the traffic through highway construction back and forth. Staff were great. Breakfasts among the best we have ever gotten in a BW hotel.
I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of this Best Western. My company usually puts us up at the Aloft, but it was full, so I chose the Best Western due to breakfast and indoor pool. I was extremely satisfied and will happily stay there again. The room was large and clean, and complete with a refrigerator and microwave. There was a wide assortment of foods at the hot breakfast. The staff was friendly and patient. I found it quite elegant for a Best Western. Highly recommend.
This hotel was okay. It was clean, and the room with the king bed had plenty of room. It seemed to be in an accessible location - although Bentonville is so small that everything is accessible. I wouldn't stay here again because the service was not good. The front desk staff seemed judgmental and not particularly polite. We called one night to ask how long a taxi might take to arrive in the morning, and they provided a flippant response. When we asked in the morning for them to call one for us, they handed us several business cards. In contrast, we visited friends at the Hilton Garden Inn and were very pleased by the staff and the appearance of the lobby.
Stayed here with family for 2 nights in a 2 bed suite with couch and found it to be attractive and restful. Small details I appreciated: the TV remote worked like it is supposed to, a desk table had a mirror over it - handy for makeup when there are more than 2 women in a group, and there were plugs on the lamp base by the bed for recharging electronics. And the price was reasonable including breakfast and wi-fi.
We had a very nice visit in this lovely town. Service was responsive, though a tad overwhelmed. The man at the front desk helped us get linens we needed quickly and was very friendly. We had everything we needed and the room was clean and spacious for our family of 5.
I had no problems with my stay. Everyone was great. Very clean facility, quiet and in a great location. The bed was exceptionally great. I would advise anyone to stay at this motel. Great place for the price.
We stayed over Memorial Day weekend. The lady working the check in desk was friendly and efficient. Rooms were great - roomy and with a couch to relax on. It had all the amenities we wanted: coffee maker, microwave and mini-fridge. Beds were big and comfortable. The pillows were small, not standard sized, but we slept very well with them. The a/c unit is one of those where the fan runs continuously, which I really like because it provides "white" noise to help mask hallway or parking lot noise. There's a pool, big jacuzzi and fitness room. We didn't try the jacuzzi as it was crowded due to the holiday weekend. There are also a couple of computers available in the lobby if you need to print boarding passes or whatever. Breakfast was good, it had eggs/sausage links/potatoes, and the good malted brand do-it-yourself waffle mix. The cook (I think her name was Naomi?) did a great job of going around and making sure everyone was happy and that the food was good. The only downside (which was minor) is that there is only 1 hydraulic lift elevator, so the wait was very long at times. We were on the 2nd floor, so we usually just took the stairs, which were wide and carpeted. Also, recommend staying in rooms well away from the elevator - it has very loud chimes which would disturb sleep if you were next to it. All in all, a great stay - we will definitely stay again when in the area.
This is a NO SMOKING Hotel (thank you) The hotel is centrally located in a nice area. The room was very clean and comfortable. Nice hot breakfast and coffee available continuously. Friendly Staff even provided us with breakfast to go bags when we arrived too late to enjoy the hot breakfast. I will definitely stay here when I return to Bentonville in the fall.
Patrick at the front desk was friendly & welcoming. We had a good impression of the property as soon as we walked in the front door. The lobby was neat & tastefully decorated. Our room did not disappoint and was spacious & clean. The bed was comfortable. We appreciated the sofa & coffee table to relax before bedtime. Breakfast had a nice selection & was well set up & maintained.
The hotel staff were all very friendly and super helpful, and the room was quiet for a good night's rest! The breakfast was pretty standard for a free breakfast. I would recommend this hotel for anyone wanting to stay in Rogers.
The best hotel in Bentonville. Our electric was out we have an infant, toddler and 2 disabled ladies. We were told come on when we called. We had a clean comfortable room. After a good nights sleep we had a great breakfast waiting for us. We weren't sure how long we would need to stay. Best Western was so helpful and kind. They informed us they would do everything they could to help us. We also enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Excellent hotel.
Hotel was clean, staff friendly, continental breakfast satisfying, and experience positive. Plus bathroom is spacious. I hate feeling claustrophobic while getting ready. Front desk helped me save $15 at check in.
This was much nicer than I expected. The breakfast had the most variety I have ever seen. The room was spacious and very comfortable. There were several lamps throughout the room for extra lighting. Each lamp included an outlet in the base which was very convenient for using the laptop.
This hotel is in a good location next to several restaurants and businesses but it was quiet inside the hotel. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again.
My Mother and I just had to visit the Crystal Bridges Art Museum and we had to make our stay at a Best Western Plus. We weren't disappointed! The only little problem was that the bathtub was way too slick for anyone taking a shower in it. So I would recommend that older folks staying here request some kind of rubber mat for the tub.
What a nice surprise to have found for our soccer team for our state tournament. As a team, we have stayed in many hotels of different chains. The staff at the Best Western went above and beyond to make our stay great. They even left a note of good luck in each room and gatorades in each fridge. The front desk staff was always friendly and ready and willing to help with whatever we needed. Highly recommend staying here!
Hotel staff was very accommodating, but there were some issues with the hotel itself. When we tried to check into our room we could not get the door to unlock. Hotel clerk had to come up and help us get into the room - he explained that the door handle turns UP instead of down (as I've seen on every other door). Once we got into the room, we had a hard time opening the door to get out - the handle was loose, facing the wrong way, and a bolt was sticking out. Also could not get the phone to work. Went down to the desk and got staff to come up with a screwdriver. He explained that in order for the phone to work "line1" had to be pressed - not sure why they had a multi-line phone in a hotel room when there are no other lines available. Also staff finally agreed that the door handle was broken and we were able to be moved to another room. We walked to the hotel next door for our dinner. Complimentary breakfast at this hotel was o.k. but nothing outstanding.
Me , my wife and her family recently stayed at this hotel to spend some relaxing time before heading over the Eureka Springs. Definitely recommend it to any one and everyone . The check in was smooth and our room was nice, cozy and spacious. The hotel had many amenities including fitness room and heated indoor pool but due to our short stay could not enjoy it. The breakfast was very delicious and the servers were courteous and friendly. One of the best places on my list of places I stayed and would go back again if in the area.
We just spent one night there , we first set our reservations up on line with Travelocity, Will never do that again. We called them to verify our reservations and they could not find us. I finally got the number to the hotel itself. They had us listed in the wrong room, one bed instead of the two we asked for. The gentleman we talked to was very kind and quickly made the change.the room was very clean and roomy and the staff was great. Not a bad price ether.
My wife and I enjoyed our stay at Best Western Plus Castlerock Inn & Suites in Bentonville. The beds were comfortable and room was clean. As our room was next to elevator the only issue with sleep quality was being woke up early with ding of elevator. The breakfast of eggs, bacon and waffles was excellent. I would rate it the best breakfast we have had in a hotel. We will definitely consider coming back here again.
very large room with comfy bed, sofa, big tub, indoor pool and exercise room. Breakfast was scrumptious. (why is trip advisor MAKING me write more words???? Arrgh, now I am still being asked to give more words. Where did a silly rule like 200 character limit come from?)
The room was very comfortable and clean. Bed was comfortable and sofa in the room was a nice touch for relaxing at night. Hotel staff was amazingly helpful with questions about the city and restaurants. I would highly recommend
Very friendly and helpful staff - one even let me use his charger for my Kindle Fire - was just going to let me take it to the room! How cool is that? And they could answer questions about local landmarks! Everything was neat and clean - used the pool, hot tub and work-out areas - very nice. Good breakfast every morning, with a variety of choices - loved the gravy! Ended up being a great place to stay! What else can I possibly say? I recommend it for sure! I don't think you will be disappointed!
Stayed here with my Mom and my sister. Was a great get-away for us. This is a nIce hotel not too far off the highway and it was easy to get to. Traffic is very busy on this road, so plan ahead. We turned right out of the parking lot and then turned left into the lot across the street in order to turn around. Breakfast is a little different every day. What a nice surprise.
We chose this hotel because of its proximity to Crystal Bridges and its positive reviews, and we were not disappointed. We were traveling with another couple and were given adjoining rooms on the first floor. Our rooms were very comfortable, clean, and quiet even though there were several baseball teams there. We enjoyed a nice breakfast each of the three mornings we were there. Naomi made sure that each person had a positive dining experience. She was delightfully energetic and engaging. The success of this hotel is due to its incredible staff and their team spirit. Having had the opportunity to interact with Patrick and Bill (who were always pleasant and helpful) at the front desk as well as Camillo, the general manager, and Christina, who trains new employees so well, their commitment to their guests and to the overall atmosphere of the hotel is quite obvious.
loved every moment while staying at this hotel, the lobby staff went above and beyond to help us out during our stay. Super friendly staff, clean rooms and great location. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub every day during our stay. We were also given coupons for local eateries.
We came in for a visit to Crystal Bridges and booked this hotel last minute. We were pleasantly surprised by how conveniently located it was. It is by far the cleanest Best Western I have have ever visited. The room was spacious and spotless and incredibly quiet. Bill at the front desk greeted us at breakfast and was incredibly welcoming. Breakfast itself was fantastic. All the food was hot and tasted great!
We normally stay at Best Westerns and this one did not disappoint. This was a very nice hotel with upgraded rooms. The breakfast items were great. The room was very clean and had a very comfortable bed.
We were upgraded. When I made the reservations, I joined the loyalty club. So, Patrick on my checking in, upgraded us. Nice to have happen. The hotel was quiet, clean, comfortable, friendly. I certainly would be happy to return here next time I was in Bentonville.
I spent a Friday night at this Best Western. The room I had (King non-smoking) was very clean with nice furniture and fixtures. This would be a great place to stay for business customers, with large comfortable working areas. This is also a great location for a couple or family. A couple of notes but I will leave the review at a 5 for value, comfort and cleanliness. - The info card in the room is outdated; it says there is no wifi password, but there is. - I had to use my cell phone to call down to the front desk and get the wifi password, because dialing zero on the phone in the room also didn't work.
Nice comfortable hotel. Large, comfortable guest rooms. Very clean. Pleasant and attentive staff. Excellent fitness room and pool. Convenient location if you are in Bentonville. Good value for the price.
Last minute getaway was please to find this place it was very lovely and the staff was very helpful. We enjoyed the updated room with modern fixings. Only issue is the room walls are very thin so in the morning you will hear them cleaning rooms even above you. The breakfast was ok but nothing fancy. The breakfast host was the only staff member who didn't speak to anyone and didn't even smile she just put food out and went back in little room. I still gave this place an excellent review because the other staff made up for her.
We recently spent a couple nights here. The room was very clean and comfortable. It was also in close proximity to many of the local sites, such as; Crystal Bridges, Walton Museum and Memorial Chapel. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful.
We were quite satisfied with the BW in Bentonville. The room was comfortable and large enough despite an oddly angled wall and sofa. The bed was comfortable, the shower worked well, and everything was clean. The room and the hallways were incredibly bright. Breakfast was the usual, but the brewed coffee was better than we have been having at other chains. The BW is close to the best places to see in Bentonville. There is a lot of road noise from Walton Blvd, so if that would bother you, ask for a room away from the street. Note that the BW website offered one price and the hotel itself would only offer a higher price by phone directly. So I booked through the BW 800 number. a bit of a nuisance to make 2 calls. I don't see why the franchisee and franchisor can't both offer the same rate.
When we were leaving, I left my cell phone in the room. One of the cleaning ladies came all the way down to the parking lot to return my phone. It is to nice to experience such honesty and service. We have stayed at this hotel several times and it is always super clean and the service is always topnotch.
Good location in Bentonville if you are working with Walmart. Easy commute from the airport. Breakfast menu could use a little updating. Rooms are large and clean. Nice restaurant option near the hotel
We stayed at this hotel four nights. We made a great choice. It's a clean, well maintained hotel. The room was very nice and the bed was comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. They have a good breakfast every morning. We have no complaints at all. Pick this hotel if you're planning a stay in Bentonville.
We stayed at the Best Western Plus for two nights. Bill, the night rep, was so very courteous and helped us with information regarding restaurants, finding a church and the Walton mansion, printing out maps for us. The lady who put out breakfast was also very nice. I loved the desk in our room; the lower portion pulled out into a table so you could eat comfortably. My husband and I would definitely stay there again. Crystal Bridges Museum is awesome as the buildings are a work of art. It is free and the food at the museum restaurant was excellent, especially the Curry Carrot soup. We walked two of the hiking trails and also took an architectural tour of the museum. And there is a Frank Lloyd Wright house brought from NJ and reassembled on the museum grounds. Bentonville is very lucky to have such a world class museum with world class art drawing visitors from around the US and the world.
Reserved online with no trouble. Check in on March 27 2016 was given room 226. This hotel is what all Best Westerns should be modeled after. Hallways are bright and clean just like the rooms. king suite had an outstanding bed, all linens were thick and new. This place is well worth the money, its at the top of the list in the seven different best westerns that I visited in eight different states this trip. Thank you (Bill) very much. For the price the Castlerock can not be beat (my guarantee).
When we got there we mentioned to Bill at the front desk that my wife work he gave us a discount we didn't even knos we had coming. He was also very helpful giving us area info. The rooms were nice the pool and spa worked great. The area was very convenient. Over all a great stay.
My kids and I stayed here for just one night last week. I was really impressed by the quality and cleanliness of the room. The breakfast was also very well stocked and the staff for the most part was welcoming. The only thing I didn't like was the pillows! They were more like travel sized pillows and not very practical. Other than that I have no complaints!
We visited Bentonville mainly to see the Crystal Bridges Museum and stayed here for 2 nights. The room was very good with a microwave and a fridge which came in handy. The location is excellent being close to the highway, to the town square and the various attractions as well as within walking distance from several restaurants. Their hot breakfast was very good and changed daily. All the staff was genuinely helpful and very friendly. Particular mention of Camilo Ritchie, GM, for being very helpful in guiding us to the town square and suggestions with parking. This hotel has many positives and is therefore highly recommended.
The room was terrific, with a king bed and a sofa bed, clean and lots of outlets for computer, phone charger, etc, and there was a fridge and TV. Internet worked flawlessly. One chair and the sofa had been recovered with a "plastic" feeling fabric, sort of like sitting on a raft. The pool was very small, but not too small to do my water aerobics at night with a couple of fun kids playing along. I slept so well I missed breakfast! There is a little "convenience store" in the hotel that has "healthy" snacks, sodas and juice. A very nice stopover and quite affordable.
Can't say enough about the service I received from Bill the desk clerk. When I made my reservation he was cooperative and helpful. More importantly, when I could not find the hotel upon arriving in Bentonville (due to poor Google directions) he was on the phone with me guiding me through the town until I reached the hotel. Additionally, he was very helpful with restaurant suggestion. My room was clean, comfortable....internet was somewhat slow at times. Breakfast was adequate with variety of items. I would definitely stay here again and it is an affordable alternative to many places in Bentonville. Happy trails
Bill was very helpful while checking in and getting us setup for our room. It was busy at the time and he was able to multitask and assist all the customers. The breakfast is good. The room is nice and clean.

My husband and I stayed here overnight while on vacation. The rate was excellent, the whole place very clean and well maintained. Our room was large with a comfortable bed, a couch and desk. The manager Bill was very friendly and extremely helpful with all our needs. The breakfast had a good variety of foods to choose from including eggs prepared two ways. More of a full breakfast buffet vs continental. And they had 24hr cappuccino and hot chocolate available. Wonderful stay!
I stayed here on business and had incredible stay. The hotel is in a great location near a lot of restaurants and shopping. Bill at the front desk was extremely helpful as well as the rest of the staff. The service of the staff is second to none. The rooms are updated, clean, and comfortable. 24 hour coffee, cappuccinos, and hot chocolate is a nice perk too. Can't say enough good things about this hotel and the service provided. Will definitely stay here again!
Quality breakfasts, clean pool and rooms, friendly staff, what more do you want? Breakfast included chorizo and eggs, with some high quality brand granola, as well as the usual offerings. They have interesting books placed throughout the lobby. Staff is very friendly and smile and say hi when you pass by.
This hotel was very clean and comfortable. Parking was easy. Overall was nice, but internet access was unavailable and I needed to use a hot spot from my phone. This prompted my stay to be shorter than expected. Another guest had the same issue.
This location is fantastic. The staff go out of their way to ensure you are comfortable. They are all very friendly from the front desk staff to the maids. Rooms are always clean and comfortable and a great breakfast is always hot and ready in the morning. Exercise room has excellent equipment that is is great shape and well kept. Always an enjoyable stay!
Clean rooms. Friendly staff. Very helpful. Warm breakfast - delicious. We will definitely stay here again. Moving to the area required several trips. One less thing to worry about - confident in consistent quality.
Kathy greeted my wife and I as we entered the lobby, and that started a very nice motel stay. Our room could not have been better, and Kathy's engaging personality and genuine interest in our comfort, and, over all, satisfaction, really set a new, and, hard to beat, standard.
Hotel staff friendly rooms clean and spacious. I always choose Best Western never disappointed. Had late arrival desk clerk cheerful and friendly. Room was nice and quiet. Internet speed was good which sometimes is not the case with WiFi.
hotel facilities are nice but could use a little updating the rooms are nice and spacious but also could use modern updating free breakfast and wide variety of breakfast items hotel location is right on the strip and close to plenty of shopping and food pool is indoors not a bad place to stay on business for short term
My boyfriend and I explored Northwest AR and decided to stay here after visiting Crystal Bridges. I can't complain about a thing. Our room was just the way one would expect it to be. Spotlessly clean, no stench, no noise, properly working A/C unit, and all the amenities. We arrived around 6pm, shortly after booking our room through TripAdvisor, and had no issues checking in. The young lady at the front desk was very friendly. This morning, the breakfast was better than most hotels. I always like to read reviews and rankings on hotels before choosing them and this hotel should be ranked higher on Trip Advisor. Anyone looking into this hotel, I promise, you won't be disappointed. Thank you for the wonderful stay.
We have stayed here before and will stay here again. staff is always helpful and the breakfast is always good rooms are always clean. and the price is good, also has a nice pool and hot tub.close to the downtown area and close to crystal bridges
The manager and the front desk employees were very helpful and welcoming in our stay at this hotel. Thank you Tonya,Kathy and Christina Merry Christmas. This is my first choice when I come down in this area and I am here every year so keep up the good work until next time, have a good day.
A clean room with a comfortable bed; pleasant staff; good eats. What more can you want from a hotel? The price was less than most I have stayed in recently, but were not as nice. I will stay here again.
This place is so special! We have been staying here for 6 years, and have never had a complaint. The rooms are large, always clean, and well furnished. The coffee is available 24 hours in the lobby. There are good selections for breakfast, always hot,and plentiful. I recommend the Castle Rock Best Western to anyone traveling tn the Bentonville area.
Probably the best hotel I've ever stayed at! Every member of the staff was courteous and professional. Rooms were always top notch and comfortable. They always made me feel at home. Located right in the middle of anything you wanted to do. I will always come back here when I come back!
This hotel has incredible customer service, in addition to being clean and comfortable. They have a very nice fitness center and an indoor pool. Very close to all kinds of shops and restaurants which makes it super convenient.
This was my second stay at this hotel and both times I've enjoyed it. The staff are friendly and helpful. The property is kept very clean. The business center computers actually work here and not at the speed of a sun dial. The breakfast was a hot one and very tasy compared to some places. Only drawback and it's not their fault is the street in front has a ton of traffic which can make getting out of the parking lot an adventure. For a great dinner, head down the street to Doe's Eat Place. Yummy steaks.
We spent two nights here. Staff is all important to us, and we were not disappointed! We were first greeted by Tonya who was very personable and helpful and made us feel right at home. The room was very nice and clean and quiet. The next morning, Faith greeted us and assisted us with the computer. David made sure the breakfast items were always in good supply and kept the area pristine. This is the best staff, by far, of any other place we stayed while on this vacation!
Great hotel with great staff and beautiful town. We went from there to Branson and our hotel there did not compare to this one.We will definitely stay there again when we are in the neighboring vicinity.
Spent two nights. Rooms and halls were clean. Beds were comfortable. Nothing broken or in disrepair. Pool looked clean, and the machines in the exercise room all worked. Staff was pleasant without being fake. A perfectly serviceable breakfast was included with the room. Much better than fast food or throwing away $10 or $15 for eggs and toast at a restaurant. A very good value for the money.
Overall, a good place to stay. Front desk helpful and attentive. Hallway carpet and lighting in very good condition. Room was comfortable although the bed was pretty hard. Breakfast could have used more choice but it is free and convenient so hard to argue with that! We will stay here again next time we come this way
This is a very good hotel for the price. Much better than most Best Western properties in which I have stayed. Beds are a little firm for my taste, but nice room. Room is equipped with microwave and refrigerator. Very professional staff. Location is a little out of the way, but not to an excess.
The Castlerock Best Western is a very good place to land when in Bentonville, AR. The lobby is very nicely arranged with comfortable chairs for reading or meeting friends, the large breakfast area compliments the very good breakfast selections which include scrambled eggs and bacon, and fresh fruit in addition to the usual motel breakfast choices. The motel uses full size cereal bowls which is a nice touch, and the breakfast staff is very accommodating. The rooms are large complete with a sofa, wide screen flat panel tv, fridge, and microwave. The beds were comfortable and the bath area has a long granite vanity and an very good shower. Our only problem was we made reservations with BW on line for a king room and the motel put us in a double queen room, but the front desk adjusted the price when we checked out and were very happy to make this change. Make sure you carry your AARP card as they will ask for it and book on line with BW as the rate is about $40 a night difference. We will book this motel the next time we are in Bentonville largely because the the excellent staff.
Our church group had used this motel for 7 years with no problem. This year we were treated terribly and they threatened to kick our entire group out (37 rooms). They even called the cops on us - no bad language or threatening body language. The cops left in minutes when they realized there was absolutely no problem. The manager didn't want us in the lobby at all. We would have only been in the lobby less than an hour and we had practically the entire motel rented. Another motel in Bentonville just got our yearly 35-40 rooms. I could never recommend this place after the way we were treated this year. The shift manager became very aggressive and agitated quickly over nothing. The head manager the next morning did not offer an apology for his behavior either.
We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. The hotel was located conveniently for seeing the sights in Bentonville, although it is very hard to make left turns from the hotel grounds onto the street. Rooms were nice, staff was helpful. The free breakfasts were ok, not amazing. Beds were comfy. During our stay, they did not have maps of the town. However, when we changed our travel plans, they were able to cancel our last day at the hotel. Overall, we enjoyed staying at this hotel.
Very clean and quiet. Friendly staff. Getting a little dated. Usual so- so breakfast. Will probably chose another Inn next time. They did offer Wi-Fi but it was very slow. Well lighted parking and a nice reading area.
my wife and I came to Bentonville for the Fairs and to visit friends.we stayed at the Bestwestern because the motels are clean and the staff is very friendly, which brings me to my reason for this review We can,t say enough about the staff. the front desk staff where most helpful Faith is one big asset to your mote, I have been in retail all my life and I would hire Faith in a heart beat, she is a multi tasker, She was working the front desk and also helping the breakfast girl her name was Adriana she was flying around and making sure that the server trays where full of food. The staff in this motel made your stay wonderful. thank you for all your caring and help l
As we were traveling to a Wedding in this area and also celebrating our Anniversary, we chose to stay in Bentonville as we had not visited this area before. After checking several hotels and reviews, we decided on Best Western Plus Castlerock. It was a great decision! Upon checking in, the young lady at the front desk, Faith, was efficient and very knowledgeable about the area. During our stay, we ask her several things about places to eat, directions and things to do. Her suggestions and directions were always spot on! She treated you more like family than just a guest! Our room was very clean, comfortable, and quiet and all the staff could not have been more polite and accommodating. The free breakfast and coffee were excellent, certainly more than your typical donut and coffee you typically find. There was always eggs, fresh waffles, bacon or sausage, toast, muffins, and a variety of cereals. We had a wonderful trip thanks to Faith and the great staff at Castlerock in Bentonville! We will definitely be staying here on our next visit.
This is a good choice for a stay in Bentonville; great location, clean, good service, good breakfast, decent coffee. Also, it's a no smoking facility. The facility seems a little older than some on this hotel strip, but it appears to have good maintenance and is in pretty good shape. Lots of good well lit and free parking, pokey and complaining elevator. Comparatively a decent deal at around $80 and a great deal at $70 or less, imho. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again.
I stayed at Best Western Castlerock Inn & Suites from Sept 18th until Oct 10th while working for Pig Trail Harley Davidson. The staff at Castlerock can not be beat for politeness and care to make sure your stay is the best it can be. I stayed in room 226 while there. One day the fridge was not cooling properly when I went to work. I had a NEW fridge when I came back that evening. Tonya, Faith and Kathy can not topped for service and care. There was a great breakfast every morning with a variety to chose from, not just a few items. The made me feel like part of the family and I am looking forward to staying there again.
Been here several times now and always pleased with the service and the facility. Prices are creeping up so it's not the bargain gem it used to be but the place is almost unchanged over the years. Lovely and Plenty of choices for everyone. Very easy to locate off Interstate 49. We drove up to the Crystal Bridges Museum and it was literally 3 miles from the hotel. One left on J street and follow the signs. Overall a very nice Best Western--probably one of the best in the country.
We had a good night at this hotel with some minor exceptions. The hotel is near the Crystal Bridges Museum and it was very easy to get there for our visit. Also, there were a number eating places located nearby. The hotel is located on a very busy street, which made it a bit noisy.
8 Nights there Clean and nice, Door key failed a few times. Staff especially Faith was super excellent a delight. I would return there again. It's close to everything. Breakfast offerings were changed every few days, plenty to choose from. Easy parking.
This motel has great handicap rooms with a friendly helpful staff. Morning breakfast room was always well stocked and rotated the breakfast menu throughout the week. I would highly recommend staying here for business or family gatherings.
Hotel room was clean and comfortable. Staff was very friendly and extremely helpful. It is conveniently located to many amenities yet not to far from the interstate. I will definitely come back here to stay.
In general I find Best Western hotels so-so. This one is the nicest I've ever stayed in. My room was immaculately clean. Nice furnished too. Good hot breakfast buffet. On the main drag, Walton Bvld., with lots of restaurants nearby. Convenient to I-49 (which I guess was recently renamed from I-540.)
We just arrived in town and called to see if they had a room available. The desk clerk was so pleasant on the phone and a room was available. The hotel is very clean, well presented and conveniently located. Everyone we came in contact with was very nice and helpful. Our room was spotless and comfortable. Would definitely stay there again.
We have stayed in this area at this time of year for about 13 years now. This is one of our best stays yet!! The room was nice and roomy and the bed was extremely comfortable! It had a microwave and refrigerator. There was a sleeper sofa! There was an indoor pool and a very nice and huge indoor hot tub! The breakfast was a bit more than continental and was kept stocked and hot. There were several choices for coffee each morning! The staff was very friendly and went out of their way to make sure their customers were comfortable. One of the staff members worked until 3AM and was back at the desk by 8 the next morning, still with a smile and concern for those checking out! We will most definitely stay here again!!! We were there for BBB in Fayetteville, and the drive to and from the rally was not bad. We used the hot tub after days of walking up and down the hills in Fayetteville and it was awesome! There are a lot of restaurants and things to do in the Bentonville area, itself. This hotel went all out for the bikers, and had tents set up for them to park their bikes under, and they had a bike washing station in the parking lot! We were very impressed with this hotel!!
Felt very welcome as a biker in town for BBB in Fayetteville. Bike wash area, some covered parking, convenient to everything! Staff very friendly and attentive. Pool and hot tub were clean and operating. Have already made reservations for next year, if that tells you anything.
