"Perfect stay"
Wonderful hotel staff friendly clean rooms and great breakfast wonderful time I had a great time the pool was clean and the people here are just so friendly I really enjoyed my stay I will definitely be coming back and staying here again
"unhappy"
while we were sleeping at 3am someone decides to knock on doors and start running contacted receptionist at front desk and she did investigate the situation. But that was not acceptable if you are traveling from out of town and then have to get up so early to leave again
"Low quality"
All surfaces in the room were sticky and bath towels were too small and felt like sandpaper. Fabric softener would be nice. This did not resemble any Best western that I have ever stayed at in the past.

"Interior could use an upgrade"
The room was dingy. Bathroom grout looked extremely nasty. The toilet had brown stains in the bowl didn't look very sanitary. Most of all the front desk lady looked as if she had a very bad day - could use some coaching.

"Be very careful"
Please don't use your credit card to book a room here. You will be overcharged and told they didn't even if the bank and statements say so. They won't give your money back. They won't listen to you and are very rude. I plan on never staying there again.

"Well let's just say this place is tucked away off airbase exit it's the cleanliness Friendliest Breakfast is the best ."
I recommend this place I will give it A+++ you won't be disappointed . Got try it . Well I'm headed out will miss this place. The friendly staff is really comforting . They have great prices on the cold drinks and soap for laundry $1 I will be back

"disgraceful"
We had 2 cockroaches on the wall, the tv remote batteries were taped to the remote, obviously not connecting, so no TV, the room was filthy, no clock in the room, apparently this is Best Western Policy, we were told. The manager showed no compassion at all when we complained.

"Worst Hotel Ever"
Soft spots in the floors , wet carpet , horrible smell , heavy drug activity and the weed smell was everywhere. In my 22 years of traveling all over this was over all the worst motel I have ever been in. It need to be tore down!
"Good Value for the Price!!"
I have stayed at this property before. I plan on being back in September. The room was very nice and clean. The front desk staff were very helpful. The upgrades and freshening of the rooms make this property a good value!
"Clean, quite, comfortable room"
Bed was very comfortable. Room was clean and quite. A train did go by at 7 p.m. and we were concerned about that, but one did not pass again until 7 a.m. Staff was very friendly and helpful suggesting places we could eat at in the area.
"Good Value for the Price!!"
We had stayed at the property before and will return in the future. The room was clean and updated. It was. nice to have a microwave and refrigerator. The internet connection was very good. The staff was friendly and efficient!
"WORST Hotel I've ever stayed in."
The best thing about this hotel is the friendly demeanor of the staff at the desk. After entering my 1st room and finding it dirty, I was quickly given another one. The 1st room should have been condemned. Upon entering it, the toilet seat was up with fresh urine still on it. It progressively got worst as I looked at the bed w/ stains all over the comforter. I pulled back the sheets and they were dirty. When I went to the sink to wash my hands the towels were wet like they were just used? On to room #2! This one was clean, just had a cigarette burn on the comforter but it was clean. I didn't discover the hair in the sink until after I showed. In the morning before I left for a funeral, my toilet clogged. I informed the front desk before I left. Upon my return, not only was the toilet not fixed but housekeeping didn't clean my room. Surely they saw the tag on the door saying, "Housekeeping needed." Back downstairs I go to the front desk because now I have no bathroom. I was given yet, another room. (Now on room "3"!!!) I stayed only because I pre-paid before I left in airline/hotel package & I fly out early tomorrow. This hotel is NOT what you see in the pictures on the website, it's total opposite. It's one step above roach motel & a notch above disgusting. There is so much more I can say but after this review you should know to steer clear. I've stayed in a Best Western before in Alexandria but apparently it wasn't this one. I chose this hotel in proximity to the airport. Won't make that mistake again! This is the WORST hotel I've ever stayed in. You would think people would be cognizant of the Covid season we are in but this place is a breeding ground for it. I'm off to Walmart for lysol to sanitize "Room 3" in my last few hour here. Management need not reply with a "sorry bout that." Show some love with a refund! I'll be forwarding this and pictures to their corporate office.
"Prejudice Night Clerk"
I arrived at 1:30am needing a room. The Night Clerk lied to me about room availability and price! She told me that she did not have any rooms left with either a queen or king bed and that the price would for the double bed room was $117.00 I left and called Best Western reservations and behold, there were rooms with a king bed and the price was $85.00 a night! This should never happen to a person just because of the color of there skin!!! I reported this to the manager in the morning and he tried telling me it was just a mistake. How can a trained clerk not see on the computer that there were rooms available and that the price for a rewards member was $85.00 a Night?
"Never Again!"
I checked into this place only because I couldn't board at LaQuinta Inn across the street because of bursted pipes. Upon check in, I told your employee of my 6 hr. trip to come to the area and my dilemma with the other hotel. Your employee was not empathetic at all and when I asked for the exact charge I was going to pay at the other hotel, she wouldn't give me any kind of discount. So, with that said, I stayed at this place for 1 night only because I was so freakin exhauted. The room was so-so with cigarette burn holes all over the comforter and a nasty air condition that needed cleaning so bad. Never will I ever stay at this place again! I checked out the very next morning and went to one of your competitors and got treated with a discount upon my liking and empathy for my situation! I ended up staying there for three nights!
"MORE BANG FOR THE BUCK!!!"
Prepare to be impressed when you see what all is included in you room for the price you pay! This is the mind-boggling part of it all that I have to wrap my head around. I also evaluate hotel by Housekeeping.
"You get what you pay for"
Its a super 8 so you get what you pay for. The interior has been upgraded and you have new furniture, beds etc. If you have asthma do not stay here. The air conditioning unit is old and moldy on the inside. I pulled the filter out and it qas horrible. It was black and greenish. I washed it off and slept better because i could breath a bit better. Something about the air is not good.
