Front Desk reception -" Summer" - awesome hotel first impression, friendly and very efficient. Gave hotel overview / orientation and was very helpful and patient , just what you like to expect after a long trip. She could give others lessons in hospitality.

The hotel is ok for a stop over. Is very clean and has friendly staff but requires better quality food, more of it and better stocked rooms for people wanting to stay longer periods of time. All amenities need to be in working order on all floors.

The best hotel I have ever been to in my many trips, providing great customer service from all the staff, from the reception, kitchen staff and cleaning staff, very professional and always with a smile and attention to every detail. Comfortable rooms, free parking and internet and complimentary breakfast. I recommend this hotel and on my future trips I already have a place to return to when I visit for business or pleasure.

Extremely clean and the most wonderful experience with staff! Even the other guests were fun to be around! I guess because everyone was so happy with the service! Wonderful place to stay! Great staff, terrific coffees, always clean, with spacious rooms that are comfortable and quiet. Easy access to highways taking you south to Calgary and the YYC Airport, east to Drumheller, North for Red Deer, Edmonton and endless Alberta adventures.

My stay was impeccable! The hotel boasts spotless cleanliness, a welcoming staff, and spacious rooms. It's ideal for both business and leisure travellers. We spent a pleasant nights getaway, just for fun, at the Airdrie Best Western Plus. There was lots of shopping nearby. The beds were very comfortable with 4 pillows per bed. The staff were helpful, and answered all our questions in a very pleasant manner. The breakfast was very satisfying and the WiFi worked great. We will definitely be back.

Needs improvement at check in rude person not willing to help. Breakfast food was burnt and person looking after it was more interested in there phone instead of keeping track of the food and cutlery needed for people. Rooms were good and clean beds were good just need better people looking after there responsibilities.

Hotel is in good location, very nice clean rooms, comfortable bed and rooms, kitchenette suite very spacious, continental breakfast has good options, and staff are always very friendly.

We stayed at the Best Western Plus Airdrie for one night while passing through on a two-day drive from the Vancouver area to the Saskatoon area. We booked in the late afternoon on the day of arrival, paying $114 via Expedia for a standard king room. Check-in was quick and easy. The reception staff person was very friendly and helpful. The hotel fully met our expectations, in that it wasn't better than average or worse than average compared to what we were expecting. It might have been on the slightly higher end within the “average” range, so I would have awarded it a 3.5 rating if that was possible. Note that I typically award 5-ratings to the top 2% of properties and 4-ratings to the next 20-30% of properties, so a 3-rating is still very solid. The room was medium to large in size compared to similar properties. It had a large comfortable bed (although I appreciate that bed comfort is highly subjective). There was a large bar fridge with a small freezer (that we did use) and a microwave (that we didn't use). The included breakfast was served in a large room with plenty of clean seating. The selection was a bit light. The hot food selection consisted of some sausage patties, tater tots and egg patties. There was a limited selection of muffins and breads. There were two waffle makers, but no fruit or pastries, as far as I could tell. Overall, it was somewhat unremarkable, but not in a bad way. I would stay here again for the same price in the same situation.

The Best Western Plus again was a great stay. My family always stays here at the Airdrie AB Best Western Plus as it is always so clean, great service, fair price and great breakfast. We will keep coming back to this Hotel anytime we travel to Airdrie, Calgary or other stops that are close by.

A great spot for our overnight near Calgary. Easy access off QE2, near restaurants & stores. Room was very comfortable with accessible plugs for charging electronics. Well equipped gym. The breakfast was nicely done with a gluten free toaster & food choices for folks with celiac. Highly recommend this hotel.

super comfortable beds great breakfeast great service would highly recommend staying there they have a great program offer stay for 2 days get the 3 rd night free. i dont know any other hotels that are offering that. the kitchette was awesome! it was a heat induction stove. The location was very good. Right next to many restaurants and next to superstore.

Great stay at this very friendly, clean and comfortable hotel. Great breakfast and love the coffee machine. Bed and pillows were very comfortable and our room was spotless. Would definitely chose this hotel again for future trips to Airdrie.

Just stayed at the Best Western Plus. Great service, Nice clean room, Breakfast was good but should have more hot items. Out of season and a Sunday night should have a better rate. Overall was a great stay.

I'm a regular at this hotel and every stay is truly exceptional - thanks in large part to manager Rhonda. Her warm and welcoming presence makes one feel right at home. The hotel itself is beautifully maintained, providing a comfortable and inviting atmosphere for guests. The breakfast is great, the rooms are clean and comfortable, etc., but what really sets it apart is Rhonda's unwavering commitment to ensuring a delightful guest experience. Her attention to detail and dedication to guest satisfaction are truly commendable. There's a lot that goes into making a good hotel great, and this place truly ticks all the boxes and then some.

Stayed at this hotel 2 times during this last month. Excellent rooms, great response from support staff, free breakfast, very close to shopping and restaurant facilities. Teyana at the front desk provided us with amazing Customer Service. She was very kind and knowledgeable. A character trait that not a lot of people her age have. We were on our way back home from BC to Sask. We stopped at IKEA in Calgary & purchased 2 beds. She allowed us to store the bed frames & headboards in the secured boardroom for the night. She also provided us places that served good food. We ended up ordering in some Pizza as we just wanted to relax (a place suggested by her). The Pizza was Yummy. The breakfast was good as well. The room was clean & a good size. The bedding & mattress was a plus to sleep on. We'd have no problem with staying there again.

On Thursday, Aug. 10th/23 my husband and I stayed at the Best Western Plus in Airdrie! We had business in Calgary the next day but we were also looking for a hotel to spend our 49th Anniversary at the end of August! We wanted somewhere special! This hotel is immaculate! You can tell, as you walk in the foyer, how much pride they take in keeping this hotel looking clean and fresh! I was so impressed! Teyana was on the front desk when we checked in. She was very professional and very nice, but it went much further than that. We were in an accessible room and the kindness and concern she showed for our comfort went way beyond ‘'Customer Service''! Our room was awesome! Of course it was clean and comfortable, and the bed was amazing, but it was the first hotel room that I have EVER stayed in that had enough lighting! The bathroom and hallway always have ceiling lights, but the room itself is usually only small lamps that keep the room quite dark! This room had several lamps, both table and floor lamps but it also had a very nice, very bright ceiling light, if you chose to use it! That lighting made a difference for me! We went down for our complimentary breakfast in the morning. Nothing better than fresh made breakfast with all the fixings! It was great! Dawn, the woman in charge of the breakfast area was very friendly, making sure we wanted for nothing! As we checked out, Louryn on the desk made sure our stay was all we hoped it would be! Such a pleasant girl! Customer Service is obviously a priority at this hotel and is really appreciated! This whole experience was much more than we had expected! After all, a hotel room is just a place to sleep, right? Not always! Sometimes you are staying in a hotel room for several days and coming back to a dark room is quite depressing! This hotel feels so much like home!

This hotel was great. It is newer and in a location that is close to highway 2 without all the noise with many amenities within walking distance to the hotel. Our room was bigger than expected and very bright and clean. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful in providing places that were pet friendly in the area that I could take my dog.

Hotel staff is very friendly, the rooms are a good size, the breakfast is always good with lots of variety each day! Hotel does not use strong scented cleaners and this is great! Will continue to always stay here!

This is our favourite hotel to stay when visiting Calgary and the surrounding area. Our most recent visit did not disappoint. Check-in was seamless and our room spacious, clean and welcoming. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The best thing about this Best Western Plus is the warm and friendly staff. The maintenance workers, cleaning staff and manager all made an effort to greet us, ask us if we needed anything throughout our stay. The location is perfect for visiting Calgary or on a longer road and it won't break the bank.

When we walked in the girl at front end was dealing with a rather difficult customer but she dealt with her professionally snd very efficient. She scknoekedged us snd apologized for waiting and checked us in immediately told us all about amenities and was super helpful

The staff were the most friendly and accommodating we have ever experienced at a hotel. We found ourselves in need of a last minute, pet friendly room and the staff turned a stressful scramble to find a place to stay into a great experience. They went out of their way to make sure we had a comfortable room and that our stay was a great one. We will definitely be staying here any time we are staying in the Airdrie/Calgary area again and recommending it to any friends and family!

Our bathroom vanity had toothpaste on the front of it, with hair in it. The bathroom tap lever was not on properly, so it was a guessing game as to actually turn it in and what temperature you were going to get.

Went for breakfast at 8 am. There were no eggs in the warming trays, no milk for cereal, no spoons, no coffee ,no oat meal, only two scoops of hash browns and 12 sausages left in warming trays to feed my family of 4 and 8 other hotel patrons behind us. Had to go to Tim Hortons near by for breakfast.

During the last year we've travelled to the East Coast and now to the west with our campervan. Occasionally we chose to stay in a hotel. This was the case with the Best Western Plus Airdrie Hotel. Although we've stayed in many Best Western hotels across Canada, this one was exceptional. Well designed, well maintained, great staff, espressos and cappuccinos among other. Highly recommended.

We stayed in a pet friendly room, it was very clean and they were very accommodating. Our family is gluten free and vegan and the hotel went its extra mile to accommodate - lots of options!! Amazing!!

I am a retired flight attendant. I have been all over the world in diamond and high-star-rated hotels that promised the moon. There would always be something not quite right. The Best Western Plus Airdrie Hotel should have the highest rating bestowed upon it for its exceptional level of cleanliness and outstanding attention to detail. I found it impossible for the first time ever, to find fault in a room...no funky smells, no hidden hairs from people or pets, zero dust...even the heat and air conditioner filters were meticulous (I could go on). In today's climate, this was a welcome relief considering my family and I were here on a medical visit. The shining star on our cake ends with the staff at this hotel. Let's see... the hotel manager is the quintessential example of what every hotel manager should be... Compassionate, kind, generous and so very welcoming. She took the time to get to know us. She listened and made us feel like we mattered just like family. Her staff is a reflection of her dedication to hard work. Everyone from the front desk to housekeeping and everywhere else deserve our utmost gratitude and thanks. You are all wonderful and we thank you from the bottom of our hearts!

As a tall guy I was thrilled with the King Size bed with 4 pillows and a sleep that was amazing. Quiet, super clean, well appointed and no worries. Staff was great and very helpful with solving a problem for me. Would highly recomend.

Stayed for 10 days straight while working in the area, the staff was great and very friendly. Breakfast was predictable as per best western plus standards, was missing the bacon day but the sausages and patties were fine. The room was clean and quiet.

The front desk was friendly, professional and considerate found this to be the case in almost ALL Best Westerns in all the hotels chains they are the most cost effective modern and very clean, usually close to eating (Local Discounts from hotel) and drinking facilitates

I was greeted by a very welcoming atmosphere. Clean rooms, friendly staff and priced right! rates and was pet friendly. The Breakfast had a good selection of food to choose from and I loved the 24 hour coffee station.

I have stayed at this location multiple times and each stay is better than the last. Check in is easy and friendly, Trevan was very helpful during booking. Rhonda the GM is great, she treats you like family and you can tell she takes great care of her guests. Teresa and Suzie are wonderful housekeepers, they really go above and beyond to make you feel like you're at home. The hotel is unbelievably clean and quiet, which is the reason why we return. My husband and I are always impress with the variety of options for the continental breakfast, Victoria was very friendly. The hotel is located in a great spot and is in walking distance to restaurants, grocery stores and shopping. I look forward to our next stay.

We ALWAYS enjoy our stays here. The manager Ronda always makes us feel so welcome. The breakfasts are always hot and tasty, the new 24 hr coffee machine is great, the housekeeping staff are the best ever!

We stayed due to poor roads and were treated as family. Staff was respectful, pleasant and helpful to make our unplanned stay a joy. They wanted to make sure we didn't travel unsafely so offered an additional night at a special rate so that we didn't have to travel in the winter storm.

Out off all my travels across the world this Best western should be titled as a suite. Warm and welcoming staff. Great breakfast. Just a wonderful hotel. We chose the Best Western Gateway Hotel because of it's easy access to Hwy 567 so we could visit friends in East Airdrie. The beds are very comfortable and the hotel is in a busy location but we never once heard any traffic noise. We travelled with our pet Chi and he never barked once because of noise. Breakfast was varied depending on your preferences and in the afternoon there was fresh baked cookies beside the coffee machine that dispensed lattes and hot chocolate. It was so handy to shopping if we had needed anything.

Traveling west to east, looking for a pet friendly place to stay, and having a destination charger for our Tesla. We found the BW plus in Airdrie, the other reviews were bang on, the place is conveniently located near the grocery story, and has everything you need for a great night with your pets! We enjoyed the stay and would return, off season it was cheep too!

The suites are awesome! So great for a family. Had everything we needed to eat supper, make supper and sleep. Staff was super helpful! And easy to talk to on the phone to book hotel. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

We stayed at BW Airdrie after a 2 week driving vacation to the west coast. We booked with the front desk agent while travelling and were warmly greeted by the same agent when we arrived. So welcoming! The location, the hotel, our room....all top rate!

The staff are always polite, friendly and professional. The rooms are always clean as I use this location for work. Breakfast bar has all a person needs for a morning meal. Rhonda Dochuk (General Manager) and another frontend staff even went out of their way to book me in at another BW in another city I had to stay at. They were unsuccessful as that location would not accommodate the request, but I was super appreciated that they took the time to try and help me out.

Exceeded my expectations and was a great value. Pet friendly and super clean. The staff was always friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good and lounge area was comfortable. Gym was clean and well equipped. Pool would make this 100% best hotel in Airdrie but if don't care about having a pool, you can't find a nicer hotel in Airdrie.

I have been staying at this hotel for the past 6 years and I have not been disappointed. The peaceful atmosphere of this hotel is what keeps me coming back. Even on busy nights, this hotel is really quiet. The breakfast is great compared to other hotels I have stayed at. Hot food like eggs, bacon or sausage, potatoes, oatmeal, waffles, and cold food like cereal, muffins, breads, fruit, and yogurt. There are many options to choose from. They have a new 24 hour coffee machine that has different coffee options to choose from. It's great! The staff is always ready to greet you with a smile on their face and help you no matter what you are asking for. If they don't know the answers they will find out for you. Lauryn and her front desk team are a joy to interact with and you become like family every time you stay here. I will continue to stay at this hotel whenever I am in Airdrie. The location for amenities is good, the building and rooms are clean, the curtains blacked out well and the staff was helpful. The drawbacks were that the air circulation and the level of noise from the fan made it impossible to sleep, so two nights of no sleep, and if you are someone who is sensitive to electricity or magnetic fields it's directly across the road from a tower. If you're not, it isn't a bad place to stay and a lot cleaner than some.

It was 10PM and I was struggling to find any hotel room so late at night. When I called the front desk one of the friendliest people I've ever heard on the phone answered. I explained that I was near desperation trying to find a place, and she said she would see what she could do to help. After a minute she came back and said that she had been able to shift some things around, and that I was able to grab the last room. Upon checking in, I realized that I had been speaking with Leah. At 11:30PM she had the enthusiasm and hospitable nature as if it were 10AM. She was extremely friendly when I walked in and greeted me with a huge smile (this is what I needed after a really long day of traveling). She was quick to process my details after seeing how tired I was, and told me that if I needed anything to make my stay better, to call her at any point. Customer service was beyond what I expected, and the quality of the hotel (room cleanliness, comfort of bed, temperature) was great. It was a perfect reset - thank you!!

I've stayed in a lot of hotels. Some grand. and some dumpy. Anytime I'm in the area I make sure to stay here. When you travel and live in hotels as I do, you come to appreciate a pleasant experience. The single biggest factor that decides this is staffing. This best western plus has that down pat. The staff here are professional, accommodating, and extremely polite. In-fact I'm so pleased with them that I'm writing my first ever online review. I've stayed in this hotel 10+ times now and I've never been disappointed. A big thank you to the manager, Lauren at front desk, and all other staff that work here.

We had to check in late. Most everything was booked. So glad we chose this Best Western it was excellent. Quiet very very clean. The staff is excellent very knowledgeable about local dining discounts and the rewards program. We were treated very well and got a very good rate.

We arrived to see smiling faces and a beautiful atmosphere. Check in took seconds and our child loved the sliding bathroom door. The room was so dark in the morning and so quiet that we ended up sleeping, what a perfect experience.

Tasteful modern decor and everyone was lovely. The atmosphere was perfect for a family, and the location was quiet. Everything was very comfortable from the beds to the lounge furniture downstairs. Also really liked the art, they made the place feel very cozy without being bland.

I've stayed in this specific hotel twice now and honestly it's going to be my go to every time I need to be in Calgary. The location is so convenient, the staff is so welcoming, and the rooms are perfect for longer business trips. The kitchenette rooms are a life (and money) saver that come fully equipped with cutlery, pots, dishes, etc. I was able to go to the grocery store next to the hotel and feed myself properly for my 4 day stay. Definitely recommend this hotel!!

We stayed 4 nights and overlooked the Rockies. The room was well equipped and beds super comfy. Convenient location to all amenities and highway. The food was adequate to fill one's belly! Would definitely return when visit with friends.

This hotel is the only place I stay in Airdrie. The family atmosphere is so inviting. The staff goes out of their way to make your stay comfortable. The beds are really comfortable and the new fluffy towels are great! Breakfast offers something for everyone. The rooms are spotless! I needed help checking in for my flight home using the desktop computer and the staff was only too happy to help. I always feel safe and comfortable and part of the family whenever I stay here. Rhonda and her team are amazing!

Friendly staff, clean rooms, close to everything. Main street is just up the road, with many common stores, a gym, restaurants, antique shops which is very easy to find. Calgary/Airdrie is vast if you miss one highway exit it could be 9km to the next, unlike Ottawa. Its beautiful no matter what and very easy to navigate.

This is my 2nd time staying at this location and besides the fitness room being under renovations and unavailable I was very happy with the property and staff. Would definitely recommend this location to others. It has easy access to the CrossIron Mills mall and the airport.

The room itself was perfect and the beds were a dream to sleep on. 10/10! The kitchenette was more than adequate to cook a nice meal with. The breakfast room was perfect and the little tuck shop where they sell some snack food was very welcome.

We stayed at this hotel for six weeks waiting for our new home to be available. During our stay I cannot say enough about the amazing staff. Everyone was so friendly and accommodating. The hotel was always clean, comfortable and quiet. The bed and pillows were comfortable We had a room with a kitchenette which met our needs. The hotel supplied dishes, utensils and cutlery in the room. There are many amenities within a short walk such as a large grocery store, restaurants, shopping, etc. The hotel is conveniently located close to the highway but not too close where noise becomes an issue. There was a continental breakfast every morning with a decent variety of options. Hot water and coffee was available all day. The gym closed for renovations but I'm sure it will be open again soon. We would 100% stay here again.

Amazing top notch professional service by all staff. Awesome room with large fridge and huge bathroom. Although I did not participate in the breakfast, other travelers in my group said it was plentiful and lots of variety. Everything was above and beyond!

I stay at the hotel because the staff is excellent. The rooms are always very clean. And the bed is very comfortable. Definitely one of the best places to stay. I stay at least once a month. I won't stay anywhere else
