Aiden by Best Western Warm Springs Hotel and Event Center

This hotel is such a nice place!! The views are spectacular!! The hotel has an elevator and all the amenities are accessible without using stairs, which is an important feature for many. There are concrete paths to the pavilion in the back and to the fire pit. During our stay, we went ahead and made reservations for the next dates we planned to stay. We forgot to mention that we'd have our dog with us When we came back. When we came back for our next stay, Heer was the one who checked us in for our reservation. He took such good care of us and went out of his way to make sure we had the same type of room we were expecting, even though they weren't aware of the dog. So helpful and friendly. Everyone who works here is extremely kind and attentive. Thank you, Heer!

We were on a family trip to visit FDR's Little White House in Warm Srings, GA. This is the only national brand hotel in the area so we booked a room. At $225 per night we had high expectations for this hotel. Disappointment does not even begin to describe our experience. The only bright spots were the young woman at check-in and the view. Speaking of the view we were one of about five or six rooms at the hotel that night and we were placed on the front side of the building away from the beautiful view out the back and overlooking the parking lot. Looking at the menu we noticed that the hamburger steak dinner was $22. Obviously we ate elsewhere. The room: stains on the carpet, frayed carpet, terribly stained drapes, shower did not drain, door jambs in bathroom rotted out at the floor, sheets did not look clean, super thin towels and caterpillars and silverfish in the room. Do yourself a favor if visiting the area, stay somewhere else.

I had no complaints about my stay! The view from the chairs is just amazing! The staff.. they are what makes this hotel even better. Breakfast was delicious. Hot- fresh and just all around good. Teresa and Taylor are the best team ever! From conversation, to check out and wishing us safe travels, we actually felt we were wanted at the hotel!

An outstanding facility. Immaculate , super clean. The view of the mountains out the back are phenomenal . The best free breakfast we ever had. Teresa prepared a wonderful breakfast. Natalie was great on check-in and Taylor at check-out. Very, very nice people.

It was a really nice one-night stay. I would stay there again. The front desk staff were friendly, efficient and made me feel welcome. The property is beautiful! Quiet. The rooms are nice as well. I think the bed could be more comfortable, but everything else was perfect. TV worked great, no problems with thermostat or hot water. Loved the toiletry products. The complimentary breakfast was your average hotel breakfast. They definitely get an 'A' for effort though. Really glad I stayed there!

The entire staff at this small but beautiful hotel was EXCEPTIONAL. They went above and beyond to make you feel at home. The views, bar, food, amenities, and staff were all fantastic throughout the duration of our stay. Our only issue was with the barn door on our bathroom! It wanted to stay open when it was meant to be closed and vice versa. Other than that one tiny thing, our entire stay was phenomenal. 10/10 would highly recommend to anyone heading to Warm Springs for any kind of trip.

I want to rate Aiden a 5, but can't due to their housekeeping policy. They only do the rooms every other day, even though we requested daily at the desk. When I pay over $200 a night at a hotel. I EXPECT them to come daily to make bed, empty trash, replenish towels, toiletries, and coffee pods. We stayed 4 nights, got clean towels, trash pick up & beds made once. TOILETRIES AND COFFEE PODS WERE NOT REPLENISHED AT ALL. If I wanted to do these things for myself, I would have taken my camper and only paid a third of the cost. The hot breakfast was very good with a nice selection of food. We enjoyed the cafe/bar. The food was good & prices reasonable. It is fully covered, but open air, so hot in the summer. Karen, the bartender/server is wonderful. She is super friendly & always has a smile on her face, even when the place is packed. I don't know what they pay her, but it is not enough for the amount of work she does. Only choose Aiden if you don't mind using your towel twice.

The hotel had good and bad. The good was the breakfast was the absolute best I had on my trip. The breakfast lady was pleasant and accommodating. The breakfast included scrambled eggs, sausage, grits, hash browns, cereal, breakfast burritos, juices, coffee or tea, And more. I'm sure I am forgetting something. The staff was pleasant and helpful. The room was clean. The grounds were very nice. It was extremely easy for someone traveling with a larger dog (like me). I could take her out from my room directly to a grass area for walking. The bed was comfortable but rather dated. The room included a mini frig and a microwave. Ice was in the hall. The less than good was the smell when I walked into the room was over powering "air freshener". It did not dissipate during my stay and was annoying. The carpet in the room was very dated as was all of the furniture. Time to update. The gazebo was being used for a private party and it looked beautiful. Everyone was dressed in white.

Kathy the owner treated Brook the manager and the staff like crap the food was awesome and I plan to bring my friends to eat there and I do plan on another visit. But I think this problem should be addressed. Brook and the staff did an excellent job. Thank you for your help in this situation.

What a great hotel to get away to. The views are the great, the rooms are very nice and clean and the food was really good. The whole staff is super helpful and friendly. Honestly one of the best hotels we have stayed in yet!

My wife and I stayed mostly with Marriot Properties. I can only say this place needs Hot-tube for about 15 to 20 guest. I think you couldn't ask for better hotel. The View and weather couldn't have been any better.

This hotel is a must to visit, updated and very modern in design. The management and staff were extremely friendly, and accommodating. The food and mixed drinks were delicious and priced very competitively. Close to Callaway Gardens, Pine Mountain State parks with amazing hiking trails as well as some nice places to eat, or you are about 30 minutes from Columbus.

Aiden is the best hotel on this side of town. I have enjoyed my stay here. The rooms are very clean. The bar is amazing . Jocelyn makes the best drinks . The service here is great. The food is awesome. The cooks even come out and greet you. I felt very special when i stayed here and i will be visit again .

Great checkin and service from Judi as always, clean rooms and beautiful location. Easy decision to return. Would recommend this location. Add some additional items at the bar/cafe and will be spot on.

Yes, for the area, this hotel is a little pricy, but for the price you're going to get a clean facility which is in good repair. The AC/heat worked. The showers and bathroom were clean. The doors locked as they should without having to "fight with them". Even the glass on our outside window was clean! WE all know that never happens. The staff I encountered was friendly. If you happen to get to meet Judi, she is the epitome of what customer service should be. She's warm, kind, friendly, and she will go above and beyond to make your stay great. We didn't get to try the onsite restaurant, so I don't know how the food is.

The hotel was perfect for a sister getaway., The staff and hotel was excellent. The scenery and the grounds were very relaxing for a much need getaway. Would highly recommend this hotel for a place to spend time.

Everything was exceptional - from easy check in, friendliness and helpfulness of the staff to the beautiful grounds in the back with the firepit and huge gazebo. Dillon, the general manager went above and beyond to acomodate any requests. When In the area, we would definitely stay here again.

I will have to say that there isn't another hotel that I have recieved the amzing kind of service I did this past weekend for our destination wedding. I will have to say that the few staff workers that were there did a fabulous job. I wouldn't have wanted half of my wedding guests to stay anywhere else.

Great view, great hotel! Staff was friendly and the breakfast was good. We enjoyed the beautiful woodwork and decor and awesome fire pit and views. And nature treated us to a spectacular sunset from the pavilion.

This place is fun. We enjoy the staff and our time spent here. The hotel is clean and everyone is so accommodating. The view is spectacular and this is our second stay and will be back again. Very relaxing.

This hotel was the best hotel I've ever stayed in the staff was friendly and the breakfast was amazing and nice rooms. Deja at the bar was super friendly and the front desk tried to go beyond to make our stay great.

We found the staff at the hotel very friendly and helpful. The bar was a nice plus to relax after a long day. The location is perfect for visiting The Little Whitehouse and the Callaway Fantasy of Lights. The room was very clean and the view is incredible from the covered porch.

Overall, it was a great stay! The property was beautiful, and we liked how open it was in the back by the pool, pavilion, and bar area. This is a great place to hang out and we would have if it hadn't been cold. The pool was clean and once again, would have been a popular hangout for us if it hadn't been for the cool weather. The hotel is very convenient and close to Warm Springs (0.5 mile) and even closer to Roosevelt's Little White House and only about 25 min (depending on which road you take) from Callaway Gardens. The town of Pine Mountain is also close by and is a great destination for enjoying the antiques, shops, restaurants and small-town life. We had the King Suite, which is the largest room available, besides the Presidential Suite. This was large enough for my boyfriend and our four-year old son. The rooms were clean and nicely appointed. The staff were super friendly and went above and beyond. If we had any issues or needed anything extra, they made sure we were quickly taken care of. In addition, they gave us helpful hints as to activities to participate in around the area, especially the ones that were kid friendly. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a nice place to stay where the staff are friendly, accommodating, and you want to relax and enjoy the beautiful views.

Very nice room- king suite- but very loud! Room was on second floor on the balcony overlooking the outdoor atrium-pool and bar. Could hear laughter, loud voices etc coming from bar:outdoor area til way past 10:30. Poor design, no sound barrier and front desk couldnt find our reserv initially. Found it had already been printed out with keys on top of it! I was tired and frustrated with the noise

Rooms are acceptable, shower is awkward with the nozzle blasting you and no way to escape it Breakfast was awful. Sausage was not edible and eggs were watery. Pop and ice machine are locked up in the evenings and morning

Property was extremely nice, the staff was above and beyond most I have encountered The bar and restruant were not open but for a one night stay we managed. If everything was up and running I would be a repeat guest for sure

We stayed here while visiting the Little White House. Our room looked East, and the sunrise view was spectacular. Clean, comfortable room and a top- notch front desk and cleaning staff. Nearby Pine Mountain has plenty of good restaurants if the hotel's is closed. Really a great place!

What a beautiful, clean hotel with great amenities and scenery. I plan on going back next year if I can. It's right near the Little White House and Warm Springs. About 20 minutes from Pine Mountain. Very convenient.

The layout design of this hotel is unique but takes the beauty of outside into account. So many outdoor spaces to enjoy company with others or to get off by yourself. Views of the trees in fall is spectacular. Room was super clean; no tub for kids, just walk in shower. Wish the breakfast area wasn't so cramped and that there would have been a slightly bigger selection. Value was great, location was great and experience was top notch. Even has resturant/bar on site, as this is a more remote location.

My wife and I are picky about the hotels we stay in… usually fairly expensive hotels. We were very impressed with this hotel. It felt more like a resort than a hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly. After you pass through the lobby you're in an open air lounge area. Wonderful outdoor bar atmosphere, with again friendly and wonderful service. Walk out to the patio for an incredible view with a large gazebo and fire-pit . Our room was great, we had much better sleep than we normally have the first night in a hotel. Our biggest mistake… was not booking a second night there!

This hotel is a hidden gem! Beautiful views, updated clean rooms, fantastic staff. The pictures are exactly what you get. Rooms with a porch or balcony have a table and chairs to relax with a cup of coffee or a glass of wine. Decent size refrigerator in each room. Beds were comfortable. The pavilion would be a perfect place to host an event. Fire pit is a great place for friends to get together.

My husband and I came and stayed at this beautiful hotel. There were so many interesting architectural structures and unique areas. The views were breathtaking but the staff , one member in particular we're just incredible. The front desk clerk / concierge was so helpful so kind so thoughtful took care of our every need his name was Jacob!!! Jacob went above and beyond to make sure that we had anything and everything that we needed and was so personable and charming it really made our experience wonderful !! We will be going back specifically as long as Jacob is there to take care of us as he did so well.

The Hotel was Gorgeous, with a spectacular view. Great place for a event or Wedding. Staff was awesome. Pool was great and the Gazebo is unmatched with a huge patio fire pit off of it. We can not wait til next year.

This is a hidden gem just next to FDR State Park and Pine Mountain Trail. The hotel is beautiful. Staff are friendly. Rooms are clean. Reasonable rates. Good for senior travelers as well as families. Will stay again!

We stayed at Aiden it one of the best experiences ever! Most definitely a hidden gem!!! The grounds are beautifully kept so many areas to have private moments but also to enjoy the many views!! Jacob was so sweet and helpful, I have a autistic son who was asking about the plants he took the time to look up the plants and share this with him! As a mother it made me smile and it's those moments that stand out the most!!! Our housekeeper Nancy just love her to pieces she was like family spirit was warm and inviting!!! I will be definitely coming back maybe for a all girls trip lol!!! Thank you guys for making us feel welcome and special!!

We stayed here while visiting Callaway Gardens. It was close and convenient. We loved the hotel and the amenities! We would definitely come back and stay again. It had a beautiful view of the mountains behind the pool. This was definitely a great value for the money.

It has been my pleasure to stay at this property many times since the Patels bought and completely refurbished it after a tornado almost demolished it. From front desk employees to housekeepers I found a friendly and warm welcome. The property is well kept. The rooms are always very clean and well appointed. This hotel would compare to many upscale hotels in major cities. A great place for a family vacation, a business meeting, or a wedding or other function such as a family reunion.

As stated, the grounds and hotel are beautiful. The staff was fine, but they were way short handed. The price given to my wife over the phone went up $50.00 when we checked our card. We talked to the desk, and they basically said, we are sorry, too bad.I had to dlean.hair out of the shower before we used it. There was also mold in a couple places. Again, not much, but any is too much. It was obvious that it had only been lightly wiped down, instead of properly washed. The restaurant had a very limited menu, and the staff advised us to go elsewhere. We went to the outside bar, and one of the ladies from another party told us they were sending our a bar tender. Then we found out that almost all their alcohol had been used up a week ago, and not restocked. I would like to repeat that the staff was great, and did their best with very limited materials. The exception being whoever swiped around a towel in the tub a time or so, and called it good. I would that alone would keep us from returning.

I read mixed reviews. However we had a pleasant experience. Breakfast was great. We had eggs, sausage, toast, bagels and fresh Strawberry yogurt parfait, hashbrowns, cereal, biscuits and gravy, coffee and it was plentiful. Bret did an excellent job. Jeremy was wonderful. The overall experience was great. The room with a view was clean. Pool was warm. We will be returning.

Would only recommend for the view. Our room didn't seem properly cleaned. Our shower was full of soap on the floor and hair. There was hair in the bed as well. Thankfully we only stayed one night. In the morning the food was old, spoiled and even the apples were mushy. The lobby floors were extremely sticky and they do not air condition the lobby or hallways. Won't be going out of my way to stay here again.

Very beautiful hotel with excellent staff! Judy, Nancy, and Bret took great care of us! The VIEW is magnificent! And did I mention the suite… OMG! 102 was the best! Will visit again! Can't wait 2 come back in the fall!

Love this hotel. Staff were super friendly and professional. Judi, the bartender was AWESOME! Place is clean and well taken care of. Gorgeous views and added extras like a fire pit and great pool area. Close to many attractions, like Calloway gardens, FDR little white house and Pine mountain. Will definitely stay here again.

My husband and I were looking to shorten our trip from Plains to Chattanooga by stopping a little further north on the way after work. We found the Aiden and it was comfortable, spacious, clean, and accommodating. The hotel staff was very kind. Though we didn't get a chance to enjoy the amenities, it was a nice place to lay our heads. The pool looked nice and the pavilion was lovely. The breakfast was a typical hotel breakfast. Though the space said there was a bar. it was really not a bar. No dinner provided that we could see.

I am in awe of this hotel, it is picturesque and so beautifully laid out!! We were well taken care of by Johnathan, Savannah, and Bret. This is the place to stay when you are anywhere near Warm Springs!!!

It's a beautiful location, great facilities, the two staff members that we saw were helpful, and the room was clean. However, the TV, coffee maker and telephone did not work. The maintenance man tried to fix the TV and even replaced the cable box, but nothing worked, also he offered to let us change rooms, but we didn't want to do that. They seemed to be extremely short staffed, and the restaurant didn't have much food. We didn't see any staff in the morning to let them know about the coffee maker.

This is the best kept secret in the warm springs Georgia area! The hotel is decorated beautifully with natural woods throughout, the grounds are amazing with beautiful gazebo and seating areas to sit out and enjoy the beautiful view of the Georgia mountains. The rooms are again decorated beautifully and very comfortable. The staff is outstanding in every way. I highly highly recommend this gem.

Great hotel absolutely beautiful but the staff was what made our stay exceptional. Very clean, well located and sooo quiet. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone staying in the Warm Springs area.

This hotel was great! Choices are limited in this area, and I was hesitant to stay at a Best Western, but this hotel is great. The rooms were super clean, beds were new and comfortable and the breakfast was great. I think the overall value was excellent. I'll be back for sure!

I almost never give five stars, but this was exceptional. While a reasonable price, some things made it feel like an amazing resort. For starters, the mountain views were great. Room was just dandy. We were so pleasantly surprised. I would almost consider a vacation here, but the lack of restaurants in the area would give me pause for long stay. But, if you visit the Roosevelt Summer White House, this is the spot.

The hotel looked like a new place overall. It had a beautiful structure with a quiet place to sit at the back of the property overlooking a valley of mostly woods. The hotel was well kept, except there was a peeling ceiling area in our shower that needs to be fixed. The rooms were spacious and nicely decorated. The beds were not bad, but I did find it difficult to get comfortable on the mattress. There is a major need for improvement with the breakfast offered by the hotel. When I came down to breakfast, my husband informed me there was almost no hot food left. I had to wait for them to bring more. Several minutes past and they did bring out more sausage and eggs. Not many though, about 10-12 sausages and a small bit of scrambled eggs. There were several people for food by this time and they were out again by the time everyone got their food. There was a layer of gravy stuck to the bottom of the pan, but they never brought out more gravy. The scambled eggs did not even tast like eggs. They were barely edible. The one coffee container ran out before I could even get a second cup. The yogart machine make a high-sugar content yogart that was way too sweet for anyone but kids to eat. The pancake maker makes two tiny pancakes per customer and then won't let you make any more? My last attempt to fill up was to grab an apple, but to my surprise the apples all had bruises on them on one even had wrinkled peeling. The one I reached for sunk in as my fingers touched it, so I gave up on eating an apple for breakfast. My thoughts to the hotel are, you have a beautiful hotel and surrounding property.. If you want repeat customers, you really need to improve your breakfast. Don't be stingy with the food, by bringing out the bare minimum when customers complain. This would have been a great stay if it was not for the terrible breakfast experience. I'd like to add that the employees who work the front desk are all very nice and took great care of us.

Stayed here one night and would definitely stay again. The night I was there there didn't seem to be many other guests so if it was crowded the experience might be different. I did notice a lot of sound coming in from the hallway. (Why don't people teach their children to be quiet in hotel hallways?) The view from the room is spectacular and staff were great with customer service. Bed was very comfortable and everything was clean. The bar is outside in the patio area, covered but not indoors. If you wanted to you could sit outside in the patio and still see your kids in the pool. My room had a microwave and refrigerator, coffee/tea maker and luggage stand for the suitcase. There is apparently an extra charge if you want them to make a fire in the firepit but maybe it would be worth it if you had enough people to chip in. First floor rooms have patios which open to the pool area.

Greeted by owner and on duty staff. Provided a brief history of the area and sights to see. When we asked to recommend dining options we received great advice and the staff called ahead to ensure seating was available. Excellent Customer Service

I understand with COVID...the in and out had to be limited...one...not once did i get fresh towels...two..i was asked to take out my own trash...three...i had a feeling my sheets werent getting changed..i marked them and apparently house keeping JUST TURNED THEM INSIDE OUT!!! I was there for work...all i wanted was to come back to a clean room. Also, apparently no one knows how to make coffee...there was never any made, and your in room tvs are not user friendly and it was an act of congress just to change then damn channel.For being the only hotel in town and my company paying you a LOT of money to reserve the rooms...this could have been a much better experience

This is a beautiful hotel in an awesome setting. Others have talked about the view and it's true. The outside area is really superior, there is a bar, lots of sitting area, a fire pit area and a huge gazebo. Upon checkin we were assigned a first floor room and asked if we could get one on the 2nd floor. Judi went out of her way to find an available room, and check it out herself before giving it to us and escorting us up to the room. It was a beautiful suite with a balcony, open, airy and wonderful. She provided us with information about the area and printed out directions to the Horse and Carriage restaurant where we went for dinner. We wished the View restaurant had been open, but Judi said we could order from the bar if we wanted to. As far as breakfast, we may have gotten downstairs too late but most things were picked over and no one seemed to be managing the breakfast area. That is the only thing that was a bit below par but other than that it was an excellent hotel.

Stayed at Aiden Best Western Warm Springs for business and had a great stay. The views are breathtaking and staff is amazingly hospitable. Although warm springs is a small town, if you are into antiquing and want an enjoyable stay including view of the mountains, warm fireside ambiance, and resort feel this is the place to stay in warm springs. The resort is quaint and the staff wonderful. Judy makes the stay especially special and will cater to your every need.

Stopped here after going to FDR home. Very pretty new hotel. Beautiful outdoor bar/ eating area with pool and cabana. Lots of candles and rustic features. Had to pay $20 to use firepit. Room was nice/very clean with standard amenities. Breakfast buffet was below standard for comparable hotels. Pancake maker broken, sausage was cold, but hot coffee. Very nice hosts.

If we ever travel to this area again, we would stay again. The property is beautiful and the hotel size is quaint. It offers modern covenience with beautiful decor. The beds were comfortable and the sunrise views are spectacular.

The view is absolutely breathtaking and the staff are so nice and helpful. The manager Judi found out it was our anniversary and that we were expecting our first baby and left a sweet surprise gift for us in our room. We will definitely be back!

Great place to stay! Fantastic atmosphere, back “deck” gas room for kids to place a beautiful fire pit area & sitting areas! It's the perfect location to shoot over to callaway gardens (a very shot drive)

I stayed there over the weekend, it has the best view. The customer service from, I think her name was Judy, was exceptionall. Ms. Nancy the house keeper made sure we had everything we needed and my room was very clean. It was a great experience compared to some hotels I've stayed at recently.

My husband surprised me with a weekend getaway, and he took me to one of the most beautiful places I've been in Georgia. The view is spectacular and the room was modern and cozy. Can't wait to come back

Something has definitely changed… We've been coming to Fantasy in Lights at Callaway Gardens for years and have stayed at this hotel multiple times. Each time, prior to this weekend, was 5 Star exceptional. The views are amazing, the property is gorgeous, the rooms are great, and service has always been second to none. But from the moment we checked in on Thursday it was nothing but a dumpster fire disaster. I will start with a few petty things that can happen anywhere like no soap, so we ran to the Dollar Store and bought some. When we got back from the D.G. we asked if we could buy some bottled water, we were told that didn't exist but could have tap water and ice. If you call or ask the front desk about adult beverages they have a “full bar,” however the top shelf margaritas, vodka and tonics, and whiskey now comes out of a can that has less alcohol than the water. Then came the parts that really blew our vacation to pieces, the sounds of small critters in and on the walls, the marks and scratches on my sons back from sleeping on the pull out, and the most uneducated, not well planned lies management told when we said we were going to stay somewhere else and asked for 1 of our 3 nights be refunded. First, you're not getting a refund because it's too late for us to get the house keeper back and clean the room. We tried sticking it out for 2 days and there was never anyone cleaning any room. We never even got the clean towels we asked for on day one. After calling B.S. the manager said, whether we did or didn't have house keepers is besides the point, we are booked full and can't rent the room out now. Again, total B.S. I immediately searched for rooms on my phone, and to be fair entered 2 adults 2 children, and was given 4 room options that were available for the next 3 days. Before we hung up on each other almost simultaneously I told the manager to go back and watch the film of the multiple people we watch try to get a room with nobody at the front desk, the other guests standing around asking one another if anybody was working the bar, and the guests walking behind the bar breaking in to get their own beer. If you have kids or enjoy a decent nights stay, not for you. If you want to feel like you're on an episode of Punk'd or Ripley's Believe it or Not, this is your new spot.

This was our 2nd visit, it as good or even better than last visit!! From the minute we walked in to the lobby, they had Christmas music playing. Staff asked us if we needed help with our luggage. We were in the room for 15 minutes & Crew member from the hotel team called us to ask if everything was up to our standards in the room? Our rooms were spotless. Breakfast was awesome, there were so many people coming in & out of breakfast room. By the time we got to it, it was almost done. But we ask the 2 people working & they got us everything we wanted and more!! We'll be back next year for sure!! Not to mention the amazing views this hotel has!!!!!! Omg…. 5 stars all over!!

It was a terrible experience staying at this hotel. For the price one should expect a bit more. Frozen pizza for dinner, a breakfast buffet without hot coffee, knifes, just some breads is not satisfying. A problem with the room key that resulted in breaking in through the balcony, a very stressful situation

Removed my review to edit it with an update and more details: The hotel management (Kathy Patel) won't call me. Best Western corporate offered a $50 travel voucher for another BW hotel - email attached. Just awful. Screwed up our reservation, room was filthy and damaged, AC (turned off in the night) and iron (no steam) were both broken. Breakfast was completely cleaned out - we had to eat offsite. Worst of all, the sheets on the pullout couch were used - see attached pic. The spots looked like they might have been dried blood. We only had to get a pullout couch because they booked the wrong room and couldn't/wouldn't correct it. They sent a kid with hygiene problems (the room smelled for 20 mins after he left) to replace just the base sheet: no new mattress and no bedding. It was unusable. The manager on duty (Julie, Judy) promised to comp a whole $20 for the experience, but never did it.

What an amazing hotel!! 5 star all around… stayed over the weekend with my family and tell you what, it was the best hotel we have ever stayed. They were busy but always answered my question when I had one. Rooms were spectacular clean and housekeeping staff came up and asked us multiple times if we needed anything extra. Views from this place are to die for!! It sits on a mountain top and the view of the valley is mesmerizing. They have this huge fire pit and we got firewood for the whole grp and stayed up late having s'mores. Their GRAND PAVILION is ideal for weddings and parties. What I liked about this place is how unique this hotel is, they were so interactive with the guests and go above and beyond to satisfy each guests needs. Their breakfast was expanded hot items like pancakes, grits, omelettes and lots of other things. Some grp came before us and wiped everything out from breakfast ares but they immediately restocked it for us. Staff was top notch… Not to forget the amazing entrance they have for the hotel which you drive under to get to the hotel.

We were pleasantly surprised as to how nice this hotel was as we pulled up. Unfortunately that all changed as soon as we walked in the door. As we tried to check in with the reservations that we made in August (4 months prior), we were immediately apologized to because the hotel was overbooked and our room was not available. While I was extremely dissatisfied with this response, I was not at all surprised by it. A little backstory: We booked this hotel 4 months prior earlier along with other wedding guests for a wedding that we were attending out of town. I was told then that everything was confirmed and I should receive a follow up call to collect payment. I realized three weeks prior to the event that I had not, so I reached out via text to the same person I had been messaging with earlier. I gave him my name, and he had nothing on me, so I provided the event name, date of the wedding, nights of the stay, etc. I quickly contacted the bride to let her know that they had no record of my reservation and suggested other guests follow up with them as well. She spoke with the hotel manager, and he confirmed mine and one other reservation. She informed him of the reservations that she knew he should have and reached back out to guests. We were told he would call to collect payment. The other family confirmed that they paid later that week, but I never received my call. Back to check-in: After a lot of fussing, telling both days that I made reservations, and showing my confirmation email, we were "upgraded to a King Suite". We had asked for two queen beds for adequate room since there were three of us. The king suite consisted of a king bed and a fold-out couch. We got to the room, unloaded our stuff, and my husband folded out the bed. It was disgusting. There were hairs all over the bed and what appeared to be blood in the middle of the bed. My husband went back to the front desk and spoke to the manager. A little while later, the front desk clerk showed up with clean sheets. He told us that there shouldn't even be sheets on the bed so it was clear that it wasn't even looked at, changed the sheets, then told us that they don't have sheets to fit that size bed so the sheet was going to be big. We never received blankets or pillows, so we all slept in one bed. Other issues: room smelled of b.o., air didn't stay on, bathroom was dirty, iron didn't steam, wall damage, and little breakfast put out. Other members of the bridal party had horror stories too.

To experience Fantasy in Lights was the reason we chose the Warm Springs area for our hotel location. Initially we hoped to stay at Callaway Gardens' property. Thankfully, there was no room for us there. A web search revealed Aiden by Best Western @ Warm Springs Hotel and Event Center. Really? This beautiful property…. In the middle of nowhere? Being skeptical of all hotel property owner photos in general, we read the many reviews, looked at photos by travelers and then phoned to ask hotel staff questions. It is with mixed feelings that we submit this review. We would like to have this hidden gem all for ourselves! But we know other families should enjoy it as much as we have. From the time that the three-room reservation was made until we had to leave, the hotel's staff and owners were exceptionally accommodating and respectful. The longer we were there, the more we were satisfied with our decision to stay at Aiden. Very. Family. Friendly. We grandparents made the reservations for ourselves and two of our adult children and their spouses – each couple with two children ages 3 - 9. We were grateful that we were assigned adjacent rooms. We had many questions for the staff regarding the property and Covid's ongoing effects on standard amenities. We faced no surprises upon arrival. The only negative comment that we can make is biased by our family's knowledge of the flooring industry. The installation of carpet was not well done. So, it is time for replacement in some areas. Breakfast was as to be expected – an included buffet. There were hot-bar items as well as cold fruit and cereal. We didn't plan our trip relying on a hotel breakfast being a deal breaker. The rooms (including the carpet) were clean and odor free. Our beds were comfortable and smelled fresh. The bathrooms were clean and safe. The Lego-like soap bars impressed a 5 year old.  Points for grandparents! This was a Christmas celebration and we wanted our getaway to be perfect. We spent hours on the Aiden property before and after visiting F.D. Roosevelt State Park and Fantasy in Lights. The kiddos were not stuck in hotel rooms with their electronic devices and TV. They enjoyed playing “soccer” games and romping outside. Adults enjoyed the outdoor public spaces and the patio area outside our rooms on the ground floor. Coffee pots were steps away inside our rooms to brew our individual favorite roasts k-cups that we brought along. Enjoying our coffee while watching the spectacular sunrise over the foggy valley and distant hills was an unexpected plus. The sunset was an equally wonderful experience while consuming adult beverages from the hotel bar. We were allowed to use the huge, beautiful Gazebo for our small group to exchange gifts and enjoy family time that will forever be cherished. Family photos were taken with the amazing view in the background. There is much to explore in the area. We are planning return trips to this hotel since it is centrally located for our families and we feel welcome here.

Sisters' trip. Easy check-in after a very long day of travel and touring. Room was clean and hotel was quiet even though lots of cars and young children at breakfast next morning. Beds were comfortable and all linens in good condition. The frig did make a noise like running water almost all night but did not keep me from sleeping well. The morning view was absolutely gorgeous! You have to see to believe! Breakfast was basic but sufficient. Definitely would stay again if in the area.

My job has me traveling all over the world, and this beautiful gem is more beautiful than 99% of the other places I have stayed! I WILL be back! You guys are wonderful! You are some of the nicest folks I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with!

Great stay! Beautiful hotel and nice thanksgiving away from home. Second time here and I will be returning every month. Absolute great views and fire pit was beautiful. Beautiful barn doors and showers were very nice and hot.

Although we complained about not having hot water, it mostly fell on deaf ears. One person told us it had been an ongoing problem. Jeremy, the manager, who was not at the property made my husband feel like he was lying and offered us a discount if we stayed again. Will not be happening. He should have comped one night to make up for it. He is welcome to go to Room 230 in 28 degree evening weather and take a shower. We took lukewarm showers and it was miserable. The lady said she could check the hot water heaters but clearly did not. You had to pay $20 to use the fire pit although that was not advertised. The breakfast was also not as advertised. Our toilet had a pink ring inside of it. There was no bedding for the pitiful, thin mattress pull out sofa. We had to ask for bedding and a pillow and were told there were no more pillows to get a second one, although the hotel was not at full capacity. There was also not an option for a roll away bed. This could be an amazing retreat but we were very disappointed. The halls were not heated so it was very cold walking through them at night. I could go on but hopefully you understand not to waste your money here.

We love staying at the Aiden Hotel in Warm Springs. It has the friendliest staff and always so clean! We love the fire pit and Gazebo. It has a very nice wine bar and lots of places to just sit around and talk. The pool area is very nice and clean.

This is a hidden gem for an overnight stay. The decor takes you to great lodge out west. But one of the highlights of the stay is the view of the spectacular sunrise. This would be a great stay for anyone visiting Callaway Gardens, the Little White House, or anywhere in the Pine Mtn/ Warm Springs area

Great place room and service The fire pit was Great large enough for everyone staying Room was clean and very nice. Breakfast was ok given covid and and it was self service. Place was nicely decorated also

This place is beautiful! Don't miss the morning sunrise! The beds were very comfortable and would be a great place for a wedding or gathering!! The only problem we have was no breakfast but the gentleman at the desk was on it and made it quickly happen! Friendly staff

This hotel has the most amazing views, the team was great, extremely helpful and everything was very clean. I definitely recommend if you are around this area to stay at Aiden. Wake up early for the sunrise, you will not regret. I will return for sure, went there in a business trip but I wish I had stayed longer, next time.

I can't say enough about this wonderful diamond in the ruff. The view is spectacular. The rooms are so comfortable and inviting. And the people make you feel at home. I couldn't ask for a better experience. Highly recommend.

Wow! Such a diamond in the rough. We were lucky to stumble on this place and bypassed other places that were MUCH more expensive. Okay he view is amazing, facilities are Wow-class, and the staff is amazing. We had a very nice time, Judi behind the bar was more than a gracious hostess.

We recently stayed at the Aiden by Best Western in Warm Springs, GA. It is a beautiful , clean hotel and the setting is amazing. The room had great views of the valley and the outdoor space had a fire pit and huge pavilion overlooking the valley. The staff was so accommodating and friendly from Judi at the bar, Jacob at the front desk to Nancy in housekeeping. Bret kept the grounds in tip-top shape. I would definitely return this hotel.

The outdoor space is beautiful! The pavilion is pretty spectacular and it was awesome to be able to BBQ right at the property for our group. The hotel is very nicely furnished and clean. Rooms were spacious and the bed was super comfy! The staff was very accommodating. Breakfast was not the best but okay for trying to adhere to covid policies at the time. Be aware not much to do in the town, very small, but the steak house & bar up the street is a lot of fun with live music.

Judi was the best host that you could ask for! She helped us decide where to eat, where to hike, and the best place to catch sunrise. Accommodations from are fabulous. Great view! Thanks Judi. The pizza is great, the fire pit was warm and toasty, the sunrise was the mountains finest!!!

We were so impressed with EVERYTHING at Aiden by Best Western in Warm Springs GA. We had several family members there and everyone said the same thing, how happy and impressed they were with this hotel. It is absolutely beautiful and the views are amazing. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The property was perfect except the bar. The view was amazing. Price a little high for location but otherwise, perfect. Our room was very updated. Nice decor. Bar tender was very friendly even though she was limited on drink choices.

Like so many others, we have not traveled in quite a while. We were visiting Callaway Gardens and stayed one night at Aiden/Best Western. We found our room to be very clean and comfortable and the front desk attendant was personable. With so much continued concern over Covid, we felt extra attention had been given to the cleanliness of our room and we appreciated the efforts they made.

Thanks to Ms.Judi and her staff for an amazing weekend with our wedding she treated us like family from day 1 it wasn't nothing we came to her about that she didn't take care of we love Judi and BW!!!

I want to thank you guys at this location. Mrs Judi was very helpful and she was real respectful. She also helped for all of our needs thanks alot we will be back. This was our first trip there and we had fun. the rooms were very clean and Mrs Nancy seem to help our needs . And she also was very respectful

This hotel was a pleasant surprise. The room was updated and clean. The staff was very friendly. They have a fire pit in the back overlooking incredible views. We sat with other guests and enjoyed the stars. The pool and cabana were very nice as well. I will stay here again on my next visit to Calloway Gardens.

My wife and I wanted to get away for the weekend and enjoy some peace and quite, and we managed to stumble about this gem. When we walked into the lobby we were greeted with a smile but the front desk attendant Jonathan. He was very informative and even gave us recommendations to check out certain restaurants in the area. Not too long after we checked in we recieved a knock on the door and we met the housekeeper Nancy. She was very polite and wanted to make sure that if we had any problems with the room she would be glad to help. After we returned from dinner we stopped by the bar and meet Judi. Judi provided us excellent service, she knows exactly what she is doing. The day we were getting ready to check out we stopped by the lobby to grab our reciept and grabbed some breakfast. We are aware that with covid limitations are in place, but there were plenty of options and the front desk clerk was willing to even get us some ice water. Every one of the employees made us feel right at home. 10/10 would DEFINITELY recommend this to family and friends!

The hotel advertised as “full service”, open restaurant, bar, free breakfast, yet none of that was available, although they charged you as such. Misquoted the actual pet fee. All lobby areas 90+ degee

The Aiden in Warm Springs is a cozy place with a spectacular mountain view, particularly the sunrise. The staff are attentive and pleasant. The rooms are very nice with their own unique settings. Just minutes from Warm Springs, Pine Mountain and many other attractions.

Amazing front desk staff, rooms were clean. Everything was perfect. Breakfast was very good. It was wonderful stay and one of the best hotels I have stayed in. They are pet friendly. You can literally see best views from the rooms.

The hotel decor is updated and stylish, and the front desk staff provided excellent customer service. But my room was unclean and the sheets had not been changed. There was black hair on the commode, floor of the shower, bedside table and on the bedsheets. Deplorable.

Our trip at the Aiden was very relaxing!!! Just what we needed!! It was just as the pictures described. Beautiful wood work!!! Many places to sit an relax along with the amazing view!! Close to the little White House- somewhere to go and learn a little of our history and Callaway Gardens.

I work at an organization that utilizes the Aiden by Best Western in Warm Springs, GA. We have a good working relationship with them. Our visitors that have stayed there have been very pleased with their accommodations. Personally, I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in/near the Warm Springs, GA area.

Me and my husband went for a wedding, the staff and breakfast was amazing. The staff was very nice. The rooms have balcony which we loved. Pool super clean. Rooms above and beyond nice. Also theirs a bar

Our son had his wedding and reception at The Aiden 2 days ago; we are very pleased with the entire event. It had been hit by a tornado several years ago; the new owners have done a crazy job re-building it into a beautiful retreat. It sits on a ridge overlooking miles of valley; there is typically a gentle breeze--this was critical to the success of an outdoor wedding in Georgia in July! There is a huge (roughly 60 foot diameter and 30 ft high?) Alpine-style wooden gazebo that looks like something from a fairy tale, especially when lit up at night, which can seat 250 people. The pool is nice. The owner, Neil, personally helped ensure all the facility details were right. Our wedding planner had never heard of it, but she definitely plans on using it again.

What an amazing stay we had while here! Our suite was perfect with a breathtaking view! Pictures don't show the true beauty! The staff was top notch and tended to our every need! We will be back and plan to bring family with us.

My husband and I went here for a weekend getaway this past weekend. It was exactly what we were looking for - just perfect. Kelly and the rest of the staff made sure we had a wonderful time and had everything we needed. We stayed in a king poolside room on the lower floor. It was so convenient to walk right out to the pool. The view at this hotel is truly breath taking. We also enjoyed time with other guests around the huge fire pit at night. Can't wait to go back !

THIS PLACE IS STUNNING! Really enjoyed the Mountain View & night lights. The view during sunrise is to die for! Very quiet & peaceful stay, great staff & amenities. Was looking forward to trying the restaurant but the breakfast completely made up for it! Will definitely be back & I recommend anyone looking for a place in this area to give this place a look!

I came here with my wife for a little weekend get-away. The property itself sits on a big hill and has amazing scenery along with its beautiful property. The staff was very helpful, and the rooms were clean and kept. Beautiful hotel and view, definitely coming back sometime.

Clean nice property. Helpful staff. The best experience I have had. Rooms are spacious and up-to-date. I like the Mountain View's from the property. The only hotel in the vicinity that has a open Pavilion. Open outdoors for kids to play. I really recommend this property.

This hotel is a gem. It has a beautiful view and could be amazing. The beds were comfortable and overall it was clean. The only issue with cleanliness was the flat surfaces were not wiped and the lamps were dusty. The front desk staff were friendly and the lobby was welcoming. There is a great bar to grab a drink in the evening. However, there was no where to sit and enjoy the view. There is a lovely fire pit area with Adirondack chairs and a large pavilion. Unfortunately the pavilion was locked and there was a large group that took over the fire pit area. They were actually cooking on the fire pit, had food set up everywhere and had kids running around from there to the pool and screaming early evening until late. There was no place to sit and enjoy the sunset because of this. Maybe this is was just a one time occurrence but my husband has stayed here before and said the fire pit was taken over by a large group partying. My suggestion so all guests can enjoy the amazing view: unlock the pavilion and put some grills by that area for those wanting to cook and designate that as a place for eating. Post “no cooking” signs by the fire pit area and turn it into just a sitting area. Offer some s'mores packages like other hotels and have that be the only exception. Some more Adirondack chairs spread out across to enjoy the view would be nice so it's not so cramped. Also, the pool is centered between all the rooms making it very loud, which is fine, but there were kids screaming until 10:30 at night. Not sure what time the pool closes, but maybe it should close earlier.

We had a sisters weekend. Truly enjoyable and relaxing. Haley the bartender was exceptional!!!! Kelly was very nice as well. The whole staff treated us like royalty. The view was beautiful. The little town of Warm Springs was very hospitable. The food at Mac's BBQ and the Bakery was delicious. Truly a wonderful experience!!!

The staff is extremely welcoming. The hotel itself is beautiful and very clean. It has a nice big pool and the view is incredible! There is also a bar and restaurant. For breakfast they had muffins, fruit, yogurt, coffee and juice. They also had a menu to order from if you wanted something hot. I highly recommend staying here!

We had a wonderful stay. The resort doesn't look like anything special from the road, but it is a true gem on the inside. The pool and grounds are beautiful. It was very quiet during our weekday stay. Kelly and Bernard were both very friendly and accommodating. We definitely recommend a stay here if you are in the Atlanta or Columbus area.

Spending the night for a private dinner party in Manchester. We have not been to Warm Springs area in maybe 10 years and knew that there were not many places to stay in the area. We found this listing on Trip Advisor and then our dinner host recommended it as well. We were pleasantly surprised. The facility was very clean and nice amenities. They just started an actual ordered breakfast and it was greatly appreciated. Everyone of the staff was friendly and actually made us feel as welcomed guest and not just a customer. The beds and pillow were very comfortable and has a great shower in the bathroom. Now we look forward to returning for several nights to enjoy the area.

Had a wonderful experience at this cozy hotel over the weekend. Very unique in design with all the rooms around a central gathering area with a great bar. Great views. Great staff that really does care. They offer both a free call continental “breakfast as well as a hot breakfast that can be delivered. We had to get out so early we didn't get a chance to try either. Look forward to coming back. This will be the hotel I stay in.

We really enjoyed our stay here thanks to the beautiful location and the amazing staff. They greeted us warmly and asked us numerous times if there was anything we needed and offered their assistance. Kim and her husband were great! The views are gorgeous and the rooms were clean and up to date. I would definitely stay here again.

We could have been more Comfortable. We had a few problems when we first arrived and Kelly went above and beyond to correct things. She and Bernard were professional and made us feel At home. Our grandson thought they were part of our family!! The grounds are gorgeous and the other staff we met were professional as well. Had it not been for Kelly, we probably would have checked out early. Close enough to Callaway Gardens and Wild Animal safari to get back and enjoy The amenities on property

Just like advertised . We had a great stay and will definitely return. Management and staff have been AMAZING. We will recommend this hotel to friends and family. I would give it 10 points if I could.

This was a trip that exceeded our expectations. The hotel was very clean and nice and the property had amazing views with tons of outdoor seating areas. Judy was so accommodating! She catered to our family both nights we stayed. She was bartending one night and the next night we were sitting outside and she came out and brought us hot chocolate and started a fire for us. Such great hospitality! We will definitely be back.

My wife and I have stayed in many hotels through the years, but our stay at this hotel was very special. The family that operates this hotel truly made us feel as if we were part of their family and not just guests. Our spacious room was very comfortable, clean, and had a cozy king-size bed. Judi went out of her way to make sure our every need was met (and even exceeded!) We will definitely stay here again when we are in the area.

I booked the room the day of the wedding and wasn't able to check in until 11:40 pm. Jacob met us at the door to let us in and was very friendly for it to be so late. Judy showed us to our room which she had decorated for us with rose petals, candles, a snack, a gift, and a handwritten note of congratulations . It was my first time booking a room and we didn't know checkout was at 11 am. Nancy came by to clean our room and was very understanding and gave us the option to stay longer. I couldn't believe the hospitality we were shown and I legitimately felt like family. A better stay couldn't have been possible. The staff, the scenery, and the amenities are superb.

We are a Classic Car Club out of Atlanta GA. We have driving tours twice a year to visit various locations around the southeast. This year our destination was Warm Springs GA. We had a group of 19 members that had a great experience staying here. The staff was exceptional catering to our needs. Rooms were excellence, views are fabulous.

We stayed at the Aiden last fall and enjoyed it so much that we returned in the spring! After a day of riding bikes around Callaway Gardens, we returned to the Aiden to relax and enjoy the view of the Pink Supermoon from the pavilion. The pavilion had circular outdoor sofas that were so comfy we almost fell asleep in the cool mountain air. Several deer appeared from the woods to graze. Beds and pillows were comfortable and rooms very clean. Would highly recommend The Aiden and will make a return trip.

The view was beautiful, simply breathtaking from the hotel. Room was clean with a balcony to enjoy the sunset. The only Downside is the owner has cameras and views all from a private residence around the hotel and pool area. This is a very small country town and I did not feel comfortable letting them make a copy of my drivers license and put it on a wall. There is exposure for fraud and identity thief. Not to mention racial profiling if all people are not asked to provide a copy of their drivers license. I do spend about 200 a days a year in hotels and have never been asked for a copy of my drivers license until i got to Best Western in Warm Springs Ga. The practices of the owner changes a great atmosphere to one of suspension and possibly racial profiling to really make a great stay , just a stay.

Creepy owner sits home and watches guest movement. Charged $500 to eat under pavilion. Owner deemed it to be an event. Prior staff approval. All had rooms, should have had access to amenities. Beautiful.

Hotel was excellent and the staff made us feel right at home. 19 people were in our group, and we travel together regularly, usually twice a year or more. We have not stayed in another hotel that tried so hard to make us feel at home. The staff did everything possible to make our stay great.

Judy and her team are top notch. They made sure every guest had an enjoyable stay and went out of their way to create a warm and welcoming environment. The sunset on the mountain was great but that sunrise was absolute perfection! We will definitely be returning!

My husband and I visited this hotel for our wedding night/weekend and the staff went absolutely above and beyond to make our trip relaxing and memorable! Jacob, Judi, Nancy, and Kelly gave us such a personal experience. They gave small touches that made a huge difference including a wedding card signed by all of the staff, rose petals, candles, and so much more. The hotel location has a stunning view and everything about the hotel was such high quality. There is a very nice bar in the hotel and a gorgeous outdoor area to visit. If you have the chance to visit this hotel, you will NOT regret it! Thank you to everyone on staff for such a special experience!

Another pleasent stay in Warm Spring, Ga! It might be a business trip, but Best Western makes it a little more comfortable during my extended stays with them. It is extremely quite and the view is great. The staff is very personable too.

What a wonderful weekend with family. The trip was for a funeral, which was really sad, but we all enjoyed seeing each other and had fun afterwards. Neil, Kelly, Judy, Jacob and Dillon all were warm and friendly and attentive to our every need. The hotel was clean and the view was spectacular! We enjoyed sitting around the fire pit outside down the hill of the large property. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to visit family in Georgia and visit Callaway Gardens again which is close by. Lovely hotel, and great service with southern hospitality.

We had an awesome experience at this beautiful property! We came for an overnight stay to celebrate my daughter's birthday! We had a blast! The view from our balcony over looking the pool and fire pit was so pretty! The room and bathroom are very nice and clean! We slept so good! The beds were so comfortable!! This would be a great place for a wedding, it's really that pretty!

Stayed at this cozy hotel for the weekend and absolutely LOVED it! The view is amazing and everything is so cute and lit up! The rooms are warm cozy and the staff is super friendly and welcoming. 10/10 recommend!

This is my 3rd night at this hotel and I am still in love with the scenery and friendly staff. Nancy was an amazingly friendly housekeeper. She was very personable. Jacob was the most friendly face I have seen in a long time. Sitting out by the fire-pit is relaxing as I overlooked the mountain view. Just was lovely as we checked out. She addressed us by name. I just wish I could stay there longer and more frequently!

Love this hotel. Very pet friendly and grounds are beautiful. The staff are very friendly and easy to approach. They treat you like family and respect privacy and love animals. I have 2 labrador retrievers and the room was spacious enough for 2 crates and 2 queen beds. Easy access to outdoors for the dogs. Very quiet and clean. Nancy is so sweet! We will stay here anytime we visit my son. Wifi is great and I was able to work without any issues. Love this hotel!!!

Best small town resort there is!! This Aiden by Best Western is really a magical place to take the family. Who would've known that there's such a beautiful, relaxing atmosphere just a hour south of Atlanta. We needed a mini-vacation but didn't feel like going out of state due to COVID-19. Not only did the staff and management make us feel safe, but they were always willing to help out with whatever we needed. The grand pavilion not only has an unbelievable view of the valley, but it's the best spot to be for sunrises and sunsets. Really looking forward to coming back in the summer!!!

I stayed here with my family and we spent some time at the Little White House and even visited the Animal Safari. The hotel was the perfect place to wind down and take some time to relax. The staff was very nice and always made sure we had everything we needed. The rooms were extremely clean but the best part was definitely the view from the back of the hotel. It's definitely the perfect place to go with a cozy book or drink and enjoy the sunset. Will be back in the area just to stay at this hotel again!

I had the misfortune to spend a night at this property! The website is a total LIE!!! No Breakfast/no restaurant.Small very poorly stocked bar. The rooom was FILTHY!!! Hair in shower& sink-Not mine. Dirty clothes in dresser from a previous customer. Refrig smelled like DEAD fish Receivede NO HELP from poorly trained/incompent staff-When they could be found! This place gives Best Western a BAD name!! NEVER AGAIN at this Property

Don't stay anywhere else!! Stayed for a national tournament for One night but it was such a beautiful, relaxing and updated property we wish we had time to stay longer! Beautiful gazebo and fit pit area. Friendly staff.

Our family stayed here for a night when we were visiting the drive through animal safari. we were blown away in every aspect. not only is the hotel absolutely beautiful, but the grounds surrounding are amazing. the staff works together so cohesively & doesn't leave a stone left untouched. we have an additional needs son & they were so lovely & compassionate. i will continue to give high regards & recommend this gem to family & friends. Bravo to Jacob, Kelly & all of the other staff for making us feel so welcomed and comfortable.

Great hotel, great view, great staff! These guys are constantly on the move. No matter what I need Jacob gets it done quick! I stayed at this hotel for business but the staff makes it feel like a resort whenever you get back to the hotel from a long day of work.

We LOVED the view from the gazebo. The sunsets and sunrises were breathtaking! The swimming pool was heated and amazing! Our room was so clean and the breakfast was brought to the room every mourning! Hot and delicious!

Hotel is very clean. Judi the front desk clerk is very helpful and attentive. Not much to eat or do around the hotel but the scenery is amazing. Not many places to eat in the area for such a nice hotel. They try their best to take care of the guest. Wonderful place to stay.

Unfortunately, I do a lot of traveling for work. I recently switched hotels to Best Western in GA and found my stay to be awesome. The entire staff in the building made sure I was comfortable! The hotel was very clean and fresh.

Fantastic hotel with a great experience! Clean rooms and common areas with a great layout. Outside area and view were relaxing and looking forward to our return visit this summer so we can enjoy the pool and other outside areas. Just close enough to Callaway Gardens and other Pine Mountain attractions (hiking, etc.) to make the location work. Hotel staff were VERY accommodating and eager to make our stay better in every way. Thanks for a wonderful visit!

A great place to plan a trip just to visit this unique property. The views were fabulous and the staff was exceptionally helpful. We will definitely be going back just to be able to enjoy this wonderful hotel in a very relaxing environment.

We liked this hotel but didn't love it—and for $171 a night you ought to love it! We were only there about 12 hours, so our data set was kind of limited. On the one hand, the customer service was terrific. We were a little late getting there last night and Jacob called to make sure we were still coming. The decor and lamps were nice, and the hotel was very clean. On the other hand, both the bedroom and bathroom were on the small side, and there wasn't a handheld shower in an accessible room! Breakfast was kinda skimpy and we wound up stopping at McDonald's on the way home. I can't get past the feeling that this was about a third too high.

It was a short stay but the staff here made it a memorable stay. They all seem like they love what they do. From the time we checked in to the time we checked out they made us feel like family. Great place to stay and I'll stay again.

A really beautiful and comfortable hotel in a peaceful and safe area. The design of the building is amazing and the staff was really nice. I plan to visit Callaway Gardens again and I will definitely stay here again.

Neil and his staff were absolutely gracious! From the moment we set foot in the lobby we were treated like family. And I say that not as cliché. We literally were able to lose ourselves in their hospitality. An amazing property and beautiful location; nestled on the ridge across from Roosevelt's Little White House, in Warm Springs Ga., this property is a gem and there are some amazing plans for it to continue growing! Please, by all means, do yourself a favor and book a stay here and you may find a new repeat destination for several reasons. I know that we have.

Lovely hotel, we just checked in, no one was wearing masks. There were 4 people chatting too close to me for comfort with no masks. The young lady behind the counter was wearing her mask under her nose and a few minutes later lowered it to her chin, so not covering her nose or mouth. It stayed this way the entire time I was at the reception desk and later when I returned. She was unsure about breakfast timing which conflicted to the times the other reception desk clerk who wore his mask under his nose told me. I like to sleep in, so now, unsure of the cutoff, I'll have to get up earlier than I'd like to make sure I don't miss it. I had to return downstairs to ask for the wifi password, usually provided upon check-in in all the hotels I've stayed in worldwide. Once we went into the room, we were shocked to see the toilet was dirty. I'll review the hotel again, if TripAdvisor permits it, when I check out in two days.

Visiting Callaway Gardens for annual Christmas Lights. Found our way to the Aiden and what a pleasant surprise! Beautiful mountain top location with a fabulous view. Large outdoor patio with firepits, sofa seating, small bar area and much more. Pavilion area was beautiful and would be a perfect place for a wedding. Nice pool area. Plenty of outdoor seating. Property was very clean, friendly staff who gave suggestions for local eateries, thanks Jacob! Breakfast was very good and more than enough - English muffin with egg and sausage, muffin and yogurt. Rooms well appointed and mattress was dreamy, wish I had one like that at home! Room also had back door access to the patio which was very convenient. Would recommend the Aiden when in the area.

I have a hotel bucket list and the Alden has been on my list. I planned a stay and then thought we would sight-see Warm Springs. I will first admit the hotel is well designed for large parties or weddings. The view behind the hotel is beautiful! Yet, If you stay during the off season like we did this November weekend, the hotel is as dead as the town and surrounding area:( We paid wayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy more than we normally do for a hotel room, cost $169 a night. For that kind of money, nothing special stuck out about this hotel. It was quiet, then again, only three other cars were in the parking lot. The room came off clean, the bed comfortable. The view from the room could of been better with so many rooms available, we looked at the pool:( The shower pressure was weak with average warm water at best:( Nothing was offered for breakfast:( Yet, they did provide coffee:) Check-In was easy and Jacob was AWESOME! Checking-Out was just as easy:) Still, for what we paid, this stay was a total bust:(

Plus the great staff is enough to make it a return trip for.Only problem was room was not the one as described on the on-line reservation. However that was immediately resolved without a hitch.

First, I consider myself beyond blessed to have such an awesome place to call home during the repairs on my home after a disaster. The staff, each one of them, became my family. The owners, Mr. and Mrs. Patel, were so personal that they feel like family. I said staff, but Jacob, Judy, Nancy, Kelly and all those there, became those who gave my life new meaning in a time when I thought I couldn't go any further. My prayers, my cookies, and all my heart will always love this group who brought me to the other side of my disaster. May God continue to bless, and keep each of them safe and close. Looking forward to baking more cookies, even a banana pudding for Alissa.

Other than a bed-and-breakfast this is the only hotel I could find for roughly 30 miles. But when I arrived I realized I had stayed here before. It's on the hill close to FDR‘s little White House. It has stunning views and very comfortable rooms. I'm told a tornado wrecked the place less than 10 years ago and they have since rebuilt. Jodi who handles the front desk and doubles as the evening bartender was absolutely lovely. Jacob was my cook for the evening. During a global pandemic the options were limited because supplies still have not been delivered. But his upbeat attitude just added to the yummyness of my little personal pepperoni pizza. Later I came to find some ice and I bumped into this lovely woman named Nancy. She was very accommodating and asked me how my room was. Come to find out she's the housekeeper. I greatly appreciated a handwritten note and two mints on my bedside table. The room was spic and span and I was comfortable even during a pandemic with the level of cleanliness. I won't even talk about the beautiful pool the huge fire pit with Adirondack chairs or the great views from the property. Just be sure to stay here and be friendly to the staff if you're in the area or are on a weekend away. Be advised that the restaurant is only open Thursday Friday Saturday night and other local food options are limited so plan accordingly.

We can't say enough good about this hotel, the people that work there, and the owners. Yes, we got to spend one evening, one on one, with the owners; Mr. and Mrs. Patel. They were lovely people and really treated us great. In other words, they celebrated our 30th anniversary with us. They, personally, made us complementary drinks. Yes! We ended up at this hotel, even though it was close to home, in order to have some place to take my wife for our 30th, since she has COPD and is in the high risk group for COVID. Though she's mostly been quarantined inside of our house, we just had to get out and celebrate for this occasion. The hotel has been completely rebuilt, and is decorated in great taste. There is a very large outside gazebo, which was designed by the owner, that can be used for weddings and other venues. The view from the gazebo, and the hotel in general, is great. It all sets on top of the mountain ridge right above the Roosevelt Little Whithouse.

The customer service at the Aiden of Warm Springs was above and beyond anything that I have experienced at a hotel. I stayed there because I officiated a wedding this weekend, and the staff was more than friendly. They bent over backward to make sure that my needs were met so that I could provide the best experience possible to the Bride and Groom. They gave my guest and I the royal treatment. The housekeeping staff even made sure they hit my room last so that I could get out a little later, and took time to speak with me about my specific housekeeping needs. The facility itself is clean, modern, and features a breathtaking view of they valley below from the rear of the building. The rooms were spacious. My room featured a king size bed, a pull out sofa bed, in addition to other amenities. Excellent place to hold a wedding, or provide accommodations for other large groups and conventions. If ownership is reading this, Jacob, Judi and her mother were exceptional.

Recently stayed overnight and was surprised at the excellent customer service and desire to accommodate every need by the staff, especially Jacob. The staff was great, friendly and accommodating all the way. If you are traveling in the area greatly recommend this hotel.

My hushand and I just needed a break from the city, so we choose to stay at Aiden by Best Western. This place was truly amazing. The staff was so attentive and caring, and the facility it self was truly beautiful. The decor is was beautiful, and the view from the pavilion was breathtaking. Aiden would be a great place for a wedding, or family gathering. The room was huge, and also very clean. We had an amazing time, and will for sure stay here again. 5 stars for sure.

We were so lucky to find this hidden gem. We had planned 8!days at the beach but that didn't work out with hurricane Sally approaching. This resort is clean and gorgeous! We felt like we were at our own mountain retreat! The fire pit was beautiful and fun! We roasted hot dogs and marshmallows one night! The gazebo is a gorgeous place to relax and watch the sun come up! Staff is friendly and helpful! You can't go wrong here! We can't wait to come back!

This hotel is located on a mountain top with beautiful scenic views. Super clean rooms and well groomed property. We stayed in a small suite. Beautiful outside venues to relax in - lots of seating. Beautifully lit at night - often used for weddings. Nice pool overlooking the mountain view, a great fire pit seating area, and outside bar. But what makes this property so great in addition to all that..is the fantastic customer service we received from Judi, Nancy and Jacob. We were completely pampered from upgraded toiletries to mega breakfast brought out to the veranda. The staff was sooo friendly and accommodating that they almost felt like family. We felt like it was our home away from home. Great experience - definitely our go to place for the Warm Springs/Calloway Gardens/Pine Mountain area.

This hotel is located at a remote spot on top of mountain...amazing view and very friendly staff. Rooms were very nice and clean. Evening crew and morning crew were very helpful. We were group of 15 and enjoyed our evening in pool followed by nice family time at the pavilion at night. It would be perfect gateway spot for the weekends. Will surely be back.

This has got to be the best kept secret in Warm Springs definitely not your average Best Western so please don't let the name fool you or discourage you. Aiden by Best Western is beautiful, clean, romantic, family oriented and very peaceful and serene. As a travel agent I love to find little gems like this during my travels as so many times I look to book the higher end hotel however this time I hit the jack pot for my weekend getaway. Neil (the owner) and his staff were exceptionally professional friendly and accommodating, if it's 11pm and the nearby restaurants are closed and you're hungry he will make sure to fix you something to eat. I will be promoting this hotel on my website..If you're traveling or just looking to get away for the wknd this hotel is definitely worth staying...

My family and I took a trip to Warm Springs and stayed in this gorgeous hotel. The grounds were immaculate and the staff were exceptional. We ate breakfast and dinner on site. Everything from the well kept rooms, landscape, facility, and staff went above our expectations. If you are traveling to the area, this hotel is a gem and well worth checking out.

I would like to begin by saying that this hotel was Gorgeous!! The grounds were all well manicured and the facilities were some of the best I have experienced. The mountain view from our balcony and the property was amazing and the pavilion would be a great place to have a wedding or other event. The pool area was well designed and the outside full stocked bar and sitting areas throughout the property was well designed and distributed very strategically for comfort and ease of use. The rooms were perfectly designed with modern decor and all the comforts necessary for an enjoyable stay. I had a room with a balcony overlooking the pool and the mountains. The beds slept well and the staff were equally exceptional. Jacob and Haley were a pleasure to work with and delivered our breakfast to us at the outdoor seating area so we could enjoy the view with breakfast. To say that we enjoyed our stay would be an understatement. Aiden by Best Western in Warm Springs is definitely "The Best Kept Secret of West Georgia" that will not stay a secret for long. It was a nice oasis away from home with The Little White House just a short distance away. Callaway Gardens is just a 20 minute drive from this hotel where you can enjoy the gardens, beach area, picnic, or a round of golf. Also, Wild Country Safari is a nice family adventure as well. This hotel is a MUST on my list of places to stay and book your event!

This was my second time staying at this property. For me it was the perfect Covid retreat because you are surrounded by beauty in nature and very few people. The only problem that comes with that is the lack of restaurant choices in the area. That said, this hotel is the absolute epitome Of a gorgeous boutique hotel. When you approach the hotel from the road you can tell immediately that you are in for a treat. When you walk through the lobby door you'll see how beautifully designed the place is and how it is an indoor/outdoor oasis. I had been in contact with the manager and owner and he took care of my reservation. Upon checking in I asked the front desk if it was possible To get a room with one bed. She told me that it wasn't because they didn't have any rooms with one bed. I knew that she was lying to me because I had just stayed there a few weeks before. When I arrive to my room I quickly found out that the air conditioning wasn't working. I went down to the front desk and she put me in a room with one bed and it was at the end of the hall and it was a beautiful, spacious Suite. The decoration is positively beautiful and half of the rooms at the hotel have a balcony or patio. I spent so much of my weekend on that patio or in the large gazebo area. The view is just simply spectacular. And the sunrise in the morning is worth getting up for. During these tough times it is wonderful to get back to nature and the surrounding areas with the state park and the little white house made it a really nice trip. For the most part breakfast had improved. One day it wasn't available and then the next day it was a delicious bagel breakfast sandwich. The owners are such sweet people and I love their vision for the hotel. It is not a cheap place to stay but it is certainly worth a splurge. I can't wait to go back to this property. My only recommendations would be to have a easy dinner option where guests can order in advance And have it ready at a certain time. That way they don't have to venture to the other town of Manchester to their mediocre restaurants. The restaurants in warm Springs are only open for lunchtime. And if you're not into Southern cuisine, it leaves a lot to be desired. I also recommend that they change the toiletries. And it would be a nice gesture to include bottled water. In the suites it would be nice to see a Nespresso machine in Lieu of a standard hotel coffee machine. That would give the hotel an even more boutique feel. Sleep quality was excellent and everything with immaculately cleaned. The cleaning staff was one lady and she was so friendly and kind. While the pool can get loud, the hotel brilliantly has ours that are conducive to a good nights sleep. In the seating area near the pool is just beautiful. Honestly, this feels like a world class hotel. It needs a bit more BANG to be worth the price but I think it could be easily provided. I cannot wait to return.

This is a hard review to write. The property is stunning. The rooms are clean and very nice! I want to give a big shout out to Nancy Judy and Jacob. They were very friendly and always there if you needed anything. I had some issues with that price I said I would get and the price when I got there. Thanks to Dillon he fixed that issue. Now the bad. The restaurant was not open and should have been noted on the website. They said there would be a modified breakfast and nothing. When you pay the higher price then you should be able to get what the hotel offers. That was very disappointing. ps Nancy should be a manager! She is amazing

This is a very nice hotel almost across the street from the FDR Little White House Park. The hotel is nicely decorated and the staff members were outstanding. I can only recommend they upgrade some of the seating furniture to better quality and get larger bath towels. That would go a long way towards making the stay more comfortable. Be aware that dining out is very limited here. Chad's was a great place serving good home cooked country food but they close at 2:30 PM. We purchased dinner at lunchtime and refrigerated it in our room for the evening meal. The hotel has finger-type grill foods (burgers, chicken fingers, hot dogs) but we did not have any. Nice little winery nearby and about 15 miles to Callaway Gardens. Highly recommend the FDR Little White House for a visit.

Soooo, This has been my experience at the much raved about Aiden by Best Western I'm Warm Springs. We went 2 days without new towels or housekeeping. I was told to bring our used towels to the front desk. Which I did this evening. I have 4 kids in 2 rooms. We've been here since Monday and this is how they look. The room showing the luggage and food is the room my husband and I have. I also run a business. So, there's shopping bags from store runs. I keep their snacks in my room. All will be going with me tomorrow. This is the note that was slipped under my door, tonight, my last night. I was told a manager had been in our rooms earlier while we were gone doing laundry. Yes, I even went and did all of our laundry today. Had to put if necessity as our floors are being refinished and can't be walked on. Which is the reason for the stay. We're locals. We have stayed in many hotels, condos and Air BnBs but this is an absolute first for me! There's been no damage, no garbage. Nothing. And this is how I've been treated. I WILL be leaving a review with this info as well. So, here ya go. When you are recommending places for your loved ones to stay, remember this. I've left my name and number for this manager. Our visit was in the middle of the week for business. The hotel was almost empty due to Covid, but the employees we dealt with(Judi and Haley) couldn't have been nicer. Super clean with unbelievable views. Will definitely go back if I'm ever in the area again.

By far one of the worst visits to a hotel I've ever had. They had a towel shortage and a pool full of bugs. Not only that but I received a random charge to my credit card for repairs they failed to fix beforehand. I was part of a wedding, and I stayed in that room for ONE NIGHT, from 9 pm to 11 am the next morning. How am I getting a 250 charge ON TOP of the extra 75 dollars I had to pay for not booking the room online??? NEVER AGAIN.

If you are looking for a weekend getaway or in town for business this is the place to stay. The staff is amazing. The view is by far the best around. Super nice restaurant and bar! I highly recommend this place

Original plans had us staying at the overly priced Callaway Lodge and Resort. After a a terrible checkin experience and room mix up - I received a full refund and headed straight to the Best Western! What an amazing find!! Beautiful, new, relaxing, breath taking view!! Don't get sucked into the Callaway Hype! This hotel just over the mountain ridge is a hidden gem!

My wife and I can not express enough of how wonderful our stay was. The staff was caring and joyful to be around. Judi, who wears many hats made sure our stay would turn out to be a memorable 25th wedding anniversary that we would be able to look back on with smiles. From decorating our room to a card filled with kindness CONGRATULATING us and making sure we wanted for nothing. The head of housekeeping Nancy did a wonderful job on the cleanness of our room to checking on us daily to see if we had everything we needed. We had a slight hiccup with our room air-conditioning and the staff was so kind and moved us to another room. We are still in the midst of the pandemic, so the restaurant was not open. But we will definitely be back! Beautiful place, great staff!

I have stayed at this Best-western several times and I am very impressed with the location and service. It is a rural location with a spectacular view over looking the valley with great sunrises. Over all it is a great experience !

My family & friends, which consist of 6 couples have visited this hotel twice now for the ultimate great escape for rest and relaxation and have not been disappointed yet. I can say for my husband and I we were extremely happy with our stay, the food was fabulous thanks to Judi, Jacob, and Hailey; the service exceptional thanks to the wonderful Ms. Carolyn, she is the epitome of what customer service looks like; the beds comfy (the pillows are to die for) and the facilities more than adequate thanks to Ms. Nancy. First I wanna say I love this place and it's not only the exterior ambiance that makes this place so amazing. It starts with the people who cater to your every need. First I wanna say I am a real true traveler and visit many hotels...no need for false reviews. With that being said I wanna start by saying Miss Judi, Miss Nancy, Miss Carolyn and the amazing cook Jacob make this place comfortable and relaxing. Miss Judi and Miss Nancy make sure we having anything we need day or night. Miss Carolyn greats people with the up most respect and courtesy which starts the beginning of a awesome stay at this establishment. Last is the great Jacob who goes over and beyond with his chef skills. He literally accept any requests and his cooking is outstanding. He cooks everything perfect. I personally had to thank him. All this to say I truly enjoyed my stay. Also...we was a party of 10 and this is my second stay. I'm sure there will be more.

We only stayed at this hotel one night, but would definitely come back if we were in the area. The ladies at the front desk do everything and were friendly and helpful. I can't say enough good about this place. See deer from the balcony was a bonus.

Carolyn and the rest of the staff were friendly and accommodating. My best friend and I took our kids over fall break for a short visit. Everything was clean, and the facility is beautiful! Love the gazebo and the fire pit area. We sat outside and played board games under the stars way past the kids' bedtime. I saw a family of deer while sitting near the fire pit. The view was also fantastic!

We were thrilled to find such a great property! But the real treat was the staff. Raynette, Nancy and her daughter(sorry forgot her name) were first class!!! This beautiful Hotel is nestled in Georgia woods near what we thought was home of the Walking Dead filming. While it wasn't, it was close to the Historical Warm Springs FDR museum that was an Incredible learning experience. Certainly a must visit for history buffs. The Hotel itself was luxurious to say the least. We enjoyed the Valley Overlook by the HUGE fire pit while a storm rolled through. We were told earlier, the deer moseyed near by. We did not eat during our stay, but it did seem varied and plentiful. The staff was extremely nice and helpful. We enjoyed quiet conversations with other guests. We may one day get there again, but encourage other travelers to to stop to experience this little gem.

The hotel has a wonderful from the top of a hill in Warm Springs. Our stay was in December but the hotel has a great looking pool and outdoor area for warmer weather. The entire hotel is nicely appointed and the staff are great!

Everything about this facility was great. Rooms, views and staff were all excellent. Very quiet and enjoyable. Was a little disappointed with breakfast options on Saturday but Sunday was much improved. I highly recommend this hotel.

Neil, Raynette, and the rest of the team are a consistently a pleasure to work with. The hospitality is top-notch and I'll never get tired of the gorgeous views (and gorgeous rooms!). I'm always thrilled to stay here!

My family took a trip to the little White House which was just up the road. The people there are very hospitable. The owners are 11/10 in the care and effort the put toward the hotel. Highly recommended

Very nice facility but way overpriced. The six of us went to eat at their restaurant. It took very long to get our food and they served two at a time. By the time the 2nd couple got their food, the first couple was done eating. By the time the third couple was served both of the other couples were totally done. Two people had hamburgers which were so overdone they couldn't eat them. When talking to the manager she refused to do anything for our very bad service, and food.

I do not recommend eating at the restaurant at least not during the slow season. Our party ordered patty melts. They served shoe leather between the bun. Complained to the owner the next day when she was available and the best she could say was I'm sorry. Not acceptable in my opinion, especially for a rather high end hotel. Food horrible ,service as bad.

Totally AWESOME experience this weekend from check in to checkout!! The new Aiden by Best Western in Warm Springs is the perfect get-away from the daily grind. All of the staff went out of their way to make my stay perfect!! I want to thank Judi, Carrie,Nancy, Raetta, Haley and Carolyn for their outstanding services well as the young man who made a mean patty melt for me!. The property is absolutely beautiful and of top notch design. I loved The View-the onsite bar and cafe. I have stayed at a lot of high end hotels that doesn't come close to this one in any form. Peace is the one word I can use to describe this place. I also enjoyed sitting in front of the lit firepit at night and also spending time on the gigantic gazebo overlooking the mountains. I highly suggest staying here and look forward to my next weekend getaway!!! I needed a stress reliever and I have found the perfect place.

This has to be the best Best Western I have ever stayed at. Mountain top view breathtaking. Highly recommend balcony room with amazing view! Room was very nice modern rustic feel that flows with the hotel's ambiance. The bed was so comfortable that I didn't want to leave. The local restaurants close early or close completely depending on on the time of your visit, so plan your dinner time accordingly. All of the hotel staff were very helpful. Will definitely visit this establishment again.

THis hotel was a gem! It was clean, modern and well appointed. The staff was very helpful and beyond friendly. The only downfall- which had NOTHING to do with the hotel- was the lack of food near by, especially after 9:00 pm.

The first weekend of October 2019, my high school reunion was held at the Best Western Motel and Event Center. A group of classmates worked with the owner to plan a relaxing, enjoyable, and most memorable weekend. The facility is lovely with artworks commissioned by the owner throughout the lobby and open space areas. The view is breath taking! The pavilion has to be seen to be truly appreciated. Even in the heat of the summer there is a delightful breeze and comfortable seating to enjoy it. The rooms are spacious and the beds comfortable with luxury bedding. If you want an enjoyable and relaxing get away, I highly recommend staying at the Best Western Aiden in Warm Springs, GA, home to the Little White House, Roosevelt Institute, and nearby Callaway Gardens.

We traveled to Georgia for a JROTC Raider Nationals Competition, this is our second stay at the Best Western Warm Springs Hotel & Event center. After being on a plane all day we arrived late, the staff was so amazing they made sure our Cadets had full stomachs before heading to bed. Our rooms were comfortable, clean and spacious each one with a view of the trees and Beautiful Gazebo, which we spent a lot of our free time there. The way the staff treated us was definitely the perfect definition of Southern Hospitality. We can't wait to return next year.

Beautiful place to stay. Everyone was super friendly. Everything was very clean and a great view. The breakfast had many items to choose from. All of the food tasted great. We will definitely stay here again.

This is a nicely appointed hotel, with a pool and a pretty view out the back, but the food in the cafe was practically inedible, and there are almost no other restaurants in Warm Springs. It's also quite expensive for what it is.

Clean new hotel ! Sound proof rooms can not hear elevator even if room is next to it. Did not hear any of the guests in hallway at all while staying here. Enjoy getting rest here, in Warm Springs, GA.

Horrible coffee! Breakfast set-up and food off. No person to replace items as needed. Ran out of waffle batter which was the only fresh item. Just so much less than other motels and employees were folksy. They are lucky to not have any competition and do hope I will not be in the area again.

We came for a weekend girls trip and were amazed at the quality and details of the hotel. The employees were all kind, courteous and helpful. The pavilion rivaled anything I've seen at nearby Callaway or really anywhere I've been. Those views! The wood and stone everywhere is just stunning. There is a ton of comfortable seating all around the common areas. The balconies are a bit small but really there is so much outdoor seating area there's no need to complain about that. The bar area is top notch and the barstools very comfortable. We did some driving and shopping (all day rain prevented any hiking) in some of the small surrounding towns and I highly recommend The Wild Daisy in Molina, just a short drive away. Best food I've had in a long while. Drove through Pine Mountain and stopped at Dowdells Knob and even in the drizzly rain it was beautiful. Drank coffee at UniquExpressions, a wonderful coffee shop in Pine Mountain (the Prince Harry is delicious!), and shopped in the little shops there. We bought a loaf of bread, chicken salad and pimento cheese from The Wild Daisy and added wine and some other snacks and had a “picnic” dinner under the beautifully lit pavilion our second night while it drizzled rain. Lots of laughs and perfect atmosphere. Will definitely be back.

I had a wonderful stay. I needed a place to meet with clients I have in Warm Springs and the surrounding area. I got to the hotel and Carolyn was very welcoming and helpful. I used a table in the breakfast area and she checked in a few times to make sure I had everything I needed. The 3 girls that manned the counter that evening were very friendly and helpful as well. The hotel itself is gorgeous and the view is breathtaking. Will definitely stay here again!

Great place to stay. Best hotel in the area by far. Great helpful and pleasant staff. Very clean and nice rooms. Restaurant and lounge at the hotel is a big plus in this this area. Great breakfast - eggs, sausage, and more. Better than the local restaurants in the area.Don't even think about staying anywhere else except here if you are in the area. It is the best.

Our friend Ray, who works there, told us about this place, and we definitely loved it. The room was great, comfy bed, very clean and the views are great. Very friendly staff. Will definitely be staying there again in the future.

We had a girls trip to dine and shop in the area with three patio access rooms on the ground floor. This is one of the priciest BW's I've stayed in, and the property and outdoor areas did not disappoint.The pool, dining & bar area, fire-pit patio and event pavilion are resort/lodge style with stunning views. The room is where it fell apart. I wasn't able to connect to the internet (iPad said reset router) and called the front desk. I was told that our room, 105, had internet problems, and that they would get the provider phone number for ME to call them from the room to take care of it. That never happened. In the evening, the safe, which we couldn't use because it was closed upon our arrival, began beeping nonstop. Back to the front desk at 9pm and was told that the maintenance man would be in at 11pm...??? The clerk came to our room and moved the heavy dresser out to see if the safe could be unplugged, no, and the heavy marble desk was no longer supported by the dresser when she pushed it back. She tried to fix it and the desk top started dropping to the floor. We caught it, and between her and the two of us in the room were able to prop it back where it belonged. We had been offered another room after the non existent WiFi, but declined because there were no more ground floor patios (where our friends were) available and we didn't want to move upstairs. After the beeping safe and potential visit from maintenance to fix after 11pm, we moved to a room across the hallway from our friends with a parking lot view. Breakfast was nice with a great selection, and the staff were very helpful. At check out, despite the lack of WiFi (in our room only), unusable beeping safe, and move from a patio room to a parking lot view room, the clerk did not want to discount our room rate. After complaint, she took a few dollars off (maybe 10%) for our unsatisfactory experience. In summary, the property exterior and amenities are very nice, but the rooms are too expensive to have the problems that we had to deal with. It did take away from the trip to have to issues that have never been a problem, at even the cheapest hotel chains I've stayed at.

the front desk could not have been nicer or more efficient. very friendly, ; accommodating; our room was ready immediately upon our arrival, and we did no have to wait 2 hours. it very nice . this was our 50th year high school reunion, and the hotel perfectly accommodated us. nice property and very nice folks.

The facility is very beautiful. My group really had a wonderful time in Warm Springs Georgia. Perfect place for weddings, parties, cooperate outdoor meeting, retreats or get aways for family! The staff was friendly, the rooms were beautiful and clean. The grounds were well kept. Everything was so beautiful! I highly recommend this facility.

From the minute we walked in, everyone was very friendly and courteous. The owner himself greeted us and their customer service is great! The breakfast, the rooms, the pool... everything great! I recommend it 100%

When we were told to evacuate our coastal home when Dorian was on the way, we tried to find a hotel. After we searched online for hours for a pet friendly hotel between Savannah and Atlanta, we finally found the Warm Springs Best Western. The staff was helpful and friendly and made us feel at home. The breakfast was plentiful and tasty, but the cafe did not open. We were very tired after our long trip so we didn't feel up to finding a restaurant in town. Also, there were few restaurants that were open for dinner. Their cook came in and provided a choice of sandwiches and fries for two of our three nights. There were many fellow evacuees with dogs at the hotel and the staff welcomed them although we were charged a pet fee. We felt very comfortable walking our dog on the property. The room was well eqipped and comfortable with wifi, TV, refrigerator and microwave.The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom was clean and well appointed. The decor was very nice with a lot of rustic details. The view was lovely and the grounds were nicely landscaped. The owner was very proud of the design of the hotel and showed off the beautiful details. A new wall art installation was in the works when we visited. and we enjoyed seeing it as a work in progress. Overall, we were very happy with our stay. Although the room was a bit expensive for our budget, we were lucky to find such a nice port in the storm.

If anyone is looking for a beautiful comfortable relaxing place to spend some time this is it!!!! We had to evacuate from Savanna because of hurricane Dorian. We were from out of state and did not know where to go and was finding many hotels already booked. I found this one and was a bit concerned about it being a Best Western. But we took a chance and we could not have been happier. It is a beautiful hotel inside and out. The staff was absolutely fantastic, so friendly and wanting to make our stay the best they could. Beautiful view, really nice pool, comfortable beds and pillows, nice and clean. It's out a bit in the country, which we loved, but there are things to see. Small shops in the town are interesting. We were three senior citizens on a girl's trip and we enjoyed ourselves very much!!!!

This Best Western was so great! Not only were the room and all the accomodations more than we could have dreamed, but the staff are friendly, excellent and caring folks who wanted us to be able to have a wonderful stay at a stressful time of our lives.

I had my family in from VA in June this year. I made reservations for them at our new hotel in town. What a stay they had, enjoyed the pool, breakfast and the great little town here in Warm Springs. The staff is excellent and if you need anything they will accommodate you. Ashley helped us many times with things we may have needed in breakfast room or the clean hotel rooms. No sound in hallways and this was great for a hotel sound proof ? I can not remember the last time I was at a hotel and could not hear my neighbors.

This place was the best hotel we've stayed in! The hotel is absolutely gorgeous and the staff was extremely nice. After check in, the owner called and asked if our room was to our liking. Loved it so much we want to plan a trip back just to stay there again!

This was the first year our family gathered in Warm Springs. We could not have chosen a better property! The staff was cordial and accommodating. The facilities were superior and the views...well let's just say we couldn't have hand picked a better spot. We look forward to returning next year.

This property was beautiful! The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were nicely decorated and very clean. They made sure we had anything we needed. I can't say enough good things about our stay!

We have been looking forward to staying here for quite some time. When we arrived everything seemed great; until one of the employees, Taylor, made some accusations about me and my wife that were not true and was going to cost us about 250 dollars ; Roxanne however took her time to get to the bottom of this incident and was very professional; I can't say that we will be back in the future but I will say Roxanne made our visit very worthwhile and pleasant !

Was great hotel in a small country destination or pass thru area. Great and comfortable rooms and great service. People had stated about lack of food options in area, but I just stopped at Mac's BarBQ in town and got my dinner and plate then went to hotel. Great view, great design and just a perfect spot in between any hectic areas that are too far to go to for my work that was in area. I will definitely be staying again in the future.

My husband and I were looking for a romantic getaway to rekindle that spark after nearly 10 years of marriage and 4 kids. We rarely ever get away from the daily grind because of money, a business to run.... and 4 kids... The kind staff at this location went above and beyond to be sure we had that romantic feeling we wanted to have, and really needed. Most especially I want to mention Jessica! What a beautiful spirit she has! After checkin, my husband and i decided to go out for dinner. He set up to have rose petals scattered from the doorway to the bed with a heart in rose petals on the bed. It was Jessica that made this happen while we were out. It was beautiful. Jessica also went above and beyond in seeing to our needs. She made good food (she's the cook) and good drinks at the outdoor bar. She was very attentive. She made us feel relaxed and because of all her efforts to make sure we were comfortable and well cared for, we were able to focus on us as a couple. Her care allowed us to rekindle that spark! The setting here is absoutely beautiful. We were there on a weekend that was not as busy as I am told it usually is which allowed us more than usual privacy at the pavilion and firepit. The outdoor couches are very comfortable and we were able to do some stargazing together and watch a pretty doe roam around the property. The room was very clean and comfortable, the beds were also very comfortable. It could not have been better. THANK YOU JESSICA!

I loved the Best Western Hotel in Warm Springs. It is beautiful. Set up more like a resort hotel. The surrounding views are beautiful. The Mountain views remind me of the Smoky Mountain area. People are extremely friendly. I would recommend anyone to stay for work or vacation.

This hotel is great. Beautifully rustic looking, but not rustic. Lots of wood, beautiful pool, outdoor seating that was understated and well placed. The front desk staff were helpful. And did I mention the view?? My only complaint was with the card activated door security to the hallway. I could get into the room, and through a gate from parking lot, but I couldn't get into the room hallway ever. The front desk person would let me in with her key. A minor, but annoying little glitch. I hope the owner can sort this out as it seems to happen often, according to the staff.

We were quickly taken care of by the friendly staff after arriving with seven in our party. The rooms were clean and had an excellent view. I would highly recommend this hotel. The pool, the food, the fire pit were all great added bonuses. Best hotel we've been to in a long time.

Walked in with no reservations. Roxanne fixed me right up and in no time we were in heaven hotel. We loved everything about the hotel, not to mention they have the best sweet tea ever. We spent 2 nights and really didn't want to leave but had other plans elsewhere. You know how when you are traveling you compare your hotel stays to the best you've had? This will be the one that we compare all others to. Thanks for a great stay and if we are ever in the area again, this Best Western will be where we stay.

This was by far the nicest and most beautiful Best Western we have ever stayed at. So clean and a friendly and helpful staff - Roxanne and Ashley were great. My husband and I enjoyed the outdoor area with the fire pit overlooking the mountains. So glad we found it on our detour on the way back home to TN from the beach.

My second time staying at this location.Awesome,clean rooms, great customer service,beautiful mountain view. Perfect place for a wedding or any an outdoor event event you can do at the Pavilion. They have an outdoor pool and a bar.The breakfast selection is great and a lot of things to choose from.Beautiful and well maintained exterior and landscaping. We had a blast it was super clean. The rooms were very neat and tidy. The receptionist were always smiling and greeting. The view was pleasant, peaceful and beautiful. Will surely come back. Kids loved a day out at the pool.

Looking around, when you arrive at this hotel, you see that the owner takes pride at his hotel. The outside looks well maintained, but once when you enter the lobby you can see that the lobby is decorated with great pride. The woodwork shows great craftsmanship and pride. The dinner is made to order, not something out of the freezer, fresh while you wait, enjoying the drink of your choice. I am sure we will be back here, when we come back to visit the "Little White House" again. We are looking forward to our next stay, and the oh so friendly staf at this hotel!

Our family loved staying at your resort center. The staff was incredibly caring and attentive and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The kids had a great time swimming in the pool and we loved the ambiance of the poolside, bar, and lounge areas. At sunset we enjoyed the amazing views from the fire pit area. This location would be excellent for any group, event, or wedding. Thank you for your hospitality, we look forward to visiting again

This hotel is wonderful!! The rooms are fantastic, the pool is great and the views are beautiful! Kathy and Neil (hotel owners) and the whole staff treated us like we were family. We have never been treated with such respect and hospitality. The breakfast was not the regular hotel food it was a great buffet. The hotel was Full and the staff and owners still made out stay so enjoyable. We hope to return soon!

This hotel was amazing from the beautiful views to the friendly staff and owners. This hotel is one of the best hotels I have stayed at! Everything was perfect and the owners made sure our stay was nothing but perfect. They were always friendly not only to us but all the guests. My daughter has food allergies and the kitchen staff, Ms. Jessica, cooked my daughter her own breakfast each morning; this meant so much to me as she deeply cared about my daughter and her allergies. I cannot say enough good things about the hotel, owners, and staff. They treated us like family!

This place was such a pleasant surprise. The staff was so help full and courteous, the rooms were sparkling and the food was a nice change from regular "hotel continental breakfast fare". It was a real breakfast buffet. During our stay for a class reunion there was also a girls baseball tournament going on. The place was 100% full but the staff never missed a beat. They made everyone feel like they were the only ones.Extra credit goes to Kathy and Carolyn of the hotel staff. We will be back.

I was so impressed with this hotel! Our room was perfect, nice bedding, sliding barn door to the bathroom, frig, microwave and coffee maker in the room. The VIEWS were so beautiful, lots of places to sit and relax and enjoy the views. Staff was attentive and helpful.

Just up the road from FDR's Little White House the only hotel around, this hotel is one of the most visually pleasing Best Westerns. The hallways, common areas and rooms are pleasing to the eye. The view from any of the room patios that face the back of the hotel is relaxing and restful. The bar isn't outside but it isn't inside either, more open air. There is a restaurant that opens at 6pm. But only has a limited menu, two or three choices. Breakfast is standard BW. For lunch you are on your own. The hotel has only been open for a year, so you should expect some growing pains. If you don't want to watch tv in bed, be prepared to move chairs. The tv is mounted to the wall and doesn't swivel. The water pressure in the shower is low. My wife and I were there for two days, we didn't see a maid or even a maids cart at all. We did get clean towels, but the bed wasn't made up. Only employees we saw were two at the front desk and the cook/waitress. This hotel is beautiful to look at but has a long way to go. You'll pay Hilton prices for less than BW service. (It has a relaxing view, but that's all at this time.)

June 8th my husband and I had the opportunity to stay the night at Bestwestern in Warm Springs. This hotel is beautiful. But the most impressive points are views are as pictured. We had the best breakfast and the best service.Hot grits and oatmeal and more.. Also a fresh yogurt machine. Ms.Carolyn made our visit outstanding with her down home personal touch.

We were here for a wedding and the place is just amazing! The view there is wonderful! The staff there is just great! They are all so friendly and nice! The rooms were very nice as well! Our stay there was great and would defiantly recommend it to anyone in the area.

The wedding party booked this location for the reception. Everything was perfect. The rooms are new and cery clean. The view can not be described. The staff were on top of everything. You will not be disappointed.

As we walked in we were greeted by two very helpful employees at the reception. We went to see the view before checking into the hotel and it was absolutely beautiful. The pavilion was our favorite place to sit and have drinks from the bar. Upon check-in they offered to help us with our luggage and the rooms were beautiful and clean. The feel of the hotel is very modern yet rustic, and the peaceful ambiance made us never want to leave! In the evening the employees offered to start a fire in the fire-pit and turned on these amazing color changing lights while we sat and enjoyed the view and quiet. Breakfast the next morning was delicious and the staff was very accommodating. They asked if they could get us anything and would provide us with anything we needed. Since check in, we did not have to leave the property as they provided food, drinks, and activities for our entire stay. Very friendly staff and beautiful property, will definitely be back!

The room was clean and nice. The grounds were very run down from the first time we stayed there. There was only 1 person per shift on the property except for once we did see a lady with a cleaning cart. This one employee was in charge of EVERYTHING!!! We mostly dealt with Ms. Carolyn and she was awesome. The pool was nasty, except for the one afternoon another guest cleaned it so his child could swim. The bar never opened nor did the restaurant, because as I previously stated there was only one employee on the property at all times. At breakfast on both mornings several people had to go and find the one employee and request more food be put out. Mind you, I in no way am putting the blame on the one employee for any of these shortcomings, but I think that the owners should be more considerate of their employees. Also if they are not going to have a pool, bar or restaurant open then they should neither advertise that they have one nor charge the guest full price for things that are not available. As we were checking out I even overheard one of the couples ask for a partial refund because they were unable to access these things. I don't think we will be staying here anymore.

Exceptional view, one of the best in the state. Room was clean and well furnished. Very good blend of rustic charm and modern convenience and style. Love the open layout of the common areas and the view from the outdoor event area. Staff was very friendly.

Myself,husband,and 5 year old stayed at this beautiful hideaway hotel..Everything from the rooms,pool,outside facilities and staff are AMAZING! We will definitely be staying her again! The view of the mountains is amazing!!!

Have only stayed at very few Best Westerns, but this place is in a class of its own. When I heard we would be staying at a BW for a conference, I thought -- UGH, but what a hugely pleasant surprise! Just look at the pictures on their website and you will see what I mean...

Visit was comfortable and staff was professional and accommodating. The decor of the room and lobby were very unique and western style look. Breakfast became available around 7am, which was out of the normal. I didn't get to enjoy a breakfast at this facility. Other BW facilities I have visited began serving breakfast at 6am-6:30

We stayed at this property with a group of friends. What an amazing setting to relax, reconnect, and enjoy the weekend! The newly renovated property has a beautiful view of the hills and valley below from the pool, gorgeous pavillion, and fire pit areas as well as many of the rooms. What an amazing ambiance and a beautiful, clean hotel with a view! Absolutely perfect as romantic get-away for couples, families and even large group gatherings, weddings, family reunions and such. This owner has put in a lot of hard work to create a really special, custom decorated ambiance.

One of the nicest, Best Westerns in which I've ever stayed; an amazing venue tucked in the middle of Georgia! The rooms were clean, functional, and stylish. Even more importantly, the owners and staff were VERY accommodating, and met every request with smiling enthusiasm. Breathtaking views overlooking the rolling hills to the east, which makes for gorgeous sunrises. Several inviting common areas, including a pavilion and a separate fire ring, along with a pool and outdoor bar. Even though we drove 5 hours to attend this event, we left with nothing but wonderful memories, and look forward to our next opportunity to visit!

This location has a great view and is a great escape from the hustle of the city! It is located in the scenic heights of Warm Springs, Georgia with a panoramic view of the surrounding valleys. There is a beautiful sitting area with a large fire pit so don't forget some logs to place on the fire. The rooms are spacious and upgraded with barn door accents and beautiful pictures. There are rooms with balconies with pool side views and rooms that overlook the amazing view. There is an outside fully stocked bar and the prices are reasonable. There are menu options on site or you can peruse the town and have a fresh steak at the Meriwether steakhouse located less than 5 min away. We would agree that this was a great weekend get away and words do not do justice for this location. You have to take the time to come and enjoy it yourself!

The employees at this hotel were very helpful and friendly. I want to shot out Angie, because she was such a wonderful host. The breakfast was great...And I absolutely love the view. Our stay was very peaceful.

Carolynn and Brittany are the best thing since electricity. I'm going to stay there just because they was so awesome. The hotel is clean and service was top shelf. Service is great and breakfast was fresh and plentiful.

Everything about this place was wonderful. Clean and quiet with comfy beds and a wonderful pavilion offering a spectacular view from atop Pine Mountain. The service provided by Kathy and Ashley was top notch.

Very nice, clean and relaxing hotel. Ashley at the front desk was attentive and friendly to talk to. The grounds are well landscaped and the view is beautiful. Watched the sunrise and enjoyed hot coffee and breakfast. Not far from the sights in the area. Would stay again!

I want to give a big shout out to Kathy Patel and Ashley for making my sister and my stay at your hotel the best. Our stay could not have been more perfect, the rooms were very clean the beds and pillows were so comfortable, not to mention the Beauty of the hotel and the wonderful view from its pavilion and the breakfast was great also. The friendliness of all the people who came to stay there were definitely set by the tone of the staff and their generousity to want to please all. It felt like you were with family even though we were all strangers. Their knowledge of the area with tips of where to go and the best places to eat were right on que. I feel this is a place that definitely needs to be put on your best places to stay and visit. It is a quiet get away when you really need one. I will definitely be going back! We decided to take a spur of the moment trip to Warm Springs just for the night and we highly recommend this place! It's so pretty and new and the staff Ashley was very personable and we will definitely be back to stay in the summer for the pool!!

My husband and I stayed here for just one night and loved it! There is a nice view and photos to take out back - quiet and away from town. Renovated just 6 months ago and what a beautiful job! Rooms were on the masculine side but nicely done and beds were comfy (we had 2 queen). We liked the stand-up shower in the bathroom (no tub). Basic breakfast but good. Sweet items hadn't been delivered yet. Front desk personnel were very friendly. We would stay here again :)

This is a top quality Best Western and you will not be disappointed. Rooms are well decorated had two queen beds very comfortable. Would have given it 5 stars but some of the amenities were not accessible, pool not heated no hot tub fire pit not working.

This is a nice motel. Very Clean and comfortable. Friendly staff. Nice view of the area. Nice selection of items for breakfast including eggs, biscuits, gravy, cereal, waffles, grits. Juice, Coffee, milk etc. Will stay again if in the area.

Great people at a nice hotel. Great outside area to relax after work. The outside area has a beauiful view of the mountains. The open bar and resturant area was nice but got a little cold on the night I was there.

A beautiful setting in a part of Georgia we had never seen despite having visited other areas over the years. The staff was very professional and helpful - especially Mina AShely who answered our questions about the hotel, the community and the area. Such a fine young woman with a family, too - Wow! Hope we can stay there again someday.

My husband and I needed a short get away for the weekend. This hotel sits on top of a mountain with beautiful scenic views. We watched the deer graze outside of our hotel room. Quite and peaceful. Will stay there again.

We chose this particular hotel for the amenities and proximity to the event we were attending. Unfortunately when we arrived, we found out that since it was their slow season, the amenities (bar and restaurant) were not working at full capacity. Being in a remote location on a mountain, we wanted a hotel that we wouldn't have to drive to eat or have drinks. Unfortunately we found ourselves having to drive to a neighboring town to go to the grocery store. There was only one person on shift each night to cover the bar (beer and wine only), front desk, and "restaurant" (pre made foods only). We were not aware that none of the rooms had bathtubs. Although, I understand that showers are more sanitary, that to me makes it not a family friendly establishment for people with young children. The staff, however was very accommodating, friendly, professional and kind. Had they been adequately staffed with all amenities at full operation, I would imagine our stay would have been very enjoyable. I spoke with a couple of the other guests who also booked based on those things and were disappointed as well.

I am so happy to see this hotel restored and reopened. I stayed there on two occasions prior to the storm that ravaged it. I am eager to stay there again on my next visit to see my 90 year young Father who lives in Manchester GA.

Ashley and staff made a great suggestion with the bed in our room, set up with the heart shaped rose petals and chocolates. My wife was very surprised on our arrival. The accommodations were great. The property has a great view with dear browsing the area as you sit and relax. Beautiful pool, pavilion and burn pit. A very accommodating place for events such as weddings and family reunions etc.

We had a one night stay on our way to visit family. The lobby and bar area are very attractive. Our room was also attractive and very comfortable. Felicia and Ashley provides excellent service from acting at the reception desk to cooking and serving meals. All with a smile! Perhaps because this is their off season, the restaurant had a very limited menu and most of the restaurants in town closed early. The only down side to our stay there.

Ashley and the rest of the staff are the most personable, pleasant, and accommodating hotel staff I have worked with. The hotel is recently renovated and well-cared for. The morning view is fantastic! Since I have stayed here for work and come in late sometimes, the staff will serve dinner after the rest of the town's restaurants have long closed. I would recommend this hotel to all types: business travelers like myself, or vacationers looking to enjoy a peaceful stay and town with close proximity to Callaway Gardens and FDR's Little White House.

This is a brand new property that is top notch. I highly recommend this property as it is well planned and offers many extras in terms of decor and has a fire pit on the property. Everything is new and the staff is friendly and attentive. The property sits on a ridge and offers wonderful views. You will see deer grazing on the property, sit and relax while enjoying the views.

The hotel staff was the most accommodating and professional that I have seen in recent years. They went to Great Lengths to ensure that my stay was comfortable. The entire Hotel is extremely clean. The food from the kitchen was exceptional and affordable. The scenery from this hotel is breathtaking. Perfect venue for an event. I will be back often.

The staff was amazing and extremely accommodating. We loved the views and were centrally located to all sites we were in town to visit. While in town, you must visit The Wild Animal Safari. It's a short drive from the Hotel.

This quiet, relaxing hotel is a true gem located on the Pine Mountain ridge. The level of personalized customer service was fantastic. The owner, Kathy, was so friendly! Jadrienne was fabulous! Because they weren't too full at the time, our breakfast was customized and made to order! Afterward, I sat on my balcony and enjoyed the view of peaceful valley and watched deer grazing in the area between the huge pavilion and fire pit. In the past when we've stay overnight in the Pine Mountain area we headed up north to Lagrange but I will definitely be coming back here next time too. If it wasn't on the name out front, I'd never know this was a Best Western.

This hotel is newly renovated. The rooms are large, clean, and nicely decorated. There are many personal touches and unique features in the rooms and the common areas. Beautiful views outdoors of the mountains. Every member of the staff were helpful and friendly and went out of their way to assure our stay was wonderful.

I travel between 5 states (MS, AL, GA, SC and KY), and I have never ever experienced such a great costumer service as the one here in Best Western in warm springs GA. Best ever!..I know I'll be back to this area soon and I'm not planing to look for another hotel.

Must stay in the balcony room in order to enjoy the amazing view!!! Jadrienne is an amazing staff member who provides service with a smile! It is clean and comfortable and the atmosphere is welcoming and warm. I will return with my family to truly enjoy it.

Very nice hotel. Room had a fridge, microwave and was spacious Had a flat screen tv.. Had Great free toiletries. Lovely patio area, with outdoor pool. Nice fitness room with Universal machine, and good continental breakfast

We really enjoyed this lovely hotel. It had sweeping views out the back. There were beautiful grounds with seating to enjoy the mountains. It has a fire pit with comfy couches surrounding it, wow! Breakfast was great— good fresh food.

I had a wedding about 2 miles from this hotel in late October so most of my guests all stayed at this hotel. We could not have been more thrilled with the level of service that we had. The views were amazing, the hot breakfast was delicious and the level of care that the staff gave us was unmatchable. The owner even took me aside and said that she would keep the café open for all of the late risers for breakfast. The Owner even drove my bride and her bridesmaids to and from the hotel on the day of our wedding. There is no uber or taxi service available so that that such a big help! I cannot wait to come back to this hotel!

This hotel was brand new, with all of the amenities that you could dream of at an extremely reasonable price! The owners even made my kids goody bags for Halloween. There was never a no said and they accommodated every need that we had! The property boasted amazing views too!

This is a classy Best Western. Rooms are beautiful and updated. Well maintained. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The property is pristinely kept. It's gorgeous and has a fire pit overlooking the mountains. I highly recommend this place if you are in the area!

My wife and I are in town for a wedding and it's been a great trip. They've taken care of everything we needed. They cooked great food for us right after we checked in. Nice variety for breakfast. Wine glasses for the bottles we brought with us. Very nice place with a great view.

Staff were very friendly and helpful especially the General Manager. Rooms were recently renovated and were very nice. Outside amenities were an added bonus, i.e., fire pit area, pergola, bar area, etc.

This has got to be one of the best hotels we've stayed at in over 40 years of traveling. The view from the Fire-pit can not be beat. The rooms are well appointed & very tastefully decorated. Beds are comfortable & generous in size. Each room has their own patio(nice!). Breakfast buffet is fairly standard but is well presented and adequate. The entire staff seems genuinely happy & gracious to assist you any way possible during your stay,a wonderful amenity often overlooked whilst traveling. We will definitely book a room here in future travels to this part of the country,how can one resist? You should stay here also! We worked with owner, Neil Patel, for months before the hotel was even complete. His goal was to make sure this was a weekend we would always remember and he and his staff definitely delivered. It was an amazing weekend in a beautiful space. I could not have been happier. The accommodations were perfect, clean, comfortable. I just wanted to stay a few more days.

We checked in here late at night after not being able to find a room nearby, and were very happy with the room and staff. The hotel is only a few months old and is clean and well kept, and the view from the rear of the hotel is unbelievable...especially the sunrise. Some may consider it a little pricey, but you will have no complaints.

We recently held our class reunion at the Best Western in Warm Springs, GA. The staff was very friendly and went out of their way to make the stay exceptional. I had a beautiful view of the hills and valleys from my room. The Pavilion Event Center was both an architectural delight and the perfect location for our reunion activities (We were all commenting that it would also be an excellent location for weddings with the panoramic views as a backdrop). I definitely plan to stay here again.

Recently held our 50th high school reunion at the Best Westetn in Warm Springs. Refurbished hotel is beautiful with a great staff who catered to our every need. The view from the pavilion, pool area and the rooms is magnificent. Great food and adult beverages as well. Well worth visiting of having a social function.

I cannot say enough about the beauty of this hotel and the fabulous employees. Visiting Warm Springs was a last minute decision and we did not have reservations for the night. We saw the Best Western and decided to pull in. Valisa, at the front desk was very accommodating with meeting our needs and exemplified the Southern Hospitality I had heard so much about. I would have expected to pay much more than we did as it looks like a luxury hotel. It is beautifully decorated in a rustic but modern style and the view from the pool area is stunning. Our room was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. Little details like the breakfast buffet served on beautiful stoneware dishes with stylish flatware and glasses, food cooked on sight that appeared to be made from scratch topped our stay.

The Best Western in Warm Springs is an A+ hotel. The views are beautiful. From the moment we walked into the lobby we were very impressed. Valisa was at the front desk and she greeted us so warmly. Throughout our stay she was helpful in a lot of ways. Always offering to be of assistance. The manager Lisa was also there when we arrived and walked with us to our room to make sure everything was what we were expecting before we brought our luggage in. We had a beautiful, relaxing stay and are planning on returning as much as possible.

Highly recommend staying at the Best Western in Warm Springs Ga. One of the most beautiful views you can enjoy while staying at a hotel that is greatly designed. The owner knocked it out of the park with this place. Its very peaceful and relaxing. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. They had great service and a hot breakfast in the morning by the awesome staff who is very friendly . The place is perfect for a getaway or for events or even just one night stays. The pool area is nice along with the amazing sitting areas that you can enjoy while looking over miles of nothing but gorgeous land . This is by far the best Hotel I've stayed at!! This is a terrific place to stay- Lisa Thompson, Valisa, the desk attendant and the entire staff do a terrific job!! I travel in this area and will always stay here. I think this property is superb!! Warm Springs Ga is a great place to visit and stay at the Warm Springs Best Western.

I spent 6 weeks at this new hotel and it is very comfortable, the staff is warm and helpful and the view in the mornings is a new surprise every morning. The hotel design is very open and unique and the grounds and common areas are well apportioned. The exercise room has good equipment and the pool and pool area are very nice and relaxing. One thing you'll notice right away is the location is very quiet and if you listen, you'll hear all kinds of wildlife in the mornings and evenings, to include owls and whippoorwills. the beds are super comfortable as well. The breakfast offerings could use a little improvement, but the coffee is good. Plan your meal times early because the restaurants in Warm Springs typically close early (7 p.m.) if they're open at all. Over all, I think anyone will enjoy staying at this hotel.

Very rude employees with no knowledge of their own systems. Took over 30 minutes to check in and the short round lady behind the desk did nothing but complain the entire time. Restaurant never opened even though we was told it would be. Drinks are bottom shelf with the top price

I picked this hotel because of the proximity to the Wild Animal Safari. So glad I did. It is a beautiful hotel and the staff was top notch. The only reason I didn't give it five stars is because everything is so new that I had a difficult time with the smells. I am sure the newness will dissipate soon and then it will be five stars.

I had stayed in this area three years ago, and there were not many options. I was very impressed when I checked in at this Best Western. The staff at the front desk tools me that it had only been reopened 11 wks. The hotel was designed beautifully. There are several sitting areas underneath cover by the bar and pool. In the back is a nice fire pit and sitting area. There is also a magnificent covered reception type area. The views from this two places is just awesome. The hotel is nicely done. I will definitely have this one booked on my favorites list, if I come back through again.

The hotel is a 5 star.The staff was great.It was an overnight stay after the death of my mom. It was peaceful and the views were great of the mountain! We will be returning for a longer stay.Looking forward to our get away!!

This is a beautiful hotel. The rooms and property were great. My issue was that this huge hotel had only us and maybe 4 others.. I felt as if the service should have been better considering the lack of people. Not that all service personnel weren't the nicest. The bar and restaurant never opened, so disappointing. I felt breakfast was lacking since what is the sense of putting it out there for only a few people. I am sure this place is better when there are more people. Wonderful spot for a wedding, anniversary, parties, or reunion. The Pavilion is huge and beautiful.

The view at this hotel is stunning. The rooms are extremely nice, good beds, nice big flat screen tv and a beautiful sliding barn door on the bathroom. Breakfast was great, with a large selection. There are lots of beautiful areas outside to sit and enjoy the view. Nice bar with good food. Mrs Carolyn and her staff were fantastic and most accommodating. They checked on us several times to make sure we were happy with our stay. I highly recommend this hotel and will be back again soon!

I have stayed many hotels this Best Western is amazing! The hotel has all the amenities you need with the most beautiful view. I can't say enough about the manager Ms. Carolyn and the staff. She is the friendliest and kind lady you will ever meet! She made sure my son brought breakfast to me in the room. If you ever just need a change oe scenery I highly recommend this hotel!

Our entire team stayed here 2 weekends in a row for baseball tournaments. The staff was top notch and extremely nice! If we had any concerns they handled them immediately! The rooms were clean and the view is beautiful! A big thanks to Mrs. Carolyn at the front desk for being so awesome! I would definitely stay here again in the future.

The hotel is beautiful, and the grounds and pavilion are beautiful. The rooms are clean and nicely decorated. The layout of the hotel has the bar in the center, so if you want to get a good night's rest, don't stay here. The bar music is going strong until midnight and is very noisy. I reported to the staff after the first night. I complained about the music around 11:30pm and was told the music was normally turned off @ 11:00pm. The music continued. My husband called around 11:55pm and was told the music would be turned off @ midnight. I complained again @check out the next morning, and was told the manager would call me. I didn't receive a call.

We joined family and friends for a night at the hotel. We had a great time! The pool was great and he kids loved running around outside. The rooms are very nice and spacious. The view from the back is beautiful into the mountains.

Will recommend this place a million times over. Room was amazing and the view from the pool was breathtaking. As soon as we can make another trip within an hours drive from there, we will most definitely be staying there again!

The hotel is pristine. The rooms were beautifully made and in perfect condition. The staff are kind and friendly. Couldn't have asked for a better nights sleep. While we were enjoying the pool we were treated to the most spectacular rainbow I have ever seen. I only wish my camera had been up to the task of capturing its majesty.

Great rooms, awesome views, great staff who are super helpful and friendly. Complimentary breakfast in the mornings, food was okay not a huge selection of food but coffee was pretty good. Beds were super comfy.

Carolyn was very nice and helpful when we made reservations and at check in. Valisa helped us with a vehicle registration proble. When unable to fax from the hotel to our tag office, she took it to another location and tried to send it. After all the trouble she went to the problem was on the other end. Beautiful and comfortable. Breakfast was great. The view from second floor was breath taking. Plan to be back real soon.

This is a pretty new hotel and I just loved the lay out. The rooms are what you expect in a hotel stay, the tv really nice flat screen that was just like watching satellite at home. Very unique bathroom door for a hotel and beautiful. They have several rooms overlooking the outdoor pool area and many places to enjoy sitting outside around the huge fire pit and a massive gazebo with great Mountain View's. I really wish we would have been here for more then one night. The breakfast is really good with a nice selection. I must also say the staff was wonderful, friendly and very helpful. I will for sure stay here next time I am in the area. You did a great job with this one Best Western.

This hotel was the perfect place for an event. The hotel staff and ownership were great to work with. The facilities are brand new and décor is perfect. All of our guests were very impressed with the hotel, pool, large gazebo, firepit, and rooms. We all enjoyed the views of the valley and beautiful Pine Mountain. I would highly recommend anyone wanting to have a family reunion, wedding, or any event to strongly consider this hotel and event center.

This place was awesome!!! It's a bit out there, but the hotel is fantastic! Everything is brand new and looks great. The view out back is just gorgeous and the pool is amazing! The fire pit makes a great hangout to have a drink or two with friends. This remodel was well thought out and is easily one of the nicest hotels I've stayed at. The staff works very hard and are very accommodating. They we're extremely pleasant to work with and very helpful and kind.

The rooms are great! I loved the sliding barn doors in the bathroom! We stayed in a room on the first floor with walkout access to the pool area and a beautiful view of the hills. The pool, the firepit, bar area, and pavilion were wonderful! Perfect for family or corporate events. Staff was welcoming and attentive. I highly recommend this hotel and we will definitely return.

The recently reopened Best Western in Warm Springs is just gorgeous. The rooms are so beautiful and have these great sliding barn doors in the bathroom! The pool is gorgeous! Carolyn at the desk was soooo friendly and accommodating hopefully you get to meet her!! I highly recommend this for an overnight or having an event with family or friends. It would make a GREAT space for a wedding too!!

Everything about our stay was exceptional. The hotel is absolutely beautiful and so very clean and tastefully decorated. The location and views are gorgeous. When we called to make a reservation, we had the pleasure of talking with Lisa, who was so very nice and helpful. The front desk staff is awesome; check in and out was easy. Dalton is a very nice young man who is so personable and nice. Valisa was great at checkout. Breakfast was really good with lots of options. Overall, a great stay. We would definitely stay here again when we are in the area.

Had planned a trip to warm springs and saw this wonderful new hotel and decided to stay a night.......guess what we loved it so much that we extended our stay for 3 more nights. Amazing mountain top resort with rooms overlooking valleys... amazing room furniture... sliding doors for bathrooms.... pillow top mattresses..... full hot breakfast .... amazing staff and the list goes on. We were in a small group so management allowed us the use of a grand pavilion they have overlooking valley which is ideal for family reunions and weddings. Construction of that is like the 8th wonder of the world. We have vowed ourselves to come back again every year with more family and friends to stay at this amazing place.

Any attempt to give an accurate description that would paint the true image of this outstanding place, would be in injustice! In order for the essence of this special place to be experienced in its true form, one will need to actually visit, walk the grounds, see all of the special things placed strategically throughout the facility. There is not only beauty in the architectural structures, the placement of special points of use and interest, but the feeling one gets in the serene spirit that resides there. It is an experience, not just a place to sleep. The breakfast that was served, consisting of your true southern fare, was served up to please even the fussiest of palates. The friendliness of the staff made one feel as though they were at home in total comfort, and that you were the only one there.

Visited historic FDRs warm Spings and stayed at this brand new BW Warm Spings- Hotel and Event center... tell you what.... can't find a better place than this. My room overlooked the valley(yes... this is a true mountain top resort) and I took a pic from my balcony. It's got a huge fire pit area where live band was going on and pavillion lit up with lights at night.... truly enjoyed my stay as rooms were ultra modern with sliding barn doors and bathrooms were so good. Room decor was articulate and well appointed. Will return with lots of friends and family for a reunion or some sort of gathering as it's got so much of an outdoor space

Nestled in historic warm springs GA, this is a rare gem. It's a full resort type property with event center and six acres of pristine mountain top location. The pavilion is an amazing outdoor space to host events like weddings, reunions and parties.... soon to join Is "the view-restaurant/cafe and bar. Rooms overlook the valley and have patios where you can watch nature all day long.
