Best Western Plus Valdosta Hotel & Suites

This is our second stay here. When we travel this way we will pick this hotel every time. The staff are always friendly and helpful. This hotel is clean. The rooms are spacious and quiet. They do offer a breakfast. There is a BBQ place to eat just down the road that is good.

This place is always a 5/5! We have stayed here several times on our trips south. Great rooms very spacious and clean. Nice area to walk dogs. Easy access off i74. Honestly our favorite hotel on our trip south. Products available in bathroom. Beds are comfy. Good restaurants near by.

This motel was a gem. The staff was so helpful and friendly. They even made me a cappuccino in the lobby!!! They definitely had the best breakfast with sausage and biscuits and grits . My husband said this was the best breakfast on our whole trip (7 days) We definitely would recommend this hotel as one of the best during our vacation.

It's hard to find larger hotels with affordable prices, where it's clear that the management and staff go above and beyond in everything they do. The entire hotel glistened, the staff was quick to fulfill extra requests and the room was immaculate. Most hotels no longer include a continental breakfast included with stay , and if they do they are subpar to awful, but Best Western plus had a full hot breakfast and everything was great quality and kept hot and fresh through the entire morning. Our family enjoyed our stay thoroughly, and would definitely come back on our next Florida trip!

Amazing hotel! Clean, quiet, and safe! The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because the suite kitchen did not have any dishes or utensils. This was very inconvenient considering that we planned to dine in our room.

This hotel was spotless. The hallways smelled fresh and clean, the rooms were perfectly clean and at breakfast the tables were wiped down with sanitizer between customers. The food was hot and fresh and the coffee in the urns was excellent. There is also a coffee machine with 24 hour coffee service. The host was outstanding. We stayed there twice on our trip and both times exceeded our expectations.

Nice, quiet location. Very clean premises and very nice rooms with plenty of space (except frig). Breakfast was great with many choices. Workout room was nicely equipped. We'll pick this place again to stay!

This is the best hotel very nice, quick check in, all of the staff is very friendly and try their best to accommodate you,great breakfast and the hotel is remarkable! I would highly recommend this hotel to all of my family and friends.

This was our first time here and we were very pleased. Breakfast was very good and was well stocked and kept clean. Room was nice and clean as well. The hot tub and pool were an awesome plus as well!!

The hotel is easy to access off the highway. There is plenty of parking with two entrances so you do not have to walk a lot. It is pet friendly, but I did not notice any orders. The room was very clean. It was a little chilly for the pool, but the hot tub was very hot and clean. The hotel is quiet and has charging for Electric Vehicles.

Room was large. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Located close to interstate but not close to downtown Valdosta. Our shower was very dated and not super clean. Breakfast offered a wide variety of choices.

This hotel was perfect for us. We were in town for a wedding and this was where we stayed. Great location but not in the thick of all the things, which we were grateful for because it was quieter. The room was perfect for us because it had 2 rooms. We loved that because we could have some privacy. The pool and hot tub were great. Staff was super friendly and helpful. The room was clean and everything worked great.

We were evacuating due to the hurricane and the fire alarm going off on property in the middle of the night was terrifying and disruptive. Staff didn't seem to know how to handle it and hung up when I called.

Hotel was clean, staff was friendly and helpful. Our suite had kitchenette with small frig and microwave, dining table. Pet friendly. Laundry facility. Great place for hurricane home or just traveling through. Full breakfast every morning-delicious!

The folks who run this place are so accommodating. We've stayed here 3 times in the last few years for my husband to have heart surgeries and they have been very easy to help us in every way. C Ridley

The staff was extremely welcoming, and the rooms and amenities were very satisfactory. Easy access from the interstate with good parking areas. The facility is very clean and the pool and other areas were first class. They have a printout of area restaurants which is helpful.

The suite was spotless! Staff was friendly, the floors were laminate so I know they were clean with having a dog with us. The breakfast had a wonderful variety and loved the personal touch of photos displayed with the owner and famous guests! I would recommend this 1000%

We have stayed at this hotel several times while staying in the Valdosta area. Always a great experience with exceptional staff. Offers a free breakfast which is always hot and fresh. We like that it's never too crowded too

We loved the suite. The suite has a kitchen with a dining table and a living room with a sofa. We really liked the bedroom where you can close the door for privacy. I noticed how clean the suite was and it seemed like it was brand new. Valdosta is about 150 miles short of our halfway point on our trip from Florida to Tennessee but knowing how clean and nice the hotel is, it is worth driving the extra distance the next day.

This is the second we've stayed here. It's a wonderful place to stay although the pillows were not too comfortable. The room, itself, was very nice. The bathroom was nice and had a wonderful shower. The breakfast was great and they take large dogs.

Rooms were not clean and breakfast is sub par. The new coffee machine is good. Lack of hot water is not good if you want to make tea. There was a lot of food remains on the floor in both rooms as the floor was not cleaned. The bed sheets were not pressed and one was torn on the bottom.

I was so happy with my stay. First time at this location and at a BW plus. The staff was so personable and helpful, my room was clean and very large with a full kitchen. I had my two large dogs with me and there was plenty of area for them to walk and I could even toss the ball so they could get some exercise. I love the 24 hour gourmet coffee and although I didn't have breakfast I looked at it and it looked delicious. Highly recommend

Superior hotel. Excellent service and friendly staff. Great selection of hot breakfast items as well and was very tasty. The breakfast staff was awesome . Check in and check out was a pleasant experience. We were greeted with smiles and kind words. The owner came in to say hello and that was impressive!!! Family owned and they take pride in their property.

We were looking for a hotel with a hot tub , one that was clean, served breakfast and was pet friendly. This hotel met all of those requirements .I like the fact it did not have carpet as that's not very sanitary. It was convenient to get to, right off of 75. I would definitely stay here again.

The room was huge but had a very musty smell to it. The bedding was not great but not horrible. Two women smoked weed outside of our room and the smell of it came into our room but because it was a smoking designated area nothing could be done… Some easy improvements could help this motel go from good to great.

We stayed in 6 different Best Western motels on this trip. This was the last one, and the best one. The isn't one negative things to say about the location. I don't usually recommend anything to anyone, but do recommend this motel.

This is Not your average, off interstate overnight hotel. They're OUTSTANDING from the beautifully maintained exterior when you pull up. Upon entering late after being on the road all day we were welcomed by William who was professional, warm and accommodating. Honestly we had had a horrible experience at two previous BW's & we're beginning to think the chain was simply going downhill as many of the older chains are doing added to the current economy, we were not expecting much. But William was amazing and as the first face representative, we went in admittedly a bit standoffish and exhausted but William had us smiling. He knew the area as well. Our Big fur baby was even welcomed as family and the pet fee more than reasonable. Well stated so you're not surprised as well. Everything was super clean to the eye and nose. Simply beautiful. Our room was the same-above and beyond. The outdoor pool & hot tub area was gorgeous even on a rainy night. The hot breakfast was delicious w/a fantastic selection. Other hotels could learn a LOT from BW Valdosta Northgate. We would highly recommend staying here.

We travel with two pets. We have now stayed here 3 times. The rooms have been immaculate. Having a kitchenette was an added bonus for the price. Coffee was available in the lobby all the time. Complementart breakfast was nice.

This was a great place to stay on our way to Florida! Spacious king room and super nice check in staff at the front desk! Good recommendations for dinner restaurant and good breakfast. We will stay here again on future trips!

I am a diamond select member with Best Western and have stayed at alot of them . This is by far our favorite hotel of all.Very nice breakfast,hotel is very modern and clean.We really enjoy staying there every year.

Diamond checked us in and was extremely friendly. As soon as you walk in you immediately know this is not another Patel motel. The owners don't live onsite and the American family that owns this beautiful hotel deserve a medal for how clean and perfect it is. Absolutely beautiful pool and every single staff member went out of their way to say good morning and breakfast was delicious. I've never been happier and highly recommend!

We had a great time! The room was so comfortable! We enjoyed our stay! I got a terrific nights sleep there and I enjoyed being able to nap with my son watching tv in the other room since we had gotten a suite.

We plan on staying at this hotel on our travels to and from Naples every year. We have a golden retriever and there a ton of green space to walk her. This hotel is immaculate, the suites are so nice the breakfast is delicious and the staff is very friendly.

Very beautiful and clean establishment. You won't be disappointed. Pool and hot tub awesome! We unfortunately couldn't use it due to weather. Our king size room was beautifully decorated and so clean and comfortable. Wish we could have stayed longer! Great job to the attentive staff you guys are the best!

I would highly recommend this facility, from check-in to check-out a very good experience. The breakfast was great variety of food ,self serve and good coffee with 3 varieties to choose from. Great facilities, clean pool and hot-tub.

After struggling with an I75 that was basically a parking lot, this was a quiet, clean, comfortable place to wind down. Plenty of local food options made up for no onsite restaurant. Try Smok'n Pig BBQ! Really good.

I know I know, it's the Best Western. The room is very nice, but the toilet paper is pretty rough, like sandpaper and the beds literally have no covers, I guess since they allow pets, it keeps the cost down. But frankly, this is my last trip with BW.

IWe have stayed in other hotels but we always have a better experience at Best Western hotels. The rooms are always clean and the beds are very comfortable. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND BEST WESTERN VALDOSTA AND THE ORLANDO GATEWAY BEST WESTERN .THEY ARE OUR FAVORITE.

We always stay here when visiting Wild Adventures. It is about 15 min away from the park! The rooms are always clean, and the staff are friendly. We love having a 1BR with a kitchen! The breakfast is good as well. It is right off the exit, too! Waffle House and a gas station are right next door!

Excellent hot breakfast to start your day. Beds were very comfortable and bathroom and kitchenette fixtures were in excellent condition. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. There is a Waffle House in walking distance, and a Burger King and a gas station on the other side of the interstate.

Our spacious room was very comfortable. This hotel is at the northern edge of Valdosta and the area is far less congested then some of the other exits. Although you may want to go south to the next exit for a wide variety of restaurants. The breakfast was a fairly typical version of what you expect at Best Western and there are no complaints on our part.

This stay was the best I have been to in the last year, the staff was very friendly and the hotel was the cleanest I have ever seen. The price was very reasonable. This will be the my stop for traveling north from now on.

We stay at the Best Western Plus in Valdosta every time we are in town. We are never disappointed. The motel is always clean, and the staff is friendly and professional. I would always recommend this motel for the location, staff, cleanliness, etc.

The hotel staff is amazing! The hotel is clean and the rooms are spacious. The breakfast was awesome as well. The pool looks really refreshing. The grounds are clean. It's also less than 0.5 mile from Interstate 75.

Check in was great, location was great, bed was comfortable….but room smelled like dirty feet. The carpet had an awful smell !! They really need to put new carpet in the room. The heat/ac unit is also directly below the curtains in the room, so when it is running it blows the curtains straight up and out. I finally put towels and my shoes on the curtains to keep them from blowing

Rude inconsiderate staff. I am at a diamond select tier and had a free night. The code has not been emailed to the front desk. Instead of the manager calling me or knocking on my door they called 2 sheriffs and kicked my husband, 2 children and I out. Even the sheriff was confused as to why they would do that. As if we are scuatting or created a crime when it was THEIR fault.

I think it was overpriced for sure. The rooms were nice, not any plates or glasses or silverware in all of the cabinets in our suite(or micro)even though it seems to be set up for that/extended stay. We were glad to have our dogs with us, and the cost was acceptable for them($20)per pet. Offers a hot breakfast, that was ok. Need better coffee, the coffee served not the best. Nice location, out of the and yet, driving distance to restaurants. Staff were helpful and place is clean, beds comfy, but, we had NO blankets either. Bare minimum but, if your traveling with pets, its ok.

The first and second floors were recently renovated but not the upper floors. Sarah at the desk was terrific! Breakfast buffet was presented beautifully, and the attendants were great, however, the scrambled eggs and grits were heavily salted and we were unable to consume them. Nice room on the first floor.

We have stayed at this same Best Western for 10 years because it is a good place to stop on our way to Disney World. In the past, it has always been clean, with good bedding and a wonderful continental breakfast. While the breakfast still gets an A+, the cleanliness and the bedding needs work. First, since the last time we were there, they started allowing pets to stay in the hotel. It was actually the first thing the very nice young lady checking me in asked me, if I had a pet staying with us. The lobby smelled like a wet dog. The hallways on our floor and our room did not, but that was the first smell that hit me when the doors open. That is right by where they serve breakfast, so that was a bit of a turnoff. We had two queen beds, but the pillows were hard, tiny squares that would fit on a toddler bed. The sheets and blankets were so thin that even after we turned the air off, we put towels on top of the blanket at night. In the bathroom, I turned on the light, and guess what poked its head out of the circle prong hole of the electrical outlet...a cockroach. I lured it out and killed it, but it was not what I wanted to see 5 minutes after checking into the room. Just disgusting, and I was glad we were only there for one night. This hotel is not the quality that it used to be, and that is sad because it was nicer and why we kept coming back and staying there every year. The hot, fresh, delicious breakfast and the friendly staff are the only factors not giving this experience a lower rating.

Stopped on our way down to Florida and really enjoyed our stay. We chose this hotel because it was top rated on trip advisor and it did not disappoint! The room was very clean and the staff was great. The beds weren't the most comfortable hotel I've ever slept on, but I had no problem getting a good nights rest.

We evacuated from Hurricane Ian on short notice and needed a pet friendly hotel for one night. The room was clean and the mattress was comfortable. The breakfast wasn't as good as other Best Westerns at which I've stayed in the past year. Even though it was near I 75, the room was quiet. We arrived quite late after evacuating, but checking in was no trouble.

We highly recommend this lovely Best Western property in Valdosta GA. It was perfect in every way, immaculate, crisp linens, fluffy towels, plenty of clean area to walk our dog and delicious breakfast. Pleasant and friendly front desk staff, Cindy and Sarah, made our arrival pleasant and were welcoming. Outstanding in every way!

Can always count on Best Western for good night's sleep & breakfast to get you going next morning. Several nice restaurants to pick from. I'm expecting Best Western to continue to provide charging stations at their motels fir electric vehicles

very nice room suites. Quiet hotel and nice breakfast. We were traveling with friends who had a family of 3 adults and 2 children and the hotel was able to accommodate a party of 7 people who needed two rooms. Very nice accommodations.

When we enter the hotel we were greeted with a fresh smell and clean lobby. The check-in staff was efficient and pleasant and friendly as was the staff who checked us out. Our room was a suite and it was also clean, large and comfortable. The breakfast was very good. If you are traveling through Valdosta, you will definitely be happy with this hotel…..plus it is pet friendly. We don't do many reviews but felt it necessary to praise the staff and management of this Best Weatern.

This hotel is very nice and seemed fully staffed. It is always quiet and very clean and well organized which makes a pleasant stay. The pool was perfect and crystal clean. Our room was a king Suite and was spotlessly clean. Though it is in a quiet space, all amenities, restaurants, shopping, etc. are just down the street.

Hotel staff were pleasant , and the amenities were great - pool and fitness center. The included full breakfast was very good. We were however un happy that we found two bugs in our bathroom upon arrival.

Lovely 2-night stay. Our suite was "huge" with a separate closet with a mirror affixed to the inside of it and it was perfectly placed to get a rear view of yourself. The room was clean and well-maintained. The bed and pillows were comfortable, though the bedding was tucked tightly and just an inch or so shy of covering my shoulders. Fortunately, I have short legs and simply moved down in the bed. The staff was all friendly and courteous and helpful. Breakfast was attended and had great food. Sarah, the front desk agent, was helpful in troubleshooting our TV which turned out to be a dead battery.

My granddaughter and I love staying here rooms cleaned staff very friendly we felt at home my granddaughter didn't want to leave and it's pet friendly swimming pool and hot tub was great also have an exercise room

Finally a clean place to stay, right off the exit , quite, very friendly. Pool was clean(out door , a little cool for my self) Hot-tub by the pool was where I spent my evening , great jets !! Parking is well lit up.

on our way home stop there for the night check in was fast the front desk recommended a good place to eat and he was right the room was a mini suite very nice the bed were very comfortable shower had good pressure

Hotel was very clean and comfortable. Full breakfast was a plus. Customer service was outstanding. Shout out to Kyle for making our stay that much more enjoyable. This will be our go to hotel on our next trip to Wild Adventures.

I can't say enough about how nice this best western is and the wonderful staff. You can tell that the customer is the main focus of this hotel. It is one of the nicest best western I have ever stayed at, all the amenities are nice as well. I highly recommend you try the grits here for breakfast.

Absolutely one of the best stays on our trip across country. Kylee and Kimberly (hope I spelled names correctly) at the front desk were awesome. Room and the entire hotel was very clean and nice. The entire staff takes pride in this hotel and it shows. We would definitely stay again if in this area. Great hotel fo any type of stay.

We hadn't stayed here in over 5yrs. The service and cleanliness hasn't changed. (However, we missed being greeted with freshly baked chocolate chip cookies and rocking chairs out front --- those were a plus from the past.) I would continue to highly recommend. Dogs are welcomed with a treat, beds were comfortable, kitchenette a plus, and our next day breakfast was great!

Love the location. The rooms were nice and spacious. Excellent breakfast. The location was away from other restaurants, but I didn't mind. The breakfast was delicious, and I appreciate hand sanitizers located next to the elevators.

A convenient, clean, family, pet friendly place to stay. Close to the highway, town, shopping and Military Base. Quite with a great Staff. Southern Hospitality for sure. Highly Recommended for those heading to Florida or back home.

Easy access, very clean and quite hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful. Met the owner and you can see by a short talk with him he values his guests and the staff reflect those values!! Something getting harder and harder to find now days. Very good value for your money, very clean and would recommend without a hint of reservation.

We stayed both on our way down to Florida and again on our way back up.

We booked last minute and they found a room for us, got us in early and was very friendly. They offer an amazing breakfast that was hot and fresh, with plenty of coffee. Staff was very kind and came out to our car to let us know we left some clothes behind…. Went above and beyond!

I've had rooms in several area hotels in the last 30 years. This is by far the best. We stay here at least twice a year. The staff is wonderfully friendly and helpful. The rooms are extremely clean. It is not the cheapest. But, the quality is well worth the fare.

It seemed very odd that the price was so high for one night in Valdosta and they only had one queen bed room available. The hotel did not seem that busy. There were pets on our floor and it was loud with the ice machine being across from our room. I heard loud pounding early in the morning. My partner only slept like 3 hours maybe.

I thought that the hotel was much more comfortable feeling than a lot I have stayed at in the last 2 years. They have nice trees and bushes on the outside and nice decorations on the inside. They had a great spread of food. Eggs, sausage, waffles and many other options for breakfast.

We loved this hotel. So quiet and clean. The staff were kind and friendly. The rooms are super nice. Had the best sleep I have ever had at a hotel. The whole family loved it here. The pool and hot tub were really nice! We would definitely choose to stay here again!

We have been staying at the Best Western Plus in Valdosta whenever we are in that area for the past 15 years or so. The rooms are large, quite spacious, and consistently clean! Breakfast is the typical hotel “free” consisting of a few cold items such as cereal, yogurt, pastries, fruit, etc. and a few hot items including scrambled eggs, sausage, oatmeal and the like. It is adequate to get your day started and the staff is very attentive.

This was my 2nd stay at the particular BW Hotel. It is by far the BEST one I have ever stayed at. The rooms are spacious and clean. They even have a room inspector at this hotel who inspects each room before every occupancy which is a 1st for me. They set the bar very high to ensure cleanliness, comfort, and safety. The staff was friendly and accommodating. We had to leave before the breakfast call but the clerk made us a to go bag of muffins and a coffee for the road which they didn't have to do. The price was reasonable and proportionate to the areas other hotels.The pool was sparkling clean inside and in the pool area. The grounds were also conveniently located near I-75 . It is located in a safe neighborhood and the parking lot was monitored with surveillance cameras for your safety. I had a trailer on this stay and the staff showed me the safest place too park for the evening. On my first stay here we had a service animal and they also were able accommodate and welcome them providing an adequate area to be walked and to do there business comfortably without inconveniencing other guests. I can go on and on, but this place really impressed me and I would not hesitate to recommend anyone, friends or family to stay here. Great A+ Hotel

Great staff. Very clean, quiet and safe hotel. I'll definately stay there again. I arrived after a long drive and was very pleased with the hotel. They are pet friendly, which is great for me. Book this one! You won't be sorry.

This was a very pleasant surprise during our trip. I've stayed in a lot of Best Western hotels, and this was the nicest I've ever seen. The rooms were almost as comfortable as my stays in Ritz Carltons. The staff was extremely friendly. I can't recommend this hotel highly enough. I will be back.

This hotel is awesome! The well laid out spacious room, detail in bathroom with nonskid pad in shower, beautiful laid out pool area, wonderful breakfast food and dining and exceptional professional looking and acting customer service oriented staff. All that you would EXPECT in a BW+ hotel!!! BW+ Valdosta should be a model for all BW+ hotels.

I was driving many hours down before staying at a horrendous wyndam wing gate hotel. There were bugs, some kind of worms or maggots in my sheets! I angrily demanded a room or new sheets. The after hours lady handed me "new" sheets that were bugged up and stained. I couldnt sleep and my skin crawled. I reshowered but still felt gross. My stay at BW here was tremendously great! My room was rebooked by party staying so was given free upgrade to kingsize love master suite. Super clean, excellent shower, lovely couches and my very own kitchenette and kuerag coffee machine an lots of shampoo and shower stuff. Also all sheets and towels were clean.

These people are very good at their jobs. My wife was very pleased with the hotel and staff. All you married men knows what that means, if you're not married then ask your farther. If momma not happy then nobody is.

Beautiful hotel and rooms. It looks like it is relatively new. Breakfast had a nice selection of both hot and cold foods and was very good. Location was easy on/off the highway in a nice area. Would definitely stay here again.

great staff. very clean. customer focused. always puts us int he room/floor we request. NO SMOKING Have found Georgia Beer Co. and local restaurants (BBQ) that we visit each time we are there. Nice town and easy to get around.

We only stayed one night on the way to visit family in Fort Myers area, but we will plan on staying here again next trip. We always stay at Best Western hotels, but not all of them rate this high on our list.

This hotel is totally geared to provide quality service for their guests! Clean rooms and one of the best welcomes you'll find in Georgia! Right off the 75 Interstate and easy access. Friendly staff and focused to provide excellent service. Definitely recommend this hotel!

This is a very nice Best Western. Nice clean rooms, quiet area, friendly staff, dog friendly and good breakfast options. It was a perfect place to stop on the way to Florida. This hotel gives BEST WESTERN a good reputation for high quality reasonably priced lodging.

We stayed at the Best Western Plus. We had a 2-room suite. The hotel and room were clean and service was great! Conveniently located right off the expressway. It was a little pricey but we had a wet bar and separate living room from the bedroom which was really nice. We went out and got some KFC and drinks and took it back to the room to make up the difference if we'd stayed at a lower priced hotel. We stayed at La Quinta the following night and the price was similar, but the quality was definitely lacking in comparison. Best Western didn't have any available room that night. Would stay there again.

STAY HERE if you are staying in the Valdosta area! This place is clean, up to date and very nice. My room had hard wood floors, a big TV mounted on the wall, great AC and generally looked clean and new. The outdoor pool and hot tub looked clean and the lighting on the trees made it look very cozy. The breakfast area looked great. The place must be fairly new, it's one of the cleanest hotels I've ever stayed at. You can't go wrong here. It's worth one and a half the price they're charging!

We were very pleased with our room and our stay at this hotel. Room, breakfast area and hotel grounds were clean and well taken care of. Front desk staff very nice as well! If coming from the south, be aware that the service road to the hotel is almost immediately off the exit on the left side. Easy to miss.

Hotel is clean, breakfast was good, bed was comfortable. However the thing that made my stay the most memorable was the young lady at the front desk. Her name was Jasmine. We checked in around 5:00 pm, went back around 7:00 to ask for pool towels. There were a few people ahead of me but as soon as Jasmine saw me and another lady (we arrived at the same time), she looked up and called us each by name and told us that she would be with us shortly. The fact that she had memorized our names, and didn't have to look them up, really impressed me. It may sound silly, but she made me feel welcomed and important. Thank you for a great stay!

When we checked in, the desk clerk placed a wake-up call for us. We enjoyed our spacious suite, complete with a wet bar. However, the wake-up call never came. We scrambled to the free breakfast area just in time to see the food being put away. However, when we explained the circumstances, the person in charge in the breakfast room made sure that we had full hot breakfasts. This is nothing to do with the hotel itself, but if you are getting driving directions from I-75, do not use Mapquest, which instructed us to make a nonexistent left turn across a divided highway. Google Maps and OnStar were correct.

We stop at this hotel every time we drive to Florida. It is consistently very clean. Staff is very courteous and helpful. The beds and pillows are ultra comfortable! We love the fact that all rooms are suites. They offer a complimentary breakfast too.

The location is handy off I-775but no road noise. Friendly staff, large rooms, extremely clean, and up to date. The breakfast was very good. All items were fresh and tasty. Very pet-friendly! They had large grassy areas for our dogs. A solid 5 stars!

Rooms were clean, large, bed was comfortable, and room was quiet. Coffee was available when I arrived downstairs at about 5am. Breakfast was good. Keep doing the same things and we will return next time through.

Clean and quiet hotel. Front desk staff kind and helpful. Would have rated 5 stars but bed could have used a blanket. Normally extras found in closet. Not so at this property. Delicious hot breakfast but if you arrive at 9:29 you are out of luck (hours 6:30 to 9:30). Would recommend

Our room was available on time. When the temote was low on batteries, it was replaced immediately. The breakfast was plentiful and hot. Cafe manager ask if we were satisfied with our choices and we said yes.

The best western plus was perfect. We were traveling on way through to Florida and stopped here . We also had our 160 pound dog and this hotel room had plenty of room for him . The hotel was very clean and the staff was excellent. I highly recommend this hotel . Also it is very convenient to get to freeway . We will for sure be back !!

Clean, comfortable room with kitchenette, couch and table. Friendly staff and a good hot breakfast. Everything we needed and more for an overnight stay. The pool looks nice too, but too cold to use during our stay.

This hotel is immaculate, spotlessly clean, my room was large and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent, a wide variety of breakfast foods, plentiful, and hot. The staff are clearly very committed to their job at this hotel, and it shines through. I couldn't rate this hotel and my experience highly enough.

Young woman and man at front desk were both very helpful and friendly. She checked us in quickly and made sure we had everything we needed. Lobby area large and inviting. The room was spacious, couch and bed comfortable, and bathroom equipped with the basics. The room was very clean. Little kitchen area was nice. Breakfast was tasty and included a variety of items, hot and cold. Staff was pleasant. Plenty of parking and good location close to highway, gas and restaurants. Certainly would stop here again.

The same owners have owned for many years. I love the fact that I always get a warn welcoming feeling whenever I stay at this Best Western location. It has always been a place that has remained top notch in every way.

Pet friendly room was absolutely spotless and clean. It cost us more than the other pet-friendly hotels we've stayed in, but it was worth every penny. We'll be back here again for sure. Great breakfast, super room with sofa and kitchenette. Not a single complaint.

This amazing Best Western hotel was second to none. We needed a hotel that was pet friendly and offered a king size bed and a great breakfast. This Best Western provided all of what we needed and more. This will be our half-way stop when we travel from North Carolina to Florida. You can't go wrong with this Best Western Hotel.

Our third time staying at the Valdosta Best Western. Always have a great experience. Welcoming, clean, quiet, friendly staff, perfect breakfast buffet. The location was easy and close to our destinations. Our room/suite had all the conveniences we could want, TV, internet access, kitchenette, coffee maker, alarm clocks, iron and ironing board and access to laundry. It was the perfect home away from home. We'll keep coming back.

This was a great experience all the way! The staff were extremely friendly and helpful! We loved our studio room! It was clean and we loved the set up and space! The breakfast was a hot breakfast and had great options!

I was 100% satisfied with my experience. I'd used a previous hotel chain in the past when visiting Valdosta but was much happier with the Best Western Plus. Everyone was friendly and the room was very comfortable as were the beds. Breakfast was hot and plentiful. The room was wonderfully clean!

The facility was probably the nicest BW facility that I have used in my 50 years of business & personal travel. The staff was some of the friendliest I have ever encountered.during my travels across the country.

We were traveling 18 hours. We stopped for a the night. All aspects of the visit were excellent, check-in, cleanliness of hotel property and rooms, breakfast. Good place to stop for an overnight stay. Did not check out other facilities as we were only needing a place to rest/sleep.

What a wonderful property. We were looking for someplace half way on our trip from Tennessee to Florida. The hotel was clean, comfortable, convenient and even had a jacuzzi. The breakfast was delicious. We would go back any time we are passing through.

We decided on a last minute stop while traveling with me elderly parents for the holidays. We had our request for adjoining rooms accomodated. This was important to us due to our parents age. The rooms were lovely and spacious with a kitchenette in both rooms. We didn't need these for this trip but saw how convenient this would be if staying in the area for a few days. They were well equipped! Customer service was superior!

We stay in Valdosta two times per year as we travel back and forth to Naples, Florida. I was not familiar with this particular hotel as we have always stayed in the same property each time. I wish I would have known about this Best Western! The good news is now we do! The hotel was neat and clean and so well maintained. Our king studio room was so nice. It provided the extra room we needed when traveling with our two cats. The breakfast was excellent! The location was nice and quiet with no freeway noise like so many other hotels we stay in. The quiet was much appreciated after a long day on the road. I would highly recommend this property and will tell other friends that travel back and forth to Florida. We will stay here again for sure!

Perfect place for pets. Lots of walkable green space and a great deal. The breakfast was better than most. Really nice lobby and pool area. Rooms are noisy needing some sound muffling work. The room was really nice and everything was really clean. A very good value.

Nice quick stay near freeway - easy on and off.. Clean rooms and common areas. The breakfast had lots of choices, was well stocked.and the area was large with a nice space between the other tables. Would stay again..

I was extremely happy with every single thing at this hotel. From the front desk staff to the beauty and cleanliness of the room to the excellent HOT breakfast, I was blown away! You see so many listings online that show very nice rooms, etc. only to find quite the opposite when you get there. This hotel exceeded my expectations and I will definitely stat there again.

We were on our way to Port Canaveral for a cruise and stopped for the night in Valdosta, which is only about 3-4 hours from Port Canaveral. The Best Western had large really quiet rooms and a very reasonable price. The property is in excellent shape, clean and well maintained. Breakfast was also very good

One night stay on our way to FL. Room was clean with a nice kitchen although no amenities, not even paper towels, dishes, cups, etc. The decor is very dated, think 80s. The staff was efficient there was a nice area to walk the dogs in a large area in the back. It was in a safe location, but no restaurants of any kind nearby. More at the next exit.

The property is relatively new, clean, and has a nice lobby area and spacious and well appointed rooms. Free breakfast, convenient to I75 freeway and, best of all, it's just a stone's throw from Jack's Chophouse! And it's a great value for the price. Highly recommended.

I would highly suggest this Hotel to anyone traveling! It was very clean, quiet sleeping, room was big and very comfortable bed, staff was accommodating and friendly! I felt like I was at home! So very nice! Price was reasonable to!

This is a very clean hotel, with a great breakfast. There is plenty of parking even with a trailer attached. The staff is very friendly and outgoing, willing to help out anytime. Rooms are big and give plenty of room to stretch out.

We spend one night here and we will be back. The customer service aspect from the front desk can't be beat. We travel with our dog (golden retriever) and finding a place to stay can be challenging. Price for a dog, size of the dog, do they even take dogs? etc. There was no weight limit here, no additional pet fee and they even had dog treats. Price was so so . Not super expensive but a bit on the high side. However, no pet fee. I feel like we came out ahead. The breakfast was great and had really nice people working. The room was very clean. Maybe needs an update but we had no complaints.

The motel is very convenient to access off the interstate, friendly staff, very clean rooms, breakfast was delicious and offered a variety of choices. We stay here every year passing through to florida, the only dissatisfaction from me is that the beds are VERY firm, to firm for my liking, but I am sure that some people like it.

Check in experience was excellent (friendly, helpful.) Room was very clean and bed very comfortable. Room was also quite spacious. Excellent breakfast selections. Location is very good . . . right off 95. We would stay there again.

Have stayed here previously usually a few days at a time. Finally they have completed their room updates and especially got rid of the old sofas. Here are the irritating items at least to us. 1. When the housekeeping cleaned the room after the first night the thermostat was set to 60 and the room was 62. When we came after the second night in the room the temp was 66. It took quite a while for the heat pump to get it back. We had it at 75. 2. At the nightstand between the queen beds, there is nowhere to plug in. We have two CPAP machines and I had to buy an outlet expander. Previously someone had unplugged the clock and with a dead battery it took me a bit to figure out how to reset it. 3. If you like to sleep comfy warm, the bedding is too light. No blankets in the closet. 4. There is no dresser in the room. When we come in for a few days we like to unpack our bags and use the drawers. With only one suitcase holder one of the bags had to be kept open on the floor. There are other places in Valdosta but caution many are way behind on updates because of Covid. Except for my comments this location is clean and fresh.

Drove a little further to stay here based on the reviews. We are driving from CO to FL for work with a large 5th wheel and after a long day of driving, this hotel was just what we needed. Large parking area, friendly front desk staff, clean and roomy. The hotel is newer, which isn't our primary concern but it was also very clean and organized. We would have liked to stay longer to relax in the room and by the pool. Excellent breakfast as well.

I have stayed at this hotel twice and both times I found the staff to be very pleasant. The rooms are large and very clean. The breakfast has a very nice selection considering the Covid situation. Masks must be worn at the breakfast area which was reassuring that everything was kept clean.

For the money, you can't beat it. This was a great hotel with a huge room. It had a microwave, coffee maker, small kitchen sink, small refrigerator, and a few kitchen cabinets. It also had a sitting area with a swivel TV that would turn to face the bed. The bathroom was nice too.

I walked into the room and it looked like a suite! Large and spacious and great for a multiple day stay! Bed was comfortable and the internet was truly high speed. Was almost like being on my home connection!

Great place to stop overnight or stay a couple of days. Hotel is in great condition, and the staff is super friendly. If you want to be within walking distance of restaurants, etc., this is NOT the place to stay. That was not important to us, so it was perfect! Very nice hotel for the price point!

We have had 3 stays at the location in Valdosta Georgia and we love it. We have had no bad experiences at this location. The staff is awesome, the rooms were clean and well stocked. The hot breakfast bar was great.

We enjoyed this stay as much as our first. We had everything we could have needed plus plenty of room to set up our senior dog's playpen in our king accessible room. We were a little concerned about what would be served as breakfast, but it was the same quality buffet as pre-Covid.

Seems to be a newer hotel or recently renovated. Check in was easy. Staff was very nice and accommodating. Room was clean and bathroom appeared clean. Provided a hot breakfast. Provided masks for guest going through the service line. Seems to be serious about safety during COVID-19.

If was just for one night, but impressed in every way. We arrived later in the evening and the staff had us to checked in and heading to our room in just minutes. From the front desk to the folks serving breakfast, as well as some housekeeping staff we encountered in the halls, all were friendly and hospitable. The room was spacious and immaculate. The two main requirements...comfortable bed and hot shower were easily met. Thanks to all that made our brief stay such a pleasant experience.

5-Star; by far the best hotel in So. Georgia. The staff was very helpful, friendly and eager to take care of our group. The amenities were clean and "smelled clean." The hotel and surrounding areas were nice, quiet and clean

Hotel staff were very accommodating. Hot breakfast buffet was delicious: scrambled eggs, grits, sausage, country fried potatoes, and sausage gravy. Room was comfortable and reasonably priced. Experienced no problems getting checked in with my dog.

Kitchenette floor was sticky and the freezer didn't work. Room was quiet and looked clean. Shower floor was slick even with the non slip surface. Usually the floor problems are caused by too much cleaner being used and not rinsing well. Didn't eat the breakfast due to time constraints but looked like other guests were enjoying it.

Always stop here coming from and going to Florida- Dec and late April. everything has been fine - so far. King suite- kitchenette. Covid rules are applied by hotel but I disinfect everything anyway. Will stay again.

This is our favorite hotel in Valdosta. It is the halfway point to our home in Fl from our home in Ga. and a good meeting point for family. It is the cleanest hotel and friendliest staff. We tried a few others on exit 18 and you can keep them. Also pet friendly for small charge. The pool is great and linens exceptionally clean. I would not stay anywhere else in this area !!

Staff were all very kind and helpful, the amenities were clean and open (including breakfast buffet, exercise room and pool). The hotel and grounds were clean an up-to-date. Had nice interactions with the friendly maintenance man, as well as the breakfast and front desk staff. Very good experience, and would recommend it. I was told the pet-friendly floors are floors 1 and 2, so ask for a higher floor if you do not want to be in a room were a pet has previously stayed.

The hotel is in a quite location off the expressway with a lot of green space. The room was clean and bed comfortable. Isabella did a great job with the breakfast bar The eggs were hot and so was the biscuits and sausage. Staff was very friendly. Would stay here again.

This hotel was a little gem. We arrived late from driving all day. We were headed to Florida and stopped by to stay the night. We loved this little place. It was very clean and spacious for just the two of us. We highly recommend! We plan to stop back by when we're passing through next time!

We stayed here on our drive north from the Florida Keys. This hotel is the perfect place for a roadside stop. It's right near the highway. It's modern, clean, and felt safe (we left a bunch of stuff locked up in our SUV). The room had all the amenities, was quiet. Beds were very comfortable, AC worked fine, and the shower was strong. We were traveling with our dog, and the $20 pet fee is pretty standard. The staff was extraordinary. Skylar, who checked us in, gave me a menu of room choices (limited by having the pooch), i.e., front or back of the bldg, near or far from elevator, etc. When we were hundreds of miles away I realized that I'd left my computer in our room. I called, and Haley was an absolute angel -- not only reassuring, but she found the computer, arranged to have it shipped to me, and kept me informed throughout. Way way beyond the call of duty. Recommended strongly without a second thought.

Upon check in we were assigned to a pet floor even though we had no pets. The couch and carpets smelled heavily of urine. There were no dressers for clothes and only a couch with 2 seats to sit for 4 people. At 11:00 pm our room neighbors began LOUDLY arguing and cursing or 2 hours I called the front desk and reported the police should be called nothing was done. After a sleepless night had a early morning drive scheduled. I was told the rooms were being renovated and since we only stayed one night we dealt with the terrible smell so we didn't have to move.

I was very disappointed when I saw owners allowing pets being seated in the dining room near the hot breakfast bar. When I mentioned this incident to two staff members, they respectfully said they cannot do anything about it. I am sure there are multiple building code violations being ignored or violated here. Although my reservation specifically stated request room far way from pets, I was checked in near a room with continuous barking dogs. I had to repack my luggage and move to another room.

We have stayed many times over the years at this location and never been dissatisfied. From the front desk to housekeeping to breakfast preparer, all personnel are always pleasant and helpful. Will continue to use this BW+ whenever in the area.

I loved the way my wife and my dogs were treated. My dogs tails were wagging the entire time. This was the first time I have stayed at a best western and wish I would have stayed at one in the past. The breakfast was also a great value.

Booked through 3rd party all requests were accommodated - first floor with dog (we were on the end close to outside door ) Friendly and easy checkin - very knowledgeable staff and extremely helpful and cheerful! even at 11pm Clean room Hand sanitizer at door way Plexiglass where needed , felt very safe and clean Room was great, large accessible room nice bathroom. Easy for two of us to get around each other and get ready. Galley kitchen was so cute. - one drawback we needed another blanket or comforter - but it was so late and we were tired from driving all day. We just let it go. Breakfast was good- even the eggs - not powdered . Biscuits and gravy . Definitely not your standard fare. Will definitely use this as our pit stop on the way further south again !!

Hotel staff were friendly and provided fast service. Hotel was clean and we loved the queen suite set up with separate couch and tv from beds. It was perfect for our group which included a 12 year old and my sister. Highly recommend this hotel!

This BW is located perfectly; just a stone's throw from restaurants, shopping and antiquing. Breakfast buffet is hot and delicious; rooms are clean; internet is fast; employees courteous and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

Me and my daughter love the stay. We got in the jacuzzi and pool for a good relaxing. It's helpful with the stress and refresh your day. Also the people who stay at your hotel is nice. Liked your lobby area too were you can sit down with a cup of coffee and enjoy watching tv or holding a conversation.

Everything was quiet and restful! Close restaurants were good! I almost picked up the bartender at a un named establishment! She was very nice and we did meet after she got off of work. Her eyes were very interesting.

Has great rooms for the cost and staff is helpful/friendly. There are several good places to eat nearby. Of all of the Best Westerns in this general area this is the best one on a price to service comparison.

This hotel was amazing, if anyone says otherwise they are probably way to picky and should stay home. Traveled with my husband and dog, our extended family also stayed here for the week. The hotel accommodated us by giving us side by side rooms on the 2nd floor (RM206 & 208) at the last minute. The hotel is extremely clean and the room is extremely clean, I did not even have to wipe down the common areas like I usually do, the kitchen and bathroom areas were very clean. The bed was comfy and all linens were clean. The living accommodations was great as well. The pool and hot tub was open and both were very clean, we were there daily. I cannot say enough about this hotel and our stay, there is a waffle house in walking distance and other restaurants and shopping are an exit away. If you stay in Valdosta, this is the place to stay. The staff was exceptional. I know this sounds like a fake review but I was so pleased with everything I couldn't have asked for a better stay, I wish we didnt have to leave so soon. Stayed here for 5days ending of Feb 2021-start of March 2021.

The hotel was a warm and cozy haven on a cold and rainy night. Our room was large, with a very comfortable king bed and a comfy sofa, a good TV, and a little kitchenette as well. We had 2 big windows overlooking a lovely pool and hot tub. I was disappointed we couldn't use them because of the weather. The room was clean and modern (actually, the whole inn) and the girl at the front desk was friendly. Only about 5 minutes down the road (not the interstate), was Valdosta, with plenty of restaurants, pharmacies, etc. The Grab n Go breakfast (Covid reg.) was the best of any of the hotels we stayed at on this trip - a big bag full of all kind of things. So appreciated. I would definitely stay here again when in the area.

My husband and I checked Trip Advisor to see where to stay in Valdosta when we were on our way to see friends in FL. Because it got great reviews, we decided to go with it and were very happy we did! Clean, beautiful suite, and we got the “ Grab & Go” breakfast which was very good (because of Covid couldn't do a buffet), staff friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

This hotel rates highest of the several I have stayed in Valdosta area. Very short drive to restaurants and shopping. COVID keeps from serving breakfast, but they still offer coffee (throughout the day as well) yogurt, cereal, juice and the grab and go bags.This is a plus.

Super friendly staff! We were in a 2 Q suite and it was HUGE! Comfy bed, pillows, bright lighting, great water pressure, the largest "small" refrigerator I've ever seen in a motel. The room and bath were very, very clean. Since we are in "pandemic times" they have grab n go breakfast bags: a bottle of water, granola, danish, banana and a sausage bisquit......which was great! My only negative: (and I don't know if this pertains to all rooms, or just the one I was in): but they need to update the room with more power strips for our computers, IPADS, laptops, cell phones.....not enough plugs in the room..... BUT.........I WILL be back!!!!

I've stayed at this BW on several occasions and it is always supper clean. The staff is very knowledgeable of the area, so if you are looking for a meal, they can direct you. The beds are amazing too. Can't really say enough nice things about it.

I'll admit to having reservations about traveling during the pandemic. I think this hotel did as much to limit the spread of Covid as you can reasonably expect. This is a nice, clean, quiet, and spacious hotel with easy access to I-75. A good choice.

On our way to Florida each year, we plan our travel to stay at this property. That is so even though it might make a travel day very short or longer than what we might normally prefer. The property if beautifully maintained, comfortable, and pet friendly. It has caused us to seek out Best Westerns all over the country. Thank you for your superb hospitality.

Great service, COVID clean, We will definitely stay again. Rooms were sprayed after each guest and bag breakfasts were provided to guests. We were also offered the rewards program and saved additional cash on our room.

Hotel is a bit dated on the inside, but the "suites" are spacious. TVs, decor, and carpet in the rooms could use an upgrade. Overall building and rooms were clean, masks required outside guest rooms, and staff were kind and friendly.

Met our daughter for Christmas there. The suite was so spacious, breakfast was delicious considering COVID rules. We still got sausage biscuits plus usual. Cleanliness was exceptional and everyone was wearing masks. I felt very safe there. I didn't know it was pet friendly or I'd brought my dog. It would have only been 20 more. Much cheaper than other places. And the desk staff directed us to some beautiful lights in the country. A perfect stay.

This was our 2nd time staying at this hotel on our annual holiday trek between FL/OH. We were very impressed with our first stay and that's why we stayed this year. (Other years we could quite make it this far south on our drive). It was just as nice and clean. The staff are friendly and take pride in how they represent the hotel. This shows. All throughout. The value alone is reason to stay. Pet fees are valuable as well. Hope that stays that way. We've stayed in higher class resorts with outrageous pet fees and this was nicer than those. We will def stay again.

We typically stayed at a Country Inn & Suites in Valdosta but that hotel has gone down hill quick. We tried the Best Western and were extremely happy with our 1 night stay. Slept great. Rooms have small kitchenette and 2 top dining table. Room set up was open and great. Only downfall no hair dryer. Glad I had a hat! But we'll be using this property when we pass through Valdosta from now on!

Friendly staff and nice clean quiet room. This is a pet friendly hotel which was one of the main reasons for spending the night there. The area around the hotel has plenty of room to exercise your pet.

During this Covid bs; you will not have your room cleaned, trash taken out and will have to ask for clean towels at the front desk. Stayed in over a week and had to deal with an odor when the AC kicked off.

After four years of coming here I must say I am NEVER disappointed! The place is extremely clean. The outside area for pets is by far the cleanest. I have never had a bad experience yet. Keep up the good work!!

Maybe due to covid but the living area had just a couch, end tables and coffee table, no extra chair. The couch was one you sank really far down into and was hard to get up out of. I think it needed to be replaced. The beds were nice and comfortable and the shower was also good but there were not many washcloths and only one hand towel provided. Bath towels were ok but on the thin side. No extra blanket noticed in the room. There was a table with chairs in kitchen area and a sink, microwave and mini fridge in our room. Lots of cabinets but no paper towels or anything else provided for the kitchen. Some kind of paper bowls or plates would have been really nice to use with the microwave. There was supposed to be a "grab and go" bag at breakfast but none found - just coffee, juice and some yogurts in a fridge. I'm sure funds are tight for hotels now but a packaged microwaveable sausage biscuit, breakfast sandwhich or some fruit would have been nice. One final note is the bill - I had to call to ask them what they had charged my credit card even after looking over the final bill/statement. I'm no financial novice but I seriously could not ascertain what the final charge was. It really should not be that hard.

Stopped here after being on the road for 20 hours. It was super clean, and extremely dog friendly! We've always had good luck with Best Westerns and our dog! Super spacious room and very inviting staff!!

Large room. Dine in area with large breakfast bar. Walk in shower. We have two small dogs so it was nice that they had an area to walk dogs. Super clean. Grab a bag breakfast was very good. Coffee, juice yogurt also available.

I selected this hotel based on pet friendly and hot breakfast included. Breakfast has been discontinued. The have a bottle of water and a vending machine danish in a bag. That's breakfast. Luckily there's a WH within walking distance. The hotel and room were clean. Mattress was awful for what looks like a newer hotel. Room was large, good tv for watching college football (we were there on a Saturday night) but only one game was free, the others were available for purchase. The hotel was very pet friendly ($20 pet fee) with very nice lawn out front and back for exercising Fido. For $130 a night (including the pet fee) with no breakfast, I thought that was overpriced. Masks were not being enforced in the public areas inside the hotel. I'll stay somewhere else next time.

The Best Western Plus in Valdosta is always clean, and the staff is always friendly and helpful. We have stayed at there numerous times and find the hotel always top-notch. The location is perfect for getting to the interstate.

The hotel was super clean, check in/out staff very friendly and pleasant. Well worth the value. Room was spacious and clean. Loved the grab n go bagged breakfast. Would definitely stay there again next time i am that way.

Had everything we needed for a mini trip. Only negative -Shower was slippery and a family member fell- staff was super responsive and followed up with her even weeks after. Great staff. Everyone was super friendly.

We needed to break up our long drive, booked a suite here at the BW Plus. Our suite was clean, beds comfy. However, the TV in the den should be replaced. The colors were distorted creating a bad picture, making it difficult to watch. The chair in the den not only uncomfortable but had a very bad odor. The sleeper couch uncomfortable, worn out and smelled as well. Simply said, the room was clean .... the staff very friendly. Just need to replace the tv & furniture in the den .... these issues should be addressed.

My wife and I travel a a lot and always stop at this Best Western Plus when going to Florida! I am a platinum member and stay at several BWP Hotels. This one is in the top 2. Staff is always great, rooms are always clean and lots of space. My wife loves the beds, very comfortable. There are plenty of places to eat within a few minutes of hotel and a BP gas station a short walk away. If you need a hotel in this area of Georgia, this is the one to stay at!! Because of covid they did not have the hot breakfast which is usually always great! They did offer a to go bag with honey bun, breakfast bar,, fruit and water. that was nice to have just does not replace the hot breakfast. But a Cracker Barrel is not far away. Enjoy your stay! We will be back!

This was a great stop while traveling. Customer service was good, room was clean, nice large room layout with a separate kitchen area, TV area and sleeping area, nice pool and work out room. Handsanitizer station was at the checkin. Would stay here again.

We had a great stay in Valdosta. Our room was clean and very spacious with a separate living area and kitchen. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was pet friendly yet clean enough you would never know it. We will definitely stay here again.

My family of 3 traveled with our large dog and stayed for a night. We were very impressed with the quality of the hotel, especially being pet-friendly. The room was very clean and spacious (including a nice kitchenette and separate living room area). The pool and fitness center were really nice. The staff was friendly and very efficient. My daughter enjoyed the to-go breakfast bags. Access from the interstate was really easy and not a crowded exit. Will stay again!

The hotel was nice and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was spacious. My only real complaint was that the walls were thin. You could hear people walking around above you all the time which made it difficult to sleep. I would make a suggestion to add a chair in the sitting area. With a party of 4 a love seat just didn't provide ample seating for everyone to watch TV together.

The hotel was very clean, and quiet. The pool area was pretty and relaxing. All levels of staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was very close to the interstate but you did not hear much road noise.

Clean, Large Room! One of the better three star hotel rooms I've stayed in in the last few years. Everything was quiet, polite lady at check-in, water was hot, towels were clean, in fact the whole room was spotless.

I have been coming to this hotel for over four years. They continue to impress me with how well they keep up on maintaining this hotel. For being a pet friendly hotel, it is by far one of the cleanest not only inside but outside too. (unfortunately you always have that ONE person who doesn't pick up after their pet) The rooms are not only very clean, and never smells of pets, if is also very quiet too. The breakfast is always good and they keep it extremely clean. The staff has always been very kind, very patient. I will continue making this hotel my half-way stay cay!!!

Outstanding, excellent decor, very clean, large open lobby with breakfast area, typical breakfast but the pastries were better than most. We had a suite for the price of a double anyplace else. Nice quiet location.

My wife stayed here while visiting daughter i n Valdosta. The rooms are big and clean. The bed is super comfortable. The staff is super friendly. Breakfast has a wide variety of food. This place is so nice, that we decided to stay an extra day.

From Nashville to Southern FL is a long drive so we always stay in Valdosta Best Western Plus. It is very nice and convenient for us as it is very close to freeway with a nice gas station less than a block away.

We stopped for one night on our trip from Florida to Michigan. Access was easy, both the common areas and our room were clean and neat. Our bed and pillows were comfortable, and breakfast was typical for similar hotels. The staff was helpful in steering us to locally owned eateries from which to choose. We were very happy with our stay.

There is road construction in front of the hotel & we ended up driving over the curb that we didn't see & made a hole in our oil pan. The hotel staff were super helpful in identifying repair shops for us; as well as cleaning up the oil mess we left. Our room was lovely - large & comfortable. We appreciate that the bed had a regular blanket (we don't like the comforters that most hotels offer). The breakfast was fine

From the very first phone call to make a reservation to the minute we left, everything was great. The staff goes above and beyond to be as helpful as they can. Our room was huge, way nicer than what we expected. The only thing I'd change would be to brighten up the decor a little bit. Otherwise, the hotel is a great place, pet friendly and we'd definitely book there again

This is in the top 5 favorite hotels that we have visited. Very convenient to I-75 and excellent accommodations. Large suite like King rooms with big flat screen TV on a nice swivel allowing good viewing from the couch or from the bed. The kitchenette is a nice addition to an already great room.

Impeccably clean facility and rooms at a great price. We asked for two non-pet rooms and were provided very cleans suites with queen beds, large bath, kitchenette. Pool and hot tub are immaculate. Complimentary breakfast is generous hot and cold selections. My only request would be for crisper bed linens. I wish all hotels had these standards.

Room was bright and large, with a kitchen area and a sitting area. Price was very reasonable. We had our dog with us and that was not a problem. We were able to walk the grounds and the nearby neighborhood. Will stay here again.

If you are traveling back and forth to Florida, this hotel is always our stop. The rooms are spacious, excellent price point, staff that will make you feel welcome and safe, and the breakfast is an extra topper to the experience. This is one of my favorite Best Western hotels to sray at.

Stayed in room 418 - Queen bed. Spacious room. Clean. Quiet side of the building. Very friendly staff. Some rooms have been updated, but not all of them. Will stay here again. Pets allowed on floors 1 and 2 only.

Reserved a room for four adults and two dogs. Very surprised on the entire experience beautiful lobby and great room with a separate area with a couch, tv and kitchen area. Then the bedroom with two queen beds and a nice bathroom. Good dog walking area and great variety for breakfast. And at a very good price!

Great property. Very clean, quiet, and pet friendly. Many safe spaces for doggies to walk and frolic. Breakfast was good and the attendant even found us some chocolate muffins when a young one grabbed all the ones from the counter! Will stay here again.

My boyfriend and I stayed there New Year's Eve while we were on the road moving to Chicago. The staff were very accommodating and the rooms were very big and clean. I was traveling with my cats, who immediately felt comfortable in the room. There was a ton of parking space in the back to fit our moving truck and the trailer for the car.

Would definitely stay here again . Very clean hotel and the staff were very good at trying to resolve an issue with the cream for coffee. We liked the hotel location being very close to highway 75 and the amount of restaurants in the area. We liked this hotel also for the staff and their friendliness with us. Spoke to at least 5 staff members and each and everyone was friendly and caring.

Headed to Florida on I-75? If you're fired after your 2-hour delay in Atlanta traffic, this is the place to stay. Huge room, great price, good breakfast. A deal and they welcomed our small dog. Highly recommended.

This hotel is located off I-75 in an area that appears industrial and no restaurants were seen nearby - but... it was quiet and I didn't hear any traffic noises. I had a 'Kitchen/Queen" room which was fine but not as luxurious as most other similar grade hotels I have stayed in. The bath towels were thin and while the bed pillows were great the mattress was kind of hard. The bed cover was a top sheet/thin blanket/top sheet arrangement. No fluffy duvet cover here! The room was an "L" shape with one wall being a kitchen with a full size fridge, a very tiny sink, a microwave and a ceramic top stove. Kitchen was well equipped with a Keurig coffee maker, toaster and all needed plates, pots/pans, etc. A dishwasher was there but no soap for it was found. I did note a potential hazard..the Keurig electrical cord, when plugged in, draped right across the stove burners. If hotel management reads these suggest something to shorten the cord/keep it behind the coffee maker. The bed clock showed the wrong time (3 hours off) when I checked in and try as I might I could not figure out how to set the clock. Instructions would have been nice. I am also about 5'2" tall and could not see out the door peephole, even on my toes. Hotel management suggestions again...include clock instructions and lower peepholes when possible. The bath shower was good with good water pressure and I liked that it was walk in and had a bench built in it. The shower head only had 2 settings though...either a strong concentrated spray or the complete opposite, a sparse stream with the streams going in wildly different directions. A hand held with more settings would have been optimal. Otherwise, the room was fine, clean with plenty of towels, comfortable couch and some toiletries provided. The hotel was crowded during my stay due to holiday travelers and the breakfast area was very very busy. The food was quite good. The only issue there was lack of seating due to the number of guests. Recommend management look for options to increase seating during peak periods.

Very comfortable and great value. We had occasion to spend a nights here on our way to Naples, Florida. Great location. The staff were very well informed and very gracious. We'll stay here again for sure.

Check in was quick and very friendly. Our room was great - a comfy bed, super-clean and the room was really big. Bathroom was also large and clean with a strep-in shower. Breakfast was excellent with lots of choices - scrambled eggs were freshly made. Location was handy to the highway.

The staff and service was wonderful. The continental breakfast had more than enough choices, including sausage biscuits and gravy. Coffee available all night and staff available for anything you need. We would definitely stay again!

Best Western Valdosta, Ga's location fit in our trip to Florida from Indiana. This was our first stay at this hotel, but we're glad we chose this one. It was perfect in every way and we'll definitely be staying there each time we travel through that area in the future.

A great pet friendly hotel. I travel with two dogs do that is very import to me. Staff is courteous and professional. I've never had a problem while staying here and friends have also stayed here based on my recommendation. Breakfast is definitely better than what you'd expect when it's included in the price of the room.

An overnight stay on way home. Best Western is always are go to hotels. Good prices, very clean, nice breakfast and friendly staff. We have stayed at the Valdosta location before and never disappointed.

Clean but young staff is horrible. Asking how much money I made and what I did for living based on the brands of bags I carried. Was worried my things would be stolen so I had to take everything with time when I left everyday.

For a pet friendly place this is the cleanest hotel by far. The grounds are manicured and very clean. Staff is very friendly and the breakfast was very good. This has been my halfway go to place now for three years. Love this hotel!!!

The hotel has great service and was very accommodating to us and our stay. Our room was clean and quiet. Location was great, it was not smack in the middle of town which I liked, but very close and convenient. They have a nice pool and spa area, fitness center and breakfast was great! However, we didn't use the pool area because it was a little chilly.

I stayed here three week for work, this past October. Everything was handled perfectly from start to finish. Absolutely one of the best stays I've had anywhere, which includes 18 countries. Credit is due to the whole staff, and in my case particularly Erica, who coordinated everything. It's nice to feel like you're staying with people you can trust to take care of you. If you're in this area, this is your place.

This is by far the BEST hotel I have stayed in in quite a long time. I travel pretty extensively too. The location is great. The grounds are in a quiet and safe neighborhood. It's extremely clean outside. The staff are very friendly. The rooms are HUGE. I could not find 1 problem or issue inside our room and I look and review most of my hotel stays on TripAdvisor. I paid $95 per night tax and fees included. The breakfast was actually a breakfast and quite good. This was my 1st time staying here, but will not my last. Best Western Plus would be smart to use this location as an example of their company and what travelers are looking for in a hotel stay. I would give this place 6 stars if I could. You will not be disappointed. Oh, they also have a sparkling clean pool and a hot tub outside and a place for pet friendly travelers and a grill to sit out and BBQ and chill if you choose.

This is a beautiful property and the room was large, bright and very comfortable. Unfortunately there is virtually no soundproofing and I spent a rather restless night. I could clearly hear coughing and conversations from the adjacent room. Since I travel with my fur baby, I cannot use ear plugs and she was constantly disturbed, as pups can be, by noise.

I travel from Cumming GA to Naples FL and back several times a year and the Best Western in Valdosta is always my destination on the return trip. I know exactly what to expect during my stay and I'm never disappointed. I particularly like that the hotel is centrally located and is surrounded by a wide variety of choices of places to eat. This hotel definitely feels like a home away from home!

We wish we could have stayed here longer. With a beautiful, spacious suite and comfortable bed, we slept well and had a generous continental breakfast. The staff is friendly. Nice restaurant nearby. Close to I-75.

From the time I made reservations online, called front desk to verify pet, walked in, talked with personell, room cleanliness(I especially loved the shower stall and couch), to breakfast everything was relaxing, inviting, home like, safe and confortable. This is by far the nicest Best Western we've stayed in...great location and such friendly employees! The breakfast exceeded our expectations for quality and taste. We brought our dog and the room was just as comfortable as other visits without a pet.

This hotel is a good stop on our way to Walt Disney world. The hotel is clean. The rooms are large. The breakfast was adequate. The employees were courteous and helpful. There are plenty of restaurants close to the hotel.

The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent. All hot food was hot, all baked goods were fresh and refrigerated beverages were cold. The staff were all friendly and courteous. The location was perfect also.

Everything was excellent, the service, the facility, the location and the amenities. Couldn't have asked for more. Still working on renovating the first floor but it did not interfere with any part of the stay. Excellent job on what was done.

We stayed here as we were passing through for one night. Super friendly front desk, really spacious room that was stocked with everything you need. The breakfast was awful but you can't really expect gourmet for a low all inclusive price. We went to the bbq restaurant down the road for dinner which was really really good.

We were lucky to find this after evacuating Amelia Island for Dorian. Very nice facility with a great staff! Far enough off of I-75 to muffle road noise and generally quiet since it is about 5 mi. north of Valdosta. Only 20 min to downtown if you are interested. It has a lot of space around the hotel for dogs. Rooms were very clean, even getting a gold star from my dog which is much better than the alternative.Very good hot breakfast included. Nice pool area.

I always stay here when in Valdosta!! They treat you like family and the rooms are always clean!! We stayed in a pet friendly room and there was no evidence of pet odor are any damage to the room! The rooms are nice and big and so comfy!!

This was a very nice hotel with a great lobby and nice pool area. We stayed only one night on our way through town . It was very comfortable, clean and spacious. The breakfast was a typical hotel breakfast but adequate.

It was a long drive to our destination out of state and our layover ended up being in Georgia. We used the Best Western because they offer a full breakfast, usually have a pool, and the service is good. Pros: *Full breakfast with several options *Great outdoor pool to work out pent up roadtrip energy *Upgraded from a room to a suite (TV, couch, mini-kitchen, kitchen table) -- excellent for families *Easy on/off from expressway Cons *Were unable to book a room with two queens, only doubles. Tough when traveling with family *Same breakfast options as every other hotel we stayed in. Got tiring. *Price advertised on BW online didn't match what my rewards quote was (higher). Desk personnel said they were supposed to go with the rewards rate. If I wanted the lower rate, I would have to book online (I don't want to share my cc info with yet another website), but she did match it in the end ($$avings). *Website wasn't particularly helpful finding other locations along our trip. We wanted to stay in one on the way back, but to no avail. Checked the website and it gave directions to one along the way. Checking reviews online, we found out that location had closed permanently. Driving around in the dark in the mountains in an area you're not familiar with looking for a place to stay would not have been good. *Listings on the BW website are not always clear as to which locations offer *full* breakfast and which offer continental (bagels, donuts), pool. Traveling as a family, these options are a must. Overall, we find BW offers a good value (breakfast alone always puts it at the top of our list) with clean rooms, friendly staff, and good locations.

The Valdosta Best Western is our favorite pet friendly hotel. This says a lot since we always travel with our dog. The location is great too. Its in a more quiet area and has a terrific dog walking area. Its about the size of a street block.

The hotel is located conveniently off Interstate 75 on the north side of Valdosta. Josh at the front desk greeted us in a very friendly yet professional manner. Then we were impressed by how spacious our room (#323) was with a couch and kitchenette; and, most importantly, the king-sized bed was very comfortable! The outdoor pool and jacuzzi were lovely, and the workout room was good-sized. Finally, the hot breakfast provided a good start for our day. We would definitely stay here again.

My stay at Best Western in Valdosta was indeed over the top. From the time I pulled up in the parking lot, to the warm, friendly greeting at check in, to the impeccable hospitality. The entire staff of Best Western, Valdosta were genuinely interested in my comfort and needs. I highly recommend Best Western, Valdosta.

The room was great, quiet and well appointed.The check in and checkout were fast and well done. You are a lot of dining option, a car ride away. The pool was very nice. Nice hotel for a short stop on a road trip.

We stayed at the Best Western Plus in Valdosta on a recent trip to FL. It was recommended by friends who travel with a dog as the hotel is pet friendly and we'll be repeating this trip in the future with our two dogs. The property is really quite lovely, very quiet, and the rooms are well appointed. A nice big breakfast is served every morning and there's a bowl of dog biscuits on the front counter! We're glad we tried it out and we'll be returning.

I stayed in a nearby Best Western and loved it. I was sorely disappointed. I opened the door, and it smelled strongly of BO. Then, I noticed the worn out,frayed rug.There were dead rouches in the frayed gap.The couch was so worn out, frayed, and stained.It looked like it came from a Frat House!! The table was dirty. There were only lights in the kitchenette and bathroom. Otherwise, lamps only. The beds appeared to be wrinkled, dirty with spots, and no blankets on top of sheets.The sheets were scratchy. The bathroom shower was stained and looked gross. One bed was soft and the other was hard. There were no lids to the coffee. It was very busy late at night. Loud. Staff was nice though. Breakfast was alright.

My husband and I were very pleased with our experience at Best Western Plus. We were returning to Venice, Florida from Ohio as we were attending my brother's funeral. The staff was very professional; the room was extremely clean and large; and we enjoyed the outdoor pool area. We would definitely recommend this hotel -- whether for just 1 night or a week.

I stayed there with my 2 dogs. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and very spacious. The staff was super nice and helpful. Hotel and grounds were very clean and very dog friendly. Lots of choices for breakfast and also very good. Highly recommend.

Just checked out of this hotel and it was better than I expected. The king room had a kitchenette with microwave and mini fridge as well as a sitting area. It was the most spacious room I have had in a while. The decor with brown tones made this newer build hotel feel outdated already, but it is well maintained. Shower left much to be desired with just warm water and not much space. Breakfast was not bad. The eggs tasted like ones from a carton with not much to them. They had more breakfast offerings than other hotels I have recently stayed at, which was nice. We didn't have the opportunity to take advantage of the pool, but it looked clean and refreshing.

All Best Western should be built like this especially on 4th floor. Best Western does cost more and Best Western is very cheap/stingy on rewards program. Will look at Holiday Inn as they used to have a very excellent rewards program.

This was a great hotel. Very clean and the staff was very helpful. Check in was a little slow despite having done the online check in, but it was my understanding that the hotel was transitioning to a new system. Overall, we were well satisfied and would stay here again.

I stayed here 7 months in 2017 and over 5 months in 2019. The staff here is incredible- very accommodating to the guests and very genuine. I felt like they were my second family and my home away from home. They really try to answer all your needs and do so promptly. I love the property as it sits back from the busy interstate, is quiet, and the pool area with the palm trees and residential neighborhood behind it very relaxing. No shopping malls and heavy traffic nearby!

This property is very nice. Excellent decor and pool area was great. Two small problems- #1 Rear door leading into the hotel was not locked. #2 small area for breakfast but nice. Fairly easy on/off interstate.

Always stay here when going to Adel GA. I always will. Very pleased with this property. Clean comfortable rooms. Although I don't get to do breakfast because the beds are so comfortable I just can't wake up in time. I will definitely be back soon and hopefully get to enjoy the other amenities they have to offer.

We stopped for the night at the Best Western Plus in Valdosta. We had a suite with 2 Queens and a living/kitchen area. We did not need or use the kitchen area, but it had a microwave, small fridge with freezer area and ample counter space. We are a family of five, so one kid slept on the sofa. They offered to bring a roll-away, but our son had a blanket & pillow in the car and was happy to just sleep on the sofa. The queen beds were comfortable, there were two outlets and 2 USB ports on the bedside table between the beds. The room was rather stark and plainly decorated, but that didn't impact our stay in any way. The bathroom was fine for an overnight stay. The rooms were very clean and we were on the fourth floor to avoid being in a room that might have housed a pet guest. We were told the fourth floor was pet free. We ate breakfast in the lobby and they had a nice selection of warm items, pastries and yogurts. It filled us up for our travels. The desk staff was friendly. We did not use the outdoor pool or the fitness room, but they were convenient to the lobby area. The hotel was very convenient to I-75. There was construction on the road/ramps, which made navigating all the orange barrels difficult at night, but that is only a temporary issue. All in all it was a fine place to stay for the night. Clean, comfortable with easy access and friendly staff.

We enjoyed our stay there, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the beds comfortable. We stayed in a suite, the kitchen was completely furnished, a full size refrigerator and stove. We will probably stay there again if in the Valdosta area.

Very pleased with everything here! Clean rooms, comfy beds, quiet hallways. Front desk staff was excellent! At this time, much road construction was going on that made getting in and out very tricky! This was certainly not the fault of the hotel.

Friendly and accommodating staff, very clean hotel, and delicious hot breakfast! The executive suite is spacious and has a complete kitchenette. Great room for large family. It's great to have a laundry room too!

We were pleasantly surprised as to what a nice hotel this was. The staff was friendly, professional and courteous. The room was spacious and clean. The pool area was inviting and the breakfast buffet was very good. If you're in the Valdosta area, I highly recommend this hotel!

My wife and I came up to visit her family after our wedding and decided to make reservations with the BW. I will say that we weren't disappointed. From the rooms size, comfort of the bed, the breakfast, the amenities offered and we want to give you 2 thumbs up for the walk in shower which was to our liking. But this was an excellent stay with an amazing and welcoming staff. I would definitely recommend and stay again whenever we visit.

Had a great stay, very easy check in. The pool was perfect. Extremely clean room. The beds and pillows smelled fresh. The breakfast in the morning was a little cold. Employees are extremely helpful! Would recommend any one to stay!

We would say in our many many travels, this is one of the very best hotels we have stayed in. Clean, neat and a great staff. The room was very large (I called it an apartment). It had a nice kitchen area, with 2 burners on the counter, Kuerig, full size refrigerator and microwave. The bed was very comfortable. Nice pool and hot tub. Workout room looked great...but didn't use. Breakfast was hot and very adequate, with great supervision from the attendant. I would highly recommend staying here.

Room was clean with no odor.. Staff was so helpful and freindly and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable as possable.. For sure will use this hotel again.. Washer and dryer working good.. Some good restaurants are nearby..

We weren't traveling with a pet, pet floors are on 1st and 2nd. No frills~ staff were pleasant. The bed linens need to be updated. Bed wasn't great... Our room had a kitchen, you need to ask for supplies... I wanted a blanket during the night. I wasn't going to run down to the desk to ask for one-we turned the heat on~~~ Breakfast from 6:30 - 9:30. Options for many. Good coffee bar with flavored cream. All in all, a nice enough stay!

Booked a two room, 2 queen bed suite with full kitchen. Check in was slow, it took me 30 minutes to get processed as there was only one person working at the time and there were 6 guests ahead of me. They would not honor my military discount that I have gotten at every hotel I have ever stayed. Got to the room, although it was clean, the decor was left over from the 1980's. There was a high-top table in the eat in kitchen, the living room consisted of a since green and gold couch that looked and felt like it was out of some dorm room, it was noticeably uncomfortable and had a piece of plywood under the cushion i assume to give it some sort of support...nevertheless, you couldn't sit on it long, and it was the only piece of furniture. The TV in the living room was a small 32" and was mounted almost to the ceiling, so even watching it was like being in the front row of a movie theater. We wanted the full kitchen option because my daughter is on a strict meal plan that requires specific meal prep and portion sizes so it is much easier to prepare in a kitchen. Much to our surprise, given we had a full kitchen with, plenty of cabinet space, a stove top, microwave, dishwasher, and full size refrigerator, the kitchen was missing ANY sort of dishes, glasses, silverware, pots/pans, etc with one would think would be necessary in utilizing a full kitchen. Every other kitchen suite I have been in has ALWAYS included dishes and utensils...this was very disappointing. Apparently this hotel feels if you are flying in, you need to pack your own kitchen up and bring it along too. The beds were old and lumpy, no real cushion or topper at all...you could actually feel the individual springs on your body. After a very unpleasant sleep the first night I contemplated going to Target and buying some sort of foam mattress topper the help, but it was $200 and I'd have no way of getting it home, so I suffered with poor sleep for another two nights. We also found that the walls were not very "sound proof" as the guests next door to us obviously had a baby that they ignored and allowed it to cry itself to sleep every night (until about 1 AM). And outside around the pool area you could hear word for word the conversations of the people gathered out there after 10 PM. Despite our room being on the 4th floor, we were kept up until 1:30 AM by a group of loud and obnoxious 50 somethings drinking and caring on, and despite three separate calls to the front desk, they did nothing.

I would recommend anyone to stay here! The staff is world class and the hotel is awesome! Stop in get some much needed rest, eat breakfast and get taking care of by phenomenal individuals! Great location too!

We were on our way home. We try to be loyal bw clients. This hotel is great. Not sure but I think it is all suites. Very spacious and clean. Bed very comfortable. Price reasonable for bw quality. If you stay try the Smokn Pig for dinner. This time tried the smoked wings. Breakfast was great. We will stop again. This was our second.

This hotel offers up to date rooms, exceptionally well-trained staff, and a hot breakfast for a great price. The rooms are all suites, with kitchenettes in the room, and the rooms were quiet, which was wonderful for sleep quality.

Stay this past weekend, we had a total of 5 rooms. Of all the hotels we have stayed in Valdosta this has been the best. All my friends were very happy of my choice of hotels. Very clean and friendly staff. From now on this is where we are staying! Smokin Pig bbq is about a mile away, great place to eat bbq.

This is always our place to stay in the Valdosta area. It is clean, well run, friendly staff and usually pretty quiet overnight. Beds are comfortable, was a little disappointed in the dining chairs in the room - seats are worn/cracked. One of the bath towels had yellow stains but there was an extra towel on shelf under sink, so not a big deal.

This hotel is a great facility. The staff is welcoming and as helpful as possible. Our room was large, clean and well appointed. Breakfast was hot and dishes were kept full. The pool wasn't open yet, but looked very nice. All in all, one of the best Best Western Plus hotel properties where we have stayed. I would stay here again and highly recommend it.

I was on a road trip and this was my mid-point. Glad I chose it! Staff was marvelous! The room large and comfortable with kitchen, sitting area and very comfortable bed. The only downfall was the bathroom vanity. It was so deep I could not reach the mirror to put on makeup. Otherwise, perfet place!

This is a very nice and clean pet friendly hotel ..The staff is very friendly and welcoming ..Spacious rooms with comfortable beds. Good location with a good bbq close by .Breakfast was average, with a good selection to choose from.

The staff at the front desk especially Skyler and Ali helped make my experience truly Inviting. I stayed 10 days and the Hotel was very comfortable and well maintained. The rooms are large and the amenities are perfect for a long stay.

We travel often between the two states and have tried many places. This is by far the best and pet friendly! It's quiet since it's away from the interstate. The bed and shower are outstanding as well as the breakfast.

Very nice and quiet location. Well decorated and clean lobby. Room was much more than expected. Had kitchen dining area with microwave, refrigerator and sink. Nice large bathroom with large walk-in shower. Should have taken advantage of online check-in. Had to wait for a large group ahead of me. There was one trained and one trainee representative working counter.

Best place to stay, I only had one problem and it was getting woke up at 11 pm do to a noise complaint from other guest and it was not a good thing, The staff was great and the pool was nice to swim in !!!!

Standard king was spacious, clean and nice bathroom. Kitchenette was nice but didn't use. Bathroom sink was a bit high for anyone under 5'5". Almost chest-high on me. Would have preferred no carpet in the room but not all hotels are on that yet. Josh was pleasant and efficient on check-in. Outdoor pool was chilly and hot tub over-warm for me, but mom liked it to soak out the 'road weariness.' Breakfast was basic, no waffles like so many other places. Overall a good place to stop.

Entire property was very clean and nice. A good distance from the highway made for a very quiet stay. Room was.very clean and spacious. One great added small feature was a Kerrigan coffee maker in my room. The breakfast was very good and presented well.

A great find in Valdosta! After seven hours of driving what should have been a four-hour drive, we just wanted to collapse and chose the Valdosta Best Western Plus to do so! At the front desk, Alden and Skylar were checking in other exhausted travelers in a friendly, efficient way, making us all feel welcome. We were very pleased with our clean, inviting, and spacious king-bed room with all the amenities we wanted. Breakfast was hot and sufficient and the kitchen staff friendly and helpful. Checking out was a breeze. Great rejuvenating experience! We would definitely return!

It had been years since I stayed at a Best Western. Not Great in the past. This hotel was excellent and I would stay here again when my travels take me in this direction. Not sure if the PLUS had anything to do with the stay but it was plus!!!

Excellent hotel. Very clean, great amenities, better than anything else around, including lake city FL, where we usually stop. This hotel is run by people who know what they're doing. It is a cut above.

Valdosta, GA location has a friendly staff, clean rooms, and oddly the softest towels. Free breakfast and coffee, plus, a couple floors are pet friendly. Pool, hot tub and fairly small fitness center available.

Our very 1st time at a Best Western Plus. I have no idea if they are all like this one, but they SHOULD be! We were amazed at the HUGE, spacious room (room 417). Comfy bed and pillows. Great lightening in the room and bath. Powerful water pressure in the shower with a tub that drains. Very clean room. Friendly and professional staff check in. A huge flat screen TV that swivels off the wall/ceiling to both sides of the room. 1 negative: there is a gap from the floor to the door and cold air from the hallway spills in, so I put a towel in front of it...that fixed it. We liked that it's a smoke free hotel and that they allow pets only on certain floors. Those of us with asthma THANK YOU!!!! We definitely will stay here again when in the area!

My wife and I were simply looking for a decent place to spend the night on our way to Florida when we happened upon this Best Western Plus. What a nice hotel! From the warm reception we got as we checked in to the large and comfortable room, this was a great choice. We highly recommend this place.

I experienced an excellent business stay at this Best Western Plus. I rate it a 3+ star quality hotel. The exterior of the property was well kept, and the lobby area was very clean and inviting. The hotel room was immaculate and very quiet. I had a very good night's sleep. The complimentary breakfast was also top notch. I highly recommend this hotel.

We were pleasantly surprised with everything they had to offer and the staff who all were more than welcoming. This place was very clean and offered so much more beyond just a bed in a room. The decor was lovely along with giving you the feeling of warm and inviting. They made us feel like family during our stay.

This was by far the best BW hotel we have stayed at in a while. The suite concept worked very well for us, traveling with our show dog. We had plenty of room and also a large table, which we appreciate. The room wasn't shabby, like a lot of "pet-friendly" places. There was a dedicated ample outdoor space to walk our dog, too. (One suggestion: it would be great if hotel provided a poo pick-up bag dispenser on site- we noticed some other pet owners had apparently forgotten theirs. ;) Super clean room, as well as the public spaces, which were also tastefully decorated. Lovely breakfast and spacious dining area, too. Although we didn't have time to use the pool/spa, a fellow traveler we met in the hall said it was a great temp- very relaxing! The gentlemen at the front desk could not have been kinder or more professional. This is the standard other BW hotels should aspire to reach!

We was in town for a drag race. We had a great stay here.we was checked in by a gentleman named Joshua. He was very professional and polite. All of the staff was very professional and nice also. The breakfast was fresh and very good. The rooms are very clean and the property is very well maintained. Thank you for a great weekend stay we will be back. Ps. I had a couple of requests that I had called a few weeks prior too. and they more than exceed my expectations.

We chose this location based on the proximity to our family. Although only a one night stay; we had a very pleasant experience at this location. We would consider staying here again, as well as recommending it to others.

This Best Western is Clean The location is convenient to I-75, good stopover on way to Florida. Hotel is pet friendly with large green area for dog to run. Room is clean with no odor. Free breakfast too.

This was a very good quality hotel. pillows, rooms, TV Etc. Also included in my stay was a reasonable hot breakfast. Staff were also very friendly. Although I have been a pet owner will my life I do not agree with having pets in hotels. The receptionist was kind enough to let me know that pets are allowed on the first and second floors so I asked for a room on the top floor and I was kindly accommodated with same. I am a frequent traveler and stay in hotels approximately every 2 to 3 weeks. The problem is not with the pets but with their owners who leave them in the room and go out. Found the same problem in this hotel with barking dogs on the first floor. Of course if the owners leave the hotel and the dogs bark, there is not much that the staff can do about it, so the other guests just have to put up with it.

We stopped in Valdosta, GA, en route to Anna Marie Island. Hotel had very large rooms and very comfortable bed. We ate their breakfast the next day and we were both pleased with the quality of food. With our AAA discount, we kept the total price under $100.

My reservation was made 12 hours before my arrival due to illness in my family During the 6 hour trip to the hotel I recieved a call from Skylar the front desk clerk who asked if I had my dog with me this time as I am a frequent visitor and the reservation did not show the dog with me .. I did and she made sure I had my favorite room(#109) This kind of personal service is what makes the BW valdosta pluse and all BW propertys personal and comfortable and excellent

Was a great stay. Nice facility. My room had one bed, a couch that folded out to a bed, a kitchen, and a nice bathroom. Breakfast was good and there was someone there making sure everything was fresh and full, as well as cleaning off the tables.

This hotel is very nice, well run, convenient to good food and for do- owners, it's a great place. The rooms are suite-style with a kitchen area though no stove or any utensils whatsoever (the primary drawback here because there are no plates, utensils or service for meals, not even for food brought into the hotel). They have a very large grassy field to walk your pets and even a BBQ grill, chairs and picnic table that can be used. Good security with CCTV monitoring the well-lit parking lot.There is a great BBQ place less than a mile away and a well-reviewed Italian restaurant about 3 miles away. While a good facility and good staff, the room rates seem a bit high for the Valdosta, GA area

Unable to sleep until 3AM due to party in room above us. Front desk slow to address the issue. On the positive side, the front desk staff at 5PM were very pleasant and made the checkin experience very welcoming.

Checked in Thursday after GPS took us on 15-mile trek due to construction on Exit 22 near BW. Check-in very slow, but nice room. I'm sure circumstances are better when road conditions normal, but we had a 20-minute wait just for registration, & we had reservation!

My Family enjoy the weekend here at Best Western. The room was spacious and comfortable and breakfast was good. Room could use a dresser, but overall it was a big clean room with a nice size kitchen. I would stay here again if in the area

The main reason for my "Poor" rating of this room is the bedbug I found in my bed in the morning. I've always known bedbugs were a possibility at hotels, and usually check my beds. I saw nothing until the morning I woke up with one on the pillow. What a horrible feeling. What bothered me more is that when I reported it upon checkout the person at the desk acted like this was normal-- just nodded and asked where in the room I found it!!! This was on the "pet free floor", which I had somehow assumed would be cleaner than other floors. Other than that- Breakfast was fine, no vegetarian yogurts available. Our room was basic, with painted concrete walls that felt institutional, and somewhat worn carpet. The bed initially looked very clean. If I hadn't found the bedbug and then had it treated as normal by the staff I'd have said this was "Very Good" for what it was (basic transit hotel). As it was I spent the rest of my vacation carefully cleaning out our luggage and clothes!!

Speedy Check-In, Comfortable Clean Room, Clean Pool, and Great Breakfast. Staff very friendly and courteous. Stayed here while visiting Wild Adventures Theme Park. Hotel is only minutes away from park.

I've stayed here a couple of times and it never disappoints. Rooms are large and comfortable. K cup coffeemaker. Free internet and hotel breakfast. Could use a mirror in the main room. Right off the exit with easy access.

We have stayed at this property several times in the past, but not in the past year due to them being booked forcing us to stay elsewhere. When I checked in I was greeted by Erica, at the front desk, like I was family. Yes, it was great to be back not only to see the grandkids, but we were also reminded when we walked in the door why this was our favorite hotel in Valdosta!

We were very pleased to find such a well kept hotel that allows us to have our Cocker Spaniel in the room with us. There is a huge grassy area in front of the hotel parking lot for walking the dog. Breakfast includes hot entrees which is very much appreciated. Staff was wonderful.

The overall stay was great! The only reason for not giving a five is because of TV resolution and channel limitations. We could also hear noises throughout the night on the floor above us. Other than those two issue, I would recommend staying there. The breakfast was excellent and the presentation of the food was perfect!

I stayed here on a recent road trip just over a month ago. The hotel was easy to get to right off 75. Check-in was no problem, and the room was very clean and spacious. It was an efficiency unit so the facilities were there if needed, but I didn't use anything but the fridge to keep some beverages cold. The hotel allows dogs, and I walked our dog through a nice neibourhood right behind the hotel. The hotel also has a large area out back, well let and clean, for the dog to go do it's business. The only negative I have to mention is that I mistakenly left some medication in the bathroom. The hotel was nice enough to call the next day and said they would return it to me in the mail. That is why I waited this long to write the review because I was waiting to see if they would actually send it to me. Unfortunately, 6 weeks have gone by and I haven't received the medication. It's my fault for leaving it behind and no big deal, but I thought I should mention it here.

Great hotel. Very very clean. Friendly staff, and very cozy lobby with a fireplace. Breakfast was good. Eggs, sausage, pancakes, yogurt, cereal, muffins. Highly recommend. We didn't use the pool or hot tub because it was too cold but they kept them very clean.

Our room was very clean, the bed was very comfortable, the location was both convenient & quiet, the staff were very pleasant & helpful, & the breakfast was very good. This was not our first stay & it will not be our last. We would definitely recommend this hotel to our friends & family.

We stayed at this hotel for one night using points. Upgraded room was quite nice. Breakfast was decent. Right off highway but not noisy. Easy on and off. Staff was nice. Too cool to use pool but looked really nice also. Would recommend.

This is a great place to stay! The hotel is right off I-75 in Valdosta and is very clean and comfortable. The staff is friendly and will go out of their way to make your stay great. Another plus for me is that they have pet friendly rooms and also a breakfast bar. A good value for your money!

We have a small dog and dog friendly hotels are important. The Best Western in Valdosta, Georgia was a good stop. Clean neat room. Friendly staff with our dog. Bed is a little hard for us. I would stay again. The food at breakfast was typical breakfast food for hotel in this price range. We will stay there again when in the area.

We had a comfortable stay at this BW next to I-75. Our suite was large, had a kitchenette. We moved the table and practiced a few dance steps. We stayed at some comfortable hotels this trip, but were disappointed with everyone's cold (hot) breakfast except here. This BW hot breakfast was hot.

(The caulk around the toilet needs to be changed as it is discolored. The bed linens need to be updated as they're getting thin and tired looking.) The room was spacious and clean. Keurig coffee and tea provided. Our room had a kitchenette and high top table. Wine glasses were a plus! Breakfast from 6:30 - 9:30. All in all, a nice stay!

Easy to get to from hwy. Location to town good. The rooms are large and clean. Lobby is pretty and the breakfast is great. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We had pizza order to our room the first night and they gave us plates and napkins. Really nice.

I have terrible pet allergies, so I wasn't thrilled when I went to check in and saw a lady with a dog. The employee at the front desk overheard me mention it to my son, and she immediately changed our room to the 3rd floor where it is pet-free without question or hesitation. She said that only the 1st and 2nd floors are pet friendly. The room was extremely clean and looked like a little apartment with a little kitchen and dining area. It was more of a suite. We didn't hear any noise from other guests. The breakfast was absolutely delicious. We will definitely stay here during future visits!

Excellent customer service! They were out of rooms for an extra night stay, and called me as soon as a cancellation came through....Breakfast was awesome. The room was comfy and clean. The grounds were lovely. Content hotel snob here.

We always stay at this facility when we travel south. It has consistently clean, well maintained rooms with friendly staff. The breakfast is tasty with a good selection of items. And they always serve grits, which is one of favorites.

Very noisy - across from elevator on first floor & next to hotel staff office door. Could hear every conversation as people got on and off the elevator. Staff did not shut the office door once. Instead they let the self closing mechanism slam the door shut. Outside of hotel was lit up very brightly. Room curtains however, did not block out the light. It's a highway hotel you stay in for the night to get some sleep before traveling again the next day. It's an adequate hotel, unless of course you get the 1st floor room directly across from the elevator. If you are throwing a party, I would recommend. If you want to sleep, definitely look elsewhere. Oh! And don't expect the room to be ready by check-in time.

The hotel is clean and conveniently located. Our suite was perfect for our friends gathering, having a separate living area and sleeping area. It included a microwave and small fridge, so we could have snacks and some meals in the room. The breakfast was the usual breakfast bar, and it was clean and well stocked. The only con to our stay was that our bed wasn't very comfortable. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. We will be staying at this location for all of our trips to Valdosta.

Very nice, very clean. All the staff we encountered were very helpful and kind. The room was great, had a slight odor, but im guessing all pet rooms do. Our small doggie was welcomed and had a good stay. The shower had barely any pressure.rooms were clean and comfy. Breakfast had a great selection. All food was very good. Check in/out was quick and easy.

Haven't stayed at a BW hotel in years, Was pleasently suprised by this hotel. Its as good as one of the major chains, I would definately recommend this hotel and will consider BW's hotels for future trips.

Outstanding for the business or vacation traveler. Yes, it is bit out of town, but that is not a bad thing. It's nice to have the short drive to unwind after a long work day. The staff is excellent. From check-in to check-out they could not have been more helpful. There are two outstanding restaurants within a short distance.

We stayed here on 9.25.18. Check in was easy and they were very friendly. Plenty of parking if you're moving and need to park a uhaul and car. Also pet friendly. Our room had a king bed, big bathroom, living room, and a kitchen area with a separate sink, fridge and microwave. My only recommendation would for the hotel to provide paper towels in the kitchenette, would be very helpful when eating in room.

I found this Hotel to be one of if not the cleanest hotels I've every stayed in. The staff was extremely nice, polite and professional. The bed was just perfect and I slept like a log. And for everything they offer, the price is perfect. And I've already recommended it to a friend that I know who comes by this way also.

I was concerned because I am a hotel snob but decided to give this hotel a chance based on the reviews. This hotel is perfect. I rarely eat the free breakfast but again, based on reviews decided to give it a try. The breakfast was perfect. I've stayed at other hotels in Valdosta and I was not impressed but I can definitely say Best Western Plus far exceeded my expectations for a 3 star hotel. They are ranked as the number one hotel in Valdosta for a reason.

Large suite perfect for a family and beautiful pool made for an enjoyable escape from the hurricane! Very clean and wonderfully helpful staff. Nice lawn areas surrounding hotel were perfect spots to walk dog. Best hotel we have stayed at in recent past.

We travel frequently from South Florida to Franklin, NC. We have very sweet yellow lab who weighs 80 lbs. even though he is a cancer survivor with 3 legs he has been turned away from the ihc and hilton chains. this BEST WESTERN takes dogs to 80 pounds! we also travel with our adult daughter and her 35 # dachshund terrier mix. The hotel has 2 floors where dogs are welcome. The rooms are suites with kitchenette. It is nice to have the extra floor space. There are great areas to walk the dogs and play catch with them. These grassed areas are well lit at night for late night and early morning dog walks. The beds were very comfortable and the bedroom was very quiet. we put th his hotel at the top of our stay over list!

WOW .... I'm impressed ! I'm a Hilton/Hyatt guy, but needed somewhere in the Valdosta area that allowed pets. There pet fee is a very reasonable $20 per night, up to a maximum of $100. We arrived late, settled in, slept like a baby in a large quiet, clean and comfortable room with a very god bed. In short .... COULDN'T ASK FOR MORE ! I might have to look at Best Western more often.

As a Best Western Gold Rewards member, I stay frequently at Best Western properties and this property put the BEST in Best Western! This property is great and I would highly recommend anyone traveling to Valdosta to make a reservation and I will definitely return to the property. The hotel is the cleanest I have ever stayed in. I frequent Westins, Marriotts, and Gaylord properties and this Best Western in South GA is the cleanest of them all. The breakfast was a full, hot breakfast and there was a huge variety including eggs, grits, sausage, biscuits, gravy, fresh fruit, fruit cups, bread and bagels for toasting, a variety of muffins, doughnuts, juice, and all the condiments to with these items. We took a swim in the afternoon and the pool area was just as clean as the room. Our room was on the largest hotel rooms I've stayed in as well with nice amenities.

Excellent service, great room for good price! Will stay again on my return trip! I stay at Best Western pluses when I can this hotel exceeded their regular high standers I recommend it to anyone look for a good nights rest!

We travel between Florida and NY often and usually stay at Best Westerns. This was our first stay here and we were not disappointed. Convenient to I-75, clean, modern and reasonably priced. As with most BW, this one offered a good breakfast. Our room was clean and comfortable. When looking for hotels, we usually check for a decent selection of places to eat nearby; anything but fast food! There were several not far from this hotel and we had a very nice meal at "Mom and Dad's Italian Restaurant" just 5 minutes away. We've added this hotel to our list of places to stop in the future!

My wife and I stayed at this delightful property on our way from Pennsylvania to Florida. The check in, check out process was quick, the clerk, Joshua, was friendly and helpful (thanks Joshua!). The room was large and very clean. The included breakfast had lots of choices and the coffee was excellent. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

We have been traveling for business and have come across some real losers from major chains. We have found that Best Western on average is good but this hotel goes way beyond good. Staff is great , rooms super clean , working items, and lobby area is inviting. Breakfast is good with different selection. This buckeye even tasted grits with recommended toppings. Will tell everyone this is a winner. Exit 22 ( our lucky number)

Travelling along I75 between Tampa and Atlanta is straight, flat and boring. Midway between the two cities and just across the Georgia border you will find Valdosta and a rather nice Best Western. It's nearest neighbor is Cracker Barrel which you can walk to for dinner. The breakfast is the normal reliable fare for Best Western.

What an enjoyable stay! We were returning to Florida from our stay in Murphy, NC. The hotel appearance inside and out is very welcoming as was the staff at the front desk. We had our dog with us, so it was wonderful to find a great hotel that accommodates pets. There was a large area in the back for walking our dog. The room we had was on the second floor and was quite large with many amenities - two televisions, a microwave, a refrigerator, sofa, dining area table, WIFI, etc. The breakfast was very good, especially the biscuits and gravy! We will definitely make this a stopping spot on our way to NC!

Very clean and well taken care of hotel. We stayed in a suite it was very roomy for 6 people. It was nice to have a kitchen area with a table for the kids. The furniture was clean and comfortable. The staff is very friendly and accommodating to your needs. The hot breakfast is fresh and delicious no matter what time you eat. Everything about our stay was positive and we will be back to stay again!

This hotel staff and owner's family went above and beyond for me when I lost my wallet! What could have been a nightmare getting home they turned into a small hiccup in my day. The rooms here are spacious, clean and comfortable! The guest book in the room had all the information I needed from restaurants to local attractions to information about the town. If you ever need a Hotel in Valdosta, GA I recommend the Best Western!

Though this hotel is on a less developed interstate exit, which perhaps accounts for its lower rate than what might be comparable properties on other exits, this place does not disappoint. Great air conditioning. Good breakfast. Cheerful staff. Stay here.

Large clean rooms and great breakfast items/presentation. Hotel was in a great spot related to I75 highway and there was a fantastic BBQ place 1 mile east of hotel. PRice was great for the amenities and even included a laundry room in hotel for guest use.

Very nice place to stay with large, roomy suites, with a microwave and small refrigerator. The pool area is beautiful! Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was eggs, sausage, biscuits, gravy, and all the usual. Plenty of restaurants within driving distance. Would definitely stay here again.

My family and I stopped here the week of the 4th as a pit stop late one night. The rooms and staff were great and our dogs were allowed to stay with us. Breakfast the next morning was hot and plentiful. We had never stayed at a Best Western before but after this experience we will be back!

We were traveling with family and children's friends so we had two rooms. We were tired after spending hours on the road. We checked in at midnight. The desk clerk was fast, attentive and helpful. We needed linens for the sofa bed in one room and he had a package ready with everything in it. The room was very nice, roomy and clean. Temperature was easy to control despite hot, humid weather outside. The blackout curtains did their job. Having TVs in the bedroom and the living room allowed for our different viewing tastes even though the stay was short. The breakfast bar was prepared by a very quiet lady who took pride in her job. She appreciated our finding her to compliment her efforts. All the bread items were very fresh. Some of us "grits" experts know that to make good grits one adds milk instead of only water. The taste and texture was just right. She monitored the food levels to replenish often rather than overfilling. The hot cakes were better than those from the restaurant the day before. The breakfast meats were warm. I've stayed in many hotels which charged twice the price but were not nearly the same level of quality. No, this hotel is not on oceanfront property but neither is Valdosta. I can't imagine a better value or cleaner hotel for travelers looking for a place to stay in this area. We were outside of Atlanta the evening before, paid more and received far less. Now if they could figure out how to fix the traffic on Interstate 75 and 285, everybody would arrive happier!

We always stay here once a year in June. The pool is clean and refreshing. The bedrooms are wonderful. I really love the one bedroom suite. I feel so relaxed. The staff is very professional and personable. The one maintenance issue was taken care of in less then an hour! The breakfast room is airy and has a nice variety of foods and drinks. Thank You!

We have stayed at a lot of dog friendly hotels and this has been the best so far. One of our dogs does not travel well, so we are usually pretty miserable when traveling with her. On top of that most dog friendly rooms arecramped and the walls are thin which just adds to the misery. This hotel was wonderful! The suite was spacious and perfect for spreading out and getting space. The room was nice and quiet and we were right next to the exit door which was very nice for getting the dogs in and out. The suite was super clean and we we're actually comfy the entire time! Great hotel for dogs!

I couldn't tell you the last time that I stayed at a Best Western. But I do remember that it was not something to write home about. I have to say that with their Plus brand, they have stepped up their game. I love the studio suite configuration of the rooms. Felt quite spacious and homely with the addition of the sofa bed couch and kitchen area. The room was very clean, the breakfast was fantastic (loved the grits!), and the staff was quite friendly...Very good value for the price!

Southern Class and Hospitality! Today I am wrapping up a 5 week trip where I've traveled from Naples, Florida to British Columbia and Back. I've stayed at a lot of pet friendly Best Western plus and also La Quinta's. The experiences have been “mixed”... without a doubt this is the BEST Best Western Plus I have stated in. It is luxurious, spacious, clean, and the staff is super friendly. I have a large kitchen suite on the ground floor near an exit door. (Well worth the upgrade!) There is plenty of nicely maintained room to exercise dogs. In addition there is a lovely swimming pool & the southern landscaping is beautiful. Complimentary breakfast is provided. Rates are modest.

This was a late night stop for us and we were pleasantly surprised. Every staff member we encountered was friendly and helpful. The rooms were large and clean, which was especially nice after being cooped up in the car all day. The pool and hot tub area was attractively decorated and meticulously maintained. The breakfast was great. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

From check in to departure it was an excellent experience. Every employee we encountered was friendly & accommodating. The pool area is very clean and welcoming. there were umbrellas available at the tables & nice chairs, Breakfast experience was great with many options. I love Best Western Plus!

This hotel is an excellent place to stay. It has spacious rooms, comfortable beds, super clean and a great staff. The coffee there is awesome. Most hotel coffee is lacking, not this hotel. The breakfast is excellent. What really makes this place really great is the staff. This hotel has a staff that truly care about their jobs. And making sure you have a great stay.

An excellent hotel for the short stay or the long haul. The staff is beyond compare. They are friendly as well as professional. The property is maintained very well. The pool and hot tub are great. They put on a great breakfast for a hotel. The location is easy to access and close to many destinations. The rooms are clean, comfortable and well decorated. They even have Kuerig machine in the room instead of the typical hotel coffee pot.

The exterior and entry are very well kept up. The rooms are clean and well appointed. The desk clerk welcomed us and enquired about our trip when we approached the desk. The check in process was quick and efficient. The breakfast was plentiful, hot items were kept warm, and cold items were refridgerated. The server was friendly and helpful. Everything was very clean. The hot water for tea could have been warmer. I can understand the rational for not doing it but I would appreciate an extra blanket in the room so I don't have to get dressed and go to the front desk if I get chilled during the night. There is a great resturant near by, called The Smoking Pig.

Clean! Friendly staff! Comfy beds! Worked out great for stopping long the way. Lots of parking. Easy access. Friendly staff that didn't mind us checking in late (12:30 am) I'd recommend it for quick stay, not sure about long term or anything in the area.

This hotel is located conveniently by I-75 and away from the congestion at other locations in town. The beds sleep comfortably, and the breakfast is hot and delicious. Thank you for creating an inviting atmosphere where families can rest and enjoy your amenities.

Was passing through and needed a place for the night. Good location and the price was right. Everyone was friendly and the breakfast was all right. However this location doesn't get NBC Sports channel on their cable and I had to go to a sports bar, and spend $20, to watch a hockey game, all after driving 500 miles. I really didn't like that. If they had Directv they would have received a 5.

Great price. Clean rooms. Friendly service. For a hotel stay, about as good as you can get for value. My customer service was outstanding and I enjoyed a clean pool and hot tub during my stay. Breakfast was on par and check out was easy! I recommend BWP!

Nice clean and comfortable room. You don't have to feel that you can't touch anything. It is always very clean. Great bed and the breakfast is always excellent. Staff are very friendly and accomodating. This was our second time at this place and we will definately stay again when travelling thru Valdosta.

We stayed on our way back home after a Florida vacation. We had the excuetive suite that had a full kitchen. It was huge. Sofa bed was brand new. Beds were comfortable. Room was clean. Check in was a breeze. Breakfast was very good. I would stay here again.

This is a great hotel. Highly recommend. We have had many “ breakfast included” breakfast over the years, but I must say this is one of the best. The grits were incredible. (A hard thing to do). Everyone in my family really liked the breakfast. The room was great as well. On trips to Florida, we will now stay here. To be honest, we had not done much research as it was a last minute decision to break up the drive. We weren't familiar with Best Western Plus hotels but are now fans. A wonderful nice surprise. It is the best we have found on I-75 ??

Would stay there again. Biggest room ever. Television could turn in any direction and the picture quality was great. Front desk personnel were very friendly and helpful and gave us good advise on where to eat.

I really liked this hotel. The hotel was excellent for staying with a pet. We had a great meal at the nearby bar-b-que restaurant. The staff was warm and friendly. Our room was clean and fresh smelling. Loved it!

Rooms are always clean, breakfast is great, staff - super friendly! I would recommend this hotel to anyone. I stay here at least 1-2 times a month while doing business in Valdosta the only downside is trying to get out the hotel because of road construction. But hey, you will definitely sleep easy.

The people employed at this motel are very good; they are friendly, very accommodating and caring. That said, the rest is not so good. The first two of four floors are for pets, and many of the dogs can be serious barkers. The sheets are really low grade. The TV channels are tuned strangely. The room lighting is dim because of low wattage dangerous CFL bulbs - they really need lower wattage brighter LEDs. There is plenty of hot water, but it is at a low pressure.

We have stayed here on many trips when traveling between the Tampa area and Atlanta. It's about in the middle of the two cities if you want to have a leisurely 2-day drive. Best Western is one of our 2 choices when we are on the road. The staff members in Valdosta are competent, friendly and helpful, and we have always found a clean, comfortable room waiting for us. We also feel safe here - the reception desk is staffed 24/7. The first time we stayed at BW Plus Valdosta, we asked if there was a restaurant where we we could get a good, hot meal. The young receptionist asked if we knew about The Smok'n' Pig BBQ. It's been a family tradition to eat there ever since.

My stay was great. Wild Adventure signage was visible as soon as I walked in! I was heckled a little bit by the girl behind the desk but she did not know I was staying for the night. Room was big and bed was comfortable. However, my room did smell rather bad/not clean. I was told that you BW is pet friendly but my room smelled like a dirty dog. An air freshener would have done wonders! I really appreciate BW sharing a room and look forward to my next visit!
