Management at the Best Western is top notch. The breakfast served in the morning is always delightful. Venessa Gonzalez and her staff go out of their way to service guests and make their stay unforgettable. I would definitely recommend staying here when visiting Mexico.

Hot breakfast is served 7 days a week from 6a-9a & with a decent variety to choose from it was very satisfying. The rooms are clean and spacious. Cleaning crew is always attentive to house keeping necessities. Not to mention Vanessa (manager) & Charlene (front desk supervisor) were very helpful & friendly.. Two thumbs up

I work a 20 days on shift and 10 days off I've stayed here the last 6 months the clientele have become like family. I stay in a lot of hotels and the experience my last 6 months has been top notch. If you're in Nogales, AZ. You can't go wrong with staying at the Best Western where the staff has smiles on there faces that take the stress out of travel providing you the freedom of GOING PLACES !!!

The room was clean, internet worked, and the staff was friendly. Fridge in the room, and a television. Towels were clean .Bed was large and comfortable. The carpet was a little garish. If one is staying overnight in Nogales, this is a good place to stay.

I tried to check out and waited over 10mins for someone to come to the front desk and nothing I can hear him on the phone talking about video games. This is very frustrating because I was ready to leave and I needed to add my points and no one came to help. Best Western do better! I would like to add my appointments.

My employer stages us at this hotel during our 8 hour layover's prior to embarking upon our evening flights. The staff at large is amicable, courteous, professional and engaging. The free breakfast has substantial variety and the dining room attendant runs a tight ship. The food is delicious and the dining is impeccably maintained. Charlene, the front desk agent on duty when we arrive, goes out of her way to ensure that we never miss breakfast. If we're running behind schedule, we call to inform her of our timeline and she subsequently works with the dining room attendant to set food aside for us. If you're looking for a safe, quiet, well managed hotel with a capable staff, look no further. It's a peaceful place to rest in Nogales, AZ.

It's an excellent place where you can take your rest or have fun when you're in Nogales. The personnel are amazing and very kindest for all of you when you have any need especially when you need a quick solution for your inconvenience.

Upon arrival, the front desk clerk was helpful and friendly. The check-in process was fast and easy. The room was exactly what the website claimed. King suite with mini-fridge, foldout couch and two TVs. The room was clean and stocked with towels and pillows. The internet was slow (to use for business needs) but was stable. As I was traveling for work, I did not have the time to use the pool or fitness center, but both appeared to be clean and well maintained. I would recommend this hotel.

I usually stay at the hotel close but ever since I have been sending my clients to BW in Nogales AZ and they and I'm very satisfied with customer service, it is safe, the cleanness of the hotel specially since the new management i believe her name is Vanessa.

The best hotel experience I have ever had! From the time I walked in the door, I was treated like family. This property is kept so very clean. Breakfast was great and the pool and jacuzzi was the cherry on top. I was a guest for 3 months on a travel assignment. I knew no one but now I consider this my hotel family. Location: One block off I-19 with restaurant next door. Property: Appears newly renovated. Very clean. Staff: Competent and friendly Room: Large, well furnished. Comfortable mattress, choice of pillows. Breakfast: Excellent. Cereal, granola, yogurt, omelets, biscuits and gravy, sausage, and three juices.

Clean hotel, no heat in room. Good parking and friendly staff. The rooms were very clean and guest laundry facilities were very affordable and nice to have. Being right on the border of Mexico everything seemed safe.

The hotel concept and original decoration furniture looks like was very nice and comfortable. in the current state it was just OK. The breakfast area was truly dark, unkempt, and the food offerings were dismal. The personnel in the front desk were not service-oriented and quite frankly I would never stay here again.

I really liked this hotel. Clean, safe, and great staff. No complaints. Room was very clean, was able to get on their wifi with no issues, was able to use their printer for some work related things. Nothing to complain.

I stayed on floor number 3. It was a MISERABLE experience! There were people YELLING in the hall way all night long. If that wasn't happening, small children were literally running up and down the hallway screaming, crying and yelling for "mommy." I wasn't able to get ANY sleep. It was horrible. I called and complained to the front desk several times. The other colleague in my work party who stayed on floor number three experienced the same thing. There was also "debris" in my toilet and long dark hairs in the sink.

Locational for my hunt the rooms were really nice. The hotel clerk was very professional. I have no complaints about the location. I do believe the room is overpriced, but that won't stop me from going there again.

I loved the spacious room with tall ceilings and arches. The room was well equipped with a microwave, refrigerator, toiletries, and the towels were very soft. The hairdryer in the room did not work and when I called to inform them, they replaced it quickly. I appreciate the attentiveness of a great staff. The hotel was also very clean.

I stayed for 60 days and really liked that my room had a microwave and refrigerator. The room was pretty clean. The hotel was well staffed and nice. Vanessa the manager was very friendly and helpful. Many times I asked for extra towels and toilet paper no issues. The beds were really comfortable, no noise complaints from the surrounding rooms. The breakfast selection was very good very satisfied. The location is very close to all amenities freeway, food chains, grocery's, and only 5 minute drive from Mexico. Pool, jacuzzi, and Grill where all clean. Definitely coming back.

The room was very clean. The bed was super comfortable. There was good water pressure in the shower. We stayed in a nice quiet large room, suite-1 king bed. This hotel was excellent in all respects and the food truck just outside was fantastic.

Hotel was clean and comfortable. Beds were great after a long drive. The staff was nice and helpful. Some truck parking would be great. Thankfully the 1 long spot in the front was open so I had a spot but opening some spots in the back would be nice for truckers who want a nice hotel to sleep at instead of a roach motel. Breakfast was good. I don't think potatoes are Gluten Free so beware Celiacs but sausage was great to cover up watery eggs. This is a great overall spot.

The room was fine. The pool door lock hardly ever worked, and then you had to walk all the way around to the front... We we're charged 3 times at almost $1300 by mistake,and weren't offered any compensation whatsoever . We asked for a late check out and we're offered 30 min OR a discount to keep for another night....That is totally unacceptable. My husband will be coming back for more dental work,and will certainly NEVER stay there again!!!!!

Everything at Best Western was perfect! Clean large room, great breakfast and excellent service! We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel and have nothing but the best to say about our stay there. The roads around the area were very busy with big trucks and road work but it was very easy to come and go to all of the places we traveled - down town Nogales, Patagonia lake and city, Ruby ghost town and Tubac.

over all the place was clean and staff was helpful. The hotel was sold out due to gem show. The checking in process was smooth and staff was friendly and efficient. When checking out staff could not provide a check in time on the receipt for my employer.

Was treated like I didn't belong here, was pretty much told to vacate room by manager when I requested to extend the stay there is no sort of communication here. Room stunk and blankets and sheets were damp. Bathtub was broken and water was barely hot.

Pros: Our third-floor room was big with tall ceilings. Quiet room. Very nice hot breakfast well managed. Daily room service provided at no request. Cons: Our first room key did not work. Thin bathroom towels. Parking lot needs resurfacing. Messy food truck occupies two parking spaces in the small lot. Parking lot, halls and our room were all a little dark. Road construction in the area makes it a bit difficult to find this motel.

My daughters and I enjoyed our stay very much. The breakfast was a huge highlight. But the size and setup of the room with two separate tvs was another highlight. I would 100% choose to stay at Best Western again

This Best Western hotel exceeded our expectations. Very welcoming staff, large clean rooms, comfortable beds, and really nice breakfast choices. Close to major freeways but extremely quiet area and never heard the traffic. Restaurants nearby with a variety of food choices.

We booked a hotel in Nogales at the last minute and were not sure what to expect. We stayed for 4 nights. It turns out, we had a wonderful experience. Nice hotel. Clean. Large room. Friendly staff. Great breakfast. Very pleasantly surprised.

This Hotel at Check in didn't accept Gift Awards from Best Western, a total of $75.00 USD that all Best Western Properties must accept. Then I paid with my credit card the total balance of $94.23. Then I called BW Customer Service to get a charge back for the $75.00 gift awards, and what I got was the charge of my awards plus the credit card card charge for $94.23, a total price of $169.23 for one night stay. The General Manager refused to credit back the difference. Be careful with them. Also the A/C was not working, and a Noisy Pool Party at 2:00 AM.

I went with my mom and our small service dog, per law they are to stay with us. They didn't have any problems and everything went well I sleep comfy and I check the room real well trying to not forget anything. We left the room clean, my puppy had a surgery that day so he was mostly sleep my mom kept him with her all night in the morning my mom checked out and they say no problem today a charge extra appeared on my moms credit card no previous disclosure what so ever no fair not disclosure not acceptable

What a great place lots of parking l was fortunate as l got a upgrade and used suite the rooms are really spacious king size bed was very comfortable bathroom a good size and a couch perfect for anyone. It's nice to see that the pool is open which I did enjoy and they have a real breakfast it's just the area where the breakfast is seems to be a odd place. All in all would certainly go back again. Staff here are really great people friendly as well.

Very pleasant stay rooms are awesome as well as service! Didn't get a chance to eat the breakfast due to work starting early. Internet speed was great. Pool and spa very clean and didn't have a over powering chlorine smell.

I would use this hotel if ever in the area. Breakfast, fresh burritos. Only 2 issues. Only alotted 2 towels and had to use them at the pool. And the handle going into the hot tub needs to be fixed. Is not stationary and slides side to side.

It was so nice to have a hot breakfast burrito in these CoVid times. The dining area was closed, so we took the foil rapped burrito back to our room with some juice and coffee and tea. Although we didn't use it the outside pool was open.

All staff professionals and courteous rooms very clean and comfortable easy check in and checkout. If we need a hotel in that area again we will stay there very accommodating to the customer slept very well beds were awesome

Let me start by saying the service from Erma at the front desk was kind and caring and was enough to bring us back. Next best element of the stay was the individually portioned, hot breakfast offerings delivered by the food truck. The room was tired looking but clean. The beds were very comfortable. I don't know if this hotel deserves the slightly higher price it charges compared to the competition in close proximity but they are definitely trying to provide a high level of customer service.

We picked this hotel for a one night stay based on good reviews and it totally lived up to its reputation. It is very clean, a convenient location and very friendly staff. Our room was very large and clean with a comfy bed. We were impressed with the breakfast, too. Lots of choices. The biscuits and gravy were really good, especially the fluffy biscuits. We were nervous about spending a night in Nogales before heading to our winter place in Mexico but we felt very safe there and at the fun wings restaurant and bar next door. Would definitely stay there again.

Very Nice. Friendly service, big rooms. Breakfast available. Free water, juice and coffee. Could sometimes hear people upstairs but for the most part quiet. Easy check in and check out. They were able to get me the rate available for company expenses.

We reserved ahead of time, got a great rate and location of room was exactly what we asked for. Was able to get some laundry done with no issues. Hotel was very clean. Easy to get to as was nearby shopping.

Overall a fair experience. However, I accidentally left some expensive white earbuds laying on the bed in our room and didn't realize it until we reached our home in southern CA later that evening. Called hotel and asked them about the headphones and they said if they were found they would've been locked up in the managers office and for me to call back the following morning. The Best Western Sonora Inn & Suites is a very lovely property, I had a week long work assignment at the local hospital. This facility is clean, all amenities were working, the staff is helpful and friendly. Very nice property outside as well. Great location with store and restaurants in walking distance. Even a delicious food truck in parking lot.

there aren't other options when we are tired and exhausted after driving for long time, so we just got the first hotel that we can see. I getting old and my main don not 100% when I'm tired and sleepy. It is better for me and others safety.

Always stay there for my business trips. Is always a good experience. Would recommend it to others. Most of our employees stay there and have never heard any complaints. The staff is always friendly and the breakfast is great.

This is the 4th time my husband and I have stayed at this hotel and liked it very much. The hotel is very clean, rooms are large and well furnished, appointed in relaxing colors and the staff is very service oriented and friendly. I wanted to let you know that I have been so overly won over by the staff at the Sonora Inn & Suites 750 W. Shell Road, Nogales, AZ 85621. Perla, Alma and Nina each contributed to my staying an extra two days. They even help me practice my Spanish! They were so kind, helpful and professional. I pass through Nogales while tripping North from my home In San Carlos, Sonora, Mexico and my other residence in Reno, Nevada. The Manager, who I believe has been there 10 years, is a stickler for cleanliness and perfection. The breakfasts were always cooked perfectly and always plenty. It is rare to find a hotel that has everything. They even have birds nesting on their westside waking you up during your morning walks. Job well done, and thank you for such a wonderful experience. I do have service dogs and of course they were very accommodating with my special needs.

I came to Nogales for business and stayed 1 night. The location of the hotel is right off the highway so very easy access for people on a road trip. Check in was quick and the front desk clerk was friendly. My room was on the second floor and was one of the king suites. First impression in walking in was, “This is very nice.” The room was large and had a king size bed, a console which contained a microwave and refrigerator, dresser drawers and tray with ice bucket. There was a wall mounted TV over the dresser. The room had a closet with the usual iron and ironing board and surprise 2 luggage racks. Yes 2! How many times have I had to call for a 2nd luggage rack when my husband and I have traveled is too often to count. Kudos to this hotel for this detail alone. There was a separate large loveseat with a small table and a desk with chair too. Another TV mounted on the wall over the desk. Bathroom was average and had all you needed. Very clean. Here is where you found the coffee service. Breakfast was actually hot. So many places the food is cold in the serving dishes. Lobby area was nice and newspapers were available. Some highway noise at night but frankly the a/c drowned it out. I ate dinner at the restaurant next door so I just walked over. Sports bar with typical burgers etc but not bad. I would stay here again without hesitation.

We arrived at the hotel after a long drive and were welcomed and treated as valued guests. We felt very well catered for and confident in staying again on our return trip a week from now. It was definately worth the 35 min detour from our route.

This place has excellent reviews and the rooms look great just like their photos online. We were quite pleased with the accommodations. The staff allowed us to plug-in our electric vehicle overnight as Nogales lacks EV charging (except for chargers at Nogales City Hall). Manu greeted us at breakfast and was very pleasant, offering us tips on where to find birds and check out Tubac, a nearby art village. The grounds were well-kept. While BW is a chain motel, the attractive room and positive experience gave it a homey feel. Thank you!

BW in Nogales AZ is a great place to stop before/after Mexico. Clean rooms, nicely remodeled. Breakfast this morning was wonderful... Found out the cook, who has been there 30 years, makes the eggs her own way with a touch of veggies. Makes the salsa herself. One of the best "free" breakfasts I've had at comparable hotels. We've stayed here a couple of times now and it will be our choice everytime. Hector is so positive at the front desk at night and Vanessa is equally positive and helpful. After traveling 2500 miles and staying at some less than positive places, I appreciate a good experience at a hotel.

We spent just one night as I traveled to Nogales for a business event. This hotel was beautiful in a super convenient location. Service was super friendly and efficient. Beds were out of this world clean and comfortable. I couldn't believe all the pillows they gave us and for all tastes large and puffy or small and fluffy. I had asked for two extra pillows but really didn't need them as each queen size bed already had four. Then there were two small pillows for use on the comfy lounge chair. Now the best part. Each extra pillow and pillows for the chairs were wrapped in what was like a super sterile looking white pillow cover which you removed before use. Talk about feeling that you are in a super clean environment. This place can't be beat. Breakfast had wonderful hot eggs, salsa, bacon, and great potato home fries Then of course yogurt cereal juice just about anything you could want. Lovely clean and inviting dining room. We also had a lovely view from the 2nd floor. Whenever I travel Nogales, this is where you will find me.

Conveniently located close to I-19, Best Western Sonora Inn & Suites has the perfect location. The hotel grounds are not only maintained to its best shape, but the rooms are also clean and provide an overall ambiance of terrific hospitality. The rooms are very large, clean, and quiet. I've never had two televisions in one double hotel room before. Breakfast was adequate, but nothing special, though I heard the salsa was homemade. Check in and out was easy and the staff was very friendly.

This hotel was well appointed. Very clean. The staff was wonderful and eager to serve. There was a mobile kitchen at the head of the parking lot serving wonderful Mexican food and Cervezas and out door seating of course.

I had to come back. This newly renovated hotel has very spacious rooms at very good rates. Bed is super comfortable, very clean rooms. The breakfast area is very cozy and food is food. I received very good service overall.

Very comfy beds, convenient, clean, friendly. I've stayed here a couple of times before crossing the border, just to shorten the trip. It is a great location for a quick getaway in the morning. Thankfully, they have breakfast...though mostly carbs...saving more time.

I usually do not stay at a best Western because they are so hit and miss in quality and cleanliness. This hotel was the exception it was very clean and for a budget hotel it was very nice. The beds were OK the pillows were a poly feel which I did not care for, but again for a budget hotel this place is very nice

This was a great stopover by the border. My wife and I stayed here on our way to Hermosillo. We were definitely satisfied with everything at this hotel. The staff members were all friendly and helpful. We paid a great price here. Our room was big and spacious and clean. The hotel is easily accessible from I-19 at Exit 4. And the border crossing is about 10 minutes from here. We will definitely stay here again

Good Job Amigos!! Add more egg options to your menu your cook can do it! we all know he or she can. omelets are a great choice that most hotels never offer and fried eggs too, only issue with the eggs was that they had pork in them and I don't eat swine(pork) so I couldn't try your eggs that day.

Two of us stayed three nights at the BW and were very pleased with the hotel. The location is easy to find, room very clean, lots of space in the room. It was quiet, we felt very safe in the hotel, parking area and when out and about. We would definitely recommend this hotel if in the Nogales area. We used this as our home base for birding various areas around Nogales. Breakfast was hot and ready 0600 in the morning with a variety of choices. We did find the town a little sleepy and quiet. All employees were professional, helpful, kind and accommodating.

We traveled to Nogales with our church group to learn more about the border. This is the second visit to BW Sonora Inn & Suites. As before, the staff was courteous & professional. The rooms were ready for us to occupy upon our arrival. Our rooms were roomy & well appointed. But best of all was our queen beds, so comfortable with crisp white sheets & the most wonderful pillows to relax & sleep on, Our breakfast on Saturday had a good selection of breakfast foods. I enjoyed the from scratch waffles, along with devious cream cheese & fresh fruit. Although we didn't use the pool one this trip, it looked inviting. A clean, reasonable hotel close to the border. We look forward to our next visit to Nogales.

We had a whole group with 13 rooms. The hotel staff was so helpful and cheerful. Hot breakfast items was really great, especially the waffles! Rooms were large and roomy. Everything worked. Our group will come again!!

This Best Western is THE place to stay in Nogales. The rooms are huge and the ceilings are high! Our room with two queen beds and a pullout sofa was well appointed and very clean. While the pool was cold our kids did enjoy the hot tub outside. Breakfast was good. The front desk staff were super helpful and welcoming! Thanks for a great stay!

There is nothing special about this Best Western, but everything is good. The front desk staff are helpful and friendly. The hotel is easy to find from the highway, although it is about a block off the highway. The room was large, clean, comfortable and well appointed. Internet worked well. The hotel was quiet. For fresh air one can open the window or us AC/fan. There are coffee and juice and bottled water in the breakfast room 24/7. The breakfast buffet is included and is good. The price is very reasonable and inexpensive. What a great, comfortable, inexpensive hotel.

This was a quick business trip, stayed two nights. The rooms are very large with high ceilings, nice and clean. The hotel is close to all shopping and restaurants. I recommend this hotel when ever you are in Nogales

The hotel was close to shopping and to the Mexican border. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was well stocked with muffins, waffles, omelettes, ham. Very nice spread. The room had two flat screen TVs. One in the lounging area and one in the bedroom. The room was very clean and nicely decorated. Excellent value for excellent price.

The outside of the hotel doesn't look like much so I was pleasantly surprised at how nice the room was - very large room, clean, very comfy bed, very quiet- breakfast was just ok - there didn't seem to be much to do in nogales and there was no entertainment at the hotel so don't expect an exciting night but it was a great nights sleep

We had a good stay at the BW in Nogales. We were crossing the border in the morning & this is super close. It was quiet, & we were surprised by the size of the room. Bigger than many BW's. Breakfast was typical for a BW property, but good. The lady at the desk was very nice.

My husband and I stayed one night in a king room with a Jacuzzi tub. it was totally worth the extra cost! The room was spotless and everything in it appeared to be brand new. My only complaint would be the linen. The bottom sheet on the bed was a bit rough. Other than that the room was perfect. The free breakfast was nice and consisted of eggs, ham, potatoes, and assorted pastries. You could also make waffles which included variety of toppings which was a nice surprise! This hotel is located right next to a decent restaurant and conveniently close to the highway. If you plan on staying in Nogales, this hotel is a great choice!

The Best Western Sonora Inn in Nogales Arizona is an exception value for a beautiful hotel. Beautifully decorated, large rooms, lovely common areas, lots of breakfast choices make for a wonderful experience. The price is such a value for the quality hotel!

First time at this Best Western in Nogales. It seems like it has been recently remodeled, very nice rooms, spacious and clean. I only wish the breakfast hours were extended until 10:00 am like most hotels.

We have stayed here twice for quick and easy border crossing. It is very clean with an extremely pleasant and helpful staff. The breakfast was good. It is a short distance to a gas station, food, money exchange, and best of all, the border. Will use this Best Western every time we travel to Mexico!!!

We didn't spend much time in the hotel, but when we were there it was great! The people at the front desk were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was hot and plentiful, and Manu, the attendant, was hard-working, friendly and helpful.

Nice clean hotel close to the border. Room was quiet at night despite being right next to the highway. Clean room with everything working as expected. have stayed at the other 2 chains in the area and will definitely return to the Best Western for my next trip. Breakfast is typical mediocre, but there is enough of a selection that you can find something to start the day.

My husband and I stayed at the Best Western in Nogales,AZ on Thanksgiving evening. Our experience there was excellent. At check in, my husband requested a room that wasn't near the highway, as he was concerned about road noise. The previous evening he hadn't slept well because of trains going by the hotel all night long. The clerk was very considerate, and gave us a room that she thought would suit our purposes. Further, she indicated that we could check out that room and change rooms if we thought it wouldn't work for us. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The same desk clerk gave us directions on where we could park our car so that we could walk across the border to Mexico, and she helped me get on the Internet on one of the computers provided for guest use. The breakfast that was provided was excellent. The owner of the hotel was working that morning. He told us that he came to work (on the day after Thanksgiving) to give someone else the day off to spend with their family. We were very impressed. I wish all hotels were this nice and accommodating.

We have stayed here several times and it is always feel, comfortable and staff is always very accommodating. The rooms are large, and the beds are comfortable and most of all it is clean. It is very close to the border so you can get to the truck crossing by 6 a.m. The breakfast does not open until 7:00 so we ate at I-Hop across the way. It is close to a gas station, and grocery stores so you can get last minutes provisions before you head across the border. This is my "go to place" in Nogales and I will use it again.

Located 5 minutes from the US-Mexico border this was a great place to rest before crossing over and visiting Mexico. Nogales, MX is a small, but haphazard place that really needs a fresh and rested driver to handle safely. Crossing is a real culture shock!

Easy to find and close to shopping, grocery stores, banks, etc. Very clean nice size rooms with tasteful decoration. Friendly helpful staff from arrival to departure. breakfast is really good. Well illuminated parking with security cameras.

We stop here twice a year and are always impressed. The staff is great, the rooms very nice and breakfast very nice. We got a great rate on the Best Western site and stayed 2 nights. The business centre is equipped with 2 computers each with their own printer.the staff happily copied things I needed and recommended place to go toget the items I needed. The pool is cold and the hot tub is just warm. It took a long time to get hot water to the sink

fast friendly check in. clean room. price good. close to border and shopping. no problems. one night stay prior to heading to mexico. forgot shaving supplies. they had for free at front desk . location good. Walmart close. can change currency at several nearby places.

Being a half hour from our event at Patagonia Lake was perfect! $100 was money well spent for a great quiet night sleep in an upgraded, spacious, neat & clean king bed room with a fridge/freezer, 2 flat screen TV's and a couch sitting area. We walked next door to the rib/sports bar for dinner-wouldn't eat there again...fake liquid cheese on the nacho's, club sandwich just OK. There was a mexican food truck attached to wooden seating deck area next to the restaurant which we would try on a return visit. We'd definitely stay here again. No fuss. No complaints. Great night sleep!

Great place to stay. Staff was very helpful with setting up accommodations for all my crew that stayed there for 2 months on a project. Location was right of the freeway and ez to access the property. I would recommend staying here any time

Room was huge, updated and very clean. The staff was courteous and responded immediately to an issue with a shower head. Breakfast was better than your average buffet. Would definitely stay here our next trip.

I don't typically stay in Best Westerns, but this hotel had great reviews so I tried it. It lived up to the expectations. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful to our needs. My group of 3 (3 rooms) stayed their on a Monday and a Thursday while we worked in Mexico tuesday and wednesday. They not only let us leave our rental vehicle their the encouraged us to park it in the view of the security camera so that they could keep an eye on it. The rooms were clean and spacious. I could not have been more pleased with the what I paid and what I got for the cost.

Traveled to Nogales to do some work. Chose to stay at the Best Western Nogales and so glad that I did. What a wonderful and most comfortable experience. Staff was friendly and very helpful to meet my needs. Room was fantastic. Breakfast had a full selection of fruits, beverages and hot dishes. Highly recommend.

I have been staying at this hotel weekly for the past few years. Nina and Manu Naik run a super hotel, the best in the area. Their staff from Housekeeping Manager Antonieta Bonorand to all the front desk people are superstars. I would never stay elsewhere. I highly recommend this hotel

This is my first choice to stay in Nogales. I am always greeted with a smile by the front desk and they are always very helpful. The rooms are impeccably clean and the location is just off the interstate. I stay here regularly and always receive the same level of service. I highly recommend this Best Western.

The best place to stay in Nogales. The rooms are huge. They have the best breakfast of any motel in Nogales. The staff are very nice and will accommodate all of your needs. Location is good within walking distance to Rooster's Wings, IHOP, and Carl's Jr.

Rooms are a good option when needing to stay near the Nogales border. Great breakfast and room is rather nice and clean along with the facilities. Pool and jacuzzi were clean and relaxing after a long day.

Big room, clean, quiet. Convenient location close to Mexico border. Breakfast included. Restaurant nearby for when you don't feel like driving too far for dinner. I did not like the coffee - weak, but that's my personal taste.

The good things about it. Rooms where large I actually had two tvs. Sleeping was good because of the comfort of the beds. Pillows where so soft it was like sleeping in a cloud. Breakfast was good and something different everyday. Customer service is lacking. They don't smile at you or say hi in fact I felt kinda ignored. I was at desk because I left room key in my room. Patty was in this dark room talking with someone and she really didn't say anything to me. I finally said I need a room key. She seems like she hides in this dark room and talks to employees also she peeks out really kinda creepy if you ask me. She really should be at desk greeting customers not in dark room. One girl I forgot her name I only know she worked Sunday afternoon july16th she was freindly and said hi and smiled. I would of giving this hotel a five if other wasn't for customer service issues I still would stay here again in future.

They were very accommodating and helpful. The room was excellent and we just had a great time there. They allowed us to stay longer in the room while our car was at the shop, so we are also very thankful for that.

Only a few miles from the border crossing for either (both) commercially or medical/dental/pharmacy visits. Without a fast-pass re-entry ID card can be a very slow return through US Customs. This hotel chain has a useful frequent reward program.

Great place to stop over for the night when driving from Phoenix to San Carlos Mexico. The staff is always great. good location for taking the truck route. Breakfast is nice and restocked when needed, unlike other hotel breakfasts I have experienced.

I stayed here for 20 nights and enjoyed my entire time. The treatment was excellent and the Hotel took great care of me and my needs. If I am ever in Nogales I will be staying at this Best Western. The breakfast is great with a good variety of foods being offered.

I've stayed at a lot of Best Westerns but by far this was my best experience. Large clean rooms, indoor halls, friendly staff & better than avg breakfast. Pool as clean and had easy access as well as the hot tub.

This is my second time staying at this hotel and It is a very beautiful looking hotel. The room was a little dusty but overall very clean. I had no issues with this hotel at all. Everyone was very friendly I just wish I better remembered guests names.

If you want to visit Mexico this is where to stay. It is only a few miles from the border crossing. The room was well designed and the parking spaces are wide. Breakfast had a hot selection for eggs, bacon and waffles. I went down early before the breakfast was opened and got coffee. The people were nice even though the clerk who checked us in was a tad bit rude.

I had a business trip last minute, pick this hotel and was extremely satisfied with the hotel. One of the best things about this hotel is the extremely large rooms, I travel over a 100 nights a year an these room were very comfortable. When I go back I will stay there again. Our room was great, breakfast was fantastic a lot to choose from and wasnt gross. We even stayed an extra night cause it was comfy. Staff was nice as well. Out bed was firm and slept great! Very spacious.

Of the 3 hotels on Mariposa Road in Nogales, AZ, this is my favorite. This is based on the size of the room (spacious), the cleanliness (very, in every detail), the toiletries (Pantene), the fitness center (two working treadmills, one bike, one elliptical, some weights, and a punching bag, with plenty of space), and the friendliness of the staff. The lighting is all CFL/energy saver, which gives it a slightly eerie feeling to me. The breakfast isn't the best - pastries, flavored yogurt, powdered eggs. My choice whenever I'm in town for work, even when my colleagues are staying at the other hotels next door.

Problem with toilet in first room professionally handled. No maintenance person available at the time, so I was moved to another room, larger than the first. All employees with whom I had contact were friendly and professional.

The hotel staff are all very friendly and helpful, the room was large,clean, quiet and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable and provided a good night sleep. The hotel is close to the highway and easy to get to, and there is a gas station and a couple of restaurants nearby.! Overall a great experience.

In general this is a good hotel. I just have some details to add: You'll hear the flushing of neighbor bathrooms, quite loud. Besides, there are different other noises. My bed had stains in it (apparently of human secretion).

We thought the hotel was great and I can not think where I stayed in a hotel with a larger room- awesome! Really, the hotel was great. Sadly, no decent food within walking distance from the hotel, but if you do not mind driving a bit and not far, OK, but we wanted walking distance food and nothing worth while- not the hotel's fault.

I have stayed in many BWs over the years and this property is one of the very best - without exception - and it is not even a Plus graded BW hotel. The price is extremely reasonable and we will be back! Why? Because our room had two luggage racks, a plus. Our room had two TVs , another plus. Our room was spacious and well appointed, clean and fresh looking. The bathroom fixtures were high quality and efficient. Now the breakfast was also special. The selection was better, much better, than average. I had an omelette with ham one morning and eggs and sausage the next. There was a large selection of fresh fruits, cereals, Danishes, potatoes and gravy. All the staff were great, even Manu. Lastly it is close to I-19 and many low cost restaurants. Only negative the pool was too cold for this old man.

The room was very clean when we arrived. The staff was nice and helpful. I enjoyed the breakfast selection very much. There was a lot of variety and the staff who served there where so kind. I loved the promptness of the staff when I asked for a warm blanket. Great Stay.

First time at this location - friendly staff at check-in. Our room was a suite, very clean & spacious with 2 TV's. This second floor room was very quiet so we had a good nights sleep. Found a sports bar next door - great chicken & wings. Would definitely stay here again.

Short and to the point, if you stay here, you will need to speak Spanish and you will leave with bed bugs! I was told No check ins until 3:00 PM. However, there were 3 Spanish speaking guests that got checked in and went on to there rooms. I waited in the lobby from 12:30 PM until 2:45 PM.

My wife and I stayed one night here, 11/11/16. Our room was spacious and clean. The whole hotel looked either very new or completely refurbished.The hotel is close to restaurants and shopping. I really have nothing negative to say. Additional pros are as follows: 1. Helpful, friendly staff; 2. Very nice pool and spa (nice and hot with very strong jets); 3. Outstanding complimentary breakfast among the best if not THE best I've seen. I would definitely stay here again.

Stayed at this hotel for a week and it was beautiful and clean . The staff was really nice and very helpful. The breakfast was very good and included in the price of the room. There is a hot tub and a pool, which is nice. There is no restaurant in the hotel, but there are a few restaurants around the hotel that are walking distance.

I spent two nights here in July. The rooms were clean and comfortable. It is in a convenient location, near restaurants and shopping. Also, it was not far from downtown, where my client is located. This was a business trip. I will definitely stay again next time I am in Nogales.

Well taken care of by the front desk staff when arriving. Quick check-in. Rooms were big, clean and furnished with a comfy bed. A refrigerator was also in place. My business requires fast upload on the internet. This hotel provided exactly that, for free! Did not have breakfast here, but at the IHOP across the road. I have nothing to complain about. Full score!

Very easy access to Int 19 and real close to Border for Dental Work.. Very Clean and nice sports bar next door. Room were big and kept up. Breakfast was the usual but with a Mexican Flare which was good. Price reasonable. Was also quite.

Great stay, I only spent the night but staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and very open so you don't feel cramped. The bathroom toilet was a little tall for my comfort but overall an excellent stay. When I checked out it was quick and easy.

Driving Colorado to Mexico and forgot important paperwork – called ahead to the hotel to make reservations and give them heads-up that fedex pkg with the paperwork would be arriving. They were very accommodating and called me immediately when the pkg arrived. In addition, the desk staff were very helpful with all of my questions about Nogales, getting the required insurance to drive into Mx, and about going through border customs with a carload of boat replacement parts. The room was very nice, very clean and there were a number of good restaurants/pubs in the neighborhood. I will definitely stay in this hotel again.

We have been staying here on our trip south to Mazatlan every time we head south. It is clean, comfortable and people are friendly. They have every thing to offer that we need. Also a great little breakfast in the AM for getting on the road.

Stayed at this same property in April 2016. First visit - room on main floor that was close to the lobby. Second visit - room on third floor. Higher level room preferred. The wall mount a/c unit is very loud in all rooms. The shower didn't work properly and was reported to the front desk staff. The "enhanced" breakfast is quite nice for this type of hotel property. Staff friendly and helpful. This is a good property for a short 1-2 night stay... especially while doing business in Nogales.

I was there for 9 days, the hotel was clean, front staff and room staff very friendly and attentive to every thing I asked; the breakfast buffet was open on time, food was hot and fresh. A definite recommendation when in Nogales area.

Was in town for business and the large room, good internet access and availability of electrical outlets was very nice to have. The staff was execptionally friendly and helpful. The breakfast was really good. I was not there long enough to take advantage of the pool, but it looked very nice and seemed to be getting a lot of use.

We wanted to stay close to the Mx border and thought the hotel might not be up to speed but it far exceeded our expectations. The lobby was nicely decorated, the meal room was nice size, we were upgraded to the Mini Suite because of my husbands BW status. Our only complaint is that the sheets were pillie which made them a little uncomfortable to sleep on.

My family uses this hotel when we travel it is one of our favorites to use. Its clean and the staff is great! We highly recommend this place to stay in. My dad is quite particular about the hotels he stays in and he always wants to stay here.

I moved to the Best Western Sonora after having stayed at another Nogales hotel for one night. The staff at the BWS were friendly, courteous and helpful. The rooms clean, spacious, nice decor, and with plenty of amenities. The bed and pillows comfortable. Overall I had a very pleasant experience.

I stayed here for 4 days and I was very impressed. The staff is extremely friendly, the rooms are huge which I did not expect. There is a taco truck in the parking lot, do yourself a favor and eat there! Its cash only, but seriously go eat there!

They are very accommodating. Need wine glasses, they have them. They give you a coupon for a breakfast selection from the diner in front of hotel and that's is a really nice treat. You can even try it after the hours given on the voucher and you can get a credit if you miss the voucher times but still are hungry. Take it in there any way and you may be surprised for a discount on your lunch too. We stay there on most stops to town. There is a charge of $20 an a NIGHT for pets so just FYI. We usually don't say anything unless asked. you can agree with at a!or not but that's your choice. Don't judge us just take good care of pet and that's respectful.

Newer, clean, neat property that's easy to find off of I-19 (not too far drive from the city of Nogales, Arizona and the Mexican / United States border). Good amenities with breakfast, swimming pool, ice machine, vending machine, workout room, etc. Close to gas station, convenience market and several restaurants. Comfortable room with mini frig, microwave, ironing board, iron and coffee maker. Free WiFi worked well. My complaints are the wall mounted cooling / heating unit vents that blow the windows covering shears. If you move the dark out drapes over the cooling / heating unit vents, the drapes block the light but you receive no cooling or heating. The bathroom amenities are pretty basic so bring your own if you want something nice. The shower is OK but the shower head is mounted quite high and the spray is fierce. The flat panel TV (32"?) is quite small for such a large room. Cable TV is "analog" (no digital guide) and only standard (not HD resolution). Overall, a nice place to stay for only a few nights... not a long term stay property.

This is a nice hotel I stay here once a month for business, it is a clean hotel with great staff. the gym is pretty good you can get in a decent workout enough to stay in your regular routine. The gym could use some dumbbells the ones they had are no longer there.

It was a trip home for a special event, and a very nice, comfortable place to stay. Very friendly, efficient staff, easy access to freeway and restaurant locations. we didn't try the pool, but it was sparkling clean. No complaints.

I truthfully did not expect the great facility, friendly and helpful staff in a city this small. It was the nicest hotel I stayed for my 3 week road trip. The day I went to Nogales all the tourist and places of interest were closed. Guess I will have to come back (tee hee)

On a business trip to Nogales, MX. This Hotel is conviently located next to Nogales,Mx border crossing 2Mi. Hotel has large, clean rooms and the place is clean all over. They take great pride in there service and all staff are friendly and informed.

Every time we stay it's like coming home. It's always nice to see the staff welcome us in as if it's like our own home. Everything is so clean and comfortable. It's great to have the business centre - clean hot tube out side and with waking up to a wonderful breakfast every morning...Thank you Staff once again.

Pleasantly surprised nice quiet room and friendly staff. The room was large and very comfortable. Breakfast buffet was hot and decent. When I checked in the front desk service was excellent giving me a good rate and quick service after a long drive. Just what I needed prior to heading to Mexico.

Stayed here one night based , again , purely on TA reviews. Rooms seemed a little bigger than normal Best Westerns. Very well cared for property. Clean rooms, comfortable bedding. Friendly staff on check in & out. What more can one ask for in Nogales. Make a reservation as others know this place is well located & good value for the price. With summer coming I'd see if you can get a room on the east side of the hotel , even numbered rooms as I recall.

We would love to express our greatest experience in this lovely Hotel, The Best Western Sonora Inn. From the minute we walked in the front door there was a lovely welcoming. This is top of our list! We had left on our way then hours later got into a motor vehicle accent that sent us to emergency at Holly Cross that evening. After 6hrs at the hospital not knowing what Will happen next from the fear of shock of this accident . We got released that night and we called The Best Western Sonora Inn and told them our story, we where welcomed back with out a hesitation. We did our healing there and all the business that was needed to get done. It was so nice to be able to soak-in hot in the process of healing. Have to say it was lovely to wake up every morning to smell fresh brewed coffee and breakfast ready for you every morning! We give 100% The room and cleaning crew where always immaculate. 100% Spending 3 weeks there and being able to cook our Own food on the BBQ was so nice! We want to thank all the staff and owners for this experience! You had made our stay more then comfortable. I completed my check in for this hotel via the smartphone app, Arrived the next day to find a new looking hotel located at the end of street, with a Carls Jr, Sports Bar, and Gas station for neighbors. I'm there for work and needed to get some equipment repaired. Walked in to be greeted by the amazing Patty. Small talked a little with her and asked for places to get equipment repaired...she got on the phone and within 3 minutes had me a name, address, phone number of where to get repairs done quick. Saved me a ton of time. Finished check in and went up to the room. NICE. CLEAN. Smelled great. Had a bathroom fan that worked. Window opened for a nice cool breeze. I stayed for three or four nights and encountered two other very helpful hostesses, Ivonne and Alma. I was always greeted with a smile and 'how was your day', The room always stayed clean, and the hotel ... well...lets shorten this up.. Perfect. I will stay there again as long as Patty, Ivonne, and Alma are there to take care of things. ...Best hotel in Nogales!

We have been very comfortable staying here in our stay with period we stayed over the 7 days ...We got hit in our truck and had been taken to the hopspital after the Truck accendent, BW welcome us like a home away from home...Our stay has very pleasant and staff here has been incredible! It;s been so comfortable for us. I would like to say thank you very much and I/we put you at the top of our list of palces to stay. When we travel through again we will be happy to see you again. I only wished the pool was heated!

Very Nice Hotel. Stayed 2 nights on business and was pleasantly surprised at how clean it is. Very comfortable bed and good breakfast. It is about 3 minutes to the border and right next to a Carl Jr's. Lots of shopping wishing 5 minutes. Would definitely stay again.

This is the premier hotel in the Nogales area. I have stayed in only one other and it did not compare. The General Manager, Nina and owners Tom and Manu, insist on the staff providing an top shelf stay in the Nogales area. My suggestion is that if you need a hotel within the Nogales area, try this one.

The manager and all the staff bent over backwards to make our two week stay as present and effective as possible. I will stay here any time I come back. Tom, the GM, really knows how to support and take care of a large group of soldiers!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This hotel sets the standard for travel. Rooms are amazing and the staff goes way above the call of duty. The truly know the definition of customer service. Attitude reflects leadership and Tom the GM is amazing. Will be back for sure.

I had business in Nogales Mexico and was looking for a good hotel to stay on the U.S. side of the boarder. This Best Western is right off the Interstate and a short drive from the boarder. Friendly staff, clean comfortable beds and the breakfast was standard self serve stuff which was ok :)

Went to Nogales to do a little shopping. Border crossing was easy both ways. Just not as many shops open. Selection was nice tho and picked up some nice tequila Spent the night at this hotel and found it to be pleasant and quiet. Bed was great. Breakfast was great too. Highly recommend

We stay at the Best Western chain most times when we travel through the USA and Canada. The over all quality of the hotels and the staff has made us regular customers. Excellent value. We recommend the Best Western family of hotels for business or pleasure.

Very nice facility, conveniently located to the border crossing to Mexico and Highway 15 running south to Hermosillo, Ciudad Obregon, Culiacan and Mazatlan, Sinaloa. Rooms are spacious, with higher-than-average ceilings, and are furnished in a nice, contemporary style. Pool has an adjoining hot tub/spa.

I was in town on business and was impressed with the quality of the room, the air con worked great and the décor was very comfortable, staff was friendly and breakfast was presented nicely. Its a very busy area, a Circle K and Carl's Jr just across the street but noise was not a factor. Would highly recommend.

This was a very clean upscale hotel located near all restaurants and shopping areas. The rooms were very nice and the maid service was outstanding. Breakfast was more than a continental menu. The employees were soo nice and very informative about all of the area locations. I would recommend this hotel to everyone, they have a very modern up to date workout facility, laundry room, and an outdoor pool with a very large gas grill.

Excellent service, warm and welcoming staff. Best Western team worked to make sure my stay was comfortable and the best experience possilbe.My room was clean and spacious. It offered all I needed for an extended stay with fast and dependable internet service. The laundry room on site was clean and affordable. The pool area was just the right spot to relax after my meetings. Staff was knowledgable of area and made great recommendations for meals and lesiure activies. The Sonora room was set up for our meetings each morning. The meeting room was cleaned and our needs attended to in a prompt and gracious manner. The service was outstanding all round.

This a newer hotel that is tastefully painted and decorated; not the usual bland off-white walls and decor. The second floor room and bathroom were surprisingly spacious, with a granite countertop and large mirrors. The breakfast items were enjoyable and well presented. The staff was friendly, courteous, and helpful.

Me & some co-workers went on a business trip an stayed at this hotel. It was very very clean an the room was great. The lady at the front desk was very helpful & kind. Told us all the good places to eat.It had a nice hot breakfast every morning. It was a great location. I would stay here again for sure.

I like the hotel overall, but the internet cut out on me, and I really needed it. A mission trip is almost like a business trip. The internet is vital. The bird poop in the pool could be enough to make me look elsewhere next time.

I love to stay at the Nogales Best Western for my business trips. The rooms are always clean to my liking and the beds are so comfortable. I can enjoy peace and quietness in the evenings. During my last stay, I forgot my toothbrush and when I went to the front desk to ask if they had one the staff handed it to me right away. Very friendly staff.

Overall good. Some breakfast item hard like bread and bacon very greasy > the swimming pool hours should be extented. the outside door hour should be able to go back inside until midnight at least some people dont want to been seen by anyone. Messes up privacy

I highly recommend staying at the Best Western - Nogales Arizona hotel. The room was very spacious, the free breakfast very diverse, plenty of free parking, nice pool and located next to a great restaurant - Roosters with wonderful and friendly staff.
