Best Western Longview

In my experience in, Longview's moderately priced hotels are sub - par; but this one is great. I had contact with all three shifts at the desk and all were friendly, competent, and helpful. The guest room very clean and everything amenity one expects was there,

Rolled in around 3am desperate for a clean place to stop. Best Western Longview did NOT disappoint! Room was spacious and clean (although the sofa was a wee smidge iffy) Night staff was courteous and friendly. Hotel itself is no frills and could use some modernizing, but don't let that deter you from staying here! Special shout out to house keeping who went to special efforts to get the bag we accidentally forgot back to us. Also super duper shout out to TK (?) who was the morning clerk when we checked out. Amazingly friendly, and overall seems like a truly lovely person! Thanks, Best Western for being a beacon in the dark!

I had a wonderful stay at this location. It was a last minute decision, but came out to be a great decision. I will definitely tell friends and family about this location and my wonderful stay. Thanks!

We were welcomed by the clerk and directed to our room. The room was large and clean and the hotel was very quiet. Everything worked well. Breakfast was the typical BW breakfast but also very good. We would stay there again.

This is a great hotel value. It has good size, clean rooms that are done daily. Breakfast, internet, and other amenities. Cleanliness is very important. This is a great value for the money paid. All around great stay.

Very clean with friendly staff. Always quick to help or answer any questions. Have stayed here numerous times and always a good experience. Will definitely stay here every time we come to Longview to see family.

We spent three night here recently. It was very clean, and the service was good. The price was excellent for what we got. Breakfast was not the biggest I've seen, but it was plenty adequate with hot food choices and other items. It's a bit noisy being on the front side on Friday and Saturday nights. Apparently the people with loud mufflers (if you can call them mufflers) iike to travel the loop until late making loud exhaust sounds. By Sunday night, that was pretty much non-existent. Get a room on the backside, and it should be better. There were plenty of cable stations on the TV, and there are an abundance of restaurants nearby. Some are walkable. Parking is a little odd, since it seems to be a shared lot situation with other businesses next door. We were there on the weekend and always found a spot in the front. Our only complaint about the place the sandpaper wash cloths -- great for exfoliation if you need it. We'd absolutely go back.

Staff was very nice and helpful upon check-in. Was able to grab a little breakfast that was out even though was before breakfast time. Waffle House was right next door along with a Texas Roadhouse. Overall nice place

My husband and I have visited Longview on business, at least 2 times. The stay has always been pleasant, quiet, and we slept like babies. The breakfast is wonderful, and "TK" the front desk staff has always shown great customer service, the old fashion way. We love it and will always select this location when visiting that area.

We had a great stay at this location. They were remodeling during our stay But it did not disturb us at all. There was no dust or noise, Breakfast was good—nothing fancy, but a nice selection and good coffee.

Noisy Hotel so now I have to come up with all these extra things in order for you to be able to post a minimum of 200 will I still have a couple more to go so I have to say this sucks the hotel was just noisy

worth the drive but have your coming and going directions figured out ahead of time I can only find 1 thing to criticize, no dumbells in the fitness room. Perfect cleaning and the room was perfect for 2. Parking sparse in front and on busy nights you would have to park in the back. breakfast was normal for a mid range hotel it was everything you should expect from a mid range hotel

This is a newer Best Western slightly tucked back on East Loop 281. It is right next door to a Waffle House restaurant and just steps away from a Texas Roadhouse Restaurant. The hotel also has an agreement with Roadhouse where guests can get a 10% discount on their meal. In Longview, Loop 281 is THE MAJOR commercial artery----convenient to all shopping, including the Mall. In regard to safety, the parking lot is well lit and no parking spaces are hidden from view.

I often, (almost always) stay at this location when I come to Longview. I choose it for the value and location. The front desk staff is an added bonus! Always polite and helpful. The breakfast is also very good.

We only stayed one night but were very pleased with the friendly staff and clean accommodations. The room smelled very fresh & light. It was spacious and pleasant. The location is within walking distance to restaurants which made it very convenient for dinner. We'll stay here again.

Friendly, helpful check-in staff. Baggage carts available. Cheap gas right across the street; many restaurant options close by. Third floor room right by ice and elevator. Clean; comfortable mattress; TV and internet worked well. Quiet. At breakfast mostly hard chairs, but one soft love seat. No ketchup, just hot sauce, but mandarin orange cups were nice. Very friendly housekeeper when I returned to look for item left behind; she found an important charging cable we hadn't even missed yet.

Overall the hotel is very nice, and clean. Ive stayed in other BW in the area and Longview BW is by far the best. Next to a waffle house, and TX roadhouse! TV line up is much better in Longview as well

Staff was fabulous! Gentleman at check in was so wonderful and informative of all things Longview!!! Room was clean and well appointed! Bedding was perfect! Breakfast included some “real” food and fruit, not just Continental Carbs! This is now my go to hotel in Longview!!!

This hotel has some mileage, but the room was very comfortable. Front desk personnel were knowledgeable and that made checking in/out quick and accurate. Bed was very comfortable. Only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that the room had some signs of age without easy fixes (i.e. filling in missing grout in tile, etc.).

Breakfast could be better but there is a Waffle House right next door and a McDonald's down the street. Coffee was fresh and hot on the cold mornings. Staff was friendly and helpful with everything! My room was ready on time, very clean and comfy.

Excellent front desk. Knew I was traveling alone and gave me the best room available. Felt very safe as if they were looking out for me. Super clean room with plenty of room. King bed with fold out couch. Front desk was very attentive and super nice. Will stay again & everytime I'm in Longview Texas

My oldest sister passed suddenly this year, and I had to travel through Longview, TX on the way to her funeral. Ever hotel I called in the area was booked except for one room at Best Western. I was treated with such kindness and care by Briana. Her expert customer service made me cry because she took the time to smile and treat me like a family member. I will never forget her kindness and the care she took to make sure that my family and I had everything we needed in our room. She even made us a fresh pot of coffee because I need a cup of coffee before I go to bed. Briana you are the best!!!

This hotel is clean and the staff is amazing. It is the perfect spot for a relaxing weekend. The pool was clean and had a nice waterfall feature. The staff is kind and helpful. We enjoyed a staycation here as an end of summer getaway. I highly recommend this Best Western.

This Best Western was a last minute stop-over for us. We were nicely surprised as it was convenient to restaurants (and you get a discount for staying there, at a couple of them!), gas stations, etc., It was clean, comfy & the staff was very nice/accommodating. The to-go type foods were good (COVID limitations) for breakfast.

A relative recommended this hotel. It was clean and conveniently located to restaurants, WalMart, and Target. The high school (my alma mater) is within walking distance. I walked the track around the football field along with others. Breakfast is as expected (considering post pandemic) - fruit, packaged breakfast foods, hot coffee (yay!), etc. The area was clean and neatly displayed.

Excellent stay at Best Western. Clean room, helpful and polite staff. Great location. We like to stay in a particular room and they always look to see if it's available for us. Will stay here again in the future.

We were traveling in the area for a couple of days for leisure and could not have picked a better place to stay. The hotel was very clean which is especially important these days and Brianna at the desk was so warm and welcoming to us. When asked she gave us several recommendations for local restaurants and a coffee shop other than Starbucks and all were very good.

This is the finest Best Western Hotel I have stayed in so far. The room was spotlessly clean and had the feeling of a studio apartment. Courteous front desk staff that made check in and out uncomplicated.

This was our first time to stay at the Longview Best Western. We found it to be very clean, quiet, and nice. The staff was very friendly and took care of us quickly. We are already planning our next stay here.

This Best Western was simply that, the best! Kind, cheerful, and helpful staff took care of any request that I had. The room was clean and spacious, and the breakfast was tasty. It is near several restaurants and the hotel is easy to find.

Upon arrival the check in clerk was very friendly. She signed me up for the rewards programs so I could begin to earn points and save an extra 10%. I requested an accessible room and the bathroom was huge with grab bars and a seat in the shower, very nice. The room was comfortable, the beds could have sat up a little higher and there could have been plugs in the light switches by the night stand to charge phones. This isnt anything negative, we just unplugged the clock to access the one plug behind the nightstand. The breakfast was good and hot and enjoyable. There is no shortage of places to eat . There was a waffle house and Texas Roadhouse you could literally walk to. This hotel is in an excellent location with mutlple dining options, walmart, target and sams club all down the street. I woiuld definitley stay again.

Very well managed property. Friendly, helpful staff. Overall great value. Very convenient location on the 281 Loop. Nice amenities including business center, pool, fitness room and free hot breakfast. WELL worth the price!

Nice pleasent stay I enjoyed it alot. Very quiet and plus lots of convince in the area. Everything is absolutely close by including Walmart an a couple of shopping centers including the mall. Plenty of places to eat

Excellent location and great service. The staff was very helpful and the breakfast served was great. This is the only place to stay for us in Longview, Texas. We would highly recommend this place for either business or pleasure.

I stayed three nights at this Longview location, the day after I checked in my room was never cleaned, and I was away from the room all day until about 8:30 that evening. I went down the the front desk to get a replenishment of coffee for my in room single cup coffeemaker, and told them my room was not cleaned, he didn't even ask what room number or show any interest, just got me the coffee. It was cleaned the next day. I saw probably 4 different front desk personnel during my coming and going during my stay.....there was not a single time I was greeted, at all. Not even on arrival, I walked up to the desk and he finally looked up and was like, “oh, can I help you?” Not hospitable for a hospitality establishment. The door behind the front desk was left open into what looks to be storage area with large wash sinks, mops, etc, was a very unsightly view for the guests. Unavoidable to see, it was right behind the front desk. The room overall was okay for the price, it seemed clean and was comfortable. Nothing special about it at all, and nothing to make a guest feel appreciated for being there. I will look elsewhere for future trips to Longview,

Every time we go to Longview this is where we stay! Price is great and rooms are always clean! Nice staff. They try very hard to put the whole baseball group on the same floor!! Breakfast is good and they keep fresh coffee 24/7!!

Best western In Longview had excellent staff and excellent breakfast. Overall experience was great staff was just as friendly all month long. I only had one issue while I was there, a couple of my sodas were stolen by a cleaner. Not sure who. But they were cheap.

Hunter at front desk was great!! Very friendly and helpful. Room was basic and clean; bed comfy;extra towels provided upon request.check in and out was easy. Lady at food bar was rude, therefore I gave a 4. We would stay again, especially for the deal on internet booked a couple of hours before we got there

We were very pleased with this location. The areas are clean, well lit, and appealing. Linens, bathrooms, beds, and guest rooms are qood quality. The breakfast is standard fare. Nothing outstanding and adequate for a quick bite before resuming travels.

We selected this location due to the reviews. We were pleased that we took the time to read them and followed recommendations. Rooms were clean. Professional and friendly staff. Great breakfast. Great value for price. Planning additional stays.

This hotel appears to be well maintained and the staff were very helpful. Good location and price. When my wife tried to use the wall mounted hair dryer in the room, it didn't work. She called the front desk and within 5-10 minutes they brought up a working hair dryer. When we came back to the room that night the defective wall mounted unit had been replaced with a working version. That's good service.

An exceptionally nice BW, the breakfast area was clean and the food was kept replenished. The young lady working the breakfast area was also working the desk and was smiling the whole time. Amanda was someone this hotel can be proud of.

perfect room. Nothing to report ! good location but it is hard to find and quite a ways from the interstate. breakfast was as good as you can do without a food service license a little more than I like to pay but I gave it a 5 and it was FULL

The hotel overall was extremely clean and comfortable. There are many great dining options in the immediate area (walking distance). Beds were very comfortable. We will definitely stay at this hotel again when we are in that area.

My wife and I have stayed at this BW many times in the past several years. We have found that in our opinion it is the best place in Longview, Texas. We have always found the rooms to be very clean and the staff at BW has always been very friendly and helpful.

The trip to Longview was to watch my niece in the 4A UIL Band Competition. We stayed just the one night but the hotel was in a perfect location, being just down the road from the high school and close to quite a few restaurants. Would stay again!

The room was very clean and spacious.. will definelty be back. Friendly customer sevice. My husband wasnt much for the breakfast but there is a Waffle house right next door. Walmart close by also along with other restraunts.

Read reviews and decided to try it. Check in was awesome and I got upgraded. The room was great. Clean, roomy, freshly renovated. The only thing keeping it from a 5 star was the fact it was right around the corner from checkin. The elevator, ice machine, and breakfast area was right outside. Very noisy. I would definitely stay there again, just not in that area.

I stayed here for one night while traveling through for work. Having stayed at many hotels for work, this was probably the most average hotel I have stayed in a while. There was nothing to complain about, but nothing to really brag about either. The décor was a little dated and the furniture was very "hotel" like furniture. The staff was friendly and the hotel was clean and quite. I did partake in the breakfast, which again was good, but standard hotel fare. The only real drawback I had with this location was the lack of USB ports. Everything I own charges on a USB port and there were none to be found in the hotel. Overall I would stay here again, but I would bring a charger.

This is the only place I now stay when I am in Longview. Great people, clean rooms and very comfortable beds. Breakfast was hot and plentiful. Could use a few additional tv channels, but other than that you won't go wrong staying here!!

Hunter is just wonderful at the front desk. Also Caydee is a sweetheart. Breakfast is always amazing.They keep the cookies and fresh lemon water out. Very kind people all around. The room cleaners are wonderful as well keep the rooms very clean. The maintenance man is very kind and fixed our sink.

We stayed here for 10 days while visiting family. We encountered a certain situation that was handled quickly by Robert the day time staff manager. We were transferred to a new room with Robert personally assisting us. the beds are super comfortable but pillows a bit to soft and to small. Breakfast a little to repetitive but with us being there for 10 days do not expect 10 days of different meals. Bacon would of been nice.

I have stayed at this location many times. The staff is very helpful and the rooms have been well taken care of. The beds are very comfortable. The breakfast area has always been clean and you can get plenty to eat.

The staff was excellent from check-in to check-out. Room looked and smelled very clean. Bed was comfortable. We enjoyed the hot breakfast and coffee/hot tea always available. Would stay again at this location.

Great, clean, convenient place to stay. One of the few hotels with a no pet policy which is great for those of us with pet allergies. This has become our place when visiting Longview. Traveling on the road, good place for a nights rest. The beds were somewhat soft and average. The room was clean and the staff was very nice. There was a power outage during our doing laundry. The front desk associate was very helpful with our decision to take our wet-laundry with us, since we did not know when the power would come back on. She refunded our money for one wash and one dry cycle. The power came back on and we were able to finish the laundry and get on the road as planned.

Very good hotel always is at best westerns. Never have any problems with them. Staff is always friendly and courtious. Accamodations are excellent. They are usually always located by good eateries too!

Helpful, friendly, knowledgeable staff in a comfortable convenient venue. I have stayed here on business for the last three years and have never been disappointed. The location is well situated for access to restaurants and shopping.

The rooms were clean, staff very friendly, comfy bed, pillows were soft and they had bacon for breakfast...the best experience. The clerk went out if his way to check on my points and make sure I was able to retrieve for future stay and savings

Our room was lovely, the breakfasts were good and plentiful, very quiet and pleasant stay. Located close to everything and anything you could possibly need within a couple blocks, so minimal travel involved. Conveniently located near our brother and his family, as well. We'll be back!

It is right in the middle of things. It is small, very clean and we met 4 of the front desk staff. Each one was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good. The beds were comfortable. Some of the rooms are set up for the hearing impaired. The price was right. When we return to Longview, we will try to stay here again.

This Best Western was great. Breakfast was wonderful there was plenty of it and all of it was hot. The grounds were well kept. The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean. The staff was very helpful.

We arrived past 1 am, were quickly checked in, and even had a luggage cart available to carry all our stuff that we had for an event the next day. The room was SO spacious, no trouble finding places to store said stuff without tripping over it. Excellent bed and bedding, good toiletries, and QUIET! We usually stay in B&Bs, but this was a one night only, it was hotel time. The breakfast was wonderful and plenty of it. I was thoroughly pleased, and if ever in Longview again, I'll definitely choose this Best Western!!

The overall stay was pretty good. Helpful, nice staff. Rooms were clean and nicely decorated. Things were stocked. The only setbacks were the bathtub is just smaller than average and the fitness center is not fully and functionally equipped.

This hotel is clean and quiet with a very good staff. The room was very clean with a comfortable bed and large TV. Good water pressure in the shower. It is close to lots of restaurants and shopping. The breakfast could use an upgrade

I've been here twice now. Still clean. Still courteous. Still good breakfast. I don't see why this hotel can't be my family's go to hotel. Spacious room and bathroom. Mini fridge and microwave were spotless. Carpet didn't feel grimy.

The hotel is impeccably clean, the beds are comfortable, the hotel is close to restaurants and other amenities. The only drawback I encountered was the smoker right at the outside entrance to the hotel as I was checking in. I regret that the hotel staff did not ask him to move away from the entrance. When checking into a non-smoking hotel, guests should not have to walk through a cloud of cigarette smoke at the entrance.

The hotel is located in a perfect place. There are plenty of different stores and restaurants right off highway 281. I really love Longview. There are 2 restaurants within walking distances from the hotel. Everyone is so nice at the hotel.

The staff was very friendly and helpful with getting us 2 rooms next to each other. They helped with getting the vouchers taken off of the bill. Breakfast was just enough to get the day going since we were on our way to a family event.

I have stayed at this Hotel before and will continue to stay here everytime I'm in the area. The rooms are very clean and quite. there are so many restraunts in the area. anything you want to eat is in the area. Everytime I stay here there is a new restraunt that has opened. The people in this Hotel are GREAT!! very freindly and helpful.

Great location, great prices, and good service. Only reason I didn't give it a excellent rating was because I'm a rewards elite member and they are supposed to offer you a special gift at check in, and wasn't offered anything. Breakfast was mediocre.

Excellent Place to stay when you are away from home. I would stay here again anytime. I found that everything was in good order and was treated very well by the staff both at night and in the morning hours.

We were in Longview to celebrate our twin grandbabies 4th birthday. Even though there are new hotels in Longview, we always stay at Longview Best Western. Check in and out was easy. Our room was very clean to include the bathroom. The breakfast was good. Hotel is very clean. Staff is friendly

This is the second time this year I've stayed here this time I stayed Sept 30-oct 2nd this is a very nice hotel friendly staff caters to your every need the breakfast is good your centrally located to every thing I had a problem with my room when I first got there but was quickly taken care of thank you best western for another great stay in longview

Road trip and stopped in Texas at 5am. Didn't have a reservation so I got a room a decent price considering the location of the hotel. It's near a lot of restaurants and the mall it's just about a mile away. The staff was amazing very kind and friendly. I'm rating it a 3 because the gym was had 2 options for exercise at best, the breakfast was too simple and the eating area was too open. Lastly the pool looks like a hot tub and not private at all (nothing like going for a dip in the "pool" and having the guy sitting in the restaurant next door staring at you from the table he is sitting at)

First time here. Staff was informed and welcoming. Good location for all eating and shopping. Rooms are very nice, clean, and breakfast was okay. I would gladly stay there next trip for business and pleasure.

We ran into heavy storms heading west across Louisiana so were very glad to reach our overnight destination in Longview. This Best Western was everything it should be. Polite and welcoming staff. Nice & clean rooms, a good breakfast choice and a quiet location yet convenient to center and stores. There is a Waffle House and an excellent Texas Roadhouse just a few steps away. Great value and slept sound, thanks.

First and foremost I was very pleased with the staff and the hotel itself. Located off on of the main roads that go through Longview and easy access to several places to eat and shop. A must stay if you are in the area!

The rooms were clean and a nice size with a table/desk. The beds were comfortable. Staff were very accommodating and there were lots of choices for breakfast. The hotel wasn't too far from the Longview Balloon Festival.

I have stayed at several of the hotels in Longview. This is one that I will continue to stay at. Good Price, nice rooms, and great staff. Only one draw back and that is the pool is small and there is no hot tub. Traveling 48 weeks a year I like to relax in the pool or hot tub. But even though they don't have a hot tub I will still stay there again.

Rooms were nice, beds good... pillows too small, but otherwise, good location and a great stay. Centrally located, good area. Close to food and shopping... very convenient. Staff very friendly, breakfast is very good... no complaints.. 2nd time I've stayed with them. Definitely recommend.

Stayed three nights four days. Nice and clean. Had everything I needed for my stay. Breakfast limited but hit the spot. Staff really nice and helpful. Had a rental car but could walk to restaurants. Will be back.

Great location, a good variety of dining within walking. The room was very comfortable and room darkening window treatments were great! Breakfast area was very nice and of course we enjoyed the free wifi.

Everyone of the staff was helpful and considerate of our situation- we were in Longview to attend to medical matters for a family member, We will be back and will stay at this Best Western on future trips.

In Longview we had a tornado leaving thousands, including me, without power. It was hot and sticky and I needed a motel room. I called BW and got the LAST room and booked over the phone. Very happy!!!

Stayed here for just a few hours cause we checked in late and left early and really wished we could have stayed longer...the beds were so comfortable and the Hotel is beautiful. Wished the property was closer to Interstate 20 but that wasn't a deal breaker when you are a loyal Best Western traveler.

We were In Longview for the LeTourneau University graduation and our stay at Best Western was pretty good other than trouble with the internet service and the juice machine having cranberry juice on it but dispensing water.

Room was very clean, bed was extremely comfortable. Staff were very friendly and Breakfast next morning was hot and had excellent selection. The location was easy to drive into and out plus excellent restaurants nearby. Room was quiet at night with no trouble from neighboring rooms.

I have stayed at the Best Western in Longview, Texas (on the loop) many times and everytime has been great! The staff there is so considerate. My reservations are always correct, my room beautiful and clean and check out is easy as check in. I will continue staying here when needed.

We only stopped here for one night on our road trip, but this hotel was fantastic and we would have been very comfortable to stay here for a longer visit. All of the staff we encountered were super polite, helpful, and friendly. The room itself had high ceilings, a little tucked-in corner area with a refrigerator, coffee maker, and microwave, a sofa seating area, and a large, comfortable bed. The room and overall property were exceptionally clean. Breakfast was the usual fare, with a nice variety. In addition, there were several restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. We did not notice this until after the fact, but they also offer discounts to a few of them so be sure to check at the front desk if going out to dinner nearby. Overall this seemed like a very well-run property, and we would not hesitate to stay here again or recommend it.

It has been well over a year since I've come to this hotel. I expected it to be a little more rundown because of time. On the contrary. Our room was spotless clean, well-maintained and cleaned perfectly each day. Most importantly they had the same staff from two years ago and they are all excellent including Tad, and Scott. Congratulations to management for keeping such a good staff and a well-maintained hotel.

The Best Westerns I have stayed at in the past were run down and dirty. Not this one! The room was very large, very clean and very modern decor. The bed was super comfy. The bathroom was beautiful and clean. The location is GREAT. Breakfast was good and employees were nice. We didn't need or use any amenities, so no comments there. Great price, great hotel!

I stayed at the Longview Best Western for a visit with friends for the night. The room was clean and I enjoyed my stay would offer it to anyone coming to Longview. Did not get the opportunity to eat breakfast

Great value. Hot breakfast, comfortable beds, very quiet, excellent service. Three night stay was under 230 with AAA. Highly recommended as it was also extremely convenient, walking distance to 3 great restaurants and an all night Waffle House. Very safe parking.5 stars

This was a wonderful hotel. It is well kept, with a caring staff. I thought it was a relatively new hotel, but found out it was several years old. Ownership takes cleanliness and a caring staff seriously.

Good, clean, convenient place to stay. One of the few hotels with a no pet policy which is great for those of us with pet allergies. This has become our place when visiting Longview. Parking can be a challenge with shares parking with restaurants on either side.

Bad weather forced a change in our plans so we popped in this hotel without a reservation. The desk clerk quickly accommodated us with a clean and quiet room for two nights. The hotel is centrally located to just about anything you might need. We felt that for the money it would be hard to find similar accommodations. I particularly enjoyed the 6 mile (paved and wide) walking trail at Paul Boorman Park which is within a 10 minute drive from the hotel. A very reasonable spot to stay if you lay over in Longview.

We always stay at this hotel when we visit Longview. It was time for the twins third birthday. Greeted warmly. Room was clean and nice. Breakfast was good. Parking was not an issue. Check out was painless. We will definitely stay there again

Second time I have stayed at this hotel location. Easy location to get in an out of and offer great prices and hot food for their breakfast. Very accommodating for my late arrival and all the staff was very pleasant and was ready available to assist. Next time in Longview, will stay there again.

Great hotel! Friendly staff... Close to food and shopping. Only complaint was a squeaky air conditioner.. Otherwise, very affordable, clean. Would definitely recommend!!! The desk staff was also helpful with directions and any questions.

All aspects of this hotel experience were excellent! Hot shower, comfy bed, quiet atmosphere. Reasonable cost for travel.(it would even have been a good value without the free breakfast!) I highly recommend this hotel for those visiting Longview.

I spent 4 nights staying at the Best Western while I was in the region on business. The hotel was easy to find and had adequate parking. The check in was smooth and desk clerk friendly. My room was on the second floor. I'm not sure if the hotel is relatively new or if it had been recently renovated, but the room was quite nicely appointed and modern. The A/C worked fine. It was very quiet and I had an enjoyable stay. They have a small outside pool but I didn't have the opportunity to try it as the weather was poor.

Don't consider staying anywhere else in Longview, Texas. The hotel staff is professional, polite, and helpful. The rooms are clean in every way. The hotel is staffed, issues dealt with and lots of good amenities. Internet, fitness room, and breakfast.

Hubby and I stayed here several times. It has become one of our stops when we travel to see his family in Illinois. The lobby and rooms are clean. The breakfast area is always clean and the food is good. We also use this location to visit friends living near by.

Stayed at this hotel for some days at Longview. Its a cheap neat hotel. Good wifi service, good breackfast. Rooms are good and beds comfortable. I think its a good value. Near restaurants and shops. A great place to stay

There were things that I was not exactly impressed with. The pool is not much bigger than a hot tub and gets cloudy very quickly (I wouldn't even get in it). The breakfast could use a makeover but there is a clean Waffle House at the edge of the parking lot so if you don't mind paying for you breakfast then it is not a big deal. The microwaves in the room work great and so do the fridges. Overall it was a very clean and comfortable stay and would stay again if in the area.

Very nice hotel. Extraordinary value. Will definitely stay again. The breakfast was fresh and stocked well. Rooms were nice and clean. The rooms were large, which is nice when you have kids. It was nice to have a fridge and microwave. The location was good, close to restaurants and it easy to get on and off the highway. We had stayed here before and we will stay again. The staff is always friendly and kind and very helpful.

Very nice stop. Walking distance to Texas Roadhouse and Waffle House. Very clean room. Wonderful breakfast choices and everything was very fresh. Good coffee too! Also close to shopping mall and was easy to find. Would choose again next trip to Texas.

It was excellent service. The staff was wonderful, caring and very helpful . The hotel was clean and very nice. It was a great location to everything. Very pleasant lobby . Everyone would hang out and visit. The Pool is clean and nice. It is small but very clean. The breakfast was good. The waffles were shaped like the state of Texas. They were really great. We were all very happy and pleased with our stay. We were there 6 days and everyday was excellent service. The rooms were nice and cool and very well cared for. It was a great stay.

Stayed here twice on our trip. Both visits were good. Staff was pleasant. Room was good with decent bathroom size. Best of all this Best Western shares a parking lot with Texas Roadhouse, Genghis Grill and for your budget Waffle House. The location on the "Loop" is also convenient to many other places. This is our current favorite Best Western. Also a good breakfast.

The rooms are clean, bed very comfortable. There are several places like a mall and eateries close by. Very easy to get to. The staff is very nice and helpful. They greet you with a smile, and they even have a sense of humor.

The amenities were what you would expect but the staff had great attitudes. The breakfast was fine, the room was fairly standard but everything worked right, and the employees were very helpful. We stayed overnight while visiting family and the hotel was exactly what we needed. I would definitely stay here again.

good location.....met our expectations...only MINOR negative was a slow running sink....just a annoyance..was an overnight stop on the way to the East Coast. We would definitely stay again probably on our return West

Hotel was very clean and in a great location. Recommend highly. We only stayed one night as we were visiting relatives. Check-in was easy and the room was nice. Everything was as expected. Breakfast looked good but we decided to walk to the Waffle House which is in front of Hotel.

This hotel was clean with comfortable beds. The breakfast was good, but they could present more choice in meat; everyone don't eat sausage (pork). The staff were nice and very helpful. I will stay here again. I have already referred my son who is coming up here this weekend.

I just started staying at Best Western hotels. This one is tops. Very clean. Super customer satisfaction from the staff. Very clean. Easy in and out and the breakfast was great. A smaller hotel with plenty of parking. All kinds of restaurants nearby.

Hotel is very well kept. It is located right on the Loop in Longview. Easy access to whatever you need. Staff is friendly. The rooms are nice. The air conditioner works really good. The bed is like sleeping on a cloud. Which is pretty good for somebody who spends a lot of time on the road.. Breakfast is pretty good. You have other options within walking distance of the hotel. The Texas Road House is my personal favorite.

The quality and service were exactly what we expected that it should be. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the staff was helpful and caring. If we find ourselves back in Longview needing a room, we will definitely stay here again.

Just checked in and got settled. Amazing first impression. Mary at the front desk was friendly and accommodating after I explained I goofed on my reservation. Quiet and tucked away even the first floor rooms were quiet. The room. Very spacious and extremely clean! I have yet to find a flaw in the building so far. Pool was kind of small but again spotless. Even the towels (there were at least 5) were fresh smelling and neat. Decor is polished and updated. So far I'm so glad I took this chance. Microwave and microfridge and coffee pot in excellent condition. THANKS FOR MAKING THIS ONE NIGHT STAY BETTER THAN WE HOPED. ?

I have been staying at this hotel once a month for this past year, and it is by far the cleanest, friendliest, most reputable place I have stayed. The staff go above and beyond and I highly recommend it to anyone staying in town for business or having their family for a leisure trip.

Very convenient to nursing room that we have family members at. Use this motel when family member has multiple doctor appointments. Would like to have a later check-out time when the check-out is before or during a doctors appointment.

There is not a single thing that I could negative. This hotel was extraordinarily clean. The staff was simply wonderful. I will use this hotel over and over again. I am shocked that the price was so reasonable!

I've stayed here before and specifically chose to stay here again. Great hotel, especially for the cost. Same personable front desk staff as when I was here several months ago which is nice as well. Very clean and well-maintained hotel which is probably most important for me. Location is perfect if you just want to walk to a couple of eating places or an easy drive for even more variety.

We were in town for a memorial service and this was a convenient place to stay with restaurants in walking distance. It was quiet and we sleep well. The hotel staff were patient and took care find the right room for our needs.

Room and bathroom very clean, furnishings basic but up to date and in good condition, hallways were quiet. Several luggage carts available. Lots of restaurants nearby to chose from. Staff were reasonably nice. The pool is small but seemed clean. No problems.

This hotel is my go to when i'm in Longview. The rooms are always clean and the breakfast is usually pretty good. Walking distance from several restaurants makes it really convenient when I don't want to drive around looking for something to eat for dinner.

I HIGHLY recommend this hotel to anyone that is visiting the Longview area! It is clean, efficient and professional staff, and a great breakfast. I stay here every time I'm in town and have reserved my stay in advance. Great, great family owned hotel.

This hotel was great !!! Great location, shopping and food nearby. Very clean, modern facility, very friendly staff. Excellent breakfast and overall a great value. My only complaint and I mean only complaint, is the Wi-Fi was slow and inconsistent. Other than that, it was great hotel and I highly recommend it.

Rooms were clean and spacious. Convenient to everywhere you'd want to go around Longview and surrounding areas. Priced right for value on what's offered. Free breakfast with enough options for all. Only complaint --coffee needs much improvement. We've made this our place to stay whenever we are in town.

This was the better of many places we have stayed for any period of time. We would recommend staying here. The staff was great and very helpful while we were here. The breakfast was really good although after 6 days of having it here it became a little redundant. The variety was quite good . We had at least one of everything vailable over the time we stayed here.

My son and I were doing college campus visits in Tyler and Longview this last weekend. We decided to book this hotel since it was close to the university we planned on visiting the next day. The university and the hotel had an agreement on discounted rates. They also gave $5 back to the university which I thought was a nice gesture of their support. After a long day of walking around the campus in Tyler, we reached Longview. Check in was fast and easy and the front desk gentlemen was very welcoming and kind. The room and bathroom was very clean and the beds super comfy! We noticed there was 3 restaurants within walking distance of the hotel, and since we got a parking right in front of the reception doors, my son and I decided to walk over to the steakhouse for dinner. We got back to the hotel and went straight to bed. Woke up the next morning and felt re-energized and refreshed! Breakfast was simple, not many choices, but enjoyed a good cup of coffee!

Check in was painless, staff friendly, asked for and received same room we stay in every time. breakfast was good. room was very clean and quite. only drawback was parking as the hotel is surrounded by restaurants, but we managed. of course, we will stay there again

Best Western on the Loop in Longview, Texas can't be beat! Management is courteous, and on top of every need. Staff at the front desk were professional, kind, and very helpful. I needed to stay for four nights, so met both the day and night crew. They never failed to help me whenever I needed it. My room was perfect for a long stay (#104), and included a small sofa, desk, frig and microwave. Very comfortable. And last but not least -- I loved the shower! I'm on the road a lot, and will rate this hotel one of my favorites. A new home away from home!

We had just come from a couple of nights in a high-rise hotel in downtown Dallas. Our Best Western experience in Longview was superior in virtually every way. We were able to relax and enjoy the rest of our visit. The accommodations were clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and efficient.
