Good location, clean room and good breakfast. Some empty amenities like body wash and Kleenex but room clean and places to eat nearby.

Was on a business trip from Dallas to northern Colorado and stopped here to overnight. Clean, modern, and very comfortable beds, the only thing I could take issue with, especially for the business traveler, was SLOW Internet, speed tests consistently registered only 14 MBPS download speed and 14 MBPS upload. The breakfast was decent, would stop here again. There is still a great deal of inconsistency in the quality and experience at BW Blue properties (see my review for the horrible BW Blue in Dumas, Texas later in the week), but this property exemplified the best of BW Blue to be found. I would stay here again. The beds were great.

I gave it 4 stars because I think this hotel used to be a Microtel. Check-in was very pleasant. The rooms are much smaller than a Best Western room. The rooms were clean. Everything in the room worked. The hotel was very quiet for a good night's sleep. Breakfast was good. The place is safe.

Excellent customer service! Eric and Edward were so above and beyond. Made us feel appreciated and welcome. Would definitely stay here again.

We arrived late but had a good experience. Rooms met all our basic needs. Beds were comfortable. Front desk staff was friendly. Breakfast from 6-9 included some eggs and sausage as well as waffles.

TV did not work and management did nothing about it. Made for a long night because we couldn't watch TV or news.

Stayed here as we were headed to Victor CO and it was easy to access from I-70. There were several good things that others have noted, front desk was awesome, was fairly inexpensive, free breakfast is about what you would expect, parking was free, shower had good water pressure. In another post someone bragged about the comfortable beds, that is very subjective. For us, the bed was extremely firm, think take the pillows off the bed and lay on the floor firm so we did not care for them. This BW does not offer any king size beds though the rooms would fit them. The refrigerator was very small, sink was clogged and would barely drain which should have been noticed and identified by housekeeping. If in the area and need a place for the night, this is probably the best option, but they could easily do better.

our suite was inviting, comfortable and clean. The internet was reliable and easy to access. The staff was helpful and friendly. The breakfast was as expected, and the coffee a little better than the average hotel selection. We were disappointed that the Direct TV there did not allow us to access PBS stations, which are available.

The Hotel was very clean and everything worked perfectly. The Front Desk was very accommodating in meeting our needs with a clean room that had been free of pets. Good value for the stay - we require (2) rooms for our family because our daughter is in a wheel chair - a standard double queen room had plenty of room to hold my wife and two daughters. My son and I stayed in the other room.

No real problems at all. The hotel was clean and the room was pretty comfortable. They had what smelled like a good breakfast, but we chose the coffee shop across the street instead. The staff I dealt with were friendly and accommodating. Would stay here again if passing though the area.

Lobby was sleek & modern with several areas to comfortably gather. Smiling Ale at the front desk, friendly & efficient, was able to check me in early & cheerfully placed me in a downstairs room which I really appreciated. A standard double, the room appeared freshly painted, w/laminate flooring & new hardware in the bathroom. Fridge/micro & large wall mounted TV w/DirecTV programming. Cushioned window seat area provided additional space for suitcase, etc. Lots of easily accessible outlets for charging electronics. Generous supply of bright white towels, nice bed linens & fat, fluffy pillows. The bathroom was very clean but small w/limited counter space, although there was an open cabinet w/shelves above the toilet for misc toiletries. Not your typical BW, seems to have been another chain at some point and the layout reminded me of Microtel. I was surprised there was no alarm clock, but when I mentioned it, Ale brought me one. No in-room coffee but it was available in the breakfast area 24/7 via automated coffee/expresso/cappuccino. Continental was well tended by cheerful Maggie & featured all the standards: eggs, sausage, waffles, fresh fruit, cereal, muffins, bagels, toast, etc. There was not a covered area for you to drive under to load/unload luggage but there were automatic front doors & covered walkway. Still, if the weather was bad it would've been a deal breaker for me. Happily it was a sunny day & I slept well, tickled to have saved a few dollars without sacrificing essentials. Clean & comfortable, I'd happily stay here again :-).

The staff was very helpful. We were switched to another room when the refrigerator didn't work in the first one. The clerk also recommended a very good restaurant. I left a jacket and they were very helpful in getting it returned. We would stay here again.
