"Very accommodating and hospitable staff!"

The room was clean and quiet, the parking lot very well lit. The check-in was quick and easy. The staff was very caring and considerate. Excellent service. The mattress could have been more comfortable, but I have a really nice mattress at home, so this comment may be slightly unfair. Overall a good stay, I would stay here again the next time I need to be close to the airport early in the morning.

"Excellent service all round"

Very nice ladies on the front desk both at check-in and check out. Room clean and comfortable. I had a room at the front so there was some traffic noise. There appeared to be plenty of parking. Not much in the immediate area according to the shuttle bus driver. When arriving you need to call the hotel to tell them where you are for the shuttle bus (there a several numbered doors spread over about a quarter of a mile at the airport shuttle bus centre). I must have been very tired by this stage as I could not get the number to work either on my mobile phone or from a pay phone. Yes, still a couple of pay phones in the waiting area! I was fortunate that a lovely lady at the main BW reservation number called the hotel for me. The hotel phone worked fine – just me being thick though still not sure how. The shuttles to the airport are scheduled to leave on the half hour and you sign up for the time you want at the front desk. I believe the bus drops you back at the shuttle bus centre. However, the hotel got me a taxi the next morning and I was dropped at the check-in area for my airline. Very impressed with the service all round. Thank you.

"Unexpected Cancellation"

I would like to thank Maria the hotel manager and her front desk assistant Art for there kindness and professionalism. My flight cancelled due to weather related issues and I had to cancel under the 24 hour notice that is the requirement. Maria reimbursed me with no problem since I am a Diamond member. Both Maria and Art were so helpful in getting me back my funds. I recommend this location and will stay here again when I'm working back in the Chicago land area. Kim L./ Walworth WI

"all I want is a receipt...been lied to , no one answers my emails"

horrible customer service. Trying to finish expense report and just need copy of the receipt. it's been a week now. Front desk people lied to me and told me BW has a company wide policy that all receipts have to be requested by email to the General Manager. Ok, so sent the email on Tuesday, never got a response, sent another request yesterday, no response. Between Me and my accounting department we have called at least 4 times this week to speak to the GM only to be told every time that she is not in. Yesterday I was told she would be in on Saturday from 9am till 3pm. Front desk tells me she is out. NO ONE IS WILLING TO HELP ME. I book Bestwestern hotels all over the country , just called one in California and had NO PROBLEM getting a receipt with 1 simple quick phone call. Location in California told me there is NO company wide policy that receipts can only be requested by email. I book about 20 different hotels every week and NEVER EVER have I had a hotel jerk me around like this.

"BW+ Close, Clean, Reasonably Priced"

BW+ saved the day offering a clean, safe, and competitively priced hotel. The S. Mannheim Rd - same Road as O'Hare - is opposite most major hotels BUT when Chicago hotel occupancy rate approaches sold out due to a major convention it is nice to have a pleasant experience and not get gouged. After taking the shuttle bus to O'Hare and walking downstairs to the CTA to catch the Blue Line + Green Line to McCormick, the commute was a breeze and only costs $10. Save you Corporate cash, enjoy the City and take mass transit to a stay in a similar room to those offered in the Loop for 1/3 the price.

"Okay for a short stay"

My mother and I recently stayed here to save some money on hotels downtown. The hotel is basic as expected For the price . Our room had a fowl smell coming the toilet which in turn made the whole bathroom smell .. it was as if they mopped the floor with urine. Gross . Also our entire days we were there it was very noisy . Other than that the beds are comfortable and the staff is very nice. Breakfast isn't worth waking up for .

"Perfect One Night Layover IF You Allow Plenty of Time"

I was very happy with my room, which I needed for a one night layover before a flight mid morning the next day. Clean, comfortable, nice beds and pillows, very helpful staff. The evening desk clerk, Jessica, even fixed my tv (no sound, cable unplugged) quickly while I went out to walk over to Sonic Drive In for dinner. Morning desk clerk Monica also very helpful. If you have no car, be aware their O'Hare airport shuttle is only ONE van. It can take up to 30 minutes each way in traffic, so that means the van may only run 1X each hour. So expect delays (it may not leave on the hour as scheduled) and be sure to call the front desk to tell them you are waiting upon arrival at the airport so they can look for you. Also with no car, there is no restaurant close by. You can walk along a very busy street to get to a traffic light and can then cross, about 5 minutes away, to a White Castle, Sonic, or Starbucks. There is also a CVS Pharmacy at that intersection for minor grocery items. An alternative is to use the microwave and small mini refrigerator in the room. In the hotel lobby they sell a few items that you can microwave in your room. TV's are big and nice and new with plenty of good stations. Free breakfast had very limited seating but had basic items including cereals, juice (sort of weak and watery), and hot items like scrambled eggs, sausage, and potatoes. If I am not in a hurry, I would easily come back here in the future as the price is very competititve compared to the bigger closer-to-O'Hare hotels.

"Good hotel, well run"

Hotel is well run, friendly staff, information on the shuttle could be better since the taxi from the airport to the hotel was 30$. Otherwise a good stay and the breakfast is very comprehensive and they manage to make sure that everything is always available.

"Best Western Plus - Franklin Park Illinois"

I stayed here for 3 days while I was in Chicago to see the Cubs and White Sox. This is a no thrill motel. It is close to O'hare airport and they do offer a free shuttle from the airport to the motel and then back. However they do charge for shuttles to any local areas(restaurants, CTA or any where else) up to 10.00 each way. The breakfast is ok but not excellent. Staff and shuttle drivers where all very nice and accommodating. There are a few places to eat fairly close with in 1/2 mile and a lot within a mile. The road next to the motel is very busy and if you are on the road side there is some road noise. I found that if I wanted to walk to the shopping mall a mile away that if you walk one block behind the motel and then walk down the side street you can avoid the heavy traffic. There is a very nice little park right behind the motel.

Check in was easy , parking lot accessible , plenty of space. Room was clean and hotel was quiet.Would come back again.Didnt have breakfast because we came to the room late so we overslep. Chekout was really fast as well

Hotel facility itself was clean and my Room was clean as well but lacking some detail. Breakfast was typical and nothing out of the ordinary. Employees could be a little more friendlier as it felt very limited and very forced when attempting to engage in conversation. Rate was a little more than expected. Would choose this Hotel again as a second choice when in the area.

At this hotel was one of the best ones we have stayed at in a while. The location was great very close to many shops and restaurants plenty of places that deliver also very close to our job site. I would recommend this hotel to all people. The staff is very professional and knowledgeable of the area. There's also a shuttle driver I can take you to and from the airport. All services provided very helpful.

This hotel was very nice and the staff was very helpful my whole three days staying. The maids staff made sure my room was always stocked and clean. The breakfast was amazing there was eggs sausage yogurt cereal and fruit available every day. The whole hotel in general was great I highly recommend this location

I travel alot for work and this place's breakfast was more than muffins and coffee!!! I was happy to have a hot breakfast finally after 2 months of muffin breakfasts! The rooms are nice(ish) and the AC works wonders! The service is awesome and the maids are wonderful! None of them acted put out when I asked for extra supplies, very friendly.

I came on vacation and this hotel dis not disappoint. The rooms are extremely clean. The maid staff really pays attention to detail. The front desk was great especially Art. I enjoyed the local bars and shops.

My wife and I landed in pharr and our flight was delayed. The airport sent us to best western I. Franklin park. Very nice rooms. We got lucky and recieved a jacuzzi room. The breakfast is delicious. I was very satisfied

A routine, 3.5 hour flight from Portland to Chicago turns into an 8-hour grind, complete with a diversion to Milwaukee due to thunderstorms at O'Hare. We finally arrive at this hotel at 2am. I'm starved, and casually mention this to Cherry, the delightful, kind-hearted woman managing the front desk. In an instant, she leads me to the breakfast storage area and offers me a banana, an apple and hard boiled egg to tie me over until breakfast! I mean, who does this for a guest at 2am? Cherry the saint, that's who! (I needed a culinary metaphor for saint in the title) As for the hotel, it's a great Mannheim Road value for an over-nighter, either before or after a flight at O'hare. For specific good stuff, just check out the other positive reviews.

"Right on a main road"

The hotel is close to soo many stores and park. There is a casino near by and a huge shopping mall in the next town over. The front desk has many suggestions as well. The maid staff is soo freindly and great at their job

"Car broke down on the way to rockford "

Man car broke down on the way to rockford was comeing from river grove had to stop by and check the hotel out heard good things about it and dident think it was true because of the neighboredhood it was in but i check out a room and it was wonderful the rooms are so clean there no bugs or rats and it dont smell bad its smells so good i slept so good in that comfortable bed and had a good moring breakfest.

Our flight was cancelled due to the weather so we were stuck in ohare for the night. Airport accommodation are us up with this hotel. They were very quick to pick us up and had a nice room for us .. Then we had a free drop off back to the airport. If it wasn't for our great hotel stay, our day wouldve have been way worse. Thank you so much

The Jacuzzi room is amazing very spacious rooms clean the lobby is nicely decorated the hot continental breakfast in the morning was very filling they do have a pool but it's not open yet there are a lot of shops and places to eat they also have takeout menus there is a restaurant that they recommend that is very good

I decided to stay at the the best western plus hotel and it was an excellent choice! The breakfast was very good! I wished they served it all day like McDonalds does! The maids also cleaned my room very well everyday!

I travel a lot so my expectations for hotel are high. This hotel met my expectations and then more. The staff is great and they are so helpful. I did get lost in the airport but they walked me through to my pick up area and had their driver wait for me. I will most definitely come back to this hotel

I got a good price for my hotel room. The staff was very hopeful and kind. It was my first time in Chicago and it was a very positive experiance. Many sights and local shops in this area. My room was immpecable. And there are plenty of delivary places close by.

Free wifi and great breakfast. There is a snack area to pirchase chips and drinks. The staff always greeted me soo nicely and made sure my room was to my liking. Great customer service. The hallways are very neat and clean as well as the rooms. Thank you for a great stay

From check in to checkout great service. Our room was very clean and comfortable. They also have a restaurant close by that they will shuttle you to, or even deliver right to your room. We used the hotel shuttle to O'Hare Airport, which was very convenient. I would recommend this hotel to all.

This is a great hotel, everything you need is right here. They offer a nice breakfast bar, exceptional WiFi, and surprisingly quiet rooms. There is even a shuttle service to the airport. I really appreciate all of these amenities as it makes my traveling just that much easier. Definitely would recommend.

We stayed here by accident as were left by our connecting flight due to some technical problems in passport areas. We were so exhausted as we were back and forth in the airport with a toddler and had to spent 3 hours at the immigration. When we got into this hotel the receptionist was very and that he understood how tiring it was. Offered free water and made sure our stay was good. Breakfast was good too. Recommended.

My husband and I really enjoyed our time atthis hotel. It is close to the outket mall and they have easy access to the airport. The staff is soo nice and informative. They have their own parking lot so that was never an issue to find parking. There are also plenty of places to go eat around this hotel.

My whole experience was amazing at this best western plus. I was always greeted with a friendly smile and hello or welcome. The staff really knows the area well so I always had somewhere new to go explore. This hotel is so close to the city I was able to get an uber for cheap. The rooms are so clean and well kept. I love this hotel anytime I visit the Chicagoland area. The lobby is soo lovely and the breakfast area is very big. I like how this hotel is located on a busy street because there is a lot to do but the actual hotel is very quiet and pleasant. I recommend this hotel to anyone!

This is a really nice hotel with great breakfast and a free shuttle hotel to and from the hotel. It is not to far from the hotel and you can call the shuttle anytime. They also have really good breakfast available.

I always love stopping at the Best western In franklin park. The staff makes you feel sooo welcome and the breakfast gets a 10/10. The decor is soo modern and perfectly planned out. The rooms are always impeccable. I always call ahead to make my reservation because they book fast! Great hotel.

"Not a 5 star hotel, but perfect in its class"

Not a fancy place, stayed here on layover gone awry, staff members Art and Cherry made the layover as comfortable as possible, they were kind, knowledgeable,and efficient. Whoever manages the place is to be complimented as well for hiring people with natural customer service and friendliness; even the kitchen guy had lovely manners, offering fresh coffee and a donut at my 11pm arrival! The room itself was more spacious than anticipated and perfectly spotless with all appliances in working order. I've been to many a 4/5 star hotel with faulty remote controls or noisy air conditioners. No such annoyances here. The exterior of the hotel and lobby appear very dowdy, but the rooms are much more up to date in style. The cleanliness, friendly and knowledgeable staff (local food delivery after 2am, they can help) were a pleasant surprise.

The stay overall was pretty nice. The hotel staff was welcoming and friendly. Defiantly would consider another stay at this hotel. I did run into some problems during check in as our rooms were switched up but the problem was quickly solved by the hotel staff. Overall great stay at the hotel.

The Hotel looks just as beautiful as pictures show. Our room was super clean and comfortable. We just spend one night and a shuttle was organized for us to bring us to the Airport. And also the Restaurant and breakfast were delicious. We were also able to leave our car in their parking lot during the time we left Chicago. 100% request!

Our family arrived at Best Western at the last minute after a mishap at another hotel. The staff booked us a wonderful room immediately and went out if there way to make sure that we were comfortable and have everything we needed. My wife and I decided to go away for the weekend and this hotel was a great choice. The room was very clean and spacious. We enjoyed the jacuzzi in the room and the many local delivery options. The area has a lot of shopping malls and food locations. The maid staff was very swift clean and professional. I recommend this hotel for all families.

Checking in was easy. My room was impeccable. The best part was that it had a jacuzzi!The breakfast was great with a big spread.The area has a lot of places to go eat and shop. The staff was very professional and helpful with any questions I had.

This location is vert great. The breakfast is AMAZING! Its got wafflee sausage links and eggs juice coffe the works. The staff is soo professional and accommodating. Im here on business so i have a lot of work to do and i am able to connect to the wifi. They also have a computer in the lobby!

We stayed here during a snow storm before flying out from O'hare Airport. Great access to the airport from Mannheim Road. The breakfast offered a wide variety of hot food - scrambled eggs, tator tots, bacon, waffles, toast. Good fruit and juice selection. Our room had nice decor and was very clean. The price seemed more reasonable than those hotels tucked right by O'hare. Helpful staff.

Great value. Free parking. On a busy street but soundproofing was superb. Didn't hear a thing. Room was lovely and clean. Breakfast tasty and ample. Were there for family event so don't know how airport connections would work, but staff was very nice and well informed so I suspect that everything they do is done well.

Art the front desk clerk was very nice and did everything to make our stay very comfortable. Overall staff was great. Location not so much but I was there for training, I didn't care. Will definitely recommend this hotel to friends and families if they have to stay in the area.

I booked a king with a whirlpool tub, it was super nice and relaxing. The room was exceptionally spacious. The bed was really comfy and we slept great. My bf utilized the work out center which he said was really great. Definetly would stay again.

If you need a place very near ORD for business stay, this is a very good mid level choice, far below the cost of the big name chains but far better in quality than the cheap-o low end chains that have run down rooms. I recommend it as a nice mid range option.

the hotel looks newly renovated and clean. more importantly the staff was excellent with their service. it is great value for your money. the hotel also offers discounted parking while you fly. granting the location is not the closest to O hare (2 minute drive difference), it's all worth it for the price and service you get.

"Great location for Chicago"

This location is amazing. The staff is wonderful and very helpful. It is approximately 12 miles from Downtown Chicago and only about 2 miles from O'Hare Airport. I had a function at the Music Box Theater and I only had to navigate two streets to get where I wanted to be. The hotel is very clean. The room was amazing and the bed was very comfortable. I enjoyed my stay a great deal. I had a good nights sleep with not outside noise to keep me awake. I definitely would recommend this location to anyone wanting to visit Chicago without paying Downtown prices but getting Downtown quality. A perfect Stay!!!

"Ok stay in Chicago, close to airport"

Stayed here 2 nights whilst holidaying from Australia. We arrived by car, there was plenty of room to park Staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was nice, the bed was comfortable, it had a fridge and microwave. There was some street noise you could here in your room, being on a major road. There was nothing really close by, but we had a car so were able to drive to shops. We drove to the nearby train station and parked the car for the day (very cheap – only $1.50 all day, with plenty of spots) and went into Chicago city area by train to go sightseeing for the day. Breakfast wasn't outstanding but ok, a selection of hot and cold foods. Location was close to the airport. We were flying out to Canada early when we left, so this was one of the reasons for choosing to stay here.

"How to reach this hotel"

We booked this hotel for one night stay and I traveled from Madison to Chicago by Coach USA bus. The bus left me at terminal 1. From terminal 1 (departure level 1). So I had to come down (G level) to take the hotel shuttle bus. Since the bus will leave you on your right, you must cross the road and walk towards the Hilton hotel. All hotel shuttles start in front of this hotel door no. 2 (so just follow the Hotel Signage). It was late evening and I was also waiting for the shuttle as many others were also waiting. I left other shuttles which were having hotel name (Best Western but in Black). The shuttle with the name of the hotel (Best Western Plus...) in Red letters (which is a logo for this Best Western too and there was a huge rush to get on the bus, I also boarded the shuttle. Since I had already seen online that my hotel is only 12-13 min from the pickup point. So when this shuttle was running and running for more than 30 min, I realized something wrong, but I did not bother the driver in the night time. He took us to another hotel with an exact same name but in Glenview area. I told the driver that it is not my hotel and my hotel has same name and logo but different. He was annoyed and started lecturing me. Anyways it was my fault so I bribed him with 10 dollars to take me back to the same point from where he picked. Then finally he did and I reached to my destined hotel by another shuttle. It took me almost 90 mints, huge embarrassment and money too. So friends be careful and check twice before boarding the shuttle, even if there is a rush to get in. It is better to wait for another shuttle rather than getting on the wrong bus. What happened to me should not happen to others. The driver of this bus and the driver of my actual hotel both mentioned that I was not the first one, such incidences keep on happening between these two hotels. In fact, there are 5 hotels with the name of Best Westerns in Chicago, but you need to read between words.

My college age son stayed at this hotel before flying out of O'Hare. The owner and front desk were very accommodating in helping me coordinate his check in even though he didn't have my credit card with him! My son found the hotel to be wonderful. In particular, he found that there were lots of good options for breakfast. This says a lot coming from a vegetarian competitive runner.

I stayed in the hotel for just one night after a long flight from Europe. Shortly after entering the room a front desk receptionist called me asking if everything OK and if I have any concerns. I was not sure about my room noise level because it was facing busy road. She offered to move me to opposite (quieter) side of the hotel. I declined to change rooms because I was tired and hoped that road noise will not be an issue and it was not an issue at all. I slept so well. I was very impresses with a bed -the mattress was very comfortable and all bed linens were so nice like in 4-5 star hotel. I got very good sleep. In the morning I took a hotel shuttle back to airport and the lady driver was very helpful too. Thank you

The hotel is perfect if you just need to spend the night close to the airport. They have a shuttle service, good breakfast and the rooms are comfortable. It just close to (I guess) a railway passing because every hour during the night you hear a train loudly honking so bring earplugs!

Our complimentary shuttle to O'Hare was leaving at 5:30 am but even though breakfast wasn't suppose to start until 6, they had waffles, eggs, bacon, sausage, etc. ready for our family at 5am just so we got to eat! It was delicious and our 2 rooms were great.

This was my first time staying at Best Western. I chose it for the low price and proximity to airport. The rooms were ok and I didn't find any reason to complain. I grabbed coffee for breakfast, so I can't attest to the quality of the free breakfast. If you're luck enough to be serviced by Art, then consider yourself lucky. Her professionalism is contagious because the newer Associates equally reflect her example and patience. "Decent enough for the price "

Stayed for just one night, it was alright, nothing outstanding. Room was clean but everything seemed a Bit outdated. There were signs for a pool but when we called to ask about it we were told it was unavailable.. not sure what that means. Breakfast was decent enough. Manager was nice, she'd say hi and chat if you saw her in the hall. It did the job for what we needed - a quick overnight stay.

Affordable ok hotel near the airport. Shuttle service to o'hare airport. Rooms ok, kinda worn but clean. Bed was ok and room aircon was working but quite loud. I would not spend holiday here but as missed flight it was a place to crash.

"Ok but could be better"

The hotel was supposed to be renovated but besides the lobby/breakfast area and furniture in the rooms I didn't see anything else. The room was minimally clean. Some stained sheets that were cleaned but can't get the stains out it seems and weird stuff on the shower that had an ick factor along with some left over of someones hair. The halls were a bit dingy and dirty along with broken a/cs which the hotel cleaning staff was complaining about how hot is was. Had a nice refrigerator, microwave, and tv in the room. The weird thing was the light switches were in weird places. The bathroom light switch was on the outside of it and the light switch for the sink is literally in the closet. The breakfast was pretty good nice selection. If the staff would be trained in better cleanliness and maintenance was done it would help a lot. Been to quite a few Best Westerns and this one needs some help in the cleanliness and for sure maintenance. It was what it needed to be for one night.

"Worked perfect for our vacation"

I was pleasantly surprised when staying for one night before we flew out of O'Hare for our week in Mexico. Our room was nice, and the staff was great especially Art at the font desk and Tony who drives the airport shuttle. We stayed for one night, but we parked our car in the hotel lot for 7 additional nights for a great stay & park rate. I would recommend for anyone who needs a hotel when flying out of O'Hare.

Very friendly and helpful staff. It gave night us exactly what we needed, which was a quiet night of rest. The breakfast was also very good and gave us a lot of choices. The elevator gt oave us a little bit of trouble and we had to wait for the shuttle for a long time, but overall it was a satisfying experience

"Worst ever"

Pool doesn't work. Was told there was a shuttle at 230AM to find out that they couldn't do it so they were going to call a taxi to come get half of my group and come back for the other half... so I paid 40 for the park and fly and ended up spending 32 on Uber... told so many things and none of it delivered! ... beds are super squicky. Tried to charge me 25 bucks for a roll away AFTER explaining a bunch of probablems... hair and plastic bags in the shower...so gross! my wife will write a better/worse review than this...I could type way more but instead will be taking it up with a manager

Everything was excellent from the inside to the outside. The Desk Clerks were great. The morning Desk clerk was amazing much like Wonder Women, she was dealing with guests checking out and keeping the breakfast stocked. Beware of the Eggs and Sausage though they are disgusting.

This hotel is excellent for business trips. They have nice, comfortable, quiet and clean rooms. There are many restaurants with delivery or within walking distance. Their staff are friendly and very helpful. They provide an excellent shuttle transportation back and forth to O'Hare Airport.

"Great Price, Clean, Park & Fly Hotel"

The staff went the extra mile to ensure our comfort. The room was clean with plush bedding. The shuttle staff were friendly and efficient. There is a small fitness area that I was unable to use due to an early flight and the fitness center didn't open until 6:00 a.m. The staff accommodated our early flight with nourishment even though it wasn't scheduled to be served until 6:00 a.m. My only disappointment was that the pool was closed for repairs. Definitely would stay again. Cost efficient Park and Fly vs. Airport parking garage, parking lot.

I stayed here in business. I called ahead by about an hour or so. This amazing guy name Art promised to hold a room for me. I arrived and he greeted me with absolute above and beyond professionalism. He made sure my shuttle I needed the next day was scheduled. He also called my room about 10 minutes after I checked in to see if the room was everything I needed and was great. Being an Over The Road bus driver, I stay in a lot of hotels but, I haven't been treated with such amazing above and beyond service and professionalism in a very long time; and I've stayed at Hiltons and hotels of that stature. "Clean, but customer service poor"

I chose this hotel based on the photo shown at the time of booking. Room did NOT match; photo was of an upgraded room. Staff refused to give me the pictured room and refused any upgrade whatsoever. Price of booking dropped $35 the day after my booking and staff refused to match the price- considering the bait and switch, that seemed extra inflexible. Room was clean, but heat did not work unless turned up to 90. Could not fall asleep until 2am because I was freezing.

"Great Stop Over Hotel"

We arrived late after a 9 hour flight from Europe. The shuttle driver, Tony, arrived promptly after we called Jesus at the hotel to request pickup. Tony was friendly and for a short time helped lift our spirits and made us forget how tired we were. Jesus quickly checked us in upon our arrival at the hotel and we went to our clean, nicely appointed room. There was a single cup coffee maker, microwave, and refrigerator. Unfortunately we were too tired to enjoy the coffee or make use of the microwave. We had a room on the street side of the hotel which they say could be a little noisy, but if you're tired, you aren't going to notice. The room was a good size with 2 comfortable queen size beds and lots of pillows to snuggle in. The air conditioner ran fairly quietly and cooled the room well. The lavatory was separate from the toilet and shower. Again we didn't really have time to use these facilities but did notice nice fluffy white towels in the bathroom. As we prepared to leave at 4:30 AM, Cherry, the desk attendant, had breakfast ready as she knew many of the guests were leaving earlier than the usual 6 AM start time. Guests could dine on fresh waffles, scrambled eggs, sausage, ham, french toast, assorted pastries, fruit, juices, cold cereal, and fresh coffee. Lanny, the shuttle driver, quickly transported us to the airport and bid us farewell and safe travels. This isn't the Hilton or Waldorf but it is a great place to rest a weary body between flights. The staff is super great and ease the tensions of stressful air travel, or any travel.

Price was good but there was a lot of traffic noise, in addition to the noise, we had a king size bed and it was rock hard and the pillows were lumpy, during check out I wasn't offered how I would like to pay, I had wanted to pay cash but she had already ran my card and never even asked how our stay was or how I would like to pay.

I just stayed at this hotel over the weekend, I loved the whole time I was there. Jesus at the Front Desk was very helpful and friendly to me when I checked in the Friday night. The Airport shuttle came timely and didn't have any problems, the gentleman driver was very nice and helpful. My hotel room was very clean and comfortable especially the bathroom, and everything else was great. The morning breakfast was tasty and great especially the items from White Castle. I loved the Juice they had, the waffle maker they had and the other items they had to choose from. I will definitely be staying again at this hotel when I come to visit Chicago again soon. Hotel was average but...staff was excellent! Ray was very helpful during a stressful situation while traveling. Everyone else very helpful-they put breakfast out early for our early departure. Shuttle great right on time. Room reeked of cleaner, interior ok. Good place to stay if you need an overnight close to the airport. Really can't say enough about the staff.

"Fair price, car required"

I stayed here while business trip to Franklin Park. The price is fair and breakfast can be included. Breakfast contains serial, yogurt, scrambled eggs, bacon, minced meat mini stakes, a possibility to make wafer and toast bread... So pretty ok, just better not to expect a full continental breakfast, though. The hotel has indoor pool and a gym which I didn't have a chance to use, so unfortunately I'm not able to tell more than there are such. The rooms were tidy and quite big. Nothing fancy, yet nothing was missing either. The bed was great, not too soft but not too hard either. The pillows were great as well as were the towels. The shower was quite poor and it took a while to be able to get hot water (could be that that is the case in states in general though). The water pressure was not too great either even though I wasn't located on the top (4th) floor. The hotel has free Wireless LAN, but it's not secured, so please consider VPN or similar to ensure Your privacy. I also had some hard time with the WiFi, the connection got lost every now and then. It was working far better in the upper floors of the hotel, so I assume the antenna is somewhere there. Should You work from Your room, please have it from upper floors. In general this is a quiet hotel, although there were a lot of guests coming and going. My room didn't face the street, so the room was pretty quiet. The next room neighbor though woke me up at one night with the sound of the TV. I don't know whether the TV had its volume high or are the wall just so thin. The hotel is located pretty far away from “everything” so I suggest You have a car to be able to come and go as You please. There is a shuttle service to airport, but not sure whether they take You to other places. Public transport is not an option. At least I couldn't see any bus stops or anything nearby. There are few gas stations and markets near by the hotel, but no big shopping malls etc. nearby. We drove all the way to Woodfield mall which was awesome and not that far away, but for sure You need a car for that. If You are going to downtown Chicago from this hotel, I'd suggest You drive up to Rosemont and leave Your car there for 10 $ / 14 hours (parking in downtown Chicago is 7 - 10 $ / hour). From Rosemont You should take a train to downtown. I'd say if You have business in Franklin park or don't mind the longer travel to malls or downtown this hotel is for You. If You are looking for luxury, good public transportation or short distance to downtown, please check out other alternatives. There should be plenty.

Night manager was annoyed by our visit. Refused a shuttle ride to a restaurant that the shuttle driver offered to give us. After explaining we have Celiac Disease, are hungry and have been traveling all night, he handed me to pizza menus and said that's all he can offer. The room smelled like smoke from someone smoking on our floor. The original room we reserved we were told smelled like smoke so he downgraded the room. That room was dirty. So we were moved again. The shuttle driver wanted to go to the airport early so we were unable to eat breakfast.

"The Worst Hotel Experience ever !!"

Choose another hotel, any hotel as this one is BAD. First they have wifi but the internet is basically so slow that it is unusable. Slower than 1 MBPS based upon speediest.net. Front dest re-set which did nothing other than knock out ant service at all. Secondly there were feces stains on the wash cloth. Was disgusting. I have eaten many hotel free breakfast but what was offered at this hotel was uneatable. The instant eggs were gritty and one bite of sausage patty revealed a frozen inside. Moreover they charged over $ 300 since there was a convention in town. I'll sleep in my rental car before I stay at another Best Western.

"GM Maria is terrible"

Horrible hotel! My son and I stayed here. We were in the room less than an hour and went to sleep. The toilet did not work in the morning. I called the front desk and the attendant Monica apologized and said she would send someone up sometime soon. Meanwhile my son and I had no means to go to the bathroom. I asked to speak to the manager and I got Maria. She proceeded to tell me I broke the toilet and it was my fault I did not check it. I got very angry and she hung up on me. She never called me back when I asked for a call back from Monica. Monica was equally incompetent and terrible. Never stay here!!! I had to go to another room of other guests to use their toilet. Embarrassing !!!! Maria W. GM and Monica Front Desk are horrible.

The hotel was only partially full yet they put us in a room right next to the busy street which was noisy all night. There was food in the refrigerator left over from a previous guest, there was paper scraps on the floor of the room, the toilet ran all of the time and the internet was not working most of the time.

"Okay, but not up to usual Plus standards"

We were here for a family member's funeral. Everyone was nice enough. The hotel wasn't bad, but on the lowere end compared to other Best Western Plusses that we have experienced. Staff was warm, but did not follow through with the rate we were promised on the phone. Food was average and hotel was clean, but hallways had an odor. Fine for one night, but if we went again, I would try the Regular Best Western in Rosemont.

The street noise was terrible. Windows old. Shuttle service not clearly spelled out. Long wait at airport. Other guests noisy and tried to get into my room. Shuttle driver tried to help me out by stopping for some food at a drive through and got yelled at by the night manager. There was no food at or near the hotel. I would not recommend this place or ever stay here again. Neighborhood marginal.

Stayed overnight for a flight the next day. The room was clean with wifi, microwave and a good breakfast. There were two fast food places within walking distance. The staff was friendly and accommodating.

I spent two nights at Best Western O'Hare International South Hotel in Franklin Park, IL. I was in Chicago for an annual business trip and this hotel provided several amenities at a great price per night. The establishment is clean and well kept, especially the rooms. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel to a friend.

"Early Flight at O'Hare Affordable Quality Hotel"

Due to an early flight from O'Hare to Miami and not wanting to wake up in the middle of the night to take a shuttle I began to search for reasonably priced hotel nearby with shuttle service. I have used Best Western many time over the years as my son played ice hockey and was on a travel team. Additionally have used it for pleasure during vacations and having my son stay at the Rockville MD location during a visit. Excellent service, clean and fantastic breakfast offerings.

CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST WAS AMAZING!!! The internet was super fast, The rooms are nicely decorated and beds are very comfortable. I was very impressed with all the amenities of the room , everything worked perfect. I loved the fact that there was a fresh coffee all day long in the lobby and fresh iced water. I would definitely recommed this hotel to my friends and family.

"very reasonable with pluses & minuses"

This hotel is very reasonable for the Chicago O'Hare area. We booked it because of the 24/7 airport shuttle. What we did not realize, if you just want a shuttle to the airport to catch the train downtown it will cost you $10. It is only free if you are going to or from the airport to catch a plane or arrive from a plane. The shuttle pick up/drop off is at door 3 of the bus/shuttle center directly in front of the Marriot hotel.The staff was excellent. Jesus was very personable and helpful. When we left a 3:30 AM, Art had made breakfast so we could grab a bite to eat prior to leaving. Way above and beyond great service! There is no where close to walk to eat near this hotel. There is a Denny's about 4 to 5 blocks away. If you want to try to walk to a CTE train stop (Rosemont) I would not recommend it. It appears about 4 to 5 miles away on very busy highways. The room was quiet and clean but with a hint of cigarette smoke smell. We notified the front desk and they said it was because the room used to be a smoking room. Upon closer inspection the carpet has old cigarette burns in it. All and all, it was a good stay if you are on a tight budget and are not surprised by the extra cost for the airport shuttle to catch a train Again the staff was excellent and if you need a very early shuttle this might be the place to stay as some hotels do not run very early or late. Parking is free.

I stayed here at this hotel earlier and I immensely enjoyed myself and the staff there was very sweet to me even at checkout. The shuttle was great and timely and the gentleman was very patient and accommodating. Then theres the breakfast that they serve, it was very tasty and delicious especially the items from White Castle. When I come to Chicago again in a few months time, I will definitely want to stay here again and I recommend this hotel for a fair price, transportation, and the amenities, I love it!

"Worse customer service EVER!!!"

This place has the rudest front desk people I ever encountered!!! We checked in 20 min early and they charged is an extra $10. They told us that they have a 24 hour shuttle which was not true!!! They stranded us at the airport for two hours at 11:45 at night. The night desk person hung up on us 5 times and was extremely RUDE!!! Do NOT stay here!!!

We stayed here for two nights. The hotel has been recently renovated. Our room was lovely, modern, comfortable, well equipped , and spotlessly clean. The breakfast area was pleasant with a good range of hot and cold options and again very clean and well looked after. There is a gym and indoor pool which we didn't use but looked fine. All the staff we met were excellent and did a great job. The hotel is in the suburbs of Chicago near to the airport. It is very easy to get into Chicago by train from here-there are several stations nearby- approximately 2-4 miles away. Trains are frequent during commuter hours- and take you to Union Street right in the heart of the city- for 5 dollars. If you don't want to pay Chicago hotel prices- much more than twice the cost of this hotel- or drive in a city-and pay high car parking prices and you like using public transport- hotels on the outskirts with good public transport are a great alternative. This one is also very convenient for the airport and for the new fashion outlets. There is no outside sitting area or gardens and we had some problems getting wifi on all of our devices- but overall this was a great hotel.

We stayed there for one night and will never forget that. It is truely unforgetable because the staff, Art, was amazing. He always made sure that were completely satisfied and we had everything we needed. Will definitely go back to this hotel and I recommend it to everybody. "Pleasant stay"

We stayed at this hotel for two nights, and were pleasantly surprised how clean and friendly this place was. The breakfast was hot and free, there was plenty to chose from. We also used the pool and a hot tub to relax. Clean room is a big deal for me when staying at any hotel and our room was very clean. Our bed was extra comfy. The hotel staff was very helpful and polite. We forgot to pack our toothbrushes but this was not a problem because the hotel staff helped us rightaway with this problem, and we were even given toothpaste. This hotel has great location, it is close to the airport and to the city. Overall my husband and I really enjoyed our stay at Best Western we would defenetly stay at this hotel again.

"Lovely room and super friendly staff"

We just stopped for one night after attending a wedding and my husband and I were so impressed by the competent and friendly service we received when arriving. My husband and I both use canes and the staff insisted on helping us with our luggage. They could not have been nicer. Every employee in every capacity that we encountered until our check out was exceptionally courteous and friendly. Our room was lovely and, most important, very clean. Lighting for putting on makeup could have been a little better, however, and that was the only small negative at this hotel. We would definitely stay here again when in the area.

Comfortable room, good bed and surprisingly quiet location. Decent value for Chicago. Good wifi. The shuttle was a little slow from the airport. But it was timely on the following day. Breakfast choices were adequate, but not a lot of variety and the dining area is very small. There are a few fast food choices within easy walking distance. A bonus for families is a small city park right behind the hotel.

This hotel has been upgraded by throwing new paint and furniture at it. Was done in such a sloppy fashion that it probably would be better off if nothing but a good cleaning had been done. The water pressure is REALLY BAD.

I stayed at the Best Western Plus in Franklin Park,Illinois for 5 nights starting June 9th. I had a very relaxing time the room was clean and nice and the staff was out of this world. They were VERY accommodating quite nice and friendly and were quite helpful with any request that I made. They even gave me a ride in the hotel van to a local restaurant one night for dinner and came and got me when I was done. The breakfast bar was quite nice and tasty warm well prepared food. This hotel has horrible management. My wife and I travel for our company extensively and attempted to make reservations via phone multiple times since we were going to be working in the area. We do use the CLC corporate lodging program for our hotels. We attempted multiple tims to make a reservation to stay here and they either did not want to make the reservation or not for all the days we needed. And yes they did have rooms available for our entire stay (if we paid with a credit card) They just wanted to allow a reservation for weekdays, but not over the weekend for the days we needed for work. We finally called CLC and they made the reservation for us ( for the entire timeframe!). Well, when we showed up the front desk clerk now informs us that they are not honoring the weekend aspect of our reservation. Great...in Chicago and we have to find another hotel on the spot ( than you very much....). It is CLC policy that if there are rooms available they are to allow us to be able to stay. Stay away and do not go to such a dishonest hotel!

Understaffed, poor shuttle, horrible breakfast. Pool closed, Room was great, once we got in at night it was fine, morning got locked out of room, no one at desk, she was running the breakfast area too. Still with a smile but we had to go find her, one of the guest suggested looking in the breakfast room. I don't know why both our keys were voided it was only 9:00 am.

They actually had the FULL breakfast (hot eggs, sausage) plus waffles , pastries, cereal etc. ready for me when i was signed up to take the shuttle at 430 in the morning. apparently they make it ready for the earliest shuttle that has guests riding on it. Shuttle driver and hotel staff very helpful and polite.

If you're looking at this hotel for its closeness to downtown Chicago, you'll be disappointed. Basically it's about a forty minute drive into town, $40-50 taxi fare, $25 or so uber car. The hotel itself is excellent, the front desk staff are also great. My only disappointment was when I left my mobile phone in a taxi, I asked for two days if someone could look at the cctv to confirm the cab company, the outside camera was directly where the taxi dropped us, but apparently they couldn't tell much from it? (Personally I don't think the manager bothered to look) However the hotels rooms were immaculate, they had everything you could need in them. The coffee was good too, which isn't always the case. ******Be careful in the shower, as the bath is very slippery******Breakfast was included, and it was also very good, the wifi could be very annoying at times. We stayed here for four nights, and I am glad that we did.

"Odd place for a tub!"

Stayed for a night in May. I chose this hotel due to it's proximity to work site. I had a very large room with King bed and a Jacuzzi tub in the middle of the room! Odd place for a tub but what the heck I was only there one night. indoor pool was closed and looked to be permanent. workout room was sparse. Around 10 pm the front desk called up to ask if I was smoking in the room. It seems there was a malfunction of the smoke detector in my room sending an alarm to them.

Staying for business at an airport hotel for weeks at a time sounds like a pretty dreary assignment. But the staff at this hotel makes the trips not only bearable, but actually pleasant. Nice rooms, great staff, low price. Overall this place is and amazing hotel value. Coffee, tea and flavored water always available as you enter. WiFi was fast and consistent. The complimentary breakfast was filling and delicious. Rooms are comfortable and clean. The interaction I had with the staff was amazing. They were so hospitable and thoughtful. I will be back and I will recommend this hotel to everyone!

The staff at this hotel was very nice. They not only answered our questions, but were excited to do so. The room was your average nice room. Breakfast wasn't to my liking, but it seemed like most other people were enjoying it. We stayed for the shuttle service to the airport and they were very prompt in every matter of transportation. We made our flight on time and they picked us up as soon as we called. Pool was closed when we were there. Call before and ask if you are staying for the swimming pool. We will try to stay here again when using Ohare airport if the price is right.

We stayed at this hotel for it's location between spending a day in downtown Chicago and planning to spend the next day in the suburbs. We got an excellent price in time since they filled up by the time we checked in. The hotel looks to have been updated recently as the room was really nice. The water pressure in the shower wasn't so great, but turning the type of pressure to another seemed to help. The breakfast was pretty good for being free, especially the waffles, but standard fare that I would expect.

Very helpful and always offering to get everything squared away for you. We were recommended a late night restaurant which was great and not expensive at all. The only downfall was that the pool was being remodeled, but other than that everything was wonderful. Stayed 2 nights.

We stayed the night before flying out of o'hare the next morning. The room was clean and comfortable and check in was smooth. The neighborhood is so-so and the road noise is constant, but we were able to use the a/c fan to limit what disturbed us and we felt safe at all times. The part of the trip that impressed us was when we needed to leave for the airport at 3:30am. Front desk guy, "Art", gave us a wake-up call and then got out breakfast items like fresh fruit, yogurt and pastries that we could take with us. What a super extra since we did not expect to be able to utilize the free breakfast offering at 3:30am! The shuttle driver also was polite and a careful driver that we enjoyed chatting and riding with. I would for sure stay here again.

The hotel staff were extremely friendly, helpful and welcoming. My room was tastefully furnished and very comfortable. I had to leave at 6:30 am and the staff laid the breakfast on a little earlier than the usual 6 am just to be sure I had a chance to eat before I left. I will definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable stay at a reasonable price.

I really think this is the best hotel near O'Hare airport especially the Airport Shuttle Van. The gentleman was so patient and friendly driving the Airport Shuttle Van. I absolutely loved their breakfast, it was tasty and yummy and hit the spot in the morning when I needed it. It was easy to get around on the public transportation especially when I was going to the Downtown area and it was in a decent area. It wasn't noisy or seedy or anything like that. I really enjoyed myself here and will stay here again when I come again soon which I plan to do. Everything I needed was here and when I needed it, I will recommend this hotel to any new travelers like myself just as I also would recommend the Carlton Inn near Midway Airport. I will stay here again when I visit Chicago the next time over.

Inside the room, the internet was working. Beds were comfy and the pillows were soft to the touch. Coffee was available 24/7 and that was great. Guest bathrooms were clean and sparkly. Breakfast eggs and waffle was yummy. Heater was working well since it was tremendously cold outside that day. All the staff I encountered from check-in, middle of the night person and checkout person were all professional. Also, the parking lot had plenty of parking space for my truck. Overall, the customer service provided to me was very professional and very enjoyable. The facilities were great and offered me many amenities.

This is not the best Best Western I've stayed in, but it was clean and comfortable. Front desk agents take their smoke breaks right at the entrance, which was a funky first impression. Though they took care of our luggage after our check out and was very nice when I needed late night food recommendations. There is a Denny's near by that opens late. Location is an hour away from downtown by train and bus. There's not much to look at in this neighborhood. Not the ideal location for tourists.

My stay was excellent. I was surprised at how clean and wonderful this hotel was. The rooms were nicely decorated and the beds were one of the most comfortable and softest I have ever laid on. The 40-inch TVs was a nice touch, along with a variety of channels available, including HBO. The breakfast items to select from were all good and oh-so delicious. The front desk staff (Monika, Art, Jesus and Don) were all so very helpful with all my questions. The shuttle I needed to the airport was on time and the shuttle driver was polite and a wonderful driver. The internet connection was available throughout the hotel and was free of charge. I needed to get some work done and because their internet speed was excellent, I was able to finish some work on my laptop. I will definitely stay again at the Best Western Plus O'Hare International South since I think I just discovered the best hotel that O'Hare has to offer.

The hotel was quiet and clean. The staff was excellent, polite and very knowledgeable with all questions you may have. The quality of the breakfast items were excellent with lots of variety. The shuttle driver was on time and very polite. Anyone looking for a great hotel to stay while in Chicago, the Best Western Plus O'Hare International South is a great to choice to stay. We will definitely be staying at this wonderful hotel again.

The rooms were clean. Internet Wifi speed was fast. Breakfast was delicious. Front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. My shuttle to the airport was on schedule and prompt. There were lots of food options as there were many places that delivered to the hotel. TVs in the rooms were 40" inches of wonderful entertainment. Overall, just a wonderful experience.

#1 the vending machine was never restocked, the snacks in the lobby are over priced.(1.25 for a .25 bag of chips?) #2 I left an item behind by mistake, I called to retrieve it. I was told to wait until the next business date.. I called the 1-800 number explained what I was told.... the front desk said the manager will be in at 11:30 pm I could come then. I was told my items were locked in an office only the manager had access. When I arrived I spoke to the front desk "Art" ( who knew nothing about my phone call) APPARENTLY my items weren't locked up and I didn't need a manager. Whomever I spoke to lied and did not tell his co-worker anything that happened. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I won't be back...

Ups: Breakfast is ok (free), very easy parking, near major highways and airport, very friendly staff, clean rooms, tv and microwave in each room Downs: 20 minutes from city driving, far from metro station, wifi kinda sucks, shower kinda sucks Still a good value though

Good location and easy access from Chicago O'Hare. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was very clean. Free wi-fi. Breakfast was ok and good variety. Wish we would have realized there is a pool.

I would have given it one star except the people were super nice and helpful. Kind of stuck in the middle of nowhere. Very rundown and the pictures are very shopped to improve the online appearance. I hope the owners decide to get their act together for the employees

Very friendly staff. We had a great time. There were a lot of breakfast choices, but the Belgian waffles were the best. Room decor was very nice. The location was close to our destination. The room had good amenities.

My friends and I arrived late into O'Hare (midnight). I called for a shuttle to the hotel as soon as we landed and the driver was there by the time we made it to the shuttle pickup. No waiting! :) When we arrived, we checked in and were taken to our room. Omg, the room. It. Was. Beautiful. And super clean. Muuuuch fancier than I expected. It felt like I was in a Marriott, and was even nicer than some of the Marriotts I've stayed in. The beds were really comfortable too. To boot, there was a full (and I mean full) breakfast in the morning with hot food, pastries, waffles, the works! The only reason I'm giving this 4 stats instead of 5 is that the front desk called our room a little after 1 am (because, like I said, we checked in late) asking if the room was okay. I get that they were trying to provide good customer service, but 1 am?? Really?? I was a little ticked because I was already asleep. The phone call startled me awake and I couldn't get back to sleep for another hour. Not happy about that, seeing as I had to wake up early. Note to Best Western: calling guests at 1 am is a bad idea. However, I was happy overall and the staff there was really nice.

Missed my connecting flight. Called Best Western Customer service. Four minute reservation. Waited for shuttle, checked in, received take out menus, (staff gentleman very professional). Great accommodation!

We have stayed at 3 Best Western in the Chicago are in the last few months. This hotel was the best of all of them. The beds were very comfortable, the decor good, & we could bring our dog, which was great.

This hotel is a short shuttle ride from O'Hare airport. The shuttle drivers were the only negative side of our experience here. The shuttle will take you to the blue line to get into the city. The cost is $10 per room. We chose a cab however which cost us $16.00 to get to the Rosemont station. The rooms were very clean and large. Our room appeared to be freshly painted. Breakfast buffet had a good selection. Food was good. Prices were very good. Other than the inconvenience of not having transportation within walking distance our stay was great.

Stayed here during the NLCS playoff games. It's not the most convenient to Wrigleyville or downtown Chicago but it was very easy to get there. The hotel is very clean and they have an airport shuttle that will pick you up from Door 3 at O'Hare transportation center. Short ride from airport to hotel. The shuttle will also take you to the blue line train. Rooms rates were very reasonable. Good variety for breakfast buffet. Front desk staff were so friendly and accommodating. Excellent service.

The shutlle service is awful, the driver is grumpy, he doesn't know how to drive and complained about the hour that he was requested, the employees are rude besides this all I got stolen and they didn`t asssume the guilty.

Nice hotel, convenient for the International airport. We booked in advance for two separate nights. The first night was a stopover arriving from Manchester, UK before flying on to Salt Lake City next day. Phoned hotel from airport for the shuttle and was told it would be there in 20 minutes. After 1 hour and 10 minutes of standing outside with luggage and two phone calls later, shuttle arrived. My husband is disabled and found it very difficult. Room nice but noisy from the traffic all night. Went for breakfast next morning, only us. Receptionist was sat on the dining room all the time we were eating and would not leave us alone. She then started complaining about the management. It was very uncomfortable. We were not looking forward to return but it was pre booked We did return for the night before our flight home. What a difference! Staff polite, courteous and efficient. Shuttle arrived promptly after 20 minutes. It was late and we were hungry. Manageress recommended diner 5 minutes Away and shuttle would take us but they did offer a takeaway service ! The food was beautiful and wholesome. Soup homemade and piping hot. The member of staff who was complaining previously had been "removed". Would definitely stay again.

Do not be miss led by shuttle available. The sign up clip board says $10/ room one way. Upon actually requesting a shuttle it was $10/person.....much more expensive than a taxi. Not convenient to public transportation either. The actual bill was more than initially quoted. Don't seem to be terribly honest or friendly. Better hotels all along the road. Breakfast was the only saving grace.

What a Great Place ..... Just had an excellent stay at this BEST WESTERN PLUS Everyone made you feel comfortable and welcome. Greeted at the door upon walk in and breakfast was amazing......Rooms were very clean and "FRESH" Love that fresh clean smell.....you can tell the staff cares about there work and it shows.... Thank you all for a wonderful stay.... Will be back around the hoildays to visit family members .....

We were there only 1 night and during our stay the staff was very friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable as well. The breakfast was good. Good value for the money. We used the complementary airport shuttle as well.

This hotel is located in an industrial area with any type of amenities a distance away. It is NOT within a few minutes from the airport as stated. It took the shuttle 40+min to get to me, while other hotel shuttles made continual rounds. The driver had every excuse in the world about why he couldn't make it any sooner, yet it took only 12 min to get to the hotel. My room was not ready upon my arrival at 5:30 pm and I had to wait for over an hour to get my room. Breakfast is so so,, with little food left if you are not in the dining area by 7:00 am. This place caters to large bus tour groups, and if you are not part of the tour, you are pretty much out of luck for service. The hotel is located on a small parking lot with no amenities, no charm, on a very busy and noise highway. The rooms facing the highway have extremely high noise levels. There is nothing friendly, inviting or appealing about this place.

This was the worst experience starting from the moment we checked in. My husband and I were misled on the parking situation when you choose to park and fly. We were under the impression from the hotel website that parking was only $1.00 a day, but Jesús the employee at the reception desk said it was in fact $8/per day. Following that unpleasant surprise and substantial additional cost, we asked Jesús when the shuttle for the airport leaves in the morning and he informed us it would leave whenever we needed it to. However, the following morning, I went down stairs to tell the employee at the reception that I would like a shuttle at 6am (it was 5:45a at the time) but I did not see anyone at the desk. I waited for several minutes and as I started to walk away a women sitting in the breakfast area (without an employee uniform on) approached me and ask what I needed. I asked about a shuttle at 6am and Heather was very rude and said that the next shuttle wouldn't be there until 6:30a. I explained that Jesús from the night before told my husband and I otherwise so she called him and then told us that "we had to be ready at exactly 6am, or the shuttle would leave without us". We were down there at 6am and gathering some items for breakfast and Heather basically forced us out the door where we encountered the equally as rude driver, Andy. Both Andy and Heather made it seem like we burdened them for doing their jobs. When we returned 10 days later we called the hotel to pick us up at 4:55pm. The employee told us the shuttle would be there in about 30-35 minutes due to traffic. At roughly 5:50pm we called the hotel and they said the shuttle was just arriving at the airport. After 30 more minutes the shuttle was not there. My husband called and had a taxi pick us up ($40). When we arrived back at the hotel and explained our frustration to the reception employee, Don. Don apologized and told us that the driver Andy probably stopped to *GROCERY SHOP* before coming to get us. Clearly this has happened before since Don knew why Andy never showed up. After reading numerous reviews on TripAdvisor Andy and Heather have many complaints it seems that date back to over a year ago. That in itself is ridiculous. In conclusion, if you do decided to stay at this hotel do not expect to get the customer service or the transportation that you pay for.
