SureStay by Best Western Wenatchee

This was a great stay! Barb at the front desk, the young woman who ran/managed the breakfast, and the cleaning staff were all wonderful and warm, friendly, helpful, and caring. Went for a "guys' weekend" to see concerts at The Gorge, and based on the competitive price and location, it was perfect. Easy access to get on the road to The Gorge, tons of restaurants and stores nearby, and even has a pool/jacuzzi/outdoor area. Sure, perhaps a bit dated/not-fancy, but you need to ensure that you align your expectations with what you're booking! Always. We had two queen beds in each room, tons of space in the room, nice big windows with black-out curtains, very sizable bathroom, plenty of space/hangers in the closet, nice-sized mini-fridge, good working TV with plenty of channels, etc. No complaints, plenty of compliments!

Great place to stay! Clean, relaxing and close to restaurants, shopping, and other fun things to do in the valley. 10/10 would recommend booking your stay here.

I had a wonderful experience at the SureStay Hotel by Best Western East Wenatchee thanks to Barb and Veronica. Barb, the manager, was incredibly patient, understanding, and kind while I had to keep extending my stay due to some unexpected home remodels. She made a stressful situation so much easier and always treated me with genuine care and professionalism. Barb also took the time to explain the rewards program to me and helped me sign up, which I really appreciated. She went above and beyond to make sure I felt welcomed and taken care of throughout my stay. I also want to recognize Veronica in housekeeping for her wonderful service. She was friendly, thorough, and helped make my stay comfortable and welcoming. It's rare to find a team that goes above and beyond the way they do. A great value. Stayed there two days to head up to Leavenworth and visit sights around Wenatchee Valley. Simple rooms, clean and well-maintained. Barb and Jay at the front desk were most helpful. A little simpler breakfast (midweek stay) but worth it. Great house keeping help.

This hotel was average at best. It was clean, but a bit dated. The furniture was a bit old and the beds weren't very comfortable. The pool was nice, but the towels provided were tiny and worn. Breakfast was a cut above average. It include waffles, biscuits and gravy, cereal, yogurt, juice, etc. It was also well-located. We'd probably look elsewhere if we ever come back to Wenatchee, but the hotel wasn't bad for the price.

I reserved my room through the BW app and checked in online the day before giving an arrival time of 9:30pm. When I arrived at 9pm, I learned they had sold my room. They said they tried to contact me, but there were no missed calls. As there was a show at the Gorge, the only option was another property owned by the same people. That "sister property" was awful--the kind that if I was travelling with my family we would've gone home. On the plus side, Barbara was great. Nevermind the customers, who ever messed this all up shouldn't be doing things to make her life harder.

Clean room, sinks and tub drained, all electrical outlets were working. Good breakfast (good enough weekdays, better on weekends), friendly helpful staff. Pool has a nice southwest aspect, outside, nice on a hot day, well maintained. Good rates, much better that its peers.

I have no negative comments to make about my stay. I had a poolside room, and it was very comfortable and roomy. The bed was large and nice, and I can't rave about the pillows enough. The staff were great, and the manager Barbara Huffman-Mccord went out of her way to make sure my stay was pleasant. The continental breakfast was very nice as well.

We went on a family trip to this hotel. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Request for more towels were delivered promptly. Staff friendly and helpful for restaurant selections. We wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

Customer service was great. The halls were dark and slightly depressing, but room was fairly nice. Could have been slightly cleaner, but not bad overall and definitely great for the price we paid. Pool was clean and refreshing and not too cold, but they could do more for the chairs that looked dirty. Breakfast was okay, no eggs, but biscuits and gravy or waffles, yogurt, fruit, etc. Would stay again for the price!

A special shout out to Barb, Angel, Vero and Jay for making our stay pleasant and enjoyable. They went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. Gave us great dining recommendations. Breakfast was good and available early in the morning.

Quiet, clean, comfy beds. The location was great. We enjoyed breakfast as well. 10 /10 would definitely stay here again. Really great value for the price. Barb and David at the front desk were very friendly and accommodating. Great experience.

Great go to BW Sure Stay,, very quiet, relaxing, and very easy access off the highway. Easy access to East or west Wenatchee as well as Chelan or Cashmere or beyond. Pet friendly and clean. Across from the mall. Very nice staff and very helpful.

This hotel offered the best breakfast I have ever had in a motel. They had scrambled egg patties, biscuits and sausage gravy. (they also had sausage patties, but I passed those up.) If a satisfying complementary breakfast is high on your priority list for a hotel, this one is hard to beat.

As my title states, this is our fourth time staying at the Sure Stay. The hotel is conveniently located in East Wenatchee and is easy to get in and out of. Barb, Manager, is very personable, keeps her hotel clean and employs friendly & professional staff. There are restaurants & shopping within walking distance, walking/biking trails nearby, as well as being fairly close to the Mission Ridge Ski Resort. In the units, there are always plenty of towels & shower amenities, the sheets are soft and the pillows fluffy. There is also a continental breakfast available. Besides all of the above, the unit rices are reasonable!

Great, comfy place to stay. King room was very spacious and the front desk responsive to any questions. Wenatchee is an overflow town for Leavenworth these days and is growing. This Surestay motel is a safe and comfortable place in Wenatchee!

Older hotel but they have newer beds which are very comfortable as are the pillows. Standard breakfast fare but it was good and finally a hotel breakfast with great orange juice. The pool and hot tub are great as well as the gazebo area with bbqs and seating area. Barb the manager is great, always polite and courteous and willing to let me show off pictures of my granddaughter and grandniece. Love the small fenced in patio areas that the ground floor rooms have. We always stay at this hotel when we are in Wenatchee which is usually once a month.

As always this hotel never disappoints!! Barb is absolutely the best. Jay always rocks our check ins. So nice to be able to relax at a cozy friendly hotel. We will always continue to visit. Thanks for all your hospitality. Looking forward to coming again in Nov. With the kids.

We love this place, nice pool, barbeque area, nice folks. We came from the other side of the mountains to go paddle boarding on the Columbia. The front desk folk were helpful, sat and listened to my 1000 questions. The breakfast was good too. The room isn't anything too elaborate, but, clean and nice for the price.

The Best Western met all of my expectations. Certainly not "upscale" but the rooms were clean and well maintained. My balcony room overlooked the pool, which was nice in September. There was no traffic noise and the room was quiet. I appreciate being dog-friendly, though it would have been nice if there was a patch of green grass nearby. A combination hot and cold breakfast was available. My stay was much better than another hotel in my previous visit.

The room was spacious, clean & quiet. The people at the front desk were helpful and friendly. The breakfast was good, but wish it was available later than 9:30. The hotel was close to dining, shopping & the center of town. I would definitely stay there again!

When we are in East Wenatchee and need a place to stay overnight, this Sure Stay is our 'go to'. We always know what to expect - great price, smells good and very clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful, working to accommodate any request we might have. Coffee and breakfast are good. We appreciate good service!

You can tell when someone likes her job. Barb was super nice. Yes I would stay here again. We enjoyed the pool. I was impressed by the bbq they had for quests to use by the pool. My room was clean and comfortable.,,.... This app is crazy must write 200 words.........

The pool and hot tub were a fantastic treat; the outdoor patio with the BBQ was excellent for our Saturday dinner. Picked up steak & lobster from Costco and served ourselves a great dinner while enjoying the evening. Toured the local public market to start our day, lots to see and do in this wonderful city.

My recent stay at this hotel was great! The clerk at the front desk was super nice & polite and the rest of the staff were very friendly and helpful which was very much appreciated. One of the best parts of the hotel was that they have a hot tub and pool. It was crazy hot this year so it was a nice plus to be able to relax by the pool after working outside all day. Rooms could use some freshening up, but more importantly (for me at least) was that it was clean & neat. Breakfast was okay... nothing extraordinary, just the typical continental you'd expect at this price range. They also don't seem to have a workout room. Overall, I would say it was a very pleasant place to stay and I am glad that I did. I'd recommend this hotel and would definitely consider coming back. Thank you!

Barb at the front desk is a master at her job. She is funny and outgoing but very customer oriented. This hotel would not be the same without her. Barbs attentiveness during breakfast service was impeccable. She was cleaning behind people and refilling everything in the service line before anyone asked. Awesome service.

Love the location to food options, appreciate the GM attention to detail, clean, decent breakfast, across from the mall.

Have stayed here a few times when skiing Mission Ridge. Very accommodating doggie friendly hotel. We'll be back next year. The breakfast offering is usually pretty good and the hot tub after skiing is a delight

Front desk person was very nice, we talked dogs and they let us check in an hour early. The room was very close to an outside door ? and was clean and spacious. That night 1/22 the TV wouldn't work (HDMI connection), even though the front desk person came to our room and tried every single thing she could to resolve the issue. She was so patient and even moved furniture multiple times to check connections and honestly spent more time than we needed. We had wifi and devices so no biggie for one night. Shower had great pressure. Breakfast in the lobby looked decent but I didn't eat any - mini frosted cinnamon rolls, waffle maker, biscuits and gravy, cold cereal, fruit, and more. Convenient (across the river, under 10 min) to Confluence Hospital central campus.

Just wanted to give a shout out to Barb at the front desk for helping us out. We needed to have internet service as my wife working on Christmas day. Barb let us stay a little longer in the room so my wife could finish up working. We stayed at the hotel many, many years ago. The hotel is older but very clean and at a GREAT PRICE. Thank you Barb for helping out.

I usually don't post positive reviews for the selfish reason that the more people book rooms, the higher the price. Making an exception here. This motel is truly a bargain, which is very rare these days. Great location, well run motel, good staff, nice clean rooms, breakfast with good coffee. Mall and Olive Garden right across the street. This is the only motel I stay at in Wenatchee. No reason to look elsewhere.

This hotel was all we needed for our one night stay. Room was clean, comfortable, and had great AC. We did not have the continental breakfast or use the hot tub/pool, so I am unsure how those are. I would definitely stay here again for a night. They also allow pets if needed.

Room is typical hotel, very clean, no carpet in 120 which was nice. Didn't use the pool or hot tub but plenty of guests did. Best part of the hotel is staff! Maids are very good with requests, Barb at the front desk is GREAT, knows the area and what's happening. Other nice thing call me crazy, the hotel doesn't have squaty potties, no sitting on the ground here.

Last minute, reservations. My daughter had sent me a link to a hotel in Wenatchee, Washington, I called the day before I was to arrive, there were no rooms available, I called 5 more hotels in the area none had a room for the 2 nights I needed. Then I called Best Western, they did not have a room at that location but did at there East Wenatchee location and for both nights.

Not familiar with this property, we read reviews all positive and decided to give it a try. Very well kept, clean, good continental breakfast & AWESOME staff. We will definitely be staying there again soon .....

We ride through Wenatchee all of the time on our way home from Montana or South Dakota. Our main stop is this hotel as Barb is always kind and welcoming and makes our stay with coming back every time

Very comfortable beds and clean rooms. We decided to stay an extra night and the Manager Barb was very helpful and accommodating. The breakfast choices were a little slim but the pool made up for it. Great location for shopping and value forour money and . Would stay again.

If you are looking for accomodations to be met, don't go here. Hotel was over booked, rooms were not available, breakfast is a waffle. Staff was clearly overwhelmed and when asked for a concession, I was told about another guest receiving a concession but she wouldn't help me.... Weird. Host even told me they are a small town hotel and do not operate under the BW umbrella of satisfaction. Boo.

Very friendly staff. The property was kept neat and clean. Very quiet at night. Our stay was for 11 days, because we were remodeling. We almost felt like family while we were there. Always called me by name. It was a great stay!

My girlfriend and I stayed here for a night to attend Beyond Wonderland and we were very pleased with how homey the whole place felt. Barb checked us in and graciously allowed us an extra hour to check out in the morning as we were unexpectedly dealing with the aftermath of the shooting that occurred at the festival. Barb's hospitality is unmatched! She is so lovely and sweet. We will be staying here again for next year's festival! Barb, if you're reading this, I hope you purchased your guns n roses tickets ;)

I recently stayed at the SureStay with three friends for the Joni Mitchell concert at The Gorge. The location is perfect! Walking distance from eating and shopping and easy access to highway. Our room was clean and the beds were comfortable. This was an older hotel, but it didn't feel like one. Every staff member we met was beyond helpful and friendly. Barb in particular honestly made our stay even better. She was so welcoming and had great recommendations. I will absolutely stay here again when I attend future shows at The Gorge.

I travel to Wenatchee, WA often but this was the first stay on the east side of the river. I booked this property because of status with BW and enrollment in an extra points campaign. I also know that the chain trypically is reliable and consistent. The property is well situated for nearby shopping and dining and for this visit, this is what I needed. I was so pleased with the size and spaciousness of the room (semi-accessible, I was traveling with my elderly mother) and how QUIET the room was for sleeping, despite being on a busy main thoroughfare - traffic was muted well, the big*ss diesel truck parked outside our window wasn't :( - not the hotel's fault, big*ss diesel truck owners inconsiderate actions to leave the beast running for 10 minutes (at 630am) outside our window. The room was clean, beds and linens were comfortable and the television was easy to figure out! The breakfast was basic ~ a few more fruit options (bananas?) would have been nice, but everything else was sufficient. I will return to this property in the future - staff was friendly and welcoming, and value was good.

Barb at the front desk was really nice, helpful and easy to talk to. The free breakfast was great, a lot of choices. The room was large, beds are comfortable and having the mini fridge and microwave was great. Soaking in the hot tub after a day of skiing was fantastic!

This low cost hotel is among the very best of hotels of this price and class in my decades of travel, esp. in regard to the room comfort and condition. The room was freshly painted and the carpet was perfect. The decor and window coverings were fresh and clean. The Queen bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was pristine and modern with new, quality fixtures. A comfortable upholstered lounge chair was provided, and a desk with an office-type chair. Other amenities included a refrigerator and coffee maker, etc. The included breakfast was better than most at this rate class, with fresh fruit, juices, waffle maker, yogurt, plain bread for toast, biscuits and gravy, dry cereal. The coffee was only “acceptable.” I would stay at this hotel again!

My husband and I stayed two nights during a major snow storm. There is a mall right across the street we were able to walk to and eat dinner at Olive Garden. There are several other restaurants close as well. Barb was super friendly and helpful. Nicole kept breakfast items and coffee stocked. All the staff was great. The room could have been a little more clean but nothing that affected our stay. We will definitely stay here again when we are in Wenatchee.

First of all the lady at the front desk was extremely nice and helpful. When we got to our room the window was wide open and there was no screen. There was an overpowering aroma of air freshener....so I left the window open while we were in the room. At bedtime I turned down both Queen beds. There were old stains on both fitted sheets. I should have complained to the front desk, but we decided to stay as it was late by then. The bathroom just didn't feel clean and there was a light bulb out with the other one flickering. It just felt to me like the whole room needed a really good cleaning. I won't stay there ever again.

We were only here for one night, but it was a very quiet and comfortable hotel. The service was good everyone was very friendly. The room set up was very spacious and comfortable. We didn't have time to use any of the extras like workout room or pool. Overall very happy with our stay

We had a restful stay. The room was comfortable, spacious, and especially clean. Everything was in good working condition - a/c, fridge, tv, hot water, etc… Barb at the front desk was friendly, helpful and kind.

Hotel was good. Beds were comfortable, pool area was quite nice. We only stayed 1 night. Hotel staff was pretty good. One lady we dealt with didn't seem to happy but everyone else was great. Like the location with the mall across the street, olive garden, and Starbucks right beside the hotel.

While this hotel is not a 5 star hotel, it did meet the 5 star rating for being better than I had expected for a budget hotel. The property is well maintained, the rooms were clean, comfortable bed, excellent water pressure in the shower and the room temperature was easy to maintain. It was also quiet. The breakfast was simple but more than fine for a one night stay.

Large clean room. Laundry on property. Nice pool area. I left my I-pad and Kindle in the room, when I called the hotel, housekeeping had turned the items into the front desk, I actually thought it was a long shot that the items would turn up. My significant other and I wanted to enjoy a short trip away during the Labor Day weekend. We found this Best Western location which offered Government rates which was perfect as my significant other works for the state and is a veteran. It was a decent savings and not all locations or hotels offer this discount. We were able to get our room an hour prior to normal check-in and they were quick and friendly. The room seemed clean and the refrigerator worked and it had a separate freezer that actually froze the items! Seems odd I would be so excited but many rooms we have stayed in have a refrigerator that MIGHT keep your food cool but generally the freezer is ineffective. It is also walking distance from some really good food. If you enjoy watching television, there are a lot of channels in which to choose. Though we did not use the pool, many people enjoyed that amenity. I would have loved if they had a full breakfast buffet, but it us just a continental breakfast. Again though, there are a lot of nearby spots to enjoy. Oh and they are pet friendly. Overall good service and price for the location.

Clean room upon check in. Comfortable bed and room was spacious. We stayed three nights. At the end of our first day, our room was made up perfectly. On the second day we arrived to our room at 4 pm and no cleaning staff had visited. They claimed we had a Do not Disturb sign on our door, which we did not. Someone brought us clean towels. The third day we only received clean towels. Claimed we had personal items on the bed, so couldn't make it. Not the case. Floor was not vacuumed and we only received fresh towels. Must be difficult to get good help in Wenatchee.

This is the only place we stay at in Wenatchee!!! The staff is awesome , clean rooms.Excellent pool area !! Great price and excellent breakfast !! The best part of this hotel is Barb the manager , you are absolutely amazing -!! Looking forward to our next trip down from Canada !!!

Noisy room AC unit, ancient squeaky bed. Dirty hallway carpets. Hairs in the shower. Musty room odor. Pathetic low quality minimal breakfast. Generally just a poorly maintained hotel that is old and worn out with no obvious recent upkeep. Everything is minimal, doesn't feel clean to be in there.

We made a last minute reservation (1 hour before check-in). Priceline messed it up. David at the hotel was exceptionally patient fixing things for us. Hotel is clean, wonderful linens, nice breakfast. The only thing we would change....if the pool could open a bit earlier We will definitely stay here again when we are in the area.

The best part was the service we received from Barb at the front desk. She was able to answer our question or solve any thing we asked about. We couldn't get the TV to work and Barb solved the problem easily. Help at breakfast with supplies or more food. Answered our questions regarding security of cars.

Barb at the front desk is so personable and helpful! I love stopping in and visiting with her when she's not busy. The hotel is in a great location to everything. I only wish the pool area opened earlier.

Very nice rooms and it very affordable. The employees were awesome. My bed was comfortable. There was also a complimentary breakfast and the swimming pool was awesome along with the hot tub. Barb is awesome. Along with everyone else there.Lots of shopping really close by. Very convenient. Really good restaurants are also close by. Thanks to everyone there.

The room was very tidy, clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay - easy access to the swimming pool and hot tub. TV, refrigerator, coffee maker, and microwave in room. It even had an extra sink and counter outside of the full bath. Great complimentary breakfast! The staff members who served us, (Barb and Nicole) were very friendly and accommodating. If you're in Wenatchee, this is the place to stay!

We had a wonderful stay at this friendly, clean hotel. The front desk staff, Barb and Nicole, were very friendly and helpful. The room and hotel were very clean and quiet. The bed was extremely comfortable and the sheets were crisp. The pool was beautiful and refreshing. The breakfast was yummy .All in all I would highly recommend this hotel for your stay. We travel to this area every year and would not stay anywhere else.

We stated at this property for a long weekend and had a great time. Our room was standard and the two of us had plenty of room to move around. We loved the pool and hot tub and thought they were great amenities. Our room was right over the pool so it was a bit loud at times, but that is probably something that just comes with the territory. We also enjoyed the daily breakfast, which consisted of standard stuff you'd expect-waffles, biscuits and gravy, yogurt, coffee-but it delivered just what we hoped. Additionally, I'd like to shout out to Barb at the front desk who was doing lots to keep people happy all weekend and made us fee very welcomed. We would definitely come back if we were to return to Wenatchee.

Best pool ever, it was outside and so warm!, Wonderful front desk lady named Barb! Huge room and it had a second sink! And a freezer in the fridge! Would definitely recommend! We really enjoyed our stay here!

Barb and her crew made us all feel at home and made our our stay very comfortable. The rooms were very clean and quiet. Hot breakfast every morning, gave us a good variety of food and drink choices. We will definitely be staying at SureStay again when we visit the Wenatchee area. Thank you Barb

Please keep in mind this is a budget motel. For what it is, it is pretty decent. The room was freshly painted and clean. The bathroom was excellent - looked remodeled with a fantastic shower. I personally hated the bed (but that is a distinct matter of preference). The bed is very, very soft - so if you like soft beds you may like it (and based on many reviews, lots of people do like the beds here). What I didn't like, and what made it stand out as the budget offering it is, is that the towels were very thin, and I found the lower quality bed sheets uncomfortable.. The sheets had a weird loose weave. The bottom sheet was sort of okay, but the top sheet was thin and rough. I'll go back to the downtown Best Western next time, since they do offer quality bedding. Also, the light switches in the bathroom were filthy - someone needs to scrub them with a toothbrush. What grossed me out were the hallways. The carpet looked very old in the hallway and was really filthy. Someone spilled something on the carpet steps and it wasn't cleaned at all during the 3 days I was there. If someone typically stays at budget motels they will likely be happy here. If someone typically stays at regular branded Best Westerns, Holiday Inn Expresses, Marriott brands or Hampton Inns they will probably not be comfortable here based on the building condition and the quality of the bedding and towels. I will say, the front desk staff is very, very nice. I can't speak to breakfast since I didn't eat breakfast there. Also, If you like pools, the outdoor pool and hot tub area is fantastic!

This hotel was very clean and comfortable! We greatly enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The rooms are spacious and have everything you need for a comfortable stay. Cleaning staff could be a bit more courteous and quiet when cleaning rooms (not everyone is checking out, some want to sleep in peacefully). There was a cleaning person who had ear buds in (maybe talking on the phone?) and was speaking Spanish VERY loudly. The female front desk person was very friendly and helpful. There was a male front desk person who lacked energy and enthusiasm but fulfilled requests when asked. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay here and I would definitely book this hotel again. Beware, however, there is no elevator! We were traveling with an elderly person and I would request the first floor if this happens again. The hotel is extremely conveniently located near dining and shops.

We are a Golf Group of 12 to 14 couples that have been coming Memorial weekend for 15plus years and stay at this Best Western. We have experienced excellent customer service, from setting up this annual event, to checking in and out.

Just wanted to say I thought it would be hard to improve on the last manager but Barb went above and beyond to help meet our accommodations. Great addition to Best Western team. Extremely clean room. Thank you

My brother ( who was visiting from Va.) and I stayed overnight here on April 16th, 2022. (Sat). We were greeted by the friendly manager, Barb. She made us feel comfortable and she was very funny and polite. Since we were from Portland, Or., and just hiking and visiting near there for a few days, she gave us a few suggestions of where we could eat dinner. We were there only overnight, but the stay was wonderful. The breakfast in the morning was very nice. The area was always clean and the food great. Thank you !!!

Stayed at the Best western for a night on a school trip, Barb was great at the front desk! Very accommodating and helped us out considerably with getting our group checked in/out! Location was great too, we were able to walk across the street and have dinner at the Olive Garden which was super convenient!

I was in town attending a memorial service. I had minimal expectations about this location as I stayed here before when it was under a different name ( Inn by the River?) and under different ownership and management. I was very surprised upon arrival to see the pool area, although not open. was very clean and well maintained. The check in agent was pleasant and very informative. I did not speak to the Night Auditor but was aware that he was behind the desk and being observant. The next morning I had the pleasure of speaking with Barb and Lindsey. Breakfast was great and appreciated the warm meal choices. Check out was very smooth and I will visit this location again if I come to Wenatchee in the future.

I was in town for the weekend for a business meeting. The weekend was busy for the local community, and I called ahead to ask for a separate booking for an extra day without needing to change rooms. Not only was Lindsey helpful in handling the booking, she also was courteous and accommodating in making sure I had a first floor room, even though I'd failed to mention a need to not use stairs when I'd called ahead. Barb was so swift and helpful in checking me out, I barely even got a chance to get her name. Beyond the lovely, friendly, obliging service, everything was clean. The room was not only spotless, but also in good working order. If you are looking for a nice place to stay near the mall in East Wenatchee, this is a great place to book!

My adult son and I have stayed here before, in the winter, when scheduling an early morning flight from Pangborn airport. We drove down from Waterville, which can be dangerous in the early hours of winter. We arrived at the 3:00 p.m. check-in time, were offered main floor or upstairs. The two queen bed room was perfect, clean and fresh. Clean bathroom, everything in order. Quiet night, and then up early to get to the airport. We'll be staying here again.

Stayed at the hotel last weekend to visit Leavenworth and it was very comfortable. Lindsey was super helpful and nice. Overall a great experience. Good breakfast in the morning and great mountains nearby to watch.

Had a 2nd floor room overlooking the pool. Room was quiet and large. Lindsay, at the front desk, is very personable and met all my requests happily. Veronica, in house keeping, was also very kind and helpful. I would stay there again.

Room could have used a bit more cleaning, toilet seat was not cleaned and one of the pillows had a stain on it but other than that it was an enjoyable stay and I would definitely return. The breakfast was really good, loved the eggs and biscuits and gravy. Lindsey was very helpful through the checkout process, nice staff and a good stay!

I needed a place to stay halfway across the state of Washington. I was happy to find a reasonably priced option and even happier to receive a phone call offering me an upgrade because of my diamond status. Lindsay was welcoming and professional. The room was clean and the pool area is a plus.

We have been to the East Wenactchee Sure Stay 3 times now and have always felt very welcomed and taken care of!! Lindsey does a great job!! The breakfast is very yummy and has a nice variety of food to choose from!!

Very clean, centrally located hotel with excellent customer service! We had the misfortune of having our car breakdown in Wenatchee and needed to get it fixed requiring an overnight stay. The staff went above and beyond to help us. We will definitely stay here again!

My family enjoyed our recent stay very much! The room, halls, lobby, and pool area were all very clean and tidy. The staff were all friendly, professional and were consistently wearing masks. The level of cleanliness was top-notch. This is a hotel that you can trust to take Covid-19 seriously. I made a mistake in our travel reservation - booking for only 2 nights instead of 3 - and the manager, Lindsey, was incredibly kind and helpful as she found us another room to move to for the final night of our stay. We make an annual trip to Wenatchee and have enjoyed staying here for the last few years. We will definitely be back!

My husband and I stayed for 5 nights. We were celebrating our anniversary. The Manager, Lindsey Morrows, made our stay exceptional! She is there working all the time, yet still answering every question, providing each request, and making each guest feel like family! We will look forward to returning!

We stayed here for two nights. It was a last minute weekend reservation (within a week of travel) so our options were limited. It was hard to ignore all the previous good feedback that this hotel received and our stay met our expectations. We didn't spent much time in our room but it was spacious, clean and everything was in working order. The beds were comfortable and we all slept well. The power went out in the morning after our first night which impacted the breakfast being served but that was hardly the hotel's staff fault. We experienced all the breakfast options in our second morning and we found enough options to chose from, including the usual waffles and cereal but also eggs and sausage patties. Lindsey was very helpful during check in and check out. We had some accumulated gift cards from previous BW stays and she knew how to process them without a hitch. Would stay again if we come this way.

Staff discriminated, no masks worn by anyone, smelled like smoke everywhere, no elevators, rude staff, manager even worse. Don't stay here. I would not recommend this hotel under any circumstances. Maybe if you were desperate.

If I had to review on on staff alone, I would rate it a solid 5 ( With the exception of a nameless night crew person ) The manager Lindsey and the front desk staff Rebecca were very friendly and professional so please note with this review again, if I could rate them alone ( along with cleaning crew - they would get a 5star ) We stayed 3 nights. I accidently forgot to book our first night, so I had to do that separately, I was disappointed that our piced couldn't be matched to our other nights bookings - disappointed again when the price changed by the time I had gotten there and that price couldn't be adjusted as it had been an option on previous visits. - Yes we have been here before, twice under my booking twice under my husbands. The first morning we woke up, the power had gone out sometime early morning, knocking out the A.C. the alarm clock and all the food we had in the fridge. So on top of the $188.16 the room cost ( for ONE night ) it cost us $50 for breakfast, and almost $100 to replace the food we put in the fridge the night before. - that one night was most definitely not worth the nearly $340 out of my pocket. I was comped $20 for the next night... It was cute really, they were having a problem running my card ( which had plenty enough room on it ) which they had to manually enter because of the power outage, and made it seem like the 20$ off was the reason the card was able to go through. Upon arriving I was also met with a paper to sign that I would abide by "quiet time & no guest" between 10 & 10 or risk being thrown out. I would not have booked there if I had been told that before I arrived, we had a few different families vacationing together, so to be restricted like that was uncomfortable and confusing - I literally had to make sure we could run to the store after 10pm because I was confused. The 2nd night, we were able to get back in time to use the outdoor grill. my husband had to clean it before we used it. Not just lightly. He was literally afraid it would catch on fire with the amount of build up on it. The outdoor fridge clearly hadn't worked for long enough for everything in it to be covered in green mold. None of the outlets worked and as it got dark, we realised the lights didn't work either. We made the best of it, but again, if we had known that ahead of time, we would have made other arrangements. - We did get breakfast though. Night 3 - we had a day trip to Chelan and made sure to come back in time to use the pool. my kids and I were met at the pool by a few kids and a couple. One of my kids pointed out that the couple in the hottub were smoking ( Umm Meth ) and their wonderful children were cussing and flipping off the parents as they were talking to them. I am not sure who was roomed above up that night but I am sure it was either a herd of elephants or a rave. Morning of check out I was looking forward to breakfast and getting out of there, sadly the sausage gravy was gone and the eggs and sausage wasn't a weekday option.

I just spent 3 nights at the SureStay in East Wenatchee to escape the wildfire smoke in Winthrop. I had stayed there before under less stressful circumstances and knew the hotel was clean, reasonably priced, had a buffet breakfast, and allowed pets. I cannot say enough good things about Lindsey at the front desk. She was kind, helpful, friendly and made my stay enjoyable despite the circumstances. I will definitely stay there again.

1st time stay @ a SureStay, pleasantly surprised by size of room, comfortable bed, great pool and friendly check-in by Lindsey. Unfortunately while it's advertised as a pet friendly hotel there isn't a convenient space to actually walk your dog. Owner should correct this!

Everyone one was friendly and helpful. Lindsey on the front desk was the best. Only complaint is that needed more towels. Stayed 2 nights and since they don't come in to refresh the room there needed to have more towels.

Excellent service, pool was great. Beds were very comfortable, pets allowed. We came in pretty late and we were. Able to stay an hour longer before checking out, thank you! Breakfast was delish, little cinnamon rolls and waffles were perfect. We will definitely be back!

This is an older place, but furnishings have been extensively updated. Rooms and bathrooms are big and comfortable. Lots of outlets for all your elecronic gear. Everything looked super clean. Two small quibbles: 1) the NE side door to the building didn't latch properly, meaning it was probably open to all comers most of the time. 2) My a/c unit was pointed right at the bed instead of up into the room, so you got kind of a cold blast of air whenever the unit came on. The louvers didn't appear to be adjustable. I was very pleased that the room had been pre-cooled upon my arrival. TOO MANY HOTELS NEGLECT THIS STEP! Thank you very much! I really appreciated this on a 100-degree day. The rooms on the east side of the building are right on the busy street, but mine was very well soundproofed. I wasn't bothered at all.

Such a great quiet place just off the interstate. The staffed were so nice and helpful. The room was spotless and the complementary items were much nicer that most high priced hotels. 1st time staying at a surestay and will definitely stay here again. The assortment of breakfast sandwiches and were better the hot breakfast assortments at other hotels. Quality bedding, good mattresses and pillows. Air Conditioner was exceptional in the 100°+ HEAT

They do a great job at this hotel. The rooms are good size and comfortable. The hotel staff does a great job and makes the stay enjoyable. Overall this is one of the better hotels on my trips. It is not fancy but a great stay and a great value.

My wife and I were visiting Wenatchee for the first time, on a whim. SureStay was easy to find and the staff were very kind and accommodating. My wife recently broke her leg and was on crutches - the staff never failed to check if we needed help. Lindsey was friendly and always had each breakfast station stocked and full of food - the new sausages and eggs were a delight!

I have rewritten my unfair review now that I have spent two nights here and am rested. Still in sticker shock from the new Covid opening rates...but they have been raised similarly at all the local hotels. This is a very nice budget hotel great for families and kids. Many rooms surround the pool with lanais where grandma can sit to watch the family play. The rooms are clean, comfortable, with the basic necessities. There was a fridge w/freezer and a microwave in my room. There is free breakfast with waffle makers and fresh baked biscuits and gravy. Boiled eggs for the keto crowd and fresh fruit, yogurt, and oatmeal for the others. The pool is outside and heated. The nice staff let me in for a swim at 7 am - yeah! It was comfortably warm and devoid of kids. There is also a large hot tub spa - not uncomfortably hot and has vigorous back pounding jets. Very nice after a long day on the road! If you are a tired grouchy solo traveler ( Get off my lawn! ) opt for a room across the hall from the poolside rooms. The screaming kids are not chased out of there until 10 pm. However, I was not disturbed by my upstairs or next door neighbor's noises or TV. There were no fancy teas or other goodies other than basic coffee with the tiny coffee maker in the bathroom. And only tiny vials of shampoo/conditioner without alluring fragrance were provided in the shower. Two bath size towels per day do seem a bit skimpy for a family. Pool towels are available if you request them. There were a few maintenance items the hotel should attend to in my room (137). There is scrape damage to the back of the bathroom door. The desk light is out with the fixture hot to touch. I unplugged for safety reasons. The remote battery cover won't stay on - possible safety hazard for a little kid. I also had to go buy a USB plug to charge my phone as the desk lamps do not have this feature - at least in my room anyway. I was surprised. I suppose I'm used to business class lodgings. Thank you to the staff for a pleasant stay and recharge. I recommend this place for families with kids. It was a great place for all those attending sports tournaments this weekend. When I was a young mother, my son would have loved this place.

I was greeted by front desk rep named "Lindsey" with a real friendly smile and attention to my girlfriend and I upon arrival. She placed us in a beautiful room with a view of the pool and mountains. The rooms were clean and the pool was super clean too....I will definately be back soon....

The hotel is a great value for the price. The staff, especially Nicole, is very friendly and accommodating. They always go out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. The pool and hot tub area are nice.

I stayed here a couple of weeks ago after a doctor appointment just for the night. Lindsay and her whole crew made me feel like family. At first wasn't sure because of the policies that I wasn't familiar with but I was told after these new policies were put in place it's been a place of safety, security and a peace of mind. I felt so comfortable there especially after meeting Lindsay I stayed a couple more days and definitely will be back. Thanks guys your Awesome Sauce!

Good accommodations overall. A very friendly and helpful woman at the reception desk and a very clean room. An elevator would be helpful for getting bags up to the second floor, but the receptionist was ready to help (we didn't take her up on the kind offer). I didn't expect the fridge and microwave; they were a pleasant surprise and useful for having take-out food during the pandemic. There was a lot of street noise at night from our second floor room facing Valley Mall Parkway. I'm not exactly sure why this motel had 3 diamonds from AAA. The hair dryer shut off after maybe a minute. The ice bucket and lid did not fit each other. TV worked, as did free wi-fi. Schedule didn't allow for the free breakfast. The location is convenient to restaurants and shopping.

Clean, quiet, and comfortable. Good shower pressure. Very nice pool and near lots of places to eat. Front desk staff very helpful, especially Lindsey. I was happy with my stay and look forward to returning. Can't think of any downsides, unless you care about somewhat dated decor (rock bottom on list of things I think are important). I like to play the hotel roulette game called "Priceline," and I definitely won at SureStay in Eastern Wenatchee for the price I paid for what my family and I received. THE GOOD 1. Clean and roomy. The rooms at this place could easily be confused for rooms at a typical business-class hotel for its roominess and cleanliness. 2. Staff is friendly (Lindsey asked me to write this review, so I obliged because she and the gal who checked my family in were friendly and professional). I also appreciated the honesty when I had to fill out a no visitors form under penalty of medieval torture if I violated it. When I asked, I was told the hotel used to be a local party hotel before the Best Western brand bought it, and they are doing their best to make it a respectable establishment. I have to say it's working - no late-night noises and not a single sign of drugs or booze bottles anywhere (and I walked all around the building as you can read later). 3. Location - great location. Easy to find off the main strip and within walking distance to food and drink. 4. Stellar price. Their prices are really low right now as they do their best to attract quality customers. This place is a bargain for what you get. 5. Outdoor pool. Seriously? A clean outdoor pool at a $69 a night hotel? There has got to be a catch. If there is one, I'll never know. I went to bed early because I was on a tight schedule to leave such wonderful conditions so I could get wet, dirty, and miserably cold camping out at Lake Wenatchee the next day. THE BAD 1. It's dated, and it shows in small doses. Clearly, somebody in management has done a great job minimizing the tell-tale effects. The biggest things that stood out were in the bathroom. It's always the bathroom that gets the last upgrades (if at all). This one had the typical yellowing light and fan switches and turn-dial timer switch. The bathroom vanity light setup was bordering on deserving a spot on antiques roadshow. But, the bed, desk, TV, fridge, carpet, and linen are all modern. Heck, even the shower-head was uber-modern like it was stolen from Back to the Future. 2. The layout is a little confusing for finding the lobby. I think you have to go up some stairs and down them on the other side to get to the lobby if you are on the backside of the building. I never found out because I just chose to walk outside and around the building. Which leads me to the next section. THE UGLY 1. It was a bit funny when I chose to walk to the lobby by exiting the building and walking around the outside, and I discover staff frantically trying to find some burning smell. I spotted it right away and pointed to where the smoke was emanating from. It appeared as if someone put out a cigar or cigarette in a planter and the mulch started smoldering. In all fairness, the staff were very concerned and probably missed the first signs of smoke in the panic of chasing the burning smell. So, maybe this needs to be moved to THE GOOD section for them caring enough to spend time to find and correct the hazard. Overall: I recommend this hotel.

Apparently their policy changed within the last 6 days, I couldn't pay the $250 deposit because I don't have a major credit card. I literally stayed here the weekend before and paid all on my debit card. Never in my life have I heard you have to pay for a deposit separate from the debit card you reserved the room with. I will never stay here again, nor will I recommend them to anyone.

Great hotel and staff is awesome especially Lindsey the manager. Always polite and helpful with booking all the way to check out. Parking has security cameras which is big for me. Pool was spotless with outdoor bbq for gatherings of me and my co workers

We stayed there in April when snowboarding nearby. Everything was great! They accommodated my request to be on the higher floor with the view of the pool and mountains. The room has everything that you need, and the bed is comfy. Plus, it's on the budget. I want to highlight our interaction with Lindsey - she was very helpful and sweet from the beginning! It felt like it was more than just a job for her. She patiently answered my questions and ensured we had everything we needed. she also suggested to me the places to see in town (Riverfront Park and the market there). The breakfast was pretty good too. We were so tired of the pack-to-go policy in every hotel, so it was really nice to see a breakfast buffet. The options were limited (that's understandable due to pandemic), but it was at least hot! Thank you! I'd definitely recommend this place to stay.

Never been here before, and was very satisfied with all aspects of our stay. The pool was clean and warm. Very friendly staff. Really enjoyed the service we received from Lindsey. Will return in the future.

Small Hotel, great staff, nice Pool & jacuzzi area, rooms with a Balcony over looking pool. Come every year to Wenatchee for Senior Softball Tournament, close to Walla Walla Point Park, have stayed in the other 2 BW properties, this Hotel, was the nicest for the Price & location. Room decor was a little strange, colors didn't match

Rooms were clean and had good AC, modest refrigerators, and microwaves. Pool and hot tub were great for soothing travel stress. Large TVs with lots of channels. Staff was friendly and helpful; there was a slight mistake in billing, but staff took care of it immediately during check-in. Thanks to Lindsey and other staff for the very pleasant experience.

The hotel is clean with a good location. The first 2 days were great. On day 3, the water temperature on allowed for a warm shower. I didn't notify the front desk until the same problem occurred on day 4. Unfortunately, the leadership team didn't take effective actions. The same problem occurred on day 5.

Stayed in Wenatchee for a few days to soak up some sun. Erin at the front desk was very helpful and ensured I had everything needed for a good stay. Also want to give a shout out to the cleaning staff for ensuring the rooms and property were very clean!

Lindsey and the entire front desk crew provide great service and are very welcoming. The rooms have been recently upgraded and are very clean. They had all the COVID protocols in place and felt very safe. The pool looked very inviting.

I recently stayed at the SureStay Hotel in East Wenatchee with my parents to celebrate my mom's 87th birthday. The rooms were clean and pleasant but the staff made the stay extra relaxing and special. In particular the assistant general manager, Lindsey, the night clerk David and Amber in Housekeeping were friendly, professional and really went the extra mile.

The two ladies, lindsey and Nicole were very helpful and friendly. The room was clean and good sized. Our night was peaceful and quiet. This quietness was important because our previous hotel stays were noisy (not at Surestay) Also I liked the small deposit of $15.00 for our dog. Other places ask a lot more.

Lindsey at the front desk was great- super helpful and welcoming. She answered all our questions and had good recommendations for local dining. The room was as expected- clean and comfortable. COVID protocols in place. Overall a great stay.

The adage what you pay for is what you get is true here. It is a beautiful location between major towns but no gym or large breakfast selection. The rooms are beautiful and the shower is perfect with the shower head with hose. Quiet simple place for a SINGLE NIGHT'S rest. Check room carefully for forgotten items from previous occupants. Staff are friendly and courteous. The breakfast is all factory prepackaged items so It is very COVID secure (yogurt, health bar, apple, water). Thamk you to David and the the two front staff on the next two shifts after him for their courtesy and knowledge. Overall a B for a Good Stay and No Snafus and Good Customer Care.

We stayed there a year ago..same great hotel..wow location ..and wonderful customer service by Lindsey..will be back again,for sure..great rates,clean property,walking distance to all amenities,could not ask for better place to spent a night or two

From the moment I stepped into the waiting room area, none of the staff greeted me. They must've thought I was a child. It wasn't until my mother in law came in as well as my husband did they greet her and started speaking to her. Although the hotel room was for my husband and I. The room service was terrible so we just stopped requesting room service. The bed's are barely made up and the bathroom they never cleaned, the only room service we got was the bed half-way made, the trash taken out, and new towels. They didn't even restock our toilet paper! One of our lamps wasn't working. The walls are so thin in this place that once you get inside of your room, it's like your still outside because you could still hear everything in the hallway. There was a couple above us that made very loud noises every night, 12am, then again at 2am and then at 3am. It was extremely irritating having constantly being woken up so late at night to screams and bed boards shaking. Speaking of broken items the microwave barely worked. They tray didn't spin. The window was broken. The Tv was super small must've cost $100 or less. One night I came out of my room to ask a person at the front desk what times the hot tub was open. She was so focused on her phone she barely wanted to look up at me. She wasn't pleasant at all or friendly. She looked at me strangely before answering the question. My last complaint is the hot water ran out when showering. I will never return back to this hotel no matter what is the cost!!

SureStay Hotel on East Wenatchee was a great experience. During this pandemic situation, everything has been different, but the room was perfectly cleaned, and Lindsey helped us out with everything. She is the best in what she does.

Our stay was great, the bed was as comfortable as can be and we loved the complimentary shampoo and conditioner brand. We had a great pool view even though we weren't able to use it we still enjoyed looking outside. Also, the front desk ladies were sweet and friendly. However, I only got Lindsey's name. She was nice!

The hot tub was great in the winter weather and the room and bathroom was awesome for the price of the stay. Lindsey allowed me to leave something with her and was very nice to me when I talked to with her. Keep shining Lindsey! :)

Lindsey took care of me and a very large team for weeks on end. She made every step super simple and easy. Managing reservations for many people each week was a breeze with her at the helm! Hotel location is perfect, close to Starbucks, stores, the mall- anything you need is within walking distance. The hotel was clean and very well kept. The parking lot looks small, but was totally fine for our big groups. A wonderful pool/hot tub area with a grill and covered cabana! Great experience from start to end!

I was pleasantly surprised with my stay! Lindsey made every effort to work with me and accommodate my requests. She was very helpful and tried to be flexible with my changing schedule/stays. My dogs seemed happy here as well! Overall very clean and central to whatever you need in Wenatchee.

as usual everything was very good and easy really like the hotel. we will likely stay here again I hope things return more to normal as we were not able to use the hot tub, it was very crowded. the street side of the hotel is sometimes very loud and would consider this for a future room preference

Lindsey did such a nice job of making us feel at home. So sweet and helped me get everything I needed in this visit. 10/10 would stay again. And it was so nice the smoke finally got better so I could enjoy the view from my deck. Truly wonderful stay.

Always expect good experiences when staying at a Best Western property but this one was a pleasant surprise. A lot of this is due to staff member Lindsey. She is a professional with a “I want to help you” personality. We stayed 3 nights and were very pleased with cleaning staff. I'm looking forward to returning after Covid 19 calms down a bit. I spend half the year in nice hotels. This was a special treat. I have a place in Leavenworth but no air conditioning but the heat doesn't bother me but the smoke was to much. So I needed to stay in town for two more nights So went to my booking site and really just went for price. Because I had family in town and figured it was just for sleep. This was my choice and was wowed from my first greeting. Lindsey was working the front desk (and the one that greeted me each morning) To the owners don't loose her she is an asset. I conversed with Lindsey and with the housekeeper who was also very friendly. it was a treat I will direct all my family (told my brother last night he always stays down the street told him to come here)to suggest the Sure Stay hotel with very comfortable rooms, clean rooms nice amenities. Thank you!!

We came from portland for a death in the family. Lindsey was super with the reservation and when we arrived at the end of our day she and the rest of the staff were nice and super helpful. clean room We had to juggle our check in due to car issues and going to the family first, they Lindsey handled all our changes with ease and made me feel better about having to change things.

My friend and I met here just for a single night. Lindsay called to confirm my reservation and I told her we were early and she swapped us for a room that was clean and we were able to check in early before we went out to explore! The patio was nice to sit and enjoy coffee on in the morning. Will come back next year

We spent 2 nights at this hotel. We brought our little Yorkie and we had a fantastic time! Lindsey was extremely kind and helpful. A very nice welcome to the front desk, for sure! We did not find the Rocky Reach Dam at first and she gave us a map and showed us where we were and which direction to go to. Also, the breakfast on the go was perfect! The pool is wonderful and we were able to swim 1 hour a day. The beds are great too. The hotel is also right across from the mall and several restaurants.

A great price compared to near-by Leavenworth. The room was good sized with a King sized bed, a refrigerator in the room. The pool was open with size restriction protocols, which the staff explained. Lindsey during the day and Miranda in the evening were super friendly and helpful. They were patient answering questions they had likely heard 1000 times. They told us of local restaurants that gave a discount for eating there. A very small town feel, with super service, Will definitely stay again.

Last minute trip to eastern WA. Ended in Wenatchee at the SureStay hotel. First time. The experience was great. Our room was very clean, with a good view of the pool area. All appliances, TV, etc. worked well. Bathroom was spotless. It was really hot out so everyone wanted to be in the pool. The staff made sure the hotel policy for distancing were enforced so everyone could get a nice chunk of time in the pool area. The highlight of our stay was a staff member named Lindsey at the front desk. She made us feel like we were at a great weekend gateway in Hawaii. She makes the guest feel special. Very knowledgeable, always smiling, and attentive. She is a real asset to her company. I will come back.

The view is refreshing from the balconies and the location is close to many amenities for shopping, food and personal care. Their is a Starbucks close by along with a good Thai restaurant down the street. The mall is across the street. I really enjoyed being able to look down at the pool from my room while sitting on the balcony. It's especially enjoyable at night when everything quiets down and the lights are aglow.

I've been staying in the Wenatchee area a lot for work, and in turn have been in and out of a number of hotels in the area. I would put this hotel up as one of my favorites for multiple reasons. The hotel itself is in a convenient area as it sits in the middle of the town and is walking distance to a few restaurants. Rooms are moderately sized yet always spotless and pleasant smelling. The hotel staff is extremely friendly and helpful. During late hours, even if it's 2AM, I can always rely on either one of the two gentlemen at the front desk to immediately help me out with anything I need which I highly appreciate. The breakfast area is a bit small but the morning selection is quite good. There's the typical coffee, juice, tea, biscuits&gravy, fruits, hard boiled eggs, waffles, cereals and such...I'm probably missing a bunch. It gets the job done. Lindsay at the front desk is always a pleasure to wake up to as well. Overall, it's a gem in my book.

Check in and check out was super easy! The staff was friendly, and Lindsey took the time to chat with me during the check out process. My room was cozy and I was able to have a quiet, relaxing stay-cation weekend. Available pool and hot tub, so am thinking I may make my stay-cation a bi-annual event so I can enjoy those amenities!

This was a last minute trip. Found the place on Trip Advisor. The woman who checked me in was friendly and very helpful. I didn't get her name. The breakfast was what I needed good coffee a couple boiled eggs and toast. There were other items, but that was what I needed. Lindsey, the woman who was in charge in the morning was also very helpful and explained the current breakfast area was temporary as they are expanding the lobby and breakfast area.

My wife has to travel every week for work and she stays in sure stay hotel ( v good location and good breakfast).. the hotel is really nice and the staff is very helpful, friendly and welcoming specially Lindsey and David.

I've stayed at this property many times when it was Wild Rivers Inn and now as a SureStay. It has always been maintained as a super clean/quiet almost boutique style property. I like because of its proximity to restaurants and mall shopping.Dependably clean and quiet!

In the grand scheme of hotels I would not say this is a 4/5 hotel, however, for the price paid it was certainly more than sufficient. It has been recently renovated with new carpets and bathrooms and came across as clean (although a paint job wouldn't be out of order). The breakfast nook is just that, a nook, very small. But it still has the basics of waffle maker, biscuits + gravy, yogurt, toast, bagels, pastries, all of which you can take to your room. The location of the hotel is pretty good, right beside the mall and easy access to the bus (some are even free). The shining star of the place though is Lindsay at the front desk. As others have mentioned, she is super friendly and can help with suggestions on what to do in the area!

Updated rooms were well equipped, quiet, comfortable and clean. Convenient location near mall, store and highway. Included good continental breakfast. Friendly, helpful staff. Lindsey made sure we were well taken care of.

So super cheap for how clean, convenient, and beautiful this place was. Right next to the mall and plenty of places to eat. All in walking distance if you really wanted. The traffic noise was really not bad for how close you are to the road, especially at night. I grew up in Wenatchee and come to visit family often and this will for sure be my go-to place, especially for Christmas! Can't recommend this place enough. P.S. The hotel was great! I was in town for business and Lindsey couldn't be more hospitable. Great location, right across the street fro the mall. I would stay here again if I am ever back in Wenatchee! They are also renovating their breakfast area, so look forward to that!!

We enjoyed this hotel. The first night we stayed at a different hotel and it was awful, it was noisy the bed had a dent on a side we couldn't sleep, so we decided to try a different one and at surestay even though it is in a Main Street we slept well it was comfortable we couldn't hear noises. We would definitely stay there again

One of the best hotels I have stayed at in a very long time. Clean and beds were amazingly comfortable. I felt like I could walk barefoot in the room and not catch something...LOL! This has to be the cleanest hotel we have ever stayed at. Most hotels I have stayed at, I was always afraid to walk in the room without shoes on. Not this one! The rooms were perfect. Nice big size mini fridge and a in room microwave made eating meals a breeze. The breakfast offered by the hotel was yummy and filling. never a shortage of food as it was always filled up by the staff when it was running low. The bed is what made it so worth it to stay here. One of the most conferrable hotel beds I have ever slept in. The only thing I wish was there was maybe some extra blankets to add a little more weight to the bed. But other than that, the A/C and heat worked perfectly. The gals that hosted us were polite and amazing all around. Thank you Lindsey and Elaine!

Do not offer in room decaf coffee. It was available at the front desk. Did not have lotion in the room and had to clean the coffee pot before it was usable. It was a beautiful room but the cleanliness was a bit concerning.

The winter rates make this place very affordable as I will be frequently staying here for work. I found the room to be very clean, the bed was comfortable. The 5:00 am start on the continental breakfast was really appreciated for I leave the hotel very early.

Excellent location. Shops restaurants and bars within walking distance. Hotel had everything we needed. It's was a little dated but very clean. All the staff were polite and friendly. The two ladies on reception Lindsey and Paola were so helpful and nothing was too much trouble for them. I would recommend this hotel and would definitely return.

We were a chaotic group of 14staying for a weekend of celebration and shopping. Your staff was patient and personable. Most especially Lindsay and Paola. The rooms were clean and quiet. The location was perfect for shopping and restaurants.

It was our first trip to Wenatchee. Our main goal was to attend the Octoberfest at Leavenworth. Staying in Wenatchee was definitely a smart choice instead of at Leavenworth because of better value all around. We had two comfortable nights of stay at the SureStay, where we were met with friendly and helpful staffs.

I love this place. It's extremely clean and comfortable. I have a lot of scent allergies so I have to be careful about where I sleep, but the rooms here are not only clean, but also scent-free! I enjoyed my time and leisure in Wenatchee. The surestay was a nice place and excellent location for me. I was able to check in a little earlier than scheduled which helped me much because of my tiredness. The ladies and gentlemen at the desk were very nice and respectful to me. I enjoyed the jacuzzi and laundry service. Internet ran fantastic and cable was clear . Hot water was hot and the place was quiet . Not too much and not too little. We arrived at 3:30 needing to be across the river by 4:00--not so easy for a newbie to the area. Paola provided an extremely concise and effective set of directions to get across the bridge and showed the turns we should make. Paola's approach was both caring and effective. We got to our meeting on time.

Always stay here when in Wenatchee because it's not that expensive and it's a great location. Across the street from Olive Garden and a mall. Not far from Costco's, Fred Meyer's and other great shopping places. This is way we come, to shop:)

First time guest here. I found this place terrific and a great value on this three night stay. Super pleasant and well equipped rooms. Attractive and comforting color scheme. It was spotlessly clean and really quiet too. The bed was one of the very best I've ever slept on. Location was super convenient. The value for me was top notch! Checking in and out was a pleasant and efficient breeze .... Lindsey bid me goodbye with warmth and sincerity. I am certainly looking forward to staying at this obviously well run hotel again. Came to the area for Octoberfest in Leavenworth. The hotel was in good shape as were the rooms. The pool area was a disaster. The pool and hottub were nice but the bbq area had food still in the bbq and garbage all over. Also there were used pool towels all over. The breakfast was ok. Not much in the way of choices. The staff was friendly.

Sheets had blood on them (looked like from menstruation) manager said "housekeeper cut her finger and it dried on the sheets" IF that was the case then she should have changed the sheets but there was also hair on the sheets. Shower had a clogg tub did not drain at all.

We had a comfortable room overlooking the pool and distant mountains. Pool was heated and comfortable even when it was cool in September. Lindsey at the front desk was friendly and helpful. Breakfast with waffles, toast, juice and fruit. Location near mall, Costco and Holly Lobby. Lovely Hydro park walk along river south of city.

This place had the cleanest room I have stayed at in the past 10 years! The breakfast area was small and I was by the street, but the traffic in the area was so light that it did not keep me awake. I will certainly use this motel again when I am in the Wenatchee area!

We are Best Western customers when we travel but had not heard of Surestay before. It is definitely older and more dated than a typical best western but it was clean and the bed comfortable. The staff were friendly and the pool looked nice though we didn't use it. There is a lot of street noise but we were exhausted so it didn't effect our snooze. We paid $130 and that seemed high for the accommodation but perhaps this area is just expensive.

5 of my friends needed a vacation after summer with kids and all that comes with. We mothers needed some time with no cooking, no washing, no cleaning, no kids, no husbands . Just sun, pool, book, floating noodles, hot tub,and wine. Mission accomplished.

We were satisfied with the accommodations, we were looking for pet friendly last minute rooms (2) on a holiday weekend, they had two rooms and they served us very nicely. located across the street from a nice mall and many restaurants.

We have been spending a long family weekend each summer at this hotel since the mid-80's. We've seen the hotel condition and staff go through many ups and downs. Thankfully in 2019 things are definitely on the upswing, and have been for the last couple of years. In particular, the improvements to the room furnishings are notable and the staff is great. A special call out to Lindsay, who went out of her way to be make our stay great.

Our room was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful, especially Justin the nighttime desk jockey. He helped us in a very professional and friendly manner. We were in town for a concert relatively nearby and were not familiar with the area. He made sure we knew our options for late night food and beverage.

It was a clean room, very comfortable bed. The staff was very nice and helpful. We were there less than 18 hours, but it suited our needs great. Wenatchee is an expensive place to stay for some odd reason.

This is a reasonable priced hotel in a good location. Across the street from the mall and easy walking distance to the river trail on the east side of Wenatchee. It is an older property that has gone thru a renovation to become part of the Best Western family. It does show it's age but we found our room spacious and clean.with good beds and linens. Yes the included breakfast is minimal but it does the trick to get you started for the day and actually had more items than I was expecting. The room was small but I understand that they are expanding. Overall, a good stay and I would return.

SO, there isn't a pet relief area! You have to go to the side of the building.. that is just overgrown weeds, broken fences, trash, dirty, it's just gross. The price was great, the mall is across the street! No one smiles or says hello! Carpets are gross, the bedspread smelled like old sweat. I didn't pay much for the room, but I wouldn't return. I always stay at Best Western.... eeeks to this one.

Excellent location on a small island between the river and the harbor is was very quit. Hotel is not quite new, nevertheless it's clean and pleasant. Personal was helpful, we would book this hotel again.

My sister and I went to E. Wenatchee for our sunshine fix and swimming pool leisure fix. This hotel is really a great affordable clean and friendly place to stay! The hotel is close to shopping, restaurants, waterfront parks and a Starbuck just a block away! . We felt very safe and comfortable staying here. We used the pool for 4 days of our 5 night stay and it was fantastic! The temperature of the pool was perfect and we enjoyed it so much. The staff especially Lindsey at the front desk and Carla the housekeeper were so friendly and helpful during our stay. I will definitely stay here again. The price is very reasonable as well.

This place is great! It has the most powerful hot tub jets I have ever experienced. Great View of the mountains while sitting poolside. Lindsey (the waffle champion and front dest MVP) was so kind and helpful!

We picked this motel based on Trip Advisor reviews and were not disappointed. The price was within our budget and the location was convenient. The facility has been tastefully updated and our room on the second floor was clean, comfortable and had a little balcony that overlooked the pool. Be advised that there is no elevator, so request a room on the ground floor if carrying all your bags up a flight of stairs will be an issue for you.

From what I can tell, SureStay has not only rebranded, but completely re-done this motel. The result is great. It's still "older", but with everything new inside. They said they were about to expand their breakfast room, too, which would be welcome.

I always want to check in early with much push back from most hotels. The motel is conveniently located close to major roadways and close to the historic centre part of town. The recomended thai restaurant was also very close-by and very good. Lindsey at the front desk was very friendly and helpful.

Good location, across the street from Olive Garden, East Wenatchee Mall. El Porton Mexican restaurant, McDonalds, Arby's within walking distance. Rooms clean, but had to much air freshener smell. Breakfast area, extremely small. Capacity of about 6-8 people. Plan on taking your basic breakfast, waffle, cereal, coffee back to your room. No frills hotel, but OK for the price your paying for under $100. This hotel is fine for a one night stay.

We were here for a family visit and knew we would just need a place to sleep and have breakfast. This place was the most cost effective and of course worried us at first. It was very clean and the front desk person (Lindsey) was always there to help. I even joked about her living there because it was always her at the desk no matter when we arrived! The rooms were specious, Wi-fi worked great, they gave us extra towels as we stayed 3 nights, the pool was nice and clean (surprised it was salt water). My only semi negative comment is that the breakfast eating area is way too small when it is a busy morning. Customers kept bumping into each other and most days we just had to bring food back to our room due to no seating.

The hotel is very nice! Always my 'go to' place when I'm skiing Mission Ridge. Lindsey at the front desk was awesome! She's friendly, courteous and helpful! I'd missed breakfast by just a few minutes and she was nice enough to give me a 'breakfast to go' bag! She was very sweet and extremely accommodating!

We were in Wenatchee visiting our brother in the hospital. Lindsey was very accommodating to our unknown schedule. We weren't sure how long we would stay, and she allowed a day-to-day 'reservation' which worked out great!

We were in Wenatchee for an overnight stay for a ski day at Mission Ridge. Looked for a lower-price, convenient place, and made the right choice with Surestay! Clean room, comfortable beds. Not fancy, but a very honest space. And very convenient to restaurants, trail to river walk, and freeways. Best of all was Lindsey at the front desk! She went more than out of her way to find us the perfect room for our needs. Thank you!! Great stay.

Stayed in HUGE King room with a fabulous shower head and separate shower heater. Mattress was a tad bit hard but that may just be me. Staff was fantastic. Only negative was the overwhelming fragrance of the carpet powder. But when I brought it up they immediately stopped using it in my room. Staying there next weekend and will call asking for it not to be used in my assigned room and I'm sure they will accommodate.

The hotel is very clean and in good shape. Everything worked. The only weakness was the breakfast and the room (small). It's continental at best. Waffles, bread, cereal, yogurt, biscuits and gravy. No real cream for coffee, just powdered.

Nice rooms and close to restaurants and the local mall. It was easy to find. We had our Grandsons with us they had a great time in the hot tub the staff was very helpful and friendly, especially Lindsey!

My coworker and I came to Wenatchee for a business trip and had a wonderful stay at the SureStay! Staff was amazing (especially Lindsey!! She was so awesome, we loved her!!), rooms were clean and cozy, and housekeeping was so sweet and helpful! Right across the street from the mall and close to a lot of restaurants and convenient stores. Overall great trip and stay! Would recommend to anyone!

Either we had some very loud guests staying above us (they seemed to be intentionally & excessively walking back & forth up until after 11:00 pm) or the first floor ceilings are too thin. We called & asked for a room change, but were told by staff there were none available to move us. The front desk staff was able to call the room above us & get them to quiet down, but it was temporary & the noise & trampling started again before 6:00 am. I appreciate the attempt, but we slept quite poorly thanks to this.

The rooms were exceptionally clean. Very small, Queen, but quite adequate. Staffing was excellent. Breakfast area was very small. Really no more than two people could fit in comfortably while fixing a plate. Seating better though. In a nice area in town. A nice mall right across the street corner store Macy's. Olive Garden and a Sharis right across street. Starbucks within short walking distance. Very clean area altogether. We had a lovely stay. In town for a "Hockey Tournament". Ice stadium 5÷8 mins. away.

Here for a week, room was great! Alli at front desk was awesome! Staff was very professional. Hotel was close to everything within walking distance, I will definitely stay here again, nice to have quality in a small town.

On the plus side, they had a room available on this very busy weekend and we had no problems checking in/out. They had most of the usual breakfast offerings. On the negative side, upon check in, our room had very obviously not been vacuumed! Also, the beds were saggy and the tv was quite small. The breakfast nook was small, so some people had to take their breakfast back to their rooms. Location-wise, this hotel is within walking distance to a mall. It is also close to the bridge, so it is easy to get the downtown from it.

Very reasonably priced, with a great location in East Wenatchee by the mall. Lindsey at the front desk was super nice each time we saw her and always made us feel welcome. Would definitely stay here again.

We stayed 2 nights at the SureStay in East Wenatchee. The hotel had a very clean fresh smell from the moment we walked through the door. Our room was extremely clean & a good size for 2 people. The front desk agent, Lindsey really stole the show for going above & beyond expectations on our second day. She was so knowledgeable about all of our questions regarding travel recommendations & tips for alternate routes & winter weather warnings. We were so appreciative to have a local's perspective. We met my wife's sister & Brother in law in Wenatchee at the SureStay hotel with plans to visit Leavenworth, WA. My Brother in law found SureStay & we booked 2 rooms for Friday, December 21, 2018. We loved our hotel rooms: huge room with ultra comfortable king sized bed, comfortable chair, plenty of roominess in vanity & bathroom, it was soooooo quiet!!!!! We were visiting for an early Merry Christmas!!!!! We had a wonderful afternoon visiting, talking & laughing at the SureStay Hotel!!! We had 2 meals in Leavenworth, enjoyed the Christmas lights, my wife and sister in law went shopping!!!! The SureStay Best Western is a tidy, clean, comfortable, safe place, and is located close to the outlet malls!!! The housekeeping staff does a superior job of creating a clean, polished, and welcoming hotel interior spaces. My wife's sister was able to get an early checkin and was appreciative to the front desk staff on 12/21/18. We met Lindsay at the front desk on Saturday morning, she was a friendly positive lady and very charming!!!!! Thanks SureStay Best Western for a comfortable quiet hotel with a yummy breakfast!!!!!

The beds are some of the most comfortable I ever slept on! Lindsey at the front was friendly and helpful! The biscuits and gravy are super nom. The shower heads are big! Winter hot tubbing! I didn't, but they had the outdoor tub going and next time I'm coming prepared!

Stayed here for a night during the busy winter season of Leavenworth, but the front desk was handling everything perfectly. Lindsay was great and also gave us a nice list of sightseeing tips and dinner recommendations! Room itself was in excellent condition, all the furniture was brand new and the housekeeping did a great job keeping everything tidy! Due to an unforeseen family emergency, we unfortunately had to leave early and the front desk staff was very understanding and helpful with our situation. This place will definitely be at the top of our list when we get back here!

Not as clean as stated, your room doesn't get vacuumed daily and the beds are worn.... you can see body prints in the beds. Pillows smell like the last person that stayed. We had No hot water for showers.

The rooms are large and comfortable. We especially appreciated the high quality mattresses on the beds. Views of the mountains across the river can be lovely from the second floor (never mind the dumpsters in the foreground). We did have one little housekeeping matter but it was resolved quickly and graciously. The staff were friendly and efficient, the continental breakfast above average for sure. The location is fine, especially if you have time to walk the River Walk right nearby.

Surprisingly roomy accommodations and very clean. Parking was pretty full, but I still found a spot not too far from the entrance. Breakfast could be improved: eggs, bacon, biscuits and gravy would be nice.

Basic hotel, near a sports bar and across the street from a small mall with Olive Garden, Shari's and a nearby Starbucks. Rooms were fine. A little run-down, desk staff was friendly enough. If you are looking for a cheaper option that is NOT on Wenatchee Ave and you are only looking for a place to crash, this could work for you.

The room was very clean and we were able to check in early, the halls were quiet and we slept well, There is a nice restaurant just through the parking lot, very convenient for dinner and breakfast. They have a fridge and microwave in the room. very handy for left overs

My wife and I needed a mini vaction (one night) away from 24/7 caretaking. A friend was coming for a visit so we booked a room here. It was clean, quiet, well maintained. Staff was friendly and responsive to our needs. Breakfast was good. Highly recommend staying here.

First stay at a Sure Stay and will certainly check them out again. Good location, close to shopping and dining options. Very comfortable room. First visit, first impressions - staff are excellent. Arrived hours before checkin time and asked if we could drop bags and get keys. Brian said certainly, just let me check with cleaning colleagues on status of available room.... Moments later he said that room nearly ready, checked us in - we dropped bags at the room - staff doing final vaccuum. Freshened up and as we left the room 20 mins later, cleaning staff welcomed us to the Sure Stay, asked if the room was ok and if we wanted fresh towels or any other items after freshen up. totally unexpected and MOST appreciated.

I usually go to Wenatchee monthly and often stay at SureStay. The people at the front desk are very friendly, the rooms are large and you can get a great view of the mountains and swimming pool. There are large decks or patios on the river side of the hotel but it can be loud in good weather with kids in the pool. The patio pool side rooms are actually fenced in so you can't walk directly out of your room to the pool. I love the larger than usual refrigerator in the rooms and breakfast is a nice addition. It's really fast getting to and from the hotel from the Wenatchee side of the river. There are several restaurants within walking distance and the mall is right across the street. I've stayed there many times. The only thing that makes me take a star away is housekeeping needs to step it up a bit.

Stay all over the country and paid a little more for this one, wry disappointed - room just sparse and dank...not welcoming hall, doors left propped open at night, carpets and furnishings in rooms old, just not worth price. Have to say, staff very sweet but property very tired.

This place urgently needs refurbishment. It looks like the setting of an 80s TV series. The hall, stairs and corridors smelled of air freshener which is always suspicious; you inevitably ask yourself what they try to cover. Breakfast was pretty good. All in all the label "Best Western" is misleading. Should be modernized or sold to a cheaper hotel chain.

Nice stay. Room was clean & cool & quite.101 degrees outside. Front desk people very nice. Other hotels in town way over priced. INMHO. Will be staying here next trip. Only complaint is to trip advisor. Shouldn't have to use min 200 characters to submit a simple review.

Very pleased with the management of the property and recent improvements. Brian was very helpful, and worked with us on last minute changes to our multi-room reservation. Recent upgrades to the facility are appreciated, and the pool was delightful. .

I forgot my swim suit in my hotel room when I checked out on Sunday. I called on Thursday to ask if they could find it and ship it to me, it took her a few mins because she was so determined to find it, but she tracked it down and was able to ship it to me!!! Thank you so much!! She is tall, skinny and long dark hair. Amazing!!! Highly recommend staying here!!

We've been to Wenatchee many times but never really ventured to the east side. Was pleasantly surprised there was mall across the street! Pool area nice but lacking nice décor. Too many different chairs etc. Tacky hot tub cover. Now, the breakfast area was the smallest I've ever seen in a hotel, especially a larger hotel like this one. Nice to be able to take your breakfast out by the pool. Breakfast...fair...

Brian went out of his way to accommodate our whole baseball during State tournament! Clean rooms, Great pool, and an AWESOME BBQ area. Our boys had an amazing few days! Highly recommended! Oh and the complimentary breakfast filled up 2 teams of hungry boys and their families with plenty for the other guests to enjoy ??

There are other hotels in the Wenatchee area; I recommend avoiding this one. Here's why: I was confused to find an additional charge on my credit card. I contacted customer service & was told I was being charged for stains in the shower and on towels. Problem is I didn't actually use the shower as I went straight from the hotel to the gym upon checkout. Still waiting for the refund. There is little of anything redeeming about this property. It's old, musty, and needs renovation like nothing I've seen in any Best Western property before. Add in the fraudulent charge to my credit card and I can say I would not go near this place again. Buyer beware!

Was in town a day early for business meeting, stayed here on my member perks. Staff was very helpful and friendly, i even found a personalized letter to me from the staff waiting inside my room. They made sure all my needs were met during my stay. Highly recommend this location.

Taking into full consideration the inexpensive price I paid for my room - I found the room clean, the bed comfortable, and the amenities good. But I wasn't able to get what I paid for - which was a night's sleep. Limited soundproofing - if any - led to a night of being woken repeatedly by traffic on the street as well as by people in the hallway. I am not a particularly light sleeper, yet I was unable to get a night's rest.

We had a three night stay over the weekend. Local friends recommended the SureStay Hotel to us. LOCATION: Easy access to the North South US 97 highway, Grant Road leading to Pangborn Airport and the bridge to South Wenatchee. In addition, it is on the other side of the block and away from these major roads, which eliminates much of the noise. It is within walking distance to food and drink as well as retail stores. ROOMS: Housekeeping was excellent with the beds well made. I asked questions to two of the housekeeping staff and they were pleasant and helpful. There is adequate room for hanging garments and storing luggage with easy access. CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST: This is the one area I would suggest improvement. The eating space was small, but it was not crowded the times were were there. There was the standard fair with waffles, toast, yogurt, coffee, orange juice cider, etc. There were Apples, which one would expect from the Apple Capitol of the World, but at the time we were there, other fresh fruit such as oranges and bananas were absent. The breakfast is basic and adequate, juist not fancy and diverse. In summary, the SureStay Hotel is safe, clean, comfortable, hospitable and convenient, while being reasonably priced.

Stayed here many times. Under new ownership. Gradually getting better with each stay. The construction workers who stay seem to now be in the minority, and the quality of each visit is now very good. Little things have been done (curved shower bar, curtains that stays put) add dramatically to the overall quality of the stay. Better quality guests now mean there is very little slamming of doors, children running in the halls at midnight.... The management is quick to keep the rowdies quiet or absent, and all the guests can now enjoy a comfortable stay. There are buildings in the close vicinity. Who knows, maybe someday a neighboring building could be purchased as a pet wing. Dining & shopping in close walking distance. Overall, a decent price for a decent stay. Plan to return again.

This property has gone under some really big over haul to update this Hotel. I was pleasantly surprise. Brian was at the front desk and greeted me with a smile. Very easy check in. The hotel offers a fairly good breakfast. The area is kind of small if the hotel is full. Just take your breakfast to your room that is what I did. Very clean and a good size room. We had a room with a king bed. Comfy bed as well. It does have a laundry room as well which is nice. Free internet of course. I hope you enjoy your stay.!

This is an excellent place to stay if you have an early/late flight out of Pangborn. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. I came in without a reservation, during a busy time with all the construction going on in town. They found me a great room at a great price. I will definitely stay here again.

My family & I stayed for 2 nights last weekend. We had an accessible room and it was nice, clean, comfortable. Easy in/out from the handicap parking stall. New queen beds were very comfortable; I slept good & I normally do not sleep well at hotels. Nice décor throughout & the wifi was fast & reliable. Convenient to several restaurants and fast food places; its across from their local mall & a Fred Meyer store is just a few blocks away. Our room was close to the highway but I rarely heard outside traffic. Breakfast area is small so we went elsewhere, but a large part of that was my family member's dietary restrictions. Brian at the Front Desk was pleasant, friendly, and helpful. I will definitely stay here again.

My husband and I (plus our 2 dogs) had the pleasure of staying one or two trips a month during 2017 and our last trip January 2018, house hunting in the Wenatchee area. The rooms were clean, comfortable and quiet. In the beginning we stayed at a few other hotels in Wenatchee, but found Sure Stay to be the best! It only took a few repeat stays and I was greeted on a first name basis and when calling in for reservations they recognized who I was, which made it very quick and easy to make reservations. Even though they were remodeling during 2017 summer, it did not affect the quality of our stays. The only negative remark would be the breakfast and eating area is very small with limited food choices. The rooms have quality internet, which I never had any problems with. I would highly recommend staying at Sure Stay on your next visit to East Wenatchee or Wenatchee area.

Stayed for a single night before a skiing trip. It's a simple place, but it was clean, the room was in great condition, and the breakfast was good (although the breakfast area is a bit small). Overall, a good value; can recommend.

The room was fine, its was nice and clean, but the heating unit definitely smelled like old smoke/dust when we first started it up. Fine for a night or two. What made me give it 4 stars was the awesome customer service we received from Jovanna! I forgot a necklace that is somewhat valuable and sentimental to me on the bathroom counter. I called a few hours after we had checked out and she said that housekeeping was still cleaning rooms and she would call me back to let me know if it was located. She called later that day to say they had found it and she'd be mailing it out to me that same day! So appreciate the trustworthiness of the staff and the quick work and follow through by Jovanna. Thank you!

The rooms were remodeled, clean, and the beds were new. Breakfast areas was small, but that was the only negative. It was across from the mall and several restaurants. The staff was friendly. My daughter left her earrings in the room and the staff found them and are mailing them to us.

It had everything I look for in a hotel for a business trip (except a fitness room). The internet worked well. They had a good TV and cable. There was a desk to work at. The bed was comfy. The shower was nice with a newish shower head. And there was a hot tub open year round. The breakfast room was very tiny with not a lot of options, but it was better than many I have seen. There was an OK choice of waffles, cereal, biscuits and gravy, and bananas. Overall, I was impressed.

This is your typical best western. The rooms are nice. A little dated but clean. The bed is very nice as are the pillows. It is right across from the north Wenatchee mall and close to restaraunts and wind river bar. Overall a clean cheap place to stay. The breaky is ok but I have had better at best western. They have a pool buy it is outdoor and they do have free WiFi. The stuff was really nice and David was helpful.

Stayed one night on business. Price was very good, room was clean and tidy. Bathroom was clean, in good repair, and well-appointed. Free breakfast was just above minimal. Certainly doable, but a very small lobby and limited choices—waffles, cereal, coffee, yogurt, breads, apples. Quality of food was good, just limited selection and seating. Overall, would happily stay again.

I stay in hotels fairly regularly and every time I come through Wenatchee, this is the place I choose. Rooms are clean, quite, and comfortable. The price is no indication of the type of place you are staying in. Brian at the front desk is always friendly and helpful and I look forward to many more stays.

Brian at the front desk was super helpful by getting me a ground level room so that I could be closer to my car that had my work stuff in it. The room itself was very nice and updated. I especially liked the shower. Beautiful view out the back. The TV was a bit on the small side but nice channel line up and guide. I have spent more money and stayed in way worse. For the money, this place is well worth it.

A semi-decent bang-for-the-buck. The price is a little high for what you get but it does compete with the lower-end hotels. We mistakenly agreed to a room next to the hot tub. Some fat middle-aged guys must have had a couple of bowls of loud-mouth soup for dinner and are now right outside our door yucking it up. Not at full volume, but lets just say their not using their indoor voices either. Bathroom door doesn't close.... The new owners are giving it their best effort but don't expect the world.

It was the best price we found and convenient to the mall. Really liked the lower room rate, did not mind bare-bones amenities. The renovations helping make the hotel a nice place to stay; clean and comfortable. Extra parking on the North side of the building. We plan to stay here again soon.
