Stayed here for 6 nights with breakfast included. Relatively small and new hotel. Very welcoming and service-minded staff. I had a single room with a sleeping loft with double single beds. Due to the sleeping loft solution and good layout, the room seemed large. The room was well cleaned upon arrival and with daily cleaning/tidying. Apart from a little creaking on the floor in the bathroom and on the stairs to the sleeping loft, it was a good room. The breakfast was quite ok. Was only buffet 1/6 day during my stay, otherwise menu. Could have varied more and had more variety at the buffet. Otherwise, had a good overall experience and will most likely stay there again if I am in that area!

If I wanted to know what being incarcerated felt like, I'd choose this property (note, I don't say hotel). Appalling and rude checkin late in the evening... receptionist clearly wanted an argument over leaving a cash deposit rather than acknowledging a BW Diamond Select member. Deposit first: fully happy to pay but on a credit card please, not cash. Lost deposits this way in Thailand too many times. Maybe BW unable to operate as a modern franchise? Recognition second: Zero. Didn't even bother to take our number. Gee, thanks. Room: Literally at the end of a corridor straight out of Prisoner Cell Block H. Weird duplex room, upstairs bed with a ceiling of 2cm clearance for my height - ok, I'm tall - but my wife isn't and she had to duck under the aircon. Madness. Right on the eight lane highway and enormously noisy externally... equally poor sound proofing internally, sadly. Dreadful. Have never been so pleased to be on a redeye flight and so checked out six hours after crappy checkin. Never again. Avoid.
