Best Western Hotel Wiesbaden

Location is within minutes from the train station. The hotel was clean, welcoming, and has a wonderful outdoor patio. The service upon arrival was excellent, and they have a bar on site. The hotel is modern and very clean. Air conditioning in the room is preset at 20 degrees Celsius (68 F). There is an in room safe, (no fridge) and a large shower with great pressure. The promoted products (shampoo, body wash) are branded Hydro Touch (bring your own conditioner). There is a heated towel / drying rack, and the king size bed was comfortable. (Please note there are no wash cloths). Everyone at the hotel was pleasant, our stay was perfect and breakfast was excellent! Thank you for a pleasant stay! Would return again when in the area of Wiesbaden!

The staff and mgr was exceptionally helpful with a booking problem BRENDA created in phone reservations in usa i was in another contry with my family and they did everything they could to make it better !

Beautiful hotel, very tastefully designed. But there are limitations: 1. Arrival by car: not easy to find because it is located in a complex of several identical buildings. Underground parking: plenty of spaces available. But the entrance is very narrow. If necessary, fold in mirrors for larger vehicles. 2. room facilities: bathroom shower with nice large photo of a manatee. In the room, the wall behind the bed is decorated with a large photo of Highway One. There are also large, beautiful photos of American national parks in the corridors and in the breakfast room. NEGATIVE is the room service: Housekeeping ordered for the next day from 11.00 AM. Must be, otherwise no one will come. At the same time, we had to ask for a roll of toilet paper because one had only one sheet (!) left and about 50 cm of the spare roll had unrolled onto the floor. Very hygienic. It is very embarrassing to walk through an area with other guests (front desk and bar) with a roll of toilet paper. Then asked for two more bath towels after returning late. Note: THESE are THE LARGE towels. We were given one large and one normal towel. 05.07.25: After breakfast at reception, we were told clearly and unambiguously that we expected the hand wash gel and shower gel to be refilled. Both containers were practically empty. Incidentally, only noticed during the night that the paper box in the bathroom was empty. Well, we thought the room service would replace it with a new one on 05.07. Back in the room in the evening: soap dispenser filled, paper dispenser box still empty!!! Also the coffee and tea in the room were not refilled. Again asked for 2 additional bath towels. We had to explain this several times, then during our visit to the bar not 2 towels but a total of 6 different ones were brought to the room. Any more questions? Conclusion, whoever offers this kind of housekeeping has not understood what service means. Fortunately, we had our own disinfectant with us to disinfect the room accordingly. Whether housekeeping does this correctly is questionable if they only replenish what is complained about and toilet paper on the floor is a bit cheeky.

The hotel is located near the train station and the city. The rooms are very nice, but the standard rooms (which are most of the rooms in this hotel) don't have a warddrobe. We have often used open warddrobes systems, but here there's only one hanging rod, not even a few shelves for storing things, even though there's plenty of room in the rooms. For a city trip with two people and three stays, that's simply not enough. Therefore, we can only recommend the hotel for single overnight stays. The beds are Queensize (1,60 m wide). The breakfast is good and there is a parking garage in the basement.

Great hotel walkable from Wiesbaden Hauptbahnhof there is also a bus stop right outside of the hotel. Breakfast was great, with a large variety of choices! Beds were comfy and bathroom was spacious. Bar menu was also excellent. Will definitely return!

Rude front desk staff. Our bathroom flooded when we showered as the drain was not working properly. We reported this to the same front desk person and were handed a stack of towels and told to wipe up the water. No follow up to see it situation was resolved. Towels were left there until the next day. No greeting or welcome upon check in even though there was no one else in the lobby. The safe was locked when we got to our room. Reported to front desk. After reporting twice in two days and safe still locked, we reported to a new front desk staff person upon check out.

A standard unremarkable modern block in an office area, close to the station but not from the city. Rooms are quite small and lack any furniture for storage. Bathroom with leaking shower door. Rather basic. Price is somehow reasonable, front desk nice and breakfast good. Nothing terrible but would not recommend except for its convenient proximity to the station.

They “forget” to mention that room cleaning is by request only at the reception, and when you specifically ask that the room will be cleaned daily on your one week stay, they just forget to clean it. Would it be ok if a customer would forget to pay as well ? Or is there a better rate if the service is not provided fully ?

Quality of the room surprised me. It was excellent albeit small but had everything & was well designed. Will happily visit again as it has parking & EV charging as well as good rooms. Not very animated atmosphere & no restaurant so you have to nip out for a meal however the breakfast was very good, far better than some 4 star hotels.

I enjoyed my stay at BW in Wiesbaden. I stayed for 2 nights while attending the conference nearby. It has a good location, offers a good breakfast, decent-sized and clean rooms, and very attentive and helpful staff. I will definitely stay there on my next visit.

What a fabulous modern hotel this is! We loved everything about it, and it was perfect for our 3 day stay in Wiesbaden. We booked the apartment with terrace which was on level 5. It was spacious, well-equipped with minikitchen, table and 2 chairs, lounge area, good internet, separate bedroom with lovely clean and comfortable bedding. The decor is modern throughout, and features giant wall murals of spectacular scenery from the US, quite unexpected. The bathroom is gorgeous, so well-designed with big shower and Hansgrohe tapwear. The shower spray is very luxurious, probably the best we have come across in the many hotels we have stayed in. Showers in hotels can be very iffy, but this one was simply beautiful. Our shower also featured a mural of a big dugong, which is a bit scary up close, and not the "prettiest" of sea creatures, but amusing anyway. The breakfast is included, and it is served in a huge pleasant breakfast area, so tables are spread out nicely. The variety of breakfast items is enormous - even having half of the items would be totally fine we thought. And the brekky staff were lovely...so hardworking to keep all of that running. We loved our stay and definitely recommend the hotel to others. It is close to the train station, town centre, shopping, transport... and if you like art noveau, don't miss the Wiesbaden museum!

Comfortable room with nice bed duvet & pillows. Nice bathroom with large shower. Not luxurious but well-maintained. Large TV with some English channels. Large windows that you can open for fresh air, Excellent traditional German breakfast with much variety. Walking distance to city attractions but also close to bus lines. Underground parking. Very good value.

Booked this hotel with excellent facilities and parking and only 30 minute walk into town centre Well equipped rooms, excellent staff and the most helpful, friendly and chatty manager He helped with breakfast and talked to guests Breakfast was excellent with lots of choice for everyone

The hotel staff was not very competent or helpful because they gave us the wrong room at check in which required multiple trips back and forth to the reception desk to get it sorted. Then the TV did not work in our room. But they did give us another room again after multiple times back and forth to the reception. And finally at 08:00 in the morning there was apparently construction with hammering and loud noises in the room above us and we could not sleep. The breakfast was surprisingly good but after our experience we will not be staying here again.

In a good location, a 7 minute walk from the station. My room was quite large and was clean. Breakfast was quite satisfactory. Reception staff were friendly and helpful! Nothing that stands out but nice hotel in a good location.

Great Hotel, modern, good breakfast until 11am ( great if you want a lie-in), convenient location to reach motorways and city centre. If you want to save money, don't use the hotel car park, there is usually enough space on the road behind the hotel....and it's free. We will definitely come back!!

An excellent and very enjoyable stay. Drove straight into excellent underground parking on arrival...lift to reception. Very warm, friendly, informative welcome. Great front desk staff. Lobby, bar etc very attractive. Quick check-in and up to room. Room (standard queen) was small but excellent functional layout made for sufficient space. TOP housekeeping. Great lighting, wifi and ventilation. Extremely comfortable bed...and lovely lightweight bedding, fresh cotton linens. 425 very quiet location in hotel...able to leave window open all night without traffic disturbance. Tiny bathroom but again layout so well thought out that it appeared spacious. TOP breakfast! What a delight to be able to have a lazy start, late breakfast (10:30) and noon check out. Refreshing after a whole row of hotels/guesthouses who can´t wait to get rid of you in a morning. Thank you...very relaing and we´ll be back soon. Excellent value.

Firstly a niggle - it would help if there was a sign at road level indicating the entrance to the hotel which is on Mainzer Street and not Wittelsbacherstrasse where Google maps tries to take you. Having eventually found the entrance to the hotel we parked in the spacious and super clean car park. We took the elevator up to reception where we were greeted by the receptionist who asked us to sit and wait. After going through the usual paperwork and having the breakfast hygiene regulations explained to us we went up to our bedroom. The hotel is stylishly modern, the corridors are wide and the bedrooms reasonably spacious. We were impressed with the bathroom which had a life size image of Paula - a manatee who is the hotels mascot - taking up one entire wall of the huge shower. The room was not over or under-heated and we slept well on a super comfortable bed. The next morning we enjoyed a delicious breakfast (whilst remembering to wear plastic gloves to serve ourselves). The breakfast options were as good as it gets and we breakfasted in a spacious area with lots of room. All in all this hotel was a lovely modern hotel and represented excellent value for money.

It always is a pleasure to stay at this Best Western. We were here when it first opened and have made it a go to place on our travels. It has the best breakfast buffet of any Best Western or any hotel in its class. The beds are super comfortable and the pillows are heavenly. Everyone is courteous and COVID protocols are excellent.

Good location in a walking distance of many attractions of Wiesbaden. The room was modern, clean and comfortable. All basics provided. Our room was small but sufficient. The bedding: excellent and comfortable as well. The greatest was the high quality breakfast offering great selection of breads, yogurts and fruit, hard boiled and scrambled eggs, sausages, pancakes and bacon. I enjoyed the cheeses and lunch meats as well. Variety of teas and coffees. The service was okay. I believe they were staffed by overwhelmed apprentices. In the evening one can enjoy the drinks and refreshments in the lobby and outdoors. We stayed two nights.

It is clean.Reception is friendly and quick and breakfast buffet is great. What else can one ask for ? It is also located close to many client locations in Wiesbaden. They also have a lunch service wherein they pack your breakfast for you as a takeaway lunch.

We stayed for 1 night in October. The check-in experience was a bit dramatic, as upon arrival they declared they were not accepting guests from ‘high risk' Covid areas such as London. We eventually managed to check-in once we were able to prove that we had been residing in a ‘low risk' area of Germany for the past 8 days. However, I was a bit peeved that they waited until we arrived to casually inform us of this (the booking had been made months in advance, and they could see our home address was in London). Surely they should have been going out of their way to inform any guests who wouldn't be permitted to stay well in advance of their arrival! Once checked-in, things went smoothly. It is a new hotel, and noticeably higher specced than some other Best Western properties I have stayed at. We had booked their highest level room – the ‘Apartment' – which had a separate living area with pull-out sofa bed, a kitchenette, and an absolutely massive rooftop terrace (although no view unfortunately). We enjoyed the breakfast buffet the next morning, which again was better than expected for a Best Western, and included a number of hot items. Parking was in the basement of the hotel and was chargeable (can't remember the daily rate, but it wasn't cheap). Overall, a pleasant stay that exceeded expectations - check-in drama aside.

The hotel is good located and provides anything you need The room was perfect. Clean and modern The only downside were the pillows. They were not helpful at all The prize for the room was perfect as well Especially with the breakfast included Don't park at the hotel! There are planty possibilities outside which are way cheaper!

From the start to finish, during my stay I enjoyed the complete rendering of the Best Western Hotel in Wiesbaden. Nice and friendly staff, good and complete service package, and a good breakfast. I felt very welcome, and certainly return to Best Western

Family travel with 5 adults including 3 teenagers and we were supposed to have a room with an extra bed but instead we got two double rooms beside each other. Breakfast is great with a nice variety of food.

Great hotel! Affordable, clean, amazing breakfast. The only thing we were not happy with was the accessibility. Hotel stated that their rooms are wheelchair accessible but the shower was with too narrow door, without shower chair and grab rails.

I spent a super nice short stay in the hotel, totally recommend it, The staff was friendly and polite. I stayed with my wife and my father in law and It was a good stay. Comfortable bed, and spacious toilets.

There is a lot of construction around the hotel grounds. The hotel is in walking distance to Goldgasse and the train station. Goldgasse is a very active area with lots of restaurants and stores, worth the walk of about a mile from the hotel. The train station is about .25 miles from the hotel. Hotel bar is nice and quiet, I do not recommend the food though. I had a pizza, which was Frozen.

We have always enjoyed staying at Best Western Hotels and are rarely disappointed. Most of them also allow dogs, which is important to us. This hotel barely opened in December and by early January was still working out some of the kinks. But the the pluses were many. Very comfortable and stylish rooms, secure garage parking below the hotel, a sumptuous breakfast buffet. Everyone we met, from the manager to bar waiters to breakfast buffet personnel could not have been nicer or more helpful, attentive to our needs without our asking. A great hotel for business or personal trips. I am sure we will be back.
