It is a little off-route but close to central highways. Abundance of secure parking. Friendly staff. Clean and rooms and bathroom. I saved this hotel for my future trips as I frequenly use the route. Breakfast was decent. 24h reception is also important to me as I sometimes arrive very late and like to see someone is there taking care of the guests.

Very nice hotel for my short business trip to Wiener Neustadt. Ordered a pickup from the VIE airport, and was in the hotel 45-50 min after leaving the airport. The Hotel is brand new. Quick check in upon arrival to the hotel and super service from the reception. Very nice big room. Next morning a very nice breakfast buffet. For sure a hotel that I will highly recommend.

We had a five night stay at The Plaza Inn booked via our employer for a work training event, myself with a friend/ colleague. This hotel is still very new and very welcoming. The rooms are very well proportioned and very well furnished with an extremely comfortable bed. I must mention Nadine our afternoon/ evening receptionist who made our stay even more pleasurable with outstanding advise and recommendations from sightseeing to restaurants and taxi information/ booking, she is absolute credit to this hotel and the management team. The second employee of this hotel who also helped us with his expert help and advise is Max (morning reception) both of these employees spoken and written English are flawless and helped make our stay very smooth. staying on a bed and breakfast basis the breakfast is full of options from bacon and scrambled eggs to cereal and continental pastries with preserves and cold meats, cheese and fresh bread. If the opportunity to visit Austria and this region for work or even pleasure arises in the future, The Plaza Inn will be our first choice hotel. Well done again to Max and Nadine, for your outstanding customer service.
