All of the staff was so friendly and helpful! Breakfast was fresh and delicious, they had a crepe station one day and an omelet station another day. They even gave the kids a treat from the treasure box! Definitely will be staying here again!!
This hotel is a little outside of city proper but very close via freeway (10 mins). the property is very clean, the staff are very nice and welcoming. We enjoyed the hot tub and the indoor pool and the free breakfast was also great. Kudos to the breakfast team who gave out treats like brownie bites, smoothies, and omelettes. Would stay here again!
Probably, the best lodging facility I have stayed in since COVID changed the world. The hotel common area and my personal room were very cleaned. The breakfast selections were abundant and easily accommodated a variety of lifestyles (low carbs, high protein, hot selections, cold selections, fruits, breads, condiments). The personal made-to-order omelets were awesome with ingredients, preparation care, and chef's enthusiasm. The personnel make this hotel. Everyone (front desk, housekeeping, services) seemed to take a personal interest in our stay, which was the epitome of hospitality. The Manager, Jordon, made it a point to greet guests daily and check on our level of satisfaction. I appreciated the historical pictures the hotel displayed. Little did I know there was a “DIXIE” settlement in Southern Utah. This helped to explain the menu selections we found at local restaurants. Our keys worked every time! I did suggest that the in-room remotes have a lighted display to better see the abundant channel sections. Such a small suggestion!
Comfortable, quiet, and clean hotel. Will stay there again. Glad BW has stepped up and made these great hotels. You will be happy to stay here. Plus it is right next to a McDonalds, egg McMuffin in the morning makes everyone happy. You'll love your stay.
This is the Best Western we've ever stayed at. The most outstanding feature is the full breakfast. They provide made-to-order omelets, using 1-4 eggs as you choose. These omelets are better than the ones we had a few days later at Denny's. The bed and pillows are very comfortable; it was quiet. It's a wonderful place, everyone is very friendly. We had only one complaint, our personal preference: the water is too soft, so very hard to rinse off the soap. Other than that, everything was wonderful.
Hotel is new, modern , clean (meticulous) . Staff is friendly, and helpful. Unfortunately we did not get to use the pool or hot tub, but it looked lovely! Breakfast was included and was varied and yummy! Beds were soo comfy! I would come back again!
Would have been a 5 except for bkfst. Expresso machine a great idea, but the egg offering which looked like flapjacks, were rubbery and tasteless. Better packaged scrambled than those!! Omelette bar a good idea but started late so we ha d already eaten half of what was offered on bkfst bar. Young man doing omelette needs more practice as mine was so overloaded with bacon bits as to be inedible . Best have your bkfst at Black Bear across the street Rooms large, comfort able beds.
Great stay at a nice hotel with the friendliest staff I've encountered in a lot of travels. Premises was clean, linens fresh, location easy on/off to interstate highway. Very good breakfast, many choices including custom made omelets, buffet items changed daily. The staff are outstanding, beginning with the manager who helped us with restaurant suggestions and local points of interest. Breakfast room staff were exceptional: friendly, helpful, attentive, efficient. Front desk staff morning, afternoon, night were all cheerful and helpful.
I've been taking an annual trip to St. George for several years to participate in the Huntsman World Games and this is always my "go-to" hotel. The hotel has a friendly and attentive staff, clean rooms, and nice common areas. It's a newer property with excellent beds and a variety of pillows. The rooms have good lighting but one chandelier-style light could use a dimmer switch or shade (I made one). The pool and hot tub were also clean and not overcrowded. The free hot breakfast was varied and tasty with an enthusiastic staff who kept thing tidy and well-stocked. There was also an optional omelet bar at no extra charge that I took advantage of on several days. Good, temperature-controlled air conditioning. I saw a sign for a new competitors hotels "comin soon" nearby. Hopefully this won't bring construction noise. It's a very peaceful area now.
One of the best chain hotels where we have stayed. Great leadership and helpful staff. Hot tub is hot, not tepid. Convenient, just off I-15. Nearby trailhead for hiking/mountain biking. Easy access to the greater St George area. Custom omelets for breakfast.
Best hotel staff ever, fantastic breakfast, Excellent location. This hotel has it all! You must stay here. Updated rooms, excellent security, awesome pool and hot tub! Great exercise room. Hotel staff was attentive and quick to respond to every request!
This Best Western is the best chain hotel we have stayed at in the USA. Friendly capable staff, very clean, large rooms, excellent internet (which is definitely not the case in all hotels), and fantastic made to order breakfast. Even the coffee was good! Just a great experience.
We've stayed here the last three years as our driving stop from Denver to Southern CA. The staff has always been friendly and accommodating. Rooms are clean and are pet friendly. Someday, we'll be able to stay for more days and go to Zion Nat'l Park and surrounding areas.
All modern with clean surfaces (away with the carpet), perfect pool with large jaccuzi. Free coffee and tea. Nice staf. Great breakfast with fresh omelettes, smoothies and cut fruits. Could use noise reduction of airco and fridge. Could Reduce plastics. Less than an hour drive to zion national park.
Check in was easy and staff were friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. Had an excellent sleep in the comfortable bed with ample amount of pillows provided. Bathroom was clean and well stocked with towels and soaps. Shower pressure was excellent. Breakfast was a traditional hotel breakfast nothing fancy but adequate.
This place is amazing and a bargain. Extremely clean. Staff was the best I have ever had at a hotel. Friendly and attentive. You will not regret this stay. Pet fee was extremely reasonable. Our room was pet friendly and on the first floor. We will stay here again.
You will not find a better hotel in southern Utah. Amazingly clean hotel, comfy beds, wonderful amenities and the staff is beyond exceptional. You will not be disappointed!! The breakfast is delicious too. The management is great to work with if you are having a private event,
The BW Plus Settlers Point was a last minute choice when we were unable to obtain a hotel reservation about 40 minutes North - glad we made this decision. Facility is about 3 years old and well maintained. Clean and comfortable rooms. Only stayed one night but very nice free breakfast - they even offered custom omelets on the morning we were there and the breakfast food was replenished frequently.
Clean, comfortable, and dependable. Nice spa with a wonderful view of the red rocks. Within walking distance of several good chain restaurants. Easy on & off highway with 2 gas station. Breakfast is always outstanding, comfortable lobby with a great dog area but don't like cats
This is our second time staying here. From the time we got here to the time we left the staff was very friendly and helpful. The FREE breakfast was outstanding!! They had a chef there making omelettes and quesadillas along with many other choices of food. They always have special extras at the breakfast, including lattes. The whole building is updated, exceptionally clean with comfortable beds and very spacious. This will always be our go to place when we're visiting St. George Utah.
AC very noise and on and off all night. Little restful sleep. Beds comfortable and room clean and nice. Internet good. Breakfast disappointing. Processed cheese premade egg masses passing for omelets. Sausage patties soggy and overcooked. Dog area was a 25x8 foot swath of Astro turf. Although the large dirt parking lot adjacent was useful as long as you watched your step! Still better than the competition but will probably adjust our nort bound trip to get to Fillmore or beaver where paradise best westerns are great
5 Stars for the 5 C's - Clean, Comfy, Cold (AC), Cordial and Caring... I stay here 3 times per year and I Love this location and the people. It's always a nice view from either side, and only 10 minutes form the main town areas. Its right off the highway but not close enough to hear traffic, and there is a gas station right across the street that is great too.
Everything was fantastic. Couldn't have been happier. Everyone was so courteous and respectful. Always ready to take care of all your needs. We come here about this time every year. And will continue to come back to this hotel. Thank you for the wonderful service.
I usually stay in St. George, but I saw this hotel when looking for a stop over night on my way to Ogden. I was very impressed with the decor, the style and beautiful lobby. The front desk staff were welcoming and very helpful. It has a gas station, Black Bear Diner, MicDonalds all within walking distance. It has beautiful rooms, the bed was very comfortable and the amenities are first rate. The gym was great. I enjoyed doing my morning workout there. The breakfast was excellent. The service friendly and swift. I would stay here again.
Very friendly and accommodating staff. Would definitely stay here again next time I am passing through Utah. Rooms were very clean. Nice breakfast selection. Bed was comfortable and air conditioning unit worked great. A lot of amenities to choose from
This was a great one night stay. Awesome pool area! The front desk clerks were extremely helpful with our package to a live performance of Anastasia in St. George. Making the ticket purchase and ensuring we received our discount. Very nice facility! Thanks for having such a great staff and nice place to rest peacefully at the end of our vacation. Truly appreciated.
The hotel was very nice, clean, and a receptive staff. Everyone we interacted were quite knowledgeable and pleasant. Our stay came with the best breakfast (potatoes) we've ever had re: a complimentary breakfast. Fresh and cooked fresh. The scrambled eggs were quite good too!
Be sure you check the bed linens before you settle into the room. One of the queen beds had not been cleaned and had disgusting blood and sweat stains around the pillows. Too bad because the staff and overall appearance of the facility were excellent. Better than most.
As a person with a physical disability, I found this hotel, very accommodating. I would recommend it for anybody who has Special needs. The only issue that we had when we stayed was a nonworking TV in one of the rooms. However, they did just recently have an earthquake and we were warned before we went in that some electronics may be broken.
This is the nicest place we have ever been to. Amy and the staff were the best! The room was outstanding! We have been to other similar places, but they cost over twice as much. The breakfast was scrambled eggs, tater tots with peppers and onions, and link sausages, and coffee. Very good! We will be back!
Rooms were nice and modern, light fixtures and toilet were dusty. The EV car chargers were really convenient. The outdoor trash by the side stair exit was overfilled for three days and was quite smelly when primarily using that exit door.
What a wonderful surprise! We took a chance staying at this Washington location rather than staying in St. George proper and were so happy we did! Beautiful facilities with a terrific view from the breakfast room, friendly, helpful desk ladies and a modern, clean, comfortable room. Very happy!
From the minute, you hit the front door until you check out the staff, the food the rooms the Location indoor outdoor pool they take dogs made to cook omelettes chicken fried steak turkey sausage just amazing. We will be back in for the prize. Oh my God you can't beat it.
This hotel exceeded our expectations. The room was clean. The common areas were clean also. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was fresh and delicious. Definitely stay here when visiting the area.
This is a brand new hotel with beautiful furnishings. An indoor pool, a jacuzzi, and made to order breakfast, including an omelette station. The room is very clean. The bed is comfortable and the modern. This staff is very hepeful and friendly. For a quieter room asked for the fourth floor facing away from the freeway.
Beautiful new property with incredibly comfortable rooms! Tesla and electric car chargers on site. Great dog policy. Elizabeth at the front desk is amazing, such a kind and gracious person!!
Hotel appears brand new. Close to interstate but far enough there is no noise. Rooms quiet and everything spotless. This germ phobic person appreciated no carpet in our room. Breakfast had good options as well as was offering made to order omelets. Every staff member was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Pool area also clean and refreshing. Can't say anything negative about it, overall truly the best experience we've had in a hotel
We loved staying at this hotel because the staffs are very friendly, the room is very clean, the bed and pillows are very comfortable, and the red rock mountains view to the front or to the back of the hotel are beautiful. My 6 years old granddaughter loves to swim and this hotel has indoor heated swimming pool, warm water when the weather is cold and protected from the sun when the weather is hot. Hot meal breakfast for everyone one, from scramble eggs to made to order omelets. They even offer fresh blended juices. If you drive EV, they have free charging stations for Tesla and non Tesla. Location is very convenient, close to highway 15 and closed to restaurants, gas stations, and parks. This hotel is one of our favorites and would recommend it to everyone.
Simply the most impressive Best Western PLUS I have ever visited. The desk clerks were friendly and professional. The breakfast was a very pleasant surprise. Quiet. Very, Very clean. Can't wait to go back
I felt the staff was very attentive to my needs. They all made me feel welcome and secure. The parking area was well lit, landscaping was beautifully lit with accent lighting. Disabled parking spaces and charging stations clearly labeled and identified. The pool area was clean and appeared to have needed safety equipment and even had a Hoyer lift to provided access assistance to the pool for those who might need that level of assistance.
We needed very specific accommodations for a group with wheelchairs and elderly. Elizabeth let us tour rooms before booking, ensuring that the showers and rooms were accommodating to our needs. We had to add extra days and they were so helpful.
The nicest Best Western you are going to find. Location and views are fabulous, decor is nice and clean and modern and overall facilities are a step above other Best Westerns. The staff are effective and extremely friendly. The breakfast even offers a custom made omelets if you get there at the right time
This is one of the best hotel experiences I ever had. The front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming after a long day of traveling. The hotel is amazingly clean. The beds were very comfortable - I have chronic back pain and I got a very good night's sleep. Breakfast was excellent with a custom omelet bar and good choices on the buffet.
The bed was rock hard but everything else was great. I'd probably stay here again if I'm on the area
I enjoyed my stay, the room was up to date and had a decent sized shower and bathroom, the king bed was comfortable and the price was great compared to other options that were of lessor quality.
I've stayed at this specific hotel over 20 times since it opened a few years ago. It is always clean, and is a great place to stay. Breakfast offerings change each day, but scrambled eggs, waffles, fruit, and juice are available each morning. With a couple of convenience stores steps away, you have everything you need.
Do not hesitate to stay here. SO Clean..SO friendly.. easy to get to . quiet. great breakfast buffet . Better than any comparison hotel. The staff were super accommodating, helpful and friendly. The room was very clean as was the rest of the hotel. The spa is huge, indoor AND outdoor pool! Great value, great experience!
I highly suggest staying at this Best Western. Rooms are always so so clean. Beds are comfy. Staff is amazing and alway super helpful and caring. Breakfast never disappoints. Food is fresh and yummy. Plenty to chose from. The views from the rooms I've stayed in are also awesome.
New hotel situated between St George and Hurricane. Rooms are nice a clean (no grime) and relatively spacious. Entire hotel staff is friendly and helpful. Highly recommend and would not hesitate to stay again.
This is a wonderful newer hotel. We have stayed here many times over the last few years. The staff is awesome and the amenities on par with any BW+ we have ever stayed at. We typically stay here as a stopover on our trip to Lehi, UT from Socal. It has always been great!
Cozy, well equipped, clean, and wonderful stay overall. This hotel exceeded my expectations. The room was sparkling clean, the parking spaces was ample, the laundry on-site was quick and efficient, and the staff were friendly and helpful.
Needed a one night stay while traveling. This BW Plus was 5 stars. Recommend it to anyone who needs a place anywhere near St George or Zions Canyon or just a getaway for a night or two. We are tagging this BW as a regular for our plans.
Decided to stop at Zion National Park on way to visit son for Christmas. Beautiful weather and off season made it perfect time. Looking for hotel with indoor pool became a challenge. Also wanted fitness center for walking on treadmill. Important to stay fit while traveling.
This hotel is simply the best. Newly built in the last couple of years, it is spotlessly clean and comfortable. Rooms are spacious and there's a pool, hot tub, and a great breakfast. Most importantly there is a friendly staff who really care about their guests. We will never stay anywhere else when we're in the St. George area.
You can't go wrong staying here - it's easy to find and not too far off the freeway, but far enough it's quiet. It's clean, comfortable and has all you need. The staff really does go above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of! The fitness center, pool and hot tub complete are really great stay!
The staff is outstanding. We were greeted warmly by a very efficient desk clerk. The breakfast offerings were excellent, including table service with fresh fruit smoothies. The dining area was spotless. The rooms are beautiful and have excellent beds and wonderful linens. This is truly an outstanding hotel. Though close to the freeway and restaurants, it is very quiet.
This hotel has extremely clean rooms, hallways, guest laundry room and all common areas. The breakfast was different on both days of our stay and very good. The breakfast employees even brought around smoothies for us. The front desk staff and manager are very good at interacting with the guests. And the location is convenient and safe.
we stayed here for 3 nights and the rooms were comfortable and we enjoyed the indoor pool and large outdoor spa. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was great for local hiking and was convenient to Zion and Snow Canyon trails.
We had a wonderful stay at Settlers Point! The property was immaculate, the staff was very friendly and helpful, and the free breakfast exceeded our expectations. They even had a made to order omelet bar. We will definitely stay here again.
We have never met a more friendly and professional front desk and breakfast staff. Always smiling and asking how you are doing. They didn't miss a beat. Additionally, the room was clean, and the location was perfect for us.
I have stayed here a few times now when in the area. Very nice, newer property, great opn lobby area for relaxing or working. The rooms were well appointed and very comfortable. Great breakfast and convenient location.
Excellent and clean hotel, wonderful staff, with a big plus with its complimentary breakfast, good quality food and variety, same with beverages, they had wonderful omelets, too. Very nice environment, peaceful and beautiful architecture.
It's hard to describe what happens when your vehicle is totaled as you start a vacation a long way from home. But I do know that the front desk staff was great to our kids when they came back inside the hotel afterwards. So yes the hotel was the best value on our vacation, and the coffee bar was pretty neat, the views from the hot tub were amazing, the room was clean etc... but it's really the staff that makes me wish I could rate higher than five stars. Beyond a doubt stay here of you're looking for a hotel in the St. George area.
Too much excellent qualities to even list. The beds are supreme, the breakfast was extensive and they add touches of personal quality by having staff check on you while dining, the pool is big and perfect temp, the hot tub is large and bubbly, the rooms are clean with lots of amenities, the price is amazing...just the best experience at a hotel that is affordable.
Breakfast is marginal, at best. Lots of problems. Staff not so friendly anymore. Franchisee needs to get a handle on this property. Entered building 3 times in one day and no one was at front desk. Not much security. Not enough luggage carts for guests. Asked for clean towels and no housekeeping needed. Towels never delivered.
I was traveling with my family and when we asked for rooms next to each other that were conjoining, they did everything in their power to accommodate that. Also, they could see that my youngest was iffy about being there and took the time to talk to her and make her feel more comfortable and I thank you so much for that with it being her first time traveling away from home.
The hotel staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating! They were so friendly from the moment we walked in the door until we left two days later. The room was very clean, comfortable, and cool in the 110 degree heat. The beds were very comfortable, I slept very well. I will not be staying at any other hotel when I am in St. George. Best Western at Settlers Point is the best hotel in the St. George area.
Great stay for our family reunion - we had a large group, probably booked 10-14 rooms, lots of young kids - and they were so accommodating - made everyone feel very welcome - excellent breakfast area and buffet, with fresh cooked various dishes everyday - one day they were even making fresh fruit smoothies, a variety! Very clean, comfortable and spacious rooms! Would highly recommend and would return for sure.
Everyone is very friendly & welcoming. The complimentary water & snacks was a great touch as it was fast approaching 100 degrees outside. It's my third time staying at Settlers Point & I'll be enjoying my 4th time there in a few more weeks as God willing, I'm moving to the area in a few years
Stayed here last year and just this week. Hotel stilllooks immaculate. The area has grown up around it and there are many more dining options close by. Hotel staff greeted guests warmly and at least the people before me and myself got every question answered. Room was clean and orderly. Comfortable bed and an ac unit that could freeze you out
Oh my goodness..very nice. The pool sized hot tub with an awesome view was enough. The staff very professional and kind. The breakfast was great. The surrounding area was clean and new. I want to go back!!! *we did travel in winter...snow still on mountains...rates much less though!
From the time we checked in, to the time we checked out, the hotel, staff and food was great! The hotel was very clean, the staff was so friendly and the food was great! This hotel is on our top to stay again!
We have stayed at several other hotels in St. George and this is our new favorite! The rooms are very nice and clean. We especially liked the walk-in shower. Although we didn't use it, the pool and fire pit area looked very nice. Will definitely stay here again.
staff helpful and friendly. breakfast had healthy options. great location with beautiful view of surrounding area. room was clean and bed was comfortable. east access off and on freeway. will be back when again.
We've stayed in St. George many times. I stubbled apon this hotel in search of a heated or indoor pool. My husband had to come for work and I needed a pool to occupy my kids. This hotel is hands down our best experience in all of our St. George stays. First off the room was beautiful, new, and big. I will say there was only a stand up shower in the room for those of you who have babies. I really enjoy not standing in a tub while I shower. The beds were comfy and the pillows were great. There's a Black Bear Diner, Culvers, and a Mc Donalds a couple feet away from the hotel. That was great since my husband and I were sharing a car and he left us all day. I highly recommend Black Bear for breakfast. Their portions and quality are on point. The pool and pool area were perfect. It was large, and clean, and most importantly indoors in January. The bathrooms to the pool were even nice with showers in each. The hot tub is huge and overlooks the valley. It did not feel like your typical chlorine smelling indoor hotel pool. The continental breakfast was as big as I've ever seen. The worker, and I wish I would have asked his name was so friendly and even made my kids a strawberry bannana smoothie. I asked my son what his favorite part of the hotel was and he said the smoothie. There is ice water and a water bottle filler in the lobby. That might sound silly, but I hate hotel bathroom water. The rooms are very quiet we didn't hear a thing. We left my sons little stuffed animal. It was a cheap little bluey stuffed dog. The hotel called us. Luckily, we were headed to California and then back to SLC so they held it for us until we got back. it meant so much to my little 4 year old. He was so happy to see it again. The staff were all so friendly! My husband who was hardly there commented on how kind everyone was. I actually said as we were leaving that our next hotel in California could not live up to those expectations, and we were right. I honestly don't think I can stay anywhere else in St George ever. I highly recommend.
This hotel is new, clean and nice. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The hotel has a great breakfast and they make different hot options every morning like crepes, waffles and pancakes. I also love that they have a Tesla charger!!!
The staff could not have been friendlier, and the hotel was the nicest BW at which I have ever stayed. Very animal friendly. Plenty of EV chargers too. I suspect the manager of this property does an outstanding job with staff training and maintaining the facility at a very high level.
From check in to check out, you will be treated top notch. The rooms are perfect, the views breathtaking, but the staff is what makes it . The staff even offered to make me a smoothy at breakfast. after my workout.
Excellent location, everything seemed new, staff was very helpful & friendly, rooms were spacious and comfortable. Good breakfast, nice indoor pool / outdoor spa was perfect temperature. Definitely would stay here over Saint George, especially if you're headed to Sand Hollow.
The staff is very nice and greet you as you come and go. They do try to show they care. They were interested in getting us discounts at places to eat and making sure we had everything we needed. None of them were grumpy and one of them, Katie was especially nice and gave us a discount on a room since it was our anniversary. Very nice people and nice breakfast. There was a hot breakfast a long with a cold one. The breakfast options were good providing many options. For example, waffles, biscuits and gravy, pancakes, cereal, fruit, fruit smoothies, juice, lemon water, coffee, bagels, strudels, sausage, and much more. It was different each morning. It is not like going to restaurant, but offers a way better breakfast than most continental breakfasts I seen.
My family & I really enjoyed our stay. The staff was very nice helpful & professional. Breakfast was so good the food was nicely displayed & hot. The room was so clean & the beds were wonderful. It was a great place to stay.
I'm starting off this review by saying we hadn't stayed in a Best Western in years. I think the last time was in Idaho Falls probably 30 years ago, and after a not particularly good experience there where someone else was giving a key to our room and walked in surprising us, we went a different direction for our travel needs. We were looking for a hotel in the St. George area on New Year's Eve as we were heading to the Rose Bowl and wanted a break in the drive from Salt Lake to Pasadena. Several of the places we'd stayed before were sold out, but we took a chance on this property based on favorable reviews. We were traveling with my son and his wife so we needed a room that would comfortably sleep 4 adults. We arrived sooner than we'd expected and they let us check in about an hour and a half before the stated time. As sooon as we walked in the front door we were impressed. The decor was nice, but most important was a wonderful clean smell! The lady working at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. Our room was on the top floor and was nice and quiet. It was very large, with 2 queen beds plus a sofa bed. There were 2 TV's in the room, and it wa nicely laid out with a table and chair, the sofa which was comfortable to sit on, and decent space between the beds. The bathroom was also nice and large. Our only small complaint was that the combination tub/shower was kind of slippery and my daughter-in-law almost slipped getting out after her bath. The room was extremely clean. The beds were probably the most comfortable one I'd slept on in a long time. As we checked out I joked with the desk clerk that I was thinking of trying to tie it on the car and take home. We were in a hurry to get to CA and left right about 6. They'd just set out the breakfast items which looked good, but we were wanting to leave to we just grabbed a danish and some fruit and headed on our way. It was a little more money than we'd wanted to spend, but considering it was a holiday I wasn't too surprised at that. We did drive into St. George for a late lunch after we checked in, and it is a ways outside of the majority of the restaurant areas, but I knew that when we booked it.I would definitely look into this hotel again!
Great location from which to explore the amazing sights to see in southern Utah. The hotel has ample parking, beautiful rooms, great breakfast choicest and professional and friendly staff. Highly recommended
This was the best hotel at stayed at on my whole trip, bed was extremely comfortable with 5 nice pillows, the hotel was new, extremely clean and quiet. The room had a great design and didnt feel like your typical dark hotel room. Walk in glass door shower. Fresh crepes for breakfast!!!
This place is beautiful, staff is so nice to talk to, Everything is in order here. I travel a lot and will say this is one of the nicest hotels. I look for the best hotel for the price because I can't afford a luxury hotel! I enjoyed the comfort of my room and the amenities, including pet friendly without a hassle or extra charge! Pet dishes, water and a treat. What a great attitude the company has.
Looked and felt clean, but they could do better job on high flat surface, confortable beds, pillows could be less volume, I am sure any problem I found could of been resolved if I had requested serviced.
This is a beautiful hotel with a wonderful staff. My husband and I are diamond members and have stayed at numerous Best Westerns. This is one of the top hotels we have ever stayed at, not only because of the beauty of a brand new building, but the staff goes above and beyond in every way. We stayed 2 separate times on our trip through Utah, one night the first time and then 2 nights on our way back to Vegas for our flight home. Elizabeth at the front desk was the friendliest woman we have ever met as is everyone else at the front desk. The general manager, Jordan, walked through the breakfast area in the mornings talking to all the guests and getting to know all of us. He actually made my husband and I omelettes the last day of our stay. We were totally shocked that a general manager would take time out of his day to do something like that for us. We are average people and he made us feel like we were valued guests. He is such a nice person. The hotel was very modern and had an outdoor hot tub that we originally thought was a pool by the size of it. The lobby was very inviting and smelled amazing. Breakfast was very good with lots of options and the rooms were very well designed and spacious. If you are ever in St George/Washington area, you have to chose this Best Western. You won't regret it.
The worst customer service ever!!! I was charged for my 5-night stay ( after providing all of the needed information from my employer's credit card) and after several hours of trying to correct the problem- a month later I realized that they had not returned the undue charges. The hotel is new- but the follow through and stealing money from customers is horrific!!!
The location of the hotel is perfect. It is very quiet but there is plenty of places to eat and a close drive to St George without being in the busy traffic of the city. We stay there every time we go to the purgatory gun range. It is just a short drive to it. This hotel is always so clean and has the nicest most helpful staff. We love staying there.
I recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Southern Utah, you will not be disappointed the service is great, and the Employees are awesome. They treat you like family and are always. The amenities are good, and the pool is great. But overall, the breakfast is the best!
New property in Washington Utah just east of St George UT. Clean and well maintained, lobby inviting, rooms large and well done including indirect lighting. Saline Hot tub and pool a plus. The breakfast was the best I have ever had at BW across the country.
The hotel is always clean and has friendly staff. The free breakfast is a nice perk. One of the main reasons I stay at this hotel is because of the free electric vehicle parking that they offer. I stayed here on numerous occasions and have always had a good experience.
We enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was good and the hotel was clean and nice friendly staff. We really enjoyed the hot tub being outdoors and the pool indoor, they also had a gas fireplace to sit by outside that was really nice also
I stayed in this hotel for the last night of an almost three-week trip in UT and AZ, and this was the best hotel of the trip. The staff were friendly and welcoming, the property is in pristine condition, the omelette bar at breakfast was a pleasant surprise, and they offer a very nice pool. I learned that this is a new hotel so it is in great condition. The shower was really nice as well. I will return next trip to St. George.
Here for 3 days of business. Beautiful, clean, friendly, awesome breakfast, close to where we needed to go. Have not met such easy going staff for a long time there is no issue they can't solve and are so helpful. Breakfast menus changes every day! And the food is amazing.
Hotel was the Best of the Best Westerns. Beautiful grounds, views, outdoor patio and hot tub. beautiful unique breakfast. Wish I could have stayed there during a work trip. Was not there long enough !!! Needed a couple more days to be coddled.
Just a quick overnight stop for work. The room was clean and well stocked. The front desk and all other staff went out of their way to say hi and make sure everything was good with my stay. Will stay there again!
I booked this trip through Hotwire and this was a "let us pick your hotel for a superb price" I won't even mention the price I paid because it was very good. My wife thought we would be staying in a hotel that was substandard and that was anything but the truth. This hotel was excellent in every aspect. There was only one minor thing that bothered me was that you couldn't get the shampoo, conditioner and lotion out of the bottles. Someone needs to reengineer this.
The breakfast area was huge, not just a nook. Place in new and as usual Best Western motels have good decor, helpful staff and easy parking. Located just North of St. George, so easy to get in and out.
Loved how they had the dog bowls in the room for my dog. Breakfast is great very friendly staff rooms are very clean. Beds are comfy. Rooms are clean the pool and hot tub are clean would definitely stay here again!
I enjoyed my fabulous stay! The front desk people were nice, kind, helpful and friendly. It was clean! The pool and hot tub were amazing, and the breakfast was delicious! I wish I could have stayed longer!
Great new hotel that is clean with an incredible staff in a very convenient location. The breakfast and other amenities are all on point. The pool and hot tub are clean and very relaxing. We stayed for several days and can't recommend this hotel highly enough.
Was a great stay. Pool was clean. Breakfast was terrific. Had different options every day. Staff was always very helpful and went above and beyond. Would definitely recommend everyone come to this hotel.
This is my favorite BW property. The rooms are clean and comfy. Breakfast omelets still happen at this location. The truck parking has been a life saver. There are also great food options in walking distance.
The staff is friendly, the hotel was clean and well organized. Delicious buffet breakfast and spacious room for a family of 5. There is plenty of parking and a designated area to park for people pulling trailers. Definitely recommend!
Wow! Amazing stay! We live out of state and needed a block of rooms for our out of state guests. From the very beginning the regional sales manager was amazing at helping us set up the block of rooms. That manager in no longer in that position, but his replacement, Randi Thompson, continued the great communication and customer service. I felt confident all would go well for our guests. Then, during the wedding week, Jordan Perry, General Manager, called to ask if there anything we needed and was right there to great us when we brought the gift bags for our guests. He and his staff delivered the bags and were so friendly. They made the process so easy . Our guests said all the staff were wonderful and welcoming, asking if there was anything they could do for them. And the breakfast apparently was amazing too! An omelet station was unexpected but delicious. And I hear the woman making the omelettes was so friendly. The hotel is relatively new, beautiful, and super clean. Our guests also enjoyed the hot tub and the pool. If you need to visit the area, or are traveling through to see Zion or one of the other national parks in that part of the country, I highly recommend this hotel!
Just enjoy your stay here. Perfect views from any room or angle. St. George and Washington are filled with natural wonder; and this Hotel is one of them. I will be back with my family. 5 STAR experience on a budget. I LOVE THIS PLACE!!!
When traveling I have found that the place I stay can reduce my travel stress or add stress making the travel more tiring. Let's be honest, traveling is stressful whether it is a vacation or for business. As you read my list consider your own experiences and how it affected your stress level. So there are 6 things I look for in a stay to limit my travel stress. 1) Cleanliness, through the hotel and room 2) Maintained facility, everything in good working order 3) Friendly staff, welcoming and informative, presentable 4) Comfortability of room and whole facility with space to spare 5) Location, easy to find, park and access 6) Affordability, price equals or is even less than what I am getting and within my budget. This Best Western scored a 6 out of 6 on the RoadBob scale and that means I left rested and ready to continue on the road, as well as looking forward to returning. So if you are driving through St George and need a place to stay, I encourage you to call them, tell the the price you found on Trip Advisor and they will match it, and get that rest from stress you need. Enjoy RoadBob
This hotel is new, very nice and clean, the staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was terrific, with made to order omelets. The night manager, Elizabeth, gave us a warm welcome and an upgrade without even asking for one. The electric car chargers were well maintained and working!
New hotel, spacious clean comfortable rooms. Super friendly and competent staff! Great breakfast lots of options and plenty of protein. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it to those passing through st george or staying for a while!
Great location just off the 15 freeway with other amenities that stay open later than other UT services. The indoor pool was great. The breakfast had a good selection of food items. The rooms are spacious and clean. A great place to stay.
The hotel was so clean and comfortable, even for my germ-phobic daughter. The staff was friendly and helpful and went out of their way to make sure we felt comfortable and were welcome. A guest down the hall from us put something in the microwave that caught on fire, so the fire alarm went off at 3 in the morning. We exited the hotel and waited while three fire trucks assessed the situation. When we were allowed back inside, the staff member at the front desk was doing all he could to make sure everyone felt okay despite the startling wake-up call. He really handled the situation so well. We'll definitely be staying here anytime we visit Southern Utah.
Was a pleasant experience staying in this Best Western property. Also, a great value for the comfort and amenities. The location (close to the freeway) was a nice convenience. Staff was professional and attentive. Thank you.
We stayed at Settlers Point during our nieces wedding. We have an autistic daughter and Katie at the front desk was great interacting with her and listening to her needs. She loves the window views on the upper floors and Katie responded by placing us on the 4th floor so the our daughter could enjoy the views from our window. The pool was clean, the temperature was great, and it provided a nice way to get out of the sun. The hot tub was enjoyable at the end of the day and gave us enough opportunity to get some sun. The breakfast was delicious and the omelets prepared outdoors poolside was a great bonus. Kellie who took care of the breakfast was fun and friendly and did a great job taking care of us. We will stay here in the future and will recommend Best Western Plus Settlers Point in Washington to all of our friends and family.
Our stay at settlers point BW was fantastic. The room was so nice, it felt so clean, and had a decent view on the top floor looking west. The view unfortunately also had gas station rest stops and restaurants but at least they seemed to be clean and brand new. My one and only minor complaint is that the TV hdmi was disconnected so at first I thought it didn't work but it took me about 5 mins to figure out I just had to plug it in. Breakfast was great and staff was so nice and professional. I lost some earbuds there and hotel staff wasn't just going to swipe them, they called me to let me know they found them! Thanks BW team, I'll be staying here again if I am in the area.
Staff was very friendly and helpful. Hotel was very clean and room was extremely nice. Breakfast was very good bed was very comfortable and the shower was really nice. I liked the pillows and the amenities
This hotel was great. We stayed only one night a were traveling to Colorado. But what a night! Great beds, clean pet friendly room! The breakfast was awesome!! It is a newer hotel I hope they maintain the quality!
Everything great! Highly recommend! Brand new hotel! Excellent breakfast! Great experience! Nice and friendly staff! Gym and pool! Clean and modern room. Highly recommend if you have trip here! Tons of parking!
Great hotel. Friendly staff members. Rooms are nicely laid out. Nice and new. Comfortable beds. Great build your own omelets for breakfast. Nice view of beautiful St. George and the Red Rocks. Pool area is great.
The worst experience I have had with Best Western. Charged for 2 nights with electricity out. Moved rooms 3 times.. called multiple times and when checking out the manager Jordan implied it was our chargers. Exhausting dealing with this place. The hotel prior to this one we had no issues and the one after we had no issues. We were in the area for a total of 6 days traveling with work and then for fun.. no fun and this was definitely the worst hotel experience that I have ever seen
Staying here was a wonderful experience. The staff was kind and helpful. The room was very clean. The breakfast was very good. We had the general manager come to each table during breakfast to see if we needed anything and if he could serve us. It was an excellent experience!
An amazing stay! Unreal value in a great location. New area being developed with a couple restaurants within walking distance. Great views and easy access to highway. Hotel is super clean, nice pool area and great breakfast. Would 100% recommend!
The room was very clean and smelled wonderful. I was extremely impressed. The only thing I wasn't super happy about was the breakfast options. Which was pretty good, regardless. The location feels safe and convenient. I definitely will be coming back next time I drive through.
This hotel great, perfect location at the heart of the town 45 mins from Zion National Park . It's super clean, great interior, room was spacious . Breakfast was awesome , there's hot food great for kids. All staff were excellent very caring .
very helpful and nice. the room was very clean and the beds where vary comfortable would defiantly stay again. the breakfast was great especially the meat witch is my favorite. the sausage was better then even any restaurant i have eaten in the last ten years.
This hotel was exceptional in its cleanliness, how modern and appealing the entire hotel was! The beds were like sleeping on a cloud! My wife and I always judge a hotel by the quality and comfort of the bed! We would love to stay at this hotel every time we travel from Las Vegas!
Great breakfast and good value for the price. Very nice accommodations. Comfy bed, quiet room. Friendly staff. Good attention to detail. One of the best hotels in this price range that I have ever visited.
We felt like valued, important guests from the time we arrived. Great service, great breakfast, great management, great facilities, exceptionally clean rooms. Good selection of pillows and comfortable beds. The ac/heat was not easy to use. Nice toiletries but hard to use as the caps were not removeable and the containers are very hard plastic. The large hot tub was a plus especially after a day of hiking. Nice towels provided at pool. Appreciated how responsive management was to any and all inquiries. It was a good choice
Everything was lovely about this hotel until nighttime. The floors are beautiful wood but you can hear footsteps in the room above you so if you go to this hotel, get the highest floor. Also the door latches are noisy. Bring earplugs!
Great facility, great staff who were friendly and very willing to accommodate us with a different room when adjacent guests with children were noisy (thanks Jordan and Katie and the rest of the staff!)
We stayed here 2 nights on a worktrip in May, 2022. The location has very convenient access from the Washington exit on I-15. Good dining options close-by. The room was well-furnished, clean, quiet and comfortable. The breakfast was a pleasant surprise. Several breakfast options including bacon, sausage, pancakes and French toast, fruits, yogurt, cereal, juices, coffee and tea. Easily the best feature at the breakfast was custom-made omelettes, made to order by Kellie and her friendly staff. We will definitely be staying here again!
By far the nicest Best Western We've stayed at since the last time we visited Settlers Point. This should be the standard for all motels, not just Best Western. Staff made us feel like family, the room was spotless and the breakfast was excellent.
This hotel was by far the best out of all three we stayed at over the week we were traveling. The room was beautiful. Beds were so comfortable. The view was stunning. The pool and jacuzzi were beautiful and clean. The most impressive part was the breakfast. Kelli made us custom omelettes and there were so many different foods to choose from. Fresh bacon and eggs and sausage were delicious!!! Fruit and pb packs or Nutella or cream cheese packets along with bagels, make your own waffles (2 flavors) and cereal and yogurt. Fresh coffee and juice. It was perfect. I'm impressed!!!!
Front desk (redhead with the beard) assured me he'd flip some switch to charge my Chevy Volt (already plugged in). My car was void of charge the next morning. Wish the TV was more centered to the bed. To turn on shower there's not a way to avoid the water splashing you. Shower heads all need wands... someone with a belly or pregnant cannot effectively clean their who who's. Frustrated you make it difficult to use our Firesticks to watch our own shows. (Found a techy workaround, but thats my secret). Very clean and spacious with comfortable beds.
Me and my family stayed here previously and we loved it. Decided to come back and it felt like we were welcomed. Everyone was so nice there even helpful. I also liked that it was a pet friendly hotel. Breakfast was amazing, had various options! The pool and fitness center were also amazing everything was super clean. Area was clean as well, I would definitely recommend and will be back!
Great hospitality, breakfast, internet and pool and fitness center. Clean bedrooms with comfortable mattress. Depending on when you stay, can be busy with kids and families traveling to Zion National Park.
We stayed at this location because our first choice was fully booked. Now, this place is our new first choice. The staff was outstanding; the hotel is in great condition and the location is honestly close to all the attractions of the area. We will certainly return here.
Clean and new, amenities were great. The entire staff has instilled a culture of prioritizing customer satisfaction and it shows in the way my family was treated throughout our stay. Breakfast was the best we've had with daily variety and of course delicious waffles. Kids loved the pool and knowing that pizza and a diner were next door took away stress of finding food. 10-15 min to all activities in town, less than an hour to Zions and Snow Canyon made this a great launching point.
Don't stay anywhere else in St George! The property is brand new…away from downtown congestion. Adjacent restaurants and service station are helpful. Breakfast area is spacious and inviting… plenty of seating options with attractive and appetizering decor.
We loved this hotel. Right off the free way easy to find. Hotel staff was very helpful. Indoor swimming pool and outdoor hot tub were awesome. Good complimentary breakfast. We will definitely stay here again in the future
I could not get the air conditioning unit to turn on just the fan. Between noisy neighbors and traffic noise on the interstate, I needed the fan to drown out the racket. Without it my sleep was interrupted.
This new hotel is modern clean and comfortable. Was perfectly located for hiking, parks, shopping and restaurants. Loved the full free breakfast, big hot tub and friendly staff! We slept great, highly recommended.
Loved the breakfast, spa and conference room, but the caring staff was definitely the highlight. They even opened the spa for us an extra hour so that the couples at our couples retreat could have a peaceful time together in the spa. Thank you, Best Western, for helping us have such a lovely trip!
Wonderful hotel. Staff was amazing and so friendly and accommodating. The continental breakfast was great with a wide variety of food options. The pool and hot tub were very clean and big. My kids spent hours swimming. The rooms were very clean and soft comfortable beds. We definitely will be staying here again!
We really enjoyed our stay. Property is in Pristine condition and staff was helpful and friendly.Breakfast was really good. Wide verity of choices and yummy options. We definitely will be staying here for any future trips to Saint George. Next time bringing bathing suits to be able to enjoy the great pool and hot tub.
This hotel property is one of the newer ones in the Greater Zion area. The staff was friendly, check-in smooth, room was clean, comfortable stay, spent a few evening enjoying the outdoor hot tub, the breakfast selection was great for various dietary needs, and the hotel was conveniently located near St. George, Hurricane, and Zion National Park. I was here for a business trip and easily was able to enjoy and access the trails and great restaurants from this location.
We were visiting family in the area and needed a place to stay that was pet friendly. Nice, new, clean hotel, comfortable king sized bed. Nice indoor pool, large outdoor jacuzzi. Outdoor sitting area with fireplace.
I stay in a lot of hotels and in my career, I was in them all the time. This Best Western is amazing. The staff was welcoming and helpful. Rooms were super clean and beautiful. There is a very nice view from the room as well of the terrain in the area. There are small gifts and snacks and a wonderful breakfast buffet. Not just cold cereal. I really can't say enough.
From the moment that you arrive you're agreed by employees with a smile and a welcome. You also arrived to a hotel that smells clean! Hotel is new and has some great amenities. Location is great. I stayed there in the first week with a opened and have enjoyed every state since then. Highly recommend this to others who are looking for a great hotel with great customer service and amenities.
The hotel has a beautiful view of red rock mountains. Very quiet, peaceful and clean atmosphere. Ample variety of delicious breakfast items. Concerned and helpful staff. The location is perfect for gassing your car and close to a Black Bear Restaurant for dinner. I highly recommend that you choose to stay here.
Stayed here for 10 days. From the staff to the accommodations, had a wonderful experience. Felt welcomed and right at home. This was our home base while exploring various national parks. We will be back!
We really enjoyed the stay. Great service and beautiful accommodations, hot breakfast, wonderful jacuzzi, and pet friendly. I was able to do some jogging in the local area. Close to shopping and restaurants and Recreation.
I love everything about this hotel. Location, staff, and cleanliness. Almost didn't stay here because my perception of Best Western as an old hotel chain. This place is new and modern. Black Bear diner and maverick are within easy walking distance.
As I pulled up and parked in the lot, I was in awe of the clean, tranquil, and comfortable environment this hotel eminates. Walking into the lobby multiplied this feeling of wonder, and I was warmly welcomed by all staff members I encountered. This particular hotel is simply beautiful, and the amenities are incredible! I wish I could have stayed longer to prolong feeling like a VIP! I honestly didn't want to leave, they treated me like royalty! Best Western Settlers Point is fit for a King!
This place is awesome. Super Clean! Super Friendly and helpful Staff. I have stayed here 3 times in the past month passing through the St George Area and I would stay here every time. Breakfast is awesome and occasionally has an omelet bar. You really can't beat the Value! I wish this hotel was everywhere I traveled!
Great clean rooms, you hear every step from people above you, breakfast is 3 stars, location is perfect, great access to interstate and many places to eat. There were many off road vehicles staying there and evidently lots of things to do around there.
Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The indoor pool and outdoor hot tub were perfect for a winter visit. We didn't get to try the fire pit, but it looked fun. The lobby, eating area, and pool had plenty of seating. Everything was welcoming and clean. Unlike many hotels right now, there were plenty of staff members taking care of the facility and guests. We got the “suite” which is just a longer room, but we enjoyed the extra living room area. Beds were comfortable and bathroom was clean.
I always choose Best Western hotels.... there's nothing better than a good room where you can get a great night's sleep when you are away from home! This hotel is a cut above all the rest! I can't wait to stay here again since I am in St. George a couple of times each year!
New property. Friendly staff. Clean and roomy. Incredible breakfast. Nice fitness center. Indoor heated swimming pool. Good location -- close to two popular state parks, and on the other direction, to all the attractions of St. George. We really enjoyed the stay.
When we arrived to our room it smelled SO bad, like weed. I tried to use a room spray, then we left for dinner. When we got back the room smelled worse than before. My head was pounding and I felt sick! I called down to the front desk. The gal immediately apologized then changed our room. The next room smelled completely normal.
At first, we did want a hotel to relax and chill a little bit while doing our trip to Vegas... And of course, a Best Western is always reliable... But this one actually exceeded our expectations... It was great in every single aspect
We loved staying here. The staff is amazing and made us feel at home. The rooms are beautiful, everything is clean and neat. The pool and spa were the perfect temperature. The breakfast was great! The staff that worked the breakfast area were so neat and organized. The breakfast was different every day and always hot. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel at home.
This new hotel is gorgeous! Very clean as well, which takes a lot of work with all of the red sand around. My stay was for business and I'm very busy so I didn't get to try the breakfast or fitness, but the wifi was fast enough to get my work done without a second thought about it. The staff was very helpful and friendly. This was my best experience staying in a hotel this year! Not just in St George, but everywhere I've stayed.
Stayed in St. George for business and had a small hotel budget. This hotel was recommended by a co-worker that recently stayed here. This was a fantastic experience! The breakfast bar was far better than I've seen anywhere else. The room was clean and beautiful and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I didn't use the pool or fitness room, but I popped my head in and they're really nice. I can't recommend this enough.
At only 9 months old at this writing, this BW+ is a clean and affordable hotel close to St. George, Zion and Sand Hollow. The breakfast was great - one of the best we've had. Staff were great; very friendly and professional. Room was modern and fairly spacious. It's close to the highway but road noise was not a problem. On the downside, the water is pressure in shower is low and,... the water is VERY soft leaving a slimy feeling film on your skin like you just can't rinse it off. Bathrooms have sliding (barn style) doors with gaps (and no fans) so privacy is limited. Pillows are super fat/thick with little give so definitely bring your own if you don't want to sleep with your head up (really) high. And for those like me who like a constant fan option on the thermostat, you're out of luck here. Otherwise it's a nice place but unfortunately, we won't be staying here again.
I worked in the hospitality business for several years, so I am very picky about hotels and customer service. This hotel didn't disappoint. It is a beautiful hotel, in an ideal location, with great amenities. The breakfast is great, and the customer service was amazing. I was so pleased to find a nice hotel with good customer service. The rooms are great and the beds are comfortable. We had fun at the pool and hot tub. My husband and kids all commented on how much they loved this hotel. I highly recommend staying here.
This hotel is in a convenient location just off I-15 less than a 10 minute drive from St. George. It's modern, clean, and has a friendly staff. It's an excellent choice for a mid-range hotel. The only thing I did not like was the water temperature of the swimming pool. The hotel has a fairly large, beautiful indoor pool but it is too cold to be fun. It's fine for lap swimming, but too cold to just relax and enjoy.
Best hotel in it's class. Immaculate, comfy and cozy. Breakfast is hot and has plenty of fresh choices — just like a great breakfast restaurant. The staff was superb, especially Katie. Bronson is great, and The gentleman that prepares and cleans the breakfast area is top notch. I've stayed in dozens of hundreds of hotels over the years, and this is probably one of my best, in recent memory.
Good location, nice hotel, friendly staff. Clean, well stocked rooms. BUT, horribly uncomfortable beds! Mattress was too hard, pillows were too soft. Bed was too high. I don't recommend sleeping here.
We were so impressed with the layout, space and decor. The indoor pool is fabulous. Our room reminded me of the upscale European hotels. Excellent staff, good breakfast and convenient parking. The only restaurant nearby is a Black Bear diner, and a pizza place, but this is a newly developed area. I've never been in a better Best Western.
This is a new hotel located 45 minutes away from Zion national Park. It's beautiful and clean. The free breakfast option is very good with rotating food items so you don't get the same thing every day. We use the hot tub which is enormous and great after a day out doors. The beds were comfy, the Internet worked fine, and I have no complaints other than masks are not required apparently anywhere in Utah.
Very new and clean hotel. Modern décor and room furnishings. Spacious lobby and rooms. Actually smells new and clean, not like older hotels where people smoked at one time. Staff at front desk was efficient and friendly.
Hotel appears very new and everything was very clean. Staff were super friendly. Beds were comfortable. Only issue was pillows were a little too thick for my wife, but she brought her own, so it didn't matter. Very nice hotel just outside of St George with easy access to the freeway.
Highly recommended. Lobby spacious and pleasing to the eye as were our rooms. We stayed 3 days. Shower great. Very clean. We liked the flooring in the rooms; hardwood effect very nice rather than carpet. Staff courteous, professional but with a friendly manner. Our stay was relaxing. Free breakfast, buffet style, which was not an option at the hotels we stayed at in Phoenix or Las Vegas. Excellent.
Looking for a place next time you are going to St. George, Utah? This is it! Just a few miles north of St. George. We stayed here on the final day of a seven day road trip. What a surprise! First of all, the hotel is located in one of the most beautiful areas of the country. Second, they were so smart when they designed the building...the breakfast/gathering area has a wall of windows that overlooks the majestic mountains. Even though it was extremely windy when we arrived, the room was very quiet, and we found the hotel to be quiet during our entire stay. The facility opened in Feb 2021 according to the clerk at check-in and has a crisp yet warm style. The room was large, with several charging stations. The room also had multiple options for lighting, and the bathroom had a large lighted wall mirror. There is a restaurant across the parking lot, making it convenient for dinner. And there is a gas station next to the hotel, which was convenient for filling the gas tank in the morning. We highly recommend this facility. We would definitely stay here again. Rates were excellent (we received a retired military discount), and the hotel is pet friendly.
The customer service was phenomenal! From the manager, front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance, I couldn't have been treated better. The beds were also so comfortable and because the floors in the room aren't carpet, the room was so much cleaner. The pool was too cold to swim in, but we loved the outdoor hot tub and how large it was. We will definitely choose this hotel again.
Clean, comfortable and spacious room in a newer facility. Staff were super pleasant, awesome breakfast, plenty of parking, easy access to interstate, great view, everything was great! I wish we could have a place like this to stay at for every night on the road!
Hotel is beautiful and clean. The walls however, are paper thin. Other guests on my floor and above me had parties until almost 3 am. Dogs barked all nigh in one of the rooms next to me. Couldn't sleep at all. FYI...Hotel has internet but it was very intermittent. If you need to do work plan on it taking a little longer.
We had an excellent stay. The room was very clean. The breakfast was nice. We were treated kindly by all the staff. It's close to St George and Zions. Honestly one of the nicest Best Westerns I've stayed in.
Wow. This is a really awesome hotel in every way. Super nice staff. CLEAN. COMFY!!! loved the room. Super great bed, pillows. Bathroom fantastic. I rarely give hotels 5 stars. They earned it this time. Nothing whatsoever was wrong. Wish all hotels could take lessons from this one.
clean, great amenities, located minutes from St George. Less than one year old. highly recommend. Rooms are quiet and clean, lobby attractive and upscale compared to hotels in this price range. Free full breakfast and free internet.
This is our second visit to this hotel and we really appreciate the cleanliness of it and the service we receive. Check in and out was quick and easy. I also like that they added locks on the bathroom barn doors that hadn't been there on our previous visit.
Outstanding room and amenities. new hotel with a very nice lobby and sitting area. were able to have our entire group sit in lobby and have drinks and snacks. room was large and very modern and clean.breakfast had a great variety and the staff were continually cleaning and asking if you wanted anything more.
Only stayed one night. Checked in, slept, had breakfast and checked out. Room and hotel were so nice i wish i had stayed longer to enjoy the pool. Will definately plan another trip and book at this hotel again
Our stay was very nice, comfortable, clean and friendly. The Hotel is conveniently located next to 2 convenience stores and a restaurant. We loved the outdoor fire pit and romantic ambiance, We will definitely be back.
The hotel itself is new and the rooms were very clean, I was very disappointed however with the breakfast. It looks lovely, but the eggs were very dry and we had two of their grapefruit, and those were the first grapefruit I've ever had they were completely void of any flavor, none. I'm not a finicky eater, but the grapefruit tasted like wet fiber. Oh well, the room was fresh.
The hotel was beautiful and clean. Our biggest complaint was the wood flooring in the rooms. You could hear everyone around you and you felt like you were stomping around regardless of how quietly you tried to walk. It made it hard to even get out of bed without worrying.
Very new, wonderful rooms and great staff. The staff was very helpful, friendly and professional. The rooms very very clean and comfortable. The location is close to the highway and eating establishments close by. One of the nicest places I have ever stayed.
This hotel is beyond phenomenal. From the staff, to the amenities, to the cleanliness, it was all superb. It was so great, we actually went out of our way on our trip home to stay here again. Out of the 11 best westerns we stayed at on our trip, this one was by far our favorite and also the cheapest!! This will definitely be on our list of hotels or recommend.
We stayed here as a jumping off point to exploring Zion National Park. We were looking for a clean, no frills, family-friendly hotel reasonably close to Zion. This hotel and staff exceeded our expectations from the moment we arrived. The hotel is relatively new but is nonetheless well kept inside and out. Our room was bright and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay so much, we contemplated skipping our last night camping to spend another night here on the way back home. : )
I would highly recommend this hotel Since the hotel was fairly new it was very clean fresh and modern The beds were comfy The breakfast was good and the staff was accommodating I think trip advisor would get more reviews if it didn't have to be 200 characters
Nice new hotel to start our vacation. Beautiful area to match the hotel. The hotel was brand new and it showed. From the rooms to the lobby to the pool, there were well maintained. Plenty of trailer parking which is a must for me.
I had a wonderful experience in this hotel with my family. The place was really clean and beautiful, and all of the staffs are extremely professional, helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend it to my friends and everyone.
We stayed one night here on our way to Zion National Park. It was a great stopping point for us. The hotel was nicely furnished, had a beautiful entry. The room was great. Everything was clean and it was so nice to have a real breakfast at a hotel again. The staff was very friendly and kind. I believe the gal who checked us in was named Mandy or Maddie and she was so kind! Very helpful.
Wow! What a great location, with some views of red rock cliffs, conveniently near a huge Black Bear Diner (which was one of the best we have been to), and a beautiful hotel to boot. The lobby was very nice, the rooms were very nice, well-appointed, clean, comfortable and quiet. Front desk personnel were friendly and attentive upon check-in and check out. A real deal for the price. Of the 14 different hotels across a range of brands that we stayed in on a cross country trip, this hotel ranked in our top five, in the top three actually. I only wish we could have stayed here longer!
This is a new hotel and it is in great condition. I choose it based on pictures and reviews which doesn't always work out. My expectations were exceeded with this stay for what I paid. The room was clean and comfortable. I love that they did not put carpet in the rooms. The beds were comfortable and had four pillows each. Nice to have a small refrigerator in the room. The morning breakfast was good and efficient for our trip. Everyone of the staff members we encountered were pleasant and helpful.
It was amazing, the staff were so kind and friendly. It was so clean and the hot tub was amazing. It's right next door to a terribles and a lovely diner. We had so much fun. And they are pet friendly .
We had the suite and it was great! Right off the freeway yet very quiet, indoor pool and spa were great. Lobby is well appointed and the breakfasts were always hot with good variety. Beds were soft and comfy, no funky smells like some of the other places we stayed, staff was wonderful. Will def stay here again!
From the moment we walked into the beautiful lobby to checkout. We felt comfortable and taken care of. We were a little late leaving and a couple came to our room to see if we needed more time or some help. They were so wonderful and helpful, we would stay again just to see them again. I can't remember the mans name, but the woman's name is Amanda ( that's my daughter's name). Thank you for having those two wonderful employees!!
I got to stay at this hotel the first time because the place my work usually stayed was booked. After my initial visit I request to stay there whenever I go down to St George for work! This hotel is excellent! The staff are incredibly pleasant and helpful. The rooms are super clean. They have two well kept pools- one indoor and one outdoor, a beautiful firepit, and super clean fitness room. The breakfast they offer has something for everyone- yogurt, eggs, sausage, waffles, cereal, muffins, fruit. It really is an awesome place to stay! Highly recommend it!
This hotel was amazing! Perfect location just off of the freeway. The room we stayed in was large, beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed. The Pool and hot tub were clean and the perfect temp. The staff was so friendly and the continental breakfast was delicious. We will definitely stay here anytime we are in St. George.
It was an amazing stay the pool and the staff and the breakfast were all amazing the rooms clean and neat. The location was easy to find and the ease of checking was super the internet was great as well
This gore was nice but needs a few things fixed. Breakfast on Saturdays is wiped out with one worker trying to do everything. WiFi is crap so if you need to go and work, find somewhere else. The smoke detectors in the room blinked a green light all night long and our shower leaked water. However, given all of that, this is a nice hotel and we had a pleasant stay as we weren't in the room much. The AC works great (a plus in the summer) and beds were comfortable. If you can deal with a few snags and want a place to lay your head, go for this hotel. It's a nice, clean place that just needs to fix a few things to make it perfect.
Great and modern on both exterior and interior. Rooms are roomy, clean and modern with excellent bathroom. Beds are comfortable with good, sufficient, and easy access lighting. Have good furniture design and enough room and storage for all 4 of us. There are many USB power outlets for charging all gadgets. Internet is fast and easy to setup. Only suggestion is if outdoor can be converted into dinning area would even better during this time.
We stayed just one night here at the hotel as we were attending a play at Tuacahn. But we will definitely be back! A beautiful lobby “wow-ed” us upon arrival, and the room was beyond compare to the others hotels we had stayed in on this trip through Utah. It was huge and the beds so comfy. The breakfast selections were wonderful (hot food!) and was well maintained for cleanliness. The kids really enjoyed the indoor pool. The staff was outstanding, friendly, and professional. This made the last night of our trip a supreme pleasure!
Wonderful new hotel. Very beautiful and clean property. I requested a ground floor room and they made it happen. Lots of open space around to walk your dog. Pizza place next door. It was super is every aspect. Full breakfast was a hit and the indoor pool was wonderful! We would come back in a heartbeat.
This BW location is ideal! It's walking distance to Black Bear Diner and close proximity to the highway. The EV charging stations are a plus. Although they weren't working at that time, the staff was very apologetic and immediately noted that for a work order. Speaking of the staff, they are excellent! Vanessa and Malachi were attentive and helpful. Both of them were very friendly too. The breakfast buffet had a waffle maker and the batter was perfect. The room was very clean and there was a label/seal on the door to let you know it was sanitized. Overall, I would stay at this location again.
Very nice new, clean hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice place to stay without being in the congestion of a large city. Easy on and off from the freeway (I-15). Easy to get into St. George for shopping and dinning.
Stayed here when traveling between Zion and Las Vegas. Directly off of the interstate in an area where much new construction is occurring. Not much currently near this hotel, so we went into town to a family owned pizza place. The room was clean, and we got a large room so we had space to pack our backpacking gear prior to flying out the next day. Two 50 inch flat screens in the room was a nice bonus. The pool and hot tub were nice, and they had someone working on an outdoor firepit. We wanted to use the Business area to print out our boarding passes, but none of their computers had internet access. The breakfast, while hot, was pre-formed egg patties that a worker provided behind a table blocking the breakfast area - due to Covid. McDonalds was a better option. I wish hotels would provide cereals that aren't loaded with sugar! Overall recommended - hoping they work out the kinks.
Awesome, clean, friendly, super convenient location. Thanks to all who were working. No housekeeping still due to COVID restrictions. I hope that ends soon. higher nightly rate but it was memorial weekend. GREAT STAY
This was perfect for my stay- this is a new hotel and it shows. Good prices (I got a discount for being a AAA member). Pet friendly, clean, spacious room with a nice modern design close to the freeway. I love the complimentary breakfast, too. Would stay here again!
Spent 2 nights at this hotel. Very clean, comfortable and quiet. Close to Sand Hollows State Park and Kolob Canyon. Breakfast was good. Room was very spacious and comfortable. Would definitely recommend this hotel!
This hotel is the place to stay comfort and peaceful and friendly customer services would like to cordially thank front desk Lindsey and Tatiana as well all the others at night all the Breakfast servers Blair Thanks to the room serve cleaning team General Manager Jordan thank you for your Teams Fabulous services made my Vacation with all friends enjoyable I didn't want to leave but got too due to work.
This hotel is new and his flooring instead of carpet which is preferable to me. It is a little noisier when the people above you have little ones but I would read cleanliness and noise over carpet floors any day
New hotel, clean, elegant, great gathering places for group conversation, nice jacuzzi and outdoor fireplace, very comfy beds, clean well decorated rooms, and bright windowed stair wells. This hotel has easy access to freeway, restaurants and other locations.
Great experience staying at this hotel. Rooms have a modern decor. Very clean and comfortable beds. Nights were quiet. All the appliances worked perfectly. I loved that the room flooring is not carpet. It does have a small carpeted portion where the beds are located. The neighborhood is perfect and a black bear dining restaurant is right across, as well as a gas station. Oh, super close to the Zion too.
Stayed 2 nights at the Best Western Settlers Point hotel outside of St. George. The hotel is brand new and beautiful. Room was well appointed and had the most comfortable bed I've ever experienced in a hotel. Super comfy! Very convenient, just off the highway with a Black Bear Diner right across the street and 2 gas station/convenience stores next door. Highly recommended!
The room was inviting and spacious. Super clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. We really enjoyed the quietness of the hotel and the area around it. All the amenities you could want and the free breakfast was a bonus!
My kind and I enjoyed our quick stay. They have tesla charger stations which was nice. They're right near a restaurant and gas station you can walk to in a 2 minutes. It's right off the freeway so its ideal. We normally stay in airbnb's but this was a great location.
Excellent stay for sure. The on the go Breakfast is Awesome and plentiful. Rooms are clean. Management is the best I've seen. I Highly recomend this Hotel to Travelers in the St George and Washington City area. You won't be disappointed.
Settlers point was a very nice clean hotel. The pool was great. The staff were friendly and helpful. It is everything you would need in a hotel stay. Lindsay helped with the reservation and was very helpful. Its a little outside of town. But with all the building going on around its going to be a great location soon.
Super clean. Indoor Pool and outdoor spa with great view. Free breakfast Also offer grab to go early. Room clean and staff nice. Pet friendly best choice close Soon national park for our family. First time Stay Bestwest, kids love it.
Great staff, newer rooms. Beds are really nice - comfortable stay. Breakfast is ok... but good choice a family stay. If you're looking for a nice place to stay nearby Zion and other locations, this place is a good option.
Excellent value and location, but the best part was the front desk staff and their professionalism and help. We had a last minute change that put us in a position to need a room that night , so I started calling around. I called this hotel first, but all they had was a king size suite....a little bit pricey, but after calling more (and them another time), I called back and got a gentleman named Trent that went above and beyond to help me be able to afford and want to book the room.
Being an active traveler, I was extremely pleased with the stay. From check in to check out. Great room, great bed. Staff was extremely friendly. This establishment is run and operated as it should!!!
This new hotel was so clean - so pretty and the staff was amazing. The rates were comparable to all the other hotels in the area. Breakfast was awesome and included. The pool and outdoor hot tub was great!
Amazing experience. Hotel was excellent. Rooms were very spacious and Super clean. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. Loved the hot tub especially since it was snowing and was able to sit in there and chill. I will definitely stay here agin.
