Best Western Hotel Fino Tokyo Akasaka

The hotel is ery conveniently located close to three metro stations and in an area with many shops and restaurants. Despite the busy streets around it, the room was very quiet. It was also very clean and well equipped with everything we needed for our two night stay.

Location is perfect as it's close to the Metro and there's a lot of restaurants and convenience stores! KC at the front desk is a star! I arrived early and not only did she gave me an early check in but also made efforts to upgrade my room on the highest floor! That alone deserves a 5 star from me! The rest of the staff are very friendly and informative! Will definitely stay here again!

Great hotel, stayed at the 11 th floor room is really small but have everything inside , entrance is nice , receprion at first floor, you can use drinking water for free at 5th floor , staff is nice and friendly !

This hotel was super cosy and comfortable. The room was compact but once we had organised our cases, we were very happy with the space. It's a busy area which means it can be a little noisy at night but that's to be expected in a city location. Great location for the station.

We chose the Best Western Fino Akasaka mainly for the location. We have stayed in this neighborhood before and enjoyed the many restaurants and coffee shops. You are a block away from the Akasaka Mitsue Station which is extremely convenient as the Ginza and Marunouchi metro trains pass through. It takes only 12 minutes to reach the center of Ginza and in the other direction Shibuya. The room and bathroom were small but comfortable. I would suggest booking a room with 2 twin beds as it is larger. If you have large pieces of luggage the room size may be an issue. We did have the buffet breakfast once and it was good. The staff spoke English and were helpful in arranging to send our luggage to Osaka. Having a coin laundry was a plus. There is only one small elevator so expect to wait especially at breakfast and at check out time. This is the only hotel that we stayed in over several trips that did not provide bottled water. Also no complimentary coffee or tea in the lobby. An issue came up when I lost my room keycard. Since the notice said a charge would be levied for a replacement keycard I did not ask for one as we used my husband's keycard. Upon checkout I was charged for losing my key and not returning it. I argued in vain that the keycard was not replaced and oftentimes you do not even return the keycard. In the end I paid.

Great place to stay for exploring tokyo. Two minute walk to Akasaka-mitsuke station and central to Shibuya, Shinjuku and Akihabara. Rooms were clean and staff were kind and helpful. Family Mart and 7/11 also 2 minutes away. Plenty of restaurants around too.

The location is great, lots of restaurants around and a few minutes walk to the train stations. Breakfast is very tasty but was hoping that there's more Japanese options. Our room is spotless and the bed is very comfortable! We only have one comment regarding the shower curtain in our room which had a bit of a smell when we checked in but otherwise, everything else is fantastic! :)

You won't be disappointed with this hotel, but you won't be blown away either. The location is relatively close to the Akasaka-Mitsuke subway station so that is nice, and the rooms appear to have been pretty recently redone in a tasteful manner. All positive. The lobby is a little tired (not that we really care) but other than that the hotel seems to be in pretty good shape. We were in a 6th floor room facing the front street, which wasn't necessarily a problem, but we could definitely feel/hear whenever a car drove by. It took us a while to figure out what it was, thought it might have been the elevator going up and down, but it was definitely anytime a car drove by on the road below. The hotel also sits on a pretty active street for restaurants and bars, so we could hear some people during the night a couple of times. Nothing major, but if you are a light sleeper this probably isn't for you.
