Sure Hotel by Best Western Algen

Standard is average. parking is availible but not guaranteed (a little bit of luck if you get a free space). Breakfast is excellent though! But the rooms are a bit dark and depressing and if you get a room with convertible sofa (one bed and a sofa that converts to a double bed) the comfort is not ideal

Good location, the staff were very service minded. The breakfast was an excellent and a good choice of products were offered. I was not informed or must have missed it when I did the booking that I had to pay for the bed sheets and that I had to make up the bed myself.

An early morning following a night on the train from Gothenburg. Awaiting World Cup in biathlon Sure Hotel took us in offering breakfast. Since we were to continue our travels to Åre in the evening the location is perfect close to the train station and they also stored our luggage and skis during the day.

My worst hotell experience ever. Everything from the staff to the facilities was absolutly terrible! Booked two rooms, arrived and they claimed to have overbooked, so we could only have one small single Room two adults to share with one small size bed, after discussing with the staff we finally convinced them to bring an spare bed, wich turned out to be an fold together bed, wich barely fitted in the Room. My advice is to stay away from this terrible hotell.

Stayed one night while travelling on the Inlandsbanan train. Arrived quite late and had to leave quite early the next morning so expected to miss breakfast, but it actually started early enough, even on a Sunday, and was very good. Room decor was a bit too black for my liking, room quite small and sound proofing not very good.

Not that expensive. We have booked a dubble bed room. Clean, neat room with modern furniture and tv. We enjoyed our breakfast with fresh food. They have an awesome room were you can have the breakfast woth a view to Storagatan

The hotel is placed a few hundred meters south of the city centre. Nothing special about Älgen, but nothing wrong, either. A no nonsense quiet stay I hardly remembered afterwards. The hotel has a small parking lot that can be filled up quickly, however there are parking lots/houses available in the vicinity.
