Stay here if you like to be kept up by noise of people walking and talking up and down the hallways and your neighbors having sex and watching tv all night. And if you like construction and rolling your luggage through dirt and mud on your way into the entrance this is the place. If you want to complain about noise and like to walk around at 3am looking for a staff member only to never find one then look no more. Do you like a bed that is so worn in you can see the dips from across the room? Then these beds are for you my friends! Hurry up and make a reservation so you can wake up as tired and in a crap mood just like me!

When my boss booked the hotel through Expedia on October 20th,2022, I was told I would have to give them a credit card for incidentals. They put a hold on the card and I found out today 10-24-22 that I was debited the $50.00. I did not buy anything overuse anything or damage or take anything and yet they decided to debit my acct. I work for Ryder Transportation. I stayed at three different best western hotels last week. No issues with the first two. If this is not resolved, I will notify my boss and corporate to let them know what could happen. Maybe it is time to check into a more reputable hotel chain. My boss will advise. My family and I was traveling and I booked two rooms. I ALWAYS check reviews before I book any hotels and didn't see any bad ones at the time. In July someone reported the same thing that happen in the same room I was in and nothing has change. Room 212 had roaches in the room and room 210 TV wasn't working. I addressed the lady on duty that night about my issue in 212. She just informed me that I would have to talk to the manager(Mike) the next morning about what was going on. So, my husband and I slept in the vehicle due to roaches crawling everywhere. Talked to Mike the next day and all he could do was give me $25 off both rooms. Good question, why should I have to pay for a room that had roaches. I asked him if he could call his GM since he's the one that could override me paying for the room. Mike informed me that the GM was sleeping. That's POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. This situation isn't over.

I was traveling to Olive Branch with my family for a family reunion. I did not choose this hotel but because of management I don't think I will be staying at this establishment for future visits. Management staff does not listen and appears to be single minded . The general manager did not respond when I asked to speak with him and the operational manage appeared to be agitated because I asked to speak with him. The entire incident that happened at the front desk with the operational manager was embarrassing and the situation could have been avoided and fixed if she would have taken the time to listen to me and my family. Also, if she would have informed General Manager Eugene Perez of the incident when requested maybe we would not have been treated as if we was attempting to steal services. After the counter incident, it took less than 5minutes to have the fraud alert removed from our credit card. The opportunity to rectify this was not given to to lack of sensitivity and communication skills. A young man who was wearing a maintenance name tag showed more compassion and concern than the General manager and Operational manager and understood that when you travel that if a bank see multiple charges from the same place in the same amount that the bank may apply a fraud alert on the card. You have the wrong people running the hotel. Other staff is great as well. Cassandra was awesome and Malik. They treated you like the truly appreciated your business. We stayed one additional night and the general manager never came to speak to me about by concerns. Not even to see the out come. I used another credit card so there was not reason to chat with me. also.....because of the payment issues, the cleaning staff did not put clean towels in our rooms as requested . Even after we settled the bill, we did not receive our towels. I had to go to the front desk when we returned for the evening to get towels Note: cleaning staff told us we had to go to the front desk to settle our bill. Not management. 2 hours of my vacations was spent dealing with this .

Staff was friendly and quite helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. But the facility is beginnings to show wear; it needs to be freshen up a bit. Breakfast was satisfactory. The sausage and bagels were cheap quality food products.

This hotel has some serious problems. I rented 2 rooms. All the staff we encountered were nice, but they couldnt do anything about the hotels issues. We came for physicians appointments in Memphis for my daughter We were in 212 and 225. The floors were damp, the bedsheets were damp, the mirrors were fogged with the humidity. We put the a/c units down to mid 60s in effort to decrease the humidity and dampness to no avail. Our clothes were even damp despite being in our suitcases. There were live roaches in 212 and dead roaches in 225. The microwave was rusted and would definitely be a health hazard if used. The window blind wouldnt work because the wires were ripped out and hanging lose in 225. The rooms smelled of heavy pice cleaner, probably because of the humidity. Entry of property has a build up of cigarette butts all over. We were going to leave and stay somewhere else, but was past our cancel point and would have lost over $500 of we did. So we just dealt with it. Would not ever stay here again.

Hotel was very clean. Common areas and hallways smelled nice. Our room reeked of weed, but the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was great- Theresa(ran breakfast) was awesome! She kept the food and supplies stocked and made sure everyone felt at home.

My family and I came for a week visit and stayed here. The staff was friendly and our room was nice and clean. Whatever we needed, the staff always supplied and cared about our well being. Will return when we are visiting again.

Upon checking in to my room it reeked of a foul smell that was being masked by strong cleaning products. When I checking in next room it smelled like mildew & dampness! I would not recommend to stay! I have been a BW member for 15 yrs this is the worst BW hands down!

They were out of butter and coffee creamer and the breakfast left a lot to be desired because there was NO butter and I do not drink BLACK coffee. The room needed a good professional cleaning of the couch, carpet, tables (tops dusty and sticky), cabinet doors (sticky), lamps and shades (very dusty), clock radio (very dusty), and microwave (splatter inside). It appears as though the room was NEVER dusted. It was really thick and bad under the microwave. I took a large napkin and when I was done doing their job, it was very dirty and black on over half the napkin. Have experts check the A/C system so that the rooms do not feel damp all the time.

They were great for the price. The hotel is clean, the staff was efficient and knowledgeable. Everything was already ready so that all we had to do was show identification and they already had everything ready so that we could get to our room as soon as possible. Our room was large and clean with a large TV and a small kitchen in it. I would definitely stay there again and recommend them to anyone looking for a good hotel with nice people at a decent price!

This BW at olive branch was very clean, comfortable and quiet. Friendly staff, clean breakfast area and not far off the highway. The room rate and even being pet friendly was a great value. Would definitely stay here again.

Property was clean, rooms were clean service was outstanding Great value,would recommend this Best western. we had a two night stay there was a little noise the first night which was on a Friday. but overall Great Stay

ThIs Best Western Plus was an absolute beautiful property. The decor of the rooms was exceptional and the cleanliness of the entire facility is the best I've seen anywhere. The staff was phenomenal, the price was right And parking was very convenient. I would highly recommend this facility.

I booked here one night and the room was wonderful and the staff was friendly and with great customer service! It was so great I stayed the entire week vs. moving to another hotel. Thank you for the service!!

Booking online was easy. Every one was friendly and efficient; room was nice, spacious, and clean. I am usually very picky and I couldn' t complain about anything. We have already booked our next stay!

From the check in to the check out the experience at this hotel was pleasing. The front desk staff was pleasant and courteous to deal with and the lady that does the morning breakfast was very nice and good at her job. The room I was given was nice and spacious, which included a small kitchenette and a pretty full size fridge. Which is really nice if you are staying multiple days and need something besides your ice chest to store food or bottled drinks. The bed was comfortable and the TV had a nice selection of channels for viewing. I would stay here again if I was in the area and needed a room.

Just stay somewhere else. The hooker showing up at our room looking for her John was the least of our concerns. Do you want a dirty room that looks like it hadn't been cleaned in years? Fixtures that were half-a** completed? Nails sticking out of the ceiling? Only a few items for breakfast none of which include cereal? For $200+ a night I expected more.

Check in great, room cleanliness great. Rowdy long-term residents (construction I believe), first floor had the constant odor of weed being smoked. The trash cans were overflowing with trash, and so was the pool. I actually had to find the net and fish trash (cigarette butts and a disposable face mask) out of the pool. The breakfast was good, but limited and the lady who worked at the breakfast was friendly. Unfortunately I do not believe management wants to clean up the hotel and forego the easy cash flow coming in from the crowd it attracts. I wish I could have given a better review, but between the weed, 1 am loud drunks in the hallway, and management that could not care less, it is what it is.

Pros: reasonable price, good breakfast, friendly staff, close to Memphis, other than problem with the sheets, everything was clean Cons: sheets were stained (was offered new sheets which were clean), huge holes in road leading to parking lot

My family and I stayed here for a couple of days and the hotels were very clean. The staff was very friendly. It was also nice to have hot breakfast. We will be back. Shout out to front desk, housekeeping and Teresa.

Upon arrive I was greeted by the front desk attendant Michael, who was very polite and fast with my checkin services. The room was very clean and comfy, and breakfast was very well prepared to satisfy my morning appetite! I would definitely recommend this hotel stay for anyone visiting the olive branch area! I will definitely be back!

Great stay, first hotel with a decent breakfast I've been too in a while. The staff was very friendly and made my stay even better by remembering our names and treating the guest like family, I will definitely be returning.

Room was nice and clean as always, also everything worked perfectly fine. Kitchen area was very clean an smelled great. Breakfast was hot an fresh as always. Overall great experience an will continue my stay every time I'm in town. Great job Bestwestern!!!!

The staff were all very friendly. The hallways upstairs smelled. Upon entering the room it was very poorly lit. There was a huge crack across the entire ceiling that had been poorly patched it was slightly hanging along with mini water stains. The flooring that was in there in the bathroom was dirty with tons of dirt swept into the corners. Our pizza was ruined by ants that had covered the entire countertop.It was extremely loud. You could hear everyone on the floor and everything kicking on. Worst night sleep.

The staff was very friendly the rooms was very nice for the price breakfast was good and hot the price for the room was great the location was great never had to really leave room because food could be delivered and restaurants are near if you just want to go out.

Best Western in Olive Branch was available at a good location for our return north from visiting Gulfport MS. beach area. We loved it, great personnel and fine breakfast and room. Price for the night was right too!

Excellent service, great quality , Clean room, great customer service breakfast was very good, breakfast attendant was great, helpful and, had avgreat time, pleased with everything and will definitely visit again

The staff was super helpful! The beds were super comfy! The location was very safe. We had no problem with parking. The rooms were clean. There was plenty of space for my family in the room. The check in clerk went above and beyond to help accommodate our extra guest.

Katrina as well as Christy as well as Teresa Marie staff of Best Western in Olive Branch Mississippi let me tell you these people are awesome and they deserve some kind of a raise because I've never had such kindness I mean Teresa Marie actually even put me together a care package on the continental breakfast as I took my trip up with my apple juice and orange juice to my room but it's so clean and let me tell you if you open the window here in the morning the view is just beautiful everyone couldn't have been nicer I am so impressed and I stayed in a lot of hotels but this one takes the cake

Not recommended for those traveling with pets and staying more than one night. We were in town for a dog event, and traveling with 3 dogs. The pet fee is $25/pet/day, which meant that we paid $150 in pet fees for our 2-day stay. That's outrageous for 10 extra minutes of vacuuming in the room when we left.

The rooms look clean but the floors are filthy. I dropped a little water on the floor and used a washcloth to dry it up and was amazed how dirty the floor was (see photo). The breakfast is OK at best and the amenities aren't that great. All said though for the $70-80 a night charge you get your moneys worth.

If this had been our first experience with BW we would never stay at another BW ever again. In town on business and didn't/ couldn't find time to move hotels. 26 nights of filth, floors never mopped, carpet vacuumed twice the entire stay, some days other than clean towels (I hope) there was no sign there had been anyone in the room. Tub did not drain properly and nothing was ever done. We complained at least 3 times about it and manager would call to find out if issues were resolved and when told no they were never heard anything nor was anything done.

Had a very pleasant stay following a long day of driving. Management team is hands on and was greeting guests...how often does that happen these days! Room was very clean and there are numerous restaurant options near by.

We arrived late at night and welcomed a clean room with comfortable bed. My husband is diabetic and had a low blood sugar (below 40) at 5:30 a.m. The breakfast attendant turned on the juice machine so he was able to get juice even though they weren't open yet for breakfast. We will stay here again if we happen to pass through Memphis.

Best Western Plus was new to me on this trip and I was pleasantly surprised. It was extremely clean, the simple furnishings were simple and had a Scandinavian feel. The staff were friendly and helpful. There is absolutely nothing negative to say about my stay at this facility.

My family came into the area to visit for a family gathering, whereas I booked 2 double bed rooms for family and 2 additional family members booked the same, so a total of 4 rooms. My family members made it in late and was extremely disappointed with the cleanliness of the rooms. They took pictures whereas the bedding was stained as well as sheets. The mattress was extremely stained and how do we know??? Because my family members were provided sheets for them to change the bedding themselves after they brought it to the front desk attention concerning the unclean sheets and bedding. Also, the cleaning people made up the beds with cookies (left by 3yo & 4yo) after they were informed that crumbs and cookies were in the bed from the children prior to them making it up. The hotel did NOTHING to accommodate by family members, so my family and I will NEVER use this hotel again.

My family had come into Olive Branch to celebrate my nephew, Collin's wedding. In order to make our early morning flight, I had stayed up all night and was exhausted when I reached the hotel. Michael (Front Desk) said he would do what he could, and sent us to the Memphis BBQ Co. in Southhaven (worth it!!) and when we got back from lunch at around 1 pm, he handed us our keys to our King Suite. It was spacious, incredibly clean (high fives to the housekeeping team!) and really nice. The room seemed very updated, and the bed was comfortable. Room heat/ac unit worked like a charm, shower/bath was great. When they say "full breakfast" they mean it! Biscuits and gravy, pancakes, eggs, sausage, bagels, toast, pastries, cereal, yogurt along with two types of juice (apple and orange), fresh apples and oranges, teas, coffee, milk and hot chocolate.. you had to work to NOT eat breakfast! In all respects, this is a wonderful hotel to stay in if you're in the area. The staff is friendly, helpful and very responsive to your needs. I have an absolute hatred/fear of rodents/insects and there was absolutely NO evidence of either. THIS PLACE IS CLEAN!! If you're looking to stay in a place that treats your right.. you've found it! Kudos again to the whole Front Desk Team, Michael, Andrea and Katrina... you guys rock!

We've stayed at singe BW hotels that "say" they're a BW Plus, but are really a Motel with a coat of paint slapped on. This is truly a BW Plus and gives the real Plus experience, from full complimentary breakfast to good Wi-Fi to very nice room decor. Room smelled and looked very clean. Staff was wonderful and helpful. On top of it all, the price was a great value.

I have stayed at this location on multiple occasions and each time the front desk service is very friendly. This time the staff were particularly challenged but maintained composure even as several different parties arrived simultaneously. Room was upgraded in recognition of Diamond Select elite status and was more than expected. Breakfast was very good with a wide variety of options. I would again like to suggest that this location consider participating in the Best Western Rewards GREEN HOUSEKEEPING program which rewards guests with 500 bonus points for each night that they opt out of housekeeping. As of this date I have stayed at 47 different Best Western locations in the southeast United States and absolutely none of them are participating..

The room was updated nicely, I should know because I spent a lot of time awake in the room over 5 nights. I originally booked for 14 nights. The air conditioner ran without stopping unless I manually turned it off. It blew damp air that was so uncomprtable that I chose to let it get Hot in the room before I turned it back on. You clould feel the dampness on your clothes in the morning. Because of this, I had trouble sleeping so I departed early and found another hotel nearby.

I've stayed in many hotels and I always look for a few things such as a good breakfast, laundry, and big free beds. This place had all of the above. They also offer a fitness room and nice staff members. Rooms are clean and spacious.

I had an overnight stay at this hotel. The room was very nice and I enjoyed my stay. The service clerk was nice and helpful but the only thing that I saw that can be improved upon is the breakfast options offered at the hotel.

we would for sure stay at this place again. They have a very nice outdoor pool. Breakfast is good, although they did not have waffles, they had pancakes. Had a few minor maintenance problems which did not affect our stay.

From the check-in where they upgraded our room for being a BW Member to the final handing over of the keys where we were again thanked for being a BW Member, the stay in Olive Branch could not have gone better. Employees were friendly and helpful and the hotel was immaculate. My wife and I cannot think of anything we wanted to be different. Evidently they realize that having hardworking, friendly employees is what customers want and appreciate!

If you are looking for a close stay to memphis and not spend the house payment this is it. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The staff is very accomodating. This is the place. The hiway system puts you anywhere in the metro area very fast.

Great stay at BW plus. Great staff, nice room. Super price! Highest possible recommendation for someone needing a room close to Memphis Airport. Fifteen minutes from the field. Lots of restaurants close by.

The hotel was renovated not long ago, (in fact they removed the giant dumpster bin while I was there). Nice tile floors in the bath and part of the room. Room was huge with the one king bed. Quiet on the side away from the freeway. I don't know about the other side. Breakfast was decent, staff very friendly. This hotel is a little further from the main part of Olive Branch but there were a few restaurants very close. There is a truck stop across the one road and some of the trucks park near the entrance to the hotel property, making it difficult to see where you actually get into the hotel. Plus you have to make a weird Uturn immediately after getting off the freeway to get to the hotel. I missed that cause it was dark so had to go past and turn around a little down the road. Overall, good room for the price though.

Great place near highway hwy 78, allows for relative ease to reach most spots in southwest Memphis. Breakfast was hot and the rooms were clean. Check in was easy and the front desk attendants were kind and business professional.

Beds were made perfectly, no creases. The floors were cleaned and vacuumed. The room smelled nice. I could tell the floors had been mopped in the bathroom. The refrigerator was clean. The room had been dusted. Breakfast was good. Over all a 10/10 stay, would highly recommend!

Conveniently located right off the interstate and within a few miles of everything you need, from fast food to fine dining. The staff are very friendly and welcoming while the rooms are cozy and super clean. An overall excellent hotel.

Victoria, the attendant for the breakfast, is absolutely incredible! She is extremely friendly. She greeted us when we arrived, made sure we knew where everything was and helped us with anything we needed. She is an exemplary employee! Thanks Victoria!

Great hotel, no problems at all. The room was really nice with two queen beds and the television was great as well. The overall experience was very great and I highly recommend the hotel. The hotel is great.

I was looking for a clean and affordable room during a vacation to Memphis. I have always found Best Western to be a tremendous value and this was no exception. The room was great and they had a variety of food at the breakfast bar that was of the quality you would expect

I stayed in room 302. The staff was friendly. The room was comfortable and clean. Restaurants close by. Easy access on and off the freeway. My room was on the freeway side of the hotel but I didn't hear the road noise.

I called the hotel to announce a late arrival. Found out there was a snafu with the reservation I booked through Expedia. The reservation had been cancelled and the booking rate went up about $15-20 a day, can't remember precise numbers. Lucresha was working the front desk and I was frantic and borderline rude on the phone after hearing the news. She kept her composure and kept me sane...booked us the exact room we needed at the original rate. I can't say enough about her customer service and my experience. Don't stay anywhere else if you are in Olive Branch or Memphis.

Easy to find, easy on and off the highway. Friendly staff and breakfast was average but as expected. No workout room to use at this time due to remodel but that was OK. A second sitting chair would have been nice. Bathroom lighting was not bright enough. But over all a good place to stay just south of Memphis.

Construction was ongoing in what seemed to be a major interior renovation of ground floor, including lobby area. Loud during the morning. Room was clean and comfy. Breakfast was above average with biscuits and gravy.

The lobby was under construction. It was nice to see then spending money on the first thing people see when they walk in. Even under construction the lobby was clean and didn't make getting to my room difficult. The staff members were awesome. They checked me in quickly and with a smile, the gentleman seemed to enjoy his job. For a last minute ordeal it was an overall pleasant stay. The room was very clean and I slept comfortably.

Even though it's right off the highway, room was quiet and comfortable. Staff was beyond friendly to all 3 of my kiddos, greeted us with smiling faces and speedy service. Check out was a breeze and again, customer service was impeccable!!

It is a very clean hotel. The staff are wonderful and very helpful! It has an easy access to the highway and there are many restaurants just 2 exits away. It is convenient for anyone working near the airport or the fedex facilities.

I would keep going. Others to pick from, we were desperate and exhausted. The entire area was not great. Just pick another place but if you can't you will be fine. Nothing around here is very nice. Rude people in general, just not my type of place.

I checked in around 1am with a CLC corporate account, since CLC offers a 24 hour stay I asked the receptionist for a 1pm checkout, he said no problem. Then the next morning at 11am I was woke up by housekeeping banging on my door. The manager then told me that the checkout time was 11.

We booked a room online and the incorrect dates were selected. The hotel quickly fixed the problem. After check out we were charged twice for our stay. Again they fixed the problem right away. The rooms were very nice and the beds were comfy. I liked that we had a refrigerator and microwave at no extra cost. Breakfast was good and I loved the pancake maker. Different than the waffle maker you see everywhere. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

My wife and I stayed the weekend for a wedding at Mallard's Croft. We were up graded to a suite immediately. There was plenty of room for my wife and I. (always good when dressing and the Hair fixing)The location was 10 minutes from the wedding site. The room was clean and staff excellent. It had a nice hot breakfast but limited parking. The location was great to the Interstate but a bit rough because of tractor/trailer parking leading into the site. Still rated this hotel excellent.

Staff was very helpful, especially Victoria who worked in the breakfast area. She greeted us as soon as we arrived and helped us with the pancake maker and coffee maker. Rooms were very clean and smelled lemon fresh. Check in staff was also very nice! I would definitely stay here again.

I visited this hotel very often, to use wifi for school. Michael & Rohan (sorry if I spelled the names wrong) were always friendly. And the housekeepers always spoke in the mornings. I rarely post reviews, because it's just not my thing. But in this case, I had to say something. During the time I stayed at this hotel, I never complained. Became friends with Sandra, so I thought. I would post reviews for her because she asked, or offer to give me more reward points in exchange for my positive reviews and mentioning her name, as if she was a good employee. Again, I only did it to help a friend. Went to Southland Gaming and Racing with Sandra a couple of times, I won money the first time and she asked to borrow then. Second time around I won but didn't tell her because I noticed that shes a real true gambler! So if money comes up missing at BW I truly believe you should check with her first. So in July 2018 she asked to borrow $250 because her son was having legal issues (highly doubt at this point, I believe I was taken for granted). When I gave her the money she insured me she would give it back the upcoming Monday July 30. Kept calling and asking her to pay me back. Constantly given the run around. I had given up on asking her because I felt she wasn't going to pay me back. I'm willing to change my review or have it removed if I get my $250 back. I didn't deserve to be taken advantage of by Sandra. I helped you when my situation is worse than yours.

The air conditioner and lock plate on the door was broken. I left in the morning and the front desk said the maintenance colleague would fix both or let me know.... I return in the evening and nothing was done....lock and air conditioner both broken... like they did not care front desk people were very nice but its extremely irritating coming home late from traveling and nothing done..., not even letting me know

Fantastic hotel and great breakfast. I frequent BW+'s pretty regularly and this one does not disappoint. I particularly like the location, right off a major road with lots of good places to eat. It's also convenient to Memphis while staying in a safe, convenient area. A for value. A+ for service. Thanks BW+

We stayed just one night but check in and check out were quick and efficient. The breakfast bar was good but didn't have any frills. It did have a cool machine that made pancakes while you wait. I would like to see the in room coffee machine be removed from the bathroom.

We stayed at this hotel as a team so the location was great, close to the ballpark where we played. Had a small issue at check in but front desk manager resolved it quickly. Room was ready upon arrival. Bathroom shower handle had some mildew or rust issue. Breakfast area was a little out dated, rooms were newly renovated. Overall was pleased and will stay at the hotel again if in the area.

We decided to stop at this hotel rather then sleep in Memphis and we don't regret it. The room on the third floor was spacious, clean and quiet. Tops BBQ across the street made for a delicious dinner and breakfast at the hotel was decent. The ride into downtown Memphis the next day only took 30 minutes. I recommend this hotel.

The hotel was nice an pleasant. Quiet and we both got some good rest while we were ther. Hotel staff was friendly at all times. Was not too far from the places we wanted to go. Great central location to restaurants and shopping in the area! Will stay here again!

Plug address into gps,it showed address across street. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful as to where to eat, what to see. If needing any extras for room as in towels or soap they went to get it right away, no questions asked. If in that area of state i would stay there again.

Hotel is 15 minutes from the soccer fields. We had a clean room, good warm breakfast, warm room on a cold night, and very friendly staff. The washer was broken, so the front desk clerk washed, dried, and delivered the uniform to my room. We will be staying here again!

Our room was nice and spacious as well as quite and clean.The staff was friendly.The hotel is walking distance to several restuarants. Parking lot is not very big. Need better parking for trucks with trailers.

Booked a meal for 30 people - they reserved the area under the conservatory which was lovely. I booked everything over the phone with James - he was very friendly & helpful. The staff on the night were attentive & nothing was too much trouble. A wonderful evening & lovely food - would highly recommend it.

Check in was fast and the clerk was excellent. The room was much larger than expected, clean and comfortable. The hot breakfast was excellent and the area was clean. Express checkout was fast. We would stay here again.

Best bang for your buck! Perfect room. Clean, comfortable, friendly and reasonable rate. Michael at the front desk could not have been more pleasant or helpful. The women that took over after his shift was equally helpful. Give them a chance, they won't disappoint.

Great location. Even though it was very close to the highway it was very quiet. Breakfast was good. Hotel was very clean and staff was very friendly. On par with the Hampton and Home2 close by for almost have the price.

Hospitality is this hotels middle name! My partner and I stayed the weekend here. Newly renovated, spacious rooms and the bathroom was very clean. Victoria and Shakedra in the breakfast area and Michael AT the front desk were all VERY helpful during our stay. We will be back.

We slept in past the time that the breakfast bar was scheduled to close, but the servers on duty, Shakedra Jackson and Victoria Jones, left outer open for us and even got us some extra yogurt. Pleasant experience all around.

It is still under renovation but is clean and quite. The staff takes care of you, the breakfast is OK but for free it is great . Good location on I-22 about 25 miles to Memphis and 80 miles to Tupelo so visit the King

Micheal's the best he works the front desk and made sure our stay was great. Victoria was excellent the breakfast was well put together, delicious, and she kept everything clean. The housekeeper always spoke and was very polite.

Think twice !!! My nose reacted drastically when I arrived. Thank heavens I had plenty of benedryl on hand to help mange my sneezing. Couldn't leave as the room was paid....and I was trapped. Window did not open for fresh air. AC filters may never have been changed? sign says " excuse our renovation". check in took forever since the nice clerk was by herself

I was HIGHLY disappointed in my room. It was NOT very clean at all. There were roaches, poop stains on the beds, musty smoke smell, the manager Sandra was nasty and smoked as you walked in. Mildew all over the bathroom. Breakfast looked good but I wouldn't dare eat there! Just NASTY!

Regular basic Best Western hotel with Plus Prices! There isn't an indoor pool, instead there is a small bite size pool outside. It's an ok hotel but not worth the amount. Staff was ok. They seemed a bit racist toward certain groups. The white man didn't seem to friendly when we approached him at the front desk. And the black lady seemed to be fake friendly with us. Treat all customers equally! Breakfast was great! Just wished there was more than 1 ice machine, because being on the 3rd floor and going toward the lobby for ice is ridiculous. Drink machine had expired soda in them!! And they didn't even apologize, just said "there's nothing we can do". Who says that?

I traveled to this small town to visit a sick friend, and was completely unfamiliar with the area. The location was right off the highway, and was very peaceful and quiet. The desk staff and the breakfast staff were very kind and outgoing. Although I did not use it, the pool was a pleasant surprise! The room was pretty spacious and the hotel was in the final stages of an upgrade, so things looked pretty fresh and new.

The customer service and breakfast was really good, but the cleaning and setup of the room can use a lot of improvement this can be an easy fix by the clean up staff taking their time to make sure places under the bed and sink area are up to par.

The people here have been just great. Victoria made sure I had everything I needed when I came in. This A M she was at my door to be sure I had coffee and breakfast. Sandra was another jewel. she was so nice and got was I needed. Nice people, clean, really good breakfast. Need a really good place to stay? STAY HERE.

I'm a first timer at staying at hotels, but my visit to Olive Branch, MS for my family reunion was incredible. Best Western Plus wasn't my first choice, buy after staying there it should have been. The staff was overly harm and inviting, plus the front desk clerk Andrea left her mark. She has a beautiful smile and she was very personable and the rooms were very clean; smelt like a new apartment. I really enjoyed my stay and would recommend this hotel to anyone coming thru the area for any particular reason and need a place to stay. ****

Need to get away for a family visit to Memphis everything was extremely high. Find the hotel online. My stay was very calming. The room I stayed in was very nice, it had very nice new furniture in it. I especially like the blinds it had a magnolia flower printed on it. I must say that was different. Had an awesome stay and the woman at the front desk named Lucresha was beyond amazing. The food she recommended was great and the hotel was very nice and clean. We will definitely be staying here again.

The front desk greeter was sleep or high when we showed up. It was like she was upset that we interrupted her night. Her name was Sandra and she had a bad attitude. This hotel was right off the interstate and we just could not press the gas anymore and had to stop. We thought with it being so close to the highway that it was probably the better option. Oh my.. we were so wrong. This place should be shut down it smells so bad that it was hard to rest. It smelled like old urine and musty mixed together. The air conditioner was dirty but worked very well. However, it had and odd odor like outdoor. They tired to cover the smell up with air freshener but that only made things worse. The stench was so bad that it was hard to breathe. There were ants and other forms of bugs. We spent most of the night trying to get the kids to relax and kill the bugs that we could just to make the night. I've never been so embarrassed to have to admit that something like this happened to us. The room was not clean. The carpet was full of dust the light switch had dirt on it. This place should be closed down. Someone that uses insulin or needles had been in this room because there were cap covers on the floor. Proof that they had not cleaned the room. My plan is to write the CEO David Kong next. He needs to know about the condition of this location. Do yourself a favor and keep driving. I could not review the food. After the conditions of the room I would never put anything from there in my mouth. I just hate our kids had to have this kind of experience.

Caitlin from the overnight shift was asleep when we came back to the hotel and the aroma of Marijuana was BEYOND INTENSE!!! She was so high that all she did was giggle to everything we asked so I don't think we'll be staying here again. BUT the lady before her was AWESOME she even sent us across the street to eat some great Mexican food. Too bad they have that BAD apple for overnight!!! AND ISN'T SHE TOO YOUNG TO BE SMOKING WEED ANYWAY???? Get a better person for overnight that doesn't smell like a ton of weed smoke people especially if you say that i can't smoke in my room but she can be high behind the desk greeting customers????

All the staff were helpful and nice. Beds were comfortable and breakfast was good. This is a typical Best Western which is what I look for. I did not have any issues but could tell if their was any the staff would be willing to assist with it,

We enjoyed the stay. Our stay turned into 2 days. Clean rooms, friendly staff. Lucretia at front desk helped us with discount and gave us the last room, advised us on rates to stay longer. In the dining area, Victoria was sunny and friendly, happy, cooked well, kept the food full and fresh. Katrina was friendly, busy, helped me find things I needed, considerate, neat. A delight to be here. We will stay again!

This is our second stay since September 2017. Hotel is in the middle of a remodel. We were never told about remodel, neither when we made reservation nor when we checked in. They were working on both ends of the floor (we were in the middle). A heads up would of been nice. Hotel is clean (except where remodel was going on). Our recently remodel room was very nice and clean. Every thing worked, except....we had a hard time getting our lock to work...there was a trick to it and the clerk had to show us. Also our remote control stopped working and again, the clerk had to bring us a new one. Plenty of hot water for our shower. Bed was good. I always bring my own pillow so I can't comment on pillows. Good room. We were there 2 nights and had a good stay. Will definately come again.

Our room was dirty, smelled weird, & run down. The carpet entering the bathroom was so thin that the tack strip had several tacks poking through & my wife stepped on one. The carpet was visibly dirty & had holes torn in it. I was told no pets at check in but the room across the hall had 2 dogs. The back door didn't work. There were multiple spots on the wall that were spattered with something & never cleaned. The heating/ac unit was very dirty. Do yourself a favor & don't book a room here.

We stayed at this hotel because it was cheaper than staying in Memphis. The room was lovely annd clean and had plenty of space. The shower and bathroom facilities were great and all the staff were friendly. Wasn't fussed on the breakfast, but overall this hotel was very good. Lovely and quiet.

Good customer service amazing hospitality. Mrs Katrina is a great cook as well. The room is very big and clean. Everything was really nice. I will certainly stay here next time I'm up this way for business

Our stay was GREAT! The staff made it very comfortable!!! They treated us like family!!! They gave us advice on where to ravel when in Memphis. They really showed they cared! If ever in this area again, we will surely stay at this Best Western!

The bed was one of the best I have ever slept on in a hotel. Room was clean , floors were clean, furniture had been dusted and when you closed the curtains the room was dark. Which I believe helps for a great sleeping. The air conditioner was quite.

During our Southern United States road trip we spent one night at this hotel. The room was very nice, the bed was comfortable and so was the godsend and the breakfast was decent. I would recommend this hotel to travellers.

Motel was clean and comfortable, staff was great, someone on the other end of the phone was giving the desk clerk a very hard time. I could hear them yelling yet she kept her cool and handled it with ease.

Meeting up with friends. We thought motel might be slightly too far from what we were doing, but very easy access to all Memphis has to offer. All staff that we encountered were friendly and helpful. All of our needs were met! Great breakfast.

We did not want to stay in Memphis proper; preferring a relatively short commute. We found Olive Branch to be a nice town. The BW+ property is clean and comfortable and is located just off the main North-South highway. The staff was very friendly. Our room was excellent. The breakfast was good. We travel this way annually and will plan to stay here again next winter.

Personally this is my favorite place to go to relax! Its always quiet and cozy, staff is always friendly and will greet you with a warm welcoming smile, food is always the correct temp, there is never any loud noises even with the elevator.

Highly recommend this hotel to everyone, in town or out of town. Very peaceful. Large rooms. Cozy Beds. Great breakfast, so many choices. Always CLEAN. Staff is always nice and willing to help accommodate your needs.

The rooms were clean, the staff was helpful and nice, there are several tasty restaraunts close by...it was an overall great stay and experience. And there are several convenient and quick delivery restaraunts as well...

Room was OK - a pretty good size. Clean enough in lobby and room. Breakfast buffet closes at 9am so don't sleep in. Buffet was decent for a small, lower end hotel chain. About all you can expect from a Best Western. Newly redecorated and not bad.

I would recommend this to anyone who is looking for a hotel in the Olive Branch/Southaven area. It is also for the Memphis area as well. The rooms were clean. Bed was comfortable. You will love it. Absolutely perfect.

My stay here was very satisfied. I was going to stay at another hotel, but they canceled my reservation and then I saw this hotel and booked it. I went to the front desk and I said I needed 3 rooms right by each other with sleeper sofas and trundle beds in 2 of the rooms. I was very happy that they delivered this task very quickly. The room was nice and big. The beds were very comfortable. The bathroom was very big and clean. When I got to the room, I was disappointed that my sleeper sofa was not set up and I had to go get my sheets and put them on the sofa myself. Another bad thing about this hotel was the lack of channels they had on the TV. The TV said it had many channels, but most of them were not purchased. Other than those complaints, the hotel was very nice. The staff at this hotel were excellent! The breakfast was a little above average but not Amazing. If I am in the Olive Branch area again, this hotel will be my first choice

We were greeted by Katrina at the front desk and she made us feel very welcome. The rooms are modern, well appointed and clean... The free hot breakfast is a great way to start the day. There are great places to eat in the area which also makes it a great place to stay.

This best western is very new and is clean and fresh. All facilities were in perfect working order. The bath room and shower was very clean. The entire staff was friendly and responded to our every request.

Went to Redding, CA area for a visit with daughter! Cute area with beautiful views of Mt Shasta and Sacramento River! Great people too! Stayed at this hotel in a handicapped first floor room around the rear of building! All new and re-done - definitely a step up from the last BW hotel we stayed at. New floors, new fixtures with nightlights, new furnishings too. Very convenient location and felt safe. Lastly, breakfast buffet every AM included with room (free) was tasty and served in a pretty dining. Area with some lovely staffers. I was thankful for a business suite offered to my hubby one very early am .... for conference call to east coast... internet and quiet space made this little amenity perfect! No visitor (or spouse) wants to be a part of a business call @ 4:30 am :) We will be utilizing this hotel again!!

Picked up my daughter from graduating from College in Florida driving hone to Oklahoma. Stopped here as a midway point. Very nice Hotel, friendly staff and nice breakfast. Have had some bad experiences lately at a different Hotel chain and decided to start staying at Best Westerns and glad we did.

Was hoping for something much better, the room was nice sized but walking in the smell pretty well just enveloped you. The hotel allows dogs and this room obviously had dogs in it, the smell of urine and mold that they tried to cover up with some kind deodorant that didn't work. We were to tired to argue with the front desk where there was a line to check in. The only silver lining if any is the the bedding was clean.

Another super-clean and super friendly Best Western which was a welcome respite in the middle of the night. It's so nice to fall into all those pillows after a long drive! It's great that they even think to put a face wipe by the sink so I can easily wipe off my make-up and pass out! Free breakfast is great and the morning paper is available too.

The staff without exception is the most helpful and down-to-earth folks. Housekeeping is excellent making sure there is enough coffee and fresh towels. Everything else was on a par with the best of them. I didn't find any negatives.

Sandra was so kind and inviting. She made us feel like we were at home. The customer service is excellent, rooms are clean, and the breakfast is good! Our family really enjoyed our stay! The manager also was apt to switch us to a non smoking room. Great staff!

This hotel reminded me of a Hampton Inn. Maybe it was in a previous life. Room was very comfortable. Staff very helpful. Breakfast was average. Clean and well appointed. Shower threw me. I couldn't figure out how to make water come out of shower head. Turns out that there is a ring in the spigot that you pull down to turn on the shower. First time I'd seen one like this.

If you are looking for a quiet and relaxing stay with over the expectations friendly staff, then Best Western Plus Olive Branch is the Hotel for you! Sandra is my favorite because anytime I ever needed an extra pillow or blanket, she would not only get it for me but bring it up to my room if she was busy at the front desk. She always has a smile on her face, which is very warming. Staff like her is the reason I will continue to come back to Best Western.

Enjoyed our stay very much! The women at the front desk were very welcoming. The room was clean and very roomy! The breakfast was very good. The only thing is, I couldn't figure out how to get the shower going. But will stay again if we are ever in the area! Two thumbs up!

I use to go to all the other hotels...but this one has stood out on numerous reasons. The breakfast has many choices and not to mention hot fresh and delicious, its very quiet you barely hear people talking or slamming doors, rooms are always clean and fresh smelling, staff is top notch friendly.....I can go on and on all day. I love this hotel very much!!

This hotel was very clean and the staff were extremely helpful and nice. It was a good experience for the price. If people write reviews comparing this to a high end hotel or resort experience, the review will not be very good. Considering the price and location, I would say this is a good value for a night or 2. My room on the 1st floor did have a musty smell to it that may have indicated some moisture problems but it was fine for the night. The bed was very comfortable. The shower was nice and bathroom clean. The overall appearance of the hotel was clean and nicely decorated.

Hotel was clean. Bed had a comfy mattress and pillows. Upholstery on the chair was stained. Carpet was somewhat worn. They served a nice assortment of hot and cold items for breakfast. Check in and out were quick. Good value for the money.

This is a Best Western Plus, so of course, the standards are supposed to be a little higher than at the regular Best Western hotels. I found that to be true here, as the furniture and fixtures seemed to be newer and in very good repair. The service and breakfast were solid. It's far enough off the highway to be quiet and the price, after my AAA discount, was great. A good value for the money.

Facility was ok except for the overwhelming smell of spray room deodorizer. Why do these people think that makes a room clean? Also, the front desk attendant wasn't particularly friendly. When we needed batteries for the remote, she acted like she was doing us a favor by replacing them.

Every Staff Member was friendly and went out of their way to make you feel comfortable. Room was clean and would choose this Hotel again when in the area. Hotel appearance inside/out was nice and was a good value.

Overall, it was very good. Very clean the staff was attentive. The breakfast was nice, the coffee was always hot and available. I'm not sure what else a person could want. East location, close to Memphis without all the taxes and fees.

The BW Olive Branch is a newer, well appointed reasonably priced Pet Friendly place to stay. It has easy access to the freeway, very clean well lit parking, very clean nicely appointed lobby, work out room and breakfast area. The swimming pool was spotless and handicap friendly. Memphis is about 1/2 hour North and West of Olive Branch, making this a good choice to avoid commute hour crazies closer in to Memphis.

My significant other and I drove 8 hours for my grandmother's funeral. We booked with another hotel the week before and when we arrived, there was no room available even though we explained we would be arriving in the early morning. We called and Sandra at the front desk answered. Not only was she compassionate and sympathetic towards our circumstance, she seamlessly accommodated us for the night. The room we had was perfect, quiet and spacious. We got much needed sleep in a wonderful bed. During this difficult time for me and my family, Sandra and Best Western were the compassion and comfort we needed.

While traveling to Florida we booked the room. It was a convenient stop over and helped break up the trip. The room was good, the price was okay and the breakfast was filling. Overall, it was a good experience.

We booked this hotel thru Hotels.com. We were very tired and ready to go straight to bed as soon as we checked in...... but due to hotels.com making a mistake it was 45 minutes on the phone yo Hotels.com to correct THERE MISTAKE!!! The lady checking us on went above and beyond for us and I wanted to acknowledge her, her name was Sandra and I'd like to tell Best Western what an asset she is as an employee!!! The stat here was great very clean and comfy rooms and beds!!! Again thank you Sandra for being so nice and patient with us you deserve the employee of the year and when we are back in that area we will stay there again. It book directly with the hotel it's self!!

So I stayed at this hotel for business. The room was fine, no complaints. It wasn't great but it was fine. The property was ok, again, nothing outstanding but it was fine. However, I left something important in my room. They staff could have overlooked it or thrown it away. Instead they identified it and called me. I was able to go back and retrieve it. This saved me a great deal of trouble. I cant say enough about this. It showed that they care and did something they really didnt have to do. I'm very grateful.

Very nice property even though it's a bit it was a bit off the I-55 but that was due to need for hotel to satisfy daughter's pet. Innovative pancake maker I'd never seen before at breakfast! Nice addition to breakfast instead of waffles. Very nice

Beds and Bathrooms were filthy!!! In room, 215, the bed had the blanket put over a sheet that wasn't put on the corners and was inside out. Both bathrooms had soap scum covering the shower walls. Room 204 had dirt/mud/grime inside the bathtub. It was really GROSS!

From the moment I walked out of the elevator I was engulfed in the floors stench of marijuana. At first I thought it was me but as I continued down the hall the aroma continued. Not a great way to begin a stay especially when having to explain to children what the smell was. Furthermore, I had to leave early (5:30 am) and upon my checkout there was no one at the front desk to assist me. I attempted to seek someone but to no avail.

Unfortunately, when we took over the property, the smoking rooms were already there. As for the front desk, the attendant was in the breakfast area prepping breakfast. very nice clean rooms. employees were very nice and helpful. Places close too eat, gas stations near by, room was sound proof. I would stay again. Beds were awesome, plenty of hot water, Just an all around great stay

Quiet and clean, although a tad dated. Great breakfast. Comfortable room. I had an issue with my first room, and they relocated me immediately. Staff was helpful and everyone was friendly. Would stay there again. Easy drive from Memphis.

I drive a truck for a living and am in olive branch ms every week and will continue to stay at the best western and won't stay anywhere else the staff and guests there have been amazing to me and my wife

We picked this hotel because they would accept our dog. There is a nice field behind it to let your pet do their business. The staff was friendly. There was a musty smell throughout the hotel and it is starting to show its age but it worked for what we needed. I was a little disappointed when I asked for an extra blanket and was told that they didn't have any more. We'd stay again if needed a spot for our pet, but if traveling without a dog we might look elsewhere.

I stayed here for two nights while attending an event in a nearby town. I picked this hotel over several others in Olive Branch based on Trip Advisor reviews, and those reviews turned out to be accurate - this is a great hotel in all regards - room cleanliness, bed comfort, quietness, service, and breakfast. I definitely would stay here again.

Great staff. They had some humidity issue but had it taken care of with dehumidifiers everywhere. Made us a pot of coffee when we checked in at 3pm because they heard the wife mention coffee sounded good.

Could have been better if we could enjoy ourselves without complaints & threatening to throw us out after the first complaint. I wouldn't this hotel to anyone in the future. The staff was not understanding!

Lucresha was amazing!!! We were in a bind looking for somewhere to stay and she helped us out. She quick and very friendly. Our room was neat and clean. I definitely recommend this hotel!!! She left a lasting impression.

The Good: The front desk staff and housekeepers were friendly, and the breakfast attendant was very helpful. The hotels was quiet, and once inside of our room, we didn't hear much of anything in the hall or on either side of us. The Bad: This hotel is not near much of anything, unless you count the gas station next door and the Subway across the street. We got what may have been the last hotel room in Olive Branch when we got this room because of an event that was being held nearby in Memphis and some kind of soccer tournament in the area. (We were there for neither....just needed a place to lay our heads for the night.) If it hadn't been for that, we wouldn't have stayed there. The first thing we noticed in the lobby was that it was freezing cold, and the next thing we noticed was the dehumidifier. It wasn't long until we found out why. When we got off the elevator, there was a foul, foul sour stench in the air. It was pretty repulsive. Our room smelled stale even though the air conditioner was already on when we arrived. There was a dampness and mustiness to the air that was overwhelming. We literally had to keep the air conditioner on 62 degrees all night long just to keep the "damp and musty" a little bit at bay. If there had been a plush comforter on the bed instead of the one thin blanket that was offered, that wouldn't have been a problem. This hotel was the last stop on our trip, and when we got home, we had to wash everything in our suitcases.....even though we had just done laundry while on our trip.....because of the dampness and smell. Also, the area around the bath tub was dirty, and there was what looked to be a purple rubber band from someone's braces on the floor of the bathroom when we arrived. I would have hated to know I had to stay in this property for more than one night. I don't understand why they have such a humidity problem. We've been in another hotel in this city, and they don't have the same issue. The Best: Even though the hotel was sold out, the breakfast room attendant did an EXCELLENT job of keeping everything well-stocked, and she did it happily......even stopping a minute to talk with babies that were having breakfast with their parents.

Thank you for your feedback. I will forward the comments to my front desk, housekeeping staff and breakfast attendant. We apologize about the high humidity, as it is pretty humid down south. We do have dehumidifiers and ventilation to help circulate the air. We will be renovating the whole hotel this Fall. I hope you consider staying with us again if you're in this area.

Stopped by here to grab some shut-eye. Was pretty clean and as a woman traveling alone, I felt perfectly safe. Nothing special. It smelled quite strangely and the walls were a bit thin. In a pinch, I would probably stop here again.

I came in to the hotel due to a fall which resulted in a broken leg. I was unable to go to my home due to stairs. A friend dropped me off to stay until a family member could come pick me up the next day. The staff were exceptional and were so helpful. Katrina the breakfast attendant went beyond her job and fixed me a lovely breakfast and brought it to me since I could not get down to the lobby. She did not have to do that but so kind and sweet when she brought it to me. She really went above her job requirements to help me. The room and hotel were clean and everything was very pleasant. I would recommend this hotel to anyone coming into the area. Thank you Katrina and staff for helping me in my time of need you were a true blessing.

This was an amazing hotel I really enjoyed my stay. I would recommend this hotel to friends staying in the area or in any city that that have a Best Western plus. This hotel is very affordable and once you stay there once you will become a frequent guest. The customer service is beyond reproach.

Its right off of I-22 /US78 so its a quick on and off when you are driving across the country like I was. There were amenities that I didn't need, such as a laundry room and a business center, but it was still nice to see them available if I needed them. The room was clean and the bed was comfy. What more do you need when you have been driving for 10 hrs. I would have liked to have tried the free breakfast but I had to leave at 5:30am (for another 11 hr drive) and they didn't start serving til 6.

My family and I had a very nice stay. We where in town for a soccer tournament and it was nice to get a good night sleep and wake up to a nice hot breakfast. The internet in the rooms was very fast. I also used the computer in the loby

Great location, friendly staff, excellent breakfast. The breakfast attendant (Katrina) spoke to every guest that entered the dining room, with a huge smile. If traveling in North MS, this is great place to stay!

We stayed in a terrible Best Western in Orlando the night before. This one was so much nicer. The bathroom was nice size. The shower was clean. The beds were comfortable. Slept great. We wanted to stay outside of Memphis and this hotel more than met the requirement. Plus it was nice.

Excellent Staff and service, The staff was very courteous and happy to assist in any way possible. The Breakfast was extraordinary for hotels that I have previously stayed. It was a complete meal and the quality of the food was excellent.

We arrived late with a booking and the receptionist upgraded our room request without an increase in cost due to the room not showing to be handicapped when we booked. Very friendly staff and the room was very acceptable.

The hotel was located great for my travel into Memphis. Let me go into the city with out any of the traffic. Only 14 miles away and was very easy to go up 305 to Memphis. There was a couple of eating places across the street. This will be my hotel of choice any time I'm back in this area.

We were disappointed in our room. It was not very clean, although the second day the maid did a nice job. It was musty and had mildew in the shower stall. The windows do not open so it was hard to get the musty smell out. But the bed was comfortable and the staff was polite. The breakfast lady was exceptional helpful and pleasant. I won't stay there again.

We stayed here on the way down to Gulf Shores Alabama. It was an excellent stay. The staff was friendly. A lady was complaining about the smell of smoke in the lobby, which I always can tell if someone smokes, and I didn't smell anything. The staff handled this situation kindly and courteously. The front clerk was very informative of local areas to eat knowledgeable of the area and was very helpful in assisting us with any additional needs we had. I would stay here again, Great hotel. The morning breakfast was clean and delicious. If you require a place to stay, even if it is just for a night in Olive Branch, stay here, you will be glad you did. It is like a home away from home.

It was very nice and the staff was very friendly. The breakfast was homemade and very delicious. The rooms were clean and had great accommodations. I would recommend to anyone that needs a nice hotel for an affordable price.

First, let me say that I evaluate businesses (including hotels), both management and employees, for efficiency, performance and the general morale and profitability of the business. We stay in hotels at least 10 months out of the year due to our businesses. I had difficulty rating this hotel. The staff deserves 5+ stars whereas the GM deserves a 0. I know this is long but please stick with me. We stayed at this location for 4 weeks with our dog. I work out of the room so I spent the entire time there except to go out in the evenings. Within the first two days there I noticed the GM standing around and speaking harshly and down to the staff. I could hear someone walking down the hallway calling names (which I heard over the TV which I use to drown out background noise) when I was trying to work but I didn't know who it was. I thought it was rude as there are people who work nights trying to sleep during that racket. Later in our stay I had requested that the bedding be changed. I was in the middle of a project and couldn't vacate the room when Karen was ready to remake the bed. I told her I could make the bed because I knew staff wasn't supposed to be in the room with guests and I had the dog with me. She said she would be happy to go ahead and come in and take care of it for me. She barely got started on the bed and I hear her name loudly being called over and over in the hallway - again over the TV noise. Karen rushed out of the room. I muted the TV to make a call. During that time I heard Rohan (the GM) ask her if I was in the room and she said yes and he seemed ok with it. Karen came back in and continued making the bed and a few seconds later Rohan came bursting in the room without knocking, goes in the bathroom and tells Karen to use a magic eraser on the tub and exits the room. I told Karen I did NOT need the bathroom cleaned, just a bedding change. A few days later when I confronted Rohan and told him I did not appreciate him coming in my room like that and my dog is there for my protection -- he's lucky he didn't get bit. He told me that he didn't know I was in the room, that he saw Karen go in there and thought it was ok because it's against hotel policy for staff to be in the room when a guest was present -- basically that it was her fault he was in the room. I did not tell him I knew he was lying to me and that I heard the conversation right outside my door because I did not want to cause a scene in the lobby. Then he told me that he had looked for me earlier to apologize but couldn't find me. First of all, I never left the hotel during the day. Either I was in my room, on the grounds walking my dog or right around the lobby area doing laundry -- apparently he didn't look very hard. I have personally heard him use very inappropriate language toward the staff which was offensive. During our entire stay he parked his car under the awning near the front door making it difficult or impossible for guests checking in to use the drive as intended. He also brought his wife to work to inspect rooms. It was unsettling to see a young woman in street clothes walking in and out of rooms not knowing who she was -- she clearly wasn't an employee. I cannot say enough good things about the staff. They were amazing!!! The rooms were spotless, the dining area was always well stocked and clean regardless of the amount of people in it. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. At the front desk: Eric, Liada and Sandra (?) were very efficient and friendly. In the kitchen: Wanda and Patsy made me feel welcome and at home. Housecleaning: Karen, Stella, Katrina, Brittany, Emma and Cheryl were all wonderful. I had a do not disturb on my door because of my dog and whenever they saw me in the hallways they always checked to see if I needed anything and were very friendly and happy to help in any way they could. Thank you ladies (and young man) for being so wonderful to us.

Convenient off highway location, comfortable, clean, and quiet room. Friendly staff,easy check in/out, good value for $$, included breakfast, WiFi. I like Best Westerns because they are friendly to Harley riders, easy parking.

My husband and I are here visiting Memphis. We have been here at the hotel three days and are still here. Staff friendly and courteous and helpful. Bed comfortable. Rooms clean. Pool inviting. Free breakfast has variety and is good. Great hot water in shower. Will definitely stay here again.!!!!They put the best in Beat Western. ??

We were very pleased with this hotel. The room was very spacious and comfortable. The hotel staff was very accommodating and made sure we were taken care of. I would definitely recommend this hotel. Oh, the wifi worked just great!

This motel had a comfortable bed, good shower, easy access to freeway, well presented and well stocked breakfast. Staff were very friendly and helpful with any requests. Always returned to fresh, serviced room at the end of the day. Pet friendly , but this caused no issues for those without pets. Plenty of free parking.

Stayed for 2 weeks on buisness. It was a better alternative to staying in Memphis due to high crime. They upgraded me to a suite with a kitchen for free since I was going to stay 2 weeks. Customer service was great. They went out of their way to make me feel comfortable and feel at home. I would highly recommend staying here. They have a small breakfast in the morning that was fresh.

Ignore the bad pictures this place is decent and clean. The staff was nice polite and helpful. Beds were clean linens were clean. There are plenty of Restaurants and shopping. Staff was glad to show us a room before we booked. If you are looking for expensive prices and or curbside service this is not the place for you.

Stayed last night on our way to Savannah. Smelled like mold & the room was humid & sticky. Breakfast was terrible. Eggs tasted like rubber. & the sausages were stuck together like glue and tasted like it too. The only thing good about this hotel was the very sweet receptionist at the front desk.

Stopped here on our way home from a trip, read the previous reviews, found the hotel to be clean overall, very friendly staff, did notice the musky smell other reviewers noted. Think the hotel could benefit from a good carpet cleaning. Wouldn't think twice about staying here again.

Very nice hotel; convenient location and easy on/off access. There are a few eateries within walking distance and many more about 4 or 5 miles away. The outdoor pool is small but clean. Some umbrellas would be nice since it was very hot this past weekend.

Sigh. I read the reviews prior to booking but decided to stay here anyways thinking some of reviews were too critical. Also the 2016 reviews seemed promising. Unfortunately this is not the case. Btw.. the hallways are still under lit which looks depressing and eery. First, they use an obnoxiously overpowered citrus deodorizer in the rooms. So much that you smell it in the hallways. It smells so artificial and seems like a mask. I had to spray Lysol disinfectant. When I did that, I uncovered an odor coming from the microwave oven. It smelled like leftover pizza. After a good blast of lysol, the odor dissipated. Next the bathtub is scary. The "marble" tile looked drastically darker around the edge of tub and along the wall corners. Looks very odd. After monsoon like rain and long day, I was drenched and cane back to an unclean room. I had to go back downstairs and ask for clean towels and clean room. The iron was missing the settings so I had to touch the iron to figure out the cool, hot and warm settings. The fitness center was abysmal. The water tank was empty, no towels, no sanitizer, very dark and musty, and too crowded with equipment. I went to the front desk and ask for sanitizer to wipe the equipment and the hotel worker looked confused. I explained why. She gave me household cleaner. I informed her that the water tank was empty and she didnt know that the center had one. Then she directed me to use the water fountain located in the opposite hall. I told her about the musty smell coming from the carpet and she suggested leaving the door open to air out. Then she said that they just got new equipment. I told her its not the equipment that is musty, its the carpet. Sweaty bodies and carpet equals musty. Bottomline...you get what you pay for.

It's been a little over two years since my previous review but, after reviewing other area hotels (including other Best Westerns) I decided to return here because I knew what to expect ~ and I wasn't disappointed. This hotel may be a few miles from downtown Memphis, but it's worth the drive to be in a safe, secure, and well maintained hotel. My check-in was quick and, as a Best Western Rewards member, Laida was quick to upgrade me to a suite at no additional charge. She was also able to relocate me when I discovered a musty smell in my assigned room. I was a bit apprehensive about getting a room in the Memphis area, but during the drive from Nashville I kept thinking that it was a relief to know there was at least one good option and, again, I'm glad I drove a little out of my way to return to a known value.

Best Western Plus was a place to appreciate a clean, quiet room and relax well after a long day on the road. It was especially appreciated after a horrible motel visit with a "budget" company the week before in another state. The clean room and friendly, helpful staff were the best parts of the visit. recommended.

Can't always say that I get a good nights rest while traveling. The beds here are so comfortable, probably some of the best we've had when staying at hotels. Hotel is located right off the highway and very easy to get to. Front desk clerk, Eric, was very helpful with check-in and gave us a room away from the highway that was very quiet (room 113). Eric was very helpful and even called to make sure our room was okay after we got settled in. Don't think we've had that courtesy call at other hotels in the past. The only problem we had was that the room deodorizer that they use is kinda strong upon entering the room it is very noticeable. The A/C worked great and was set at 54 degrees when we go to the room! Brrrrr!!! We did check out the pool, but decided not to go for a swim. The pool is outdoors and looked clean. Walked by the fitness room and laundry and they looked nice too. Breakfast was okay, nothing great. There was plenty of choices, eggs, sausage, gravy and biscuits, juices, waffles and pancakes, pastries, oatmeal and fruit. It was a nice surprise to see a heart in the middle of our granddaughters waffle! I did not try the chocolate waffle, but the granddaughter said it was good! Staff was very friendly and kept the area clean and well stocked. Thanks for a great nights stay and the comfortable beds. Will definitely stop here in the future knowing we will have a good night rest. We were on our way to Atlanta feeling rested and ready for the day!

A terrific clean, well presented property with professional and friendly staff. All amenities were excellent. Great value for the money. Only down side was location with reference to Memphis. Surrounding roads (Tennessee) were awful.

The staff was nice but the facilities need some attention. There was some bathroom tiles next to the floor that were missing. The door handles seemed hard to turn. We killed a large spider in our room. We did sleep well. Breakfast was satisfactory.

Wife and I stayed at several other properties in the region over period of 3 weeks. this one met or exceeded all the others in the category we selected. great value. staff helpful and attentive. close to airport, easy attraction access, but away from hubbub of downtown.

Pretty convenient to the interstate with adequate parking. Staff not overly friendly but not outright rude either. Worst part of the stay was the air conditioner unit in the room. It clanked all night long, like the fan was on the verge of breaking. Very hard to sleep with the noise. Also, we had a king suite, which was a king bed and sleeper sofa. Only problem was the sleeper sofa only came with a fitted sheet. We had to track down linens from the front desk. Highlight of the stay was the chocolate pancake batter and pancake iron. Kids enjoyed making them for breakfast. Also, not many restaurants located on the exit.

Appears to be a newer hotel and location just south of town is within minutes of store/restaurants. Easy check-in/check-out. Had no issue with the room - clean, spacious, had fridge and microwave. Breakfast choices were enough. Would stay again.

We arrived late (11:30 p.m.) on a Friday and fortunately, the manager held our room as with all of the activities in Memphis and surrounding area, hotels were sold out. In addition, I requested a quiet room on the top floor and was thinking we would settle for whatever as it was the only room left but were pleasantly surprised as the room was top floor and quiet! The room was a little dated but clean and comfortable. Breakfast was decent after our good night of sleep at this hotel.

The room wreaked of mildew smell. I had to purchase disinfectant to try and kill the smell and make the room breathable. Also the pillows too large usually they vary in size but all they had were large pillows

We had a good stay after a long day in Memphis. The rooms were clean and comfortable with no noise. The on duty staff member was very helpful with road and other information. Unfortunately his BBq restaurant was not a great recommendation.

On a very long road trip from Florida to Kansas, my husband and I stopped at this hotel. There was a baseball tournament and several graduations so this was the only room we could find for miles around. The front desk clerk was super efficient and booked our room over the phone for us immediately. The room was extremely overpriced and not clean. The bathroom was in dire need of paint and there were hairs on the obviously unwashed sheets. Breakfast was free and not very well maintained. Glad we were only there overnight.

Booked a king non-smoking pet room and we weren't disappointed. Very clean. Very good sized room and pet friendly. Bed was very comfortable. Room needed some slight cosmetic work but nothing that would make me hesitate to stay here. Staff was very courteous and helpful. Many food choices in area from fast food to sit in moderate chains. HOT, free breakfast included in rate. Good choices including, eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, waffles, pancakes, pastries, fruits, yogurt and cereals and breads.we will definitely put this on our list of places to return to.

The staff was excellent and very helpful. They kept coffee in the breakfast area all day. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The Breakfast was hot and included eggs and meat. It is a very good location, just off of I-22.

I travel to the Memphis area weekly and I have stayed at almost every mid-priced and higher end hotel in the area. I have decided that when I am south of town this is one of the best deals that you will find. I prefer the safety of Olive Branch compared to Memphis, considering we travel with tools and it is a relief that we don't really have to worry as much about supplies or tool coming up missing. And the location allows you to get onto corridor 22/ Highway 78 and MS 305 often avoiding rush hour traffic.

was able to arrive and get my room , aaa rate, was given an uppr floor upon request with no problem., room and floor very quiet. really hot shower. was able to make coffee in room. made it down for breakfast kinda late but was still able to enjoy a full meal. quite satisfied.

On a business trip, I needed a nice place to stay that could give me a comfortable bed to sleep in after a long 14 hour day of driving, and a reasonable price for just an overnight stay. This hotel was perfect. The lady at the front desk was extremely nice, the room was very clean and updated, the bathroom clean and nice with toiletries, a very comfortable bed, and an amazing breakfast to wake up to. The breakfast had everything from several types of sausage, to biscuits and sausage gravy, to a waffle iron, scrambled eggs, fruit and fresh pastries, cereal, milk.....anything you could want. I would certainly stay here again without hesitation should I travel in this area again.

over past years we stayed exclusively at Best Western because of a nice clean and friendly atmosphere/facilities, the membership benifits, and reasonable rates. We are seeing a trend in rates rising, less staff, and becoming a run of the mill expierence. Not sure what is chaning the operation but it seems to be following a trend of other motels that have resorted to charging more and providing less and then the demise of the motel system.

Nice place for sleepover during our Memphis visit for reasonable price, near highway but very quiet rooms, across hotel is gas station with store. Not best Best Western i visited but good experience and I would stay again.

So... I can't say enough great things about this place! I am in Hospitality business myself and oh boy- this place is one of for the books! From checking in process to check out---it was a smooth ride. Staff was really helpful and even offered to take my heavy luggage up to my room! They also made sure, I caught my flight on time by setting the alarm. Breakfast?! That was on POINT! I like eating so this was a big plus for me. As far as the building and room-- I can tell both were well maintained with a GREAT STAFF and it's safe to say, I'LL BE RUNNING BACK to this BEST WESTERN PLUS when I visit the area again. OF COURSE!

Clean, comfy room. Very friendly staff that recommended a great place to dine(Osaka). Honestly it is a well kept secret of Olive Branch. I will recommend this Best Western to other colleagues and definitely return during my next business trip.

First let me say, the staff wasn't the friendliest at check in, but the rest of the stay was worse! The bed is horribly uncomfortable!!!! Would be more comfortable sleeping on the concrete! So I've been up and down most of the night. In that up and down finding cockroaches! I took a pic of one I killed a few min. Before this review! Luckily I didn't bring in any bags, and would be leaving NOW if I could see at night to drive! I am so disgusted and wish I could just get my money back and run! I've been in this room maybe 4 hours and as soon as I can safely see to drive I'm outta this waist of space! Run do not stay here!

This was a nice clean and comfortable hotel. The overall atmosphere of the hotel itself was great. It was very easy to access from the highway and we felt very safe here and will definitely stay again. Very friendly employees with check in and check out quick. Everything was neat and clean in this hotel.

Another excellent stay in Olive Branch. This is the second time I've visited Memphis and I really enjoyed staying at this Best Western. It's only a short drive (~20 minutes) to downtown Memphis and it's usually a lot cheaper than downtown hotels. The room was comfortable and well-maintained.

very good value with a clean rooms, a comfortable bed and a better than average breakfast buffet. All staff I interacted with were friendly and helpful. Close to the Memphis airport without all of the problems of hotels adjacent to the airport

We stayed here for 2 nights because this hotel is closer to the soccer fields where my son's tournament was held. It's only a short 15-20 minute drive to the heart of Memphis from this property. Everyone on staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms and common areas are clean and neat. I would stay here again.

The hotel is newer, clean and the rooms are large and well appointed with microwave, small fridge and adequate bathroom. The TV choices are adequate but not extensive. The HVAC is quiet enough but the bathroom fan that goes on with the light is loud and annoying. Room had a couch and coffee table along with a desk. WiFi worked well enough. Room lighting is poor. God bless CFC bulbs! The bed was comfortable but the bottom fitted sheet didn't fit well and wrinkled badly while slept on. This happened every night. Sheets and blanket were thin. Breakfast choices were adequate; waffles, apples, coffee, orange and apple juice, sausage, scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy. No variation. Breakfast is at 0630 which is half an hour too late for those of us who have to be somewhere at 0700. As well, it is not quite ready on time which exacerbates things. The staff were pleasant but front desk seems understaffed. Called down once and phone rang for two minutes with no answer. Looks like a one person crew. Hotel is located a few miles away from most recognizable restaurants but there are two truck stops nearby. One has a Subway and there is a local Mexican eatery and a bar and grille across the road. Hotel is generally quiet. Pool I saw is outdoors. All in all a very average place. I'd barely call this a BW plus compared to others I've visited but It'll do for a short stay.

By far the best Best Western Hotel my husband and I have stayed in. Being that my husband is in the military we move a lot, we also have 2 small dogs. Finding a clean and oderless pet friendly room has been far and few between. Walked into our room and was immediately surprised. The room was so clean and orderless. I questioned if it was our room. I recommend this hotel to anyone who is traveling with good pets and tired of being thrown in a nasty room!

The staff at this property is very helpful, attentive, and gracious. The hotel beds are some of the best for comfort. The location is a short distance from Graceland. The breakfast biscuits are light and fluffy. We highly recommend a stay at this Best Western.

However, they have a musty smell issue that is worse some days than others. I've stayed there twice in the last year (same time of year) and one or more of the days there it's smelled really musty and they try to cover it up with Febreze or something similar

Came to MS to watch our son play hockey. Weren't sure were to stay. We stay at the Best Western in Springfield, MO and love it so I thought I would stick with the chain. Glad I did. Great hotel! Clean. Friendly staff. Great price. Would definitely recommend and stay there again.

Room smelled like smoke complained and staff just said sorry. Cobwebs in the corner of room, layer of dirt along bottom of cabinet where refrigerator was, curtains were very wrinkled with a big burn hole in the curtain, everything from the shower curtain to the bedding was also wrinkled like it pulled out from the bottom of a closet. Very disappointed to have paid the price I did for a dirty room.

My friends and I really enjoyed our stay. The rooms were nice & clean. The front desk staff was friendly and prompt with getting us checked in. We even chatted briefly with the manager Rohan. I look forward to my stay in the future.

We stayed outside Memphis at this location about 30 min. from GraceLand for our visit. Hotel is in a cul de sac location and is very quiet. No real issues other then it is a little out of the way to Graceland. Room was clean, bed comfortable and breakfast average and there are several food choices in the area. Good for a 1 night stay but that's it. If you're planning more then 1 night for GraceLand ... Go for the HeartBreak Hotel packages.

I have stayed at this property a few times. The property is always clean. The breakfast is really awesome with a variety of foods. The front desk staff, Michael and Eric, are great. I travel a lot and they definitely stand out!!!
